- 0:04Speaker 1: Thank you. And my name is Ephraim Banana and I
- 0:08Speaker 1: am with you today from our home in Banana Land.
- 0:15Speaker 1: And when I say our home, this is the home
- 0:17Speaker 1: of Banana and I have Margaret Gray and General Galen Shaws.
- 0:22Speaker 1: It was explained to me I can if you just
- 0:25Speaker 1: don't mind as Gray, I'll explain this to the people
- 0:28Speaker 1: that are listening. I have and successfully filed a restraining
- 0:33Speaker 1: order against Phil Henry for the things that he had
- 0:37Speaker 1: said on his show. Not that mister Henry was being
- 0:42Speaker 1: purposefully hurtful or destructive, but he just got a lot
- 0:46Speaker 1: of things wrong. And with the aid of the Sixth
- 0:50Speaker 1: Court of Appeals, I don't know which court it was,
- 0:53Speaker 1: it was, it was one down here in Florida, one
- 0:55Speaker 1: down here in Florida. They said that we could enjoin
- 0:57Speaker 1: and otherwise restrict and do a restraint on mister Henry.
- 1:02Speaker 1: I get to do what I have to say here
- 1:05Speaker 1: on his show. The court did rule, however, that mister
- 1:09Speaker 1: Henry's staff must be here to adhere to the formatics
- 1:14Speaker 1: and so forth. We need to be here just so
- 1:16Speaker 1: that everything goes along. And we also are entitled to
- 1:21Speaker 1: represent mister Henry on a limited basis on a limited basis, Yes,
- 1:25Speaker 1: on a limited basis, because what happened on this program
- 1:29Speaker 1: not too very long ago, when mister Henry first arrived
- 1:32Speaker 1: here on a space coast here in central Florida, was
- 1:38Speaker 1: what we thought would be a way of introducing mister
- 1:41Speaker 1: Henry to our wonderful world here on the Banana that
- 1:47Speaker 1: is the Banana. And for those of you who are
- 1:50Speaker 1: just joining us, you'd have to explain it, which is
- 1:53Speaker 1: what I'm about to do. See, when they said you
- 1:56Speaker 1: could be here, it doesn't mean that we have to
- 1:59Speaker 1: be able to be accurate here, okay, but you when
- 2:03Speaker 1: we say the Banana, we mean our family, but we
- 2:06Speaker 1: don't say the Banana family. We have spent literally over
- 2:10Speaker 1: a century establishing ourselves as Banana. And when mister Henry
- 2:16Speaker 1: came on here and kept saying, oh, the Banana family,
- 2:18Speaker 1: here's mister e from Banana. My name is mister Effrom Banana.
- 2:22Speaker 1: But I am Banana one. My wife Karen is Banana two,
- 2:28Speaker 1: my son John is Banana three, my other son Jared
- 2:32Speaker 1: is Banana four. And then I have and then we've
- 2:36Speaker 1: had some legal problems. All right. Now, your name is
- 2:40Speaker 1: Bob Dickman, right, it's blud dickmon, that's blud dickman. Go ahead,
- 2:44Speaker 1: mister Banana, excuse me, I'm sorry Banana. One last week,
- 2:49Speaker 1: after the restraining order was filed, we did get contact
- 2:52Speaker 1: from a man who called Himsel Banana sixteen. His name
- 2:57Speaker 1: was Sean, Sean Banana and he all right, So Sean,
- 3:02Speaker 1: well Banana sixteen is a son of mine. I have
- 3:06Speaker 1: a great many children. I'll take it from here. I
- 3:08Speaker 1: have a great many children's Banana sixteen maker. I see
- 3:11Speaker 1: his picture. I know I have a lot of children.
- 3:14Speaker 1: I'm very prolific. I'm very uh you know, I got
- 3:18Speaker 1: a I got a very prolific and fertile and uh
- 3:24Speaker 1: my aunt, my bananad yah. If you k just keep
- 3:29Speaker 1: talking for me, then I don't. I don't talk for myself.
- 3:32Speaker 1: I am as you call me from Banana. I have
- 3:36Speaker 1: a lot of kids. I went out into the world.
- 3:38Speaker 1: I met women, I made kids, and they're out there
- 3:42Speaker 1: and they're doing I believe good. Now we got this
- 3:45Speaker 1: contact from this Banana sixteen, otherwise known as Sean. But
- 3:48Speaker 1: I thought I thought I had named him Paul or something.
- 3:52Speaker 1: But his name is Sean Banana. But his name is
- 3:55Speaker 1: he is Banana sixteen. Now because he's Banana sixteen, he's
- 3:58Speaker 1: in line for in her Yes, he is in line
- 4:01Speaker 1: for a piece of the Banana land, which at one
- 4:06Speaker 1: time was called the Banana River Plantation. But I don't
- 4:08Speaker 1: want to keep going back to these old terms. And
- 4:10Speaker 1: this is why we were we filed a restraining order
- 4:12Speaker 1: against mister Henry kept saying, or you're you're mister Banana said, no,
- 4:15Speaker 1: I'm Banana one. Oh boy, I know its story hurts
- 4:19Speaker 1: for you. It is a little bit your Banana one.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Your plantation, if you'll pardon me, sir, is called banana land. Yes.
