Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Jimmy Fayla, excellent talk show hosts, very funny comedian. You
- 0:03Speaker 1: can hear him every night here on WR nine to midnight,
- 0:08Speaker 1: every weeknight nine to midnight, and also on Saturday nights.
- 0:11Speaker 1: Does the best late night show in television every Saturday night,
- 0:14Speaker 1: Fox News Channel ten o'clock. Single best monologue anywhere in television.
- 0:19Speaker 1: President Trump's a big fan. Jimmy Fyla, how you doing.
- 0:24Speaker 2: I'm good. I gotta tell you this, Mark Simon. We're
- 0:26Speaker 2: actually taping my Saturday night show tonight because we have
- 0:31Speaker 2: Lara Trump on. Ooh, she's in town. She wants to
- 0:34Speaker 2: be on the show. So yeah, it's really exciting because
- 0:36Speaker 2: Lara Trump's there. But my staff is nervous that the
- 0:39Speaker 2: Secret Service is going to find their drugs, you know.
- 0:43Speaker 2: So there's a lot of toilets being flushed around the
- 0:46Speaker 2: Fox News Channel right now as we speak, the dogs
- 0:49Speaker 2: are about to go through. It looks like the scene
- 0:50Speaker 2: in Goodfellas, Karen. He needed that money, Kevin Cavin.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Hey, but speaking of Fox, you just signed a big
- 1:02Speaker 1: new three year contract.
- 1:05Speaker 2: Yeah that's wild stuff. Man. Just two days ago they
- 1:10Speaker 2: ripped up my old contract, extended it. You know, say
- 1:14Speaker 2: what you want about blackmail and low level extortion, but
- 1:18Speaker 2: if you got the right pictures of the right executive,
- 1:20Speaker 2: you can really do anything in this day and age. Man,
- 1:23Speaker 2: I'll take it. Well, no, yeah, I'm excited. Definitely beats
- 1:27Speaker 2: cab driving.
- 1:28Speaker 1: And you were celebrating at brianon Cooper. That's probably the
- 1:30Speaker 1: best steakhouse in America. It's in Long Island. Great.
- 1:34Speaker 2: Plus you have such a good palate man, because I
- 1:36Speaker 2: have to tell you this, pound for pound, Okay, I
- 1:39Speaker 2: eat a Bobby Vans a lot over on forty sixth
- 1:41Speaker 2: in Park. I love them. But if you're gonna eat
- 1:44Speaker 2: a steak on Long Island, it's like Brian and Cooper.
- 1:46Speaker 2: They make a Cajun ribehind And according to my new contract,
- 1:50Speaker 2: I'm not supposed to be eating them. But I was
- 1:51Speaker 2: eating them. Man. They were good. That's the real action
- 1:55Speaker 2: right there. Yeah.
- 1:56Speaker 1: And those guys that own it Gillis Pole at George Pole,
- 1:59Speaker 1: they owned like the five best restaurants in Long Island.
- 2:01Speaker 1: They own Chipolin. Oh yeah, all the best stuff.
- 2:07Speaker 2: This is why I got to hang out with you, man.
- 2:09Speaker 2: I only know the one rest restaurant. You know the
- 2:11Speaker 2: other four. That's I guess that's the perk of being
- 2:13Speaker 2: missed in New York. And they tell you about the.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Other four five You got the Bryant and Huntington. Oh,
- 2:18Speaker 1: they got great restaurants. So but when you when you
- 2:21Speaker 1: go there, people must come up to you all the
- 2:23Speaker 1: time and just drive you nuts.
- 2:26Speaker 2: Nah, you know what, I'm still like, I'm still new
- 2:28Speaker 2: enough that it's kind of cool and fun to me.
- 2:31Speaker 2: You know. I'm sure you know, four or five years
- 2:33Speaker 2: from now where I'm when I'm on my third wife
- 2:35Speaker 2: and my second speed boat, you know, I'll be a
- 2:39Speaker 2: different character. But for the most part, people are pretty cool.
