- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, guys, this is Teddy Mellencamp and I'm joined by
- 0:04Speaker 1: my friend Emily Simpson for our new spin off show
- 0:08Speaker 1: Popping Off, where we are digging deep on this season
- 0:12Speaker 1: of Banner Pump Rules. Hi guys, welcome to another episode
- 0:16Speaker 1: of Popping Off with myself, Teddy Mellencamp and.
- 0:19Speaker 2: And with Emily Simpson. And I didn't get the memo
- 0:21Speaker 2: I was supposed to get full glam.
- 0:23Speaker 1: Oh you didn't know.
- 0:24Speaker 2: No, I didn't know. Can you let me know next time?
- 0:26Speaker 1: I'm sorry you didn't know what I was going to
- 0:28Speaker 1: be in the full glad.
- 0:28Speaker 2: I will Emily.
- 0:29Speaker 1: I look up like this clearly.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I'm sorry. That's not full glam. She always
- 0:34Speaker 2: looks like that.
- 0:35Speaker 1: I look like this every pod. And I actually I
- 0:37Speaker 1: am offended that you think that I don't.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Well, I don't have full glamb because I spent the
- 0:43Speaker 2: last two nights with a son who threw up every
- 0:45Speaker 2: night for a two nights in a row.
- 0:47Speaker 1: I'm I'm well, so you're really you're really feeling your best?
- 0:52Speaker 1: I'm here, I mean, and I hope you don't take
- 0:55Speaker 1: offense to this, but I didn't actually glamb. For the
- 0:57Speaker 1: podcast of reasons.
- 1:01Speaker 2: All right, that's what I figured.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Yeah, but it does. The crazy thing about glam is
- 1:07Speaker 1: you forget you. You get glammed all the time. Now
- 1:09Speaker 1: when you're filming, when you haven't been glammed for a while,
- 1:12Speaker 1: you're like, gosh, makeup and hair really does make your different.
- 1:17Speaker 2: Shit, it does. You're like, oh, there she is there. Oh,
- 1:22Speaker 2: Like I walk out.
- 1:23Speaker 1: And one's like, what are you doing? Yeah, you're not
- 1:26Speaker 1: your emerge padramas and dirty hair on top of your
- 1:31Speaker 1: head and a messy butN okay, can you even with
- 1:38Speaker 1: last night?
- 1:39Speaker 2: In the episodes, they're good. I gotta give them that.
- 1:43Speaker 1: They're good. Well, before we get into the actual breakdowns
- 1:47Speaker 1: of the episodes, let's talk a little bit about the headlines. Okay,
- 1:52Speaker 1: So this first one is from People magazine article. Arion
- 1:56Speaker 1: and Maddox says Rachel is trying to blame her and
- 2:00Speaker 1: revenge peorn lawsuit. She is responding, and she says, according
- 2:05Speaker 1: to the filing, Ariana was devastated and immediately confronted Sandoval
- 2:10Speaker 1: and Levis about their alleged betrayal, as well as informing
- 2:13Speaker 1: her friends and colleagues. However, the attorneys claimed she did
- 2:16Speaker 1: not share or show any of the video footage she
- 2:19Speaker 1: found with anyone but Levis. In fact, Miss Maddox could
- 2:24Speaker 1: not have shared such footage because mister Sandoval deleted it
- 2:28Speaker 1: from her phone within minutes of Miss Maddox confronting him,
- 2:31Speaker 1: a fact, Miss Mattocks stated and writing thirty three minutes
- 2:35Speaker 1: after sending the video to Levis. The filing alleges. Attorneys
- 2:40Speaker 1: from Maddix claim that once the news of the affair broke,
- 2:43Speaker 1: much of the public discussion about Levis was negative, but
- 2:47Speaker 1: she was thrilled to be in the public eye. All
- 2:50Speaker 1: of this we knew was coming. But what I didn't
- 2:52Speaker 1: know was coming was going to be screenshots, timeline proof.
- 2:58Speaker 2: And this is.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Where it's kind of a doozy. So the first you
- 3:02Speaker 1: see the text messages between Arianna and Rachel, and it said,
- 3:09Speaker 1: you know, they're talking about whatever. We're gonna watch watch
- 3:11Speaker 1: what Happens live right now? Oh nice, I'm trying to
- 3:13Speaker 1: find the whole episode on YouTube. Same it's not on Peacock.
- 3:17Speaker 1: If you have Spectrum, it'll be on at three ah
- 3:19Speaker 1: forty more minutes. You know, like they're just whatever.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Normal normal chit chat. Is this DMS or is this
- 3:25Speaker 2: text texts. These are texts. Okay.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Then Saturday, February twenty fifth, at ten oh one pm, yay,
- 3:31Speaker 1: I'm happy you're coming with Brad and Jamie. And then
- 3:35Speaker 1: Wednesday at nine thirty seven pm, there's a text from
- 3:40Speaker 1: Ariana to Rachel you are dead to me all in caps. Yeah,
- 3:49Speaker 1: So that comes in at nine thirty seven. Then Friday
- 3:52Speaker 1: at eight fifty six pm. So this is Wednesday at
- 3:55Speaker 1: nine thirty seven, then Friday at eight fifty six Rachel response, Ariana,
- 4:01Speaker 1: I don't know what to say right now. Besides, I
- 4:03Speaker 1: really stup and I am so so sorry. Arian A response,
- 4:09Speaker 1: which looks like immediately because there's no time stamp shut
- 4:12Speaker 1: the guping rat. All of this I understand, but this
- 4:17Speaker 1: is what really got me. Then look right below it
- 4:20Speaker 1: and it says you stop sharing your location with Rachel Levis.
- 4:24Speaker 1: To me, that was the biggest like aha moment was
- 4:30Speaker 1: Rachel sharing her location back with Arianna and did like
- 4:34Speaker 1: you For anybody that thought that Ariana knew or was
- 4:40Speaker 1: it in on this or whatever it may be, there's
- 4:44Speaker 1: no freaking way you are sharing your location with someone
- 4:47Speaker 1: you think is sleeping with your significant other.
- 4:51Speaker 2: Oh yeah, absolutely, I mean I don't share my location
- 4:54Speaker 2: with anyone. I don't really understand the sharing location thing
- 4:57Speaker 2: is that that must be like a younger generation thing.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Well I have it. I have it with a couple
- 5:01Speaker 1: of my friends and stuff like that, but.
- 5:03Speaker 2: None of what's the purpose though, Just to make.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Sure that you're always okay, or say, for if you're
- 5:07Speaker 1: like on your way whatever it may be. Like I
- 5:11Speaker 1: definitely do with my kids. I do it with Edwin,
- 5:14Speaker 1: and then I have like five friends that we share
- 5:16Speaker 1: our location.
- 5:18Speaker 2: I don't think I share my location with anyone, not
- 5:20Speaker 2: my kids or Shane.
- 5:22Speaker 1: But okay, fine, I'm going to send you a location request.
- 5:25Speaker 2: And I will deny it immediately.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Like are you going places you don't want me to know?
- 5:31Speaker 2: No? But I mean, does everyone need to know I'm
- 5:33Speaker 2: at Trader Joe's for like the fourth time this week.
- 5:38Speaker 1: But to prove that she did not send those videos
- 5:43Speaker 1: out to anyone other than Rachel, Arianna has text. There's
- 5:49Speaker 1: text going to Daddy, which my guest is Daddy is Logan.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Logan's Ariana's best friend who has always been super nice
- 5:59Speaker 1: to me. We see him pop up in vander Pumpoles
- 6:01Speaker 1: from time to time. I called her She says, I
- 6:06Speaker 1: called her after finding out and texting her the videos
- 6:08Speaker 1: of herself from Tom's phone, that I took Tom took
- 6:11Speaker 1: my phone and deleted them, chased him all the way
- 6:14Speaker 1: down Sam Vincente. So this is her proof that she
- 6:17Speaker 1: was unable to send these screen grabs to anyone other
- 6:23Speaker 1: than Rachel, Right, So, I don't know, I just I
- 6:27Speaker 1: guess I was blown away that Rachel would even I
- 6:32Speaker 1: don't know, Like to me, Rachel having her location and
- 6:35Speaker 1: being able to track how far away she is from
- 6:38Speaker 1: from home or where she is or when she's with
- 6:41Speaker 1: Tom the entire time during her affair with Tom is
- 6:45Speaker 1: really disgusting to me.
- 6:47Speaker 2: You think that's super icky that she knew so she
- 6:49Speaker 2: always knew where Arianna was, but she she couldn't have
- 6:52Speaker 2: been sharing her location, how could she?
- 6:55Speaker 1: I mean, she always gonna have been with Tom. And
- 6:57Speaker 1: then that lead me led me to the next question,
- 6:59Speaker 1: if you're location person, did she have Tom's location? And
- 7:02Speaker 1: then what was Rachel's reasoning for not sharing her location back?
- 7:08Speaker 2: Well, her reason was because she was sleeping with Tom.
- 7:11Speaker 1: Well clearly, but like now I really need to know, like, Rachel,
- 7:15Speaker 1: did you share your location back? And then how did
- 7:17Speaker 1: you get out of all this bullshit? And would you
- 7:20Speaker 1: believe that?
- 7:20Speaker 2: I mean, how did she get away with not sharing
- 7:22Speaker 2: her location but knowing where everybody else's location was. So
- 7:26Speaker 2: you're saying she's not really so much of the innocent
- 7:29Speaker 2: party in this, that she's more of a mastermind than
- 7:31Speaker 2: we're allowing her to be. Like, this is proving that
- 7:35Speaker 2: she was in it more, she knew what she was doing.
- 7:37Speaker 2: She wants to talk about how she was manipulated, but
- 7:39Speaker 2: it looks as if she kind of was more in
- 7:42Speaker 2: control than she's letting on.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Clearly, if you are tracking where the guy you're sleeping
- 7:48Speaker 1: with a girlfriend that of over ten years is at
- 7:51Speaker 1: all times, and you know how far away she is
- 7:53Speaker 1: from the house where you're sleeping with him, or the
- 7:56Speaker 1: car or wherever it may be, there's something really that's
- 8:00Speaker 1: actually like stick in the head.
- 8:02Speaker 2: What is there the possibility that maybe all these people
- 8:04Speaker 2: are just sharing each other's locations and she didn't even
- 8:07Speaker 2: remember that she knew her location or she was shared
- 8:10Speaker 2: her location.
- 8:11Speaker 1: That's like saying, oh, my boyfriend broke up with me
- 8:14Speaker 1: and I never go look at his Instagram page to
- 8:16Speaker 1: see his new girlfriend. No, no, no, if.
- 8:19Speaker 2: You see, I would never do that. I don't like
- 8:22Speaker 2: to self inflict pain.
- 8:24Speaker 1: Oh I do. I love it. I love it. It really
- 8:27Speaker 1: fills out my ca like I'm gonna I'm gonna lurk around.
