- 0:00Speaker 1: Access to affordable credit helps me pay my employees, but
- 0:03Speaker 1: I don't really need it. Inflation is killing me. But
- 0:08Speaker 1: who cares? Big retailers are making record profits. That's why
- 0:12Speaker 1: we support the Durbin Marshall credit card bill. See? Banks
- 0:15Speaker 1: and credit unions help small businesses make payroll. This bill
- 0:18Speaker 1: would cut the vital resources they need. While increasing megastore profits.
- 0:23Speaker 1: They deserve it. Don't think. Tell Congress, stop the Durbin
- 0:27Speaker 1: Marshall money grab for corporate megastores. Paid for by the
- 0:30Speaker 1: Electronic Payments Coalition.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Warning!

- 1:54Speaker 1: we are number five. Proud to be the host of
- 1:57Speaker 1: that podcast. This is the Wainstream Media. We're sick of
- 2:01Speaker 1: the mainstream media. We know it's garbage. So we bring
- 2:04Speaker 1: you the Wainstream Media, and I am the loudest magamouth.
- 2:06Speaker 3: In the world.
- 2:07Speaker 1: Your Secretary of War, Wayne Allyn Root. I wrote a
- 2:11Speaker 1: column this morning. You know, I'm a Vegas guy. I
- 2:13Speaker 1: live in Vegas. This show comes to you from Vegas.
- 2:16Speaker 1: The only political show I know of in the country.
- 2:18Speaker 1: Major one that comes to you from Vegas. And by
- 2:21Speaker 1: the way, let me remind you, speaking of major shows...
- 2:24Speaker 1: My biggest show, my biggest platform, America's Top Ten Countdown,
- 2:28Speaker 1: is now moving back to its original time. You demanded it.
- 2:33Speaker 1: I got the letters from all of you. And we listened.
- 2:36Speaker 1: And we're moving it back to noon Eastern, 9 a.m. Pacific.
- 2:40Speaker 1: Noon Eastern, 9 a.m. Pacific on Real America's Voice TV
- 2:43Speaker 1: Network every Saturday. Every Saturday. This show is Monday through Friday,
- 2:47Speaker 1: two hours a day, 6 to 8 p.m. Warzone Live.
- 2:50Speaker 1: And here's my latest commentary. A Sin City story that
- 2:54Speaker 1: proves what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas prison. And
- 2:59Speaker 1: liberal judges are freaking insane and mentally deranged. All of
- 3:03Speaker 1: that for the price of one. People think Nevada is
- 3:07Speaker 1: a purple state. Thank God it's not. We're making a
- 3:09Speaker 1: red Republican comeback for the ages. Thanks to California. California
- 3:14Speaker 1: is so extreme, radical, insane, dangerous, and out of control.
- 3:18Speaker 1: The whole California is either moving to Nevada... Vegas or
- 3:22Speaker 1: Reno or plotting their escape or at least thinking about it.
- 3:25Speaker 1: If they could afford it, they would. Thanks to California,
- 3:28Speaker 1: Nevada is changing back from purple and even blue to
- 3:32Speaker 1: Republican red because the people leaving California are Republican voters
- 3:36Speaker 1: running for their lives. I know because a lot of
- 3:38Speaker 1: them are my friends and fans, just like Republicans running
- 3:44Speaker 1: away from New York. turned Florida deep Republican red. The
- 3:48Speaker 1: same thing is happening in Nevada. Here are the results.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Trump just won Nevada in 2024, finally, on his third try,
- 3:56Speaker 1: which shows you we're getting more Republican. We also have
- 3:59Speaker 1: a Republican law and order governor, Joe Lombardo, and a
- 4:01Speaker 1: Republican law and order lieutenant governor, Stavros Anthony, both elected
- 4:05Speaker 1: in the past four years. Both are former top cops.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Lombardo was our Las Vegas sheriff, our version of police chief.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Stavros was a police captain. I believe we're the first
- 4:16Speaker 1: state in the history of America to elect former cops
- 4:19Speaker 1: as governor and lieutenant governor of a state or state comptroller.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Andy Matthews, also a Republican, and our sheriff, Kevin McMayhill,
- 4:27Speaker 1: a law and order Republican, too. This is what saved
- 4:31Speaker 1: Las Vegas from becoming the disaster, the catastrophe that is
- 4:36Speaker 1: Los Angeles. My Los Angeles friends are scared to death
- 4:39Speaker 1: to walk the streets or drive their cars to dinner
- 4:41Speaker 1: in L.A. They hide their jewelry in safety deposit boxes.
- 4:45Speaker 1: They drive old jalopy cars so no one follows them
- 4:49Speaker 1: home to rob, rape, or murder them. Such is life
- 4:52Speaker 1: now in L.A. This is what happens when breaking into
- 4:55Speaker 1: homes is no longer treated as a felony. In Los Angeles,
- 4:58Speaker 1: shopping centers are empty. No stores, no customers, no tourists.
- 5:02Speaker 1: Famous shopping centers are ghost towns. This is what happens
- 5:06Speaker 1: when you only give a desk ticket to criminals who
- 5:09Speaker 1: shoplift thousands of dollars from retail stores. This is what
- 5:13Speaker 1: happens when you proudly brag your city is a sanctuary
- 5:16Speaker 1: city for illegal aliens. This is what happens when you
- 5:19Speaker 1: allow the homeless to set up tents on city sidewalks
- 5:22Speaker 1: and in front of store entrances. Californians are running for
- 5:26Speaker 1: their lives to Las Vegas. While the famous Third Street
- 5:30Speaker 1: Promenade in Santa Monica is a ghost town, our downtown
- 5:33Speaker 1: Summerlin Shopping Center jammed every day you can't find a
- 5:36Speaker 1: parking space one other thing that has prevented Vegas from
- 5:40Speaker 1: becoming LA here in Vegas everyone is armed locked and
- 5:45Speaker 1: loaded it's easy to get a CCW concealed carry permit
- 5:49Speaker 1: we all have guns in our cars we all have
- 5:51Speaker 1: guns in our homes lots of them arsenals many of
- 5:55Speaker 1: my friends carry a gun wherever they go shopping casinos
- 5:58Speaker 1: restaurants It works. I can walk or drive anywhere in
- 6:01Speaker 1: Vegas or my very safe neighborhood, Summerlin, without fear. I'm armed.
- 6:06Speaker 1: No one is going to touch me. Guns are the
- 6:09Speaker 1: great equalizer. A 65-year-old, 5-foot-90-pound woman is safe against a
- 6:15Speaker 1: 275-pound violent thug if she's packing a. 357 Magnum, the
- 6:20Speaker 1: great equalizer. So Vegas thrives while L.A. dies. But back
- 6:26Speaker 1: to the story that proves liberal judges are insane. and
- 6:29Speaker 1: a danger to us all. Vegas Judge Eric Goodman just
- 6:34Speaker 1: ordered the release of a career thug named Joshua Sanchez Lopez.
