Mega Edition: The United States Government And The Andrew Related MLA Request (10/12/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

0:00
Speaker 1: Hop over the pond folks and check in on Prince
0:04
Speaker 1: Andrew aka the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family and
0:08
Speaker 1: the news that's coming across today that Scotland Yard is
0:12
Speaker 1: prepared to assist the FBI in their investigation this has
0:19
Speaker 1: to be devastating news for Andrew and his legal team
0:25
Speaker 1: I am sure they were hoping that Scotland Yard would
0:28
Speaker 1: continue to run interference for them. But this is just
0:32
Speaker 1: another sign pointing towards the fact that the people who
0:37
Speaker 1: played a key role within Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise are
0:41
Speaker 1: now all on the run. And that goes for all
0:45
Speaker 1: of them, folks. Every single person that has been named
0:48
Speaker 1: in those documents as an abuser, especially, has had their
0:53
Speaker 1: lives turned upside down. And they should have their lives
0:57
Speaker 1: turned upside down because what they're being accused of is
1:01
Speaker 1: just absolutely the bottom of the barrel kind of crime. Rape,
1:08
Speaker 1: violence against women, abusing children, trafficking children. I mean, how
1:14
Speaker 1: much more low and scummy does it get? So all
1:19
Speaker 1: of these people deserve the scrutiny that they're now finally
1:24
Speaker 1: getting decades later. This stuff happened a long time ago.
1:28
Speaker 1: Some of it in the 90s, if we're going all
1:31
Speaker 1: the way back to what happened with Maria. And nobody
1:35
Speaker 1: did anything. These people avoided scrutiny. They avoided any kind
1:39
Speaker 1: of attention from their buddies and their lapdogs in the
1:42
Speaker 1: legacy media. And now that the narrative has been turned around,
1:48
Speaker 1: and now that they are facing scrutiny, they are Are
1:53
Speaker 1: being aired out. The same way they like to do
1:56
Speaker 1: to the. The accusers right. This is their MO. Just
2:00
Speaker 1: reversing it. And using it on them. And they don't
2:04
Speaker 1: like it very much. Do they? They're not very happy
2:09
Speaker 1: about it. Just take a look. At the reaction that
2:13
Speaker 1: we have seen. For Mr. Dirty Dersh. For example. This
2:18
Speaker 1: is a guy who is absolutely. Frazzled about what's going on.
2:22
Speaker 1: And he understands. that things are getting very, very interesting.
2:27
Speaker 1: And somehow I think, even though he's an absolute bumbling moron,
2:33
Speaker 1: that the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, he understands
2:39
Speaker 1: that things are getting very serious for him as well.
2:44
Speaker 1: Our article tonight is from the Daily Mail. The author
2:47
Speaker 1: is William Cole. Headline, Scotland Yard is willing to assist U.S.
2:52
Speaker 1: authorities investigating Prince Andrew's links to pedophile billionaire Jeffrey Epstein
2:58
Speaker 1: at any stage, Cressida Dick says. And I'm guessing Cressida
3:03
Speaker 1: Dick is the guy from Scotland Yard, the boss man,
3:07
Speaker 1: boss man tweed over there in England. The chief of
3:12
Speaker 1: the Metropolitan Police, well, there you go, the chief. has
3:15
Speaker 1: offered to assist U.S. authorities with their investigation into Prince
3:19
Speaker 1: Andrew's ties to disgraced pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
3:25
Speaker 1: And I think this is why they filed the MLA, right?
3:30
Speaker 1: They wanted to do an end around on Buckingham Palace
3:34
Speaker 1: and go directly to the authorities to try and mitigate
3:38
Speaker 1: any kind of interference. At least that's my guess, right?
3:41
Speaker 1: You would think that's the strategy of the prosecutors in
3:44
Speaker 1: the United States. to try and pull an end around
3:47
Speaker 1: on the Royals and take this right to the investigators.
3:52
Speaker 1: And it looks like their strategy might pay off here. Now,
3:54
Speaker 1: of course, again, I am always skeptical until things actually happen.
3:59
Speaker 1: But this most certainly is a step in the right
4:02
Speaker 1: direction and a break from the norm when we're talking
4:06
Speaker 1: about how things were proceeding within Scotland Yard. So this
4:11
Speaker 1: looks promising so far. Dame Cressida Dick said that while
4:17
Speaker 1: the focus of the investigation was clearly in America, she
4:21
Speaker 1: added that MET would assist U.S. authorities should it be
4:24
Speaker 1: required at any stage. That's the same thing Andrew said,
4:28
Speaker 1: and we see how that worked out. So again, I'm
4:30
Speaker 1: going to remain skeptical, but it is a step in
4:33
Speaker 1: the right direction, right folks? We got to accept those
4:36
Speaker 1: W's wherever they come in cases like this, because for
4:38
Speaker 1: so long, the deck was stacked against the truth. The
4:43
Speaker 1: truth was being subverted. by these powerful, rich, so-called members
4:51
Speaker 1: of polite society. And that is no longer the case.
4:57
Speaker 1: This has blown up to a level where they never expected.
5:00
Speaker 1: I mean, Netflix and Lifetime and this one's writing a
5:04
Speaker 1: book and that one's writing a book and even knuckleheads
5:08
Speaker 1: like me sitting in their studios and their houses, whatever
5:14
Speaker 1: it may be, Everybody is focused on what's going on
5:18
Speaker 1: in this case this time around, and it is not
5:22
Speaker 1: going to go the same way it did last time.
5:26
Speaker 1: They're not going to be able to use the same playbook.
5:31
Speaker 1: During a wide-ranging interview with Channel 4 News, the commissioner
5:35
Speaker 1: was asked about the Duke of York's alleged involvement in
5:38
Speaker 1: the ongoing Maxwell case. The locus and focus of any
5:42
Speaker 1: investigation in relation to Jeffrey Epstein, for example, is clearly
5:46
Speaker 1: in America, she said. And I would say that that's
5:50
Speaker 1: pretty true at this point, right? There's a vast investigation
5:54
Speaker 1: in America that's unfolding right now. We know that for sure.
5:58
Speaker 1: We also know that there are other co-conspirators who better
6:01
Speaker 1: not rest easy. We know that these people are in
6:04
Speaker 1: the crosshairs. We know that the investigators... are taking a
6:09
Speaker 1: look into all of these people who played a part.
6:12
Speaker 1: And we don't know, but we can speculate that Ghislaine
6:17
Speaker 1: Maxwell's probably getting pretty squirrely inside of that jail cell.
6:21
Speaker 1: And she's probably looking to do a little bit of negotiating.
6:26
Speaker 1: You see, she's not used to that life. She's not
6:29
Speaker 1: used to, you know, the bologna sandwiches and the oranges.
6:33
Speaker 1: She's not used to any of that stuff. So it
6:36
Speaker 1: has to be weighing on her. And that's a strategy
6:38
Speaker 1: that these prosecutors use. They'll let these people twist in
6:41
Speaker 1: the wind and they'll put them in these facilities where
6:44
Speaker 1: they're in solitary confinement and they're at the point where
6:46
Speaker 1: they're ready to say anything to have at least just
6:49
Speaker 1: a little bit of normalization back in their life. And
6:53
Speaker 1: she's trying to make that move to get into GP,
6:55
Speaker 1: general population, and they're not going to allow it because
6:59
Speaker 1: they don't want any sort of normalization right now for her.