- 8:33Speaker 1: I mean, we're talking about someone who Last night I
- 8:36Speaker 1: had to teach myself how to use Patreon. I know
- 8:40Speaker 1: we're gonna get off topic for a second, but I
- 8:43Speaker 1: never used Patreon before last night. I downloaded the app,
- 8:48Speaker 1: had to go deep down a rabbit hole because someone
- 8:51Speaker 1: did a twelve part series on the rise and Ruin
- 8:56Speaker 1: of Rachel Hollis and Dave Hollis. Like I didn't even
- 9:00Speaker 1: know the person doing it. I saw one thing online
- 9:03Speaker 1: and like I couldn't even help myself. I was like,
- 9:06Speaker 1: you know what, I have four dollars and fifty cents
- 9:09Speaker 1: and this is something I'm gonna go down. And the
- 9:11Speaker 1: ed of one this morning was like, woke up and
- 9:13Speaker 1: he's like, you're still listening. I was like, I need
- 9:14Speaker 1: to finish. She's like, you actually are sick in the
- 9:18Speaker 1: head that you need to hear all of this last night,
- 9:20Speaker 1: and I was like, yep, no time for sleep when
- 9:22Speaker 1: there's this many crumbs to pick up, Like what is
- 9:24Speaker 1: wrong with me a lot.
- 9:27Speaker 2: I don't even know them.
- 9:29Speaker 1: My point is, Rachel, you probably should have left this lawsuit.
- 9:34Speaker 1: Just let it go.
- 9:36Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, the best thing to do is just
- 9:39Speaker 2: tuck your tail between your legs and just be like,
- 9:42Speaker 2: I messed up and then just let it go. It's
- 9:44Speaker 2: bad enough that she has a podcast where she gets
- 9:46Speaker 2: to talk about everything without actually having to confront anyone.
- 9:49Speaker 2: But the like the lawsuit is just that's a lot. Yeah.
- 9:54Speaker 1: And while we're on the topic of her, and then
- 9:57Speaker 1: we'll go back up to the other headlines. But I
- 9:59Speaker 1: just want to stay on her or why we're speaking
- 10:00Speaker 1: about her. She is doing a good job of keeping
- 10:03Speaker 1: her in our mouths because we keep talking about her.
- 10:07Speaker 1: She's now dating CEO Investment Matthew Done. The two met
- 10:14Speaker 1: through friends, and I've been enjoying their time together. Levis
- 10:17Speaker 1: publicist Juliete Harris confirmed that the situationship to et, but
- 10:21Speaker 1: emphasize that assigning labels is premature. Harris stated that the
- 10:26Speaker 1: two met just over a month ago and are currently
- 10:28Speaker 1: getting to know each other as friends. Also, I don't
- 10:31Speaker 1: think when you have kids. What I saw online appears
- 10:35Speaker 1: these are his children. That she's hanging out with. If
- 10:37Speaker 1: that's the case, it's no longer a situationship in my book.
- 10:41Speaker 1: If you've met his children, then I'm sorry if both like, no,
- 10:45Speaker 1: matter what you are now together with his children, don't
- 10:49Speaker 1: call it the situationship. It just feels icky to me,
- 10:54Speaker 1: but also old.
- 10:56Speaker 2: How old are the children? Are we talking small children?
- 10:58Speaker 1: No, they don't appear soon for young children, Like, I
- 11:01Speaker 1: don't know, I don't know. I don't know that answer.
- 11:05Speaker 2: How do you not know that? The way you dig
- 11:08Speaker 2: and you don't know that?
- 11:09Speaker 1: Because I could, I didn't really, to be honest, I
- 11:11Speaker 1: didn't care that much. I just saw that there was
- 11:13Speaker 1: children involved, and then I saw Matthew, and then I
- 11:16Speaker 1: saw Rachel, and then I thought, hasn't she maybe learned
- 11:21Speaker 1: about having these really public relationships? Like I thought, that's
- 11:24Speaker 1: what she wanted to get away from.
- 11:26Speaker 2: Well, he did make his profile private, right, well probably,
- 11:30Speaker 2: but she shared.
- 11:31Speaker 1: She shared a clip on social media of herself writing
- 11:33Speaker 1: an ATV alongside Done, who owns Done Investment Group and Spokane, Washington.
- 11:41Speaker 1: According to his Lincoln, they didn't have time to zip
- 11:45Speaker 1: over to LinkedIn.
- 11:48Speaker 2: That's next yeay vp our Season twelve filming is delayed
- 12:02Speaker 2: as Bravo hits pause for the summer. The Valley not affected.
- 12:06Speaker 2: It was from a Deadline article. As vanderbomberules season eleven
- 12:09Speaker 2: starts wrapping up on Bravo, Deadline has learned that production
- 12:12Speaker 2: for season twelve has been delayed. A source close to
- 12:16Speaker 2: the cast confirmed that the show would not be filming
- 12:18Speaker 2: the summer, breaking the production schedule's norm. TMZ, which first
- 12:22Speaker 2: reported the news, states that one reason for the hiatus
- 12:25Speaker 2: is to give the cast a break following the fallout
- 12:27Speaker 2: from Scandabal. Another potential reason for the break is to
- 12:31Speaker 2: hold off on Maddox's return from Fiji, where she will
- 12:35Speaker 2: be hosting Love Island season six. According to our sources,
- 12:39Speaker 2: spin off The Valley will not be affected by the
- 12:41Speaker 2: Vander pump Roules hiatus and will continue on its projected
- 12:44Speaker 2: production schedule. Although Bravo has not officially confirmed a second
- 12:48Speaker 2: season for the spinoff, ratings for the show have been promising.
- 12:52Speaker 2: The Valley scored Bravo's best seven day premiere audience in
- 12:55Speaker 2: nearly a decade. Okay, first of all, my first question
- 12:59Speaker 2: is do you do you think it's because of relationships
- 13:03Speaker 2: or just because of a scheduling issue.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Well, I think one's there's a big divide in that group,
- 13:10Speaker 1: and I think that they're hoping that if they give
- 13:13Speaker 1: the group some space, they'll be able to create, you know,
- 13:18Speaker 1: more drama will occur in their lives that they then
- 13:20Speaker 1: can bring onto the show. But if they just continue
- 13:23Speaker 1: right back up, they'll be starting the same exact thing
- 13:26Speaker 1: that they've talked about this entire season. And I don't
- 13:29Speaker 1: think there's that many additional storylines going on. Yes, I
- 13:35Speaker 1: think the La La storyline is interesting with or getting pregnant,
- 13:40Speaker 1: and I think the Brock and Sheena storyline is interesting
- 13:45Speaker 1: because you're seeing that like real life dynamics of having
- 13:49Speaker 1: a baby and how it changes your relationship and power struggle.
- 13:53Speaker 1: So those are interesting. But like, what storyline are we
- 13:57Speaker 1: seeing about the Toms? Nothing? Oh, unless they live together,
- 14:02Speaker 1: which we can see in five months from now, we
- 14:05Speaker 1: don't need to see it, like you know what I mean,
- 14:06Speaker 1: It doesn't have to happen right away, or like I
- 14:10Speaker 1: like James and Ali this season, But do I really
- 14:13Speaker 1: care what's going on with them? Not particularly?
- 14:16Speaker 2: Do you? Well, no, because first of all, they just
- 14:19Speaker 2: seem to be solid and when a relationship is solid.
- 14:21Speaker 2: I don't know if it is that interesting. And you know,
- 14:24Speaker 2: I don't feel like there's been anything else other than
- 14:26Speaker 2: the one conversation they had where she said she wasn't
- 14:28Speaker 2: really interested in getting married. Maybe she doesn't want to
- 14:30Speaker 2: have kids. They haven't really done much with that. Like,
- 14:33Speaker 2: I don't know if that's really a deal breaker in
- 14:35Speaker 2: the relationship or not. It doesn't seem to be. Yeah,
- 14:38Speaker 2: I mean they're out, they don't seem affected by it.
- 14:40Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 14:41Speaker 1: And then on watch What Happens Live last night, Katie
- 14:43Speaker 1: and Arianna were both there, and you know, it could
- 14:49Speaker 1: also be Ariana's scheduling. They want to make sure arian
- 14:52Speaker 1: is going to stay a part of the show, and
- 14:55Speaker 1: even said to her, did you watch this season? And
- 14:58Speaker 1: she's like, no, you know, I got my dream job,
- 15:02Speaker 1: which she's talking about Chicago, and she's like, so I
- 15:05Speaker 1: wanted to just stay focused on that, And you see
- 15:07Speaker 1: Andy he kind of makes that face where he's like, well,
- 15:09Speaker 1: I wish you want to watch the stasion before the
- 15:11Speaker 1: reunion and she's like, well, you know, you know, like
- 15:16Speaker 1: it just kind of felt like she wasn't one hundred
- 15:18Speaker 1: percent in it. And I don't know if that means
- 15:20Speaker 1: the writing's on the wall that she's not coming back
- 15:23Speaker 1: to vander Pump Rules, or if that just means they
- 15:25Speaker 1: want to give her time so that she definitely will
- 15:29Speaker 1: come back.
- 15:30Speaker 2: Okay, but do you do you think she doesn't watch it?
- 15:32Speaker 2: I mean, I don't watch Orange County. I've said that
- 15:34Speaker 2: for six years. But I mean, do you really think
- 15:38Speaker 2: that she doesn't. I mean, she can remove herself from it,
- 15:42Speaker 2: not watch a full episode, but still know what's going
- 15:44Speaker 2: on and what the deal is.
- 15:46Speaker 1: And you see clips even if you don't watch the show,
- 15:49Speaker 1: you see clips like you see clips from Orange County.
- 15:51Speaker 2: Yeah, Like, I mean, I don't sit and watch the
- 15:53Speaker 2: full episode when it's said to me, I never do that.
- 15:56Speaker 2: I just I don't like to. But I always know
- 15:59Speaker 2: what's going on. First of all, you know, when the
- 16:00Speaker 2: show is airing, you get everybody's tweeting, everybody's dming, there's clips,
- 16:05Speaker 2: so I feel like I have a grasp on it.
- 16:07Speaker 2: But I just wonder if she really did avoid all
- 16:09Speaker 2: of that, or if she just felt like she looked
- 16:12Speaker 2: bad so she didn't want to comment or act like
- 16:15Speaker 2: she was aware of it.
- 16:17Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I mean, and even if she didn't watch
- 16:20Speaker 1: Katie said something along the lines of like, of course
- 16:22Speaker 1: I watched with a fine tooth comb, you know, Like,
- 16:25Speaker 1: so your best friend is probably going to fill you in.
- 16:28Speaker 1: So like if even if you didn't watch, and Gina
- 16:31Speaker 1: saw you do some shit on the last episode, she's
- 16:34Speaker 1: probably gonna tell you.
- 16:35Speaker 2: Oh no, it's Shane. Shane watches, right, someone in your
- 16:40Speaker 2: circle of people that are going to be like, hey,
- 16:43Speaker 2: you are a total shit show this week. Oh no,
- 16:46Speaker 2: Shane's as blunt as possible. He'll be like, yeah, you
- 16:48Speaker 2: looked really bad. I'm like, thank you.
- 16:52Speaker 1: So I do think, yeah, I mean, does Shane do
- 16:56Speaker 1: your reunion notes?
- 16:59Speaker 2: Well, he definitely Well, I mean no, I don't really
- 17:02Speaker 2: take notes, but I mean he definitely is like this
- 17:05Speaker 2: is gonna get brought up. They're going to ask you this.
- 17:07Speaker 2: You need to be aware of this. Like he's pretty
- 17:10Speaker 2: good about telling me that kind of stuff.
- 17:12Speaker 1: But yeah, So I don't really know. I do think
- 17:17Speaker 1: having Arianna and Katie on together was a choice that
- 17:24Speaker 1: I don't know that I loved.
