🚨 Worldwide MAD SCRAMBLE Erupts Over SILVER Price and GOLD Price · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:01
I apologize to you sincerely for being late.
• 0:05
There's no excuse, but there's a mad scramble in the world right
• 0:10
  now. Are you feeling it?
• 0:12
A mad scramble, a mania for silver and gold.
• 0:16
We're going to look at what's going on in the world as a whole
• 0:19
and we where we are seeing unbelievable demand and
• 0:24
movements within the silver and gold markets.
• 0:27
But first, let's talk about what happened yesterday and how crazy
• 0:31
it is right now, How sensitive the markets are to any type of
• 0:35
news. Yesterday we got shocking news
• 0:38
that first time jobless claims were way up.
• 0:41
That sent the silver and gold market flying.
• 0:45
Hey look guys, we've talked about this ad nauseam.
• 0:48
The economy is heading for very, very difficult times ahead.
• 0:52
There is no other way to talk about it.
• 0:56
OK, actually, I went yesterday to pick up some chicken wings
• 1:00
from Buffalo Wild Wings. And when I was picking them up
• 1:02
from the girl, I said here's a couple dollars, thank you very
• 1:06
much. I said, I feel poor lately.
• 1:09
  She's like, everybody feels poor.
• 1:11
She went on a diatribe. She's like, there's nobody
• 1:14
coming into this restaurant. Buffalo Wild Wings was pretty
• 1:17
much empty at lunchtime. And she's like, nobody's coming
• 1:20
in here anymore. Nobody's spending any money.
• 1:23
We know Red Lobster's going to go belly up or sink to the
• 1:28
bottom of the ocean however we want to say it.
• 1:30
But guys, things are getting crazy right now.
• 1:34
Let's talk about worldwide unbelievable situation we're
• 1:39
living. We're living in it right now.
• 1:41
This unbelievable market for silver and gold.
• 1:46
Let's get started by going to let's go see what happened in
• 1:48
China. Can you say $32 silver?
• 1:51
How about $20,000 gold? We're going to talk about that
• 1:55
later. A top analyst who's saying in
• 1:57
showing us how we could get the $20,000 gold.
• 2:00
But what about $32 silver right now?
• 2:04
I'm going to show it to you in just one second.
• 2:08
Here we go. Our friend the Oriental ghost,
• 2:12
  Right. OK, silver vaults.
• 2:14
Well, let's get to this. First, let's look at the daily
• 2:17
report. This is the Shanghai Gold
• 2:19
Exchange and the Shanghai Futures Exchange.
• 2:22
Here is silver AG on the Shanghai Gold Exchange $31.87.
• 2:29
Darn it guys, we didn't quite get to our $32.
• 2:32
But remember, this is the physical market in China.
• 2:37
China is taking over the silver and gold markets.
• 2:40
What about in the Shanghai Futures Exchange?
• 2:43
Oh, we got a little bit closer, almost $32.
• 2:46
Thirty $1.94 if if you if you just.
• 2:50
I mean, I know it's hard to believe if you actually want to
• 2:53
buy a contract to buy silver and maybe, just maybe actually have
• 3:00
the physical silver delivered because that's unbelievably what
• 3:04
they do on the Shanghai Gold Exchange and the Shanghai
• 3:08
Futures Exchange. They actually deliver physical
• 3:11
metal, not like our Comex and the LBMA.
• 3:14
You know those boys and girls at the Comex here in the United
• 3:18
States of America and the OBMA in London, England are shaking
• 3:22
in their boots. Look at this big bright red down
• 3:26
  here. New low.
• 3:28
We love the we love the Oriental ghost.
• 3:31
We got to have him in the basement.
• 3:32
Wouldn't you like to meet this guy?
• 3:34
He does this every day tirelessly.
• 3:36
New low Shanghai Futures Exchange silver vaults dropped
• 3:42
again today and let's look at gold.
• 3:44
Oh, 2393 in U.S. dollars per oz. But we got it guys.
• 3:52
If you want to buy gold on the Shanghai Futures Exchange, it's
• 3:56
going to cost you a little more change.
• 3:58
Yeah, like a lot more change. Because on the Shanghai Futures
• 4:02
Exchange, gold's trading for 2418 dollars.
• 4:07
Let's go see what it's trading for here in the United States of
• 4:10
America from our friends over at Pimbex.
• 4:13
And we're going to get an up to date quote, 23 dollars.
• 4:18
Wow, $2370 right now for an ounce of gold silver 2847.
• 4:26
Thank you Pembex for providing us with that quote, but thank
• 4:29
you even more for providing us your mission right to get
• 4:34
precious metals in the hands of everyday investors.
• 4:38

• 4:57
will too. And if you ever want to convert
• 4:58
all or part of an individual retirement retirement account
• 5:02
into Silver, Gold, right, talk to the guys at Pembex as well.
• 5:06
All right, Back here, worldwide, worldwide phenomena right now.
• 5:10
Are you feeling it? Is it happening right before our
• 5:14
very eyes? Has the storm hit?
• 5:18
Where else are we seeing? We know what's going on in
• 5:20
China. We've talked about that, but
• 5:22
where else in the world are we seeing unbelievable hoarding of
• 5:27
gold, unbelievable action in the gold and silver markets, our
• 5:33
young people? What would it mean if, oh, hold
• 5:37
on here, here we go. What would it mean if we had
• 5:41
young people joining? Think about this, this is going
• 5:46
on all over the world and I got a lot more proof for you.
• 5:49
Not only is it going on all over the world, but it's going on
• 5:52
with younger people now as well. Let's go check out what our
• 5:56
friends in Germany are doing. Germans are we?
• 6:02
Nobody talks about Germans. This is going to shock you.
• 6:05
This is this shocked me. Germans hoard tons of gold.
• 6:11
Germany's kind of like Japan. We kind of like forget about
• 6:13
them. But these are two of the world's
• 6:15
biggest economies, together with the Federal Reserve's gold
• 6:18
reserves. And that's in Germany, which is
• 6:20
3300 tons. It turns out that 5.96% of the
• 6:26
world's gold is German property. Unbelievable.
• 6:31
But it gets even more interesting, right?
• 6:36
Germans. Gold hordes which consists of
• 6:38
bars, coins and jewelry remain at high levels.
• 6:40
The pandemic increase the demand for gold as a safe haven in
• 6:44
times of crisis. The record for Germany was
• 6:47
achieved in 2021 with 9000 tons. OK, I'm going to get to the part
• 6:52
here where they talk to us about about the younger people buying.
• 7:00
Oh, hold on here. Somewhere in here it talks about
• 7:08
younger Germans buying gold as well.
• 7:10
OK, gold stocks held by private German households in Germany as
• 7:14
investments in the forms of bars or coins have increased since
• 7:19
2021 by 35 tons. The remaining almost 4000 tons
• 7:24
are in Germany are in jewelry. Sorry.
• 7:30
Oh, here we go, Here we go, here we go.
• 7:32
Those who buy gold as an investment identify inflation
• 7:36
protection. Does that sound familiar as
• 7:37
  their main motive? 40% almost.
• 7:40
In the meantime, the young Generation Z, Generation Z, born
• 7:46
between 1995 and 2010, have also turned to gold purchases.
• 7:52
What's more, from the study, it is clear that they even buy a
• 7:57
  lot. What's that?
