- 1:33Speaker 5: on the Woodies Show. A couple of people have responded
- 1:38Speaker 5: to I guess they're getting caught up on the podcast,
- 1:40Speaker 5: and we were talking about what was the brush thing
- 1:43Speaker 5: for your face the rush, and I was surprised that
- 1:46Speaker 5: Morgan said that.
- 1:47Speaker 2: Morgan, Yeah, that Morgan said that she owned too too
- 1:49Speaker 2: of them.
- 1:50Speaker 6: Maybe it's different. I don't have a face brush thing. No,
- 1:52Speaker 6: it's like a by brush for her whole body, yeah
- 1:55Speaker 6: or okay.
- 1:55Speaker 5: Well yeah whatever. So all this stuff that winning by
- 2:00Speaker 5: guys like we don't soap water, yeah, no, towel brush,
- 2:04Speaker 5: yeah exactly, But there was this whole thing and like, no,
- 2:07Speaker 5: this chick was like kind of fired up and she's like, no,
- 2:10Speaker 5: being a woman is is not cheap. In fact, here
- 2:12Speaker 5: look at that. There was a whole article about this right,
- 2:14Speaker 5: about how being a woman not cheap. And we're not
- 2:17Speaker 5: talking clothes, shoes, and purses, but razors and period products too. Yeah, yeah,
- 2:22Speaker 5: says According to new research, the average woman spends one thousand,
- 2:25Speaker 5: six hundred and thirty nine dollars on her wellness alone every.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Year, probably more.
- 2:30Speaker 7: Uh yeah.
- 2:32Speaker 5: The average woman estimates that almost a quarter of every
- 2:36Speaker 5: paycheck is spent on her health and hygiene needs. And
- 2:41Speaker 5: sixty one percent of you broads say that they feel
- 2:44Speaker 5: like they can't keep up with all the hygiene must
- 2:47Speaker 5: have must.
- 2:50Speaker 7: I think that's inaccurate. I do know for a fact
- 2:53Speaker 7: it's not a theory, right that, like women pay more
- 2:55Speaker 7: for pink razors than like your generic you know, guy razors,
- 2:58Speaker 7: So just get those installed.
- 3:00Speaker 2: The generic guy razors, by the way, are forty eight
- 3:02Speaker 2: trillion dollars. So it's not women are not They don't
- 3:06Speaker 2: own that razors are expensive.
- 3:09Speaker 7: They get pink and add money on top.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Of well they don't get the pink or don't get razors.
- 3:13Speaker 4: I don't think that is a must.
- 3:15Speaker 5: I think what she's talking about, she's talking about those
- 3:16Speaker 5: like those cheap little plastic blue ones that come like
- 3:19Speaker 5: a thousand to a back whatever.
- 3:20Speaker 7: But like it in the last one, things that are
- 3:22Speaker 7: marketed to women, and why to women buy it? Because
- 3:25Speaker 7: they're being stupid. Things that are marketed to women are
- 3:27Speaker 7: more expensive.
- 3:28Speaker 5: A breakdown, dude, ones, here's a breakdown on what women
- 3:31Speaker 5: are spending on wellness in a year.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Okay, okay, so the most goes to doctor's visits.
- 3:37Speaker 7: That's true. We have an extra doctor to go to
- 3:40Speaker 7: do exten care.
- 3:41Speaker 5: So the doctor's visits two hundred and thirty two bucks.
- 3:43Speaker 5: Skincare two hundred and twenty seven bucks, undergarments two hundred
- 3:47Speaker 5: and twenty two bucks, Sure hygiene products two hundred and
- 3:50Speaker 5: nineteen bucks, and then vitamins two hundred and nine.
- 3:54Speaker 7: Vitamins are so expensive.
- 3:56Speaker 5: And by the way that no, they're not like my
- 4:00Speaker 5: doctor told me, like stop it with the multi vitamin.
- 4:02Speaker 8: Okay, Well my doctor told me to take it.
- 4:04Speaker 9: She gave me a number of vitamins to be taking,
- 4:06Speaker 9: So I guess it depends on the person.
- 4:07Speaker 5: But yeah, you have like do you have like some
- 4:10Speaker 5: kind of deficiency that you're not getting because you eat
- 4:12Speaker 5: pretty healthy. I do. Like if anybody's gonna be told
- 4:15Speaker 5: not that should be taking a item, probably me. Yeah,
- 4:18Speaker 5: for not eating like you know completely great.
- 4:20Speaker 7: Well, like iron chicks lose a lot of iron over months.
- 4:23Speaker 9: So I definitely am on the iron gummies because they're
- 4:26Speaker 9: way better than pills and vitamin D because we, you know,
- 4:30Speaker 9: are always outside and just a general women's health one
- 4:34Speaker 9: that she thinks I should be on along with everyone else.
- 4:36Speaker 7: But yeah, like you said, like bras tamponds pat that's
- 4:40Speaker 7: just extra expenses.
- 4:41Speaker 5: And then there's the average of one hundred and eighty
- 4:43Speaker 5: two bucks on period products one hundred and ninety seven
- 4:46Speaker 5: bucks on prescriptions, one hundred and fifty one bucks on
- 4:49Speaker 5: intimacy items.
- 4:50Speaker 2: Whatever the hell happen.
- 4:53Speaker 5: As prices keep rising, Forty two percent of women pulled
- 4:56Speaker 5: have delayed paying for other necessities to afford wellness needs.
- 5:00Speaker 5: Some have been even avoiding buying pain relief or delayed
- 5:05Speaker 5: treating infections to save money.
- 5:07Speaker 7: We shouldn't do that.
- 5:09Speaker 5: Thirds of women who didn't see a doctor for an
- 5:11Speaker 5: infection say cost was a major factor in their decision.
- 5:15Speaker 5: Others have stretched how far vitamins, underwear, and skincare will
- 5:19Speaker 5: get them.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't get it, like bathing suits for women
- 5:23Speaker 2: a billion dollars, haircuts for women, Like a woman gets
- 5:27Speaker 2: her haircut, You wouldn't even know that she got her haircut,
- 5:30Speaker 2: and it's like.
- 5:31Speaker 5: Three hundred bucks. Although I mean now with barber shops,
- 5:37Speaker 5: because barber shops are quote cool now yeah, like the
- 5:41Speaker 5: right you go in there, they got ring lights, like
- 5:43Speaker 5: the guys like an influencer. They're trying to charge like
- 5:47Speaker 5: crazy amounts. It's like for a barber's haircut.
- 5:49Speaker 7: How do you guys feel about that? Ring lights for
- 5:51Speaker 7: dudes at a shop?
- 5:53Speaker 2: I think yeah, n I think it's kind of fruity.
- 5:56Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like that's not what guys go there.
- 6:00Speaker 4: I mean, you know, get a better look at the hair.
- 6:02Speaker 5: Okay, but like I go to a place that will
- 6:05Speaker 5: give you a straight razor shave and things like that.
- 6:08Speaker 5: But yeah, they're not like us. They're not influencers.
- 6:11Speaker 2: No. And then I like the popularity of like drinks
- 6:16Speaker 2: at a barbershop. The last time I was at a barbershop,
- 6:19Speaker 2: I had whiskey. I never drink whiskey again.
- 6:22Speaker 5: When in Rome with the the women and the stuff
- 6:24Speaker 5: that you guys are buying, like, okay, besides tampons, besides
- 6:28Speaker 5: going to you know the the guy know right, Like
- 6:32Speaker 5: do you have to buy all the lotions and cream
- 6:36Speaker 5: and the yes, you.
- 6:39Speaker 4: Know, you don't know.
- 6:40Speaker 7: It doesn't have to cost a billion dollars.
- 6:43Speaker 10: You don't need it, Yes you do.
- 6:46Speaker 7: Why I need lotion too, Yes, Sam and I have em.
- 6:49Speaker 7: We're just the only ones that most.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Guys survive without lotion.
- 6:52Speaker 8: Okay, well yeah, like Gina said, we need it.
- 6:55Speaker 9: And then I mean with makeup and stuff too, Even
- 6:58Speaker 9: if you don't wear makeup every day, you have to
- 7:00Speaker 9: have it, so it still costs the same amount if
- 7:02Speaker 9: you use it.
- 7:03Speaker 8: Every day or you don't, because there's going to be
- 7:05Speaker 8: an occasion.
- 7:05Speaker 5: Where I think women end up falling into where they're
- 7:09Speaker 5: doing something because they think they're supposed to and it's
- 7:11Speaker 5: just it's just almost like you you even consciously make
- 7:14Speaker 5: the decision.
- 7:14Speaker 2: I think it just kind of happened.
- 7:16Speaker 4: Well, yeah, I think they've been marketed to like crazy.
- 7:20Speaker 2: Yeah. And what I'm trying to say is like you're
- 7:22Speaker 2: you're using the word need, so do you need moisturizer?
- 7:25Speaker 7: Sure, but it could be it can be from the
- 7:27Speaker 7: grocery store.
- 7:28Speaker 2: It could be from the grocery store. And but do
- 7:29Speaker 2: you need a separate moisturizer for under the eye and
- 7:32Speaker 2: they need a different moisturizer for the linen, and then
- 7:34Speaker 2: you need this retinol for the eye lid, and then
- 7:38Speaker 2: you need the night cream for like come on, it
- 7:41Speaker 2: could be more of a once.
- 7:45Speaker 4: It's not all working for you.
