- 1:55Speaker 4: We've got the Friday fail stories coming up for you.
- 1:57Speaker 7: We've got the DUIQ.
- 2:00Speaker 4: We've got the birthdays, porno birthday here in a minute. Today, Greg, though,
- 2:02Speaker 4: one of your favorite holidays.
- 2:03Speaker 11: Which?
- 2:04Speaker 2: Do you have your World Water Monitoring Day tree up?
- 2:08Speaker 7: Water monitoring tree?
- 2:10Speaker 2: Well, I'm saying it's World Water Monitoring Day.
- 2:13Speaker 7: Oh, now I'm delayed getting. It's a delayed getting.
- 2:17Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 2:18Speaker 7: It's a holiday in Greg's house. I have the tree
- 2:20Speaker 7: and I'm going to decorate it today.
- 2:22Speaker 6: Oh, okay.
- 2:22Speaker 12: I was still trying to understand. I thought it was
- 2:25Speaker 12: like one of those chains where you break it off
- 2:27Speaker 12: until you reach the dam.
- 2:28Speaker 4: Do you still lie to everybody and say everybody that
- 2:31Speaker 4: you have a bucket in your shower.
- 2:33Speaker 7: That you use to collect the water? I used to.
- 2:36Speaker 7: While it warms up? How dare you? Yeah, right.
- 2:38Speaker 2: Who here, by the way, okay, who here, did you
- 2:41Speaker 2: ever hear this, Gina?
- 2:43Speaker 5: I know.
- 2:43Speaker 4: Greg claims that he would have a bucket.
- 2:45Speaker 7: Claims?
- 2:47Speaker 4: He would claim that he'd have a bucket in his
- 2:49Speaker 4: shower and he would use the bucket to collect the
- 2:52Speaker 4: water while the water was warming up.
- 2:54Speaker 13: Wow.
- 2:55Speaker 4: As to not waste water. Now, here's why I think
- 2:59Speaker 4: that is complete fiction. Aesthetically, can you picture Greg having
- 3:03Speaker 4: a bucket? He won't even have a KitchenAid mixer sitting
- 3:07Speaker 4: out on his counter in his kitchen.
- 3:08Speaker 13: Okay, your logic is sound. He doesn't sleep on the
- 3:12Speaker 13: bed if it's made too well. You're right, but when
- 3:13Speaker 13: I think of Greg and a bucket, it has to
- 3:16Speaker 13: be one of those sauna bamboo buckets that's very, as
- 3:20Speaker 13: Greg would say, intentional.
- 3:21Speaker 2: No, I think old Greg for sure had a bucket.
- 3:24Speaker 4: Like at one time there was a bucket?
- 3:26Speaker 2: Yes, absolutely.
- 3:27Speaker 12: Because remember when you and I faked a video where
- 3:31Speaker 12: we left the water running at a theme park in
- 3:33Speaker 12: the bathroom?
- 3:34Speaker 2: Greg said we showed it. Oh, that wasn't a fake video. No,
- 3:37Speaker 2: but we went back and we shut it off. Did
- 3:39Speaker 2: you though?
- 3:40Speaker 9: Yes.
- 3:40Speaker 2: No, I swear to God.
- 3:41Speaker 7: We did. But that was when I did what?
- 3:44Speaker 4: He said he would quit.
- 3:45Speaker 7: Well, I even grabbed a cardboard box and started checking
- 3:48Speaker 7: my desk.
- 3:49Speaker 5: What?
- 3:50Speaker 7: Dude, I was so hardcore.
- 3:52Speaker 12: Yeah, because we showed him the video and we didn't
- 3:54Speaker 12: tell him that we faked it.
- 3:55Speaker 7: It was so mad. That pissed me off. And I
- 3:57Speaker 7: had the bucket up until a few years ago. Here's
- 3:59Speaker 7: my question.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Where would Greg store that bucket so it would be unsightly?
- 4:03Speaker 13: Was it a fancy bucket?
- 4:04Speaker 4: Let's assume for the sake of argument that you did
- 4:06Speaker 4: at one time have a bucket.
- 4:07Speaker 7: You're right. Where'd you keep it? It stayed in the shower.
- 4:09Speaker 7: Do you know what a Roman shower is?
- 4:11Speaker 2: Is that like a golden shower?
- 4:13Speaker 7: No. So a Roman shower is sunken down. So it's basically,
- 4:17Speaker 7: let's say, 10 inches tall that you have to step down.
- 4:21Speaker 7: And it has a faucet. It's not just the shower head.
- 4:24Speaker 7: It's a faucet down below, like a bathtub faucet. And
- 4:27Speaker 7: then you pull the lever and make the shower water
- 4:29Speaker 7: come off. So it's super easy to keep a bucket
- 4:32Speaker 7: under that thing as it's like, just rushing out. Yeah,
- 4:35Speaker 7: but you would see it.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Yeah, it wasn't like a Home Depot bucket, was it?
- 4:37Speaker 7: And then you take it outside and use that to
- 4:38Speaker 7: water plants.
- 4:39Speaker 4: Home Depot, no, it was Lowe's.
- 4:40Speaker 13: Yeah, what kind of bucket was it?
- 4:42Speaker 4: That's the fancy one.
- 4:42Speaker 9: Right, man?
- 4:43Speaker 7: It was just a white bucket. I think it used
- 4:45Speaker 7: to hold chlorine.
- 4:46Speaker 5: Huh, interesting.
- 4:47Speaker 7: Like chlorine tablets or something like that.
- 4:48Speaker 4: Again, that right there. Why would you just have that
- 4:50Speaker 4: hanging around?
- 4:51Speaker 7: Not anymore. Not anymore. Not anymore.
- 4:54Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 4:54Speaker 4: Today is U.S. Air Force Day, CBAS. It's Chiropractic Founders Day.
- 4:59Speaker 14: Yes.
- 4:59Speaker 2: There you go, Jeff G. If you want a real
- 5:01Speaker 2: good story, look at the founder of chiropractic or whatever
- 5:04Speaker 2: the hell it is.
- 5:05Speaker 7: Oh, look it up.
- 5:06Speaker 2: And look at what he believed in and how he
- 5:07Speaker 2: founded it and tell me how legit it was.
- 5:10Speaker 4: Menace, it's National Concussion Awareness Day.
- 5:12Speaker 15: Okay.
- 5:13Speaker 2: I've had many. Real quick. With the water, Greg, you
- 5:17Speaker 2: gave it up because you looked at a globe, right?
- 5:20Speaker 7: Yeah, we went on that Alaskan cruise.
- 5:27Speaker 4: The globe's not even blue anymore.
- 5:28Speaker 7: We have a lot of trees and a lot of water.
- 5:30Speaker 2: So we need to chill. Yeah, I hit my head.
- 5:34Speaker 4: It's National First Love Day, National HIV, AIDS and Aging
- 5:38Speaker 4: Awareness Day.
- 5:39Speaker 2: It's a fun one. Don't throw that in there. National
- 5:41Speaker 2: Tradesman Day. Oh, it's Purple Bra Day. Yes, queen. Rice
- 5:46Speaker 2: Krispie Treat Day. Oh, hell yeah.
- 5:48Speaker 7: Pro tip.
- 5:49Speaker 4: The ones that you buy from the store, don't get
- 5:50Speaker 4: the regular ones. The regular Rice Krispie Treats, they sell
- 5:54Speaker 4: a version called the homemade or homestyle.
- 5:58Speaker 7: Are you still on that kick?
- 6:00Speaker 4: I'm not on the kick, but if I'm going to
- 6:01Speaker 4: get one, that's the one I get.
- 6:02Speaker 2: They're so good.
- 6:02Speaker 4: Rice Krispie Treat Homestyle. They sell them in the stores
- 6:05Speaker 4: and stuff.
- 6:05Speaker 7: Exceptionally.
- 6:06Speaker 2: That one craps all over that other bland garbage one.
- 6:10Speaker 7: That they sell.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Dude, I just had the chocolate ones last week. Those
- 6:13Speaker 2: are good?
- 6:13Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 6:13Speaker 2: No, not the pre-made though. Like, we made them at home.
- 6:16Speaker 4: Like, so like with a, is it like with the
- 6:18Speaker 4: Cocoa Krispies?
- 6:19Speaker 1: Yep.
- 6:19Speaker 2: Wait, when you say we made them, who? I mean,
- 6:21Speaker 2: I watched.
- 6:22Speaker 14: Who's we?
- 6:22Speaker 3: Nacho.
- 6:23Speaker 2: Have you ever done the Fruity Pebbles ones at home too?
- 6:25Speaker 16: Those are fire.
- 6:26Speaker 2: You ever put meat in it?
- 6:28Speaker 13: That's what I think of. Like those are definitely weed.
- 6:30Speaker 2: Those are so good.
- 6:33Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 6:34Speaker 4: Oh, it's one more thing. National Cheeseburger Day.
- 6:36Speaker 2: Oh, hell yes.
- 6:38Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 6:38Speaker 4: I saved the best for last for you, Manis.
- 6:39Speaker 2: The cheeseburger. I know stuff about that. You do?
- 6:42Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 6:44Speaker 4: Please tell us all about it.
- 6:45Speaker 12: It was invented in Pasadena, California. Unfortunately, where it was invented,
- 6:50Speaker 12: it's no longer there, but they have a little plaque.
- 6:53Speaker 2: It's a bank now.
- 6:55Speaker 4: Menace went on a field trip there to pay homage.
- 6:58Speaker 2: Look it up.
- 6:59Speaker 13: Yeah, 1924.
- 7:01Speaker 4: He brought one of those Guadalupe candles left at the
- 7:04Speaker 4: birthplace of the cheeseburger. Yeah, I poured out a 40.
- 7:07Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 7:07Speaker 2: Anyway. All right, time for your birthdays and your Friday

- 7:55Speaker 13: are obsessed with his cat.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Really?
- 7:57Speaker 13: So it's like Exhibit's cat is like a thing.
- 7:59Speaker 2: He's another guy with a cat.

- 9:43Speaker 2: Here on The Woody Show.
- 9:45Speaker 7: The Woody Show.
- 9:47Speaker 4: Phones are open, 877-44-WOODY. You can text us. Text over
- 9:53Speaker 4: to 22987. There was a study looking at status symbols.
- 9:59Speaker 4: And so people were asked the question, like, what's an
- 10:01Speaker 4: item or something that people have that's a sign that
- 10:03Speaker 4: you made it in life? And the first thing I
- 10:04Speaker 4: thought about was menace. And how he bought that KitchenAid
- 10:07Speaker 4: stand mixer. Not that he bakes or does anything like that.
- 10:11Speaker 2: It's just visual. And Greg can appreciate it.
- 10:14Speaker 7: Yeah, it's like, look, Ma, I made it.
- 10:15Speaker 17: Yeah.
- 10:16Speaker 2: But that's what Matt has told us at the time.
- 10:18Speaker 7: Yeah, definitely.
- 10:18Speaker 2: He always saw that as a.
- 10:19Speaker 7: KitchenAid mixer, yeah.
- 10:21Speaker 4: Yeah, he always saw that as a.
- 10:22Speaker 7: I get it.
- 10:22Speaker 2: You've arrived.
- 10:24Speaker 7: Yep.
- 10:25Speaker 2: As a sign.
- 10:26Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 10:26Speaker 2: I mean, they are still expensive.
- 10:29Speaker 5: They are.
- 10:29Speaker 2: You know, when you're a kid, they're like a billion
- 10:31Speaker 2: dollars to you, you know?
- 10:33Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 10:33Speaker 2: Everybody on the Food Network's got it.
- 10:35Speaker 8: Right.
- 10:35Speaker 7: It's like a sculpture for your kitchen counter.
- 10:37Speaker 4: 19% said they bought something to impress other people. Most
- 10:42Speaker 4: people say status symbols have become less important to them
- 10:44Speaker 4: as they've gotten older. But the most popular answers.
- 10:49Speaker 7: Got to be a car, right?
- 10:50Speaker 4: A high-end watch was number one on the list, which
- 10:53Speaker 4: I know Greg.
- 10:54Speaker 2: Is not into that. Yeah, I get it.
- 10:57Speaker 4: I do like watches, but I don't like them for
- 10:59Speaker 4: any other purpose other than, oh, I think that's a
- 11:01Speaker 4: cool watch.
- 11:02Speaker 13: I don't think I've ever noticed anyone's watch.
- 11:04Speaker 4: And I'm not, and I'm not into watches where I
- 11:06Speaker 4: want to sit around and talk about them either. The
- 11:07Speaker 4: way that like some of these guys are into whiskeys
- 11:09Speaker 4: or beers or wine people. Like I don't, I don't
- 11:12Speaker 4: want to sit and chop it up with watch guys.
- 11:14Speaker 13: Well, and you also don't have like sparkly diamonds around
- 11:16Speaker 13: your watches.
- 11:17Speaker 2: I don't notice that. I mean, I've got nice watches,
- 11:19Speaker 2: but yeah, that's also like not my style.
- 11:22Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 11:22Speaker 2: I think dudes wearing diamonds is a weird, I don't know.
- 11:27Speaker 2: It's kind of, it's kind of girly.
- 11:28Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 11:29Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 11:30Speaker 4: Other than like, yeah, if you have like a, like
- 11:32Speaker 4: where you see like an NFL player and he's got
- 11:34Speaker 4: like the big giant, like diamond ears, something like that.
- 11:37Speaker 4: But I think other than that, I think either it's,
- 11:40Speaker 4: It's tacky or girly, depending on what we're talking about.
- 11:42Speaker 12: I think on a necklace it's okay, and earrings, but
- 11:46Speaker 12: when I see it on a watch, I don't believe
- 11:48Speaker 12: it's real.
- 11:48Speaker 4: When dudes have diamonds embedded into their wedding band, I
- 11:51Speaker 4: think that looks tacky.
- 11:52Speaker 2: I've never seen that. Yeah, there's a couple. It's kind
- 11:56Speaker 2: of flush with... And it's wrapped.
- 11:59Speaker 7: All the way around.
- 11:59Speaker 2: Not too gay or anything.
- 12:00Speaker 7: The channel said diamond.
- 12:02Speaker 6: See?
- 12:03Speaker 4: Channel sex.
- 12:03Speaker 7: Channel sex. Let's say this.
- 12:06Speaker 2: Real wealth doesn't do that. You don't see Bill Gates.
- 12:10Speaker 2: You don't see Jeff Bezos. You don't see Elon Musk.
- 12:12Speaker 13: Thank you.
- 12:12Speaker 2: Quiet luxury. You don't see who's the face from the Mavericks.
- 12:15Speaker 2: You don't see Mark Cuban with that garbage. That's fake wealth.
- 12:19Speaker 7: You're stupid.
- 12:19Speaker 2: You're nouveau riche. You're a trashy loser.
- 12:21Speaker 12: I told you I ran into that billionaire over at Coachella,
- 12:28Speaker 12: and he was wearing a black t-shirt and jeans. If
- 12:30Speaker 12: you think a chain with bling on it is cool.
- 12:32Speaker 2: You're a trashy loser. You heard it here?
- 12:35Speaker 7: Yeah, Tyler.
- 12:37Speaker 2: I mean, he comes from that. Mindset. Tyler, you have
- 12:44Speaker 2: a chain. He has the chain, but your sets have
- 12:46Speaker 2: diamonds or fake diamonds. No, mine's just stainless steel. Just
- 12:50Speaker 2: a cool chain. He wants his neck to sparkle.
- 12:53Speaker 7: It was like 50 bucks. I knew what I was buying.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Yeah, but you want to level up. If that was gold,
- 12:57Speaker 2: that would be a house.
- 12:58Speaker 7: Maybe eventually. We'll see.
- 12:59Speaker 2: Every once in a while.
- 13:01Speaker 4: I think the chain is something that you can either
- 13:04Speaker 4: pull off.
- 13:05Speaker 2: You can either pull the look off or you can't.
- 13:07Speaker 4: The chains are not for everybody.
- 13:09Speaker 2: No, no, no.
- 13:10Speaker 7: Definitely not. Tyler can pull it off, I think.
- 13:11Speaker 13: Yeah, he can.
- 13:12Speaker 7: I truly believe that.
- 13:13Speaker 13: And all the fifth grade boys, I can tell you,
- 13:15Speaker 13: all wear gold chains and think they're cool.
- 13:17Speaker 8: Oh, yeah.
- 13:17Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 13:18Speaker 7: Because they're trying to be.
- 13:19Speaker 2: You know, they're stupid.
- 13:20Speaker 11: Well, yes.
- 13:20Speaker 7: It's like children.
- 13:21Speaker 13: But here's something I do not understand.
- 13:22Speaker 2: Why do.
- 13:23Speaker 13: baseball players wear such heavy jewelry to play in. And
- 13:27Speaker 13: why is that allowed?
- 13:28Speaker 6: That's more of like an international thing. That's really big
- 13:31Speaker 6: with like Cubans and Dominican players that come straight from
- 13:33Speaker 6: that country.
- 13:34Speaker 2: I have no idea.
- 13:35Speaker 13: How are you even allowed to wear all that crap?
- 13:36Speaker 13: You know, like sliding around?
- 13:38Speaker 6: You know, it's... I don't know why they allow it,
- 13:40Speaker 6: but I do know it is a pain in the
- 13:42Speaker 6: ass because sometimes they'll break mid-slide and then you have
- 13:45Speaker 6: all these jewelry pieces on them.
- 13:47Speaker 2: My diamonds! It's done in the NFL as well, too.
- 13:50Speaker 13: Yeah, that seems crazy.
- 13:51Speaker 2: And Tyler, when are you going to get a Jesus
- 13:53Speaker 2: piece for your chain?
- 13:54Speaker 6: That will be coming momentarily. Well, I'll get back to
- 13:58Speaker 6: you on that.
- 13:58Speaker 7: Legitimately? I have no idea.
- 14:00Speaker 2: Oh, okay. I have to see it first. One of
- 14:03Speaker 2: those things, like, when you see it, you know it.
- 14:04Speaker 2: 919 saying, made it in life.
- 14:06Speaker 4: Those guys who have their own heavy equipment, like skid
- 14:08Speaker 4: steers and excavators.
- 14:12Speaker 18: Oh, yeah.
- 14:13Speaker 4: Little bobcats, you know? That'd be cool to have the
- 14:15Speaker 4: land where you can just.
- 14:16Speaker 9: I know.
- 14:17Speaker 4: There was a guy that I knew, and he owned
- 14:20Speaker 4: a couple of car dealerships, and his wife bought him
- 14:23Speaker 4: for their anniversary.
- 14:25Speaker 7: One of those... Those, like, Bobcat.
- 14:29Speaker 19: I forget.
- 14:29Speaker 4: What are those called? It's just got the bucket on
- 14:31Speaker 4: the front.
- 14:32Speaker 7: Right. It's like an all-purpose. Front loader?
- 14:34Speaker 2: Yeah, like a little front-loading, you know, whatever. Like a
- 14:37Speaker 2: bulldozer kind of thing?
- 14:38Speaker 4: It's the size of, it looks like the, you know,
- 14:40Speaker 4: it's about as long as a, like a forklift, but
- 14:43Speaker 4: it's got the big bucket on the front. And these things,
- 14:45Speaker 4: it's got the treads, and so.
- 14:46Speaker 7: It's kind of all-purpose, right? Yeah.
- 14:48Speaker 4: Man, what is that thing called?
- 14:49Speaker 2: Damn it.
- 14:50Speaker 13: Is that a skid steer? Because I'm looking at Bobcat
- 14:52Speaker 13: skid steers.
- 14:52Speaker 4: Is that what it is?
- 14:53Speaker 2: Looks like it.
- 14:54Speaker 7: Hold on. Skid steer.
- 14:55Speaker 2: So it's not a front-end loader.
- 14:57Speaker 7: Yeah, I have this friend who lives near Seattle. Tiny house,
- 15:00Speaker 7: but tons of land.
- 15:01Speaker 2: Yeah, that's it.
- 15:02Speaker 4: Skid steer loader.
- 15:03Speaker 2: That does look cool.
- 15:04Speaker 7: And she has a Kubota, whatever. That's the brand? Yeah,
- 15:07Speaker 7: these things, Greg. It's like that, kind of. Kubota. That
- 15:10Speaker 7: was the thing I was most excited to see. Nice.
- 15:12Speaker 2: Turn my man card in for not knowing that.
- 15:15Speaker 7: Yeah, but it's true.
- 15:16Speaker 4: So, yeah, he got one of these things for an
- 15:18Speaker 4: anniversary gift. I go, what do you do with it?