- 17:26Speaker 2: Well, I felt like it's just the two of them
- 17:28Speaker 2: all the time together, right, and you don't get much
- 17:31Speaker 2: dynamic between them and the rest of the women because
- 17:35Speaker 2: it's just the two of them. They do everything together.
- 17:38Speaker 1: I mean, half the time they were talking about the Valley.
- 17:41Speaker 1: Couldn't we have had a Valley person like one of
- 17:44Speaker 1: them from the Valley, you know, especially because there are
- 17:47Speaker 1: points of view. I like, when I'm watching Watch What
- 17:50Speaker 1: Happens Live to see people that you know, even in
- 17:54Speaker 1: though they're friends, they are going to have different opinions.
- 17:58Speaker 1: But everything, even they're your choices, were exactly the same.
- 18:01Speaker 2: Yeah, I guess that's what I mean. I mean, it's
- 18:03Speaker 2: like they're morphing into the same person. They make the
- 18:05Speaker 2: same eye roll, they have the same side ei, they're
- 18:08Speaker 2: annoyed by the same people. That's the part where I'm like,
- 18:12Speaker 2: I don't know, I think that part's annoying. Yeah, but wait,
- 18:14Speaker 2: here's my other question about this. So last summer, The
- 18:18Speaker 2: Valley and vander Pump Rules were filmed at the same time.
- 18:20Speaker 2: That's why we get so much of a crossover, right right.
- 18:23Speaker 1: I don't know if it's exactly the same time, but
- 18:25Speaker 1: the same time frame.
- 18:26Speaker 2: Because I'm just saying, if VPR is affected by this hiatus,
- 18:30Speaker 2: so they're not being filmed at the same time, I
- 18:32Speaker 2: wonder if there's still so much of a crossover because
- 18:35Speaker 2: I feel like, you can watch, but.
- 18:37Speaker 1: There's going to be more of a crossover, you think,
- 18:39Speaker 1: so yeah, because they're not going to be more Time's
- 18:43Speaker 1: going to be more time. And whether they just want
- 18:44Speaker 1: more airtime or they want to get I don't know
- 18:47Speaker 1: if they the ones that pop in get day rates.
- 18:51Speaker 1: But my guess is we're going to see a lot
- 18:54Speaker 1: more of vander Pump Rules people on the Valley throughout,
- 18:58Speaker 1: especially as we watch Britain leaving Jacks and needing a
- 19:03Speaker 1: friend group and kind of going through all of these things.
- 19:07Speaker 1: I mean, I think we could see clearly in this episode,
- 19:10Speaker 1: Nia is in no position right now to be the
- 19:14Speaker 1: sole person that can help other people through stuff. You know,
- 19:17Speaker 1: when you're going through it, you can't be that. And
- 19:20Speaker 1: I think they're going to need to show some of
- 19:22Speaker 1: Brittany with her actual friends. And I don't know that
- 19:27Speaker 1: Janet is it is Tianna anyone's friend, but yeah, I
- 19:35Speaker 1: don't know. We saw in this Weekly article that the
- 19:37Speaker 1: Valley might not have a reunion despite unresolved finale. During Saturday,
- 19:43Speaker 1: April twenty seventh episode of Kristin and Luke Brodrick's Balancing
- 19:48Speaker 1: Act podcast, The couple answered a fan question about a
- 19:51Speaker 1: potential end of season special. We did not know if
- 19:54Speaker 1: we were going to have a reunion, Kristin admitted about
- 19:57Speaker 1: the vander Pumper Will spin off series. I'm going to
- 19:59Speaker 1: be honest with you. Kristin wanted to address certain moments
- 20:02Speaker 1: that have yet to play out on screen, saying, I
- 20:04Speaker 1: do feel like when you see the finale, there are
- 20:07Speaker 1: some things left unanswered and unresolved. I feel like I
- 20:11Speaker 1: have to have a reunion.
- 20:12Speaker 2: Why would that doesn't make sense to me. I can't
- 20:14Speaker 2: imagine they wouldn't have a reunion. I mean, why wouldn't they?
- 20:18Speaker 1: I also am a little bit curious because this is
- 20:22Speaker 1: a confusing thing to me. You and I and me
- 20:26Speaker 1: and Tamra are not allowed to speak about Orange County, right,
- 20:32Speaker 1: that is a rule. Why can the entire cast of
- 20:36Speaker 1: vander Pump Rules in the Valley have their own podcast
- 20:42Speaker 1: discussing the shows that they are on?
- 20:44Speaker 2: You know, I do not know. I do not understand that.
- 20:47Speaker 2: I have always thought the same thing.
- 20:49Speaker 1: I don't make it make sense to me because I'm like,
- 20:53Speaker 1: they are recapping these episodes.
- 20:56Speaker 2: Because I'm going to have to listen to you recap
- 20:58Speaker 2: Orange County with someone else about me. I can't wait.
- 21:02Speaker 2: I know it's very start being nicer to you now
- 21:05Speaker 2: you might want to start being nicer to me because
- 21:07Speaker 2: I know you've been cut a little bit of a
- 21:09Speaker 2: shit show from time to time. I definitely can be.
- 21:12Speaker 2: I definitely can be.
- 21:14Speaker 1: I know, I wonder who I'm going to recap Orange
- 21:16Speaker 1: County with this year. It's it's really going to be.
- 21:18Speaker 1: Are you and tarm are going to put me in
- 21:20Speaker 1: a tricky situation where I'm gonna have to pick who
- 21:23Speaker 1: I agree with you?
- 21:24Speaker 2: No, I don't care. You can say whatever you want.
- 21:26Speaker 2: I won't get mad. I mean, maybe just like a
- 21:29Speaker 2: little but so lunch cha just a little, but like
- 21:34Speaker 2: you know, yeah, uh huh, it'll be fine.
- 21:36Speaker 1: Well, I hope there's a reunion. I do want to
- 21:39Speaker 1: see it. The Valley's Jesse Lally steps out with a
- 21:42Speaker 1: stunning new girlfriend, Lacey, just days after a strange wife, Michelle,
- 21:47Speaker 1: was accused of having a secret boyfriend on this Daily
- 21:49Speaker 1: Male article here. While the couple have been trying to
- 21:53Speaker 1: keep their romance out of the spotlight, they finally made
- 21:56Speaker 1: they finally like we just found out, made their red
- 21:59Speaker 1: Carpet Day You on Saturday at Sparkled Drag Spectacular at
- 22:03Speaker 1: the Comedy Chateau in Hollywood. Lacey is based in Orange
- 22:07Speaker 1: County and is a well known socialite.
- 22:09Speaker 2: Did you know her? Oh wait, what's her last name?
- 22:12Speaker 2: I think I do know who.
- 22:13Speaker 1: She's Lacey Nicole.
- 22:16Speaker 2: Oh, you know what. I don't know her personally, but
- 22:18Speaker 2: I think she's one of those girls that's always in
- 22:20Speaker 2: the photos with I don't know, like all the Orange
- 22:25Speaker 2: County girls, Like I don't know, I gotta go not
- 22:27Speaker 2: like but not house like me, not like not like housewife,
- 22:31Speaker 2: not housewives, but like the selling OC girls or who No,
- 22:34Speaker 2: just like I don't know, just like I feel like
- 22:36Speaker 2: there's girls in Orange County that always I don't.
- 22:38Speaker 1: Know, like Instagram models, Yeah, like.
- 22:41Speaker 2: The Instagram Orange County girls. Like I feel like I've
- 22:43Speaker 2: seen her.
- 22:44Speaker 1: And like, what is an Orange County socialite? Like I
- 22:47Speaker 1: think socialite, I like go back to like Tinsley Mortimer
- 22:51Speaker 1: in New York And but like, I what I think
- 22:54Speaker 1: that's a requirement to be an Orange County socialite.
- 22:57Speaker 2: Hark mentions no char no job, hair, hair extensions. It's
- 23:09Speaker 2: a lot a lot of Instagram photos of everywhere that
- 23:12Speaker 2: you've been with your broken okay bike, you and your
- 23:16Speaker 2: Berken on a travel vlog, and then you throw in
- 23:22Speaker 2: a couple charity events in there and call yourself a
- 23:24Speaker 2: philanthropist and it's all good, perfect, well perfect.
- 23:27Speaker 1: I'm sure we'll see more of Lacey. Oh. She is
- 23:32Speaker 1: friends with several BRA celebrities, including Gretchen Rossy and Caroline Stanberry. However,
- 23:38Speaker 1: despite her blonde, bombshell looks and tic social life, Lacy
- 23:42Speaker 1: has no plans to follow Jesse into the world of
- 23:45Speaker 1: reality television.
- 23:47Speaker 2: Yeah right, shit, exactly.
- 23:51Speaker 1: You saw him and you were like, you know what, Yeah,
- 23:53Speaker 1: this seems like a quality person for me. I had
- 23:56Speaker 1: no interest in being on television, but I do have
- 23:59Speaker 1: interest on being a socialite on my social media. The
- 24:03Speaker 1: source also insisted there's no bad blood between Lacy and
- 24:06Speaker 1: Jesse's a strange wife fro Michelle. Of course, there is
- 24:08Speaker 1: that Michelle hates him.
- 24:09Speaker 2: Yeah, how does she love? So does she know Michelle?
- 24:12Speaker 2: She loves Michelle and thinks she's great. There's no issues
- 24:14Speaker 2: from her end. What does that mean?
- 24:16Speaker 1: I think they're just they must all hang out or
- 24:18Speaker 1: co parent or who knows what? Did you also see
- 24:22Speaker 1: the Insta story that Jesse posted, or he's.
- 24:25Speaker 2: Get the working out, the.
- 24:26Speaker 3: Working out and he's like, since La La can't set
- 24:29Speaker 3: have small shoulders, and it's like him doing this move
- 24:33Speaker 3: and then it says like, by the way, the average
- 24:36Speaker 3: mail is five to six and I'm at least five ten.
- 24:38Speaker 2: Or I was like, first of all, there is no
- 24:40Speaker 2: way that the average mail is five to six.
- 24:43Speaker 1: We need to actually can someone let us know that.
- 24:46Speaker 2: That can't because Shane is five p seventy. You're not
- 24:48Speaker 2: telling me that his height is above average. There is
- 24:50Speaker 2: no effing way.
- 24:53Speaker 1: I can't wait for him to find out that information.
- 24:56Speaker 2: Oh five nine, that makes more sense.
- 24:59Speaker 1: Five nine in the US?
- 25:02Speaker 2: Oh well, what country was he googling?
- 25:05Speaker 1: Jesse? If you're gonna put it on Instagram, at least
- 25:08Speaker 1: be kind of rite about it, like the yeah, yeah yeah.
- 25:14Speaker 1: Then Sandoval open up opens up about his new girlfriend
- 25:19Speaker 1: on the vander Pump Rules after show. He talks about
- 25:22Speaker 1: Victoria Lee Robinson at the waterfront there were those girls
- 25:26Speaker 1: and we were talking about the table, referencing the chat
- 25:28Speaker 1: he and Tom Schwartz had with the group at the bar.
- 25:31Speaker 1: They stayed in contact, and he says pretty much every
- 25:35Speaker 1: nice thing you could say about somebody that you're dating.
- 25:38Speaker 2: Is she does she light up the room when she
- 25:40Speaker 2: walks in? Yeah, okay there.
