- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop. Thank you for supporting me.
- 0:04Speaker 1: The best way to do that is to head over
- 0:05Speaker 1: to heathermcdonald.net because I have exclusive limited edition special merch
- 0:11Speaker 1: because Juicy Scoop is celebrating 10 years. It's also my
- 0:16Speaker 1: birthday this week, June 14th. So if you want to
- 0:19Speaker 1: give me a little gift. head over there. And also,
- 0:22Speaker 1: why don't you look into the almost 900 episodes of
- 0:26Speaker 1: Patreon that I have done if you've not already joined.

- 0:32Speaker 1: the Heather MacDonald Shop, and make your life even better.
- 0:36Speaker 1: On this episode, I'm going to do some updates of
- 0:39Speaker 1: some hot topics, some new ones. And then I have
- 0:41Speaker 1: a great interview with Lisa from Real Housewives of Miami,
- 0:45Speaker 1: which just aired their latest season. She hints at what
- 0:49Speaker 1: we're going to see in the season. We talked to
- 0:51Speaker 1: her boyfriend, which we got a lot of questions for him.
- 0:55Speaker 1: And she really gives valuable information, especially if you are
- 1:00Speaker 1: in a bad marriage, going through divorce, very valuable. But
- 1:04Speaker 1: we also get the juicy questions about the housewives. So first,
- 1:07Speaker 1: let me just get into a couple of things. Every
- 1:12Speaker 1: used car has a story.
- 1:13Speaker 2: Some sellers tell you everything.
- 1:15Speaker 3: Some leave out the spicy chapters. Before you buy, check
- 1:20Speaker 3: the car's history with cartel.ie. Uncover the bits that might
- 1:24Speaker 3: be missing from the story, from mileage history and previous
- 1:27Speaker 3: damage to outstanding finance. Because the wrong car can cost
- 1:31Speaker 3: a lot more than the check.
- 1:33Speaker 1: Cartel.ie. Don't buy the story.
- 1:37Speaker 3: Check it.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Heather Macdonald. Has got the Juicy Scoop.
- 1:49Speaker 4: When you're on the road, when you're on the go,
- 1:52Speaker 4: Juicy Scoop is the show to know.
- 1:54Speaker 1: She talks Hollywood tales, her real life, Mr. Saving Serial Data,
- 1:59Speaker 1: and Serial Sisters.
- 2:00Speaker 4: You'll be addicted and addicted fast to the number one
- 2:04Speaker 4: tabloid real life podcast.
- 2:06Speaker 2: Listen in, listen up. Woo, woo.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Hannah McDonald. Juicy Scoop. okay, you guys, I know I
- 2:15Speaker 1: gave a controversial take on what might have happened with
- 2:21Speaker 1: the Karen Reed case. And I said, maybe, you know,
- 2:25Speaker 1: after being beat up at the party, maybe he did
- 2:28Speaker 1: stumble out and somehow have contact with the car. Well,
- 2:32Speaker 1: after yesterday's testimony, I have changed my mind. which is
- 2:36Speaker 1: why people have trials, which is why people watch the
- 2:40Speaker 1: whole thing if you're on the jury and then deliberate
- 2:43Speaker 1: for hopefully days or not, depending on what you want
- 2:47Speaker 1: the outcome to be. I did say on my last episode,
- 2:50Speaker 1: I don't think she should be convicted of anything because
- 2:52Speaker 1: there's way too many questions. It's definitely beyond a reasonable doubt.
- 2:57Speaker 1: It is absolutely so much doubt. So, They had an
- 3:03Speaker 1: expert on the defense, this doctor, and Dr. La Passato,
- 3:10Speaker 1: I hope I'm saying it right, but she was just
- 3:12Speaker 1: a badass. And she blatantly said, I've been doing this,
- 3:17Speaker 1: you know, she's like probably a woman in her 60s.
- 3:20Speaker 1: I've been doing this my entire career, figuring out, you know,
- 3:24Speaker 1: impact of car accidents on bodies and all this. And
- 3:27Speaker 1: there was not any broken bones. And She just was
- 3:32Speaker 1: emphatic about saying he just was not hit with a car.
- 3:36Speaker 1: He died from blunt, traumatic hits to the head. That
- 3:41Speaker 1: is what he died from, not ever being hit from
- 3:44Speaker 1: a car because he never was hit by a car.
- 3:47Speaker 1: So that, I mean, was pretty profound. She teaches in
- 3:53Speaker 1: this everything. And if that is in fact true... What
- 3:57Speaker 1: I said two days ago makes the guys in the
- 4:01Speaker 1: home and the women way more culpable because that means,
- 4:06Speaker 1: according to her, either he died in the house and
- 4:11Speaker 1: they threw him out in the snow or they beat
- 4:13Speaker 1: him so badly that he stumbled out into the snow
- 4:16Speaker 1: and then fell and died. But when you get into
- 4:20Speaker 1: all the other evidence of what the temperature was of
- 4:22Speaker 1: the body, it's very hard. So now there is... Rumors
- 4:28Speaker 1: going around that Higgins, No Neck Higgins, who was the
- 4:33Speaker 1: guy that she was flirting with, and there's so many
- 4:36Speaker 1: rumors about this group of people being swingers, that the
- 4:39Speaker 1: bars that they attended were swinger-type bars, that he is
- 4:46Speaker 1: maybe going to make some type of deal. That's just
- 4:50Speaker 1: the rumors that are going around because after so much
- 4:54Speaker 1: has been exposed, will they ever investigate them? It's, it's crazy.
- 4:58Speaker 1: It's juicy. And I can't wait for the movie. And
- 5:00Speaker 1: I love when people are like casting all the different
- 5:02Speaker 1: characters down from the judge that I think they're calling
- 5:06Speaker 1: Aunt Bev that, you know, the people that are pro
- 5:08Speaker 1: Karen Reed are definitely don't think that she is being, um, non-biased.
- 5:14Speaker 1: They definitely think she's being biased. So that's what's going on.
- 5:17Speaker 1: So yeah, I changed my mind because I saw some
- 5:20Speaker 1: compelling testimony. So there you go. Um, also in the
- 5:24Speaker 1: P Diddy trial, well, my God. So this Jane Doe,
- 5:29Speaker 1: who dated him after Cassie, and she dated P. Diddy
- 5:34Speaker 1: from like anywhere between like 21 all the way up
- 5:37Speaker 1: to April of 2025 is when she stopped talking to
- 5:43Speaker 1: his attorneys, but was with him this whole time. Her
- 5:46Speaker 1: stories are, you know, very disturbing, but some of the
- 5:50Speaker 1: interesting things are that she and P. Diddy's favorite show
- 5:54Speaker 1: was Dateline. And She was doing these freak-offs and having
- 6:00Speaker 1: sex with these men to please him and to comfort
- 6:04Speaker 1: him and make him feel safe that he was into
- 6:07Speaker 1: this weird shit. Like, I wanted to protect him because
- 6:10Speaker 1: it's this weird shit he liked. I guess they're basketball
- 6:14Speaker 1: fans because part of their fantasy was they would change
- 6:17Speaker 1: their names. She was Kobe. The hired gigolo, if you will,
- 6:23Speaker 1: or worker man was always Shaq. And then Sean Diddy
- 6:29Speaker 1: Combs got to be Jordan. So, I mean, what I
- 6:34Speaker 1: think she's saying is that he was, you know, into
- 6:37Speaker 1: seeing this happen, into seeing men perform and all of that.
- 6:42Speaker 1: So maybe him realizing if the world knew, they would
- 6:47Speaker 1: see him in a different light. So she was like,
- 6:48Speaker 1: I'm going to provide this for you because I love
- 6:50Speaker 1: you so much. But at a certain point, she wrote
- 6:53Speaker 1: him or left a voice audio message. saying, I'm not
- 6:57Speaker 1: a porn star. I've been doing this for three years.
- 7:00Speaker 1: My body is exhausted. I'm not a performer. It means
- 7:03Speaker 1: something to me. I don't have sex with these people anymore.
- 7:05Speaker 1: And because some of them were so gross is why
- 7:08Speaker 1: she then went and was like, all right, I will
- 7:10Speaker 1: hire the escorts. At least I can get one to
- 7:12Speaker 1: like take a shower before he has to show up.
- 7:14Speaker 1: I don't know. She went to Vegas one time when
- 7:17Speaker 1: they were on a break and ended up at a
- 7:18Speaker 1: party where she saw one of her former guys that
- 7:22Speaker 1: she had to have sex with. And at that party,
- 7:24Speaker 1: there was going on where people were watching hit the
- 7:28Speaker 1: same guy. Um, several of the people that have been, um,
- 7:33Speaker 1: seen as the male workers were part of a Showtime
- 7:36Speaker 1: show called gigolos, which followed male escorts and their life
- 7:42Speaker 1: in Las Vegas on Showtime many years ago. And it
- 7:45Speaker 1: was as cheesy and gross as you thought, but I
- 7:47Speaker 1: was watching it. So, um, She then was with him
- 7:53Speaker 1: when they found out. His son came in and was like,
- 7:56Speaker 1: oh my God, you got to see this. And that
- 7:58Speaker 1: was when the whole Cassie story broke. And when she
- 8:01Speaker 1: read that lawsuit from Cassie, she told him, I feel,
- 8:05Speaker 1: told Diddy, I feel like I'm reading my own stories.
- 8:07Speaker 1: The similarities, as we know from the testimony, is exactly
- 8:12Speaker 1: the same thing. He just replaced Cassie with her. And
- 8:15Speaker 1: he also saw all these other women, which also, because
- 8:18Speaker 1: she said, I was in love with him. I did
- 8:20Speaker 1: love him. I would get jealous. And I'm like, I
- 8:22Speaker 1: thought I'm the only one doing this. I'm doing all
- 8:24Speaker 1: this gross shit. Like, what do you mean you're seeing
- 8:27Speaker 1: other women and whatever? And that is the one time
- 8:30Speaker 1: when she accused him of cheating that, maybe not the
- 8:33Speaker 1: one time, but the time she describes in which then
- 8:35Speaker 1: it got very physical in that he physically abused her.
- 8:39Speaker 1: But she also said, I punched him as well. And
- 8:44Speaker 1: You know, she seems to be very truthful, but in
- 8:47Speaker 1: doing so, kind of helping his case a little bit,
- 8:51Speaker 1: in my opinion. As far as the public opinion of thinking,
- 8:56Speaker 1: you know, she was a willing participant. The defense says,
- 8:58Speaker 1: how old were you when you met him? 35. She said, again,
- 9:02Speaker 1: my baby daddy, my ex-boyfriend is a rapper and they
- 9:06Speaker 1: don't get along. And at one point, one of the
- 9:08Speaker 1: escorts threatened to expose a video. of her having one
- 9:15Speaker 1: of these freak-offs and put it out so her ex
- 9:19Speaker 1: would see it and the whole world would see it
- 9:21Speaker 1: because the escort had it on his phone. Diddy filmed
- 9:25Speaker 1: it on the escort's phone and the escort had it.
- 9:27Speaker 1: So there was a lot of that blackmailing fear going
- 9:30Speaker 1: on that this would get out. And here now she
- 9:33Speaker 1: sits completely exposed and you know, in a federal case.
- 9:38Speaker 1: It's crazy. You know, a lot of people have been
- 9:42Speaker 1: saying that she is the ex of 50 Cent. I
- 9:46Speaker 1: think he denied it. I'm not sure. But, you know, again,
- 9:50Speaker 1: she wasn't making a lot of money being this girlfriend
- 9:53Speaker 1: that was, you know, also having sex with, you know,
- 9:56Speaker 1: three to four other men a week. She was only
- 10:00Speaker 1: getting $ 10, 000 a month. He put her, she was, you know,
- 10:03Speaker 1: a single mom. So I don't know, maybe this rapper
- 10:06Speaker 1: isn't him because I can't imagine her not having more
- 10:08Speaker 1: money than that. That he was, um, put $ 20, 000 towards her,
- 10:13Speaker 1: her business, which was a Throughout the relationship, she said
- 10:18Speaker 1: he maybe gave her $ 150, 000. Again, I don't think that's
- 10:21Speaker 1: that great. You were there with him for years and
- 10:24Speaker 1: providing this whole other lifestyle for him to participate in.
