- 0:24Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alan Root, direct from the entertainment capital
- 0:27Speaker 2: of the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:31Speaker 1: It's time War War.

- 0:38Speaker 2: percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:55Speaker 1: All right, Wayne Alan Root.
- 0:57Speaker 3: The Roots on Fire, Welcome to my show is the
- 0:59Speaker 3: War Zone, the official podcast of the Gateway Punted. Today's
- 1:02Speaker 3: our first day at Patriots TV as well. The Root
- 1:06Speaker 3: to Root, The Root really is on fire. I have
- 1:08Speaker 3: been banned, I have been shadow banned, I have been censored,
- 1:12Speaker 3: I have been silenced.
- 1:14Speaker 1: I've been attacked by the Attorney.
- 1:15Speaker 3: General of New York letician James who tried to drive
- 1:19Speaker 3: me off the air.
- 1:20Speaker 1: I have been attacked by everybody in the world.
- 1:22Speaker 3: I have been fired, and I have been embarrassed. And
- 1:27Speaker 3: it doesn't matter. I just keep growing.
- 1:30Speaker 1: I wrote the book The Power of Relentless, and I
- 1:32Speaker 1: always said the number one example in the world of
- 1:34Speaker 1: that is Donald J. Trump.
- 1:35Speaker 3: Number two is Wayne Alan Root War. I have been
- 1:39Speaker 3: so silenced and yet I just keep growing. Today's our
- 1:42Speaker 3: first day at Patriots TV. Welcome aboard Patriots TV. The Root,
- 1:47Speaker 3: the Root, the Root really is on fire. I'm your host,
- 1:50Speaker 3: wayn Alan Rut, the Secretary of War. This is the
- 1:53Speaker 3: mecca of Maga. If you like Trump, You've come to
- 1:56Speaker 3: the right place. Although I criticize when necessary, you know,
- 2:00Speaker 3: for the last five years, I've been critical of really
- 2:03Speaker 3: only one thing big time, and that's the vaccine, the
- 2:06Speaker 3: COVID vaccine. I was the first guy in the country,
- 2:08Speaker 3: out of any host in America, any mainstream host, but
- 2:11Speaker 3: really even out of any podcaster, the first guy to
- 2:14Speaker 3: tell everyone the vaccine is a disaster. It's a catastrophe.
- 2:18Speaker 3: It is a nightmare. Do not do it, do not
- 2:20Speaker 3: take it, do not get near it. And I save
- 2:22Speaker 3: people's lives. And by the way, the second thing I
- 2:25Speaker 3: did more than any other host in America is tell
- 2:27Speaker 3: everybody to buy gold. Buy gold, buy gold.
- 2:29Speaker 1: Man. If you listen to me, you're alive today and
- 2:32Speaker 1: you're rich. Gold hit a new old time high today.
- 2:36Speaker 3: It just keeps flying and it doesn't break the record
- 2:39Speaker 3: by a dollar. It goes up like seventy dollars a day.
- 2:42Speaker 1: I think it went up seventy dollars to day. Let
- 2:44Speaker 1: me look real quick.
- 2:45Speaker 3: I always look at CNBC, which is not the actual price.
- 2:49Speaker 3: They do the gold futures price. But gold had an
- 2:52Speaker 3: incredible day today. I know that it was up last
- 2:54Speaker 3: I looked. I think it was up seventy dollars. They
- 2:57Speaker 3: don't tell you because the market's closed now. They say
- 3:00Speaker 3: was up big spot. Gold rose one point one percent
- 3:04Speaker 3: to three thousand, seven hundred and twenty three for December delivery.
- 3:08Speaker 3: It's three thousand, seven.
- 3:10Speaker 1: Hundred and fifty eight.
- 3:11Speaker 3: It's so close, getting so close to four thousand, and
- 3:15Speaker 3: I remember when it was twelve hundred just a couple
- 3:17Speaker 3: of years ago.
- 3:18Speaker 1: I remember what it's two thousand and five hundred last year.
- 3:20Speaker 3: And I kept telling you by gold by goal by goal,
- 3:23Speaker 3: by gold, and I kept telling you, don't take the vaccine,
- 3:27Speaker 3: don't take the vaccine.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Don't take the vaccine. I'll kill you. I said it
- 3:31Speaker 1: all time record.
- 3:31Speaker 3: I've had President Trump as my guest sixteen times, and
- 3:34Speaker 3: I would guess in at least fourteen of those interviews
- 3:37Speaker 3: were after twenty twenty. In the COVID disaster. And I
- 3:41Speaker 3: tell President Trump in every interview, or maybe I should
- 3:43Speaker 3: say past ends. I told him in each one of
- 3:46Speaker 3: these interviews that the vaccine is the only thing You
- 3:49Speaker 3: and I disacree. Were always on the same team and
- 3:52Speaker 3: everything else, but the vaccine. It's a disaster. But I
- 3:57Speaker 3: still love you because you're the guy who ever mandated
- 4:01Speaker 3: the vaccines, and nobody had to take it.
- 4:03Speaker 1: So nobody died because of you.
- 4:07Speaker 3: You know, I told him you just wanted Operation Uh.
- 4:11Speaker 3: I can't think of the name now. God, there's so
- 4:12Speaker 3: many things in my mind. Whatever his operation was called,
- 4:16Speaker 3: the point was to get America back to work again,
- 4:18Speaker 3: back to business again. Everybody needed to get to work,
- 4:21Speaker 3: and the nation was shut down and locked down, and
- 4:24Speaker 3: so he needed to get us all working again. So
- 4:28Speaker 3: I gave him credit for that. But the vaccines were
- 4:30Speaker 3: part of it. No one wanted to go back to
- 4:32Speaker 3: work in the Blue States.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Because they thought you had cooties. Ooo, you have cooties.
- 4:37Speaker 3: I can't work without fifty two masks on my face
- 4:41Speaker 3: and eighty six vaccines. And so Trump pushed, pushed and
- 4:47Speaker 3: pushed until there was a vaccine and people rolled up
- 4:52Speaker 3: their arms and gladly took it, and I told everyone,
- 4:54Speaker 3: don't be a freaking idiot. Don't be a freaking idiot,
- 4:59Speaker 3: because do you want to be a crash test dummy.
