- 0:06Speaker 1: Whales are buying, but who else is causing the crypto
- 0:09Speaker 1: market to explode. My name is Small Barren. Welcome back
- 0:11Speaker 1: in a tech path. Let's get started today. We'll break
- 0:13Speaker 1: it all down for you. I do want to think
- 0:15Speaker 1: our sponsor and that is Tangum. This is a place
- 0:17Speaker 1: where you guys can get into self custody and it's
- 0:19Speaker 1: a great hardware wallet that works with your phone.
- 0:22Speaker 2: It's a little credit card like thing.
- 0:23Speaker 1: If you're brand new to setting up a hardware wallet,
- 0:27Speaker 1: this is the one you want because.
- 0:29Speaker 2: It's very easy to set up super secure.
- 0:31Speaker 1: All you have to do is visit tangum and then
- 0:33Speaker 1: tangum dot com and then just hit that little blue
- 0:35Speaker 1: button up there at the top right that's going to
- 0:38Speaker 1: get you over to ordering. Get the three cards set.
- 0:41Speaker 1: That's the way to do it. Use our link to
- 0:43Speaker 1: get a little bit off as well, and it does
- 0:45Speaker 1: help the channel, so check it out. It's definitely the
- 0:47Speaker 1: way to go. I want to go into a lot
- 0:49Speaker 1: of coveraging the market because a lot of anticipation here
- 0:53Speaker 1: right now off the market is getting ready to coil
- 0:56Speaker 1: and strike. One thing that of course everybody is watching
- 1:00Speaker 1: is President Trump and what he says take a look.
- 1:03Speaker 2: Rising market will do. Oh, it's going to get a
- 1:06Speaker 2: lot higher.
- 1:07Speaker 3: In fact, I told people five weeks ago it's a
- 1:11Speaker 3: great time to buy.
- 1:12Speaker 2: I got criticized for that.
- 1:13Speaker 4: Now they don't criticize me anymore.
- 1:14Speaker 3: People should have listened.
- 1:16Speaker 5: But it's going to go a lot higher.
- 1:18Speaker 2: See, We've never had anything like this happen.
- 1:20Speaker 6: It's an explosion of investment and jobs and great companies
- 1:25Speaker 6: are coming in. Never seen anything like it.
- 1:27Speaker 1: All right, So kind of Trump gloating a little bit
- 1:30Speaker 1: from his call last couple of weeks ago in terms
- 1:33Speaker 1: of anticipating a lot of the moves, and I think
- 1:35Speaker 1: sometimes he almost gives you a little bit of insight
- 1:39Speaker 1: to what's really going on behind the scenes, because it's
- 1:42Speaker 1: possible that maybe this Geneva meeting with the Chinese, maybe
- 1:46Speaker 1: they had a good idea that there was going to
- 1:49Speaker 1: be something positive coming out of that. That of course
- 1:51Speaker 1: caused the market to move quite a bit. Everything now
- 1:54Speaker 1: is back to pre Liberation Day levels except the US dollar,
- 1:57Speaker 1: which is much weaker. That is also I think by design.
- 2:00Speaker 1: When you look at the overall market and how this
- 2:02Speaker 1: is going, the other thing that is playing into this
- 2:05Speaker 1: is going to be CPI, and this is now falling
- 2:08Speaker 1: again to two point three, so below expectations. At two
- 2:11Speaker 1: point four, course, CPI was also down two point eight,
- 2:14Speaker 1: which was in line.
- 2:16Speaker 2: And if you look at just where trueflation is, this is.
- 2:19Speaker 1: The kind of fall off that we have seen since
- 2:23Speaker 1: the top right there, which was in January.
- 2:26Speaker 2: So leading up to.
