- 0:45Speaker 1: of this already challenging year. My guest this week on

- 1:32Speaker 1: this week to share her path and astrological outlook for
- 1:36Speaker 1: the remainder of the year. Please join me in welcoming
- 1:40Speaker 1: to Destination Unlimited, Susan Miller.
- 1:43Speaker 2: Welcome, Susan Oh, thank you so much. I'm so excited
- 1:47Speaker 2: about being on your show.
- 1:48Speaker 1: Thank you, and I'm grateful for you to join us
- 1:51Speaker 1: and tell us your story. So I understand your mother
- 1:54Speaker 1: made an astounding prediction about where you would find success
- 1:58Speaker 1: when you were only nine years old, predicting a new
- 2:01Speaker 1: and undiscovered platform without being able to put a name
- 2:04Speaker 1: on it. Please tell us about this pivotal moment in no.
- 2:08Speaker 2: I was in my grandmother's garden. We were upstate. It
- 2:14Speaker 2: was summer, it was hot, and it was late afternoon.
- 2:18Speaker 2: There were lilacs all around me, you know, and I
- 2:21Speaker 2: was sitting on this bench and I said to my mother,
- 2:23Speaker 2: could you just tell me what I'm going to do
- 2:25Speaker 2: when I grow up? And she laughed and she said, okay,
- 2:29Speaker 2: I'll go upstairs and get your chart, Susan. And she
- 2:32Speaker 2: said when she came back, you're going to start by writing.
- 2:37Speaker 2: And I said writing. No one in our family writes
- 2:39Speaker 2: for a living. She said, you will write, and I'm
- 2:42Speaker 2: going to work on your grammar starting now. Doesn't it
- 2:46Speaker 2: sound like a mother? And then she said she looked
- 2:49Speaker 2: at my mid heaven, which had Aquarius. I have Gemini rising,
- 2:55Speaker 2: And she said, some newly invented form of communication, so
- 3:00Speaker 2: new we don't know the name of it yet, will
- 3:04Speaker 2: change the way you work and be the channel in
- 3:07Speaker 2: what you make your ultimate contribution to the world. Well,
- 3:12Speaker 2: I was thunderstruck. Wait a minute, wait, wait a minute.
- 3:16Speaker 2: How can you see a piece of paper and tell
- 3:19Speaker 2: me that? She said, Well, Aquarius is all new inventionss
- 3:24Speaker 2: and you have it at the top where the twelve
- 3:26Speaker 2: is on a round clock, and it's communicative. It's an
- 3:31Speaker 2: air sign, so it communicates. So it has something to
- 3:35Speaker 2: do with the writing that you're doing. And it has
- 3:39Speaker 2: something to do with electricity, because Uranus rules aquarius and
- 3:46Speaker 2: Uranus rules electricity, so it has something to do with
- 3:49Speaker 2: something that plugs in the wall. I said, well, what
- 3:53Speaker 2: could it be? What could it be? She said, Well,
- 3:56Speaker 2: television was my generation's big invention, but I think yours
- 4:01Speaker 2: is going to be different. You will be on TV
- 4:04Speaker 2: and I am, but that's not the hub of the wheel.
- 4:09Speaker 2: The hub of the wheel is your writing and that
- 4:13Speaker 2: new invention. Well, now I'm driving her crazy and I'm
- 4:18Speaker 2: following her around the house. When she's done reading my charge,
- 4:21Speaker 2: she was reading other things in it. I said, you
- 4:24Speaker 2: gotta tell me more, and then she did. But after
- 4:28Speaker 2: that I kept silent because that was even more like
- 4:34Speaker 2: a thunderbolt. She said, I'm going to tell you something
- 4:38Speaker 2: that doesn't make any sense to me, and it probably
- 4:41Speaker 2: won't to you either, But this is all I can
- 4:44Speaker 2: tell you. There are little dots or lines that go
- 4:48Speaker 2: through the air that are invisible, and they have a
- 4:51Speaker 2: direct connection to your writing. And that's all I can say.
- 4:56Speaker 2: She was predicting the Internet, and that was way before
- 4:59Speaker 2: we knew anything that even existed.
- 5:02Speaker 1: Absolutely, So, how I'm sorry, How did your path is
- 5:05Speaker 1: in astrologer unfold?
- 5:08Speaker 2: Well, I didn't want anyone to know. I knew astrology.
- 5:10Speaker 2: I wasn't sure it was completely accepted by society. I
- 5:14Speaker 2: had gone to NYU for business. I was working for magazines.
- 5:19Speaker 2: I worked for a Life magazine my first job out
- 5:22Speaker 2: of school, and then seventeen, then Cosmopolitan. I was working,
- 5:26Speaker 2: you know, and happy, but I was learning from my
- 5:32Speaker 2: mother and by the time I was twenty oh, let's
- 5:35Speaker 2: say twenty five. Yeah, because I started with her when
- 5:40Speaker 2: I was fourteen. I had a terrible birth effect, and
- 5:44Speaker 2: the whole reason I wanted to learn astrology is to
- 5:47Speaker 2: see if i'd ever walk again, and if I would
- 5:50Speaker 2: look like everybody else without a big brace and crutches.
- 5:54Speaker 2: I was in the hospital eleven months straight, which nobody is,
- 6:00Speaker 2: but they had to do so many operations on me.
- 6:03Speaker 2: My problem was internal bleeding in the left leg and hip,
- 6:09Speaker 2: and they didn't expect it when they went in. I
- 6:12Speaker 2: had the chief of staff at the Hospital for Joint Diseases,
- 6:15Speaker 2: which is part now of Langone wonderful Hospital of New York,
- 6:20Speaker 2: and he was chief and he thought it was a
- 6:22Speaker 2: cartilage operation and I said, no, it's more like chocolate syrup,
- 6:26Speaker 2: something thick like chocolate syrup. And when I get an attack,
- 6:30Speaker 2: I'm in excruciating pain and I can't move an inch
- 6:32Speaker 2: in the bed. Well, when you bleed internally, it is
- 6:36Speaker 2: very painful. Even a teaspoonful of blood getting into your
- 6:40Speaker 2: joint is not good. So he wasn't really thinking it
- 6:44Speaker 2: was going to be the biggest operation that he'd ever done,
- 6:48Speaker 2: but he saved the leg, but I kept breaking the leg,
- 6:52Speaker 2: and after I finally got out of the hospital and
- 6:55Speaker 2: went to college, I kept breaking the thigh bone. And
- 6:59Speaker 2: after the fourth break, I mean, I just walked across
- 7:02Speaker 2: the room and it snapped. I heard it snap and
- 7:04Speaker 2: I fell to the floor. And luckily my daughter was
- 7:07Speaker 2: home at the time, and you know, I was alone.
- 7:13Speaker 2: And I said, doctor Frankel had come back after being
- 7:17Speaker 2: away for six years. And I said, doctor Frankel, you're
- 7:21Speaker 2: here now you have to operate on me. He said,
- 7:26Speaker 2: I don't think you're going to live through it, says
- 7:27Speaker 2: in we gave you eighteen transfusions the last operation, and
- 7:33Speaker 2: you know it's it's scary. I said, well, I had
- 7:37Speaker 2: my lawyer come up and show me my will. Look,
- 7:41Speaker 2: I have two children now and I can't take care
- 7:44Speaker 2: of them if I can't even walk across a room
- 7:47Speaker 2: and know that I'll be okay. I mean, how am
- 7:49Speaker 2: I going to go to the supermarket? How am I
- 7:51Speaker 2: going to go to Bloomingdale's. How am I going to
- 7:53Speaker 2: take them to Disney World? I need a leg. So
- 7:57Speaker 2: he agreed to operate, and it was even more harrowing
- 8:01Speaker 2: than the first one. But I had to after that operation.