- 6:39Speaker 1: If only we paid thugs by the word for their names.
- 6:43Speaker 1: He only has three. Most of them have four names
- 6:45Speaker 1: coming from Mexico. Lopez is a repeat, repeat, repeat offender.
- 6:49Speaker 1: He's been arrested 35 times, including manslaughter and numerous drug charges.
- 6:54Speaker 1: His latest alleged crime was grand larceny of a car.
- 6:58Speaker 1: What a lovely fellow. In Vegas, we don't let career
- 7:01Speaker 1: criminals out on the streets like they do in L.A.
- 7:03Speaker 1: and San Francisco. Our judges put them in prison, usually.
- 7:07Speaker 1: That's why Vegas is so much safer than California's big cities.
- 7:11Speaker 1: Certainly where I live, Summerlin, it's so much safer. But
- 7:14Speaker 1: Vegas judge Eric Goodman has clearly either lost his freaking
- 7:18Speaker 1: mind or fallen in love with Gavin Newsom. Goodman ordered
- 7:23Speaker 1: the release of a violent, 35-time arrested thug Lopez. He
- 7:28Speaker 1: ordered him out on bail with an ankle bracelet, the
- 7:30Speaker 1: same monitoring device Lopez has laughed about on video in
- 7:34Speaker 1: the past. It turns out this thug has failed to
- 7:37Speaker 1: appear in court. and violated electronic monitoring rules multiple times.
- 7:42Speaker 1: He's the last guy any normal, sane judge would order
- 7:46Speaker 1: released onto our streets, just based on his criminal record,
- 7:49Speaker 1: let alone the fact that he couldn't care less about
- 7:51Speaker 1: his ankle monitor. So our Republican Sheriff McMayhill, Vegas Republican
- 7:57Speaker 1: Sheriff McMayhill, has taken a stand. Sheriff McMayhill said, to paraphrase, no,
- 8:02Speaker 1: not on my watch. This guy is dangerous. The citizens
- 8:05Speaker 1: aren't safe for them on the streets. I'm not complying
- 8:08Speaker 1: with the judge's order. He stays in prison. And the
- 8:12Speaker 1: liberal bleeding heart Judge Goodman, in response, threatens to throw
- 8:16Speaker 1: our hero Sheriff McMayhill in prison for contempt of court.
- 8:20Speaker 1: This is Exhibit A for insane journalism. mentally deranged liberal judges.
- 8:26Speaker 1: They love 35-time arrested violent thugs, druggies, thieves, and murderers.
- 8:32Speaker 1: They fight for them. They do anything for them. They
- 8:35Speaker 1: demand they be released onto our streets where they could
- 8:37Speaker 1: kill your mother, your wife, your daughter. But these same
- 8:41Speaker 1: liberal judges are eager to put hero police chiefs in prison.
- 8:45Speaker 1: Like I said, mentally deranged. Just my opinion, but Eric Goodman,
- 8:50Speaker 1: I believe, is mentally deranged. Judge Eric Goodman, the case
- 8:55Speaker 1: is now headed to the Nevada Supreme Court at the
- 8:57Speaker 1: request of our sheriff. He says it's his duty to
- 9:00Speaker 1: protect the citizens of Las Vegas. This thug is a
- 9:03Speaker 1: danger to our community, our citizens, our children. So it's
- 9:06Speaker 1: his right to ignore the judge's reckless ruling and keep
- 9:09Speaker 1: this menace to society locked up until his trial. Bravo.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Thank you, Sheriff Kevin McMayhill. Let's hope this case proves
- 9:19Speaker 1: what happens in Vegas stays in a Vegas prison. I
- 9:23Speaker 1: know it proves Vegas thrives while L.A. dies. All right.
- 9:29Speaker 1: I forgot to throw in, I was going to throw
- 9:31Speaker 1: in this article also, that, you know, in Los Angeles...
- 9:34Speaker 1: House prices are sinking. And in Las Vegas, Vegas used
- 9:38Speaker 1: to be a pretty cheap town. And now we've got
- 9:39Speaker 1: houses selling for $ 5 million, $ 10 million, $ 15 million, $ 20 million.
- 9:43Speaker 1: In Summerlin, where I live, they just sold a piece
- 9:44Speaker 1: of land where you could build your dream house. The
- 9:48Speaker 1: land is $ 18 million. The land before you've built the house.
- 9:53Speaker 1: The land, $ 18 million. And it's behind a gated community
- 9:57Speaker 1: with guards with guns in safe Summerlin. where you're allowed
- 10:01Speaker 1: to carry a gun and where the police are thrilled
- 10:04Speaker 1: to shoot a criminal dead. Unlike LA where they're afraid
- 10:07Speaker 1: of their own shadow. So now you see why things
- 10:10Speaker 1: are so different in California versus my beloved Las Vegas.
- 10:15Speaker 1: And let me tell you, Vegas is a dangerous city too.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Not even close to L.A., not even close to San Francisco.
- 10:21Speaker 1: But that's Vegas, right? Around the Strip, a lot of
- 10:23Speaker 1: low lives, a lot of drugs. Homeless people buried in
- 10:26Speaker 1: the back. You don't see them, but they're there in
- 10:28Speaker 1: the back behind the Strip. But not in Summerlin, thank God.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Knock on wood, Summerlin is the Scottsdale. Las Vegas very
- 10:37Speaker 1: safe very safe everybody's got a gun their houses are
- 10:41Speaker 1: loaded with guns their cars are loaded with guns and
- 10:44Speaker 1: none of us ever have to use them because it's
- 10:46Speaker 1: safe because the criminals know we got guns they stay
- 10:48Speaker 1: away really cool and that's why you see these headlines
- 10:51Speaker 1: Las Vegas cops refused to release violent repeat offender defying
- 10:56Speaker 1: judges order who says that a judge is so important
- 11:00Speaker 1: who says that how much time we have left All right,
- 11:05Speaker 1: a minute and a half, just enough time to read
- 11:07Speaker 1: a letter that came from my fan, Steve. Steve says, Wayne,
- 11:10Speaker 1: it's been a while. I wanted to tell you I
- 11:12Speaker 1: went down to the recycler today in California, he lives,
- 11:15Speaker 1: to turn in all my cans and bottles after getting
- 11:17Speaker 1: all the stuff out of my truck and getting it weighed.
- 11:20Speaker 1: I had about 40 bucks worth, $ 40. Okay, no big deal.