- 4:28Speaker 1: And part of the problem you're having is that mister Henry,
- 4:31Speaker 1: over the last two weeks has been promoting the Savannah Bananas.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Bud Dickman, Yeah, the Savannah Bananas. No, well wait a minute.
- 4:39Speaker 1: You just so people know, the Savannah Bananas is a
- 4:41Speaker 1: baseball team. What are called the Bananas? And mister you
- 4:45Speaker 1: can you can take it over from here, Banana one.
- 4:49Speaker 1: But people need to know you are not. You don't.
- 4:51Speaker 1: You don't you're not. You don't have nothing against the
- 4:53Speaker 1: Savannah Bananas. No we do. No, we do not have
- 4:56Speaker 1: anything against what we what we suggested to them was
- 4:59Speaker 1: that they'd be call themselves the Savannah Banana. They singuoralize it,
- 5:03Speaker 1: and they told me, actually didn't see anything. They just ignored.
- 5:06Speaker 1: They ignored a letter from my attorney. In fact, my
- 5:08Speaker 1: attorney sent three or four letters, and each one of
- 5:12Speaker 1: those suggested that a name change to Savannah Banana. Each
- 5:15Speaker 1: one suggested a name change to Savannah Banana, and it
- 5:19Speaker 1: was ignored, ignored, ignorance. I don't even know what the
- 5:21Speaker 1: Savannah Bananas think about it, because they haven't. They just
- 5:23Speaker 1: took our letters, and in my mind's eye, you know,
- 5:28Speaker 1: I just see them reaching back and well, no, you
- 5:32Speaker 1: don't have to be that crude. Well that that's how
- 5:34Speaker 1: I feel about it. However, one of the things that
- 5:36Speaker 1: we pride ourselves on in the Banana that would be
- 5:41Speaker 1: the banana family. Oh boy, yeah, don't you don't keep
- 5:44Speaker 1: calling it that. I apologize when I say the banana,
- 5:48Speaker 1: that's all that needs to be said. You should then realize, oh,
- 5:53Speaker 1: you're talking about the banana family. No, he's talking about
- 5:56Speaker 1: the banana. I got it. Yeah, So what I say,
- 6:00Speaker 1: see the banana, that's I'm talking about the banana, and
- 6:03Speaker 1: I'm talking about banana sixteen all the way on down
- 6:05Speaker 1: the banana one. May I ask you how many bananas? Well,
- 6:09Speaker 1: not how many bananas, what would you say, just how
- 6:10Speaker 1: many children? How many children do you have? I'll bet
- 6:13Speaker 1: right now I have sixteen. There may be another one
- 6:16Speaker 1: out there. I don't know, and I'm very happy to
- 6:20Speaker 1: certainly make them a part of what we call Banana faction.
- 6:24Speaker 1: That is the inheritance. We have banana the family. Then
- 6:28Speaker 1: we have Banana faction, which is where all the money goes.
- 6:31Speaker 1: And we have the banana support system. There's an awful
- 6:34Speaker 1: lot going on. We have the what we call a
- 6:37Speaker 1: banana hammock, and that is a retirement center. The banana hammick. Yeah,
- 6:41Speaker 1: what about it? Well, that's what people call a jockstrap.
- 6:44Speaker 1: I think, well, you know, I'm here to try to
- 6:48Speaker 1: get some respect back for the banana, and you guys
- 6:51Speaker 1: are saying what a lot of these clowns call a
- 6:54Speaker 1: banana hammock, it's a jockstrap. The banana Hammock was founded
- 6:59Speaker 1: by myself and my wife Karen as a retirement center
- 7:04Speaker 1: for banana. And you come in here and tell me
- 7:08Speaker 1: that somebody this is something they put there. Yeah, it's
- 7:11Speaker 1: basically something they rest their balls. But I'm gonna, you
- 7:16Speaker 1: know what, I'm gonna go back to my lawyer. I
- 7:18Speaker 1: gotta get this restraining order. You need to get it redone.
- 7:24Speaker 1: Everyone's laughing. We'll be right back. But this is the

- 8:03Speaker 1: You don't say what we're saying, right, Yes we do.
- 8:06Speaker 1: That's me doing a voice and pretending two people. The
- 8:09Speaker 1: world Famous Phil Henry Show at Philindryshow dot Com. The
- 8:12Speaker 1: greatest value online other than porn, and this is it
- 8:16Speaker 1: from Banana Banana One. Here at Banana Land. Banana Land
- 8:23Speaker 1: was a plantation. And I know that the last time
- 8:26Speaker 1: that I was here on this platform, I spoke of
- 8:28Speaker 1: it as a place that I myself lived at during
- 8:32Speaker 1: the times of slavery, and I talked about the slaves
- 8:35Speaker 1: that we had and as if I knew them. And
- 8:37Speaker 1: that is a mindset that many that are of banana
- 8:41Speaker 1: Banana one, banana two. I have a cousin who is
- 8:45Speaker 1: adjacent that we call them banana adjacent three, four or five.
- 8:48Speaker 1: I believe he was banana adjacent four. Is that right, honey?
- 8:52Speaker 1: And my wife, Karen is my wife. Banana two is here.