7:02
Speaker 1: They want her rattled. They want her frazzled. And that
7:05
Speaker 1: is exactly how these cases go. If the Americans need
7:10
Speaker 1: our assistance at any stage, then we will give them that.
7:14
Speaker 1: Federal prosecutors have reportedly been stonewalled in their requests for
7:18
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's cooperation in the case. But the Duke's legal
7:21
Speaker 1: team says assistance was offered three times prior to allegations
7:26
Speaker 1: of zero cooperation. Well, they're not stating it here in
7:30
Speaker 1: the article, but the rub is he wanted to give
7:33
Speaker 1: a written statement. And a written statement's a bunch of
7:37
Speaker 1: BS in a situation such as this. If he was
7:41
Speaker 1: just accused of being one of Epstein's enablers, of just
7:44
Speaker 1: hanging around with Epstein, and maybe he saw something that
7:48
Speaker 1: was untowards or something that could be maybe thought of
7:53
Speaker 1: as criminal, then okay, then a written statement might be acceptable, right?
7:58
Speaker 1: But there's a lot more here, and I've said it
8:01
Speaker 1: from the beginning. He's not a witness here, folks. He's
8:03
Speaker 1: a low-key target, a low-key suspect. And when I say low-key,
8:07
Speaker 1: I don't mean like low on the totem pole. I
8:10
Speaker 1: mean they're keeping it under wraps. They don't want information
8:13
Speaker 1: like that out there. So the prosecutors are moving in
8:17
Speaker 1: the shadows. They're moving in the shade. And they're doing
8:20
Speaker 1: things behind the scenes to make sure that people like
8:25
Speaker 1: this answer some questions. At least that is the way
8:29
Speaker 1: it looks now. Since Ghislaine Maxwell has been arrested, they
8:34
Speaker 1: have done a pretty good job and you got to
8:36
Speaker 1: give them their props for the way they're going about things.
8:39
Speaker 1: And if we're hearing from the commissioner over in Scotland
8:44
Speaker 1: Yard that they're prepared to assist the United States investigators
8:48
Speaker 1: with the case, then you would have to think that
8:50
Speaker 1: there is a little bit more going on under the surface. Oh,
8:53
Speaker 1: we always try and read between the lines here, right?
8:56
Speaker 1: What are they really saying? What is really going on?
9:00
Speaker 1: And that's what I try to do here in situations
9:02
Speaker 1: such as this. And usually when there's smoke, there's fire. Now, again,
9:07
Speaker 1: it all hinges on other arrests, right? If we start
9:11
Speaker 1: to see the core four get arrested, we start to
9:13
Speaker 1: see some of the people who were a huge part
9:16
Speaker 1: of the actual trafficking ring start getting nailed. Then you
9:20
Speaker 1: know that this thing is ready to bloom. And I
9:25
Speaker 1: believe that we're going to get to that point sometime.
9:28
Speaker 1: When we will get there, I am not sure. But
9:31
Speaker 1: after the next arrest is announced in this case, I
9:34
Speaker 1: expect the floodgates to open. If the Duke fails to
9:39
Speaker 1: respond voluntarily to requests, he could be called to a
9:42
Speaker 1: UK court to answer questions in what is known as
9:46
Speaker 1: a mutual legal assistance request, according to the Daily Telegraph.
9:52
Speaker 1: And yeah, so he'd have to come in. He could
9:54
Speaker 1: be compelled to come in under the MLA and he
9:58
Speaker 1: would have to answer questions. Now again, I don't know
10:02
Speaker 1: if that they can compel him to answer live questions
10:06
Speaker 1: where they can basically walk him into a trap of
10:08
Speaker 1: perjury if that's their goal or if it would be
10:11
Speaker 1: written answers to these questions. Because again, I do not
10:16
Speaker 1: think for one second that Not for one second that
10:23
Speaker 1: this guy is going to do this on his own.
10:26
Speaker 1: I think he's going to have to be compelled. And
10:28
Speaker 1: I don't really think that the prosecutors are going to
10:32
Speaker 1: go for a written statement here. Now, they might. They
10:36
Speaker 1: might go for a written statement if that's all they
10:38
Speaker 1: can get after all is said and done. But that
10:41
Speaker 1: would be straight garbage, in my opinion, considering that he
10:44
Speaker 1: has not just accused of being an enabler. He is
10:48
Speaker 1: directly implicated in Jeffrey Epstein's dastardly, draconian sex trafficking ring.
10:57
Speaker 1: Epstein died in an apparent suicide last August before he
11:01
Speaker 1: was due to face trial on sex trafficking and conspiracy charges.
11:05
Speaker 1: His confidant and co-conspirator, fellow child abuser, general all-around scumbag,
11:10
Speaker 1: and reported lover Ghislaine Maxwell is in custody in New
11:14
Speaker 1: York's Metropolitan Detention Center, charged with enticement of minors, sex trafficking,
11:19
Speaker 1: and perjury during her time with the billionaire. They keep
11:23
Speaker 1: calling him the billionaire. How about pedophile, right? And again,
11:27
Speaker 1: I'm sure he is a billionaire. I mean, we have, what,
11:30
Speaker 1: 640 million roughly on the books? So we're talking a measly... Eh,
11:35
Speaker 1: 360 million more stashed somewhere? Quite possible. Very possible. In fact,
11:40
Speaker 1: I'll go out on a limb and I'll say he
11:42
Speaker 1: does have billions. Where that money is, well, that's anybody's guess.
11:47
Speaker 1: She denies any wrongdoing. One of Epstein's survivors, Virginia Roberts,
11:52
Speaker 1: who claims she was trafficked by the financier, pedophile, and Maxwell...
11:57
Speaker 1: alleges Andrew had sex with her on three separate occasions,
12:00
Speaker 1: including when she was 17, still a minor under U.S. law.
12:06
Speaker 1: The dude categorically denies he had any form of sexual
12:09
Speaker 1: contact or relationship with Miss Roberts, which is a lie.
12:13
Speaker 1: Any sort of relationship? Well, you obviously, at the very least,
12:16
Speaker 1: had a passing relationship. You took a picture with her
12:19
Speaker 1: at Ghislaine Maxwell's condo. What were you all doing there, huh?
12:24
Speaker 1: I'm sure you guys all went over there to watch
12:26
Speaker 1: some TV, maybe play some Jenga or a game of Monopoly, right?
12:30
Speaker 1: That's exactly what the purpose was. You disgusting, depraved SOBs.
12:39
Speaker 1: In a statement last year, before Ms. Maxwell's arrest, Commander
12:43
Speaker 1: Alex Murray said the Met was not the appropriate authority
12:46
Speaker 1: to look into the case because the allegations of human
12:49
Speaker 1: trafficking had taken place outside the UK. I never understood that,
12:54
Speaker 1: and I still don't understand that line of thinking. She
12:57
Speaker 1: was brought over international lines, not just state lines, but
13:00
Speaker 1: international lines into England. So how is that not the
13:05
Speaker 1: responsibility of the Scotland Yard or the Home Office? You
13:12
Speaker 1: would think that someone being trafficked from the United States
13:16
Speaker 1: to England would be a pretty big deal. Something that
13:19
Speaker 1: the Home Office would probably want to get involved in.
