Sebastian Villegas Faces Child Abuse Charges | Odessa News
A Texas man, Sebastian Joe Villegas, 38, faces serious charges of continuous sexual abuse of a child — a first-degree felony — after a child detailed multiple incidents spanning from 2019 to 2023 during visits with him in Midland and later Colorado. Investigators also uncovered a prior dismissed indecency charge and corroborating claims from a former girlfriend’s child. A warrant was issued under the statute requiring two or more acts over at least 30 days involving a child under 14.
