Welcome to Nate's daily wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for
• 0:20
July 10th, 2025. Probably going to keep this
• 0:24
short. I'm feeling like crap because
• 0:26
I'm old and I had to get the shingles vaccine yesterday and
• 0:31
now I'm feeling the effects today.
• 0:33
Probably because I had shingles and chickenpox earlier and so my
• 0:36
body's really reacting to the the effectiveness of the
• 0:41
vaccine. So it's doing what it's supposed
• 0:43
to do, making my body be really good at fighting this thing off.
• 0:47
All right, So last night didn't go as well as I'd hoped.
• 0:49
In fact, it didn't go anyway the way that I hoped.
• 0:52
So that sucked tonight. Going back to the baseball, we
• 0:56
got the local team here, the Nats.
• 0:58
They're taking on the Saint Louis Cardinals.
• 1:00
Both of these teams are running out some crappy pitchers.
• 1:03
The good thing is both teams can mash a little bit on occasion.
• 1:07
So I'm looking at this total. It's sitting at 8 1/2, which is,
• 1:11
you know, above the normal average of 7 1/2.
• 1:13
But it's, you know, within normal.
• 1:15
  So I like that. I like 8 1/2.
• 1:18
I like the over. I think couple other people do
• 1:21
too. So I'm having to pay a little
• 1:23
extra big, but I think this is an easy 1.
• 1:26
So we're going to go over 8 1/2 total runs between the Nats and
• 1:30
the Cardinals in tonight's MLB baseball action.
• 1:33
Anything better than that, pound it.
• 1:35
That's my pick and I'm sticking to it.