- 7:46Speaker 5: Yeah, but I'm saying, didn't they find like a lot
- 7:48Speaker 5: of stuff that they are marketing as you know, Oh
- 7:51Speaker 5: this is for this, it's the same, like the soap.
- 7:54Speaker 5: Soap is the same, the shampoo is the same, right
- 7:56Speaker 5: from a like from a from I guess like a
- 7:58Speaker 5: chemistry standpoint.
- 7:59Speaker 7: Yeah, but think of it. And to your point, I
- 8:02Speaker 7: don't think this is like a big thing anymore. I
- 8:04Speaker 7: just remember like growing up, like everything was about like
- 8:06Speaker 7: mass and gill and like douche.
- 8:09Speaker 4: Products and things that I don't even.
- 8:11Speaker 7: Know how to use because that's like so not and
- 8:12Speaker 7: they marketed to women being like, oh, you're not fresh,
- 8:15Speaker 7: you're disgusting.
- 8:16Speaker 5: Because we appreciate that we want something fresh.
- 8:19Speaker 7: But if you yeah, that's what soap and water is for.
- 8:22Speaker 7: It's not like a bag that you're supposed to shoot
- 8:24Speaker 7: up there.
- 8:24Speaker 5: See, So that's fine. So soap and water is fine
- 8:26Speaker 5: for that, But you can't just wash your face. I'm
- 8:31Speaker 5: trying to.
- 8:32Speaker 7: I'm agreeing with you.
- 8:33Speaker 9: But you can notice the difference if you use certain products.
- 8:36Speaker 9: I've noticed the difference for sure. And the thing is
- 8:38Speaker 9: is that guys say, oh, you don't need all these things.
- 8:41Speaker 8: But you guys, anyone in this room.
- 8:43Speaker 9: Will look at a girl who looks all gross and
- 8:45Speaker 9: haggard and be like, oh, look at that. She's disgusting
- 8:48Speaker 9: and that everyone looks into Just that's.
- 8:52Speaker 2: Not because she skipped I cream.
- 8:53Speaker 7: Yeah, okay, you must know that.
- 8:57Speaker 5: You don't know.
- 8:57Speaker 2: I don't want women to look gross either, trust me
- 9:00Speaker 2: with you.
- 9:01Speaker 7: Like, but that that being said, like aquafor and stuff
- 9:04Speaker 7: that you get from the drug store, I keep them
- 9:06Speaker 7: in business. Like do I want to spend a billion
- 9:08Speaker 7: dollars on something else? No, because that vastly and that
- 9:10Speaker 7: stuff works great. You just got to pick and choose.
- 9:12Speaker 2: It's a good thing. We let them work now, you know,
- 9:15Speaker 2: afford to.
- 9:16Speaker 7: Get our own checking accounts.
- 9:18Speaker 2: Yeah, and you can drive. Yeah.
- 9:19Speaker 5: Back in the fifties when it was on the guys
- 9:22Speaker 5: this yeah good, thanks for.
- 9:24Speaker 7: Giving us credit cards.
- 9:25Speaker 2: That's right.
- 9:26Speaker 4: Back in the fifties when they looked all dishovel, we're
- 9:29Speaker 4: back the show, all right. This is uh, this is
- 9:38Speaker 4: a list.
- 9:40Speaker 5: If I asked you to name a movie that is
- 9:43Speaker 5: a straight up ten with no bad.
- 9:46Speaker 2: Parts, that's rare ten no bad parts, what would you say?
- 9:52Speaker 4: I think, Greg, we just talked about one that we
- 9:55Speaker 4: loved about.
- 9:56Speaker 2: Go oh yeah, that's a great look that went up.
- 9:58Speaker 4: But a lot of people love it.
- 10:00Speaker 2: I don't think a lot of people remember that movie.
- 10:03Speaker 2: They don't. It's a sleeper hit, like a movie with
- 10:06Speaker 2: like no boring scenes, no downtime. He loved it the
- 10:09Speaker 2: whole time.
- 10:09Speaker 7: What about Bridesmaids.
- 10:11Speaker 2: I would I was thinking Bridesmaids, that's great, funny from
- 10:14Speaker 2: start to finish. Yeah.
- 10:16Speaker 7: Godfather, See that's too long, not for me. When they
- 10:21Speaker 7: smashed the one and two together and it's like seven
- 10:23Speaker 7: hours long.
- 10:24Speaker 5: I'm like years, it's impossible to say where there's no
- 10:29Speaker 5: bad parts when the movie is that long.
- 10:31Speaker 2: Yeah. I think that wedding and The Godfather was like
- 10:34Speaker 2: filmed in real time.
- 10:36Speaker 4: So boring.
- 10:37Speaker 7: I love it.
- 10:38Speaker 4: Model boring comedy, probably not even comedy.
- 10:41Speaker 2: To any movie.
- 10:41Speaker 4: I would just say, oh, that's what I like. So
- 10:43Speaker 4: I would just say The Hangover.
- 10:45Speaker 8: That's what I was going to say.
- 10:47Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, it just moves maybe maybe Yeah.
- 10:52Speaker 5: One to Shank is on the list.
- 10:54Speaker 2: It's not too long, though.
- 10:55Speaker 5: These are These are some of the movies that made
- 10:57Speaker 5: that list. When they ask people, what's a movie that
- 11:00Speaker 5: is a straight up ten with no bad parts? Now,
- 11:02Speaker 5: of course I would say the original Back to the Future, Sure,
- 11:06Speaker 5: and that one made the list.
- 11:08Speaker 2: I can't.
- 11:09Speaker 5: I can't think of one part of that movie where.
- 11:11Speaker 2: I'm like, slow, God, get on with it already. I can't.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Good Fellows made the list. I love it, so yeah,
- 11:20Speaker 2: I mean I love that movie, but when he is
- 11:23Speaker 2: all paranoid cooking in the kitchen. I hate that.
- 11:25Speaker 7: So that's an important scene.
- 11:27Speaker 5: I guess what else made the list? The Shawshank Redemption
- 11:31Speaker 5: so good. That's also a long movie, very long, but but.
- 11:34Speaker 2: No wedding, I know, right, no real time wedding. I'm
- 11:38Speaker 2: trying to think of.
- 11:39Speaker 4: Is that the one that has the money in the
- 11:41Speaker 4: tree or something like that?
- 11:42Speaker 2: Oh yeah, tree the Tree?
- 11:45Speaker 4: Yeah, I get that one mixed up with the Green
- 11:49Speaker 4: Mile or.
- 11:50Speaker 7: Very different movie.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Yeah, it's very different.
- 11:51Speaker 7: One has superpowers.
- 11:52Speaker 5: I think the one the one scene from Shawshank. I'm like,
- 11:55Speaker 5: all right, come on where they're like a tar in
- 11:56Speaker 5: the roof and he gets the guard to bring in
- 11:59Speaker 5: the beers and stuff.
- 11:59Speaker 7: They brings them. Yeah, like the stdyepot.
- 12:01Speaker 2: Really I like that.
- 12:02Speaker 7: Yeah, it's important too.
- 12:03Speaker 2: Because you're like, what is it any doing that?
- 12:06Speaker 5: I here, here's a movie that made the list that
- 12:08Speaker 5: people said is straight ten no bad parts. And I've
- 12:11Speaker 5: never seen this movie all the way through Alien Neither.
- 12:14Speaker 5: It's super slow.
- 12:16Speaker 2: Don't I know. I saw it.
- 12:18Speaker 7: I couldn't recall it slow, which is why I've never
- 12:19Speaker 7: seen it the whole way through.
- 12:22Speaker 5: Here, I'll go through the movies. I've never seen The
- 12:23Speaker 5: Emperor's New Groove.
- 12:25Speaker 7: No, No, Tyler and I watched that.
- 12:29Speaker 4: You did in all the Disney Cruise together.
- 12:33Speaker 2: Really, yeah, we heard of it.
- 12:35Speaker 4: We hate Sandwiches from nineteen ninety six.
- 12:38Speaker 2: Matilda never saw.
- 12:39Speaker 8: I love that movie, you know what?
- 12:41Speaker 10: I agree?
- 12:42Speaker 2: From nineteen eighty two, The Thing. Never saw it. Oh
- 12:45Speaker 2: that's good. I think you'd like it. Would Galaxy Quest.
- 12:48Speaker 5: Never see.
- 12:48Speaker 7: People always recommend it. I've never watched it.
- 12:51Speaker 5: I've never seen Sean of the Dead either.
- 12:53Speaker 2: No.
- 12:53Speaker 5: People said that's a straight ten, but no bad parts.
- 12:56Speaker 4: The worship that movie tremors.
- 12:58Speaker 5: No, I never saw it.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Never saw it.
- 13:01Speaker 5: Twelve Angry Men, you've never seen it from nineteen fifty seven.
- 13:08Speaker 7: They made you watch it in school.
- 13:09Speaker 2: At least it's a dreary duty movie.
- 13:11Speaker 5: That's a jury movie.
- 13:12Speaker 4: I've rarely watched any movies before nineteen eighty.
- 13:16Speaker 5: Never never saw it. All right, So here now the
- 13:18Speaker 5: ones that are left here, These are the ones.
- 13:19Speaker 2: I've seen. All of these. See if you agree or disagree?
- 13:23Speaker 2: Was it a perfect ten? No bad parts?
- 13:25Speaker 10: Mean?
- 13:25Speaker 2: Girls?
- 13:26Speaker 8: Agree?
- 13:28Speaker 2: I knew I knew that.