- 11:24Speaker 1: I got a little confused when they asked for my
- 11:26Speaker 1: driver's license at the pay booth. This was just the start. Next,
- 11:29Speaker 1: I had to write down the license plate number for
- 11:30Speaker 1: my pickup. Then I had to give my thumbprint on
- 11:33Speaker 1: an electronic device. I finally had to sign an invoice
- 11:36Speaker 1: before I could get paid all for a lousy $ 40. Meanwhile,
- 11:40Speaker 1: my great and wonderful governor of California doesn't want to
- 11:42Speaker 1: have voter ID. He has to have positive identity for
- 11:45Speaker 1: every can and plastic bottle for which he pays out
- 11:49Speaker 1: a nickel, but voter ID... Schmoder ID, I guess.
- 11:54Speaker 3: All right.
- 11:55Speaker 1: Unbelievable. And by the way, this guy says one last thing.
- 11:58Speaker 4: P.S.
- 11:58Speaker 1: I voted in every election since I was 18 years old.
- 12:01Speaker 1: I've always had to show my ID to vote. Now
- 12:03Speaker 1: it's 73. Am I in some kind of special class?
- 12:07Speaker 1: Even when I turned in a mail-in ballot at the
- 12:09Speaker 1: polling place, they still ask for my ID. Is it
- 12:11Speaker 1: because I'm white? He doesn't think anyone black or Latino
- 12:14Speaker 1: is getting asked for ID, but because he's white, they
- 12:16Speaker 1: ask for ID. I believe it. It's true. Stop.
- 12:23Speaker 4: Before you invest another dollar, listen to this. You're hearing
- 12:27Speaker 4: it everywhere. Inflation, market swings, uncertainty. But most people are
- 12:33Speaker 4: still sitting in paper assets, hoping it all works out.
- 12:36Speaker 4: At All American Assets, we don't deal in hope. We
- 12:39Speaker 4: deal in protection. Gold and silver have stood the test
- 12:43Speaker 4: of time. And right now, more investors are moving their

- 13:12Speaker 4: host known as the MAGA warrior and the capitalist evangelist.
- 13:27Speaker 1: This presidency is ushering in the golden age of prosperity,
- 13:31Speaker 1: and it's all built around making America the energy capital
- 13:33Speaker 1: of the world. Enter lost soldier oil and gas. It
- 13:37Speaker 1: took 40 years to piece together this 40,000-acre giant gas discovery.
- 13:41Speaker 1: It's estimated to contain up to six trillion cubic feet
- 13:45Speaker 1: of gas. with a management forecast projecting the first 25
- 13:49Speaker 1: wells alone to produce 400 million cubic feet per day
- 13:52Speaker 1: of natural gas. This is how we power the AI
- 13:56Speaker 1: future of America with clean natural gas. Headed by oil
- 13:59Speaker 1: and gas legend Mark Bruner, whose previous public companies delivered
- 14:03Speaker 1: spectacular returns For investors at their peaks, Pentecostal Energy grew
- 14:07Speaker 1: about 100 to 1 for investors. Ultra Petroleum grew about 1,000

- 14:53Speaker 1: During that time, he's beaten the markets 86% of the time,
- 14:57Speaker 1: while the average Wall Street money manager loses the market
- 15:00Speaker 1: 90% of the time. Now Kip is predicting a new
- 15:03Speaker 1: golden age for the economy. Let Kip prove it to
- 15:06Speaker 1: you for free. Kip's offering his daily VRA investment letter

- 15:13Speaker 1: it for two weeks. I know you'll stay for life.
- 15:38Speaker 5: All right.
- 15:39Speaker 1: Way down the route, the route, the route, the route
- 15:41Speaker 1: is on fire. So, you know, look, I've been a
- 15:45Speaker 1: very outspoken, loudmouthed guy on the topic of Jews in
- 15:49Speaker 1: Israel because I've always argued, you know, I used to
- 15:52Speaker 1: be the Libertarian vice presidential candidate. I was on their
- 15:56Speaker 1: 2008 presidential ticket and I left the Libertarian Party because
- 16:00Speaker 1: I felt they were a bunch of Jew haters. They
- 16:03Speaker 1: hated Israel. It wasn't like they wanted to stop foreign
- 16:07Speaker 1: aid for everyone and Israel's included. They always brought up
- 16:11Speaker 1: Israel first. We've got to stop foreign aid to Israel.
- 16:14Speaker 1: They're not our friend. And I was so sick of
- 16:17Speaker 1: hearing that lie. They were such weirdos and they all
- 16:21Speaker 1: hated Israel. And I was there, right? I was running
- 16:24Speaker 1: for vice president of the United States on their presidential ticket.
- 16:27Speaker 1: Then I was elected to their national board of directors.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Then I was elected head of their, what to help
- 16:37Speaker 1: elect libertarians all over the United States, the Congress and
- 16:41Speaker 1: other offices. I was the chairman of that committee. So,
- 16:45Speaker 1: I mean, I was with these people day and night,
- 16:47Speaker 1: and they really did not like Jews. Everybody hides. When
- 16:50Speaker 1: they say they don't like Israel, they say it's got
- 16:52Speaker 1: nothing to do with Jews, it's got to do with
- 16:54Speaker 1: the government of Israel, and they're all lying. Let's say
- 16:57Speaker 1: 90% of them are lying. Look at my social media.
- 17:02Speaker 1: The minute I say something nice about Jews in Israel,
- 17:04Speaker 1: 50 people attack me, and then when I say, you
- 17:07Speaker 1: know what, bunch of Jew haters, then immediately it comes out,
- 17:11Speaker 1: screw you, your family should have died in the ovens.
- 17:14Speaker 1: I'm telling you, I get that all the time. Disgusting people,
- 17:18Speaker 1: horrible human beings. If I didn't say I was Jewish,
- 17:21Speaker 1: not one person in America would know I'm Jewish. I
- 17:22Speaker 1: don't look Jewish, I don't sound Jewish. I've got nothing
- 17:25Speaker 1: to do with Jews. I've been to temple in 40
- 17:27Speaker 1: years since I was bar mitzvahed. I'm married to a
- 17:29Speaker 1: Christian gal who took Jesus Christ as my savior. There's
- 17:32Speaker 1: nothing about me that anyone would know I was Jewish.
- 17:34Speaker 1: I didn't have to say a word about it. But
- 17:36Speaker 1: coursing through my veins is Jewish blood. And I will never, ever,
- 17:40Speaker 1: ever abandon Israel because of that. And I will never
- 17:43Speaker 1: abandon the Jewish people because of that, even if some
- 17:45Speaker 1: of them are too liberal. But when I argue with
- 17:49Speaker 1: these people, every one of them eventually shows their true cards.
