- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Let me ask you this. We were talking backstage. There's
- 1:02Speaker 3: a lot of Americans here and we were talking about people,
- 1:07Speaker 3: you know, opportunities in Africa, and we're in Africa, different things,
- 1:11Speaker 3: and you were saying like, this is so many opportunities, right,
- 1:14Speaker 3: So can you speak on that for the Americans that
- 1:17Speaker 3: may want to start businesses or have some investments, you
- 1:21Speaker 3: know what perspective can you can you give them?
- 1:24Speaker 2: Okay?
- 1:24Speaker 4: So, first of all, I think that when people look
- 1:26Speaker 4: at investment opportunities, it's the first thing that they think
- 1:29Speaker 4: about is capital. I don't agree. I think the first
- 1:32Speaker 4: thing you got to think about is an idea, what
- 1:34Speaker 4: it is that you want to do. The way I
- 1:36Speaker 4: see Africa is this. So I see America or the
- 1:40Speaker 4: West as a farm, a very sophisticated farm. They have
- 1:44Speaker 4: all kinds of things planted of the farm. And if
- 1:46Speaker 4: you want to be successful, you need to find a
- 1:48Speaker 4: niche and you have to work at it very hard
- 1:50Speaker 4: before you can plant something for you to grow and
- 1:52Speaker 4: be successful. That's how I see it. And I see
- 1:55Speaker 4: Ghana and Africa as a bear land. You just have
- 1:58Speaker 4: to find a spot, get some cow manio put it there,
- 2:02Speaker 4: plant something that you think you can really sell, sprinkle
- 2:05Speaker 4: some water and then it will work out. So I
- 2:07Speaker 4: feel like there's so much opportunity here. However, we don't
- 2:10Speaker 4: think of any ideas and sometimes you just you figure
- 2:13Speaker 4: it out on the ground. My background is accounted and finance.
- 2:16Speaker 4: I don't know nothing about telecoms. I don't know nothing
- 2:17Speaker 4: about all in gas, but I figured out, you know,
- 2:20Speaker 4: being around, just being in Ghana. So please don't always
- 2:22Speaker 4: think of, oh, I need to find five hundred thousand dollars,
- 2:25Speaker 4: I need to find a hundred thousand dollars. I need
- 2:27Speaker 4: to know just there's so much opportunity here. There are
- 2:30Speaker 4: people that came here with next to nothing.
- 2:33Speaker 3: You gave us a great example of the porter parties.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Yeah, tell us about that.
- 2:36Speaker 3: So, like you were saying, like so many things that
- 2:38Speaker 3: you don't even think about, and then it's like by
- 2:40Speaker 3: the time you actually figure it out, it's already done.
- 2:43Speaker 4: Yeah, because like the porter party situation for them. Yeah.
- 2:45Speaker 4: So because I mean what people want to do is
- 2:47Speaker 4: people want to follow the train. They want to go away.
- 2:51Speaker 4: They hear you know, oh, this line of business is
- 2:53Speaker 4: really successful. By the time you hear there's a really
- 2:55Speaker 4: good line of business, it is over. I mean, I
- 2:58Speaker 4: mean people have made the most of it, and you know,
- 3:00Speaker 4: the entry barrier will be higher, the returns are going
- 3:02Speaker 4: to be lower and stuff. And like I said, it
- 3:04Speaker 4: could be as simple as you know, creating any brand
- 3:07Speaker 4: anything at all from here, you know. So it could
- 3:10Speaker 4: be real estate, it could be you name it. I
- 3:12Speaker 4: mean real estate back ten years ago, fifteen years ago
- 3:15Speaker 4: was way better than I guess than it is today.
- 3:17Speaker 4: And the people that got involved back then, you know,
- 3:20Speaker 4: I think I gave an example. People that jumped on
- 3:22Speaker 4: Tesla back in the day are way better than people
- 3:23Speaker 4: that are trying to jump on Tesla now. But there
- 3:25Speaker 4: are a lot of opportunities. You have to just figure
- 3:28Speaker 4: it out. I don't want to really direct anyone into
- 3:30Speaker 4: any particular space, but it's just so broad and just
- 3:34Speaker 4: think about it this way. It's bare land. You basically
- 3:38Speaker 4: figure out what you want to plant, you know, and
- 3:42Speaker 4: have a successful harvest. So it's your call. You have
- 3:44Speaker 4: to figure it out. Your business plans that you did
- 3:47Speaker 4: in college and stuff is not going to work over here.
