- 2:17Unknown: Could've gone and got us Krispy Kremes.
- 2:20Well, good morning. I hope you got your Krispy Kreme here this morning on on the old Sabado edition of the Radio Ranch. You don't know who you are, where you are.
- 2:30No. You're a good good solid person, though, because you found us.
- 2:35So here we go. Roger Sales. Oh, the sun's coming out. It was cool this morning. I got a cashmere sweater on for lord's sakes. It's cool this morning here in Ecuador,
- 2:45but it's warming up. Sun's coming out. Roger Sales,
- 2:48your host
- 2:50here on the third oh,
- 2:53at least it wasn't yesterday. It's the thirteenth. Yeah. But it's now Friday. Of June. That's right. And, the radio ranch is where we hang our hat
- 3:02and our label. So good morning to you wherever you are. I was just telling Paul,
- 3:07right before we went on to the show, we have a little ter here right before we go live.
- 3:13I actually
- 3:14found one.
- 3:17I found him. I'm gonna tell you all about him. I'm gonna bird dog you to him
- 3:21because you're not gonna believe that it's hard to believe we found an honest Jew.
- 3:26Mhmm. I mean, is they're damn hard to find. K?
- 3:30Right. I think you'd probably agree with that because even Jesus told us in Revelation, they lie. You know? The son of son synagogue of Satan, they lie.
- 3:402,000
- 3:41ago, we knew this and
- 3:43they're still lying. Well, honestly, here appears to be an honest one.
- 3:47Good guy too. Seems like. I I shouldn't just isolate him. There's a couple other good Jewish guys I watch that I like. Jeffrey Sachs being one of them.
- 3:58This guy's the latest interview on Tucker.
- 4:01You can go he's an Israeli journalist and,
- 4:04got a little bit of the Israeli accent, but, very good interview. I'm not finished with it yet. Started it last night. Got a little bit in this morning.
- 4:13But he's, he's got some real, real gay he loves the Gazans. He loves to go to Gaza, and he was just telling the story.
- 4:20Couple of weeks ago, I guess, this happened, Paul. It's just some these these bastards make me so sick.
- 4:27IDF soldier stops a car with, two children in it, one of baby seven months old,
- 4:33grandmother,
- 4:35all all that. And he he said he felt threatened. He pulled out his gun and shot that seven month old baby in the head.
- 4:44That's the kinda heinous stuff I'm talking about.
- 4:48Anyway, over there, wherever you get your
- 4:51your Tucker fix,
- 4:54it'll be the latest one. I don't know that it gave his name. It just said an Israeli journalist, but, he's an honest one.
- 5:01I've been having, I've been having a exchange here with a Jewish guy that came started about a year ago with the my
- 5:09situation here and somebody in The States, and,
- 5:13he was trying to send me some emails anonymously,
- 5:16and then his name popped up. Anyway, I'm gonna send him that.
- 5:21Name's Oscar. I'm gonna say, hi, Oscar. I found an honest you, man. Please watch this.
- 5:27So, anyway, good morning. Good morning on the oh, there's Julie. Good morning, miss Julie.
- 5:32How are you?
- 5:34Unknown: Good morning. I was gonna ask you, is that,
- 5:38journalist you're referring to also the hacker?
- 5:43Unknown: Don't think he says it. He's a hacker.
- 5:47Well, he had a hacker on recently,
- 5:49a good a white hat hacker, but, no, it's not. This just he just uploaded this yesterday. You know, Julie Tucker's gotta be the hardest working guy in alternative media. I think him and Jones are are having a contest so you can outwork the other one. I mean, Tucker, he's putting together he's putting together these long interviews. They're not short interviews. They're long interviews. They're in-depth, and he's
- 6:12popping one out two or three of them a week for for goodness sake.
- 6:16So, anyway, hats off to Tucker. Ryan. He's
- 6:20Unknown: collaborating with Sean Ryan on YouTube as well.
- 6:23Unknown: Okay. Good. Sean is the guy that isn't he the guy that's, Alex's
- 6:29workout guy or something?
- 6:31Unknown: No. Sean Ryan's got his own show. He's a former
- 6:35marine who Yeah. Is now a whistleblower.
- 6:40Yeah.
- 6:41He's got millions of subscribers kind of like first or second to Joe Rogan.
- 6:47Unknown: Uh-huh. Well, good for him.
- 6:49Unknown: What what are they doing? About that squid was a marine.
- 6:54That's right. Was figuring out. He was a zeal. What?
- 6:58Unknown: Was a zeal? He
- 7:00Unknown: was a zeal. Zeal, He
- 7:03Unknown: Julie. How can you get something that important wrong?
- 7:07Unknown: Really? Sorry, Brent. Sorry, Brent. You
- 7:12Unknown: better watch your p's and q's, lady.
- 7:16Unknown: Sorry, Brent.
- 7:17Unknown: Hey,
- 7:18Julie. Now you are ferociously
- 7:20hold. Yes.
- 7:22If I could ask Julie something first. You were ferociously
- 7:26IMing me Thursday night about a game.
- 7:29What game were you referring to?
- 7:33Unknown: Well, you don't watch basketball. So, I mean, I guess I I don't. Yeah.
- 7:38Unknown: Yeah. Not usually. You know, if it gets if this thing gets down to a seventh game maybe or something, I might watch that. But now basketball is not really my sport. I watch the
- 7:48college tournament in the spring a little bit, and and if there's a seventh game on a pro, but I usually don't watch them. This one's been incredibly
- 7:57contentious,
- 7:57though.
- 7:58I I mean Yeah. But Nick were behind.
- 8:01Unknown: Knicks were behind by almost 30 points, and and it came back and won it.
- 8:06Unknown: Wow. Well, it's like Ireland or something. You think there's a brawls after the games, and it's,
- 8:13well, hey. That's sports in the 2,000 in this century. There was another lady that was trying to get through a second ago with a question,
- 8:21and I'm I we'd love to hear what it is. Hello. Who is that?
- 8:26Unknown: This is Heiko from Florida.
- 8:29Unknown: Heiko.
- 8:30Can hear me? How are you back from your
- 8:33your little Miami Dade vacation?
- 8:36Unknown: Yes.
- 8:37I'm back, and it was wonderful. Did you learn some Spanish down there?
- 8:44Well, no.
- 8:45No. But, you know,
- 8:47I've been studying your material, and so my I have a quick question. The first question too, actually. The the first question is I hope we have two hours of conversation,
- 8:59Unknown: Heikin.
- 9:00So go ahead. Listen to the person. Because
- 9:02Unknown: I've been on the phone for the last two days, and there was not,
- 9:07you know, an opportunity to Right. Well, we had we had guests.
- 9:12Unknown: We had some guests on Friday. It's predictable.
- 9:15Thursday was unusual. Let me just give a little background. Should there
- 9:19should there by any chance be any new folks in the audience hiking here,
- 9:24was an East German, interestingly enough, somehow escaped East Germany, came over here. She's got an how's your son hiking?
- 9:32Unknown: My son is 30.
- 9:35Unknown: 30 year old son. He lived in Florida. Yeah. And she just stumbled into our stuff here recently, and she had to go
- 9:43off there and have some Cuban sandwiches and black beans for a week, and she's back.
- 9:51And so we've got some questions just to give the audience a little background on you. Heikin, what in the world do you are you questioning? Would you like us to answer for you?
- 10:01Unknown: So
- 10:01so coming up, we we will drop off my son's
- 10:05new application for passport.
- 10:08And so I've been looking over all this, and I got the affidavit. It is all ready to go. But see, there's a box on the application
- 10:16Unknown: which says, are you a US citizen? So what should be put in Now now now what? Hold on. Okay. Hold on. I gotta stop you. I've never wait. Are we talking about or you gotta be talking about a d s 11. Is this a renewal application or an initial? No. No. It's a This is an initial because he lost the other one. Oh, I got it. Passport.
- 10:40Okay. Yeah. Now to my knowledge, there's not a place on the application where they ask you if you're a US citizen.
- 10:47Ask you parents.
- 10:50You there now I may be wrong. They may have changed that. No. You're right. I'm so sorry.
- 10:57Unknown: See, I yeah.
- 10:59So then he has to put yes. Right?
- 11:03Unknown: Well, he doesn't have yeah. What I will tell everybody is whatever they were, put whatever they were. Don't worry about it. It's not a trick question. It could be if they utilized it that way,
- 11:14but on its surface, it's not.
- 11:17Excuse me. It has information they need to know,
- 11:21the background of your hiratma.
- 11:23But just whatever you do on a passport application, it doesn't matter which one it is,
- 11:28never lie.
- 11:31Never lie Right. On a passport application because they take that stuff
- 11:37really seriously. I'll tell you a story in Florida.
- 11:42Hiking.
- 11:43When I first started doing this, it was in the news. It was a guy who's a
- 11:48he was American black guy, the army, I think. He'd been down at station.
- 11:53Excuse me. My stomach's acting up here on, Guantanamo.
- 11:57And he was in jail in Jacksonville
- 12:00and had been in jail for six months and was riding
- 12:04the Florida senator
- 12:05from DC to try and see if he could get him out.
- 12:09And the problem he had was this.
- 12:13Earlier in his life,
- 12:15he had sent in
- 12:17an unsigned
- 12:20passport application.
- 12:22Well, now if you do a d s 11, you can't do that. You've got to go in front of an administrating
- 12:29official to sign it that stated in big bold letters right there at the time. So even though he had sent in a d s 11, which he couldn't have had it active because it wasn't signed by him, much less in front of an administrating official.
- 12:46And later on in life,
- 12:47he wanted to get a passport, and he applied again. And there's a question on there. Have you ever applied for a passport before?
- 12:55And he checked no.
- 12:58And they had him in jail for passport fraud for six months. Wow.
- 13:04Do not lie
- 13:05on the document,
- 13:07Unknown: period. Right. Right. Yeah. Yeah. That's a very good point. I
- 13:12very good. Very good. So I my my my next question is more or less like a clarification.
- 13:18Somebody in your audience
- 13:20mentioned
- 13:22the eight USC
- 13:2511 o one a 21 code
- 13:29because it was set.
- 13:33And so then I, of course, looked it up, and it says the term national means a person owing permanent allegiance to a state.
- 13:43So now when I look in the Small s. Small
- 13:46Unknown: s
- 13:48state.
- 13:50Unknown: Right. See, that's why I'm calling in because in the constitution
- 13:56Uh-huh. State
- 13:57is always capitalized.
- 14:00And then Right. It is. There's something.
- 14:04Uh-huh. Right. And so I was asking AI
- 14:08why the constitution,
- 14:10you know, s is capitalized
- 14:12and then why
- 14:14why it's now in this code small letter. And this is what I got, and that's what I wanted to get your opinion on. Oh, good. The modern US code
- 14:23uses a lowercase
- 14:26state
- 14:27in its immigration
- 14:28definitions
- 14:29to clearly signal
- 14:32that it means a sovereign nation
- 14:35and not a US state.
- 14:38So the sovereign nation, it means an international
- 14:41nation.
- 14:42So now coming back to the 8 USD code 11 o one,
- 14:47it confuses me now because here it's right? It says the term national means a person owing permanent allegiance
- 14:55to a state with a small letter.
- 14:57Unknown: Uh-huh. Hika. Guess what? Guess what? Shouldn't yeah. It's it's meant it's meant to confuse you.
- 15:05Unknown: Wait. Wait. Yeah.
- 15:07Okay.
- 15:08Unknown: Now what I'd like for you to do says
- 15:11Unknown: yep. Before we go too far, I gotta comment. I gotta comment.
- 15:15Unknown: Oh my god. Yes.
- 15:18Unknown: What what AI told you was? Ah, yeah. Yeah. Which AI do you would? You damn. No. Yeah.
- 15:29Unknown: Which which AI do you dance with, Heikka?
- 15:36Unknown: One? Oh, I was I was with Gemini.
- 15:39Gemini.
- 15:40Gemini.
- 15:42Don't know. I got that thingy. You know? But then again, you know, in the constitution state is capitalized.
- 15:48And in the a two s c, it's not capitalized
- 15:51Unknown: anymore. And why is that? That's because one of them is federal and one of them is one of the original states.
- 15:58Unknown: Yeah. That that was capacity.
- 16:00Was the point that I was trying to make is a small
- 16:04s state
- 16:05is and Gemini was absolutely correct. So give that AI a cookie because
- 16:11the small s state is its own sovereign nation.
- 16:16You know, Montana state is its own sovereign nation. The state of Montana is just a political subdivision of the same old
- 16:24Unknown: crud. Under under the bankruptcy. Right.
- 16:27Unknown: So give that AI a cookie.
- 16:31Unknown: Good for Gemini. Let me give you a place you can find it on this on this.
- 16:35Okay. Go ahead with your question. I hear your comment.
- 16:40Unknown: But
- 16:41it's Gemini also said,
- 16:43you know,
- 16:44that
- 16:45the statue,
- 16:47the, you know, the eight USC
- 16:50uses lowercase letters
- 16:53for international
- 16:55law definition
- 16:57of a state.
- 16:58Unknown: Montana State is international.
- 17:01Montana State is foreign
- 17:03Unknown: to DC. States are foreign to the to the federal
- 17:07corporation,
- 17:08and that for they are sovereign and they are foreign. Oh.
- 17:11See? They're not talking about the state of Montana,
- 17:15a political subdivision
- 17:17after the bankruptcy of the bankrupt federal. We're talking about what we would call Montana state.
- 17:24And the other important word in there let me give you give you the whole background on what you're talking about. K?
- 17:31First of all, if you wanna verify this, go to
- 17:35travel.state.gov.
- 17:38Travel.state.gov.
- 17:40That's state department website. In the search engine, put
- 17:44certificate
- 17:46of
- 17:47noncitizen
- 17:50nationality.
- 17:52Certificate
- 17:54of noncitizen
- 17:57nationality.
- 17:58Now that is a internal
- 18:01policy
- 18:01statement
- 18:03of the state department.
- 18:05Now the policy statement is at the top of the page,
- 18:10and then there's some other stuff underneath it as,
- 18:14just more expansive.
- 18:16So in there, and it depends on which version you're looking at, there's about 20 options when you do that. You pick one, and sometimes it's in the first second paragraph. Sometimes it's in the third paragraph.
- 18:27But there's a statement in there that's incredibly important, HICA. Remember,
- 18:32this is the state department themselves,
- 18:34and this is a policy statement
- 18:37because they're telling you about this document called a certificate of noncitizen
- 18:42nationality.
- 18:44And what the policy statement is is we used to issue these things,
- 18:49but, you know, Heiko, with the federal government, the cost of paper and the cost of ink has gotten so absorbent.
- 18:57They don't do that anymore. Right? And so they're telling you if you're this, who this is directed at,
- 19:03that you need to just go get a passport.
- 19:06Now if you are an American Samoan,
- 19:09and that's who this is directed at,
- 19:11and you do go get a passport,
- 19:14inside your passport book on the,
- 19:18I don't know what they do on a card. They may not issue cards to them. I don't know. I never thought about that before. But regardless,
- 19:26on the book inside at the first Visa page, there's a big stamp says this person's not a citizen of The United States.
