A Reflection for When We Don’t Want To Ask For Help

Sometimes we don’t ask for help because we think it would be too much trouble for the people we’d be asking.

David was in trouble. His son was trying to take his place as king, and anyone who stayed with David was putting themselves in real danger.

David tried to send Ittai away. But David needed the help, and Ittai was determined to give it.
