Fifty-seven-year-old Roger Odell Richardson Junior is facing five felony charges—including breaking into a hog farm, stealing $2,500 worth of equipment, and sending chilling death threats to three people—plus a misdemeanor for resisting arrest. The threats, made just days before his arrest, were deemed credible enough to warrant a judge’s concern. When deputies pulled him over on July 6th, he refused to exit his vehicle, leading to the resisting charge—and they also found meth in the car.