- 25:42Speaker 1: And she also briefly dated Leonardo DiCaprio. He didn't brush
- 25:45Speaker 1: over that question, he was happy to answer it. My
- 25:48Speaker 1: favorite part of this after you Know, after this video
- 25:51Speaker 1: was Jack's and Tom's faces. Tom Schwartz's face during it,
- 25:58Speaker 1: like both of them are like like for them to
- 26:04Speaker 1: know this is not great. It's pretty funny.
- 26:08Speaker 2: Also included in the after show, they talk about the
- 26:10Speaker 2: trademark of Something about Her being owned by Penny and
- 26:13Speaker 2: her husband, who is an attorney, which poses some serious problems.
- 26:18Speaker 2: Brock also compares Schwartz and Sandival's troubles opening Schwartz and
- 26:22Speaker 2: Sandy's and Tom running off to be with his band Tikitty,
- 26:25Speaker 2: and Ariana's troubles opening something about her with Ariana running
- 26:27Speaker 2: off to New York. I actually thought this was really
- 26:30Speaker 2: interesting because even in the episode for vander Pump, which
- 26:33Speaker 2: we get into, they make it as if Penny is
- 26:37Speaker 2: just like they just reached out to her for like consulting,
- 26:40Speaker 2: but clearly it's way more in depth than they let on.
- 26:43Speaker 1: Which I think is why Katie was unable to really
- 26:47Speaker 1: share anything with us about this, and Penny did all
- 26:51Speaker 1: of lvp's menus at all of her restaurants. So how
- 26:55Speaker 1: much does this mean that Penny is really involved? What's
- 26:58Speaker 1: at stake, what's going to happen from here? And also
- 27:00Speaker 1: how much say it does did LVP then have in
- 27:04Speaker 1: something about her?
- 27:06Speaker 2: Right? Well? And also I have to give Brock credit.
- 27:10Speaker 2: Didn't he say that he pulled the permit and this
- 27:13Speaker 2: is how he got this information.
- 27:17Speaker 1: He goes, you can look up the trademark. Just go
- 27:19Speaker 1: to the trademark website.
- 27:21Speaker 2: You can check it out.
- 27:22Speaker 1: You search the website. I was like Brock, Brock had
- 27:25Speaker 1: a lot.
- 27:26Speaker 2: Of free time. That's what happens when Brock doesn't have
- 27:27Speaker 2: a job.
- 27:29Speaker 1: Rock has been kind of the person that's giving us
- 27:33Speaker 1: the information throughout this season, Like he's he's leaked a
- 27:37Speaker 1: couple things, and I think, you know what, he was
- 27:39Speaker 1: ready to go ahead and leak Penny's real position at
- 27:45Speaker 1: something about her and then even came up with some
- 27:48Speaker 1: new names for something about her that they could utilize.
- 27:51Speaker 1: But it is opening May twenty second, so congratulations to them.
- 27:54Speaker 2: Do we think it's really actually opening May twenty second.
- 27:58Speaker 1: I think it's got to be. I mean, I said
- 28:00Speaker 1: on watch What Happens Live last night, Yeah, that's true.
- 28:02Speaker 2: I feel like it has to I wonder how much
- 28:05Speaker 2: pity is involved though, Now I want to know, like,
- 28:07Speaker 2: is she not involved at all anymore? Did they cut
- 28:09Speaker 2: her out completely? Does she just own part of the trademark?
- 28:12Speaker 2: Does she is she considered a partner? Is she just
- 28:15Speaker 2: a consultant? How does the husband fit in?
- 28:17Speaker 1: I'm guessing this is I this is a total guess.
- 28:21Speaker 1: I have no there's no source that told me nothing.
- 28:23Speaker 1: It's just my gut instinct is assuming they had to
- 28:26Speaker 1: pay her off in some capacity to go away, that's
- 28:28Speaker 1: my guess. Could be wrong. Let's get into the actual episode.
- 28:41Speaker 1: Starts off with Katie and Arianna arrive at something about
- 28:44Speaker 1: her and meet up with Anne.
- 28:46Speaker 2: Anne.
- 28:47Speaker 1: Yeah, they need to figure out what to do with
- 28:50Speaker 1: the awning. Arianna thought they would be opening up something
- 28:52Speaker 1: about her by now. I wish instead of this whole
- 28:59Speaker 1: scene and we were just hearing about the Penny drama,
- 29:02Speaker 1: because that's the interesting part.
- 29:04Speaker 2: You don't want to know if what they should do
- 29:06Speaker 2: with the awning, Like you're not interested in whether they
- 29:08Speaker 2: should call the company, or the company should pick it up,
- 29:10Speaker 2: or they should just move it.
- 29:11Speaker 1: Or no, I don't give two shits about the honting.
- 29:14Speaker 1: I want to know, but like, are you gonna have
- 29:16Speaker 1: to change the name about something about her? Like we
- 29:19Speaker 1: need to know the actual real drama of what is
- 29:21Speaker 1: happening and why this is not going forward? And also
- 29:24Speaker 1: I don't want to see and pretend working there. When
- 29:27Speaker 1: we found out on Watch What Happens Live last night
- 29:30Speaker 1: she's had to take an interim.
- 29:31Speaker 2: Job because they didn't open.
- 29:32Speaker 1: They didn't open.
- 29:33Speaker 2: Sheen arrives at Kyle Chan's business to learn more about
- 29:36Speaker 2: his event and the performance she is doing. Tom Santoval
- 29:39Speaker 2: arrives and Seena doesn't look happy, barely saying Hi, Tom
- 29:43Speaker 2: isn't performing at the event, but he's there just to
- 29:45Speaker 2: help manage everything. Tom says Kyle has really been there
- 29:48Speaker 2: for him and he will do anything to help Kyle.
- 29:50Speaker 2: He gets emotional and says he owes Kyle a lot.
- 29:53Speaker 2: I actually found him to be likable again in that moment.
- 29:56Speaker 2: I'm sorry if that's a non popular opinion.
- 29:59Speaker 1: But why this is? I love that that's what you
- 30:01Speaker 1: got from this. But what I thought was why do
- 30:04Speaker 1: I feel like Kyle Chan has more promotion than Schwartz
- 30:07Speaker 1: and Sandy's on the show, like who what Bravo has
- 30:11Speaker 1: made Kyle Chan happen? And like he, I mean, he's
- 30:15Speaker 1: everywhere and I have we even seen shorts And Sandy's
- 30:19Speaker 1: like once yeah, Like Tom's why are you promoting.
- 30:23Speaker 2: Your palet of your own place.
- 30:26Speaker 1: Instead of your own place? Ever? Like do you hate
- 30:28Speaker 1: your own place? Like why are you not talking about it?
- 30:30Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 30:32Speaker 1: Then Katie at Lala's house, they're talking about how they
- 30:36Speaker 1: hope Sandoval doesn't think he is invited tonight. Lala decides
- 30:39Speaker 1: to call him. He answers the FaceTime. He's, of course,
- 30:41Speaker 1: with Kyle Chan with Sheena. Lala says it's weird to
- 30:44Speaker 1: see them together. Tom uses a metaphor, saying they are
- 30:48Speaker 1: regluing the pottery that broke. I was like, is that
- 30:52Speaker 1: is he making a reference to the penis that he
- 30:54Speaker 1: cracked or whatever that was a penis?
- 30:56Speaker 2: S oh, I don't know. I didn't even think about that.
- 30:59Speaker 2: I just thought he was trying to be deep, you
- 31:01Speaker 2: know how like he tries to make very deep statements,
- 31:04Speaker 2: like you know, like he's so deep because he journals
- 31:06Speaker 2: and he's just a deep guy.
- 31:08Speaker 1: Are you in love with him? No?
- 31:10Speaker 2: Testing, I was actually I was actually being facetious when
- 31:13Speaker 2: I was saying that.
- 31:14Speaker 1: Really, thank you, You're welcome. Laala then ask if they
- 31:20Speaker 1: cannot reglue the pottery at her Big three three. Tom
- 31:23Speaker 1: says he wasn't invited and wasn't planning on coming. He
- 31:26Speaker 1: says happy birthday, and Laala tells him she felt like
- 31:29Speaker 1: he deserved the FaceTime.
- 31:30Speaker 2: Wait, can we just go back for it? Why is
- 31:32Speaker 2: he not invited? I mean he's been invited to every
- 31:34Speaker 2: other group events, so why not La LA's thirty third birthday?
- 31:40Speaker 1: I'm thinking because at this point, you know, I think
- 31:44Speaker 1: Laala went in hard for Ariana at the beginning, and
- 31:48Speaker 1: then her and Katie started having issues. And I think
- 31:51Speaker 1: what we're seeing now playing out in social media is
- 31:54Speaker 1: she is now at the tides of turn. So even
- 31:57Speaker 1: though at first people were really mad at Ariana, now
- 31:59Speaker 1: people are starting to get mad at Laala.
- 32:02Speaker 2: So you think she made a conscious decision not to
- 32:05Speaker 2: invite him because she was getting some backlash.
- 32:07Speaker 1: Well, I don't think the backlash had come yet, but
- 32:09Speaker 1: I think she started to realize Okay.
- 32:12Speaker 2: Maybe she's been too open that maybe she's been too forgiving.
- 32:16Speaker 1: Yeah, maybe the wind has blown to the part of
- 32:19Speaker 1: where I need to backpedal a little bit, backpedal a touch.
- 32:25Speaker 1: But then Lala and Katie head into the venue for
- 32:27Speaker 1: her birthday and everyone begins to arrive. Lala says she's
- 32:30Speaker 1: getting more badass every year her birthday. Wishes to rule
- 32:34Speaker 1: the world, have a positive pregnanty test, and win the
- 32:36Speaker 1: custody battle. She explained she told Sandoval not to come.
- 32:41Speaker 1: She asked, you know why she was with him, and
- 32:43Speaker 1: she explains it was Kyle's. She talks about her and
- 32:46Speaker 1: Sandoval's conversation and how but they both miss each other
- 32:49Speaker 1: and want to move forward. I'm not I mean, I
- 32:52Speaker 1: guess I don't have any straight male friends, but I
- 32:54Speaker 1: couldn't imagine miss missing like a guy friend this much
- 32:58Speaker 1: if I was in a relationship with another man.
- 33:00Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, I thought the same thing. Especially, I
- 33:02Speaker 2: mean I'm jumping ahead, but especially at the end. They
- 33:04Speaker 2: have another conversation and then they have like the world's
- 33:06Speaker 2: longest hug hug. I was like, man, Shane would be like, okay,
- 33:11Speaker 2: Like that's not like you know.
- 33:14Speaker 1: You know, when you get a hug in the person
- 33:15Speaker 1: that you're hugging goes a little too long, so you
- 33:17Speaker 1: like tap it out, like almost like wrestling, like we're good,
- 33:20Speaker 1: You're finished.
- 33:21Speaker 2: Okay.
- 33:21Speaker 1: I was waiting for one of them to tap out,
- 33:24Speaker 1: like I was like, is there are they on? Like
- 33:25Speaker 1: are they trying to win? Like? What is that? What
- 33:29Speaker 1: is that thing? You do the most of the highest
- 33:31Speaker 1: number Gunnis book for the longest hug ever? Yeah, I
- 33:37Speaker 1: was like, this has gotten so awkward. There must be
- 33:39Speaker 1: a producer with like a timer and he's like, you
- 33:40Speaker 1: almost made it. Yeah, seconds the reigning champions.
