- 0:25Speaker 1: Hi, and welcome back to Pinky Boo Hauntings. I'll be
- 0:28Speaker 1: your witchy host Shy, and I'll be your guide to
- 0:31Speaker 1: all things paranormal, weird and spooky. I hope you've come
- 0:36Speaker 1: to the coven today to be spooked, because I've got
- 0:39Speaker 1: some scary stories for you. So why don't we just
- 0:43Speaker 1: starve right in? Our first story is called my grandmother
- 0:48Speaker 1: saw something strange at three am in our village. This
- 0:54Speaker 1: happened to my grandmother back in the nineteen seventies. She
- 0:57Speaker 1: lived in the same village I had mentioned in my
- 1:00Speaker 1: other stories. Oh, I guess there were other stories from
- 1:03Speaker 1: this village. Maybe we can get to those someday. A
- 1:09Speaker 1: village with a small forest, big trees, and a lot
- 1:12Speaker 1: of local beliefs. The place always had this strange atmosphere. Ooh,
- 1:21Speaker 1: it definitely sounds like a weird place in a good way.
- 1:24Speaker 1: I bet it's really pretty too. At that time, there
- 1:29Speaker 1: was no water connection in houses. Everyone used a public
- 1:34Speaker 1: pipeline to collect water, and water wasn't available all the time.
- 1:39Speaker 1: My grandmother often went to collect water around three am
- 1:43Speaker 1: because fewer people were there and the water came faster.
- 1:48Speaker 1: Sometimes she went alone. No, no, nope. I get why
- 1:53Speaker 1: she would do that, and I get it as probably
- 1:56Speaker 1: a small village where everyone knows each other. But I
- 1:59Speaker 1: don't think it could ever do that. One night, Oh,
- 2:05Speaker 1: here we go. After filling her pots, she was walking
- 2:09Speaker 1: back home. A little far away she saw a boy
- 2:13Speaker 1: around seven years old sitting on the sit out of
- 2:16Speaker 1: a nearby house. That's not a little boy, is it? So?
- 2:20Speaker 1: She could see him clearly, but his chin was down.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Something about him felt strange. Yeah, because that's not a
- 2:28Speaker 1: little boy. I pretend he doesn't exist and get home
- 2:31Speaker 1: with my water. She walked faster towards her home. Grandma
- 2:37Speaker 1: is smart, I like her, carrying the two pots. Feeling confused.
- 2:42Speaker 1: She had never seen this boy before, and in our
- 2:45Speaker 1: village everyone knows each other well. Her confusion grew when
- 2:51Speaker 1: she remembered that this family who lived in this house
- 2:55Speaker 1: was away on a pilgrimage for a week. So who
- 2:59Speaker 1: was that boy? A ghost or maybe something else. The
- 3:06Speaker 1: next day she asked the neighbors, but no one knew.
- 3:11Speaker 1: After the family returned from their pilgrimage, she told them
- 3:16Speaker 1: the story. They said, no way. According to my grandmother,
- 3:22Speaker 1: she was one hundred percent sure she saw the boy. Oh,
- 3:27Speaker 1: I believe she saw that boy. What I'm not sure
- 3:30Speaker 1: about is who or what he was. Your grandma feeling
- 3:34Speaker 1: uneasy makes me think it wasn't a normal boy. Maybe
- 3:38Speaker 1: he was just a lost soul or a spirit that
- 3:41Speaker 1: once lived there. Let's move on from this village to
- 3:45Speaker 1: a farm. Our next story is called strange experience last
- 3:50Speaker 1: night on our farm. I live way up in the
- 3:55Speaker 1: north woods of Wisconsin, twenty minutes to Lake Superior. Very isolated.
- 4:02Speaker 1: We have like eighty acres of dense forests and fields.
- 4:07Speaker 1: We see wolves, coyotes, porcupines, et cetera regularly. How do
- 4:15Speaker 1: people live in areas like this? I don't think I
- 4:19Speaker 1: could live in a place where wolves just randomly pop up.
- 4:26Speaker 1: We have a hobby alpaca farm, and last night our
- 4:30Speaker 1: guardian dog who lives with the alpacas, was barking like crazy,
- 4:36Speaker 1: definitely different than his normal made eye contact with a
- 4:40Speaker 1: deer bark. Yeah. When the dog gets barking in a
- 4:43Speaker 1: way you're not used to, it's always good to check
- 4:46Speaker 1: in on them because it could be anything, including something
- 4:51Speaker 1: attacking the alpaca or someone trespassing. We go to our
- 4:56Speaker 1: son's room and open the window closest to the barn,
- 5:01Speaker 1: and my husband says he hears two dogs barking. I listen,
- 5:07Speaker 1: I definitely hear my dog, and then his echo, and
- 5:11Speaker 1: then another dog barking. I was about to say it
- 5:15Speaker 1: could have been a wolf, but then I remember they
- 5:17Speaker 1: don't really bark like dogs do, so never mind. I
- 5:22Speaker 1: then would a doubt here like people, like a group
- 5:26Speaker 1: of people chatting socially, the sounds of music and laughter.