- 15:20Speaker 7: He goes, well.
- 15:21Speaker 4: You know, when it snows, I can clear.
- 15:22Speaker 7: Sure.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Other than that, he goes, I'll use it. He goes,
- 15:25Speaker 2: because they have some land. He just goes, he just
- 15:27Speaker 2: like moves dirt around. Like a little kid.
- 15:30Speaker 4: Fallen trees. Yeah, the guy's like deep in his 60s.
- 15:34Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah.
- 15:34Speaker 13: Yeah, and those are like 40 grand.
- 15:36Speaker 2: Yeah, it's cool.
- 15:37Speaker 4: Well, I mean, they own a BMW dealership. They own
- 15:40Speaker 4: a Toyota dealership.
- 15:41Speaker 13: They can do it.
- 15:41Speaker 2: Yeah, they're good.
- 15:42Speaker 7: They're good.
- 15:43Speaker 4: They've been doing it for a long time. Very successful.
- 15:45Speaker 7: Unless it was a Rolex... You could tell me your
- 15:47Speaker 7: watch was $ 5 or $ 5, 000. I wouldn't know the difference.
- 15:50Speaker 12: There's basically like three brands I know. Rolex, Jacob the Jeweler,
- 15:54Speaker 12: because that was like the big rapper watch to have.
- 15:58Speaker 12: And the one that- Hublot?
- 16:00Speaker 2: No, it starts with a P.
- 16:02Speaker 7: Oh, Patek Philippe.
- 16:03Speaker 2: Yeah, Patek Philippe.
- 16:04Speaker 12: Because that's the one that John Mayer says, hey- just
- 16:08Speaker 12: buy that one you don't need any other watches Breitling.
- 16:10Speaker 7: But if somebody was wearing a Patek Philippe I wouldn't
- 16:13Speaker 7: say oh wow that's a Patek.
- 16:14Speaker 4: Philippe well it has like a certain shape to it
- 16:16Speaker 4: because there's even levels within the you know like.
- 16:20Speaker 2: That's a starter watch yeah you can get like a
- 16:22Speaker 2: tag you can get you know you can get these
- 16:24Speaker 2: different you can get these different watches but then there's
- 16:26Speaker 2: even different like the entry level Rolex the entry level
- 16:30Speaker 2: Tag Heuer the entry level you know whatever Hublot right
- 16:33Speaker 2: but just.
- 16:34Speaker 12: Are they John Mayer approved though John Mayer says if
- 16:37Speaker 12: you want to jump the line on being a watch guy,
- 16:39Speaker 12: just buy that one.
- 16:40Speaker 4: Will do. Then you get these other ones that are
- 16:43Speaker 4: like one of ones, million dollars.
- 16:47Speaker 2: I'm good.
- 16:49Speaker 4: The other most popular answer is, again, people ask what
- 16:51Speaker 4: the item or something that people, there's like a sign
- 16:54Speaker 4: that you've made it in life.
- 16:57Speaker 2: Luxury handbag. See, now that I don't get it.
- 17:00Speaker 7: Could care less.
- 17:02Speaker 4: The latest iPhone.
- 17:03Speaker 7: Still? Yeah. Really?
- 17:06Speaker 2: I mean, if you get the Max. This is big.
- 17:10Speaker 2: I keep seeing more people with the at-home sauna. They
- 17:13Speaker 2: have it in their backyard. Yeah, they're selling those at Costco.
- 17:15Speaker 4: Yeah, cold plunges and things like that. A hot tub
- 17:19Speaker 4: or a pool. Designer shoes.
- 17:22Speaker 13: Don't care.
- 17:23Speaker 4: A walk-in closet.
- 17:24Speaker 2: Yes.
- 17:26Speaker 7: Rules.
- 17:27Speaker 2: Walk-in closet's one thing. The closet that has its own island,
- 17:31Speaker 2: like a kitchen has.
- 17:33Speaker 13: Oh, like a bench in the middle?
- 17:34Speaker 2: You see those on some of those finishing.
- 17:35Speaker 7: I know, I'm about to have an orgasm.
- 17:36Speaker 2: Greg's about to cream.
- 17:38Speaker 7: My dream.
- 17:40Speaker 16: The Woody Show.
- 17:42Speaker 2: Well, here's a diet I hadn't heard about yet.
- 17:46Speaker 5: Okay.
- 17:47Speaker 12: All right.
- 17:48Speaker 4: The biblical eating diet.
- 17:50Speaker 9: Oh.
- 17:51Speaker 2: You've heard of this?
- 17:51Speaker 8: Yes, I think.
- 17:52Speaker 13: If I'm not mistaken, I think Chris Pratt did this.
- 17:55Speaker 11: Really?
- 17:55Speaker 2: I saw that. This has been floating around. Yeah, go ahead.
- 17:59Speaker 2: Tell us about it.
- 18:00Speaker 4: It's built around consuming only foods mentioned in the Christian Bible.
- 18:06Speaker 4: Things like lamb, fish, lentils, figs, olive oil, and whole
- 18:12Speaker 4: grains while avoiding crustables.
- 18:14Speaker 2: No processed foods like your crustables. Because that wouldn't have
- 18:18Speaker 2: appeared in the scripture.
- 18:19Speaker 7: That sounds.
- 18:20Speaker 4: Not bad. Is that just what they call clean eating?
- 18:23Speaker 13: What's the point specifically? Like, is it specifically about health
- 18:26Speaker 13: or is it like a spiritual thing?
- 18:27Speaker 4: No, I think it's just basically to stop eating processed stuff.
- 18:30Speaker 4: And like I said, the clean eating thing has been
- 18:32Speaker 4: big for a while.
- 18:33Speaker 13: Yeah, it's kind of like Whole30. Yeah, but this is
- 18:35Speaker 13: very specific.
- 18:35Speaker 7: Ooh, could you have wine?
- 18:37Speaker 13: That would be insane if you couldn't.
- 18:39Speaker 4: Now, there is a Nashville-based Christian dietician.
- 18:42Speaker 7: Her name's Abby.
- 18:43Speaker 4: And she incorporates Bible verses into her nutrition content, noting
- 18:47Speaker 4: a scene in the book of John where Jesus eats
- 18:49Speaker 4: bread and fish. The trend, the push against processed foods,
- 18:53Speaker 4: and overlaps with the existing whole food, locally sourced, prayer-based
- 18:58Speaker 4: content community thing that's going on. And so they say
- 19:02Speaker 4: the spiritual thing just sets it apart from just the
- 19:04Speaker 4: ordinary clean eating. So you're combining your, oh, God, please, God,
- 19:08Speaker 4: stop letting me continue to be fat. You combine that
- 19:11Speaker 4: with your clean eating stuff.
- 19:13Speaker 2: Oh, she's got a hat that says Jesus ate carbs.
- 19:15Speaker 2: All right.
- 19:17Speaker 9: Good.
- 19:17Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 19:18Speaker 4: People were asked, Greg, I thought of you when I
- 19:20Speaker 4: saw that.
- 19:20Speaker 7: I had to bring. Oh, babe.
- 19:21Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 19:21Speaker 19: All right.
- 19:22Speaker 2: So people were asked, what's a fancy food word that
- 19:24Speaker 2: makes you instantly roll your eyes when you see it
- 19:27Speaker 2: on a menu?
- 19:27Speaker 7: Oh, a fancy food word.
- 19:29Speaker 2: I'll give you an example of what they're getting out here.
- 19:31Speaker 2: Like when you hear in the ads, hand sliced avocados.
- 19:35Speaker 7: It's the stupidest phrase. How else are you going to
- 19:38Speaker 7: slice it? Yeah.
- 19:39Speaker 2: Hand crafted.
- 19:40Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 19:40Speaker 4: So it was made by hand, like all food is.
- 19:43Speaker 7: Like everything.
- 19:44Speaker 2: I don't want to take this away from Greg. but
- 19:46Speaker 2: avocados can be smashed and or pureed.
- 19:49Speaker 13: In like pestle and mortar.
- 19:50Speaker 2: Right.
- 19:51Speaker 7: Right, but how do you get it out of their
- 19:52Speaker 7: peel or whatever it is?
- 19:53Speaker 2: Mechanically through a machine. Hand cut.
- 19:55Speaker 7: But that doesn't make it fancier.
- 19:57Speaker 4: A knife was surely involved.
- 19:58Speaker 17: Yeah.
- 20:00Speaker 11: Right.
- 20:00Speaker 2: Hand cut.
- 20:01Speaker 13: And they've changed homemade to house made.
- 20:04Speaker 2: House made, yeah. Like house made potato chips.
- 20:06Speaker 7: Oh, okay. I was thinking, so this is some stuff
- 20:08Speaker 7: that you would see on a menu.
- 20:10Speaker 2: Yeah, like how they.
- 20:11Speaker 4: Phrase things like that.
- 20:12Speaker 13: Like farm to fork.
- 20:13Speaker 4: Yeah, farm to table. Sounds fresh. A lot of gray area.
- 20:16Speaker 7: You know what I think is douchey on a menu?
- 20:19Speaker 7: It'll be like pork chop, $ 32. Filet mignon, $ 46. Fresh fish, AQ.
- 20:26Speaker 2: AQ? Yeah, market price. I was like, what's market price?
- 20:29Speaker 7: But it says AQ. Ask quietly?
- 20:30Speaker 9: Like ask?
- 20:33Speaker 7: Question, maybe?
- 20:34Speaker 2: I don't know. I've never seen that.
- 20:35Speaker 7: But it seems douchey.
- 20:37Speaker 2: But also, yeah, market price, instead of what? Actually listed price,
- 20:41Speaker 2: like what?
- 20:41Speaker 13: Yeah, I'm sorry, I have to check the market price
- 20:44Speaker 13: of Flounder today.
- 20:44Speaker 7: I'm not well versed on the current price.
- 20:47Speaker 2: Of Do you want to know, Greg?
- 20:49Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 20:50Speaker 7: I don't. I mean, I would love to know. As quoted.
- 20:53Speaker 2: But how is that? Where is it quoted at?
- 20:55Speaker 9: Yeah, exactly.
- 20:55Speaker 2: When you ask your server, they'll quote it to you.
- 20:57Speaker 7: Oh, my God.
- 20:58Speaker 4: It depends on how much they have based on how
- 20:59Speaker 4: much they ordered.
- 21:00Speaker 13: I've never heard of AQ.
- 21:02Speaker 7: We can let this go.
- 21:02Speaker 2: Those ribeyes that we had when... They said it was
- 21:07Speaker 2: market price. I never saw that for ribeyes before. Well,
- 21:09Speaker 2: this is like a, it was like they promoted it
- 21:11Speaker 2: as like a super, I forget how many day dry
- 21:14Speaker 2: aged something.
- 21:15Speaker 13: How good does a ribeye sound right now?
- 21:16Speaker 4: Yeah, because then you could say that you add the
- 21:17Speaker 4: whole dry age thing on there.
- 21:19Speaker 2: They can immediately jack the price up. Menace, I'll tell you, ribeyes, Greg,
- 21:22Speaker 2: I know you're going to hate this, insanely priced. A
- 21:25Speaker 2: new grocery store opened up across from us. So we
- 21:27Speaker 2: got a little coupons in our mailers. Half, like every
- 21:29Speaker 2: five days you get a new treat. One of them
- 21:31Speaker 2: was half off ribeyes. So I walk in. And I'm like, oh,
- 21:35Speaker 2: I'm going to get a half-assed ribeye. The regular price
- 21:37Speaker 2: for the ribeye was a mere $ 40 per pound.
- 21:43Speaker 16: $ 40?
- 21:43Speaker 2: Even at $ 20 per pound, I wasn't buying it. What? Damn.
- 21:47Speaker 2: What the hell? It's one of them fancy, like, smaller
- 21:49Speaker 2: sort of restaurants, grocery stores. But I looked around and, like,
- 21:53Speaker 2: all the stuff is just.
- 21:55Speaker 7: Artisan.
- 21:55Speaker 13: No, thank you.
- 21:56Speaker 7: Damn.
- 21:56Speaker 2: These prices would be too damn high.
- 21:57Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 21:58Speaker 4: People were asked, what's a fancy food word that makes
- 22:00Speaker 4: you instantly roll your eyes when you see it on
- 22:01Speaker 4: the menu?
- 22:02Speaker 7: Curated.
- 22:04Speaker 2: Yes.
- 22:04Speaker 7: It's a restaurant. It's not a museum.
- 22:06Speaker 9: Yeah, right.
- 22:08Speaker 2: Handheld. These are the sandwiches. Handheld. Sandwiches, exactly.
- 22:12Speaker 7: That seems like low budget to me.
- 22:14Speaker 4: You ever see those posts where it's like, you just
- 22:16Speaker 4: know when you see these things, your burger's going to
- 22:18Speaker 4: be 50 bucks.
- 22:19Speaker 2: And the handlebar mustache.
- 22:20Speaker 13: And the denim apron.
- 22:23Speaker 2: Denim apron, metal stools.
- 22:24Speaker 14: Yes.
- 22:25Speaker 7: That's such a cliche.
- 22:26Speaker 1: Into another new.
- 22:30Speaker 14: Hour.
- 22:33Speaker 2: Phones, 877-44-WOODY. Text over to 22987. And somebody had mentioned this.
- 22:44Speaker 4: Recently and said, hey, I haven't heard you guys do
- 22:46Speaker 4: interview roulette in quite a while. And we do get
- 22:49Speaker 4: pitched on guests all the time.
- 22:51Speaker 7: Yeah, constantly.
- 22:53Speaker 4: And we saw one that popped up. Irresistible one, really.
- 22:57Speaker 7: Yeah, right. Too good to be true.
- 22:59Speaker 2: And we're like, wow.
- 23:01Speaker 4: This guy does this?
- 23:02Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 23:03Speaker 5: Interesting.
- 23:04Speaker 4: Yeah, and so we figured Greg Gore would be the
- 23:06Speaker 4: perfect person for interview roulette with a psychic firefighter.
- 23:13Speaker 2: Yes!
- 23:16Speaker 16: Nice!
- 23:16Speaker 7: Just the title, Psychic Firefighter. Let's start there. What is that?
- 23:20Speaker 4: If you remember recent memory serves, Greg was taking issue with,
- 23:26Speaker 4: you know, like, firefighters and.
- 23:29Speaker 17: He said they're all worthless and okay let's go yep
- 23:33Speaker 17: you want to clarify we had a segment called unpopular
- 23:36Speaker 17: opinions right and my opinion.
- 23:39Speaker 7: Was if you're just like a small town firefighter and
- 23:43Speaker 7: you go to a burning building and you stand outside
- 23:45Speaker 7: and hold a hose to it a big deal And
- 23:49Speaker 7: I had the caveat that you'd like to overlook not
- 23:52Speaker 7: big city firefighters, not ones that go into high rises,
- 23:55Speaker 7: et cetera, et cetera.
- 23:56Speaker 13: And some would say it's the perfect example of the segment,
- 23:59Speaker 13: which is controversial opinion.
- 24:02Speaker 4: That was the oversimplification.
- 24:03Speaker 9: Right.
- 24:03Speaker 7: And now this gets turned into, you might recall when
- 24:06Speaker 7: Greg said he hates firefighters.
- 24:09Speaker 2: The vast majority were not a big deal.
- 24:11Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 24:13Speaker 2: Was that true or false? I think that's what they're saying.
- 24:15Speaker 4: He's trying to.
- 24:15Speaker 13: Figure out if there's more small towns or more big cities.
- 24:18Speaker 7: Yeah. I don't know how more clear I can be.
- 24:21Speaker 7: Small town that you're standing outside holding a hose.
- 24:24Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 24:24Speaker 4: And then psychic stuff. So you combine the psychic stuff
- 24:27Speaker 4: with firefighters.
- 24:28Speaker 7: Rant.
- 24:29Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 24:29Speaker 4: And that's... That's this round of interview roulette. Should we
- 24:33Speaker 4: just get into it?
- 24:34Speaker 2: Yeah, Gregory is an excellent interviewer, so of course he's
- 24:37Speaker 2: going to set us up perfectly.
- 24:38Speaker 4: Yeah, so the questions for interview roulette, just to remind
- 24:42Speaker 4: everybody how this works, we get pitched on guests all
- 24:44Speaker 4: the time. We decided to take one of those guests
- 24:46Speaker 4: up on their offer to come on the show, and
- 24:49Speaker 4: we set somebody on the show up as to be
- 24:50Speaker 4: the person doing the interview. And we, the rest of
- 24:54Speaker 4: the people on the show, provide the person who's doing
- 24:57Speaker 4: the interview with the questions they are required to ask.
- 25:00Speaker 2: Verbatim. Verbatim. Whatever the question is, you've got to read it.
- 25:04Speaker 7: You can't sugarcoat it. You can't change it.
- 25:06Speaker 13: And you can't look at it ahead of time.
- 25:07Speaker 8: No.
- 25:08Speaker 11: As you can imagine.
- 25:08Speaker 7: Physically hands it to you when you're mid-sentence.
- 25:11Speaker 2: And as you can imagine, the questions that come up
- 25:14Speaker 2: with here make it a little bit awkward at times.
- 25:16Speaker 1: Maybe.
- 25:17Speaker 7: You always run the risk that they'll hang up on you.
- 25:19Speaker 2: Interview with the psychic firefighter.
- 25:22Speaker 7: I'm actually excited to talk to the psychic firefighter, Andrew Radzewicz.
- 25:28Speaker 7: You realized you had psychic abilities when you were a firefighter,
- 25:32Speaker 7: an actual firefighter. And you had a vision of your grandma.
- 25:35Speaker 7: And she had warned you not to enter this one
- 25:38Speaker 7: building that you were working at. And then seconds later,
- 25:40Speaker 7: the place blew up. Is that true? Your big awakening?
- 25:43Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 25:44Speaker 16: I mean, that was basically the big one.
- 25:46Speaker 15: And that took me down this journey to put me
- 25:48Speaker 15: in the place where I'm at today as being known
- 25:50Speaker 15: as the psychic firefighter.
- 25:51Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 25:52Speaker 7: Being that you were a firefighter and we have your
- 25:54Speaker 7: picture here, have you ever thought about doing a calendar? Because, yeah.
- 25:58Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 26:02Speaker 2: Craig, we get it. You're gay.
- 26:05Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 26:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 26:06Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 26:06Speaker 2: Because yeah.
- 26:08Speaker 7: So thirsty.
- 26:09Speaker 2: I was like.
- 26:12Speaker 7: Just get through it. I wasn't like, have you ever
- 26:15Speaker 7: thought about doing a calendar? Cause yeah.
- 26:21Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 26:23Speaker 16: Absolutely. I'm open-minded.
- 26:25Speaker 15: Maybe there's other first responders or other firefighters out there
- 26:28Speaker 15: that have abilities.
- 26:29Speaker 16: And I know they're all, cause I've had people reach
- 26:31Speaker 16: out to me from all over the world.
- 26:32Speaker 2: Oh, so he's going to get his buddies.
- 26:34Speaker 7: Okay. From all over the world. From all over the world.
- 26:37Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 26:37Speaker 2: This is our psychic firefighter friend interview roulette with Greg Gore.
- 26:41Speaker 7: I did notice that all the video reviews selected to
- 26:44Speaker 7: be on your website are from hot chicks. Did your
- 26:47Speaker 7: dead grandma give you that idea?
- 26:48Speaker 4: Jeez, Greg.
- 26:50Speaker 2: How rude.
- 26:51Speaker 4: Yeah, because he's a psychic.
- 26:53Speaker 2: How rude. You can probably speak with dead people.
- 26:55Speaker 7: Uh-huh.
- 26:56Speaker 2: He has a lot of testimonials. Psychicfirefighter.com, by the way.
- 27:00Speaker 7: Yeah, all right.
- 27:00Speaker 15: Nice.
- 27:00Speaker 7: Did your dead grandma give you that idea?
- 27:05Speaker 15: I'd say 90, well, at least 90 something percent of
- 27:07Speaker 15: the people that come to me are female. It is
- 27:10Speaker 15: very tough sometimes to get New York City firefighters, cops,
- 27:14Speaker 15: FBI agents to leave reviews.
- 27:16Speaker 16: So if the ones are listening out there that I've.
- 27:18Speaker 15: Read, please leave a review or a video review.
- 27:20Speaker 16: But no, it seems to be mostly females that do
- 27:23Speaker 16: come to me over the years.
- 27:23Speaker 2: I wonder what that is.