- 2:27Speaker 1: January, obviously through the end of last year, inflation continued
- 2:32Speaker 1: to hold at least on the true inflation side, but
- 2:34Speaker 1: it has completely bottomed out. The real question is with
- 2:38Speaker 1: lowering inflation, the fact that we most likely have a
- 2:43Speaker 1: tariff deal. Are we in a position now where the
- 2:46Speaker 1: Fed does not end up doing any rate cuts before
- 2:49Speaker 1: the end of the year, And how's that going to
- 2:50Speaker 1: be affecting the market? Tariffs will show I think maybe
- 2:55Speaker 1: the next cycle, or at least the next print in
- 2:58Speaker 1: terms of inflation, and I think that's where they're going
- 3:01Speaker 1: to show up.
- 3:02Speaker 2: Take a look at this clip, Ellen, what this is
- 3:04Speaker 2: a good number? Are you happy?
- 3:05Speaker 4: I think, look this number, You're gonna hate this. This
- 3:08Speaker 4: number doesn't matter because the tariff effects are going to
- 3:11Speaker 4: really start to show up in next month's number. Next month,
- 3:14Speaker 4: but the Fed probably is going to cut this year
- 3:18Speaker 4: and I understand the.
- 3:19Speaker 2: Wait and see, but you've got three.
- 3:21Speaker 4: Percent growth last year, we're probably slowing to round one
- 3:24Speaker 4: percent growth this year, and so inflation, they're going to
- 3:27Speaker 4: have an easier time saying this is a one off
- 3:29Speaker 4: level shift in prices and they're going to be able
- 3:32Speaker 4: to look beyond it, and that's what they really want
- 3:34Speaker 4: to do. You will get some more slack in the
- 3:36Speaker 4: labor market. Look at how the tourism numbers are off
- 3:38Speaker 4: so sharply.
- 3:39Speaker 2: I mean, Canada is off sharply.
- 3:41Speaker 4: You've got planes that are not full coming over from Europe.
- 3:45Speaker 4: And so what happens when we start to hire for
- 3:47Speaker 4: leisure and hospitality jobs in the summer and we're hiring
- 3:50Speaker 4: but not as much as we normally do. That's negative.
- 3:54Speaker 4: You're going to have some slack building in the labor market.
- 3:56Speaker 4: It's going to be easier for this FED to go
- 3:58Speaker 4: ahead and cut.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Not right now, all right.
- 4:02Speaker 1: So there's a couple of things I do agree with there.
- 4:04Speaker 1: One thing is around the jobs tonight, a scenario that
- 4:07Speaker 1: is playing out. I do think that we're going to
- 4:10Speaker 1: see much harder hits on the job markets coming up
- 4:14Speaker 1: in the next ninety days. That may push the fed
- 4:17Speaker 1: a little bit quicker towards the early fall to make
- 4:21Speaker 1: that cup cut occur. And I think this is going
- 4:23Speaker 1: to be a big fact because also remember if tariffs
- 4:26Speaker 1: do have that stemming effect into this next print on inflation,
- 4:32Speaker 1: it'll be interesting to see how Chair Pale and also
- 4:35Speaker 1: the administration deal with this. Because we've been going down
- 4:38Speaker 1: for the last few months. Now we could get a lift.
- 4:41Speaker 1: Now is that going to be a long term impact.
- 4:43Speaker 1: That's the real question because obviously a lot of this
- 4:45Speaker 1: will play into where many of these things are going,
- 4:48Speaker 1: and that means volatility. So here's Larry Fink talking about
- 4:52Speaker 1: what to look for in volatility over the next little bit.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Take a look. The markets need certainty.
- 4:59Speaker 5: In Europe, there's twelve trillion dollars in money sitting in
- 5:02Speaker 5: bank accounts in Europe. In the United States, there's eleven
- 5:05Speaker 5: trillion dollars sitting in money market funds the US, and
- 5:09Speaker 5: I wrote in an editorial and election day in the
- 5:12Speaker 5: Wall Street Journal, the US economy needs a three percent
- 5:16Speaker 5: growth rate to overcome its deficits. And I do believe
- 5:20Speaker 5: what President Trump is trying to do. I believe consistent
- 5:24Speaker 5: what the Kingdom is trying to do. They're trying to
- 5:26Speaker 5: create more public private investing, and I think that'll be
- 5:30Speaker 5: the characteristic that we're all going to be watching. So yes,
- 5:33Speaker 5: we're gonna have allatility in the next ninety days.