- 10:29Speaker 1: So there's still so much more. I was trying to
- 10:31Speaker 1: like catch it all, but that is the crazy stuff.
- 10:33Speaker 1: And then she said at one point she got him
- 10:35Speaker 1: a gift. She got him a little like a TV
- 10:37Speaker 1: on a roller so they could watch Dateline and not
- 10:40Speaker 1: have to you know, have sex with three other people.
- 10:44Speaker 1: She's like, can we just watch a juicy crime? Like,
- 10:46Speaker 1: that's all I want to do with you. And like,
- 10:49Speaker 1: you know, yeah, if she met him at 35, now
- 10:51Speaker 1: she's probably close to 40. Like, yeah. Who wants to
- 10:55Speaker 1: do a freak off and you're a mom? I mean,
- 10:58Speaker 1: my God. Anyway, so there's that. Oh, I want to
- 11:04Speaker 1: tell you the craziest thing that I found. So I'm
- 11:06Speaker 1: on TikTok, okay? And I see this weird video of
- 11:11Speaker 1: someone talking like almost in a documentary style to the camera.
- 11:15Speaker 1: And over the top of the video, it says Leah
- 11:18Speaker 1: Remini and her daughter were the worst or something. And
- 11:21Speaker 1: it's this girl, woman, who sounds like at one time
- 11:24Speaker 1: she was a housekeeper for them saying that, you know,
- 11:27Speaker 1: they were very, very messy. It took a whole separate
- 11:30Speaker 1: staff to clean up Leah's mess every day. And And
- 11:32Speaker 1: they never had any time off. And even though she
- 11:34Speaker 1: had a cappuccino machine in her room, she would ask
- 11:38Speaker 1: for a cappuccino to be made for her while she
- 11:40Speaker 1: laid in her bed, Leah Remini. At 10 p.m., this
- 11:43Speaker 1: poor woman was forced to do this. And she's talking
- 11:46Speaker 1: about the daughter. The daughter was four and would color
- 11:48Speaker 1: on furniture. And I'm like, what is this? The daughter's like,
- 11:51Speaker 1: I think, in college now. I'm like, this is such
- 11:53Speaker 1: a weird thing. So then I look at it again.
- 11:56Speaker 1: And then there's this other video talking about what an
- 12:00Speaker 1: awful person Tom DeVocht is. I'm like, who is Tom
- 12:05Speaker 1: DeVocht or whatever his name is? And I'm like, I
- 12:08Speaker 1: bet this is a site created by Scientology to make
- 12:13Speaker 1: ex-Scientologists look bad. Let me just see. And I typed in,
- 12:18Speaker 1: was Tom DeVocht a former Scientologist? Yes, he was. Well,
- 12:24Speaker 1: guess what? There's a Oh, he was a rude to
- 12:31Speaker 1: a waiter. He, you know, sent back his food. And
- 12:34Speaker 1: then the next video is Leah Remini. I hated having
- 12:38Speaker 1: dinner with Leah Remini. I'm a former friend and it
- 12:40Speaker 1: was just so awkward. She was just like, wouldn't look
- 12:43Speaker 1: the waiters in the eye. All this kind of bullshit.
- 12:45Speaker 1: And it's just so obvious. So I just wanted to
- 12:47Speaker 1: tell you about it. It's ridiculous. And I believe it
- 12:51Speaker 1: popped up because I think she's on the cover of
- 12:54Speaker 1: a magazine still talking about Scientology and she's been away
- 12:57Speaker 1: from it for 12 years. Um, very interesting. Brooklyn, um,
- 13:03Speaker 1: Beckman of, you know, David Beckman's oldest son, he apparently
- 13:09Speaker 1: is not going to be there when his dad gets
- 13:13Speaker 1: his knighthood. He wasn't there for the 50th birthday. He
- 13:16Speaker 1: has three brothers and a sister, two, well, yeah, two
- 13:20Speaker 1: brothers and a sister. And he apparently and his wife
- 13:25Speaker 1: are not talking to any of them, which is really sad.
- 13:28Speaker 1: I can't imagine... what the family is going through. And,
- 13:33Speaker 1: you know, of course, everyone's going to point the finger,
- 13:35Speaker 1: you know, at the daughter-in-law and maybe that's the case,
- 13:40Speaker 1: but it's just a very hard thing when that happens,
- 13:43Speaker 1: whether you're the most famous, rich, best looking family in
- 13:45Speaker 1: the world, or you're just living, you know, in middle America,
- 13:48Speaker 1: but it happens. Um, okay. Also, um, Alison Mack, remember
- 13:54Speaker 1: that weirdo? She went to prison for recruiting women to
- 13:57Speaker 1: be abused in the NXIVM cult. And she was an
- 14:01Speaker 1: actress on like Smallville. Anyway, she's getting married. Yeah. She
- 14:06Speaker 1: can find a husband. I don't know why you can't.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Just kidding. Anyway, anyone can get married if you're a
- 14:13Speaker 1: little bit famous and in prison. The Valley. Let's wrap
- 14:17Speaker 1: up with The Valley before our interview.
- 14:19Speaker 2: Okay.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Wow. Poor Britney is really going through it. Also be aware,
- 14:24Speaker 1: this was all filmed like nine months ago. It's when
- 14:28Speaker 1: she goes to the, attorney and she does fill out
- 14:32Speaker 1: the paperwork to file. And she does this a day
- 14:35Speaker 1: before Jax is set to get out of the rehab place.
- 14:40Speaker 1: So to make her feel better, they go, let's have
- 14:43Speaker 1: one fun night at Jax. And they cover the Jax
- 14:47Speaker 1: sign with like a sheet that says Brits. And they
- 14:49Speaker 1: actually get a big lit sign that says Brits. And
- 14:52Speaker 1: they all get the same Jax shirts printed, but with Brits.
- 14:56Speaker 1: And she's like, oh my God, you guys, this is
- 14:58Speaker 1: so nice.
- 14:59Speaker 2: Oh my God.
- 14:59Speaker 1: I think, I don't know. I would hope that Jackson
- 15:01Speaker 1: would find it was funny. And everyone's like, I don't
- 15:04Speaker 1: think he would find it funny, but okay. And, um,
- 15:09Speaker 1: but you know, we're all on her side. He stopped
- 15:12Speaker 1: paying the mortgage. He, um, and their deal was I
- 15:16Speaker 1: pay the mortgage, you pay all the other bills, which
- 15:18Speaker 1: seems like a pretty fair thing. But the mortgage started
- 15:21Speaker 1: at $ 8, 000. He, as this was all in the, in the,
- 15:25Speaker 1: you know, news owed 1.2 million in back taxes. So
- 15:30Speaker 1: they did like a loan on the house with that.
- 15:32Speaker 1: So the mortgage went up to 17K, which he was
- 15:36Speaker 1: going to be responsible for since it was his thing.
- 15:38Speaker 1: She also said that the government took $ 100, 000 from her
- 15:42Speaker 1: bank account, being that she was his spouse. So she really...
- 15:46Speaker 1: you know, thank God is so well-liked and has such
- 15:50Speaker 1: a bright future as an influencer and a young mom because,
- 15:55Speaker 1: you know, he has, with all this, lost the podcast tour.
- 15:59Speaker 1: I don't know how many people are listening to the podcast.
- 16:03Speaker 1: I don't know what's going to happen with this restaurant.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Hopefully people are still going, you know, so that she
- 16:08Speaker 1: gets the money. I said this before. This is the
- 16:12Speaker 1: only way that Jax is going to keep it going
- 16:17Speaker 1: and be that likable character again, if at all possible,
- 16:21Speaker 1: is he needs to find another Britney. He needs to
- 16:24Speaker 1: find another wonderful girlfriend who is so lovely to little
- 16:30Speaker 1: Cruz and maybe, you know, the exchange of it is
- 16:34Speaker 1: sure she likes to be on TV, but she loves
- 16:37Speaker 1: him and it's his second chance. And Britney loves her
- 16:43Speaker 1: around her kid and feels like she's a good buffer
- 16:46Speaker 1: And so she's grateful. Sometimes when you divorce a horrific guy,
- 16:51Speaker 1: the greatest gift is when they get another woman and
- 16:53Speaker 1: that woman has to deal with them and you and
- 16:56Speaker 1: the woman get along and you're like, thank God I
- 17:00Speaker 1: don't have to directly talk to him. So that is
- 17:02Speaker 1: what I'm putting out in the universe to save this
- 17:05Speaker 1: family and also keep them all making money and keeping
- 17:09Speaker 1: them being our entertaining selves. that would be that he
- 17:12Speaker 1: would have to, you know, change as far as how he's...
- 17:15Speaker 1: Now I see him in the after show and he's like,
- 17:18Speaker 1: I never speak badly about Brit. You know, I'm just
- 17:22Speaker 1: trying to move forward. I made these mistakes. The after
- 17:25Speaker 1: show is really juicy. But then we see You know, again,
- 17:29Speaker 1: it was nine months ago, but as he was leaving
- 17:31Speaker 1: the rehab right before it gets revealed that he had
- 17:34Speaker 1: lied to Brittany and his sister and said that he
- 17:37Speaker 1: was having a heart attack and that he was on
- 17:39Speaker 1: his way to the ER. And then he told the
- 17:41Speaker 1: woman at the front desk of the rehab place, if
- 17:44Speaker 1: anybody calls for me, say that I'm at the ER
- 17:47Speaker 1: having a heart attack. And she is, you know, brought
- 17:49Speaker 1: to tears because he's so, you know, liked he just
- 17:53Speaker 1: doesn't stop. Just like you see the rage text. He
- 17:56Speaker 1: doesn't stop when he's talking to you. So, um, that
- 17:59Speaker 1: was completely not true. If you remember when he was
- 18:02Speaker 1: on the villains, um, house of villains, he said that
- 18:06Speaker 1: Brittany had a stroke and she's like, what? I did
- 18:09Speaker 1: not have a stroke, Jax. Like, so he's very comfortable lying,
- 18:14Speaker 1: which is always fascinating to me. Like when you have
- 18:17Speaker 1: to lie about things that, you know, um, I remember
- 18:20Speaker 1: when I had him on my show, he's like, oh,
- 18:22Speaker 1: he was doing, I guess, House of Villains or something else.
- 18:25Speaker 1: And he was like, yeah, everyone just hated me because
- 18:27Speaker 1: all I did was, you know, talk about my beautiful
- 18:28Speaker 1: wife and how much I love my beautiful wife. And
- 18:30Speaker 1: I remember going, wow, that's really nice, but it didn't
- 18:33Speaker 1: seem real to me. I was like, I don't know
- 18:37Speaker 1: that he walks around and just talks about his beautiful
- 18:40Speaker 1: wife all the time, but maybe he does. You know,
- 18:42Speaker 1: sometimes guys that are horrible to their women are very
- 18:45Speaker 1: nice about them when they're not around and brag about
- 18:47Speaker 1: them because it's an extension of their narcissistic self. My
- 18:50Speaker 1: wonderful kids, my fabulous wife, even though then when they're
- 18:54Speaker 1: in the house, he's a nightmare. So all very juicy
- 18:57Speaker 1: and all she can do is just, she's got to
- 18:59Speaker 1: laugh about it. And I say, good for you. Let
- 19:04Speaker 1: me see if there's what else I was going to
- 19:05Speaker 1: talk about. Oh, Blake Lively. Latest on the Blake Lively. Now, listen, people,
- 19:10Speaker 1: when I said Blake Lively won, yeah, it was a
- 19:13Speaker 1: huge win for her. I don't care what you say.