- 13:31Speaker 4: Yeah it's a good movie.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Okay, Yeah, did you ever see it, Morgan, No, I
- 13:34Speaker 2: never understood the worship of it.
- 13:36Speaker 5: Okay, my cousin Vinnie Ten's.
- 13:39Speaker 2: I love that.
- 13:40Speaker 5: I guess agree that I could watch that weekly. It's
- 13:46Speaker 5: so funny. Maricito was she made, she made the Incredibles.
- 13:53Speaker 5: I wouldn't call it. Ten. It's fine, it's good.
- 13:56Speaker 2: It's fine.
- 13:57Speaker 5: The Princess Bride ten agreed.
- 14:00Speaker 2: I only saw it once.
- 14:03Speaker 7: I could probably do without the big giant rats, but
- 14:05Speaker 7: other than that, I was just gonna say the rats
- 14:08Speaker 7: of unusual unusual size.
- 14:11Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I will give it a nine. I love
- 14:14Speaker 2: that movie.
- 14:14Speaker 5: It's one of my favorite movies of all time. But
- 14:16Speaker 5: there is a bad part that I can think of everyone, like,
- 14:18Speaker 5: you can cut.
- 14:19Speaker 2: That part out.
- 14:21Speaker 5: Let's see the office Office space.
- 14:24Speaker 4: Agreed, are Office. I love that movie, no bad parts.
- 14:28Speaker 5: Raiders of the Lost Arc agreed.
- 14:31Speaker 2: I mean does it rule, Yes, but there's a lot
- 14:33Speaker 2: of downtime, kind of boring, like in the classroom scenes,
- 14:36Speaker 2: Like I don't think.
- 14:37Speaker 7: There's as many as you walking you saw because I
- 14:40Speaker 7: saw pretty recently.
- 14:41Speaker 2: Somewhat recently Airplane.
- 14:45Speaker 7: I mean it has jokes per minute of like any movie.
- 14:49Speaker 2: Awesome, that's a great movie.
- 14:51Speaker 5: Jaws very disagreeing.
- 14:58Speaker 7: There are a lot of parts and Jaws, Yes.
- 15:01Speaker 2: Like when they're getting ready to go on the hunt
- 15:03Speaker 2: and all the boats are there and oh my god,
- 15:06Speaker 2: get on.
- 15:06Speaker 7: With it, Like, did you watch it today? You're like,
- 15:08Speaker 7: when's the Shark?
- 15:10Speaker 5: I watched that movie at least once every year. Yeah,
- 15:13Speaker 5: I can't watch it's I think it's besides The Wizard
- 15:16Speaker 5: of Oz. I think it's my wife's second favorite movie
- 15:18Speaker 5: of all times.
- 15:19Speaker 2: And when Richard Drivius goes to their house for dinner, like, yeah, yeah,
- 15:23Speaker 2: but I can't.
- 15:25Speaker 5: But but I can't watch that movie wintertime, I get right,
- 15:29Speaker 5: like the same reason I can't watch Christmas Vacation, a
- 15:31Speaker 5: movie I love in the summer time.
- 15:33Speaker 7: Don't like seasonal movies outside the scene. One of my
- 15:35Speaker 7: goals in life is to watch Jaws well in a pool.
- 15:40Speaker 5: And then here I want one more movie on on
- 15:42Speaker 5: their list again, a movie. They were asking people, what's
- 15:45Speaker 5: a movie that's a ten? No bad parts? Stand by me?
- 15:49Speaker 5: Which is going through there? Jerry O'Connell and all those
- 15:51Speaker 5: guys they're off, you know, doing the good tour, watch parties,
- 15:54Speaker 5: watch parties, and favorite movies as a great movie.
- 15:57Speaker 2: Yeah, it's really good.
- 15:59Speaker 5: If you can think of another the one that you
- 16:00Speaker 5: think in your opinion, no wrong answers, obviously.
- 16:03Speaker 2: I mean some people have terrible day.
- 16:05Speaker 5: If it's if it's a ten to you, it's a
- 16:06Speaker 5: ten to you. What would you say, Morgan, what's a movie?
- 16:08Speaker 5: It's a perfect movie, it's a ten, no bad parts
- 16:12Speaker 5: to me?
- 16:13Speaker 6: It would absolutely be boring. Yeah, I honestly could add
- 16:17Speaker 6: Bruno to that too.
- 16:18Speaker 5: Bruno's Bruno is so funny. See Bruno lost my attention.
- 16:21Speaker 4: Really you're so straight, but borout.
- 16:24Speaker 2: I agree with you, thousand Bruno. Just thinking about Bruno
- 16:30Speaker 2: makes me love. That was awesome, so funny too.
- 16:33Speaker 5: My time for your birthdays and birthday show, we're going
- 16:40Speaker 5: it's Simard.
- 16:41Speaker 2: We don't sit and you know we don't do.

- 17:17Speaker 5: birthday girl. She has seen more action than the first
- 17:19Speaker 5: round of March Madness in seventy fine films including Gushy
- 17:25Speaker 5: Game Day, Vagina, Oh God.
- 17:29Speaker 4: Oh.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Turn Off. Yeah, Gushy Game Day.
- 17:37Speaker 5: But she was in internal Manipulation. Also Booty Bliss Volume one,
- 17:43Speaker 5: Apologize Beneath her Feet. She was in Laundry Day Fiasco.

- 18:04Speaker 7: That's a nice way to settle it.
- 18:06Speaker 5: Sharing is Karen Sharing Karen. That is Claire Black, who's
- 18:09Speaker 5: thirty years old today, and that Chipurano Birthday, your celebrity birthdays,
- 18:13Speaker 5: and that.
- 18:15Speaker 2: Is a little movie chat.
- 18:16Speaker 5: I was gonna say, typically we'll do it like a
- 18:18Speaker 5: look around the world of.
- 18:18Speaker 2: Entertainment, but we want with that today.
- 18:24Speaker 5: The Woody Show a welcome back everybody, Yeah, beginning of
- 18:28Speaker 5: a brand new week. It is March twenty third menace. Yes,
- 18:33Speaker 5: I know you've been excited that guy have been. Today
- 18:35Speaker 5: is World Math Day?
- 18:36Speaker 2: What shout out to math?
- 18:39Speaker 11: Yeah?
- 18:40Speaker 4: Math is cool?
- 18:41Speaker 5: Like is it?
- 18:42Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 18:42Speaker 2: Math is cool? It is wow. Explain that, I mean
- 18:46Speaker 2: wise math cool.
- 18:48Speaker 4: Math is cool because you get excited when you feel
- 18:53Speaker 4: like you solve something, like a problem.
- 18:55Speaker 5: So you like problem solving. Yeah, not necessarily math per se,
- 18:58Speaker 5: but just the idea of problem solve.
- 19:00Speaker 4: Yeah, I guess. But you know math is a big
- 19:03Speaker 4: part of problem solving, so that's why you would get
- 19:06Speaker 4: excited when you figure something out involving math, like making
- 19:10Speaker 4: that hundred foot bong.
- 19:11Speaker 2: Who's there?
- 19:12Speaker 5: You know who's the hardcore math geek celebrity from back
- 19:16Speaker 5: in our childhood? Oh, she played Winning Cooper.
- 19:18Speaker 2: What's her name? Oh yeah, Danica McKell.
- 19:21Speaker 5: Well, yeah, she went to school for it and she's
- 19:24Speaker 5: like some crazy math. She writes books on teaching kids
- 19:27Speaker 5: or something with math, and I don't know.
- 19:29Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 19:29Speaker 5: Yeah, it's a for you weather freaks world meteorological day.
- 19:34Speaker 5: Meteorological day, that's a tough one. It's atheist day, all right,
- 19:39Speaker 5: thank god, And nobody should be all that upset about,
- 19:42Speaker 5: you know, people who are atheists there's nothing to be upset, abe.
- 19:47Speaker 2: It doesn't affect you.
- 19:48Speaker 5: And look, even if you are an atheist, it's like, uh,
- 19:50Speaker 5: you know, kids on Christmas they kind of hedge their beds,
- 19:52Speaker 5: and it's been it's been my thing my whole life.
- 19:55Speaker 5: I go, well, look, you know, like I try to
- 19:57Speaker 5: be a good person and do the right thing and
- 20:00Speaker 5: lived by God.
- 20:01Speaker 2: Just go to morals.
- 20:02Speaker 5: Yeah, and then like, you know, okay, so I'm meeting
- 20:04Speaker 5: meat on Fridays, for example. I didn't give up anything
- 20:07Speaker 5: for lent. I can't tell you the last time I've
- 20:09Speaker 5: been in the church outside of a wedding.
- 20:11Speaker 2: All these things.
- 20:11Speaker 5: Now, when I die, if I all of a sudden
- 20:15Speaker 5: find myself there and uh, I have to answer all
- 20:18Speaker 5: this stuff, I'm gonna go, Hey, you know, I was
- 20:20Speaker 5: a pretty good person.
- 20:21Speaker 2: I wanted to count for something.
- 20:23Speaker 5: Yeah, like you can kind of see where you know,
- 20:25Speaker 5: maybe some of this stuff sound a little bit crazy.
- 20:26Speaker 5: And if they can't figure out a way to forgive
- 20:29Speaker 5: me for that, when they can allegedly.
- 20:31Speaker 10: You're going to negotiate your way in well, no.