- 5:36Speaker 2: All right, So there you heard it.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Ninety days is the real window here. Then I think
- 5:41Speaker 1: we have to kind of wait and see what's gonna
- 5:43Speaker 1: happen with both inflation and of course the FED and
- 5:45Speaker 1: how they're going to handle the fall in terms of
- 5:47Speaker 1: right cut, I don't anticipate one through the summer, at
- 5:50Speaker 1: least unless we don't see a dramatic effect on jobs,
- 5:54Speaker 1: and that can still show up in the next job
- 5:57Speaker 1: print or the one after, So be looking for those.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Tom Lee, who has been an analyst that's been very
- 6:02Speaker 1: bullish for quite a bit, he kind of got skittish
- 6:04Speaker 1: a little bit there during this most recent downturn, but
- 6:07Speaker 1: he's talking about maybe these skeptics are going to finally
- 6:11Speaker 1: start to agree with him.
- 6:12Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 6:14Speaker 7: The stock market did have a liquidation event, as you
- 6:16Speaker 7: point out, but waterfall declines all of them seventeen out
- 6:22Speaker 7: of eighteen since nineteen fifty had a V shaped recovery,
- 6:25Speaker 7: So we knew that whenever the bottom was established, the
- 6:28Speaker 7: bottom would be a V shape.
- 6:29Speaker 1: I think because the selloff was so politically oriented that
- 6:33Speaker 1: it kind of took on a life of its own.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Would you agree with that?
- 6:37Speaker 7: If you excluded ten best days of twenty twenty three
- 6:41Speaker 7: or the ten best days of twenty twenty four, the
- 6:43Speaker 7: SMP only returned three percent a year each of those years.
- 6:47Speaker 7: So you need to stay in the market, as you
- 6:49Speaker 7: point out, in order to get the twenty percent games.
- 6:51Speaker 7: And I think this year is another example of people
- 6:54Speaker 7: rage sold at forty eight thirty five and now they're
- 6:56Speaker 7: buying in today. They missed a thousand points or twenty
- 7:00Speaker 7: percentage points of a game in twenty twenty five.
- 7:02Speaker 4: And for those who missed and wish that they had
- 7:04Speaker 4: piled in at the lows now a month ago, what
- 7:07Speaker 4: do you say?
- 7:07Speaker 7: Now? There's a lot to be excited about. We have
- 7:09Speaker 7: deregulation coming, we have the tear tobaccle behind us, we
- 7:14Speaker 7: have tax cuts possibly, and then we might have better
- 7:18Speaker 7: trade partnerships with other countries, meaning US companies at earning's upside.
- 7:22Speaker 7: I think that the market is flat here to date
- 7:25Speaker 7: through May, so I don't think anyone should feel like
- 7:27Speaker 7: they missed anything. I think that they're going to have
- 7:29Speaker 7: a chance to buy a lot of companies. A lot
- 7:31Speaker 7: of stocks got obliterated, and I think that these washed
- 7:34Speaker 7: out names are still opportunity.
- 7:37Speaker 1: All right, So what he's getting at is this right here,
- 7:39Speaker 1: This is the S and P over that eight week
- 7:41Speaker 1: span for what Tom Lee is talking about, and that
- 7:44Speaker 1: was a significant downturn from its market high.
- 7:47Speaker 2: If you look at all the way down.
- 7:49Speaker 1: To that wick right there, you're still talking about a
- 7:51Speaker 1: twenty percent adjustment. Now, is that enough of a reversal
- 7:55Speaker 1: that we've seen so far, at least on the S
- 7:57Speaker 1: and P. Many people would say, if you're watching our
- 7:59Speaker 1: CHANNELPTO has definitely seen a reversal. With now Bitcoin pressuring
- 8:04Speaker 1: its all time high, EAT starting to move as well.