- 27:25Speaker 4: We're, uh, Where do you go to see this guy?
- 27:28Speaker 2: Psychicfirefighter.com.
- 27:29Speaker 7: Nice.
- 27:29Speaker 2: Okay, psychicfirefighter.com. And what does he offer? Readings.
- 27:35Speaker 7: That's about it.
- 27:36Speaker 2: Readings. Oh, you can get one hour.
- 27:38Speaker 7: And he's a medium, so he can contact departed loved ones. Oh, right.
- 27:44Speaker 2: So he's not just telling you, ooh, there's going to
- 27:47Speaker 2: be a big fire. Yeah, he's not just talking about fires.
- 27:49Speaker 7: I don't want to mow the lawn, Seabass, but do
- 27:51Speaker 7: you bring up where he tells me where he's from?
- 27:54Speaker 2: Yeah, that comes up later.
- 27:55Speaker 7: Okay, never mind.
- 27:56Speaker 4: Interview roulette. Greg is doing the interview with this psychic firefighter.
- 28:00Speaker 4: We provide all the questions. Here's the next question.
- 28:02Speaker 2: Actually, this is not a question. He's talking to Greg,
- 28:05Speaker 2: and he's a psychic. When you're a psychic, things just
- 28:08Speaker 2: kind of come to you.
- 28:09Speaker 13: Sure.
- 28:10Speaker 2: And this guy was just kind of sensing some things
- 28:12Speaker 2: about Greg.
- 28:13Speaker 9: Oh, okay.
- 28:14Speaker 15: It's just interesting because I'm just getting some sort of
- 28:16Speaker 15: connection to back home personally. So like I said, I
- 28:18Speaker 15: grew up on the border of Queens and and NASA.
- 28:21Speaker 15: So I don't know if it's you or somebody close
- 28:23Speaker 15: to you, somebody you work with, but there's somebody you
- 28:25Speaker 15: work with or somebody in that area.
- 28:27Speaker 16: They're just pointing that arrow.
- 28:29Speaker 7: Well, I was born in Jamaica, Queens. I have a
- 28:31Speaker 7: family in floral Heights.
- 28:33Speaker 8: Wow.
- 28:34Speaker 15: Uh, the other thing that was just stirring up too,
- 28:37Speaker 15: This is just a little random. They were showing me
- 28:39Speaker 15: like a cat person. So it could be you or
- 28:42Speaker 15: somebody you work with or close to you.
- 28:44Speaker 7: It's probably Sammy's boyfriend. He's the only one with a cat,
- 28:47Speaker 7: and we all think he's gay.
- 28:49Speaker 6: Wow.
- 28:51Speaker 7: Secretly.
- 28:51Speaker 2: Secretly.
- 28:53Speaker 7: But he brought up Queens and Jamaica, and he's like,
- 28:56Speaker 7: for some reason, I was compelled to tell you that.
- 28:58Speaker 7: Pretty weird.
- 28:58Speaker 2: But notice how he couched that at the end. It's
- 29:01Speaker 2: like either you or someone you're a friend or someone
- 29:03Speaker 2: you work with. They always throw it in like da-da-da-da-da-da.
- 29:05Speaker 2: And they give you all the openings.
- 29:07Speaker 7: And then you go throw it in Chicago and it might.
- 29:09Speaker 2: Have a chance. That's kind of how cold reading works.
- 29:12Speaker 7: All right.
- 29:13Speaker 2: So next question for the psychic firefighter, Greg Gorey, interview roulette.
- 29:17Speaker 7: So, Andrew, if you are so psychic, tell me which
- 29:19Speaker 7: STDs I've already had and which ones I'm still going
- 29:22Speaker 7: to get.
- 29:23Speaker 11: Yes!
- 29:25Speaker 7: I like that question. That's funny. That's a good one.
- 29:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 29:29Speaker 4: Which ones I still have to look forward to.
- 29:31Speaker 2: All right.
- 29:32Speaker 16: That's it.
- 29:32Speaker 7: No more.
- 29:33Speaker 2: No, no, no.
- 29:35Speaker 16: I wish it worked.
- 29:36Speaker 15: For example, I've had people come to me and I've
- 29:38Speaker 15: seen things they were just not aware about in the moment,
- 29:40Speaker 15: but anything preexisting or anything you talk about, I would have,
- 29:43Speaker 15: I have no idea about how things like that are
- 29:45Speaker 15: seen now.
- 29:45Speaker 9: All right.
- 29:46Speaker 7: Well, sadly, the correct answer was gonorrhea.
- 29:52Speaker 2: So that's not how, you can't predict or read your past.
- 29:55Speaker 7: Right.
- 29:55Speaker 2: It's just whatever's coming to him at the moment.
- 29:57Speaker 7: But he was not getting a clear answer, which is
- 29:59Speaker 7: good for me.
- 30:00Speaker 2: As you're getting the questions, like, are you, because Greg,
- 30:02Speaker 2: I'm imagining he's got, you know, like a knot in
- 30:05Speaker 2: his stomach.
- 30:06Speaker 7: He was so extra friendly. So I kind of felt
- 30:09Speaker 7: like a jerk.
- 30:10Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 30:10Speaker 2: With these kind of questions.
- 30:12Speaker 7: These are good questions. Yeah.
- 30:13Speaker 2: How dare I call you stupid to your face?
- 30:15Speaker 7: Right.
- 30:15Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 30:16Speaker 7: All right.
- 30:16Speaker 2: Next question. Interview roulette with the psychic firefighter.
- 30:19Speaker 7: Some people are skeptical of psychics. So what do you
- 30:22Speaker 7: say to the scientists, researchers, people with an IQ over
- 30:26Speaker 7: 50 who all claim that there's no evidence of anyone
- 30:29Speaker 7: having psychic powers?
- 30:31Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 30:31Speaker 7: What do you say about that?
- 30:33Speaker 2: Anyone who's not a living, breathing idiot. How do you
- 30:36Speaker 2: address that?
- 30:36Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 30:37Speaker 4: What would you say about that?
- 30:37Speaker 7: There's no evidence of anyone having psychic powers.
- 30:41Speaker 16: I was studied by a doctor at Stanford University, Dr.
- 30:44Speaker 16: Gary Noland. He was nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize.
- 30:48Speaker 15: And he said to me, Andrew, if anyone says to you,
- 30:51Speaker 15: you know, you're crazy or this is nonsense, just tell
- 30:53Speaker 15: them you have a very interesting, awesome life that they're
- 30:56Speaker 15: just not going to understand. And this phenomena is very,
- 31:00Speaker 15: very real. And the psychic phenomena is connected to the
- 31:04Speaker 15: UFO phenomena.
- 31:06Speaker 2: He throws a bunch of stuff at you.
- 31:10Speaker 15: So he was studied by this doctor.
- 31:13Speaker 5: And this Dr.
- 31:14Speaker 2: Gary Nolan, I didn't realize this, He is one of
- 31:21Speaker 2: the leading UFO guys out there. Yes. And so somehow,
- 31:25Speaker 2: his thing that he's really into is somehow related to
- 31:27Speaker 2: your other imaginary thing that you're really into. And he's
- 31:31Speaker 2: actually a doctor of immunology, which has nothing to do
- 31:35Speaker 2: with UFOs, nothing to do with psychics, obviously. But that's
- 31:38Speaker 2: how he gets his foot in the door for credibility.
- 31:40Speaker 2: Being a doctor. Right. So he's nice.
- 31:43Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 31:43Speaker 2: So, yeah, he was studied by an immunologist and he
- 31:45Speaker 2: told him that his psychic abilities were real. Sounds legit.
- 31:48Speaker 2: Hell yeah.
- 31:49Speaker 9: It does.
- 31:50Speaker 2: Oh, another thing. Nominated for Nobel Peace Prize. The Nobel
- 31:53Speaker 2: Prize Committee does not, intentionally, they do not release the
- 31:56Speaker 2: list of nominations until 50 years after the nomination.
- 31:59Speaker 5: Oh, weird.
- 32:00Speaker 2: So how does he know? Because he's a psychic. You
- 32:02Speaker 2: kind of make that stuff up. Oh, so I was
- 32:04Speaker 2: nominated as well.
- 32:05Speaker 7: You could say that.
- 32:05Speaker 2: And there's also hundreds, if not thousands, of people nominated
- 32:08Speaker 2: every year for all kinds of things. So a lot
- 32:10Speaker 2: of garbage going on right there. Love it.
- 32:12Speaker 7: Have you ever thought about doing a calendar?
- 32:14Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 32:15Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 32:16Speaker 2: Yeah. We got more with the psychic firefighter interview roulette
- 32:21Speaker 2: next on The Woody Show.
- 32:23Speaker 9: I'm not wearing a helmet.
- 32:25Speaker 7: Not going to wear a helmet. No, like straight up.
- 32:27Speaker 2: You guys are idiots. The Woody Show.
- 32:30Speaker 5: We'll be right back.
- 32:32Speaker 2: The Woody Show. Interview roulette. Somebody says in the text,
- 32:37Speaker 2: interview roulette is one of my favorites. Greg is killing it.
- 32:40Speaker 2: The questions are great.
- 32:41Speaker 7: They're the best. interview roulette i love interview roulette we
- 32:45Speaker 7: need to do it way more often.
- 32:47Speaker 4: Well we don't uh we don't take a lot of
- 32:49Speaker 4: guests for the show um but we get pitched on
- 32:52Speaker 4: guests all the time this one was just one that
- 32:55Speaker 4: we had to take psychic firefighter it was begging love.
- 32:58Speaker 2: It Yeah, and he lives in Australia.
- 33:00Speaker 9: Right.
- 33:00Speaker 7: That's awesome. He's a hardcore New Yorker.
- 33:02Speaker 2: From New York, yeah.
- 33:03Speaker 7: Full-time in Australia.
- 33:05Speaker 9: Right.
- 33:05Speaker 2: But he has an accent.
- 33:06Speaker 7: Yeah. Very much. That's more the New York accent, though.
- 33:10Speaker 2: No, I heard, like.
- 33:11Speaker 11: I did, too.
- 33:12Speaker 13: I heard a little bit of Australian accent.
- 33:13Speaker 2: Yeah, I was trying to pick it up.
- 33:15Speaker 4: Because he just moved there, right?
- 33:16Speaker 2: I heard it, though.
- 33:17Speaker 4: He's been there for, like, five seconds.
- 33:19Speaker 7: Just became full-time resident. How's my pie?
- 33:21Speaker 13: Maybe he's trying to blend in.
- 33:23Speaker 7: I'm not hearing any Australian.
- 33:25Speaker 2: No, I immediately heard it in the beginning.
- 33:27Speaker 10: No, I didn't.
- 33:29Speaker 7: I heard more New York. Yeah. That's just me. All right.
- 33:31Speaker 2: Interview roulette.
- 33:32Speaker 4: We wrote other questions for Greg. Greg just has to
- 33:34Speaker 4: read them verbatim, puts them on the spot, makes him
- 33:36Speaker 4: feel a little awkward. This guy is being super nice.
- 33:39Speaker 4: He's very nice. Psychicfirefighter.com. And let's go to the next question.
- 33:45Speaker 4: Interview roulette.
- 33:46Speaker 7: My great uncle died in a toaster accident. Could we
- 33:50Speaker 7: try to contact him?
- 33:52Speaker 15: So proactively trying to reach people, it's just all a
- 33:56Speaker 15: matter of what's around or who's around. But for someone
- 33:58Speaker 15: that is, you know, if I say, hey, I want
- 34:00Speaker 15: to contact to speak to my grandmother right now, there's
- 34:03Speaker 15: no guarantee that she will specifically come through. It's just
- 34:05Speaker 15: whatever is around or whatever message is around that has
- 34:08Speaker 15: to come through.
- 34:08Speaker 2: Yeah, you don't want to tell if someone's home.
- 34:10Speaker 13: Yeah, leave a message.
- 34:11Speaker 2: She might be napping.
- 34:13Speaker 7: We could try, but we can't guarantee.
- 34:14Speaker 12: Yeah, I tested this with AI because I'm like, oh,
- 34:17Speaker 12: this is really going to help mediums because all I
- 34:19Speaker 12: typed in to AI is, Does Menace from The Woody
- 34:22Speaker 12: Show know anybody that has passed away? And it came
- 34:26Speaker 12: back with Ralphie Mae.
- 34:28Speaker 16: Oh, wow.
- 34:29Speaker 2: So, like, if I'm in the audience at one of
- 34:30Speaker 2: these ceremonies, people are going to be asking questions. And
- 34:34Speaker 2: then in the back, somebody can be on AI and
- 34:35Speaker 2: be like.
- 34:36Speaker 9: Okay.
- 34:36Speaker 10: All right.
- 34:37Speaker 2: Allegedly, that's what they already do.
- 34:38Speaker 16: Stuff like that.
- 34:40Speaker 2: Interview roulette.
- 34:41Speaker 4: Psychic firefighter. Next question with Greg.
- 34:43Speaker 7: Andrew Radzewicz. He's the psychic firefighter. And as somebody who
- 34:48Speaker 7: thinks that basically anyone can do what a firefighter does,
- 34:50Speaker 7: wouldn't it be more efficient and basically cheaper to just
- 34:53Speaker 7: let the neighbors know to run outside and point a
- 34:55Speaker 7: hose at a burning house?
- 34:58Speaker 4: Well, that sounds like Greg could have wrote it himself, though.
- 35:00Speaker 2: I know. Other people write these, Greg.
- 35:02Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 35:02Speaker 7: Yeah, I wanted to throw in one of my own there.
- 35:06Speaker 7: Get it.
- 35:07Speaker 2: All right.
- 35:08Speaker 4: Well, what does he say to that?
- 35:09Speaker 7: Just let the neighbors know to run outside and point
- 35:12Speaker 7: a hose at a burning house.
- 35:16Speaker 16: That's right.
- 35:17Speaker 15: Yeah, you know, there's some neighborhoods I saw that if
- 35:18Speaker 15: you don't pay your taxes and there's a fire in
- 35:20Speaker 15: your house, the fire department won't come put it out.
- 35:23Speaker 16: So yeah, that's wild.
- 35:25Speaker 7: So you would rely on the neighbors then?
- 35:26Speaker 16: Because I couldn't believe that. That would never happen in
- 35:28Speaker 16: New York.
- 35:29Speaker 7: All right.
- 35:30Speaker 12: So you tell me that right there, that sentence that
- 35:32Speaker 12: guy just said didn't sound like he's from Australia.
- 35:36Speaker 2: No, but he had some words. He switches back and
- 35:38Speaker 2: forth between New York and Australia. He's trying. He's working
- 35:41Speaker 2: on it. Now that you mentioned it, I am hearing it.
- 35:43Speaker 7: What is your favorite kind of hose? Because my favorite
- 35:46Speaker 7: are manufactured in Mexico. They call them Jose's.
- 35:49Speaker 2: Well that's also true i could have wrote that one
- 35:54Speaker 2: too very true all right i'm gonna listen even more
- 35:58Speaker 2: carefully on the accent on this one all right here
- 35:59Speaker 2: is what he says they call them jose's.
- 36:02Speaker 15: Yeah actually i worked with a few jose's a few
- 36:04Speaker 15: jose's a few jose's you know i love them all
- 36:07Speaker 15: and everything in between no no uh i don't discriminate
- 36:10Speaker 15: if your house is on fire you need service i'm
- 36:12Speaker 15: there to help you out i don't care I don't care.
- 36:15Speaker 7: 100% New York.
- 36:17Speaker 2: That one sounded 100% New York. Yeah, but the previous one.
- 36:19Speaker 7: Yeah, let me go back to that last one. Just
- 36:20Speaker 7: let the neighbors know to run outside and point a
- 36:23Speaker 7: hose at a burning house.
- 36:27Speaker 16: That's right. Yeah, you know, there's some neighborhoods I saw
- 36:29Speaker 16: that if you don't.
- 36:30Speaker 7: I saw.
- 36:31Speaker 2: Like, so that's New York.
- 36:33Speaker 16: Pay your taxes and there's a fire in your house.
- 36:34Speaker 16: The fire department won't come.
- 36:36Speaker 13: I think he's working on it on fire department.
- 36:38Speaker 7: But even so, it's a FOIA department.
- 36:39Speaker 2: But like the nay, the nay, the nay boards.
- 36:42Speaker 7: And put it out.
- 36:43Speaker 16: So, yeah, that's wild.
- 36:45Speaker 7: So you see wild. Okay, wild.
- 36:47Speaker 4: Wild, I hear a little bit of Australia there.
- 36:49Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 36:49Speaker 2: As you pull, it's wild.
- 36:50Speaker 7: It's wild. We'd rely on the neighbors then.
- 36:52Speaker 16: Because I couldn't believe that that would never happen in
- 36:54Speaker 16: New York.
- 36:55Speaker 7: It would never happen in New York. Oh. Yeah, he's
- 36:57Speaker 7: going in between. Well, there you go. That is the
- 37:00Speaker 7: psychic firefighter, you guys.
- 37:02Speaker 2: Psychicfirefighter.com.
- 37:03Speaker 7: He's a nice dude.
- 37:05Speaker 2: He'll do readings. You know, great guy. Tell me about
- 37:08Speaker 2: these hoes.
- 37:09Speaker 7: Yeah. The Jose's that I love so much. All right.
- 37:12Speaker 4: Well, nice job, Greg.
- 37:13Speaker 8: Thanks.
- 37:14Speaker 7: Good questions. Very brave.
- 37:16Speaker 2: Let's do it again.
- 37:16Speaker 4: Much braver than just pointing a hose.
- 37:18Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 37:19Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 37:20Speaker 7: Talking like this.
- 37:21Speaker 10: Sure.
- 37:21Speaker 16: The Woody show.
- 37:29Speaker 4: Uh, I've been waiting to talk to CBass about this one.
- 37:32Speaker 4: I keep forgetting to bring it up. We have here.
- 37:33Speaker 2: So you guys remember Rachel Dolezal, right?
- 37:35Speaker 1: Of course.
- 37:36Speaker 5: Oh, yeah.
- 37:37Speaker 2: The loser. NCAA or whatever.
- 37:40Speaker 4: The former NCAA CP official. Yeah, she made the news
- 37:46Speaker 4: because it came out that she was born to white parents,
- 37:50Speaker 4: even though she was identifying as black, right?
- 37:52Speaker 2: Somehow her skin got real dark and her hair got
- 37:54Speaker 2: real curly.
- 37:54Speaker 7: Yeah, very odd.
- 37:55Speaker 4: And now she goes by Enkechi Diallo or something like that,
- 37:57Speaker 4: and she's now a certified sex coach.
- 38:00Speaker 11: Yep.
- 38:01Speaker 2: That's what always happens. Oh, man. Don't forget our OnlyFans.
- 38:04Speaker 11: Yep.
- 38:04Speaker 7: Oh, that's right.
- 38:05Speaker 2: I forgot she had an OnlyFans. Super gross.
- 38:06Speaker 4: She says she's done more than 300 hours of training
- 38:09Speaker 4: through the Sexology Institute.
- 38:11Speaker 2: Ooh, I gotta look that up.
- 38:12Speaker 16: All right.
- 38:13Speaker 2: And has opened an online intimacy. Dude, you should take
- 38:17Speaker 2: her class.
- 38:18Speaker 5: Yes.
- 38:18Speaker 7: I will.
- 38:19Speaker 4: An online intimacy and relationship coaching practice called Bandwidth.
- 38:23Speaker 7: Oh, boy.
- 38:23Speaker 2: These people are, as you might imagine, they do nothing
- 38:26Speaker 2: medical and are cultists. And this relates highly to a
- 38:29Speaker 2: lot of the stuff I saw going on at Burning Man.
- 38:31Speaker 2: There's a lot of like, I can just go to
- 38:33Speaker 2: this rando person, get some certification that means nothing, and
- 38:36Speaker 2: now I can touch your body.
- 38:38Speaker 4: Isn't that the way personal trainers, the certification for a
- 38:41Speaker 4: personal trainer is not like any kind of.
- 38:43Speaker 2: There's like 15 different versions of that. That's what I mean.
- 38:45Speaker 4: So like when someone says, oh, I'm a certified personal trainer,
- 38:48Speaker 4: it's like being an ordained minister.
- 38:49Speaker 2: You can just go online. I spent five minutes on
- 38:51Speaker 2: the internet. I'll get it. Yeah, it says, let's see.
- 38:55Speaker 2: She announced the new gig by posing in a graduation
- 38:58Speaker 2: cap and gown.
- 39:00Speaker 7: Let's see.