- 33:45Speaker 2: Yeah, it's it's it's odd. It's odd to me just
- 33:50Speaker 2: because Shane wouldn't be having that, nor would I hug
- 33:54Speaker 2: a street man for that long out of respect for
- 33:57Speaker 2: my husband. Correct.
- 33:59Speaker 1: Then Area looks disgusted and says pathetic. Ariana feels like
- 34:03Speaker 1: she's being gas lit and remind Sena he continues to
- 34:06Speaker 1: treat her like shit. She says, he ain't your friend, babe.
- 34:12Speaker 1: The only thing that kind of confuses me about Sena
- 34:16Speaker 1: missing Sandoval is her writing these lyrics and her song apples.
- 34:20Speaker 1: Are you ready to hear the lyrics? Yeah, let's hear
- 34:21Speaker 1: it type these bad boys out, narcissistic psycho. Cut you
- 34:27Speaker 1: out like light bow, see you right through with my
- 34:30Speaker 1: eyes closed, from a Ferrari to a Jetta. Thought you
- 34:34Speaker 1: knew Betta through it out the window. I thought you
- 34:37Speaker 1: were faithful. I see you a snake though. I hope
- 34:40Speaker 1: there's a place for friends like you. You missed this
- 34:45Speaker 1: person that you talked to, Like listen, you may give
- 34:48Speaker 1: each other a hard time, but I ain't calling you
- 34:50Speaker 1: any of these names.
- 34:51Speaker 2: So yeah, I yeah, that was a lot. I like
- 34:54Speaker 2: how she says the song wasn't really written about him.
- 34:56Speaker 2: She just added that line and later, oh about it
- 35:00Speaker 2: was just one line. Don't worry about Santival. It was
- 35:02Speaker 2: just one line at the end. It's not a big deal.
- 35:07Speaker 1: That's too good. Sheena and Brock at their apartment packing
- 35:10Speaker 1: for San Francisco. Uh Ariana and Dan head to dinner.
- 35:14Speaker 1: What are your thoughts on Ariana and Dan?
- 35:16Speaker 2: Okay, here's my thoughts. I felt like the dinner was
- 35:21Speaker 2: super awkward and forced. But then I also try to
- 35:25Speaker 2: realize that he's probably not used to filming. It's their
- 35:28Speaker 2: first time in a long time being together face to face,
- 35:33Speaker 2: so maybe the awkwardness was just the cameras, but I
- 35:37Speaker 2: didn't feel a lot of chemistry between the two of them.
- 35:39Speaker 2: And I also couldn't figure out why he went to
- 35:41Speaker 2: San Francisco when he literally didn't go anywhere with her,
- 35:46Speaker 2: I know.
- 35:46Speaker 1: But and then I also was confused when they said,
- 35:48Speaker 1: this is our first time flying together. But I was like,
- 35:51Speaker 1: I feel like, I've seen you guys on all these trips.
- 35:54Speaker 1: Are you jogging there or are they meeting? I don't know.
- 35:58Speaker 1: I don't know. It's not that I felt like they
- 36:03Speaker 1: didn't have chemistry. It almost feels like to me, they're
- 36:07Speaker 1: still like you know, when you first get I mean,
- 36:10Speaker 1: I'm not this way, but there are human beings that
- 36:12Speaker 1: when they're first getting to know each other, they like
- 36:14Speaker 1: put their best face forward.
- 36:16Speaker 2: And they're just they're giddy and awkward.
- 36:19Speaker 1: Yeah, I think that's what's happening. I think they're like
- 36:22Speaker 1: crushing on each other, but they're not in that full
- 36:25Speaker 1: comfortable spot yet. But I could be wrong.
- 36:31Speaker 2: But then, I mean, I felt like there wasn't a
- 36:32Speaker 2: lot of chemistry. I felt like it was kind of awkward.
- 36:34Speaker 2: But then again, I do realize that they are still
- 36:36Speaker 2: together now, so clearly they have feelings for one another
- 36:42Speaker 2: or would have lasted this long.
- 36:43Speaker 1: Well, last night she on Watch What Happens Live. She
- 36:45Speaker 1: had to play a game where she had to pick
- 36:47Speaker 1: what she would rather do, hang out with Sandoval or
- 36:50Speaker 1: do all of these other terrible things. And I was like,
- 36:53Speaker 1: this must be fun for Dan to watch. She's probably
- 36:55Speaker 1: really loving it because a couple of times she had
- 36:57Speaker 1: to pick Sandoval. The other option was so terrible.
- 37:00Speaker 2: Like what getting eaten by a shark or something, and
- 37:02Speaker 2: we're hanging out with Sandoval.
- 37:04Speaker 1: I think it was like having sex with Jack's. Now
- 37:07Speaker 1: maybe she actually chows jack I can't remember exactly what
- 37:09Speaker 1: it was, but they were they weren't great.
- 37:12Speaker 2: Oh wait, let me ask you. If you had to
- 37:14Speaker 2: choose between Jack's or Tom Sandival to have sex with,
- 37:17Speaker 2: which one would it be? Tom Sandoval? Okay?
- 37:22Speaker 1: I just I don't know. I yeah, especially after watching
- 37:26Speaker 1: Jackson with the intimacy breathing, I was like.
- 37:30Speaker 2: Jack's always seems sweaty to me. He just always seems moist.
- 37:35Speaker 1: Yeah, please, you I feel about that work.
- 37:38Speaker 2: That's why I said it.
- 37:40Speaker 1: Then Shorts, Sandoval's mom and James meet Santoval backstage. Sandoval
- 37:44Speaker 1: says it feels so good to perform and see everyone
- 37:46Speaker 1: letting loose shorts and Joe head outside. He asks how
- 37:50Speaker 1: many guys she's banging. Joe shoves him. Things have just
- 37:52Speaker 1: been awkward since their conversation on the couch. Tom says
- 37:56Speaker 1: it felt weird without her since they took a break,
- 37:58Speaker 1: but he doesn't want to send mixed Joe says he
- 38:01Speaker 1: gives her whiplash.
- 38:03Speaker 2: What do you think of their Do you think they
- 38:05Speaker 2: have chemistry? I feel like they have this weird, odd chemistry.
- 38:10Speaker 2: I mean I find them like so awkward that that
- 38:13Speaker 2: conversation outside was so awkward.
- 38:16Speaker 1: Yeah, entertaining, Yeah, I mean it's entertaining. I don't know
- 38:19Speaker 1: if it's that they haven't shared exactly what has gone
- 38:24Speaker 1: on between them, so they're trying to cover up stuff.
- 38:28Speaker 1: So it's more awkward, you know what I mean, Like there's.
- 38:30Speaker 2: Yeah, because they're trying to talk around things instead of
- 38:32Speaker 2: just talking about it.
- 38:33Speaker 1: Yeah, instead of giving us all the tea, they've just
- 38:36Speaker 1: spilt little droplets of like the tea bag, and it's
- 38:39Speaker 1: not making sense. So then it just comes off really
- 38:43Speaker 1: awkward because they're both fimming right what I feel like?
- 38:49Speaker 1: But yeah, I don't know she was. She was all
- 38:51Speaker 1: refed up. Then they go to the airport. Lalla doesn't
- 38:55Speaker 1: get Dan's attraction to Ariana, who just left a man
- 38:58Speaker 1: of ten years. Everyone boards the plate and heads to
- 39:02Speaker 1: San Francisco. Sandoval says he would like to meet Dan,
- 39:05Speaker 1: but he's going to leave everyone alone. You see when
- 39:10Speaker 1: Sandoval walks onto the plane, Dan's like eating a sandwich
- 39:13Speaker 1: and he's like says something and they like pause on
- 39:16Speaker 1: like him. But what it? I mean most of the time,
- 39:21Speaker 1: I can kind of understand what Lala's saying. I I
- 39:25Speaker 1: think I fully understand what Dan's attraction is to Ariana.
- 39:29Speaker 2: Every guy wants to know say it. Oh, every guy
- 39:32Speaker 2: wants to be the hero. Is that what he is? Yeah?
- 39:35Speaker 1: Every guy wants to be the hero that sweeps you
- 39:37Speaker 1: off your feet, that makes everything better.
- 39:41Speaker 2: And the good guy.
- 39:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 39:44Speaker 2: She had the bad guy. Now he gets to come
- 39:46Speaker 2: in and be the good guy.
- 39:47Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 39:47Speaker 2: I do feel like Lala had to change a heart
- 39:49Speaker 2: though when she saw him come out of the shower.
- 39:51Speaker 2: Though I could say I would say that I personally
- 39:55Speaker 2: didn't think one way or the other. I mean, I
- 39:57Speaker 2: thought Dan was a good looking guy, but I didn't
- 39:59Speaker 2: really think that he was super hot until he let
- 40:04Speaker 2: his hair down and he didn't have a shirt on.
- 40:06Speaker 2: His hair was so long and he had no shirt on.
- 40:08Speaker 2: I was like, oh, hello, Dan, I.
- 40:11Speaker 1: Wasn't ready for it to be longer than like my
- 40:13Speaker 1: longest hair extensions.
- 40:15Speaker 2: They were like, no, his is real. He doesn't have
- 40:17Speaker 2: extensions in Yeah, I know.
- 40:21Speaker 1: But I think they both. I don't know. My guess
- 40:25Speaker 1: isn't isn't Dan moving out here to live with Ariana?
- 40:29Speaker 2: Well, for them, it's someone's got to move, and it's
- 40:32Speaker 2: gonna be Dan. She's not gonna leave La.
- 40:35Speaker 1: Yeah, true, true, true, true. Then they arrive on the boat.
- 40:40Speaker 1: Brock asked Ariana if the ride was awkward, and Ariana
- 40:44Speaker 1: says he was just scenery that she didn't notice. Brock
- 40:47Speaker 1: asked Ariana f Brock's doing his work. Brock then asked
- 40:50Speaker 1: arian It if she ever sees herself moving forward. Arianna
- 40:54Speaker 1: asked for whose benefit in Brock says his wife.
- 40:59Speaker 2: No, the answer is for your own benefit. That's the
- 41:02Speaker 2: correct answer.
- 41:03Speaker 1: Yeah, Like Brock, I don't think you get to ask
- 41:07Speaker 1: for an example. I don't know. I just I don't
- 41:12Speaker 1: think when there's been allegations about like just stop stop.
- 41:16Speaker 2: Stop.
- 41:17Speaker 1: This is where you probably should have left it. Brock.
- 41:21Speaker 2: Well, I think the conversation was good in the beginning,
- 41:23Speaker 2: and I think his intent was good, and I liked
- 41:25Speaker 2: what he had to say, But he shouldn't have brought
- 41:26Speaker 2: Shena into it. It should have been about concern for Ariana,
- 41:29Speaker 2: and that's where you should have left it. And so
- 41:31Speaker 2: when she said for whose benefit, he should have just
- 41:33Speaker 2: said for you, for you to have peace, for you
- 41:35Speaker 2: to move on, for you to feel better, for you
- 41:37Speaker 2: to be happier, et cetera, than bringing Sena into it, it
- 41:40Speaker 2: just went.
- 41:42Speaker 1: And also, let's be really clear, whatever issues Brock and
- 41:45Speaker 1: Sheena are having really don't have anything to do with
- 41:48Speaker 1: Tom Sanderbal at this point.
- 41:51Speaker 2: No, because the hug, the awkward hug, has not happened yet.
