- 2:13For tickets, go to Dallas Dash Comedy Club dot com. Or two one
- 2:19four eight one for nineteen eighty say it again two one four eight one four
- 2:23nineteen eighty two one four eight one four nineteen eighty up. I will forget
- 2:30that shortly, one hundred percent, you will. Yeah, that's why I
- 2:34remember, you know, And we were in the Treehouse Plus show. We
- 2:37were talking about, you know, our radio days and how you say yes
- 2:38once and that yet and now someone expects you to do the thing that they
- 2:43asked a favor for every single time and in perpetuity. Uh. And it
- 2:46seems to be similar for Raj and comedy because he can't say no to people,
- 2:51so now he has trained to do it for him, which is a
- 2:53blessing. I I can't I can't. I can't wait for that. I
- 2:57can't wait for this. I can't wait to drive tray insane. Because it's
- 3:01not that I can't say no, it's the person, the person that's asking
- 3:06for this charity event. It's and it's a charity where it's kids in India
- 3:10that need lunch. And I'm like, all right, and I'll the rate
- 3:16that I charge for whatever I cut in half already for this person. Yeah.
- 3:22And also because the friend that's this, it's a friend of yours and
- 3:24you don't like to tell her. I grew up with her. Yeah,
- 3:27And it was hey, can you feel a call? And I said sure,
- 3:31And then it was you got a second? And I said for you
- 3:36And I said, and this is direct quote from me, I go for
- 3:39you anything. And that's that's. Look, I'm a muscle right now.
- 3:47I said for you anything. And I've grown up with her. I've known
- 3:50her forever. I know her parents. Her parents are going to be at
- 3:52the event, and I'm so excited to see them, you know. Uh.
- 3:54And they were really good friends with my parents. And when I said
- 4:00for you anything, I didn't know it was My phone rang at six and
- 4:05I was like, what Who's And I thought, I and I do this.
- 4:09I I waited for to to stop, and I go, did you
- 4:12call or did you butt dial? Uh? No? I called? Do
- 4:16you have a second? Yes? But text get him amateur. I'm I'm
- 4:29asleep. I just did this event in Houston. I swear to god,
- 4:32she's listening, says, please call me. It's it's the same person.
- 4:38Uh and serious. Just forward your phone to Tray. I was like,
- 4:42uh, I just send her, send her a quick text, uh speak,
- 4:46I need you to speak to my to my to my to my new
- 4:48muscle. Yeah. Uh. And then just give her phone number. And
- 4:53then at some point she or other people will ask what what what this guy
- 4:57is your muscle? He's no offense, Tray, you don't look like a
- 5:00typical, you know, bodyguard, because you're not like Arnold Schwarzenegger jacked or
- 5:04anything like that. So when someone's gonna look at Trey and they ask you,
- 5:09RAJ, that guy's your muscle, you're gonna go Yeah, they're like,
- 5:11well, he doesn't look like much and you're gonna say, well,
- 5:15his muscle is the no muscle talk to him. Yeah, well he doesn't.
- 5:21You will know you across the room. He doesn't look that strong like,
- 5:26but his his letters are very strongly worded. Uh. And so that's
- 5:31what I did. I was like, yeah, if you have I have
- 5:35a second, but I'm trying to go to sleep. I have to come
- 5:38back from Houston podcast and then I gotta come back from Houston do this.
- 5:42And I have all this stuff lined up for the weekend and including your event,
- 5:47and I'm I'm yours from six pm to nine pm. That's what you
- 5:54the time you have me for? Okay, Well I need I need you
- 5:58to call me now, okay, and I think it's emergency and it's can
- 6:02we run down the show? Can we do the show lineup? And I'm
- 6:05like, no, no, can I do this later? And that's when
- 6:09I wish Trey would just pop up and go, bitch, no, that's
- 6:14what you need. You need like a like a deployable blow up tray.
- 6:16Yeah, we're like a hologram thing that pops up off your watch or something.
- 6:23And he's just right there looking like something. I won't even get that
- 6:26far. You just have it there, and then just when you reach their
- 6:29phone, I'll just slap your hand and go no, I need you to
- 6:32slap their hand. I'll talk. Well, here's the problem. RaSE is
- 6:36once once you release the no, it's hard to get it back inside the
- 6:40tray. So not only is he going to tell people know on your behalf,
- 6:46he's also going to tell you no a lot. It's just me like
- 6:53just standing in the room, like, release the no with great With great
- 6:59power comes great negativity. Yeah, he must understand it. And that's what
- 7:08just tray just leans forward with a three pound dog like I will tell this
- 7:12bitch now, like release the tray. Yeah, that's how That's how strong
- 7:18Trey's knows are is because he's the he's the he's he's the evil villain instead
- 7:24of some you know, you know cat thing. No, he's got a
- 7:27three pound chihuahua, So his power is directly in verse of his pet choice.
