- 0:00Hi, I'm Jay felon, and you're listening to the slippery slope.
- 0:03So I'm going to dive straight in.
- 0:04I want to discuss. This article from the British
- 0:11medical journal regarding the Freedom of Information around
- 0:15the raw data for covid-19 vaccines.
- 0:19So it's a fairly long articles can read some sections of it and
- 0:23jump right in here. It says that among Regulators
- 0:26the US Food and Drug Administration referred to as
- 0:30the FDA is believed to receive the most raw data but does not
- 0:34proactively release this data for the covid-19 vaccine.
- 0:39So, after a freedom of information request to the
- 0:42agency, for Pfizer's vaccine data, the FDA offered to
- 0:46release, 500 pages a month, a process that would take decades
- 0:51to complete. Now, I had actually read that at
- 0:54500 pages a month. It would actually take 75, can't
- 0:59even say it would actually take 75 years to release all the
- 1:04data. So realistically, they're
- 1:07waiting, they're really waiting. Two for a couple of generations
- 1:11to pass away before there are would release all of the data,
- 1:16everyone's dead. So it doesn't matter.
- 1:17And now we can let you see chocolate assets.
- 1:20That's ridiculous. So they wanted to release 500
- 1:23pages a month. Okay, which would take decades.
- 1:26I guess it's 75 years. So this month, however, a judge
- 1:30rejected the fda's offer and ordered the data to be released
- 1:34at a rate of 55,000 Pages a month.
- 1:38So the data Is to be made available on the requesting
- 1:42organization's website. So, in releasing thousands of
- 1:46pages of clinical trial, documents Health Canada, and the
- 1:52EMA have also provided a degree of transparency that deserves
- 1:57acknowledgement. So until recently, however, the
- 2:00data remained of limited utility with, copious redactions aimed
- 2:05at protecting trial blinding, but study reports with fewer.
- 2:09Actions have been available since September 20, 21 and
- 2:13missing appendices may be accessible through Freedom of
- 2:16Information requests. So even so anyone looking for
- 2:21participant, level data sets may be disappointed because Health
- 2:25Canada. And the EMA which I think is the
- 2:28European Medical Association do not receive or analyze these
- 2:32data and it remains to be seen how the FDA response to the
- 2:37court order. Moreover the FDA Basra is
- 2:40producing data only for Pfizer's vaccine.
- 2:44Other manufacturers data cannot be requested until the vaccines
- 2:48are approved which the moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccine
- 2:52are not which, which is strange because we're actually because
- 2:57we're using moderna and Johnson Johnson.
- 3:00But then the excuse is, well, they're not actually approved
- 3:03even though the being used. And so we don't have to release
- 3:06the data anyway, if that's not a dodgy way of doing.
- 3:09Suddenly, so the industry, which holds the raw data is not
- 3:13legally required to honor a request for access from
- 3:16Independence researchers. So like the FDA and unlike its
- 3:21Canadian and European counterparts, the UK's regulator
- 3:25the medicines and Healthcare products.
- 3:27Regulatory agency does not proactively release clinical
- 3:33trial documents and it has also become delayed in posting
- 3:37information released in response to Freedom of Information
- 3:40requests on its website. This is the whole problem with
- 3:44people who they refer to as anti-vaxxers.
- 3:47The problem is You're not given access to the information that
- 3:52you want, you know, let's let's remember this is a medical
- 3:55procedure and you are injecting something into your body.
- 3:58So then, if you're not given all the information that you need,
- 4:01so that you can make an informed decision and then your you
- 4:05ridiculed like you're the scourge of society.
- 4:07Because, how dare you question the ethics and the morals of big
- 4:13Pharma? How dare you question us?
- 4:15We're making these products to save your life and you would
- 4:18dare question us. Even though we also just
- 4:21happened to be making billions of dollars in the process and
- 4:24how dare you question us, of course, we're at affects our
- 4:28morals. It's beyond reproach.
- 4:31Surely, yep. People are ridiculed because
- 4:34they question it. They're tagged with this with
- 4:39this tag of being a anti-vaxxer, which really is the true.
