Transcript
- 0:02Hi, Welcome to tea sign with Amy and BEV. Good morning. How's
- 0:13your day going? Oh so far, so good. Stayed up a little
- 0:17late last night and and you know, it's like eleven thirty. My husband
- 0:21gets up at like four. I'm like, are you going to work tomorrow?
- 0:26No, So stayed up a little late and then uh, and then
- 0:31I got my wheel spinning because um, we're getting ready to go for vacation
- 0:38out of the country, so super excited. So anyway, by the time
- 0:43everybody here's this recording, I will have already have come back. So um.
- 0:49But that's where I'm at right now. Nice. Nice, that's in
- 0:55We we we had a wonderful, wonderful holiday. So just was wonderful with
- 1:02the kids and having fun and nice. Yeah, it was a good slow
- 1:08that's awesome. It is, um, I don't you know, there's not
- 1:15It's been pretty quiet in my world lately. UM. I even did a
- 1:23full moon ceremony the other last week, well two weeks ago. By the
- 1:29time you see this, and you know, I was talking about what things
- 1:33would you you know, want to release and going through that whole process,
- 1:36and and I was I'm like, what am I working on? What is
- 1:44it's coming up, but like it took me a little bit to get that
- 1:48flow. So I was like, wow, I must be doing pretty good
- 1:52here. So exciting nice, I was gonna say it. Really, the
- 2:00only thing that Stephen came up for me at all is one of the things
- 2:01that came up for me last night was I was being told that we drop
- 2:06all the labels, all the labels, all the labels, the labels of
- 2:09illness when we're searching for something, for an answer why we're having this problem
- 2:15or that problem. There is no problem, but we've heard so many things
- 2:17and we've said so many things, and when we talk to someone else,
- 2:21now we're in their vibrational frequency and we're having an understanding with where they're at.
- 2:25Maybe we're like, oh yeah, that really sucks, or you know,
- 2:29just going along with the whole conversation. But it's to let go the
- 2:31labels because none of it. It's what's created most of our stress. So,
- 2:38I mean, it seems like something so big, but this is the
- 2:42beginning of where I'm at with that, And we talked about it not that
- 2:45long ago, too, is drop at the labels, but now it's even
- 2:46becoming more profound. For me in a lot of ways. So I thought
- 2:52that was interesting to go that path. And it's you know, that's not
- 2:57an easy thing to do. Because there's a tree, there's an angel,
- 3:00because I've got lots of angels, statues and stuff. Um, there's a
- 3:05there's an Amy, and here's BEV. And it's like, these are all
- 3:07labels that are that only encompass a portion. When you say the name Amy,
- 3:13it only encompasses a portion of Amy because Amy is so much bigger than
- 3:16that, because it's not even amy, it's it's an energy. So it's
- 3:21it gets kind of confusing when we're where we're at right now, you know,
- 3:23playing this little human role. But if you take that with you know,
- 3:30we we have a videos called hurt People. Hurt People. So,
- 3:35um, if you look at people, you know, just oh guy,
- 3:38they're being an asshole today, You've just led them, right. But the
- 3:43fact is no, that person is just got something going on within them that
- 3:51is um contributing to them acting out the way they are. And that could
- 3:58be something in the moment, or it could be something that happened fifty years
- 4:02ago, right, So um, that's still stored in their in their being
- 4:08and so Um, you know, that's where I've I've learned because through the
- 4:12forgiveness process that I've done that compassion. When I look at people on their
- 4:17their behaving in a way that I don't agree with, it's not that I'm
- 4:21right and they're wrong. It's that's what they know how to do, and
- 4:28until they decide to do something different, that's how they're going to be.
- 4:32And it doesn't mean I need to hang out with them and try and change
- 4:36them and do all the coaching and you know, whatever I whatever I deem
- 4:42necessary. So but you know, just going along in the lines of what
- 4:46you're talking about is labeling, and I get it. You know, it's
- 4:50the easy stuff, right Amy Bev Tree Angel like, those are really easy
- 4:56things. But the bigger things, the jerks, the absolute people that get
- 5:02under your skin, the control freaks and the narcissists and all those it's same
- 5:10practice. Takes a little bit more on your part, but it's still the
- 5:15same practice. If you're labeling them, um, then you're you're putting them
- 5:21in this box. And even those people are so much more than what they're
- 5:26portraying themselves to be. At that time, I was listening to Matt Cohn
- 5:34recently. I don't know if you watched his interview yet with Alex, but
- 5:40it was interesting. Got noah, oh yeah, yeah, yeah, this
- 5:45is the second one, is the most recent one. Yeah yeah, well
- 5:49yeah. They were cracking me up too because how they were talking about,
- 5:53you know, just some of the foods. They were talking about ketchup and
- 5:56stuff like that, which was hilarious, talking about out you know, home
- 6:01home grown tomatoes or tomatoes fallen off the vine and just they were just being
- 6:06silly. Yeah. But he was talking about on their boundaries and I hadn't
- 6:10heard this before, but did you do you remember him talking about the boundaries
- 6:14and we set boundaries because that's that's where our limitations are. We can't that
- 6:20just that And he said, we're so afraid to talk about our limitations,
- 6:25right, because we're so afraid to be vulnerable. Not all of us,
- 6:27and we're certainly all learning. But he talks about we set up boundaries because
- 6:30that's our limits. Like I can only handle so much of listening to the
- 6:33news, and I've got a limit, right, And why why? Because
- 6:39my vibration is not as high. If I'm in a high vibration, I
- 6:41won't even notice that news cast even being playing on the TV or wherever.
- 6:45I won't even notice it. Yeah, you wouldn't even give it an attention.
- 6:48You wouldn't even be drawn to it at all. You wouldn't have the
- 6:54inkling to even turn the TV on to watch the news. Yeah, but
- 6:57when you're but if you watch back in our videos, you'll see that I've
- 7:00set my intentions before I've gone to family functions, and how that's played out.
- 7:03It's wonderful, But that's playing out at that level that I was at,
- 7:09right, So it doesn't even have to be at that space anymore.
- 7:12And it's and I understand this now. When you're trying to explain to someone
- 7:15else that's living in that space, they aren't ready to hear it. Typically
- 7:19most of them aren't. But you planted a seed and then who knows what
- 7:24comes from it? And and and we plan to seed. Doesn't mean there's
- 7:27anything wrong, right, there's nothing wrong with the other person. This is
- 7:29just where they're at on their journey. This is just where I'm at on
- 7:31my journey. Someone's so much more evolved than I am. If you want
- 7:34to put it in a if we wanted to label it, or you know,
- 7:38put it in some sort of degrees or varying levels. Yeah, but
- 7:46it's it's I find all that interesting. I find this whole the journey's changing,
- 7:51and I find that interesting. I do because I because I'm recognizing it.