- 2:42Speaker 2: And the one thing I find is anybody who does
- 2:45Speaker 2: want to say hello to you has the same energy
- 2:48Speaker 2: you do as a broadcaster. Meaning if you're like an
- 2:50Speaker 2: angry you know, fire and brimstone guy, you're gonna meet
- 2:54Speaker 2: that guy. Okay. But nobody is coming up to me
- 2:58Speaker 2: to save the country, you know what they're not. I
- 3:02Speaker 2: don't get approached by those people. I get approached by
- 3:05Speaker 2: the you know, hey, you want to do a shot,
- 3:06Speaker 2: you know, so it's all fun.
- 3:08Speaker 1: Hey, this past week we had the primary election. What
- 3:12Speaker 1: the hell's going on? Every communist and nut job is
- 3:15Speaker 1: getting elected here in New York. Where's this going to end?
- 3:19Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, tell me about it. Man, I just
- 3:21Speaker 2: found out now that we have a communist government, they're
- 3:24Speaker 2: taking half of my laughs on Saturday Night redistributed, right,
- 3:30Speaker 2: buff A Cliff. Yeah, they're redistributing the last to other people.
- 3:34Speaker 2: It's not good. Other shows are gonna get funny. You know,
- 3:37Speaker 2: it's so crazy. I know, you know you've read up
- 3:39Speaker 2: on this. It's really a tyranny of the minority in
- 3:43Speaker 2: that deven percent of the voters are what kilt the
- 3:47Speaker 2: scales in the primary. It's all rich white kids who
- 3:51Speaker 2: either have useless college degrees or have done nothing because
- 3:54Speaker 2: they have rich white parents that are allowing them to,
- 3:57Speaker 2: you know, stick it to the man and yell about
- 4:00Speaker 2: socialism without realizing their parents are the man. And it's
- 4:04Speaker 2: the only reason they can watch Netflix and smoke wheed
- 4:06Speaker 2: all day. It's because they were people willing to work
- 4:09Speaker 2: hard and contribute to society. So I listen, I hate it.
- 4:13Speaker 2: I know they say, like the Republicans are going to
- 4:15Speaker 2: benefit from this nationally, but you know, I still don't
- 4:18Speaker 2: love the idea that we're even having the conversation. You
- 4:21Speaker 2: know what I mean?
- 4:22Speaker 1: Yeah, no, it's crazy. Hey, the late night shows, the
- 4:27Speaker 1: late night host of television, Jimmy Fayla, Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel,
- 4:33Speaker 1: the odds that they're all named Jimmy. How did this happens?
- 4:36Speaker 1: It's unbelievable, And.
- 4:38Speaker 2: It's funny because we had James Gordon until he skipped
- 4:41Speaker 2: back across the pond. What happened is England traded him
- 4:45Speaker 2: for Prince Harry. We got Prince Harry in the deal,
- 4:48Speaker 2: they got Cordon back. Now we're stuck. We're stuck with
- 4:51Speaker 2: a couple less Jimmies. But uh, it is funny that
- 4:54Speaker 2: it just worked out that way. I mean because beyond
- 4:57Speaker 2: the name, though, we really don't have anything in common.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Like I go on TV and tell jokes. Jimmy Kimmel
- 5:02Speaker 2: is crying that fascist station over the government, and Jimmy
- 5:06Speaker 2: Fallon's just hammered like he's a nice guy. If you
- 5:09Speaker 2: meet him, Yeah, you would never feel better about your
- 5:12Speaker 2: own drinking than you would if you hung out with
- 5:14Speaker 2: Jimmy Fallon. I mean he is. If they ever reboot
- 5:18Speaker 2: leaving in Las Vegas, Nicola Page is out of a job.
- 5:23Speaker 1: I know what you mean. That's why he seems to
- 5:25Speaker 1: be having a little accident every couple of weeks, the leg,
- 5:28Speaker 1: broken wrist, or that he almost cut.
- 5:31Speaker 2: Off his hands. You know how hard that. But he's
- 5:36Speaker 2: having a good time, so I give him that, you
- 5:38Speaker 2: know what I mean. I enjoy him because he's trying
- 5:41Speaker 2: to do a show in the spirit of Late Night.
- 5:43Speaker 2: The other guys as you know, like the Kimmel thing.
- 5:47Speaker 2: It's so embarrassing to me as a comic because we
- 5:50Speaker 2: have a unique ability you bring people together through laughter.
