Mega Edition: The New York Times And Their Less Than Exemplary Epstein Coverage (8/20/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

0:00
Speaker 1: The show Today, we're going to talk about the two
0:03
Speaker 1: thousand pages of documents that The New York Times sued
0:06
Speaker 1: the Bureau of Prisons for. Specifically, we're going to discuss
0:12
Speaker 1: what was going on with Epstein around his final days,
0:17
Speaker 1: because this is something that obviously still has not been explained.
0:21
Speaker 1: Now you'll see some people try and section that's coming
0:24
Speaker 1: out that it points to Epstein killed himself, and that's
0:28
Speaker 1: fine and well if people want to believe that, that's cool.
0:31
Speaker 1: I'm not here to try to change anybody's mind, right,
0:34
Speaker 1: I just give you my opinion of what I think
0:36
Speaker 1: occurred and keep it moving. But still, with these documents,
0:41
Speaker 1: there's not enough there for me to say, ah, you
0:43
Speaker 1: know what, it's rather obvious that Epstein killed himself. No
0:50
Speaker 1: explanation of why he was in a sale with a
0:53
Speaker 1: cell with Nicholas Tartaglioni previously, no explanation about what happened
0:58
Speaker 1: in that cell with Nicholas. And furthermore, I've said it
1:02
Speaker 1: once and I'll stay it again. What kind of message
1:05
Speaker 1: was Tartaglione he's sending to Epstein in that prison cell.
1:09
Speaker 1: TARTAGLIONI should have never been in that cell with Epstein
1:12
Speaker 1: in the first place. Epstein was a high profile inmate.
1:18
Speaker 1: He should have been in the shoe. He should have
1:20
Speaker 1: been put away out of the spotlight, and it should
1:24
Speaker 1: have been taken care of with kid gloves. That's how
1:29
Speaker 1: important of an inmate he was. And it's not like
1:32
Speaker 1: his institution didn't have experience with high level inmates. Choppo
1:37
Speaker 1: was there. You know, a whole bunch of people were
1:39
Speaker 1: in this place. Now, don't get it twisted. The place
1:42
Speaker 1: as a shithole an absolute and the way it's managed
1:46
Speaker 1: is an absolute shit show as well. There is no
1:49
Speaker 1: denying that there were absolute moronic moves made by the staff.
1:56
Speaker 1: There is no doubt that there was negligence by the staff,
2:01
Speaker 1: and there is certainly no doubt that whoever the boss
2:04
Speaker 1: was should have been fired. But none of that happened,
2:07
Speaker 1: right we got Oh, the warden gets moved to a
2:10
Speaker 1: different jail facility. What about the manager on duty? Isn't
2:16
Speaker 1: there a chain of custody for the evidence? None of
2:19
Speaker 1: that came into play here. So while there was a
2:24
Speaker 1: gigantic shit storm of things that went wrong overall leading
2:29
Speaker 1: up to his death, and obviously on the night he died,
2:33
Speaker 1: there are no answers for any of that so far,
2:36
Speaker 1: and any time I ask people, who are you know
2:39
Speaker 1: in the legacy media or journalists or it's always the
2:43
Speaker 1: same answer, I don't know. Nobody can put all of
2:47
Speaker 1: this together. And there's a reason for that. Oh sure,
2:50
Speaker 1: they'll give you some documents. You really think this is
2:52
Speaker 1: all they had to give you? Stop it, give you
2:55
Speaker 1: enough to make you you know, all right, got some
2:58
Speaker 1: of the documents. I'm talking about the United States government here.
3:04
Speaker 1: I highly doubt we're ever going to find out the
3:08
Speaker 1: situation with Tartaglioni, and it's a huge issue. You have
3:14
Speaker 1: a guy, Tartaglioni, who was in jail for four homicides, right,
3:19
Speaker 1: alleged four homicides, and not just anybody. The people he
3:24
Speaker 1: is alleged to have killed are cartel associates. You don't
3:28
Speaker 1: just clip cartel associates if you're not somebody who's bowed
3:31
Speaker 1: it about it, ready to go. This dude clipped cartel
3:35
Speaker 1: associates over drugs, allegedly then gets busted with a contraband
3:42
Speaker 1: prison cell phone in his cell a few weeks before
3:44
Speaker 1: he's moved into a cell with one of the most
3:46
Speaker 1: high profile prisoners in the whole entire place. Then that
3:50
Speaker 1: prisoner attempts to quote unquote kill himself in that jail
3:53
Speaker 1: cell with TARTAGLIONI there, come on, man, that's the kind
3:58
Speaker 1: of shit you see on a horrible movie on like
4:01
Speaker 1: Prime that has like the two point three stars. It's
4:06
Speaker 1: all just an absolute dumpster fire. And you know, and
4:10
Speaker 1: I applaud the Times, the New York Times for at
4:13
Speaker 1: least trying to, you know, shed a little light here
4:15
Speaker 1: going after these documents, But really it comes down to
4:20
Speaker 1: are you asking the right questions? And we all know
4:23
Speaker 1: that the legacy media from the very beginning has been
4:26
Speaker 1: off target, And to be honest with you, they take
4:31
Speaker 1: their cue from independent content creators and independent journalists who
4:34
Speaker 1: have been working this case, a lot of them a
4:37
Speaker 1: lot longer than me. So the legacy media, you know,
4:41
Speaker 1: they finally catch up after getting lapped and we have
4:46
Speaker 1: conk conclusive evidence. No you don't, there's nothing conclusive here,
4:51
Speaker 1: you know. And it's also funny to me too. You
4:54
Speaker 1: have these you know, journalists who are always talking about, oh,
4:56
Speaker 1: the government's this or the government's that, but then they're
4:59
Speaker 1: so willing to just believe whatever the FBI or the
5:02
Speaker 1: Department of Justice tells them you can miss me with
5:06
Speaker 1: all of that. Maybe I'm too cynical for my own
5:09
Speaker 1: good at this point, but I don't believe anything the
5:11
Speaker 1: establishment tells me anything, and I don't care what side
5:15
Speaker 1: it's coming from. I check everything I hear these days,
5:20
Speaker 1: and I highly suggest that all of you out there
5:22
Speaker 1: listening to this podcast do the same. Don't just take
5:25
Speaker 1: my word for it. That's why I post these articles
5:28
Speaker 1: inside of the description box. Read along with me. But
5:33
Speaker 1: whatever you do, don't just take what you hear and say, oh, well,
5:37
Speaker 1: that's got to be the truth. Check all of it.
5:40
Speaker 1: Because we have been we have been dog walked by
5:42
Speaker 1: this legacy media for way too long. And previously we
5:46
Speaker 1: had no recourse. There was no alternative media. There was
5:49
Speaker 1: no you know, social media or independent content creators that
5:54
Speaker 1: have eight hundred and nine hundred thousand followers and a
5:57
Speaker 1: little bit of financing for them to make their own moves.
5:59
Speaker 1: There was none. That you were stuck with. What was
6:01
Speaker 1: ever pumped through your TV or on the radio, and
6:04
Speaker 1: that was it. But now people have choices, So the
6:07
Speaker 1: legacy media is going to have to step up their game.
6:10
Speaker 1: And the New York Times right here, definitely doing that.
6:13
Speaker 1: Got to give him their props, right, you know, I
6:16
Speaker 1: try not to just break chops around here. If somebody
6:19
Speaker 1: does a good job at these reporters, and there's been
6:21
Speaker 1: plenty of them that have, then we want to make
6:23
Speaker 1: sure we want we credit them, right. So the New
6:27
Speaker 1: York Times and Thistical definitely a good job going after
6:31
Speaker 1: this stuff. But my problem is, like always, it does
6:36
Speaker 1: not go far enough what happened leading up to the
6:42
Speaker 1: day of his death. Can anyone explain why he would
6:45
Speaker 1: be in a jail cell with Nicholas TARTAGLIONI. I mean,
6:50
Speaker 1: I'm here, I'm waiting, and again I am more than
6:53
Speaker 1: willing to follow the evidence wherever it goes. If somebody
6:56
Speaker 1: gives me a logical reason why that occurred, then I
6:59
Speaker 1: am more than willing to bite. But if you say
7:02
Speaker 1: that there was negligence, and you say that there was
7:04
Speaker 1: these big mess ups at the prison, that I want
7:07
Speaker 1: massive firing. I want everybody involved, everybody who was even
7:12
Speaker 1: close to the situation fired, not relocated, none of that,
7:17
Speaker 1: because if we don't punish them, is what's just gonna
7:21
Speaker 1: happen again and again and again and again. So there
7:24
Speaker 1: has to be some kind of recourse, and personally, we
7:30
Speaker 1: haven't seen any of that, right, I haven't seen any
7:32
Speaker 1: of it. I haven't seen any sort of retribution or
7:40
Speaker 1: poor people who were on duty that night who let
7:43
Speaker 1: this happen. Just the two lowly guards and they get
7:45
Speaker 1: a deferred sentence. What about the boss? Where was the manager?
