- 0:21Speaker 1: So, Glenn, we're here today because Brain Bulling's family, his
- 0:26Speaker 1: uncle Michael and his sister Amanda, reached out and they
- 0:30Speaker 1: asked if you'd be willing.
- 0:32Speaker 2: To talk to them.
- 0:33Speaker 1: Yeah, what did you think when we first told you
- 0:36Speaker 1: they wanted to speak to you?
- 0:38Speaker 2: My heart was heavy for me, you know, because I
- 0:40Speaker 2: know they're going through a hard time, and it was
- 0:45Speaker 2: it was really just a blessing for me because I
- 0:49Speaker 2: want to talk to him. I love to talk to him,
- 0:53Speaker 2: to just let them know that I have no hard
- 0:55Speaker 2: feelings told them whatsoever. You know what I'm saying. What
- 0:59Speaker 2: went down, it hurt damn more than it did me,
- 1:01Speaker 2: I be honest. Would you the way they've done that family?
- 1:04Speaker 2: You know, my just how it goes out to them.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Okay, So here we are at the live of Baptist Church.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Tell me why you guys wanted to reach out to
- 1:18Speaker 1: him and what you hope to talk about today.
- 1:21Speaker 3: We just feel that we've heard kind of a part
- 1:24Speaker 3: of the story that we've never heard before. We've never
- 1:27Speaker 3: spoken to the Clark family at all, and after hearing
- 1:31Speaker 3: the podcast, hearing things as went on during the podcast,
- 1:35Speaker 3: a lot of people not being truthful, we feel that
- 1:38Speaker 3: Lee is innocent and would like to talk to mister
- 1:41Speaker 3: Clark and offer our apologies for his son being in jail.
- 1:48Speaker 1: You know, Amanda, it's been especially hard for you. It's
- 1:52Speaker 1: been a process for you to come to this point.
- 1:57Speaker 4: What do you guys think happened that night?
- 2:00Speaker 5: I think Josh was there. I think Lee was there
- 2:06Speaker 5: to make sure that Josh did it, or one of
- 2:10Speaker 5: them took my brother's life. I do know that because
- 2:13Speaker 5: I know my brother didn't do it. I mean, and
- 2:16Speaker 5: one is just as guilty as the other, because it's
- 2:18Speaker 5: both there.
- 2:22Speaker 6: I prayed and prayed on it, you know, for you know.
- 2:25Speaker 5: God to help me with this, because you know, how do.
- 2:29Speaker 6: You know, how do you go from.
- 2:34Speaker 4: That to this?
- 2:35Speaker 6: You know, And it's just it's heartbreaking to know that
- 2:39Speaker 6: he spent twenty five years bought up or something he
- 2:42Speaker 6: didn't do, and there's no way I know we can
- 2:47Speaker 6: rever repay him for that.
- 2:57Speaker 1: Do you still have the message that Amanda sent you
- 3:00Speaker 1: that meeting.
- 3:01Speaker 4: It to us?
- 3:03Speaker 2: Yeah, I rudly tell you, it says missus Clark. I
- 3:09Speaker 2: would like to start off by saying I am truly
- 3:13Speaker 2: sorry from the bottom of my heart. And so about
- 3:18Speaker 2: the last twenty five years of Lee deserving to be home.
- 3:23Speaker 2: I have been pray so hard for God to help
- 3:29Speaker 2: with this. There are no way that I can ever
- 3:33Speaker 2: make it up to Lee or you for these past
- 3:38Speaker 2: twenty five years. I pray you all can forgive me
- 3:41Speaker 2: and my family, and just wanting to tell you please
- 3:45Speaker 2: read read this to Lee and tell him I am
- 3:49Speaker 2: so sorry, and I pray he gets to get set free.
- 3:55Speaker 2: If there's anything I can do to help, please let
- 3:58Speaker 2: me know. It took a lot for her to do that,
- 4:03Speaker 2: but that was real sweet for her to do that. Okay,
- 4:06Speaker 2: that just goes to goes to show you she's she's
- 4:10Speaker 2: she got to change heart, to change mind. And I
- 4:13Speaker 2: can understand too what I can understand all that. Look,
- 4:17Speaker 2: you got a brother that that that killed herself. We
- 4:20Speaker 2: got devastation right there and then and then you've got
- 4:26Speaker 2: somebody comes in detective battles and saying all this and
- 4:29Speaker 2: putting all that garbing trash in their their head. There
- 4:32Speaker 2: wasn't nothing but the laws. So I mean, yeah, I'd
- 4:34Speaker 2: probably been there the same way.
- 4:35Speaker 4: You know, what did he say when you were reaving
- 4:38Speaker 4: the message back? He was touch with it.
- 4:41Speaker 2: He was real touch with that right there, and he
- 4:44Speaker 2: told me, he said, Diddy, and when you see her,
- 4:48Speaker 2: you tell her that I'm sorry that she had to
- 4:53Speaker 2: go through what she went through, and I'm so thankful
- 4:56Speaker 2: now that she's coming through with this. And and it
- 5:02Speaker 2: just uh it amble leave.
- 5:03Speaker 4: He he really was.
- 5:05Speaker 2: I just hate you know, all these people had go
- 5:07Speaker 2: through all the stuff.
- 5:08Speaker 4: You know, how difficult had the last few months ago.
- 5:20Speaker 3: It has been difficult to listen to it, kind of
- 5:22Speaker 3: reliving the whole thing again. We went through this couple
- 5:27Speaker 3: of years before the trial, just pure hell, and then
- 5:31Speaker 3: all the time since then of just looking for answers.
- 5:35Speaker 3: We're open to opening our wounds again, just for the real,
- 5:38Speaker 3: true answers. And we don't want anyone that sent us
- 5:41Speaker 3: up to be in jail, and we felt guilt for that.
- 5:47Speaker 4: It's it's a hard process, and I'm impressed and grateful
- 5:51Speaker 4: that your family has been so open to this process
- 5:54Speaker 4: because it's hard. It is hard.
- 5:56Speaker 6: It's very hard, very hard.
- 5:59Speaker 3: But we're doing it for the whole whole family. You know,
- 6:00Speaker 3: my sister, her and her husband both had past my
- 6:04Speaker 3: mother and father. But that's all we've been looking for.
- 6:07Speaker 3: His answers.
- 6:15Speaker 4: Are you ready, Oh yeah, all right, let's do this.
- 6:18Speaker 2: I'm rude,