- 39:00Speaker 4: She had fishnet tights on. She was holding a desk
- 39:03Speaker 4: sign that says certified sex coach. Oh, so, yeah, she
- 39:08Speaker 4: she was on OnlyFans and she got fired from her
- 39:11Speaker 4: Arizona teaching job because they discovered the OnlyFans account.
- 39:14Speaker 13: Yeah, they don't like that.
- 39:15Speaker 2: I'm surprised they're allowed to do that.
- 39:17Speaker 4: So she she went from NAACP president. to OnlyFans, to
- 39:23Speaker 4: now she's a certified sex coach. Well, let's not be specific.
- 39:26Speaker 2: It was like NAACP president of the Spokane chapter.
- 39:29Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah.
- 39:31Speaker 13: Not the head. I'm looking up the Sexology Institute, and
- 39:35Speaker 13: there's all kinds of classes you have to take, but
- 39:37Speaker 13: my favorite, it's not sex for men or sex for women.
- 39:40Speaker 13: It's vagina owner sex and penis owner sex.
- 39:44Speaker 7: Nice.
- 39:45Speaker 4: Do people really go to... Like sex coaches?
- 39:49Speaker 7: Intimacy coaches?
- 39:49Speaker 9: Yes.
- 39:50Speaker 4: Because I remember the show on HBO, Real Sex.
- 39:53Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 39:53Speaker 2: It was awesome.
- 39:54Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 39:55Speaker 2: And I remember, I remember random things from shows, right?
- 39:59Speaker 4: Like Sesame Street. Do you guys remember when they took
- 40:03Speaker 4: the llama to the dentist?
- 40:04Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 40:04Speaker 11: No.
- 40:04Speaker 2: No. Me and my llama.
- 40:07Speaker 7: Yeah, dude.
- 40:08Speaker 2: For whatever reason, I remember that, and I remember.
- 40:12Speaker 7: Near, far.
- 40:12Speaker 13: Oh, I remember that.
- 40:13Speaker 2: Near, far.
- 40:15Speaker 1: Right.
- 40:15Speaker 2: And then, yeah, it was like.
- 40:16Speaker 4: We're talking like old school Sesame Street. This girl had
- 40:20Speaker 4: a pet llama, and she was walking through the streets
- 40:22Speaker 4: of New York to take it.
- 40:22Speaker 7: To the dentist.
- 40:24Speaker 2: And the llama's at the dentist, and they're doing this
- 40:27Speaker 2: whole song. Me and my llama, blah.
- 40:28Speaker 7: Blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 40:29Speaker 4: I remember that weird episode.
- 40:30Speaker 2: And of all the.
- 40:32Speaker 7: Real sexes?
- 40:32Speaker 4: The real sexes, I remember two.
- 40:34Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 40:34Speaker 7: Vividly.
- 40:36Speaker 2: One was the one where they had people that liked
- 40:38Speaker 2: to be hung by hooks.
- 40:39Speaker 18: Yeah.
- 40:40Speaker 7: Oh, yeah.
- 40:41Speaker 2: Remember that?
- 40:41Speaker 7: Meat hooks, yeah.
- 40:42Speaker 2: You remember that?
- 40:43Speaker 4: Okay, there was that episode. And then there is this one, right?
- 40:48Speaker 4: Where these people... We're going to like this sex coach.
- 40:51Speaker 13: Yeah, like a sex surrogate. Yes, I remember that.
- 40:54Speaker 2: Like a couple shows up. So they actually have sex
- 40:56Speaker 2: with this person.
- 40:57Speaker 4: No, they don't have sex with the person.
- 40:58Speaker 7: Oh, they're being taught in person.
- 41:00Speaker 13: No, the teacher's like guiding the whole thing.
- 41:01Speaker 2: Yeah, it's really weird.
- 41:02Speaker 7: So they're in the room with you.
- 41:03Speaker 4: Yeah, it's like when you see like golf coaches or
- 41:05Speaker 4: like tennis coaches and they're like kind of standing behind them.
- 41:08Speaker 2: Swinging behind you.
- 41:09Speaker 7: Mimicking the swing.
- 41:10Speaker 2: Yeah, like you're like, no, no, you want to lift
- 41:13Speaker 2: your hips up a little bit. And like he's got,
- 41:15Speaker 2: he's in there.
- 41:16Speaker 13: How could you keep it up with somebody doing that?
- 41:18Speaker 7: Dude, I don't know.
- 41:19Speaker 13: The only other real sex I remember is where all
- 41:22Speaker 13: those dirty hippies are naked in a circle, kind of
- 41:25Speaker 13: breathing and finishing at the same time.
- 41:29Speaker 2: To the point of how easy all this stuff is,
- 41:31Speaker 2: I'm looking. There are numerous YouTubers who became certified personal
- 41:34Speaker 2: trainers in less than a week. I think menace could.
- 41:37Speaker 2: We could get you to this.
- 41:38Speaker 7: Oh, my God.
- 41:38Speaker 2: I'm down, dude. The funny thing is when you see
- 41:40Speaker 2: personal trainers who are huge.
- 41:42Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 41:42Speaker 2: Or what I see all the time is they just
- 41:44Speaker 2: don't care. I see this at my gym all the time.
- 41:47Speaker 2: They're just standing there. They're just standing there. The person
- 41:49Speaker 2: is swinging their hips, throwing their arms back while trying
- 41:52Speaker 2: to do curls. They teach you in high school, literally
- 41:55Speaker 2: first day of gym, to stabilize your core and stuff.
- 41:58Speaker 2: But they're just collecting a check.
- 41:59Speaker 7: They don't care.
- 42:00Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 42:00Speaker 12: Honestly, some of them are just there to talk to
- 42:03Speaker 12: the person as they're at the gym.
- 42:05Speaker 2: Last week, I went to the dentist.
- 42:07Speaker 8: Is it?
- 42:07Speaker 11: Nice.
- 42:07Speaker 2: To get my teeth cleaned and checked.
- 42:10Speaker 4: Yeah, it was like the 70s, dog.
- 42:12Speaker 2: There it is. You're a stupid llama going to the dentist.
- 42:19Speaker 4: Oh, my God.
- 42:20Speaker 2: So, yeah, down to the basement of a brownstone.
- 42:23Speaker 4: Oh, that's New York for you. There goes the llama.
- 42:25Speaker 2: Come here, little kid.
- 42:26Speaker 4: You see it all in New York, you know? My
- 42:29Speaker 4: goodness is in a van. It's so old. It's one
- 42:33Speaker 4: of those, it's in color, but barely.
- 42:34Speaker 2: It's like sepia.
- 42:36Speaker 7: The girl that did that probably doesn't even remember it.
- 42:39Speaker 4: She's probably dead by now. Or she did OnlyFans. No,
- 42:44Speaker 4: she was too old to do OnlyFans. She was maybe
- 42:46Speaker 4: like on one of our.
- 42:48Speaker 2: Guilf.com. Yeah, Guilf.com where we do like Golden Bachelorette. And
- 42:57Speaker 2: it is time for some Friday Fail Stories. Oh, no. Yeah,
- 43:02Speaker 2: somebody sent us a text earlier saying, man, you guys
- 43:04Speaker 2: really have been on a roll. I'm just getting caught
- 43:06Speaker 2: up on the podcast. You guys are really hitting it
- 43:08Speaker 2: out of the park with this Friday Fail Singing.
- 43:11Speaker 7: Oh, nice.
- 43:11Speaker 4: Yeah, we've done a really good job so far.
- 43:14Speaker 2: Let's see how we do this week. Friday Fail Stories,
- 43:16Speaker 2: here we go.
- 43:22Speaker 7: Friday Fail Stories.
- 43:59Speaker 20: All right, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, it is
- 44:03Speaker 20: time for your Friday Fail Story. All these people thought
- 44:10Speaker 20: they had the perfect plan, the plan that could never
- 44:11Speaker 20: go wrong.
- 44:12Speaker 2: But then somewhere along the line, it went from being
- 44:14Speaker 2: a great idea to one big stinking mega uber ultra fail.
- 44:33Speaker 7: Oh, guys. Does that work? That's pretty good.
- 44:35Speaker 13: That's pretty good. Yeah.
- 44:37Speaker 2: I mean, yeah. I think it's still. We're still in
- 44:40Speaker 2: the pocket, man.
- 44:41Speaker 7: We're still.
- 44:41Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 44:41Speaker 2: We're definitely still in the pocket. I was getting a
- 44:43Speaker 2: little dry.
- 44:43Speaker 7: I'm not sure.
- 44:45Speaker 4: Well, here we go. First story. I got an audio
- 44:47Speaker 4: clip for this one. These people were at a funeral.
- 44:50Speaker 7: All right.
- 44:51Speaker 4: Here's the clip. You tell me what happened.
- 44:54Speaker 5: Oh, my God.
- 45:01Speaker 2: Uh-oh. Okay, they dropped the casket. It had to fall
- 45:12Speaker 2: over for that, right?
- 45:13Speaker 4: The hearse had just arrived at the gravesite with the coffin.
- 45:16Speaker 4: All bearers each grabbed onto the casket, lifted it up,
- 45:19Speaker 4: started walking. And that's when the bottom of it gave
- 45:22Speaker 4: out and the body fell out.
- 45:23Speaker 2: Oh, my God. Fail.
- 45:28Speaker 16: Fail.
- 45:31Speaker 7: Oh, how disturbing is that?
- 45:33Speaker 4: Yeah, they think that termites, they said, might have gotten
- 45:35Speaker 4: into the bottom of it.
- 45:37Speaker 10: That quickly?
- 45:38Speaker 2: Yeah, because it was a cheap-ass coffin.
- 45:40Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 45:41Speaker 2: That's what you.
- 45:42Speaker 4: Get for cutting corners.
- 45:43Speaker 7: You ever been a pallbearer?
- 45:44Speaker 11: Yes.
- 45:45Speaker 7: Are those not the world's heaviest things you've ever touched?
- 45:49Speaker 13: Well, and like awkward.
- 45:50Speaker 4: They're heavy, number one.
- 45:51Speaker 7: So heavy.
- 45:52Speaker 4: And I was the only, because it was me and
- 45:54Speaker 4: the rest of my guy cousins from my grandfather's funeral.
- 45:58Speaker 4: And there's not one ounce of muscle among any of
- 46:01Speaker 4: my other cousins. They're all built like wet rats. And
- 46:04Speaker 4: it's like, I'm the only person like mine. Mine was
- 46:07Speaker 4: at proper height. They thought for sure that the rest were,
- 46:09Speaker 4: because the whole rest of the casket was.
- 46:11Speaker 2: Kind of leaning to the, like.
- 46:13Speaker 4: Nobody on the right side had any kind of strength whatsoever.
- 46:15Speaker 2: And then the ass end of it, which was the
- 46:17Speaker 2: lighter end, considering that the majority of the body weight's
- 46:20Speaker 2: toward the front where the head is, the head and
- 46:21Speaker 2: the chest.
- 46:22Speaker 7: Did you do it at shoulder height or like waist height?
- 46:26Speaker 4: We picked it up to like shoulder height.
- 46:28Speaker 2: Wow.
- 46:29Speaker 7: I only did the waist height one.
- 46:31Speaker 4: Because they said it was going to be easier because
- 46:32Speaker 4: you can kind of pick it up and lock your
- 46:33Speaker 4: elbow in.
- 46:34Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah.
- 46:35Speaker 4: And hold it, but like my pussy-ass cousins.
- 46:37Speaker 2: Oh, no.
- 46:38Speaker 7: Losers. Yeah, I thought it was like an armoire. It
- 46:40Speaker 7: was so heavy.
- 46:41Speaker 4: Here's one from Florida where this teenager was out on
- 46:43Speaker 4: a boat with his old man, and they spotted a
- 46:46Speaker 4: shark in the water.
- 46:47Speaker 7: All right.
- 46:47Speaker 4: Now, most people would stay the hell away from a shark,
- 46:49Speaker 4: but not these idiots. They tried to pick it up
- 46:53Speaker 4: and bring it on board the boat.
- 46:54Speaker 2: Why not me?
- 46:55Speaker 4: No, the shark didn't like that. Bit the dude's son.
- 46:59Speaker 4: Dad did some quick thinking, put a tourniquet on the wound,
- 47:01Speaker 4: and they tried to hightail it back to shore. And
- 47:04Speaker 4: I say tried because the boat broke down about halfway there.
- 47:08Speaker 2: Oh, no. So he had to call the Coast Guard
- 47:10Speaker 2: for help. The son was airlifted to the hospital.
- 47:13Speaker 10: Oh, no.
- 47:14Speaker 7: Failed.
- 47:15Speaker 12: Worth it.
- 47:16Speaker 16: Idiot.
- 47:19Speaker 4: Some teenagers in Utah were just having fun, you guys.
- 47:22Speaker 9: All right.
- 47:23Speaker 4: Trying to keep up with the whole couch surfing trend
- 47:25Speaker 4: they saw on TikTok. Now, this isn't couch surfing where
- 47:28Speaker 4: you stay on people's couches. This is where a person
- 47:31Speaker 4: sits on a couch while it's being dragged by a vehicle.
- 47:34Speaker 7: Okay, that's something I totally would have done.
- 47:36Speaker 2: Dude.
- 47:38Speaker 4: Things went bad.
- 47:38Speaker 7: Oh, yeah.
- 47:39Speaker 4: And one of the idiots ended up in the hospital
- 47:41Speaker 4: with a fractured skull, brain injuries, spinal fractures, broken ribs,
- 47:45Speaker 4: facial fractures. Here's his mom talking about it on the
- 47:49Speaker 4: local news.
- 47:49Speaker 2: He sits on the couch.
- 47:50Speaker 3: The couch leg breaks and he goes flying. And it's
- 47:56Speaker 3: a horrible, horrible accident. This terrible accident happened and. It's
- 48:01Speaker 3: one more thing to talk to your kids about. Doctors
- 48:04Speaker 3: and nurses told us that this is the third case
- 48:07Speaker 3: they've seen of couch surfing here at primary children's.
- 48:12Speaker 2: She's okay.
- 48:13Speaker 4: There's a really bad for the parents, man.
- 48:15Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 48:15Speaker 12: Really old, um, um, online video of these guys doing
- 48:19Speaker 12: this at probably like 20 years old by now. Like
- 48:21Speaker 12: San Francisco is like pretty much a commuter city. So
- 48:24Speaker 12: like everyone leaves after 6 PM. These guys are getting
- 48:27Speaker 12: dragged around on a couch through the entire city and
- 48:29Speaker 12: They get all the way up on the Golden Gate
- 48:31Speaker 12: Bridge doing this stuff.
- 48:33Speaker 1: Like.
- 48:34Speaker 7: Damn.
- 48:34Speaker 2: How did I hit a pothole?
- 48:36Speaker 5: I know.
- 48:37Speaker 2: Something in the road.
- 48:38Speaker 16: This is a horrible accident.
- 48:39Speaker 2: Yeah, people have been doing this for a long time.
- 48:41Speaker 4: I will say, we did a lot of dumb stuff
- 48:43Speaker 4: as kids, and we could have easily been this kid.
- 48:47Speaker 4: I'm shocked that I'm not this kid. Doing dumb things.
- 48:50Speaker 4: It doesn't make it any less dumb or any less
- 48:52Speaker 4: of a fail. I feel terrible for the mother, but dude.
- 48:55Speaker 13: But it's not really an accident. An accident is when
- 48:57Speaker 13: you don't see something. This is like, of course you're
- 48:59Speaker 13: going to get hurt.
- 49:00Speaker 4: His injuries are life-threatening. He's in a medically-induced coma. The
- 49:06Speaker 4: other friends, they're facing charges. Here's one from Florida with
- 49:11Speaker 4: this grown-ass 33-year-old man. He set his sights on a
- 49:14Speaker 4: card shop that he wanted to rob. That shop had
- 49:16Speaker 4: plenty of super cool Pokemon cards inside. It was the
- 49:19Speaker 4: middle of the night. When he walked up, he chucked
- 49:21Speaker 4: a rock at the window to get in, but because
- 49:23Speaker 4: he's a weak-ass pussy like my cousins, that didn't work.
- 49:26Speaker 4: So he went with plan B, and he pulled out
- 49:28Speaker 4: a chainsaw that he just happened to have in his car.
- 49:30Speaker 9: Oh.
- 49:30Speaker 4: And he used that to cut his way through and
- 49:33Speaker 4: in the process cut himself pretty bad. He was bleeding
- 49:35Speaker 4: all over the place. But now he's in, right? He
- 49:38Speaker 4: grabbed about 12 grand worth of Pokemon cards and took off.
- 49:41Speaker 4: The cops were called, but they had no problem finding
- 49:43Speaker 4: the guy because number one, he left a lot of
- 49:45Speaker 4: blood behind. But they also knew everything about the car
- 49:49Speaker 4: they were looking for because they saw it on the
- 49:52Speaker 4: security cameras because the dummy parked right up front. Right
- 49:55Speaker 4: in front of one of the cameras. And he had
- 49:57Speaker 4: a nice clear view of his license plate number.
- 49:59Speaker 2: And so they.
- 50:01Speaker 4: Showed up at his house and they arrested him, took
- 50:02Speaker 4: him off to fail jail.
- 50:04Speaker 2: She failed.
- 50:04Speaker 13: He served himself right up.
- 50:06Speaker 2: Yep. What are you in for?
- 50:08Speaker 7: Pokemon.
- 50:09Speaker 4: And this is my favorite story of the week. We
- 50:11Speaker 4: can file this one under how stupid do you gotta be?
- 50:14Speaker 16: Okay.
- 50:15Speaker 4: Woman in Pennsylvania says that she was contacted by an
- 50:18Speaker 4: Uber driver who asked her to send her debit card
- 50:23Speaker 4: to him.
- 50:23Speaker 16: Okay.
- 50:25Speaker 7: She did it.
- 50:26Speaker 1: Oh, no.
- 50:26Speaker 2: Then, soon after that, she got another call from a
- 50:29Speaker 2: different Uber driver asking her to withdraw nearly $ 10, 000 in.
- 50:33Speaker 4: Cash and put it in an envelope for them.
- 50:35Speaker 13: Yeah, no problem.
- 50:36Speaker 2: She did that, too.
- 50:37Speaker 9: What?
- 50:38Speaker 4: Thought nothing of it. In fact, she didn't even realize
- 50:42Speaker 4: it was a scam until her bank called her asking
- 50:45Speaker 4: about potential fraud charges. So the police are investigating, but
- 50:49Speaker 4: this dumb woman is now out over.
- 50:51Speaker 9: $ 10, 000.
- 50:51Speaker 7: What?
- 50:51Speaker 10: What?
- 50:54Speaker 2: Why would you want to give an Uber driver $ 10, 000?
- 50:57Speaker 13: Yeah, what's the point?
- 51:02Speaker 16: Oh!
- 51:03Speaker 2: Hi, this is your Uber driver. We're going to need
- 51:05Speaker 2: your debit card.
- 51:06Speaker 7: Oh, here you go.
- 51:08Speaker 13: This is Brad Pitt, your Uber driver.
- 51:10Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 51:11Speaker 12: Did she recently take a $ 10, 000 Uber ride?
- 51:15Speaker 7: She had no follow-up questions?
- 51:18Speaker 1: Okay.
- 51:19Speaker 2: No idea.
- 51:19Speaker 4: And then you get another call because you know this
- 51:21Speaker 4: guy's like, dude, you got to call this dumb bitch.
- 51:24Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 51:25Speaker 2: See what you can get.
- 51:25Speaker 7: Yeah, get all your friends in on it. Hello.
- 51:28Speaker 4: This is your Uber driver. My name is Joe.
- 51:32Speaker 2: I need you to get $ 10, 000 and put it in an.
- 51:34Speaker 7: Envelope for me.
- 51:35Speaker 2: He's like, okay.
- 51:36Speaker 7: Okay. Idiot.
- 51:38Speaker 2: That's what you say. Uber drivers are like me. I
- 51:41Speaker 2: wonder how far a $ 10, 000 Uber ride would take me.
- 51:43Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 51:44Speaker 4: Good question.
- 51:46Speaker 2: We should try it sometime.
- 51:49Speaker 4: Is there a mileage limit?
- 51:51Speaker 7: I don't know. I don't think so.
- 51:52Speaker 13: I mean, if you want to go across the country
- 51:54Speaker 13: and pay for it, and they're willing to take you.
- 51:56Speaker 7: I know somebody that did about 350 miles.