7:49
Speaker 1: Where was the you know, the head honcho, sergeant screw
7:53
Speaker 1: walking around smacking his night stick off of the cell bars?
7:58
Speaker 1: Where's that guy at? So nobody gets in trouble here,
8:03
Speaker 1: and we're just supposed to accept that it's just a
8:06
Speaker 1: big screw up. Guys, keep it moving, no big deal,
8:08
Speaker 1: This is what happens sometimes. Screw that. I'm not willing
8:11
Speaker 1: to accept that. If I have to do my job
8:13
Speaker 1: up to a certain standard, you inside of the jail
8:18
Speaker 1: safeguarding prisoners better get on board and do your job
8:21
Speaker 1: correctly as well, or you need to be fired. And
8:23
Speaker 1: I don't want to hear about unions or any of
8:25
Speaker 1: that shit either. All right, if you do not do
8:28
Speaker 1: your job up to a standard, that is, you know,
8:32
Speaker 1: at the very least the minimum, you gotta go. And
8:36
Speaker 1: letting Jeffrey Epstein get killed or kill himself in your facility.
8:41
Speaker 1: I would say that that's a fireable offense. All right.
8:46
Speaker 1: So let's take a look at this article from the
8:49
Speaker 1: Dai Mail and let's see what Shannon Thaler for Daly
8:52
Speaker 1: Mail has to say headline, I'm a coward. I wouldn't
8:57
Speaker 1: kill myself. How Jeffrey Epstein fooled jailside psychologists two weeks
9:01
Speaker 1: before hanging himself allegedly in his cell at as two
9:05
Speaker 1: thousand newly released prison documents shine light on his final days,
9:09
Speaker 1: including his complaint about his running toilet. So right off
9:14
Speaker 1: the bat, he fooled psychologists? How do we know that?
9:18
Speaker 1: You ever think that maybe the guy wasn't suicidal? Here's
9:22
Speaker 1: my biggest problem with the whole suicide situation. There is
9:26
Speaker 1: no evidence that the dude was feeling suicidal. There is
9:29
Speaker 1: nothing to back that up. And while I know that
9:33
Speaker 1: you know not everybody who commits suicide has a long
9:36
Speaker 1: history of circumstance that leads up to it. More times
9:41
Speaker 1: than not, people are depressed there, you know, in their emotions.
9:46
Speaker 1: So this psychologist got fooled, must not be great of
9:49
Speaker 1: a psychologist. Huh. So I again, I doubt that he
9:55
Speaker 1: fooled any jail psychologists. Jeffrey Epstein used his last days
10:01
Speaker 1: alive at a Manhattan jail, a jail complaining about his
10:04
Speaker 1: running toilet and fooling jail psychologists into thinking he wasn't suicidal.
10:09
Speaker 1: Two weeks before hanging himself in his jail cell, alleged, well,
10:12
Speaker 1: the whole bunch of people that he wasn't. So it wasn't,
10:16
Speaker 1: just like the psychologist. So again, there is so much
10:20
Speaker 1: gray area here and for anyone to assert that we
10:25
Speaker 1: have all of the information and we can make a
10:28
Speaker 1: declaration about what definitely occurred in that jail cell. Those
10:32
Speaker 1: are the kind of people that could just steer clear
10:34
Speaker 1: of me. Hear that nonsense. I want to see proof.
10:42
Speaker 1: And short of that, well, we're gonna keep having this discussion, right,
10:45
Speaker 1: We're gonna have the discussion about what occurred now as
10:49
Speaker 1: far as uh, you know, one way or the other,
10:53
Speaker 1: buying in one way or the other. Again, I remain
10:55
Speaker 1: agnostic wherever the evidence leads. More than two thirl Bureau
11:01
Speaker 1: of Prisons records obtained by the New York Times just
11:04
Speaker 1: days before Epstein's alleged co conspirator and alleged fellow child abuser,
11:09
Speaker 1: you know all of that stuff. Glenn Maxwell is set
11:12
Speaker 1: to start trial revealed Epstein was a con artist up
11:15
Speaker 1: until his last day. Well breaking news. Water is wet
11:18
Speaker 1: and the sky is blue. We all know Jeffrey Epstein
11:21
Speaker 1: was a con artist, So what makes you think he
11:24
Speaker 1: wasn't doing the double con here again? To act like
11:29
Speaker 1: we know is kind of ludicrous in my opinion. We
11:32
Speaker 1: have no idea, and the Geil has been very quiet
11:37
Speaker 1: about what happened in there. The fact that The New
11:39
Speaker 1: York Times had to sue for the documents that they
11:41
Speaker 1: had to sue for tells you everything you need to
11:43
Speaker 1: know about the Department of Justice, about the Bureau of Prisons.
11:49
Speaker 1: All they're worried about is covering their ass. They don't
11:52
Speaker 1: want to have any egg on their face. They don't
11:55
Speaker 1: want to deal with this issue. Among the unclassified page
12:00
Speaker 1: which were uncovered after The Times filed the Freedom of
12:03
Speaker 1: Information Act lawsuit was a clinical intervention report, which was
12:07
Speaker 1: filed on July eleventh, twenty nineteen, and stated that Epstein
12:11
Speaker 1: continues to deny any suicidal id ideation, intention, or plan.
12:17
Speaker 1: So he fooled the psychologist. Everybody acts like Jeffrey Epstein
12:22
Speaker 1: was like this gigantic You know, Brainchile. The dude was
12:25
Speaker 1: a fucking numschool folks, all right. He was shrewd when
12:30
Speaker 1: it comes to manipulating his way into society. He was
12:33
Speaker 1: great amongst the so called elite, but as far as
12:38
Speaker 1: being some master classman, as far as being a you know,
12:42
Speaker 1: Rhodes scholar, Come on, man, everybody who knows him talks
12:45
Speaker 1: about what an idiot he was. All of a sudden,
12:48
Speaker 1: the guy is a mensa. Can today stop it? I
12:53
Speaker 1: have no interest in killing myself, the disgraced financier Pedophile
12:57
Speaker 1: told a prison psychologist, according to the BOP documents. He
13:01
Speaker 1: also said he was a coward and did not like pain.
13:04
Speaker 1: I would not do that to myself. He added, well,
13:06
Speaker 1: I can agree with that. Definitely was a coward, So yeah,
13:09
Speaker 1: I could. I could definitely definitely see him saying that
13:12
Speaker 1: and for them to act like, oh he was he
13:16
Speaker 1: fooled the psychologist. Okay, I guess we can. You know,
13:20
Speaker 1: we have to definitely take that into account, and it's
13:23
Speaker 1: definitely a possibility. We don't know one hundred percent what
13:27
Speaker 1: occurred here. That's the whole point, right, Trying to get
13:29
Speaker 1: down through the weeds and into some area where we
13:32
Speaker 1: can see some open ground, and these two thousand pages
13:38
Speaker 1: of documents certainly shine some light on it, but enough
13:43
Speaker 1: for us to stick conclusively one way or the other
13:45
Speaker 1: what happened here, especially when you get into the reports
13:48
Speaker 1: and you see that Jeffrey Epstein wasn't talking like a
13:50
Speaker 1: man who wanted to kill himself. During another psychological evaluation
13:58
Speaker 1: just days after arising. Arriving at the prison, Epstein told
14:01
Speaker 1: a psychologist that being alive is fun. Yeah, that's an understatement.
14:07
Speaker 1: Also reportedly requested to speak to his lawyer, brush his teeth,
14:11
Speaker 1: and have a shower, and the psychologist noted that Epstein
14:14
Speaker 1: was polite and even had a sense of humor. The
14:17
Speaker 1: psychologist wrote he was future oriented and noted that he
14:20
Speaker 1: denied having ever sexually abused anyone and believed he would
14:24
Speaker 1: be released after his renewed bail hearing. So, according to her,
14:28
Speaker 1: he was future oriented, meaning he was thinking of the future.
14:32
Speaker 1: He thought he was going to get out at this
14:34
Speaker 1: bail hearing. Why wouldn't he think that with all of
14:36
Speaker 1: the people he knows, all the contacts he has, all
14:39
Speaker 1: of the people he had under his thumb. Of course
14:42
Speaker 1: he's thinking like that. Hell yeah, I'm getting out of here.