13:24
Speaker 1: I mean, it would make sense, right? Where's Interpol? This
13:27
Speaker 1: is an international crime now. All of this stuff, these
13:30
Speaker 1: girls that were brought to the United States from parts
13:33
Speaker 1: of Europe by Jean-Luc Brunel and God knows who else,
13:37
Speaker 1: that's not an Interpol case? You would think that every
13:40
Speaker 1: jurisdiction that these knuckleheads came through, every single place that
13:44
Speaker 1: these disgusting animals set up shop, would have an investigation going.
13:49
Speaker 1: But that doesn't seem to be the case. And folks,
13:52
Speaker 1: I don't have the answer. I don't know why that's
13:54
Speaker 1: not going on. Just like I don't know why there's
13:57
Speaker 1: not a state investigation going on in New Mexico. I
14:00
Speaker 1: do not have that answer. The statement said, following the
14:06
Speaker 1: legal advice, it was clear that any investigation into human
14:09
Speaker 1: trafficking would be largely focused on activities and relationships outside
14:15
Speaker 1: the UK. Well, that's because you're not looking for them
14:18
Speaker 1: in the UK. You mean to tell me that Ghislaine
14:21
Speaker 1: Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein... who were big shots not only
14:25
Speaker 1: in America, but they were big shots in London as well,
14:29
Speaker 1: were not over there engaged in abusing young girls? They
14:32
Speaker 1: didn't have young girls coming over for massages anywhere? I
14:36
Speaker 1: find that hard to believe, folks. A guy like Jeffrey
14:39
Speaker 1: Epstein doesn't just put his disgusting proclivities or his blackmail
14:44
Speaker 1: operation on pause because he's on vacation. People like this
14:48
Speaker 1: don't take vacation. Every minute, every day is spent thinking
14:53
Speaker 1: about about how they're going to increase their power, enrich
14:57
Speaker 1: their wealth, and collect more information on people in powerful positions.
15:04
Speaker 1: That's how these people spent their lives, every day of
15:07
Speaker 1: their lives. We therefore concluded that the MPS was not
15:12
Speaker 1: the appropriate authority to conduct inquiries in these circumstances, and
15:16
Speaker 1: in November 2016, a decision was made that this matter
15:20
Speaker 1: would not proceed to a full criminal investigation. So that
15:25
Speaker 1: was pretty disheartening when that all came out, right? You
15:27
Speaker 1: would think, again, that London would be all over a
15:31
Speaker 1: case like this, especially considering what is being alleged occurred
15:35
Speaker 1: at Ghislaine Maxwell's London house. This occurred in England, okay?
15:40
Speaker 1: And according to Virginia, not only did it occur in England,
15:45
Speaker 1: it was one of the royals, for God's sakes. This
15:50
Speaker 1: should be the type of thing that makes the law
15:53
Speaker 1: enforcement people of whatever country it occurs in, makes them
15:58
Speaker 1: so mad and so angry that they will go to
16:01
Speaker 1: no lengths to bring people to justice. And I would
16:06
Speaker 1: like to see more of that hard charging going on
16:09
Speaker 1: in places like England and most assuredly in a place
16:13
Speaker 1: like France. In August 2019, following the death of Jeffrey Epstein,
16:19
Speaker 1: the MPS reviewed the decision-making and our position remains unchanged.
16:25
Speaker 1: The interview with Dame Cressida was due to be aired
16:29
Speaker 1: at 7 p.m. on Channel 4. So it looks like
16:33
Speaker 1: their tune has changed, right? As this new evidence unfolds,
16:36
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell's in prison, and who knows what information the
16:40
Speaker 1: FBI has already shared with the Home Office. Let's not
16:44
Speaker 1: forget about how close the ties are between the intelligence
16:48
Speaker 1: agencies in the United States and the UK. And that
16:52
Speaker 1: goes for the FBI and the Home Office as well.
16:55
Speaker 1: These people have very, very close working relationships. So I
17:01
Speaker 1: can only imagine what the FBI has said to the
17:05
Speaker 1: Home Office in regards to the Joe Exotic of the
17:08
Speaker 1: Windsor family's role within Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise and his
17:13
Speaker 1: alleged abuse of Virginia. So you have to think. Things
17:17
Speaker 1: are moving behind the scenes. Wheels are turning. Fires are
17:22
Speaker 1: being stoked. And each. And every single day. That goes by.
17:28
Speaker 1: It becomes more. And more apparent. That these people. Who
17:35
Speaker 1: were involved with Jeffrey Epstein. Have now. Taken the role.
17:44
Speaker 1: Of those who are scared. Of those who go to
17:47
Speaker 1: sleep every single night and worry. Because the year 2020 folks.
17:55
Speaker 1: This was the year that these predators. That they all
17:59
Speaker 1: became the prey. And we see it day in and
18:03
Speaker 1: day out now. Everybody involved with Epstein. That was close
18:07
Speaker 1: to him. That was implicated in this abuse. Is starting
18:11
Speaker 1: to feel real heat. They're starting to understand what it's like.
18:16
Speaker 1: to face real scrutiny. And I, for one, cannot wait
18:23
Speaker 1: for all of these other documents to start to be
18:26
Speaker 1: released as well. That way, the heat gets turned up
18:31
Speaker 1: even hotter. If you'd like to contact me, you can

18:47
Speaker 1: The link that goes with this article can be found
18:50
Speaker 1: in the description box. Today's article is from Yahoo. The headline,
18:57
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew accuses U.S. prosecutors of seeking publicity instead of answers.
19:02
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Rebecca Taylor. Now, I'm torn here, right?
19:07
Speaker 1: Because I don't trust the prosecutors either. They're almost as
19:11
Speaker 1: bad as Andrew at this point, in my opinion. But
19:15
Speaker 1: I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt
19:17
Speaker 1: to see where this goes. And to think that Andrew
19:22
Speaker 1: and his team are going to use this route, they're
19:27
Speaker 1: saying that It's about publicity and they're using technicalities and
19:32
Speaker 1: how this goes out of the realm of the norm, etc., etc.
19:36
Speaker 1: You notice they don't say that the man is innocent, right?
19:38
Speaker 1: You notice that they're not coming out with a full
19:41
Speaker 1: blitzkrieg about how innocent Angie is. If this man was innocent,
19:45
Speaker 1: they'd have him on all the talk shows. Oh, he
19:47
Speaker 1: has access to all of them. Just look at what
19:49
Speaker 1: ABC did to help the Royals before when they when
19:52
Speaker 1: they quashed the Roblox story. He could have his choice
19:55
Speaker 1: of any of these talk shows, any one of them.
19:59
Speaker 1: And they'd probably give him softball questions, too. But he
20:01
Speaker 1: is so toxic. There is so much fallout on this
20:04
Speaker 1: man that they will not even put him on their
20:07
Speaker 1: favorable shows that they have a symbiotic relationship with the
20:12
Speaker 1: host on. Because they know the man is a disaster
20:16
Speaker 1: waiting to happen. They know he cannot hold up to
20:20
Speaker 1: real scrutiny. And they know that his story is absolute BS.