- 8:05Speaker 2: I had to stay home a full year and wait
- 8:07Speaker 2: for the bone to grow around the titanium because he said,
- 8:11Speaker 2: if you fall, you will die, and he said it twice,
- 8:15Speaker 2: is it? If you fall you will die. I can
- 8:17Speaker 2: never go in that leg again. And he said it
- 8:21Speaker 2: was all shard and you know, like a piece of wood.
- 8:25Speaker 2: With all that wood, you know, rotting around it, there
- 8:28Speaker 2: was no marrow in it. That's the problem. So they
- 8:31Speaker 2: gave me a very thin titanium and he fixed me up.
- 8:36Speaker 2: After that year, I was able to go outside, but
- 8:40Speaker 2: it was hard because I was the breadwinner of the family.
- 8:44Speaker 2: But you can, you know, if you put your brain
- 8:47Speaker 2: to things, you can figure it out. And I continue.
- 8:53Speaker 2: I was an agent for commercial photographers at the time,
- 8:56Speaker 2: but that whole episode had made me very said sive
- 9:00Speaker 2: to other people who are in pain, and I was
- 9:03Speaker 2: dealing with art directors by then. I became an agent
- 9:05Speaker 2: for commercial photographers. I was estimating big campaigns and representing
- 9:12Speaker 2: the best talent I could find, just amazing photographers. And
- 9:18Speaker 2: when it got around that if you're having a bad day,
- 9:21Speaker 2: called nine to one one and Susan will answer and
- 9:25Speaker 2: she'll take a taxi to your office. At the end
- 9:28Speaker 2: of the day. And I did. And I didn't even
- 9:31Speaker 2: charge for my charts for eight years. I did them
- 9:34Speaker 2: for free. I just wanted to help people. I just
- 9:38Speaker 2: my whole modus operandi is to reduce pain, to make
- 9:44Speaker 2: people feel better, how they could fix the situation they
- 9:48Speaker 2: were in, or find the timing, do the right thing,
- 9:51Speaker 2: ask the right questions. But you know, I like astrology
- 9:55Speaker 2: because you're in charge. I can give you several methods
- 9:59Speaker 2: to solve something, and you picked the one that feels
- 10:02Speaker 2: right for you. So that's how I got into it,
- 10:05Speaker 2: and that's when I started to go a little bit public.
- 10:09Speaker 2: But it got around to all the ad agencies that
- 10:12Speaker 2: you should definitely have Susan on your iPhone.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Wonderful.
- 10:18Speaker 2: It was really time incorporated. We had done a big
- 10:22Speaker 2: job for Sachi and Sachi for cheerios. We had done
- 10:26Speaker 2: dancing cheerios in the air with the milk splashing into
- 10:30Speaker 2: the bowl and everything. It was beautiful. I need ten.
- 10:34Speaker 2: And it was then when I read the creative director's
- 10:37Speaker 2: chart and he said, my wife would love you, and
- 10:40Speaker 2: I said I would love her. What does she do?
- 10:43Speaker 2: And he said, she's creative director of Warner Books and
- 10:46Speaker 2: when I met Jackie, we really hit it off, and
- 10:49Speaker 2: Jackie was to change my life. Long story short. She
- 10:53Speaker 2: was the one that recommended me to time in to
- 10:56Speaker 2: have a part of their site. It was then called Pathfinder,
- 11:00Speaker 2: and I went. I developed Astrology Zone in nineteen ninety
- 11:05Speaker 2: five and it went up on December fourteenth. They wanted
- 11:08Speaker 2: me to do something short for women every day, and
- 11:10Speaker 2: I said, why, men want to know the future. Why
- 11:13Speaker 2: would we just write to women. And they said, well,
- 11:16Speaker 2: that's kind of true. I said, in ancient days, men
- 11:19Speaker 2: were the only ones who had the money to hire
- 11:21Speaker 2: a mathematician in the nearby university where he could get
- 11:26Speaker 2: to the castle that was usually a king on horseback
- 11:30Speaker 2: and then get back to his university so we could
- 11:34Speaker 2: teach the next morning. And I said, yeah, yeah, you're right.
- 11:37Speaker 2: Men want to know the future too. And I said,
- 11:40Speaker 2: we have to write long, not short, because short can
- 11:44Speaker 2: be misleading and confusing, and you don't want that. I
- 11:49Speaker 2: want to write long. And they said long. How long
- 11:52Speaker 2: are you talking about? I said, well, seventeen hundred per sign.
- 11:56Speaker 2: This said, my goodness, we can't pay you a dollar
- 11:58Speaker 2: a word. I said, don't worry about that. I'm going
- 12:01Speaker 2: to keep my day job. Don't worry about that. Let's
- 12:03Speaker 2: just do a great website, you know, because where Time
- 12:07Speaker 2: Warner where should be the best. And they're laughing they
- 12:10Speaker 2: haven't even hird me yet. But I'm they did let
- 12:15Speaker 2: me create my vision, and a lot of companies wouldn't
- 12:20Speaker 2: let you do that, you know. But you know, some
- 12:23Speaker 2: companies have a not invented here mentality, like if they
- 12:27Speaker 2: didn't think of it, it wasn't going to happen. But
- 12:30Speaker 2: this was something that was outside Timing's wheelhouse. They but
- 12:35Speaker 2: they were so impressed with my passion, so we have
- 12:39Speaker 2: to do this right. And they said, okay, we're going
- 12:42Speaker 2: to let you do it. And they were still going
- 12:45Speaker 2: to pay me, but not a dollar, a word, nothing
- 12:48Speaker 2: even close. But I had so much fun with it.
- 12:51Speaker 2: And here it is thirty years later and Astrology zone
- 12:56Speaker 2: still going strong.
- 12:57Speaker 1: So wonderful.
- 12:59Speaker 2: That's how I got that started.
- 13:01Speaker 1: Wonderful. Is astrology a gift or any No, I was
- 13:05Speaker 1: going to say, anyone who is serious and eager be
- 13:08Speaker 1: able to learn?
- 13:09Speaker 2: Yeah, you have to like math and geometry. I love numbers,
- 13:13Speaker 2: and no. In the beginning, you really have to go
- 13:18Speaker 2: slowly because your brain has to build up those synaps,
- 13:22Speaker 2: because you can't just read one aspect. For example, Jupiter
- 13:27Speaker 2: conjunct Mercury is fabulous for signing a contract, or giving
- 13:31Speaker 2: a speech, or taking a trip, you know, an important one.
- 13:35Speaker 2: But if Neptune is also making an aspect maybe to
- 13:40Speaker 2: the Sun or to Mercury, that spoils the pudding, you
- 13:44Speaker 2: absolutely cannot recommend that to anyone that day to sign,
- 13:50Speaker 2: or certainly not to get married, because when you get married,
- 13:52Speaker 2: you sign a contract. You know, we don't think of
- 13:55Speaker 2: it that way. But after the ceremony that the priest
- 13:58Speaker 2: or the rabbi asked you to sign people, so you know,
- 14:02Speaker 2: you have to allow your brain to take in eight
- 14:06Speaker 2: planets plus the Sun and moon. And yes there are asteroids,
- 14:11Speaker 2: but the planets are the board of directors. You know,
- 14:14Speaker 2: they're the ones that are going to have the biggest
- 14:16Speaker 2: Although Chiron, which isn't an asteroid, is important, but you know,
- 14:23Speaker 2: stick with the planets in the beginning, and don't mix
- 14:26Speaker 2: up Veda astrology with Western vedic is from India. It's
- 14:30Speaker 2: a wonderful algorithm, but I have spent all my life
- 14:35Speaker 2: studying Western young people try to study it all and
- 14:40Speaker 2: it's it's like spaghetti. It's too much. They get confused.