- 5:54Speaker 2: So if he's not going for laughter, it's the opposite.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Imagine you bought tickets to see an artist. I mean,
- 6:00Speaker 2: he said she went to see McCartney, but he didn't sing.
- 6:03Speaker 2: So you're there for like two hours and you're like, hey,
- 6:05Speaker 2: what the heck's going on here? That's a happening with Kimmel.
- 6:08Speaker 2: He gets McCartney, but you're not gett any Beatles song.
- 6:10Speaker 2: You're not even getting the Wing songs with Kimble.
- 6:12Speaker 1: Yeah, Hey, why is Kimmel taking the whole summer off?
- 6:16Speaker 1: What does that say about him? He's taking the whole
- 6:17Speaker 1: summer off. That's insane. Who would do that?
- 6:20Speaker 2: I mean a lot of people would argue he's taken
- 6:22Speaker 2: the last three years off, but do what you're going for. Uh.
- 6:26Speaker 2: He does this from time to time. He takes these sabbaticals.
- 6:30Speaker 2: I guess he goes and hangs out with his family
- 6:31Speaker 2: or whatever the case may be. But he brings in
- 6:34Speaker 2: these other hosts and rather than using it as an
- 6:37Speaker 2: opportunity to maybe you know, like lends the palette. He's
- 6:42Speaker 2: bringing in Rosie o'donald, which I'm sure you saw. Yeah,
- 6:45Speaker 2: and uh, you know, she's obviously it's personal for her
- 6:49Speaker 2: at this point. And when it gets when it gets
- 6:52Speaker 2: that personal, is that viscerally personal, Like you shouldn't be
- 6:55Speaker 2: in the conversation, you know, because Rosie o'donald, Like when
- 6:59Speaker 2: you've watched those Ticks videos, it's like the woman asking
- 7:02Speaker 2: you for a dollar on the subway, you know, except
- 7:05Speaker 2: the woman asking for the dollar homs her hair once
- 7:07Speaker 2: in a.
- 7:07Speaker 1: While and smiles once in a while.
- 7:11Speaker 2: But uh, yeah, once in a while she give you
- 7:12Speaker 2: a little smile, you know, smile at the invisible man
- 7:16Speaker 2: next to her. You know, you gotta she gets some
- 7:18Speaker 2: upbeatd you know vibes from once in a while.
- 7:21Speaker 1: Hey, next week is a tough week for Democrats. It's
- 7:24Speaker 1: fourth of July, but this time it's America two hundred
- 7:27Speaker 1: and fiftieth Birthday. Celebrate America. Democrats really don't enjoy that,
- 7:31Speaker 1: do they.
- 7:33Speaker 2: No, they're probably setting up grief counseling as we speak
- 7:36Speaker 2: right now. Keep kidding me, do you think mom, Donny
- 7:41Speaker 2: is seldom breaking the Fourth of July? Like you know,
- 7:45Speaker 2: these new reps are probably gonna throw a nine to
- 7:46Speaker 2: eleven parade, but they're not going to celebrate the fourth
- 7:49Speaker 2: of July. So embarrassing.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Hey, also, President Trump, you know when he has the
- 7:54Speaker 1: UFC fight, these elitists, these DC New York LA democ
- 8:00Speaker 1: they'd never heard of UFC or like he's doing the
- 8:02Speaker 1: State Fair, They've never heard of a state fear. It's
- 8:05Speaker 1: confusing to them, right.
- 8:08Speaker 2: No, And it's embarrassing because what they're really showing you
- 8:12Speaker 2: is how out of touch they are with regular people.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Like UFC is obviously one of the biggest sports.
- 8:18Speaker 1: In the world.
- 8:19Speaker 2: I don't watch a lot of it because if I
- 8:22Speaker 2: want to see a brawl, you know, I have a
- 8:23Speaker 2: metro card. I can get right on the bus of
- 8:26Speaker 2: the subway any hour of the day. Somebody's in a
- 8:29Speaker 2: choke hold. It's great but I get that it's popular.
- 8:32Speaker 2: I get that working class people are all over it.