- 5:03Speaker 1: I don't even buy the first year of a new car.
- 5:05Speaker 3: Why would anyone take a vaccine that's brand new, that's
- 5:08Speaker 3: completely untested, that.
- 5:10Speaker 1: You have no idea what's going to do to people that.
- 5:12Speaker 3: In nineteen seventy, I don't know, seventy eight or seventy nine,
- 5:16Speaker 3: we had this swine flu and we had a swine
- 5:18Speaker 3: flu vaccine and sixty million people got it and they
- 5:21Speaker 3: were waiting to roll up their sleeves with another sixty million,
- 5:24Speaker 3: and they canceled it because thirty people died. Too many
- 5:27Speaker 3: people have died for this vaccine, and they won't cancel it.
- 5:29Speaker 3: This vaccine is relettless, speaking of the power reletless.
- 5:32Speaker 1: It just won't die. The vaccine won't die. It's kill you,
- 5:36Speaker 1: but it won't die.
- 5:37Speaker 3: This vaccine has killed millions and nobody wants to talk
- 5:41Speaker 3: about it because.
- 5:42Speaker 1: The media has been bought off by big Farmer. But anyway,
- 5:44Speaker 1: I digress. There's a lot more things to talk about
- 5:47Speaker 1: today than.
- 5:47Speaker 3: Just the vaccine or the price of goal going up
- 5:50Speaker 3: or the fact that we've got a new show here
- 5:52Speaker 3: at Patriot TV, and of course always at the Gateway Punnit,
- 5:55Speaker 3: where the official podcast of the Gateway Punnitt two point
- 5:58Speaker 3: five million daily readers. Thank you, Gateway Pundit. So here's
- 6:04Speaker 3: the deal.
- 6:07Speaker 1: The number one story, of course, would be Charlie Kirk.
- 6:10Speaker 1: But I mean, I've.
- 6:11Speaker 3: Talked about this day and night and night and day
- 6:13Speaker 3: for eight days now. Charlie kirk assassination hit home with
- 6:17Speaker 3: me more than anybody in the world because him and
- 6:20Speaker 3: I are on the same TV network, Real America's Voice TV.
- 6:24Speaker 3: And his death could have been my death. His death
- 6:28Speaker 3: could have been Steve Badden's death.
- 6:30Speaker 1: His death could have.
- 6:31Speaker 3: Been anyone on Real America's Voice TV. And he's got
- 6:36Speaker 3: a podcast too, and I've got a podcast too. And
- 6:38Speaker 3: he's got a naturally syndicated radio show, and I've got
- 6:40Speaker 3: naturally syndicated radio show. It could have been any one
- 6:44Speaker 3: of us. I've always had nothing but every person that
- 6:48Speaker 3: comes up to me in the street.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Oh my god.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Wait, I love you, every person every speech. Wait, I
- 6:51Speaker 3: love you because I only go to Republican events. I
- 6:54Speaker 3: give speeches at Republican events. I've never gotten in the Lions.
- 6:58Speaker 3: Then Charlie Kirk was so ray went on college campuses
- 7:01Speaker 3: and he went into the lions Den and dared everyone
- 7:04Speaker 3: to debate him, including the worst people in the world, communist, transgender,
- 7:09Speaker 3: armed Marxist queers with pink air coming up with an
- 7:12Speaker 3: AK forty seven. And Charlie debated them all and he
- 7:16Speaker 3: was fearless. And I give him all the kudos in
- 7:19Speaker 3: the world. That guy should be celebrated. And that's why
- 7:23Speaker 3: he died. See, I'm never around people like that. If
- 7:25Speaker 3: you have pink hair and you scream I'm a member
- 7:28Speaker 3: of the Armed Marxist Queers of Salt Lake.
- 7:30Speaker 1: City, I'm never going to see you in my lifetime.
- 7:32Speaker 1: I don't want to see you in my lifetime.
- 7:34Speaker 3: So Charlie went into the lions Den and stared them
- 7:37Speaker 3: down like the Lions against the Christians every single day.
- 7:41Speaker 3: You know that he was on a college campus, and
- 7:43Speaker 3: eventually it got him killed. There's a lot of bad
- 7:46Speaker 3: people out there, man. So Charlie's death hit me hard, hard,
- 7:50Speaker 3: like a ton of bricks. And I've spent the last
- 7:52Speaker 3: eight days on air talking about it. In the last
- 7:55Speaker 3: basically two weeks in life, talking about it, and yesterday
- 8:01Speaker 3: was the memorial.
- 8:01Speaker 1: It was amazing. The effect he's had in the world
- 8:04Speaker 1: is obvious.
- 8:05Speaker 3: He's an amazing guy. I keep saying God's hand was
- 8:07Speaker 3: in all of this. I don't want anyone to misinterpret
- 8:10Speaker 3: what I'm saying and say Wayne says it's good that
- 8:12Speaker 3: Charlie died, and God wanted Charlie to die.
- 8:14Speaker 1: It's kind of a really horrible way of saying it.
- 8:16Speaker 1: That's not what I mean.
- 8:17Speaker 3: What I mean is, you know, there's good in everything,
- 8:20Speaker 3: and God found a way to turn this into a win,
- 8:23Speaker 3: and it was always his plan. I guess that Charlie,
- 8:26Speaker 3: the best among us, should go to heaven and him
- 8:28Speaker 3: and God.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Are looking down on us and slaying.
- 8:31Speaker 3: The Democrats, just destroying them, but not physically, because we
- 8:34Speaker 3: don't kill people. That's not our goal on the right,
- 8:37Speaker 3: only on the left that they want to kill people,
- 8:39Speaker 3: murder people, assassinate people.
- 8:41Speaker 1: But we do want to kill your political careers.
- 8:43Speaker 3: And I do think we're gonna win the midterms big now,
- 8:45Speaker 3: and I think Charlie Kirk's death is gonna have a
- 8:47Speaker 3: big part in that. People saw Charlie's death brought it
- 8:51Speaker 3: all out of the closet, and they saw what I've
- 8:53Speaker 3: known for all these years, that the Left is insane,
- 8:56Speaker 3: mentally ill, mentally deranged, vile, violet killers, and they want
- 9:01Speaker 3: us dead. And they hate us with red hot heat.