- 19:16Speaker 1: It's a huge win that the judge threw out this lawsuit.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Huge win for the New York Times or whatever the
- 19:23Speaker 1: paper was as well. However, Justin Baldoni's attorney, Brian Friedman,
- 19:30Speaker 1: who's very powerful, said to TMZ, let's pray that she
- 19:36Speaker 1: does not drop her lawsuit claiming that she was harassed
- 19:42Speaker 1: on the set of It Ends With Us. He actually
- 19:46Speaker 1: doesn't want her to drop that lawsuit because by having
- 19:49Speaker 1: the lawsuit, he can depose Blake and ask her about
- 19:54Speaker 1: all these falsehoods that she has said and done. And
- 19:57Speaker 1: also at that same time, I guess, try to prove
- 20:00Speaker 1: even more nefarious things that she and Blake have done.
- 20:04Speaker 1: I predict she will drop the lawsuit for that exact reason.
- 20:07Speaker 1: Because once she does drop that lawsuit and they continue
- 20:12Speaker 1: to try to go after these two other things, these
- 20:15Speaker 1: two other lawsuits that they can still pursue, which I'm
- 20:18Speaker 1: not totally aware of, I do think at a certain
- 20:20Speaker 1: point the public is going to be like, we're over
- 20:22Speaker 1: this story, you know? They got over the Tom Girardi story,
- 20:27Speaker 1: you know, who's going now to do his seven years
- 20:30Speaker 1: in prison. He finally got sentenced. You know what? The
- 20:34Speaker 1: Bravo world, we weren't that into it. It's like, okay, fine.
- 20:38Speaker 1: We knew that was coming. We accept the pretty mess.
- 20:43Speaker 1: Hopefully she'll share more about her life. Hopefully she'll get
- 20:46Speaker 1: a real boyfriend that we can see. Who knows? But
- 20:51Speaker 1: people lose interest. Same thing happened with the Menendez brothers,
- 20:55Speaker 1: the second case. Second trial, people had lost interest and
- 20:59Speaker 1: they weren't fighting for their... innocence as much publicly. So
- 21:04Speaker 1: I don't know. But if I was Blake's attorney, I'd
- 21:08Speaker 1: definitely say drop it. And then hopefully for her it'll end.
- 21:13Speaker 1: For people that are fans of Justin, I know they
- 21:15Speaker 1: want justice for him and they want the truth to
- 21:17Speaker 1: get out. I think we really see who Blake and
- 21:21Speaker 1: Ryan are. But again, people forget he's got Deadpool. You
- 21:25Speaker 1: really think a 15-year-old boy cares about this shit? No.
- 21:28Speaker 1: If he does another Deadpool, it'll still be a hit,
- 21:31Speaker 1: in my opinion, in my prediction. All right, you guys,
- 21:37Speaker 1: let's get into this exciting interview. You're going to love it.
- 21:41Speaker 1: Even if you're not familiar with The Real Housewives of Miami,
- 21:44Speaker 1: this is a story of a young woman, Lisa, who
- 21:49Speaker 1: fell in love with a powerful plastic surgeon, got on
- 21:52Speaker 1: reality TV. He cheated on her. It was caught on
- 21:56Speaker 1: camera and everything that she's done to rebuild her life.
- 22:00Speaker 1: And I think you're going to really see a juicy,
- 22:02Speaker 1: interesting side to her story that is sadly relatable, whether
- 22:07Speaker 1: you know someone or it's you. Here we go for
- 22:10Speaker 1: the juice with Lisa from The Real Housewives of Miami.
- 22:15Speaker 4: They think you're done for the day, but they don't
- 22:17Speaker 4: know about the drawer. The drawer. Just the one square
- 22:23Speaker 4: before bed. Or two, you know. Nobody's watching.
- 22:29Speaker 1: You deserve a treat.
- 22:33Speaker 4: With eight flavours to choose from, you can choose the
- 22:36Speaker 4: flavour you favour with Cadbury Dairy Milk.
- 22:44Speaker 5: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next. Each week
- 22:48Speaker 5: on the show, I sit down with extraordinary people who
- 22:51Speaker 5: have faced tremendous setbacks and yet somehow have found a
- 22:55Speaker 5: way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 22:58Speaker 2: Life is one long lesson of chaos.
- 23:01Speaker 1: I'm heading to the Emmys, and I have police complaints
- 23:03Speaker 1: filed against me.
- 23:04Speaker 3: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 23:07Speaker 3: what would you do if it was given back?
- 23:09Speaker 5: Where did that need come from where you thought that
- 23:12Speaker 5: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 23:14Speaker 2: He said, I have a work dad. I need a
- 23:16Speaker 2: home dad. What happens next? When I came in, he
- 23:18Speaker 2: started crying.
- 23:19Speaker 5: Everybody in life encounters hardships. What defines them is not
- 23:24Speaker 5: those hard moments that they go through. It's about what
- 23:26Speaker 5: happens next.
- 23:28Speaker 2: I decided to risk it all. I realized how valuable
- 23:30Speaker 2: every day was. You're worth the work.
- 23:32Speaker 5: Listen, Dara, I'm not going to pull punches.
- 23:34Speaker 1: You can use your voice even if it's shaped.
- 23:36Speaker 5: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 23:40Speaker 5: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 23:50Speaker 1: Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop. I'm so excited to
- 23:53Speaker 1: talk to my guest, Real Housewives of Miami, Lisa Hochstein.
- 23:59Speaker 1: Welcome to Juicy Scoop. It's great to see you. We've
- 24:02Speaker 1: hung out in the past and this, you know, hopefully
- 24:06Speaker 1: we'll get to hang out in person in the future,
- 24:08Speaker 1: but I'm so glad you're coming on the show.
- 24:10Speaker 2: Thank you so much for having me. Finally, you know,
- 24:13Speaker 2: this is my first official podcast. I think, I mean,
- 24:19Speaker 2: I've done stuff for Bravo. But this is my first
- 24:22Speaker 2: podcast talking about all things Lisa.
- 24:26Speaker 1: Well, I know because I remember we were like DMing
- 24:28Speaker 1: and it was a while ago, like a year and
- 24:30Speaker 1: a half ago. And you were like, I'm ready to
- 24:32Speaker 1: come on. I'm like, yeah, girl, I'm ready to have
- 24:34Speaker 1: you on. But so much has happened in your life.
- 24:38Speaker 1: And it's a very juicy life. And for people that
- 24:41Speaker 1: don't follow Real Housewives of Miami, I think your story
- 24:44Speaker 1: is one that women especially love. but anybody truly married
- 24:50Speaker 1: can really benefit from, especially if you're going through divorce
- 24:54Speaker 1: with kids. And what's crazy is we really got to
- 24:58Speaker 1: see this journey of your life unfold because Miami, when
- 25:03Speaker 1: you joined the first time, was like, what, 15 years ago?
- 25:07Speaker 2: Yeah, I would say 2010, 2011. Yeah.
- 25:14Speaker 1: Is when we first saw you with the original cast,
- 25:17Speaker 1: you guys did how many seasons, three or four?
- 25:19Speaker 2: We did three.
- 25:20Speaker 1: Three. And then there was like an eight year break.
- 25:23Speaker 2: A very long, long break. A lot happened.
- 25:26Speaker 1: Yeah. And then you've come back and now this is
- 25:29Speaker 1: like the third season is coming up for us to
- 25:32Speaker 1: enjoy on Bravo. That's coming up on the 11th.
- 25:36Speaker 2: The seventh season.
- 25:37Speaker 1: And that'll be the seventh season. So the first three count.
- 25:41Speaker 1: And then this is like the the fourth of the
- 25:44Speaker 1: new season.
- 25:44Speaker 2: We should be on season 18, honestly.
- 25:47Speaker 1: Yeah, really. But okay. So I want to get a
- 25:50Speaker 1: little bit about you. Like how, what was your life
- 25:54Speaker 1: before you met your ex-husband and how did you guys meet?
- 25:59Speaker 2: My life before my ex-husband. I was very young when
- 26:03Speaker 2: I met him. I was in today's world. I would
- 26:06Speaker 2: consider me getting married very young. I was married at 27. Yeah, 27.
- 26:11Speaker 2: And we met when I was about 24, turning 25.
- 26:16Speaker 1: And he was he how old was he when you
- 26:18Speaker 1: when you met him at 25?
- 26:20Speaker 2: He's 16 years older than me. So. Yeah.
- 26:21Speaker 1: So it would have been like early 40s. Yeah.
- 26:25Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 26:26Speaker 2: Early 40s. He was never married. No kids. I thought
- 26:29Speaker 2: it was going to be perfect. We we met in
- 26:34Speaker 2: Las Vegas at a pool party. I had just broken
- 26:36Speaker 2: up with a guy I was dating. a realtor, his
- 26:39Speaker 2: name was John, dated that guy for about two years.
- 26:43Speaker 2: I was going, traveling back and forth from Toronto, where
- 26:47Speaker 2: I grew up when I was born in Toronto. And
- 26:50Speaker 2: I was driving the four-hour drive, going to auditions, booking
- 26:54Speaker 2: modeling gigs, going back to Toronto. So I was kind
- 26:58Speaker 2: of all over the place. I had just broken up
- 27:01Speaker 2: with my ex. I was at a pool party in
- 27:04Speaker 2: Las Vegas when they were actually cool. Yeah. And they
- 27:08Speaker 2: were cool. And yeah, and I met him there. He
- 27:12Speaker 2: was very, very shy. And a couple weeks later, he
- 27:16Speaker 2: messaged me on MySpace. Wow.
- 27:20Speaker 1: Yeah. Remember those days?
- 27:22Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 27:22Speaker 2: Like ancient times. Messaged me on MySpace and was very
- 27:26Speaker 2: polite and asked if he thought he said, you're very beautiful.
- 27:29Speaker 2: I would love to see you again and whatever else.
- 27:32Speaker 2: And I kind of ignored the message. And then I
- 27:34Speaker 2: happened to be in Miami for the infamous Halloween party.
- 27:40Speaker 2: And we went on a date and then went to
- 27:43Speaker 2: the Halloween party and then we were together.
- 27:46Speaker 1: So then you guys go to this infamous Halloween party.
- 27:48Speaker 1: So this was a party that was always going on,
- 27:51Speaker 1: but then eventually you guys as a couple ended up
- 27:54Speaker 1: hosting it. Like take me through the Halloween history.
- 28:00Speaker 2: The first one I went to, I think was maybe
- 28:02Speaker 2: his second Halloween. Halloween party. He had just moved into
- 28:07Speaker 2: our Sunset Island house and he wanted to have this
- 28:13Speaker 2: big party because that's what people were doing back then.
- 28:15Speaker 2: They were having parties, house parties. So we met there. Well,
- 28:21Speaker 2: we had a date and then we were at that
- 28:23Speaker 2: party and then I never left. And then I was moved.
- 28:28Speaker 2: He moved me in. He asked me to move in.
- 28:31Speaker 2: And that was like two months later, seven months after
- 28:35Speaker 2: the day we met, he proposed. And two years or
- 28:40Speaker 2: about two years after the day we met, we were married.
- 28:44Speaker 1: And how like initially this is such like a whirlwind
- 28:49Speaker 1: of like romance and you're in this beautiful house. And
- 28:53Speaker 1: you're young and he's a plastic surgeon. I mean, every,
- 28:58Speaker 1: you know, one thing to marry a doctor, but plastic surgeon,
- 29:01Speaker 1: you know, that's an extra bonus for the girl.