- 7:33You know, if a grown man willingly walks around with a three and
- 7:40a half pound chihuahua whose tongue is longer than most men's penises, that is
- 7:46constantly exposed, the tongue that should tell you everything you need to know about
- 7:53Trey as a man. I'm surprised social justice warriors don't see Trey walking down
- 7:59the street with Daisy his three pound Juuala and think that man has too much
- 8:03toxic masculinity. It needs to regulated in some way. Yeah. So I
- 8:13so I fed up, and now it just it hasn't stopped, and I'm
- 8:16tired. And I was trying to get a good night. See, I
- 8:20was trying to be a good person. I was like, I'm watching Castle.
- 8:22It's a good day. And I knotted off about one and I'm like,
- 8:26you know what, I have until noon? And I'm like, I
- 8:31got this in between and I can go back and sleep and it won't stop,
- 8:35Like to the point where so my ex everybody knows my ex wife is
- 8:39my agent, the most Hollywood relationship ever. And she's like, she at
- 8:45nine o'clock this morning, said what do you need from me? So Trey,
- 8:48here's here's what you have to expect. And I said, here,
- 8:52I need you to be the bad guy, and she goes, oh okay,
- 8:54and then I laid out what was happening. And she's called more times
- 9:00than the lady that just called. So here's the other thing you need to
- 9:03do. You know, you need to send your ex wife slash agent Trey's
- 9:07number. Also, Yeah, so Trey sore tray Saturday. I mean,
- 9:09like, what what days? I don't even know what damn day it is.
- 9:13My days are all messed up. All I know is Trey's got the
- 9:16day off. He is saying, Trey, you missed your calling. Like
- 9:20you should be an agent, Hollywood agent slash manager just for the amount of
- 9:28times you can tell people bitch no in your day. Like I think I
- 9:33said bitch no to nobody and you look at the joy on his face.
- 9:37Yeah, this is where this is where Trey derives pleasure. Yeah, fun.
- 9:43Actually, and I can't tell people no. That's the people please,
- 9:50That's why I do. That's the I can't. Well, you're a manager
- 9:54of a restaurant, of course you get and actually way, because there are
- 10:00so many times I have I can't say no sometimes and I want to.
- 10:03Then it just builds up. So this would be just a perfect outlet of
- 10:07no, you can't talk to them, and no, you can't have a
- 10:09fucking ranch. Sorry. Yea, a little too comfy in the tree is
- 10:18coming up the treehouse plus unsinsored episodes. Just one extra ranch, That's all
- 10:28I need, all I want for your cheese sticks? Can I just have
- 10:33one more trey? Have you heard of have you heard of ranch season?
- 10:39I don't know if it's a thing in the States. I've never heard it
- 10:43until we moved here. So the service industry here, especially with some of
- 10:48like the higher end restaurants, refer to what's what they referred to as ranch
- 10:52season. It's got to be spring break when all the white girls come down
- 10:56there sort of. So what happens is you have high season here whereas it's
- 11:01tourists heavy and rates go up on everything from lodging to boat charters and excursions
- 11:07and things, and then low season. Low season is typically hurricane season,
- 11:13and so not as many people come for you know, because hurricanes, and
- 11:18also because people will come because it's cheaper because it's hurricane season. That's the
- 11:22same season that a lot of the servers will refer to as ranch season because
- 11:26these people will come to the islands when it's cheaper, and they'll go to
- 11:30the high end restaurants and they order ranch with everything. So the servers refer
- 11:33to it as ranch season. Oh, would you like this salmon compo with
- 11:39a side of you know, rue and blah blah blah, and then they
- 11:43get it with a side of ranch boom, ranch season. That's uh,
- 11:48just when I thought you couldn't get wider in you move. I think you
- 11:54moved there for ranch season, like you called it ranch season and then stayed.