- 3:48Speaker 4: I'm gonna let you know that, you know, forget that
- 3:50Speaker 4: business plan and there's that no you know what, forget
- 3:56Speaker 4: all that. All that now now is the real deal.
- 3:58Speaker 4: There's the jungle.
- 3:59Speaker 5: This episode is brought to you by P and C Bank.

- 6:49Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security DISIL.
- 6:53Speaker 4: Most people have their college degree disiold master's your pad.
- 6:56Speaker 4: This is the real deal. Yeah, And what I want
- 6:59Speaker 4: to let you know is there's so much opportunity and
- 7:02Speaker 4: that returns here. The kind of returns you can make
- 7:05Speaker 4: here is very difficult to make it in the West
- 7:08Speaker 4: A lot of times. Don't sleep on Africa. Do not
- 7:11Speaker 4: sleep on Africa. One thing I will tell you is
- 7:14Speaker 4: that the wealthiest black man who look like us is
- 7:18Speaker 4: from where Africa? Where did he make the money? Africa?
- 7:22Speaker 4: So why are we slacking? I think there's opportunity here
- 7:25Speaker 4: for all of us.
- 7:27Speaker 6: What kind of returns are we looking at? As an
- 7:29Speaker 6: American business person if we come here plant what kind
- 7:33Speaker 6: of returns you expected? And also from all your successes
- 7:36Speaker 6: and failures, what are like the three biggest lessons that
- 7:39Speaker 6: you've gained from them.
- 7:41Speaker 4: In terms of returns. I think each and everyone have
- 7:44Speaker 4: different expectations. But one thing that I can tell you
- 7:48Speaker 4: is that the returns that I have seen in Africa,
- 7:54Speaker 4: I don't think I would have seen that elsewhere. I'm
- 7:57Speaker 4: going to talk about myself an opportunity that I've invested.
- 8:02Speaker 4: Let's say I've invested maybe one hundred and fifty million
- 8:05Speaker 4: dollars in an opportunity and the returns maybe sixty billion dollars.
- 8:09Speaker 4: So I don't know what multiples that is, you know,
- 8:12Speaker 4: So it's all right if you do the math. There's
- 8:15Speaker 4: a lot, a whole lot, but there are some you know,
- 8:18Speaker 4: someone may like I said, I started with I didn't
- 8:23Speaker 4: have any capital, So you don't don't don't look at
- 8:27Speaker 4: it as what am I going to really get out
- 8:31Speaker 4: of this? Don't look at it from that side. Look
- 8:35Speaker 4: at it as how do I get over this challenge?
- 8:38Speaker 4: So this is a challenge. I want to be able
- 8:39Speaker 4: to get over it, because if you're able to get
- 8:41Speaker 4: over the challenge, the sources will come after that. You know,
- 8:44Speaker 4: you don't don't try and figure out the money pot
- 8:45Speaker 4: pet The money part will come.
- 8:47Speaker 2: You know.
- 8:47Speaker 4: The returns might be like I didn't think, I mean,
- 8:51Speaker 4: I knew I was going to be successful. I didn't
- 8:53Speaker 4: think I was going to be this successful. I ain't
- 8:55Speaker 4: gonna lie, you know. Sometimes I got to pinch myself.
- 8:58Speaker 4: This is real. Like, so you may think maybe you
- 9:01Speaker 4: may becoming the gun and you're like, oh, I want
- 9:03Speaker 4: to make a million dollars, that's what That's what you
- 9:05Speaker 4: may think. But the things that you're doing, the opportunity
- 9:08Speaker 4: could actually make you twenty million dollars. But because in
- 9:12Speaker 4: your mind you want to make a million bucks. As
- 9:13Speaker 4: since you make a million bucks, ooh you're comfortable. Yeah there,
- 9:17Speaker 4: Lamborghinia is about to come out, so you know, you know,
- 9:20Speaker 4: instead of you maybe focusing on you know, improving the
- 9:23Speaker 4: business and you know, working smart and stuff like that,
- 9:25Speaker 4: you put you set limitations. So I don't really like
- 9:28Speaker 4: that part. I think that the opportunities here are really
- 9:33Speaker 4: really unlimited in terms of the rewards. So I don't
- 9:36Speaker 4: like it to be that way. I mean, some banks
- 9:39Speaker 4: used to give like ten percent fixed deposit interest rates.
- 9:42Speaker 4: You put your money in the bank, you don't do
- 9:43Speaker 4: nothing to give you ten percent pair, you know. So
- 9:46Speaker 4: I'm just saying this, there are real opportunities over here.
- 9:49Speaker 4: You just have to figure it out.
- 9:50Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