- 8:56Speaker 1: I got to watch that. You do have to be careful,
- 8:59Speaker 1: don't you. Otherwise you have to sue yourself or something
- 9:01Speaker 1: like that. No, no, I don't sue myself. I have
- 9:05Speaker 1: to report it to my attorney, and that goes in
- 9:07Speaker 1: the file for retirement. So, in other words, when I
- 9:10Speaker 1: am sent off to the banana hammock and they find
- 9:13Speaker 1: out who is entitled to an inheritance, they will see
- 9:17Speaker 1: this as something they got sent to the banana file
- 9:21Speaker 1: when I referred to my wife as my wife, and
- 9:24Speaker 1: I should have said banana too, like I just did now,
- 9:27Speaker 1: and that means you will be further adocked any retirement.
- 9:30Speaker 1: That means I'm further away from my fair share of
- 9:32Speaker 1: the retirement, which, frankly, if you want to know the truth,
- 9:36Speaker 1: I got to get it all. And here's why I'm
- 9:39Speaker 1: the one that is here promoting and telling the world
- 9:44Speaker 1: about Banana. And I got a brother, and I got
- 9:47Speaker 1: two cousins, an what about them? Well, I don't want
- 9:53Speaker 1: to say. I don't want to say, but I can't.
- 9:56Speaker 1: I'll tell you. And you know, Banana four, you know
- 9:59Speaker 1: that I I'm talking about you when I say when
- 10:01Speaker 1: I walk by you, and if I were to allow
- 10:03Speaker 1: a match, both of our heads would explode. Jesus, you're
- 10:11Speaker 1: listening to the Banana. This is from Banana otherwise known
- 10:17Speaker 1: as Banana one, as he gets some thing straight following
- 10:21Speaker 1: a restraining order that he applied to Phil Henry. What
- 10:24Speaker 1: is that, mister Henry? What is going on? Mister Henry?
- 10:27Speaker 1: You're not get good? Mister Henry, You're not allowed in here?
- 10:29Speaker 1: What do you mean I'm not allowed in here? Phil?
- 10:31Speaker 1: Didn't you get the judges ruling? Get any ruling from
- 10:33Speaker 1: any judge. I'm gonna say, this is my show. You
- 10:36Speaker 1: understand that, mister Henry. I'm Banana. I'm Banana one of
- 10:40Speaker 1: the Banana. You know that, Yes, sir, I do. I
- 10:42Speaker 1: know all of that stuff. I didn't get any restraining order.
- 10:44Speaker 1: You guys trying to lock me up, But that's the
- 10:45Speaker 1: last time you try to do it. That you understand, Yes,
- 10:47Speaker 1: sir Phil we are understanding. Is you're not allowed to hear? Well?
- 10:51Speaker 1: Do I own this place or don't I? Mister Henry,
- 10:54Speaker 1: I'm banana warm. I know your mass it down. This
- 10:58Speaker 1: is wrong, wrong, wrong. I was told, sir hold on,
- 11:03Speaker 1: I don't want you to lose your temper. I understand
- 11:06Speaker 1: from my attorney. Okay, mister Frank Gray that you got
- 11:13Speaker 1: some restraining order from a judge that's retired. You went
- 11:17Speaker 1: to his house. I went to the home of Judge
- 11:21Speaker 1: Frank Sherbert and he signed it. He signed it? What
- 11:27Speaker 1: and he signed it? And he walked away and laid
- 11:29Speaker 1: down on a couch. Was is the man a sitting
- 11:32Speaker 1: judge or is he just a friend of yours? Mister Henry,
- 11:35Speaker 1: is the man a sitting judge of a friend of yours?
- 11:38Speaker 1: So you're telling me it was not a legitimate restraining order,
- 11:41Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying. That's what I found out for
- 11:43Speaker 1: my lawyer, and he went to the court today. I
- 11:51Speaker 1: want to know when my rights will be respected. All right,
- 11:54Speaker 1: I want to hear what you what your problem is
- 11:56Speaker 1: with me, But I don't want to be locked out
- 11:58Speaker 1: of my own studio. You do not way of your
- 12:00Speaker 1: right hand around. You're waving your right hand around like
- 12:02Speaker 1: you've got to there's some kind of an electoral neuro
- 12:05Speaker 1: electoral muscular problem. What well, this is what you're doing.
- 12:08Speaker 1: Filterst Just it's like if you were sitting still just
- 12:11Speaker 1: waving your hand. I'm sorry, I'm Banana one and my wife,
- 12:16Speaker 1: see I just said, Banana two is my wife, Karen.
- 12:19Speaker 1: I'm gonna be in big trouble because of what I said.
- 12:23Speaker 1: I don't know what's going on, but I want to
- 12:25Speaker 1: be here and I want to address any grievance you
- 12:28Speaker 1: may have. I'm agressed, the aggrievous. The grievance I'm addressing,
- 12:31Speaker 1: mister Henry. Most of all, was not just the fact
- 12:35Speaker 1: that you did not respect what we called a banana
- 12:38Speaker 1: profile or the banana factor. That is, I'm not mister
- 12:42Speaker 1: f from Banana. I'm Banana one. My wife's banana two, Yes, sir, okay,
- 12:47Speaker 1: that was not respected number two. More importantly, as I
- 12:51Speaker 1: said to General Shaw here to Missus Gray and mister
- 12:55Speaker 1: mister Robert, it's Budd Bud Dickman that you have been
- 13:01Speaker 1: promoting the Savannah Bananas. We have a letter into the
- 13:05Speaker 1: Savannah Bananas. It's asking them to change their name to
- 13:08Speaker 1: the Savannah Banana. Or if they refuse to do that,
- 13:12Speaker 1: we'll start a baseball team arone called the Savannah Banana
- 13:16Speaker 1: and we will go out there and banana man, we
- 13:19Speaker 1: will banana till the cows come home. In fact, what
- 13:22Speaker 1: we have, mister Henry, is the one word interlocateur. And
- 13:27Speaker 1: this is as I mentioned to miss Gray, Well, this
- 13:30Speaker 1: is something that sounds incredible, if it's if it's possible,
- 13:34Speaker 1: Oh oh no, trust me. If I were to give you,
- 13:37Speaker 1: mister Henry, the word the banana, it would probably stop
- 13:41Speaker 1: you in your tracks. I don't want to do it
- 13:43Speaker 1: because I don't know if you have a health issue.