- 52:00Speaker 13: Yeah, the Uber driver can just deny it.
- 52:02Speaker 2: Like, if it pops up and you want to go
- 52:04Speaker 2: across the country, but if they're willing to do it.
- 52:06Speaker 7: If you don't even put in a distance, you just
- 52:08Speaker 7: put in a dollar amount. Like, I want to go
- 52:10Speaker 7: $ 10, 000 worth. Take me wherever.
- 52:13Speaker 13: It says, technically, Uber has no maximum distance limits. But
- 52:17Speaker 13: there is a rolling time limit of eight hours per ride. Oh,
- 52:19Speaker 13: because they don't want the guy like driving for 12 hours.
- 52:22Speaker 7: Illegal.
- 52:23Speaker 13: So however long eight hours they'll get you, you're allowed
- 52:26Speaker 13: to go.
- 52:27Speaker 7: Probably about 600 miles.
- 52:29Speaker 2: Let's see. I'm going to drop the pin all the
- 52:31Speaker 2: way over here. And confirm destination. It's gathering options.
- 52:37Speaker 7: All right.
- 52:40Speaker 4: It just came up. Rental cars.
- 52:42Speaker 2: We're not taking you there, dude.
- 52:45Speaker 13: There's other options.
- 52:46Speaker 2: I took it clear across the country. It just says
- 52:49Speaker 2: rental cars.
- 52:50Speaker 7: You know planes were invented, right?
- 52:52Speaker 1: The Woody Show.
- 52:54Speaker 2: And it's time for today's Dumbass Contest. And today's Dumbass
- 52:59Speaker 2: Contest is the DUIQ.
- 53:02Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 53:02Speaker 8: DUIQ.
- 53:06Speaker 2: Seabass is playing the game to everybody, please. I asked
- 53:08Speaker 2: someone very drunk some very easy trivia questions that your
- 53:12Speaker 2: sixth or seventh grader definitely knows, obviously, and you would
- 53:14Speaker 2: have no problem answering yourself. But the game is, is
- 53:18Speaker 2: the person I'm talking to so drunk that they can't
- 53:20Speaker 2: answer the questions? If you can guess whether they answer
- 53:23Speaker 2: two times out of three, you win.
- 53:25Speaker 16: All right.
- 53:25Speaker 4: Let's meet our contestant. We asked you to call in 877-44-WOODY.
- 53:30Speaker 4: Let's say hi to Jen.
- 53:32Speaker 7: Hey, Jen.
- 53:33Speaker 13: Jen.
- 53:33Speaker 2: How are you, Jen?
- 53:34Speaker 7: What's going down?
- 53:36Speaker 9: I'm great.
- 53:36Speaker 2: How are you?
- 53:37Speaker 7: We're doing great.
- 53:38Speaker 2: We're going to play the D-U-I-Q.
- 53:40Speaker 4: Now, before we get to the questions that you have
- 53:42Speaker 4: to try to guess if the drunk person gets right
- 53:44Speaker 4: or wrong, let's try to get a better just idea
- 53:47Speaker 4: how with or not with this drunk person is. And
- 53:49Speaker 4: who is this, Seabass?
- 53:50Speaker 2: It's Karishma, and she's a bit of a bragger. She
- 53:53Speaker 2: has some things she's going to tell us about that
- 53:55Speaker 2: she believes she does well.
- 53:56Speaker 16: All right.
- 53:56Speaker 2: What are you up to tonight?
- 53:58Speaker 11: Party, enjoy myself, drink quite a bit. Okay, no, so
- 54:03Speaker 11: I've had more than three drinks, basically. I started drinking
- 54:07Speaker 11: at 5 p.m.
- 54:09Speaker 5: What's your area of expertise?
- 54:10Speaker 13: Festivals, music, and sex.
- 54:14Speaker 2: What?
- 54:15Speaker 14: Sex?
- 54:15Speaker 5: Yeah, why not?
- 54:17Speaker 2: Well, I'm rather.
- 54:18Speaker 11: Better at giving s * * *. Okay, no, I'm kidding. Like, no,
- 54:22Speaker 11: I'm kidding. I'm good at taking shots.
- 54:25Speaker 7: Oh, okay.
- 54:26Speaker 2: She took that back.
- 54:27Speaker 1: Nice.
- 54:27Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, yeah. All women say they're good at that.
- 54:30Speaker 2: Yeah, she won Greg challenging her.
- 54:31Speaker 7: Yeah, right?
- 54:31Speaker 2: Let's have a contest.
- 54:33Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 54:33Speaker 2: Let's go head-to-head with Karishma. I'll show you.
- 54:36Speaker 4: All right, so there she is. Now, we are going
- 54:39Speaker 4: to get into the questions. Now, Jen, you just got
- 54:41Speaker 4: to guess if she'll get it right or not. You
- 54:43Speaker 4: don't have to come up with the answer yourself. Question
- 54:45Speaker 4: number one here on the DUIQ.
- 54:47Speaker 8: Spiders are not a type of insect. They're a type of.
- 54:51Speaker 7: I will start with a triple no.
- 54:56Speaker 13: I also will say triple no.
- 55:00Speaker 4: I'll say no for the drunk.
- 55:02Speaker 7: What's her name? Karishma.
- 55:03Speaker 4: Karishma. I'll say no for Karishma. I will say no
- 55:09Speaker 4: for Menace. And based on the look on Sammy's face, yeah,
- 55:12Speaker 4: triple no. I will go along with the triple no.
- 55:16Speaker 2: What do you think, Jen? Will she get it, yes
- 55:18Speaker 2: or no?
- 55:18Speaker 8: No.
- 55:20Speaker 2: All right, question number one.
- 55:23Speaker 8: Spiders are not a type of insect. They're a type of.
- 55:27Speaker 1: Sammy.
- 55:27Speaker 16: Sammy.
- 55:28Speaker 2: I don't even know if this is a word or
- 55:30Speaker 2: where it came from. I'm so excited.
- 55:32Speaker 13: Arachnoid?
- 55:33Speaker 7: Arachnoid, okay.
- 55:35Speaker 2: Menace.
- 55:36Speaker 7: Arachnid. Arachnid. How about.
- 55:39Speaker 4: I.
- 55:40Speaker 2: Mean, Menace gave you the right answer.
- 55:42Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 55:42Speaker 2: But arachnoid is a word.
- 55:45Speaker 7: It is?
- 55:45Speaker 9: It is.
- 55:46Speaker 7: Is it an arachnid, though?
- 55:47Speaker 13: Avoid the arachnoid?
- 55:48Speaker 9: It is.
- 55:49Speaker 2: Of course, it means, obviously, you might imagine spider-like. refers
- 55:53Speaker 2: to the arachnoid mater, which is the delicate web-like middle
- 55:56Speaker 2: membrane that along the dura mater and pia mater protects
- 55:58Speaker 2: the brain and spinal cord. But it's not the species.
- 56:01Speaker 7: Right.
- 56:02Speaker 2: It's a tiny little thing in your brain.
- 56:04Speaker 7: Well, Menace, I'd like to apologize. Thank you.
- 56:06Speaker 2: Me too.
- 56:07Speaker 7: I just feel horrible.
- 56:09Speaker 4: Sammy, I'd like to apologize.
- 56:10Speaker 2: All right.
- 56:11Speaker 4: Now the question is, does Kirschman know the answer? And
- 56:15Speaker 4: Jen said that she would not. Let's see if she
- 56:16Speaker 4: gets on the board. With her first point here on
- 56:19Speaker 4: the DUIQ.
- 56:20Speaker 8: Spiders are not a type of insect. They're a type
- 56:22Speaker 8: of reptile.
- 56:24Speaker 5: No, reptile.
- 56:25Speaker 2: Reptile, right?
- 56:26Speaker 12: Reptile.
- 56:27Speaker 7: Reptile.
- 56:27Speaker 16: No, it's not a reptile.
- 56:29Speaker 2: Am I saying it correctly?
- 56:30Speaker 5: Reptile?
- 56:30Speaker 7: Reptile. All right, well, Jen, good news.
- 56:32Speaker 2: You're on the board.
- 56:32Speaker 4: You got your first point here on the DUIQ.
- 56:34Speaker 2: A repnoid?
- 56:35Speaker 7: That's good news.
- 56:36Speaker 2: All right, so only one out of the next two
- 56:38Speaker 2: questions in order to win. Question number two.
- 56:41Speaker 8: What's an NFL team named after a group of people?
- 56:45Speaker 2: All right. NFL team.
- 56:47Speaker 12: Oh.
- 56:48Speaker 4: Named after a group of people. Let's see. I will
- 56:55Speaker 4: say no for Karishma. Yes for both Menace and Sammy.
- 57:02Speaker 7: Same.
- 57:02Speaker 4: I feel like they know enough about.
- 57:05Speaker 2: Absolutely.
- 57:06Speaker 7: Yeah, they know enough about.
- 57:08Speaker 2: We talk about it a lot.
- 57:09Speaker 7: In Karishma.
- 57:10Speaker 4: All right, Jen, what do you think?
- 57:11Speaker 2: Yes or no?
- 57:13Speaker 5: No.
- 57:13Speaker 2: All right, question number two, DUIQ.
- 57:16Speaker 8: What's an NFL team named after a group of people?
- 57:19Speaker 2: Sammy. Vikings.
- 57:21Speaker 7: Vikings.
- 57:22Speaker 4: Interesting that you went with that first.
- 57:23Speaker 15: Yeah, same.
- 57:24Speaker 13: I got the same thing.
- 57:25Speaker 2: I put Steelers, 49ers, Patriots.
- 57:28Speaker 7: Damn, girl.
- 57:28Speaker 2: Noise yeah but any one of those three would have
- 57:33Speaker 2: been a good one I'm surprised you didn't say Patriots.
- 57:35Speaker 13: First I don't know how that the first word I
- 57:37Speaker 13: put was Giants and then I went with Vikings for
- 57:40Speaker 13: I mean I didn't.
- 57:41Speaker 12: Even think of the Patriots oh my god or 49ers
- 57:45Speaker 12: Joe Montana legend that's well that's not thank you fun
- 57:48Speaker 12: fact that's.
- 57:48Speaker 7: Not the point of the question you're.
- 57:50Speaker 2: Right just yeah or the Jets Mark Sanchez legend the
- 57:53Speaker 2: Jets are.
- 57:53Speaker 7: Not people right there you go.
- 57:58Speaker 2: The Jets are not people. They're Jets.
- 58:00Speaker 9: Right.
- 58:00Speaker 2: Shout out to the Bills.
- 58:01Speaker 7: That's why we're laughing. That's right.
- 58:02Speaker 2: Man, if you got it wrong, just calm down.
- 58:03Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 58:04Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 58:04Speaker 2: All right. Can't shout out legends?
- 58:07Speaker 8: Okay.
- 58:07Speaker 4: You're going to take away from your legendary performance thus far.
- 58:10Speaker 2: Two for two so far. Yeah, so far.
- 58:11Speaker 7: All right.
- 58:12Speaker 2: So Jen said that Krishma would not get this. Question
- 58:15Speaker 2: number two, DUIQ.
- 58:16Speaker 8: What's an NFL team named after a group of people?
- 58:21Speaker 5: Football.
- 58:22Speaker 11: The only group of football I support is the Ravens. Yeah,
- 58:26Speaker 11: the Ravens.
- 58:27Speaker 5: That's an animal, not a person.
- 58:28Speaker 13: Yeah, I know. I can't think of animals.
- 58:31Speaker 7: Oh, wow.
- 58:32Speaker 9: Damn.
- 58:32Speaker 5: Tough game.
- 58:34Speaker 2: All right, well, Jen, congratulations. You are a winner here
- 58:36Speaker 2: on this round of the DUI. I did it. Congratulations,
- 58:41Speaker 2: and thank you so much for listening to The Woody Show.
- 58:43Speaker 2: We appreciate that, and have yourself a great weekend.
- 58:47Speaker 18: Thank you so much.
- 58:48Speaker 7: You're welcome. See you, Jen.
- 58:49Speaker 2: There's Jen Winner at the DUIQ.
- 58:52Speaker 7: All right.
- 58:54Speaker 2: We have one last question here that she did not need,
- 58:56Speaker 2: but for the room, question number three.
- 58:58Speaker 5: What do bees collect from flowers to make honey? All right.
- 59:03Speaker 2: Probably three-year-olds out there.
- 59:04Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 59:05Speaker 5: What do bees collect from flowers to make honey?
- 59:08Speaker 13: Let's get crazy. Let's go triple yes.
- 59:10Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm thinking.
- 59:10Speaker 4: Triple yes?
- 59:11Speaker 7: Kind of leaning triple yes as well, but.
- 59:13Speaker 4: I'm still saying.
- 59:14Speaker 7: I'm going to say no to charisma.
- 59:15Speaker 4: I'm saying triple no.
- 59:17Speaker 2: Oh, wow.
- 59:17Speaker 9: Wow.
- 59:17Speaker 7: That shit sounds extra dumb.
- 59:20Speaker 2: Triple no.
- 59:21Speaker 13: Okay.
- 59:22Speaker 4: You say triple yes.
- 59:25Speaker 2: I say triple yes.
- 59:27Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm going to triple... Triple yes.
- 59:30Speaker 4: All right, so two trips yes, one trip no. Question
- 59:33Speaker 4: number three for the DUIQ.
- 59:35Speaker 5: What do bees collect from flowers to make honey?
- 59:38Speaker 7: Menace. Pollen? Pollen.
- 59:41Speaker 12: Pollen.
- 59:42Speaker 7: Pollen.
- 59:43Speaker 4: So far, I am right on my triple no.
- 59:49Speaker 15: You are.
- 59:50Speaker 5: You are?
- 59:51Speaker 7: Yeah. Okay. You are?
- 59:54Speaker 4: That is not correct.
- 59:55Speaker 2: We'll keep going.
- 59:56Speaker 7: We'll keep going.
- 59:57Speaker 4: That is not correct. Question number three, DUIQ.
- 59:59Speaker 5: What do bees collect from flowers to make honey?
- 1:00:02Speaker 11: Pollen to make honey.
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: So what is pollen, though?
- 1:00:05Speaker 11: I just know pollen is something from flowers. That's all
- 1:00:10Speaker 11: I know.
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: So what is pollen?
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: Yeah, same question for the two in the room. What
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: is pollen? It's the dust from the flowers.
- 1:00:18Speaker 13: It's to pollinate. I realize now it's to make honey.
- 1:00:20Speaker 13: So the pollen is for pollinating.
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: Not to make honey. What else is in there?
- 1:00:26Speaker 7: It's the sweet, sweet.
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: Is it like sap?
- 1:00:28Speaker 9: Nectar?
- 1:00:28Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: Sap?
- 1:00:29Speaker 7: No, it's sap.
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: Well, that's the only thing I could come up with.
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: That's on trees. I get it. Flower juice?
- 1:00:34Speaker 7: They made, what?
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, they pollinate, right?
- 1:00:38Speaker 13: Wait, but the answer is sap? No, it's nectar. That's
- 1:00:42Speaker 13: why I was extra confused. Okay. Yeah, I thought it
- 1:00:44Speaker 13: was pollen.
- 1:00:46Speaker 9: Oh, babes.
- 1:00:46Speaker 13: Wow, what are you so smart?
- 1:00:48Speaker 4: It's the one thing I know. There's got to be
- 1:00:50Speaker 4: a question every week that I know the answer to.
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: We talk about this a lot, but that's a fourth
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: grade question.
- 1:00:58Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 1:00:58Speaker 4: No, but I can see where people immediately... I was
- 1:01:01Speaker 4: almost going to say when I said triple no, I
- 1:01:03Speaker 4: said it's going to be easily... There's going to be...
- 1:01:06Speaker 4: And I know what they're going to guess. Because I
- 1:01:08Speaker 4: was going to say pollen. That's the first thing I
- 1:01:10Speaker 4: think people think of.
- 1:01:11Speaker 13: Yes, it is, obviously.
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: Right, yeah.
- 1:01:13Speaker 5: All of us.
- 1:01:14Speaker 4: Yeah, but I thought that was going to maybe be
- 1:01:16Speaker 4: a clue, like, oh, I was going to say pollen,
- 1:01:18Speaker 4: that must be wrong, and go with.
- 1:01:21Speaker 7: The other one.
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: And I will just stop the pedants out there. Yes,
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: there is some pollen in honey, but that is incidental.
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: That is not core to the making of honey. Well,
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: that's how you play the DUIQ. It's like saying there's
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: some dust in the bread you eat on your sandwich.
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: It's around.
- 1:01:39Speaker 4: We're going to take a quick break. More Woody shows next.
- 1:01:41Speaker 7: Hang on.
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: The Woody Show. We'll be right back. I'll see it
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: when I believe it.
- 1:01:48Speaker 19: This is The Woody Show.
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: All right. A couple things for Greg.
- 1:01:55Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: There's some nude news.
- 1:01:58Speaker 14: Riff.
- 1:01:59Speaker 4: People were thinking that Martha Stewart was going to release
- 1:02:01Speaker 4: her nudes.
- 1:02:02Speaker 14: Oh, yeah.
- 1:02:02Speaker 7: They thought of it because she implied it.
- 1:02:04Speaker 13: She said, yeah.
- 1:02:05Speaker 2: She goes, I've been thinking about releasing my nudes.
- 1:02:08Speaker 7: Nice.
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: She's 85 years old.
- 1:02:09Speaker 7: Would you look? I'd look.
- 1:02:11Speaker 10: Of course.
- 1:02:12Speaker 7: Yeah. I would look.
- 1:02:14Speaker 4: I don't think I could rise to the occasion with it.
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: I love Martha.
- 1:02:18Speaker 5: Stewart, man.
- 1:02:19Speaker 13: But the only person in their 80s who would do
- 1:02:21Speaker 13: it is someone who's been nipped and tucked to all hell.
- 1:02:24Speaker 13: It's not like she's going to be... Sagging and dragging
- 1:02:26Speaker 13: she looks good.
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: Well, and they always it's always like just lingerie pictures
- 1:02:29Speaker 2: and all these people Her nudes are it's a it's
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: a new line of nude lip serums. Oh, there we
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: go for her skincare What's a lip serum?
- 1:02:41Speaker 13: It's like a lip gloss basically.
- 1:02:42Speaker 2: Oh, it's yeah. Can we call something else?
- 1:02:45Speaker 13: What Snoop Dogg did he's like I'm going smokeless or whatever.
- 1:02:49Speaker 4: She says she says that she's never had plastic surgery
- 1:02:53Speaker 4: Yeah So if she did nudes, I mean, it wouldn't
- 1:02:57Speaker 4: be nipped and tucked to... But that's the joke.
- 1:02:59Speaker 13: She's releasing her nude lip serum.
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: Dude, I saw this video. Greg, you would love it.
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: I'll have to find it. I'll send it to you.
- 1:03:05Speaker 12: But Martha Stewart goes to her hairstyle's house, like apartment
- 1:03:09Speaker 12: all the time. And, like, you just show her, like,
- 1:03:12Speaker 12: walking around and, like, judging things. And it's, like, her
- 1:03:15Speaker 12: pots and pans are up, hung, like, raw and stuff.
- 1:03:17Speaker 7: Oh, I hate that.
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: And she's like, oh, I hate that. To her hairstyle's face.
- 1:03:23Speaker 4: Greg, also for you, you got to tell me what
- 1:03:25Speaker 4: name you like the best out of this story.
- 1:03:27Speaker 16: Okay.
- 1:03:28Speaker 4: Floyd Mayweather's daughter, Yaya Mayweather.
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: I saw her fight. Has been ordered to pay more
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: than $ 50 million to the woman she stabbed during her
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: fight over rapper NBA Youngboy. Oh, I didn't see that fight.
- 1:03:42Speaker 4: So Yaya Mayweather, NBA Youngboy. A Texas judge awarded the
- 1:03:46Speaker 4: victim LaPatra Jacobs $ 40. 1 million in damages and another $ 10
- 1:03:52Speaker 4: million in punitive-style damages for medical bills, pain, suffering, all
- 1:03:56Speaker 4: that kind of stuff. The stabbing back in 2020, it
- 1:04:00Speaker 4: was during an argument at NBA Youngboy's home, and Yaya
- 1:04:04Speaker 4: later pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
- 1:04:08Speaker 4: Her dad punched people for a living, and she decided to,
- 1:04:11Speaker 4: you know, make it a very expensive hobby.
- 1:04:14Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 1:04:15Speaker 7: Which name do I like the best?
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: Yeah, so you got Yaya, LaPatra.