- 41:54Speaker 1: Yeah, oh my gosh. Then they're going to the Roaring
- 42:00Speaker 1: Twenties party Shena facetimes Brock and he's down the street
- 42:04Speaker 1: getting his hair cut to match the theme better. Lalla
- 42:07Speaker 1: goes into Ariana's room, We see the hair, blah blah blah.
- 42:10Speaker 1: Then uh, what else even exciting at this point happened?
- 42:16Speaker 1: Ariana and Sandval have the same shoes.
- 42:18Speaker 2: On yeah, but what do you think the reason is
- 42:19Speaker 2: that Dan doesn't go to the party with Ariana, Like,
- 42:22Speaker 2: do you think there's more to it? Do you think
- 42:24Speaker 2: he's trying to avoid being on camera too much, or.
- 42:29Speaker 1: Maybe he's trying to avoid confrontation with Sandoval so he's
- 42:32Speaker 1: able to do it like in a controlled setting like
- 42:35Speaker 1: an airplane, but if they're drinking in cameras and whatever involved,
- 42:40Speaker 1: like maybe he doesn't want to do that. But also
- 42:44Speaker 1: them all showing up in full twenties outfits to a
- 42:47Speaker 1: regular restaurant with everybody dressed in regular clothing.
- 42:51Speaker 2: I know, I know that didn't make sense to me.
- 42:53Speaker 2: I thought, couldn't you have at least ordered some twenties themes,
- 42:56Speaker 2: something off of Amazon and like throw it on the
- 42:58Speaker 2: tables or something. There is no decor that had anything
- 43:02Speaker 2: to do with this theme.
- 43:05Speaker 1: But my favorite part of this episode was the conversation
- 43:09Speaker 1: between Katie and Force where they're talking about and I
- 43:13Speaker 1: thought he was gonna say bang, but he just said,
- 43:16Speaker 1: like we can go back order snacks, lay on our phone,
- 43:20Speaker 1: and last night and watching What Happens Live, she goes listen.
- 43:22Speaker 1: I would have been more prone to probably bang him,
- 43:25Speaker 1: but to lay and do nothing with somebody is way
- 43:28Speaker 1: more intimate, And I was like, that's kind of a
- 43:29Speaker 1: good point.
- 43:30Speaker 2: Yeah, it really is.
- 43:31Speaker 1: But they are they are vibing each other a little bit.
- 43:35Speaker 1: Did I sound really young when I said vibing?
- 43:37Speaker 2: Yeah? You know what Annabel says, Now, have you heard this?
- 43:41Speaker 2: She says, yes, I was just gonna say that. What
- 43:45Speaker 2: is that? I just heard it. She was like, yeah,
- 43:49Speaker 2: they he was rizzing on me or something. I'm like,
- 43:51Speaker 2: what are you talking about? She goes, you know, like charisma,
- 43:54Speaker 2: but we say riz. I was like, I can't.
- 43:56Speaker 1: And then I can't. I spelled wiz wrong to slay
- 44:00Speaker 1: and she was like, mom, it is not whatever I
- 44:03Speaker 1: wrote like aris.
- 44:04Speaker 2: Still I'm like, oh, is it disease?
- 44:09Speaker 1: Whatever way I spelled it was incorrectly. I was like, sorry,
- 44:12Speaker 1: I didn't know about the charisma arma. But then it
- 44:16Speaker 1: kind of ends with Shena bringing up the idea of
- 44:18Speaker 1: Tom apologizing for bringing up aspects of ariana his mental
- 44:22Speaker 1: health that she didn't want public. This was a very
- 44:25Speaker 1: good point that she brought up. He did not need
- 44:28Speaker 1: to do that. He tried to make the affair seem
- 44:32Speaker 1: like he had to do it because of her mental state,
- 44:35Speaker 1: or he had to stay with her because if he wouldn't,
- 44:37Speaker 1: she threatened to commit suicide, like all of those things.
- 44:40Speaker 1: And then Tom says, I love you, Shena, and thanks
- 44:43Speaker 1: for being there for me.
- 44:46Speaker 2: But let me ask the question, though, because I did
- 44:48Speaker 2: enjoy this conversation and I thought Shina was very articulate
- 44:52Speaker 2: in it. But do you think that she initiated that
- 44:56Speaker 2: conversation because that's something that's been bothering her? Because I
- 44:59Speaker 2: feel why she's talking on behalf of Arianna and Arianna's
- 45:02Speaker 2: mental health. So is this something that Arianna has said
- 45:06Speaker 2: that bothered her but she just can't say it's the
- 45:08Speaker 2: Tom because she's not talking to him, or do you
- 45:09Speaker 2: think it's something production had? Sheena say, I just felt
- 45:13Speaker 2: like it was a heavy subject for her to just
- 45:14Speaker 2: bring up off the top of her head.
- 45:18Speaker 1: Maybe because Sheena herself is struggling with her own postpartum
- 45:23Speaker 1: OCD anxiety, those types of things she might be more
- 45:26Speaker 1: aware of. It's one thing for you to control your
- 45:29Speaker 1: own narrative and talk about how your mental health is feeling,
- 45:32Speaker 1: but it's another for somebody else to throw it in
- 45:35Speaker 1: your face and use it to weaponize you. So it
- 45:39Speaker 1: could have just been I mean, I think Shena, even
- 45:42Speaker 1: though they make her, you know, appear to be very
- 45:45Speaker 1: self absorbed, I think that she has a good heart,
- 45:49Speaker 1: and I think when you look back at the time,
- 45:52Speaker 1: that is really the biggest issue.
- 45:54Speaker 2: So you think that that was something that weighed heavily
- 45:57Speaker 2: and that she felt like she had to talk to
- 45:58Speaker 2: the Sandoval about that and bring that up. Yeah, okay, but.
- 46:02Speaker 1: I mean Arianna could have also said it to her, like.
- 46:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I just wondered if maybe there was a conversation
- 46:07Speaker 2: that we weren't privy to where she brought that up
- 46:09Speaker 2: and then and then that's why she had brought it
- 46:11Speaker 2: up to Tom.
- 46:11Speaker 1: All Right, we'll take a quick break. We'll come back
- 46:13Speaker 1: and talk about the Valley. Episode seven. All right, we
- 46:25Speaker 1: are back. We're at the hair Loss Party fight. I
- 46:28Speaker 1: love the it's called the hair loss party. Yeah, the
- 46:30Speaker 1: hair loss Party fight. At least it's not like New Beginnings, oh,
- 46:35Speaker 1: new Follicles.
- 46:37Speaker 2: It's the New Beginnings Party. Oh my god, the New Beginning.
- 46:42Speaker 1: Well. I was actually surprised they all came back in
- 46:45Speaker 1: that room except for Kristen and Luke. I didn't think
- 46:47Speaker 1: that was actually going to happen at the end of
- 46:49Speaker 1: that fight.
- 46:50Speaker 2: Well, that's because Michelle demanded that everyone reconvene.
- 46:56Speaker 1: And why is some people listening to Michelle other than
- 46:58Speaker 1: she like her? Some of those words that Sina used
- 47:02Speaker 1: in Apples could also be used for Michelle from what
- 47:04Speaker 1: I'm seeing.
- 47:05Speaker 2: I don't disagree with that. I don't know, I don't
- 47:08Speaker 2: I feel like, why does everyone listen?
- 47:10Speaker 1: Yeah, like why does everyone? Why does she get to pick?
- 47:13Speaker 2: But she asked the.
- 47:15Speaker 1: Room if anybody said that. Jesse said he was going
- 47:18Speaker 1: to leave Michelle in two months. Jesse says, if anybody
- 47:21Speaker 1: is divorcing anybody, it's Michelle divorcing him. Michelle and Janet
- 47:25Speaker 1: say Kristin shouldn't be invited around the group anymore.
- 47:29Speaker 2: Okay, I felt badly for Kristen. I feel badly for her.
- 47:32Speaker 2: I feel like she has such a scapegoat in this
- 47:34Speaker 2: entire situation.
- 47:36Speaker 1: Like also, you can't ice out the ice cube tray,
- 47:39Speaker 1: like we need her in order to keep this all going,
- 47:43Speaker 1: Like y'all wouldn't have a show if it wasn't for
- 47:46Speaker 1: Kristin keeping this shit together. And also it really was.
- 47:52Speaker 1: Jack's even said in his confessional, He's like, I wrap
- 47:55Speaker 1: this up nasty great, you know, like I got it.
- 47:58Speaker 2: That's yeahactly. That's the part I don't understand is everyone
- 48:02Speaker 2: else has dirty hands as well, Like Janet's clearly talking crap,
- 48:07Speaker 2: and Jasmine and Jack's are clearly talking crap. And Jacks
- 48:10Speaker 2: even wanted Jasmine to go get more information to bring
- 48:13Speaker 2: back to him so that he could drop a bomb.
- 48:14Speaker 2: But everybody's mad at Kristin.
- 48:17Speaker 1: Unlike the only people that I think are nice enough
- 48:19Speaker 1: on this cast to not say anything about the situation
- 48:24Speaker 1: are Nia, Danny and Brittany. I think they would have
- 48:27Speaker 1: just kept their mouths shut. I mean, Brittany said I
- 48:30Speaker 1: wouldn't say nothing, and she But Brittany, here's the thing
- 48:33Speaker 1: Brittany does know and her relationship is we're starting to
- 48:38Speaker 1: see the breaks in that she still isn't throwing somebody
- 48:42Speaker 1: else under the bus to try to disguise it, which
- 48:45Speaker 1: clearly that's what Jackson is doing exactly.
- 48:48Speaker 2: But then to explain again why Kristin is the bad
- 48:51Speaker 2: guy in all of this and why they're trying to
- 48:52Speaker 2: ice her out, because we all know what happens on
- 48:55Speaker 2: a show when you ice someone out, Like the purpose
- 48:58Speaker 2: is so that they're not on the show anymore.
- 49:00Speaker 1: Show anymore. Well, this is my one note to Kristen.
- 49:05Speaker 1: When you're going to deliver information, you just can't mess
- 49:09Speaker 1: up a word, especially every time, yes, every time, like
- 49:14Speaker 1: we give you one get out of jail free card.
- 49:16Speaker 1: But if you're going to deliver a key thing, make
- 49:20Speaker 1: sure it's accurate because then.
- 49:23Speaker 2: Because wiggle room, everybody, yeah, they can wiggle out of it.
- 49:27Speaker 2: That's why I'm telling you. I did that last year.
- 49:29Speaker 2: I messed up something that Heather said and I didn't
- 49:32Speaker 2: think it was that big a deal, but then I
- 49:33Speaker 2: realized it gave her a loophole to say. I didn't
- 49:36Speaker 2: say that. That's not right, you're wrong, you're crazy. You
- 49:38Speaker 2: don't know what you're talking about. And I knew exactly
- 49:40Speaker 2: what I was talking about. I just messed it up
- 49:41Speaker 2: a little bit.
- 49:42Speaker 1: So you're to be very clear with your delivery, and
- 49:45Speaker 1: if that means have one less alcoholic beverage before you
- 49:48Speaker 1: deliver heartbreaking news to someone, you should.
- 49:52Speaker 2: Or or use Q cards, no cards, memorize that there
- 49:55Speaker 2: might write it down.
- 49:57Speaker 1: You know, shell divorcing Jesse, that's the part you.
- 50:01Speaker 2: Missed, right, And maybe practice it with Luke first.