- 20:33Speaker 5: Because if if allegedly is like uh, you know, they
- 20:35Speaker 5: can forgive anyone on their deathbed sinners and killers other
- 20:39Speaker 5: people saying a couple of words. Yeah, because like you've
- 20:42Speaker 5: accepted you know whatever, Jesus as You're right. Like if
- 20:47Speaker 5: I can't get a break based on those those kind
- 20:50Speaker 5: of silly ass things, but can, then maybe this is
- 20:53Speaker 5: not the place I.
- 20:54Speaker 2: Really want to And you know what, atheists can affect
- 20:57Speaker 2: your life or kind of. There was a fame case
- 21:00Speaker 2: I believe it was in San Diego where this group
- 21:03Speaker 2: of hardcore atheists were suing because they had this giant
- 21:08Speaker 2: cross and it was technically on public land and it
- 21:11Speaker 2: was just like years long lawsuit and yeah, it was
- 21:14Speaker 2: like come on, let it's already there, just leave it.
- 21:16Speaker 5: Well, there was a story last week I forget maybe
- 21:19Speaker 5: Alabama somewhere where the court ruled that, you know, against
- 21:22Speaker 5: the Ten Commandments in schools.
- 21:24Speaker 2: Yeah, oh right, sense like public.
- 21:26Speaker 5: Schools and things like that Sundays, and it goes with
- 21:29Speaker 5: anything about whatever. It is, right, like people have their beliefs.
- 21:33Speaker 5: Let's just let them do their things, so you know
- 21:35Speaker 5: other people don't. That's fine too, Like nobody is forced
- 21:38Speaker 5: to do anything.
- 21:39Speaker 7: Well, and like Penjuleette famously said it was a famous atheist.
- 21:42Speaker 7: He said, you know when people say, well, if you
- 21:44Speaker 7: don't believe in God, then what's to keep you from
- 21:46Speaker 7: murdering everyone you see? And he goes, oh, no, I
- 21:48Speaker 7: murder exactly the amount of people I want to, which
- 21:50Speaker 7: is zero.
- 21:51Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly. Yeah.
- 21:52Speaker 4: Also just gives you more room in heaven. You know
- 21:55Speaker 4: these people don't want to get in. That's all good.
- 21:57Speaker 2: Also, you know, the best part about evidence is as
- 21:58Speaker 2: big as you want it to be your heaven.
- 22:01Speaker 4: Have you seen the AI computer that they set up
- 22:03Speaker 4: to read the Bible over one million times to see
- 22:05Speaker 4: if it believes in God or not? And it's it's
- 22:09Speaker 4: still going and it's like day four and this still
- 22:13Speaker 4: can't come up with the decision.
- 22:14Speaker 5: What do you mean it's still You could put like
- 22:16Speaker 5: all the text in there.
- 22:17Speaker 4: It would be super intaneous.
- 22:19Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 22:20Speaker 4: No, it's not a quantum computer like you're talking about.
- 22:23Speaker 4: But yeah, it goes through it and then processing.
- 22:25Speaker 2: I'm saying, like, let's say I took the Bible.
- 22:27Speaker 5: I'm sure it's online, right, I just copy and paste
- 22:30Speaker 5: of the text, the full text from the Bible into
- 22:32Speaker 5: like summarized chat GPT, Yeah, and just hit enter.
- 22:37Speaker 2: It might take I don't know. Maybe at the most minute.
- 22:40Speaker 4: I don't know. It's supposed to be re it's supposed
- 22:42Speaker 4: to be going through it like page by page. Yeah,
- 22:45Speaker 4: and like a mathematical equation.
- 22:48Speaker 2: Yeah. I'm also for whatever makes people.
- 22:51Speaker 7: Behave absolutely and if that's what you keep and.
- 22:54Speaker 2: Keeps them in line, perfect.
- 22:55Speaker 5: Yeah, so I do believe in that. My favorite atheist,
- 22:58Speaker 5: by the way, is Ricky Gervais. Same, he's my favorite.
- 23:02Speaker 5: Today's National Puppy Day. It's puppy Day, it's for you dorks.
- 23:08Speaker 5: Raven Claw Pride Day, what does that mean?
- 23:11Speaker 2: Raven Claws from Harry Potter, part.
- 23:14Speaker 7: Of the House of Raven Claws.
- 23:17Speaker 4: So whatever house you got sorted into, I'm puff and
- 23:20Speaker 4: puff because that's the one that's like closest to the kitchen.
- 23:24Speaker 5: Even I know that huff and yeah, I know it's
- 23:27Speaker 5: not huff and I know it's If you're gonna be
- 23:30Speaker 5: part of it, man, you should at least I know.
- 23:32Speaker 5: I've been sorted into it like times Autism Acceptance Week
- 23:37Speaker 5: and then some food holidays. It's chips and dip Day,
- 23:41Speaker 5: it's melb but toast Day, it's National Chia Day.
- 23:45Speaker 10: No, thank you, Yes, every day it's so good for
- 23:49Speaker 10: you growth.
- 23:51Speaker 2: Yeah, it looks like bird seed.
- 23:53Speaker 7: Wouldn't chia give you trip to phobia because of all
- 23:57Speaker 7: the little dots.
- 23:58Speaker 5: Phobia just not yeah, that doesn't do that really, all
- 24:02Speaker 5: those little black that doesn't do that. And it's a
- 24:05Speaker 5: national Tomali day, yes love, yes, all right.
- 24:10Speaker 2: So you guys know who Pat McAfee is, right.
- 24:12Speaker 4: Yeah, of course legend.
- 24:13Speaker 5: He's the biggest star in sports media, at least at
- 24:16Speaker 5: the moment. And uh, he did an interview recently and
- 24:19Speaker 5: was asked about, you know, what it's like being in
- 24:21Speaker 5: the position that he's in. I thought about, you know, Morgan,
- 24:24Speaker 5: Uh when I was reading this. He says that while
- 24:27Speaker 5: he knows not everyone will like him or what he does,
- 24:30Speaker 5: he says he understands it, but he quote gets bummed
- 24:33Speaker 5: out sometimes when people who I think should like me
- 24:37Speaker 5: or that I would get along with don't like me.
- 24:39Speaker 6: Interesting that I couldn't get that more of like a
- 24:42Speaker 6: misunderstood yeah, disappointment, because it.
- 24:44Speaker 10: Sucks when you know you're a good person and no
- 24:46Speaker 10: one believes you're a good person.
- 24:48Speaker 5: See that, but you you do what I do, the
- 24:50Speaker 5: all or nothing thing, right, So it's not not everybody
- 24:53Speaker 5: believes one thing or the other.
- 24:55Speaker 4: Day you focused.
- 24:59Speaker 2: See this this, This is the disconnected Morgan.
- 25:01Speaker 5: Like Morgan, so gets hung up and focused on like
- 25:04Speaker 5: a couple of people or a couple things that and
- 25:07Speaker 5: she just like she can't see anything else there was.
- 25:10Speaker 7: But well, like agree to eighty percent. Let's say, be conservative,
- 25:15Speaker 7: seventy percent of people love you and then thirty loudmouth
- 25:18Speaker 7: losers are like marging sex. The seventy percent of people
- 25:23Speaker 7: love you.
- 25:23Speaker 5: Yeah, she's focused on that thirty percent for sure. Now,
- 25:25Speaker 5: Pat McAfee definitely has his haters, you know, saying he's
- 25:29Speaker 5: just a loudmouth, you know, But the numbers for the scoreboard,
- 25:33Speaker 5: bitch man, his numbers are huge, huge the show he's got,
- 25:37Speaker 5: you know, way more just approval. He's got way more
- 25:39Speaker 5: approval than he does critics. But the article points out
- 25:42Speaker 5: McAfee's comments show a level of self awareness that is
- 25:45Speaker 5: not commonly seen by an on air host in any capacity.
- 25:49Speaker 5: That shows that his priorities haven't changed since he started.
- 25:52Speaker 5: To him, authenticity matters more than universal approval. It was
- 25:57Speaker 5: it was a cool interview, cool read.
- 25:59Speaker 7: Yeah, I think most people say that and strive for that,
- 26:02Speaker 7: but it can be very hard to put into practice.
- 26:04Speaker 5: Yeah, I do understand that. Yes, Okay, so in general,
- 26:09Speaker 5: you don't really care like I don't. In general, I
- 26:11Speaker 5: don't really care what people think about me or what
- 26:15Speaker 5: I do or what I say, or what I wear
- 26:17Speaker 5: or what I think. But there are people, like within
- 26:20Speaker 5: an inner circle. Of course those people would matter. Right now,
- 26:23Speaker 5: maybe he's applying that to people he doesn't even know, like, oh,
- 26:26Speaker 5: I think I would get along with this person. I
- 26:28Speaker 5: want them to like me. But like the people like
- 26:30Speaker 5: your friends, your family, of course, yeah, of course there's
- 26:34Speaker 5: maybe it's not like a thousand percent care, but like
- 26:37Speaker 5: there's there's some care in there about that, about about
- 26:40Speaker 5: the inner circle people.
- 26:41Speaker 7: If one of your best friends is mad at you
- 26:44Speaker 7: or it.
- 26:44Speaker 5: Doesn't like your haircut, you know, it's like oh god,
- 26:46Speaker 5: you know.
- 26:47Speaker 2: Yeah the wood Show.
- 26:54Speaker 5: And we are into another new hour insensitivity training, free,
- 26:58Speaker 5: politically correct world. I'm Woodie.
- 27:01Speaker 2: That's Greg Gory.
- 27:03Speaker 4: What is up?
- 27:04Speaker 2: Hi?