14:46
Speaker 1: Then he gets into that cell with Tartaglioni, and everything
14:50
Speaker 1: changes after that, doesn't it. Now. I don't know what
14:53
Speaker 1: happened in that cell, folks. I'm not gonna sit here
14:55
Speaker 1: and make pretend I do. Like a lot of other
14:57
Speaker 1: people will tell you, Oh, I know this one or
14:59
Speaker 1: that one, or stop it. We don't know. What I
15:03
Speaker 1: do know is this everything changed after he was in
15:07
Speaker 1: that room with Tartaglioni. What did Tartaglioni say to him
15:11
Speaker 1: in that room? What was the conversation about? Guess we'll
15:15
Speaker 1: never know. But less than a month later, on August tenth,
15:21
Speaker 1: the financier pedophile hanged himself with a bed sheet. According
15:25
Speaker 1: to the Medical Examiner, he was pronounced dead while awaiting
15:28
Speaker 1: trial on sex trafficking charges, and was facing forty five
15:31
Speaker 1: years in prison if convicted. Imagine only force fucking. It's
15:35
Speaker 1: enraging to think only forty five years. This dude should
15:38
Speaker 1: have been facing four thousand and five hundred years rico
15:43
Speaker 1: all of it. Epstein was tossed into the federal jail
15:47
Speaker 1: in Lower Manhattan until six, twenty nineteen, after he was
15:51
Speaker 1: arrested aboard his private jet Teterborough report in New Jersey
15:55
Speaker 1: following his return from Paris. Two years after Epstein's suicide,
15:59
Speaker 1: the old Federal jail closed down the BOP sided, crumbling
16:03
Speaker 1: security measures and infrastructure at the facility, which was once
16:07
Speaker 1: considered one of the most secured detention centers in the country.
16:11
Speaker 1: It goes to show you just the complete crumbling of
16:15
Speaker 1: society as it is. We have all of these jail
16:20
Speaker 1: cells and they're all disgusting shitholes, there's no doubt about it.
16:27
Speaker 1: And something like this is allowed to occur. It's such
16:30
Speaker 1: an embarrassment. And it doesn't matter if he killed himself
16:34
Speaker 1: or if he got killed. The fact that he was
16:37
Speaker 1: died in their custody is an absolute black eye to
16:41
Speaker 1: the whole entire system. An indictment stated that Epstein had
16:50
Speaker 1: recruited dozens of teenage girls throughout the nineteen nineties and
16:53
Speaker 1: early two thousands to engage in sexual acts with him
16:57
Speaker 1: and his billionaire friends at his mansion in Manhattan, a
17:00
Speaker 1: state in Palm Beach, and private island in Saint Thomas. Notice,
17:04
Speaker 1: there was no talk about New Mexico. The dude was
17:07
Speaker 1: so blated in New Mexico that it's not even funny.
17:11
Speaker 1: Nobody wanted to say shit down in New Mexico, Bill
17:14
Speaker 1: Richardson's backyard, the backyard of the Kings. Nobody wanted to
17:19
Speaker 1: have a conversation. I was down in New Mexico. I
17:22
Speaker 1: was in Santa Fe for four days. Talked to a
17:25
Speaker 1: few sources, some ex law enforcement, and it was all
17:28
Speaker 1: bad down at that Zoro Ranch, folks, from everything I
17:31
Speaker 1: heard from sources on the ground, from everything I have read,
17:35
Speaker 1: all of the people with knowledge of what went on,
17:38
Speaker 1: how Zoro Ranch hasn't been raided yet is beyond me.
17:43
Speaker 1: It is audacious that this place has remained untouched. In exchange,
17:51
Speaker 1: he would pay the young women hundreds of dollars in cash,
17:53
Speaker 1: according to the indictment. After the loss of his freedom,
17:57
Speaker 1: six year old spent a lot of time in conference
17:59
Speaker 1: rooms with lawyers to avoid his dirty cell, and spent
18:02
Speaker 1: the days leading up to his death meeting with psychologists
18:05
Speaker 1: to discuss his mental health. The Times reported here Epstein
18:09
Speaker 1: reminisced about his star studded social circle and even offered
18:13
Speaker 1: psychologists and other inmates investment advice. Such a stand up guy, huh,
18:18
Speaker 1: let me get some investment and advice from Jeffrey Epstein, No,
18:21
Speaker 1: thank you end up in prison, my luck. Honestly, who
18:27
Speaker 1: would want to hear anything from this guy, prisoner or otherwise.
18:34
Speaker 1: He also complained that he was upset about wearing an
18:36
Speaker 1: orange jumpsuit and being treated like a bad guy when
18:39
Speaker 1: he did not do anything wrong in the prison. Oh no,
18:42
Speaker 1: you're just a great guy, Jeffrey. You should have been
18:44
Speaker 1: treated even better. In fact, you shouldn't have even went
18:46
Speaker 1: to jail. Ever. The absolute detachment that these people have
18:53
Speaker 1: from reality is bonkers. It's almost impossible to understand. These
18:59
Speaker 1: people are so det from what real life is like
19:02
Speaker 1: and from what the real world is like, that there's
19:05
Speaker 1: not enough words to even explain it. He asked why
19:09
Speaker 1: he had to wear the brightly colored jumpsuit due to
19:11
Speaker 1: his being housed in Shoe also known as Special Housing
19:15
Speaker 1: Unit and the Hole, which is where the Federal Bureau
19:17
Speaker 1: of Prisons segregates prisoners by disciplinary action. Epstein requested that
19:23
Speaker 1: he'd be placed in a brown uniform during his legals
19:25
Speaker 1: and was told his concerns would be addressed in the
19:27
Speaker 1: Shoe meeting. The report also revealed Epstein complained about the
19:32
Speaker 1: running toilet in his cell, his difficulty sleeping, numbness in
19:35
Speaker 1: his right arm, feeling cold in his cell, and not
19:38
Speaker 1: having enough water in an attorney conference. So nothing to
19:43
Speaker 1: mind blowing there, huh, nothing to uh end of the
19:46
Speaker 1: world dish. So I don't you know again the hole
19:52
Speaker 1: he killed himself? While it's definitely a possibility, right, a
19:55
Speaker 1: big time possibility, there's nothing that is here that says
20:01
Speaker 1: to me, well, he definitely killed himself. According to the Times,
20:07
Speaker 1: the report failed to prove any conspiracy theories that Epstein's
20:10
Speaker 1: death was not a suicide or that he was assisted
20:13
Speaker 1: in killing himself to be true. Uh, what I don't
20:20
Speaker 1: even know what to say about stuff like that? Was
20:22
Speaker 1: that what their goal is to try and prove or
20:26
Speaker 1: disprove any conspiracy theories? How about just get into the truth.
20:29
Speaker 1: And it's funny that the New York Times is the
20:31
Speaker 1: arbiter of that. Huh. I'm old enough to remember weapons
20:35
Speaker 1: of mass destruction? Wasn't that one of their favorites that
20:37
Speaker 1: they pitched us have a long memory when it comes
20:40
Speaker 1: to being lied to folks, especially such as The New
20:43
Speaker 1: York Times. However they deal to They detailed how Epstein
20:47
Speaker 1: consistently lied to correctional officers and reassured those who interacted
20:52
Speaker 1: with him during his thirty six days of detention that
20:55
Speaker 1: he had much to live for. The court document noted
20:58
Speaker 1: that he did not appear to be in any distress
21:00
Speaker 1: at this time, and even said that he was living
21:03
Speaker 1: a wonderful life despite being on suicide watch. The BOP,
21:07
Speaker 1: which the time sued in order to access the documents,
21:10
Speaker 1: had created a task force reportedly committed to strengthening suicide
21:14
Speaker 1: prevention at the facility. Yeah, that worked out well. Huh.
21:20
Speaker 1: Their whole entire new unit that they have set up
21:23
Speaker 1: here worked out great, fantastic, the suicide prevention program. Again,
21:28
Speaker 1: the whole entire system is a dumpster fire, the whole
21:32
Speaker 1: Bureau of Prisons, the whole Bureau of Prisons. I just
21:37
Speaker 1: watched the video of some dude getting absolutely the crap
21:40
Speaker 1: kicked out of him in some lock up in Jersey,
21:43
Speaker 1: and it was unbelievable. So these prison systems, there's no
21:49
Speaker 1: doubt that they're broken and they need to be fixed,
21:53
Speaker 1: zero doubt about that. One month later, Epstein was found
22:02
Speaker 1: unconscious after hanging himself in his jail cell, leading then
22:05
Speaker 1: US Attorney General William Barr to blame his death on
22:08
Speaker 1: a perfect storm of screw ups. According to the Times,
22:12
Speaker 1: Barr said there were serious irregularities at the Metropolitan Correctional
22:15
Speaker 1: Center and although he failed to elaborate, heeled by bureau
22:18
Speaker 1: officials five weeks after Epstein died, said that his identity
22:23
Speaker 1: appeared to be based on his wealth power and association
22:26
Speaker 1: with other high profile individuals. According to The Times, two
22:31
Speaker 1: again see this is where we run into some trouble.