- 8:34Speaker 2: And when you see somebody like Larry David say he's
- 8:37Speaker 2: embarrassed for the country, you know, and he's a gas
- 8:41Speaker 2: and stuff like that, that like that kind of stuff
- 8:45Speaker 2: speaks to like Hollywood is engaged in this never ending
- 8:48Speaker 2: branding exercise where they're trying to pretend like who can
- 8:51Speaker 2: hate Trump the most? And that's what Larry David was
- 8:55Speaker 2: playing into when he said that. And that's dopey, you know,
- 8:57Speaker 2: like he's normally a pretty smart guy, you know, Larry David.
- 9:01Speaker 2: And it's like, you gotta get this stuff down if
- 9:03Speaker 2: you want to be relatable, Like if you can't do UFC,
- 9:06Speaker 2: you got to at least start with KFC, you know,
- 9:09Speaker 2: eat some fried chicken. Now you're halfway into the Midwestern
- 9:12Speaker 2: vibe and then you can turn on the fight and
- 9:14Speaker 2: see how it goes.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Hey, I haven't talked to you since the Obama Library opened.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Yeah, well you know what, Yeah, we haven't talked. And
- 9:24Speaker 2: Biden hasn't gotten off the stage yet either.
- 9:27Speaker 1: But who looks at the drawing of that rendering and says, yeah,
- 9:31Speaker 1: that's good build that it's the ugliest thing I've ever seen.
- 9:35Speaker 2: You know who designed it? Somebody who has spent a
- 9:37Speaker 2: lot of time on subway platforms, and this is those
- 9:40Speaker 2: old garbage cans. They set the can right there in
- 9:44Speaker 2: the middle of the platform. It is, it's so embarrassing.
- 9:48Speaker 2: The whole ceremony was embarrassing, you know, but that is
- 9:52Speaker 2: I figured it out. The reason they brought in Stevie Wonders,
- 9:55Speaker 2: so they had one guy who wasn't complaining about the design.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Hey, Jimmy Fayla every night nine to midnight here on WR.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Who do you have on tonight?
- 10:08Speaker 2: Oh, tonight's a hot one man. It's a couple of
- 10:11Speaker 2: Fox starlets. We have Channeley Painter, she's an overnight headlines anchor.
- 10:15Speaker 2: I think we're getting a Lara Trump appearance to preview
- 10:18Speaker 2: her big taping on Saturday Night show. And this really
- 10:21Speaker 2: is this is her first time on the show. Like
- 10:23Speaker 2: we're good friends. I've known her a long time, but
- 10:25Speaker 2: I've actually never had her in studio. So it's gonna
- 10:27Speaker 2: be a banger. And if anybody wants to go, I
- 10:30Speaker 2: met more of your fans last week. People who listen
- 10:32Speaker 2: to this always come to the taping. It's Fox across
- 10:34Speaker 2: America dot com. You get free tickets, you hang out.
- 10:37Speaker 1: It's great.
- 10:38Speaker 2: I mean it's a good hang and you're gonna see
- 10:39Speaker 2: Larry Trump this week, so you might even get clotheslined
- 10:42Speaker 2: by the Secret Service if you get too close.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Do you have any tickets left for tonight?
- 10:46Speaker 2: Yeah, they could definitely get in tonight. It's a Thursday.

- 11:09Speaker 1: and listen to Jimmy Fayla tonight great show nine to
- 11:13Speaker 1: midnight every weeknight on WORR, and watch them every Saturday
- 11:17Speaker 1: night ten o'clock the Fox News Channel. Jimmy Fayla, thanks
- 11:20Speaker 1: for being with us, goobye all right? Take care. Yeah
- 11:26Speaker 1: that sounds good. That's a great thing to go to
- 11:27Speaker 1: at TV show tape. It's a great date. You tick somebody.
- 11:31Speaker 1: You don't have to tell them it was free. But
- 11:33Speaker 1: next thing you know, they're in a big, glamorous TV studio,
- 11:35Speaker 1: a lot of celebrities, Fox across America dot Com. Hey,

- 11:57Speaker 1: Now every morning. It's Curtisly Larry Minty every morning six
- 12:02Speaker 1: to ten on seven ten Woir