- 29:03Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 29:04Speaker 1: How did like, how did your family and friends feel
- 29:07Speaker 1: about it? Did anyone have any reservations or?
- 29:11Speaker 2: Oh, everybody, everything was great in the beginning. Like it was,
- 29:15Speaker 2: it was a fairy tale, you know, it was, it
- 29:18Speaker 2: was wonderful. And, really no issues. Everybody was happy for us.
- 29:23Speaker 1: And so then how many years into the marriage were
- 29:25Speaker 1: you approached to possibly do Real Housewives of Miami? And
- 29:31Speaker 1: how did that go about?
- 29:32Speaker 2: So we met in 2007 married in 2009. And about
- 29:40Speaker 2: a year after that, or two years after that, 2011,
- 29:43Speaker 2: I believe we started filming.
- 29:47Speaker 1: And when it came to you, were you a fan
- 29:49Speaker 1: of the Housewives? Had you ever thought like, you know what,
- 29:53Speaker 1: when you'd watch reality TV, like I could see myself
- 29:55Speaker 1: doing that? Or I mean, because you'd already been like
- 29:59Speaker 1: kind of in that modeling entertainment world so how do
- 30:01Speaker 1: you what was your relationship with reality tv before you
- 30:04Speaker 1: decided to be a star yourself yeah you know.
- 30:07Speaker 2: Of course i have watched them you know i think
- 30:09Speaker 2: a lot of the women that say they have never
- 30:12Speaker 2: watched it i think they're lying i agree i i
- 30:16Speaker 2: mean why would you go on a show that you've
- 30:17Speaker 2: never seen before i mean it just i think there's
- 30:20Speaker 2: a lot of liars out there yeah um so i
- 30:23Speaker 2: i did watch the shows and yeah i was like
- 30:26Speaker 2: well i could I could probably be on, I could
- 30:28Speaker 2: probably do that. It's almost like a soap opera and
- 30:31Speaker 2: I always wanted to be on a soap opera.
- 30:33Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 30:33Speaker 2: So, yeah.
- 30:35Speaker 1: So there was no, so is it all positive? Like nobody,
- 30:38Speaker 1: you and your husband at the time didn't think like, well,
- 30:42Speaker 1: we are exposing ourselves or no, this will be great.
- 30:45Speaker 1: Like it'll be fun. We can advertise the, you know,
- 30:49Speaker 1: the plastic surgery center.
- 30:50Speaker 2: That's it. Well, that was it. He said to me,
- 30:54Speaker 2: he said, we're going to do this. You're going to
- 30:56Speaker 2: promote the plastic surgery center. And I said, of course,
- 30:59Speaker 2: because you know, you obviously have to promote something like
- 31:02Speaker 2: you can't just, I don't know if I'd want to
- 31:04Speaker 2: go on a show and just give it all up
- 31:06Speaker 2: and not getting anything in return. So yeah, that was
- 31:10Speaker 2: kind of the, that was the goal and to see
- 31:12Speaker 2: what else could come out of it. Um, I, I
- 31:16Speaker 2: did actually launch a skincare line the last year of
- 31:19Speaker 2: filming and then That got put on ice because we
- 31:24Speaker 2: separated then. At the end of 2013, we separated and
- 31:29Speaker 2: then got back together.
- 31:30Speaker 1: Oh, okay. That's what I don't think we really know.
- 31:33Speaker 1: So we see you, the first part, back in those
- 31:37Speaker 1: years when it was like Leah Black and the original cast.
- 31:41Speaker 1: And at that time, as a viewer, it seemed like
- 31:45Speaker 1: everything was great. You were young, you had You were
- 31:49Speaker 1: trying to get pregnant. You know, it seemed like a
- 31:51Speaker 1: really like, you know, on the same page kind of
- 31:54Speaker 1: a relationship. So when the show then went on pause
- 31:59Speaker 1: for eight years, what happened in your relationship that caused
- 32:02Speaker 1: you to separate, which we did not see because you
- 32:04Speaker 1: weren't filming? Right.
- 32:05Speaker 2: It happened. It happened right after, I think, the last
- 32:11Speaker 2: reunion air when Joanna Prupa was still on the show.
- 32:16Speaker 2: And it was on also. that's when it happened right
- 32:20Speaker 2: after that. And we were separated for all about maybe
- 32:24Speaker 2: two months, a month, maybe two. Um, and we quickly,
- 32:28Speaker 2: you know, resolved everything. And for that, I'm grateful because
- 32:32Speaker 2: if not, I would not have had my Logan and L.
- 32:35Speaker 2: So very happy that that happened. Um, and then it
- 32:41Speaker 2: was just me raising, you know, Busy raising the kids.
- 32:43Speaker 2: We finally that was one of the story lines. They
- 32:46Speaker 2: were focusing on, you know, the house, the Star Island house.
- 32:50Speaker 2: We finally got the permits to knock it down and rebuild.
- 32:54Speaker 2: And so a lot happened that the show was following.
- 32:59Speaker 2: And when we were off air, all of that happened.
- 33:02Speaker 2: You know, the kids, the house and the med spa.
- 33:07Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 33:07Speaker 2: You know, all of that.
- 33:09Speaker 1: So then cut to we're watching it. You have your
- 33:12Speaker 1: two young children. And you do say after you guys
- 33:17Speaker 1: come back from filming with the new cast at that
- 33:19Speaker 1: reunion that the marriage was not in a great place.
- 33:25Speaker 1: And I remember that was sort of like the first
- 33:27Speaker 1: time we heard you ever really say that or reveal it.
- 33:31Speaker 1: And was there any hesitation in sharing that at the reunion?
- 33:34Speaker 1: Did you think it through or did it just was,
- 33:37Speaker 1: you know, did you plan on it?
- 33:39Speaker 2: You know, you really don't have much of a choice
- 33:42Speaker 2: on these shows. You like you got to tell it
- 33:45Speaker 2: or you could possibly lose your job. I mean, you
- 33:47Speaker 2: have to be authentic and you have to like. Say
- 33:50Speaker 2: your truth.
- 33:51Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 33:52Speaker 2: And that happened. A lot of people didn't know about it.
- 33:55Speaker 2: It would it would have came out anyway. So I
- 33:57Speaker 2: rather it have I rather me tell the story that
- 34:00Speaker 2: other people.
- 34:01Speaker 1: Tell the story. And at that time, what was the
- 34:04Speaker 1: reason you gave? I can't remember. Was it that he
- 34:06Speaker 1: had an emotional affair or texting or what was it?
- 34:09Speaker 2: You know, I'll never know exactly what actually happened. Only
- 34:14Speaker 2: he will know and whoever else that was would know. But,
- 34:18Speaker 2: you know, I was sleeping in the other room trying
- 34:22Speaker 2: to figure out my life. Apparently it was emotional affair.
- 34:26Speaker 2: You know, who knows?
- 34:28Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 34:29Speaker 2: I guess I'll never know.
- 34:30Speaker 1: So I guess you'll never know. So then you come
- 34:32Speaker 1: back and we're watching and it is amazing what a
- 34:37Speaker 1: reality show will catch in the dynamics of a marriage.
- 34:42Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 34:42Speaker 1: Which was very obvious that you were trying very hard,
- 34:48Speaker 1: trying to connect again. But then as a longtime viewer
- 34:53Speaker 1: of these shows, sometimes I do give the husbands the
- 34:56Speaker 1: benefit of the doubt because I'm like, Maybe they just
- 34:59Speaker 1: don't like filming this anymore. Maybe they thought it would
- 35:01Speaker 1: be more fun, and now maybe they don't appreciate that
- 35:04Speaker 1: their wife is famous. They don't appreciate that they are
- 35:07Speaker 1: getting their own thing. They're annoyed that the cameramen have
- 35:11Speaker 1: been setting up for an hour. They're waiting to do
- 35:13Speaker 1: the stupid breakfast scene. I get all of that. So
- 35:16Speaker 1: sometimes I'm like, are we seeing a real thing? Are
- 35:19Speaker 1: we seeing the causation of production? What were you feeling
- 35:24Speaker 1: as you were filming these things? Did you realize it
- 35:27Speaker 1: was As bad as it was?
- 35:30Speaker 2: No, I actually didn't. Maybe I'm just used to Lenny
- 35:36Speaker 2: and him being maybe dismissive. Maybe that's not great to
- 35:39Speaker 2: say out loud.
- 35:40Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 35:43Speaker 2: But, you know, Lenny has, you know, Lenny's different. But
- 35:48Speaker 2: I really didn't think we were headed to divorce for real. Like, yeah,
- 35:53Speaker 2: we fought, like we were together for, I don't know, what,
- 35:56Speaker 2: 15 years almost? So we've had the ups and downs
- 35:59Speaker 2: and we've had the threats of like, ah, we want out,
- 36:02Speaker 2: we want a divorce on both sides. But then it
- 36:04Speaker 2: was never real. It was almost like an empty threat. Yeah.
- 36:11Speaker 2: So there wasn't ever any real thought of us getting
- 36:16Speaker 2: a divorce. I mean, it was a shock to me, honestly.
- 36:22Speaker 1: Well, I mean, when we saw like the hot mic moment,
- 36:28Speaker 1: Where he is miked. You guys are getting ready for
- 36:31Speaker 1: a party. And he reveals, is talking to another man.
- 36:38Speaker 1: Wasn't that it? And he kind of was like, well,
- 36:40Speaker 1: I almost feel like I'm going to leave her. I'm
- 36:43Speaker 1: almost feeling like I'm cheating on my girlfriend with my
- 36:46Speaker 1: wife or something. It was something like that. I mean,
- 36:51Speaker 1: did he really forget that he was miked?
- 36:53Speaker 2: I saw that for the rest of the world. I
- 36:56Speaker 2: didn't know about that. I didn't know. I got a
- 36:59Speaker 2: little warning, you know, the day before that episode came out.
- 37:05Speaker 2: I got a little phone call. So everybody knew except
- 37:08Speaker 2: for me. I mean, on the other side. But it
- 37:12Speaker 2: was really hard to watch. Because, you know, of course,
- 37:17Speaker 2: my feelings were hurt. And that's still, like, it stung.
- 37:21Speaker 2: No matter what, how long. I was with Jodi watching
- 37:25Speaker 2: that episode, actually. And I was.
- 37:27Speaker 1: crying.
- 37:27Speaker 2: Like he was, he was feeling bad for me because that,
- 37:29Speaker 2: that is really hard to hear when you don't know that,
- 37:32Speaker 2: you know, divorce is literally right around the corner. And,
- 37:36Speaker 2: you know, a week before that, I think we were
- 37:39Speaker 2: talking about having a third child. So we were talking
- 37:43Speaker 2: about having a third child a week before that. You know,
- 37:47Speaker 2: he came to support me at the smile. We had
- 37:51Speaker 2: a charity for the smile training. And that, that actually
- 37:54Speaker 2: didn't get aired, but he came to support me. Uh,
- 37:57Speaker 2: we went to go dinner. Everything was fine. Uh, we
- 38:00Speaker 2: actually went to a birthday party that same after that
- 38:03Speaker 2: high pot Mike moment, we went to a birthday party
- 38:06Speaker 2: that same evening and holding hands, kissing, doing all the stuff,
- 38:11Speaker 2: you know, photos. Uh, it was a good vibes party.
- 38:14Speaker 2: I had a good, I was having the time of
- 38:15Speaker 2: my life. I was just dancing, happy. My kids were involved.
- 38:19Speaker 2: I thought he looked happy. Um, had no idea that
- 38:23Speaker 2: that was a conversation with one of my friends, one
- 38:26Speaker 2: of my good friends also. And then nobody told me.
- 38:29Speaker 2: And the way it was said was just like.
- 38:31Speaker 1: It was crazy. Like I can see it in my head.
- 38:33Speaker 1: It was so.