22:35
Speaker 1: Your whole basis can't be well. He's lying in one
22:38
Speaker 1: sense to the psychologist, but here he's telling the truth. Again,
22:41
Speaker 1: we don't know. The dude was a shrewd liar. There's
22:45
Speaker 1: no doubt about that. If you want to say he
22:47
Speaker 1: was good at anything, it was being a compulsive liar.
22:49
Speaker 1: He wasn't smart, but he was a fantastic liar, like
22:54
Speaker 1: top notch, better than Holden Callfield, top notch liar in
23:00
Speaker 1: Take Screening also falsely described Epstein as a blackmail and
23:04
Speaker 1: noted that he had no prior sex offense convictions. Yet
23:07
Speaker 1: he was a registered sex offender in Florida with two
23:10
Speaker 1: convictions in two thousand and eight for solicit it for
23:13
Speaker 1: solicitation of prostitution and procurement of miners. To engage in prostitution.
23:18
Speaker 1: According to The Times. Again, to be clear, a miner
23:21
Speaker 1: can't be a prostitute. How can somebody who's not able
23:25
Speaker 1: to consent be a prostitute? Very odd. He was sentenced
23:29
Speaker 1: to just thirteen months following his guilty plea. In two
23:32
Speaker 1: thousand and eight, it was revealed that a phone calls
23:35
Speaker 1: he made were also not recorded, logged or monitored, which
23:38
Speaker 1: was against the detention center's policy. I know, just a coincidence, right,
23:42
Speaker 1: All of this is just a coincidence, and it just
23:46
Speaker 1: leads to the fact that there's just some big mistakes
23:49
Speaker 1: mad night. That's basically what the Times is telling you, folks. Again,
23:53
Speaker 1: it's up to you to believe what you're gonna believe.
23:57
Speaker 1: Epstein lied to jail officials up until the night he
24:00
Speaker 1: killed himself, allegedly to get a moment alone, which was
24:03
Speaker 1: not allowed considering Epstein was monitored around the clock and
24:07
Speaker 1: was supposed to be assigned to cell mate. Oh well
24:10
Speaker 1: that all worked out so well. No cell mate, the
24:13
Speaker 1: previous cell mate, Tartaglione. Well we know about him, no
24:18
Speaker 1: one monitoring him, calls not being logged, camera's not being
24:22
Speaker 1: pointed in the right cell being checked in as a
24:25
Speaker 1: black man. Six irregularities, six coincidences they want you to believe.
24:31
Speaker 1: And that's just right off the top of my head.
24:33
Speaker 1: I mean, come on, the legacy shureer up to it,
24:36
Speaker 1: aren't they. He said he wanted to call his mother,
24:41
Speaker 1: who had died in two thousand and four, but instead
24:44
Speaker 1: phoned his thirty year old girlfriend, Corinna Shuliac from Belarus.
24:48
Speaker 1: Call log showed that Epstein called Shuliac on July thirtieth two.
24:52
Speaker 1: She was one of the largest beneficiaries of several trusts
24:55
Speaker 1: that Epstein set up over the year. According to The Times,
25:01
Speaker 1: Epstein reportedly helped put Shuliac through dental school, and people
25:05
Speaker 1: aware of the phone conversations the night before Epstein's suicide
25:09
Speaker 1: noted that he gave no indication that he had a
25:11
Speaker 1: plan to kill himself. Same thing his lawyer, Doug Shoan said.
25:15
Speaker 1: Doug Shoan said that they were prepared to battle this out.
25:18
Speaker 1: They had a plan in place, and they were ready
25:20
Speaker 1: to go to the mattresses and then Epstein just turns
25:24
Speaker 1: up dead. So again, all I'm telling you is all
25:27
Speaker 1: of these people that were talking to him said he
25:30
Speaker 1: wasn't suicidal, said that he had no plans to kill himself.
25:33
Speaker 1: Now could he have been bullshitting everybody? Help? We're gonna
25:35
Speaker 1: need more before we run around with headlines. Conclusively, come
25:39
Speaker 1: on really conclusively for who people that just want to
25:42
Speaker 1: scratch the surface. Maybe. The post mortem report added that therefore,
25:49
Speaker 1: likely factors contributing to mister Epstein's suicide include the lack
25:53
Speaker 1: of significant interpersonal connections. What shoely Act's girlfriend been like
25:57
Speaker 1: that forever? There's an interpersonal connection right there? So what
26:00
Speaker 1: does that mean? A complete loss of his status in
26:03
Speaker 1: both the community and among associates. Not yet, he still
26:08
Speaker 1: had people backing him up. He still had it wasn't
26:11
Speaker 1: a law cause at this point, and the idea of
26:13
Speaker 1: potentially spending his life in prison. While that could definitely
26:17
Speaker 1: be enough for anyone to want to kill themselves, no
26:20
Speaker 1: doubt about it. But the other stuff is ridiculous. I mean,
26:23
Speaker 1: lack of significant interpersonal connections, that's bs. The BOP declined
26:33
Speaker 1: to comment on Epstein's time at the Metropolitan Correctional Center,
26:37
Speaker 1: but wrote in a statement that the safe, secure, and
26:39
Speaker 1: humane housing of inmates is BOP's highest priority. According to
26:43
Speaker 1: The Times, oh you're failing at that if that's your
26:46
Speaker 1: highest priority, you guys better get it together, because holy shit,
26:52
Speaker 1: what an absolute you're fire. Okay, got people dying all
26:57
Speaker 1: over the place in this country in these jails. They're
27:01
Speaker 1: administered horribly, horribly. The Bureau had previously rejected the Times
27:16
Speaker 1: public records request on multiple occasions, which Judge Paul A.
27:20
Speaker 1: Engel Mayor of Federal District Court in Manhattan, later called
27:24
Speaker 1: a high profile epic failure. It certainly does raise a concern,
27:28
Speaker 1: Engelmeyer said, adding that the wagons are being circled. No,
27:32
Speaker 1: and their federal government does not want people to have
27:34
Speaker 1: the truth. That's just the way of it. It's not
27:37
Speaker 1: a conspiracy theory or anything like that. They will not
27:41
Speaker 1: give you the transparency you're looking for. They'll say it's
27:45
Speaker 1: national security, or they'll come up with some kind of
27:48
Speaker 1: wild ass excuse, and then they'll make you sue them
27:50
Speaker 1: to get it. And they know that most people don't
27:52
Speaker 1: have the funds to go in on some big lawsuit.
28:00
Speaker 1: To the settlement between BOP and The Times, the agency
28:02
Speaker 1: handed over internal memos and emails, visitor logs, handwritten notes
28:06
Speaker 1: from inmates, and the psychological reconstruction of Epstein's death. The
28:11
Speaker 1: Times reported that some documents were heavily redacted, while others
28:15
Speaker 1: remained classified, including records associated with Epstein's earlier suicide attempt. Bang,
28:20
Speaker 1: there you go. What did I tell you, folks? Okay,
28:23
Speaker 1: that's what it's all about. And I just had this
28:25
Speaker 1: conversation on Twitter with some reporters. Nobody. It's fine, and well,
28:31
Speaker 1: we can all we could talk about the night of
28:34
Speaker 1: but what led up to it? Why don't we talk
28:37
Speaker 1: about that? Can we get those records unclassified now that
28:42
Speaker 1: we can't write? And they'll tell you it's because TARTAGLIONI
28:46
Speaker 1: is still on truck. So stupid, It's an absolute joke.