- 17:53Speaker 1: They hate Jews. And so when I hear all these people,
- 17:58Speaker 1: Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Megyn Kelly, I've
- 18:03Speaker 1: always liked Megyn Kelly. When I hear them talking about
- 18:05Speaker 1: Israel and the Iran war, just they remind me of libertarians.
- 18:10Speaker 1: Libertarians yell and scream and make a lot of noise
- 18:13Speaker 1: and they get one percent of the vote, one half
- 18:15Speaker 1: of one percent of the vote. And these people, I'm
- 18:17Speaker 1: telling you, are such a tiny minority in the MAGA
- 18:21Speaker 1: movement and the Republican Party. Tiny. They haven't changed one mind.
- 18:25Speaker 1: They haven't moved the needle one bit. So here it is. CNN.
- 18:30Speaker 1: CNN's proof. CNN's Harry Enten, their data expert, despite all
- 18:35Speaker 1: the detractors, despite the Epstein, oh my God, Epstein, Epstein, Epstein,
- 18:40Speaker 1: Trump is Epstein. And despite the Iran war, Iran, Iran, Iran,
- 18:43Speaker 1: and despite Israel, Israel, Israel, and despite, oh my God,
- 18:46Speaker 1: Trump is owned by Israel. They've got photos of Trump.
- 18:50Speaker 1: They're blackmailing Trump. Israel is deciding what Trump does. They're
- 18:54Speaker 1: running our country. They're running our military, says Candace Owens.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Despite all that, 100% of MAGA supports Trump and 90%
- 19:04Speaker 1: of MAGA voters approve of Trump's military action in Iran.
- 19:07Speaker 1: And I read you last week, 93% of MAGA totally
- 19:11Speaker 1: support our alliance with Israel, our relationship with Israel. But
- 19:15Speaker 1: Harry Enten of CNN, I was quoting a different poll
- 19:17Speaker 1: last week. This is Harry Enten of CNN. Nothing any
- 19:21Speaker 1: of you have said has moved the needle one bit.
- 19:25Speaker 1: Americans still, for the most part, MAGA Americans, excuse me,
- 19:29Speaker 1: the people who voted for Trump and like Trump, still
- 19:32Speaker 1: like Israel and like Jews, and they're not listening to
- 19:34Speaker 1: this crap because most of them are nice Christian people.
- 19:37Speaker 1: And last time I looked, Jesus Christ was a Jew.
- 19:42Speaker 1: So I'm not quite sure how you could be a
- 19:44Speaker 1: Christian and hate Jews. Jesus Christ, your leader, the guy
- 19:47Speaker 1: you pray to, was a Jew, is a Jew, once
- 19:50Speaker 1: a Jew, always a Jew. Me, I'm a Jew to
- 19:52Speaker 1: Christ my Savior, but I'm still a Jew. You can't
- 19:55Speaker 1: not be a Jew. So the guy you pray to
- 19:58Speaker 1: is a Jew. All your life you've been praying to
- 20:01Speaker 1: a Jew. A Jew is the CEO of your Christian religion.
- 20:06Speaker 1: How about that one? And you hate Jews? Boy, are
- 20:09Speaker 1: you stupid. Boy, are you a dumb mother trucker.
- 20:11Speaker 4: Wow.
- 20:12Speaker 1: Boy, are you a dumb mother tucker. Wow. CNN's Harry
- 20:19Speaker 1: N broke the news on Wednesday. 90% of MAGA voters
- 20:21Speaker 1: support military action in Iran. And MAGA view of Trump,
- 20:26Speaker 1: 100% approval. If you're a member of MAGA and the GOP,
- 20:30Speaker 1: you approve of Donald Trump. 0% say they disapprove. You
- 20:34Speaker 1: don't have to be a math genius, he says, to
- 20:36Speaker 1: know that you can't go higher than 100%. He is
- 20:39Speaker 1: the 1972 Miami Dolphins. By the way, that's the only
- 20:42Speaker 1: team that ever went through a whole season without a loss.
- 20:44Speaker 1: Donald Trump has 100% support, despite.
- 20:48Speaker 1: But Epstein, Epstein, Epstein, despite Iran, Iran, Iran, and Israel, Israel, Israel,
- 20:54Speaker 1: 100% support. You know who else should have 100% support?
- 20:58Speaker 1: Kip Herridge in VRA. Well, too late to start. Don't
- 21:01Speaker 1: give me that with a 10 count. I'll do it
- 21:03Speaker 1: when we get back. I'll worry about when we get back.
- 21:05Speaker 1: Lots of sponsors to thank for making this show happen.
- 21:07Speaker 1: I'll be right back. I'm Wayne Elleroot. Hi, this is
- 21:14Speaker 1: Wayne Allyn Root for AmioLife. You all know how much
- 21:17Speaker 1: I value my health and how much I support hardworking,
- 21:19Speaker 1: patriotic companies fighting to help Americans each and every day.
- 21:23Speaker 1: One of my favorite companies is AmioLife. Amio joins me
- 21:26Speaker 1: in fighting for freedom and supporting the natural health of
- 21:29Speaker 1: families across America. I use their alkaline structured silver solution
- 21:33Speaker 1: three times a day. natural silver mouthwash and silver gel
- 21:37Speaker 1: on my face each night and silver lozenges all throughout
- 21:40Speaker 1: my show. It's all part of my daily wellness routine.
- 21:43Speaker 1: The good folks at AmioLife realize that inflation is hitting

- 21:53Speaker 1: natural health should be available to everyone, no matter what.

- 21:59Speaker 1: to save 50% or give them a call at 800-422-8148.
- 22:01Speaker 1: Remember to say ROOT50 to receive 50% off toll free 800-422-8148.
- 22:29Speaker 1: You know, you almost think these headlines are the Babylon Bee.
- 22:32Speaker 1: You think they're a joke, right? They can't be true.