- 7:57I'm recognizing like you said, you've had a lot, it's been a
- 8:00little bit quieter lately, or I don't know, it's bits I would say
- 8:03the same. I wouldn't say I've got two weeks off. Tomorrow will be
- 8:05two weeks so, and I've been able to really enjoy myself, really relax,
- 8:13enjoy the kids, my grandkids, enjoy the day. The weather doesn't
- 8:22matter if it's cool or if it's warm, which today it feels like it's
- 8:26going to be a little bit warm. Yesterday it was pretty warm. But
- 8:30it's it's just being in that space and enjoying those all those moments. Not
- 8:35Also, I think it was Matt con that I was listening to, or
- 8:37maybe it was Kyle Cease talking about our breath. Our breath is so important.
- 8:45It might have been even somebody else, but our breath is so important.
- 8:48You know, everyone's talking about meditation and do this and do that,
- 8:50but our breath is important. Our breath is what that's our energy, right,
- 8:54that's our life force that's coming in and out of us. So it's
- 8:58it's just even taken the time to breathe. I tell people all time,
- 9:01we get so stressed out. Oh I got to meditate. That back to
- 9:05the labels, right, I got I've got to meditate. And it's something
- 9:09that I'm doing instead of just being It's simple, but we make we make
- 9:13all these chores because we know, we know how to operate life with chores
- 9:16or things to do accomplishments, right, because then that makes us feel important
- 9:22and we get accolades and the ATA boys good jobs to help us feel accepted
- 9:28and loved. And you know, I don't know. I guess at some
- 9:35point we'll probably past that. But I enjoy those. I enjoy when someone
- 9:39says, you know, you're really doing a great job. But I'll turn
- 9:41around and tell them they're really doing a great job too. You know,
- 9:43it feels good. But I do I look forward to it? I think
- 9:46sometimes I have. Yeah, I think I have looked forward to it.
- 9:50And of course, when you have an attachment to an outcome, it never
- 9:52goes the way you expect it to go to or happen. So it's just
- 9:56this is just such a learning journey that we're on. And you know you're
- 10:01talking about the boundaries. It's and and you talked about setting the intentions before
- 10:07going to be at a family gathering. We're always evolving. And I know
- 10:13you know this, and I'm just saying this for the audience that if you
- 10:18go back and watch our videos almost three years ago, probably way different than
- 10:22we are today. So we're always evolving. We learn, we grow,
- 10:28we implement, or we learn, we implement, we grow. It's probably
- 10:33the process. We learn, we implement, we grow, and we keep
- 10:37evolving. And so you know, Bev and I I say this quite often,
- 10:43her and I are not immune to life where we still have our experiences
- 10:48and we are still evolving as human beings. I think for the most part,
- 10:52we're just open to the ideas. We're open to the growth and expansion.
- 10:58We're open to the teachings. We're open to learning something new and implementing
- 11:03it. I think that's key pieces. Yeah, implement, you have to
- 11:09implement everything to change. And so you know, one thing that as as
- 11:20my new journey in teaching classes and coaching was ground yourself, Ground you right,
- 11:28and just always come up, ground yourself, ground yourself, surround yourself
- 11:31with the angels and do this and do that. And then later so I
- 11:37did because our human side needs that. Our human side needs to be reminded
- 11:41that the angels are with us. God's with us. We're connected to the
- 11:43earth, were connected to the heavens or connect your right. We have all
- 11:48this stuff, but to remind us is a practice. To do it frequently,
- 11:54which is several times a day or once a day or whatever you need.
- 11:58But then you know later on the message came through that you really don't
- 12:05gotta do it once. I don't have to do it all time. It's
- 12:11like wow, really, it's not that I wanted to take that away from
- 12:16my plate of something else to do in my day, but it was like,
- 12:22huh, it's true. Right, We're always connected to God. We're
- 12:26always connected to angels. We're always connected to our loved ones in spirit.
- 12:30We're always connected to the ancestors. We're always connected to the earth. Like
- 12:35we how we always have all of it. So as as your belief systems
- 12:45change, as your practices change, like you will change, you will evolve
- 12:52in a way that feels good for you at that time. And that's why
- 12:56it's called learning, implementing, and growing, because you until you learn something
- 13:05new, you're not gonna do anything different. It's the same thing with I
- 13:11was in my mid thirties when I heard somebody, a teacher say, well,
- 13:16you know you can change your beliefs, this good thing. I was
- 13:20sitting down because I was like, what. I didn't know that till I
- 13:24was told that, right, So then I was told I'm like, oh,
- 13:28well, there you have it. Shit's gonna change now. So yeah,
- 13:35evolution, not only externally but definitely within ourselves, is a constant,
- 13:43constens based on all our experiences, all the people that we come into contact
- 13:48with. It is a constant for evolution. It is thus the change,
- 13:54right, That's where change is important. It's always happening. It's always happening.
- 14:00We don't have to do anything with it, just flow with it.
- 14:03Great. It's we put up so much resistance and that's out of habit,
- 14:09right, And that's the thinking of the doing and all this stuff. And
- 14:09I'm not saying that you just sit at home and don't do anything at all.
- 14:13I'm just saying, listen to your intuition, listen to what feels right
- 14:16for you. Because I did the same thing. I've had new people come
- 14:20in and they're so, well, I got to do this, and I've
- 14:22got to do this, and I've got to do that, and I'm like,
- 14:24okay, But eventually you won't have to. Eventually you'll be vibrating high
- 14:30enough or higher that that won't even cross your mind because it's not even necessary
- 14:33because there's no separation. How do you know awareness, If you're not paying
- 14:39attention to yourself, you're not going to have a clue when you dip down,
- 14:41so you can raise your vibration up higher instead of writing that, I
- 14:46don't even know what you would want to call it, just like being in
- 14:48that space stuck in the mud, although stuck in the mud can give you
- 14:52a chance for rest and relaxation too, so it doesn't have to mean that
- 14:56you're stuck. Because no matter what, we're constantly evolving, and as the
- 15:00world evolved, we're evolving, so our thoughts are going to change. The
- 15:03things that we believe are going to change, they are. Nothing's like set
- 15:09in stone, no, And that's why people. You know I don't like
- 15:16change, Well, if he didn't, if he didn't change, you would
- 15:20still be if he is in your mother's you wouldn't be in the human body.