28:56
Speaker 1: High profile inmate. After being arrested at Newport, Epstein was
29:01
Speaker 1: placed in general inmate population, where the jail security is
29:04
Speaker 1: the most lax. According to one of the two thousand
29:07
Speaker 1: released pages, Then acting director of the BOP Hugh Hurwitz
29:12
Speaker 1: later eternal email attributing Epstein's placement into general population as
29:16
Speaker 1: an oversight by the US Marshall Service. Boy, those guys
29:19
Speaker 1: are really entre. Again, whenever you think about this situation,
29:23
Speaker 1: just think about the name tartag Leoni. For you. We're
29:27
Speaker 1: at a point where it's just pretty much spinning of
29:29
Speaker 1: the wheels. Apparently USMS Marshall service did not indicate that
29:35
Speaker 1: he was a high profile inmate, and staff were unaware
29:38
Speaker 1: that he was plans had been established, he wrote, As
29:41
Speaker 1: reported by the Times, the facility's assistant later noted that
29:46
Speaker 1: Epstein was in a cell looking distraught, sad and a
29:49
Speaker 1: little confused, and an email sent to three jail officials
29:52
Speaker 1: he seems dazed and withdrawn, the assistant added, she wrote,
29:56
Speaker 1: just to be on the safe side and prevent any
29:58
Speaker 1: suicidal thoughts, can someone from psychology come and talk with him?
30:02
Speaker 1: But according to the records, no one did at first,
30:05
Speaker 1: and a day after he was arrested on July seventh,
30:07
Speaker 1: twenty teen, the center's warden, Lemine and Die, finally identified
30:12
Speaker 1: Epstein as high profile and had him move to the Shoe,
30:16
Speaker 1: which was located on floor nine of twelve. So it
30:20
Speaker 1: took them all this time to even get him off
30:24
Speaker 1: the main line. And then, let's remember this warden was
30:28
Speaker 1: never fired. He just got moved over to a different facility.
30:32
Speaker 1: It's like the Catholic church right moving priests around. And
30:42
Speaker 1: Die cited concerns for the safety in general pop the
30:45
Speaker 1: next morning, at nine point thirty was Epstein's first psychological
30:49
Speaker 1: evaluation and he was scheduled to make his first court
30:52
Speaker 1: appearance the afternoon. The psychologist anticipated Epstein's bell denial and wrote,
30:57
Speaker 1: according to one of the unclassified documents inmate Epstein will
31:01
Speaker 1: likely be receiving bad news in court today and has
31:04
Speaker 1: multiple risk factors for suicide as identified by BOP statistics.
31:10
Speaker 1: Let's be proactive. So according to that article, that piece
31:17
Speaker 1: of documentation definitely something that they have to be on
31:20
Speaker 1: the lookout for. Right you get somebody in jail, you
31:23
Speaker 1: don't know if they're going to kill themselves or not.
31:25
Speaker 1: You don't know what's going through someone's mind, so you
31:27
Speaker 1: got to be proactive. Unfortunately they weren't. After his learning,
31:32
Speaker 1: Epstein was moved to the less restrictive psychological observation cell,
31:37
Speaker 1: where fellow inmates were tasked with monitoring the disgraced financier
31:40
Speaker 1: Pedophile in his cell and report his actions every fifteen minutes.
31:44
Speaker 1: On July ninth, the psychologist confirmed that suicide watch was
31:48
Speaker 1: not necessary for Epstein and he should be placed on
31:51
Speaker 1: psychological observation out of an abundance of caution, so that
31:55
Speaker 1: psychologists should be fired as well. Is that psychologists still
31:58
Speaker 1: seeing other clients in the jail? If so, are you
32:02
Speaker 1: comfortable with that? I'm certainly not. According to the Times,
32:08
Speaker 1: Epstein asked for his own cell, but was told he
32:10
Speaker 1: could not be alone for safety and security reasons. On
32:14
Speaker 1: July tenth, it was documented that Epstein smirked and asked
32:16
Speaker 1: a psychologist, why would you ever think I would be suicidal?
32:20
Speaker 1: I'm not suicidal and I would never be. Inmates continue
32:23
Speaker 1: to observe Epstein instead, and their notes were often lackluster
32:28
Speaker 1: and read Epstein is drinking water at the sink. I'm
32:31
Speaker 1: sure he wasn't doing very much in the jail cell. Okay.
32:34
Speaker 1: The fact that they have jailhouse snitches watching high profile
32:37
Speaker 1: inmates is uncomfortable for me as well. How about pis
32:40
Speaker 1: more guards? A lot of people out of work, Go
32:42
Speaker 1: and hire yourself a couple of guards. On July eighteenth,
32:47
Speaker 1: Judge Richard M. Berman denied Epstein's renewed bail request, and
32:51
Speaker 1: nearly one week later, on July twenty third, Epstein made
32:54
Speaker 1: his first suicide attempt. Allegedly that's when he was in
32:58
Speaker 1: the cell with Tartaglione, man who was want who allegedly
33:02
Speaker 1: committed four violent homicides against Mexican cartel operators. I'll let
33:07
Speaker 1: you come up with the rest, but for me, very
33:10
Speaker 1: very very interesting and something that still hasn't been explained.
33:16
Speaker 1: As we seen earlier, it sealed, it's still classified. I
33:20
Speaker 1: wonder why. The post mortem psychological reconstruction seemingly blamed the
33:25
Speaker 1: fell suicide attempt on the denial of bail as a
33:28
Speaker 1: significant disappointment for Epstein, which likely challenged his ability and
33:33
Speaker 1: willingness to adapt to incarceration. The report also noted that
33:38
Speaker 1: a psychologist should have assessed mister Epstein's mental status upon
33:41
Speaker 1: his return to the institution, but they did not. Again,
33:45
Speaker 1: more failures, more institutional failures. And really what it all
33:48
Speaker 1: comes down to, if he killed himself, he didn't kill himself.
33:52
Speaker 1: The federal government failed the survivors again multiple times throughout
33:57
Speaker 1: this whole entire ordeal. They were failed bot Perl government.
34:02
Speaker 1: He was removed from suicide watch thirty one hours after
34:06
Speaker 1: his attempt and placed back on psychological evaluation. According to
34:09
Speaker 1: The Times, a July twenty ninth entry said Epstein is
34:13
Speaker 1: sitting on the edge of the bed with his head
34:15
Speaker 1: and the palm of his hands. Not a word about Tartaglione. Folks,
34:19
Speaker 1: they want you to forget. Guess what we're not going
34:21
Speaker 1: to forget. During the time, he also consistently complained about
34:26
Speaker 1: the running toilet, in which made him grow increasingly frustrated.
34:30
Speaker 1: A psychologist noted that Epstein told them he would sit
34:33
Speaker 1: in the corner and hold his ears, speculating that he
34:36
Speaker 1: might have autism because of the aversion to noise. Okay,
34:40
Speaker 1: I don't know, certainly don't know enough about autism to
34:42
Speaker 1: give you an opinion. There. Some inmates briefed conversations they
34:47
Speaker 1: had with the jail social light, and one said, Epstein
34:51
Speaker 1: is talking about celebs he knows. So this is just
34:54
Speaker 1: more of that stuff. We're not gonna I'm not gonna
34:56
Speaker 1: keep going through all that. It's stupid. More entries of
34:58
Speaker 1: what the you know, the people were who were watching
35:01
Speaker 1: him have to say. Among the other documents obtained by
35:06
Speaker 1: the Times was an orange colored sign that red mandatory
35:09
Speaker 1: rounds must be conducted every thirty minutes on Epstein per
35:13
Speaker 1: uh inmate number seven six three one eight dash zero
35:17
Speaker 1: five to four as per God. So they're saying that
35:21
Speaker 1: these had to be done on Epstein but they weren't done.
35:25
Speaker 1: These people did not do their rounds. They didn't check
35:28
Speaker 1: on Epstein. Epstein was put back in schee on July thirtieth,
35:36
Speaker 1: with cellmate Ephron Reyes stone Reyes, who was serving time
35:40
Speaker 1: for assisting the government in a drug distribution conspiracy case.
35:44
Speaker 1: Epstein had complained that Reyes talking kept him up at night,
35:48
Speaker 1: at least until August ninth, when Reyes was transferred out
35:52
Speaker 1: of the Manhattan jail. I have done an article previously
35:55
Speaker 1: about stone Reis and what he had to say about Epstein.
35:58
Speaker 1: I'm gonna post that one later so you folks can
36:01
Speaker 1: check that out as well. That day, Epstein also met
36:05
Speaker 1: with lawyers as federal appeal as a federal appeals court
36:09
Speaker 1: released about two thousand pages of previously classified documents to
36:13
Speaker 1: use in a defamation lawsuit against Maxwell. According to The Times,
36:17
Speaker 1: at six thirty am the next day, Epstein would kill himself.