- 8:07Speaker 1: There's a lot of indicators now that might agree with
- 8:09Speaker 1: Tom Lee, and that is a lot of this is
- 8:12Speaker 1: getting ready to fly.
- 8:13Speaker 2: Now.
- 8:13Speaker 1: There's one, I guess, sour note to this whole issue,
- 8:16Speaker 1: and part of this has been around something that we've
- 8:19Speaker 1: talked about quite a bit, and.
- 8:20Speaker 2: That's the Genius Act.
- 8:22Speaker 1: This is one of the stable coin bills that was
- 8:24Speaker 1: turned down last week due to Senator Warren's you know,
- 8:28Speaker 1: last minute antics of being able to get it basically
- 8:31Speaker 1: deterred by a handful of Democrats, and of course Ryan
- 8:35Speaker 1: Segis came back on and saying, hey this, if this
- 8:37Speaker 1: doesn't get done, then this will be all of crypto
- 8:41Speaker 1: legislation under President Trump will essentially be dead on arrival.
- 8:45Speaker 1: That would be a big impact, I think overall. Also,
- 8:49Speaker 1: I think it would also cause a little bit of
- 8:51Speaker 1: issue with Trump and the administration in terms of where
- 8:55Speaker 1: David Zachs the crypt Aizar is kind of positioned around this.
- 8:58Speaker 2: It'll be interesting to see.
- 9:00Speaker 1: I know the Bitcoin conference is coming up, the XRP
- 9:03Speaker 1: conference is coming up, the Accelerate conferences coming up. There's
- 9:07Speaker 1: gonna be a lot of politicians that are talking at
- 9:09Speaker 1: these events. I'm curious as to what they're going to
- 9:11Speaker 1: say about the Genius Act. If you look at the
- 9:13Speaker 1: all coin index right now in terms of all coin season,
- 9:17Speaker 1: is it in a position right now to where you
- 9:20Speaker 1: would buy so let me know in the comments if
- 9:22Speaker 1: you guys are in a position right now, because it's
- 9:24Speaker 1: not in the green yet, we're really just warming up.
- 9:28Speaker 1: Is this a spot where you would go ahead and
- 9:30Speaker 1: deploy capital you're talking about Larry fink. They're saying, there's
- 9:33Speaker 1: so much money on the sidelines. Part of that most
- 9:35Speaker 1: likely is going to hit the liquidity side of crypto.
- 9:38Speaker 1: Let me know what you guys think, Will you start
- 9:40Speaker 1: to drop some into some of these all coins? Because
- 9:42Speaker 1: I know right now, at least if you're in our
- 9:45Speaker 1: diamond circle and you're in our own telegram group. We
- 9:48Speaker 1: did a poll on there recently and it was by
- 9:51Speaker 1: far most people dcaing into all coins, so very interesting. Now,
- 9:57Speaker 1: coming out of token to PI, a lot of people
- 9:59Speaker 1: were talking about where was this liquidity coming from, how
- 10:02Speaker 1: is it flowing through? Here was a lot of the
- 10:04Speaker 1: ETF analysts breaking it down, take a look who's buying.
- 10:08Speaker 8: It's been interesting to watch this shift over the course
- 10:11Speaker 8: of the sixteen or so months that we've had these
- 10:14Speaker 8: ETFs in the US. At the outset, it certainly was
- 10:17Speaker 8: predominantly retail. And what we've seen is this pretty striking
- 10:22Speaker 8: pattern where every single quarter the percentage that's in retail
- 10:26Speaker 8: goes down and the percentage that's institutional wealth advisory goes up.
- 10:32Speaker 6: Our odds approval for like Salona XRP spot went from
- 10:36Speaker 6: one percent to fifty. Now they're now up to seventy
- 10:39Speaker 6: because there have been no withdrawals. Just real quick, you
- 10:42Speaker 6: think they're going to allow eth staking in the ETF
- 10:45Speaker 6: had on a forecast that Okay, can you answer that too?