- 15:26I mean you just like you could go back so far with that,
- 15:28like change, change goes with evolution. Change. We gotta have it,
- 15:37thank goodness. Yeah, because people want to go back, right, they
- 15:41want to go back to where it felt comfortable to them. Well, I
- 15:45would have said the probably the same thing at one time. I wouldn't mind
- 15:46to go back being a kid again, But I don't remember being a kid
- 15:50against that. Do I really want to go back to being a kid again,
- 15:52I don't know. I'm enjoying being a kid with my grandkids. There
- 15:56you have it, that's your that's your opportunity to connect to that playful side
- 16:02of you because you probably didn't have it. You probably had it, but
- 16:06not as much as you were when you were a child. Yeah, same
- 16:10for me. So and I Now my sister was born like within two years
- 16:17after I mean I think it was nineteen months or something like that, twenty
- 16:19months, so not even a whole two years. So that would have changed
- 16:23the dynamics of everything too, for you know, giving the one child the
- 16:27attention versus now you're giving a baby attention. You don't have a whole lot
- 16:32of room to pay attention to the other one because you gotta watch everything.
- 16:37You gotta watch them so they don't show if you got to watch them to
- 16:38make sure they're really I mean, there's a million things you pay attention to
- 16:41just to make sure they're okay, just the concerns of being a parent.
- 16:47And then add on top of that all the survival things, right, the
- 16:49job, the house keeping, the commitments, all the stuff. Yeahd on
- 16:56top of that. Yeah, so we learned how to be busy. That's
- 17:02really what that all that taught to us, that we learned how to keep
- 17:04ourselves busy, right, stay out. You don't get if you're keeping yourself
- 17:08busy if you're out doing the artwork. For me, if I was out
- 17:11doing something, that we're going to bother me to do something else because I
- 17:15was already doing something right, so they would leave me alone. Yeah,
- 17:18well that also comes with I just talked about this the other day. Is
- 17:22m if like in my household with my grandparents, you didn't say you were
- 17:30bored and you weren't just sitting there doing nothing, which is crazy, right
- 17:36because that doesn't allowed that's like heavy right there if they were walking around cleaning,
- 17:41you damned a little better be cleaning. You better be doing something.
- 17:45Your feet and body better be moving doing something. And that's that way.
- 17:49Don't be in there way no, no, exactly, And then that's that's
- 17:55a whole different dynamics that creates so much that we've brought forward that we think
- 17:59we have to constantly be doing stuff all the time. I still see people
- 18:00doing it, and it's like, Okay, I don't know. I don't
- 18:03try to offer them anything unless they're asking me for information what I think about
- 18:08something, and then I'll give it to them and I'll recognize that they still
- 18:11don't want to hear it, but they're you know, they're taking the time
- 18:15because they whether they paid me or whatever. Sometimes they just don't want to
- 18:18hear what you've what we've got to say. I was the same way sometimes
- 18:22you don't want to hear or you might say, oh, I know,
- 18:23I know, because I used to do that too, probably have even still
- 18:27since then. On occasion, usually I catch myself when I'm saying it,
- 18:30what am I saying? I know too? So I can make sure that
- 18:34I really do I really know? Hey, So that that comes down with
- 18:38the awareness too, because I want to if I don't really know, I
- 18:42want enough like show me, show me the way, yep. And that
- 18:48goes along with I need to put on this this facade that I'm smart enough,
- 18:56I'm good enough, I'm knowledgeable enough, right so that don't look like
- 19:02an idiot, so I don't look vulnerable. So so it just is a
- 19:07this perpetuating cycle if we don't change our beliefs and get into learning and growing,
- 19:18and you don't get to know people when they're like that. Honestly,
- 19:21because I've been those one of those persons that you carry a mask with you
- 19:22everywhere you go. You carry a mask to church, you carry a mask
- 19:26to work, You carry a mask too, when you go out with all
- 19:29the girls in the evening, you carry you know, I mean, there's
- 19:30always you carry a mask when you're or you wear a mask when you're with
- 19:33your kids, or you wear a mask when your kids friends are over,
- 19:37or there's just a million different ways. When you walk into the store when
- 19:41you're a lot of people do it, and that's just out of fear.
- 19:45You're just worried about somebody thinking that you're doing something wrong. And I recognize
- 19:51that I recognize that within myself, and I'm still recognizing it that I do
- 19:55that within myself. I still do it, not as much, but I
- 20:00have an awareness of it and also recognizing when I'm doing something I just don't
- 20:03like anymore, like why are you still doing that? So it's really feeling
- 20:10that like, well, you don't have to. It's it's just then having
- 20:11that inner dialogue with you and your inner child. Yeah, I did.
- 20:17I just did that. I committed to something. I did two times in
- 20:21a week. I committed to something because I wanted that, well, that
- 20:26fixer mode, the people pleasing mode, the wanting to you know, feel
- 20:33accepted, all that stuff. Twice in one week, to two different people.
- 20:38I made a commitment. And then I got home and I was like,
- 20:41why did you? Why did you do that? Why did you you?
- 20:45You are like thin on energy and time, and why would you compromise
- 20:51yourself and committing to something that's going to really hinder that, especially in my
- 20:59time? And I was like, and I sent messages to both of them.
- 21:04It was two different occasions, and I just sent I was like,
- 21:07listen, I committed this, and I have to apologize, right, I
- 21:14apologize, And just I really cannot. I don't actually have the time to
- 21:19do this. So anyway, I you know, express myself to them,
- 21:25and and then sat with I was like, wow, we're really trying to
- 21:30be a people pleaser here, aren't you. I totally hear you get saying
- 21:36I would say saying someone else was having a thing. And then I'm thinking
- 21:38of all ways, back to the old habit of now my mind's thinking of
- 21:42every single possible way how could I possibly help them, And it's they don't
- 21:47want to help yet, because that you could hear the conversation. So it's
- 21:51not that I was I'm holding back, but I'm trying to find some way
- 21:53to the same thing so that they look at me differently, so that they
- 21:56appreciate me more. So, whatever the reasons are, same thing, same
- 22:02thing, Not even necessary though, But that's that was because of the training
- 22:04that we received as children. I feel like, right and and then past
- 22:10my old person would have continued through it painfully, stuffer. And then you
- 22:17honored yourself, which is awesome. Yeah, so so to be and that
- 22:22again, it's part of my evolution to recognize it. I mean, even
- 22:30as soon as it came out of my mouth, I was like the girl,
- 22:33how do you do it? So then I had to go and sit
- 22:38with it and process them, like, okay, what's going on here?