36:22
Speaker 1: He was pronounced dead an hour later, and officials would
36:25
Speaker 1: later predict that the graphic details uncovered uncovered in those
36:29
Speaker 1: documents further eroded his mental state. Now that's definitely a
36:33
Speaker 1: possibility as well, one hundred percent of possibility that he
36:37
Speaker 1: might have thought that this was it for him, and
36:40
Speaker 1: he decided to call it a day again. I don't
36:44
Speaker 1: know for sure, folks, so I won't sit here and
36:46
Speaker 1: hammer home one one opinion or the other into your heads.
36:51
Speaker 1: I don't know, But for me, I think that the
36:54
Speaker 1: most important piece of this puzzle that is not being
36:57
Speaker 1: discussed is TARTAGLIONI. What did he play? Why was he
37:01
Speaker 1: in that jail cell with Jeffrey Epstein? And was he
37:04
Speaker 1: there to send a message? Again, I don't have evidence
37:07
Speaker 1: to back that up, but those are the questions that
37:10
Speaker 1: I ask all the time, and those are the questions
37:12
Speaker 1: that have yet to be answered. If you'd like to
37:17
Speaker 1: contact me, you can do that at Bobby Kapuci at
37:19
Speaker 1: ProtonMail dot com. That's Bo Bby c ap Ucci at
37:25
Speaker 1: ProtonMail dot com. You can also find me on Twitter
37:29
Speaker 1: at Bobby underscore c ap Ucci. The link that we
37:35
Speaker 1: discussed can be found in the description box. All right, folks,
37:40
Speaker 1: today we're gonna jump down to the US Virgin Islands
37:44
Speaker 1: and check in on a New York Times lawsuit that
37:48
Speaker 1: they filed to get some information about Epstein's activities down there.
37:55
Speaker 1: Now I know, I give you the New York Times
37:57
Speaker 1: a hard time a lot of the time. But when
38:00
Speaker 1: they do their investigative work and they get away from
38:04
Speaker 1: the division and the nonsense, they do good stuff right,
38:08
Speaker 1: they can have an impact. You See, here's the thing.
38:10
Speaker 1: They have a lot of resources, The Gray Lady, the
38:13
Speaker 1: Washington Post, these outlets have the resources to really dig
38:17
Speaker 1: in on these investigations. So when they utilize those resources
38:22
Speaker 1: and actually investigate things that affect us and matter to
38:26
Speaker 1: us and not simply divide us, well they should be
38:30
Speaker 1: given a tip of the cap. And when it comes
38:33
Speaker 1: to stuff like this, digging in deeper into Jeffrey Epstein's
38:36
Speaker 1: financials and how the whole entire thing was set up
38:40
Speaker 1: in the Virgin Islands, you can damn well guarantee that
38:46
Speaker 1: they'll get a tip of the cap from me for that.
38:50
Speaker 1: So they have filed a Freedom of Information Act and
38:54
Speaker 1: they're suing the president of the Economic Development Authority. They
39:01
Speaker 1: want financial records, business documents, all kinds of things relating
39:05
Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein. And to tell you the truth, I've
39:08
Speaker 1: been wondering what's going on. Why this hasn't happened previously,
39:13
Speaker 1: Why isn't the SDN, why going crazy down here trying
39:16
Speaker 1: to find out the genesis of the money, how it
39:19
Speaker 1: all started, where it was going, who was getting money
39:23
Speaker 1: sent to them, who was part of this conspiracy. You
39:25
Speaker 1: know why, because they have no desire to dig deeper.
39:30
Speaker 1: What they're gonna do, like I've thought they were gonna
39:32
Speaker 1: do from the very jump, is stop it all at
39:37
Speaker 1: Glen Maxwell. There's not gonna be other arrests as far
39:41
Speaker 1: as these high flyers or anything like that. They're not
39:44
Speaker 1: going to dig deeper into the financials because they know
39:46
Speaker 1: that those financials will inevitably lead back to some of
39:50
Speaker 1: their buddies in government. We all know Epstein was flinging
39:56
Speaker 1: money around to everybody that he thought he could in ruins.
40:03
Speaker 1: So they don't want to chase the money. They don't
40:05
Speaker 1: want to dig into the financials and have forensic accountants
40:09
Speaker 1: going wild because they know that that is the inroad,
40:15
Speaker 1: that is the real way to get all of these people.
40:18
Speaker 1: Let's remember al Capone wasn't caught up on murder charges
40:23
Speaker 1: and all the other things. It was tax evasion. And
40:27
Speaker 1: every single one of these people rolling around with Jeffrey Epstein,
40:31
Speaker 1: if you open up their closet, I guarant fucking te
40:34
Speaker 1: you they're engaging in tax evasion of some sort as
40:37
Speaker 1: well money laundering, whatever it may be. That is the
40:42
Speaker 1: bread and butter for these disgusting, greedy oligarchs. It's not
40:53
Speaker 1: good enough for them that they have a bazillion loopholes
40:56
Speaker 1: in the tax code. No, they have to steal on
40:59
Speaker 1: top of that, as well as not paying any taxes.
41:04
Speaker 1: The banking cartel, their friends, and the whole entire infrastructure
41:09
Speaker 1: that supports this money laundering system has to be shattered.
41:17
Speaker 1: The money that's being siphoned, especially from the developing world,
41:21
Speaker 1: is astronomical in the amount, and you don't think that
41:28
Speaker 1: money could go to helping the people of we'll just
41:32
Speaker 1: use the Virgin Islands here for this instance that we're
41:35
Speaker 1: talking about here. You don't think the money that Epstein
41:37
Speaker 1: should have been paying in taxes, or they should have
41:40
Speaker 1: been paying for the site fees or whatever it was,
41:43
Speaker 1: couldn't help the people of the Virgin Islands. What everybody
41:46
Speaker 1: in the Virgin Islands is rich. They don't need to eat.
41:52
Speaker 1: Of course they do, and of course they're not. But
41:56
Speaker 1: you think these people care, These bureaucrats, and especially people
42:01
Speaker 1: like Epstein, they don't give a fuck, all right, So
42:07
Speaker 1: let's jump into this article from the Saint Thomas Source
42:10
Speaker 1: and let's see what author Cyan Cobb has to say.
42:15
Speaker 1: Headline New York Times sues EDA CEO Biggs for Epstein documents.
42:23
Speaker 1: The New York Times has sued Economic Development Authority CEO
42:26
Speaker 1: Waynebiggs Junior and the Virgin Islands government for access to
42:31
Speaker 1: financial and business documents of the late disgraced financier pedophile
42:37
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein under the territory's Open Records Act. So it's
42:41
Speaker 1: like a freedom of information Act right like we were
42:44
Speaker 1: used to. And unfortunately, our government doesn't believe in transparency.
42:50
Speaker 1: So you have to go through all of these steps
42:52
Speaker 1: to file a Freedom of Information Act and then if
42:54
Speaker 1: you're lucky enough to have it recognized, then you'll get
42:58
Speaker 1: some of the information. But they may make it difficult.
43:01
Speaker 1: You gotta jump through some hoops. You gotta here's an idea,
43:04
Speaker 1: just be transparent. You know they want to have all
43:07
Speaker 1: these fucking commissions all the time, and oh, we're gonna
43:10
Speaker 1: we're gonna study what happened on January sixth. There's still
43:15
Speaker 1: nothing about Epstein. Have we had a committee on what
43:19
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was up to have we had a committee
43:22
Speaker 1: on any of the other poorest fucking nonsense that's going
43:25
Speaker 1: on in the country. No, only on what they think
43:28
Speaker 1: they can divide us with, what's gonna help them expediently
43:32
Speaker 1: get elected. It's a joke, It's an absolute joke. How
43:36
Speaker 1: about we have a commission that deals with everything Epstein,
43:42
Speaker 1: every single person that was in that black book, Bring
43:45
Speaker 1: them in, sit them down, let's have a talk all
43:49
Speaker 1: of it. But the government has no they have no
43:54
Speaker 1: our politicians have no interest in it. Right, so we're
43:58
Speaker 1: left with things like Freedom of inform Nation Acts and
44:01
Speaker 1: relying on you know, the New York Times or outlets
44:05
Speaker 1: with resources to do the right thing, and then you
44:07
Speaker 1: just hope that they do. Where it shouldn't be like that.
44:11
Speaker 1: Here's an idea, a little bit of transparency. Please, we
44:16
Speaker 1: really need a two and a half year investigation into
44:19
Speaker 1: what went on in that jail cell. You guys don't
44:24
Speaker 1: have that investigation wrapped up yet. I mean, it's amazing,
44:30
Speaker 1: and it's it's not that they can't have it wrapped up.