- 50:04Speaker 1: But also the fact once I know we're skipping ahead, Well, one,
- 50:08Speaker 1: why is Luke wearing the same T shirt this entire episode?
- 50:11Speaker 1: Why Whiskey? What did it say? Like Whiskey makes it
- 50:15Speaker 1: better with red T shirt? No matter what he was filming,
- 50:19Speaker 1: what he was doing, he was in that Whiskey shirt
- 50:21Speaker 1: and it was a lot for me. But what I
- 50:23Speaker 1: didn't really realize until we panned forward to that conversation
- 50:26Speaker 1: was that this information about the divorce came from Luke.
- 50:31Speaker 1: I thought, yes, because Luke's like, that's not really what
- 50:34Speaker 1: I shaid I should But I thought she knew this
- 50:38Speaker 1: from Michelle and messed it up. But no, she actually
- 50:41Speaker 1: only knows the stuff from Michelle about the alleged cheating
- 50:45Speaker 1: or affair with whomever. But Luke is the one that
- 50:49Speaker 1: told her about the potential divorce because.
- 50:52Speaker 2: From the Boys' Night whatever. Rad Jack says, Yeah, that's right,
- 50:55Speaker 2: that's what she messed up. She did get that from
- 50:57Speaker 2: Luke and she messed it up. Yeah.
- 50:59Speaker 1: So Luke's like, listen, I'm new to this shit, but
- 51:01Speaker 1: I told you what to say and you put it up.
- 51:04Speaker 2: You mess up your line, man, that it's on you.
- 51:07Speaker 2: But what about when?
- 51:08Speaker 1: So Michelle comes in and she's I got to try
- 51:12Speaker 1: to master the face.
- 51:13Speaker 2: But it's like, oh, is this after the hike in
- 51:16Speaker 2: the smoothie? Now we're on the smoothies.
- 51:17Speaker 1: Yeah, She's like, Hi, So I dropped Isabella off at
- 51:21Speaker 1: school and then I stopped and got us smoothies. I
- 51:26Speaker 1: thought that smoothies would be a great thing for us today.
- 51:30Speaker 2: I thought. I was like, smoothies would smooth things over.
- 51:34Speaker 2: Ha ha ha.
- 51:38Speaker 1: And then like there's zero expression in her face, there's
- 51:42Speaker 1: zero like inflection in the voice. All I can see
- 51:45Speaker 1: is the hatred she feels towards Jesse.
- 51:48Speaker 2: Jesse thinks palpable.
- 51:50Speaker 1: It's Jesse's like, I think this is actually bringing us
- 51:53Speaker 1: together and I'm so glad you knew I wasn't divorcing you.
- 51:55Speaker 1: And she's like, of course I knew that because I'm
- 52:01Speaker 1: cheating on you. You don't fucking idiot.
- 52:04Speaker 2: And everybody knows about it and accept you.
- 52:08Speaker 1: And everyone knows on this show, and this is why
- 52:12Speaker 1: we will get a second season with our new significant others.
- 52:19Speaker 1: But this is where I like Jesse. And Jesse's confessional,
- 52:22Speaker 1: he talks about his commitment and that you fight for
- 52:27Speaker 1: it and blah blah, blah, Like.
- 52:29Speaker 2: Okay, here's the question. Did we misjudge Jesse from the beginning?
- 52:33Speaker 2: I feel slightly guilty about maybe calling him a douche lord.
- 52:39Speaker 1: I mean, I think he's a douche lord. But I
- 52:41Speaker 1: do think they came into this with a lot of
- 52:46Speaker 1: marital problems and he didn't know how to decipher through them.
- 52:50Speaker 1: So if she was sleeping with Michael Bay allegedly or
- 52:53Speaker 1: whatever was happening, or she did have this boyfriend or
- 52:57Speaker 1: this person she was texting, whatever the secret is, I
- 53:00Speaker 1: think he knows what the secret is, and they sucked
- 53:04Speaker 1: up the secret and decided they were going to come
- 53:06Speaker 1: in and film and try to get through it and
- 53:08Speaker 1: work it out. And he's realizing through filming, like she
- 53:12Speaker 1: hates my guts, right, I mean, I think he alludes
- 53:18Speaker 1: to that in the confessional. But now I'm curious, you
- 53:22Speaker 1: know how sag after I did a thing where like,
- 53:26Speaker 1: you can't hire AI to write scripts and stuff. Do
- 53:30Speaker 1: you think you can hire AI to be in reality
- 53:33Speaker 1: television shows? And maybe that is what Michelle is just
- 53:36Speaker 1: say Ai, Yeah.
- 53:38Speaker 2: It could be, because there's there's not a lot of
- 53:40Speaker 2: emotion there.
- 53:42Speaker 1: I mean, it's who But when he said he noticed
- 53:48Speaker 1: Michelle is starting to put her phone face down when
- 53:50Speaker 1: they're together.
- 53:51Speaker 2: Yeah, and she's not posting on Instagram. Okay, what he
- 53:55Speaker 2: says she's not posting is that because she says she's
- 53:57Speaker 2: going out to drink some friends, but she's not going
- 53:59Speaker 2: out to drinks with and she's really messing around with
- 54:01Speaker 2: as a guy. And that's why she's not posting anything.
- 54:03Speaker 1: Yes, because what is she going to do? Posts a
- 54:05Speaker 1: boomerang and then see Harry Knuckles and it's clear that
- 54:08Speaker 1: she's boomerang with a man and not with Kristen like
- 54:11Speaker 1: she has. You know, she's probably said I'm going out
- 54:15Speaker 1: with the girls. But if you're going to be present
- 54:17Speaker 1: and off social media, then you have to stay consistent
- 54:20Speaker 1: with that throughout. And I don't think that's what's happening.
- 54:24Speaker 2: So I do. I do like when he when he
- 54:26Speaker 2: does like the cheers with the smoothie and he's like
- 54:28Speaker 2: team Jesse and Michelle, and she's all, yeah, team Jesse
- 54:32Speaker 2: and Michelle. Yeah, cheers to uh team Jesse and Michelle.
- 54:44Speaker 1: Yeah. Then Janet tells Jason that Jasmine told her that
- 54:50Speaker 1: Jax told her about the r It's one big game
- 54:54Speaker 1: of telephone, Janet reveals that Sheena just told her that
- 54:57Speaker 1: Gene is in the mix. We're gonna see Shea in
- 54:59Speaker 1: the valley soon. That there's a rumor about Jack's cheating
- 55:02Speaker 1: on Brittany. Janet, you may be pregnant, but that does
- 55:06Speaker 1: not get you excused from being called out on being messy.
- 55:10Speaker 2: You're being messy. Her husband thinks she's messy.
- 55:13Speaker 1: Also, her unborn child isn't going to be surprised by
- 55:16Speaker 1: a Jack's cheating rumor, like even that He's like, listen,
- 55:21Speaker 1: I heard it all by now. Yeah.
- 55:22Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 55:24Speaker 1: Then Kristen and Luke go to the doctor to see
- 55:26Speaker 1: if she's able to conceive. There's five follicles. Then Janet
- 55:31Speaker 1: and Jason go to Jackson Brittany's. At this point, Brittany
- 55:35Speaker 1: Jax has now turned into Michelle like Jacks is also
- 55:40Speaker 1: ai and enraged that Brittany is like speaking while Cruz
- 55:47Speaker 1: is having his therapy. I'm like, if you really wanted
- 55:49Speaker 1: Cruz to have his therapy and be uninterrupted, maybe not
- 55:53Speaker 1: have entire film crew there.
- 55:55Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly. You know this is you can really see
- 55:58Speaker 2: their marriage just completely unravel. I feel like he's been
- 56:01Speaker 2: trying to be on his best behavior through most of
- 56:05Speaker 2: this filming up until now, and he's just he's reached
- 56:08Speaker 2: his breaking point, like he can't do it anymore.
- 56:10Speaker 1: No, he's at this point he's in love with Laurie
- 56:12Speaker 1: or whatever, because he is done with this. He's done.
- 56:17Speaker 1: He's not even faking it, like it's he's not even
- 56:19Speaker 1: being nice.
- 56:22Speaker 3: Uh.
- 56:23Speaker 1: Then they're all kind of hanging out. Janet tells Jackson
- 56:26Speaker 1: Jasmine told her about the Michelle rumors. Britney says, and
- 56:30Speaker 1: I believe Brittany in this moment. Maybe I am a
- 56:33Speaker 1: you know, naive, but when Brittany's like, you shouldn't reveal
- 56:37Speaker 1: that information regardless even if you did know. And then
- 56:40Speaker 1: Jax is like you see Jax's confessional and it just
- 56:44Speaker 1: shows like the difference in who they are as people.
- 56:48Speaker 1: When like Brittany will hold it close to the chest
- 56:51Speaker 1: and like not share somebody that she really cares about,
- 56:54Speaker 1: you know, whether she cares about them or not.
- 56:56Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not going to.
- 56:57Speaker 1: Throw their life under the bus. And Jackson is like
- 57:00Speaker 1: looking at it like sport right.
- 57:01Speaker 2: And well, and she's also been his ride or die
- 57:04Speaker 2: and forgiven him for multitudes of things, and he clearly
- 57:08Speaker 2: doesn't even give her any like any what am I
- 57:11Speaker 2: trying to any?
- 57:13Speaker 1: He gives her nothing, He gives her no credit, he
- 57:15Speaker 1: gives her nothing, like he's not even fun with her,
- 57:18Speaker 1: Like you're so far I'm not seeing really any reason
- 57:22Speaker 1: why you would want to be with Jack's, especially when
- 57:26Speaker 1: you see the way that Nia and Danny are together,
- 57:30Speaker 1: Like Nia's going through a tough time, they call Danny.
- 57:34Speaker 1: She calls Danny's sister to talk about her postpartum. I
- 57:37Speaker 1: think this is an important conversation to have about medication
- 57:41Speaker 1: and if you know, giving your like how you want
- 57:43Speaker 1: to call it baby blues, right, it could be more
- 57:46Speaker 1: and giving yourself permission to seek help from a professional.
- 57:51Speaker 1: Then we go to the tantrics expert.
- 57:54Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, you know that he had no desire
- 57:57Speaker 2: to go to that. He's like, I'm good because I'm
- 57:58Speaker 2: having sex with someone else, so really no need to
- 58:02Speaker 2: do this.
- 58:03Speaker 1: But I think at that point she didn't either, because
- 58:07Speaker 1: did you see like he's kind of like just death
- 58:10Speaker 1: glaring her like he's like yeah, and she won't even
- 58:13Speaker 1: look at him in the eyes, like she's like and
- 58:16Speaker 1: then the sex where it's like how did that feel?
- 58:19Speaker 1: And She's like, all of a sudden, she's now Michelle.
- 58:21Speaker 2: She's like, yeah, very a great, great, great.
- 58:28Speaker 1: Amazing, never better. I don't know, but it's.
- 58:35Speaker 2: It's a lot. What is it? Jack says, Brittany is
- 58:37Speaker 2: my soulmate. I guess.
- 58:39Speaker 1: Oh my god, I hope Edwin writes that on my
- 58:42Speaker 1: next I hope Edwin writes that to me on Mother's Day. Yeah,
- 58:46Speaker 1: because you know, I guess, I here's my soulmate. I guess.
- 58:51Speaker 2: I guess. I mean, if I had to pick one, I.
- 58:55Speaker 1: Mean compared to the rest. I mean, I know I'm
- 58:58Speaker 1: liking things that say should have married Stacy, but.