- 22:44You're showing up like this, what's going on? Right? And just have
- 22:47that inner inquiry. That's us being self curious about myself and then saying I
- 22:55do allowing myself, giving myself permission to say I can't do this. Yes,
- 23:03I committed to it, but I was out of line by committing and
- 23:07I can't do it. So yeah, but from a full from you,
- 23:11if you look at it from a bigger picture, now you're helping someone else
- 23:15recognize, hey, it's okay, it's okay if I have over committed myself
- 23:19for me to go ahead and tell them I can't do it, and you
- 23:22also gave them an idea of how to do it. Well, you know,
- 23:27the second person that I did it with, I sent her the message
- 23:30and she's like, oh, sorry, I wasn't gonna do it anyway.
- 23:36Okay, great, because we were going to meet and do something together and
- 23:40I'm like, listen, I don't and it was gonna take about two to
- 23:44four hours, and I'm just like, now I can't commit. Yeah,
- 23:48I got to back out of this one and she's like, oh, sorry,
- 23:52I don't feel like doing it anyway, still trying, probably hoping to
- 23:57get someone else to be the motivation and to help get her to do the
- 24:00thing, whatever the thing was. When it's just she might have felt committed
- 24:04to do it because I committed to do it for me, and we both
- 24:08would have been miserable. So it's like it worked out, you know.
- 24:12Yeah. And it's also to recognize because sometimes I feel like we do things
- 24:17like that because they want us to write. So it's if we're not.
- 24:21That goes back to the part of the conversation about vibrating at a high vibration
- 24:23and then we're not affected by things around us. But sometimes where we're not,
- 24:27sometimes we're almost a match to the person across from us, and next
- 24:32thing you know, we're saying things or doing things. It's like, God,
- 24:34damn it, that's not really what I wanted. So when this some
- 24:37of those times this happens to me, I stopped and I'm like, is
- 24:40this was this my energy? Or is this energy that I'm feeling from the
- 24:42person that's really hopeful that I'm going to do this. I've heard psychics,
- 24:47you know, psychic mediums say, I'll give them the information as I'm receiving
- 24:52it, not what they want to receive. Yeah, because our wanting it's
- 24:56palpable. And when when you're connected like that and you're listening, you're not
- 25:00hearing it and you're feeling it and you're in that person's energy at that moment.
- 25:03Right, So it's just recognizing, is this's mine and I did I
- 25:07go ahead and do that for myself? Am I behaving this way? Just
- 25:11like we talked about recently, I go into the gym and all of a
- 25:14sudden, I might be a totally different might have a different mask on right,
- 25:17I'm just I'm that old mask that I used to wear that I used
- 25:21to joke around and everything else, and it's I'm it doesn't resonate with me
- 25:25anymore. So now I just noticed that. I'll kind of smile or I'll
- 25:29say, you know, I don't really contribute much to the conversation, and
- 25:33I don't try to like find always try to find like some guru type of
- 25:37answer to have for somebody. But it's just being aware that. It's just
- 25:42being aware. It's just what feels good to me and what doesn't feel good
- 25:45and getting when you're so aware that you're now you're so in touch with yourself,
- 25:51you're learning so much about yourself that when something subtly doesn't feel right to
- 25:55you, you're you're already honoring that and you're listening to it, and that's
- 25:59how you're moving afford or even navigating. So it's just it's fun. It's
- 26:04fun unless we get caught, you know, unless you unless things are going
- 26:08like a snowball down the mountain and you just can't slow it down and you're
- 26:12just watching ship flying by you like, I don't know how to navigate this,
- 26:15what to do? You don't have to navigate anything. Just let go,
- 26:18hold your hands in and wait till it hits the bottom. Then you'll
- 26:22be okay. Then you can climb out of it or crawl out of it
- 26:26and make your way back up. Everything comes to an end at some point.
- 26:30It all comes to an end. So well, otherwise we're still being
- 26:33non physical. Great if we're if we're in the non physical, then we're
- 26:37in a space of joy, and we're in a space of bliss, and
- 26:40we're in this great space all the time. Here we have the luxury of
- 26:44feeling pain. We have the luxury of filling anxiety, anger, sadness,
- 26:51joy, and then we have we have the the awesomeness of being able to
- 26:55fill the difference between each one of them, right, and then realize,
- 27:00now, this doesn't feel good to me. Although the first part of my
- 27:03life, most of most things didn't feel good to me, and I was
- 27:06still doing them anyways. I was working in jobs I certainly didn't want to
- 27:08be in, but but really I wasn't happy on the inside at all.
- 27:15Well, that all contributes to the addiction of the drama, the addiction of
- 27:19because we want that. It creates that adrenaline rush when we're in the middle
- 27:26of drama and our you know, senses are heightened and we're on high alert,
- 27:32and it's it's an addiction to not only the suffering because that's what we
- 27:38believe we deserve, but it's also an addiction to what's going on in our
- 27:44body with them. Is that the cortisol, the adrenaline like all that's amplified
- 27:52when you're stressed out, well, totally affects your blood, sugars and everything
- 27:57like that. That's a that's a snowball effect right there. Yeah, and
- 28:03then that contributes to the other addiction of smoking and sugar and eating and shopping
- 28:08and porn and all the other stuff. So it's like, that's your snowball.
- 28:12You're lailing in this snowball as it's rolling and has all this momentum,
- 28:21and either you ride out till it stops, or you figure out something to
- 28:26do different. Yeah, because that's all distraction, do it. I said,
- 28:33that's all distraction. Addictions distraction to me, you're just distracting yourself from
- 28:37yourself because sometimes we can't deal with the emotion and little feelings that we have
- 28:42withinside. And then it's learning how to just take a little tiny bite at
- 28:45it, you know, just a little tiny piece of it, instead of
- 28:48trying to overcome everything at one time. Yeah. I've been on this journey
- 28:55for twenty years, and every time I say that, I'm just like,
- 29:00wow, look at me. Go right, I celebrate it now. In
- 29:03the beginning, it was I was hitting walls and tripping over speed bumps and
- 29:08all kinds of shit. It was it was you just would have put me
- 29:12in bubble wrap because I just felt like everything went sideways and um. But
- 29:19the more practice and change and evolve and learn and grow, it's like I
- 29:26said, and doing that full moon ceremony, what am I struggling with?