- 19:35K? So here they've set up again. This is one of the little moves they pulled,
- 19:40trying to make sure nobody ever figured this out is they took American Samoa, a little island on the other side of the world,
- 19:48and they made them noncitizen
- 19:51nationals.
- 19:52It's the oh, let me I'm just gonna say this. Rick might contest me. To my knowledge, it's the only
- 19:59territory
- 20:00in the entire federal system that is not incorporated.
- 20:04They're not incorporated
- 20:06in the federal system, which means they still have their natural laws down there.
- 20:11If for instance alright. Rich gonna clarify this. Go go ahead. There's a fine point.
- 20:16Just tell us, Rick. All
- 20:19Unknown: US territories are unincorporated,
- 20:21all of them.
- 20:23American Samoans
- 20:26do not have
- 20:27birthright citizenship.
- 20:30Unknown: Yes.
- 20:30Well, there's something special about them. I read they were the only one that's unincorporated.
- 20:35Rick checked into it. He says they're all incorporated.
- 20:37So therefore, is Puerto Rico unincorporated?
- 20:41Unknown: That is correct.
- 20:42So is Northern Marianas. Well,
- 20:46Unknown: okay. I knew about the Northern Marianas because that's,
- 20:50important later on this document. They used to be lumped in with American Samoa.
- 20:54Let me try and explain to Haika here what's going on. Whatever they did,
- 20:59they're unique in the federal system in this respect.
- 21:03If you're born in one of the territories,
- 21:06Puerto Rico, etcetera, I think you're still qualified as a citizen of The United States.
- 21:11If you're born in American Samoa,
- 21:14you are not.
- 21:15And that's what this document is telling us, is these people are nationals,
- 21:21but they're noncitizen
- 21:23nationals.
- 21:25Now when you see that know what we know,
- 21:28you automatically think that's us,
- 21:30but it's not. It's a blocking technique,
- 21:33and behind
- 21:35them is us, a national.
- 21:37But these people here, and that's what this document's telling you,
- 21:41is they they have to come and actually naturalize to become federal citizens.
- 21:47There's a whole bunch of them in Utah.
- 21:50Evidently,
- 21:51the Mormons have been quite effective down there.
- 21:54And what happens to them is that they reach a ceiling
- 21:58they cannot
- 22:00pass,
- 22:01a glass ceiling, if you will. They can join the military, but they can't be officers.
- 22:07They can have a civil service position, but they can only rise so high.
- 22:12Yes, Rick. What else are their limitations,
- 22:15sir?
- 22:17Unknown: They have to have a passport to come to The US. The, Puerto Ricans and Northern Marianas, Guam, they don't need a passport because of US
- 22:25Unknown: Wow. Roger, it's William. I I I did not know that. Now here's William. Yes, sir. Hey, William. How are you doing?
- 22:32Unknown: Yeah. A little bit of clarification.
- 22:35So
- 22:36territories are either unorganized or they're organized.
- 22:39Uh-huh. If they're unorganized,
- 22:41they're not in the governmental system.
- 22:44Unknown: It's not incorporated.
- 22:46Unknown: It's organized. I'm using the wrong word. Yeah. It's the only Thank you. It's the only inhabited
- 22:52territory
- 22:54that's unorganized
- 22:56Unknown: as an American There you go. They have their own government.
- 22:59Yeah. We've hit our nail right on the head. William, I don't think you were around. We had Tatuni
- 23:04call in one day who's an American Samoa. He's been in Arizona for thirty years.
- 23:09His family is the
- 23:12hierarchical
- 23:12family in American Samoa.
- 23:15When the next one dies, they're gonna take over the island. This is the difference.
- 23:20Haika, down there, if you if you have your land, you own your land. And depending on who owns the most land is who controls the legislature.
- 23:28If you, an American Samoan today,
- 23:31had an abortion,
- 23:32they could charge you with murder.
- 23:35K? So here, they've got all these natural rights. They've separated them and gave them these natural rights, and this one point,
- 23:42they're not federal citizens and have to naturalize to become so. So isn't this interesting? American Samoans
- 23:49have to come to The United States and go through all the naturalization
- 23:53process
- 23:54so that they can file an affidavit to be free when they were in essence free in the first place.
- 24:01Unknown: Right.
- 24:02Isn't that ironic? Another point.
- 24:05Yes. Listen. I was so confused
- 24:09about the a USC
- 24:1111 o one
- 24:13Unknown: Yeah. Because
- 24:15Unknown: it is under the INA.
- 24:17Right? That's an immigration
- 24:20and nationality
- 24:21act.
- 24:22Unknown: And naturalization.
- 24:25Unknown: Right. So why is it found there? So that means Well that we as nationals
- 24:31are
- 24:33Unknown: you know, we I mean, this is very confusing. Why is it under I know. It's meant to be. Honey, it's meant to confuse the hell out of you, and they've ever wanted anybody to figure it out
- 24:43because now they've lost all their mojo.
- 24:45K? So you're on the right trail,
- 24:48and you look. Everybody here has had to go through this. This goes back to what they've done where they've assigned all these opposite definitions in your subconscious,
- 24:57and you're trying to fight that to get through something that doesn't make sense.
- 25:01These people are born inside
- 25:04the federal United States, and yet they're not federal citizens. Now see that that's a contradiction.
- 25:09As Anne Rand would say, there's no such thing as contradictions.
- 25:13There's an explanation.
- 25:15Okay? And that's what I'm trying to give you. Alright? So just bear with me a little bit. The
- 25:20if you go in that document, you probably have already, and you said according to the INA,
- 25:25which is section eight, you're I'm really glad you're doing all this. Okay. I applaud you. So that's section eight. I'm so brought over. See, I know the origins of this.
- 25:36So by the fact that that is in section eight
- 25:40tells me that it's what's called positive law.
- 25:45There's some of the titles in that code which are what they call
- 25:49nonpositive
- 25:50law. Now what in the Sam hell
- 25:53is nonpositive
- 25:54law? You wanna talk about confusing?
- 25:58Nonpositive
- 25:59law, could there be a bigger a moxymoron?
- 26:05Well, no. You see, that's all this area because they wanna confuse you, and I'm here, sweetie,
- 26:11to straighten you out as best I can. And people like Rick,
- 26:15people like William, and these other folks that are here this morning,
- 26:19they're here to do the same thing, and we wanna get you straight where you go, oh, that's why they're doing that. You imprint that in your mind. You see that this is one of their techniques,
- 26:30and you roll on right along in getting your arms around this. K?
- 26:34So
- 26:35where does it come from?
- 26:38That statement. It's pretty innocent little statement you glommed on there. You can't imagine the importance of it.
- 26:45A national owes total allegiance to a small estate. It's what we're talking about. Right?
- 26:51The first place that showed up is in a piece of legislation from 1940
- 26:58called the Nationality Act and the statutes at large.
- 27:03Now
- 27:051940
- 27:06is right at the start of World War two, isn't it? We see how they like to do things that are really important
- 27:12when things like World War two are going on because then you're totally distracted,
- 27:16and they just breeze in and do this stuff. Nobody ask any questions.
- 27:20Same thing with the UN.
- 27:22They couldn't get the League of Nations back around World War one because, thankfully, because of Lindbergh,
- 27:28couple other good senators stopped it.
- 27:31And then they're gonna try again while they wait till World War two. Right? Start of World War two nineteen '40, Nationality Act of 1940.
- 27:39And when you look in that legislation,
- 27:41Haika,
- 27:42they don't start with the legislation.
- 27:45They start with definitions.
- 27:48Because whatever they define do you know this about law that you could go sue your next door neighbor
- 27:55for whatever?
- 27:56And and you could put at the start of your lawsuit, and this pertains to this lawsuit, up is down, black is white, left is right, and right is left.
- 28:05And from now till that suit ends up at the Supreme Court of the United States, if it should, those definitions will control the discussion in the case. Did you know that?
- 28:15Unknown: No.
- 28:17Unknown: Okay. Well, that's what they're doing here. That's
- 28:19what they're doing here.
- 28:21K? Now at the start of this
- 28:24yes,
- 28:25Rick?
- 28:26Unknown: Oh, I'm sorry. I thought you were through. I was just gonna say that, I think it was 1947.
- 28:32The US tried to get the Samoans, American Samoans,
- 28:35to give them birthright citizenship, and they refused, which means it's voluntary.
- 28:40Unknown: Oh, yeah. There you go. Another point. Did not know that.
- 28:44I did not know that at all. Also, as you'll notice at the bottom when we get into this discussion a little more depth, Heiko, that Northern Mariana Islands is mentioned. They were mentioned a minute ago too. I got a theory on that.
- 28:58So, anyway,
- 29:00in that, in this Immigration and Naturalization
- 29:03Act is incorporated,
- 29:05I I guess all those definitions.
- 29:07I wouldn't
- 29:08I needed to see was, hey.
- 29:11And this
- 29:12give you the background. Right after the book was released,
- 29:16I was having a exchange
- 29:18with
- 29:19Larry B. Craft, who you probably don't know Larry.
- 29:23He's a very well known tax attorney. He lives in Alabama. He's had won some pretty big cases.
- 29:28He just doesn't agree on any of this stuff. You know? He's a tax attorney.
- 29:32He talked with John for three hours
- 29:35about the old English system as they were published in the book, and Larry just didn't get it. There are people, whether it's your doctor who didn't get any vitamins and minerals since law school or your your dentist who didn't get anything about mercury and fluoride and all that. These people cannot think outside the box.
- 29:54Why that is? Hell, I do not know. I just know that's the case. And if you run across one of those people, don't argue
- 30:01and expend your energy on them. Try and plant a seed, and then just move on and let them deal with it however. This goes back to the Old Testament, Heiko. There's I think it's I don't remember if it's Ecclesiastes or Ephesians or one of them. It says, because they have not a love of the truth,
- 30:19I will send them strong delusion. They will believe a lie. And that is what I believe is going on here. These people did they don't have any comprehension of the truth because they can't see it. Because they were not truth seekers,
- 30:32God has sent them this cloak that throws over them that their senses of curiosity are just gone.
- 30:39They believe whatever
- 30:40some authority figure tells them. K? So I have learned over the years when you run into those people, and I promise you, you will.
- 30:49When you run into those people, plant a seed,
- 30:52pray for them, go on about your way, find somebody who's receptive here. K?
- 30:56So, anyway, let's go back to our legislation.
- 31:00Definition a, Nationality Act of 1940, big bold letters, definition a.
- 31:06A nationalist
- 31:09total allegiance to a small estate.
- 31:11It's a very first definition in this long act called the Nationality Act. They shoved through it the first World War two.
- 31:18Well, first of all, just by the sheer timing you got an antenna up, anything they're shoving through in a situation like that, you know it's gotta be somewhat detrimental
- 31:27to you.
- 31:29Anyway, they shoved that legislation through, and that piece of legislation
- 31:35is, I guess, you could call it the line of demarcation
- 31:39between
- 31:40the old state citizen label
- 31:43and the new label national.
- 31:45So it's this legislation
- 31:47where this term national
- 31:49first appeared.
- 31:51And what do they do in first definition? There's several there,
- 31:56but all you need to know is the first one. If you understand what I'm about to tell you. K? And so when I saw it, went, well, hell, there's the whole thing's right there. In that little sentence,
- 32:08this whole scam is right there,
- 32:10and the scam is
- 32:14allegiance.
- 32:15That's what you don't understand
- 32:18because that is half of the formula for jurisdiction
- 32:23or how can they make these man made laws and apply them on me.
- 32:27K?
- 32:28So that jurisdiction,
- 32:30that little formula
- 32:31is
- 32:33allegiance
- 32:34for protection,
- 32:36protection
- 32:37for allegiance.
- 32:39Anytime you see one of those two words pop up, the other one is automatically
- 32:45right behind it. Even though it might be stated,
- 32:49it's still there because this comes from the feudal system, and it's been around for over fifteen hundred years.
- 32:56K?
- 32:57So that's the thing if you didn't really know that piece of information
- 33:02and its importance.
- 33:04When you saw allegiance, you just blow right over it. That's the whole thing. National
- 33:10allegiance and small less state are the keys.
- 33:14So when I saw that's the first time knowing what I know, I went, oh, hell, Larry. There's a whole thing right there. Well, Larry doesn't know all that stuff,
- 33:23so he didn't see it immediately
- 33:25like that.
- 33:26So, anyway, that's where that goes. Now let's go back to our state department document,
- 33:32certificate of noncitizen nationality,
- 33:35And you'll notice something very strange in there in depending on which version you have.
- 33:41The second or the third paragraph starts with exactly what you said a minute ago.
- 33:47According to the INA,
- 33:48the Immigration and Naturalization
- 33:50Act, I believe that's what that stands for, that's what's in title eight.
- 33:55Okay?
- 33:56All get this, HICA.
- 33:59All US citizens
- 34:01are US nationals,
- 34:04but
- 34:05only a few
- 34:07US nationals
- 34:09are not federal citizens. Those are the American Samoans.
- 34:14What about that statement?
- 34:16All US citizens
- 34:18are US nationals.
- 34:20Now isn't that because
- 34:23you can't say that a US national has a lot of people like to do around here. Boy, we've had some hot discussions
- 34:29on this one issue right here, and it doesn't really make any difference because all I'm gonna tell you is just use the word national.
- 34:37Or like Brent yesterday, he likes to use American national.
- 34:41That works.
- 34:42But whichever one you wanna use, here's the quandary.
- 34:47Is a US citizen
- 34:49and a US national that equate,
- 34:53then how can a US national be
- 34:57an American Samoan,
- 34:58which is a lot of what some of our people think? That's a non sequitur.
- 35:03See?
- 35:04Yeah. They can't be an American Samoan
- 35:08or else the American Samoans wouldn't have to come naturalized
- 35:11to become one.
- 35:13But be that as it may, and I don't wanna confuse you even more.
- 35:17But these are the kind of fine point thinking and discussions
- 35:22you can have here.
- 35:23So what we'll do with folks like you is just say, don't worry about all that. Don't fret your pretty little head, Aika.
- 35:31I what I want you to do is just call yourself a national,
- 35:35and then any of that kind of stuff is by the wayside. Okay?
- 35:39So this is the importance. Alright.
- 35:42Hold on. There's a mark. Don't don't cloud the water on this mark, please. K? This girl's confused by this. I will not I will not Okay. Thank but I will explain.
- 35:51Alright. Well, hold on. Let me get to you first. I won't finish it. Now I've forgotten what I want to say, and Rick was before you anyway. So, Haika, that's the importance of that sentence.
- 36:02And if you carry it over to that document,
- 36:05it says they're the same.
- 36:08And in essence, I believe they are because they got rid of Plessy versus Ferguson
- 36:14from the eighteen nineties that stated the distinction
- 36:18separate but equal,
- 36:20and they incorporated
- 36:21them both into one identity
- 36:24in Brown versus Board of Education,
- 36:26equal in the classroom, equal in the society.
- 36:30So there there can be some real confusion here, and I don't wanna confuse you. I wanna simplify it for you. Now
- 36:37Rick was trying to say something and then Mirka, and I'm gonna defer to Rick first because he was plainly first. Rick, how can you help our fledgling Mirka I mean,
- 36:47Haika here?
- 36:49Unknown: Okay. Thank you.
- 36:50American Samoas and the Swain Islanders are US nationals.