- 27:05Speaker 5: Sea Mass Sammy? The hell happened to you?
- 27:10Speaker 11: Me?
- 27:10Speaker 5: Oh?
- 27:10Speaker 10: Do I look cool?
- 27:13Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 27:15Speaker 10: And then the other side of my.
- 27:16Speaker 4: Nose is like your mouth off.
- 27:19Speaker 10: There's Morgan, Yeah, I burnt Tyler's Metal.
- 27:21Speaker 2: Need to hit me, Woodie?
- 27:25Speaker 5: You can hit us up with the text over to
- 27:26Speaker 5: two two nine eight said, what.
- 27:27Speaker 2: The hell happens?
- 27:28Speaker 10: I'm just training?
- 27:29Speaker 7: What do you think of it?
- 27:30Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 27:32Speaker 2: Oh so there's no more you're training wid headgear and stuff.
- 27:35Speaker 6: I got this from wearing headgear. Did oh dude, I
- 27:38Speaker 6: was training with this girl. Shout out to this girl
- 27:39Speaker 6: named Presley and all the people at Trinity.
- 27:43Speaker 10: She hits hard. They brought her, you know, for me
- 27:47Speaker 10: to hit me.
- 27:48Speaker 7: Did you love her? Hit me again?
- 27:50Speaker 6: Bitch?
- 27:50Speaker 10: Yeah? I'm like, man, I think I like hitting hit
- 27:52Speaker 10: too much. You know, I need to move ahead a
- 27:54Speaker 10: little more.
- 27:54Speaker 8: Did you get knocked out at all?
- 27:56Speaker 5: Oh god?
- 27:56Speaker 10: No, okay, no, you're not supposed to do that.
- 27:58Speaker 5: But she is so.
- 27:59Speaker 10: Strong like and really good and quick.
- 28:02Speaker 4: Yeah you see it coming at all?
- 28:03Speaker 6: Or no, I mean some of them you see coming damn.
- 28:07Speaker 6: But I'm also trying, like, I'm trying to get used
- 28:09Speaker 6: to getting hit. But it's the point I can't be
- 28:11Speaker 6: in a real fight and be freaking out because oh
- 28:13Speaker 6: my god, I'm getting hit.
- 28:14Speaker 3: You know.
- 28:14Speaker 10: So I'm trying to stay calm.
- 28:15Speaker 4: But that's awesome.
- 28:17Speaker 10: Yeah, I look cool.
- 28:17Speaker 2: Right.
- 28:19Speaker 10: It was pretty short, though, I don't know if it'll
- 28:21Speaker 10: get worse. I just got yesterday.
- 28:22Speaker 7: Oh, then it'll get worse and it'll turn like purple
- 28:24Speaker 7: and green.
- 28:25Speaker 10: Yeah yeah, cheers to that girl.
- 28:29Speaker 4: You make me laugh. I love it.
- 28:32Speaker 5: I have a problem, but like, don't you worry about
- 28:35Speaker 5: going out in public and people you know, like I.
- 28:38Speaker 2: Don't know Calin thinking you married the wrong guy, right.
- 28:42Speaker 5: Yeah, like calling the cops.
- 28:43Speaker 2: I don't know. There's this woman here, she's got a
- 28:45Speaker 2: black guy, and.
- 28:45Speaker 6: If anything like because I see a lot of I
- 28:47Speaker 6: think the kids do it, but online you hear, oh
- 28:50Speaker 6: she's chopped. Like now I really look chopped.
- 28:53Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, almost crackheadish.
- 28:56Speaker 6: Yeah really, but it's probably gonna keep it worse because
- 29:00Speaker 6: I'm only going to keep training harder, dating up to
- 29:02Speaker 6: four weeks from now.
- 29:03Speaker 2: Cool. Oh so okay, it's sold out.
- 29:07Speaker 10: Yeah, so jears to y'all. Nice because to only have
- 29:10Speaker 10: two people going it's sold out, Well, so wait going
- 29:13Speaker 10: to go?
- 29:14Speaker 5: I know, but I thought I was assuming that you
- 29:16Speaker 5: had like some kind of like a lot man like.
- 29:19Speaker 10: Something, I get a cut of whatever tickets.
- 29:21Speaker 4: See.
- 29:22Speaker 5: I wish I would have had like more of a
- 29:23Speaker 5: heads up other than all right, sold out.
- 29:25Speaker 6: I kept telling y'all like it's they say it's going
- 29:27Speaker 6: to sell it, and they say it's going to sell
- 29:29Speaker 6: out soon.
- 29:29Speaker 10: But isn't this better?
- 29:30Speaker 4: Every every crosser, every event always.
- 29:33Speaker 10: Says that, Okay, well, but also isn't this better for you?
- 29:36Speaker 7: Because if we each get it on pay per view,
- 29:38Speaker 7: then you get the money.
- 29:40Speaker 10: No, it's on why I'm not getting pay per view money?
- 29:43Speaker 4: What You've been saying that the whole time.
- 29:45Speaker 10: That's what I was told.
- 29:46Speaker 2: So everything's changed.
- 29:47Speaker 7: How did they screw you on that?
- 29:49Speaker 10: They didn't screw me. It's just not that's probably not
- 29:52Speaker 10: gonna happen to misunderstanding. It's just physical ticket sales. So
- 29:55Speaker 10: oh oh dude, so go me.
- 29:57Speaker 8: So the pay per view is not happening at all?
- 30:00Speaker 10: What's happening.
- 30:00Speaker 4: I'm just not going to get Well, we'll pay somebody
- 30:03Speaker 4: in the audience and we'll set up a stream.
- 30:05Speaker 10: They aren't going to know anyone in the audience.
- 30:07Speaker 4: It was.
- 30:07Speaker 2: It was on my schedule so much on my calendar.
- 30:10Speaker 5: I'm not home one weekend until I think the third
- 30:13Speaker 5: weekend in May is the next is the next full
- 30:16Speaker 5: weekend I have at home? And yeah, in one of
- 30:20Speaker 5: those was for yeah, same was for going to the fight.
- 30:24Speaker 5: I guess you can get them on the secondary market.
- 30:27Speaker 7: I don't know how big is this arena.
- 30:30Speaker 10: They set a thousand tickets.
- 30:31Speaker 5: Okay, that's that's smaller than I thought.
- 30:35Speaker 2: I also assumed that there was like an allotment that
- 30:37Speaker 2: you had just started going.
- 30:40Speaker 10: I have to but that's my corner people, so yeah,
- 30:43Speaker 10: they need to be there.
- 30:44Speaker 2: Damn it.
- 30:46Speaker 4: Well we didn't just please.
- 30:48Speaker 7: Know our hearts from the right place because that's on
- 30:50Speaker 7: my calendar. I didn't know that we had to. Yeah,
- 30:53Speaker 7: exactly get in on.
- 30:54Speaker 4: That best, all right?
- 30:58Speaker 2: Is that your gear that? I mean?
- 31:01Speaker 10: We can do?
- 31:01Speaker 2: That is us?
- 31:03Speaker 10: No, I had another one ready, but yeah, jeers to
- 31:06Speaker 10: y'all two, I have some.
- 31:07Speaker 2: Ani, I have you on my schedule. I was planning together.
- 31:11Speaker 10: I'm not actually upset, I am.
- 31:12Speaker 2: I am bummed.
- 31:14Speaker 5: I was really looking forward to seeing this in person.
- 31:17Speaker 2: It is what it is.
- 31:18Speaker 10: That's why we got to get stuff done early.
- 31:19Speaker 2: You know.
- 31:20Speaker 10: Yeah, we can check the aftermarket.
- 31:22Speaker 2: Yeah all right, what's the actual jeers.
- 31:24Speaker 10: In the Tuesday folder? I have some audio for you, Woodie.
- 31:27Speaker 2: All right.
- 31:27Speaker 6: I don't know how this came up on my Explore
- 31:29Speaker 6: page because Gina, usually it's way funnier crap than this, right,
- 31:32Speaker 6: But I got this video of like Gypsy Rose copy
- 31:35Speaker 6: pop poparazzi, and it was the most staged video I've
- 31:38Speaker 6: ever seen in my life.
- 31:39Speaker 2: Gypsy Rose is the mommy, She's the girl killed.
- 31:44Speaker 7: Her mom, got her boyfriend to kill her mom because
- 31:47Speaker 7: she was like having a by proxy where their mom
- 31:52Speaker 7: kept telling her she was whole life.
- 31:54Speaker 10: Went to jails, Out of jail, now got a nose job. Lucky.
- 31:58Speaker 6: She looks good, but she totally hired paparazzi to take
- 32:01Speaker 6: this stage video of her.
- 32:02Speaker 2: Right.
- 32:02Speaker 6: And then so I guess I spend too much video
- 32:04Speaker 6: on time on that video. Go to the next one
- 32:07Speaker 6: and it's this TikTok she made with this other girl.
- 32:09Speaker 6: And then here's the audio.
- 32:10Speaker 8: You listen and we don't judge.
- 32:13Speaker 9: One time I dared a homeless woman twenty dollars to
- 32:16Speaker 9: jump into the lake, and then she said she can
- 32:17Speaker 9: swim and it right away, laughing.
- 32:20Speaker 5: We don't judge, We don't judge.
- 32:22Speaker 4: We listen and we don't judge.
- 32:24Speaker 8: I went to prison for eight and a half years because.
- 32:27Speaker 11: I my own mom.
- 32:29Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, hey, we listen and we don't judge.
