Former Central Falls Judge Joseph Molina Flynn, an immigrant himself, has agreed to plead guilty to wire fraud and tax evasion charges after allegedly scamming immigrant clients by charging for services he never delivered. The deal, still pending judicial approval, could have carried up to 25 years in prison but now promises a lighter sentence.