- 22:35Speaker 1: Almost 200 House Democrats vote against deporting people who commit
- 22:40Speaker 1: welfare fraud. The House of Representatives narrowly passed legislation today
- 22:46Speaker 1: to crack down on illegal immigrants participating in welfare fraud,
- 22:50Speaker 1: despite almost every Democrat voting against it. It passed 231
- 22:53Speaker 1: to 186, with 186 Democrats opposing the measure. But it
- 23:00Speaker 1: now faces a very unsafe future in the Senate. As usual,
- 23:05Speaker 1: every good bill goes to die in the Senate. When
- 23:08Speaker 1: are we going to say enough? Then we don't control
- 23:10Speaker 1: the Senate. They aren't Republicans. They're all frauds. If they
- 23:14Speaker 1: can't vote for this, they're all frauds. Every Republican voted
- 23:18Speaker 1: for this in the House. But in the Senate, they're
- 23:20Speaker 1: not going to vote for it because we've got frauds
- 23:22Speaker 1: in the Senate. Amazing. sponsor of this segment it's my
- 23:25Speaker 1: guest segment got a great guest coming up dr john
- 23:28Speaker 1: lott i opened the show talking about crime uh specifically
- 23:33Speaker 1: here in las vegas i have to turn down a
- 23:36Speaker 1: little bit my ears are getting blasted specifically in las
- 23:38Speaker 1: vegas and so we'll talk about crime with dr john
- 23:41Speaker 1: lott uh but vra is the sponsor of the show
- 23:43Speaker 1: vertical research advisory kip harridge my buddy for 23 years
- 23:48Speaker 1: And I get his newsletter every morning, five days a week.
- 23:51Speaker 1: When I wake up, he must do it at 3
- 23:52Speaker 1: in the morning. It's unbelievable. It's always there waiting for
- 23:54Speaker 1: me at 6 in the morning. When I get up,
- 23:56Speaker 1: it's been there for a couple hours. I guess he
- 23:59Speaker 1: has it done by like 4 in the morning Vegas time,
- 24:02Speaker 1: but he's in Houston, so it's two hours earlier. So
- 24:05Speaker 1: he gets it done at an early morning, but not
- 24:07Speaker 1: a ridiculous time. But by the time I get it,
- 24:10Speaker 1: it's really early morning. And it's got nothing but sage advice,
- 24:14Speaker 1: fantastic advice. And it helps you with everything, gold and
- 24:19Speaker 1: silver and gold mining stocks and high-tech stocks and IA stocks.
- 24:25Speaker 1: You name it, he's got winners. Physical gold, amazing. His predictions,
- 24:31Speaker 1: his recommendations have been amazing. His top performing recommendations have
- 24:35Speaker 1: beaten the market over 86% of the time. 19 out
- 24:39Speaker 1: of 22 years, his top recommendations are called 10 beggars.
- 24:42Speaker 1: They were up 35.7% last year. 38% average over the
- 24:47Speaker 1: last three years. Meanwhile, Barron's reports the average Wall Street
- 24:50Speaker 1: money manager loses to the market 90% of the time.
- 24:54Speaker 1: So they lose 90% of the time. Kip wins just
- 24:57Speaker 1: about 90% of the time. Facts matter. The fact is
- 25:00Speaker 1: the VRA portfolio beats the market in good years and
- 25:02Speaker 1: bad years. It goes up when the market goes up,
- 25:05Speaker 1: and it goes up when the market goes down. When
- 25:07Speaker 1: the economy's up, when the economy's down, Kip finds winners.
- 25:11Speaker 1: Let Kip prove it to you. It's not for rich people.
- 25:13Speaker 1: It's for middle class people, mom and pop, stock investors.
- 25:16Speaker 1: Even if you only have $ 5, 000, $ 10, 000 to invest, what's
- 25:19Speaker 1: wrong with doubling $ 5, 000 to $ 10, 000 or $ 10, 000 to $ 20, 000?
- 25:21Speaker 1: What's wrong with that? So again, past performance doesn't always
- 25:26Speaker 1: equal future performance. So there's no guarantees in life, but
- 25:30Speaker 1: the guy's been great for 23 years. Join now at VRAinsider.com

- 25:36Speaker 1: Wayne Root, two weeks free at VRAinsider.com. All right.
- 25:40Speaker 2: Dr.
- 25:40Speaker 1: John Lott is with us, founder of the Crime Prevention
- 25:43Speaker 1: and Research Center, economist, world-renowned expert on guns and crime.
- 25:47Speaker 1: His website's crimeresearch.org, crimeresearch.org. Dr. John Lott, welcome to the show.
- 25:52Speaker 1: How are you?
- 25:54Speaker 2: Doing great. How about yourself?
- 25:56Speaker 1: Great, great. I had an opening commentary about crime, and
- 25:58Speaker 1: I was talking about the fact that LA, Los Angeles
- 26:02Speaker 1: is very close to Las Vegas. That's our nearest... big city,
- 26:05Speaker 1: you know, and it's like a pipeline. All our tourists
- 26:07Speaker 1: are from LA. Everybody who moves here is from LA.
- 26:09Speaker 1: It's like the entire LA is trying to move to Vegas.
- 26:12Speaker 1: And all my LA friends are moving here or have
- 26:14Speaker 1: moved here or are going to move here because crime
- 26:17Speaker 1: is so out of control in Los Angeles. And Vegas
- 26:20Speaker 1: is kind of a dangerous town around the strip. But
- 26:23Speaker 1: where I live in Summerlin, it's like the Scottsdale of
- 26:25Speaker 1: Las Vegas, and it's beautiful, and there's no crime at all.
- 26:28Speaker 1: Nobody ever has to worry. Everybody lives in gated communities.
- 26:30Speaker 1: There's no crime. And what I was saying was it's
- 26:34Speaker 1: interesting because all of us carry guns here. And in L.A.,
- 26:37Speaker 1: you can't carry a gun in your car. You can't
- 26:38Speaker 1: have a gun on your person when you're walking around
- 26:41Speaker 1: in a restaurant or whatever. But here, everyone I know
- 26:44Speaker 1: in Vegas carries guns everywhere. I've got guns in my car.
- 26:47Speaker 1: I've got a gun in my waist. If I'm walking
- 26:49Speaker 1: in the park at night, I carry a gun. I
- 26:51Speaker 1: got guns in my house. That's why we are safe.
- 26:54Speaker 1: And my friends in L.A. are scared to death of
- 26:57Speaker 1: being carjacked or home invaded. I don't care if they
- 27:00Speaker 1: try and home invade me. I'll blow them away. In L.A.,
- 27:03Speaker 1: they don't have a gun. They can't they can't defend themselves.
- 27:06Speaker 1: So I just wanted to get your reaction to that
- 27:08Speaker 1: difference between Vegas and L.A. Yeah, I mean, I agree
- 27:12Speaker 1: with you.
- 27:12Speaker 4: Look.
- 27:12Speaker 6: It's not rocket science. If you want to reduce crime,
- 27:15Speaker 6: you have to make it risky for criminals to commit crime.
- 27:17Speaker 7: Right.
- 27:18Speaker 6: And you can do that with higher arrest rates, higher
- 27:20Speaker 6: conviction rates, longer prison sentences.
- 27:22Speaker 1: And guns.
- 27:22Speaker 6: You can also do it by allowing victims to be
- 27:25Speaker 6: able to go and defend themselves.