- 32:32Speaker 2: You listen and we.
- 32:33Speaker 7: Don't judge, Like what, oh my gosh, well getting the
- 32:37Speaker 7: spirit of the trends.
- 32:39Speaker 2: Be funny.
- 32:40Speaker 10: She's so famous and we made her so famous. Oh
- 32:43Speaker 10: I hate her.
- 32:43Speaker 4: She has yeah, multiple seasons of a reality show.
- 32:46Speaker 10: Yeah, and this is where like.
- 32:48Speaker 7: This is where like the road splits for me, because
- 32:49Speaker 7: the true crime thing was like whoa, that's crazy, but
- 32:52Speaker 7: now the reality show thing is like, eh, I'm not interested.
- 32:54Speaker 4: Also, that audio is kind of stolen valor because she
- 32:57Speaker 4: didn't actually kill her mom.
- 32:58Speaker 10: Well true, so that's a lie, but I mean the
- 33:01Speaker 10: principle of the whole thing.
- 33:02Speaker 7: And I'm kind of more horrified by the first girl.
- 33:04Speaker 4: Yeah, the first goal we talked about on the air.
- 33:07Speaker 10: Yeah, she was a big story a couple of years.
- 33:10Speaker 4: Like one of these live streamers who I've always said
- 33:12Speaker 4: is like the bottom barrel of the internet. And yeah,
- 33:16Speaker 4: she paid some homeless woman and jump in a lake.
- 33:18Speaker 7: Yeah, and then ran away laughing when she said she
- 33:20Speaker 7: can't swim.
- 33:21Speaker 4: Yeah, and she got kicked out of the platform.
- 33:22Speaker 10: I guess this is rage bait because they got me.
- 33:24Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, gross, all right, my cheers.
- 33:32Speaker 5: I went to this this radio summit because I was
- 33:37Speaker 5: invited to be a speaker on this panel, and.
- 33:41Speaker 2: It was great.
- 33:42Speaker 5: I think the highlight though, was it's weird. It's called CRS.
- 33:45Speaker 5: It's the Country Radio Seminar right where you belong. Clearly
- 33:49Speaker 5: we are not on any country radio stations anywhere. But
- 33:55Speaker 5: it's a really great event. It's insane how well done
- 34:00Speaker 5: and how many people show up to this thing. And
- 34:02Speaker 5: one thing I will say about country and that whole
- 34:06Speaker 5: format and the radio and the record community and the
- 34:09Speaker 5: artists is, man, they are all in it together, unlike
- 34:12Speaker 5: the rock and alternative and the top and the country
- 34:15Speaker 5: and the hip hop stuff, where it's like, man, there
- 34:17Speaker 5: couldn't be a bigger division. Man, all the big stars
- 34:21Speaker 5: you know, show up at this thing or what. And
- 34:22Speaker 5: it was pretty cool about you know, at the hotel
- 34:25Speaker 5: where they held this whole thing, it was in different
- 34:27Speaker 5: hotel suites. They had people like, you know, they're artists,
- 34:30Speaker 5: like so like Warner Nashville would have Warner Brothers, Nashville
- 34:34Speaker 5: would have, you know, their artists hanging out. And there
- 34:36Speaker 5: I was hanging out with Brent from Shine Down and
- 34:38Speaker 5: this other suite and he's super cool, man, that guy's
- 34:43Speaker 5: so nice. And then I went to this other thing.
- 34:46Speaker 5: Big Loud Records was hosting something with an artist who
- 34:49Speaker 5: I'd heard of but never really heard. And then now
- 34:54Speaker 5: I have gone down such a rabbit hole of figuring
- 34:58Speaker 5: out about this person who they are and their's store
- 35:00Speaker 5: and everything else. Dude, shout out and cheers to Steven
- 35:03Speaker 5: Wilson junior. Dude, this guy is so flipping cool. He's
- 35:09Speaker 5: got this haunting voice and this really cool story. And
- 35:13Speaker 5: then the way he he worked this room that was
- 35:15Speaker 5: about the size of this studio and maybe board studio
- 35:18Speaker 5: if you combined it, and it was him a guitar
- 35:20Speaker 5: and a microphone with a lot of reverb on it,
- 35:23Speaker 5: and just his interaction with the audience the whole thing. Man,
- 35:27Speaker 5: this guy he is cool.
- 35:29Speaker 7: I want to hear it.
- 35:30Speaker 2: He's really cool.
- 35:31Speaker 5: Now he's got his own songs. This one song called
- 35:35Speaker 5: Gary about like an anti hero. Gary Sonise is in
- 35:38Speaker 5: the video. It's a really watch go online watch that.
- 35:42Speaker 5: But one thing that people are talking about is stand
- 35:45Speaker 5: By Me, the cover that he did of stand By Me,
- 35:49Speaker 5: and he lost his dad. He was like his dad
- 35:52Speaker 5: was a single single father, and Gary was like a
- 35:56Speaker 5: scientist before I'm Gary. Steven was his scientists before he
- 36:01Speaker 5: like he never performed a song in front of anybody
- 36:03Speaker 5: ten years ago. Wo and now this guy is just
- 36:07Speaker 5: this incredible talent and he got into you know, oh
- 36:12Speaker 5: he was responsible. You know, I forget they're called Denti
- 36:15Speaker 5: Bites or whatever. I think, uh Pedigree or whatever that
- 36:18Speaker 5: that company is. Yeah, that like for their teeth.
- 36:23Speaker 2: He did that. I was playing this this is anyway,
- 36:31Speaker 2: but it was like after.
- 36:31Speaker 5: His dad died and then like this song like uh,
- 36:35Speaker 5: he performed it and like it just kind of crumbled.
- 36:37Speaker 5: People like his his voice and I don't want to
- 36:41Speaker 5: ruin it, Greg, but like this, hold on, let's probably
- 36:48Speaker 5: a little.
- 36:48Speaker 2: I like it so far.
- 36:56Speaker 5: I gotta go see this guy like a full show
- 37:00Speaker 5: Stephen Wilson Junior, when.
- 37:06Speaker 4: The name the night is come.
- 37:12Speaker 12: And all the land is done.
- 37:15Speaker 4: And the moment.
- 37:17Speaker 12: It's light chears.
- 37:24Speaker 2: No b free.
- 37:29Speaker 13: N share a single tes his arms just as MS say.
- 37:42Speaker 10: WoT you there by.
- 37:48Speaker 4: Found you?
- 37:49Speaker 11: Mount?
- 37:49Speaker 5: You say by stand?
- 37:57Speaker 4: Why did you stand?
- 38:00Speaker 5: His voice is incredible, and he looks like just some
- 38:02Speaker 5: dude you'd see like just outside of a truck stop
- 38:05Speaker 5: or whatever, normal dude. Like man told the story about
- 38:08Speaker 5: how he got this guitar that he plays at every
- 38:10Speaker 5: show and on everything he's recorded, so, but it's like
- 38:12Speaker 5: it's a every everything I hear about this guy is
- 38:14Speaker 5: more and more interesting.
- 38:16Speaker 7: He has a little Willie Nelson, a.
- 38:18Speaker 5: Little Willie Nelson, got a little I hate to say it,
- 38:20Speaker 5: Bruce Springsteen got.
- 38:20Speaker 7: A little Eddie Vedder singer, songwriter.
- 38:23Speaker 2: He grew up a kid of the nineties really, so
- 38:28Speaker 2: it was all about like grunge and MTV and all
- 38:30Speaker 2: that kind of stuff to him. Like Weezer's Blue Album
- 38:33Speaker 2: was like his you know Bible. It was chill.
- 38:35Speaker 5: Yeah, just a dude, really really interesting guy. Look into him.
- 38:38Speaker 5: Steven Wilson Junior. He's touring right now and that that
- 38:41Speaker 5: that to me is like it's it's it's it just
- 38:43Speaker 5: like immediately hit me, haunted me, and then love. But
- 38:48Speaker 5: he didn't do that song. He he did his other
- 38:49Speaker 5: song Gary and and a couple other songs, and it
- 38:52Speaker 5: was it was just really.
- 38:53Speaker 7: And it could be hard to win a room over
- 38:54Speaker 7: when it's not a cover, So that's amazing.
- 38:57Speaker 5: Well he does He does an incredible cover of Tonight
- 39:01Speaker 5: Tonight really nice. Yeah, he did like this really small
- 39:05Speaker 5: like EP where he just did like some cupboards I didn't.
- 39:10Speaker 12: Yeah, working on the same car, going on a decade.
- 39:16Speaker 12: This is the song Gary scribbles on drunk Now, don't
- 39:19Speaker 12: girl attention? Never even oldest budding Now I mentioned it.
- 39:29Speaker 12: There ain't not a boy's name Gary these days? Born
- 39:33Speaker 12: with the cigarette glue to the face six about anything
- 39:37Speaker 12: a hammer can handle, see even on the mine because
- 39:40Speaker 12: of Gary, don't gambling and a lot of girls going
- 39:43Speaker 12: by Debbie anymore, but they got the song and contoon
- 39:46Speaker 12: and going out the furst tyre leaves town with the
- 39:49Speaker 12: minute hamsteage. There ain't not a boy's name Gary these Days.
- 39:57Speaker 5: He tells a whole story about this guy Gary.
- 39:59Speaker 2: All Right, that one better. That's yeah.
- 40:02Speaker 5: So that's one of his very country which I love.
- 40:05Speaker 8: I'm loving that you're loving it.