- 1:04:20Speaker 7: LaPatra. And NBA Youngboy.
- 1:04:22Speaker 4: NBA Youngboy. Which I always thought that was the dumbest name.
- 1:04:25Speaker 7: It's totally dumb. That's the only name I'm familiar with.
- 1:04:28Speaker 7: I like, I kind of like Yaya.
- 1:04:30Speaker 13: I know a girl named Yaya and that is her
- 1:04:32Speaker 13: given name.
- 1:04:32Speaker 7: Yeah, I like that.
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: Something tells me this isn't a.
- 1:04:34Speaker 4: Wasn't Yaya, isn't that what you also call like a
- 1:04:37Speaker 4: live-in nanny?
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: No, it's a grandma in Greek.
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:04:41Speaker 11: Right.
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: So this isn't an ancient woman from the Mediterranean.
- 1:04:44Speaker 7: If I had to guess.
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: Yeah, I just know that one song. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: Cake by the ocean. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:04:52Speaker 6: Oh, yeah.
- 1:04:52Speaker 7: Offspring.
- 1:04:52Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:04:54Speaker 7: It's a song about her.
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: Now you know two songs, Menace.
- 1:04:57Speaker 7: What?
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: Jeff G. Yes.
- 1:04:59Speaker 4: You know a lot about hip hop.
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: NBA Youngboy.
- 1:05:01Speaker 4: Was that like a problem with the NBA?
- 1:05:03Speaker 7: No.
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: That was never a problem? Yeah, it stands for a
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: young boy never broke again. Sure, you can say it
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: stands for anything. It doesn't matter. What's your example? I
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: can't go, Seabass is McDonald's. No, you don't understand. I
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: could say McDonald's stands for anything, but there would be
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: brand confusion. It's different. Right.
- 1:05:19Speaker 9: All right.
- 1:05:19Speaker 4: And one more thing for Greg.
- 1:05:21Speaker 7: Uh-huh.
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: Aw, babe, our eye roll.
- 1:05:23Speaker 4: All right, so Greg, the most sensitive person here on
- 1:05:26Speaker 4: the show, also the most romantic.
- 1:05:28Speaker 5: Oh, yeah.
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: Maybe dumbass Tyler.
- 1:05:30Speaker 5: Yeah, he's up there.
- 1:05:31Speaker 4: Didn't we have a call? Somebody like had called in.
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: Yes, we had a voicemail and they were saying that
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: Tyler is just a hopeless romantic.
- 1:05:38Speaker 9: Oh, what?
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: There's a dude too.
- 1:05:40Speaker 16: Oh.
- 1:05:41Speaker 7: Yeah, so. Interesting. That's right. All right.
- 1:05:45Speaker 4: So, ah, babe or eye roll. I'll tell you the story.
- 1:05:47Speaker 4: And then we have to try to guess what Greg
- 1:05:49Speaker 4: Gorey's read. Not what our reaction, what Greg Gorey's reaction
- 1:05:52Speaker 4: will be. Will it be an ah, babe or will
- 1:05:54Speaker 4: it be an eye roll? It's a news reporter. And
- 1:05:59Speaker 4: this happened live on the air. A news reporter was
- 1:06:02Speaker 4: proposed to.
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: Aw, babe, or eye roll. And a big surprise today
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: for one Channel 8 eyewitness news reporter when her longtime
- 1:06:10Speaker 2: boyfriend showed up to propose to her. I love you.
- 1:06:22Speaker 9: Oh, my God.
- 1:06:22Speaker 13: Are you crying?
- 1:06:28Speaker 7: Okay.
- 1:06:29Speaker 4: Ah, babe, or eye roll?
- 1:06:31Speaker 7: Was she an... I have a question. Was she an
- 1:06:34Speaker 7: on-air personality, or she just happens to work at the news?
- 1:06:37Speaker 4: She's a reporter.
- 1:06:38Speaker 7: Oh, she is a reporter.
- 1:06:39Speaker 4: Yeah, she's not like an anchor.
- 1:06:40Speaker 7: Okay, so they just pull somebody in from the writer's
- 1:06:42Speaker 7: room and say, hey, just stand here.
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: Right, right, right, right.
- 1:06:45Speaker 13: But did they do this during an on-air appearance?
- 1:06:47Speaker 2: Yeah, that's it.
- 1:06:48Speaker 4: You just heard it. That was on the air.
- 1:06:50Speaker 2: Yeah, they were on a desk at the moment.
- 1:06:52Speaker 4: All right, ah, babe, or eye roll?
- 1:06:55Speaker 13: I know how I feel about it. I don't know
- 1:06:57Speaker 13: how Greg feels about it. I think it's like she's
- 1:07:00Speaker 13: trying to do her job, get out.
- 1:07:02Speaker 2: Of the way.
- 1:07:03Speaker 13: That's not cute. It's not like, oh, just let her
- 1:07:06Speaker 13: finish her shift and then go do something romantic. However,
- 1:07:09Speaker 13: Greg has thrown me before on this, and I think
- 1:07:13Speaker 13: that he's going to like the surprise element of it.
- 1:07:16Speaker 13: So I'm going to say ah, babe.
- 1:07:18Speaker 7: Ah, babe. Menace.
- 1:07:21Speaker 2: I don't think he's going ah, babe on this one.
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: I don't think it's that special.
- 1:07:25Speaker 7: It's like whatever.
- 1:07:27Speaker 2: Yeah, I think this is like the fifth time we've
- 1:07:30Speaker 2: had a literal and on-air thing. So I was like, okay,
- 1:07:33Speaker 2: we get it. Yeah.
- 1:07:34Speaker 4: But also, I was able to sniff out an Ah
- 1:07:38Speaker 4: Babe where you guys all thought it was going to be.
- 1:07:39Speaker 7: An eye roll.
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: That's where I'm thrown.
- 1:07:41Speaker 4: Because there's always those little tiny things that maybe catch.
- 1:07:45Speaker 7: Greg just right.
- 1:07:46Speaker 2: That's insane.
- 1:07:48Speaker 4: Here's the thing. I think it's going to be an
- 1:07:50Speaker 4: eye roll. But I think there's an opportunity for an
- 1:07:53Speaker 4: Abe because he chose to do that. Yes, it's a
- 1:07:57Speaker 4: public thing, but this is what she does for a living,
- 1:08:00Speaker 4: which I'm sure she has a lot of like love
- 1:08:02Speaker 4: and passion for her job. It's super important and special
- 1:08:06Speaker 4: to her. And so that's why he chose it. It
- 1:08:08Speaker 4: wasn't like he wrote the TV station and asked to
- 1:08:11Speaker 4: do it on the air or, you know, like one
- 1:08:14Speaker 4: of those other type of big public spectacle things. I
- 1:08:17Speaker 4: think because the place is important or special to her.
- 1:08:20Speaker 4: That could be the odd babe, but I think at
- 1:08:22Speaker 4: the end of the day, I'm still going to go
- 1:08:23Speaker 4: eye roll.
- 1:08:24Speaker 7: Sammy.
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: I also am.
- 1:08:25Speaker 13: Going to say eye roll because Greg is not into
- 1:08:28Speaker 13: the public proposals really in any way. He's never been
- 1:08:31Speaker 13: into those. And also, there was nothing romantic about the proposal.
- 1:08:35Speaker 13: He didn't say anything nice or sweet to her or
- 1:08:38Speaker 13: about her. He just said, will you marry me in
- 1:08:40Speaker 13: this big public way?
- 1:08:41Speaker 2: Again, not special.
- 1:08:42Speaker 7: Okay.
- 1:08:43Speaker 2: Greg Gorey.
- 1:08:44Speaker 7: This is an odd babe to Sammy for knowing me
- 1:08:46Speaker 7: so well. This is a total eye roll because of
- 1:08:49Speaker 7: exactly that. The proposal was week AF. I love you.
- 1:08:53Speaker 16: Will you marry me?
- 1:08:54Speaker 7: Wow, cool. How much thought did you put into that?
- 1:08:58Speaker 7: And I find the fact that he did it at...
- 1:09:00Speaker 7: her work to be borderline selfish. Thank you. Why are
- 1:09:05Speaker 7: you dragging her job into this?
- 1:09:07Speaker 13: That's exactly how I feel.
- 1:09:08Speaker 7: And try to make a public spectacle out of it,
- 1:09:10Speaker 7: which failed because it wasn't even a good public spectacle.
- 1:09:13Speaker 13: Couldn't agree more.
- 1:09:14Speaker 7: It was a boring proposal. What does her job have
- 1:09:17Speaker 7: to do with it? Total gimme all the attention moment.
- 1:09:21Speaker 7: Mega eye roll.
- 1:09:22Speaker 11: Nice.
- 1:09:22Speaker 7: There you have it. What a loser.
- 1:09:23Speaker 2: I hope you get divorced. You have this giant wad.
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: It's too big.
- 1:09:28Speaker 13: And I'm not laughing.
- 1:09:30Speaker 2: The Woody Show.
- 1:09:32Speaker 4: We were talking recently about some of the dumb things
- 1:09:36Speaker 4: that teachers have heard students say.
- 1:09:38Speaker 7: Oh, yeah.
- 1:09:39Speaker 4: And when you're a parent, that's like every day. Like
- 1:09:42Speaker 4: kids will say or do something really dumb. But I
- 1:09:46Speaker 4: think every parent has this, oh, my God, I raised
- 1:09:48Speaker 4: an idiot mom. Yeah, you get that feeling at least once. Like,
- 1:09:52Speaker 4: you'll be doing fine, everything seems normal. And then you
- 1:09:56Speaker 4: see your kid do something stupid and you think, God,
- 1:09:58Speaker 4: I raised an idiot.
- 1:09:59Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:09:59Speaker 2: I have to take care of this thing for the
- 1:10:00Speaker 2: rest of my life.
- 1:10:01Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 1:10:02Speaker 7: What have I done?
- 1:10:03Speaker 4: Yeah, so parents were asked, and we're going to make
- 1:10:06Speaker 4: this into one of those, you know, last man standing questions.
- 1:10:12Speaker 4: And someone will want to prize, you know, by sharing
- 1:10:15Speaker 4: their story. So be thinking as a parent, like, what
- 1:10:18Speaker 4: is yours? What was your I raised.
- 1:10:20Speaker 7: An idiot moment? Like, oh my God. I'll give you
- 1:10:23Speaker 7: an example. My uncle.
- 1:10:26Speaker 4: We went over to his house. I was an adult
- 1:10:28Speaker 4: at this point. But it's my cousins who are my age.
- 1:10:32Speaker 4: Maybe a couple years younger. And they're in the backyard.
- 1:10:37Speaker 4: And these are brothers.
- 1:10:39Speaker 2: Okay. And one is holding a can on top of
- 1:10:42Speaker 2: his head.
- 1:10:42Speaker 4: The other one's standing about 50 feet away.
- 1:10:44Speaker 7: With a BB gun.
- 1:10:45Speaker 16: Oh no.
- 1:10:46Speaker 7: Hell yeah.
- 1:10:47Speaker 4: And my uncle, who's their father, my Uncle Rick goes,
- 1:10:50Speaker 4: oh God.
- 1:10:52Speaker 2: Ricky! He starts yelling at him like, what are you doing?
- 1:10:55Speaker 7: How old were they at the time?
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: Oh, uh, 35?
- 1:10:58Speaker 7: Oh my god.
- 1:10:59Speaker 2: Actual adult.
- 1:11:02Speaker 7: You're good.
- 1:11:03Speaker 2: Did he have his eyes closed?
- 1:11:04Speaker 7: I mean, come on. Was he wearing goggles?
- 1:11:06Speaker 8: No.
- 1:11:07Speaker 4: No, just standing in the backyard. Holding his beer can
- 1:11:11Speaker 4: on his head. And his brother standing about 50 feet away.
- 1:11:15Speaker 13: You want to make sure you're drunk.
- 1:11:17Speaker 2: Before you do it. Well, Greg, didn't you and your
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: brother used to throw knives or scissors at each other?
- 1:11:22Speaker 7: Yeah, knives. And then I cut his hand and he
- 1:11:24Speaker 7: was pissed and tattled on me. And I thought, well,
- 1:11:28Speaker 7: we were throwing knives at each other.
- 1:11:29Speaker 13: What did you think was going to happen?
- 1:11:31Speaker 8: Right.
- 1:11:32Speaker 7: And this does sound like something I would do, to
- 1:11:33Speaker 7: be honest.
- 1:11:34Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 1:11:36Speaker 7: Like, show off your gun. You're like, oh, check out
- 1:11:37Speaker 7: my BB gun, even though I'm 35. And I'm going
- 1:11:40Speaker 7: to shoot one off your head.
- 1:11:41Speaker 4: This parent says, my son, while wearing his baseball hat backwards,
- 1:11:45Speaker 4: used his hand to block out the sun while he
- 1:11:47Speaker 4: was driving.
- 1:11:48Speaker 7: I've seen that on many occasions.
- 1:11:50Speaker 13: It's a bro thing.
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: I know, but you're apparently like, what are you doing?
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: What did I raise?
- 1:11:56Speaker 4: According to my mom, I once jammed a piece of
- 1:11:58Speaker 4: toast into the VHS player because I wanted to see
- 1:12:00Speaker 4: how bread was made. But I guess a little kid,
- 1:12:03Speaker 4: little kids say really dumb things, you know, but it's
- 1:12:07Speaker 4: when they get older. Okay, so my more recent example,
- 1:12:10Speaker 4: I might have mentioned this on the air.
- 1:12:11Speaker 2: I think I did. is I was having a conversation,
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: like a good father-son conversation with my son about time
- 1:12:16Speaker 2: management responsibilities. And, you know, he's asking you to do
- 1:12:19Speaker 2: these different things. Like he wants to drive, right? Which
- 1:12:23Speaker 2: is great because so many kids his age have no
- 1:12:26Speaker 2: interest in driving, which is shocking.
- 1:12:27Speaker 7: So lame.
- 1:12:28Speaker 4: We couldn't wait to drive, right?
- 1:12:29Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:12:30Speaker 2: But he really wants to drive.
- 1:12:32Speaker 4: And I go, well, look, man, before I give you
- 1:12:34Speaker 4: any additional responsibilities, you've got to show that you can
- 1:12:38Speaker 4: be responsible for the things that I already have you
- 1:12:40Speaker 4: responsible for.
- 1:12:41Speaker 2: Homework, assignments, studying, laundry, keeping your room clean, things like.
- 1:12:45Speaker 7: This, right?
- 1:12:46Speaker 4: And he goes, bruh, quote, bruh, what does driving have
- 1:12:51Speaker 4: to do with responsibility? And I knew right there, I'm like,
- 1:12:55Speaker 4: this is the end of the conversation for now.
- 1:12:57Speaker 2: All right, yeah, back to painting the fence.
- 1:12:59Speaker 7: Oh my God. Right, right.
- 1:13:01Speaker 2: Honey.
- 1:13:02Speaker 4: Right, nice kid.
- 1:13:03Speaker 13: Great kid.
- 1:13:04Speaker 4: He's very sweet. But I was like, dude, if you
- 1:13:06Speaker 4: have to, if you say that to me, How can
- 1:13:09Speaker 4: I possibly even entertain the idea of letting you drive?
- 1:13:12Speaker 13: You just talked yourself right out of driving.
- 1:13:14Speaker 2: Could there be a worse response?
- 1:13:15Speaker 7: And that very recent example where he spilled stain all
- 1:13:19Speaker 7: the way from one house to another. Right?
- 1:13:22Speaker 2: On the driveway.
- 1:13:22Speaker 7: Just dripping everywhere. Yeah.
- 1:13:24Speaker 2: Can't you put your hand underneath it? That was pretty dumb.
- 1:13:27Speaker 2: Put it in one place.
- 1:13:28Speaker 4: We got my son a flight home from college for Christmas.
- 1:13:31Speaker 4: He missed the flight because he couldn't find Expedia Airlines.
- 1:13:34Speaker 2: No! I can see that happening.
- 1:13:38Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 1:13:39Speaker 4: He took my boat out to fish on the lake
- 1:13:41Speaker 4: and realized it had some water on the bottom. He
- 1:13:44Speaker 4: removed the drain plug to let the water out while
- 1:13:46Speaker 4: he was in the middle of the lake.
- 1:13:47Speaker 7: That's not smart.
- 1:13:48Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 1:13:48Speaker 7: So parents, this is for you.
- 1:13:50Speaker 13: We got the phones open.
- 1:13:51Speaker 9: 877-44-Woody.
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: That's 877-44-Woody.
- 1:13:51Speaker 4: Call in and tell us what your I raised an
- 1:13:53Speaker 4: idiot moment has been.
- 1:13:56Speaker 2: Maybe the kid's little. Maybe the kid's older now, and
- 1:14:10Speaker 2: you can look back and laugh. I've told the story
- 1:14:13Speaker 2: where we had a– during the summer, we would take
- 1:14:15Speaker 2: female roommates at the frat house, and this girl kept
- 1:14:17Speaker 2: complaining that she was getting UTIs. And then she finally
- 1:14:20Speaker 2: figured it out, and she said to us– I was
- 1:14:23Speaker 2: yelling at my mom because she always– Sure, she didn't
- 1:14:28Speaker 2: teach me to wipe front to back.
- 1:14:29Speaker 7: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: That's why I was getting all these UTIs.
- 1:14:33Speaker 11: Oh, no.
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: And she was what?
- 1:14:35Speaker 15: 21.
- 1:14:35Speaker 2: How was that a problem sooner?
- 1:14:36Speaker 5: That's crazy.
- 1:14:37Speaker 2: She was also a business gang.
- 1:14:39Speaker 4: That might have been it, too. Again, every parent's got
- 1:14:42Speaker 4: at least one of these stories. And you can call
- 1:14:43Speaker 4: it anonymously. We're not going to ask you, like, oh,
- 1:14:46Speaker 4: what's your kid's name?
- 1:14:46Speaker 7: Where do they go to school?
- 1:14:47Speaker 4: So we can make sure everybody knows who they are.
- 1:14:49Speaker 4: You can call it anonymously if you'd like. But the
- 1:14:52Speaker 4: way it works is you call in. We hear your story.
- 1:14:55Speaker 4: We take the next call. We hear their story. And
- 1:14:58Speaker 4: then we decide between the two which one is the
- 1:15:01Speaker 4: better story that we like the most. And then that
- 1:15:03Speaker 4: one moves on. We set a certain amount of time
- 1:15:05Speaker 4: for taking the calls. Whichever story is left as the
- 1:15:09Speaker 4: last man standing at the end of that time will
- 1:15:11Speaker 4: win a prize.
- 1:15:12Speaker 13: Love that.
- 1:15:13Speaker 7: So you get to goof.
- 1:15:14Speaker 4: On your kids.
- 1:15:15Speaker 7: Yeah, your dumb kid will pay off. Win-win.
- 1:15:17Speaker 4: You get to goof on your kids and potentially win
- 1:15:19Speaker 4: a prize.
- 1:15:20Speaker 10: Perfect.
- 1:15:20Speaker 4: So we've got the phones open. We just cleared them out.
- 1:15:23Speaker 4: So if you want to call in with yours, 877-44-WOODY.
- 1:15:26Speaker 2: Call now.
- 1:15:27Speaker 4: That's 877-44-WOODY. What was your I raised an idiot moment?
- 1:15:32Speaker 13: Bruh. Bruh.
- 1:15:34Speaker 4: What does driving a car have to do with responsibility? Go,
- 1:15:37Speaker 4: you're such an idiot, Dad.
- 1:15:40Speaker 16: Woody Show.
- 1:15:43Speaker 2: Parents, have you had your I raised an idiot moment?
- 1:15:47Speaker 2: If you haven't, it's coming. Oh, yeah.
- 1:15:49Speaker 13: How can you not?
- 1:15:50Speaker 2: Everybody's got one.
- 1:15:51Speaker 4: Yeah, my kids mailed a ton of graduation thank you
- 1:15:55Speaker 4: cards without stamps.
- 1:15:57Speaker 9: Oh, no.
- 1:15:58Speaker 2: Said he didn't know.
- 1:15:59Speaker 4: And the post office actually mailed most of them.
- 1:16:02Speaker 2: That's crazy.
- 1:16:03Speaker 7: Really?
- 1:16:03Speaker 2: That's really nice of them.
- 1:16:04Speaker 7: That's very generous. Yeah.
- 1:16:08Speaker 4: This person said, when your sons are 20 and 27...