- 12:00We can get no, no, no, no, I am from
- 12:01Texas. Ranch season is year round. I see hidden Valley? Is it
- 12:07a hidden valley? I'm of a Wishbone. Oh. I did a taste
- 12:13testing one summer and uh, I went through white Boys summer and uh,
- 12:18I did a taste testing a ranch season I did. I went there my
- 12:22own personal ranch season, and I can't. I came to the conclusion that
- 12:28I think Wishbone had the had among the better tasting ranches. Now I did
- 12:31that so long ago. There were new ranches out there that might be better.
- 12:35But I will go with it. I'm a craft ranch. Oh craft,
- 12:43it's it's pretty solid. Oh it's solid because it's gross like it's solid
- 12:48like a turd, like a ranch flavored herd. H it is it is.
- 12:56I will say it is better than the Hidden Valley, but I'm not
- 13:00had Wishbone. I don't know, I don't I wouldn't. I don't know
- 13:03if I would pull Wishbone off the shelf. That just doesn't sound like an
- 13:09enticing hidden valley. Sounds like a place where you would go where they make
- 13:11ranch, Like, will you show up? It's in the name valley ranch.
- 13:15Yeah. Yeah. But you show up and there's like a white lady
- 13:18going welcome to the ranch of ranch, and you're like, oh, okay,
- 13:22this makes sense. Wishbone's like, hey, we got dog food too,
- 13:26Like, I don't know about this, yeah, but the ranch is
- 13:28so good you'll eat it. What's Paul Newman say to you? You know
- 13:35what, he's dead. If he was speaking to me, we'd be talking
- 13:43about things other than branch. You're listening to the Treehouse online That Treuse on
- 14:00air dot com this weekend at the Dallas Comedy Club. From Kevinhart's LOL Network.
- 14:07From CBS is Kevin Can Wait and FBI it's James Camacho, my dad's
- 14:11Puerto Rican my mom. People always ask me too, how they met,
- 14:15very common question. My parents actually met in college, but my dad was
- 14:18my mom's professor. Yeah, so I'm the extra credit guys. You know,
- 14:26what I mean. I'm home. Came for an A, she got
- 14:31a D. That's what happens. That's James Camacho this Friday end, Saturday,
- 14:35November third and fourth at the Dallas Comedy Club in dep Elm, your
- 14:39new home for comedy in DFW. Get your tickets right now at Dallas Dashcomedyclub
- 14:43dot com. That's Dallas Dash Comedy Club dot com. The Dallas Comedy Club.
- 14:48Funny happens here. It's the street House n nine eight five fifty two
- 14:54hundred, one of the most important phone numbers I have in my phone and
- 14:58I've used it pretty frequently the last handful of years, and I recommend you
- 15:01do the same. That is the number to reach Rodney Anderson. That's nine
- 15:05fifty two hundred his website Rodney Anderson dot com. So, Dan, we
- 15:09have a great program called a three two one buy down or a two to
- 15:11one buy down, and this is where sellers have to pay the buydown.
- 15:15But for example, let's talk about the two to one buy down. Let's
- 15:18say the current interest rate on a mortgage was seven point nine to nine.
- 15:22What the buydown does and the seller has to pay this for you on a
- 15:26two to one buy down. It's where you get a rate of five point
- 15:28nine nine the first year, six point nine to nine the second year,
- 15:33and then you're three through thirty, you're locked in at seven point ninety nine.
- 15:37Now, all you're waiting on for this DAN is over the next couple
- 15:41of years for rates to come down and have the opportunity to refinance so it
- 15:45gives you a more affordable payment. The first couple of years waiting for interest
- 15:50rates to come down so you can refinance, so you can lock in that
- 15:52more affordable payment. A three to two to one buy down is almost the
- 15:56same thing. The seller has to pay more money, so they to really
- 16:00negotiate this. But it's where the first year it would be four nine nine,
- 16:03the second year five nine nine, the third year six nine nine,
- 16:07and then you're four through thirty it's seven point nine to nine. Now,
- 16:11if you refinance down the road, you don't lose that buydown money that's left
- 16:15over, that's credited off the principal amount of your loan. So what we
- 16:18tell people is pick up the phone and let's talk about a buydown program.
- 16:22They're great out there. We will do them all the time, and we're
- 16:26experts at these things. There are some really good options for you as a

- 17:00Air dot com. This segment of the Treehouse is brought to you by COOKDFW

- 17:19dfw dot com. Make sure you don't have any holes in the roof,
- 17:25any flashings that have come. I'm done anything that they can do to avoid
- 17:29a major roof catastrophe. That's why you call COOKDFW Roofing and Restoration. Eight
- 17:33three three cook DFW. But in all seriousness, if Paul Newman is talking
- 17:40to me, the first things that I'm going to tell him is you had
- 17:45your whole entire living life to talk to me, and now you're choosing to
- 17:49talk to me about salad dressings in the afterlife. Here's here's my theory.