- 38:35Speaker 2: I didn't know he had another life, you know, because
- 38:38Speaker 2: that's what it sounded like.
- 38:39Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 38:39Speaker 5: Okay.
- 38:40Speaker 1: So that happens. And you aren't aware that that happened
- 38:43Speaker 1: on film. You continue to go, like you said, have
- 38:46Speaker 1: fun on and off camera with him.
- 38:47Speaker 2: And then when.
- 38:50Speaker 1: Was it revealed that, no, we are separating because I
- 38:54Speaker 1: am in love with someone else?
- 38:56Speaker 2: Two days after that. See, it was March 27th, 2022.
- 39:01Speaker 2: I remember all the dates.
- 39:04Speaker 1: And how did he tell you? So you think things
- 39:07Speaker 1: are okay on the mend? You're planning a future together?
- 39:11Speaker 2: Yeah, he was acting really extra cold. And then I
- 39:16Speaker 2: asked him, I go, is everything okay? He's like, no,
- 39:18Speaker 2: I just, I don't want it. It's done. It's over.
- 39:20Speaker 2: I want a divorce. Like very cold. I'm like, whoa, what?
- 39:24Speaker 2: um yeah so I just I couldn't believe I'm like
- 39:28Speaker 2: no just really I'm like let's talk about this let's
- 39:31Speaker 2: work this out what do you mean you want a
- 39:32Speaker 2: divorce what's happening you know trying to get all of
- 39:35Speaker 2: the information and um I'm like we're also filming like
- 39:38Speaker 2: is this a joke uh we're in the middle of
- 39:42Speaker 2: the season um like I have to go back what
- 39:45Speaker 2: am I gonna say what am I gonna do I'm
- 39:46Speaker 2: thinking so many thoughts like what What am I going
- 39:50Speaker 2: to do? Where am I? What's going to happen to
- 39:52Speaker 2: the kids and us? It was just a lot to
- 39:55Speaker 2: take in.
- 39:56Speaker 1: So when he said it, it wasn't on camera. But
- 39:58Speaker 1: then when you go to the other, like you had
- 40:03Speaker 1: like a little girls trip at like the beach.
- 40:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 40:07Speaker 1: And then when you show up and you tell them
- 40:09Speaker 1: and that moment, which really was, I mean, horrible for you,
- 40:14Speaker 1: but like such amazing. kind of a great moment for
- 40:19Speaker 1: the cast that really gathered around. And I loved like
- 40:24Speaker 1: the anger.
- 40:26Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 40:27Speaker 1: And then like Alexia being like, I knew it. And like,
- 40:30Speaker 1: you know, with the accent, like there was something like
- 40:32Speaker 1: very empowering about it in such a real moment, because
- 40:37Speaker 1: sometimes as someone that's been a fan of Real Housewives
- 40:40Speaker 1: from the very beginning and You know, there's certain things
- 40:44Speaker 1: that have lost authenticity along the way just because the
- 40:47Speaker 1: people that are on the show have been watching them
- 40:50Speaker 1: for 15 years. And they do start to perform or
- 40:54Speaker 1: believe they have to bring something that it doesn't exist
- 40:57Speaker 1: or the cast is more casted and it's not real
- 41:01Speaker 1: friends or whatever. So that moment where they really gathered
- 41:04Speaker 1: around you and you were just like broken and just
- 41:06Speaker 1: spilling the beans, it was like, I mean, that was,
- 41:10Speaker 1: you know, so... just so real.
- 41:14Speaker 2: It was, it was honestly, I was hiding this and trying,
- 41:17Speaker 2: I didn't know how long I could hide it for.
- 41:19Speaker 2: I wanted to quit the show when it happened. I
- 41:23Speaker 2: just didn't want to, I was in a really obviously
- 41:28Speaker 2: understandably a very dark, dark place. I, they were trying
- 41:31Speaker 2: to get me to film. I'm like, I can't, I'm
- 41:32Speaker 2: feeling sick. I can't, I can't. Uh, we did a
- 41:35Speaker 2: couple of scenes at the house. We had just put
- 41:37Speaker 2: our dog down, uh, boxer because he had, um, He
- 41:42Speaker 2: had a medical issue that just we couldn't fix at
- 41:45Speaker 2: the end. We tried our best, had to put him down.
- 41:50Speaker 2: And we had to film a scene with the kids
- 41:53Speaker 2: to talk about that. And I was at myself and
- 41:57Speaker 2: everyone knew, the producers, everybody was like, something's off. And
- 42:00Speaker 2: I just didn't want to tell anybody. I finally had
- 42:03Speaker 2: to tell them. I didn't want to go on the
- 42:04Speaker 2: cast trip. They're like, you have to go. This is
- 42:08Speaker 2: our job, you know? I'm like, I can't. I'm sorry.
- 42:11Speaker 2: I can't. I remember one of the producers who I'm very,
- 42:16Speaker 2: very close to literally had to come and almost lift
- 42:20Speaker 2: me off of the floor and help me throw some
- 42:23Speaker 2: stuff in a suitcase. I'm like, I can't do this.
- 42:26Speaker 2: And then I went because I had to go. It's
- 42:31Speaker 2: part of my contract.
- 42:31Speaker 1: I had to go.
- 42:34Speaker 2: And now, what am I going to do? I just
- 42:36Speaker 2: didn't know what to do. I was so confused.
- 42:40Speaker 1: And was there any time to obviously... A few years later,
- 42:44Speaker 1: which I just was saying this on my Patreon the
- 42:47Speaker 1: other day, I said, you know, out of all my
- 42:50Speaker 1: friends that have gotten divorced, it can be horrible. But
- 42:55Speaker 1: I said, I don't know anybody that three years later
- 43:00Speaker 1: isn't in a better place. I don't know what those
- 43:02Speaker 1: three years are going to be like. But like every
- 43:07Speaker 1: single person I know is like, thank God it happened.
- 43:10Speaker 1: you know, sure, I have some regrets along the way
- 43:13Speaker 1: or not, but like three years later, like, so obviously
- 43:16Speaker 1: you're in a much better place. You're, you've been with
- 43:19Speaker 1: your current fiance now for a few years.
- 43:24Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 43:26Speaker 1: But I just wonder, like, were there any moments in just,
- 43:30Speaker 1: you know, not believing it's true that did you have
- 43:32Speaker 1: any regrets of like, maybe if I had never become
- 43:35Speaker 1: a public figure? Maybe if I never brought cameras into
- 43:38Speaker 1: the home, maybe this, did you ever think anything like that?
- 43:41Speaker 2: No, I think it would have happened without, with or
- 43:43Speaker 2: without the cameras.
- 43:45Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 43:46Speaker 2: For sure. Like, you know, the parties didn't help all
- 43:49Speaker 2: of the eyes on our life. You know, there's a
- 43:51Speaker 2: lot of, you know, a certain type of woman, female
- 43:55Speaker 2: that like it's attracted to Miami and those parties. And
- 44:00Speaker 2: I didn't, I didn't love those parties.
- 44:01Speaker 1: So how often would the parties happen that you guys
- 44:04Speaker 1: would host? where it was just like.
- 44:06Speaker 2: Halloween party was the most important one. And, um, I
- 44:10Speaker 2: never loved them because I just didn't want to be
- 44:15Speaker 2: a part of my husband communicating with all of these,
- 44:19Speaker 2: you know, 20 something single women having to invite them.
- 44:22Speaker 2: I thought that was weird. I'm like, can't we just
- 44:24Speaker 2: like maybe have your office do the inviting or maybe
- 44:27Speaker 2: have a joint page, which actually he has now with
- 44:30Speaker 2: his ex fiance, uh, where we can both kind of communicate.
- 44:35Speaker 2: and do the invites there or have someone at his
- 44:38Speaker 2: office like running the invitation lists.
- 44:41Speaker 1: What was the point? Was it a profitable party? Was
- 44:44Speaker 1: it to PR for the plastic surgery or was it
- 44:46Speaker 1: just fun?
- 44:47Speaker 2: Oh, in the beginning when I was doing it with
- 44:51Speaker 2: him at the old house, I incorporated charities like Make-A-Wish.
- 44:55Speaker 2: I love Make-A-Wish, the Humane Society. We made over like
- 45:01Speaker 2: quarter of a million dollars, I think we would raise money.
- 45:05Speaker 2: for that, you know, everything was, was open bar.
- 45:08Speaker 1: But wait, I just, I have a question. So how
- 45:10Speaker 1: would you raise the money? Like people would want to
- 45:13Speaker 1: come to the hottest party of the year and therefore
- 45:15Speaker 1: the tickets would be $ 500 a person and then they
- 45:17Speaker 1: could go or how?
- 45:18Speaker 2: Just whatever donation. And we would have the actual Make-A-Wish volunteers.
- 45:25Speaker 2: I had nothing to do with them. Scott brought them in.
- 45:27Speaker 2: I just, you know, opened my home up with Make-A-Wish
- 45:31Speaker 2: and I had their people come in and collect the money.
- 45:34Speaker 2: So Make-A-Wish or Humane Society. And we raised a lot
- 45:38Speaker 2: of money. But then my ex didn't want to do
- 45:41Speaker 2: that because it was just inviting just anybody. So he
- 45:45Speaker 2: didn't want to do that anymore. I wanted to do it,
- 45:47Speaker 2: but he didn't want to continue. To make it more exclusive,
- 45:50Speaker 2: I guess.
- 45:51Speaker 1: So that was more exclusive. And Halloween is always a
- 45:54Speaker 1: slutty time. So, you know, dressing scantily at Halloween is
- 45:58Speaker 1: nothing that is of suspect. But is it because of
- 46:02Speaker 1: these like sexy Halloween parties that you guys would have
- 46:05Speaker 1: that the rumors began that you guys were swingers?
- 46:10Speaker 2: Yeah. You know, that that was so strange to me because.
- 46:15Speaker 2: I am not that I don't do that. But yeah,
- 46:20Speaker 2: that was rumor for many, many, many years because of
- 46:23Speaker 2: these scantily clad women all over the house. They were single.
- 46:27Speaker 2: Some of them were porn stars. There was a lot
- 46:29Speaker 2: of like OnlyFans girls. And, you know, so I get
- 46:32Speaker 2: why people would think that, understandably. But I believe it,
- 46:37Speaker 2: you know, it brought in a lot of business for Lenny,
- 46:39Speaker 2: you know?
- 46:40Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 46:41Speaker 2: He did get a lot of business through this, I guess,
- 46:44Speaker 2: networking party.
- 46:46Speaker 1: And so then in that, that is where he met
- 46:51Speaker 1: the woman who he got engaged to and then they
- 46:54Speaker 1: broke up. but are they back together now? I've seen,
- 46:56Speaker 1: I've seen it. They, where are they now? Him and
- 47:01Speaker 1: the current girl.
- 47:02Speaker 2: They're not together.
- 47:03Speaker 1: They're not. Okay.
- 47:04Speaker 2: They're looking up for maybe the third, fourth, the fifth time.
- 47:08Speaker 2: I don't know, but yeah, I think the initial time
- 47:11Speaker 2: it's over for now.
- 47:12Speaker 1: Okay.
- 47:14Speaker 2: What the future holds.
- 47:15Speaker 1: Yeah. But, and then, so that we got to see,
- 47:19Speaker 1: there was a little bit of talk among the girls
- 47:22Speaker 1: that they were at parties and they would either see
- 47:25Speaker 1: them together or see her and were like, Oh my God,
- 47:29Speaker 1: how do we warn you? I mean, were you ever
- 47:33Speaker 1: scared that maybe somehow like she would try to weasel
- 47:36Speaker 1: her way onto the show?
- 47:37Speaker 2: I think that that was the goal all along. I
- 47:40Speaker 2: think that she saw an opportunity and she wanted to
- 47:46Speaker 2: be famous. I think she was on, um, The Hills, maybe?