- 36:54Not but they're not citizens. But did you know that in the FAM manual, Puerto Ricans can file paperwork,
- 37:00which means affidavits,
- 37:02and rescind their US citizenship and become revert back to Puerto Rican nationals? No. I did not know that, boy. Borey,
- 37:08Unknown: you hear that?
- 37:10Bory, you with us today?
- 37:12Go tell your countrymen down there about this. Explain that a little bit, Rick. Where'd you find that?
- 37:19Unknown: You see f FAM manual?
- 37:21Yes. For far
- 37:23Unknown: yeah. It's got the numbers there where they identify the political status. 77
- 37:29ambassador at large, whatever. That that. Right?
- 37:34Unknown: I don't know. I was reading that manual, and that just popped out at me. It was in a paragraph, and I went, woah. They can file affidavits.
- 37:42Unknown: And And there's also there's also a place where they can get Spanish citizenship
- 37:47with their Puerto Rican naturality.
- 37:49Unknown: Oh Yep. They can in a Spanish and a Spanish passport. Why is that? Why is that, William? How are why are they able to do that?
- 38:01Unknown: Ah. I don't know. I think it's Maybe it was a Spanish territory.
- 38:05Unknown: It was a Spanish territory, William. It was, and then we conquered them.
- 38:09But even more important and underlying,
- 38:12Spanish,
- 38:13Spain
- 38:14has just,
- 38:16San Guineas.
- 38:18They passed their hereditment through blood. So if you get back to that where it was one of their territories,
- 38:25you can go back and claim that.
- 38:32Okay. I'm sorry. Go ahead. That's, that's fascinating, Rick.
- 38:38And the reason I know that is are we still are we still on the radio?
- 38:43Everybody's real quiet. Anybody there? We've seen happen. What's Yep. We are.
- 38:48Well, in Argentina,
- 38:50they are have dual citizenship
- 38:52because they can get Spanish passports because of that. Yet Argentina
- 38:56is,
- 38:57I believe, is just, just Tierra country. Anyway, the hi.
- 39:02I I don't wanna confuse you anymore. That's what they're relying on. Do you know about that? Have you gotten to that point yet where there's two ways to pass your regiment?
- 39:11Either by blood, who your parents were, which is what Germany has, by the way,
- 39:16or by where you're born.
- 39:19And the where you're born came from the feudal system.
- 39:22I I know that because I saw a article from Saxony.
- 39:27Was Saxony in East Germany or not?
- 39:30Yeah. Saxon. Yeah. Saxon was. Okay. Was it Saxony? In East Germany. It was of last couple of years, And, one of these migrants raped some girl, and the prosecutor said, I'm gonna get his ass deported.
- 39:43He's not a German citizen, and we don't have just Sierra,
- 39:46or they have another name for it too. That means you don't have birthright citizenship
- 39:51in Germany. Your heretima is only passed through who the parents were.
- 39:55And that's what he was gonna use as a formulation to kick this migrant out for his deeds.
- 40:01Okay. We're getting off.
- 40:04Excuse me. Getting off the page path a little bit. Gonna get miss Haika and Confusory even more. Mirka, what did you have to relay to Haika, please? Roger,
- 40:14Unknown: wanted to share
- 40:16that the INA and travelstate.gov
- 40:18used the definition
- 40:20that comes from the public law.
- 40:22And it's the same definition but on here
- 40:25it just gives you direct information
- 40:28that's documented
- 40:29on that public law.
- 40:32The definition 21,
- 40:34the term national means a person owing permanent allegiance to the smallest state,
- 40:40which is number 21.
- 40:41And then there's the 22,
- 40:43the term national of The United States
- 40:46means a) a citizen of The United States
- 40:50or B) a person who, though not a citizen of The United States,
- 40:56owes permanent allegiance
- 40:58to The United States. And the reason they do that and say that and explain it that way is because they do control
- 41:04America's Samoa. The United States So controls
- 41:08they're under
- 41:09the United States Corporation
- 41:11as a US citizen and a US national.
- 41:14And we are just a national
- 41:16without any
- 41:18pre adjective or anything before it. Yeah. Well That says that we are the United States Corporation,
- 41:25Unknown: citizen only national. We are just a national under natural law. Just just use the term if you've you wanna avoid any confusion,
- 41:34Haika,
- 41:34just use term national.
- 41:37Unknown: I'm American national.
- 41:40Unknown: But see, Roger, I'm a I'm German, and we are very thorough. So while I'm going through through all this paperwork, right, I'm reading, I'm reading, I'm researching,
- 41:49and I'm like, it's still confusing.
- 41:52Unknown: So that's why Yeah. I know it is. Well, it'll get the deeper you get into it and the more you can see some of the things they do and how they do it, the the more you'll understand it. So just The main thing is in front of the other. K?
- 42:05Unknown: The for Haika, we are nothing US
- 42:08Unknown: United States. We're not the we're not a citizen of United States Corporation. Well, not a different you know? And we I could get into we could take the rest of the show, and I can argue with Merck on that point. I don't agree with that conclusion. US versus US. Avoid all to avoid all of that,
- 42:26because we can have a very brisk discussion on this issue, and I don't believe you'll come out on top, Mirka,
- 42:32is just use the word national, and we won't
- 42:36clutter you with all that. Okay?
- 42:39That's where you get even people that really understand this and you get into some of these fine points.
- 42:45You can't even in that kind of a discussion in an hour get a damn conclusion.
- 42:51Roger. So just avoid it. What
- 42:54Unknown: they're doing is confusing people by using US instead of saying US United States Corporation District Of Columbia because it is a municipal
- 43:02What? Tool of District of Columbia.
- 43:05And That's right. We are not part of that. So, no, we are not anything United States.
- 43:11Unknown: Okay.
- 43:12Well, I'm gonna I disagree with you, Mirka, a 100%. K? But we're not gonna have that discussion right now. Alright. For Haika's sake. Oh, can I can I just say something?
- 43:22Yes, ma'am. Please.
- 43:25Unknown: Mirka, I I got your message on Telegram. Did you see my reply?
- 43:32Unknown: Hello?
- 43:33Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. Mirka? I'll look at it.
- 43:36Unknown: Yeah. So yeah. Did you see her reply? To
- 43:40Unknown: Let me see if we can get an answer here, Aika. Mirka, did you get her reply? She replied to what you sent her on Telegram. Did you get it? Yeah. I just said that I didn't yet, and I'm looking at it. I'm looking for it right now. But I did send her a message before that, and she's responding to me. So Yes. Okay. I sent her a butcher. Text. She's Yeah. She liked to butcher high because she's a little behind in her work.
- 44:05I also wanted to Oh, I'm about that. You
- 44:09know that
- 44:10this has to do with your home country
- 44:13in a very slight effect
- 44:16is that Germany's very limited
- 44:18empire
- 44:20included the island of American
- 44:22Samoa.
- 44:24And The US and Germany
- 44:26had a little altercation
- 44:28about it. I don't think it was a very big one. And they basically gave the Germans the big island of Samoa,
- 44:35and just to the east of it is a little bitty island that looks like a almond,
- 44:40and that's American Samoa.
- 44:44Unknown: Roger, I posted the link for the episode when Teituli came in
- 44:49Okay. On the chat, and then I send it to Haika too.
- 44:52Unknown: Yeah. Doctor Buly is I just wanted to to win. Okay. Let's get you out Haika because she's the questioner.
- 44:59Yes, ma'am. Go ahead. No.
- 45:01Unknown: I I just wanted to thank Mirka for reaching out to me on Telegram,
- 45:07and I would like to somehow get together, I don't know, in a phone conversation
- 45:12because, see, my next step is going to be the IRS.
- 45:16So once we file the the passport application,
- 45:21then we wanna do the IRS, and and I just have a a few short questions
- 45:27to that. Because I've I've already looked at your example letter,
- 45:32but I just need some a little bit more guidance later on. Mhmm. Well, thank you for taking my questions.
- 45:39Unknown: Of course. Well, yeah, we're that's why we're here, dear.
- 45:42So
- 45:44we get up in the morning and come start all this, and everybody gets together for people just like you in this very situation. So you don't have to thank us. We wanna thank you.
- 45:54K?
- 45:55Now,
- 45:56IRS,
- 45:58I hate IRS. I hated the tax error issue, and that's why I, after I got finished getting beat the crap up in federal court
- 46:07in a hearing by an I r by an IRS attorney from DC,
- 46:12I was licking my wounds
- 46:15and said, hell, there's gotta be a better way to do this. And so that's why we're here today is because of that decision
- 46:23because I hated the tax issue so much.
- 46:26But we haven't really had much
- 46:29blowback from them in all these years.
- 46:33But here lately, a little bit, mostly from state taxing authorities, not too much the IRS, but
- 46:40we do get a little bit of them. Got a blowback from, one
- 46:44just recently
- 46:46from students.
- 46:49You're gonna give them and send them your notice.
- 46:52Now which affidavits
- 46:53are you using,
- 46:55Heiko, please?
- 46:58Unknown: Well, I'm
- 46:59I'm using for the passport.
- 47:02I
- 47:03wrote on top affidavit
- 47:04of
- 47:05citizenship
- 47:07evidence.
- 47:08And then I have the jurat,
- 47:10and then there is that sentence,
- 47:12Unknown: you know, that Alright. Well, that's fine. You fix Yes. I do know. Yeah. But on the document we're talking about, probably gonna get back to you in a minute. Right. It is from your website.
- 47:22And that's the yes. It's on the website of the state department, so you know it's good. That's the one that William used.
- 47:29And here's the situation William has run into, and I never thought about it before.
- 47:34We've got a sample affidavit on the website, which I wrote, which is two paragraphs. First paragraph states you're a national,
- 47:42and the second one says that this term national
- 47:45is actually in the IRS code,
- 47:48but it's very, very deceptively
- 47:50labeled as a nonresident
- 47:52alien.
- 47:54That, again, is how the lengths they've gone to to hide this. Well,
- 47:59if you've got that in your affidavit,
- 48:02and this is theoretical
- 48:03to some degree here, what I'm telling you.
- 48:06So an affidavit is court testimony.
- 48:10And, if it's properly formed, properly
- 48:13notarized,
- 48:14presented to proper authority,
- 48:16and stands unrebudded,
- 48:18theoretically,
- 48:20it's the highest form of truth
- 48:22in the land.
- 48:24K?
- 48:25The second paragraph is in there.
- 48:28If people get blowback
- 48:30from IRS,
- 48:32at least one tactic you could use
- 48:35is that my affidavit
- 48:37presented to you has this second paragraph in here,
- 48:41and you haven't overcome that.
- 48:43Do you know the only way that you can overcome your affidavit that you send in, Heiko, you may not know this stuff. Pretty basic, but you may not know it.
- 48:52Theoretically,
- 48:53again,
- 48:54the only reason that
- 48:56or way that that affidavit
- 48:58can be set aside
- 49:00is if someone else writes another affidavit
- 49:04with all those same requirements
- 49:06and has facts that overcome the facts stated in your affidavit
- 49:12and it's notarized,
- 49:13then their affidavit
- 49:15takes control over yours.
- 49:17But they can't do that here.
- 49:19K?
- 49:20So when you file that one, if they come back on you, one thing you could use, I believe Larry, are you with us? Hope Larry's with us today.
- 49:30Is to highlight that and say,
- 49:33you're trying to get me dinged in some tax situation when you haven't overcome this paragraph in the affidavit,
- 49:40which says I'm a nonresident alien. If I'm a nonresident alien and only responsible for two constitutional
- 49:47taxes,
- 49:48then you don't have any jurisdiction over me.
- 49:51Overcome that, and we'll talk.
- 49:53So it's another possible way for you to have a defense up there. I'm not telling you to change your affidavit.
- 50:00I'm just telling you that's a potential repercussion
- 50:03that we just stumbled on recently because of Williams
- 50:07astute
- 50:07case that he's pressing up there in Georgia,
- 50:10and it just came to me that if you don't use the sample affidavit with that paragraph,
- 50:16that's a defense you don't have access to.
- 50:21Unknown: So I'm just telling you. Mean when I send it to the IRS? I don't need it for the passport application.
- 50:27Unknown: Right? No. No. No. No. No. But you wanted it well, I think you wanted it in your affidavit.
- 50:32It's put there for IRS and people that hate them and wanna get out of them. And I just realized that approach and angle
- 50:40by utilizing that second paragraph just recently from William's experience.
- 50:45He did the one sentence,
- 50:48and there was something we were talking about the other day, and he can't refer back to the IRS in that part because it wasn't in his affidavit.
- 50:56I mean, he can refer to it. But
- 50:59if it's in the affidavit,
- 51:01you've you're settling that as part of your foundation.
- 51:05Do you see the difference in the Yes.
- 51:09Unknown: So you are suggesting
- 51:10to put that sentence even in the affidavit of citizenship
- 51:15Unknown: to the past? It's a paragraph. I'm suggesting that you go back and use the suggested affidavit.
- 51:21I know the one sentence thing is seductive,
- 51:24and it's simple, and you oh, I can beat these bastards in one sentence.
- 51:28But if you do that and you can do that,
- 51:32you're missing this other potential
- 51:35thing you can fall back on as a a way to rebut them. So that's all I'm saying. Yeah. I can. That's William. Do either hey. There's William right there. Yeah. Hey, William. I forget what we were discussing where that where that came up, but it's something I've thought about a couple of times.
- 51:50Unknown: All state taxation
- 51:52is based on residency.
- 51:55So that's the track they're trying to hang that residency on you. So you have to rebut that residency,
- 52:01and they don't see the correlation between a national and a nonresident alien unless you point it out to them.
- 52:07Yep.
- 52:08Unknown: So And if it's in the affidavit
- 52:10and the IRS comes back on you, you've got an hey. This is in the affidavit. You haven't overcome this. You over come this, and we'll talk about the other. Well, they can't overcome it.
- 52:22Unknown: Go ahead, William. So In my in my appeal in my appeal now, I have to put in there that I'm a nonresident alien affording to 26 CFR, yada yada yada.
- 52:31Whereas
- 52:32if it had been in my affidavit, then I could've just pointed to it. But the federal government, IRS,
- 52:38they they understand.
- 52:40You know, they'll take national.
- 52:42I mean, you don't wanna correspond with them with that, but they'll take the affidavit that only says national,
- 52:49because it proves you're not a citizen of The United States, and that's the 26 CFR
- 52:541.1.
- 52:55But when you're dealing with the states, the states don't wanna relinquish that control over you
- 53:01because they think you're a resident
- 53:04regardless of your citizenship. And that's what he said at the end of my
- 53:08court, hearing, was it does your honor, it doesn't matter what his citizenship is. He's a resident under Georgia law,
- 53:15and that's totally
- 53:17wrong. Right? But, I mean, they were steamrolling me at that point.
- 53:21But it's it's all about residency when you're dealing with the state and your state taxes and your state taxation.
- 53:28It's all about being a resident.
- 53:31So The whole thing. That's why Roger's saying to add that second sentence.
- 53:36You know, it does help with the IRS, but it would definitely help in a state situation
- 53:41because I could've turned around and said, I'm a nonresident alien.
- 53:46You're right there in my affidavit that the secretary of state's accepted.
- 53:50Why are you saying I'm a resident and I'm a nonresident under US law?
