- 1:03Speaker 4: So she had to do all the prep yesterday, doing
- 1:05Speaker 4: the prep all day yesterday.
- 1:07Speaker 3: Now did you help her by not eating in front
- 1:11Speaker 3: of her?
- 1:11Speaker 2: And no, no, no, she's never helped me. Can I
- 1:17Speaker 2: help you prep when it comes?
- 1:19Speaker 4: I mean as far as not eating in front of you,
- 1:21Speaker 4: she has helped me, but you know when I sit
- 1:24Speaker 4: and hold my hand because I would never ask her
- 1:26Speaker 4: to do that, like.
- 1:27Speaker 5: No you eat?
- 1:28Speaker 2: Do you have any questions about colon oscar?
- 1:31Speaker 4: On the prep sheet it said, you know you need
- 1:33Speaker 4: to have a responsible person drive you and you know
- 1:37Speaker 4: wait for you and all that.
- 1:38Speaker 2: And I'm the you. I'm the responsible person. You sure
- 1:41Speaker 2: you don't want to send Katie Katie's way more. I
- 1:45Speaker 2: tried to tell so that maybe somebody else.
- 1:49Speaker 3: She So that reminds me. That reminds me I need
- 1:53Speaker 3: to schedule my coloscopy because I have done the cola
- 1:56Speaker 3: guard up to this point, which is you poop in
- 1:59Speaker 3: a bucket and so to the lab. And I've been
- 2:01Speaker 3: told by my doctor, okay, you did that for a
- 2:03Speaker 3: few years. This is the year you need to actually
- 2:07Speaker 3: go in.
- 2:08Speaker 2: It's really not novel. I poop in a bucket every day. Yeah,
- 2:13Speaker 2: I bury it eight seven seven six two are those
- 2:17Speaker 2: lines on hold? Those ones that are no, no. Katie's
- 2:21Speaker 2: talking to people and then there are a bunch of
- 2:23Speaker 2: So She's talking to one person and the phones are ringing.
- 2:27Speaker 4: Well, she can only talk to one of the time
- 2:30Speaker 4: could be talking to that person that this person was
- 2:33Speaker 4: difficult to deal with.
- 2:34Speaker 3: That's why we have Katie screen our calls.
- 2:37Speaker 2: Okay, well let's see what it's Tyler. Tyler, Tyler, Yeah, Tyler,
- 2:43Speaker 2: are you there? Tyler?
- 2:48Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 2:50Speaker 2: Why listen. You shouldn't have taken so much time with Tyler.
- 2:53Speaker 4: Yeah, Tyler clearly not paying attention to your ex.
- 2:56Speaker 2: Because I hear somebody say she said you couldn't be
- 2:58Speaker 2: on speaker.
- 2:59Speaker 4: I'd just called to no one answered because Tyler was
- 3:02Speaker 4: tying up Katie's time.
- 3:05Speaker 2: Jeez. Yeah, don't get when you have somebody difficult like that, Katie,
- 3:10Speaker 2: just just dump them, just kick him, kick him away.
- 3:14Speaker 2: I think she's got another difficult one here. All right,
- 3:16Speaker 2: here we go. This is question for Carrie. All right,
- 3:19Speaker 2: it's from Marcus. It's Marcus. Hello, Marcus, Marcus Hello, Yeah,
- 3:24Speaker 2: good morning. Yeah, yeah, what's your question?
- 3:27Speaker 1: Marcus?
- 3:28Speaker 5: Yeah, just to put a question for Carrie.
- 3:30Speaker 6: So I'm starting at a job in two weeks and
- 3:33Speaker 6: that requires me to start at five o'clock in the morning.
- 3:37Speaker 7: I was just wondering if.
- 3:37Speaker 5: There's any tips or tricks on going to bed early
- 3:40Speaker 5: and getting up super early in the morning.
- 3:43Speaker 4: Just once you get into the habit of it, it
- 3:45Speaker 4: becomes easier.
- 3:46Speaker 2: You have to make it.
- 3:47Speaker 4: Ad to try and be disciplined about it. You have
- 3:49Speaker 4: to be disciplined about it exactly. Okay, So if you're
- 3:53Speaker 4: getting up at five, that means you could go to bed.
- 3:57Speaker 4: That means you could go to bed at seven.
- 3:59Speaker 1: You know.
- 3:59Speaker 4: Just make sure the lights are out, there's you know,
- 4:02Speaker 4: the phones put away.
- 4:03Speaker 2: You know how much sleep you need. I can get
- 4:05Speaker 2: by fine on six hours. Some people need eight hours,
- 4:10Speaker 2: you know, So just thinking what you what you need.