- 13:45Speaker 1: What do you mean a health issue? Well, if I
- 13:48Speaker 1: if I drop banana, and I know mister Dickman over
- 13:50Speaker 1: here is laughing right now, Well you say you drop banana.
- 13:53Speaker 1: Laugh if you want. But when I lay, when I
- 13:56Speaker 1: lay a banana on you, and that is the one word,
- 13:58Speaker 1: the one word I'll lackatur you will wish to God
- 14:02Speaker 1: you had not disrespected me. Go ahead. So you want
- 14:06Speaker 1: me to go ahead? And I think it's something could
- 14:10Speaker 1: be dangerous, Phil, go ahead, whatever it is you're going
- 14:12Speaker 1: to do, I am going to drop banana on you. Here.
- 14:15Speaker 1: It is one two banana. Nope, I didn't feel anything.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Fuck it. What does all that mean? Yeah? Could you
- 14:22Speaker 1: explain what you mean by banana? When we say we're
- 14:24Speaker 1: gonna banana, that means we're going to just go out
- 14:27Speaker 1: as a family and go ahead and just put the
- 14:30Speaker 1: banana on everybody. What is he laughing at, Bud? Well,
- 14:35Speaker 1: you said you're gonna put the banana someone. I'm not
- 14:37Speaker 1: talking about pulling that out. All right, everybody take it easy, Okay. Now,
- 14:43Speaker 1: Number one, you have a problem with the uh term,
- 14:48Speaker 1: the insulting. The people are insulting Banana hammock. Banana Hammock
- 14:51Speaker 1: is a retirement place for all of the members of Banana.
- 14:58Speaker 1: And someone here said, well, let's that's what they call
- 15:00Speaker 1: a jockstrap. And I wanted an apology and I want
- 15:04Speaker 1: it now. I'm sorry, sir, I was the one to
- 15:06Speaker 1: do it, and you're findings Bud Dickman. Okay, mister Dickman.
- 15:11Speaker 1: You must apologize for that, because we've got a lot
- 15:13Speaker 1: of people who worked very hard. What is that anyway?
- 15:17Speaker 1: Some bird? Okay, it's this is we're here at by
- 15:20Speaker 1: the way. This is a very beautiful plantation. I shouldn't
- 15:22Speaker 1: say plantation. This is banana land. Okay. At one time, yes,
- 15:26Speaker 1: it was the banana plantation many years ago. And I
- 15:32Speaker 1: made a big, big mistake. And this is probably why
- 15:34Speaker 1: the judge, the judge apparently according to Phil that you
- 15:37Speaker 1: got to sign this restraining order is retired. He came
- 15:41Speaker 1: to the door, signed something, U said, he went back
- 15:43Speaker 1: and fell asleep on a couch. Okay, well what happened?
- 15:47Speaker 1: I gotta get I gotta get Banana twelve in here,
- 15:50Speaker 1: because it was banana twelve. What is banana twelve? What?
- 15:54Speaker 1: It's a man? But I mean the family lawyer. His
- 15:58Speaker 1: name is at order Terrence Coffie Call. And Terrence Coffie
- 16:03Speaker 1: Call is banana twelve. Also the attorney. Now he went
- 16:08Speaker 1: over here to Judge Factor's house and said, we assign
- 16:12Speaker 1: this restraining order. And Judge Factor was he drunker? Okay,
- 16:16Speaker 1: Well he signed it, and he said he staggered back
- 16:19Speaker 1: to a couch and fell over, fell back onto the couch. Well,
- 16:22Speaker 1: that doesn't sound like any real restraining order. I don't
- 16:25Speaker 1: know how it's done, but that's what we thought we had.
- 16:27Speaker 1: Now you're telling me you can come here and just
- 16:30Speaker 1: blah blah blah blah blah. You know what, sir, you're losing.
- 16:33Speaker 1: You're cool here. It's taken us a long time. And
- 16:37Speaker 1: when you said banana, when you said the Banana, savannahs
- 16:41Speaker 1: the Savannah. Allow me if you don't mind, sir, all right,
- 16:45Speaker 1: but please don't take too much time, mister Hery, I
- 16:47Speaker 1: have it. There's a lot of protocol we have to
- 16:48Speaker 1: go through. I got Banana sixteen out here sitting standing
- 16:51Speaker 1: up parking lot, smoking cigarettes, waiting for you to come
- 16:54Speaker 1: out there with an envelope full of money. What are
- 16:58Speaker 1: you laughing at? I'm not laughing, believe me. Well, yes
- 17:00Speaker 1: you were all right, forgive me. It's been a long day.