• 7:59
Oh, forgot to share the screen. Darn it.
• 8:04
Boy, it's one of those mornings guys.
• 8:06
Thank you, Susie. Thank you, Susie, for helping
• 8:08
me. This is the article here on
• 8:10
ACMU. This was the paragraph I was
• 8:14
reading. Those who buy gold as an
• 8:16
  investment identify inflation protection.
• 8:18
Right. Familiar as their main motive
• 8:20
40%. In the meantime, the young
• 8:23
  Generation Z born between 1995 and 2010.
• 8:27
These are young people have also turned to gold purchases.
• 8:30
But it gets crazier because it says What's more, from the study
• 8:34
it is clear that they even buy a lot more gold than the older
• 8:37
  people. So we got China.
• 8:39
  Check. The world's second biggest
• 8:41
  economy. We have Germany.
• 8:42
Check. One of the one of the world's
• 8:44
five biggest economies. OK, we know this from yesterday.
• 8:48
Koreans are going crazy over bar.
• 8:51
What about Korea again, One of the world's bigger economies.
• 8:55
Gold bars are selling like hot cakes in Korea's convenience
• 9:00
stores, convenience stores and vending machines.
• 9:04
We're gonna glance over this one because those of you that were
• 9:06
with us yesterday, we talked about this in more detail.
• 9:10
But besides buying sausages at the convenience stores, Koreans
• 9:14
are now buying gold bars. Guys, it's happening for us all
• 9:20
over the world right now. A variety of fingernail sized
• 9:23
gold bars weighing between .1g and 1.87g have been up for sale
• 9:28
at their convenience store outlets since the beginning of
• 9:31
April. Again, listen, listen to this.
• 9:34
It's going on 2/2 key things we need to remember.
• 9:37
It's happening all over the world.
• 9:40
It's even happening in the United States of America.
• 9:43
We're going to talk about that too.
• 9:45
But it's happening everywhere. We know gold and silver have
• 9:48
always been valuable everywhere, but now there's renewed
• 9:51
interest. But what's even more exciting
• 9:54
about this and points to even more demand.
• 9:58
And more demand means higher value.
• 10:01
We're not going to talk about prices and paper Fiat, you know,
• 10:05
Japanese yen or U.S. dollars or you know, we're talking about
• 10:08
real value, more demand around the world.
• 10:12
But the younger people right here in Korea, also people in
• 10:17
their 30s were most active in purchasing these gold bars,
• 10:21
accounting for over 41% of the total sales since their launch.
• 10:28
OK, where else? What about in America?
• 10:31
Oh, another one from CNBC. Cotton.
• 10:33
Now this is a little bit older, right?
• 10:35
One month old, but still, let's remember Costco selling as much
• 10:38
as 200 million in gold bars monthly 200 million.
• 10:43
Wells Fargo estimates I was looking on in Saint Louis.
• 10:47
  There's a there's a Saint Louis. Hold on, I'll see if I can pull
• 10:51
it up for you very quickly. This just to to show you what is
• 10:56
going on. There's a Saint Louis Facebook.
• 10:58
I can't get in there 'cause I'm on the wrong browser.
• 11:00
I'll tell you verbally. And I apologize to you for being
• 11:04
late today, and I apologize for not sharing my screen earlier,
• 11:08
but there's a Saint Louis Costco wholesale like page every day
• 11:13
now. People are putting up, I guess
• 11:15
they're selling 10 oz. Canadian mint bars at Costco.
• 11:18
It's happening everywhere. And people are commenting like
• 11:22
  those are cool. Oh, yeah.
• 11:24
You know, I've heard. Look, we welcome the Costco
• 11:27
people. They're going to wake up
• 11:29
eventually and realize that they want to actually buy their
• 11:32
silver, gold and platinum from a specialist.
• 11:34
There's a lot of great companies out there, right?
• 11:36
I prefer Pinbecs. We talked about them earlier.
• 11:39
I think these online bullion dealers are going to be hit with
• 11:42
a flood of new customers, and it's going to be a very
• 11:46
interesting scenario. So we know Germany.
• 11:47
  We know. Korea.
• 11:48
We know. Hey, thank you for the Super
• 11:51
  chat. Wow, that's awesome.
• 11:54
  Ramos Neferon. Wow.
• 11:56
I don't know what currency that is, but thank you, my friend.
• 11:59
I appreciate that. Let's get back here.
• 12:02
  Where else? Oh, here again.
• 12:05
What other country? Vietnam registers strongest
• 12:09
bullion demands since 2015. This is a worldwide phenomena.
• 12:15
And I forgot to tell you guys, we're gonna have a special
• 12:17
guests. Guests, this is joining us here
• 12:19
in a little bit to talk about what's going on at the center of
• 12:24
the world's financial universe with gold and silver, new laws
• 12:30
right, that are pending that could make a massive difference
• 12:34
in the bullion field. So hang with us for that one.
• 12:37
But now we've got Vietnam, so we've got Germany, we've got
• 12:40
Korea, We know China. I mean, it's absolutely crazy
• 12:45
what is going on in the world right now when it comes to
• 12:50
silver and gold. And let's not forget this.
• 12:54
You know what that is? That's 800,000 people in China
• 13:00
lined up to buy gold. 800,000. No, the world's not.
• 13:06
That's more Chinese gold demand. No, the world's not going crazy
• 13:10
over silver and gold. Absolutely not, right.
• 13:12
We have no nothing to worry about there.
• 13:14
What about this? Hold on, here we go.
• 13:22
What about ETF inflows? Let's take a look at this from
• 13:31
the SRSR Scirocco report. Large Chinese Gold ETF Inflows
• 13:39
Yesterday, A stunning Think about this. 470,000 ounces of
• 13:45
gold moved in two A Chinese gold ETF that represents over $1
• 13:53
billion of gold that was deposited into a Chinese gold
• 13:59
ETF. And you know what we forgot?
• 14:01
Let's go back here. We forgot to mention this as
• 14:06
well from our friend the, the, the, the, the, the Oriental Go
• 14:11
  Silver vaults dropped again today.
• 14:13
New low. Listen, gold, silver and the
• 14:17
miners and jewelry stocks because a lot of their jewelry
• 14:21
obviously is, is tied with gold and silver in the Shanghai Gold
• 14:25
Exchange, Shanghai Futures Exchange and stock market all
• 14:29
  surged. That was yesterday.
• 14:31
So it's not just the price, the $32 price that we're seeing
• 14:36
almost $32 in China for silver, but it's the stocks that are
• 14:41
associated with the precious metals as well.
• 14:46
And I want you to think about this, is that next to happen
• 14:49
here in the United States, right.
• 14:50
On that subject matter, let's say thank you to channel sponsor
• 14:53
First mining Gold, they're a gold mining stock, a gold
• 14:57
development stock, right. They're developing projects, 2
• 15:00
multi million ounce projects in Canada.
• 15:02
Reach out to Paul Morris, the nicest guy you'll ever talk to,
• 15:06
right And very knowledgeable. He has years and years of
• 15:10
experience with the precious metal sector.
• 15:12
He's first mining Gold's Director of Investor Relations.
• 15:15
I'll put a link to his e-mail in the description below.
• 15:17
And our friends at Fortuna continue to perform.
• 15:21
They had great earnings that were out earlier in the week.