44:33
Speaker 1: What they do, as we all know, is they keep
44:35
Speaker 1: the investigation going so they can use that as a
44:38
Speaker 1: reason for not being transparent. Epstein received Economic Development Commission
44:47
Speaker 1: benefits through the Southern Trust Company, Incorporated, which had an
44:50
Speaker 1: office in Red Hook. Now we know that Southern Trust
44:54
Speaker 1: was bunk. We know that it wasn't a real setup,
45:00
Speaker 1: and we know that it was obviously a place where
45:03
Speaker 1: he was washing money, moving dark money. And still nothing,
45:11
Speaker 1: we haven't heard shit or shinola about it. For the
45:14
Speaker 1: most part. The Economic Development Commission is an entity within
45:21
Speaker 1: the Economic Development Authority that gives out ninety percent to
45:25
Speaker 1: one hundred percent tax breaks on most taxes as an
45:28
Speaker 1: incentive to set up offices in the US Virgin Islands.
45:32
Speaker 1: The multimillionaire pedophile who listed as primary residence as Little
45:37
Speaker 1: Saint James Island off of Saint Thomas, was arrested on
45:41
Speaker 1: federal sex trafficking charges in July twenty nineteen and died
45:46
Speaker 1: of an apparent suicide at a New York City jail
45:49
Speaker 1: in August twenty and nineteen. He left an estate valued
45:53
Speaker 1: at more than half a billion dollars. And this is
45:58
Speaker 1: what I've talked about from the beginning with the Virgin
46:01
Speaker 1: Islands and Denise George. Now, remember Denise George wanted it
46:05
Speaker 1: so that the Virgin Islands gets paid out and they
46:09
Speaker 1: get some restitution here. Well, I was never down with that,
46:14
Speaker 1: considering it was Virgin Islands officials who set Jeffrey Epstein
46:19
Speaker 1: up with these sweetheart deals in the first place. So
46:23
Speaker 1: I don't see how Denise George or anybody else should
46:27
Speaker 1: think that the Virgin Islands should get some money out
46:30
Speaker 1: of this. It's ridiculous. If anything, if I was one
46:33
Speaker 1: of these survivors, I might sue the Virgin Islands. It
46:36
Speaker 1: was their officials who set this all in motion. It
46:39
Speaker 1: was their officials who gave Epstein this base of operations.
46:43
Speaker 1: It was their officials who went into business with Jeffrey Epstein.
46:46
Speaker 1: So why would Denise George think that they deserve some
46:49
Speaker 1: dough It never made any sense to me. Right, And
46:54
Speaker 1: now the New York Times, well they're suing for this information.
46:58
Speaker 1: Who was involved, who gave these tax breaks, Who help
47:01
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein manipulate this system. Among the documents the newspaper
47:10
Speaker 1: is seeking are the income tax returns for Southern Trust Company. Well,
47:14
Speaker 1: you know those are going to be fudged and manipulated.
47:17
Speaker 1: There's no way that it's on the up and up,
47:19
Speaker 1: no matter what those transcripts say. At least in my opinion,
47:22
Speaker 1: Southern Trust companies audited financial statements again, you know, fudged numbers.
47:28
Speaker 1: Who knows what's going on? When you have someone like
47:30
Speaker 1: Cohn working as your accountant, you know who the hell knows.
47:34
Speaker 1: The sky's the limit when it comes to fuck baggery
47:39
Speaker 1: applications for tax incentives and related documents. Those are important
47:43
Speaker 1: because it should leave a paper trail on who was
47:46
Speaker 1: involved with Epstein when he was putting these deals in place.
47:51
Speaker 1: All records apply to the Virgin Island Attorney General relating
47:54
Speaker 1: to the company in Epstein. So I don't know how
48:00
Speaker 1: that's going to be as far as what Denise George
48:03
Speaker 1: has sealed or what's sealed by the court right now,
48:07
Speaker 1: but I don't blame them for trying to get that information.
48:11
Speaker 1: All correspondents exchanged between employees, board members, contractors and executives
48:17
Speaker 1: of the EDA and Southern Trust Company from January first,
48:22
Speaker 1: twenty twelve to the present. That's a pretty broad ask there,
48:28
Speaker 1: and I think it's a good idea. It covers a
48:31
Speaker 1: decent clip of time, and it should be able to
48:34
Speaker 1: give us or The New York Times at least a
48:36
Speaker 1: little bit more of a look into the financials, and
48:39
Speaker 1: like I've said from the jump, folks, the financials are
48:42
Speaker 1: one of the most important pieces of this whole puzzle,
48:45
Speaker 1: and not enough time is spent on them. If you
48:48
Speaker 1: really want to put people in prison that were related
48:51
Speaker 1: to Epstein, and if the prosecution was really serious about that,
48:55
Speaker 1: this is the pathway, or as the dude in the
48:59
Speaker 1: mandelori and says, this is the way. All correspondents exchanged
49:05
Speaker 1: between employees, board members, contractors and executives of the EDA
49:10
Speaker 1: and Epstein from January first, twenty twelve to the present
49:15
Speaker 1: and compliance reports prepared by EDC staff on Southern Trust Company. Boy,
49:21
Speaker 1: it's a pretty uh broad ask here, and it would
49:26
Speaker 1: shed some light on things. There's no doubt if we
49:29
Speaker 1: could have access to those documents that the Times is
49:32
Speaker 1: trying to get, it definitely will shine some light on
49:35
Speaker 1: how Epstein was able to set this trust up, who
49:39
Speaker 1: was helping him, who gave him the tax breaks, who
49:42
Speaker 1: his contact was, and what it will really do, in
49:45
Speaker 1: my opinion, will it will throw a whole, entire gigantic
49:50
Speaker 1: poolsworth of cold water on Denise George's lame idea of
49:55
Speaker 1: trying to get some money for the Virgin Islands. Here,
50:00
Speaker 1: The New York Times said in its suit that Biggs
50:02
Speaker 1: failed to respond to the newspaper's public records request, and
50:05
Speaker 1: allegation the CEO has denied. While acknowledging that it must
50:09
Speaker 1: comply with all laws of the US Virgin Islands, including
50:13
Speaker 1: the Open Records Act. VAIDA is under an obligation to
50:17
Speaker 1: protect all the confidential documents of all its beneficiaries. BIGS,
50:23
Speaker 1: represented by attorney Henry C. Smock, said in an answer
50:26
Speaker 1: to the suit, again, their answer is always more secrecy.
50:32
Speaker 1: That is always the government's answer when we're seeking transparency
50:35
Speaker 1: or we're seeking answers. Oh, you want transparency, now, we'll
50:39
Speaker 1: give you more secrecy. And then they'll say, Oh, it's
50:41
Speaker 1: to protect so and so, it's so and show's privacy
50:45
Speaker 1: that we're protecting. Meanwhile, they don't give a fuck about privacy.
50:49
Speaker 1: They're collecting the met metadata of every single call, every email,
50:54
Speaker 1: every text message, everything you do they're collecting. Then they
50:58
Speaker 1: want to talk about the government's privacy. Breaking news. The
51:01
Speaker 1: government doesn't have any privacy unless it's a national security issue.
51:06
Speaker 1: Go get fucked with that whole entire line of thinking.
51:08
Speaker 1: I'm tired of it. All of these governments, regional and national,
51:14
Speaker 1: with their stupidity and their nonsense. Oh, this is national security.
51:19
Speaker 1: We can't give you any information. Oh what do you
51:22
Speaker 1: mean someone just stole some potatoes. How's that a national
51:25
Speaker 1: security threat? Oh well, we can't tell you. This is
51:28
Speaker 1: a very serious operation, basically what it's like. Right. I
51:34
Speaker 1: don't know about you guys, but I'm fucking sick of it,
51:37
Speaker 1: and I'm tired of a complicit legacy media. So it's
51:43
Speaker 1: nice to see The New York Times stepping out of
51:45
Speaker 1: the box here and doing something for the people for once.
51:51
Speaker 1: In its response, the Virgin Islands Government said it is
51:54
Speaker 1: not a proper party to the action, that the VI
51:57
Speaker 1: Code identifies the EDA as a public corporate having a
52:01
Speaker 1: legal personality separate and apart from the Government of the
52:04
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands, and that the documents sought are solely in
52:08
Speaker 1: the possession and control of the EDA. So of course
52:12
Speaker 1: the finger pointing begins, right, The Virgin Island government says, Hey, look,
52:15
Speaker 1: we have no we don't have any responsibility for this
52:17
Speaker 1: contractor that works for us. It's a joke, right, everybody
52:22
Speaker 1: that we have in power, And I don't care who
52:25
Speaker 1: your favorite politician is. You shouldn't have any, by the way,
52:28
Speaker 1: but I don't care who your favorite politician is. They're
52:30
Speaker 1: all clowns, every last one of them. You have this
52:33
Speaker 1: asshole Ted Cruz talking to people who lost their job,
52:36
Speaker 1: I mean, lost the unemployment. Oh go get a job.