- 53:54You're saying I'm a resident under Georgia law and I'm nonresident under US law. How how can that be?
- 53:59Unknown: Yeah.
- 54:00I could that's a real important point right here. I mean, it's real important. And I don't wanna confuse you anymore,
- 54:06but it's real important. I'm gonna let William finish, and then I've got something to lay over that. Go ahead, William.
- 54:12Unknown: No. That's all I wanted to point out was that residency
- 54:15seems to be more
- 54:17the states focus on that more than Mhmm. The federal government looks at citizenship.
- 54:22You know, IRS looks at your citizenship.
- 54:24They because they know you're not a resident alien,
- 54:27if you have a US passport. So,
- 54:30but but if the states,
- 54:32they they don't look at your citizenship.
- 54:34They don't really care about that. They don't understand that.
- 54:38They understand residences,
- 54:40and everything's written for residents.
- 54:43So you have to reflect that residency.
- 54:45You have to throw that residency off. You have to put that residency in their lap.
- 54:49Unknown: If there's an important if there's a critically important word for you to understand and have total command of the understanding,
- 54:57ICA is this one right here, resident.
- 55:00It's the most important word in their whole scheme
- 55:03is the conclusion I've come to. Now And I thought are they doing? To a Yeah.
- 55:09Unknown: Go ahead. Roger. Well, I'll No. I'll to a attorney attorney friend of mine. He didn't wanna help me,
- 55:15but he said he would he would look over my appeal and things. So,
- 55:20but I
- 55:21told him, and I was like, damn. I should have said this in my hearing too. Like, every doctor at a hospital is not a resident.
- 55:27You can live Right.
- 55:29In Georgia and not be a resident.
- 55:31Very good point. They
- 55:34they say, you know, if you live in Georgia,
- 55:37you're a resident. Well, you know, if you work at a hospital as a doctor, doesn't necessarily mean you're a resident. There's things that make you a resident.
- 55:46And then that they use that case against me, that Forrester v Culpepper in Georgia that says all persons
- 55:51owe property tax,
- 55:54except by operation of law.
- 55:56You know? And
- 55:58counter I countered all those things, but the judge didn't read it either.
- 56:02He didn't read he wanted me to spoon feed it. I had to spoon feed it my hearing, and I wasn't
- 56:07that privy.
- 56:08But,
- 56:10that's what I was saying when I talked talked to him. I was like, everybody doesn't have to be a resident. You know? That's not a requirement when you're living somewhere.
- 56:18If you're living somewhere,
- 56:19you can be a resident. And to be a resident, you have to live there, but that's not they're they're correlated, but that's a Forrester and
- 56:28Forrester v. Bullpepper.
- 56:30So they're they're saying you're a resident of The United States.
- 56:35So which state are you a resident of,
- 56:38you know, for taxation?
- 56:39Are you a resident of South Carolina? Are you a resident of Georgia? Are you a resident of Florida? Are you a resident of Mississippi?
- 56:46And so now they're they're using that case to say,
- 56:49well, to determine if he's a resident of Georgia versus a resident of South Carolina,
- 56:54we look at his driver's license. We look at his where he lives. We look at things like that,
- 57:00but that doesn't establish your US residency.
- 57:03That doesn't make you a US resident.
- 57:06That that makes you that helps to determine which kind of resident you are.
- 57:11Unknown: And if you does make you a US resident, what does that mean?
- 57:17Unknown: Right.
- 57:19Then there then now the judge is saying when he said when he said to me that I was a resident for the purposes of taxation in Georgia,
- 57:27he has he has made me a US citizen
- 57:30Unknown: by force. Tyrant.
- 57:32That's right. Yeah. He is assigning
- 57:35a political status to William,
- 57:37and that's not his job.
- 57:40It's William's job to decide which laws he lives under.
- 57:45That's liberty
- 57:46and voluntariness.
- 57:48The judge's way of approaching this is tyrannical.
- 57:54Unknown: Right.
- 57:55How how you look forward on it?
- 57:57Unknown: Okay. Well, I'm gonna get to high care for you.
- 58:00Yeah. Yes. Who's that?
- 58:03Unknown: So, Roger, so my question is, so we have one we have an affidavit of citizenship
- 58:10for the passport application,
- 58:12which does not have the sentencing
- 58:15with the 66
- 58:17CFR code 111.
- 58:19Right. So should I make a new
- 58:23for the passport application
- 58:25where I put that in? Because right now, it's not in the passport application.
- 58:31Unknown: Oh. You know, that affidavit I create. I'm I don't I generally don't tell anybody what to do. I'll tell people what not to do. But
- 58:41I I I'm I can't tell you how to approach it. I think it's better
- 58:47not
- 58:47because you're gonna get dinged by the IRS,
- 58:50but there's a possibility
- 58:52there might be some
- 58:54do some paperwork wrong or whatever. Okay?
- 58:57We don't have that happen very often, but I can't say that it doesn't happen. It does happen occasionally.
- 59:04So if that seems like it might be important to you,
- 59:08then you've already got this notarized and everything, the one you've got?
- 59:13Unknown: Yeah. I got it already notarized
- 59:16where I don't have this extra sentence.
- 59:19Unknown: I can't tell you what to do. All I can tell you is each side and the consequences,
- 59:24and I'm gonna let you make the decision. Is that cool?
- 59:27I don't like telling people what to do here because it's your freedom. I want you to do it however you feel most comfortable. K?
- 59:36Unknown: Well, we are also doing this for for tax purposes. So so can I send an okay? I'm just wondering. Could I send an,
- 59:45you know, an affidavit of a citizenship evidence
- 59:49to the IRS with that Uh-huh. With the with that added sentence?
- 59:56Can I send two Just
- 59:58Unknown: let's just hold on for a second? Let's just hold on for a second. We got this new protocol here.
- 1:00:03I gotta take a little breaky poo right here. We're just gonna set this aside for
- 1:00:09a minute or so here. Paul's gonna come talk to us. Sales. We're on eurofolkradio.com.

- 1:01:08Thank you so much for your patience.
- 1:01:14Unknown: I think that's us, Heiko. We'll come back to our discussion. Here we have a little classical music in the background to get your attention.
- 1:01:33Unknown: That's another thirty seconds to fill out the end of the break.
- 1:01:38We got ten seconds to back to the program.
- 1:01:50Unknown: Yikes.
- 1:01:51And is that a production or whatnot?
- 1:01:54Speaking of, I don't know if any of y'all probably aren't watching the,
- 1:01:58Stanley Cup. Some of you may be.
- 1:02:01One of the teams is the Vegas Knights.
- 1:02:04Holy smokes. You ought to see the way these guys open a hockey game. It looks like a Vegas production. It it is a Vegas production. I have people coming out of the ceiling and all kinds of stuff. It is, pretty impressive.
- 1:02:17Okay. We're gonna get back to hiking now. This is not a Hollywood production,
- 1:02:22and we're trying to explain some of the fine points, and it's difficult to get into these areas, especially the ones she's
- 1:02:28in now
- 1:02:30and not find the intentional confusion that it's built on.
- 1:02:35So after all these years, Heiko, thirty four years next month,
- 1:02:40I've been involved in this.
- 1:02:42I think I finally figured out what they're doing here,
- 1:02:46and it revolves around the word resident.
- 1:02:50You see, there's
- 1:02:52different definitions. If you go to the Webster Collegiate
- 1:02:55Dictionary
- 1:02:57and look under resident,
- 1:03:00it's going to have two different definitions.
- 1:03:02Have you heard this before, Micah?
- 1:03:06Unknown: Yeah. I think that they can Well, that's
- 1:03:09Unknown: okay. You can't hear it enough.
- 1:03:11This is pretty important to understand this and the differentiation
- 1:03:15and how it's being applied.
- 1:03:17So if you go look at definition number one under resident, the definition is
- 1:03:23the act or fact
- 1:03:26of living in a place
- 1:03:29for some time.
- 1:03:31The act or fact of living in a place
- 1:03:35for some time.
- 1:03:37Let's label that the geographical
- 1:03:40definition.
- 1:03:42Now number two
- 1:03:44is the same damn definition,
- 1:03:47almost.
- 1:03:48It says
- 1:03:49the
- 1:03:50act or fact of living or dwelling in a place
- 1:03:54for some time,
- 1:03:57here's the addition,
- 1:03:59for the receipt of a benefit
- 1:04:02or the discharge
- 1:04:04of a duty.
- 1:04:06That's law.
- 1:04:09So
- 1:04:10there's a great book
- 1:04:12of research in your law library.
- 1:04:15If you get depth into this, you probably may wanna go familiarize
- 1:04:19yourself with it at some point.
- 1:04:22It's called words and phrases.
- 1:04:24And what they do is they go go over all these court cases, and they find these important words and phrases that have been used in that deliberation or decision or opinion.
- 1:04:34And they come back and they incorporate
- 1:04:36that and what they said about it into
- 1:04:39the heading under whatever you're looking at in words and phrases. So if I were to go with you to the law library and we go look up words and phrases and we go to the r edition and look under the term resident,
- 1:04:53there'd be a whole bunch of things that courts have said about residency
- 1:04:57in there.
- 1:04:59And the one that is particularly important that I saw years ago when I was doing this very same thing, I'm telling you,
- 1:05:07was it said whenever the word resident is used in any legal
- 1:05:12context,
- 1:05:14its definition
- 1:05:15is always,
- 1:05:17always
- 1:05:18legal.
- 1:05:20Well, we just went to the Webster's Collegiate Dictionary. We know which one is legal. Right?
- 1:05:26Well, where did the legal definition of resident
- 1:05:30come from originally?
- 1:05:32That may shed some light on this,
- 1:05:35Ike.
- 1:05:36Well, it came from one of countries like The US and Germany when we exchanged the ambassadors and had a treaty, and we said, okay. We we we want your guy over here because should you guys start a war or something over there, we wanna go be able to talk to him. We don't wanna have to fly to Europe.
- 1:05:54So they sign a treaty, and they exchange ambassadors.
- 1:05:58And when they exchange ambassadors,
- 1:06:01the German ambassador
- 1:06:03would be considered
- 1:06:05in
- 1:06:06residence.
- 1:06:08When he was on The US, in The US, living on US soil,
- 1:06:13although the embassy has sovereign
- 1:06:15sovereignty,
- 1:06:17he is considered to be under German law.
- 1:06:20So I like to use Ecuador because I'm here. Let's say that the ambassador to Ecuador gets caught with a kilo of cocaine in his diplomatic pouch up their Dulles Airport when he flies into The States. What do they do with him?
- 1:06:34Do they charge him with traffic and cocaine?
- 1:06:37Well, no.
- 1:06:39He's in residence.
- 1:06:41That means Ecuador's
- 1:06:43laws
- 1:06:44apply to him.
- 1:06:45And what they would do with him is to put him on a plane and send him back to Ecuador.
- 1:06:53So it isn't where you live or the geographical
- 1:06:57definition.
- 1:06:59It's what set of laws do you live under, and then we understand further
- 1:07:05that that has to be a voluntary decision.
- 1:07:09So it's voluntarily
- 1:07:10up to you,
- 1:07:12isn't it, Heikka? If you wanted to go back and live under East Germany's laws, well, that's outstanding
- 1:07:19that East Germany is not there.
- 1:07:21But if you wanna go back and live under in Germany, you could go do that, couldn't
- 1:07:28Yeah. You could
- 1:07:30or anywhere else. Okay? So here's the point I'm driving at. When they're using all this tax stuff,
- 1:07:38they're using this ambassadorial
- 1:07:40law
- 1:07:42of residency
- 1:07:43in which
- 1:07:44set of laws do you live under, but they're selling it to you
- 1:07:49as geographically.
- 1:07:50In other words, if they come like with William, state of Georgia, it's gonna say, do you live there? Do you pay property taxes? Do your kids go to school? Do you have a license tag on your car? Yada yada yada yada. And all those things are man made qualifiers
- 1:08:06to be able to direct and tell you that you live under this set of laws. When you have the ability to just,
- 1:08:14to confront that and say no.
- 1:08:17Because if you look in Georgia's own codes,
- 1:08:20I forget the section,
- 1:08:22there's a phrase in there that says the term resident
- 1:08:26is a rebuttable
- 1:08:28presumption.
- 1:08:31Hold it. You can tell me I'm a resident,
- 1:08:34and in your own laws, it says I can rebut it?
- 1:08:38How the hell is all that happening?
- 1:08:41Because it has to be voluntary
- 1:08:44because everything's gotta be voluntary,
- 1:08:47and that includes which set of laws you wanna live under. But they're clouding the water
- 1:08:52by trying to give you a, hey. I live over there definition.
- 1:08:57That's you. That's what they're trying to tell William.
- 1:09:00And he's going, no. No. No. I'm rebutting that. I don't.
- 1:09:04I'm not a resident
- 1:09:07politically.
- 1:09:10I don't follow the laws of Georgia. Now let me show you here how you can even take that a step back
- 1:09:18and reinforce it.
- 1:09:21Are we thoroughly confusing you, Aika?
- 1:09:25Unknown: No. No. Not at all. I'm listening. Okay. Okay. Now now the step back we're gonna take
- 1:09:32Unknown: is that word we were talking about a minute ago,
- 1:09:35allegiance.
- 1:09:37So what's really happening when you're filing this paperwork
- 1:09:42is you're going back because you've had allegiance from the federal government, and you told them,
- 1:09:48you came over voluntarily from Germany, East Germany. You naturalized voluntarily.
- 1:09:53They didn't tell you to go through that process. You wanted to go through the process,
- 1:09:58and you did. You did it successfully,
- 1:10:00and now you're a citizen of The United States, a federal citizen. Ain't that correct?
- 1:10:06Mhmm. Yes. You're trying you're trying to change that.
- 1:10:10Okay. Well, when you came over here from Germany,
- 1:10:14you were technically
- 1:10:16asking them
- 1:10:18when you went through the naturalization
- 1:10:20process.
- 1:10:21You were really asking them for protection, weren't you?
- 1:10:25I wanna come in under these United States laws and get protection from this tyrannical Germany I used to live in.
- 1:10:32Right?
- 1:10:34So what happens automatically when you went through the process? Oh, you got the protection alright.
- 1:10:41And in the process, they didn't tell you about this is you owe them allegiance.
- 1:10:48Because they give you protection, you owe them allegiance,
- 1:10:51and they want you to pay your income tax, don't they?
- 1:10:55That's part of your allegiance. Yep.
- 1:10:58Well, we're gonna change that.
- 1:11:00When you file this affidavit,
- 1:11:02we're gonna switch that allegiance.
- 1:11:05As it says in that statute,
- 1:11:07a national owes total allegiance to a small less state. Right?
- 1:11:12Well, we're gonna change the juror, jurisdiction formula voluntarily.
- 1:11:18It's your initiated actions here. You've got the affidavit ready to send it off. When they get it, what's happening is
- 1:11:27now your allegiance is owed to Florida.
- 1:11:30That's where you live.
- 1:11:32And now
- 1:11:34Florida, whether they know it or not, most of them probably don't
- 1:11:39because of that formula. Now they owe you
- 1:11:42protection.
- 1:11:44So you've switched the jurisdictional
- 1:11:46formula from the federal government where you came into this shooting match, and you're flipping it over to the
- 1:11:53smallest state.