- 5:31Speaker 1: I just stood there, utterly confused about how or what
- 5:36Speaker 1: I was hearing. My husband said he didn't quite hear
- 5:40Speaker 1: the same thing, but heard strange sounds he couldn't identify.
- 5:47Speaker 1: He went out, and our dog ran over, tail wagging
- 5:51Speaker 1: and happy to see him, then ran back far into
- 5:55Speaker 1: our fenced in a'lpaka field to keep barking his head off.
- 6:00Speaker 1: My husband says he didn't hear anything while he was outside.
- 6:05Speaker 1: The dog calmed down and stopped barking about twenty minutes later.
- 6:11Speaker 1: While this could be something paranormal, I'm not gonna lie.
- 6:15Speaker 1: This sounds more like the voices could have been traveling.
- 6:20Speaker 1: I don't know how far others are from you, but
- 6:23Speaker 1: sound can travel, so maybe that's what you heard and
- 6:29Speaker 1: there is always a chance there is a dog you
- 6:31Speaker 1: couldn't see. Again, I don't obviously live in that area,
- 6:38Speaker 1: so you wouldn't know what does and doesn't sound normal.
- 6:43Speaker 1: No matter what it was, it would have been weird
- 6:45Speaker 1: to hear randomly, that's for sure. While that one wasn't
- 6:52Speaker 1: as scary as I thought it would be by the title,
- 6:54Speaker 1: I hope our next one will bring the scares. It's
- 6:57Speaker 1: called I Think Something is in my House. Hello all.
- 7:03Speaker 1: I've been debating whether or not to post this, but
- 7:07Speaker 1: it's getting to the point where I need others thoughts
- 7:10Speaker 1: on this situation. I live with my husband and Kat.
- 7:15Speaker 1: When we first moved in, I didn't really feel anything
- 7:18Speaker 1: off with the house, but after a year and some change,
- 7:22Speaker 1: things seemed different. I wanted to ease you into a
- 7:26Speaker 1: false sense of piece so the scares would hit harder.
- 7:30Speaker 1: It started off as just a weird feeling like I'm
- 7:34Speaker 1: being watched, especially upstairs. Then every once in a while
- 7:40Speaker 1: I'd see something peeking from the doorway way he would
- 7:43Speaker 1: we do that? Or hears something odd that definitely wasn't
- 7:49Speaker 1: the house. My husband has seen and heard this too,
- 7:55Speaker 1: but it's too afraid to acknowledge it that much. That's fair.
- 8:01Speaker 1: Some people can't handle the paranormal activity and it's just
- 8:04Speaker 1: easier for them to not acknowledge it. This next part
- 8:08Speaker 1: is why I decided to post this. I'd say around
- 8:13Speaker 1: a week or two ago, the energy in this house
- 8:16Speaker 1: has shifted drastically. Something's off. I don't remember what happened.
- 8:22Speaker 1: Poor memory, we're all same. Well, it's more like I
- 8:26Speaker 1: have the best and worst memory at the same time.
- 8:29Speaker 1: But that doesn't matter. Let me get back to this story.
- 8:33Speaker 1: But it feels like a doorway was opened or something
- 8:36Speaker 1: was in it. There's a heavy, dark feeling, and I've
- 8:41Speaker 1: been seeing a shadow figure quite frequently. It doesn't feel
- 8:45Speaker 1: very friendly. It's giving off an unsettling vibe, like it
- 8:51Speaker 1: doesn't want us here. Thankfully we're moving, but that's not
- 8:56Speaker 1: the point. I guess what I'm trying to figure out, well,
- 9:00Speaker 1: is how or why it's here? What did we do
- 9:03Speaker 1: to invite this thing in? It freaks me out, and
- 9:07Speaker 1: I'm not the one to normally be afraid of the paranormal.
- 9:12Speaker 1: If that thing seems annoyed that you're there, it was
- 9:15Speaker 1: probably something that was already there and you just disturbed it.
- 9:20Speaker 1: I know you said, you're moving soon, but you need
- 9:23Speaker 1: to cleanse the house and yourself, especially yourself. Though I'd
- 9:30Speaker 1: also firmly tell that thing it is not allowed to
- 9:33Speaker 1: follow you outside of that house, that it needs to
- 9:38Speaker 1: stay where it is, because you do not want to
- 9:41Speaker 1: take the chance that that thing decides to stay with you.
- 9:47Speaker 1: All right, let's move on to our last story for today.
- 9:50Speaker 1: It's called this happened when I was about sixteen or
- 9:56Speaker 1: seventeen in my hometown of Dunoon, Scotland. I was walking
- 10:03Speaker 1: home after seeing my girlfriend at the time, and she
- 10:07Speaker 1: lived near a graveyard. You know, I used to not
- 10:12Speaker 1: want to live anywhere near a graveyard, but now that
- 10:15Speaker 1: I've gotten more comfortable with my abilities mind it anymore.