- 14:45Speaker 2: So just the one thing, you know, and that's what
- 14:49Speaker 2: I would recommend. But it's a wonderful discipline and anyone
- 14:54Speaker 2: can do it. And I want to make one point.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Astrology is not a replacement for religion. As a matter
- 15:02Speaker 2: of fact, religion is reflected in the chart as all
- 15:07Speaker 2: of life is. If you say, well, where's religion. The
- 15:11Speaker 2: dogma of religion is in the ninth house of philosophy,
- 15:15Speaker 2: and the pure belief, whether you believe in God or
- 15:21Speaker 2: your the tenets of your own religion or not, that's
- 15:24Speaker 2: in your twelfth house, which is your inner subconscious, your
- 15:30Speaker 2: inner heart, the inner part of you. That is hard
- 15:35Speaker 2: to explain, but it's your belief. So I when I
- 15:40Speaker 2: went through that whole big period in the hospital, I
- 15:43Speaker 2: continue to pray to all my favorite saints to help me,
- 15:48Speaker 2: you know, get well. And I have I walk without
- 15:52Speaker 2: the braves now. The bones in the foot are moving,
- 15:55Speaker 2: so I can't wear I can't wear healed anymore, and
- 15:58Speaker 2: that that makes me sad. But I do have a
- 16:03Speaker 2: leg and that's what matters. And I have a leg
- 16:07Speaker 2: that's strong and that's not going to break when I
- 16:09Speaker 2: walk across the room that I was a china cup.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Absolutely, astrology is very popular right now, especially with millennials.
- 16:20Speaker 1: What do you attribute this recent enthusiasm for the topic
- 16:23Speaker 1: social media.
- 16:25Speaker 2: I think astrology has always been popular. After all, it
- 16:28Speaker 2: has survived two thy four hundred years since the Babylonians
- 16:33Speaker 2: and Chaldeans in Mesopotamia developed it. But I think people
- 16:39Speaker 2: didn't talk about it, and now with social media there's
- 16:44Speaker 2: so much sharing of information. Well, of course, we live
- 16:47Speaker 2: in scary times, but people have always lived in scary times.
- 16:53Speaker 2: You know, you look back in history and I mean
- 16:57Speaker 2: they didn't have the medicine we have now. I mean
- 17:00Speaker 2: a famine or of disease could wipe out whole populations,
- 17:06Speaker 2: you know. I mean, I don't think it has to
- 17:08Speaker 2: do with the volatility of the times we live in.
- 17:13Speaker 2: I think it's always been volatile. It's just that we
- 17:17Speaker 2: share information more now and they see it works. It
- 17:22Speaker 2: does work if you're doing it correctly, and you have
- 17:26Speaker 2: to partner with the universe. There is no predestination. I
- 17:31Speaker 2: can tell you it's a great time to move house
- 17:35Speaker 2: or renovate or fix it up. But if you say
- 17:38Speaker 2: I like it the way it is okay. The family
- 17:41Speaker 2: comes under that, especially parents. You could do something nice
- 17:45Speaker 2: for your mother or father or also enjoy great family support.
- 17:48Speaker 2: Game for your goals. If you want to start a business,
- 17:51Speaker 2: your mom or dad maybe give you a little money
- 17:54Speaker 2: to help you get started. But it's up to you.
- 17:57Speaker 2: If you say no none of the above, you don't
- 17:59Speaker 2: have to. But I can tell you how long that
- 18:03Speaker 2: cycle will take to come back. In this case, I'm
- 18:06Speaker 2: talking about Jupiter, it will take twelve years. So it's
- 18:10Speaker 2: up to you to either find something big or small
- 18:13Speaker 2: to use that wonderful aspect while you're working on everything
- 18:17Speaker 2: else in life. But it's not predestined. You have to
- 18:22Speaker 2: show the universe your intent and that's the only way
- 18:27Speaker 2: the universe can give you what you want because you
- 18:30Speaker 2: can't ask the universe to guess it. Yeah, it's just
- 18:36Speaker 2: like hoping your girlfriend or boyfriend is going to figure
- 18:39Speaker 2: out what you want for Christmas. It's always a disaster
- 18:42Speaker 2: if you don't drop little hands.
- 18:44Speaker 1: You know what are what are the dos and don'ts
- 18:48Speaker 1: of astrology?
- 18:50Speaker 2: Well, don't let it be a crutch, but I would
- 18:55Speaker 2: say I know where all the planets are because I'm
- 18:58Speaker 2: writing so much Not only do I write for me,
- 19:02Speaker 2: I write for my for my website. I write two apps,
- 19:07Speaker 2: and well one app I have finished, but the other
- 19:10Speaker 2: app is a daily horoscope. So I'm writing those five
- 19:13Speaker 2: months ahead and for twelve signs, and I write a calendar,
- 19:18Speaker 2: so I know where all the planets are in my
- 19:20Speaker 2: head and at any given time, and I know when
- 19:26Speaker 2: to use, you know, to strike while the iron's hot,
- 19:30Speaker 2: when to go after something I dearly want, or put
- 19:34Speaker 2: in that order, or sign the contract, or you know,
- 19:37Speaker 2: begin adventure. You know. Basically, people should know there are
- 19:41Speaker 2: new ones and full months. The new moon is the
- 19:44Speaker 2: time to plant seeds and start things. Two weeks later
- 19:50Speaker 2: is the full moon, and that's when things start to crystallize.
- 19:54Speaker 2: But if you're working on a complex project, it could
- 19:58Speaker 2: take six months. Now that's interesting because let's say we
- 20:02Speaker 2: just had a new moon in Aries this month at
- 20:06Speaker 2: the beginning of the month, and then six months later
- 20:10Speaker 2: we have the full moon in Aries, so that's when
- 20:14Speaker 2: it will crystallize. And after the full moon you go
- 20:19Speaker 2: into a planning period for two weeks until the new moon.
- 20:22Speaker 2: You shouldn't really begin anything new during the planning stage.
- 20:26Speaker 2: The universe wants you to take two weeks to think
- 20:30Speaker 2: and to really we're more than twos several months if necessary,
- 20:34Speaker 2: and then launch on the new moon, and then eclipses
- 20:39Speaker 2: coincide with full moons and new moons. The next ones
- 20:42Speaker 2: are coming in August August twelfth, which is a sweet one,
- 20:47Speaker 2: but there's a kind of cranky one on August twenty eighth.
- 20:53Speaker 2: But you know, eclipses get us moving and they look
- 20:57Speaker 2: for weak links. Last sept I knew I was in
- 21:02Speaker 2: the crosshairs of the eclipse on September seventh, and and
- 21:08Speaker 2: sure enough, I had moved my apartment out because I
- 21:12Speaker 2: had a small flood. And if you're going to move
- 21:15Speaker 2: so that you can put in a new floor, you
- 21:18Speaker 2: shouldn't really be there because some houses have a lot
- 21:21Speaker 2: of asbestos. So I had to first have a company
- 21:24Speaker 2: to take all the asbestos out. So I had to move,
- 21:27Speaker 2: and we had to wait for the Department of Buildings
- 21:29Speaker 2: to give us the license in New York, that takes forever.