- 1:11:54So you're giving them allegiance total,
- 1:11:58and they're gonna give you supposedly reciprocally
- 1:12:00total
- 1:12:01protection.
- 1:12:02Well,
- 1:12:03protection from what?
- 1:12:05Well, let's say the Cubans decide to invade.
- 1:12:08They're gonna have an army down there trying to repel the invading Cubans.
- 1:12:13How about if it's the protection from federal traffic laws
- 1:12:18through this bankruptcy
- 1:12:20that they've instituted in the state, and you've got a sheriff who caught you speeding.
- 1:12:26Aren't they supposed to protect you from that?
- 1:12:33Yeah. They are.
- 1:12:37So you see what I'm explaining here, Heiko? And this is the real roots of the whole thing. You're switching your allegiance when you file this paperwork,
- 1:12:46and that automatically
- 1:12:47makes the state, whether they know it or not,
- 1:12:51the state giving you protection
- 1:12:53because you're now one of their citizens. You're not residing
- 1:12:57there to be there, which means you're under federal law and living in Florida.
- 1:13:02Now you've told them they owe you protection. You're a Florida
- 1:13:07citizen of the state Florida
- 1:13:09state,
- 1:13:10and, these things should apply. Now do they automatically?
- 1:13:13No. They haven't taught taught they don't teach this stuff in law school.
- 1:13:18They've been in control of America's law schools and its curriculum for a hundred years. And that's part of the things they've done is they've turned around, backed themselves out of the where they were viewing the enemy, and with a brush, they brushed out their footprints.
- 1:13:32And we're trying to recreate those footprints
- 1:13:35and show you that they were here spying
- 1:13:38and how they were doing it.
- 1:13:40And that really
- 1:13:42is what's going on here. That may be over your head at this point, Heiko. I hope not. No. Not. It's not. That is the conclusion that I've come to all these years. Now I'll point out a fact.
- 1:13:55Look where they hid the word resident in the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:14:00And the state if you're this and this, then you're a citizen of The United States and the state wherein you reside,
- 1:14:07and they put the word resident
- 1:14:10hidden,
- 1:14:11obfuscated,
- 1:14:12to say the least, as the very last word in the first sentence.
- 1:14:17Now see, I know these guys well enough to see what they're doing. Most people would never even suspicion that.
- 1:14:24That's the keyword in the whole deal
- 1:14:27is residency
- 1:14:28because that's the trick they're pulling is they're coming after you. We know it's this ambassadorial
- 1:14:36thing.
- 1:14:36We're gonna hoodwink you with this geographical definition and fool you again.
- 1:14:43Well, I like the old who's
- 1:14:47title. We won't be fooled
- 1:14:50again.
- 1:14:52We won't be enslaved
- 1:14:54by satanic
- 1:14:55Jew bastards
- 1:14:57again.
- 1:14:59Never
- 1:15:00again.
- 1:15:01Never.
- 1:15:04So, Heiko, that's my piece. What questions do you have?
- 1:15:09Unknown: So well, my my question was, I
- 1:15:13created this affidavit from your website, and it does Yes, ma'am. For the passport application.
- 1:15:18Yeah. And that as affidavit
- 1:15:21does not have in this extra paragraph
- 1:15:25with Yeah. With 25 CFR.
- 1:15:28Now I'm thinking I may should add the sentence and make a new affidavit.
- 1:15:35Unknown: Let's let's do this.
- 1:15:38Why don't you since you've already got that one prepared I'm not telling you to do it. I'm just gonna suggest it to you. Since you've already got that one prepared, why don't you go ahead and send that into
- 1:15:48passport?
- 1:15:49It'll be on file on your passport.
- 1:15:52And then go back and do another affidavit
- 1:15:57and submit it to the secretary of state, period, not the passport office.
- 1:16:03And then that one would include the second paragraph,
- 1:16:07and then that one, you can send to the IRS as a notice. They'll never know you had the other one in.
- 1:16:13So if that makes you feel better, that's a a possible remedy for you. Okay?
- 1:16:18Unknown: Roger, I just wanted Heiko to know that I sent her a message. I replied to her message.
- 1:16:23Unknown: Okay. Oh, great. Thank you, Mirka. I appreciate. Yeah. Thank you so much, Roger, too. But, you know, I don't have a problem to write another affidavit. You know? Okay. To include that sentence. Yeah.
- 1:16:35Unknown: I just do another one. You know? Okay. Well, I'm not giving you all this information just for you.
- 1:16:42I'm giving it to you, for you, and the other people that are maybe new to this show or new to this. And they're saying, who are these people all about? Why do they do all this stuff? Why they haven't say they're having all this success? I just know that the IRS is stealing their houses, and they're not telling us.
- 1:17:01No. They're not.
- 1:17:03K.
- 1:17:04Because they've been caught. We got their mojo. We caught them with their thieving ass hands,
- 1:17:10feet, and proboscis
- 1:17:11in the cookie jar.
- 1:17:13We got the Jew. You know, what's have you seen that that Russian Jew that did I've I've got a copy of it somewhere. I should send it to Paul. Throw the Jew down the well. Have you ever seen that?
- 1:17:26It's just Jew comedian. Throw the Jew down the well, and he sings his whole song about this.
- 1:17:33Paul, I'll try and send that to you. Paul, have you ever heard that before?
- 1:17:39Uh-oh. Paul's off messing. He's probably
- 1:17:42doing some kind of something. Anyway,
- 1:17:45throw the Jew down the well.
- 1:17:47Throw the slave and Jew down the well for sure. It's not these people like, and I would go ahead and repeat this. I found a good honest Jew, a journalist of all things, interviewing Tucker, Tucker's latest interview.
- 1:18:01You wanna see that's a very rare
- 1:18:04it's like a white Siberian tiger, an honest Jew. You can go over and hear him in this interview here if you want to.
- 1:18:11So, Heiko, where else can we go? How else can we educate you today, or is there anyone in the audience that has any opinion or question or observation from the discussion we've had on this Saturday edition to this point?
- 1:18:28Unknown: Well, I am done with my questions, questions, and thank you again. Are you So somebody else Heiko. Can focus that. Well, there's evidently not anybody out there, and if we can't get any conversation
- 1:18:41Unknown: going, we're gonna have Paul play Director William. In the Sassoon
- 1:18:45thing.
- 1:18:46William,
- 1:18:47sir?
- 1:18:48Yeah. That was Sacha Baron Cohen, the Borat movie. Oh, there you go. Right. Right. You've heard you've seen that before.
- 1:18:55Unknown: Oh, yeah.
- 1:18:56Unknown: I'll send it to Paul. I mean, maybe make that our theme song.
- 1:19:00Unknown: I sent you an email the other day, a Joe Rogan interview on the seventeenth amendment. Did you get that email?
- 1:19:08Unknown: William,
- 1:19:09I may have. I haven't watched that. It looks it sounds kinda interesting and provocative.
- 1:19:16Unknown: Yeah. The seventeenth amendment, I wasn't aware of how
- 1:19:20how important that is.
- 1:19:22Are you are you familiar with the seventeenth amendment? Abs absolutely.
- 1:19:26Unknown: It's where they severed all the state's rights in DC.
- 1:19:30Unknown: Yep. Yep. And they, forced the states to
- 1:19:34make their senators publicly elected. They're not elected. And you know
- 1:19:38Unknown: that when, Bill Benson and Red Beckman did all their research on the sixteenth amendment, they also researched the seventeenth too. Did you know that?
- 1:19:47Unknown: No. No.
- 1:19:49Unknown: It wasn't it wasn't legally ratified either.
- 1:19:53Unknown: I wouldn't doubt it.
- 1:19:56But that interview, I mean, it's about fifteen minutes long, but it would be a good one to play on the show. And just Okay. Well because we knowing what knowing what we know
- 1:20:05Yeah. And applying it to what he's saying, he he he cannot he can't put the two together,
- 1:20:11but we can. And it kinda it kinda brings that picture
- 1:20:15into full view, on how they usurp the state, the smallest state. Okay.
- 1:20:23Unknown: Yeah. There's all kinds of good stuff out there. I'll go look for it if you can resend it, William.
- 1:20:28I I'm covered up in emails and stuff that people wanna send me. I appreciate you sending it to me, but, hell, I can only watch so much. And
- 1:20:38so, anyway, listen.
- 1:20:40I'm gonna give some well wishes for Georgia tonight,
- 1:20:44in their game against Texas. That should be a good baseball game.
- 1:20:49Okay.
- 1:20:50Where else do we wanna go? Anybody else got a question or a comment? Mirka, are you still there?
- 1:20:58You run off somewhere?
- 1:21:00Mirka.
- 1:21:02Yeah. She darts in and darts out.
- 1:21:04Okay.
- 1:21:06Alright. Who else can we go to this morning?
- 1:21:10With the with the Thursday,
- 1:21:12Jerry Day, who was an excellent guest, it was wonderful.
- 1:21:16And Friday with Brent, I've forgotten all the things that were on my palate from Wednesday and before. I haven't seen a whole bunch.
- 1:21:24I thought it was very funny. This journalist,
- 1:21:28he says he says, the the times that we're in, he lives in Israel. You know? He says, we go to sleep thinking there's a
- 1:21:38peace agreement. We wake up with ballistic missiles over our heads.
- 1:21:43I thought that's pretty funny in relation to,
- 1:21:46Trump and his
- 1:21:48what what do you call what the hell he's doing? Blowing in the wind?
- 1:21:52Blowing in a hurricane wind? I mean, he he changes Schizophrenic. Every ten damn seconds
- 1:21:59for god's sakes. It's ridiculous.
- 1:22:02So how are you doing, Lisa? What's going on with you?
- 1:22:06Unknown: I'm out doing yard work and just came in and sat for a little lunch, but I'm okay.
- 1:22:11How are you?
- 1:22:14Unknown: Well, I'm sipping on my morning drink with a papaya in it this morning and just doing the radio show. It looks like we're gonna have a somewhat nice day in Ecuador, but I'm probably gonna sit there and watch a bunch of baseball today.
- 1:22:30So, anyway,
- 1:22:32good, Lisa. I am far
- 1:22:35far better than most and and and in real good shape for the shape I'm in as Tom's father used to say.
- 1:22:41Very blessed. About to turn 78 here. Feel like I'm in my forties or fifties.
- 1:22:49In pretty good hands. Do you really?
- 1:22:51Unknown: Do you really?
- 1:22:52Unknown: No. I do. I feel fantastic.
- 1:22:55Unknown: Well, that's wonderful, Roger. I I'm about to be 60 in in September,
- 1:23:01and I'm blessed, and I feel pretty good till I go to do physical things.
- 1:23:06Yeah. And and then and then and then I know.
- 1:23:09I'm not in my forties anymore.
- 1:23:12Unknown: Yeah. I get the what the one thing I'm I noticed is a lack of energy that used to be there, and I'm I don't know if that's fixable or not. Sometimes it's not there as much as others,
- 1:23:23but that's the one thing I noticed. But hell no. I feel young. I DJ, our friend DJ, who y'all don't know,
- 1:23:30into health stuff, and she had this little machine
- 1:23:33where she could take this machine. You put do a cell phone.
- 1:23:38It goes over and sends a frequency through your cell phone, through your body and diagnoses everybody.
- 1:23:43And so, it's fairly extensive and in-depth that she wanted to do one on me. It was about a couple of years ago.
- 1:23:50And, she came back and said, Roger, I've done charts for guys in their fifties that don't look as good as yours.
- 1:23:57K?
- 1:23:58So, I think I've got my mother's physiology,
- 1:24:03and I've just over the years not done stupid stuff. Here's what happened to me, Lisa.
- 1:24:08Back in the eighties,
- 1:24:10I was single, and my health insurance is going up to three fifty a quarter and stuff. And I, hell, I couldn't afford a day at that time. I said, well, I'm not playing this crap.
- 1:24:20You go see these people. So I just started taking care of myself.
- 1:24:24You know, I start I started becoming very conscious of the water that I was drinking. No fluoride.
- 1:24:31I would go all the way up to where I had property North Of Atlanta.
- 1:24:35They had a little natural spring comes out of the
- 1:24:38side of the road there.
- 1:24:39Well, you drive up there. There'd be five five to seven cars waiting to fill up a whole trunk full of bottles.
- 1:24:47And so I'd go up there. I drank that really good water, and I haven't had a
- 1:24:52I can't remember
- 1:24:54the last time a
- 1:24:56any soft drink passed my lips.
- 1:24:59I think one time I accidentally drank a little Coke in Argentina,
- 1:25:04but I haven't had a a any kind of these soft drinks, and I'll bet you forty years or more. And I think that's part of it. Also, I did things like
- 1:25:16I talked about this before.
- 1:25:18I need to get back on it because I'm my source
- 1:25:21ran out. I'd like to find a new source for it, and that's MSM.
- 1:25:27I need to check down here at the health food stores. I generally haven't. MSM
- 1:25:32is is organic sulfur.
- 1:25:34K?
- 1:25:35And, back, I remember hearing somebody talking about it on Joyce Riley,
- 1:25:39and they were talking about that yourselves. One of the reasons it's so good for you. And, boy, you start taking that. Girls,
- 1:25:46you want your hair, your your hair to be luscious and grow and all that. You want your fingernails to be strong. You start taking MSM.
- 1:25:55You won't believe what that does for your nails and your hair. It makes them grow like crazy and really naturally strong.
- 1:26:03Somehow, the sulfur in there. Well, the other part that was interesting is that sulfur
- 1:26:08is part of the makeup of your cell wall.
- 1:26:13And it turns out that that we
- 1:26:16don't produce as much sulfur the older we get.
- 1:26:19And if you put this organic sulfur back in your diet, evidently, it softens the cellular
- 1:26:26wall
- 1:26:27and allows it
- 1:26:28to intake more nutrients.
- 1:26:32Fantastic.
- 1:26:34Well, you know that I always look at the dialectic of everything. So
- 1:26:39as that was being presented to me, I thought, well, all disease starts at the cellular level,
- 1:26:46most of it in your gut.
- 1:26:48And if this stuff softens the cell wall and lets additional
- 1:26:52nutrients in,
- 1:26:53then it's also
- 1:26:55by gotta be able to let more toxins out. And the more toxins you get out of the cell, the less potential
- 1:27:02there is for the cell to go haywire.
- 1:27:05And so I started taking MSM years ago. I I haven't had any in a while, like I said,
- 1:27:11but I'm gonna ask the health food people here about it. But,
- 1:27:16you should get this dirt cheap. You could buy a pound of it for
- 1:27:20$15.18
- 1:27:21dollars or something. I don't know what it is now. It tastes like crap, but you don't need very much. I'll just just take a little bit and put it in your sloppy
- 1:27:31or syrupy or whatever and get it down, and it will do you good. I promise you. Now was that somebody wanting to say something?
- 1:27:39Unknown: That was me opening my mic, my neighbor's mowing. So I was just gonna say Paul promotes that a lot when people have different health issues on here. Hope he'll that's a lot of times his first go to do this.
- 1:27:52Unknown: You're you're crazy not to. It's cheap. It's good for you, and I guarantee it'll help you. If nothing else, you have the strongest nails in the neighborhood.
- 1:28:00Unknown: It's the m's. It's the m's.