- 17:56It's the same thing with Tom Cruise. I want to be that wealthy and
- 18:00that talented that I can just devote my like, I just want to wake
- 18:03up one morning to go what Oscar? Got it? Yeah? Racing team?
- 18:07Sure, got it? What else you want to do? Rush sauce?
- 18:11That's what I just want to wake up. I want that's all you
- 18:18want to do? Yeah? All day sauces. You're very talented actor,
- 18:25correct, And you also have a racing team that's right? And recycle jacket
- 18:29line? Correct? What do you want to do? Ranch? So for
- 18:36me, I think it would be to have those same things, but instead
- 18:41of owning a racing team, it would be, uh, buy the cowboys
- 18:45off of the Joneses being wildly successful entertainer or whatever making that much money where
- 18:53you could afford to actually buy the cowboys from the Joneses, may have to
- 18:57kill them in order for it to happen. So that's how much money and
- 19:00power I have to have. And then my only left and then my only
- 19:07gold left would be to sit back. I just make chili, make chili
- 19:15all day. That's that's that's in my head, which is vats of chili.
- 19:21Like, what are you doing today? Same thing I do every day
- 19:23right own the cowboys? Yeah? Uh have your own? Ye? What
- 19:29else? Chili? I've already conquered the world, so it's just time to
- 19:34sit back and make some chili. This one's onions. This one's not onions.
- 19:38I'm like, oh, what are we doing? What are we doing
- 19:41today? More? Not onions? Oh? Mastermind, beans shut up.
- 19:51Yeah, I said chili. I didn't say stew. I said chili.
- 19:55Trey knows such a trigger chili chili, you put beans in it, it's
- 20:03now stew. That's that's a totally different thing. I would. I would
- 20:07conquer the world, the cowboys, and then make chili, not stew.
- 20:12Yeah, but still on the island. Chili, but still on the island,
- 20:15like you wouldn't move, like you would do all of this from like
- 20:18a patio. Um. Now the chili i'd probably I'd probably keep inside in
- 20:25a controlled temperature and humidity controlled environment, very exactly. Yetive, I was
- 20:32not aware of how nerdy you were about your chili. I didn't know that.
- 20:37I didn't know this was like a storage unit for you. It's you
- 20:41can I'm a good example of this. You can take the Texan out of
- 20:45Texas, yes, but you'll never take the Texas out of the Texan.
- 20:51Yeah, yeah, okay. I therefore I would, Yes, I would
- 20:55make chili in the Virgin Islands. And then again, if I had that,
- 21:00if that, if I had that level of money, anyway, I
- 21:02just do it wherever the damn hell I want. I'll do it out on
- 21:03the deck of Jerry Jones yacht. Yeah maybe then maybe then I would let
- 21:07the salt air season my chili along with the tears of Eagles fans. That
- 21:18would actually, that would actually be the poultry chili, like a chicken chili
- 21:22or something, not an actual eagle chili. That'd be That'd be kind of
- 21:26wrong. I mean, I mean, I wouldn't. I wouldn't. I
- 21:30wouldn't mind trying it. I would hate for it to be eagle and somebody
- 21:33goes taste like chicken. I'm like, man, that majestic bastard died for
- 21:37that. Speaking of chickens, I have something that I need to admit to
- 21:42you too. Oh God, okay, yeah, oh no, Yeah,
- 21:48turns out I'm a cock fighter. I wasn't about to take a sip of
- 21:56this game. I'm so clid. No, go ahead, I'll wait.
- 22:00I would love to see your hotel room covered in red, because I because
- 22:06if I keep cock fighting, that's how my yard's gonna look. Did you
- 22:11win? I'm sitting here, aren't I. I can't see your lower half
- 22:19though, No, you cannot see my lower half. May with one missing
- 22:29leg. You know, these islands are rough. You should see the other
- 22:33chicken. But seriously, I'm a cock fighter, now did It wasn't something
- 22:45I set out to do. It wasn't an objective or a goal or anything.
- 22:48It was just one morning I was forced to defend myself against one of
- 22:52our roosters, and I became a cock fighter right then and there. Really.