- 10:48Speaker 4: Yeah, it has to happen through legislation, And my answer
- 10:50Speaker 4: is yes, Okay, quick, Paul, raise your hand if you
- 10:53Speaker 4: think bitcoin hits newer all time highs later this year.
- 10:58Speaker 2: Bullish, Oh my gosh.
- 11:00Speaker 9: So there we go.
- 11:01Speaker 1: Okay, all right, so a little bit of fun there.
- 11:05Speaker 1: But I think the point is is they're getting at
- 11:07Speaker 1: institutional definitely in a position right now, and with the
- 11:10Speaker 1: amount of liquidity on the sidelines, this could be one
- 11:12Speaker 1: of the key points right before summer that starts to
- 11:15Speaker 1: move into this. And remember it's very possible that crypto
- 11:18Speaker 1: may not act the same way as the S and
- 11:21Speaker 1: P five hundred because people can trade it so much
- 11:24Speaker 1: more freely, and when you look at twenty four to
- 11:26Speaker 1: seven Marcus three sixty five, it does kind of change
- 11:29Speaker 1: the philosophy you have how you go about trading coinbas
- 11:32Speaker 1: institutions are also talking about this. This is them kind
- 11:36Speaker 1: of breaking down. You know, the amount of other cryptos
- 11:39Speaker 1: that are starting to get some attention, and even vcs
- 11:43Speaker 1: in terms of investment, take a look bitcoin.
- 11:46Speaker 8: You know, everybody here is bitcoin crazy, because most people,
- 11:49Speaker 8: if they're into crypto.
- 11:50Speaker 4: They're really into bitcoin.
- 11:51Speaker 3: What do you make of these other currencies and how
- 11:53Speaker 3: should we think about that? So the narrative I like
- 11:56Speaker 3: to think about is, well, there's bitcoin. This is about
- 11:58Speaker 3: top twenty tokens, which have really at each trying to
- 12:00Speaker 3: solve real problems. The stack below that I think of
- 12:04Speaker 3: as a venture capital pool. So if you're investing in
- 12:06Speaker 3: venture capital, you generally have a portfolio theory where you
- 12:09Speaker 3: know that a meaningful portion of your portfolio is not
- 12:12Speaker 3: going to succeed, some will tread water, and if you're lucky,
- 12:16Speaker 3: you'll have a couple of huge winners. I think thinking
- 12:19Speaker 3: about crypto that way is a good narrative because it's
- 12:24Speaker 3: fairly easy.
- 12:24Speaker 4: To create a coin.
- 12:26Speaker 3: People create coins for fun, they create coins to solve
- 12:28Speaker 3: business problems, they create co coins to solve social problems.
- 12:31Speaker 3: So I think if you view it as a venture
- 12:32Speaker 3: capital portfolio, you can risk adjust it appropriately.
- 12:38Speaker 1: That's interesting venture capital portfolio. I think some of the
- 12:41Speaker 1: tokens I would would agree, yes, definitely a high risk portfolio,
- 12:46Speaker 1: but I think some of the blue chips are in
- 12:49Speaker 1: a little bit of a different class, and I think
- 12:51Speaker 1: that may work out in the markets overall, especially around
- 12:55Speaker 1: how most people are going to be going into some
- 12:57Speaker 1: of these all coins in the near future. The other
- 12:59Speaker 1: thing that plays into this is kind of the concept
- 13:02Speaker 1: of digital gold. And when you look at digital gold,
- 13:05Speaker 1: and we've talked about this quite a bit, the key
- 13:08Speaker 1: is here is tokenized assets. We're going to start to
- 13:10Speaker 1: see this come into a variety of areas. RBA's are exploding.
- 13:14Speaker 1: The likelihood of expansion in that area around not only securities,
- 13:18Speaker 1: but many other asset classes is real. Here's a clip
- 13:21Speaker 1: where Pantheric Capital talks a little bit more about this.