- 21:32Speaker 2: It took six months, and then we began and I thought,
- 21:35Speaker 2: oh gosh, what am I moving back? Sure enough, after
- 21:38Speaker 2: that eclipse, I had to move back. But I also
- 21:41Speaker 2: found out that I had a very serious kidney situation,
- 21:45Speaker 2: and just a week after I moved, I had to
- 21:47Speaker 2: go into the hospital for two and a half weeks
- 21:50Speaker 2: for a serious operation, which turned out to be a
- 21:53Speaker 2: big success, much better than even my doctor thought was possible.
- 21:58Speaker 2: He cleared up everything and I won't have to go
- 22:02Speaker 2: back for that. He is going to work on the
- 22:04Speaker 2: other kid. You have a tiny little stone, and he said, let's,
- 22:07Speaker 2: you know, just burst it. But I had no bacteria
- 22:09Speaker 2: there or anything, not like the little guy that left fluent.
- 22:13Speaker 2: So and then I also had a business partner who
- 22:18Speaker 2: was funded by Mark Cuban. Mark Cuban pulled out, the
- 22:22Speaker 2: company collapsed. All this happened at once, all in September.
- 22:27Speaker 2: Let's see, the Eclipse was looking for a weak link
- 22:32Speaker 2: and it helps you solve it. The Eclipse wanted me
- 22:37Speaker 2: to get away from that company. I was sorry that
- 22:41Speaker 2: I kind of enjoyed working with them. It was only
- 22:44Speaker 2: for a very short time two months, but it was
- 22:47Speaker 2: fun while I did it. But I learned some things
- 22:50Speaker 2: and I was exposed to certain technology, which was good.
- 22:54Speaker 2: I got well. I moved into my apartment and I
- 22:59Speaker 2: had boxes everywhere, and I had gone to the hospital
- 23:02Speaker 2: and come back the boxes are still there. But I
- 23:04Speaker 2: have the sweetest assistant, and my housekeeper comes once a week,
- 23:09Speaker 2: and Valerie has the best heart. She's a cancer and
- 23:13Speaker 2: she said, oh, let's open a box. She's so cheerful.
- 23:17Speaker 2: Oh pretty glasses. But they need washing now, Rosita is
- 23:22Speaker 2: looking up. I'll take it. I'll wash them. And they're
- 23:25Speaker 2: so enthusiastic. I'm like, oh, God, bless them. And they're
- 23:29Speaker 2: helping me. And I'm getting into it now because I
- 23:32Speaker 2: just thought I'm just going to live the rest of
- 23:34Speaker 2: my life with boxes, because I have no time to
- 23:37Speaker 2: do any of this, you know, like I have to
- 23:40Speaker 2: write so much. How is this going to happen? And
- 23:43Speaker 2: yet it does. I still have some boxes, you know,
- 23:46Speaker 2: especially in the office because my children left a lot
- 23:49Speaker 2: of things here. You know how you leave things at
- 23:53Speaker 2: your parents' house when they move out, and you're like, hello, well,
- 23:57Speaker 2: I'm going to put them in a storage unit until
- 24:00Speaker 2: my other daughters in LA. So she can't really come
- 24:02Speaker 2: over and look at it. So but she did promise
- 24:05Speaker 2: to take a look at it if I just put
- 24:07Speaker 2: it in storage and safekeeping, so I will wonderful, I guess.
- 24:12Speaker 1: Is Susan Miller her website is Astrologyzone dot com. Your
- 24:17Speaker 1: legendary yearly astrology calendars have been hailed as one of
- 24:20Speaker 1: the most beautiful designs with delegate intricate daily aspects of astrology.
- 24:25Speaker 1: Please tell us about this calendar and how people can
- 24:27Speaker 1: get it.
- 24:28Speaker 2: You know, I always wanted to do a calendar. I
- 24:31Speaker 2: didn't like the ones on the market. You know, if
- 24:33Speaker 2: you're going to come out with a new Potento chip,
- 24:35Speaker 2: you should buy the ones that are out there right
- 24:37Speaker 2: taste them. And I didn't want to copy anyone. I
- 24:41Speaker 2: wanted to do it my way. And I had always
- 24:45Speaker 2: loved beautiful art and visuals and I had fallen in
- 24:51Speaker 2: love with this one illustrator. I had worked with other illustrators.
- 24:56Speaker 2: I've been doing the calendar for about twelve or thirteen years,
- 25:00Speaker 2: and I had worked with different people, including Gloria Vanderbilt
- 25:03Speaker 2: before she passed away, and she was just a love.
- 25:06Speaker 2: But I fell in love with Henry Bendel's. I called
- 25:12Speaker 2: him the Skinny Girls that Isaac Zannew was drawing and
- 25:16Speaker 2: creating for the It was his biggest client and he
- 25:21Speaker 2: really created the branding. And did you ever try calling
- 25:24Speaker 2: someone and hang up? Call him and hang up. You're
- 25:27Speaker 2: too scared to make the call because he's fainus and
- 25:32Speaker 2: he's expensive. But the agent picked up and she said, oh,
- 25:37Speaker 2: we know you. We have your apsison. We'll make it work.
- 25:42Speaker 2: And of course now I pay full price, but it's
- 25:45Speaker 2: worth it. There's set I want people to be happy
- 25:49Speaker 2: when they look at the wall, look at the beautiful
- 25:52Speaker 2: scenes that we create. And people really are loving it.
- 25:57Speaker 2: And I use archival paper when I said to have
- 26:00Speaker 2: this calendar, it weighs a pound. I do include January
- 26:04Speaker 2: of the following year, because who has time to shop
- 26:06Speaker 2: in December? December this is a really hard month because
- 26:10Speaker 2: you're buying presents for children and your family and your friends,
- 26:13Speaker 2: and you don't have time to think about yourself. So
- 26:15Speaker 2: I give you an extra month, so you have thirteen months.
- 26:19Speaker 2: And now they're on sale on my website. The only
- 26:21Speaker 2: place to get it is on your web on my website.
- 26:25Speaker 2: And we have a fulfillment house, so I am not
- 26:27Speaker 2: sitting on the floor of my living room. The fulfillment house,
- 26:30Speaker 2: who works with great big companies, works with me. It's
- 26:34Speaker 2: based in the suburbs of Philadelphia and that's actually where
- 26:39Speaker 2: we print as well. A beautiful beautiful work, a very
- 26:43Speaker 2: rich inks archival paper and get it right away, you know,
- 26:49Speaker 2: just by looking at the homepage, the pink cover of
- 26:52Speaker 2: the girl with flowers in her hair, and it's right
- 26:55Speaker 2: on my homepage of Astrology Zone. People say, why don't
- 26:59Speaker 2: you go to Amazon? Amazon needs you to send big
- 27:04Speaker 2: inventory to all their silos around the country, and I'm
- 27:09Speaker 2: not big enough to be able to do that. So
- 27:13Speaker 2: I'm still investigating because there are different ways to work
- 27:17Speaker 2: with them, and they're great. I love Amazon, but right
- 27:20Speaker 2: now we're not working with them. We're just working on
- 27:22Speaker 2: our own and it's fun. It's such a labor of
- 27:25Speaker 2: love and I just hope people enjoy it. And of
- 27:29Speaker 2: course I have the two apps on Google and on
- 27:33Speaker 2: Apple App Store, and I was deemed an Apple developer,
- 27:38Speaker 2: which is like having the FBI. I mean, you wouldn't
- 27:41Speaker 2: believe what you have to show Apple, and I respect them.