- 27:26Speaker 7: Right.
- 27:27Speaker 6: If my research convinces me of anything, it's the most
- 27:29Speaker 6: vulnerable people in society who benefit the most from having guns.
- 27:34Speaker 1: It's basically two groups.
- 27:35Speaker 6: The people who are the most likely victims of violent
- 27:37Speaker 6: crime and whether it's Los Angeles or other places.
- 27:41Speaker 1: That tends to be poor.
- 27:42Speaker 6: Blacks who live in high-crime urban areas. But the other
- 27:45Speaker 6: group that benefits the most are people who are relatively
- 27:48Speaker 6: weaker physically.
- 27:49Speaker 2: Women and the elderly.
- 27:52Speaker 6: Both men and women benefit, but women, when you're facing
- 27:57Speaker 6: a male criminal, there's a much larger strength difference that
- 28:00Speaker 6: exists on average. than when a man is facing a
- 28:03Speaker 6: male criminal. And the presence of a gun represents a
- 28:07Speaker 6: much bigger relative change in a woman's ability to go
- 28:10Speaker 6: and protect herself. There's a lawsuit right now against Los
- 28:14Speaker 6: Angeles County because they're making it take well over a
- 28:17Speaker 6: year to go and give out a concealed carry permit
- 28:20Speaker 6: to people. It's also very costly in California to go
- 28:25Speaker 6: through the process.
- 28:26Speaker 1: And it's not here. It's not here. It's easier here.
- 28:29Speaker 6: You know, Democrats claim that they care about the poor,
- 28:33Speaker 6: that they care about minorities. A few years ago, before
- 28:36Speaker 6: the Bruin decision, I got a hold of a list
- 28:39Speaker 6: of all the 341 concealed carry permit holders in Los
- 28:43Speaker 6: Angeles County.
- 28:44Speaker 1: A county of over 8 million people.
- 28:48Speaker 6: And basically, it was wealthy, politically connected, white and Asian males.
- 28:54Speaker 6: Only about 7% of permit holders were women. Nationwide, about
- 28:58Speaker 6: 30% of permit holders are women. In Los Angeles, only
- 29:02Speaker 6: about 5% of the permit holders were black. Nationwide, it's
- 29:06Speaker 6: about 13%. And only 6% of the permit holders were Hispanic,
- 29:13Speaker 6: even though 54% of Los Angeles County is Hispanic. Is
- 29:17Speaker 6: it just that women aren't stalked in Los Angeles, that
- 29:21Speaker 6: they don't face crime, that blacks don't face crime in
- 29:25Speaker 6: Los Angeles or Hispanics don't? No, it's just that the
- 29:29Speaker 6: political powers that be, which are Democrats, which determine whether
- 29:33Speaker 6: or not somebody has, quote, a good reason, for being
- 29:36Speaker 6: able to go and protect themselves and their families, just
- 29:39Speaker 6: didn't think that women or blacks or Hispanics had good
- 29:42Speaker 6: reasons to be able to go and protect themselves. Is
- 29:45Speaker 6: it nice that very wealthy individuals who give money to
- 29:50Speaker 6: the sheriff's campaign are able to go and protect themselves?
- 29:53Speaker 2: Sure, that's great.
- 29:54Speaker 6: But They're not the ones who need it the most.
- 29:58Speaker 6: You know, your average person out there is much more
- 30:01Speaker 6: at risk of having a crime committed against them.
- 30:03Speaker 1: Well, just a good example. Again, I usually use personal
- 30:06Speaker 1: examples because, you know, if something happens to me, it's
- 30:08Speaker 1: a good story to tell. It's happened to me. So,
- 30:11Speaker 1: you know, we have a park behind our house. Literally,
- 30:13Speaker 1: my backyard is like a 20 acre park. It's beautiful.
- 30:17Speaker 1: And there's never been a crime, to my knowledge, ever
- 30:19Speaker 1: been a crime in that park. We live in beautiful Summerlin,
- 30:21Speaker 1: which is a suburb of Las Vegas, which is so safe.
- 30:24Speaker 1: And the police are so great here. Never been a
- 30:27Speaker 1: crime in that park. But when I walk in that
- 30:28Speaker 1: park at night and we like to go to dinner,
- 30:31Speaker 1: my wife and I, we come home at 10 o'clock
- 30:32Speaker 1: at night and at 1030, I'm walking my dog in
- 30:34Speaker 1: the dark. In the park, right? Well, it's scary in
- 30:36Speaker 1: the dark. I carry a gun. My wife carries a gun.
- 30:39Speaker 1: Can you imagine if someone mugged us? I got a
- 30:41Speaker 1: 100-pound dog who barks the second you come within 50
- 30:44Speaker 1: yards of me, and I'm going to pull out a gun,
- 30:45Speaker 1: and she's going to pull out a gun. You're going
- 30:47Speaker 1: to get blown away. It's all over for you. So
- 30:49Speaker 1: I have zero fear about walking in a park at
- 30:52Speaker 1: night in the dark. Zero. What could possibly happen to me?
- 30:55Speaker 1: It would happen to be like 100 people attack me
- 30:57Speaker 1: at once, and I'll still take out the first 10.
- 31:00Speaker 1: My point to you is I can't imagine living in
- 31:03Speaker 1: New York or L.A. anymore. I used to live in both.
- 31:06Speaker 1: But you could never go out in a park at
- 31:08Speaker 1: night without being scared for your life. Without a gun,
- 31:12Speaker 1: a gun is the great equalizer. Without a gun, you're
- 31:13Speaker 1: a dead person if you get attacked in the park
- 31:16Speaker 1: by three punks. So I just feel bad for people
- 31:19Speaker 1: in New York because they don't understand the safety that
- 31:22Speaker 1: I feel because I have a gun. How they can
- 31:25Speaker 1: go through their lives safely. with never feeling totally safe.
- 31:29Speaker 1: And if they feel safe, they're idiots, by the way,
- 31:31Speaker 1: when they walk at night, right?
- 31:33Speaker 6: You mentioned earlier about home invasions. I'll give you a
- 31:36Speaker 6: simple example that illustrates the point that you're making. That is,
- 31:40Speaker 6: there's something called hot burglaries. These are burglaries that occur
- 31:43Speaker 6: while the residents are at home. And we have data
- 31:45Speaker 6: for a lot of different countries. But if you just
- 31:47Speaker 6: compare the UK versus the United States, The burglary rate
- 31:52Speaker 6: in the U.K. is about twice the burglary rate in
- 31:55Speaker 6: the United States.
- 31:55Speaker 1: Right, with no guns.