• 15:25
You can learn more about Fortuna silver@fortunasilver.com But
• 15:29
when will the mining stocks catch up to the metals prizes?
• 15:34
  Let's do a quick update. I can't help it.
• 15:38
Let's take a look. Right up, $23 on gold.
• 15:42
But when we update, we get 21 still silver hanging in there.
• 15:47
Silver at 2840 per oz. It's absolutely crazy.
• 15:52
So we know we know what's going on in the world right now.
• 15:57
It do you feel it as a basement dweller?
• 16:00
And by the way, thank you for being here today.
• 16:02
Yes, I'm talking to you, right. There's only one.
• 16:05
You sure? We've got 600 people joining us
• 16:08
right now on the live stream, but you?
• 16:11
Yeah, it's not possible without your participation.
• 16:13
So on behalf of myself and Susie, it's a big deal.
• 16:16
You're here. We hope you feel like you're at
• 16:18
home. Some of us like to call
• 16:19
ourselves basement dwellers, but know that it's a big honor when
• 16:23
you join us. Please give this a thumbs up.
• 16:25
You can subscribe to the channel That's free, and super chats are
• 16:28
always super appreciated. Let's talk about though, right?
• 16:34
We have to realize that it's happening right now all over the
• 16:38
world. We talked about Korea, we talked
• 16:40
about China. We talked about Germany.
• 16:42
We talked about the United States of America.
• 16:45
We know in Japan they're going Gold Creek.
• 16:48
But at the same time, we've got the major majority now of the
• 16:53
world's population wanting to move away from the dollar, which
• 16:59
will only serve to exacerbate the situation that we have at
• 17:04
hand. Here we have the BRICS preparing
• 17:07
for AUS dollar collapse. This comes from our friend John
• 17:10
Little at Gold Star. The IMF is warning BRICS
• 17:16
preparing BRICS news for the US dollar collapse.
• 17:19
  OK? According to Russian
• 17:20
representative at the IMF, the BRICS alliance, consisting of
• 17:24
Russia, India, China, Brazil and South Africa, is preparing for a
• 17:27
possible collapse of the US dollar and is working to develop
• 17:31
  alternative financial mechanisms.
• 17:34
The block is developing a new bricks currency to replace the
• 17:38
US dollar, a new bricks currency to replace the US dollar
• 17:44
alongside the increased use of local currencies between member
• 17:49
nations. In an interview with RAARIA
• 17:53
Novasti, Russian IMF Director Alexei Mozing stated that the
• 17:59
shortcomings of the current financial system are becoming
• 18:01
more apparent and many publications have started to
• 18:04
mention BRICS as a group that will offer a successful
• 18:07
alternative to the US dollar. Think about this.
• 18:12
  That's the world. Why?
• 18:13
Maybe This is why the world central banks are buying record
• 18:16
amounts of gold. Is that not the 93rd time you've
• 18:19
heard that in the last four days?
• 18:21
Maybe, right? Maybe as this happens, as the
• 18:25
world de Dollarizes maybe, just maybe, right, the value of the
• 18:32
dollar will go down. The real value of silver and
• 18:36
gold will go up, right? That's the way this could all
• 18:40
very likely play out. And we're seeing it right now.
• 18:44
We're experiencing this at a time like we have never lived
• 18:48
through in our lives. Guys, we are living in a period
• 18:52
of change like no other that any of us have been through.
• 18:56
And it's happening right before our very eyes.
• 19:00
  Are you prepared? Right?
• 19:02
That's the question, Right. None of us.
• 19:04
We know there's no such thing as being perfectly prepared, right?
• 19:08
We There's always more, there's always more to worry about,
• 19:10
always more to think about. But you know, a lot of us, you
• 19:13
know, prepare maybe with food, maybe prepare with family and
• 19:18
relationships, prepare with the precious metals.
• 19:22
Precious metals, in my opinion, are probably the most important.
• 19:27
And I know a lot of you don't agree with that, but nothing has
• 19:30
provided a safe harbor for people throughout all types of
• 19:34
turmoil that's occurred in the history of the world, like
• 19:39
silver and gold. So the question again, Are you
• 19:43
  prepared? All right.
• 19:45
You want to hear about $20,000 gold, $20,000 gold?
• 19:50
We're going to try something new here.
• 19:53
OK, Here it is. This guy, His name's Luke
• 19:58
Grohman, is talking about how easily that gold could be
• 20:03
revalued to $20,000. OK, let's listen to him here for
• 20:09
  a second. And.
• 20:12
The gold, EU s s gold, yes, I agree entirely on on everything
• 20:18
you said. I think gold is ultimately how
• 20:20
they get out of this. There are provisions in the
• 20:24
Federal Reserve Bank Operating Manual by which the Treasury,
• 20:31
United States Treasury Secretary, can instruct the Fed
• 20:35
to write up the gold. EU S s gold, and the accounting
• 20:40
treatment of that is a deposit free and clear, no debt attached
• 20:45
to it. So what they're talking about is
• 20:47
writing up the value of the gold.
• 20:51
Into the US Treasury general account.
• 20:53
So at 261 million oz or 1000 tons every $4000 per oz, the
• 21:01
treasury worth to instruct the Fed to write up the gold would
• 21:04
deposit roughly a trillion dollars, 4000 * 261 million oz
• 21:09
into the TGA. So like if if you said Luke,
• 21:12
your Treasury Secretary, how can you get out of this?
• 21:16
We need to get our debt to GDPP down right away.
• 21:18
How do we get out of this debt spiral?
• 21:22
OK, So what he's saying is all that gold that we supposedly
• 21:25
have at Fort Knox, if they were to write that up from the
• 21:29
current accounting treatment, which is $41.00 per oz, and
• 21:34
write that up to $20,000 per oz, they could create a ton of money
• 21:39
which could be used to retire some of that 3435 trillion
• 21:45
dollar debt that we have. Very interesting, Keith.
• 21:48
Let's listen one more minute here.
• 21:49
I call up the Fed. Howell, it's over.
• 21:52
You've lost the long end. No matter what you do.
• 21:55
  Write up the goal to. I don't know, we've have a it's
• 21:58
a $24 trillion treasury market. Prices are probably down.
• 22:02
What mark base value 30% on average over the last 2-3 years.
• 22:08
So the real market value of the US Treasury market?
• 22:11
  I don't know, 12 trillion. Fifth states, 15 trillion.
• 22:15
For round map. I'm gonna write up the goal by
• 22:19
  10 trillion, right? So it's $40,000 per.
• 22:25
Just actually do it. Do 5 trillion.
• 22:26
Just take a third of the debt out.
• 22:28
I'm gonna write up the gold by 5 trillion.
• 22:31
If I write up the gold by 5 trillion, every trillion is 4000
• 22:35
  bucks. So that's $20,000 And I get 5
• 22:40
trillion deposited in the TGA free and clear.
• 22:42
I go out into the market and I buy back a third of the of the
• 22:45
US debt outstanding. Now it's a $10 trillion market
• 22:48
value market against GDP of 27 trillion, give or take.
• 22:53
Voila, we've gone from 1:20 to 40% in one stroke.
• 22:57
Thank you for your donation, Treasury holder.
• 22:59
Now, inflation rips. The dollar probably sells off
• 23:02
quite a bit, but that's. All right, guys.