- 9:04Speaker 3: They hate us for being white. They hate us for
- 9:06Speaker 3: being a Republican. They hate us for being successful, late
- 9:09Speaker 3: us for owning a business, hate us for owning a home,
- 9:13Speaker 3: Hate us for having families with wives and husbands and kids,
- 9:17Speaker 3: normal families.
- 9:18Speaker 1: They hate us for being happy, They hate us for everything.
- 9:22Speaker 3: It all goes back, you know, to nineteen eighty. What
- 9:25Speaker 3: year was Reagan shot?
- 9:26Speaker 1: Eighty one?
- 9:27Speaker 3: I think he was shot in eighty one, eighty one
- 9:29Speaker 3: or eighty two, I can't remember now, but it was
- 9:30Speaker 3: one of my first years at Columbia University and Reagan
- 9:34Speaker 3: was shot and a lot of people cheered his death.
- 9:36Speaker 1: I'm a witness at Columbia.
- 9:38Speaker 3: My classroom when a kid ran in and screamed, Reagan's
- 9:40Speaker 3: been shot.
- 9:41Speaker 1: They've assassinated Reagan. That's what he said. Those are the
- 9:43Speaker 1: words he used. They've assassinated Reagan my class not me.
- 9:47Speaker 3: Of course, I was ready to, you know, to cry,
- 9:50Speaker 3: because I felt like he was my father.
- 9:51Speaker 1: I loved Ronald Reagan.
- 9:52Speaker 3: He was like my father, and I couldn't believe my
- 9:56Speaker 3: class stood up standing ovation and cheered like it was
- 10:00Speaker 3: happy New Year, like it was the greatest night of
- 10:02Speaker 3: their lives.
- 10:03Speaker 1: When they heard that, they thought Reagan.
- 10:04Speaker 3: Might be dead, that he was not just dead that
- 10:07Speaker 3: died of natural causes, but you know, dead.
- 10:09Speaker 1: From a shot from an assassin. And they cheered it.
- 10:12Speaker 3: And people didn't believe me all these years when I
- 10:15Speaker 3: said the left hates us and wants us dead. For
- 10:17Speaker 3: all these years I've said that, and everybody thought Wayne's exaggerating.
- 10:21Speaker 3: Oh come on, you're being too harsh, Wayne. And now
- 10:26Speaker 3: Charlie's death brought it all out. You now see it
- 10:29Speaker 3: from the strangest places. Judges and police officers and government
- 10:35Speaker 3: employees and teachers and military US Marine recruiters and candidates
- 10:43Speaker 3: running for major office like Attorney General of Ohio. These
- 10:47Speaker 3: people all celebrated the death of a conservative icon, of
- 10:52Speaker 3: a conservative icon.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Charlie Kirk.
- 10:55Speaker 3: You've seen it now. You saw what I saw at
- 10:56Speaker 3: Plumb University. I think I'll write that story tomorrow. That's
- 10:59Speaker 3: a good immetery for tomorrow. Now everybody knows what I know.
- 11:03Speaker 3: The left is evil, deranged, mentally ill, hates us with
- 11:07Speaker 3: red hot hate and wants us dead and will celebrate
- 11:11Speaker 3: our death after we're dead. Wait, root was right again.
- 11:15Speaker 3: VRA Vertical Research Advisory is the sponsor of this. Kip

- 15:09Speaker 1: All right, way now the route.
- 15:10Speaker 3: So the big news I didn't get to yet as
- 15:12Speaker 3: Jimmy Kimmel starts again tomorrow night.
- 15:13Speaker 1: No problem.
- 15:14Speaker 3: Six days off. You know, you could say, Charlie Kirk, die,
- 15:17Speaker 3: die die, hang him, shoot him, blow his brains out,
- 15:21Speaker 3: and you get a couple of days off.
- 15:22Speaker 1: You lie in the sun by your pool. He's got
- 15:24Speaker 1: one hundred million of the bank and he's right back
- 15:26Speaker 1: on six days later. Why am I not surprised. It's
- 15:29Speaker 1: a joke.
- 15:29Speaker 3: Nobody cared when a hit was on me a few
- 15:33Speaker 3: years ago. I don't mean a shooting hit, so I
- 15:35Speaker 3: don't mean to offend anybody much. A hit hit like
- 15:37Speaker 3: the mafia. I'm talking about. Liberal media decided to hit
- 15:42Speaker 3: me and destroy me. And I was the anchorman at
- 15:44Speaker 3: Newsmax TV. I was the host of the eight o'clock
- 15:47Speaker 3: time slot. I also had a column in the Las
- 15:50Speaker 3: Vegas rem You Journal, one of the top twenty newspapers
- 15:53Speaker 3: in America, and that column paid me a substantial sum
- 15:56Speaker 3: of money. And an organization funded by George so decided
- 16:01Speaker 3: to hit me after I'd said some really strong negative
- 16:04Speaker 3: things about George Soros being a trader to America and
- 16:07Speaker 3: being a scumbag and being an evil communist sob and
- 16:11Speaker 3: should be deported out of the United States and band
- 16:13Speaker 3: from ever coming in, or should be arrested for treason.
- 16:16Speaker 3: And George didn't like that, or his family didn't like that,
- 16:19Speaker 3: or his sons didn't like that.
- 16:21Speaker 1: So an organization that he puts all the money.
- 16:23Speaker 3: Behind decided to do a hit on me about an
- 16:26Speaker 3: advertiser on my show, and they made believe that that
- 16:30Speaker 3: had something to do with me, and the Attorney General
- 16:32Speaker 3: in New York did a cease and assist against newsmaxs
- 16:35Speaker 3: TV and me and I lost my job at Newsmack.
- 16:38Speaker 3: Isn't that the government influencing people working or not? So
- 16:42Speaker 3: why is it a big deal that the government influenced
- 16:45Speaker 3: maybe whether Jimmy Kimmel's show is on or not.
- 16:49Speaker 1: My show got knocked off the air.
- 16:51Speaker 3: That was in twenty twenty five years ago. You know what,
- 16:54Speaker 3: I said, not a thing to anybody, never said a thing.