- 17:04Speaker 1: The Savannah Bananas is a baseball team. It never once
- 17:07Speaker 1: crossed my mind that it might be offensive to you.
- 17:09Speaker 1: It's a baseball team. It's a entertainment and exhibition baseball team.
- 17:13Speaker 1: They do a lot of dancing as well as playing baseball.
- 17:16Speaker 1: They have captured the imagination of a lot of people.
- 17:18Speaker 1: People liked them, and we've been showing their videos on
- 17:21Speaker 1: our Facebook page. I meant no disrespect to your family.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Can I ask you, at any time when you had
- 17:27Speaker 1: the Savannah banana it is again, Savannah bananas, Savannah bananas.
- 17:32Speaker 1: At any time when you had the Savannah bananas, were
- 17:36Speaker 1: you at all thinking about banana land or how this
- 17:38Speaker 1: would affect the banana. I don't think you did. No,
- 17:42Speaker 1: I did not say you're right. Okay, So everything that
- 17:45Speaker 1: you did and everything that we did together, the things
- 17:47Speaker 1: we did together here, take it easy, sir. Please don't
- 17:51Speaker 1: tell me to take it easy. Well, I think Phil's
- 17:53Speaker 1: trying to make it right for you. Everything that we
- 17:55Speaker 1: talked about right in one ear came if. This is
- 17:59Speaker 1: what we say in the banana by the way, and
- 18:01Speaker 1: it's part of what we call the Banana factor protocol.
- 18:03Speaker 1: It went in one ear, came out the other ear,
- 18:05Speaker 1: then went back in. You're right once of water. Yeah,
- 18:10Speaker 1: it went in one ear, came out the other ear,
- 18:12Speaker 1: turned around, and went back in that ear that it
- 18:14Speaker 1: just came out of, went back through the head again
- 18:17Speaker 1: and came out the other ear. Okay, what does that mean?
- 18:20Speaker 1: It means that stupid doesn't even begin to explain what
- 18:26Speaker 1: you did. Well, all I know is the Savannah Bananas
- 18:32Speaker 1: had I didn't think of you guys, all right. The
- 18:34Speaker 1: damage that that has caused is I can't even begin
- 18:38Speaker 1: because I've gotten cards and letters from people all over
- 18:40Speaker 1: the country who listened to your podcast and they said, oh,
- 18:43Speaker 1: the Savannah Bananas. You must be very proud. I said,
- 18:46Speaker 1: I don't know what you're talking about. And they said, well,
- 18:49Speaker 1: mister Banana, and I said, it's Banana one. Oh boy,
- 18:53Speaker 1: that's very important to you, isn't it. Yes, it is.
- 18:56Speaker 1: I earned that. I earned that, just like Karen Banana
- 19:00Speaker 1: two earned Banana two, and my little girl, shar Truce
- 19:06Speaker 1: was born some twenty six years ago. Shar Truce earned
- 19:10Speaker 1: Banana three, and then Shar Truce's brother Banana four. Todd
- 19:15Speaker 1: Banana five was Tad. Banana six was what's the name
- 19:21Speaker 1: of our I don't even remember the name of the
- 19:22Speaker 1: sixth kid, God damn it. I understand been very emotional
- 19:27Speaker 1: for you, sir. I can imagine it's been very emotional. Yeah, yeah,
- 19:30Speaker 1: it is. Get me the name of our sixth Banana
- 19:33Speaker 1: six before you leave for the where you're going to
- 19:35Speaker 1: have to get groceries here. My Banana two is going
- 19:38Speaker 1: to get the name of the kid. You don't remember
- 19:39Speaker 1: the name of your This would be your fourth son, No,
- 19:43Speaker 1: I don't what is it Pat? So Banana six is Pat.
- 19:48Speaker 1: All of this is to say that this is a family.
- 19:51Speaker 1: This is a family that we grew and grew and
- 19:53Speaker 1: grew and grew and grew. And here you can see
- 19:56Speaker 1: this beautiful expanse. Now this Yes, the main house is
- 19:59Speaker 1: pretty well run down. It hasn't really been repaired at
- 20:02Speaker 1: all since World War Two. And God knows there are
- 20:05Speaker 1: parts of this house that I wouldn't go into. But
- 20:07Speaker 1: this is where we live. You can see it right here.
- 20:09Speaker 1: Can I describe with many audience? Yeah, we're looking over
- 20:12Speaker 1: here at by the way, when you said I wouldn't
- 20:14Speaker 1: let you into your studio, we're in a jungle, I understand.
- 20:17Speaker 1: But wherever my microphones are, that's my studio. Well, yes,
- 20:22Speaker 1: sir Jesus phil And I've never had anybody stand there
- 20:29Speaker 1: and just stick their chest out and do that to me.
- 20:32Speaker 1: Wherever my microphones are, Banana one, that's where I That's
- 20:36Speaker 1: where I where I is or I am, That's where
- 20:38Speaker 1: I am where I is, and I thought slavery was over.
- 20:43Speaker 1: Would you say nothing? Nothing? I would like to say,
- 20:48Speaker 1: Banana one, we understand that you miss the slave times. No, no, No,
- 20:53Speaker 1: I don't. No, I don't. That was a misrepresentation. I
- 20:57Speaker 1: think back on when my family, when this was the
- 20:59Speaker 1: banana plantation and not banana Land, and there was slaves, yes,
- 21:05Speaker 1: and there was a good business being being carried out here.