- 27:46Speaker 2: They want to see your bank statements and you're a
- 27:49Speaker 2: credit card like MX and see that you're a real business,
- 27:53Speaker 2: not make believe. And they look at your app and
- 27:57Speaker 2: they go through it, they try to break it. They
- 28:00Speaker 2: give you little hints. They also allow you to do
- 28:03Speaker 2: more creative things than Google does. They allow more bells
- 28:07Speaker 2: and whistles than Google does. But it's funny when when
- 28:11Speaker 2: you go on the Apple app Store, Google calls and says,
- 28:14Speaker 2: how did you do with Apple? Oh? Yeah, we went
- 28:16Speaker 2: through the test. Do we have to go through a
- 28:18Speaker 2: test with you? Oh no. If they say you're okay,
- 28:20Speaker 2: well we'll just let you in. So they don't go
- 28:26Speaker 2: through the whole process Apple does. But and I do
- 28:29Speaker 2: pay thirty percent to both companies of you know, it's
- 28:34Speaker 2: my one app is five dollars a month, the premium
- 28:37Speaker 2: version four ninety nine. But it's worth it to have
- 28:42Speaker 2: your retailer on, you know, be Apple or Google. That's
- 28:45Speaker 2: great honor. So I don't begrudge them at all. I mean,
- 28:51Speaker 2: I think that they're wonderful. They do a lot of
- 28:54Speaker 2: work on their end, so you know, it's a happy relationship.
- 28:59Speaker 2: And the other app I have. The first app is
- 29:01Speaker 2: Astrologys and Horoscopes and it has tons of my essays
- 29:07Speaker 2: and it has different chapters how to learn astrology and
- 29:10Speaker 2: relationships and compatibility and all kinds of things life and love,
- 29:16Speaker 2: tons of stuff. On the other one, the moon Void.
- 29:19Speaker 2: Of course, it's called Moonlight phases, and you should never
- 29:26Speaker 2: do anything important when the moon is void, of course.
- 29:31Speaker 2: So let's say you're closing on a house. You don't
- 29:35Speaker 2: want to pick a day when the moon is void
- 29:38Speaker 2: because it comes to kind of nothing. You know, you're
- 29:41Speaker 2: just never happy in that house, and you're wondering, why
- 29:45Speaker 2: did I buy this house? You know you want an
- 29:48Speaker 2: Astrologers have been using moonvoid of course for years, but
- 29:52Speaker 2: nobody had a really good app out there. You'd have
- 29:54Speaker 2: to go on the internet look at all these numbers
- 29:58Speaker 2: that were all in meantime, and then count on your
- 30:02Speaker 2: fingers what time it was in New York or wherever
- 30:05Speaker 2: you were located. I'm in New York. But it was
- 30:08Speaker 2: just too complicated. Nobody was using moonvoid of course because
- 30:12Speaker 2: of that, And what is moonvoid? Of course? When the
- 30:15Speaker 2: moon isn't speaking with other planets, she kind of greets
- 30:19Speaker 2: all the other planets. And it doesn't matter if she's
- 30:22Speaker 2: fighting with them or cordial with them, or happy with
- 30:25Speaker 2: them or laughing with them, doesn't matter. As long as
- 30:28Speaker 2: she's engaged, this is a good thing. But if she
- 30:31Speaker 2: has retreated to her boudoir, takes off her beautiful white
- 30:35Speaker 2: satin dress and takes a nap, no no, no, no,
- 30:38Speaker 2: you do not want to do anything important like a
- 30:41Speaker 2: big job interview, or a first date or anything like that.
- 30:44Speaker 2: While the moon is void, of course. The only exception
- 30:48Speaker 2: is let's say you're getting audited by the irs. Well,
- 30:52Speaker 2: then you do want a moon void of course, because
- 30:55Speaker 2: they'll say, oh, there's nothing to see here. I don't
- 30:58Speaker 2: know why we called you in. You're fine, well, thank you,
- 31:02Speaker 2: you're good. Then you want the moon, of course, because
- 31:07Speaker 2: things continue as they were, but most of us, on
- 31:11Speaker 2: most important things, we want them to advance to a
- 31:15Speaker 2: new stage. So that's the moonboard. Of course. The app
- 31:19Speaker 2: is only seven ninety nine. You buy it once. It
- 31:23Speaker 2: gives you every day all the way through twenty and fifty.
- 31:28Speaker 2: You never have to buy another one or not for
- 31:30Speaker 2: a long time.
- 31:33Speaker 1: Who knew that taxes and astrology were not mutually exclusive?
- 31:36Speaker 1: My guest, as Susan Miller, will be back with more

- 32:48Speaker 2: HI.
- 32:48Speaker 4: This is Bill Maher. I can find humor in almost anything,
- 32:51Speaker 4: but one thing I never laugh about is cruelty to animals.
- 32:54Speaker 4: If you don't get the joke either, right, People for

- 33:03Speaker 1: On Destination Unlimited. My guest this week Susan Miller. We're
- 33:07Speaker 1: talking about all of her gifts in astrology and her
- 33:10Speaker 1: website Astrologyzone dot com. Susan, We're now in the second
- 33:15Speaker 1: quarter of twenty twenty six. Can you talk about the
- 33:18Speaker 1: forthcoming trends you envisioned for the remainder of the year.
- 33:21Speaker 2: Well, I really like what's coming in May, June, July,
- 33:25Speaker 2: and August, even though August has a little cranky eclipse
- 33:28Speaker 2: at the very end on the twenty eighth, But generally
- 33:32Speaker 2: these months are going to be better than what we've had,
- 33:36Speaker 2: you know. It's it's going to be softer, not so challenging.
- 33:40Speaker 2: And I feel a lot of people felt last year
- 33:44Speaker 2: twenty twenty five, not for everyone, but for a great majority.
- 33:50Speaker 2: It was a time of endings. Things were finishing up,
- 33:55Speaker 2: they were closing down. They you know, we were moving
- 33:59Speaker 2: on and we're in this year, but we had a
- 34:02Speaker 2: bit of a slow start in the first quarter, but
- 34:06Speaker 2: that has finished. We've done our planning, we've done our
- 34:10Speaker 2: deep thinking, and the planets are more friendly. The biggest
- 34:15Speaker 2: change will happen at the end of April April twenty fifth,
- 34:20Speaker 2: when Uranus makes his move into Gemini for the first
- 34:25Speaker 2: time since nineteen forty one to nineteen forty eight. That's
- 34:30Speaker 2: a big, big change, and it will affect society and
- 34:35Speaker 2: it will affect people personally too. It's a big outer
- 34:39Speaker 2: planet with It takes eighty four years to go around
- 34:43Speaker 2: the Sun, so it's slow moving. It will stay in
- 34:48Speaker 2: Gemini for seven years. And Eurymus is the planet of
- 34:52Speaker 2: all things unexpected and surprising and creative and rebellious and
- 34:58Speaker 2: idiosyncratic and non additional. It's everything all built into one.
- 35:03Speaker 2: You know. Actually, if you could see run Us, if
- 35:06Speaker 2: you could take a spaceship up there and watch him,
- 35:09Speaker 2: he doesn't spin around the Sun the way the other
- 35:13Speaker 2: planets do. He spins on his belly and he moves
- 35:17Speaker 2: the way he wants to move. So he really is
- 35:20Speaker 2: an individual and that is the vibe that he gives us.
- 35:25Speaker 2: And I think there'll be advances in aviation. But you know,
- 35:29Speaker 2: ever since we've gotten close to Runnis in Gemini, we've
- 35:34Speaker 2: been hearing a lot of near misses and you know,
- 35:37Speaker 2: things that have to be addressed in airports. I do
- 35:41Speaker 2: know the president had fired a lot of air traffic
- 35:44Speaker 2: controllers and it takes a while to hire new ones.