20:29
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew has accused U.S. prosecutors of seeking publicity instead
20:32
Speaker 1: of answers, claiming he has offered to help their investigation
20:36
Speaker 1: into Jeffrey Epstein on three occasions and been ignored. Now, again,
20:41
Speaker 1: we're dealing with notorious liars here, right? The Department of Justice,
20:45
Speaker 1: they like to lie. We all know that the Prince
20:47
Speaker 1: of Punk asses, a.k.a. the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, well,
20:51
Speaker 1: he likes to lie as well. In this case, though,
20:54
Speaker 1: I highly doubt that the prosecutor's office is going to
20:59
Speaker 1: be so brazen and that they're going to file an
21:03
Speaker 1: MLA if they do not have the goods. And like
21:06
Speaker 1: I said last night, I truly believe that they flipped
21:09
Speaker 1: other people, that there are other cooperating witnesses, and they
21:13
Speaker 1: have built a profile on all of the people involved
21:16
Speaker 1: at this point. And I think that Prince Andrew has...
21:22
Speaker 1: A lot of trouble coming down the pipe for him.
21:26
Speaker 1: Because what I think they want to do is I
21:27
Speaker 1: think they have more information than they're willing to let on, right?
21:31
Speaker 1: So what they want to do is get him under
21:33
Speaker 1: oath and try and cross him up. Try and get
21:36
Speaker 1: him to lie about something. Try and get him to
21:39
Speaker 1: admit to something without admitting it. You know, stuff like that.
21:42
Speaker 1: They love to do that. They love to trap you.
21:44
Speaker 1: And the FBI is very, very, very good at that.
21:47
Speaker 1: Even if you're not guilty of the original crime, the
21:50
Speaker 1: FBI will find a way to catch you up in
21:53
Speaker 1: a process crime. That's just how they rolled. You know,
21:57
Speaker 1: don't get me wrong, the FBI is its own criminal
21:59
Speaker 1: enterprise in my opinion, right? But in this case, when
22:03
Speaker 1: it comes to bringing the prince of punk asses into question, well,
22:08
Speaker 1: I think that the FBI and the Department of Justice
22:11
Speaker 1: understands all of the scrutiny on this case at this point.
22:16
Speaker 1: And I think they're going to have all of their
22:19
Speaker 1: T's crossed and their I's dotted when it comes to
22:22
Speaker 1: a situation like this. Prince Andrew, excuse me, the Duke
22:30
Speaker 1: of York has issued a rare and fiery rebuttal to
22:33
Speaker 1: claims from the U.S. Department of Justice that has failed
22:36
Speaker 1: to cooperate with their inquiries in the Epstein case. So
22:41
Speaker 1: now Prince Andrew and his team, of course, they're firing
22:45
Speaker 1: back after this report was released, after it was leaked
22:48
Speaker 1: or however it got into the public domain. Now his
22:51
Speaker 1: legal team, of course, well, they're firing back, but we
22:54
Speaker 1: all know they don't have a leg to stand on.
22:56
Speaker 1: And all they can talk about is the process, about
22:59
Speaker 1: the confidentiality of the case. It's always the same thing, technicalities.
23:05
Speaker 1: That's how these people try and get off. We looked at,
23:07
Speaker 1: look what Krista Marks did. in the case in Palm Beach.
23:10
Speaker 1: Just take a look at what Krista Marks had to
23:12
Speaker 1: say in that case. It was about technicalities. It didn't
23:15
Speaker 1: have to do with the fact that crimes were being
23:17
Speaker 1: committed or that the prosecutors were shitty. Oh no, it's
23:20
Speaker 1: all about technicalities. Anyway... that people involved in the good
23:25
Speaker 1: old boys and good old girls club, any way that
23:28
Speaker 1: they can find to get their friends off, they will
23:31
Speaker 1: do just that. They'll use loopholes, they'll destroy the plaintiff,
23:36
Speaker 1: whatever it may be, they will use those tactics, and
23:39
Speaker 1: they do not care. It comes amid reports American authorities
23:45
Speaker 1: have filed mutual legal assistance requests to the UK Home Office.
23:50
Speaker 1: Epstein killed himself, allegedly, in prison in New York when
23:53
Speaker 1: he was awaiting trial for sex trafficking offenses. Now, this MLA, again,
23:59
Speaker 1: it's very significant. This isn't the kind of thing that
24:04
Speaker 1: the Department of Justice files without some evidence, right? Especially
24:09
Speaker 1: in a high-profile case like this that has to do
24:12
Speaker 1: with royalty, one of the monarchs, the queen's son. Just
24:16
Speaker 1: think about that for a minute. Just think about what
24:19
Speaker 1: sort of evidence you must have to make this request.
24:24
Speaker 1: And I've said it from the beginning. You have to
24:25
Speaker 1: have iron clad cases against people like this. There's no
24:30
Speaker 1: room for messing around. There's no room for nonsense. All
24:35
Speaker 1: there is room for is pure, unadulterated evidence. And that's
24:40
Speaker 1: what you have to do. If you want to bring
24:41
Speaker 1: down people as powerful as the Duke of York, you
24:45
Speaker 1: must come forward. with receipts. And with the government, the
24:52
Speaker 1: Department of Justice requesting this MLA, they most definitely have
24:58
Speaker 1: the goods. I was speaking with a friend of mine
25:01
Speaker 1: who is a lawyer, and my friend was saying that
25:07
Speaker 1: in his experience, stuff like this is usually the beginning
25:13
Speaker 1: of the end for these kind of criminal organizations. So,
25:18
Speaker 1: I'm obviously remaining skeptical because throughout this whole entire thing,
25:22
Speaker 1: we've seen the way the justice system has dealt with
25:26
Speaker 1: these people, but at the same time, I think there's
25:29
Speaker 1: a little bit of light at the end of the
25:30
Speaker 1: tunnel now. We see what's going on here with the
25:34
Speaker 1: prints of punk asses, and we see it in some
25:38
Speaker 1: of the other instances of this case where they've had
25:41
Speaker 1: to step back from public life, etc., etc. Now, I
25:46
Speaker 1: definitely believe that there are other people cooperating at this point.
25:50
Speaker 1: And I most certainly believe that we'll see a lot
25:53
Speaker 1: of that come out in the future because there are
25:56
Speaker 1: people who were parts of the machine here who might
25:59
Speaker 1: not have had a leadership role. So therefore they won't
26:02
Speaker 1: be getting as harsh of a sentence perhaps. So it's
26:05
Speaker 1: about self-preservation at this point. And everybody who gets caught
26:10
Speaker 1: up in this is going to be looking at serious charges.
26:14
Speaker 1: So you have to expect people to roll over. And
26:18
Speaker 1: I am guessing that that's what's occurring right now as
26:21
Speaker 1: we speak, considering how forceful this request is by the
26:26
Speaker 1: Department of Justice. I have another friend of mine who
26:32
Speaker 1: is getting ready to become a judge, and I've reached
26:35
Speaker 1: out to them to talk to them a little bit
26:36
Speaker 1: about their opinion, not about the case specifically. but about
26:40
Speaker 1: these sorts of cases, right? What it usually means in
26:45
Speaker 1: the grand scheme of things. So I'm trying to get
26:47
Speaker 1: a little bit of context from him about that. In
26:54
Speaker 1: a statement, the Duke's lawyer said, the Duke of York
26:57
Speaker 1: has on at least three occasions this year offered his
27:00
Speaker 1: assistance as a witness to the DOJ. Now, again, We're
27:04
Speaker 1: dealing with liars on both sides here, right? You really
27:07
Speaker 1: can't 100% know who to believe, but I'm leaning towards
27:11
Speaker 1: believing the prosecution in this case for all of the
27:14
Speaker 1: reasons I stated earlier. I don't think that this is
27:16
Speaker 1: a case where they can mess around like this. I
27:18
Speaker 1: think it's too high profile, and I think there is
27:21
Speaker 1: too much on the line, not only here at home,
27:24
Speaker 1: but geopolitically and with regards to the relationship with England.