- 4:43Most people that I've met that that don't want to be back.
- 4:46So Navy with the covid-19 vaccine.
- 4:48They Got another. They've received other vaccines
- 4:52throughout their lifetime. A lot of people don't want the
- 4:56covid-19 vaccine because of this issue with having a lack of
- 5:00transparency and the lack of information.
- 5:02So I'll go through some of the other highlights through this
- 5:05article. It says, as well as access to
- 5:07the underlying data transparent. Decision-making is essential.
- 5:12It's funny. You would think the transparent
- 5:17decision-making would We just be a given and yet we've seen it
- 5:23again and again, even here in Australia have premieres at
- 5:27politicians all making these decisions and then just saying
- 5:30well we we received the signs from being given the information
- 5:34just trust us and believe the science and yet they don't they
- 5:37don't back up their claims with actually giving us the data that
- 5:41back their claims are up. But there should be another
- 5:44highlight from this article says big Pharma is the least trusted
- 5:48industry. At least three of the many
- 5:51companies making covid-19 vaccines have passed criminal.
- 5:55Yeah I said criminal and civil settlements which have cost them
- 6:00billions of dollars. How is it even possible that you
- 6:04have criminal and civil settlements?
- 6:07And yet you're still able to go on in that industry, you're
- 6:12still able to still able to continue.
- 6:15So obviously, if you've had criminal and civil settlements,
- 6:19For billions of dollars. I think it would be safe to
- 6:22assume that people have died because of using your products.
- 6:28And yet we still don't have Freedom of Information around
- 6:31these products and it's being protected by the government as
- 6:34far as I can tell. And some of the other companies,
- 6:38it also gives them say that other companies within this have
- 6:41no pre coded track record at all.
- 6:44And also that the covid pandemic has minted, many new Farm A
- 6:49Billionaire's and vaccine manufacturers have reported tens
- 6:54of billions in revenue. And we wonder why we don't trust
- 6:57them that much. So, it says the article goes on
- 7:00to say that the, the British medical journal supports
- 7:03vaccination, policies based on sound evidence.
- 7:08And as the global vaccine roller continues, it cannot be
- 7:12justifiable or in the best interest of patients and the
- 7:15public that we are left to just trust in the system.
- 7:18Look, I'm not going. Danny more.
- 7:19This article, I just think it's very interesting that we have to
- 7:24fight fight so hard just to get the information that
- 7:30realistically should be freely given for companies that keep
- 7:34telling us to just to trust them.
- 7:36And for companies that are making billions and billions of
- 7:40dollars. And yet, we're constantly just
- 7:42told to trust them while they don't give us what life, they
- 7:46don't give us the information, or okay, we'll give.
- 7:49You the information but can we just wait, you know 75 years
- 7:54before we give you all the information.
- 7:55Can you imagine any other? I cannot see any other industry
- 8:01where you would be able to say? Yes, well, we want you to take
- 8:04this product, you just have to trust us.
- 8:06And then more, maybe 75 years will give you all the
- 8:10information regarding the product, that is ludicrous, and
- 8:13then they wonder why we don't trust them.
- 8:16And then the minute you start to question.
- 8:19Their integrity. It's like, ah, you're the
- 8:21scourge of society who are you? You're a conspiracy theorist.
- 8:29There's a reason why we don't trust big farmer and that's
- 8:32because there is no transparency and there needs to be more
- 8:36transparency. And why, why does the government
- 8:41continue to support this lack of Freedom of Information?
- 8:47Go to be asked. Look it's just my opinion.
- 8:50When governments are making decisions and Main dating
- 8:53vaccines there, should not be any choice whatsoever.
- 8:58Companies, and governments should be forced to hand over
- 9:01all of the raw data complete transparency.
- 9:05You cannot have it that you can mean that vaccines on one hand,
- 9:09and yet the other hand, you're hiding all the information and
- 9:12saying no, no, we're not going to be transparent.
- 9:15That's not honest. It's immoral.
- 9:18It's unethical. Heck that's the society that we
- 9:23live in these days. This is all my opinion.
- 9:26Thank you for listening to the slippery slope.