- 59:02Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, that's right. We didn't talk about that.
- 59:05Speaker 2: I know, how inappropriate, Like.
- 59:11Speaker 1: That's almost as inappropriate as having sex with Laurie in
- 59:14Speaker 1: the back.
- 59:14Speaker 2: It's so inappropriate, even if they're not together. It's so
- 59:18Speaker 2: inappropriate just for their child's sake, like just to not
- 59:22Speaker 2: have a certain level of respect for your the mother
- 59:26Speaker 2: of your child, to not like that. What's wrong with them?
- 59:30Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 59:31Speaker 1: But also this is what I really also don't understand.
- 59:35Speaker 1: We get. Then Jack's, Luke and Jason go bowling, which
- 59:39Speaker 1: Jax is looking a fool. But why does he care
- 59:44Speaker 1: about Kristin's relationship with Luke? Why does he care? Like
- 59:48Speaker 1: I can't wrap my head around why he wants Luke
- 59:51Speaker 1: to see this other side of Kristen. What does he care? Well?
- 59:55Speaker 2: I don't know. And is she known? Is she actually?
- 59:58Speaker 2: I mean, like we talked about previously, I wouldn't say
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: she was a liar based upon what we've watched throughout
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: this season. I would say that she's a ding dom
- 1:00:06Speaker 2: and that she messes stuff up, But I wouldn't say
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: she's a liar.
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: I don't think she's intentionally trying to lie. I think
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: that she always messes up the words. But Luke has
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: clearly watched vander Pump Rules because he knew right away
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: to say, well, you're a self confessed pathological liar to Jacks,
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: and then editors of course pants crash batting it. And
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: then Jackson is like that was ten years ago, I've
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: grown up. And then the editors are even more brilliant
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: because they're showing him say the exact thing from vander
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: Pump Rules the Valley right, and I'm like, Jacks, your
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: time of being the good guy and coming after Tom
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: Sandoval have now ended, and it's writ you you just
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: really wanted to be the number one guy in the group.
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: Yeah, but don't you find it hard to watch him
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: saying the things that he says, knowing that we know
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: now what we know now? I mean, what a do? Sure?
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: Then we see Nia and Danny and Jesse and Michelle
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: meet up for sushi, and when Michelle brings up the
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: topic of Kristen, Nia is like, you know what, guys,
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: I can't Like, my cup is already pouring over from
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: the stress that I'm under and what I'm feeling, and
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: like I can't take this on. And I was like,
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: good for her. I think it'll be hard if once
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: we get to next season, if she is going to
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: continue removing herself from the drama. But I think for
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: now it really resonates it's appropriate for what she's going through.
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: I do think it's how she will navigate being on
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: the show past one season. If she isn't going to
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: be willing when she's feeling better to engage, I think
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: will be the riding on the.
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: Wall for them. Yeah, I thought the same thing. I
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: don't know if Nia is just so a one season wonder,
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: because you're right, she does have her own personal story,
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: which is very compelling. But once you get past the
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: personal story, if she's not willing to get involved, to
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: talk about other people, to gossip, to be included in it,
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: then it's not gonna it's not gonna work.
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: Yeah, And I do I like her confessionals with Danny
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: when they're talking about the house or they're trying to
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: decide where Valencia is when they're talking about budget, like
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: all that. I enjoy them, But either Danny or Nia,
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: one of them is going to have to get messy,
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: has to get messy after this this season.
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: No, let's they get a hall pass.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: You get a hall pass. But then Janet and Jason watchcrews.
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: So Brittany and Jack's gonna have a date night. The
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: fact that these two know nothing about children but are
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: about to have a child is also interesting to me.
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: It is. Yeah, and we didn't even talk about like
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: the risk and the risk benefit of picking the like
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: you should just never pick it up, Like.
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: Why would you want to hold a kid when there's
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: a blank chance of falling? And Luke tells Kristen that
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: the group is afraid to be is afraid to be
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: around her and Kristen's just like okay. At this point,
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: I feel like she's like, Luke, quit trying to produce me.
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: I've been doing this show for years. I know how
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: to be a mess. I'm sorry, Like, let me do
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: my thing like you do your thing. I'll do mine.
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: Stick it in and get me pregnant and let's keep
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: it going.
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: Right, like I brought you out here to get me pregnant,
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: not to lecture me.
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: Not to lecture me on how to say that you
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: know Michelle was going to divorce Jesse, not vice versa.
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: Do you let me ask you a question though? Do
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: you think that Michelle is very anti Kristen. Kristen shouldn't
- 1:03:53Speaker 2: be around. Nobody shouldn't like Kristen because Kristen is the
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: one who knows this information. So if she just consistently
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: Paintsen is a liar or as a bad guys, and
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: then she's able to kind of have one more week
- 1:04:05Speaker 2: without anyone knowing the secret. Yet.
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: Yeah, I think she knows that. I think Michelle is
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: like a master manipulator, so I think she knows that
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: Janet doesn't fully know the information, Jasmine doesn't fully know
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: the information, and she knows Britney. Brittany has also confided
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: in her in some extent, so I think she knows
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: Britney's not going to say anything. Jacks is trying to
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: get the information but doesn't have it all and so
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: her only threat is Kristin, and she's learning that Kristin
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: can be a loose cannon.
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: So she's working hard to make Kristen look like the
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: nut that needs to remove from the tree.
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: Yeah, but I think it's as we watch more and
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: as we see what's happening now, like I mean clearly,
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: I mean, I think she thought she was going to
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: be able to manipulate the audience to think that Jesse
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: was horrible and she's a saint, and she did at first.
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I was totally like te Michelle from the beginning.
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: And I even thought that she kind of had that
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: very stoic I guess you would say AI kind of
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: personality because of him, But now I don't think that's true.
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: No, I don't think that's true either. I think he
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: was acting douey because of her at that point, Like
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: I was like, I don't trust all of this, But
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: then we get into the next douchey situation. Jack's and
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: Brittney's date night, which once again is at the Madrion.
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: I'm like, so they must have some deal for free
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: shit at the mandre On, because why else would you
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: want to go have room service but like cooked in
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: the room at the Mandrion.
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: And I also, it didn't seem like either one of
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: them took it seriously because he has like a T
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: shirt on, and I mean, she looks cute, but like
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: for a date night that she's been wanting to happen,
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: Like she has her glasses on and she's not. Like
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: I don't know. I just felt like neither of them
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: really was interested in being there.
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: No, I feel like maybe this was like a pickup.
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: It just something didn't feel whatever, Like even when he
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: said you can't be upset, No, you can't be upset
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: about that. No, you can't do that, I was like,
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: actually she can be, And like, why why are we
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: panning to these conversations that are just feel I don't know.
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: Brittany thinks he's shaming her about parenting. Jack says his
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: job allows him to leave the house. Brittany thought they
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: were running the bar together. Brittany says, but don't you
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: even do anything? I do everything. This is where Jack's
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: loses it, because once you push a narcissist and they
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: feel like somebody can see behind the veil, then they're
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: going to start striking back even harder. And then they
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: you know, then money conversation starts getting involved. You realize
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: they both put the same amount of money into their home. Right,
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: more confusing why Brittany's the one that had to leave
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: just that's how much she's like, get a way for me,
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: Jack's right, but Jax walks off. But I think the
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: biggest part, the biggest takeaway from me and this conversation
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: is realizing how little Jax really has to do with
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: Jack's the bar, right, it is infuriating her because it's
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: not a something about her or a Schwartz and Sandy situation.
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: Like this is an existing place that already exists and
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: is very popular called Rocos. There is a little subdivision
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: on the side that'll be called Jax's that already is
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: being run by the existing people of the popular place Rocos.
- 1:07:41Speaker 2: So do you think they reached out to him or
- 1:07:43Speaker 2: he reached out to them and just said, hey, why
- 1:07:46Speaker 2: don't we just do something together?
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: I think either way, my guess is he gets like
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: a percentage of the sales on the nights that he's there,
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: or whatever it may be. But I think her disgust
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: is coming from the fact of, like, it's not a.
- 1:07:57Speaker 2: Full time job. It's not like you put together this
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: whole bar and you created it and you're there every
- 1:08:02Speaker 2: day and you're meeting with architects and things like that.
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: Like that, it's unfathomable for us to believe as like
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: him creating whatever they put into the men's hair growth
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: line that he was promoting.
- 1:08:14Speaker 2: Like like that that he put that together like in
- 1:08:16Speaker 2: a chemistry lab, like yeah it got and he's like.
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: Yeah, no, it's just like dude, yes, I'm happy that
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: we have this other opportunity, but you can't act like
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: this is your baby that you've built from the ground up,
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: like I hope it's successful, but like the priority should
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: be me and our kids, because you you showing up
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: and parting with people and bringing in more sales, like
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: that's great, but it's you're it's not.
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: It's not a full time job. Yeah, And so the
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: whole conversation about the second child, how she was saying,
- 1:08:56Speaker 2: I thought we were on the same page. I thought
- 1:08:57Speaker 2: we were gonna, you know, work on a having a
- 1:08:59Speaker 2: second child. All I can think is how he's probably
- 1:09:03Speaker 2: backed out of that because he's with somebody else. Yeah,
- 1:09:06Speaker 2: I mean I wonder he doesn't he doesn't want to
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: have a second kid? Are you kidding?
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: But that's why I'm wondering, do you think? And I
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: know there's no way we can prove this or not.
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: Member cameras came back up. I'm hungering, yes, okay, once
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: she moved out, I'm wondering if this is a pickup scene,
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: if this date really happened in real time, or if
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: this is a pickup because.
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: Well, there's just no chemistry there, and there's a lot
- 1:09:31Speaker 2: there's just a lot of tension between the two of them.
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: Yeah, and you never normally feel that with her.
- 1:09:38Speaker 2: No, and again, and she didn't put, she didn't put. Well,
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: she was talking about how she wants to feel sexy
- 1:09:44Speaker 2: and she wants to feel beautiful, and she wants Jack
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: to make her feel sexy and beautiful and launderie and
- 1:09:48Speaker 2: all this kind of stuff. And they have this date
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: night with flowers and roses and sushi, and she just
- 1:09:53Speaker 2: she doesn't she didn't dress the part. Now I'm not
- 1:09:56Speaker 2: saying that she should have, but based upon prior's statements
- 1:09:59Speaker 2: that she had made, she just to.
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: Wear night and heels and doing right.
- 1:10:03Speaker 2: She said, ale those things. But then like they show
- 1:10:05Speaker 2: up for this date night and she just has'tail.
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: She like, one, YEA, let's do this thing. Let's pretend
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: this one date, let's have So I feel like that
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: fight had already happened. I think that fight actually did happen.
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: I just think we may have seen it happen the
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: second time, right, so who knows, But it did make
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: me sad, like that that ever happened at all. Like
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: I just you know, you want to believe even when
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: people are assholes, that like they're going to change, and
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: you want to believe that having a family or when
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: they come for other people that they'll see the light.
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: But you see in this moment like he hasn't changed.
- 1:10:44Speaker 2: No, I feel badly for her. She's so sweet. I mean,
- 1:10:47Speaker 2: she she deserves better. So team Brittany.
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: Team Brittany Jackson, we love watching you on television, but
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: as a human being.
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: We really appreciate right now.
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: Yeah, and she is a good mother. So all right,
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: you guys, let us know your thoughts and uh, we'll