- 29:32It had to really dig deep, is it? What am I struggling with
- 29:34anything? Right now? Yeah? I imagine it would get to the plane
- 29:41of you're like reaching for just things. I just want to remove any blocks,
- 29:45any blocks that I might have on my path. I mean, then
- 29:48it become so generic, right instead of so but that's where the energy is
- 29:53at right now. I feel like it is kind of in that space you're
- 29:56you would have to be reaching for. I feel like you would be reaching
- 30:00for something because that's how it just feels lately. Well just also affirmed to
- 30:06me, I'm not focused on that stuff, true, right, So full
- 30:11moon, so the audience knows a full moon during a full moon is a
- 30:14time of releasing. So anything you're hanging onto attachments, as far as situations
- 30:19and people of the past, they're still causing those uncomfortable emotions within yourself.
- 30:25Those are you know, or maybe you're in the middle of something right now,
- 30:27maybe you're in a divorce or losing a job or anything that's creating that
- 30:33unsettledness within yourself. Those would be the things that we want to bring up
- 30:38and out write them. Writing is a great way to do that, and
- 30:42then do your own ceremony of releasing it, which I use burning fire to
- 30:48burn the paper and I call them my angels and God and ask them to
- 30:53help me transmut all that back into love and that I don't need to hang
- 30:57onto it. So then with the new moon, new moon is about setting
- 31:03your intentions. What do you want to bring to yourself? What do you
- 31:06want? And it's so much easier now to do the new moon ceremony than
- 31:12it is the full moon ceremony. Now, back in the day twenty years
- 31:17plus years ago, the full moon ceremony was way easier for the releasing because
- 31:23I knew all kinds of shit I wanted to get rid of. And the
- 31:26new moon ceremony I didn't like it because I didn't know what I wanted.
- 31:30And now that just shows that in my evolution, that how much I have
- 31:36changed polarities. Now I'm more focused on what I want to intend, my
- 31:41intentions, my wants, my desires, my goals, and it's like I'm
- 31:48not looking back an I'm not say anymore but far less than what I used
- 31:53to. So that's great. So when you get to point like that you
- 32:00can just look at yourself and go, wow, look at look where I'm
- 32:02at, Look where I was. I feel amazing about it, and that,
- 32:07you know, just talking about it out loud, because I really hadn't
- 32:10talked about it. It's a huge acknowledgement. And we need those everyonce somewhile
- 32:17so we can be our own cheerleader, right, because we don't always get
- 32:21those accolades that we can cheer ourselves on and be like, dang, look
- 32:24at you go, girl, not even you know, you gotta figure out.
- 32:29You gotta dig deep into something you're trying to release during a full moon
- 32:32ceremony. That is phenomenal. That is so good. It is, it
- 32:42is, And it's just like we've talked about so many times, really just
- 32:45honoring yourself and looking at all the things you do good in the day.
- 32:51I think that we think we do so much bad because I say that because
- 32:54I know I have felt this way, that we do so many things that
- 32:58are bad and wrong, that we're not worthy of anything. But we don't
- 33:00ever stop and look at all the good stuff. And if we started looking
- 33:04at all the good stuff, we would find that there was far more of
- 33:07the good stuffs than there is of the bad stuff to what we would could
- 33:08label as bad that just doesn't feel good. And you know, being your
- 33:14cheerleader in those times when you feel like you're stuck, that's the time like
- 33:17go back to your notebook and like you kids, you keep a notebook and
- 33:21stuff, and go back to a notebook where you've journaled hopefully and written down
- 33:24stuff that you've been doing good and you're how much you've evolved and things that
- 33:28they've changed, because it is, gosh, it makes you feel unstuck when
- 33:31you start looking at all the stuff that you're like, oh my gosh,
- 33:35I really have come a long way. And of course, I guess if
- 33:37I took my own advice to look listen to our first video or two,
- 33:40I'd probably be like, who the hell is that? Man? She used
- 33:45to be? She used to believe that shit? Right? I say it
- 33:49like that because you go with what we resonate with. And it was just
- 33:52like that was a doorway. That was a doorway to get you into paying
- 33:55attention to yourself. There was a doorway for us to for our ascentsion the
- 34:00smallest little things. And then as time goes over or as time flows,
- 34:07we start changing, we start changing and noticing all those things, and that's
- 34:09it's a wonderful thing because I'm so glad that I am the person that I
- 34:13am today than I was before, because I wasn't. I wasn't even happy
- 34:19on the inside. And that's another big thing too. I've heard, you
- 34:23know, because we think you think about people ask when you're on your transformation
- 34:30journey, when you've kind of gotten on the other side of all the bullshit
- 34:35and you're on this more rewarding path, which would I would equate myself too
- 34:40right now is is would you go back and change any of it? And
- 34:45I have not heard one teacher, one author. I've not heard anybody say
- 34:52yes, I would go back and change it. And I've also heard a
- 34:57handful of people who were born into families or you know, at least a
- 35:04parent or parent that had a meditation practice, that had some kind of not
- 35:09religious practice but spiritual practice that and even they were unsettled that they grew up
- 35:16having these tools and then when they got to where they were out on their
- 35:22own, they went like in a whole different direction with chaos and drama and
- 35:29all the stuff, and then came back to the practices that they were born
- 35:34into with their family, and it's like, wow, we learn through the
- 35:40hardships, We learned through the heart, the difficult moments, the challenges,
- 35:45and if it was just easy, breezy piece of cake. Some people do
- 35:52have that life. And it's probably because they're very old souls. And I'm
- 35:55trying to explain this away right now, so that they're probably very old souls
- 36:00and they're here to show us. They're here to be examples of that,
- 36:05Yes you can have money, Yes you can, you can love life and
- 36:08love people and all the things, like, you can do all that,
- 36:13and those people, I feel like they're here to be examples for us,
- 36:16and they have an extremely amazing life. And then there's also people like that
- 36:22whom they actually had a really really really difficult childhood and when they became old
- 36:30enough to discern life, the rest of their life was amazing. Like there's
- 36:37those stories as well. So, yeah, even as much as even as
- 36:43much as they've sucked, if I hadn't gone through what I went through,
- 36:50I wouldn't have taken the path I had taken, and I wouldn't be here.
- 36:53I physically would not be on this planet, guaranteed, so it took
- 37:01challenges. It took asking the questions, what else is there for life?