- 21:08Speaker 1: And I there are times when I'm not myself when
- 21:13Speaker 1: I think back in man, it must have been a
- 21:15Speaker 1: good time. So you think being a slave slave owner
- 21:19Speaker 1: was a good time. No, just the money that was
- 21:22Speaker 1: being made, that's all. I just sometimes I just wish
- 21:25Speaker 1: that I wasn't living in these times where I've got
- 21:27Speaker 1: Banana sixteen standing out in the parking lot next to
- 21:30Speaker 1: his corvette, smoking cigarettes, waiting for me to come out
- 21:33Speaker 1: there with a big fat water cash just to get
- 21:36Speaker 1: him to get lost. Is he still out there? Yeah?
- 21:40Speaker 1: I wish I was back there in the days of
- 21:41Speaker 1: the banana plantation when I could just say yeah, you
- 21:46Speaker 1: you you and you yeah, just lorded over people. No,
- 21:49Speaker 1: that's that's wrong anyway. All right, let's get off of
- 21:53Speaker 1: that and let's get back to what we were talking
- 21:54Speaker 1: about here, which is the family the banana. The banana hammock.
- 21:58Speaker 1: The banana hammock is the retirement center that I set
- 22:02Speaker 1: up through my own blood, sweat and tears. I set
- 22:05Speaker 1: up the banana hammock, and we're proud of it. And
- 22:09Speaker 1: you know, see that bird, is that making fun of me?
- 22:11Speaker 1: Your something? No, sir, it's just a bird. Well it's
- 22:12Speaker 1: going it may be making fun of you. I want
- 22:17Speaker 1: to determine. No, it is nuts, sir. It's a bird.
- 22:19Speaker 1: That's just the sound it makes. I want to determine
- 22:22Speaker 1: that I don't have a bird behind me, you know,
- 22:26Speaker 1: doing a the bird version of a finger through the circle. No, sir,
- 22:29Speaker 1: all right. So the banana hammock. Then comes mister Dickman
- 22:35Speaker 1: here and others who've said that a banana hammock is
- 22:40Speaker 1: what you is a jockstrap. So what I named as
- 22:44Speaker 1: the retirement center for the Banana Bananas one through sixteen
- 22:48Speaker 1: and all and the Banana Adjacents is named after a jockstrab.
- 22:55Speaker 1: You seem to me like you're emotionally not capable of
- 22:57Speaker 1: doing this show. Yes I am, No, you don't, because
- 23:00Speaker 1: you're crying and you're you know, yeah you are. You're
- 23:04Speaker 1: crying and you sound like you're I don't know, man,
- 23:07Speaker 1: sounds weird. I'm going to get Frank Gray in here,
- 23:09Speaker 1: and that's your attorney. Yes, it is my attorney, and
- 23:12Speaker 1: I want to talk to Frank and to find out
- 23:14Speaker 1: what my rights are here when it comes to you
- 23:16Speaker 1: taking out this restraining order, and I understand you file
- 23:19Speaker 1: a legal action. We are asking for a ten million dollars.
- 23:22Speaker 1: Good luck, good luck with what getting getting the money? Yeah, well,
- 23:27Speaker 1: I don't understand why you say that, mister Hendry, because
- 23:29Speaker 1: you came in here and you started. What you did
- 23:31Speaker 1: is what we call in the banana is you took
- 23:34Speaker 1: the banana and started pretending it was your nose. You
- 23:37Speaker 1: know what that means? No, I don't, sir. He was
- 23:41Speaker 1: mucking your family. Yes, when you take the banana and
- 23:44Speaker 1: you put it up to your face and go get me,
- 23:46Speaker 1: I'm Jimmy Durretty. There it is right there, there it is.
- 23:52Speaker 1: It's not making fun of you, sir. All right, We're
- 23:54Speaker 1: going to get to Frank Gray in here in just
- 23:56Speaker 1: a moment. The world famous Phil Henry show. Well, wait
- 23:58Speaker 1: a minute, I've got things that I want to say, Hey,

- 24:58Speaker 1: Phil Henry Show. Back here with Banana One. Here at
- 25:03Speaker 1: Banana Land on the Space Coast. Very very beautiful. Here.
- 25:07Speaker 1: This is kind of an old plantation, Banana One. Yes,
- 25:11Speaker 1: this is our original banana plantation, which we now call
- 25:14Speaker 1: Banana Land. We have some thirty one people living here
- 25:19Speaker 1: all members of the banana and which means they're all
- 25:24Speaker 1: white people. It doesn't mean we're sick. We're not racially discriminatory.
- 25:28Speaker 1: But people will say, this is banana land. Wasn't this
- 25:30Speaker 1: a banana wasn't this the banana plantation? And I said,
- 25:34Speaker 1: are you saying, did we grow bananas? And that's what
- 25:36Speaker 1: they'll say, didn't you grow banana? No we did not.
- 25:38Speaker 1: We had slaves here and we grew and it was
- 25:41Speaker 1: I forget what it was. You don't know what the
- 25:45Speaker 1: main crop was. I don't even think it was a crop.