- 16:57Speaker 3: You know what, it's called life. I didn't get involved
- 16:59Speaker 3: in it, and I didn't make a big deal of it.
- 17:01Speaker 3: I'm not a complainer. I'm not a little sissy like
- 17:04Speaker 3: Jimmy Kimmel, limp wristed snowflake. Jimmy Kimmel makes a big
- 17:08Speaker 3: deal while he's one hundred million dollar man that.
- 17:10Speaker 1: He said something stupid. His ratings were in the toilet.
- 17:13Speaker 3: He was gonna be fired or let go anyway, his
- 17:16Speaker 3: contract was never gonna get renewed by ABC TV because
- 17:20Speaker 3: his ratings are down the toilet like a you know what,
- 17:24Speaker 3: like a poop, And so they fired him because it
- 17:27Speaker 3: was their first and easy excuse to get rid of
- 17:29Speaker 3: Jimmy after he said something offensive and terrible. Now they
- 17:32Speaker 3: put him right back on the air. Okay, but Newsmax
- 17:34Speaker 3: didn't put me right back on the air. So Letitia
- 17:37Speaker 3: James put pressure on a TV network to fireway down
- 17:40Speaker 3: the route the exact same circumstance, and nobody cared. And
- 17:44Speaker 3: of course Roseanne Barr off the air on APC, same network.
- 17:48Speaker 3: No one cared a conservative making a remark, and innocent remark.
- 17:51Speaker 3: She didn't even know the Valerie Jarrett was black. She
- 17:53Speaker 3: thought she was Iranian. Well, she is black and Iranian
- 17:57Speaker 3: and was born in Iran, So you know, it's just
- 17:59Speaker 3: it's joke.
- 18:00Speaker 1: It really is, all right. I hate doing only negative stuff.
- 18:04Speaker 1: Let's do good stuff.
- 18:05Speaker 3: Sometimes I have to mix in good stuff because otherwise
- 18:08Speaker 3: it's depressing.
- 18:10Speaker 1: It's great, but it's depressing. Years ago, I came up
- 18:13Speaker 1: with an.
- 18:13Speaker 3: Idea of a TV show called Good News America, and
- 18:17Speaker 3: I sold it with Bill Asher. Bill Asher was the
- 18:19Speaker 3: producer and director of I Love Lucy and Gidget and
- 18:22Speaker 3: All Kinds of Great American Shows in the nineteen sixties
- 18:26Speaker 3: and the biggest most famous director ever in Hollywood history
- 18:29Speaker 3: of shows like that, positive fun shows and him and
- 18:32Speaker 3: I met struck, you know, hit.
- 18:33Speaker 1: It off, and struck a partnership.
- 18:35Speaker 3: We said, let's go sell good news America because there's
- 18:37Speaker 3: too much negative in the news. And because of his
- 18:40Speaker 3: fame and fortune, every door to Hollywood opened to us,
- 18:43Speaker 3: and we went to see like twenty different big shot
- 18:46Speaker 3: executives in Hollywood, and everyone rejected.
- 18:49Speaker 1: My show never got it on the air. They all
- 18:50Speaker 1: said the same thing. Nobody wants good news. They only
- 18:54Speaker 1: want negativity.
- 18:55Speaker 3: It's the only thing that sells any show with good news,
- 18:58Speaker 3: We'll have no ratings. Gotta have bad news. People want
- 19:00Speaker 3: to hear bad news and they want to be scared,
- 19:03Speaker 3: and they only tune in when they're scared and the
- 19:05Speaker 3: news is negative in their life's on the line, if
- 19:07Speaker 3: they're gonna die, they'll tune in.
- 19:09Speaker 1: If you're giving them good news, they won't tune in.
- 19:11Speaker 1: I mix in both.
- 19:12Speaker 3: I mix in good news and what's really going on
- 19:15Speaker 3: rough truth, which is generally bad news. But the good
- 19:17Speaker 3: news is the Trumpdministration's one hundred thousand dollars one time
- 19:20Speaker 3: fee for a new H one B visa application is
- 19:24Speaker 3: sparking outrage around the world and debate and people are
- 19:27Speaker 3: losing their minds, and corporation are losing their minds, and
- 19:29Speaker 3: billionaires are losing their minds, and India is losing its
- 19:32Speaker 3: mind And I say.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Good riddens to all. You don't let the.
- 19:35Speaker 3: Guys in the United States anymore from India and China
- 19:38Speaker 3: and fifty other countries, Pakistan and wherever the helllse they
- 19:41Speaker 3: come from, because Americans are smart enough to do the job.
- 19:44Speaker 3: My kids are smarter than your kids. Screw you, India
- 19:47Speaker 3: says this could be a humanitarian crisis. You know what
- 19:49Speaker 3: I say, tough, Go create your own job, stop stealing ours.

- 22:15Speaker 1: Of course. They they never a reasonable Democrat. They're never
- 22:19Speaker 1: happy with anything.
- 22:20Speaker 3: I pointed out that no tax on tips is now
- 22:22Speaker 3: in effect, and the official rules were sent by the
- 22:26Speaker 3: Trump administration and they involve all the tipped employees of America.
- 22:29Speaker 1: And he's going, well, that doesn't.
- 22:31Speaker 3: Help because yeah, blah blah blah blah blah, and it's
- 22:34Speaker 3: just nothing ever makes them happy if Trump does it,
- 22:37Speaker 3: they're mentally deranged.
- 22:39Speaker 1: It can't be good.
- 22:40Speaker 3: Oh my god, it doesn't help because X, Y and Z.
- 22:43Speaker 1: It's not really a big help. Wayne.
- 22:46Speaker 3: And I said to him, you know what, you know,
- 22:47Speaker 3: it's like it's your birthday and your daddy gives you
- 22:50Speaker 3: one hundred dollars and you wanted five hundred. You have
- 22:52Speaker 3: no right to complain. He could have given you zero.
- 22:55Speaker 3: Your daddy. Trump just handed you up to twenty five
- 22:58Speaker 3: thousand dollars.
- 23:00Speaker 1: You know, the first twenty.
- 23:01Speaker 3: Five thousand tips that you make on the books you
- 23:03Speaker 3: no longer federally coome tax And he goes, oh, but
- 23:06Speaker 3: you still don't fight cause sod security taxes.