27:31
Speaker 1: I don't really think that the Justice Department is playing
27:34
Speaker 1: games here or just firing off at the hip if
27:37
Speaker 1: they don't have the evidence to really get this ball
27:40
Speaker 1: advanced over the goal line. Unfortunately, the DOJ has reacted
27:46
Speaker 1: to the first two offers by breaching their own confidentiality
27:49
Speaker 1: rules and claiming that the Duke has offered zero cooperation.
27:53
Speaker 1: In doing so, they are perhaps seeking publicity rather than
27:56
Speaker 1: accepting the assistance proffered. Look, again, Don't buy into any
28:02
Speaker 1: of that, folks. This is a canned statement from a
28:05
Speaker 1: high-profile legal team. And again, they're not saying he's innocent.
28:09
Speaker 1: They're not saying that he didn't have anything to do
28:12
Speaker 1: with it. They're saying, oh, well, the Department of Justice, well,
28:15
Speaker 1: they shouldn't breach their own confidentiality rules. Nobody cares, all right?
28:19
Speaker 1: We're done with all of that. We're done with all
28:21
Speaker 1: of those stupid little technicalities that we all have to
28:24
Speaker 1: live by while you skirt the real law. Why should
28:30
Speaker 1: we be concerned with the finer points if you are not?
28:38
Speaker 1: If you're innocent, none of this rigmarole needs to occur.
28:41
Speaker 1: None of this has to happen. Come forward, give your statement,
28:45
Speaker 1: and let's move on with our lives. What are you
28:48
Speaker 1: waiting for, Joe Exotic of the Windsor family? Andrew's legal
28:54
Speaker 1: team say they spoke to authorities in the U.S. in
28:56
Speaker 1: January shortly after the first requests were made for the
28:59
Speaker 1: Duke's help. They say they secured confirmation that our cooperation
29:04
Speaker 1: and any interview arrangements would remain confidential. No! Negative. Transparency, okay?
29:10
Speaker 1: I don't care that you're the Duke of York. I
29:13
Speaker 1: don't care about any of that. No more secret meetings.
29:17
Speaker 1: No more secret deals. Everything in the open, in the
29:23
Speaker 1: light of the sun, so the rays can purify your bullshit.
29:29
Speaker 1: We will no longer accept your back room wheeling and
29:33
Speaker 1: dealing while you step on the necks of the rest
29:35
Speaker 1: of us. Sorry, that shit is over. The team also
29:41
Speaker 1: pointed out that Epstein was being investigated for 16 years
29:44
Speaker 1: and that no mention of speaking to Prince Andrew was
29:47
Speaker 1: made until 2020. Yes, so what does that have to
29:50
Speaker 1: do with anything? You think that was because your buddy
29:54
Speaker 1: was protecting you still? Joe Exotic of the Might have
29:59
Speaker 1: something to do with that, right? The way Epstein was
30:02
Speaker 1: finessing the investigators. And it might have something to do
30:06
Speaker 1: with the fact that this is all coming to a
30:08
Speaker 1: head now that he's dead because you no longer have
30:11
Speaker 1: that protection in place. Don't try and act like, oh,
30:14
Speaker 1: this was 20 years ago. This was 10 years ago. Oh,
30:18
Speaker 1: we can't answer questions now. Nope, sorry. You're answering all
30:21
Speaker 1: the questions that are shoved in your face. Or don't
30:28
Speaker 1: answer them and deal with the repercussions. In a statement,
30:34
Speaker 1: Andrew's lawyers accused the DOJ of breaching their own rules
30:37
Speaker 1: and say that two statements made about him were inaccurate
30:40
Speaker 1: and should not have been made. Okay, well, why doesn't
30:44
Speaker 1: he come out? Why don't you set it up, fantastic
30:47
Speaker 1: legal team? Get him on the circuit. Let's see him
30:49
Speaker 1: on all the talk shows. Let's see how truthful the
30:53
Speaker 1: prince of punk asses really is when he's facing hardball,
30:59
Speaker 1: high heat kind of questions. The statement also says, importantly,
31:05
Speaker 1: the DOJ advised us that the Duke is not and
31:07
Speaker 1: has never been a target of their criminal investigations into Epstein,
31:11
Speaker 1: and that they saw it as confidential voluntary cooperation. Okay, yeah,
31:15
Speaker 1: this is the beginning of the end. You can try
31:17
Speaker 1: and spin it any way you want. You can try
31:20
Speaker 1: and pitch it any way you want. But the fact
31:22
Speaker 1: of the matter is, your boy... The prince of punk asses,
31:26
Speaker 1: the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, is now ensnared
31:31
Speaker 1: in a criminal probe into his behavior while he was
31:35
Speaker 1: cavorting with a pedophile. Own it. The team adds... Far
31:41
Speaker 1: from our client acting above the law, as has been
31:44
Speaker 1: applied by press briefings in the U.S., he is being
31:46
Speaker 1: treated by a lower standard than might reasonably be expected
31:50
Speaker 1: for any other citizen. Yeah, okay, any other citizen would
31:54
Speaker 1: have been dragged in front of a judge or a
31:55
Speaker 1: magistrate by now. Are you kidding me? Stop it. Stop it.
31:59
Speaker 1: You are not a victim, okay? Zero chance royalty is
32:04
Speaker 1: ever a victim, ever. misleading account of our discussions. Get
32:11
Speaker 1: the blazes out of here. This guy is an absolute joke.
32:16
Speaker 1: His law team's a joke. And I really, really hope
32:20
Speaker 1: the prosecutors put their foot on their proverbial neck and
32:24
Speaker 1: step on it. Because these people need to be brought
32:29
Speaker 1: to heel. There is no way that somebody like Prince Andrew...
32:35
Speaker 1: should be getting away with acting like he is some
32:37
Speaker 1: sort of victim in a case like this. Further, those
32:42
Speaker 1: same breaches of confidentiality by the DOJ have given the
32:45
Speaker 1: global media, and therefore the worldwide audience, an entirely misleading
32:49
Speaker 1: account of our discussions with them. Yeah, right. Yeah, right.
32:53
Speaker 1: Guess what? We don't need any more information to come
32:56
Speaker 1: out to know what Prince Andrew is. Here's the information
32:59
Speaker 1: we need, okay, if you want to exonerate your client.
33:03
Speaker 1: an alibi for the nights in question, and people corroborating
33:07
Speaker 1: his story, and witnesses. Because guess what? That's what the
33:10
Speaker 1: other side has. And so far, all Andrew has are lies, deceit,
33:16
Speaker 1: and BS alibis. Addressing the reports of the MLA, the
33:21
Speaker 1: legal team said, Any pursuit of an application of mutual
33:24
Speaker 1: legal assistance would be disappointing, since the Duke of York
33:27
Speaker 1: is not a target of the DOJ investigation and has
33:30
Speaker 1: recently repeated his willingness to provide a witness statement. It
33:34
Speaker 1: is hoped that the third offer has not been the
33:36
Speaker 1: cause of the most recent leak about the Duke of York.
33:39
Speaker 1: Enough with the leaks. Nobody cares. What are you worried about?