• 23:05
So what he's talking about is basically a quick fix for the
• 23:10
fact that we have a massive, massive debt problem in this
• 23:14
country. Writing up the value of all that
• 23:16
gold that's at Fort Knox, right to $20,000 per oz could
• 23:21
basically wipe out. And there's different ways to
• 23:24
calculate a lot of the national debt, return our debt to GDP
• 23:29
ratio to more normal. There would be big implications.
• 23:33
Obviously the US dollar would crash, right?
• 23:37
The bond market would probably have some major, obviously would
• 23:40
have some major, major turmoil, but this might be all that
• 23:44
they're left with as an option at some point, right?
• 23:47
The debt, the spiral has occurred.
• 23:49
The spiral is happening right now, right before our very eyes.
• 23:54
This a solution like this. I don't know how you feel about
• 23:58
it but how do you feel about $20,000 gold?
• 24:02
Where do you think the silver price would be?
• 24:04
This report, this short video is been watched like hundreds of
• 24:09
thousands of times and people are saying like you know this
• 24:13
may be the last resort that our government gets to at some
• 24:17
point. Isn't it always I heard
• 24:19
something and and this is this is this sums up what's going on
• 24:23
and I and I heard it from Rafi Farber last week when I talked
• 24:27
to him. Something so poor important for
• 24:30
us to remember. We always talk about Extras
• 24:32
Pyramid. Let's just pull it up here real
• 24:34
quickly, OK? We're always looking at Extras
• 24:40
pyramid right? Because that tells us that shows
• 24:43
us the real value gold and silver are the only real assets
• 24:48
have been for some. But remember this and I hadn't
• 24:51
heard it said this way and it and I was watching a replay of
• 24:53
what Rafi said. He said gold and silver birthed
• 24:58
all those other forms of money. The base money, the bank money,
• 25:01
the government bonds, all of that has been birthed from gold
• 25:05
and silver. If the if the Fed and the
• 25:07
Treasury are forced to do something like Luke is talking
• 25:10
about revaluing gold to 20, $1000 per oz, right.
• 25:17
It's just a return to the natural state, a return to to to
• 25:22
to to where they came from. God's money, right, Silver and
• 25:26
  gold. They are the base.
• 25:28
They have always been the base and they're going to be there to
• 25:31
help protect us in times of more and more turmoil.
• 25:35
Did you hear what Stanley Druckenmiller, do you understand
• 25:38
Stanley Druckenmiller is Stanley Druckenmiller is a famous, I
• 25:42
mean very, very famous investor, one of the smartest guys in the
• 25:46
room. And he laid into this guy, our
• 25:50
old friend, remember him, Jerome Powell.
• 25:57
Stanley Druckenmiller had some interesting to say, one of the
• 26:01
most respected names on Wall Street.
• 26:04
OK. And he was talking about the Fed
• 26:07
and he said basically he was like, you know what?
• 26:10
The Fed just needs to start doing their job.
• 26:13
They don't need to go on 60 minutes.
• 26:15
They don't need to give forward guidance.
• 26:18
They don't need to do all this public relations BS right, he
• 26:22
said. They think they're rock stars
• 26:24
now, right? They think that they're they're
• 26:26
managing perceptions, he said. They don't need to do anything.
• 26:29
All they need to do is raise and lower interest rates.
• 26:32
And doesn't that go back to what we said?
• 26:33
The Fed has become more of APR firm over the last couple years,
• 26:38
the last couple decades, than an actual bank.
• 26:41
And I always say, if we were still on the gold standard and
• 26:43
the silver standard, which we should be right, nobody would
• 26:46
even pay attention to the Fed. We wouldn't have inflation,
• 26:49
right? We wouldn't have all this
• 26:51
monetary craziness. We would know just like this,
• 26:54
right? This thing here, you know I love
• 26:56
this, right? It's a silver certificate.
• 27:00
  Can you see that? Ace?
• 27:02
There it goes. Silver certificate, right.
• 27:06
Redeemable at the bank for Silver.
• 27:10
We wouldn't be worrying about all this craziness that goes on
• 27:14
with the Fed. But hey, let's talk about the
• 27:16
  center of the financial universe.
• 27:18
Yes, I'm joining you from St. Louis, MO, the center of the
• 27:22
United States. I like to think of us as the
• 27:25
  center of the financial universe.
• 27:27
Actually. There are some very large
• 27:29
  financial service companies headquartered here.
• 27:31
It's not just a horrible decaying downtown, but we've got
• 27:35
a lot, a lot of big financial. Did you know that Missouri is,
• 27:41
as far as I know, the only state that has two Federal Reserve
• 27:46
banks? Yes, there's one here in Saint
• 27:47
Louis and one in Kansas City. We even have a giant silver
• 27:52
arch, right, which signifies to me the ability of silver to
• 27:56
bring people together. But we've got some big news
• 27:59
going on in Missouri right now since in my opinion, we're the
• 28:04
  center of the financial universe.
• 28:06
Wouldn't it be great And we have two Federal Reserve banks if
• 28:09
Missouri were able to pass legal tender legislation?
• 28:13
And we've got a big update. We're going to be joined right
• 28:15
now by our friends. Here they are.
• 28:19
Can you guys hear me? Hey there.
• 28:21
We sure can. Can you hear us OK?
• 28:22
Yes, we have Daniel Diaz with us and we have Pat Holland, Daniel
• 28:27
Diaz with Citizens for Sound Money, Patrick Holland from the
• 28:31
Missouri Freedom Initiative. They got a major update for us
• 28:34
today about what's going on in Missouri.
• 28:37
Guys, welcome to The Basement. And on behalf of everyone who's
• 28:40
joining us, thank you for your tireless efforts, tireless
• 28:44
efforts to further legal tender legislation right here in
• 28:48
Missouri, what I'm calling now the center of the financial
• 28:51
  universe. Yeah.
• 28:52
You know what? Thank you for having us on Red
• 28:54
  Shirt Solidarity. That's right.
• 28:57
Yep. So, but I do want to say you
• 28:58
live uncomfortably close to the Federal Reserve in Saint Louis.
• 29:01
We're a little worried that they might, you know, try to come in
• 29:05
  there. You know, it's a we're we're
• 29:06
just not sure we're grateful for all the data they put out,
• 29:09
though the Saint Louis Fed does put out a lot of very good data
• 29:12
on Fred, you know their website. Yeah, Yeah.
• 29:15
So, so what's going on in Missouri guys with with our
• 29:19
legal tender legislation? Well, let me start real quick
• 29:22
and then we'll hand it off to Daniel.
• 29:24
But we're off to the races right now where we were stalled.
• 29:28
And you know what, I'm. I'm trying really hard not to
• 29:32
use the, you know, four letter words here.
• 29:35
We were stalled by leadership and by others.
• 29:39
Chairman O'Donnell of the Banking Institutions Committee
• 29:44
And of course, by the fact that Senator Eigel, you know, was
• 29:47
removed from his chairmanship on the very same committee that
• 29:50
passed 735, and then it was in limbo for almost two months.
• 29:54
But now we're catching up for lost time.
• 29:57
It's moving very quickly through the House right now.
• 29:59
It's already been through the Senate.