- 31:58Speaker 6: 60% of the time that burglaries occur in the U.K.,
- 32:01Speaker 6: they occur while the residents are at home.
- 32:03Speaker 2: Wow.
- 32:04Speaker 6: In the United States, it's only 13%. The other thing is,
- 32:08Speaker 6: when do burglaries occur? In the United States, the typical
- 32:10Speaker 6: time is like 2 in the afternoon. In the U.K.,
- 32:14Speaker 6: they occur.
- 32:14Speaker 2: At like 9 at night.
- 32:16Speaker 6: And one other fact is that American burglars spend about
- 32:19Speaker 6: twice as long casing a home before they break in
- 32:22Speaker 6: compared to their British counterparts. How do all those things
- 32:25Speaker 6: fit together? Well, the reason why they break in at
- 32:28Speaker 6: 2 in the afternoon is that people are less likely
- 32:30Speaker 6: to be home.
- 32:31Speaker 1: Right.
- 32:32Speaker 6: And they don't have to worry about being shot. But
- 32:34Speaker 6: even on top of that, even though they're breaking in
- 32:36Speaker 6: at 2, they still spend twice as long casing a
- 32:40Speaker 6: home before they break in. In the U.K., they break
- 32:43Speaker 6: in at 9 o'clock at night because they want to
- 32:46Speaker 6: be able to force people to tell them where their
- 32:48Speaker 6: valuables are. They like people being at home. And they
- 32:52Speaker 6: don't spend that much time casing a home before they
- 32:55Speaker 6: break in. And they break in when people are home
- 32:57Speaker 6: because they're not worried about getting shot.
- 32:59Speaker 1: Because there are no guns. Nobody's got a gun. The
- 33:02Speaker 1: police don't even have guns in Britain, correct me?
- 33:04Speaker 6: Well, most of them don't.
- 33:05Speaker 1: Most of them don't. They have rapid response teams that
- 33:08Speaker 1: have guns, but I'm saying the average cop on the
- 33:10Speaker 1: corner in New York does not have a gun. Correct
- 33:13Speaker 1: me if I'm wrong about this. I've heard this for years.
- 33:15Speaker 1: I assume it's not an Internet rumor. I assume it's
- 33:18Speaker 1: the truth. The United States is pretty high up in
- 33:20Speaker 1: the world. I think we're in the top 10 of
- 33:23Speaker 1: most violent countries in the world, top 20. But if
- 33:25Speaker 1: you subtract all the Democrat big cities, we're actually one
- 33:28Speaker 1: of the three safest countries in the entire world. Is
- 33:31Speaker 1: that true, or is that like an Internet exaggeration? No.
- 33:35Speaker 6: It's one of these memes and stuff that go out
- 33:37Speaker 6: on the Internet. If you look at homicide rates across countries,
- 33:41Speaker 6: the United States is below the average.
- 33:44Speaker 1: We're below the median.
- 33:45Speaker 6: So more than half the countries have a higher homicide
- 33:48Speaker 6: rate than we have. If you look at firearm homicides.
- 33:51Speaker 1: Hold on.
- 33:51Speaker 2: Hold on.
- 33:52Speaker 1: Give me one second, John. We're going to break. I'm
- 33:54Speaker 1: keeping you on for another segment. I want to come
- 33:55Speaker 1: back and hear this. So don't go anywhere.
- 33:57Speaker 2: Dr.
- 33:57Speaker 1: John Lott will be back with us. I'm Wade Allyn Root.
- 33:59Speaker 1: See you in a sec.
- 34:03Speaker 7: What would you say if we told you you could
- 34:05Speaker 7: reverse most any ailment.
- 34:07Speaker 5: Or symptom without painful exercises in just 88 days? We
- 34:11Speaker 5: have created the only patent pending intercellular hydration protocol.
- 34:15Speaker 7: Don't miss your opportunity to feel better. We know there's
- 34:18Speaker 7: a lot of false hope out there. And many people
- 34:21Speaker 7: have ball programs that work for a moment, but life's
- 34:23Speaker 7: a lot longer than a moment.
- 34:25Speaker 5: We have been helping people gain intercellular hydration for nearly
- 34:29Speaker 5: three decades.
- 34:30Speaker 7: You will lose fat, not weight, fat, fast, including that
- 34:34Speaker 7: killer visceral fat. Chronic dehydration is one of the root
- 34:37Speaker 7: causes of many ailments and symptoms.
- 34:40Speaker 1: Ask your doctor about Energized Health.
- 34:42Speaker 7: Don't miss your opportunity to transform your health now.

- 37:26Speaker 1: The sponsor of this segment is AmioLife. We'll have our guest, Dr.
- 37:30Speaker 1: John Lott, back in a second. AmioLife is the sponsor,
- 37:33Speaker 1: one of my favorite companies. I use their alkaline structured
- 37:36Speaker 1: silver solution four times a day to boost my immune system.
- 37:40Speaker 1: I use their natural silver mouthwash. to keep my breath clean.
- 37:44Speaker 1: There's silver gel on my face each night to keep
- 37:46Speaker 1: my skin young, right? And silver lozenges all throughout my
- 37:49Speaker 1: show to keep my voice alive. You hear it's a
- 37:52Speaker 1: little bit rough today just because I talk so much.
- 37:56Speaker 1: And last night I was out at a brand new
- 37:57Speaker 1: nightclub in Las Vegas. It was loud and I used
- 38:00Speaker 1: my voice to talk above the loud music and the
- 38:02Speaker 1: loud crowd talking. So it's a little rough without the
- 38:05Speaker 1: Amiolife lozenges filled with silver. I'd be in a lot
- 38:09Speaker 1: of trouble right now. I've never missed one minute of
- 38:11Speaker 1: my show in 11 years thanks to these lozenges. Visit Amiolife.com
- 38:18Speaker 1: and use the promo code ROOT30 to save 30%. ROOT30
- 38:22Speaker 1: at Amiolife.com 30% on anything and everything at their site.
- 38:27Speaker 1: Route 30, Amiolife.com. All right, back with Dr. John Lott.
- 38:32Speaker 1: So John and John's website, by the way, crimeresearch.org, crimeresearch.org.
- 38:38Speaker 1: So we were talking about that internet myth, I guess, that,
- 38:41Speaker 1: you know, United States very high in the homicide lists worldwide.
- 38:45Speaker 1: But if you took out New York, Chicago, L.A., Newark, Cleveland, Baltimore, Detroit,
- 38:51Speaker 1: And if you just took the place that have the
- 38:54Speaker 1: most guns, the suburbs and the rural areas, we'd have
- 38:57Speaker 1: the lowest homicide rates in the world. Is that not
- 38:59Speaker 1: really accurate?
