Not Ashamed | Cozy Afternoon Walk: Romans (S1), Ep.3
Welcome to Cozy Afternoon Walk — a short pause in your day to sit with Scripture, one verse at a time.
Today's passage: Romans 1:16
"For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes." (NIV)
He had every reason to be ashamed — writing to the empire's capital about a man executed on a cross. And yet: I am not ashamed. His courage was never home-grown. It was borrowed from something that doesn't need defending.
This episode is part of our season through Romans. New devotionals added regularly.