- 10:20Speaker 1: I've even made friends with the spirits that hang around
- 10:23Speaker 1: this old graveyard near me. I'd love to go out
- 10:27Speaker 1: there sometime and talk with them with a spirit box
- 10:30Speaker 1: or something like that, but that might have to wait
- 10:34Speaker 1: because I kind of feel uncomfortable going to it. I'm
- 10:37Speaker 1: not fully sure how I feel about doing like a
- 10:40Speaker 1: video yet. Sorry, let me get back to the story.
- 10:48Speaker 1: There's a little shortcut that I always took, a narrow
- 10:52Speaker 1: path that runs right beside the graveyard with a wall
- 10:55Speaker 1: that's just below my shoulder. I'm five nine. I'd walked
- 11:00Speaker 1: that path loads of times, usually looking at my phone
- 11:04Speaker 1: or listening to the tunes. Nothing weird ever happened. But
- 11:11Speaker 1: this one night, I suddenly got this strange feeling, not
- 11:16Speaker 1: panic or anything, just that instinct that makes you look up. Ooh,
- 11:22Speaker 1: there's a spirit nearby trying to get your attention. So
- 11:29Speaker 1: I looked to my left over the wall, and there's
- 11:33Speaker 1: a face staring up at me. Oh even no, never mind,
- 11:39Speaker 1: that would have scared the shit out of me. Just
- 11:43Speaker 1: a face, not moving, not hiding, just looking straight at
- 11:47Speaker 1: me from the other side of the wall. And then
- 11:53Speaker 1: it was gone. It was like I blinked and it vanished. No, no, no.
- 11:59Speaker 1: I hate when they want to be face to face
- 12:01Speaker 1: with you and just stare at you. Like I get
- 12:05Speaker 1: they're probably just curious and maybe not even realize you
- 12:08Speaker 1: can see them, but it's still weird when they do it.
- 12:12Speaker 1: I don't like living people staring at me, So why
- 12:15Speaker 1: would a ghost be any different? Now I know it
- 12:20Speaker 1: could have been a kid. Would there be a random
- 12:24Speaker 1: kid just hanging out in a graveyard at night, or
- 12:28Speaker 1: even a random person having a look. I'm not trying
- 12:32Speaker 1: to claim it as one hundred percent paranormal. I feel
- 12:36Speaker 1: like if someone was there, you'd hear something giggling, whispering,
- 12:41Speaker 1: even some leaves rustling something. But the face didn't look right.
- 12:48Speaker 1: That's the part that stuck out to me. Something about
- 12:51Speaker 1: it was off, like the proportions or the expression. I
- 12:55Speaker 1: find it hard to describe. I wish I could draw
- 12:58Speaker 1: so I could sketch it. And the way it disappeared
- 13:02Speaker 1: did it make sense. I didn't hear footsteps, and I
- 13:06Speaker 1: didn't see anyone ducked down or anything like that. It
- 13:11Speaker 1: was just there one second and gone the next. See,
- 13:18Speaker 1: I'm telling you, if it was a real person, you'd
- 13:20Speaker 1: see or hear something. It's the only potential paranormal experience
- 13:27Speaker 1: I've had, and I've always wondered if I actually had
- 13:32Speaker 1: a paranormal experience or if my mind played tricks on
- 13:35Speaker 1: me in the dark. But anyways, thanks for reading. I
- 13:40Speaker 1: planned to go back to the graveyard one day just
- 13:43Speaker 1: to vibe it out, as I've moved away from the
- 13:46Speaker 1: town now but still visit. Yeah, you probably came face
- 13:53Speaker 1: to face literally with a ghost at that graveyard, which
- 13:58Speaker 1: it doesn't seem like it scared you, which is a
- 14:01Speaker 1: good thing obviously. Probably just a thing they do, and
- 14:05Speaker 1: you just happened to see them, so they probably weren't
- 14:09Speaker 1: even trying to be creepy, just not used to people
- 14:14Speaker 1: seeing them. Might even be why they disappeared so quickly. Well,
- 14:22Speaker 1: we've run out of stories for today. I didn't plan
- 14:25Speaker 1: on it, but I think I've left the creepiest for last.
- 14:31Speaker 1: What do you think? Are am I the only one
- 14:34Speaker 1: that gets really creeped out by the ghost just staring
- 14:37Speaker 1: at me? Anyways, I hope you enjoyed. If you did,
- 14:43Speaker 1: be sure to rate and review the podcasts as well
- 14:46Speaker 1: as like in subscribe if you're watching on YouTube, and
- 14:50Speaker 1: maybe even share with others so that we can grow
- 14:52Speaker 1: this coven. Oh and please send in your stories. I'd
- 14:58Speaker 1: love to hear from you guys and what paranormal experiences
- 15:01Speaker 1: you've had happened to you. The email will be in
- 15:05Speaker 1: the show notes below, but for now, the coven is adjourned.
- 15:10Speaker 1: See you next time by
