- 0:13Speaker 1: to live a more positive life three hundred and sixty five.
- 0:16Speaker 2: Days a year. We hope you enjoy this message.
- 0:33Speaker 3: Two men are walking in the woods one day when
- 0:37Speaker 3: they come across a gigantic hole so big and deep
- 0:42Speaker 3: that they can't see the bottom of it. Naturally, their
- 0:46Speaker 3: curiosity gets the best of them and they start looking
- 0:49Speaker 3: for things to throw into the hole. They find sticks
- 0:54Speaker 3: and rocks and branches and throw them, but they never
- 0:58Speaker 3: hear anything hit the bottom of the hole. Eventually, they
- 1:03Speaker 3: find an old railroad tie, and they figure they'll definitely
- 1:08Speaker 3: hear that hit the bottom, so they leg it over
- 1:13Speaker 3: and throw it in. A few seconds pass and they
- 1:17Speaker 3: still don't hear it hit the bottom. They shrug and
- 1:21Speaker 3: start to walk away, when all of a sudden, a
- 1:24Speaker 3: cow comes charging through the woods at them and jumps
- 1:28Speaker 3: into the hole. That was crazy, they said to each other.
- 1:33Speaker 3: As they were walking out of the woods. A farmer
- 1:36Speaker 3: is walking into the woods at the same time and
- 1:39Speaker 3: greets them. The guys tell the farmer about the hole
- 1:42Speaker 3: they found. The farmer asks if the guys have seen
- 1:47Speaker 3: his cow. They say, as a matter of fact, it
- 1:51Speaker 3: was the strangest thing we saw a cow come sprinting
- 1:54Speaker 3: through the woods and jump into that very hole. The
- 1:59Speaker 3: farmer shakes his head and says, hmm, well, that couldn't
- 2:04Speaker 3: have been my cow. My cow was tied to a
- 2:08Speaker 3: railroad tie. If we truly want to live life fully,
- 2:18Speaker 3: we must learn to let go of anger, resentment, and
- 2:22Speaker 3: negative emotions. Such things stand in the way of our
- 2:26Speaker 3: happiness and fulfillment. We will talk about this in this
- 2:30Speaker 3: week's episode of Positively three sixty five, But first we
- 2:35Speaker 3: have our trivia question of the day. Are you ready
- 2:38Speaker 3: for it? Here it is what part of the brain
- 2:46Speaker 3: is responsible for regulating balance and coordination. We will have
- 2:54Speaker 3: the answer when we come back.

- 4:46Speaker 2: And happy reading.
- 4:56Speaker 3: Do you know the answer to this week's trivia question?
- 5:00Speaker 3: The question was what part of the brain is responsible
- 5:05Speaker 3: for regulating balance and coordination. The answer the cerebellum. The cerebellum,
- 5:13Speaker 3: located at the back of the brain, plays a crucial
- 5:17Speaker 3: role in maintaining balance, posture, and fine motor control. It
- 5:23Speaker 3: processes information from the sensory systems and integrates it into
- 5:29Speaker 3: coordinating smooth voluntary movements. Without proper function of the cerebellum,
- 5:36Speaker 3: activities requiring precisions, such as walking and writing, become difficult
- 5:43Speaker 3: and uncoordinated. Now you know, letting go of rezil and
- 6:00Speaker 3: anger is important because holding onto these emotions can have
- 6:05Speaker 3: a negative impact on both mental and physical health. Chronic
- 6:10Speaker 3: anger and resentment can lead to increased stress, which over
- 6:16Speaker 3: time can contribute to problems like high blood pressure, heart disease,
- 6:20Speaker 3: and weakened immunity. Emotionally, carrying it around and keeping these
- 6:28Speaker 3: feelings can make it harder to find peace and happiness,
- 6:32Speaker 3: often clouding our judgment and preventing us from moving forward.
- 6:37Speaker 3: Releasing resentment and anger also helps to improve relationships, both
- 6:42Speaker 3: with others and ourselves. When we let go of grudges,
- 6:46Speaker 3: we free ourselves from the burden of negativity and open
- 6:50Speaker 3: up space for forgiveness and understanding. This shift not only
- 6:55Speaker 3: promotes healing, but also allows us to live with greater
- 6:59Speaker 3: emotional clarity, fostering stronger connections and a more positive outlook
- 7:06Speaker 3: on life. In Deira Gandhi, the first female Prime Minister
- 7:17Speaker 3: of India, once said this, you cannot shake hands with
- 7:23Speaker 3: a clenched fist. You really have to let go of
- 7:27Speaker 3: things like anger if you want to have good relationships
- 7:32Speaker 3: with others.