- 22:57Yeah, Clayla's a real dick. And yes, you heard his name
- 23:03correct. His name is Layla. Because when Tara and I got these chickens,
- 23:10we were hopeful that they would all be hens. You know, it's
- 23:11not going to happen every single time because we got him. They were they
- 23:15were little chicks, right, So chickens say, take a while before they
- 23:18hit chicken puberty to become either you know, a rooster or stay female.
- 23:22Whatever. Well, the ones we got, like five of them ended up.
- 23:26I think we got seven initially, I forget the exact initial, and
- 23:30it was like it was six. We had six and it was like four
- 23:36or five roosters out of it. Wow. Yeah, I think it was
- 23:38four roosters out of the six chicks that we got, and Tara named them
- 23:44all chicken girl names, and then, of course then those four started turning
- 23:48into boys, and Tara refuses to this day to change their names. Gotcha,
- 23:56there is no there There is no gender affirming care in the O'Malley house
- 24:02when it comes to the chickens. It doesn't matter that the that the chicken
- 24:07turned into a rooster. Tera is still calling her Layla right, as opposed
- 24:12to changing his name to like lyle right. And you also are aware that
- 24:17they don't know their names. Mm hmm, right, yeah, so you
- 24:22can call it like nugget and it won't it's it won't know. You guys
- 24:30are still talking about chickens. Correct, we are. We're talking about chickens,
- 24:33and they're bad. They're pet chickens. They're not eating chickens, their
- 24:37pet chickens. We get the eggs and they're and the eggs are really good,
- 24:40they're yummy. But the problem is Layla cock and charge. He really
- 24:48is a jerk, and he's like and he's also he's he's very selective about
- 24:52this. So there's one morning I'm going out there and I'm putting some feed
- 24:56down and this bastard goes after me with my back turn. He's done this
- 25:02to the dogs a couple of times as well, and Joel, our big
- 25:06dog, just kind of look he's old and doesn't understand. It's like,
- 25:07why is this chicken flying at me? Like getting He's just go away.
- 25:11Uh. It scares the hell out of archiwa with Bella, so she's scared
- 25:15to go into the yard when the when the when the roosters are out.
- 25:17And then if I turned my back to Laylah the rooster, he'll go after
- 25:22me and attack me to which mean I mean I'm then forced to defend myself.
- 25:26And that's how I became the cock fighter of the island. So the
- 25:30cock's turned to peg you. How dare you the real story? Trade?
- 25:41It stuck up behind me and it did. It did peg me, and
- 25:47I was forced to retaliate. I just I just know that there's a bar
- 25:51somewhere in the Virgin Islands where you'll have heard at some point that cocks a
- 25:56bit like the turn Around and it's Dan Yeah, except it's gonna be like
- 26:03it's gonna be like like in Kickboxer. I'm gonna be diffing my my my
- 26:08cloth covered fists in glue and glass, yeah, along with my feet going
- 26:17up against Laylah the rooster. So it's like Peter Griffin fighting the chicken the
- 26:22whole time. Let's make like that's you, now, Wow, that is
- 26:26me. Just just when you think the show can't get wider, uh,
- 26:33you do this like I'm waiting for NPR to sponsors. I'm waiting for like
- 26:37this cock Fighter is brought to you by the Museum of the Howard Museum.
- 26:41I'm just waiting for your sponsorship of this. Shut up sorry Cox, that's
- 26:55him, that's his manager calling you, like we got two more fights tonight,
- 27:00Trey. I got a phone call for you. You're listening to the
- 27:10Treehouse visit us online that treehouse on air dot com. Let's get Daniel Cook
- 27:21from Cookdfwroofing and Restoration into the treehouse now his phone number eight three three Cook
- 27:26DFW, the website cookdfw dot com. You have a difficult time saying no,
- 27:32what I mean by that is dfwroofing and Restoration. I want to throw
- 27:36out the and restoration part because we've mentioned before how if there's a massive roof
- 27:41issue that comes through and damages the interior of the home, you guys will
- 27:45not only fix the roof, but you'll fix all the damage that happened inside
- 27:48the house. And because you're so damn good at it, people have said,
- 27:52well, you remember how my roof was really left up and you fixed
- 27:55the bathroom because of the roof damage and stuff. Well, I like the
- 27:57job you did so much that we did you do in my kitchen? And
- 28:00what do you say? Yes? Yeah, Dan, That's got us in
- 28:03trouble a little bit. We love doing some projects and we've been very blessed
- 28:10we have some great guys at work with us and we're able to handle interior
- 28:14remodels, kitchens, master bathroom enhancements, living room changeouts, flooring, just
- 28:22all kinds of projects that people have been putting off because well, you know,
- 28:26let's face it, you get busy, you look at your house and
- 28:27you kind of like, it's not that big of a deal. I want
- 28:30to do that, but you know what, I haven't had the time.