- 1:28:03It's the MSM, the MMS,
- 1:28:06and the DMSO.
- 1:28:08You got those three things. You are good.
- 1:28:14Unknown: Bueno, maestro.
- 1:28:16Where else could we go before we
- 1:28:18chop the week off here?
- 1:28:22Anybody got anything to add?
- 1:28:25Uh-huh. I have some question. I have something to add.
- 1:28:28Okay. Go ahead there, Hendi Hendi.
- 1:28:31Unknown: Okay.
- 1:28:32Let's try this.
- 1:28:36Unknown: We're in
- 1:28:37Mumbai.
- 1:28:44Throw that to you.
- 1:30:44Borat.
- 1:30:45Stay away from the high octaves. You're not good at it.
- 1:30:49So, anyway, hope Borat doesn't quit his day job to do that, but there you go. Throw the Jew down the well from a Jew.
- 1:30:57Borat is a Jew. Russian,
- 1:31:00I believe. Don't remember. Anyway, thank you, Paul.
- 1:31:03Paul and his little nimble fingers, he can just come up with all kinds of magic things, can't you?
- 1:31:09Yeah.
- 1:31:10Live radio is fantastic. Sometimes.
- 1:31:13Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. Sometimes
- 1:31:15it takes me a minute to get back to the microphone, but,
- 1:31:18you know, I mean. Yeah.
- 1:31:20Unknown: Yeah. Okay.
- 1:31:22While we're at it, let me say that,
- 1:31:24Paul informs me we're not yet quite at the top of the escape from New York to Oklahoma
- 1:31:32campaign we've been on.
- 1:31:34I will say again, we need to get Paul out of New York.
- 1:31:38Unknown: We're very we're very close. Kitty Kitty. We need to get him Kitty Kitty. All the funds needed to secure the property. All the funds needed to secure the property are there. Yeah. Okay. Now some extra money, you might have to leave the kitty in New York. Yeah.
- 1:31:54It's it's just now it's just transportation
- 1:31:57Unknown: and getting me to there with my stuff. Okay. Well, we've made a great deal of progress then. So Yes, ma'am. I know it's tough.
- 1:32:05Know inflation is there. I know it's about to get worse. I understand everything that's going on, but we need to get Paul moved.
- 1:32:14And if you think this program and this information,
- 1:32:17which you can get nowhere else nowhere else is
- 1:32:20important to you, dig a little deeper, see if you can find something you can throw at Paul.
- 1:32:26Paul, how would someone do that if they were so inclined?
- 1:32:30Unknown: They can go to,
- 1:32:32they can go to the Matrix docs, and underneath your smiling picture is the Give, Send, Go Radio Ranch support.
- 1:32:39And there is also,
- 1:32:43funding, funding.exposethematrix.com.
- 1:32:45There's a link for that, and that goes to a Google doc that has my phone number, my email address, and all that happy stuff, so you can reach out to me if you need my mailing address, or I can just give it to you. Think and I've been meaning update that document and just put the address on there because I'm only gonna be using this address for a couple months and I'm
- 1:33:06what do I care? So
- 1:33:08Unknown: I'll be glad when you get out of there.
- 1:33:12Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:33:13You and me both.
- 1:33:14Right now, I'm
- 1:33:16working on
- 1:33:18securing a mower
- 1:33:23because
- 1:33:26when I get there, the grass is gonna need to be mowed and my grass here is going to seed,
- 1:33:34I'm just gonna find
- 1:33:36a cheap mower and deal with it.
- 1:33:38Unknown: Okay.
- 1:33:39Need one of those bushwhacker thingies down there. Anyway, if you've got a if you got anything that you don't need and this is important to you,
- 1:33:49we don't ask you for funds hardly ever. Done it maybe once before,
- 1:33:54but this is important. And we've tried to get Paul out of New York before. It's never worked out. This looks like it could work out, and we want it to work out.
- 1:34:03And
- 1:34:04Unknown: if we're important to you, please belly up. So All the pieces are in place to secure the property.
- 1:34:10The pieces are in place. The money is in
- 1:34:13Oklahoma.
- 1:34:15Everything is in place, and that
- 1:34:18closing should happen in
- 1:34:20hopefully a few days
- 1:34:22because I kinda told the seller that it would be bagged by the fifteenth, and we're getting there. So
- 1:34:28Unknown: Okay. Mhmm. We're we're sure Excuse me? Okay. Yes, ma'am. Excuse me?
- 1:34:33Unknown: Yeah. Could you please can you please put
- 1:34:37where I I don't give do gifts and go. I'm I do money orders. So if I were to go to the matrix again, where would I go to so I can send you a money order?
- 1:34:49Unknown: Are you in the are you in the free conference call, or did you call in? Did you dial in or are you are you I dialed in. I dialed in. Yeah. I just got back from a shooting match.
- 1:34:59Unknown: You dialed in. Oh, good girl. Did you win? You win?
- 1:35:03Unknown: I won last weekend. This weekend, I'm gonna go back. We were crowded.
- 1:35:07Unknown: I see my kind of listener. Let's help this gal out, Paul. Alright.
- 1:35:13Unknown: Do you have a pen? Do you have a pen? Yes.
- 1:35:16Okay.
- 1:35:18My email address is p g
- 1:35:21b I
- 1:35:22that's pgbieener@Okay.gmail.com.
- 1:35:32Unknown: Okay. I will email you then.
- 1:35:35Cool. And I said, I send out the orders to
- 1:35:38my name is Karen.
- 1:35:40Hi, I'm from Ohio.
- 1:35:43I'm going to do all the paperwork and every I'm sorry?
- 1:35:46Unknown: Fantastic.
- 1:35:47Unknown: Thanks for coming on board, and thanks for coming forward. I appreciate it. I'm going to file all the paperwork and do all that. It's just it's been a little bit hectic because I'm a widow, and I take care of two homes and three acres. And
- 1:36:01a lot of I'm like Paul. I do cats, animal rescue. My husband passed away.
- 1:36:06I took up where he left off. And so it's like, I'm constantly busy. And where I work, I'll be retiring this year, but there's
- 1:36:15lot I deal with a lot of fraud through banking and everything because I do all the money.
- 1:36:20So I resorted to sending money orders. So Paul wouldn't mind the money order.
- 1:36:25Yep. I would feel
- 1:36:27good to do that.
- 1:36:29Unknown: I guarantee you, he won't mind the money order. Thank you. And it was Karen.
- 1:36:34Karen. Karen. Yes. In Ohio. Nice to meet you.
- 1:36:39Unknown: Nice to meet you. I've been listening to you for quite a while.
- 1:36:42Really? And because I'm a retired I retired my CPA license.
- 1:36:46Didn't want to do it no more after all those years
- 1:36:50because it's in my textbooks right there. It is voluntary, but they don't tell you how. Nobody could give me an answer
- 1:36:56to the genealogy
- 1:36:57as you guys did. I'm back to Oxford University
- 1:37:01you know, fifteen hundreds,
- 1:37:03and I knew something was wrong, and I found you.
- 1:37:07And you gave me the answers I needed.
- 1:37:10Unknown: Thank you. Well You're you're welcome. I I always hurry,
- 1:37:14I think, hasten to add. This is
- 1:37:18more than a hundred years of collection of knowledge of three men's adult life sacrifices
- 1:37:23because we were all driven for answers here.
- 1:37:26And I just got very lucky. I think, you know, not luck. It's the grace of god.
- 1:37:31I'd always had that
- 1:37:33curiosity.
- 1:37:35Something was wrong. And in the six months that these guys were teaching,
- 1:37:39I crossed their path.
- 1:37:41The to me, the chance of that is just so infantism.
- 1:37:46Unknown: Yes.
- 1:37:47I agree.
- 1:37:49Yes.
- 1:37:50I think it's quite a bit most
- 1:37:52yeah. Most people are afraid
- 1:37:54to take the challenge.
- 1:37:56They didn't have
- 1:37:58to endure what our ancestors endured coming over here. They have it a lot easier.
- 1:38:03Unknown: Yep. That they're afraid. And and they get soft and complacent.
- 1:38:07Yep.
- 1:38:08And pliable.
- 1:38:09There's the other they're very pliable. All they have to do is go seize your neighbor's house or sow a a squad hit
- 1:38:16squad team in somebody's house and put it on the news, and you become compliant.
- 1:38:23Unknown: Yes. Okay. I thank you very much. Thank you, Karen. Really enjoy the show. I'm glad that you guys are on Saturday because I do listen at work intermittently
- 1:38:32when I can because I'm Okay. I do all the money.
- 1:38:36I do wanna send Paul a money order.
- 1:38:39Unknown: Well, he wants to receive it.
- 1:38:42I'm glad. I'm glad. Yes. Okay. Thank you very much. Thank you, Karen. Nice to meet you. Please come back and speak with us again if the occasion moves you. Nice
- 1:38:52Unknown: to talk to you guys too. Bye bye. Yes. Yes. As
- 1:38:57Unknown: we say in Spanish. I had something I wanted to move on to. Paul, do you have anything to button up that or anything you wanted to add?
- 1:39:04Unknown: No. I'm just
- 1:39:06going to
- 1:39:07hold on one second, Larry.
- 1:39:10I think I'm just gonna add my address to that document, but it's gonna take me a little bit to do it.
- 1:39:16I'll
- 1:39:17add my address to it.
- 1:39:19It'll
- 1:39:21be right there on the Was
- 1:39:22Unknown: that Larry? Was that Larry, I heard, coming in there? Morning, Larry. Yes. Good morning, man. How are you? I'm
- 1:39:29good. How are you today? You working on cars or something, or you outworking today? I'm
- 1:39:34Unknown: working at FedEx FedEx. I I have seniority there. I think I'm I I'm third from the top out of 40 drivers. So so Mhmm. I get I to volunteer
- 1:39:45on Saturdays Saturdays. I'm the only one working,
- 1:39:49and I do that every Saturday for for about a half a day.
- 1:39:53Unknown: Half a time and a half? Double time? What do you get for Oh, yeah. Time time and a half. We're one of those unique companies
- 1:40:01Unknown: FedEx Freight used to it used to be American Freightways.
- 1:40:06And
- 1:40:08then, you know, Fred Smith,
- 1:40:10who's the CEO and started
- 1:40:13Federal Express,
- 1:40:15in fact, he was doing some type of paper in college.
- 1:40:19Yeah. And he's just
- 1:40:23And the professor kinda ridiculed him and mocked him that that'll never work or whatever. Right. And he took that
- 1:40:31and turned it around on everyone and created this huge worldwide
- 1:40:36Unknown: company. He got the the professor gave him an f as in fail on his paper.
- 1:40:45Unknown: Well, then what does that tell you about academics?
- 1:40:51Unknown: We're at
- 1:40:55Unknown: Yeah. So he Larry. He eventually bought a he he wanted a Larry. Real quick, Larry. It tells me that those that can do,
- 1:41:04Unknown: those that can't teach.
- 1:41:06Unknown: Teach. Yep. That's right. I remember that one, Dave.
- 1:41:10Larry, I'm gonna send you an email today
- 1:41:14later. Okay? Heads up on that.
- 1:41:17So what were you gonna add? What were you gonna add? Well,
- 1:41:20Unknown: just before I get to my comment or question rather,
- 1:41:24I was just gonna say that Fred Smith
- 1:41:27started out with Federal Express getting, you know, getting envelopes, important documents
- 1:41:33around the world, like, the next day, obviously.
- 1:41:37And then he moved on to
- 1:41:39he wanted to,
- 1:41:40you know, get small packages trucked around,
- 1:41:44and that's what FedEx Ground
- 1:41:46became. The he bought out a lot of these, small package carriers,
- 1:41:52specifically.
- 1:41:53There's a there's a one that was named RPS,
- 1:41:57and I can't remember what that acronym stands for.
- 1:42:01Rapid Package Package System.
- 1:42:04Yeah. Yeah. RPS.
- 1:42:05And long time ago, I actually worked for for them loading trucks,
- 1:42:10and it was really fast paced.
- 1:42:13Yeah. When I was in my
- 1:42:16early twenties.
- 1:42:18And but, anyway, he he bought that out and called it FedEx Ground,
- 1:42:23and then he wanted to
- 1:42:25move larger items around the country and eventually around the world,
- 1:42:31you know, stuff that was larger
- 1:42:33than the FedEx Ground system can can,
- 1:42:38you know, move around.
- 1:42:40And so he bought American Freightways,
- 1:42:43and they were nationwide.
- 1:42:46And I think they did they started to do some Puerto Rico freight, but then he bought them out
- 1:42:52and, and turned it into FedEx freight.
- 1:42:56And, eventually, he wanted to get, you know, higher
- 1:42:59valued items around the world, so he created a company. Now I don't know. I haven't done the research. I don't know if he
- 1:43:07actually,
- 1:43:08bought another company out and
- 1:43:11renamed it, but he started this company called Custom Critical, FedEx
- 1:43:16Custom Critical, and they deal in very high end stuff. Like, say you had a $100,000
- 1:43:23vehicle
- 1:43:24or, you know, a million dollar vehicle,
- 1:43:27anything that you consider to be very valuable, and you wanted it trucked across the country
- 1:43:32or or shipped even farther than that or, like, a very valuable,
- 1:43:36you know, picture,
- 1:43:39some artwork or whatever,
- 1:43:41then you would hire FedEx custom critical.
- 1:43:45Oftentimes, we'll see those trucks sitting on our in our yard. How about, how about, precious metals? Would they handle that?
- 1:43:53Oh, yeah. If you want some gold, you want it shipped up to the up to The United States, Roger, you can hire them.
- 1:44:00Roger?
- 1:44:01Unknown: Roger,
- 1:44:02I get all my Hold on, Julie.
- 1:44:06Hold on. There's somebody before you. Who was the male? Wanted to get was it Rick?
- 1:44:13There was a male trying to say something.
- 1:44:17Okay, Julie. I
- 1:44:19Unknown: get all my
- 1:44:21precious metals from Miles Franklin via FedEx.
- 1:44:25Unknown: Oh, okay. Good deal. Well, you know, none of these airlines down here in South America will will handle gold or silver
- 1:44:33because the insurance, they give you so much theft. The insurance are paying off. They won't insure anymore.
- 1:44:41So okay. Back to what Larry was saying. Larry?
- 1:44:45Unknown: Yeah. So,
- 1:44:46I
- 1:44:47would say
- 1:44:49one one week ago on a Monday,
- 1:44:52we we did become our own company. So we were under the umbrella
- 1:44:57of the FedEx,
- 1:44:59you know, brand name,
- 1:45:01and we were considered a daughter company like all the rest of them. And so now we're a standalone company
- 1:45:08as of last Monday.
- 1:45:10Yeah. You could buy stocks
- 1:45:14and
- 1:45:16we have our
- 1:45:18own,
- 1:45:19the stockholders and
- 1:45:21what do you call that board?
- 1:45:24We're we're not answering
- 1:45:26to that that overlaying
- 1:45:28board of directors or whatever under the FedEx brand corporation.
- 1:45:33Unknown: Down in your own.
- 1:45:34Unknown: Larry. You could be the second trillionaire in the world.
- 1:45:39Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:45:40I'll try.
- 1:45:41Unknown: Or But anyway be there overnight.
- 1:45:46Wasn't that the the FedEx next day letter when it absolutely has to be there overnight?