- 35:47Speaker 2: And I don't even know if there are hiring new ones,
- 35:50Speaker 2: but I hope they are because there's been a lot
- 35:53Speaker 2: of negative news about airplanes, but there's also some positive
- 35:58Speaker 2: things going on to try to make them speedier, and
- 36:01Speaker 2: there was a news story last night. They're trying to
- 36:07Speaker 2: make it more comfortable in coach and if you're on
- 36:11Speaker 2: a plane where you're willing to buy three seats across,
- 36:15Speaker 2: they'll let you sleep and they're going to make it
- 36:17Speaker 2: more comfortable, and it will work in such a way
- 36:20Speaker 2: that it will be comfortable. Will even give you a
- 36:22Speaker 2: blanket and a pillow. They're trying, and I hope they
- 36:28Speaker 2: continue to keep trying because airplane transportation hasn't been much
- 36:34Speaker 2: fun lately, you know. But I think it will streamline
- 36:39Speaker 2: under Uranis and Gemini. Also, communication will change. I know
- 36:43Speaker 2: mad Dizines have been having a hard time in newspapers.
- 36:46Speaker 2: I'm hoping that this will give it a boost. Nothing
- 36:49Speaker 2: ever repeats exactly the way it was. It's always in
- 36:52Speaker 2: a new form. But just like radio. For a while
- 36:56Speaker 2: there people were saying, oh, I don't know if radio
- 36:58Speaker 2: will exist, and of course it does.
- 37:00Speaker 1: It.
- 37:00Speaker 2: It exists on the internet, it exists in podcasts, it
- 37:03Speaker 2: exists in different ways. And you know, we're going to
- 37:07Speaker 2: have a real boom in communication and travel. So that's good.
- 37:15Speaker 2: And I talked a lot about Uranus and how it
- 37:17Speaker 2: will affect each sign as it moves in in my
- 37:21Speaker 2: April forecast, because of course it's happening in April, so
- 37:28Speaker 2: you know, we're in very unusual times because the five
- 37:32Speaker 2: big outer planets that really help us set up the
- 37:35Speaker 2: themes and goals in our lives all change signs all
- 37:40Speaker 2: at once. We had Pluto going into Aquarius for twenty years,
- 37:45Speaker 2: and the minute it went in in November of not
- 37:50Speaker 2: ninety five but ninety four, it we heard about Ai
- 37:55Speaker 2: all of a sudden, and we heard about driving cars
- 37:58Speaker 2: driving around without a at the wheel, and you know,
- 38:03Speaker 2: we're going back to the Moon, and we're going to Mars,
- 38:05Speaker 2: and we're going to international space stations and things of
- 38:09Speaker 2: that sort. So that was a big change that we
- 38:14Speaker 2: had Neptune going into Ares and he's glued to Saturn
- 38:20Speaker 2: also in Ares, and that is giving inspiration to entrepreneurs
- 38:26Speaker 2: but also a sense of practicality to entrepreneurs where they
- 38:30Speaker 2: have to get real because Saturn makes you get real.
- 38:34Speaker 2: Neptune gives you the vision the dream. Saturn shows you
- 38:38Speaker 2: how to be practical enough to make it happen and
- 38:40Speaker 2: build a firm foundation. Then you have Uranus to add
- 38:44Speaker 2: more creativity, but not in the way Neptune. Neptune is
- 38:48Speaker 2: more artistic and musical and with art and beauty. Uranus
- 38:54Speaker 2: is more in the scientific, high tech, mathematical and science,
- 38:59Speaker 2: and that's where the creativity will come. And then we
- 39:03Speaker 2: have Jupiter. Now, Jupiter is the only little outlier who
- 39:07Speaker 2: didn't go into an air and fire sign one or
- 39:10Speaker 2: the other. It's still in cancer. But even Jupiter's moving
- 39:15Speaker 2: into Leo at the end of June, June thirtieth, and
- 39:19Speaker 2: he's going to be in fire. So all of them
- 39:21Speaker 2: will get along, which is unusual to begin with, and
- 39:25Speaker 2: they're going to be an air and fire getting away
- 39:28Speaker 2: from earth and water, and life will look and feel
- 39:33Speaker 2: a bit different. We're moving away from consumerism. It's not
- 39:39Speaker 2: whether you have a bigger house than your neighbor or
- 39:42Speaker 2: a better car, It doesn't matter anymore. It's what you know,
- 39:46Speaker 2: what you share with others, what in terms of expertise
- 39:50Speaker 2: and knowledge. It's where you much more emphasis on travel
- 39:55Speaker 2: and just a very nice inte sellectual kind of spark
- 40:02Speaker 2: will be part of the result. So there's a lot
- 40:06Speaker 2: of change coming, but we're all easing into it together,
- 40:10Speaker 2: so it's all good.
- 40:12Speaker 1: Do you see a restoration of the semblance of normalcy
- 40:18Speaker 1: with regard to caring and love and taking care of
- 40:23Speaker 1: our brothers and sisters.
- 40:25Speaker 2: You know, right now, with all that's happened, I think
- 40:33Speaker 2: sometimes they say things have to get worse before they
- 40:35Speaker 2: get better. I think we're at that point. We're at
- 40:38Speaker 2: that tipping point when the two citizens of Minneapolis Renee
- 40:46Speaker 2: Good and I find it ironic that her last name
- 40:48Speaker 2: was Good and mister Petty was shot, and it's horrifying
- 40:54Speaker 2: to see it happen right on TV in front of
- 40:56Speaker 2: your eyes. I think we are more like than different.
- 41:01Speaker 2: We do have different political you know, ideas of bad things,
- 41:07Speaker 2: but it doesn't mean we can't talk about them. And
- 41:09Speaker 2: I have friends where I just laugh and say, you're
- 41:12Speaker 2: never going to convince me. I'm going to just stay
- 41:14Speaker 2: the way I am. But let's just be friends and
- 41:17Speaker 2: talk about other things. Because people are complex and wonderful
- 41:21Speaker 2: and have talents and gifts that we give to each other.
- 41:25Speaker 2: And the Dalai Lama says the compassion is the highest
- 41:30Speaker 2: form of humanity. It is the finest thing that you
- 41:35Speaker 2: can give someone. And you know, with all the changes
- 41:39Speaker 2: that have been going on, I've noticed that people are suffering,
- 41:43Speaker 2: but they won't tell you. For example, my housekeeper, Rosito,
- 41:47Speaker 2: has been with me for twenty five years. I noticed
- 41:50Speaker 2: she was carrying, you know, one of those cups you
- 41:52Speaker 2: buy that are you know, you buy them and you
- 41:54Speaker 2: put copy in them to keep them warm. She had
- 41:57Speaker 2: tea in there, and I said, Bersie, I didn't know
- 41:59Speaker 2: you drink tea. She said, well, I went to the
- 42:02Speaker 2: supermarket and I took away my food stamps. So I
- 42:05Speaker 2: looked at the price of coffee and I put it
- 42:08Speaker 2: back on the shelf. I said, oh, well, what kind
- 42:11Speaker 2: of coffee do you like? She said eight o'clock coffee.
- 42:14Speaker 2: I said, well, I just happened to be on instacart
- 42:16Speaker 2: right now, and you know Instacart, it's always instan surprise.
- 42:20Speaker 2: You never know what you're getting. But I'm going to
- 42:22Speaker 2: order you a big pack of coffee. And then I
- 42:26Speaker 2: opened the refrigerator and I said, you know, they sent
- 42:28Speaker 2: me four stacks instead of two. They didn't really, I
- 42:31Speaker 2: had them in the freezer, but I said, here, you
- 42:33Speaker 2: take two, and I have some broccoli here, and I
- 42:36Speaker 2: have some oranges, and what else can I give you?
- 42:39Speaker 2: I'll order some more stuff if we all can help.