- 28:32And then let's say some of the issues are that people do have damage inside
- 28:36their house and it's in the area that they've already been thinking about remodeling.
- 28:40It happens in bathrooms all the time. So now this division of our company
- 28:44is really starting to expand out and it's beingcoming busier and busier, and we
- 28:48love helping people, and we love people so much. We're going to take
- 28:52care of their homes as much as we can give. Daniel Cook and Cook
- 28:55the FW Roofing and Restoration a call eight three three Cook d FW COOKDFW call
- 29:00right now and you can take a look at some of the work that they've
- 29:03done at COOKDFW dot com. It's the Treehouse. Let's welcome Jacqueline from Brooks
- 29:08Plumbing into the Treehouse right now. And I'm very excited to talk to you.
- 29:12One, I'm always excited to talk to you, but two, I'm
- 29:15really excited to talk to you about this, and because I'm ready for people
- 29:18to get to know even more the real Jacqueline and the real Brooks Plumbing,
- 29:22because I've gotten a steady dose of it over the last week because I've been
- 29:27dealing with a possible transaction on my home in Dallas. And the buyer's side
- 29:33came back and said, oh my god, you have all these plumbing issues.
- 29:36Guess who I know. I know Jacqueline from Brooks Plumbing. And I
- 29:37said, hey, Jaqueline, can you come check this stuff out? And
- 29:40guess what she did? And then that's when I learned how much of a
- 29:42pitbull Jacqueline can be when she is on your side. They came to the
- 29:45table and basically said that they wanted you to completely replace all of the waterlines
- 29:51in the yard and in the house because they didn't like the pressure. Well,
- 29:55there's literally no mandate on what pressure has to be set at, and
- 29:59on the cities kind of set their own pressure. It's higher first thing in
- 30:03the morning, when everybody's up and taking a shower. It's higher at night
- 30:07when everybody's home, giving the kids a bath, cooking, doing laundry intends
- 30:11to be lowest during the day, and it varies from city to city,
- 30:12sometimes even neighborhood to neighborhood. So you have a buyer that's coming in saying
- 30:17I don't like the pressure in your house. Well that hey, look,
- 30:18that's a preference thing. If you don't like the color of the paint on
- 30:22the walls inside the house. And by the way, I like the colors
- 30:25that Tara chose to paint the house. But if you don't like the colors
- 30:27on the wall, you don't give them a discount because they don't like the
- 30:30paint color that you chose. That's just not how it works. There's nothing
- 30:33wrong with the water, there's no need to repipe anything. This is one
- 30:36hundred percent a buyer preference issue. I can't advise you to make those changes
- 30:40because they're not a necessary requirement at this time. Because there's no leaks,
- 30:42there's no reason to do that. Well, then we see their estimate.
- 30:45Not only is their estimate probably i'd say about three times as much as what
- 30:49I would charge to do it. There's no license information on the estimate,
- 30:53there's no plumbing company header at the top of the page, and red flag
- 30:59on the field, old yellow flag. Whatever I don't do the sports obviously,
- 31:02don't put me on the sports podcast that you guys are doing. It
- 31:04just amazed me that they were like, hey, you have this problem.
- 31:07No, you don't have a problem. We looked at the house. There's
- 31:11no water leak. That's not a problem. You're being picky. That's on
- 31:14your buyer, that's not on my dan. Sorry, take a hike.
- 31:17So, if you want Jacqueline the the Pitbull of plumbing on your side,

- 32:12extolling, what a wonderful word, my friend, thank you. I
- 32:15am somewhat of a wordsmith you are, but extolling I'm not. I don't
- 32:20think in the twenty years i've own you, I don't think you've extolled once.
- 32:25Well, I'm extolling now, what a wonderful word. The for as
- 32:35broad as my vocabulary may sometimes appear to be, Trey typically is the opposite.
- 32:39Tray actually knows many words, but his favorite word is, of course,
- 32:45court. I think we're going with no. That was my fault.
- 32:57I should have seen that coming. Did you geta looking at the show?
- 33:04Now? That was fun? Nineties started like this, the nineties, back

- 33:54it's a good and the other one that I've now be careful what you ask.