- 4:13Speaker 2: It is discipline though, That's really all it counds. Okay, okay,
- 4:18Speaker 2: all right, thank you very much. Thanks, Yeah, okay, simple
- 4:22Speaker 2: as that. Yeah, let's see you go to one, Chazz?
- 4:26Speaker 2: Is it Chaz? I think so, Chez. Yeah, what's up, Chazz? Yeah.
- 4:32Speaker 1: I just wanted to say, Bill, I appreciate your Brought
- 4:34Speaker 1: to you by fro Bonner of the Day.
- 4:36Speaker 5: I've been listening to it every day and I love it.
- 4:38Speaker 6: It's something different every single day.
- 4:40Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, most every day, because you know, I don't
- 4:42Speaker 2: eat the same thing every day. I eat different stuff
- 4:45Speaker 2: all the time and generally don't eat out most of
- 4:49Speaker 2: it is.
- 4:49Speaker 8: I really enjoyed that Indian streak that you had there
- 4:52Speaker 8: for a while.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Art.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Yeah, we're eating a lot of sort of Korean inspired
- 4:57Speaker 2: stuff lately, which I that's uh Like Tonight, I think
- 5:02Speaker 2: we're having go jew Jang chicken, which is essentially chicken
- 5:06Speaker 2: with just in a spicy sauce. Delicious.
- 5:10Speaker 6: Al Right, was that a spoiler for tomorrow?
- 5:12Speaker 2: I'm sorry, but but but but Chazz, there'll be a
- 5:17Speaker 2: side dish. He's there for the entreck. He'll be a
- 5:24Speaker 2: side all right, Thanks Jezz, Thanks Chezz. Well, let's get
- 5:27Speaker 2: right to the phones because they're all full.

- 5:37Speaker 5: I'm good? How are you guys doing great?
- 5:39Speaker 2: What do you need from us?
- 5:42Speaker 5: I am do with a little baby boy in June,
- 5:45Speaker 5: and I have a name picked out and I wanted
- 5:47Speaker 5: to run it by you guys.
- 5:48Speaker 2: Okay, go ahead.
- 5:51Speaker 5: The name is Zayden.
- 5:55Speaker 2: Zaden. What what do.
- 5:56Speaker 3: You mind me asking what your last name is? You
- 6:01Speaker 3: don't have to say if you don't want to. Just
- 6:03Speaker 3: sometimes it's good to see it.
- 6:04Speaker 2: It takes why Zayden.
- 6:08Speaker 5: I I was looking for a name that kind of
- 6:13Speaker 5: resembled strength, growth, kind of coming. I had two miscarriages
- 6:18Speaker 5: before this one, so I wanted something that kind of
- 6:20Speaker 5: had a meaning to it, and that kind of came
- 6:23Speaker 5: up as and it has strength. Growth angel is another
- 6:28Speaker 5: part of the meaning.
- 6:29Speaker 2: So well, you know, it sounds to me like you've
- 6:32Speaker 2: you've kind of settled on that. And I wouldn't try
- 6:34Speaker 2: to dissuade you, but I but if you want to
- 6:36Speaker 2: name with some real strength to it, I'd say, name
- 6:39Speaker 2: your little baby boy Ruckus. No, do not name your
- 6:43Speaker 2: baby about Brawley. No, No, how about how about how
- 6:46Speaker 2: about Toughy.
- 6:47Speaker 3: No, none of those.
- 6:49Speaker 2: No. It sounds like you love it, Yeah, if you
- 6:53Speaker 2: if you love it, it's a it's a little difficult.
- 6:55Speaker 3: I will just say this, and this is as a
- 6:58Speaker 3: mother of of of an aiden.
- 7:02Speaker 1: M h.
- 7:02Speaker 3: Festus's name is Aiden wheel uh Aiden, Jaden, Zaiden, Gaiden Baden, Hayden.
- 7:10Speaker 3: There's a lot of there's a lot of them.
- 7:12Speaker 2: There's a lot of them.
- 7:13Speaker 3: Yeah, all right, but Zaiden is unusual. Okay, good luck
- 7:19Speaker 3: at different, Thank you, congratulations.
- 7:24Speaker 5: How about Sketchy Blake from Aden?
- 7:26Speaker 2: Hey Blake? What's up?
- 7:30Speaker 6: I have two things I want to say. First of all,
- 7:32Speaker 6: is anybody who's going in for a colonoscopy, gets yourself
- 7:36Speaker 6: a bidet toilet seat attachment with warm water and massage.
- 7:40Speaker 6: It will be the best thing ever.