- 1:45:54Unknown: So Yes. Gonna So
- 1:45:55Unknown: ask you this question. Didn't Frank Smith Yeah. Make turn do an IPO Brad, on
- 1:46:02didn't he do an IPO on FedEx a while back?
- 1:46:08Unknown: An IPO.
- 1:46:10What's that? Offering,
- 1:46:11Unknown: stock stock offering.
- 1:46:15Unknown: Oh, we're gonna be allowed to, yeah. We're allowed to buy the stocks. The employees are. Yeah. Okay. Well, there's my answer. There you go.
- 1:46:23Yeah. Yeah. Alright. And he and just in case anyone doesn't know, I he died about a year ago, less a little less than a year ago, I believe,
- 1:46:32and he still had input in the company. So Uh-huh.
- 1:46:36Unknown: Was he a good guy by reputation inside the company? He's a good guy or Oh, yeah. Yeah. He was a down to earth guy. He he went around
- 1:46:45Unknown: you know, they say that about a lot of these creators of companies like Sam Walton.
- 1:46:50He was down to earth, and and so it seems like once the business goes to the heirs
- 1:46:55Unknown: Yep. They they don't care about the little guy anymore. You know? It's like it's just like the parents moving to The US. First generation works their ass off. The second generation is is somewhat responsible. The third generation ain't worth a crap.
- 1:47:09Baseball oil That's the rotten. Because
- 1:47:12Unknown: the first generation is probably
- 1:47:14on a first name basis with the people that helped them build the company,
- 1:47:20and they appreciated
- 1:47:21Unknown: that. Yeah. Yeah. So
- 1:47:23Unknown: two more generations. Was to give you an example,
- 1:47:26I was
- 1:47:27I heard in the news, like, when all these riots were going on, like, when they were when they were destroying
- 1:47:33Los Angeles and making back then. Yeah.
- 1:47:37So there there's this one of the heirs, the daughters, I guess, of Sam Walton.
- 1:47:43He was
- 1:47:44there she she was there there is evidence
- 1:47:47that she was funding a lot of this, and she owns she was out there on her super mega yacht, you know, traveling.
- 1:47:55Like, the the person that was
- 1:47:57that created this video on YouTube was, like, going into all this and that there's evidence that she was behind the scenes funding a lot of this chaos that was going on. So I don't know how true it is, but
- 1:48:11might wanna look into that.
- 1:48:14Unknown: They've no doubt that they're always playing
- 1:48:16dialectic shit. No. Pardon? Go ahead.
- 1:48:19Unknown: Yeah. FedEx Freight is one of those unique companies that they offer
- 1:48:24their overtime on a daily basis.
- 1:48:28Most every company I've ever worked for and that I've ever heard of,
- 1:48:32after you get your forty hours in of straight time, then you go on overtime.
- 1:48:37Well, we've always been even even when it was American Freightways,
- 1:48:42you know, since they started
- 1:48:45when American Freightways first started back in the
- 1:48:48the September,
- 1:48:49I think,
- 1:48:53they always offered their overtime on a daily basis. So once you get your eight hours in,
- 1:48:59everything after that is considered overtime.
- 1:49:01So if I wanted to take a day off or two days off during the week, let's just say I work Monday and Tuesday, I got my eight hours in. And each one of those days, maybe I got two or three hours
- 1:49:14extra overtime in
- 1:49:16for so for Monday and Tuesday, maybe I work ten hours Monday
- 1:49:20and eleven hours on Tuesday,
- 1:49:22so that's five hours overtime.
- 1:49:24And then I take Wednesday and Thursday off,
- 1:49:27and maybe I wanna get vacation pay or whatever. I still get those five hours for Monday and Tuesday as overtime.
- 1:49:34You don't lose it. You don't gotta get you don't have to get in your forty hours first. Have you ever heard of anything like that, Roger? No.
- 1:49:41Unknown: And I know they're kinda novel. There's a couple of very novel
- 1:49:46American corporations, Pitney Bowes, some of them. They're good and have good policies.
- 1:49:51Let me tell you what they do down here, Larry.
- 1:49:53We've got a real good grocery store.
- 1:49:56I mean, this is this is good grocery stores I can ever remember shopping in quite frankly. It's like upscale Publix and stuff. It's called Supramaxi and Megamaxi,
- 1:50:06and and they've got all kinds of employees tripping all over each other.
- 1:50:10And, I find out what the way they handle their annual,
- 1:50:14disbursement
- 1:50:15is they have a
- 1:50:18profit percentage
- 1:50:19that they have as a minimum.
- 1:50:22And once they reap that percentage of profit, all other
- 1:50:27profits
- 1:50:28are distributed equally among the employees.
- 1:50:31And I guess some of these people here work during the week for, like, you know, very little, but they work there for that one time a year bonus.
- 1:50:41Oh, interesting.
- 1:50:43And equity Well, me transition over here because that's kinda what I wanted to spend a moment on.
- 1:50:49What it appears, and it was triggered by what Karen said a minute ago about being close to retirement.
- 1:50:55Things are getting bad in The US. You don't have to look too hard to see all the forces at play, the water, the food, the
- 1:51:04all of it. Okay?
- 1:51:07And I had a friend, a female friend. It's not we you know, it's not a romantic thing. We just known each other for twenty years or so. She was one of my early students.
- 1:51:17God almighty, what I had to do to explain this stuff to this girl.
- 1:51:22So, anyway, she'd been threatening to she lives in Atlanta, been threatening to move to Argentina or down here. Well, I'm gonna come down there. They're not gonna do that to me. Well, she never materialized,
- 1:51:33of course. And so finally,
- 1:51:36there's a data center a couple miles down the road, lives outside of Atlanta.
- 1:51:41I I I'm moving this time.
- 1:51:44So she's in the middle of of checking on that, come down here and hang for a few days, see how she likes it.
- 1:51:51But in the other folks that I've had visit recently,
- 1:51:55Annie and Clayton and and Dean and and Suzanne,
- 1:52:00both of them were so impressed with it. They're they're thinking and at at least starting to move live here part of the year.
- 1:52:08But you can come down here on ninety day visit visa,
- 1:52:12and then you can extend that to a hundred and eighty or another ninety days to a hundred and eighty.
- 1:52:17But then you gotta leave the country. You're not doing residency or anything else. You're just coming down here for as people do six months during the year and go spend six months back in The States. But I just wanted to put y'all out. Karen, like she said, I'm getting ready to retire.
- 1:52:31Well, Karen, if, if you wanna get out of there, there I think we're gonna have a little community. It might not be a bunch of us, but there'll be a few like minded people down here, and that's
- 1:52:42would be very important. I've never had that. I love both all these people.
- 1:52:47And, so, anyway, I just wanted to plant that seed. I'll give you an idea. Now here is my friend in Atlanta. She's an insurance agent.
- 1:52:56She's working, still working, still chasing the paper buck. You know?
- 1:53:01And so she's she's going, well, I think I'm gonna come down. She never really checked into it seriously,
- 1:53:08but her Social Security came up. Okay.
- 1:53:12And I said, well, how much do you get on your Social Security? She said $2,200
- 1:53:17a month,
- 1:53:19and she's still working. Folks, do you know how you can live like a king or a queen
- 1:53:25down here on $2,200
- 1:53:27a month, and you can live very comfortably
- 1:53:30for about a thousand dollars less than that. K?
- 1:53:34So why would you so for the people that may not know that and you wanna get out you know, even if you win the rat race, you're still a damn rat.
- 1:53:44If you wanna get out of there, there's that kind of opportunity. I don't know. Debbie started drawing,
- 1:53:50Social Security a few years back, but she could've been living down here like a queen in paradise almost like Hawaii
- 1:53:57instead of fighting the rat race and the traffic and the inflation and the rules and all the other crap you gotta fight up there.
- 1:54:05I'm just planting that seed for all of you.
- 1:54:08If this situation
- 1:54:10continues to deteriorate
- 1:54:12and you're in a position to do that, it's something you might wanna noodle on.
- 1:54:18K?
- 1:54:19FYI.
- 1:54:22And I would love to get a small group of like minded folks that know what we know. And
- 1:54:28as someone
- 1:54:29said, other night, we'll start our own damn lunch group, you know,
- 1:54:33but it would be great. It's a wonderful place.
- 1:54:36I can honestly tell you, if you said, Roger, give me
- 1:54:41what is the worst thing about living in Ecuador.
- 1:54:44I I don't know if I could name you one bad thing about living here, and I've been here nine years now. K?
- 1:54:51So it's just a real special place, and I just wanna throw that out there for us us girls. K?
- 1:54:58So, other than that
- 1:55:01oh, anybody else got anything to add or towards the yes, sir. Larry.
- 1:55:06Unknown: Yeah. My question was,
- 1:55:08so you brought up Joyce Riley before. Isn't she the was she the host? I don't think she's doing it anymore. Was she the host of the power hour?
- 1:55:18Unknown: She's dead. Yes. She was. She was the
- 1:55:21initiator, started it, brought a got married to a guy named Dave Von Kleisch. He was on there for a while. They split.
- 1:55:29She ended up getting breast cancer and
- 1:55:32passing out. Yes.
- 1:55:34And I was quite honored as she was towards the end of her life there on the show
- 1:55:39that she asked me to guest host the program over there one day. So that's quite an honor. They had 5,000,000 plus audience.
- 1:55:49Unknown: How many years ago was that that you were the guest host?
- 1:55:53Unknown: Fourteen years or something like that. Back around when I first started.
- 1:55:58Unknown: One one of the first times I heard The
- 1:56:01Unknown: reason I I bring her up
- 1:56:05Unknown: I think that was one of the first times I heard you.
- 1:56:08Because I used to listen to her show all the time. There you go. Our affair started so long ago.
- 1:56:17Unknown: So the reason I brought her up is because you brought her up, and I just
- 1:56:21discovered her show
- 1:56:23because somebody else was
- 1:56:26bring someone else brought up Ralph Winterload
- 1:56:30and
- 1:56:30no. Let's see. Winter Road.
- 1:56:32Winter Road. And she had him on the show as a guest,
- 1:56:37And I I was listening to his interview. He's talking about
- 1:56:40how the regulations are created.
- 1:56:43It was a very interesting presentation.
- 1:56:46And as I was listening,
- 1:56:47he he expounded
- 1:56:49upon facts that sound very similar
- 1:56:53to how you
- 1:56:55expound the facts on how regulations are created.
- 1:56:58And I was just wondering, did you used to listen to Ralph Winter Road No. And show Joyce,
- 1:57:05Riley? And is that how you put all this together?
- 1:57:08Unknown: Well, no. I I certainly knew who Ralph was. I didn't listen to him too much because I thought he was off base,
- 1:57:14and he was.
- 1:57:15I'll give you an example. He thought and stated in one night on this program, he's on RBN two hours a night for hell over twenty years.
- 1:57:23And so one night, Darryl was listening,
- 1:57:26and and
- 1:57:28Ralph said, well, the the word resident doesn't have anything to do with this.
- 1:57:33And Darrell called in and read him the fourteenth. He said, read the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:57:37And he got to the end. He said, and the and the state wherein they
- 1:57:42and it hit him. K?
- 1:57:44Now I'll tell you another story about Ralph. See, we had another guy named Chuck Ward, who's actually a longtime friend of,
- 1:57:52Mark's,
- 1:57:53and Chuck
- 1:57:54was trying to get our stuff over to Ralph. Now Ralph had Nexus Lexus.
- 1:57:59Okay?
- 1:58:00And so he should have played a national. You're a national. So Ralph went back and did a search on title 26
- 1:58:08for the word national
- 1:58:09and came back to Chuck and said, national's not in title 26.
- 1:58:15Well, you see it is, but it's not labeled national.
- 1:58:19It's resident, nonresident alien.
- 1:58:22You see how these guys work?
- 1:58:24They're
- 1:58:28very slick.
- 1:58:31Hope you have a wonderful
- 1:58:33weekend, abbreviated as it may be.
- 1:58:37Yeah. And should you be of that mind, Paul? I hope your team wins.
- 1:58:43And we'll see you again on Monday.
- 1:58:46Unknown: Alright.
- 1:58:47Do you have some Just just a quick note.
- 1:58:50Read your ingredient labels because cancer causing forever chemicals
- 1:58:55are found in Band Aids where they can get directly into the bloodstream through open wounds.
- 1:59:0265%
- 1:59:04of bandages contained fluorine.
- 1:59:08Fluoride, our old friend, a necessary component of PFAs.
- 1:59:11PFAs are forever chemicals That's right. Cookware,
- 1:59:14firefighting foam,
- 1:59:16and carpeting.
- 1:59:17Thanks for joining us. We'll see you right back here next time. Old quick, and you won't have to worry about it. We'll
- 1:59:25We're out.
- 1:59:26Unknown: We're out of here for the weekend,
- 1:59:29and we will anxiously
- 1:59:32look forward to rejoining with you, even our latent listeners like Karen on Monday. Ciao.
- 1:59:38Unknown: I really need fifteen seconds of music at the end of the show, so that that's why that
- 1:59:45that's why that recording fades itself up all by itself. I don't do that. I agree. Alright. I really need that last that last ten seconds. Boss, I'm a do my very best to comply. Okay?
- 1:59:57Unknown: Whatever
- 1:59:58it is you need. Alright?
- 2:00:01Okay. And as for the audience, you're such a lovely peep. We met a gal a brand new gal today, Karen in Ohio. Don't know what part, who's been a long time listener, a CPA.
- 2:00:13If you go on and continue working, Karen, we might can send you some business
- 2:00:17on filing tax returns for nationals. Go brush up on that.
- 2:00:22Send anyway, I just I love all of you, and even though I didn't even know who Karen was.
- 2:00:28And we'll look forward to seeing you next week or if not, then soon.
- 2:00:34And,
- 2:00:35and,
- 2:00:36we'll look forward to it. So who else has got something for me?
- 2:00:40Unknown: This is Chris from California.
- 2:00:43Unknown: Dave was from California. Chris,
- 2:00:45hang on one second. Dave was trying to get in there with a comment, and then it's Chris. Hey, Yep.
- 2:00:51Unknown: No problem. Thanks, Paul. You know, you said the Band Aids. You know,
- 2:00:56right after COVID started,
- 2:01:00got a package from our insurance company
- 2:01:04of a bunch of Band Aids and stuff, and my daughter got the same thing from a different insurance
- 2:01:10company, car insurance,
- 2:01:11with a bunch of band I said,
- 2:01:14that crap away.
- 2:01:16It's probably loaded with COVID.
- 2:01:19Do
- 2:01:20not use those Band Aids. And I knew from then on, Band Aids were not safe anymore. Thanks for Right. Reading that, Paul. That's awesome. I yield that. Yeah. Even something innocent
- 2:01:33Unknown: as a Band Aid, for god's sakes.
- 2:01:36Now who was the other person?
- 2:01:38Unknown: Chris from California.
- 2:01:41Unknown: Hey, buddy.
- 2:01:42Unknown: Yeah. I had never heard about this Band Aid thing before.
- 2:01:46Are there any safe Band Aids?
- 2:01:51Unknown: The only thing I can say is either,
- 2:01:54get your bandages
- 2:01:56in
- 2:01:57the form of gauze and surgical tape or whatever,
- 2:02:01as simple as a Band Aid is probably not going to be safe,
- 2:02:06even though it's simple.
