Late last night, Texas filed suit in the Supreme Court against Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia, challenging that the four states conducted their elections this year in an illegal and unconstitutional manner. Since the Constitution requires that the Supreme Court hear lawsuits between states, this suit allows Texas to bypass Obama Judges in the District and Appeals Courts and go directly to SCOTUS.