- 13:24Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 13:25Speaker 10: Previous panel was talking about the scalability we've been invested
- 13:28Speaker 10: in arbitram Stark, where blocks route a bunch of projects
- 13:32Speaker 10: that are massively scaling our views. Is kind of like
- 13:36Speaker 10: the dial up to broadband moment. It was not that functional,
- 13:40Speaker 10: and now it's getting very functional. One of the transactions
- 13:43Speaker 10: that's happening right now that I love I've been waiting
- 13:45Speaker 10: for for twelve years. I think digital gold is now
- 13:48Speaker 10: overtaking old school gold.
- 13:51Speaker 1: What an interesting statement because I would agree with that,
- 13:54Speaker 1: we're starting to see more movement on that. We've talked
- 13:56Speaker 1: about it quite a bit with some of the key
- 13:59Speaker 1: people out there within the gold industry. I'm kind of curious,
- 14:01Speaker 1: when you guys are investing, is a digital gold framework
- 14:05Speaker 1: even something that you're looking at around alternative asset classes
- 14:10Speaker 1: or are you looking at securities and things of that nature.
- 14:12Speaker 1: One note on that, and that is who are the
- 14:15Speaker 1: new IPOs that you could maybe you know because a
- 14:18Speaker 1: lot of people will say, Hey, Paul, I like the
- 14:20Speaker 1: S and people or Crypto, but I'm staying with the
- 14:22Speaker 1: S and P five hundred based on crypto holding, so Strategy, Coinbase,
- 14:26Speaker 1: maybe Robin Hood some of those. Maybe there's a new
- 14:30Speaker 1: entry coming in and that of course could be Animocha.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Now you guys will know them because they've been on
- 14:34Speaker 1: our channel quite a bit. Here's Yacht Sue talking about this,
- 14:36Speaker 1: but Animocha is planning a US listing coming in from
- 14:40Speaker 1: Yacht Sue says, Trump's crypto friendly regulations create a very
- 14:43Speaker 1: unique moment for the crypto market, and.
- 14:45Speaker 2: I would agree that this is the time.
- 14:48Speaker 1: If Animoka is going to pull the trigger on this,
- 14:50Speaker 1: this would be the time to do it. Now, will
- 14:52Speaker 1: that be enough to get awareness around what anamoca truly is.
- 14:58Speaker 1: That's the big question mark that I think a lot
- 15:00Speaker 1: of analysts will be asking because they'll say, who is anamocha?
- 15:04Speaker 1: What is their big value proposition? Everybody's looking at from
- 15:07Speaker 1: a wall street side, So it's going to be up
- 15:09Speaker 1: to them to kind of get things rolling here.
- 15:10Speaker 2: Now.
- 15:11Speaker 1: One thing that is changing hands is the fact that
- 15:14Speaker 1: robin Hood is now starting more acquisitions and today they
- 15:16Speaker 1: acquired Wonderfi, which.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Is one hundred and eighty million.
- 15:20Speaker 1: Now, I know that's not a lot, but when you
- 15:22Speaker 1: look at a platform like Wonderfi, who is running essentially
- 15:26Speaker 1: on arbitrum, this opens things up pretty interesting for what
- 15:32Speaker 1: maybe Robinhood could be doing in the coming months.
- 15:35Speaker 2: So be on the lookout here.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Robin could be starting to really push some very interesting
- 15:40Speaker 1: acquisitions going into this cycle of crypto, and I think
- 15:44Speaker 1: that's where retail will start to come in. Robin Hood
- 15:47Speaker 1: will benefit from that along with just their strategy overall.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Another thing that's happening Van k has launched the v bill,
- 15:54Speaker 1: which is the first tokenized US Treasury fund. This is
- 15:57Speaker 1: on Salon, it's on avalanches, on e The key here
- 16:00Speaker 1: is they're doing it tokenized bi Securitized Securitize one of
- 16:03Speaker 1: the biggest companies out there, as you guys know, working
- 16:06Speaker 1: with Blackrock and many others around RWA. So another big
- 16:10Speaker 1: move in the market's right there by van Ak could
- 16:12Speaker 1: and kudos to them.