- 25:46Speaker 1: I think it was car repair. This was in the
- 25:49Speaker 1: eighteen sixties. There were no cars. Okay, well, you see
- 25:52Speaker 1: that's what I'm saying. I'm so disoriented. This is a plantation,
- 25:56Speaker 1: agricultural I guess it was. Yeah, sure, was it bananas? No,
- 26:01Speaker 1: it was not bananas. Do you see any bananas around here?
- 26:03Speaker 1: When you see a banana, man, you kick its ass. Okay, sir,
- 26:08Speaker 1: just take it easy. Frank Gray joins me. Frank Gray
- 26:11Speaker 1: is my attorney. Frank, when did you receive this complaint? Phil,
- 26:14Speaker 1: I got this complaint from gentleman by the name of
- 26:17Speaker 1: efron Zipper. Is this this your attorney. Yes, that is
- 26:20Speaker 1: correct from Zipper? What are you looking at? I'd not
- 26:24Speaker 1: made demands, acquaintance. I understand, man, this man is an
- 26:28Speaker 1: attorney in Orlando area. Yeah, yes? Or no, am I
- 26:32Speaker 1: being deposed here? No, sir, I just I want to
- 26:34Speaker 1: get clear on. Yeah. Well, I got this complaint that
- 26:39Speaker 1: they presented to Judge Newley. Judge Newley has been retired
- 26:43Speaker 1: for five years and is an alcoholic. So when you
- 26:46Speaker 1: say that you presented to it this petition that it
- 26:49Speaker 1: signed and then it collapsed the I did not do this,
- 26:54Speaker 1: my attorney, Ralph Zipper did Ralph Zipper? Yeah. He goes
- 26:59Speaker 1: by several James and then mister Zipper watched him sort
- 27:06Speaker 1: of back up, backpedal, and then spin and fall back
- 27:09Speaker 1: on the couch and begins storing. Well, you understand it's
- 27:13Speaker 1: not a valid restraining order. That's not what I was told.
- 27:16Speaker 1: I was told. Any judge, whether he's retired or not,
- 27:19Speaker 1: who signs the restraining order in the injunction enjoins you
- 27:24Speaker 1: and injunks you well know in a minute you in
- 27:27Speaker 1: junk a man, which means he's not able to This
- 27:30Speaker 1: is a ridiculous thing, Phil, But believe it or not.
- 27:32Speaker 1: This is ruled on by the Supreme Court five years.
- 27:35Speaker 1: When you injunk someone, you are telling that man he
- 27:38Speaker 1: may not have relations with a woman for anywhere up
- 27:41Speaker 1: to twenty one days, his junk has been Oh, you're
- 27:45Speaker 1: kidding me, Frank, you're kidding me. No, I'm not kidding Margaret. Okay,
- 27:49Speaker 1: I'm here because I've got a very dear friend and
- 27:52Speaker 1: a client who's in trouble. All right, but that sounds
- 27:55Speaker 1: like the most asinine thing I've ever heard. You're telling
- 27:57Speaker 1: me when you injunk a man he's not allowed to
- 27:59Speaker 1: have it's called in junking. What's enjoining. Enjoining is to
- 28:04Speaker 1: basically enjoy your career, Frank, all right, I'm sorry. Enjoy Yeah,
- 28:09Speaker 1: it's enjoying. It means it's the same thing as you can't.
- 28:11Speaker 1: You got to stop. No, no, no, no, no no no. Now.
- 28:14Speaker 1: What happened to you, Phil is that this man, mister Zipper,
- 28:18Speaker 1: representing Banana one, and that is the banana and a
- 28:23Speaker 1: court of law got a restraining order whereby you are
- 28:27Speaker 1: not allowed to come into your studio. But hold on,
- 28:31Speaker 1: hold on. What was done, in fact, was a retired
- 28:35Speaker 1: judge with an alcohol problem was someone knocked on its door,
- 28:40Speaker 1: it answered, it, signed it, and then it staggered back
- 28:43Speaker 1: and fell asleep. So this was just didn't find its
- 28:46Speaker 1: way to a courtroom. Yeah, no I did. It found
- 28:48Speaker 1: its way into the offices of Judge Casey bladerban and
- 28:53Speaker 1: that's when he said, well, this isn't a real judge.
- 28:55Speaker 1: It's a drunk living out here in Alma Springs. Forget it.
- 28:59Speaker 1: It's not a valid It is not a valid restraining
- 29:02Speaker 1: order and banana one. I'm very sorry to tell you that.
- 29:06Speaker 1: I can tell you that it doesn't matter. My family
- 29:11Speaker 1: will fight for its right until the varia. What's that? Yeah,
- 29:15Speaker 1: fight for your at the party isn't that great? But
- 29:20Speaker 1: we will fight for our rights under Florida statutes and
- 29:24Speaker 1: the statutes of the United States of the America. What's
- 29:28Speaker 1: been done to me? What exactly is the complaint? My
- 29:31Speaker 1: complaint is, mister Gray, is that your client misrepresented what
- 29:36Speaker 1: we are. Said that I believed in slavery, said that
- 29:39Speaker 1: I believe No, I didn't say that, sir, Yes you did.