- 40:06Speaker 4: So I find out a lot about these types of artists.
- 40:10Speaker 4: And the first time I've heard about him is through
- 40:12Speaker 4: Burt Kreisler, because Kreisler once a month on his podcast
- 40:16Speaker 4: highlight artists like this. Yeah, so yeah, you got to
- 40:18Speaker 4: go back and listen.
- 40:19Speaker 5: He did an interview with Theo Vaughn that was really good,
- 40:21Speaker 5: and he's been on a lot of different and he
- 40:23Speaker 5: tells the story about, you know, like how he went
- 40:25Speaker 5: into science because it was kind of like a middle
- 40:27Speaker 5: finger to his upbringing because he was you know, raised
- 40:31Speaker 5: like very you know, Christian and whatever. He realized that
- 40:34Speaker 5: it wasn't all the answers. You know, the science even
- 40:36Speaker 5: doesn't have all the answers.
- 40:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 40:37Speaker 5: He does a cover of It's the ep is called Blankets,
- 40:41Speaker 5: and he does a cover of Nirvana's Something in the
- 40:43Speaker 5: Way Hunger Strike from Temple the Dog. Okay, he does
- 40:48Speaker 5: a cover of Clark Gable from Death Cab for Cutie
- 40:50Speaker 5: and then he uh and then the Smashing Pumpkins Tonight Tonight,
- 40:53Speaker 5: here's a little clip of that. We have a time
- 41:01Speaker 5: at all.
- 41:02Speaker 4: You can never really with leaving p serve you.
- 41:13Speaker 9: For a change.
- 41:15Speaker 12: We will never be the same. And the more you change,
- 41:20Speaker 12: the less you fee.
- 41:24Speaker 2: Billy Billy, It's the guitar is what I really love.
- 41:38Speaker 2: You bought that guitar for four hundred bucks.
- 41:42Speaker 4: I think that's why a lot of people say that
- 41:43Speaker 4: they love going to Stagecoach Music Festival over a Coach Hella,
- 41:47Speaker 4: because just the vibes are just like what we're hearing
- 41:50Speaker 4: right now and everybody's just having a good time.
- 41:53Speaker 5: Six o two Stephen Wilson Junior stand by Me was
- 41:55Speaker 5: our wedding song. We saw him in Los Angeles last year.
- 41:59Speaker 5: He was an amazing story telller. My husband and I
- 42:01Speaker 5: both cried during the He's an amazing I'm telling.
- 42:04Speaker 7: You, like, he's got a bunch of new fans.
- 42:06Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm not an easy person to crack with that
- 42:09Speaker 5: kind of stuff. Like, you know, I like music as
- 42:11Speaker 5: much as the next guy, but it's not my life.
- 42:13Speaker 5: It doesn't assume me right. Uh, but this one was
- 42:15Speaker 5: just different, man, So shout out and check out Steven
- 42:19Speaker 5: Wilson Jr.
- 42:20Speaker 2: Love it.
- 42:20Speaker 5: Alright, We're gonna take a break more. What he shows next.
- 42:23Speaker 5: I'm not wearing a helmet.
- 42:25Speaker 2: It's not gonna wear a helmet. Like, straight up, you
- 42:27Speaker 2: guys are idiots. What he show, right, shoe.
- 42:38Speaker 5: And we'll go right to Gina Grad with the trending
- 42:41Speaker 5: news headlines.
- 42:42Speaker 7: Yeah, two people are dead and forty one were taking
- 42:45Speaker 7: the hospital after an Air Canada jet collided with a
- 42:48Speaker 7: vehicle at LaGuardia Airport in New York City. Before say
- 42:51Speaker 7: that the plane had just landed after coming in from
- 42:53Speaker 7: Montreal and it hit a rescue and firefighting truck on
- 42:57Speaker 7: the runway that was responding to a different indent and
- 43:00Speaker 7: the crash completely destroyed the front of the plane, killed
- 43:03Speaker 7: the two pilots.
- 43:03Speaker 5: You see the plane, it looks like it went through,
- 43:07Speaker 5: but I didn't realize that's the plane, the pilots, the
- 43:10Speaker 5: pilot and the copilot for the the Air Canada flight.
- 43:13Speaker 5: I mean, those fire trucks, those airport fire trucks are massive.
- 43:17Speaker 5: They're like tanks, They're huge, and you know, the encouragement
- 43:21Speaker 5: on the runway they cleared them. I listen, there's an
- 43:23Speaker 5: app that I have where you can go, and I
- 43:25Speaker 5: just played it for you guys. It's because the the
- 43:29Speaker 5: fire truck is requesting to cross the active runway. They
- 43:33Speaker 5: did the right thing, and ground control ATC cleared them,
- 43:36Speaker 5: and then I guess then all of a sudden they realized,
- 43:39Speaker 5: you know, oh my god, the truck one stop, stop,
- 43:41Speaker 5: stop stopping, and it's just it was just too late.
- 43:43Speaker 7: Yeah, and all the plane passengers and the guys in
- 43:46Speaker 7: the vehicle are accounted for. But like you said, the
- 43:48Speaker 7: NTSB is just trying to figure out how the hell
- 43:50Speaker 7: this happened. And I would imagine it's all, you know,
- 43:53Speaker 7: like they all all the blame goes back to air
- 43:55Speaker 7: traffic control, because why would you have said, yeah, come
- 43:58Speaker 7: on through.
- 44:00Speaker 2: A very busy airport.
- 44:01Speaker 5: There's a lot of stuff going on, and it's just
- 44:03Speaker 5: one of those jobs man, where never mistakes. Mistakes can
- 44:06Speaker 5: be deadly.
- 44:07Speaker 7: You're the only person I know whoever said I could
- 44:09Speaker 7: do this for a living.
- 44:10Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like the footage of a car accident in
- 44:12Speaker 2: the aftermath. It doesn't even look like a car.
- 44:14Speaker 7: You can distinguish what was it totally.
- 44:16Speaker 2: That doesn't even look like a plane.
- 44:17Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 44:17Speaker 7: Yeah, Well, in order to try and help fix the
- 44:20Speaker 7: long lines at TSA, starting today, ICE agents will be
- 44:23Speaker 7: at the airport's assisting the TSA agents. It'll be this
- 44:27Speaker 7: way until the politicians can get their funding package approve
- 44:30Speaker 7: that would end this DHS shut down. In the TSA
- 44:33Speaker 7: workers union, on the other hand, they blasted the use
- 44:35Speaker 7: of ICE agents at the airport, calling it a threat
- 44:38Speaker 7: and saying that they are not trained or certified in
- 44:40Speaker 7: aviation security. But officials say that while the agents do
- 44:45Speaker 7: have proper security training to assist TSA, they won't be
- 44:47Speaker 7: doing anything that requires specialized training. They'll just be checking
- 44:50Speaker 7: IDs and stuff like that offense.
- 44:52Speaker 5: What is so complicated about what the TSA's doing. I mean,
- 44:55Speaker 5: I appreciate the job that they're doing.
- 44:56Speaker 7: Yeah, I do waving through the metal detector.
- 45:00Speaker 5: And then if you have to like pat somebody down,
- 45:01Speaker 5: like patting somebody down, I mean you could probably train
- 45:03Speaker 5: somebody for that in what fifteen minutes, you know, checking IDs,
- 45:09Speaker 5: you know, take your belt off, make sure that the
- 45:11Speaker 5: guy who you put stuff in the containers before it
- 45:14Speaker 5: goes to the I think the most complicated thing would
- 45:16Speaker 5: be to know how to recognize certain things on the screen.
- 45:19Speaker 5: But even that, from what I understand, it automatically kind
- 45:22Speaker 5: of identifies, like almost like an AI thing where it
- 45:25Speaker 5: highlights a certain area goes and then they go, oh
- 45:28Speaker 5: what is that? And they look at it and they
- 45:29Speaker 5: can zoom in, zoom out, or pull your bag aside.
- 45:31Speaker 5: They can't figure out that, oh, that's your cables for
- 45:34Speaker 5: your phone chargers.
- 45:35Speaker 4: The kind of thing that we're just kind of blowing
- 45:37Speaker 4: over is so we can pay the i ations to
- 45:40Speaker 4: be there, but not the TSA well.
- 45:41Speaker 5: Because they're already funded like that. It's a different budget, guys.
- 45:46Speaker 2: It is. It's just like everything else is, Like the
- 45:48Speaker 2: military is still funded.
- 45:50Speaker 4: It is still funny. It's stupid.
- 45:52Speaker 5: I agree, pay them pay the TSAU figure figure it out.
- 45:55Speaker 5: But I go back to my prediction is they're not
- 45:57Speaker 5: going to do this until the mid terms are over. Yeah,
- 46:00Speaker 5: everybody's gonna be dug in until the November.
- 46:03Speaker 7: November's well, remember guys, with the lines as long as
- 46:07Speaker 7: they are, a lot of airports are saying show up
- 46:09Speaker 7: at least four hours early for a domestic flight.
- 46:13Speaker 5: So when I went to Nashville, I got to the
- 46:14Speaker 5: airport super early both times. Here's the thing that saved me.
- 46:19Speaker 5: TSA pre Check touchless touchless.
- 46:23Speaker 2: There's a difference.
- 46:23Speaker 5: Between TSA pre Check and TSA pre Check Touchless. I
- 46:27Speaker 5: was flying Delta, so I went on Delta. I had
- 46:30Speaker 5: to put in a sky Miles membership, which is free.