33:42
Speaker 1: His image? His image is destroyed. It's gone. There is
33:46
Speaker 1: only one... road that the Duke can take at this point.
33:52
Speaker 1: Come forward. What are you waiting for? See, this is
33:58
Speaker 1: all just nonsense, right? This is all just legal wrangling,
34:01
Speaker 1: and this is all just cover for the Joe Exotic
34:04
Speaker 1: of the Windsor family. An innocent man would come forward.
34:08
Speaker 1: An innocent man would have the evidence and the alibis
34:12
Speaker 1: and the receipts to back up his statements. You know
34:15
Speaker 1: what a guilty man does? A guilty man acts... Like
34:19
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew. Prince Andrew has been accused by Virginia Roberts,
34:24
Speaker 1: who says she was trafficked by Epstein when she was
34:26
Speaker 1: a teenager, and of having sex with him three times.
34:30
Speaker 1: One of those occasions was when she was a minor
34:32
Speaker 1: in U.S. law. Andrew denies any wrongdoing. He stepped back
34:36
Speaker 1: from his role as a senior royal in November last
34:38
Speaker 1: year after a disastrous interview on BBC Newsnight in which
34:42
Speaker 1: he indicated he did not regret his friendship with Epstein.
34:47
Speaker 1: Andrew stayed at the disgraced financier's home, pedophile, in New
34:50
Speaker 1: York after the American had spent time in jail when
34:53
Speaker 1: he was convicted of sex offenses. So... We heard last
34:58
Speaker 1: night that the Prince of Punkasses, aka the Joe Exotic
35:02
Speaker 1: of the Windsor family, would be releasing a statement. And
35:05
Speaker 1: there you have it, folks. Again, not claiming that he's
35:08
Speaker 1: innocent of the crimes. Oh, no, because we know he
35:11
Speaker 1: can't do that. Instead, crying about technicalities and leaks and
35:16
Speaker 1: how it's rigged against him. The whole system's rigged against
35:19
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew. Guess what, folks? You should all feel bad
35:22
Speaker 1: for him. Because, you know, obviously... obviously the system's rigged
35:27
Speaker 1: against him and in the favor of the survivors, right?
35:29
Speaker 1: We've seen that play out over and over again. Who
35:32
Speaker 1: does this person think he is? Who does this guy
35:35
Speaker 1: think he is? Who does his legal team think they're
35:37
Speaker 1: dealing with? Nobody's buying your bullshit, okay? Nobody's buying any
35:41
Speaker 1: of it. And to be honest with you, let's just
35:47
Speaker 1: cut to the chase, all right? Enough with the BS,
35:50
Speaker 1: enough with the canned statements, enough with the, oh, the
35:53
Speaker 1: department justice is lying. Come forward, bring your ass to
35:57
Speaker 1: the local FBI office, and sit down for a chat.
36:03
Speaker 1: Until then, Prince of Punk asses, aka the Joe Exotic
36:08
Speaker 1: of the Windsor family, nobody wants to hear a single
36:12
Speaker 1: word from you. If you'd like to contact me, you
36:16
Speaker 1: can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com.
36:24
Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I.
36:30
Speaker 1: All right, everybody. So we've been talking, obviously, a lot
36:34
Speaker 1: about the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family and his
36:39
Speaker 1: refusal to do the honorable thing and speak with the authorities.
36:45
Speaker 1: Now remember, he is the one who said that he
36:48
Speaker 1: would speak to the authorities. Nobody made that statement up.
36:53
Speaker 1: Nobody just woke up one day and attributed that statement
36:56
Speaker 1: to him. Those words came out of his mouth on
36:59
Speaker 1: the interview. And yet he has still refused to speak
37:05
Speaker 1: to the authorities, refused to help with the investigation, and
37:09
Speaker 1: in fact refused to be a man. Instead, what has
37:13
Speaker 1: he done? Went and hid with mummy up at Balmoral.
37:20
Speaker 1: Ducked and dodged the media. And they even had a
37:24
Speaker 1: press release put out saying that no pictures were to
37:27
Speaker 1: be allowed to be taken at Balmoral. So he's done
37:32
Speaker 1: everything in complete opposite of what he said he was
37:36
Speaker 1: going to do and who he said he was. Someone
37:42
Speaker 1: like this, who says they're going to talk to the authorities,
37:45
Speaker 1: and then does not. Lawyers up the way he did.
37:50
Speaker 1: And then still refuses to speak to the authorities. Well,
37:54
Speaker 1: that kind of sends up a few red flags. Because
37:58
Speaker 1: most people would be chomping at the bit to clear
38:02
Speaker 1: their name. You mean to tell me if this was you,
38:06
Speaker 1: you wouldn't be going crazy to get your name cleared?
38:09
Speaker 1: I certainly wouldn't be hiding at my mom's house. Not
38:11
Speaker 1: like that would be an option anyway for me. But,
38:15
Speaker 1: I mean, I don't understand how this guy isn't standing
38:18
Speaker 1: on mountaintops declaring his innocence. See, what's going on here is,
38:24
Speaker 1: it's not only his name that's in jeopardy, right? He's
38:26
Speaker 1: dragging his whole entire family's name through the mud. The
38:30
Speaker 1: whole entire monarchy is on a precipice because of this man.
38:36
Speaker 1: And he refuses to step up to the plate. He
38:39
Speaker 1: refuses to do what is necessary. And even after he
38:45
Speaker 1: was served in a manner that is befitting the treaty
38:51
Speaker 1: that has been signed between the United States and the
38:53
Speaker 1: UK and the Hague Convention, even though that has occurred,
39:00
Speaker 1: Andrew and his team have been obstinate. They've refused to cooperate.
39:04
Speaker 1: They've refused to speak to the authorities. Well, it looks
39:09
Speaker 1: like those days are coming to a screeching halt, folks,
39:13
Speaker 1: because the UK High Court, they're ready to weigh in
39:18
Speaker 1: on the Prince Andrew situation. And if he thinks that
39:24
Speaker 1: he is going to get away with all of this,
39:28
Speaker 1: if he thinks that he's not going to be served,
39:30
Speaker 1: he is wrong. Because the high court of the UK,
39:33
Speaker 1: according to this report in Bloomberg, is ready to step
39:39
Speaker 1: in and serve his punk ass. So what's he going
39:44
Speaker 1: to do now? Where's there to run now? There's nowhere
39:46
Speaker 1: left to run. The walls are closing in. And like
39:53
Speaker 1: we have seen in the other instances in this case,
39:57
Speaker 1: once the walls close in in a civil suit and
39:59
Speaker 1: once the civil suit commences, the person who is being
40:03
Speaker 1: targeted in that civil suit is in severe jeopardy of
40:07
Speaker 1: a criminal suit coming up after it. And we've seen
40:13
Speaker 1: it with Maxwell and we've seen it with Epstein both
40:16
Speaker 1: in this case. It seems to be the pattern that
40:20
Speaker 1: is emerging. And for Prince Andrew, you know that his
40:25
Speaker 1: legal team is certainly aware of it. But his days
40:32
Speaker 1: of honoring himself and thinking he's going to get away
40:37
Speaker 1: with this are coming to a screeching halt. Now again,
40:41
Speaker 1: I'm not saying, oh, he's going to prison or they're
40:44
Speaker 1: going to find judgment against him. He's going to have
40:47
Speaker 1: to answer for this shit though, right? And really, that's
40:50
Speaker 1: what all of this is about. These people not answering
40:55
Speaker 1: for what they have done. So it's definitely a step
40:57
Speaker 1: in the right direction, right? Gotta walk before we crawl.