- 37:07What is life all about? What is what? Why? Why are we
- 37:14in these physical bodies? Why do we? Why are we born and we
- 37:16die? What's the purpose? Right? And all those questions that come along
- 37:22with that. Because I kept asking those questions internally, it wasn't an external
- 37:27question. I kept getting the guidance and it was presented to me in a
- 37:34way that I could receive it at that time. Now I just mentioned I've
- 37:37been doing this journey for like twenty years of transformation, still going through transformation
- 37:44process. As I mentioned two people in a week. I overcommitted myself.
- 37:49And it's okay. Some people get it easy, peasy. They can make
- 37:55a change within a year. Some people are slower on a different journey,
- 38:00different path. But we get the information at the time in which we can
- 38:07receive it and be ready to make those those are implement it and make those
- 38:12changes. And so there's no comparison of the journey. There's no comparison between
- 38:17me and Bev and our journeys. We're here. She sees things differently than
- 38:21I do sometimes and it brings a word. I'm like Wow, Okay,
- 38:24and think about that like that. And I've been on this journey a lot,
- 38:29much longer than she has, and we're still helping each other, we're
- 38:32still encouraging each other, we're still coming here every week and have these conversations,
- 38:37and we still learn from each other. And so it's amazing that we're
- 38:42not here to do this by ourselves, absolutely ever, and we're never by
- 38:47ourselves. We're just never by ourselves. I guess the more that we can
- 38:52start everyone can start seeing, that will be it'll that'll be another huge evolution.
- 38:58Yeah. I just listen again again. Alex just released another video of
- 39:01this guy who had a near death experience and his explanation of what he experienced
- 39:07on the other side and all this stuff, and it was really a great
- 39:14listen, you know, it was. It was very good. And what
- 39:19I found too, though, some of the things that he said were similar
- 39:22to what I read in Sylvia Brown's book, which got me on this journey
- 39:27at twenty eight. Gotcha, So it's like interesting, isn't that interesting?
- 39:34Here we are twenty years later, well, twenty eight, twenty five years
- 39:38later? Holy? How so amazing that I'm hearing the same information again.
- 39:47It is, and it's it's being it's ben said for a long time,
- 39:52and it continues a million different directions, right, a million different ways.
- 40:00So our spears, right, just has the show up. That's all one
- 40:05of those ways it has of the show up that we hear it. Can
- 40:07we grab a hold of it? Yeah? What what is it we need?
- 40:12It's like on the cartoons and stuff when there's there's something go buy and
- 40:15they grab onto it and they're just like whip through you know, it's like
- 40:21the fast track or something. Yeah, that's that's that's like real stuff right
- 40:24there. Yeah, we do grab a hold of something that totally changes the
- 40:29way we look at everything. Just just like they're just dropping the labels,
- 40:32just looking around, just just looking at the mountains without calling the mountains or
- 40:38of a tree or the Spanish daggers or the grass or whatever. The dogs,
- 40:43the cats, the critters, and of course me, I'm always walking
- 40:46around outside like, oh, keep them all safe. Well, they can't
- 40:49all stay safe. Someone's gonna have to die. I mean, that's the
- 40:52way it goes, because it's survival, right, It's the circle of life.
- 41:00One of the great things to you. I mean, wanted to mention.
- 41:01Is this The interview I listened to with Alex says, this guy grew
- 41:07up Catholic and his dad was a Marine Corps in the Marine Corps. Now,
- 41:12if you know anything about the Marine Corps, they get sitting their ways
- 41:16and that's the way it is. And then you add Catholicism on top of
- 41:21it. Oh my, and so this guy had quite the upbringing and then
- 41:29he has this near death experience, has this incredible experience on the other side,
- 41:34and all this information that he was brought forward and now he's just like
- 41:39his dad still goes to church and still sitting his ways, and this gentleman
- 41:47he's like, yeah, he still encouraged me to go to Catholic church.
- 41:52But I'm like, no, I don't think so, because he was opened
- 42:00up to something much bigger, something else in those you know, I think
- 42:05that you know, like the near death experiences, those people are having those
- 42:09experiences so they can come back and share with us for any if anything,
- 42:15it brings hope, especially to people. What I find, especially to people
- 42:21who have lost children. I think they're the ones that are impacted the most.
- 42:27Yes, it's you know, it's it's it can feel hard when you
- 42:30lose family members or close friends, but people who have lost children, I
- 42:39would I don't know what that's like. I can't even imagine what it's like
- 42:45to go through that. And I know that these messages are coming forward to
- 42:51help these people. Yeah, and it doesn't matter what age they are,
- 42:54no, you know. That was one thing recently I had sent Jim's mom
- 42:59and out of a message and I apologize because I didn't contact when when I
- 43:04had to found Jim. I didn't contact his parents. I didn't contact anybody.
- 43:07The kids came in and they're like, well, who who should we
- 43:10call. I'm like, called Julie, which is his sister, called Julie.
- 43:14Then she can get ahold of everybody because I know that he had a
- 43:16very close relationship. And I'm not saying that he didn't have a close relationship
- 43:20with his parents, but he was close with his sister Julie. He has
- 43:22another sister named Susie too, but um and I had cent her a thing
- 43:27and like, I'm I'm I just want you to know that he cared so
- 43:30much about you guys, you know, But I also want you to know
- 43:31that I'm sorry. I'm sorry I didn't get ahold of you. That day,
- 43:35I was, you know it. I was not expecting any of this
- 43:38to happen. This was the last thing that was ever that I expected.
- 43:43And she says, well, she says, I was at this grocery store,
- 43:46and she says, I was never mad. She says, I was
- 43:50just trying to process because me being a mom and I now I've lost my
- 43:53son. You know, my son's no longer here. I feel like a
- 43:57part of me is missing. But I couldn't have seen that when that first,
- 44:00when all this first happened, because I was dealing with my own grief.
- 44:04So to listen to her afterwards, and it's like, well, I
- 44:07have no clue. I've lost my brother transition, my mom transition, and
- 44:10Jim transitions. So it's like, there's I don't have that experience. I
- 44:16don't And and it, like I said, it doesn't matter the age,
- 44:20because she hears she's old. You know, they're older, and Jim was
- 44:23fifty four when he transitions. So it's it's a lot to deal with.