52:39
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, it's so simple, Ted Cruz, how about you
52:41
Speaker 1: start fucking doing your job. Maybe not run away to
52:45
Speaker 1: you know, a vacation when your state's in the middle
52:48
Speaker 1: of a national disaster or a emergency. You know, these people,
52:53
Speaker 1: they're so tone deaf, they have no idea what the
52:55
Speaker 1: rest of us are going through on a daily basis.
52:59
Speaker 1: And all of them. I'm disgusted by the whole entire
53:03
Speaker 1: political class, which there shouldn't be, by the way, was
53:06
Speaker 1: never meant to be a career, okay, but these people
53:10
Speaker 1: that message from Ted Cruz, that tweet from Ted Cruz
53:15
Speaker 1: or wherever the fuck he sent that message, that just
53:17
Speaker 1: shows you how they really feel about you. And let's remember,
53:21
Speaker 1: most of these people out of work. They didn't quit
53:24
Speaker 1: their jobs. Their jobs were taken from them when the
53:26
Speaker 1: government shut down whatever fucking industry they were in. And
53:29
Speaker 1: now they're the assholes. So yeah, Ted Cruz and the
53:33
Speaker 1: rest of these scumbags, they can all go get fucked.
53:35
Speaker 1: As far as I'm concerned, I have no patience for
53:38
Speaker 1: them and no desire to carry water for any of them.
53:42
Speaker 1: In fact, what we're gonna do on the podcast is
53:45
Speaker 1: we're gonna continue to put a microscope on their bullshit.
53:47
Speaker 1: That's what we're gonna do here. We'll let everybody else
53:50
Speaker 1: engage in their bs tribalism and you know, the pitchforks
53:54
Speaker 1: and the torches battling with each other. I ain't got
53:56
Speaker 1: time for it, zero time for it. Today. The release
54:01
Speaker 1: of information regarding Southern Trust Company, Incorporated serves as a
54:05
Speaker 1: legitimate public purpose as the company is a defendant in
54:08
Speaker 1: the case of the Government of the US Virgin Islands
54:11
Speaker 1: versus Darren k Indyke at All and is accused of
54:15
Speaker 1: fraudently obtaining eighty million dollars from the GVII. Southern Trust
54:21
Speaker 1: Incorporated is also accused of funding Jeffrey E. Epstein's criminal activities.
54:25
Speaker 1: The New York Times set in its suit, pretty clear
54:28
Speaker 1: that the EDA should be ponying up this information, pretty
54:34
Speaker 1: clear that they were involved with Epstein. It's all pretty clear.
54:38
Speaker 1: But again they'll say that it's You're not entitled to
54:42
Speaker 1: these documents, parthocracy, parpathos or whatever nonsense they drum up in.
54:49
Speaker 1: Dyke is the executor of Epstein's estate, with Richard Kahn,
54:53
Speaker 1: the chief administrator of the late financier pedophiles various trusts
54:57
Speaker 1: and companies. The Virgin Islands Justice Department filed suit against
55:01
Speaker 1: them in Virgin Island Superior Court in January twenty twenty,
55:06
Speaker 1: seeking compensation for the territory and victims believed to have
55:10
Speaker 1: been subjected to abuse at Epstein's compound on Little Saint
55:14
Speaker 1: James in Pillsbury Sound. There's been an avalanche of motions
55:19
Speaker 1: and subpoenas in the twenty months since, but no resolution
55:22
Speaker 1: to the case. And see that's what I was talking
55:24
Speaker 1: about a second ago, with the Virgin Islands looking to
55:27
Speaker 1: catch a few bucks out of this deal. You know,
55:29
Speaker 1: I really don't have too much criticism of Denise George.
55:33
Speaker 1: She's been doing some pretty good work down here, and
55:35
Speaker 1: I think that it's shrewd work trying to get subpoenas here.
55:39
Speaker 1: I think it's a good idea, but it sours me
55:44
Speaker 1: when I see the cash grab. It's bad enough that
55:46
Speaker 1: the government took the lion's share of the money from
55:50
Speaker 1: that fund and from the estate when it comes to taxes.
55:53
Speaker 1: Now you got another government entity with their handout. That
55:57
Speaker 1: doesn't seem obscene to anybody else. As if the US
56:02
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands is going to take money out of the
56:05
Speaker 1: mouths and out of the pockets of the survivors, it
56:11
Speaker 1: just it's unseemly. It doesn't sit well with me. And
56:14
Speaker 1: if the United States of the Virgin Islands wants to
56:16
Speaker 1: get involved in the cash grab, don't worry. There's three
56:19
Speaker 1: and a half trillion coming down the pipe soon. I'm
56:21
Speaker 1: sure you're gonna get your peace. Additionally, the notorious activities
56:27
Speaker 1: of Jeffrey Epstein in the US, Virgin Islands and elsewhere
56:30
Speaker 1: has been a matter of national and international news for
56:33
Speaker 1: a period of years, culminating with his arrest on July sixth,
56:37
Speaker 1: twenty nineteen, on sex trafficking charges. The New York Times said,
56:43
Speaker 1: so it is a matter of public interest at this point, right,
56:49
Speaker 1: this is a huge, gigantic international case, and the New
56:52
Speaker 1: York Times their reasoning is this information will move the
56:57
Speaker 1: conversation forward in the public sphere. At the time of
57:03
Speaker 1: his arrests Epstein was already a convicted sex offender after
57:07
Speaker 1: pleading guilty in June two thousand and eight in Florida
57:10
Speaker 1: to sexually abusing a female miner in what later became
57:14
Speaker 1: a highly controversial plea agreement that was kept secret from
57:18
Speaker 1: dozens of other plaintiffs, several of them as young as
57:21
Speaker 1: fourteen at the time of the alleged assaults. Justice officials
57:26
Speaker 1: alleged in their suit that Epstein maintained a deliberately complex
57:29
Speaker 1: web of Virgin Island corporations, limited liability companies, foundations, and
57:35
Speaker 1: other entities, not all of which are yet known to
57:38
Speaker 1: the Government of the Virgin Islands through which he carried
57:41
Speaker 1: out and concealed his criminal conduct right there in black
57:45
Speaker 1: and white ink forty folks, all of the things that
57:48
Speaker 1: we talked about previously, before these subpoenas even came out,
57:52
Speaker 1: before the Denise George made these assertions, These are all
57:56
Speaker 1: of the things that we were talking about, these money stashes,
58:04
Speaker 1: washing stations, offshore entities. And then to get that confort
58:09
Speaker 1: of the confirmation from Denise George and the suit, it
58:12
Speaker 1: just goes to show you you're sniffing down the right path, folks.
58:16
Speaker 1: No matter what, all these knuckleheads talk about, Oh, it's
58:19
Speaker 1: got a conspiracy theory, Brett, No, it's not. Maybe some
58:23
Speaker 1: of the other nonsense surrounding it is. But the core
58:26
Speaker 1: of this case, the actual meat and potatoes of this case,
58:30
Speaker 1: not a conspiracy theory, more like a fucking criminal conspiracy.
58:38
Speaker 1: Entities named in the government's lawsuit include the nineteen fifty
58:42
Speaker 1: three trust created by Epstein two days before his death
58:45
Speaker 1: containing his financial assets, Nautilus Incorporated, owner of a Little
58:50
Speaker 1: Saint James, Great Saint Jim LLC, owner of three parcels
58:54
Speaker 1: of land on the Great Saint James, Poplar Incorporated, a
58:58
Speaker 1: limited liability company holding the title for Great Saint James.
59:02
Speaker 1: Plan d LLC, owner of aircraft that Justice officials say
59:07
Speaker 1: were used to transport sex trafficking victims. And Hyperion Eir LLC,
59:13
Speaker 1: registered owner of helicopters allegedly used to transport sex trafficking survivors.
59:19
Speaker 1: So look, and that's just what we know about. How
59:21
Speaker 1: long have I been telling you guys that there are nameless,
59:25
Speaker 1: nameless LLC's that Epstein was involved with. What do you
59:29
Speaker 1: think this is it? This is the full monty of
59:32
Speaker 1: everything he had going on. No way this dude was
59:36
Speaker 1: washing a ton of money overseas. He had a whole
59:39
Speaker 1: entire plan in place, and all of the people around
59:44
Speaker 1: him that were part of this criminal conspiracy, well, they
59:49