- 23:08Speaker 1: Well, tough crap. You could have noted all of it.
- 23:12Speaker 3: He just gave you a break, you moron.
- 23:15Speaker 1: Why are Democrats so dumb? Why are they so dumb?
- 23:19Speaker 1: If Democrats had won, there would have been.
- 23:21Speaker 3: No big beautiful bill, no no no tax on tips,
- 23:24Speaker 3: no no tax on overtime, and no big new deduction
- 23:29Speaker 3: for so security tax and Democrats would have raised your
- 23:32Speaker 3: taxes by thousands of dollars a year.
- 23:34Speaker 1: And you're complaining that the gut you got isn't enough.
- 23:39Speaker 3: It just gets me so angry. How stupid people are?

- 25:18Speaker 3: Jbushow dot substack dot com. Josh Bernstein, Welcome to the
- 25:22Speaker 3: Wayne Ala Route Show.
- 25:23Speaker 1: How are you?
- 25:24Speaker 4: I'm doing great, Great to be back on the program
- 25:25Speaker 4: with you.
- 25:26Speaker 1: All right.
- 25:26Speaker 3: The main reason we had John today other than the
- 25:28Speaker 3: fact we like you and always like to talk to you,
- 25:30Speaker 3: but the main reason is you attended the memorial for
- 25:33Speaker 3: Charliekirk yesterday. You're from Arizona. It was right there in
- 25:36Speaker 3: your backyard. And what were your thoughts at what you saw?
- 25:40Speaker 3: Walk us through the Charlie Kirk memorial? I heard it
- 25:43Speaker 3: was just an amazing, amazing thing.
- 25:46Speaker 4: It truly was.
- 25:47Speaker 5: I mean, it was basically Christian revival meets Trump rally
- 25:52Speaker 5: all in one.
- 25:53Speaker 4: I cried, I celebrated, I cheered.
- 25:57Speaker 5: It was just an incredible opportunity to be among so
- 26:00Speaker 5: many great Americans and patriots, and it really was a
- 26:04Speaker 5: coming together moment. Just as Erica mentioned, it was indeed
- 26:09Speaker 5: a revival and just celebrating his life, his legacy and
- 26:13Speaker 5: what's going to happen next, you know, and how turning
- 26:16Speaker 5: Point is going to move on from him of course,
- 26:20Speaker 5: keeping his legacy and everything that he put together for
- 26:24Speaker 5: a turning Point to make it successful and making it
- 26:26Speaker 5: bigger and better, as President Trump said. But there were
- 26:29Speaker 5: some amazing, amazing speeches from a lot of great conservatives.
- 26:34Speaker 5: Almost the entire cabinet, it seemed, was there. Stephen Miller
- 26:38Speaker 5: really brought down the house. He was excellent. Of course,
- 26:42Speaker 5: Erica brought tears to everybody's eyes on everything that she said.
- 26:47Speaker 5: And you know, the one thing that she said was
- 26:49Speaker 5: that she forgives the person who took the life of
- 26:52Speaker 5: her husband. She's a better person than me. I will
- 26:56Speaker 5: say that first or foremost exactly. There's no way I
- 26:59Speaker 5: would be able to do what she did. But it
- 27:02Speaker 5: just shows the strength her resolve, her faith, and it
- 27:06Speaker 5: really truly was more of a celebration of life rather.
- 27:09Speaker 4: Than you know, just worrying about the murderer.
- 27:12Speaker 3: Yeah, no, no, I agree, Listen, that was her role.
- 27:16Speaker 3: That's fantastic that the wife forgives him. All throughout America
- 27:20Speaker 3: we have people who forgive murderers. That's not for them
- 27:23Speaker 3: to worry about. I think it's better for them to
- 27:25Speaker 3: get on with their life and forgive the murderer. It's
- 27:28Speaker 3: for the state to kill the murderer, and that's you know,
- 27:31Speaker 3: the state and the judge and the prosecutor have to
- 27:34Speaker 3: carry out. I hope the death penalty. That's not her
- 27:37Speaker 3: job to do that. It's her job to forgive. So
- 27:39Speaker 3: I think she did the exact right thing, and it
- 27:41Speaker 3: was a wonderful thing to see, and it's now up
- 27:44Speaker 3: to all of us to make sure this guy gets
- 27:46Speaker 3: the death penalty, because you know what, I don't forgive
- 27:48Speaker 3: one single thing, but it's nice that.
- 27:51Speaker 1: She did it.
- 27:52Speaker 3: Over one hundred million people livestream memorial, that number is
- 27:56Speaker 3: just incredible.
- 27:57Speaker 1: Charlie's effect on the.
- 27:59Speaker 3: United States, even on the world is so much beyond
- 28:02Speaker 3: even what I realized or knew.
- 28:04Speaker 1: I work.
- 28:06Speaker 3: Here's the deal, Josh, I work sixteen hours a day,
- 28:09Speaker 3: seven days a week. I'm a workaholic. I have no
- 28:12Speaker 3: time to watch other people's shows. So I never watched
- 28:15Speaker 3: Charlie show, even it was on the same network as mine,
- 28:17Speaker 3: so I never knew what he did on all these
- 28:19Speaker 3: college campuses that he was walking into basically a death trap.
- 28:24Speaker 3: I didn't know that every campus he went to people screamed,
- 28:27Speaker 3: kill Charlie Kirk, Killed Charlie Kirk. I had no idea
- 28:31Speaker 3: that people chanted that, that he was going into the
- 28:33Speaker 3: lions den each time and taking his life in his hands.
- 28:36Speaker 3: And he told his wife, you know, in a prophetic way,
- 28:39Speaker 3: that you know, maybe I.
- 28:40Speaker 1: Will be killed one day.
- 28:41Speaker 3: He seemed to hinto people around him that he wasn't
- 28:43Speaker 3: gonna be here much longer.
- 28:45Speaker 1: He must have known someone was gonna take a shot
- 28:47Speaker 1: at him.
- 28:48Speaker 3: He's an amazing guy, and I give him a billion
- 28:51Speaker 3: percent credit.
- 28:52Speaker 1: What an amazing human being.