- 44:29It's a lot. It's a lot for that emotional but I also know at
- 44:31the other side of that, everything happens for our evolution and it's just however
- 44:37we want to look at it. We can grow from every single situation everything
- 44:40I can find a positive from or like used to always we used to always
- 44:44to talk about the gold nugget. There's always a golden nugget. There always
- 44:47is there just is there, just is sometimes we have to reach to find
- 44:53that. But but it's but it also changes the energy of the situation because
- 44:59we don't I have Some people might say, oh, well, that's you
- 45:01know, if you if, for an example, if I was going back
- 45:04to a timeframe and back to being in the uters, if I wanted to
- 45:08go all the way back to that timeframe and imagine how I was being supported
- 45:12and loved and felt all that stuff, It doesn't change the experience, but
- 45:16it changes the energy of the experience. You're no longer holding onto something so
- 45:21that you become more neutral in that space of looking at things. And it
- 45:25doesn't really does make a big difference. It really does. But how do
- 45:30we know without going through all these things, I wouldn't know. I wouldn't
- 45:35know. My mom transitioning and my brother transitioning were one thing. But then
- 45:38when Jim transition that like totally threw me off my whole path. My god,
- 45:44I had to look at myself because I couldn't, which I'm having a
- 45:46realization now, I couldn't look at him and see like, well you're drinking,
- 45:52you know what I mean. I had no one to blame any longer
- 45:54because that person that that part of the blame was gone. That was it
- 45:59was no or happening. It was done. You couldn't blame You could no
- 46:01longer blame him for your unhappiness. But in a sense you should because he
- 46:06died for a little bit. But then it was like then then it was
- 46:09a journey of h This isn't about the transition of Jim. This is about
- 46:14the transition of depth, right. But I'm always planned on Yeah, but
- 46:19a lot of people do that. Yes, persons alive, so you're blamed
- 46:22because of their behavior. You're blaming them for your unhappiness. And then they
- 46:29die and I'm using die for a reason. Yeah, they die, and
- 46:34now you're blaming them when they're not even on the planet. You're blaming them
- 46:37now for your unhappiness because they died. That's all internal work. My friends
- 46:44all into the work, and Beverly's talking about she did no longer had somebody
- 46:50outside of her to blame for her unhappiness, because nobody can make you happy.
- 46:55Nobody on this planet can make you happy or feel joy. That is
- 47:02all internal work, it is, and if it happens, it happens in
- 47:07blips, right, And then you become like, oh, I want some
- 47:09more of that. That's almost like that addiction, looking for that whole,
- 47:13like, hey, where is it? Yeah, that's right, it's right.
- 47:17And then and the truth was it? What? Like you said,
- 47:20it wasn't him that was making me unhappy. It wasn't the drinking that was
- 47:23making me unhappy. I was not happy. But you could have told me
- 47:28that all day long and I wouldn't have figured it out. It just didn't
- 47:30make sense to you. It's like, what the fuck are you talking about?
- 47:31I'm living with someone. You know that we've had those conversations, you
- 47:37and I. We have had those conversations. We have we have off of
- 47:40that, we mad these conversations. Yeah, we have. But it's important.
- 47:46I feel like it's important for people to hear that. It's because it's
- 47:50not set in stone, and it really was. It was a time for
- 47:52me to really look at myself, like how have I been? And it's
- 47:54been gm will be this November will be three years because time, that's the
- 48:01time here. That's how it's gone for him. It's probably like a blip.
- 48:05He's like, I'm still right here. You know, he's been here
- 48:07all along. And I get messages from him all the time, which I'll
- 48:10I share with the kids and stuff like that. So but it's just and
- 48:15you have a better communication with him now because you can feel him, you
- 48:21can hear him, you you have this, He's so much more readily available
- 48:28to you as well with that connection. Yeah, and he's you know,
- 48:32you're on this new journey about learning about channeling and all that, and he's
- 48:37there to help and encourage you as well in spirit form, which is funny
- 48:47as you're telling me this, he I hear gateway. He's the gateway for
- 48:51that. He is the gateway for that for me. Yeah. Yeah,
- 48:55So it's just it's a it's an interesting journey. And so for his arns
- 49:00for that loss, I prefer to be where I'm at now that I know
- 49:04that they're still around. Is there there's times that it's you know, I'm
- 49:07around the kids and I feel their energy right and when they're when they're missing
- 49:12them. When they're crying about it, I'm I cry with them because it's
- 49:15like I missed. I can feel everything that they're how they feel, and
- 49:21it's it makes sense when we're looking at this physical. But that's the thing.
- 49:23We've been trained to look so physical, right, We've been trained to
- 49:27be consumers. We've been trained to be um. Just be good, good
- 49:31little boys and girls and go do your job. When we didn't come here,
- 49:35we didn't all like say, oh, I'm going to go down there
- 49:37play on the planet so I can work eighty hours a week and then complain
- 49:43about not having any time for myself and then try to raise kids. And
- 49:45then I'll go by, you know, I'll get a few dogs and some
- 49:49cats and build a farm, and then I'll wonder where my time all went.
- 49:52And now I'm, you know, a thousand and wondering when is this
- 49:55going to end? Yeah, I'd rather you're enjoying the whole journey, the
- 50:00whole way, and be all of a sudden like blinking air. Girl,
- 50:05It's like, what the fuck? Man? I was having a good time,
- 50:08right, I wasn't ready yet. Yeah, That's how I would rather
- 50:14be that way, instead of being like even at the end of the road,
- 50:16like, oh my gosh, I should have done all this stuff,
- 50:21should have, could have would a Yeah, it doesn't get you anywhere.
- 50:25It keeps you right where you're at. I had you know, you're talking
- 50:31about lots of kids. I had a conversation with the lady just the other
- 50:35day and she said, she's talking about her two children that she had lost
- 50:38in an auto accident eleven years ago, and she's like, I want to
- 50:44celebrate them, but I don't know how eleven years later. And I'm like,
- 50:49sister, of course I have to ask permission. Are you open to
- 50:54hearing ways to do that? You know? So so we sat now that
- 50:59conversation and like, eleven years but that that physical, the lack of the
- 51:07physical and the trauma of how you know, people transition, just puts us
- 51:15in a space where it's not okay for me to celebrate them. It's not
- 51:20okay for me to be joyful and acknowledge them. It's not okay for me
- 51:24to be laughing on the day that they transition, you know. So we
- 51:30put ourselves in that container, that box, that prison, that bondage,
- 51:35and and we're not meant to do that. Yeah, it's okay to feel
- 51:38the pain and the hurt and the sorrow and the grief, but you're not
- 51:42meant to stay in that. No. I even had a client recently because
- 51:47her husband had transitioned recently, and she's so afraid that she's going to do
- 51:52something wrong, Like I was praying, I just wanted to have a dream
- 51:57with it. Is that wrong? Like is that wrong to like so afraid
- 52:00that they're doing something wrong? So afraid? And we and I know that
- 52:04goes much deeper than that, when all along the this this person would always
- 52:09show on the outside they're happy, always on the happy, cracking jokes and
- 52:15being silly and smiling, and it's like there's so much more to a person,
- 52:20But you don't know until you get to know somebody. Yeah, really
- 52:23until you listen. And it's listening with everything, your whole suit, your
- 52:28antenna, listening with that, listening with your intuition and listening what are you
- 52:32seeing from your third eye? What are you where are you really hearing right
- 52:36now? Like really using And that's play to be in that space as a
- 52:40play place, because then you start receiving information that's so simple and it's so
- 52:46beneficial for yourself and the other person that you're having the conversation with. Yeah,
- 52:51for everybody else that's out there listening, I know you do this already.