- 47:50Speaker 2: She was on that show as.
- 47:52Speaker 1: Oh my God, no, wait, I think you were. You're right,
- 47:55Speaker 1: because when I was interviewing Spencer Pratt, who's a good
- 47:58Speaker 1: friend of mine, like a few years ago, he's like, no,
- 48:02Speaker 1: we know that girl.
- 48:03Speaker 2: The Jenner son.
- 48:05Speaker 1: Brody.
- 48:06Speaker 2: She was married, too, by the way. She was married,
- 48:09Speaker 2: had a boyfriend, and was fully trying to get on
- 48:11Speaker 2: that show.
- 48:13Speaker 1: Yeah, so there was something that she, yeah, was talking
- 48:17Speaker 1: to them.
- 48:17Speaker 2: Clout chaser.
- 48:18Speaker 1: Yeah. And so in that in the time that they
- 48:23Speaker 1: were together and with your two kids, obviously they got
- 48:29Speaker 1: to spend time with her. Yeah. And was that OK?
- 48:33Speaker 2: I don't know how much I should comment on that.
- 48:35Speaker 2: But for me, it was not OK. For many, many reasons.
- 48:41Speaker 1: Yes. But, you know, it's very hard thing to do.
- 48:45Speaker 1: You can't really like control everything. who they hang out
- 48:50Speaker 1: with unless there's something bigger there, which let's get into
- 48:55Speaker 1: your venture, which I think sounds amazing, which is, it's
- 49:00Speaker 1: called Split Well.
- 49:01Speaker 2: Split Well. Right?
- 49:03Speaker 1: Because you're splitting up, but you want to do it well.
- 49:07Speaker 2: Want to do it well. Don't we all want that?
- 49:10Speaker 2: That's what I want for everybody. That is why I
- 49:12Speaker 2: developed this app. I don't want anyone to go through
- 49:17Speaker 2: what I went through.
- 49:19Speaker 1: So tell us about the app a little bit and
- 49:22Speaker 1: how it works for people.
- 49:23Speaker 2: I'm actually going to even show you the app.
- 49:26Speaker 1: Okay.
- 49:27Speaker 2: And actually, we are launching tomorrow, which is super exciting.
- 49:31Speaker 2: My team and I have worked on this for the
- 49:35Speaker 2: last year and a half. It's been... a lot of
- 49:39Speaker 2: work and I'm super proud of it. And I think
- 49:41Speaker 2: it's going to help so many women, so many people.
- 49:45Speaker 2: I wish I had it when I was going through
- 49:46Speaker 2: my divorce. I think it would have saved me so
- 49:49Speaker 2: much money, so much pain, anxiety, and just, you know,
- 49:56Speaker 2: helped me understand my documents, understand how to choose a lawyer.
- 50:01Speaker 2: And so these are some of the tools that we
- 50:04Speaker 2: have in our app right now. We have four tools,
- 50:09Speaker 2: which we will be expanding on in the next coming
- 50:12Speaker 2: months and the next version. So we have the recommended attorneys.
- 50:17Speaker 2: That's for me, that was the hardest to choose an attorney.
- 50:22Speaker 2: So right now we have four major states, Texas, California, Florida,
- 50:28Speaker 2: and New York. So we had to scour the country
- 50:33Speaker 2: to find the best lawyers that are ethical and that
- 50:37Speaker 2: have the same goal as everyone else does, which is
- 50:41Speaker 2: to try to have a, you know, a painless, as
- 50:45Speaker 2: painless as possible divorce. The next feature, the chat advocate
- 50:52Speaker 2: is almost like having an expert or someone that's like
- 50:56Speaker 2: a best friend that will stop you from saying something
- 51:00Speaker 2: you can't take back because once you, stop the conversation
- 51:05Speaker 2: with your partner and there's no going back. You're literally
- 51:08Speaker 2: handing that over to your lawyers and that costs a
- 51:12Speaker 2: lot of money. So this chat advocate is there to deescalate,
- 51:18Speaker 2: deescalate the chat, deescalate the conflict and just help that conversation.
- 51:24Speaker 1: I love that. I mean, it's very true. You know,
- 51:27Speaker 1: you need a friend, but sometimes a friend isn't is
- 51:31Speaker 1: not who you need because sometimes they can't be trusted.
- 51:33Speaker 1: Sometimes they're playing, you know, I mean, the Kyle Durit
- 51:38Speaker 1: and PK situation on Beverly Hills can get icky. Also,
- 51:43Speaker 1: sometimes you exhaust your friend, your free friend. And or
- 51:48Speaker 1: sometimes when you're going through a divorce and you're sharing everything,
- 51:53Speaker 1: it can be a little weirdly contagious or people believe
- 51:57Speaker 1: it's contagious. And so by you sharing, sharing, sharing, sometimes
- 52:03Speaker 1: it can affect your friends' relationships with their husbands or
- 52:07Speaker 1: because of it, they, they abandon you. So I think
- 52:12Speaker 1: it's really important to have, yeah, I think it's really
- 52:15Speaker 1: important to have another outlet. Like you said, that's not a,
- 52:19Speaker 1: not your sister, not your best friend, not the mom
- 52:21Speaker 1: at the school, you know, like a.
- 52:24Speaker 2: Vault, you know, like an expert. Yeah. friend vault that
- 52:28Speaker 2: is not going to let you ruin this relationship and
- 52:33Speaker 2: have to go get the lawyers to figure out all
- 52:35Speaker 2: your problems. Okay, great. And then you have the meeting advocate.
- 52:39Speaker 2: So this is basically a note taker, an expert, another,
- 52:44Speaker 2: you have a team of experts in Spitwell. So this
- 52:47Speaker 2: note taker is sitting with you in your meetings, in
- 52:50Speaker 2: your phone calls, is taking all of your notes, analyzing
- 52:55Speaker 2: all of your documents, and helping you make the best
- 52:58Speaker 2: decisions for your specific case. And then we go to
- 53:03Speaker 2: the document advocate where you can upload all of your paperwork,
- 53:08Speaker 2: all of your legal documents. You can upload your prenup,
- 53:12Speaker 2: your postnup, your MSA, which is your marital settlement agreement.
- 53:16Speaker 2: You can upload your parenting plan, all of these very
- 53:21Speaker 2: important documents and Honestly, like mine was about 80 pages long.
- 53:26Speaker 2: So it's incredibly difficult to go and find exactly what
- 53:30Speaker 2: section or whatever answer I need. So here you have
- 53:34Speaker 2: your expert helping you find the answers that you might have.
- 53:38Speaker 2: So instead of, you know, asking every little question, calling
- 53:42Speaker 2: your lawyer, racking up those bills, you can just go
- 53:45Speaker 2: into the document advocate and you can ask the questions
- 53:48Speaker 2: and it will give you the answers.
- 53:50Speaker 1: So speaking of which, we also saw on the show,
- 53:53Speaker 1: that he, your ex, decides to buy you a house,
- 54:00Speaker 1: but that you can live there. He would own it,
- 54:05Speaker 1: but you could never move in a man that's not
- 54:09Speaker 1: your child.
- 54:11Speaker 5: So.
- 54:13Speaker 2: We changed that. We made some changes.
- 54:17Speaker 1: Now, if you would have asked Splitwell if that was
- 54:19Speaker 1: a great idea.
- 54:21Speaker 2: Oh, Splitwell would have had my back, would have saved
- 54:23Speaker 2: me from that. You know, Splitwell, that's what I mean.
- 54:27Speaker 2: I wish I had Splitwell to help me make better decisions. Right.
- 54:32Speaker 2: Gave me a lot of money and a lot of
- 54:35Speaker 2: time and made better decisions.
- 54:37Speaker 1: So where did that, where are you now with your
- 54:40Speaker 1: own situation that you can share as far as how
- 54:44Speaker 1: close are you? Did you guys finally get divorced or no?
- 54:47Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 54:48Speaker 2: Oh, you did?
- 54:48Speaker 1: Yeah, we are.
- 54:50Speaker 2: We are officially divorced as of November of last year, 2024.
- 54:54Speaker 2: But it doesn't end there. I know you're not divorced.
- 54:58Speaker 2: You're happily married.
- 54:59Speaker 1: I've been married 25 years, but I do feel like
- 55:01Speaker 1: half of people get divorced. That's been like that for
- 55:05Speaker 1: a really long time. And I think there's There's just
- 55:13Speaker 1: some really– there's some things, yeah, that if it can
- 55:16Speaker 1: be helpful, you know. I didn't know what your app was,
- 55:20Speaker 1: but I know there's, you know, other times where people
- 55:23Speaker 1: communicate with their spouse through like a court-appointed thing to
- 55:27Speaker 1: kind of keep track so that nobody says disparaging, awful things.
- 55:34Speaker 1: And then this is almost like your situation with Flitwell.
- 55:37Speaker 1: So this is something that you could even– get before
- 55:42Speaker 1: you're getting divorced, right? And just kind of like.
- 55:45Speaker 2: You know, even if you're contemplating divorce, even if you've
- 55:49Speaker 2: been divorced for years, even, you know, it's literally for anybody.
- 55:53Speaker 2: It's free. You have nothing to lose. It's free for
- 55:55Speaker 2: right now. We want to get as many users as
- 55:58Speaker 2: possible because I want their, we want their feedback. My
- 56:01Speaker 2: team and I want the feedback so we can just
- 56:04Speaker 2: make it that much better. You know, whatever we feel
- 56:08Speaker 2: that people need to know, we want to incorporate that
- 56:12Speaker 2: into the app. Do you know how much the industry is?
- 56:17Speaker 2: The divorce industry, like how much?
- 56:20Speaker 1: No, do tell.
- 56:21Speaker 2: 50 billion.
- 56:22Speaker 1: 50 billion. Wow. That is a lot. Yeah.
- 56:26Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 56:27Speaker 2: 50 billion that's going into the lawyer's pockets and it's
- 56:32Speaker 2: coming out of everyone else's pockets. So if Splitwell can
- 56:36Speaker 2: save at least 5% or 10%, and just help people
- 56:39Speaker 2: and help families and help put that money back into
- 56:42Speaker 2: the children's future or their future, whatever it is, like,
- 56:46Speaker 2: that's what we're here to do. We want, we want
- 56:48Speaker 2: to help people because divorce is devastating. It's the worst
- 56:52Speaker 2: thing next to death. You can, you can deal with
- 56:55Speaker 2: in your lifetime.
- 56:57Speaker 1: And where, how are you with your ex mother-in-law? Cause
- 57:00Speaker 1: that was kind of, that was also a really interesting
- 57:03Speaker 1: thing to see, you know, when you are Um, at
- 57:07Speaker 1: first it seemed she was, you know, just appalled and
- 57:10Speaker 1: it is her son, however. And, you know, so it
- 57:14Speaker 1: seemed like she was supportive of you. I do think
- 57:17Speaker 1: it's a hard position to be in. Obviously it's your
- 57:21Speaker 1: child and what are you going to do? And also
- 57:24Speaker 1: a man, if it's a son, you know, and you
- 57:27Speaker 1: got to stick with your kid, but it was sad
- 57:29Speaker 1: to see your situation. How is there any repair in
- 57:33Speaker 1: that with your mother-in-law?
- 57:35Speaker 2: We haven't spoken since that day, I think. I don't think...
- 57:41Speaker 2: I haven't seen her and I haven't spoken to her
- 57:44Speaker 2: since that day. I think everyone saw on the show.
- 57:50Speaker 2: I believe that she was, you know, kind of getting
- 57:55Speaker 2: cozy with the now ex. And I've heard that she...