• 30:01
So special dispensation has been given of course by the Speaker
• 30:06
of the House, Dean Plocker. So we're actually starting to
• 30:09
move much quicker. In fact, we even have a hearing
• 30:12
this morning to get it through the financial committee fiscal
• 30:17
review committee. So it's actually after that,
• 30:21
it's on the calendar and it just has to be plucked off the
• 30:23
calendar and put on the floor. So that's where we're at.
• 30:26
It's actually moving quickly and we're it last week of session is
• 30:31
next week. Friday at 5:00 PM is the end of
• 30:34
the Missouri regular session. So at any rate, as far as what
• 30:38
we've been up to in the last couple of weeks, let Daniel
• 30:41
start. Let me, I'm gonna ask you guys a
• 30:43
question first, 'cause we got our viewer with us, right?
• 30:45
And Ron's basement viewers are gold and silver enthusiasts.
• 30:50
For those of them who are maybe new to this idea of legal tender
• 30:55
legislation, and even for those who who are familiar with it.
• 30:59
Why? Why should it be important to
• 31:00
them? Why is this a big deal that
• 31:02
  Missouri passed legal tender legislation?
• 31:06
You wanna take that? Go ahead.
• 31:07
No, I'll let you take that. Yeah, So the problem with the
• 31:13
way we see it is one, by the state making gold and silver
• 31:16
legal tender, one, they're exercising their constitutional
• 31:18
right. Article One, Section 10, Clause
• 31:20
one of the Constitution. And secondly, it gives
• 31:24
Missourians the opportunity to preserve their economic energy.
• 31:27
And what do I mean by economic energy?
• 31:29
So when you go to work, you're exerting energy for an economic
• 31:33
wage. That wage right now is paid in
• 31:35
the dollar, and the dollar isn't money.
• 31:39
Why do I say that? Because money has three
• 31:41
  characteristics. It's a medium exchange, a unit
• 31:44
  of account. I mean exchange.
• 31:46
Anything being made, exchange unit, account.
• 31:47
You have to break it down, right?
• 31:49
Half oz, quarter oz or $1.00, a $100 equal $100 bill.
• 31:53
But the last part is a store value and the dollar is not a
• 31:58
store value. It loses value every single
• 32:01
every single second of every single day.
• 32:03
But gold and silver maintain purchasing power.
• 32:06
So it's better to exert your energy and put it into something
• 32:10
that preserve your purchasing power and keeps up with
• 32:14
inflation. And by passing this bill it
• 32:17
gives the people the the confidence that one, they can
• 32:19
spend their current their their money like currency, legal
• 32:24
tender. And two, they can save and not
• 32:28
worry about their their economic energy losing value.
• 32:32
Also this bill forces the government to accept gold and
• 32:35
silver for the payment of debts, taxes and fees.
• 32:38
So that is that that's going to help.
• 32:42
Well, hopefully the the Missouri government if they choose to
• 32:46
accept gold and silver, but that's not what they want.
• 32:49
So we have to explain to them that if they don't want to do
• 32:52
that and be responsible for bearing the cost and verifying
• 32:55
that gold and silver's legal tender.
• 32:57
They can do a public private partnership with companies that
• 33:00
already accept gold and silver for in their daily business.
• 33:04
And then contract the state that once they receive that gold and
• 33:06
silver for taxes, that company sends the Fiat or the dollar
• 33:10
over to the Department of Revenue or the DMV or wherever
• 33:15
you're paying your fees, taxes and so forth.
• 33:17
So that gets the the the government, you know, they're
• 33:19
worried about receiving gold and silver.
• 33:21
They don't have any mechanism to actually store the gold and
• 33:24
silver. They have to pay money for a new
• 33:26
vault security. So we had to go ahead and
• 33:30
explain to them another way to do that.
• 33:31
They'll cut the fiscal note down and not really have to train or
• 33:35
hire the San, the Sayre for the state.
• 33:38
It also allows individuals to get paid in gold and silver if
• 33:41
  both employee and employee agree.
• 33:43
It has anti confiscation law so the federal government can't
• 33:46
come and confiscate without due process.
• 33:48
Or if you broke break the law, there's still a process in the
• 33:50
state of Missouri that they have to go through to confiscate gold
• 33:52
and silver. It's the most comprehensive
• 33:55
piece of legislation in the country.
• 33:57
So, so Daniel, I want to emphasize something you just
• 34:00
said because I think some people here, oh, legal tender
• 34:03
legislation, you know, does that mean like they're going to come
• 34:05
take my gold and silver? No.
• 34:07
This type of legislation helps enhance your ability within your
• 34:13
state to, in a lot of cases, functionally use gold and
• 34:18
silver. It absolutely does not detract
• 34:22
from anyone's ability to to stack silver and gold at home as
• 34:28
well as a. Matter of fact Ron, the
• 34:30
legislation in Missouri addresses that very issue
• 34:33
  directly. Anti confiscation measures or
• 34:37
10th Amendment ability. You know superpower has been
• 34:40
deployed in this bill. So if the federal government
• 34:44
gets a wild hair and they want to start confiscation of gold
• 34:47
and silver, they'd be very, very hard pressed to do so in
• 34:50
Missouri with this bill. This bill very specifically
• 34:53
states that the state of Missouri cannot assist the
• 34:56
federal government in confiscation of gold and silver
• 34:59
  without due cause. So.
• 35:03
So you can't do an executive order, There's no due 'cause
• 35:06
  there, so. Yep, so.
• 35:09
Without due process, due 'cause you can't get it.
• 35:12
And and that applies to Missouri politics and and political
• 35:17
subdivisions too. Sheriff's offices, courts, what
• 35:19
have you. So they can't confiscate without
• 35:23
  due process. Yeah.
• 35:24
And and and I think it's also very should should be right,
• 35:28
very exciting for the silver and gold stackers out there to
• 35:32
realize that as this legislation continues to get passed state by
• 35:37
state that the opportunity for like significant increases in
• 35:43
demand for metals, which would you know could translate into
• 35:47
higher prices, right that that could be the result of this as
• 35:51
well. I think I read just the other
• 35:53
day that Utah passed a bill that allows now the state of Utah to
• 35:57
store up to 10% of the of the state's money in silver and
• 36:02
gold. I mean, imagine if every state,
• 36:04
imagine if half the states. Imagine if 20 states have
• 36:08
legislation that allow the state government to store significant
• 36:12
amounts of of the state's capital reserves and silver and
• 36:17
  gold. It could be.
• 36:18
It could be a very good thing. OK, gotcha.
• 36:21
I'll tell you what, I'm going to let him take a phone call real,
• 36:24
real quick and I'll go ahead and take over.
• 36:26
We're hearing from Bill Hardwick, who is actually the
• 36:29
handler for the bill. Hang on one second here.
• 36:32
Let me take care of that. Sorry about that.
• 36:35
So Bill Hardwick is calling right now and he's getting a
• 36:39
hold of Daniel and we are currently in a committee hearing
• 36:43
with the bill right now in Jefferson City.
• 36:46
So, yeah, I want to, I want to Yep.
• 36:50
And I want to emphasize to everyone that, yeah, this is all
• 36:54
happening kind of live here as we're as we're doing this live
• 36:58
stream that this legislation is literally pat, am I accurate in
• 37:02
saying like right now in the process of being moved through
• 37:06
this legislative process? That is correct.
• 37:09
It's actually going through right now through this, through
• 37:12
the paces this morning. There is actually a committee
• 37:14
hearing on it, another committee hearing.