- 39:01Speaker 6: No, it's not true. I mean, look, there are parts
- 39:04Speaker 6: of it that are true. The fact that the high
- 39:06Speaker 6: murder rates in the United States are democratically controlled areas.
- 39:11Speaker 6: Two percent of the counties in the United States account
- 39:13Speaker 6: for 56 percent of the murders that occur in the
- 39:16Speaker 6: United States.
- 39:17Speaker 1: So that's basically what it's saying. It's saying take that
- 39:19Speaker 1: two percent out and we'd have one of the lowest
- 39:21Speaker 1: homicide rates in the world.
- 39:22Speaker 2: I understand.
- 39:23Speaker 6: But the problem is, that the United States as a
- 39:26Speaker 6: whole doesn't have a particularly high homicide rate. As a whole,
- 39:30Speaker 6: we're below the average and below the median. And that's
- 39:33Speaker 6: comparing homicides. Most people don't understand that there's a difference
- 39:37Speaker 6: between homicides and murders. Homicides are murders plus justifiable homicides.
- 39:43Speaker 6: And it's never really been obvious to me why you
- 39:45Speaker 6: lump those two things together. The United States is relatively
- 39:49Speaker 6: high in terms of justifiable homicides.
- 39:51Speaker 2: But look.
- 39:54Speaker 2: Wait, wait.
- 39:55Speaker 1: Let me try to understand that. So if I killed
- 39:57Speaker 1: someone who was robbing me at my home, that would
- 40:00Speaker 1: be a justifiable homicide. They would lump that in with
- 40:04Speaker 1: murders in the rates they're giving people? I didn't even
- 40:06Speaker 1: know that. Wow.
- 40:07Speaker 7: Interesting.
- 40:08Speaker 6: Well, I mean, the problem is.
- 40:11Speaker 6: Only a few countries in the world actually report murder rates.
- 40:15Speaker 6: Virtually all the countries report homicide rates. You know, in
- 40:18Speaker 6: the United States, we're so used to all the different
- 40:21Speaker 6: types of crime data. Most countries don't have the type
- 40:24Speaker 6: of breakdown. And that affects the next point that I
- 40:27Speaker 6: was going to get to, and that is if you–
- 40:30Speaker 6: Rather than just looking at homicides, if you looked at
- 40:33Speaker 6: firearm homicides, the United States is relatively high in there.
- 40:37Speaker 6: We're about in the top 25%. But that's misleading because
- 40:43Speaker 6: half the countries in the world don't report firearm homicide data.
- 40:47Speaker 6: And the countries that don't report firearm homicide data are
- 40:51Speaker 6: the ones with the highest homicide rates. So let's say
- 40:54Speaker 6: we were right in the middle in terms of homicides.
- 40:56Speaker 6: If the top half of the countries with high homicide
- 41:00Speaker 6: rates didn't report it, but just reported and the lower
- 41:04Speaker 6: half reported the firearm homicide data.
- 41:07Speaker 1: We might look really high.
- 41:09Speaker 6: But it's just an artifact of what countries report the
- 41:12Speaker 6: firearm homicide data.
- 41:14Speaker 1: Well, isn't that true of the United States in general, too?
- 41:16Speaker 1: I mean, during the four years of Biden, he kept
- 41:19Speaker 1: trying to argue that crime was low and we all
- 41:21Speaker 1: knew crime was as high as it's ever been. if
- 41:24Speaker 1: not the highest it's ever been. And the reason was
- 41:26Speaker 1: all of a sudden I started reading that Democrat blue cities,
- 41:30Speaker 1: the big cities with all the crime were not reporting
- 41:32Speaker 1: to the FBI. So they didn't have the, half the
- 41:35Speaker 1: country wasn't reporting crime to the FBI. So it looked
- 41:38Speaker 1: like the Republican half actually had all the crime. It
- 41:41Speaker 1: was ridiculously misleading.
- 41:44Speaker 6: Well, there was a year in 2021 and part of
- 41:47Speaker 6: 2022 when there was this problem with regard to the reporting.
- 41:51Speaker 6: But look, there are two measures that we have of crime.
- 41:53Speaker 6: We have crime reported to the police. That's the FBI measure.
- 41:57Speaker 6: And then we have the Bureau of Justice Statistics measure,
- 42:00Speaker 6: which measures total crime, both reported and unreported. There's a
- 42:03Speaker 6: massive survey called the National Crime Victimization Survey, which surveys
- 42:08Speaker 6: about 240,000 people each year. And we've known for many
- 42:13Speaker 6: decades that most crimes aren't reported. Only about 40 percent
- 42:16Speaker 6: of violent crimes report to police, only about 30 percent
- 42:19Speaker 6: of property crimes. And during the Biden administration, while reported
- 42:26Speaker 6: crimes fell by 8 percent, total reported felonious violent crimes
- 42:32Speaker 6: increased by 59%. That's the largest percentage increase over any
- 42:37Speaker 6: four-year period.
- 42:38Speaker 1: That we've ever seen. That makes total sense because they
- 42:41Speaker 1: knew that the police were held down by defund the
- 42:43Speaker 1: police and the BLM movement. There was no point to
- 42:46Speaker 1: report the crimes. The cops weren't going to come out
- 42:48Speaker 1: and see you anyway, right? I mean, that's what it
- 42:50Speaker 1: comes down to.
- 42:52Speaker 6: You're exactly right. Whether or not people report crimes to
- 42:55Speaker 6: the police depends in part on whether they think the
- 42:58Speaker 6: criminals are going to be.
- 42:58Speaker 2: Caught and punished.
- 43:01Speaker 6: And also, I think it's not a coincidence that we
- 43:04Speaker 6: had the largest increase of illegal aliens coming into the
- 43:07Speaker 6: country during those four years.
- 43:09Speaker 7: Right.
- 43:09Speaker 6: This last year, murder rates, it looks like the data
- 43:13Speaker 6: will come out in September. But it looks like we
- 43:15Speaker 6: had the largest percentage drop in murder rates ever recorded.
- 43:18Speaker 1: Because we got rid of all the illegals.
- 43:19Speaker 6: And even more important, it looks like we had the
- 43:21Speaker 6: lowest murder rate ever recorded in the United States. And
- 43:24Speaker 6: my guess is we're going to see a huge drop
- 43:27Speaker 6: in total violent crime occurring this last year.
- 43:30Speaker 1: Because we deported a lot of bad guys, two million
- 43:32Speaker 1: of them.
- 43:33Speaker 2: Right. All right.
- 43:34Speaker 1: Or deported or forced to self-deport.
- 43:36Speaker 2: Dr.
- 43:36Speaker 1: John Lott, we got to run. John, we got to run.