- 29:42Speaker 1: You said that I said that I supported slavery. You,
- 29:45Speaker 1: oh god, you almost tore that microphone right off the stand. Phil, Sorry,
- 29:48Speaker 1: you said. What you said, sir, was that you were
- 29:51Speaker 1: you imagined you were back in slave times and you
- 29:54Speaker 1: were talking to the slaves. Yeah, that doesn't mean that
- 29:56Speaker 1: I wanted slavery back. Doesn't mean that at all, doesn't
- 30:00Speaker 1: mean that at all. Well, what we've done is we've
- 30:03Speaker 1: essentially said that we've quashed the subpoena and we've squashed
- 30:08Speaker 1: the petition. So one was squashed, the other was squashed.
- 30:12Speaker 1: He was one that was squished, and the one that
- 30:14Speaker 1: was squished was the initial pleting. So what do you
- 30:18Speaker 1: mean squished? This is these are legal terms, mister Henry.
- 30:21Speaker 1: I've been down this road many times. But what I'm
- 30:23Speaker 1: trying to tell you, Phil is that the initial was
- 30:25Speaker 1: it was squashed by the judge, the alcoholic judge. It
- 30:28Speaker 1: was squashed. Then the second pleating was squashed by Judge
- 30:33Speaker 1: kl Peppa at the Orlando courthouse. And the last one
- 30:36Speaker 1: was squished by Mason Benson, who was a law clerk
- 30:40Speaker 1: who looked at it and basically said, just wadded it
- 30:43Speaker 1: up and blew his nose into it. All right, Well,
- 30:47Speaker 1: so there's no restraining word. No, there's not, mister Henry.
- 30:52Speaker 1: I feel that I have not been served well You've
- 30:55Speaker 1: had the platform of my show here though, sir, that
- 30:58Speaker 1: is true Banana One, You've been able to sit here
- 31:01Speaker 1: and educate us as to the realities of your family.
- 31:05Speaker 1: We know this is your beautiful plant. It's not a plantation.
- 31:08Speaker 1: See that's what I mean. It's not a plantation. It's
- 31:10Speaker 1: banana land, all right, it's it's banana land. You just
- 31:14Speaker 1: said banana land. Banana Land, okay, and this is where
- 31:18Speaker 1: we live up to twenty five people at any given
- 31:21Speaker 1: day or in that house performing. Man, you don't even
- 31:24Speaker 1: want to know why I say. Is it bad stuff? No,
- 31:27Speaker 1: it's not bad stuff at all. It's creative, it's religious,
- 31:32Speaker 1: some of it is even it's some of it's even Caribbean.
- 31:36Speaker 1: And the the over the religious overtones. A you're talking
- 31:40Speaker 1: about vodoo. Yeah, you met the voodoo. No, I didn't
- 31:42Speaker 1: say voodoo. I didn't say it isn't voodoo. But what
- 31:45Speaker 1: I'm trying to tell you is we are a changed
- 31:48Speaker 1: family the Banana and Banana simply wants to protect its rights.
- 31:54Speaker 1: All right. Well, I did not mean to say that.
- 31:56Speaker 1: I don't mean to insult you with the Savannah Banana's
- 31:58Speaker 1: baseball team. Are you gonna aren't your own baseball team.
- 32:01Speaker 1: We were here willing to support anyone that wants to
- 32:04Speaker 1: form a team called the Savannah Banana or just a
- 32:08Speaker 1: team called the Banana or the Space Coast Banana. I
- 32:11Speaker 1: don't know how it's done. I wouldn't know baseby I'm
- 32:13Speaker 1: not a sports fan. Well, you could get a team
- 32:16Speaker 1: called the Space Coast Banana. Yeah, just just call it.
- 32:18Speaker 1: You call it the Banana. But if you call it
- 32:21Speaker 1: the Banana and then the Savannah Bananas, you know, I
- 32:23Speaker 1: think that's going to get people are going to be confused.
- 32:25Speaker 1: Just call it. How about this the Banana family Banana? No,
- 32:29Speaker 1: that sounds sexual. May I get up and leave now?
- 32:39Speaker 1: Banana one, you wanted this time, and we gave you
- 32:42Speaker 1: this time. May I get up and leave now? Yes, sir,
- 32:45Speaker 1: you may Okay, Banana two, let's go, Hey, I said,
- 32:50Speaker 1: let's go go talk to her that way. I'm sorry,
- 32:54Speaker 1: Oh Banana one, his wife just act them across the
- 33:00Speaker 1: face and for the first time, maybe in the history
- 33:03Speaker 1: of the show, I don't care. You don't care about
- 33:05Speaker 1: oh boy? Sorry, this has been the Phil Henry Show
- 33:13Speaker 1: featuring the Banana. We don't blame you if you don't
- 33:18Speaker 1: understand anything what was said. Yes, the world famous Phil
- 33:22Speaker 1: Henry Show here from the Space Coast in Banana Land,
- 33:28Speaker 1: May checking it produced by Phil Henry for Sambury Incorporated.
- 33:31Speaker 1: All rights reserved on the I mean on podcast one. Yeah,
- 33:36Speaker 1: go on Banana one. Yeah, that's what they ought to do,
- 33:39Speaker 1: but they don't. Can we get out of the jungle police.
- 33:43Speaker 1: It's the cars that are over there. We're gonna have
- 33:45Speaker 1: to get through. We gotta hike through here to get
- 33:46Speaker 1: to the car. God damn, I'm out from Banana. I'm
- 33:57Speaker 1: Banana one. Do something about it.