• 37:17
This will be the third committee hearing in the House.
• 37:20
So it after this this is done then it goes on to the floor,
• 37:24
I'm sorry goes on to the calendar to go on the floor.
• 37:27
So we've been working this very hard, Daniel and I've been going
• 37:30
up to Jeff City at least three days a week and the phone calls
• 37:34
and the emails that we're making here are are pretty huge.
• 37:38
I mean we're we're working this very, very hard.
• 37:40
We have plenty of support with the grassroots in Missouri and
• 37:44
we actually have a lot of support actually right now
• 37:46
through even the house and certain people in the house that
• 37:50
are trying to get this through. So we're very fortunate.
• 37:52
  What? What about the viewer?
• 37:54
Who's with us right now? Is there anything they can do to
• 37:57
help this cause in the in the state of Missouri?
• 38:01
Absolutely. What we recommend people do is
• 38:04
first of all call your Rep because it's now in the balls in
• 38:08
their court. It's in the Missouri house.
• 38:11
  So call your Missouri representative.
• 38:13
We're talking about state representation here not federal.
• 38:16
And just give them a call and and actually tell them you want
• 38:19
this bill, you know to go through the system to support
• 38:23
the bill. Please vote yes on the bill and
• 38:26
but also not just to tell them you like the bill and you want
• 38:29
to see, you know, a yes vote from your representative.
• 38:32
You need to actually say why you want this bill to go through.
• 38:34
  This is actually really important.
• 38:36
So tell them, well, you want another option to the dollar.
• 38:40
You know, you want businesses to feel comfortable transacting in
• 38:43
gold and silver in the states. We got to get rid of capital
• 38:45
gains taxes. You know, go ahead and tell them
• 38:48
this stuff. This is how you get it done.
• 38:50
This is good old fashioned shoe leather, you know, phone call
• 38:53
and e-mail work. Daniel and I are spending a lot
• 38:57
of time up in Jeff City. We're doing a lot of it on the
• 38:59
inside, but all the phone calls and emails coming from the
• 39:02
outside are definitely making a difference.
• 39:05
I want to say thank you to anyone who is watching Ron's
• 39:08
basement right now that have participated in this process in
• 39:11
  Missouri. We're very, very, that's a very
• 39:14
popular bill and it's because of all of you, it's a popular bill.
• 39:18
So I want to thank all of you who have made a trip to
• 39:21
Jefferson City. And I have to say again, Ron,
• 39:23
I've met all kinds of great people that came up to Knock in
• 39:26
shock that literally were fans of Ron's basement.
• 39:29
I met him for the first time at Knock in Shock.
• 39:31
So I just want to give a shout out to anyone from Ron's
• 39:35
basement that has joined us up at the Capitol.
• 39:38
You guys are tops. Thank you very much.
• 39:40
And and as and as we're talking to our viewer, Pat, I want to
• 39:44
point out that the silver and gold legal tender legislation as
• 39:49
you talked about, right, it gives people an option outside
• 39:53
of the US dollar. But the cool thing about what's
• 39:57
going on with this, right, this is, this is on a state by state,
• 40:01
by state level, Utah, Texas, Florida, all, you know, all
• 40:04
going on everywhere. It's not a big, big money, big
• 40:10
corporate initiative. It's a grassroots initiative,
• 40:13
  right? It's people.
• 40:15
It's actual people like the people that are joining us right
• 40:18
now making a difference and standing up for what is you
• 40:23
mentioned earlier or Daniel mentioned earlier what's in the
• 40:26
constitution, silver and gold are, are are legal tender and
• 40:30
it's giving people the right or the opportunity to kind of
• 40:33
reclaim that right and protect themselves.
• 40:36
Oh, and by the way, on a side note, the rest of the world is
• 40:41
kind of doing that same thing right now as well, you know,
• 40:43
except with the exception of the US federal government, You know,
• 40:47
we have the world and obviously the world central banks, you
• 40:49
know, buying and hoarding gold like never before.
• 40:53
This is a big deal and it's a big movement.
• 40:56
OK, we got Daniel back, so he may have a fresh update for us.
• 40:59
  Yeah, so. I'm sorry.
• 41:02
  Go ahead, Daniel. Test 1-2.
• 41:03
There we go. So I just got off the phone with
• 41:06
Representative Hardwick and he gave me an update.
• 41:08
He said that the the bill is going to get through fiscal
• 41:11
review sometime today and the fiscal note doesn't really
• 41:15
  matter. He's saying that's it's already
• 41:17
in fiscal review, but they are going to update it at some point
• 41:19
before it hits the House floor. And he's saying he, he just got
• 41:22
out of a meeting with Speaker Plocker's office.
• 41:24
He called me right after that and he said it's going to get to
• 41:28
the House floor and it it doesn't, it's going to come up
• 41:31
whether either in the early, mid or end.
• 41:34
He prefers it to be at the end of session because apparently
• 41:37
it's just as bills get closer to the end, people are less likely
• 41:41
to add amendments. And we, we don't want any
• 41:43
amendments. But, you know, it sounds like
• 41:45
the floor leader is going to bring it up.
• 41:47
They're working well. And Speaker Plucker, I want to
• 41:49
thank you for keeping your word, pushing this through.
• 41:52
I mean it has rocketed through the House.
• 41:54
It came out of the Senate and like every other day it's going
• 41:57
through a committee. And he is, he kept his word.
• 42:00
He he told me to my face that this is a top priority for him
• 42:03
this year and the speaker thank you so much for getting gold and
• 42:07
silver and he's making sure it gets to the House floor.
• 42:10
Next is once it gets passed through the House next week,
• 42:13
which it will come up on the House floor, we were told.
• 42:18
Daniel, excuse me, does that mean it'll be voted on next week
• 42:21
for those of us who aren't? So it will be.
• 42:23
It's already passed in the Senate.
• 42:25
Well, hang on, hang on. To be more specific, I just got
• 42:27
to say this cause of what happened last year, we're not
• 42:30
being promised to vote by anybody, but we are being
• 42:33
promised floor time Now. Last year we got to the floor
• 42:36
but they never had a vote. OK.
• 42:38
So it and that's because they were using silver and gold as
• 42:41
leverage against the Senate with the sports betting bill.
• 42:45
  OK. Right.
• 42:45
And also the the issue is with amendments.
• 42:50
If any amendments are added to the bill, that's it, it's dead
• 42:53
because it has to go back to the Senate and we don't have time.
• 42:56
So Representative Hardwick's preference is that it comes out
• 42:59
later in the week. That way there's less, there's a
• 43:01
less likelihood. That's another reason why we
• 43:03
have people flying into Missouri, we have some gold CEOs
• 43:08
ahead of a think tank for sound money coming in.
• 43:10
So that when we're whipping votes, we can find out who is
• 43:13
against the bill, who is for the bill and who wants to add an
• 43:16
amendment and try to convince the the people who are against
• 43:19
the bill or want to add an amendment.
• 43:21
Why? The bill's perfect the way that
• 43:24
it is that that we don't want any amendments.
• 43:26
And the great thing is in the title it says it's solely for
• 43:29
the the the gold and silver, which limits the capability of
• 43:33
adding anything unrelated to gold and silver and and without
• 43:37
actually changing the title, which we don't want to do.
