  SPEAKER_00: But what you need to come back to and what you need to remember is that there is absolutely no separation.

  SPEAKER_00: But this illusion that somehow the money, the clients, the life, the love, the impact, insert, whatever it is thing here is somehow outside of you.

  SPEAKER_00: It keeps you in this loop of chasing something outside of you in order to get a result.

  SPEAKER_00: But this illusion of separation is very sneaky.

  SPEAKER_00: Because what happens is when you're in this loop and you're thinking it's somehow outside of you, then you're constantly doing those things from trying to arrive somewhere.

  SPEAKER_00: The problem is that when you are trying to arrive somewhere, you never actually get there.

  SPEAKER_00: It's like a horse with a carrot dangling in front of it.

  SPEAKER_00: You keep walking, keep trying to reach there.

  SPEAKER_00: And the problem is that this really slows you down.

  SPEAKER_00: Not only is she not looking around, waiting for permission, checking to see who's coming, who's validating her, who's saying yes, you can do that.

  SPEAKER_00: But she is so locked into her power, her frequency, that she knows it's her versus her.

  SPEAKER_00: She doesn't think an algorithm on her Instagram or an economy or something is somehow dictating her life.

  SPEAKER_00: I should be here, I should be further along, I'm behind, I'm not XYZ place yet, I don't have XYZ thing yet, then you're missing the point.

  SPEAKER_00: But yesterday I was working on my gluten-free sourdough starter, and this is a this is an important story because it shows you the power of like your tone is lost.

  SPEAKER_00: And for those of you who ever tried making gluten-free sourdough starter, it is a process.

  SPEAKER_00: And it stopped rising for a little bit.

  SPEAKER_00: For like 20, almost 48 hours.

  SPEAKER_00: It's like it's not rising, it's not rising.

  SPEAKER_00: And yes, but you can do things like change the warmth and you can change this, you know, the temperature, maybe feed it a bit more.

  SPEAKER_00: But what I actually did is I spoke life over it.

  SPEAKER_00: I actually just spoke life into my sourdough starter.

  SPEAKER_00: I was like, you're gonna rise.

  SPEAKER_00: You're gonna rise, and you're gonna rise, and all those beautiful bubbles are gonna happen, and you are just you're gonna rise.

  SPEAKER_00: And I said that and I walked away, and it started doubling.

  SPEAKER_00: Like the sourdough is no different than you, it's no different than money, it's no different than your business, no different than clients, no different than your product, no different than your service.

  SPEAKER_00: Like newsflash, everything you wanted and more is right here and now, waiting for you to access it, waiting for you to speak life over it, waiting for you to command your reality, waiting for you to remember the powerful being that you came here to be.

  SPEAKER_00: And this is where your nervous system comes in, because if your nervous system is not solidly anchored in your power, you will always rely on things outside of you.

  SPEAKER_00: And when this becomes not a morning practice that you do, not something you close your eyes and you visualize, I don't know, you you do some sort of routine for.

  SPEAKER_00: But when this becomes actually who you are, when you live this way and you breathe this way, everything you do is oozing with this energy.

  SPEAKER_00: This reminds me of this weekend on a Saturday, one of my best friends came over.

  SPEAKER_00: She actually made me gluten-free teramisu with homemade lady fingers, like full gluten-free, very clean ingredients.

  SPEAKER_00: And I was thinking about, you know, when you're I'm eating this teramisu, oh my god, like out of this world.

  SPEAKER_00: And the way you can like receive what currently is, like I was receiving this teramisu, is the level that you need to receive your business, money, clients, impact, all of that right now.

  SPEAKER_00: I want you to ask yourself, how much more deeply can I receive what currently is so that I can unlock that unstoppable energy.

  SPEAKER_00: I want you to catch yourself when you go outside of yourself, when you create that separation, I need to do something outside.

  SPEAKER_00: You're gonna bring it back in and you're gonna more deeply receive what currently is.

  SPEAKER_00: When I laid back down, when I had completely laid down trying to get somewhere, and I just more deeply received the current moment, and I came back to the conviction, and absolutely nothing, no one can tell me otherwise can make me flinch, can make me hesitate, can make me doubt.

  SPEAKER_00: Like I said, it's not who you are when you're winning, it's who you are when it looks like you're not, or it looks like it's not happening, and it looks like the sourdough starter is not rising.