- 1:16:12Speaker 4: And they decide to test the theory of suffocating someone
- 1:16:14Speaker 4: by putting.
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: A bag over their head.
- 1:16:16Speaker 7: Oh, my God. And they're late.
- 1:16:18Speaker 2: Oh, my God. This one said, there was a bug
- 1:16:21Speaker 2: flying in the hallway, and I caught my son with
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: hairspray and a lighter shooting flames into the hall ceiling,
- 1:16:27Speaker 2: trying to kill the bug, and now there's large black
- 1:16:30Speaker 2: marks all over the hall.
- 1:16:31Speaker 13: This had to be Greg.
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: As a child.
- 1:16:33Speaker 7: I was going to say, we did the homemade flamethrowers.
- 1:16:35Speaker 5: Those were fun.
- 1:16:36Speaker 7: Lighter, hairspray.
- 1:16:38Speaker 2: Not in the house.
- 1:16:39Speaker 13: Oh, we did it in the bathroom.
- 1:16:40Speaker 7: We did it in the bathroom. Oh, really?
- 1:16:41Speaker 2: The magnifying glass was always fun.
- 1:16:44Speaker 7: Oh, yeah, that's fun. Yeah.
- 1:16:45Speaker 2: Set so much stuff on fire with that. All right,
- 1:16:47Speaker 2: so what is your... Best I raised an idiot moment.
- 1:16:51Speaker 2: And this is last man standing. So we'll set the time.
- 1:16:55Speaker 2: We'll make it.
- 1:16:57Speaker 4: We'll make it a quick one. Let's say let's say
- 1:16:59Speaker 4: five minutes.
- 1:16:59Speaker 7: All right.
- 1:17:01Speaker 2: So we'll take the first call. We hear the story.
- 1:17:03Speaker 2: We'll get the second call here.
- 1:17:05Speaker 4: That story decide which one moves on and whichever one
- 1:17:08Speaker 4: is left at the end. You're going to be the
- 1:17:10Speaker 4: winner and we'll get you set up with a prize.
- 1:17:14Speaker 2: Let's go right to the phone. Say hi to Maria.
- 1:17:18Speaker 6: Hey, Maria.
- 1:17:18Speaker 7: Maria.
- 1:17:20Speaker 2: Hi, guys.
- 1:17:21Speaker 7: Hey, Maria.
- 1:17:22Speaker 15: All right.
- 1:17:23Speaker 2: So what is your I raised an idiot moment?
- 1:17:26Speaker 19: OK, so he is in ninth grade. They were told
- 1:17:29Speaker 19: to the whole class was told to unplug their computers.
- 1:17:32Speaker 19: His socket got stuck. He found a piece of metal
- 1:17:35Speaker 19: on the floor and decided to use that. to pry
- 1:17:37Speaker 19: it out, blew out all the circuits in the whole class.
- 1:17:40Speaker 19: Security came through. He gets sent to the principal. I
- 1:17:44Speaker 19: get a call. They think he did it on purpose,
- 1:17:46Speaker 19: but it's like, do you seriously think he potentially electrocuted himself?
- 1:17:50Speaker 19: Which is why I believe it was a mistake, a
- 1:17:53Speaker 19: dumb idiot mistake.
- 1:17:54Speaker 13: Well, they were giving him credit by saying he did
- 1:17:56Speaker 13: it on purpose. Like, who's that dumb?
- 1:17:57Speaker 2: Did they charge you for any of that stuff?
- 1:18:01Speaker 19: No, they wanted him to do detention, but I was like, no,
- 1:18:04Speaker 19: we're going to We're going to think about it because
- 1:18:06Speaker 19: it just doesn't make sense that it was intentional. Like,
- 1:18:08Speaker 19: why would he?
- 1:18:08Speaker 2: My parents would have sat him up for detention immediately.
- 1:18:11Speaker 5: Oh, yeah.
- 1:18:11Speaker 7: Idiot. All right. Hang on one second. All right.
- 1:18:14Speaker 4: So her ninth grader blew all the circuits in the
- 1:18:16Speaker 4: computers in class because he was using metal to pry out.
- 1:18:18Speaker 9: In the outlet.
- 1:18:18Speaker 7: All right. In the outlet.
- 1:18:20Speaker 14: All right.
- 1:18:20Speaker 2: Let's say hi to Nancy. Hey, Nancy.
- 1:18:22Speaker 10: Hi.
- 1:18:24Speaker 7: Hi.
- 1:18:24Speaker 4: So what's your I raised an idiot moment?
- 1:18:27Speaker 10: Actually, I thought of a second one while I was listening.
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:18:30Speaker 10: First one was my son.
- 1:18:31Speaker 2: Well, you got to pick one for the purpose of
- 1:18:33Speaker 2: the contest.
- 1:18:34Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 1:18:34Speaker 4: You got to pick one. What's your best story?
- 1:18:36Speaker 10: Let me do the second one then.
- 1:18:38Speaker 8: Okay.
- 1:18:38Speaker 7: All right.
- 1:18:39Speaker 10: He was hiking around with his friend. He was in
- 1:18:42Speaker 10: junior high. They both decided to urinate because they had
- 1:18:48Speaker 10: to go to the bathroom.
- 1:18:49Speaker 7: And they were out.
- 1:18:50Speaker 10: Yeah and he urinated in a poison oak bush oh.
- 1:18:54Speaker 2: Oh oh and what happened.
- 1:18:58Speaker 10: I had to take this poor kid to the doctor
- 1:19:01Speaker 10: with this huge enlarged Little member that he had to
- 1:19:06Speaker 10: embarrassingly show the doctor.
- 1:19:09Speaker 9: Oh, no.
- 1:19:09Speaker 7: Wait, it gets bigger? Well, the doctors.
- 1:19:12Speaker 2: Let's be honest. The doctors would have asked to have
- 1:19:14Speaker 2: seen it anyway.
- 1:19:14Speaker 7: Yeah, it could have been a broken toe.
- 1:19:17Speaker 4: I have the time paused while we make a decision.
- 1:19:20Speaker 4: I'm not going to cut into people's time while we
- 1:19:22Speaker 4: make a decision here. All right, Nancy, hang on one second.
- 1:19:24Speaker 4: All right, so between Maria and Nancy.
- 1:19:27Speaker 13: These are both pretty good.
- 1:19:28Speaker 11: Okay.
- 1:19:29Speaker 7: I'm going with using metal to do the. plug out
- 1:19:33Speaker 7: of the socket because ninth grade you should know better
- 1:19:35Speaker 7: you should know better and in this kid's case maybe
- 1:19:38Speaker 7: he didn't know it was poison.
- 1:19:39Speaker 12: Oak yeah he's not a boy scout.
- 1:19:42Speaker 4: What's the difference between poison ivy and poison.
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: Oak the leaves two different plants is.
- 1:19:48Speaker 4: It kind of like I say firefly and lightning bug
- 1:19:50Speaker 4: no they're.
- 1:19:51Speaker 13: Different they're different they look different but I wouldn't be able.
- 1:19:54Speaker 2: To identify that I couldn't identify it alright so we're
- 1:19:56Speaker 2: going with Maria yeah Maria alright hey Nancy thank you
- 1:19:59Speaker 2: for the call just out of curiosity what was the
- 1:20:01Speaker 2: other story The.
- 1:20:02Speaker 10: Other story was that he saw the dog scratching his
- 1:20:06Speaker 10: nose on the carpet, and he did the same thing,
- 1:20:09Speaker 10: and he got rug burn all up.
- 1:20:11Speaker 2: And down his face. How old is this kid now?
- 1:20:17Speaker 10: He's going on 50 this month.
- 1:20:21Speaker 4: And what does he do for a living?
- 1:20:24Speaker 10: He's got his own business. He's highly successful. I don't.
- 1:20:29Speaker 2: Know. All right, Nancy, thank you for the call.
- 1:20:32Speaker 7: I appreciate you.
- 1:20:33Speaker 2: All right, let's see. Let's go to Adriana. Hey, what's up, Adriana?
- 1:20:39Speaker 10: Hi, guys.
- 1:20:40Speaker 2: All right, so your I raised an idiot moment.
- 1:20:42Speaker 14: So I sent my kid out to walk the dog
- 1:20:46Speaker 14: and I specifically told him not to use the red
- 1:20:50Speaker 14: leash because the red leash was broken and to grab
- 1:20:53Speaker 14: the other leash Well, my son still grabbed the red leash,
- 1:20:57Speaker 14: only he proceeded to tie it around the dog's harness
- 1:21:00Speaker 14: and then was still grabbing the other leash to just
- 1:21:03Speaker 14: carry around while he walked the dog with the broken
- 1:21:05Speaker 14: leash tied around the dog's harness.
- 1:21:06Speaker 13: What are they thinking?
- 1:21:08Speaker 2: What is it?
- 1:21:09Speaker 7: That's weird.
- 1:21:10Speaker 13: Because I relate to this. My kid does this all
- 1:21:12Speaker 13: the time.
- 1:21:12Speaker 14: I also want to add that this kid is smart
- 1:21:15Speaker 14: enough that he skipped a grade.
- 1:21:17Speaker 13: So he's just not.
- 1:21:18Speaker 2: So maybe he thought he was smarter than the broken leash.
- 1:21:21Speaker 2: He's book smart. He's not common sense smart.
- 1:21:23Speaker 7: This kind of reminds me of when Woody used his
- 1:21:26Speaker 7: phone in a dark room to tell what time it
- 1:21:28Speaker 7: was by using the phone as a light.
- 1:21:30Speaker 2: That was a momentary lapse of intelligence.
- 1:21:33Speaker 7: It's kind of like that.
- 1:21:34Speaker 4: Momentary lapse of intelligence.
- 1:21:36Speaker 7: All right.
- 1:21:37Speaker 2: Adriana, hang on one second.
- 1:21:38Speaker 15: All right.
- 1:21:38Speaker 2: Whose story? Between Maria with the circuits and the computers?
- 1:21:42Speaker 16: I mean.
- 1:21:43Speaker 13: Maria's kids still almost killed everyone in school.
- 1:21:45Speaker 2: It's got to be Mariana.
- 1:21:46Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm still going with this metal on the socket.
- 1:21:49Speaker 2: Because you should know better.
- 1:21:51Speaker 16: All right.
- 1:21:52Speaker 7: And this sounds like just laziness. I was like, ah,
- 1:21:54Speaker 7: I took the wrong leash. I'm just going to make
- 1:21:56Speaker 7: it work.
- 1:21:56Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 1:21:57Speaker 2: It is pretty dumb, but still, yeah.
- 1:21:58Speaker 7: All right.
- 1:21:59Speaker 2: Adriana, thank you for listening and appreciate that.
- 1:22:02Speaker 12: Bye.
- 1:22:03Speaker 11: Bye.
- 1:22:03Speaker 2: All right. Let's go to Terry.
- 1:22:07Speaker 5: Terry. Terry.
- 1:22:09Speaker 10: Hey, guys.
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: Hey.
- 1:22:10Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:22:11Speaker 4: So your I raised an idiot moment.
- 1:22:13Speaker 9: Yeah, so I was home alone with my son and
- 1:22:16Speaker 9: I was taking a nap one day and apparently he
- 1:22:19Speaker 9: didn't realize that I was with him. So he thought
- 1:22:23Speaker 9: it'd be a good idea to get a giant cardboard cutout,
- 1:22:27Speaker 9: make a sign saying, I am home alone and no
- 1:22:32Speaker 9: one is with me or something like that. And he
- 1:22:35Speaker 9: put it outside on the street to tell the whole world.
- 1:22:40Speaker 7: He's home alone.
- 1:22:40Speaker 9: Even though I was home, thank God.
- 1:22:44Speaker 13: Notice these are all sons.
- 1:22:46Speaker 2: There's a B here.
- 1:22:47Speaker 5: All right.
- 1:22:48Speaker 8: All right.
- 1:22:48Speaker 7: So, all right.
- 1:22:49Speaker 4: Son made a sign that said, I'm home alone. Put
- 1:22:51Speaker 4: it in the front yard.
- 1:22:52Speaker 13: And you'd ask why, but there is no answer.
- 1:22:54Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 1:22:54Speaker 4: There is no why.
- 1:22:55Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:22:56Speaker 9: All right.
- 1:22:58Speaker 7: He was scared. All right.
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: Terry, hang on one second. Whose story?
- 1:23:02Speaker 13: I really like that, but I got to stick with Maria.
- 1:23:05Speaker 7: Yeah. Sock it. All right.
- 1:23:08Speaker 2: Terry, thank you for the call. I appreciate you listening
- 1:23:10Speaker 2: to The Woody Show. Have yourself a great day. Let's
- 1:23:12Speaker 2: go to Vincent. Hey, Vincent. Vincent.
- 1:23:16Speaker 16: Hey, Woody Show.
- 1:23:17Speaker 10: How y'all doing?
- 1:23:17Speaker 2: We're doing great.
- 1:23:18Speaker 10: All right.
- 1:23:18Speaker 4: So what's your I raised an idiot moment?
- 1:23:21Speaker 2: Well, I'm not too proud of this, but my oldest daughter,
- 1:23:25Speaker 2: she thought that me getting a vasectomy was the same
- 1:23:28Speaker 2: thing as getting.
- 1:23:28Speaker 7: Her dog neutered.
- 1:23:29Speaker 4: She thought that you had your balls cut off.
- 1:23:32Speaker 16: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:23:33Speaker 10: She turned to my wife and she goes, hey, mom,
- 1:23:36Speaker 10: is that how dads look?
- 1:23:37Speaker 7: My wife said, what do you mean?
- 1:23:38Speaker 9: And she's like, yeah, because him and Bear have got fixed.
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: I lost it.
- 1:23:45Speaker 16: How old is she? She's 24 now.
- 1:23:49Speaker 5: Oh, no.
- 1:23:49Speaker 16: How old?
- 1:23:50Speaker 14: Last year.
- 1:23:50Speaker 16: Oh, last year.
- 1:23:50Speaker 15: Wow.
- 1:23:51Speaker 2: Oh, wow.
- 1:23:53Speaker 7: I was going to say, give her a break if
- 1:23:56Speaker 7: she was six.
- 1:23:57Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:23:58Speaker 7: We'll make this quick. All right.
- 1:23:58Speaker 2: So between Maria and Vincent, I would say Vincent.
- 1:24:01Speaker 7: I'm saying that one.
- 1:24:02Speaker 2: This is a really good one.
- 1:24:03Speaker 13: She was 23.
- 1:24:04Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:24:05Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 1:24:05Speaker 2: Between those two.
- 1:24:06Speaker 7: I mean, yeah.
- 1:24:07Speaker 9: Damn.
- 1:24:08Speaker 2: I like the socket, though.
- 1:24:09Speaker 7: All right.
- 1:24:10Speaker 2: I say Vincent.
- 1:24:11Speaker 7: Vincent. Vincent.
- 1:24:12Speaker 2: Vincent three.
- 1:24:13Speaker 8: All right.
- 1:24:13Speaker 7: Well, you guys are outnumbered either way. She thought he
- 1:24:15Speaker 7: got cast.
- 1:24:16Speaker 2: Hey, Maria, you had a very nice run. We appreciate
- 1:24:18Speaker 2: you listening to the Woody Show. Have yourself a great day, okay?
- 1:24:21Speaker 19: You too, me love.
- 1:24:22Speaker 2: Hi, me love. We have time for one more. It's
- 1:24:25Speaker 2: four minutes and 51 seconds.
- 1:24:27Speaker 7: Okay.
- 1:24:28Speaker 4: I've been pausing the time when, you know, we make
- 1:24:30Speaker 4: our decisions here. Let's get one more.
- 1:24:33Speaker 2: So it's either Vincent or Brandy. Hey, Brandy.
- 1:24:36Speaker 18: Hi, how you doing?
- 1:24:37Speaker 2: We're doing great.
- 1:24:38Speaker 11: All right.
- 1:24:38Speaker 4: So what's your I raised an idiot moment?
- 1:24:41Speaker 18: Okay, so about two years ago, we took a family
- 1:24:43Speaker 18: vacation to Kohona in Hawaii. And we went to, we
- 1:24:47Speaker 18: stayed on both sides of the island. So the first
- 1:24:50Speaker 18: time we stayed on with the beautiful black shore and
- 1:24:52Speaker 18: the beaches with the black sand. And then on the
- 1:24:56Speaker 18: latter half of the trip, we stayed on the other
- 1:24:58Speaker 18: side of the island. And we was just comparing the things,
- 1:25:01Speaker 18: how it's like the beaches and everything. He was like, well, mom,
- 1:25:04Speaker 18: I like the other ocean. And I was like, baby,
- 1:25:06Speaker 18: I don't understand.
- 1:25:07Speaker 10: He was like, the ocean with the black sand.
- 1:25:09Speaker 2: And I'm like, baby, we're on an island.
- 1:25:11Speaker 18: It's only one ocean. He was like, no, there's two oceans.
- 1:25:14Speaker 18: And I'm like, no, baby, it has not. And to
- 1:25:17Speaker 18: this day, that was two years ago. And he was
- 1:25:19Speaker 18: 13 at the time. And to this day, he's still
- 1:25:21Speaker 18: arguing with us about the two oceans.
- 1:25:23Speaker 7: Oh, my God.
- 1:25:23Speaker 2: All right. All right. Hang on one second.
- 1:25:28Speaker 8: All right.
- 1:25:28Speaker 2: All right. All right. So what do you guys think?
- 1:25:33Speaker 2: Who gets your vote?
- 1:25:33Speaker 13: That's funny, but I got to stick with my guy, Vincent.
- 1:25:35Speaker 7: Sticking with Vincent? Yeah, I like both. But yeah, the
- 1:25:38Speaker 7: daughter was 23, 24. I'm sticking with Vincent. Yeah, Vincent.
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: All right. What do you think I'm doing here?
- 1:25:45Speaker 7: I'm going around the room getting votes.
- 1:25:46Speaker 2: No, I'm trying to see if there's two oceans for real.
- 1:25:48Speaker 13: Oh, my God.
- 1:25:50Speaker 2: So you're on the side. The Pacific and what else?
- 1:25:53Speaker 2: What could it possibly be? North Pacific Ocean, which says
- 1:25:56Speaker 2: on the map right there.
- 1:25:57Speaker 11: Right.
- 1:25:58Speaker 7: But what's the ocean?
- 1:26:00Speaker 2: The Pacific Ocean.
- 1:26:01Speaker 7: Correct.
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:26:02Speaker 2: But there could be... Then there's the South Pacific Ocean.
- 1:26:05Speaker 2: All right. That's like saying, you know.
- 1:26:09Speaker 4: It's like... Northern California and Southern California. It's all California.
- 1:26:14Speaker 4: It's the Pacific Ocean.
- 1:26:15Speaker 2: It's drastically different, but yes.
- 1:26:17Speaker 11: Okay.
- 1:26:20Speaker 2: Well, Vincent, congratulations. You are the winner on this round
- 1:26:24Speaker 2: of Last Man Standing.
- 1:26:27Speaker 4: Hang on one second. We will get all your information.
- 1:26:29Speaker 2: Appreciate you listening.
- 1:26:31Speaker 7: There's Vincent, everybody.
- 1:26:32Speaker 2: And then hang on. And then Brandy, thank you. Appreciate
- 1:26:36Speaker 2: the story.
- 1:26:36Speaker 7: It's a great story.
- 1:26:37Speaker 18: You're welcome.
- 1:26:39Speaker 4: Either way, you got to go to Hawaii.
- 1:26:40Speaker 7: Pretty cool. Nice.
- 1:26:42Speaker 2: Thank you, Brandy.
- 1:26:43Speaker 7: All right, there you go.
- 1:26:43Speaker 4: That's how you play Last Man Standing.
- 1:26:45Speaker 13: That's so funny.
- 1:26:46Speaker 4: Yeah, it said, my kid had to sell those chocolates
- 1:26:48Speaker 4: and didn't realize that she had to sell them, but
- 1:26:50Speaker 4: she gave them to friends and just got boxes and boxes,
- 1:26:54Speaker 4: didn't tell me, and I was stuck with a $ 750
- 1:26:56Speaker 4: bill for the chocolates.
- 1:27:00Speaker 7: Good God.
- 1:27:00Speaker 2: When I explained it to her, she said, technically, I
- 1:27:02Speaker 2: did sell them.
- 1:27:03Speaker 4: They just didn't pay.
- 1:27:04Speaker 9: We did.
- 1:27:05Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
- 1:27:07Speaker 9: What?
- 1:27:07Speaker 2: She's like, it's not my money.