41:02
Speaker 1: Before you build a skyscraper, you gotta have that foundation, right?
41:06
Speaker 1: And each one of these people who gets slapped in
41:08
Speaker 1: the mouth by the law, well, that's another building block
41:12
Speaker 1: to build on top of. All right, so let's jump
41:16
Speaker 1: in here to Bloomberg and let's see what author Jonathan
41:21
Speaker 1: Browning has to say. UK court to weigh in over
41:27
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's sex assault case. Probably not the headline that
41:33
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew and his high-flying team of lawyers wanted to
41:38
Speaker 1: see or hear, right? Certainly not the news you want
41:41
Speaker 1: to wake up to if you're Prince Andrew, knowing that
41:44
Speaker 1: your country now is also getting in the mix. That
41:48
Speaker 1: the authorities in your home country are now also getting involved.
41:56
Speaker 1: And if you don't think that some of these folks
42:03
Speaker 1: who are involved in situations such as this don't want
42:09
Speaker 1: to blow the doors off of Prince Andrew and the
42:12
Speaker 1: royal family, you're wrong. I'm sure that there's a lot
42:17
Speaker 1: of axes to grind here. as far as the monarchy
42:22
Speaker 1: and some of the politicians in the UK. So again,
42:28
Speaker 1: Andrew's in serious, serious jeopardy here. And maybe the UK
42:33
Speaker 1: courts are looking to make a statement that they're not
42:39
Speaker 1: going to harbor a man like Andrew. They're not going
42:43
Speaker 1: to facilitate his avoidance of the law in the United States.
42:49
Speaker 1: That's a good sign, right? Certainly a good sign to
42:52
Speaker 1: see right off of the bat. Now, like usual, though,
42:55
Speaker 1: like we always have to be cautious of, we have
42:59
Speaker 1: to make sure that they follow through with it, right?
43:02
Speaker 1: It's one thing to say something. It's another thing for
43:04
Speaker 1: these people to actually follow through with it. So we'll
43:08
Speaker 1: see where this all goes. But with the current winds
43:11
Speaker 1: and the way things are going in the world right now,
43:15
Speaker 1: I would be very, very shocked. If the UK courts
43:18
Speaker 1: didn't step in. And make sure that this becomes. More
43:22
Speaker 1: of a seamless process. Because. They understand the stakes. Believe me.
43:28
Speaker 1: The people in the UK courts. They're not stupid people.
43:33
Speaker 1: Everybody understands. That this is. A big big big deal.
43:41
Speaker 1: And the world is watching. Prince Andrew. who has so
43:46
Speaker 1: far avoided responding to a US claim of sexual assault,
43:50
Speaker 1: may have to formally answer the lawsuit after the British
43:54
Speaker 1: court said they were prepared to weigh in over the
43:57
Speaker 1: disputed litigation. And I know that this was a discussion
44:00
Speaker 1: I was having with several people about the UK courts
44:04
Speaker 1: and if they would step in or not. And like
44:07
Speaker 1: I said during those conversations, I'm not an expert on
44:10
Speaker 1: UK law. I really don't know any of the players
44:13
Speaker 1: on the stage. or anything like that. So I don't
44:17
Speaker 1: have a firm grip on what the lawmakers in the
44:21
Speaker 1: UK will or will not do. So to see this
44:27
Speaker 1: this morning when I woke up, it was pretty interesting, honestly,
44:31
Speaker 1: because I really didn't know what to make of the
44:35
Speaker 1: talk about the British courts getting involved because they've seemed
44:39
Speaker 1: to be very hesitant to do so thus far. But
44:43
Speaker 1: now them signaling that they're willing to be part of
44:48
Speaker 1: the process here, I have a lot more confidence that
44:53
Speaker 1: perhaps Scotland Yard and the investigators and the legal system
45:00
Speaker 1: of the UK has finally woken up to what's going
45:03
Speaker 1: on here and they're starting to take it a bit
45:06
Speaker 1: more serious perhaps. The second son of Queen Elizabeth II
45:14
Speaker 1: has been contesting the service of a New York suit
45:17
Speaker 1: by a woman who claims she was recruited. No more.
45:19
Speaker 1: Let's rephrase that. In a suit by a woman who
45:24
Speaker 1: was recruited by Jeffrey Epstein as a teenager and lent
45:28
Speaker 1: out to the British Royal and other men for sex. Well,
45:31
Speaker 1: we haven't proven that part yet, right? As far as
45:34
Speaker 1: the British Royal goes. So that's alleged. But there's no
45:37
Speaker 1: alleged about her being recruited. By Jeffrey Epstein as a
45:41
Speaker 1: teenager and being lent out. Those are facts. Again, if
45:45
Speaker 1: that wasn't the case, why would the estate take on
45:49
Speaker 1: the liability and pay out that money? Don't you think
45:52
Speaker 1: they would have fought those charges tooth and nail if
45:54
Speaker 1: it wasn't true? So they accepted responsibility for what Jeffrey
45:59
Speaker 1: Epstein did to Virginia and others. Just so we're clear.
46:08
Speaker 1: London's High Court said lawyers representing Virginia Roberts had provided
46:13
Speaker 1: new information allowing for judges to accept the request for service.
46:19
Speaker 1: The High Court will now take steps to serve the
46:21
Speaker 1: Prince unless service is arranged by agreement between the parties,
46:26
Speaker 1: a spokesman for the court said in an email Wednesday. Yo.
46:30
Speaker 1: I hope they send one of those dudes that wears
46:32
Speaker 1: the hat and stands there at attention. You know, the
46:35
Speaker 1: red outfit with the big ass black hat. I don't
46:37
Speaker 1: know what they're called, the Queen's Guards or something. They
46:40
Speaker 1: should send one of those dudes to serve him. That
46:43
Speaker 1: would be sick. That would be hilarious. Or like I've
46:46
Speaker 1: said from the beginning, one of my favorite authors is
46:49
Speaker 1: Joe Abercrombie. And he has an incredible, incredible series of books.
46:54
Speaker 1: The First Law Trilogy. And one of those characters in
46:58
Speaker 1: the book is an Inquisitor named Sandan Glockta. And the
47:03
Speaker 1: dude is an absolute savage. One of the greatest characters
47:08
Speaker 1: ever penned, in my opinion, as far as fantasy goes.
47:11
Speaker 1: I mean, right up there with Tyrion Lannister. And the
47:14
Speaker 1: dude is an absolute savage when it comes to questioning prisoners.
47:21
Speaker 1: So maybe Joe Abercrombie, who is a... a subject of
47:26
Speaker 1: the Queen. Maybe he could lend us Mr. Glock to
47:30
Speaker 1: old sticks to go and have a conversation with Prince Andrew, since,
47:34
Speaker 1: you know, the UK courts are getting involved and all.