- 58:01Speaker 2: she now kind of saw through it. Like she, she
- 58:03Speaker 2: understands what was going on. You know, they, everyone eventually figures,
- 58:07Speaker 2: figures it out. But no, we, it's, it's very sad
- 58:10Speaker 2: because I've known her for so long. She's, the kids
- 58:13Speaker 2: see her all the time. She's, she is very helpful
- 58:16Speaker 2: with the kids, I have to say. But I don't,
- 58:19Speaker 2: I don't, I don't see her. And it's just, it's
- 58:23Speaker 2: a loss. Like the whole thing is like a loss,
- 58:24Speaker 2: you know?
- 58:25Speaker 1: I think it's, yeah, I think that's always the thing
- 58:28Speaker 1: people don't think about, like how hard that really, is
- 58:32Speaker 1: to maintain a relationship with your child's ex when there's
- 58:37Speaker 1: kids and it's contentious. Of course, it can be done.
- 58:41Speaker 1: And then there's this moment, I would think, if I
- 58:44Speaker 1: was in her position where I still just want to
- 58:49Speaker 1: be with my son and my kids. So it's like
- 58:52Speaker 1: if he's making me choose, then I'm just going to
- 58:55Speaker 1: make the best out of the situation, even though she
- 58:57Speaker 1: might have had real love for you. You know, she's
- 59:00Speaker 1: an older woman.
- 59:01Speaker 2: You'll love for me, but I believe that I eventually
- 59:05Speaker 2: won her over once the kids came along.
- 59:07Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 59:08Speaker 2: We had a different relationship, you know, we were never perfect, but, uh, I,
- 59:13Speaker 2: I mean, I, I wish things didn't go down the
- 59:16Speaker 2: way they did. I think it's best in the best
- 59:19Speaker 2: interest of the kids. If we could all just, you know,
- 59:23Speaker 2: get along, hope parents and just not have all of
- 59:26Speaker 2: this drama. I don't want it. Um, I just want happiness.
- 59:30Speaker 2: And I'm trying to be that. And I am happy. Finally,
- 59:34Speaker 2: I'm on the other side. Finally, thank God for anyone
- 59:37Speaker 2: out there. This is like beginning stages for you. Just
- 59:40Speaker 2: know that you will get to the other side and
- 59:42Speaker 2: it does get better. And if you're using split well,
- 59:45Speaker 2: it's going to help you that much more.
- 59:46Speaker 1: And have things gotten better? Like with, are the, the
- 59:51Speaker 1: co-parenting exchanges, like, do you have a pattern down that's like,
- 59:55Speaker 1: you know, maybe less contact and a little more seamless?
- 59:59Speaker 1: Are you still working on that with your ex?
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: You know, you're going to have to communicate about the
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: kids no matter what. I have very young kids. And
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: when this happened, they were two and six at the time.
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: Now they're five and nine. But there's always something that
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: comes up and we have to make joint decisions.
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: Like schools and yeah.
- 1:00:19Speaker 3: We do.
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: But you know what? These parenting plans are never... they're
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: never thorough enough. They're very vague. So there's a lot
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: of issues that come up that's not in the parenting
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: plan and you wish you had put that into the
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: parenting plan. And again, if I had had this AI-powered
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: app split well, I would have made better decisions. I
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: would have put certain things in my parenting plan that
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: I would not have known about.
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: What's a couple of things that like you didn't think would,
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: could cause a fight that you wish you would have
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: put in writing?
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: Oh, like, like the birthday parties, for example. Yeah. You
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: meaning with the parenting plan?
- 1:01:02Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: Yeah. So what you would have, you would have put
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: in what, like each, you know, every other year you
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: get it on.
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: Like, you know, we have, I'm not going to go
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: too deep into it, but we have something where, It
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: says we have to agree on the camps, like summer
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: camps and any of that. And Lenny is responsible to
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: take care of those camps. But if they're not camps,
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: according to him, if it's, you know, it's not the
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: definition of, I don't know, a school extracurricular camp. I mean,
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: if it's like a cooking class or something, which the
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: kids enjoy, then he doesn't want to pay for it.
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: Because to him, that's not a camp, but it is.
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: It is a camp. So all of these little things,
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: I wish I had made a little more clear in
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: the parenting plan. There's a bunch more, but I don't
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: know how long you have. I could be here all day.
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: I mean, I always think of just having... to you.
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: What is the uniform? Now you've got to specify, okay,
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: he's taking care of the uniform, but what is the uniform?
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: Is a backpack a part of the uniform? Like little
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: petty things like that. And you know, all of it
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: adds up. And is it that important at the end
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: of the day? No, but you know, people get heated
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: and this is why the chat advocate comes in handy
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: because it, you know, deescalates those conversations.
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: I also think if you can afford it, is because
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: it seems to always be a thing, but if you
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: could afford it to buy two basketball uniforms, two school uniforms,
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: the shoes, the cleats, the whatever, and have them both
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: have a matching set at each parent's because you are,
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: there is going to be, someone's going to forget. And
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: was it the dad's fault, the nanny's fault, the kid's fault?
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: You've got to, and you know, And the kid doesn't
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: want to like get in trouble for forgetting or you
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: know what I mean? And so I do think that
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: is expensive for most people. But I always thought, God,
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: if you could afford to just have double, that could
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: save some heartache.
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: For sure. If you can do that, absolutely do it.
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: Because it's quite annoying to like, you know, have everything
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: go back and forth and you forget things. So we
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: do have that. But, you know, there's always something that
- 1:03:25Speaker 2: comes up and I have to refer to the Parenting plan.
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: And because it says agreed upon, you'll say, no, but
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: I didn't agree. I didn't agree to that. And so
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: then it's a problem. And then you have to go.
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: And is it worth it to fight it? Sometimes it's
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: just not. So, yeah, the parenting plan is very important.
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: You really have to think about the parenting plan and
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: the changes that will happen when you have young kids
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: all the way until they're 18 or 21 years old.
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: Because they're going to have a different set of needs
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: when they're 15 and 16 than they do right now.
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: Right. And once they can decide, you know, yeah, I
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: know it's my weekend with dad, but it's my friend's
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: birthday and we're all going to Disney World, you know.
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: And then that has to be worked out and the
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: dad has to realize it's not you turning the kid
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: against him. It's the child has a social life and
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: she needs to properly– communicate with the dad and the
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: dad can't be sensitive and you can't be sensitive. And
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: so it's like, there, there's so, there's so much with it.
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: But before I let you go, so we've got, you
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: filmed the season. It's going to air. What, what June 11th,
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: what have you loved most about being a real housewife?
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: What's the best thing about it?
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: I think the platform being able to, you know, have
- 1:04:52Speaker 2: split well and helping people. Like I think that's what
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: the platform should be used for. And I feel like
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: this is not a vanity project. This is a passion
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: project and it's coming from my own experience and just
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: women's experience. I have had so many DMS from so
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: many women and like horror stories. So just being able
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: to help people and now use my platform for better.
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: I know there's a lot of bickering and fighting and
- 1:05:18Speaker 2: people love to see that, but I love that I'm
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: able to do something positive. And I really hope that
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: it really helps a lot of people. I think that's,
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: I think that's the best about being a housewife and
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: having this huge platform.
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: And what's the worst thing about it?
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: Oh my God. Like all of the fighting, all of the,
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: you know, petty bickering. I get anxious so many times
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: going into like group settings when you know there's going
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: to be something, something's going to pop off. You know,
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: and that's, I don't like that. Like, I've never really
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: had a fight with any of the women, really. It's
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: always been, I've always been very neutral in the, you know,
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: from day one, from the moment I got on the show.
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: And this season is very different. This season, I actually
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: have some issues. You know, for the last three years,
- 1:06:12Speaker 2: it's been Lenny. That's my ex. That's who my enemy was.
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: And now nobody wants to hear about Lenny anymore. We
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: get it. Noted, right? So now, you know, it's really
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: the group friend dynamic has really shifted. And in episode one,
- 1:06:32Speaker 2: it pops off right away. So, yeah, like we get
- 1:06:37Speaker 2: into it right away.
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: Good. Well, I mean, look, it's a really fun city
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: to watch, right? You know, I love when the city
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: is also gorgeous. So, you know, that's what I loved
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: about New York. That's what I love about Beverly Hills.
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: It's like, you know, the girls can be great, but
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: when the girls are great and the fashion's fun and
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: the city is beautiful to look at. Miami is, you know,
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: so good.
- 1:07:05Speaker 2: I love that, too. I love watching to see, what
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: are they wearing? Let me see where they live. Like,
- 1:07:10Speaker 2: I want to see all the glam, the glitz. I
- 1:07:11Speaker 2: want to see all of it. And I want to
- 1:07:13Speaker 2: see a little bit of fighting, but not too much.
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: I also want to see real partnerships.
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: So are we going to see, like, a wedding or
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: anything coming up for you? Where do you stand with
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: your boyfriend, Jodi, your fiancé?
- 1:07:25Speaker 2: I'm not sure yet. We don't know. We have to
- 1:07:30Speaker 2: discuss that a little more.
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: But you are... But you are engaged, right?
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: No.
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: Oh, you're not engaged.
- 1:07:36Speaker 2: Do you want to say hi? Come on over and
- 1:07:38Speaker 2: say hi. You want to ask him?
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: I really, I thought that you were, I couldn't remember. Oh,
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: you're so cute. So, um, you guys have a great
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: relationship and how did you meet?
- 1:07:55Speaker 6: Um, I, I slid into her DMs.
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: Oh, so were you watching the show?
- 1:08:00Speaker 3: No.
- 1:08:00Speaker 6: Um, I just had heard from our, cause I just
- 1:08:05Speaker 6: lived over on the next island. And so I had
- 1:08:07Speaker 6: heard from some of my friends that she had, that
- 1:08:09Speaker 6: her and Lenny had broke up and I had like,
- 1:08:12Speaker 6: everybody knew who they were. And then I, I just
- 1:08:15Speaker 6: broke up with my ex and I was like, huh,
- 1:08:19Speaker 6: maybe I'll, maybe I'll like, who am I going to date?
- 1:08:21Speaker 6: Maybe I'll, maybe I'll try her.
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: So then I DM'd her.
- 1:08:23Speaker 6: I didn't realize that that was like a long shot, really.
- 1:08:25Speaker 6: I don't know. I, I haven't like dated a lot
- 1:08:28Speaker 6: of people, you know, I was in a, almost a
- 1:08:30Speaker 6: 20 year relationship. And then a six year relationship and Lisa.
- 1:08:34Speaker 2: And by the way, his ex-wife and I are like
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: really close friends.
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: That's so nice.
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: And she was, they were married for 14 years. Then he,
- 1:08:45Speaker 2: you know, for six years, he had another relationship. You know,
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: the first one you never get along with, you know,
- 1:08:50Speaker 2: maybe the second one after it's probably easier. You know,
- 1:08:54Speaker 2: the dust has settled by then, but his ex is great.
- 1:08:59Speaker 2: And her husband is great. They take my children out
- 1:09:02Speaker 2: to the movies. If we're not here, they come over
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: for Christmas. Yeah. We've done trips together. We have done
- 1:09:07Speaker 2: ski trips together. It's like, we're like a little family
- 1:09:10Speaker 2: and I love it.
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: Do you have children too? Yeah.
- 1:09:13Speaker 2: Yeah. She's here today.
- 1:09:15Speaker 6: So I have a 16 year old.
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: Oh, that's great.
- 1:09:18Speaker 2: Part of the reason why I.
- 1:09:19Speaker 6: Like to take things, you know, you don't want to make,
- 1:09:23Speaker 6: you know, anything too traumatic. So we, we took a
- 1:09:26Speaker 6: year and a half before we moved in together, you know,
- 1:09:28Speaker 6: now we've moved in together. Now, now we're kind of,
- 1:09:31Speaker 6: I wanted to see, I want to make sure she
- 1:09:32Speaker 6: was getting divorced.
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: That was important. Right.