- 1:27:08Speaker 13: What do I care?
- 1:27:09Speaker 2: I kind of like that movie. The Woody Show.
- 1:27:14Speaker 4: Look, man, we've done some real lazy stuff.
- 1:27:17Speaker 7: Real lazy.
- 1:27:19Speaker 2: I mean, menace. Got story for days. Yeah, all day,
- 1:27:22Speaker 2: every day. He wanted that chair to stand him up.
- 1:27:25Speaker 7: The lift-up chair.
- 1:27:27Speaker 4: Like old people get?
- 1:27:28Speaker 2: Yeah. Okay, menace. Someone was going to give him one
- 1:27:31Speaker 2: to me, and then I just didn't have room for it.
- 1:27:33Speaker 2: I'm highly considering a chair that has the power stand-me-up feature.
- 1:27:38Speaker 16: No way.
- 1:27:38Speaker 2: Because I want an office chair slash desk chair that
- 1:27:42Speaker 2: does full zero-gravity recline, because I just want to lay
- 1:27:45Speaker 2: down and take a nap for some of the chairsies.
- 1:27:47Speaker 2: And most of them also offer full power standup.
- 1:27:50Speaker 1: Oh my God.
- 1:27:51Speaker 2: I think they're designed for old men and women who
- 1:27:53Speaker 2: don't need to, who getting up and out and into
- 1:27:56Speaker 2: bed is not a good idea.
- 1:27:56Speaker 13: Is it the craftmatic adjustable?
- 1:27:58Speaker 2: Well, there's a thousand different ones now.
- 1:27:59Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:28:01Speaker 4: Well, so people are asked, I love these people are
- 1:28:03Speaker 4: asked stuff and they just get random people to answer
- 1:28:05Speaker 4: the question. What's the laziest thing you've ever done? And
- 1:28:07Speaker 4: I thought of Menace with this one, too, because this
- 1:28:09Speaker 4: person said, I ordered DoorDash from the restaurant that's directly
- 1:28:12Speaker 4: under my apartment.
- 1:28:13Speaker 2: Oh, my God. Greg, you said the other day, what
- 1:28:16Speaker 2: was the.
- 1:28:17Speaker 4: Greg, you said the other day, what was the.
- 1:28:18Speaker 2: You have a rule within a radius of however many
- 1:28:20Speaker 2: minutes it takes.
- 1:28:21Speaker 7: If it's going to take me 10 minutes to drive
- 1:28:23Speaker 7: to the restaurant, I'm picking it up.
- 1:28:24Speaker 4: See, 10 minutes, that's a lot.
- 1:28:26Speaker 7: No, it's not. Yeah, it is.
- 1:28:27Speaker 2: I had a... a Starbucks next to my old house.
- 1:28:31Speaker 2: And I told you it was like 900 feet.
- 1:28:33Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:28:33Speaker 7: And I had it.
- 1:28:35Speaker 2: No way. Yeah, at Starbucks Deliver there. What, it was
- 1:28:38Speaker 2: like 16 bucks?
- 1:28:39Speaker 7: Yeah, for one thing.
- 1:28:40Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:28:41Speaker 4: Wasn't there like a jar of peanut butter?
- 1:28:43Speaker 7: Oh, we did that.
- 1:28:43Speaker 4: Oh, no, it was the ice cream. It was the
- 1:28:45Speaker 4: ice cream.
- 1:28:45Speaker 13: That melted on the porch?
- 1:28:47Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 1:28:47Speaker 2: But yeah, I forget about it. Sometimes I order stuff
- 1:28:49Speaker 2: and I forget.
- 1:28:50Speaker 4: Yeah, but I forget how much it was. Just because
- 1:28:53Speaker 4: it was all the other fees and all the other
- 1:28:55Speaker 4: crap that got piled on to the cost.
- 1:28:56Speaker 2: It ended up being like 28 bucks.
- 1:28:58Speaker 16: Right.
- 1:28:58Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:28:59Speaker 4: And he paid for a thing of ice cream.
- 1:29:00Speaker 13: For carpenter ants on the patio.
- 1:29:02Speaker 2: You want to see what's.
- 1:29:05Speaker 12: So I have like all these addresses of like my,
- 1:29:08Speaker 12: my family, like under accounts. And where did I send
- 1:29:11Speaker 12: my Zetbound? I sent it to a house where no
- 1:29:14Speaker 12: one's at.
- 1:29:14Speaker 5: Oh no.
- 1:29:15Speaker 2: Now it's melting in a hundred degree heat.
- 1:29:18Speaker 7: So.
- 1:29:19Speaker 2: This person... That's an L on that.
- 1:29:21Speaker 4: Asked the question, like, what's the laziest thing you've ever done?
- 1:29:23Speaker 4: I put 33 seconds on the microwave instead of 30,
- 1:29:26Speaker 4: so I didn't have to move my finger.
- 1:29:27Speaker 13: I've done that.
- 1:29:30Speaker 5: I get it.
- 1:29:31Speaker 2: I've been advocating that literally since I was eight years old.
- 1:29:33Speaker 2: I think Adam Carolla does, too. It's the way to
- 1:29:36Speaker 2: live life, people.
- 1:29:37Speaker 4: It makes sense.
- 1:29:38Speaker 13: Yeah, you're wasting too much time with moving your finger.
- 1:29:41Speaker 2: If it's not going to be 60 or 50, it's
- 1:29:43Speaker 2: going to be 55, 66, 22, 33.
- 1:29:43Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 1:29:43Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:29:44Speaker 2: It's just do that. I mean, when I.
- 1:29:49Speaker 4: I don't like the noises that the microwave makes. Oh, man,
- 1:29:53Speaker 4: I just saw it. I want to call it a hack, Seabass.
- 1:29:55Speaker 7: Don't do that.
- 1:29:57Speaker 2: God, there's something where you can make it so you
- 1:29:59Speaker 2: can turn the beeping off. Oh, yeah. You push and
- 1:30:02Speaker 2: hold something. It's number eight on my microwave. Number eight?
- 1:30:05Speaker 2: I think it's a standard thing.
- 1:30:07Speaker 7: Push and hold.
- 1:30:07Speaker 2: Push and hold, and it'll stop the beeping.
- 1:30:09Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:30:10Speaker 4: Yeah, so the microwave will run, but you're putting the
- 1:30:13Speaker 4: time in, and when it goes to the end, beep.
- 1:30:15Speaker 4: Don't get that Because now I didn't know this trick
- 1:30:18Speaker 4: before But I will always stop it With like a
- 1:30:20Speaker 4: couple seconds left Because I don't want the beeping But
- 1:30:23Speaker 4: then I have to hit The stupid.
- 1:30:24Speaker 2: Stop or cancel Because I can't just leave that No
- 1:30:27Speaker 2: I would hope not There are monsters in this office
- 1:30:30Speaker 2: That do it all the damn time Walk up to
- 1:30:32Speaker 2: something 12 seconds on it Yeah, no, not doing that.
- 1:30:34Speaker 4: All right, what's the laziest thing that you've ever done?
- 1:30:37Speaker 4: This person says, my son came over to borrow a
- 1:30:40Speaker 4: frying pan because he didn't want to wash his.
- 1:30:42Speaker 13: Oh, my God.
- 1:30:42Speaker 2: He does not get that frying pan.
- 1:30:44Speaker 7: Well, just throw it away, right?
- 1:30:45Speaker 2: I want to go somewhere. I'll just throw it away.
- 1:30:47Speaker 2: But then you'd have to go and buy another one. No,
- 1:30:51Speaker 2: DoorDash it, dog. Dude, you know on DoorDash, too, not
- 1:30:55Speaker 2: a sponsor should be because they spend a billion dollars.
- 1:30:57Speaker 7: I did know that.
- 1:30:58Speaker 2: What, on DoorDash?
- 1:31:00Speaker 4: Yeah, I get stuff that's not food.
- 1:31:01Speaker 2: No, no.
- 1:31:03Speaker 12: I'm trying to tell you, they have a whole new
- 1:31:04Speaker 12: category now for clothing. So if you open up the app,
- 1:31:08Speaker 12: you can get Skims on there.
- 1:31:10Speaker 2: Shout out to Skims. You can get Gap. All these
- 1:31:13Speaker 2: retail stores.
- 1:31:14Speaker 7: Are on there now.
- 1:31:14Speaker 2: No, I needed a new phone charger.
- 1:31:16Speaker 19: Yeah.
- 1:31:17Speaker 16: Right?
- 1:31:17Speaker 7: Yeah, they have it.
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: Oh, man.
- 1:31:18Speaker 2: Target, Best Buy.
- 1:31:19Speaker 4: Yeah, but it was just on DoorDash.
- 1:31:22Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:31:23Speaker 4: DoorDash delivered me this phone charger because I was waiting
- 1:31:26Speaker 4: at the house because it was one of those window appointments.
- 1:31:28Speaker 2: Well, I've got to be there between.
- 1:31:29Speaker 7: I'm like, oh, man. I'm not going to have time
- 1:31:31Speaker 7: to go do this late.
- 1:31:32Speaker 13: DoorDash non-food.
- 1:31:34Speaker 7: Not that long ago, I had never used Amazon. Now
- 1:31:36Speaker 7: I'm a legal addict. I've never used DoorDash.
- 1:31:39Speaker 13: That's crazy.
- 1:31:40Speaker 7: And I would never have known that you could order
- 1:31:43Speaker 7: non-food stuff on DoorDash.
- 1:31:44Speaker 2: Like batteries.
- 1:31:44Speaker 4: I never thought about it until I was like, oh,
- 1:31:46Speaker 4: and then one of the people that was working there,
- 1:31:50Speaker 4: you could DoorDash stuff.
- 1:31:51Speaker 7: You can? Really?
- 1:31:52Speaker 2: I mean, I knew food, but... I pulled up Apparel,
- 1:31:54Speaker 2: and the first thing, I've got Banana Republic. I can
- 1:31:56Speaker 2: get a... suit jacket, black, for only $ 491.
- 1:31:59Speaker 15: Ooh!
- 1:31:59Speaker 2: Delivered, right?
- 1:32:01Speaker 9: Oh, dude.
- 1:32:02Speaker 12: And we're living in a banana republic. Here's a dumb thing. Hey, DoorDash,
- 1:32:07Speaker 12: if you're listening, don't do this. Take this off your app.
- 1:32:10Speaker 12: But you know those sneaker resellers?
- 1:32:12Speaker 2: They're on there, too. So, yeah, okay. Bring me a
- 1:32:15Speaker 2: $ 700 pair. Oh, right. Yeah, yeah, sure. Because that's going
- 1:32:18Speaker 2: to be your teenage son. He's the only person who's
- 1:32:20Speaker 2: ever going to use that. Yeah, yeah. Bring it to
- 1:32:22Speaker 2: this address.
- 1:32:23Speaker 7: All right.
- 1:32:23Speaker 4: What's the laziest thing you've ever done? Somebody said, I
- 1:32:26Speaker 4: threw away Tupperware today because it had food that had
- 1:32:28Speaker 4: gone bad and I didn't want to clean it.
- 1:32:29Speaker 7: I would do that.
- 1:32:31Speaker 2: I have done that.
- 1:32:32Speaker 4: I downloaded a TV remote app so I didn't have
- 1:32:35Speaker 4: to go across the room to get it.
- 1:32:39Speaker 7: Wow, that is lazy. That's cool.
- 1:32:41Speaker 2: I like that.
- 1:32:43Speaker 4: This one says, I slept on a bare mattress for
- 1:32:46Speaker 4: three months because I was too lazy to put the
- 1:32:48Speaker 4: sheet on. The sheet was at the bottom of my
- 1:32:50Speaker 4: bed in a ball.
- 1:32:51Speaker 2: Girls, don't date him. That is a single man move.
- 1:32:53Speaker 13: That's disgusting.
- 1:32:54Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:32:55Speaker 4: Oh, this one's funny too.
- 1:32:57Speaker 2: What's the laziest thing you've ever done?
- 1:32:58Speaker 4: This person said, I was sick with a sore throat,
- 1:33:00Speaker 4: too lazy to get a cough drop, so I held
- 1:33:02Speaker 4: my mouth open over the humidifier to try.
- 1:33:05Speaker 2: To soothe their....
- 1:33:07Speaker 13: I totally do that.
- 1:33:08Speaker 7: You do?
- 1:33:09Speaker 8: Yes.
- 1:33:09Speaker 7: That's not a good idea.
- 1:33:10Speaker 9: Why?
- 1:33:12Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 1:33:13Speaker 4: No, because there's the cool ones. There's the hot ones.
- 1:33:16Speaker 2: The hot ones, man, will burn you.
- 1:33:17Speaker 13: No, I love it.
- 1:33:19Speaker 7: Right?
- 1:33:19Speaker 13: Get in my sinus.
- 1:33:20Speaker 2: Yeah, you can have cold.
- 1:33:22Speaker 4: The cold ones are fine. I'm saying if you're doing
- 1:33:23Speaker 4: the hot. I was thinking hot at first. I'm thinking like, man,
- 1:33:26Speaker 4: you're going to.
- 1:33:26Speaker 2: That's warm.
- 1:33:27Speaker 4: It's steam.
- 1:33:27Speaker 7: It feels great.
- 1:33:28Speaker 2: It's steam.
- 1:33:29Speaker 13: They have ones that you literally put over your face.
- 1:33:31Speaker 4: I have seen those, but I feel like those were
- 1:33:33Speaker 4: built because there's something in between where the steam generates.
- 1:33:37Speaker 4: And where you're breathing it in, that you're just getting
- 1:33:40Speaker 4: pure steam. Whereas if you're mouthing a humidifier.
- 1:33:44Speaker 13: I mean, my mouth isn't, my lips aren't on it, but.
- 1:33:46Speaker 7: It's pretty close.
- 1:33:47Speaker 2: You're going to scorch your punching bag in the back
- 1:33:49Speaker 2: of your throat. Yeah, you're good. I think you feel
- 1:33:51Speaker 2: it before then.
- 1:33:51Speaker 7: I don't know if you found this under lazy or not,
- 1:33:53Speaker 7: but Woody, I think you and I are the only
- 1:33:55Speaker 7: ones who do this. You wake up in the middle
- 1:33:57Speaker 7: of the night, you have to raging pee. and you
- 1:33:59Speaker 7: don't get out of bed.
- 1:34:01Speaker 4: I'm too comfortable.
- 1:34:02Speaker 7: It's not even lazy.
- 1:34:02Speaker 2: I'm way too comfortable.
- 1:34:03Speaker 7: Oh, for me, it's just I'm not getting up.
- 1:34:05Speaker 4: I'm like, I'm not going to be able to recreate
- 1:34:07Speaker 4: how comfortable I am right now. I'll come back to bed.
- 1:34:09Speaker 2: I'll be, like, tossing and turning.
- 1:34:10Speaker 7: I mean, I could be, like, crowning having to pee.
- 1:34:13Speaker 8: Whoa.
- 1:34:14Speaker 7: Or, you know, the other one, and then I will
- 1:34:16Speaker 7: not get out of bed.
- 1:34:17Speaker 2: I don't know how you do that. Me neither, dude.
- 1:34:20Speaker 13: It's way more uncomfortable to sit there with that. You
- 1:34:22Speaker 13: can never really sleep like that.
- 1:34:23Speaker 7: You can fall back asleep fast.
- 1:34:24Speaker 15: No.
- 1:34:25Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 1:34:25Speaker 4: I mean, like, the pooing. No, the peeing, I will camel.
- 1:34:30Speaker 7: Pooing is a little bit harder. Peeing, I could camel
- 1:34:33Speaker 7: all night.
- 1:34:34Speaker 2: No, because peeing hurts worse.
- 1:34:36Speaker 13: That's true.
- 1:34:37Speaker 4: It's more urgent. If your bladder is overfilled, that's more
- 1:34:42Speaker 4: like a piercing pain.
- 1:34:43Speaker 7: Well, even when we leave work, I have to pee.
- 1:34:45Speaker 7: I'm like, I don't feel like it.
- 1:34:46Speaker 9: And I just.
- 1:34:47Speaker 7: Drive home.
- 1:34:48Speaker 13: Yeah. It's always a toss-up if we're going to leave.
- 1:34:51Speaker 4: It's a chore. What's the laziest thing you've ever done?
- 1:34:53Speaker 4: Hit us up on the text over to 22987. We
- 1:34:56Speaker 4: will take a quick break. We've got some more Woody
- 1:34:58Speaker 4: Show for you next.
- 1:34:59Speaker 2: Hang on. The Woody Show will be right back.
- 1:35:02Speaker 16: Insensitivity training for a politically correct world.
- 1:35:06Speaker 2: The Woody Show. All right, thank you very much, Greg Gorey.
- 1:35:13Speaker 7: Cheers, Woody.
- 1:35:14Speaker 2: That's going to do it for this hour. That's going
- 1:35:17Speaker 2: to do it for today's show. That's it for the week, everybody.
- 1:35:19Speaker 2: It's time for the weekend. Time to start getting sad, Greg.
- 1:35:24Speaker 7: I know. I know. The missing will begin.
- 1:35:28Speaker 4: All right, if you missed anything from either this morning
- 1:35:30Speaker 4: or anything this week, you can go back, get caught

- 1:35:37Speaker 2: Yeah, we had Alfred Robles. We had Joe Coy. We
- 1:35:41Speaker 2: had Rich DeMura, Rich on Tech.
- 1:35:44Speaker 10: Richie.
- 1:35:44Speaker 2: We had, oh yeah, the No Hands Challenge.
- 1:35:47Speaker 8: Delicious.
- 1:35:48Speaker 2: We had a round of carton arcs. It's been a
- 1:35:50Speaker 2: very busy week.
- 1:35:51Speaker 8: Indeed.
- 1:35:51Speaker 2: It was lit.
- 1:35:52Speaker 4: Yeah, so get caught up.
- 1:35:54Speaker 2: Just go to TheWoodyShow.com or get it wherever you get
- 1:35:56Speaker 2: your favorite podcasts.
- 1:35:59Speaker 4: We're back on Monday.

- 1:36:22Speaker 2: Yes. So tonight and tomorrow night, watch all the action.
- 1:36:25Speaker 4: Disney Plus and Hulu, they are the official streaming partners
- 1:36:28Speaker 4: of the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Festival.
- 1:36:31Speaker 13: Yes.
- 1:36:32Speaker 2: All right, Greg Gorey, parting words of wisdom, please.
- 1:36:34Speaker 7: Yes, these are for your wife, Woody. So tell her this.
- 1:36:38Speaker 7: All of Dorothy's problems could have been avoided if she
- 1:36:42Speaker 7: just put Toto on a leash.
- 1:36:45Speaker 9: All of them.
- 1:36:47Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:36:48Speaker 2: Off-leash dogs.
- 1:36:49Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:36:49Speaker 13: Always a problem.
- 1:36:50Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:36:51Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:36:51Speaker 2: You're not supposed to.
- 1:36:52Speaker 4: Maybe back in the day they didn't have that kind of,
- 1:36:53Speaker 4: maybe that wasn't the etiquette yet.
- 1:36:54Speaker 7: Maybe they didn't.
- 1:36:55Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:36:55Speaker 7: Especially in the middle of nowhere.
- 1:36:57Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:36:57Speaker 7: But it's her fault.
- 1:36:58Speaker 4: Bitch also could have just clicked her heels together.
- 1:37:00Speaker 7: She could have.
- 1:37:01Speaker 5: She didn't know.
- 1:37:01Speaker 2: Nobody told her.
- 1:37:02Speaker 10: Speak on it.
- 1:37:03Speaker 7: Yeah, that bitch.
- 1:37:04Speaker 2: Bitch Linda.
- 1:37:05Speaker 5: Dead bitch.
- 1:37:06Speaker 2: Could have told me.
- 1:37:08Speaker 7: True.
- 1:37:09Speaker 2: Thank you very much, Greg Gorey.
- 1:37:11Speaker 7: You got it, Wood.
- 1:37:11Speaker 2: Thank you so much for giving The Woody Show some
- 1:37:13Speaker 2: of your valuable time this week. We love and appreciate
- 1:37:16Speaker 2: you for that. The rest of you guys can suck it.
- 1:37:18Speaker 2: We'll catch you back here on Monday. Have yourself a
- 1:37:20Speaker 2: great weekend. See you in Vegas.
- 1:37:22Speaker 4: SMD double M.
- 1:37:23Speaker 2: Bye!
- 1:37:24Speaker 19: Have a great Friday, you motherf * * * er!