- 53:00It just makes it. It just makes life easier. And then that's
- 53:02where we show up for the greater good of all because we're not here to
- 53:07fix somebody because they're not broken. But we're here as a guy, just
- 53:09like our guides that are not in the non physical right now are here for
- 53:13us. They're here encouraging us along the way, and we're doing the same
- 53:15thing. We're GUIDs just like our guides. Our guys are helping us because
- 53:22we're marchin and then we're because we're we've we're evolving and growing. We're providing
- 53:30guidance to other people of where they are now where we used to be.
- 53:36Yes. So it's a continuous flow of helping supporting all along the way.
- 53:44And guess what, our guides don't sit there and like, oh my god,
- 53:45she's doing it again. Yeah, no labels, no judgment. Yeah,
- 53:52she asked us for this information and she's not listening. I gave it
- 53:54to her fifteen times in the last fifteen seconds, right, and she's still
- 54:00okay, never mind I'm done, I'm taking a break for two days.
- 54:05I'll be back. Yeah, that doesn't happen like that. It doesn't happen
- 54:08like that. But they don't have an expectation of us, right. We
- 54:12ask and they give us an answer, and it's up to us at that
- 54:15time to make a choice. Yeah, are you up and aware and alert
- 54:20and in the present moment to receive the messages? Or are do you have
- 54:22your head down in your phone playing a game and oblivious to what's going on
- 54:27around you? Distractions the comparison, right, and so so, yeah,
- 54:32you're your your guide, your your spirit team. They're not rolling their eyes
- 54:37and judging you and can't wait for you to die so that they can get
- 54:42a vacation. They're not doing any of that. They're cheering us on and
- 54:51supporting us and absolutely there to help us with love. And that's the same.
- 54:59That's those are That's a good but you know that's something to pay attention
- 55:02to. That's that's how we want to be. Yeah, because it's the
- 55:07same. And if they do make a mistake or whatever, it's not I
- 55:10told you so, it's just being there and love and support, being neutral,
- 55:17but still being love and support. Right, neutral and the meaning of
- 55:21not trying the things that you have to go and fix it. And oh
- 55:23my god, you did it again. We just had this conversation why are
- 55:27you doing this again? So here, you know, when somebody does that,
- 55:30when you give him the side eye, you're just like sorry, as
- 55:36our guides are just like, really, you're gonna do this again? Really
- 55:43you missed that message? Too heavy sigh. Nah, they're on the side.
- 55:50They're like, hey, she's doing it again. She'll figure it out
- 55:52this time. Okay, still figure it out. I thank god this I
- 55:58see. I like to make it all common goal and yeah, because I
- 56:04I do by that with myself. Really, you over committed yourself again.
- 56:08What did you do that for? Get myself? The side I too funny.
- 56:19It's hilarious actually when I think about our spirit teams watching over us and
- 56:25guiding us and cheering us on. And oh look she stumbled and fell again.
- 56:32She'll get back up. She's gonna get back up. She's gonna keep
- 56:36going. That's been my life journey. Keep going with hurricane winds and I'm
- 56:44walking against the wind. Yeah, keep going, like you're gonna get through
- 56:49this. The storm's gonna pass. Keep going wasn't fun. I'm not claiming
- 56:53it was fun. I'm not claiming I loved it in any way, shape
- 56:57or form. But it has contributed to where I'm at right now, so
- 57:02absolutely. And the opposite of that is to blame all those people who contributed
- 57:12to my life experiences that were not fun and no way, shape or form,
- 57:16and continue to blame them and continue to hang onto the anger and the
- 57:21shame and the guilt and the resentments and continue to live my life in that
- 57:24space until I take my last breath. That's the option. That was the
- 57:29option, and I didn't like it in my teens and my twenties. And
- 57:34so without having that and asking the questions, is there something more to life?
- 57:38What's purpose of life? Why are we here? I wouldn't receive the
- 57:43information and the guidance that I've received with which Bev and I show up now
- 57:49every week and talk about So we talk about our life experiences. That's what's
- 57:57going on our life, and how we're processing and how we're looking at it,
- 58:00how we could look at it. Right, Yeah, we're just we're
- 58:05just freaking showing up and talking about our stuff. Right. Being vulnerable,
- 58:08We're practicing being vulnerable on a regular basis and not just with each other.
- 58:14Like how many millions of people could watch this like this is out in the
- 58:20Eather brand. We're just like here. It is what you do with that
- 58:23your business. If you resonate not, that's okay too. Yeah, no,
- 58:28biggie, it's not a big deal. It's it's a journey. So
- 58:31I hope everyone finds their journey to be pleasant and gravitate towards whatever you hear.
- 58:37And any time they hear anything that we say that it gives them something
- 58:42that they can work with to evolve. Right, Learn, implement, grow,
- 58:51It's all you need to remember. Learn, implement, grow. If
- 58:55you want something different in your life, takes you, you as the person
- 59:01to make the changes that you want to have a better life. Nobody can
- 59:10do that for you. Nobody, And you wouldn't wanted to do it for
- 59:14you anyways, wouldn't anyway? You still would, you would grow, You
- 59:19would you would get better because then you depending on somebody else to take care
- 59:22of it for you. Yeah. Any final words make a magical week?
- 59:35Absolutely all right, my friends, that is our conversation for today. I
- 59:42hope you got something out of it. Thanks for hanging out with us,
- 59:45tea time with Amy and Beth. Share it with your friends. You know
- 59:47there's somebody that could benefit from this conversation. So with that, thank you
- 59:52for your time and energy, and we'll see you next time. Good Bye,