- 7:42Speaker 2: Yeah, it's good and even if you're not having a
- 7:44Speaker 2: colonist and it's great for brushing your teeth too. No, yeah,
- 7:49Speaker 2: no water. It's it's like a water pick. You just
- 7:54Speaker 2: have to reach down. Goodness, what's number two, Blake?
- 8:01Speaker 6: Number two? Was I promise Kerry had given up on
- 8:03Speaker 6: the solar powered car that I saw at Cees.
- 8:06Speaker 2: Uh huh.
- 8:06Speaker 6: So hopefully he's listening in the car in the car
- 8:09Speaker 6: right now. It is great to wherever. Yeah, but I
- 8:11Speaker 6: just want to say, it's like a motorcycle. It's a
- 8:13Speaker 6: three wheeler. It can get you forty miles of solar
- 8:16Speaker 6: power range a day. It's about forty five thousand dollars.
- 8:20Speaker 6: But it's only a little too theater and I would
- 8:22Speaker 6: not want to be in an accident in that thing.
- 8:24Speaker 6: Overall kind of cool.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Yeah, may be good for running errands around town, yep,
- 8:30Speaker 2: for sure. All right, Thanks Blake, Thanks Blake, You Holy God. Remy, Remy, Hi, Remy,
- 8:37Speaker 2: where are you calling from?
- 8:40Speaker 1: We're calling from Provo. Remy just wanted to say hi.
- 8:45Speaker 2: Oh, Remy is somewhat not you. Who's Remy?
- 8:49Speaker 1: Hi?
- 8:50Speaker 3: Hi, Remy?
- 8:51Speaker 2: How old are you?
- 8:53Speaker 8: I am not in almost ten?
- 8:56Speaker 5: Nine?
- 8:56Speaker 2: Almost ten? Yeah?
- 8:59Speaker 5: Thanks?
- 9:01Speaker 2: Oh he want a mug from us? You want a mug?
- 9:04Speaker 2: Congratulations again. I hope you are enjoying your coffee. Yeah,
- 9:10Speaker 2: you drink, you drink so but but you know you're young,
- 9:15Speaker 2: so it should be decaff.
- 9:16Speaker 3: It really should, all right, only sometimes yeah, all right,
- 9:21Speaker 3: have a good did school?
- 9:22Speaker 2: Remy seem.
- 9:25Speaker 8: Bye bye?
- 9:27Speaker 5: So cute?
- 9:29Speaker 2: How about Pete?
- 9:30Speaker 1: Hi? Pete?
- 9:30Speaker 2: Okay, Pete?
- 9:31Speaker 1: Where are you calling from Salt Lake City?
- 9:35Speaker 2: Okay, what's up?
- 9:36Speaker 1: I applied for vanity plates for saving a great Salt
- 9:40Speaker 1: Lake I think is September of twenty four and have
- 9:44Speaker 1: yet to yet to get them, and they always seem
- 9:47Speaker 1: to come up with another excuse. I think we're going
- 9:50Speaker 1: to run out of lake before we get the plates.
- 9:54Speaker 3: Well, but your money went, your many went toward it.
- 9:57Speaker 2: What does it? Does it say something about the great
- 10:00Speaker 2: Salt Lake? Or is it just I'm not sure what
- 10:03Speaker 2: I'm not sure what these are.
- 10:05Speaker 1: They were just like a vanity plate that had a bird.
- 10:10Speaker 1: I take a hero and on it and then like
- 10:12Speaker 1: great Salt Lake and then conserve. You know, yeah, they
- 10:19Speaker 1: they needed three hundred minimum. They got over that. They
- 10:23Speaker 1: made a big splash of that, and so there's you know,
- 10:27Speaker 1: there's at least twenty five thousand dollars sitting out there
- 10:30Speaker 1: somebody's pocket, and I got no plate.
- 10:32Speaker 2: Yeah, I tried to. I tried to do those for
- 10:35Speaker 2: for Nada's Billinate's Cafe, and they saved villains, but it
- 10:40Speaker 2: didn't work. It didn't work. Well, you're you'll get them.
- 10:45Speaker 3: It'll happen. And that money is going to a good cause.
- 10:49Speaker 3: So your money's already already helping.
- 10:51Speaker 2: It's going to make more plates.
- 10:52Speaker 1: Oh yeah, don't take out a thirty or mortgage.
- 10:56Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, Pete, see bye. I mean Alex on
- 11:02Speaker 2: the phone, Hey Alex, Alex, Hey, how's it going, guys? Yeah,

- 11:48Speaker 2: That's well.