- 28:53Speaker 3: He took it for us. That's what it comes down to,
- 28:56Speaker 3: is he died for us because most of us would
- 28:59Speaker 3: not go into that set or that situation.
- 29:01Speaker 1: So thank you, Charlie Kirk.
- 29:03Speaker 3: And one hundred million people must realize it, because that's
- 29:05Speaker 3: an incredible number.
- 29:07Speaker 4: Well, I think most of us couldn't do that.
- 29:08Speaker 5: And I'll give you the reasons why anyone can go
- 29:11Speaker 5: on a college campus, myself, you Ben Shapiro, any of
- 29:14Speaker 5: us can go and speak and we can combat leftism
- 29:17Speaker 5: and leftist ideology with obvious facts and truths, but he
- 29:21Speaker 5: did something completely different.
- 29:23Speaker 1: He knew that by spreading.
- 29:26Speaker 5: The Gospel and by using the Bible, and by using
- 29:29Speaker 5: his faith to actually solve some of the ideological differences
- 29:34Speaker 5: between his quote, you know, the people that didn't agree
- 29:36Speaker 5: with him, not his enemies, but the people that didn't
- 29:38Speaker 5: agree with him.
- 29:39Speaker 4: He knew that by doing that.
- 29:41Speaker 5: And having a christ base based response automatically would bring
- 29:47Speaker 5: them to conservatism.
- 29:49Speaker 4: And that was the brilliance of Charlie Kirk.
- 29:52Speaker 5: Because that's why I'm wondering who's going to take over.
- 29:56Speaker 5: Does Erica have the ability? Maybe she does. I hope
- 29:59Speaker 5: she does. She's a scorpio. You don't want to mess
- 30:02Speaker 5: with a scorpio woman, nor a hell hath no fury
- 30:04Speaker 5: than a woman's scorn. But I wonder if there's going
- 30:07Speaker 5: to be someone that has the chops that can actually
- 30:10Speaker 5: articulate and do rapid response, but also do that in
- 30:15Speaker 5: a christ based way, as Charlie obviously was able to do.
- 30:19Speaker 5: And that's what made him so unique, I think than
- 30:22Speaker 5: just anybody else that goes on a college campus and
- 30:25Speaker 5: speaks against you know, the leftist ideology.
- 30:29Speaker 1: Well, let me let me add something to what you said.
- 30:30Speaker 3: Josh, because there's pearls of wisdoms in it, but you're
- 30:32Speaker 3: missing only one part of it. You said that because
- 30:35Speaker 3: he did it in such a nice way, polite way,
- 30:37Speaker 3: genially way, Christian way, and he used Christian biblical principles.
- 30:41Speaker 3: He brought people over to our side one hundred percent correct.
- 30:44Speaker 3: I agree with you, one hundred percent brilliant, But you
- 30:47Speaker 3: left out that because he mixed in biblical Christian principles,
- 30:51Speaker 3: he also brought out the hate and people that were
- 30:53Speaker 3: never going to be brought over to our side, right,
- 30:55Speaker 3: He brought out the devil.
- 30:56Speaker 1: He brought out Satan.
- 30:58Speaker 3: You find me somebody who's gonnait, and Charlie is not
- 31:01Speaker 3: converting them. Charlie converted the people in the middle or
- 31:03Speaker 3: the people on the edge, but the people on the
- 31:05Speaker 3: extreme left are unconvertible even by a wonderful guy like Charlie,
- 31:09Speaker 3: and they only hate you more of you bring up Christ.
- 31:11Speaker 1: It angers them because they're all centered on the devil.
- 31:13Speaker 3: You know, they live with Saalolinski's Rules for Radicals, which
- 31:17Speaker 3: is dedicated on page one to Lucifer the Devil, so
- 31:21Speaker 3: they get angry. It stirs up hatred in them. When
- 31:24Speaker 3: you bring up christ. So that's the same reason he
- 31:27Speaker 3: was a victor, and it's the same reason that he
- 31:29Speaker 3: gave his life to be in a setting like that
- 31:31Speaker 3: and tak Christian politics on a college campus is really
- 31:35Speaker 3: going to rile up the crazy atheists on the left
- 31:39Speaker 3: and the occultist and the demonic people on the left.
- 31:43Speaker 1: That's what did him in.
- 31:44Speaker 3: It's really so I don't know who else is going
- 31:46Speaker 3: to be able to do that and do it well
- 31:48Speaker 3: with charisma and passion and the good speaking communication ability.
- 31:52Speaker 3: I would argue no one that can ever match Charlie,
- 31:54Speaker 3: but someone could be good. So we'll see, we'll see.
- 31:57Speaker 3: I saw today they released a speaker schedule at college.
- 32:00Speaker 3: Is they're not using one person. They're using like, you know,
- 32:02Speaker 3: thirty different people to speak at different colleges, including like
- 32:06Speaker 3: viveck Ramswami.
- 32:07Speaker 1: He's a great speaker. So I get it. So I
- 32:09Speaker 1: get it.
- 32:10Speaker 3: So they're mixing in different speakers at different colleges.
- 32:14Speaker 5: Now that you tend to the maturity increases, yeahare bulletproof glass.
- 32:19Speaker 5: I want to see the crowd a little further away
- 32:21Speaker 5: from the speaker, yes, And I want to see drones
- 32:23Speaker 5: flying over above and during every single outside event.
- 32:27Speaker 3: Well, or if they shouldn't have outside events, that's my
- 32:30Speaker 3: that too. You can't cover it all. Even with a drone,
- 32:32Speaker 3: you can't cover it all. I would have indoor events
- 32:34Speaker 3: only massive security and yes, glass bulletproof and wear a
- 32:37Speaker 3: bulletproof vest as well.
- 32:39Speaker 1: Now that you've attended memorial, just about quick answer.
- 32:42Speaker 3: You got a minute left, do you feel any differently
- 32:44Speaker 3: about Charlie Kirk's legacy.
- 32:46Speaker 4: Oh, without a doubt.
- 32:47Speaker 5: I mean, look, I thought maybe many years ago he
- 32:49Speaker 5: was more moderate, and he's obviously come closer and closer
- 32:52Speaker 5: to President Trump and the MAGA movement. And I just
- 32:55Speaker 5: didn't know his religious faith, and I think that that
- 32:59Speaker 5: was one of the most profound things that obviously permeated.