- 42:43Speaker 2: Just one person in the circle around us, one person
- 42:48Speaker 2: who's suffering, who will never tell you they're suffering. That
- 42:52Speaker 2: would be such a good thing.
- 42:54Speaker 1: Don't think absolutely even kindness acts of kindness. You walk
- 42:58Speaker 1: through a door someone, you turn around to see if
- 43:00Speaker 1: someone's coming behind you, You hold the door for yes, simple,
- 43:06Speaker 1: this is what I grew up with. My mother trained
- 43:08Speaker 1: me to be this way. Or you go into a
- 43:10Speaker 1: store and someone serves you and gives you excellent service,
- 43:13Speaker 1: and you say, what's your name? If they don't have
- 43:14Speaker 1: a name, take and you call name and say thank you,
- 43:18Speaker 1: thank you so much for your wonderful service by name.
- 43:20Speaker 2: What do you know that's interesting? You should say that
- 43:24Speaker 2: because I made it a point I think about two
- 43:27Speaker 2: years ago, to keep asking people's name, and then I
- 43:30Speaker 2: would repeat it so I could remember it. And and
- 43:34Speaker 2: you know, good service, like when we're having a problem,
- 43:38Speaker 2: when we call customer support for some reason. It's the
- 43:42Speaker 2: hardest thing to get but the easiest thing to give,
- 43:45Speaker 2: you know, So I always said, what's your name? I
- 43:48Speaker 2: think you should get a raise. I always say that,
- 43:51Speaker 2: And it was so good, And I hope they're taping
- 43:53Speaker 2: this conversation. You know you're right you're right.
- 43:58Speaker 1: We have ejects of kindness. Random act kindness. You go
- 44:01Speaker 1: through a drive through at a place that sells coffee,
- 44:05Speaker 1: you order your coffee, you say, you know what, here's
- 44:07Speaker 1: coffee for the next two in the next car behind me,
- 44:10Speaker 1: surprise people.
- 44:11Speaker 2: Yes, I heard of somebody doing that. That's such a
- 44:15Speaker 2: cute thing to do. Now, It's sure when you're standing
- 44:18Speaker 2: there and they and the girl says, that's five dollars
- 44:21Speaker 2: and fifty seven cents, and the person doesn't have the
- 44:24Speaker 2: fifty seven cents, and they left, they don't have any cash,
- 44:28Speaker 2: and they I'll give you the fifty seven.
- 44:31Speaker 1: I've got it.
- 44:32Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 44:35Speaker 1: It's you know, it's our generation. I think that was
- 44:38Speaker 1: trained that way, and I think we have to retrain,
- 44:41Speaker 1: retrain some of the oncoming generations to look at random
- 44:45Speaker 1: acts of kindness and courtesy. Yes, basic everyday stuff that
- 44:48Speaker 1: doesn't cost you anything, and it would change our world
- 44:50Speaker 1: so dramatically.
- 44:52Speaker 2: I so believe in that. I had, but I had
- 44:57Speaker 2: bought too many pies from William's so Noma for Thanksgiving.
- 45:02Speaker 2: There's only six of us. So I knocked on the
- 45:05Speaker 2: door across the way. You know, I live in an
- 45:07Speaker 2: apartment building, and I said to the man over there,
- 45:10Speaker 2: I said, would you and your girlfriend like these beautiful
- 45:15Speaker 2: pot of cherry? And I have apple and I have
- 45:18Speaker 2: punkin and I can't eat all these. I live by myself,
- 45:22Speaker 2: you know, my husband has died. So he said, oh, absolutely,
- 45:27Speaker 2: I definitely want. We couldn't afford, you know, really to
- 45:30Speaker 2: even have Thanksgiving. And he used to work on Wall Street,
- 45:33Speaker 2: you know, so I was really surprised when he said, Oh,
- 45:37Speaker 2: I'm so happy to give it to you. And if
- 45:40Speaker 2: I make a stew or a soup or something, I'll
- 45:43Speaker 2: share some with you, you know. And really it's a
- 45:47Speaker 2: nice thing to do, and we don't do enough. I
- 45:49Speaker 2: also realized I live in a big building for years
- 45:53Speaker 2: and I hadn't asked for the phone number of my neighbors.
- 45:56Speaker 2: Now I have under end for neighbors. I have ever
- 46:00Speaker 2: everybody with an end first, so they all live in
- 46:03Speaker 2: my building. I can call them, I can say hi
- 46:06Speaker 2: to them. It makes a difference to know that people
- 46:10Speaker 2: who are in your building you say hi at the mailbox,
- 46:13Speaker 2: in the package room. I don't know. It just makes
- 46:16Speaker 2: life sweeter.
- 46:18Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, A lot of people are experiencing a lot
- 46:22Speaker 1: of stress these days? What are the best stress busters
- 46:25Speaker 1: for each sign?
- 46:28Speaker 2: Ah? What ares likes to work out areas is a
- 46:31Speaker 2: physical sign. It is the sign of fire and it's
- 46:36Speaker 2: ruled by Mars. So you know, running or biking or
- 46:40Speaker 2: even walking. They need that physical outlet. Tarist needs music, soft,
- 46:48Speaker 2: beautiful music. They have their favorites. It could be any
- 46:53Speaker 2: kind of music, really, and their senses are more acute
- 46:58Speaker 2: than any others. You go to a movie with a
- 47:01Speaker 2: Taurus and you're listening to the plot and you're walking
- 47:04Speaker 2: out on the sidewalk afterwards, and my friend said to me,
- 47:07Speaker 2: why isn't that music great in that movie? I'm like,
- 47:10Speaker 2: what music? He said, Oh, you didn't hear. It was
- 47:13Speaker 2: very soft in the background, but he was picking up
- 47:16Speaker 2: on everything. Or if you eat with a Taurus, it's like, oh,
- 47:19Speaker 2: you have to taste this, and they'll give you a
- 47:22Speaker 2: little bite and they'll say, do you taste the rosemary?
- 47:26Speaker 2: Do you taste the time? You know it's lovely. So
- 47:29Speaker 2: that's what they do to relax. They use their senses
- 47:32Speaker 2: and they pull away, they unplug for a while. Jem
- 47:36Speaker 2: and I actually likes to turn on the news. I
- 47:38Speaker 2: know this sounds counter intuitive, but they have to know
- 47:44Speaker 2: what's going on. They feel if I know what's going on,
- 47:47Speaker 2: I won't be shocked. I need to be up to date.
- 47:49Speaker 2: I don't want to hear it from anybody else. I
- 47:51Speaker 2: want to be the first. You know. They do that.
- 47:54Speaker 2: They like to read the paper. They like to read.
- 47:57Speaker 2: They also like to call a talking helps them communicating cancer.
- 48:05Speaker 2: Likes to whip up something in the kitchen. It could
- 48:08Speaker 2: be something simple like chicken soup or pudding or an
- 48:12Speaker 2: apple pie. But they like to cook or do something
- 48:17Speaker 2: for family. If they're not good cooks, they may be
- 48:19Speaker 2: ordering up and heating it in the oven and surprising
- 48:22Speaker 2: their family with food. Just something about food and home.
- 48:27Speaker 2: They do tend to hibernate a little bit. And if
- 48:30Speaker 2: you do have a cancer friend or family member and
- 48:34Speaker 2: they're not talking, you have to gently get them to
- 48:37Speaker 2: talk because they think they can figure it out for themselves.