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: Cause I mean, I, I totally clowned my ex for
- 1:09:38Speaker 2: getting engaged while he was still married. Do you remember that?
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: Yeah. So, I mean, I think that's good. I don't
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: think there has to be like any, rush either I
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: think you know especially when there's kids involved and stuff
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: it's like but I think it it was great because
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: that was another thing where it was like I mean
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: we're all watching it at home and we're like rooting
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: for you but at the same time we're like Lisa
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: like this is gonna be a lot for the boyfriend
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: like maybe he doesn't maybe he can't take this anymore
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: you know like.
- 1:10:11Speaker 6: Part of it too because I was like can I
- 1:10:12Speaker 6: make it through this like it was It was just
- 1:10:15Speaker 6: Lenny coming at her and this girlfriend of his just
- 1:10:19Speaker 6: coming at her the entire time. And I was catching
- 1:10:22Speaker 6: a lot of the shrapnel coming off of that and
- 1:10:25Speaker 6: helping her through the whole thing, you know, because it
- 1:10:27Speaker 6: was just amazing how much she got picked on.
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:10:32Speaker 2: He protects me a lot. Like he really has been
- 1:10:36Speaker 2: such a support for me. I don't know how I
- 1:10:38Speaker 2: could have gone through all of this without him. Like
- 1:10:41Speaker 2: he's talked me off the ledge many times.
- 1:10:43Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:10:45Speaker 2: You know, but you know, people don't understand our relationship
- 1:10:48Speaker 2: and you're going to see that in this season too.
- 1:10:51Speaker 2: The poor guy gets beat up way too much and
- 1:10:53Speaker 2: he doesn't deserve it. He's the nicest guy in the world.
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: He doesn't raise, I don't think he, he's never raises
- 1:10:59Speaker 2: his voice. Like he's the, he's the calmest guy ever.
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: The nicest guy, most supportive guy.
- 1:11:03Speaker 6: And I'm not trying to be a cast member. You know,
- 1:11:05Speaker 6: I never wanted to be on the show. I don't
- 1:11:07Speaker 6: want to be, I didn't want to be a cast member.
- 1:11:08Speaker 6: I'm not getting paid to be on the show.
- 1:11:10Speaker 2: I don't, He's doing me a favor.
- 1:11:12Speaker 6: I didn't expect that everything was going to happen the
- 1:11:16Speaker 6: way that it ends up going down this season.
- 1:11:18Speaker 2: I asked him, I said, you know, I'm on the show.
- 1:11:22Speaker 2: I'm a little worried for you. Are you sure you
- 1:11:25Speaker 2: want to? I was like, how bad can it be? Yeah,
- 1:11:28Speaker 2: he said, how bad can it be? And now it's bad.
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: How do you, though, go on with your life without
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: an episode airing And based on the edit and based
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: on where they're steering the story, you guys get, you know,
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: you open your phone and people are assuming things that
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: are not correct. And you, like, how do you keep
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: yourself from, like, wanting to defend yourself and just turning
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: off your phone? Or do you not? Do you get
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: engaged with talking to fans?
- 1:12:01Speaker 6: I mean, I would prefer to not even watch the episodes.
- 1:12:05Speaker 6: I tried to not watch as much as I could.
- 1:12:08Speaker 6: but she likes for me to watch them with her.
- 1:12:12Speaker 6: But when it comes to the, yeah, it was really
- 1:12:15Speaker 6: shocking to me when I, when I read things that
- 1:12:17Speaker 6: are completely off the wall and you get all these
- 1:12:20Speaker 6: people supporting and believing it. Like for example, there was
- 1:12:23Speaker 6: a story that came out that, that, that my ex wasn't,
- 1:12:27Speaker 6: wasn't my girlfriend.
- 1:12:28Speaker 2: She was my wife. And I was like, What? Like,
- 1:12:32Speaker 2: go look it up. And there was another one that
- 1:12:33Speaker 2: I've used. I've used the real home record of Miami.
- 1:12:37Speaker 2: Like all these fake stories that we tried to ignore
- 1:12:40Speaker 2: because these people want clout, right? Like all of them,
- 1:12:43Speaker 2: they're just like leeches. They're just trying to get in there.
- 1:12:46Speaker 6: It was just a shock to me how the whole
- 1:12:47Speaker 6: world works around this stuff. Like I wasn't that familiar
- 1:12:50Speaker 6: with all of it, you know?
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:12:52Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: I mean, it's just in the world that we live in,
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: everyone can have an opinion and they can put it
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: in writing and they can put it under a, under
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: a photo, which then that comment might also spark another
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: story of just some random saying, I know the truth.
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: And then that going down a rabbit hole. So, I mean,
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: it's very different from when people signed up for the
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: show 15 years ago. I'm sure you, I mean, even
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: with you, Lisa, I mean, I'm sure it's such, you
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: used to just have to do those little like blogs
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: yourself and then wait till the reunion to confront each other.
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: And now it's like, Oh, yeah.
- 1:13:26Speaker 2: We had to write a little diary after every episode
- 1:13:30Speaker 2: and then put it up on the website. And now
- 1:13:33Speaker 2: we have everyone else doing it for us and podcast.
- 1:13:36Speaker 2: And it's like become a whole thing with social media.
- 1:13:39Speaker 2: It's its own animal.
- 1:13:41Speaker 6: Right.
- 1:13:42Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: Which, you know, look, I have always loved the show. So,
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: I mean, I'm one of those people that have made
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: this a part of my podcast along with like pop
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: culture and comedy and stuff. So I see it, but
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: I also... you know, understand how hard it is too,
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: because at a certain point I've had that happen to me.
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: And I'm like, that's not true. How am I, you know?
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: And then I'm like, well, I guess I deserve it.
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: Cause I've talked about like you guys. So I do think,
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: you know, the more that you can get to a
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: place of like, this would be my advice to anyone
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: is just like, even though it seems like it's so
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: huge and the whole world is talking about it, it
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: still is this like, weird niche thing and they do
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: move on and time will always get you to the truth.
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: And in the meantime, I just wouldn't like let it
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: keep you up at night or ruin a whole day
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: by looking at your phone or what, you know?
- 1:14:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:14:37Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:14:38Speaker 6: I think, I think what makes it hard is because
- 1:14:41Speaker 6: I have, um, I, well, I had a pretty public
- 1:14:43Speaker 6: life as a tech founder and I have to try
- 1:14:47Speaker 6: to balance that. And so I, I don't, you know, my,
- 1:14:50Speaker 6: my main, uh, business for the last, I don't know,
- 1:14:54Speaker 6: 15 years has been selling software to law firms actually.
- 1:14:59Speaker 6: So like, you know, I really don't want, you know,
- 1:15:03Speaker 6: all this kind of stuff getting skewed in one direction
- 1:15:05Speaker 6: or another. I would, I'd like to get as little
- 1:15:07Speaker 6: camera time as possible.
- 1:15:08Speaker 2: Sorry for bringing you into that.
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: But I always wonder, you know, cause it's like, you know,
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: if you fall in love with a woman on the housewives, you,
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: you have to agree to be on it. And then
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: you get all these women watching that are criticizing either
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: you're too involved or you're not involved enough or you
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: want to be a housewife or you're being aloof. Listen,
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: a lot of people are miserable that watch the show
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: and they don't really want to see. They probably will
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: love you more, Lisa, when you are crying as like
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: a shell of yourself. than what we're probably going to
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: see this season now that you're doing better. You know,
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: there's going to be people like me and other people
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: that are going to like love it. And then there's
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: going to be people that just will come out of
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: the troll bridge and just be kind of mad that
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: like they just don't want it. They don't want because,
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: you know, when they related when you were suffering because they,
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: you know, weren't in a happy place and then you
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: recover from it and you're doing better than ever. So
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: that's a part of it, too. And that can happen
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: with castmates, but it can also just happen with the
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: viewers not being so happy that you're doing better. They
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: like you better when you're crying.
- 1:16:26Speaker 2: It's part of the job, you know?
- 1:16:28Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:16:28Speaker 2: It's part of the job. That's what I signed up for.
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: What would be your advice if someone came to you
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: and said, hey, I've been approached. They're doing a new
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: season somewhere. And I'm contemplating if I should go be
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: a real housewife in whatever, Chicago. What would be your
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: advice to someone thinking of doing it? Okay.
- 1:16:50Speaker 2: So my advice would be don't go on the show
- 1:16:53Speaker 2: if you have things you don't want to get out
- 1:16:56Speaker 2: there because they will come out. I think a lot
- 1:17:01Speaker 2: of people, not a lot of people, but some people
- 1:17:03Speaker 2: make the mistake of thinking they're going to keep these
- 1:17:07Speaker 2: skeletons hidden. Yeah. Somebody always dig them up.
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: So I think that is, like my best advice to
- 1:17:17Speaker 2: give and, you know, have something you actually want to
- 1:17:20Speaker 2: do with the platform. Don't just go and just give
- 1:17:22Speaker 2: away your life for free, you know, try the platform
- 1:17:26Speaker 2: and do something with it.
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: I think that's great. I think that's great advice. I mean,
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: I also think, you know, for younger people that are
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: joining a reality TV, it is a little different for
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: them because especially if there's someone that already has been
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: giving every thought, every moment of their life on social
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: media from like 15 on, and now they're 30 And
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: they want to be entertainment and they're being approached to
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: be on a show. I'm like, yeah, you've got nothing
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: to lose. You know, like I get it. And then
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: I think there's people that haven't been like that and
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: have lived kind of private, wealthy lives. And for them,
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: it's probably not the wisest sometimes to go on the show,
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: you know? Nope.
- 1:18:04Speaker 2: Definitely. Yes. Have I had some regrets? I mean, I
- 1:18:09Speaker 2: would have never done the show if I was... going
- 1:18:12Speaker 2: through the divorce, but I was already, you know, I
- 1:18:15Speaker 2: already signed up years ago. Everything was fine. I was
- 1:18:17Speaker 2: loving it. I was having a blast until I wasn't. Yeah.
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: Right. But then, you know, it's like truly everything happens
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: for a reason. Cause like, look at you now, you
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: are launching this incredible app, which I think is going
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: to be very successful and you're in love and like
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: you have your own thing going and you know, it,
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: Maybe if this show never would have come, you would
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: have just, you know, still been or you would have
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: been divorced and not in a financial place to support yourself.
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: So like, I do see that there's a lot of positives,
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: you know, that happened from it. So like, yeah, your marriage,
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: when the marriage wasn't right anyway, obviously, if he stepped
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: out on you, he was going to step out on
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: you no matter what, that being on a reality show
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: doesn't cause someone to, you know, be, you know, to
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: practice infidelity. So yeah. Anyway, this has been really fun.
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: I loved talking to you. It was really great getting
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: to know you a little bit, Jodi, in your honesty.
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: We're so excited for the season. The app is Splitwell. Lisa,
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: where can they follow you if they aren't already following you?
- 1:19:30Speaker 2: You can follow me at Lisa Hochstein on Instagram, on
- 1:19:33Speaker 2: really every platform, TikTok. I need TikTok followers. I'm just
- 1:19:37Speaker 2: getting on that.
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:19:38Speaker 2: But splitwell.com. Tomorrow the app goes live. It's available for
- 1:19:43Speaker 2: iOS and it will be available for Android in the
- 1:19:47Speaker 2: next coming weeks.
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: Awesome. Thanks so much, you guys. And then hopefully I'll
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: get to hang out with you in person soon. Are
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: you going to BravoCon?
- 1:19:54Speaker 2: Yeah, we're going to. I hope to see you before that.
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: Yeah. Okay, cool. Thanks.
- 1:20:00Speaker 2: Bye.
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: Thanks.
- 1:20:02Speaker 2: Good to see you. Thank you so much.
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: Bye. One reward. Endless choice. Skip the hassle. Reward the
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: easy way.