- 33:02Speaker 4: Throughout the entire memorial.
- 33:03Speaker 5: But it really showed Saint Charlie that's what he should be.
- 33:06Speaker 5: He should be sainted at some point in the future.
- 33:09Speaker 4: Just an incredible loss he is.
- 33:11Speaker 1: He's Saint Charlie's martyred.
- 33:12Speaker 3: He's He's always gonna be remembered as his name will
- 33:15Speaker 3: band lips of people all over the world forevermore. And
- 33:17Speaker 3: he's gonna make such a big difference in the midterms.
- 33:19Speaker 3: I'm telling you.
- 33:20Speaker 1: He's up there with God right now watching. Hey, Josh,
- 33:22Speaker 1: we gotta run.
- 33:23Speaker 3: His website is Jbushow dot substack dot com. Josh Bernstein
- 33:27Speaker 3: is book Preserving Liberty. Thank you, Josh, God Black.
- 33:30Speaker 1: Bless all Right, a special treat for you.
- 33:35Speaker 3: I want to introduce you to a real hero of
- 33:37Speaker 3: the American energy industry, a legend. Mark Brunner, founder and
- 33:41Speaker 3: CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas in the United States.
- 33:45Speaker 3: Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA basin centered gas accumulation.
- 33:52Speaker 3: This is code for a monster field where gas or
- 33:55Speaker 3: oil is in a basin, which makes the drilling and
- 33:58Speaker 3: production much easier. Ark, you're a legend in the oil industry,
- 34:02Speaker 3: in the gas industry.
- 34:03Speaker 1: Tell us about your track record.
- 34:05Speaker 6: Well, I'm a second generation oil and gas guy. My
- 34:08Speaker 6: father in the early nineteen fifties started a company called
- 34:11Speaker 6: tech Star. It later became Texas Oil and Gas. When
- 34:15Speaker 6: it sold out to US Steel, it was the largest
- 34:17Speaker 6: independent in the world. Dell High Pipelines was the largest
- 34:20Speaker 6: gas distribution system in the United States when it sold
- 34:23Speaker 6: out to a US steal. I worked with him for
- 34:26Speaker 6: four years. I've been in the oil and gas ever since.
- 34:30Speaker 6: You would probably know me better as this chairman of
- 34:33Speaker 6: Ultra Petroleum, and Ultra had a pretty good track record,
- 34:37Speaker 6: which you're very familiar with.
- 34:38Speaker 3: I think, well, I think ten thousand dollars investor in
- 34:42Speaker 3: Ultra turned it into thirteen million dollars. Is that correct
- 34:45Speaker 3: in the nine year run of your publicly traded company.
- 34:48Speaker 6: Yeah, at the high that's true.
- 34:50Speaker 3: Ten thousand dollars turned into thirteen million. That means one
- 34:52Speaker 3: hundred thousand dollars turned into one hundred and thirty million.
- 34:55Speaker 3: That's an incredible track record. Now tell me why this
- 34:58Speaker 3: deal lost. This project is so special. I hear about
- 35:03Speaker 3: projects and deals all the time. What makes this one special?
- 35:07Speaker 1: Mark?
- 35:07Speaker 6: What's special about this is all the other basins the
- 35:10Speaker 6: United States have been drilled. We've known for fifty years
- 35:13Speaker 6: what they are. This one could not be drilled because
- 35:16Speaker 6: there was a uranium mine out here. Until it was
- 35:18Speaker 6: reclimated three years ago, no one could drill it. This
- 35:22Speaker 6: is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with billions
- 35:26Speaker 6: of dollars of infrastructure that at this point eighty five
- 35:29Speaker 6: percent empty. So we made this discovery. We are the
- 35:32Speaker 6: only operator in this field, and right now we can
- 35:36Speaker 6: see that we've got enough room for five hundred horizontal
- 35:39Speaker 6: wells out here with what we drilled so far. Very exciting.
- 35:43Speaker 6: It's the new basin in the United States, and as
- 35:46Speaker 6: far as I'm concerned, this is an order of magnitude
- 35:49Speaker 6: bigger than Ultra petroleum, the one that I did.
- 35:52Speaker 1: All right. The website is Lost Soldier dot com. Pretty
- 35:56Speaker 1: simple stuff. Lost Soldier dot Com.
- 35:58Speaker 3: The project forty five acres took forty years to piece together.
- 36:02Speaker 3: It's called Lost Soldier Oil and Gas LLC. That's the
- 36:06Speaker 3: company that's the project. But the website Lost Soldier dot Com.
- 36:10Speaker 3: If you're an a credit investor, Mark wants to hear
- 36:13Speaker 3: from you. If you want to hear more information, check
- 36:15Speaker 3: it out. Fill out the form and you get to

- 36:25Speaker 3: for being with us today.
- 36:26Speaker 4: Thank you Wayne. Good to see you again.

- 37:38Speaker 3: live streamed at reel Wayne Root. And I believe today,
- 37:41Speaker 3: if not today, it'll be tomorrow is our first day
- 37:44Speaker 3: on truth Social.
- 37:46Speaker 1: Truth Social. I don't think it's live on truth Social.
- 37:49Speaker 3: I think they download the show and then leave it
- 37:51Speaker 3: available for you to go check it out, so it'll
- 37:53Speaker 3: be available at truth Social.
- 37:55Speaker 1: I don't think there's anything to do with us. I
- 37:56Speaker 1: think they do that for everybody.
- 37:57Speaker 3: It's not live stream, but it's there at truth Social
- 38:00Speaker 3: for the first time starting I.
- 38:02Speaker 1: Believe this afternoon or this evening, wherever you may be.
- 38:06Speaker 3: So I was talking about H one B H one
- 38:10Speaker 3: B Visas when I, you know, when I went to
- 38:13Speaker 3: the break and I came back and I had a guest,
- 38:15Speaker 3: and so I got interrupted. But I want to really
- 38:17Speaker 3: get into this because it reminds me of the liberal
- 38:20Speaker 3: argument from the person I was debating with a little
- 38:22Speaker 3: while ago, who say, wow, the note tax on tips
- 38:24Speaker 3: is not as good as I thought it would be,
- 38:26Speaker 3: and it doesn't help you avoid state income taxes, And
- 38:29Speaker 3: it doesn't help you. First of all, nothing will help
- 38:31Speaker 3: you avoid stadium taxes except moving to Nevada, Texas, or
- 38:34Speaker 3: Florida with the eco tax zero.
