Body Found After Days-Long Search | Seattle News
Authorities believe they’ve found the remains of missing Grant County man John Morrison, whose abandoned vehicle was discovered far from home. A massive multi-county search using drones and a helicopter led to spotting a person in a steep, inaccessible area — prompting a specialized rescue team to recover the body the next day. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office now suspects the remains are Morrison’s, and the coroner will confirm identity and cause of death as the investigation continues.