- 2:02:08But the only thing I can say is read the ingredient list. If they contain fluorine,
- 2:02:12I would have to think that it would have to be on the label.
- 2:02:15Unknown: It's the weirdest thing. It'd probably RMNA
- 2:02:18Unknown: in there somewhere too. Hell, who knows? I'd say rip the cotton off it and and make your own cotton underwear or old old socks or underwear or whatever because, I mean, even that, how far back do we go where there's no roundup in the water that's in the cotton that's in everything.
- 2:02:36Unknown: Dave, we don't know that they don't what the bad is is in the pad.
- 2:02:41I think the bad he's referring to is in the Band Aid.
- 2:02:45Unknown: Yeah. It's in the adhesive. That's what the article I looked at said. It's in the adhesive,
- 2:02:49actually. But Yeah. Those gauze, because there was a study done years ago and I can't think of what it is that they were saying zinc cotton, BT something or and that's in sterile gauze.
- 2:03:01When you get packages of sterile gauze,
- 2:03:04Unknown: that Wow. BT chemical, whatever it is, is is in that. That's Roundup. BT cotton is Roundup cotton. It's genetically modified
- 2:03:14Unknown: Yeah. For
- 2:03:15Roundup.
- 2:03:17Unknown: We don't need those stinking bandages.
- 2:03:21Unknown: Yeah. If you're accident prone,
- 2:03:24think before you step.
- 2:03:28Unknown: And grow comfrey. Right, Murph? Well Yes. Be stay. And garlic will heal you when minimize the scar. Just use some clean rags and wrap around it. You know, these days, it it comes down to every damn decision you make. You you need to almost
- 2:03:43cogitate on a bit.
- 2:03:45I'm gonna go out to the lawn and walk around.
- 2:03:50Watch out for the damn thing. In California.
- 2:03:52Okay. Hold on. I'll shut up, Chris. Go ahead.
- 2:03:57Unknown: Okay. That was number one. Thank you. I'm gonna look into the band aid situation.
- 2:04:01Number two,
- 2:04:02I I I came into
- 2:04:05a session one day where people were talking about silver cloth and some healing properties that it has.
- 2:04:13Does anybody know more about that?
- 2:04:16Unknown: That would be me.
- 2:04:19Unknown: Okay.
- 2:04:24Unknown: Twenty five years ago
- 2:04:26or so,
- 2:04:28I crossed paths with a medical doctor
- 2:04:32named doctor Bart Flick.
- 2:04:37He had a practice
- 2:04:39in Opelousas,
- 2:04:40Louisiana for about twenty years where he did a lot of research, and then he's in North Georgia now.
- 2:04:48Have you ever heard of a guy named doctor Robert Becker, Chris?
- 2:04:52Unknown: I've heard the name.
- 2:04:55Unknown: You ever heard of a book called the body electric?
- 2:04:59Unknown: I've heard of it. I haven't seen it.
- 2:05:02Unknown: It's a cult following. Roger, it's old, Becker.
- 2:05:08Unknown: Okay. Thank you, Dave.
- 2:05:10Doctor Becker
- 2:05:12was the guy that wrote that book, and he pioneered a lot of this, his idea that the body was a electrical
- 2:05:18circuit.
- 2:05:19And doctor Bart Flick happened
- 2:05:22to be in one of his classes
- 2:05:24in medical school.
- 2:05:27And in fact, ended up being having Becker as his medical adviser.
- 2:05:32And he was exploring a lot of these different ideas.
- 2:05:36And,
- 2:05:37what he
- 2:05:39what started all of this, I I guess, as a real catalyst was
- 2:05:45Becker and a friend of his who had developed and was trying to patent a microelectric
- 2:05:51generator.
- 2:05:53They had a case of a last ditch effort.
- 2:05:56The guy had had 17 previous operations. He's a Vietnam vet. He stepped on a landmine over there. I saw the X-ray on this guy just as I was, you know, got way this what Flick showed me.
- 2:06:10Explained the story so that I really know what I was doing because I started selling that stuff. And for four years, I was the only salesman in the world, Chris, for that silver cloth called Silver Line.
- 2:06:23And that's why we're here because I don't have to beg you for money because I made some money back then. I had incredible cash flow with literally
- 2:06:32no
- 2:06:33expenses,
- 2:06:35and I I and I bought gold with all that money. And that's when it was so cheap. It just all fell into place. Okay? That's why I don't beg y'all for money. I don't wanna charge you, and I I hate, asking you for money.
- 2:06:49But anyway, that's where that comes from.
- 2:06:52So
- 2:06:53Unknown: And that cloth was called Silverlawn?
- 2:06:56Unknown: Name of this cloth was called Silverlawn. Hold up. Please let me finish.
- 2:07:00And and
- 2:07:02two the two Jewish companies, they stole the company from him, and not another bunch of Jews have stolen it from those bunch of Jews. But I think it's still called Silverlawn, s I l v e r l o n, dot com. They're gonna charge you a damn eye, you know, through the nose for it, but let me tell you the rest of the story.
- 2:07:23So,
- 2:07:24Flick,
- 2:07:25before he got FDA approval as a
- 2:07:29non
- 2:07:30as a device,
- 2:07:32not a drug, a device. You get FDA approval on it being a drug or a device. K? And so he got this as a device.
- 2:07:42And let's say that
- 2:07:45you said a lot of dentists and veterinarians
- 2:07:48and stuff before they had any kind of approval. He finally got FDA approval for it.
- 2:07:53So here's what happens, Chris.
- 2:07:56Let's say you got a laceration
- 2:07:58on your forearm.
- 2:08:00We have that cut,
- 2:08:02and the minute that cut happens,
- 2:08:06the meat, the subsections underneath the dermis are exposed.
- 2:08:11Well, when that happens, the nerve endings
- 2:08:14don't have the electrical
- 2:08:16field of the dermis
- 2:08:18over them anymore.
- 2:08:21It interrupts that field,
- 2:08:23and then the nerves
- 2:08:25since that that field is not there
- 2:08:29generate
- 2:08:30the pain impulse.
- 2:08:32That's how pain is generated. At least that's one way. Yeah.
- 2:08:36And so when you lay the cloth on that laceration,
- 2:08:41the first thing it does is it tricks the body
- 2:08:45and makes it think the dermis is there.
- 2:08:49The second thing it does is it will start releasing silver
- 2:08:53ions,
- 2:08:55and that's what they were trying to deal with that electrical generator.
- 2:08:58And what he saw him, they saved the guy's lie the leg.
- 2:09:03And Flick said, this was the fork in the road. Becker went on to chase something else, and Flick said, I'll bet that cloth will release those ions without that electrical generator.
- 2:09:14And he was right. Okay? And so it releases the ions into the wound,
- 2:09:20and that sterilizes
- 2:09:21the wound completely.
- 2:09:23Nothing
- 2:09:24can live in silver, not even in our MNA.
- 2:09:28And,
- 2:09:28then the third thing, if you get that on a affected area
- 2:09:33as soon as possible,
- 2:09:35it also keeps down the swelling,
- 2:09:39and that reduces
- 2:09:40scarring.
- 2:09:41So the first thing it does is it gets rid of the pain.
- 2:09:45It then,
- 2:09:46sterilizes the wound, and it accelerates healing and potentially very little or no
- 2:09:52scarring.
- 2:09:53And I'm a human proof of that because I've got two titanium rails in my left forearm,
- 2:10:00and the doctor I had with me, and he was willing to put it on after the operation.
- 2:10:07And one of them, you can't even tell there's a scar. The other one, can tell a little bit, but it's really minimalized
- 2:10:14from what it wouldn't would have been before.
- 2:10:16So those are the things that it does.
- 2:10:19Now I would suggest that you look at a Brent, I hope Brent's with us. There's a website
- 2:10:26called lessemf.com,
- 2:10:29I believe, Chris.
- 2:10:31Less Yeah.
- 2:10:32Emf.com,
- 2:10:35and they play
- 2:10:36cloth.
- 2:10:38K? I believe they've got several silver, copper, etcetera,
- 2:10:42and they've got a medical grade.
- 2:10:45Get it there,
- 2:10:47and you better get it quick
- 2:10:49because the cloth that I've got
- 2:10:52was plated when silver was $3.50
- 2:10:55an ounce.
- 2:10:58Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:11:00Unknown: K?
- 2:11:02Okay. You can reuse it. You can reuse it,
- 2:11:05and, yeah, and you can wash it with mild soap,
- 2:11:09soak it, whatever. And it's good until,
- 2:11:14unfortunately, you can't see that small. The oxide flakes off of the cloth.
- 2:11:19The only thing you can plate is polyester.
- 2:11:22You can't plate cotton.
- 2:11:24So I'd go to that website for anybody.
- 2:11:27Everybody ought to have some of this.
- 2:11:30I have seen this cloth work
- 2:11:32literal miracles. Okay?
- 2:11:39Unknown: Okay. Thank you very much. I'm not I'm not kidding either. Okay?
- 2:11:43Unknown: That's what I've Yeah. I've heard amazing the story on that, buddy. Yep.
- 2:11:49Unknown: Yeah. What
- 2:11:50about a situation where people
- 2:11:53have joint problems,
- 2:11:55Unknown: like arthritis? It can help that like knees and stuff and
- 2:11:59what's the wrist disease, carpal tunnel.
- 2:12:03You
- 2:12:04just gotta it will do 360
- 2:12:06degrees on certain parts of the you can't wrap it around your thigh,
- 2:12:11for instance, and expect much relief.
- 2:12:13But around a wrist or an ankle or foot or something like that, yes, it will. Rapid 360
- 2:12:20degrees, the effects will penetrate. Right.
- 2:12:25Unknown: Okay.
- 2:12:26Unknown: Alright.
- 2:12:28Unknown: Thank you.
- 2:12:29Unknown: Alright. You're welcome. What else we got here? I'm taking off.
- 2:12:35Unknown: Roger?
- 2:12:36Unknown: Oh, I'm sorry, Julie. I forgot you. Sweetie, how can the world could I forget Julie?
- 2:12:42Unknown: Anyone are you reading are you reading my mind? I just opened my Amazon package and the book, The Body Electric is here today.
- 2:12:51I can't believe you just mentioned that book.
- 2:12:53Unknown: There you go. Yeah.
- 2:12:56And, that's where Silverlawn came from indirectly.
- 2:13:00He was already into the I saw something on I
- 2:13:04Unknown: saw something on YouTube, and I think that's what happened. I saw him or somebody was being interviewed, mentioned the book, and I just went straight and ordered it.
- 2:13:12Unknown: Yeah. It's got a cult following. I don't remember when it was published. It was eighties or something.
- 2:13:19Unknown: Let me see here. I just took it out of the package,
- 2:13:22by Becker and Seldon.
- 2:13:26And let's see here. What is this? It is an older book for sure.
- 2:13:31It is published on 1985.
- 2:13:35Unknown: There you go.
- 2:13:36So, yeah, still Roger.
- 2:13:39Yes, Murr.
- 2:13:41Unknown: Be sure and tell Chris about
- 2:13:43Unknown: aluminum foil shiny side down. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Thanks. So we found out also, Chris, you can almost do the same thing with aluminum foil
- 2:13:53because it helps it reestablishes
- 2:13:56the electrical field. If you got some co colloidal silver, you can put that on the wound and get the sterilizing
- 2:14:03effect and keep a little aluminum foil on there. Always put the shiny side against the skin. If you get, like, a little kitchen burn or something, try this. You'll be shocked.
- 2:14:15And next morning, you won't even know it happened.
- 2:14:21Ding dong ding.
- 2:14:23Was that the
- 2:14:24closing tones that Paul was telling us about? Ding. Ding. Ding.
- 2:14:32Okay.
- 2:14:34Who else?
- 2:14:39Unknown: Okay. Yeah. Is there a good source for colloidal silver anybody knows about?
- 2:14:45Unknown: There's probably a bunch of sources. I don't know of any in particular.
- 2:14:49The smaller the element, the more effective it is. The more juice they put into the process of making it, the smaller the elements are. The smaller the element is,
- 2:15:00the easier it could get into the cellular level. That I do know that. Okay.
- 2:15:06Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:15:07Unknown: Alright.
- 2:15:08Well, listen. In that case, kitties, I am going to jet off into abbreviated weekend land,
- 2:15:14and I will be anxious. And I mean, I'm promising you this.
- 2:15:19By the time Sunday's over, I'll be anxious and I'll be missing you guys,
- 2:15:23and I'll be anxious to see you on Monday morning. K? Because that's the way I am.
- 2:15:30You're my family.
- 2:15:31My
- 2:15:32life revolves around this show and your freedom, whether you know it or not. K?
- 2:15:38So
- 2:15:39I've dedicated my life to this issue,
- 2:15:43and and that includes you because you're here. So I'll see you on Monday. Love you. Ciao.
- 2:15:59Unknown: What was the name of that book?
- 2:16:01That 1985
- 2:16:03book by Becker and Levin?
- 2:16:07Unknown: Oh,
- 2:16:09I don't know.
- 2:16:12Unknown: Robert The Body Electric
- 2:16:14The Body Electric.
- 2:16:17Unknown: Got it.
- 2:16:19Unknown: Okay. Oh, well okay. Hang on just a second.
- 2:16:25Where's
- 2:16:29my books folder?
- 2:16:32Might actually have it.
- 2:16:34Unknown: You you can get the PDF on archive, but I wanted the
- 2:16:39hard I wanted the book version. I know.
- 2:16:41Unknown: You like something you can touch.
- 2:16:45Unknown: Well, I have to print it out print it out.
- 2:16:53Unknown: So
- 2:16:57Unknown: if I just search for
- 2:17:03Becker.
- 2:18:25Okay,
- 2:18:26I have Electric Body Electric Health
- 2:18:29by
- 2:18:33McCusick.
- 2:18:38Oh, let's look on Google Drive.
- 2:19:12Unknown: Paul, are you looking for the book?
- 2:19:16Already have it. I'll email it to you. I'm sure that I have it.
- 2:19:22Well, I'm emailing it to you anyway.
- 2:19:31I just sent it to you, Paul.
- 2:19:34Might I recommend
- 2:19:36you just add it to recent folder?
- 2:19:39Uh-huh. You should have it in your email inbox now.
- 2:19:43Unknown: I know. I should have it.
- 2:19:48Okay.
- 2:19:49Well, it's not my downloads folder. It might be up on the server on dry van.
- 2:20:01Come on.
- 2:20:03Spin up.
- 2:20:10Oops.
- 2:20:38Becker and Zeldin have it.
- 2:20:41Audi Electric.
- 2:20:44Now
- 2:20:45Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I just found it myself.
- 2:20:49Unknown: Yep. I'm
- 2:20:52I don't know why the hell that is not up in Google Drive.
- 2:20:57It should be there.
- 2:20:58I'll throw it up in recent.
- 2:21:01Unknown: I just emailed it to you, Chris.
- 2:21:04Unknown: Thanks very much.
- 2:22:02Unknown: Less than a minute, it'll it will be up on
- 2:22:06nuisance.
- 2:22:09Unknown: Okay.
- 2:22:15Well,
- 2:22:18Unknown: wrap this up.