47:39
Speaker 1: The suit was filed last month by Roberts, who claims
47:43
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew sexually abused her in Epstein's New York home,
47:46
Speaker 1: on his private island in the US Virgin Islands, and
47:50
Speaker 1: in the London home of British socialite. What? co-conspirator, general
47:55
Speaker 1: all around scuzzbag fellow child abuser and bipedal serpent Ghislaine
48:00
Speaker 1: Maxwell who is in jail awaiting trial on sex trafficking
48:04
Speaker 1: charges Prince Andrew has denied he had ever had sex
48:08
Speaker 1: with Roberts not only deny that right because if he
48:12
Speaker 1: denied that then it's a he said she said situation
48:15
Speaker 1: and I'd be a lot less inclined to dive in
48:20
Speaker 1: and believe what was being said about him But the
48:24
Speaker 1: problem with him is this. He hasn't just denied that.
48:28
Speaker 1: He's denied even knowing Virginia, even though we know that's
48:30
Speaker 1: not the case. And I don't want to rehash all
48:34
Speaker 1: of that again. We've talked about it ad nauseum lately.
48:37
Speaker 1: But the fact of the matter is this. He's done
48:39
Speaker 1: nothing but lie, as far as I can tell. Whereas
48:42
Speaker 1: Virginia and her claims, as far as we know, as
48:46
Speaker 1: far as the circumstantial evidence points, certainly seems to be
48:50
Speaker 1: telling the truth here. So when you have somebody who's
48:55
Speaker 1: lying about the basic details of even meeting somebody, and
48:59
Speaker 1: then somebody else, being Virginia, who is providing proof, pictures,
49:03
Speaker 1: corroborated statements, and the rest of it, how can anyone
49:08
Speaker 1: believe that this moron is telling the truth? Look, you're
49:16
Speaker 1: not hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein because the guy had
49:20
Speaker 1: great fashion tips for you you're not hanging out with
49:23
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein because he makes a fantastic plate of spotted
49:28
Speaker 1: dick you are hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein because a
49:34
Speaker 1: You loved the fact that he had dough. And B,
49:37
Speaker 1: you wanted access to all of those beautiful ladies he
49:39
Speaker 1: had around him. And those young ladies he had around him.
49:44
Speaker 1: Just be honest, princeling. You're a piece of shit. Just
49:47
Speaker 1: admit it and move on with your life. The hiding,
49:51
Speaker 1: the ducking, the obfuscating. Straight bitch move. And the whole
49:57
Speaker 1: world sees it. I mean, look, I'm sure there's a
50:00
Speaker 1: few people still that are rallying around Mr. Dildo Head
50:03
Speaker 1: over here. I'm sure there are. Look, there's always some
50:06
Speaker 1: sick people in the world, right? Even like with Elizabeth Holmes.
50:10
Speaker 1: You have people who think that she's some kind of
50:13
Speaker 1: hero or something. And that's just the way society works, right?
50:17
Speaker 1: There's always a few buffoons who think they're edgy or whatever.
50:21
Speaker 1: But the fact of the matter is this. Joe Exotic
50:25
Speaker 1: of the Windsor family has straight up lied to us
50:29
Speaker 1: several times. So if you want to believe somebody who's
50:34
Speaker 1: lied to you a bunch of times, that's cool. That's
50:36
Speaker 1: your business. But me, when a motherfucker shows me who
50:40
Speaker 1: they are, I pay attention. And we all know what
50:48
Speaker 1: Andrew has shown us and who he has shown us
50:51
Speaker 1: to be. So I'm going to take him at his word.
50:57
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew likely must answer sex abuse suit, the judge says.
51:01
Speaker 1: The Duke of York spokeswoman did not immediately comment on
51:04
Speaker 1: the development. His U.S. lawyers didn't respond to a request
51:07
Speaker 1: for comment sent outside of usual business hours. The Prince's U.K. lawyers,
51:12
Speaker 1: who aren't instructed on the U.S. matter, declined to comment. Yeah,
51:16
Speaker 1: they better decline to comment. And it's no wonder they
51:19
Speaker 1: hired Brettler, Mr. Hollywood hotshot lawyer. Mr. Southern District of
51:27
Speaker 1: New York old chum. They know that they're in for
51:32
Speaker 1: it now. They know that this is serious. This is
51:34
Speaker 1: not something that can be ignored. And especially now with
51:38
Speaker 1: the British courts weighing in. So old boy is getting
51:41
Speaker 1: it from both ends, right? He's catching heat from both ends.
51:47
Speaker 1: Both sides of the pond now. Where are you going
51:49
Speaker 1: to go? What are you going to go? Run away
51:50
Speaker 1: and hide with one of your arms dealer friends in
51:52
Speaker 1: Baran or something? Because that's the next step for this dude.
51:56
Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now, if this was the old days...
52:00
Speaker 1: And we're talking about like, you know, the Tudors or
52:04
Speaker 1: the Plantagenets or William the Conqueror. Bro, this guy would
52:08
Speaker 1: have been sent to the furthest flungs of the Empire.
52:12
Speaker 1: Would have been put in London Tower until nobody ever
52:15
Speaker 1: saw him again. He certainly wouldn't be walking around still
52:20
Speaker 1: and mucking shit up. The guy's an absolute embarrassment to
52:25
Speaker 1: the country, to the Queen, and to men in general, honestly. U.S.
52:34
Speaker 1: District Judge Louis Kaplan said this week that the prince
52:37
Speaker 1: will be properly served sooner or later, with papers requiring
52:41
Speaker 1: him to respond. A filing in the U.S. suit claimed
52:44
Speaker 1: to have successfully delivered the lawsuit papers to the prince
52:48
Speaker 1: at his home in Windsor at the end of August.
52:51
Speaker 1: The documents were left at the gates of the residence,
52:54
Speaker 1: and the agent didn't hand them to the prince directly. Again,
52:58
Speaker 1: it's a game of technicalities for these people. They're not
53:01
Speaker 1: interested in... The truth or who's right or who's wrong
53:05
Speaker 1: or what's true and what's untrue. All they care about
53:10
Speaker 1: is trying to make sure that this dude gets off
53:13
Speaker 1: and that's the lawyer's job, right? But it's not going
53:16
Speaker 1: to be so easy this time. According to Roberts, Prince
53:26
Speaker 1: Andrew is liable for battery and for intentional infliction of
53:30
Speaker 1: emotional distress. Prince Andrew committed sexual assault and battery upon
53:34
Speaker 1: plaintiff when she was 17 years old, she claimed in
53:37
Speaker 1: the complaint. The case is Roberts v. Prince Andrew 121-CV-06702
53:47
Speaker 1: at the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, Manhattan. Alright,
53:53
Speaker 1: so things are heating up here, right? We got, you know,
53:55
Speaker 1: things are moving and things are happening behind the scenes
53:58
Speaker 1: that are going to tell the story of where this
54:03
Speaker 1: all goes. And I'm very, very interested to see the
54:09
Speaker 1: response now from the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family's
54:12
Speaker 1: team in light of the UK court saying it's willing
54:17
Speaker 1: to get involved here because this is a new significant
54:20
Speaker 1: hurdle for him and his team. Up until this point,
54:23
Speaker 1: he had the shroud of protection, if you will, Of
54:29
Speaker 1: being in the UK, of not being in the United States,
54:33
Speaker 1: of hiding at mummy's house at Balmoral. He had all
54:37
Speaker 1: of these advantages before the UK courts decided to step in.
54:41
Speaker 1: Now that the UK court is also involved, those advantages
54:45
Speaker 1: have all shriveled up. And the walls, most certainly, are
54:52
Speaker 1: closing in. If you'd like to contact me, you can