- 48:40Speaker 2: But nine times out of ten, it's a little better
- 48:42Speaker 2: for them to share what's bothering them, you know, worrying
- 48:46Speaker 2: them and talking it out with you. You don't have to
- 48:50Speaker 2: fix it, but let them explain it. Leo. Just to
- 48:57Speaker 2: unwind needs a good movie, a good concert, a play,
- 49:04Speaker 2: something cultural, going to a museum, going to an art gallery,
- 49:08Speaker 2: getting out of his normal life and just enjoying the
- 49:13Speaker 2: creativity the art of the human. Then there's Virgo Virgo.
- 49:19Speaker 2: I know this sounds funny, but they love cleaning out closets,
- 49:23Speaker 2: getting things organized. They feel so much better when everything's
- 49:28Speaker 2: in its place. Maybe they'll pack up some things for
- 49:31Speaker 2: charity and give it away. They might even visit a
- 49:35Speaker 2: friend who's in the hospital, just to get out of
- 49:37Speaker 2: their life for a little while and just focus on
- 49:41Speaker 2: something else. Libra is the most social sign. They have
- 49:46Speaker 2: to be with friends. Being with friends is like oxygen
- 49:50Speaker 2: to a Libra. So they really can't stay home. They've
- 49:55Speaker 2: got to get out of the house because if they're home,
- 49:58Speaker 2: they're just going to keep thinking about it, the problem
- 50:00Speaker 2: on their mind or the stress they felt that day.
- 50:03Speaker 2: Get out, have a cup of coffee or a cappuccino
- 50:06Speaker 2: with a friend. And if they can't do that, then
- 50:13Speaker 2: just taking a walk outside they'll probably bump into someone
- 50:16Speaker 2: they know and chat on the street. It will help them.
- 50:20Speaker 2: Scorpio is just the opposite, and each sign on the
- 50:23Speaker 2: wheel of the horoscope is opposite the sign that came
- 50:27Speaker 2: before Scorpio needs to retract inward. They need to be alone.
- 50:33Speaker 2: They need to pull down the shades. They need to
- 50:35Speaker 2: turn off the phone. If you say to a Scorpio,
- 50:39Speaker 2: what happened today, they'll say, I can't talk about it,
- 50:43Speaker 2: and they really can't. Don't make them. Don't make them. Later,
- 50:46Speaker 2: maybe a day or two later, they will talk about it,
- 50:49Speaker 2: but they're turning it over in their mind. They also
- 50:54Speaker 2: need something physical to do, so if they could just
- 50:56Speaker 2: go out, take a little run, or go on their bike,
- 51:00Speaker 2: or go to the gym for an hour or forty
- 51:03Speaker 2: five minutes, it will help. But they're not one to
- 51:07Speaker 2: share what's going on. They want to think about it
- 51:10Speaker 2: themselves first, and then later they will share. Sagittarius is
- 51:16Speaker 2: so funny. The only way they actually are happy is
- 51:19Speaker 2: to be in a foreign country. If you say, I'll
- 51:21Speaker 2: buy you a ticket with my points on my credit card,
- 51:26Speaker 2: they'll be I mean, it doesn't even have to be
- 51:29Speaker 2: to a foreign country. It could be in Canada, which
- 51:31Speaker 2: is a foreign country and it's very close. It could
- 51:34Speaker 2: be anywhere. They just the idea that they're going to
- 51:37Speaker 2: be taking a trip, even if it's a month away
- 51:40Speaker 2: or two months away. They don't care. They'll be so happy.
- 51:44Speaker 2: Nothing lights them up like travel, or if you want
- 51:49Speaker 2: to buy them something a little passport quets or a
- 51:54Speaker 2: new travel bag, anything at all having to do with travel.
- 51:59Speaker 2: They also like to talk about philosophical subjects that other
- 52:03Speaker 2: signs won't. You know, if you want to take your
- 52:07Speaker 2: sagittarian's friend to Greenwich Village, order a cappuccino and some
- 52:13Speaker 2: nice little biscuits and just talk about the meeting of
- 52:17Speaker 2: life or any big subject that most signs shy away from.
- 52:22Speaker 2: They'll meet you halfway and they will offer very interesting
- 52:28Speaker 2: responses to your questions, and this will get them out
- 52:31Speaker 2: of thinking about the day that had stressed them out.
- 52:36Speaker 2: They love that. Then you have Capricorn. Capricorn loves tradition.
- 52:42Speaker 2: They love, you know, doing things like going to their
- 52:46Speaker 2: child's recital or you know, just doing having a birthday
- 52:50Speaker 2: party for a friend. They love that. They're very warm,
- 52:55Speaker 2: although they don't seem that way because they're reserved when
- 52:58Speaker 2: you first meet them. They're very work oriented, and of
- 53:03Speaker 2: course work is going to make you stressful from time
- 53:05Speaker 2: to time, so I have to get them away from work.
- 53:08Speaker 2: It might be tickets to a baseball game. Or just
- 53:11Speaker 2: turning it on and saying, oh, you know, the Yankees
- 53:14Speaker 2: are playing the Red Sox tonight. Why don't we watch it?
- 53:19Speaker 2: And why don't I make some popcorn or something or
- 53:22Speaker 2: hot dogs. Let's watch. But just something to get them
- 53:26Speaker 2: out of work and turn their mind to something else.
- 53:29Speaker 2: They also are a big financial sign, so lately they've
- 53:32Speaker 2: been thinking about taxes and I'm sure they have already filed.
- 53:36Speaker 2: They're very good about that now, Aquarias, Oh, you just
- 53:39Speaker 2: have to take them to the Apple Store, anything electronic.
- 53:44Speaker 2: They're in like a puppy in clover. Take them to
- 53:48Speaker 2: Best Buy. Take them somewhere where they can dream about
- 53:51Speaker 2: the next gadget they're going to acquire, or also talk
- 53:58Speaker 2: about the new moonland that's coming up, or the recent
- 54:03Speaker 2: splashdown of the four astronauts they love that. Take them
- 54:07Speaker 2: to the planetarium. Oh my gosh, they're so happy when
- 54:12Speaker 2: they're thinking about the future. Don't go over the past
- 54:15Speaker 2: with Aquarius because they're focused on the future. And if
- 54:19Speaker 2: you notice, if think about five friends that you have,
- 54:22Speaker 2: they all have a different time zone. Some people are
- 54:25Speaker 2: living in the past, some people are living in just now,
- 54:28Speaker 2: some people are living in the future. Your aquarian friends
- 54:31Speaker 2: are living in the future. So maybe even if you
- 54:34Speaker 2: have binoculars, look up at night, take a look see
- 54:38Speaker 2: if there's a media shower or something going on that
- 54:41Speaker 2: will pull them out of the day. And Pisces Piss's
- 54:44Speaker 2: loves just simple things like stopping in a church, lighting
- 54:50Speaker 2: a candle, saying prayers at home. Some people meditate and
- 54:54Speaker 2: other people pray. I find it very similar, you know,
- 54:59Speaker 2: And I'm one of the people who like prayer. You know,
- 55:02Speaker 2: it calms me, It makes me feel connected to something higher.
- 55:09Speaker 2: Pieces loves that. They also like to be with children.
- 55:12Speaker 2: They like to laugh with children. You know, if you
- 55:16Speaker 2: can borrow a little baby from your neighbor who's like
- 55:18Speaker 2: one years old, I mean, I guarantee you get out
- 55:22Speaker 2: of your your stressful mind. And Pieces also loves to create.
- 55:29Speaker 2: If they're working on a project that's not working, they
- 55:32Speaker 2: usually have several folders. The next folder is another project.
- 55:36Speaker 2: Just the old wives tale is a change is as
- 55:40Speaker 2: good as a rest. Just focusing on the other project help.
- 55:47Speaker 2: So that's all twelve signs. I hope.
- 55:49Speaker 1: My guest is Susan Miller. Her website is astrologyzone dot com.