- 16:14Speaker 2: Let's look at fear and greed, because.
- 16:15Speaker 1: This is one thing that I've been amazed at how
- 16:18Speaker 1: quickly let me zoom in on this for you guys.
- 16:19Speaker 2: Look at how.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Quickly this came off of the mark. At literally just
- 16:25Speaker 1: April ninth, we were at our lowest point that we've
- 16:29Speaker 1: had in a while.
- 16:30Speaker 2: That's twenty five.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Look how fast the market has recovered here almost now
- 16:35Speaker 1: pacing right in line with the S and P. And
- 16:38Speaker 1: when you look at the S and P, just the
- 16:40Speaker 1: regular stock market, fear and greed, look at the comparison
- 16:43Speaker 1: right here one month ago. That was setting it in
- 16:46Speaker 1: nineteen guys, nineteen it is now hovering almost clipping into
- 16:51Speaker 1: extreme greed. So how much more can the market take
- 16:55Speaker 1: before we see a pullback? Many of the analysts are
- 16:58Speaker 1: trying to figure that out. I think this is to
- 17:00Speaker 1: be a factor that remember, crypto typically lags behind, so
- 17:05Speaker 1: cycle behind. What we're seeing here on the S and
- 17:07Speaker 1: P five hundred profits come out of S and P
- 17:09Speaker 1: five hundred moving into more risk assets. That's where you
- 17:12Speaker 1: start to see some of the movements. That's why I
- 17:15Speaker 1: think you're seeing a lot of states, a lot of companies,
- 17:19Speaker 1: and a lot of strategies starting to dogpile. And what
- 17:23Speaker 1: I mean by that is, here's a clip of Mayor Adams.
- 17:26Speaker 1: This is New York City mayor saying that they are
- 17:28Speaker 1: going to become the new crypto capital.
- 17:30Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 17:32Speaker 9: If you're in the crypto blockchain, Web three or the
- 17:36Speaker 9: fintech space, New York City is open for business. We're
- 17:41Speaker 9: going to show that in this amazing summit that is
- 17:44Speaker 9: going to take place on May twenty.
- 17:47Speaker 1: All Right, so New York's got a lot of clean
- 17:48Speaker 1: up to do. I kind of, you know, chuckle at
- 17:51Speaker 1: that a little bit, just because of their attax situation.
- 17:54Speaker 2: And will New York walk the walk?
- 17:56Speaker 1: I mean, we'll see if they open things up, start
- 17:58Speaker 1: making it easier regulatory wise to for business to operate
- 18:02Speaker 1: in New York. Okay, maybe I'm interested, but even then,
- 18:05Speaker 1: you still have state tax, you still have a lot
- 18:08Speaker 1: of regulations from capital gains there's many things that still
- 18:11Speaker 1: go against New York, which is why I think you're
- 18:15Speaker 1: going to continue to see places like Texas, Florida and others.
- 18:18Speaker 2: Continue to excel in this space.
- 18:20Speaker 1: The good news is that everybody gets the joke now,
- 18:24Speaker 1: so everybody's running to try to position that not only
- 18:28Speaker 1: their business, their states, their organizations into this. And once
- 18:31Speaker 1: we get a stable coin bill passed, that's when I
- 18:33Speaker 1: think we start to see real movement in the space.
- 18:36Speaker 1: Don't forget a lot happening out there, including Salana their
- 18:39Speaker 1: big event happening next week in New York. This will
- 18:43Speaker 1: see everything from TAC finance, a lot of policy structurey adjusting,
- 18:48Speaker 1: lots of good speakers, as well as the Bitcoin conference
- 18:51Speaker 1: coming up in Vegas and even the XRP event also
- 18:53Speaker 1: in Vegas. All this is happening in May, so this
- 18:57Speaker 1: could be a big month for crypto overall. Make sure