• 43:40
So once it gets out onto the floor, if it passes the floor
• 43:45
without any amendments, then it goes to the governor's desk for
• 43:47
signing and that's a different issue we'll we'll have to,
• 43:51
Representative Hardwick said. We'll discuss that later on in
• 43:53
person. The strategy with the governor,
• 43:56
but we heard a rumor that he may veto it for reasons unknown.
• 44:00
I've tried to set up a meeting with the governor with with the
• 44:03
the gold and silver companies mentioned that we would love to
• 44:07
have him on our TV show If this bill gets through.
• 44:11
It's going to our TV show is called the sound money movement,
• 44:14
a foundation of freedom. It's going to be on the Science
• 44:16
Channel of Discovery Networks. It's going to air at Q4 of this
• 44:20
year and Q2 of next year at the split season 12 episodes.
• 44:24
So we'll see what happens. We'll see if we can get with the
• 44:26
governor and explain the bill and see what is some of his
• 44:29
concerns are concerning SB-735, but maybe we we can figure
• 44:34
something out before it gets to Zask.
• 44:36
And you know we we get a favorable signing of the bill
• 44:41
and making Missouri the top state for sound money
• 44:44
legislation in the country. And I want to give a quick shout
• 44:47
out, Ron to the bill sponsors and handlers.
• 44:51
I want to give a shout out to Senator Bill Eigel.
• 44:53
Everyone remember his name. He's the one who started this
• 44:57
whole thing back in 20 actually 2022.
• 45:01
And of course Representative Hardwick, who Daniel just got
• 45:05
off the phone with. These guys have been working
• 45:07
like heck to get this bill done. So there you know I.
• 45:11
Think Hardwick. I think Hardwick has actually
• 45:13
been in my basement, if I remember.
• 45:16
I mean not just not just through the Internet, but in person.
• 45:20
We did so great guy. And yes, sorry I interrupted you
• 45:24
  there. And Representative Hardwick, he
• 45:27
is taking. I mean he is fighting hard for
• 45:30
those. He is dedicating hours upon
• 45:32
hours of time to get this bill through.
• 45:35
And he's like, I'm dodging and taking punches.
• 45:37
  I'm doing this. I'm like, yeah, I I know you're
• 45:39
you're thank you so much, Representative Hardwick for all
• 45:41
the hard work you're doing to get gold and silver.
• 45:43
And you know what he told me after he said that he's like we
• 45:45
need this for Missouri. We need this for the people.
• 45:48
I'm like, absolutely. And This is why Representative
• 45:50
Hardwick is fighting so hard to get this through the House.
• 45:53
And he's he's making it happen without Senator Eigold pushing
• 45:57
hard on the Senate side without Representative Hardwick, which I
• 46:00
find it's interesting. They're both named bills.
• 46:02
I should look for bills to run bills, but but yeah, no, they're
• 46:08
doing a phenomenal job and if it wasn't for how hard they both
• 46:11
work to get it through the Senate and now the House, you
• 46:14
know we wouldn't be here. I mean we and the work Patrick
• 46:17
did in Ron Calzone and everybody from last year for SP100I mean
• 46:22
they laid the ground works for so that I can come in and help
• 46:25
and like add a little bit of fuel to the fire to get this
• 46:28
  through so. Yeah, yeah.
• 46:30
So, so to be clear for our viewers, it's it's already made
• 46:33
its way through the Senate. The last, well, one of the last
• 46:36
hurdles now will be the House. And while we could see some
• 46:40
serious progress in that regard next week, correct?
• 46:44
Yes, indeed. The fireworks are going off next
• 46:47
week, and we'll be right in the thick of it.
• 46:48
By the way, there's no way Daniel and I would be sitting on
• 46:52
the sidelines watching this from a couch.
• 46:55
We're going to be at the Capitol the entire week.
• 46:57
We're getting a hotel up there. We will not leave the Capitol.
• 47:01
It's the last week to get things done.
• 47:03
We're going to do what what it what it takes as far as
• 47:05
grassroots go to get this moving and to find and identify any
• 47:09
bottlenecks, identify them as early as possible and deal with
• 47:11
them. And Ron, we would absolutely
• 47:14
love to give live reports on your live stream next week
• 47:17
whenever you have some time. We'll be up there in the thick
• 47:20
of it, working it, and we can give you play by play exactly
• 47:24
what's going on at the Capitol then we'd be real honored to do
• 47:26
that on. Well, I know I, I can speak on
• 47:28
behalf of our viewer. We are rooting for you guys
• 47:32
because it's a big, big deal for those of us who are silver and
• 47:36
gold enthusiasts, right that know the value of money and and
• 47:39
what you guys are doing is a big deal.
• 47:41
So, so we say thank you next week you've got some heavy
• 47:44
hitters coming into town. Can you just briefly tell us
• 47:47
who's, who's going to be coming in and and helping to support
• 47:51
  this legislation? Yeah.
• 47:53
So we have Nathan Lewis from New World Economic Foundation.
• 47:57
They are a solely a sound money think tank.
• 48:00
We also have Mark Hilton, the CEO of Alpine Gold coming in.
• 48:05
We have Brian Thor who is the COO of Coral Gold, which is an
• 48:11
  electronic gold and silver company.
• 48:13
And we were going to have somebody from Kinesis in, but
• 48:16
there's some personal matters that the USA President couldn't
• 48:20
make and another representative from the Kinesis.
• 48:22
So I we're not going to have anybody from Kinesis coming in,
• 48:25
but I'm still trying to see if I can get some other people.
• 48:28
I've got some phone calls out to other companies.
• 48:30
I'm waiting to hear back from Lode.
• 48:32
Lode was supposed to meet today with their board and see if they
• 48:34
can send somebody lode us another gold and silver
• 48:37
electronic company. And I have another a few phone
• 48:40
calls out there with Clint Pei, another electronic gold and
• 48:43
silver company. So, and then the reason I keep
• 48:45
saying electronic gold and silver is because the bill
• 48:47
doesn't just make physical gold and silver legal tender, also
• 48:51
makes electronic currency that represents real gold and silver
• 48:54
in a depository account legal tender as well.
• 48:59
So. OK, OK And if people want to
• 49:01
learn more about the one and only Mr. Pat Holland, they can
• 49:04
go to mofree.org, correct. And Daniel Diaz, who's here in
• 49:11
Missouri from Florida, I believe is with Citizens for Sound
• 49:16
Money. They can go to the website
• 49:19
Citizens the number 4 Sound Money and it is a
• 49:23
not-for-profit. So if they wanna help donate to
• 49:26
the cause, they can do that at the website, correct?
• 49:30
Absolutely. I'd like to give a shout out to
• 49:32
All Right Jer saying bring it to Texas next.
• 49:35
Hey, Texas has got stuff going on.
• 49:38
They have the economic war room down there with Mike Carter and
• 49:42
of course we'll be working with Mike Carter to help bring it to
• 49:45
Texas next. Hey, all these basement dwellers
• 49:48
have given us our 200 thumbs up. Do you guys mind?
• 49:51
Hold on. Put me back on the time for the
• 49:54
  cowbell. So hold your ears.
• 49:55
You're ready. Daniel, I don't want to hurt
• 49:57
your little eardrum. For the thumbs up, everybody, we
• 50:02
appreciate it. You're working hard for those,
• 50:05
for those cowbell rings. Yeah, yeah.