- 38:37Speaker 1: Well, you could also move to Tennessee. You can move
- 38:39Speaker 1: to Wyoming.
- 38:39Speaker 3: You can move to Alaska, but good luck if you
- 38:42Speaker 3: want to move to Alaska or.
- 38:43Speaker 1: Wyoming freezing cold.
- 38:44Speaker 3: Good luck if you want to move to what's the
- 38:47Speaker 3: other one, New Hampshire, freezing cold.
- 38:49Speaker 1: So really, to me, the only choices are Tennessee.
- 38:51Speaker 3: Nashville is a nice town, Las Vegas, Nevada is a
- 38:54Speaker 3: great town. Anywhere in Florida is great, and then anywhere
- 38:58Speaker 3: in Texas is great. If you move to any of those.
- 39:01Speaker 3: You have no stay income tax. If you don't, it's
- 39:03Speaker 3: your fault. If you pay state income tax, you're remron.
- 39:06Speaker 1: That's not my fault.
- 39:07Speaker 3: Get the hell out of your state. Move from a
- 39:09Speaker 3: blue state to a low tax or zero tax red state.
- 39:13Speaker 3: And the second argument was, well, it doesn't help as
- 39:15Speaker 3: much as I thought it would.
- 39:16Speaker 1: It doesn't get rid.
- 39:17Speaker 3: Of fighter taxes, so security taxes. What are you talking about?
- 39:22Speaker 3: No tax on tips? Merely lets you avoid federal income
- 39:27Speaker 3: taxes on the first twenty five thousand dollars in on
- 39:30Speaker 3: the books, tips that you get if you get off
- 39:33Speaker 3: the books tips.
- 39:34Speaker 1: This argument doesn't even matter. Let's not even talk about it.
- 39:36Speaker 3: But if you get on the books tips on a
- 39:38Speaker 3: credit card, you can avoid paying any federal income tax
- 39:43Speaker 3: on the first twenty five thousand. Now is that a
- 39:45Speaker 3: bad thing? So you have to pay so security taxes?
- 39:49Speaker 1: That's not my fault. Aunt, Take that up with the
- 39:51Speaker 1: federal government.
- 39:52Speaker 3: Take that up with whatever idiot communist installed the SOB
- 39:56Speaker 3: security tax.
- 39:57Speaker 1: That's why you pay fighter taxes. But Trump did a
- 40:01Speaker 1: great thing. He did a mitzvah.
- 40:03Speaker 3: As the Jews say, Happy Rush Shanta, by the way,
- 40:05Speaker 3: Happy New York today.
- 40:06Speaker 1: It's all my Jewish friends. It starts tonight at sundown.
- 40:09Speaker 3: So you know, go ask the people that put instituted
- 40:13Speaker 3: payroll taxes. You have to pay them. There's nothing anyone
- 40:15Speaker 3: could do about that. Trump or anyone else but this.
- 40:18Speaker 1: Each one be visa loophol or ending.
- 40:22Speaker 3: It says tech jobs should be opening up and salaries rising.
- 40:26Speaker 3: Of course, Trump just said basically, if you're American, I
- 40:32Speaker 3: don't care if you're white or black, Latino, gay or straight.
- 40:35Speaker 3: All Americans can now get tech jobs to replace all
- 40:38Speaker 3: the India bros. And all the Pakistan bros. And all
- 40:42Speaker 3: the China bros. You know, now bye bye, we don't
- 40:47Speaker 3: need you for those jobs anymore. Americans are gonna fill
- 40:51Speaker 3: those jobs unless these insane companies think Americans are so
- 40:54Speaker 3: inferior they'd rather spend one hundred thousand per person to
- 40:57Speaker 3: bring someone in from India.
- 41:00Speaker 1: In Trump, you know what the next step is, You
- 41:02Speaker 1: have to somehow.
- 41:03Speaker 3: Ban and if you can't ban, make it almost impossible
- 41:08Speaker 3: to hire phone rooms outside the United States because I
- 41:12Speaker 3: don't want to call up a company, an American company,
- 41:15Speaker 3: and check on my credit card bill and I get
- 41:17Speaker 3: some Indian in India who I can't understand three words
- 41:20Speaker 3: out of every twelve.
- 41:21Speaker 1: They're saying, I don't want it. I don't want it.
- 41:25Speaker 3: Stop hiring Indians in India to answer in a call center,
- 41:30Speaker 3: or Russians in Russia, or Chinese in China, or Pakistanis
- 41:34Speaker 3: in Pakistan.
- 41:37Speaker 1: I don't want them.
- 41:38Speaker 3: I want American call centers, American employees in American call centers.
- 41:44Speaker 3: Let Japanese be in Japanese call centers, Let Chinese be
- 41:47Speaker 3: in Chinese call centers. Let Indians be in India call centers.
- 41:51Speaker 3: Americas should have Americans who speak English.
- 41:55Speaker 1: And by the way, you should also ban that stupid
- 41:58Speaker 1: press too. If you want this in Spanish. If you
- 42:01Speaker 1: want it in Spanish, you don't belong in my country. Okay.
- 42:05Speaker 3: My grandparents came here and from Germany, right, and they
- 42:08Speaker 3: spoke German. And my other grandparents came from Russia and
- 42:11Speaker 3: they spoke Yiddish and Russian.
- 42:12Speaker 1: So guess what they learned how to speak English or
- 42:15Speaker 1: they would not have survived.
- 42:17Speaker 3: Nobody ever said in those days press one for English,
- 42:19Speaker 3: two for some other language. If you come here from
- 42:22Speaker 3: a Spanish country, a Latino country, learn how to speak English,
- 42:26Speaker 3: or go home.
- 42:27Speaker 1: It's that simple. All Right.
- 42:29Speaker 3: Dan Montano, the CEO of Ziecha Genesis Medicine, has been