• 50:07
  All right, guys. Good luck.
• 50:09
  Thank you. Anything I missed?
• 50:11
Anything we need to talk about before we we sign off here?
• 50:14
No, other than I look forward to giving live reports.
• 50:18
Call to action. Oh, call to action.
• 50:20
Well, actually we covered that way you were talking about.
• 50:22
OK. Never mind, we have to call to
• 50:24
action. So the other call to action that
• 50:26
I didn't hit on was the possibility that the governor
• 50:29
that Daniel mentioned, the governor may veto this bill.
• 50:32
  We've heard a rumor there's it's not substantiated.
• 50:35
It's not like we have an evil governor that you know is
• 50:37
sitting back going good and everything is proceeding his eye
• 50:41
a full seat. It's not like that.
• 50:43
We just don't know and we're trying to get an audience with
• 50:47
the governor next week with all the folks that Daniel's bringing
• 50:50
into the state. But if you so choose and would
• 50:53
like to call the governor's office and voice your support
• 50:56
for this bill and it if it gets across the finish line, he would
• 50:59
sign it, you could call the governor at 573-751-3222.
• 51:08
Once again, Governor Mike Parson, his number is
• 51:11
  573-751-3222. All right.
• 51:18
Thank you, guys. I'll look forward to talking to
• 51:20
  you next week. Good luck.
• 51:22
OK. And again, on behalf of
• 51:24
everyone, I appreciate you joining us this morning and all
• 51:27
the hard work and we'll we'll see you next week.
• 51:31
All right. God bless all the basement
• 51:33
  dwellers. You guys are awesome.
• 51:34
Thank you so much. Thank you, guys.
• 51:37
OK. All right, guys, there's our
• 51:40
update. This is a big deal to you as a
• 51:42
silver and gold investor, right? Yeah, Missouri, right.
• 51:45
I joke around the financial center of the universe, but we
• 51:48
are the center of the country and we do have two Federal
• 51:50
Reserve banks. Wouldn't it be absolutely
• 51:54
awesome if Missouri could be one of these initial states?
• 51:59
Now this is growing and growing, but one of the initial states
• 52:02
that could have legal tender legislation.
• 52:05
Hey, I want to pull up what I think is a very interesting
• 52:10
chart. Let's talk about the gold and
• 52:13
silver mining companies. Right now this my friends, for
• 52:18
anyone who invests in gold and silver is should be of extreme
• 52:24
  interest. OK.
• 52:25
This shows gold and gold miners as a percentage of total global
• 52:31
assets. Make sure we've got this on
• 52:33
there for you. There you go.
• 52:35
Wow, wow, wow, wow. This shows us not only for the
• 52:39
gold mining and and and precious metal stocks, how much of A
• 52:45
runway that we have in front of us.
• 52:48
Exciting times in front of us. Look, we talked earlier about
• 52:52
how the world everywhere, right? Korea, Germany, Vietnam, We have
• 52:58
articles we looked at, but it's not just there.
• 53:00
It's happening everywhere. Japan, all through Europe,
• 53:03
people are silver and gold. Crazy right now even in the
• 53:07
United States of America, at Costco, few of your neighbors
• 53:11
may have been, may have turned into stackers, but none the less
• 53:14
here in 2024, we're still at 1%. Look at that.
• 53:20
  Gold. OK.
• 53:21
Physical gold and gold miners as a percentage of total global
• 53:26
assets in 1981 it was 26%. I mean this is from Crescott
• 53:32
  Capital and Robbie, Robbie Costa.
• 53:35
OK and he says it's from Bloomberg and Mackenzie and
• 53:38
Company. If this is accurate, and I'm
• 53:41
not, I'm, I'm, I'm by in no means saying it's not, but that
• 53:45
would mean that to get back to 1981 levels that we would need
• 53:51
  26. The time amount of money in gold
• 53:54
and silver, I don't know crazy. So the opportunity for the
• 53:58
metals and the mining stocks is really, really astounding.
• 54:03
Hey, I did an interview Speaking of gold mining stocks, I did an
• 54:06
interview that I posted yesterday with Brian
• 54:10
Slussarchuk, the CEO of Great Pacific Mining.
• 54:13
You might want to check that one out.
• 54:15
It was one of the big, big stories last year, right At the
• 54:18
end of the year, they hit an unbelievable gold drill hole in
• 54:23
Australia, right next door to a gold mine that you probably have
• 54:27
heard of before, the Fosterville mine.
• 54:29
Like a legendary gold mine in Australia.
• 54:34
Rex Mutton, right, Who doesn't like that name?
• 54:37
This guy Rex Mutton, who's the head of exploration for Great
• 54:40
Pacific, He actually grew up in that area, lives in that area
• 54:44
and he hit an unbelievable gold drill hole for Great Pacific in
• 54:50
Australia. But they've also expanded into
• 54:53
Papua New Guinea, which is becoming a like top tier mining
• 54:58
  country, top tier mining district.
• 55:01
The CEO, Brian Slussarchuk actually started another
• 55:05
company, K 92 Mining that has done phenomenally well.
• 55:09
This was like 10 years ago. The company grew to like 1400
• 55:13
employees. He's still involved with the
• 55:16
company, but he knows that area. So with Great Pacific, now
• 55:20
they've acquired a bunch of land in Papua New Guinea as well and
• 55:24
they're going to be doing a ton of drilling there this year
• 55:27
also. Look, mining stocks are risky,
• 55:29
exploration stocks are risky. But this one is a really good
• 55:34
story in my perspective and showing some great results.
• 55:38
We're going to get more drill results from around did this
• 55:42
Australian the comet hole it was called.
• 55:45
It was a bonanza grade. It was one of the best gold
• 55:47
drill holes of 2023. There's going to be more drill
• 55:50
holes coming out. There's no guarantees.
• 55:52
Mining stocks are risky but Great Pacific Brian Slewsarchuk
• 55:57
has a history of delivering right again right.
• 56:02
I'm not giving financial advice. I'm just pointing out to you
• 56:06
that it's a fascinating company, a fascinating potential
• 56:09
opportunity. And you can check out the the
• 56:11
video interview I did with him on the channel.
• 56:13
We know one thing for sure, basement dwellers, things are
• 56:18
changing not only in the world in general, but also within the
• 56:23
silver and gold sector. Like we've never experienced,
• 56:27
right? I mean, I've been doing this.
• 56:29
I've been following silver and gold for like 20 years, OK.
• 56:33
And and and very, very closely for the last almost three years
• 56:38
since I started the channel. We've not been in an environment
• 56:42
like this, right? We had a little run up after the
• 56:44
C19 crisis, but we've not had, we've never, we've never really
• 56:49
together here in the basement gone through a bull market in
• 56:53
the precious metals and we're heading into into some very
• 56:57
exciting times. Look, there's no guarantee, but
• 57:01
a lot of people are saying we are now to almost definitively
• 57:04
in the beginning stages of what could be a bull market, a market
• 57:08
where we see continued higher prices for the precious metals.
• 57:13
And don't forget these mining stocks have a long, long way to
• 57:18
go to catch up. Thanks for being here.
• 57:20
Thanks for being part of Ron's basement.
• 57:22
  Please support our sponsorspinbex@pinbex.com first,
• 57:27
Mining Gold and Fortuna Silver, and I'll look forward to seeing
• 57:31
  you again soon.