- 46:34Speaker 5: But you put in there, you're already your your TSA,
- 46:36Speaker 5: your known traveler number.
- 46:38Speaker 7: Yeah, and your passport.
- 46:39Speaker 2: You don't even have to put.
- 46:40Speaker 5: The passport because the passport was done when you sign
- 46:42Speaker 5: up for TSA pre check.
- 46:43Speaker 7: Oh, because mine made me do it.
- 46:44Speaker 10: You can.
- 46:45Speaker 5: You can put it in there because when you travel,
- 46:47Speaker 5: you know internationally they'll ask you, but that stuff will
- 46:49Speaker 5: already be loaded in there. But for TSA pre check touchless,
- 46:52Speaker 5: because it's already tied to your TSA pre check.
- 46:55Speaker 2: You just have to opt in.
- 46:56Speaker 5: And the reason you have to opt in for touchless
- 46:59Speaker 5: is because it is all face recognition and some people
- 47:02Speaker 5: are not comfortable with that.
- 47:03Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 47:03Speaker 4: I have to ask you though, is that like a
- 47:06Speaker 4: special walkway, because when I do Global Entry?
- 47:09Speaker 2: Yep?
- 47:09Speaker 4: Yeah, so does every airport have this time?
- 47:12Speaker 7: They're going to have like sixty five of them, most
- 47:15Speaker 7: of the major airports did at the end of the year.
- 47:16Speaker 5: It did on both ends of this trip. And it
- 47:18Speaker 5: was a TSA touchless pre check touchless TSA pre check,
- 47:23Speaker 5: and then there was the regular line, and then there
- 47:25Speaker 5: was also clear was still there?
- 47:27Speaker 2: So you just went there. There were two people in
- 47:29Speaker 2: front of me.
- 47:29Speaker 4: Wow, yeah, hell yeah it was.
- 47:31Speaker 2: And on the way back one person in front of me.
- 47:34Speaker 10: And did the regular line look crazy? Like everyone says?
- 47:37Speaker 2: It was moving? But it was busy, but it wasn't
- 47:39Speaker 2: four hours long.
- 47:41Speaker 4: If my Global Entry just works on that, I would
- 47:43Speaker 4: have to no.
- 47:44Speaker 5: For the touchless, it's different.
- 47:46Speaker 2: You got to opt in.
- 47:47Speaker 8: How long does it take for the opt in request
- 47:49Speaker 8: to go through?
- 47:49Speaker 10: Is it immediately?
- 47:50Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 47:51Speaker 5: So like like you opt in and then when you
- 47:53Speaker 5: check in twenty four hours before your flight, it'll show
- 47:56Speaker 5: up on your boarding paths. It's like a little green touchless.
- 48:00Speaker 5: Then next to that is whatever tsa pre check, and
- 48:02Speaker 5: then whatever else you got.
- 48:04Speaker 7: Hell yeah, I can't.
- 48:05Speaker 4: Wait to use that.
- 48:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 48:06Speaker 7: Well, the first two rounds of the Ncaattorney have wrapped
- 48:09Speaker 7: up and Sweet sixteen is now set. Most of the
- 48:11Speaker 7: games on Saturday, we're a little kind of a dud
- 48:13Speaker 7: with only one going into the final seconds. Yesterday the
- 48:16Speaker 7: games were a little better, with number five Saint John's
- 48:19Speaker 7: being a Number four Kansas boo on a buzzer beating layup,
- 48:22Speaker 7: and in the biggest shaker so far, Number nine Iowa
- 48:25Speaker 7: taking out the defending champs in number one Florida thanks
- 48:28Speaker 7: to a key three pointer in the closing seconds. Now,
- 48:32Speaker 7: along with Iowa and Saint John's, Michigan, Duke Houston, Michigan,
- 48:35Speaker 7: Michigan State, Illinois, Nebraska, Arkansas, Arizona, Purdue, Iowa, State, Yukon, Tennessee, Alabama,
- 48:43Speaker 7: and this year's Cinderella Texas all advanced to the Sweet sixteen.
- 48:47Speaker 5: I get that whole Cinderella story thing that people always
- 48:49Speaker 5: get so crazy about. I like watching the watching the
- 48:52Speaker 5: underdogs win.
- 48:53Speaker 2: Is so much fun.
- 48:54Speaker 5: Yeah, it's like a movie, yeah, because it wasn't really matter.
- 48:56Speaker 5: You know, it is cool watching this this you know game.
- 49:00Speaker 5: Who was it that I was watching on Thursday of
- 49:04Speaker 5: last week? It was like VTU and I forget who
- 49:08Speaker 5: they were playing, and they it was a major upset.
- 49:11Speaker 2: Yeah, upset. Yeah.
- 49:13Speaker 5: It was like, you know, they went into overtime and
- 49:15Speaker 5: it was like seventy five seventy five for almost the
- 49:17Speaker 5: entire overtime and then all of a sudden VTU pulled
- 49:19Speaker 5: it out in one thing.
- 49:20Speaker 2: Maybe it's North Carolina. Maybe I don't know, I forget.
- 49:23Speaker 7: Well, here's where my ignorance really shines through, especially in sports,
- 49:26Speaker 7: because I had never heard that term before before that
- 49:29Speaker 7: uh what's his name? Uh, Russell Crowe movie Cinderella Man
- 49:34Speaker 7: came out and I was like, is this a Disney movie?
- 49:36Speaker 7: Like I didn't understand the term. I didn't know what
- 49:39Speaker 7: that was. But now apparently that means the real story.
- 49:42Speaker 7: You had never heard never heard that? Yeah again, my dad, I've.
- 49:45Speaker 2: Never researched us to its origin, but never heard of
- 49:49Speaker 2: my whole life.
- 49:50Speaker 7: Well, Leo Redvinsky, he's the billionaire owner of OnlyFans. He
- 49:55Speaker 7: has died at forty three years old. Yeah, a company
- 49:58Speaker 7: spokesperson says, Leo pass peacefully after a long battle with cancer.
- 50:02Speaker 7: He was born in the Ukraine, raised in Chicago, and
- 50:05Speaker 7: graduated in at Northwestern University with a degree in economics.
- 50:10Speaker 7: He took over Only Fans in twenty eighteen as the
- 50:12Speaker 7: director and majority shareholder, and the platform was a big
- 50:16Speaker 7: contributor to his four point seven billion dollar net worth.
- 50:21Speaker 7: Beyond that, he was a big Angel investor and supported
- 50:24Speaker 7: a bunch of philanthropic efforts around the world. He also
- 50:27Speaker 7: angel invested specifically in this Android development tool called B
- 50:31Speaker 7: four x and a programming tool called Alixir. So big
- 50:35Speaker 7: loss for the development society too.
- 50:38Speaker 4: Well, it's just crazy to show that you can be
- 50:41Speaker 4: a billionaire. Yeah, you can still die, you can have
- 50:43Speaker 4: access to every job. Yeah, well Steve jobs, he kind
- 50:47Speaker 4: of did it. He kind of fumbled on that one
- 50:50Speaker 4: because he tried to go to like the holistic root around,
- 50:53Speaker 4: like you're didn't go you're a certified genius, dude, right,
- 50:58Speaker 4: a lot doing I didn't know that was his Uh yeah,
- 51:01Speaker 4: I mean I wasn't guaranteed that he would have lived.
- 51:04Speaker 4: But like, dude, like science man, come on, science, build computers.
- 51:09Speaker 7: Well, the numbers for this weekend's box office are in
- 51:11Speaker 7: and Ryan Gosling's project Hail Mary is in the top spot.
- 51:14Speaker 7: My kid and husband thought, they says, the best movie.
- 51:17Speaker 2: They've everybody said how great it is.
- 51:19Speaker 7: And it's the guy who wrote like The Martian and
- 51:21Speaker 7: stuff like that, so.
- 51:22Speaker 2: Really really looked about Ry Gosling gets it's hired to
- 51:28Speaker 2: basically go into space and save the work the world. Yeah,
- 51:31Speaker 2: and then there's second he does it reluctantly.
- 51:32Speaker 4: Weird rock creature that's with him. Like the trailer, I go,
- 51:36Speaker 4: this doesn't look good, but every person I talked to
- 51:39Speaker 4: I was like, oh my god, I'm so excited for it.
- 51:42Speaker 7: Yeah, and check this out that it cost two hundred
- 51:45Speaker 7: million dollars to make and made almost half of that
- 51:47Speaker 7: back the first weekend.
- 51:49Speaker 2: This is the only movie that I saw being promoted
- 51:51Speaker 2: well over a year ago. And when I saw the trailer,
- 51:54Speaker 2: I thought it looked good. And it says coming March
- 51:57Speaker 2: twenty twenty six, what really just want to get the work?
- 52:00Speaker 2: I guess promoted that.
- 52:02Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 52:02Speaker 7: Well it beat out the second place, which was sixty million.
- 52:05Speaker 7: That was Hoppers, which is still performing well for Disney
- 52:08Speaker 7: and Pixar. In its third weekend. Has anyone heard of
- 52:11Speaker 7: Durander The Revenge that debut and third Ready or Not
- 52:20Speaker 7: to Here I Come debuted in fourth and Reminders of
- 52:23Speaker 7: him rounded out the top five.
- 52:25Speaker 2: Yeah, I haven't seen. God, when's the last time we
- 52:27Speaker 2: went to the movie theater Greggs for me?
- 52:29Speaker 5: I was?
- 52:31Speaker 2: We all know that it was wicked my choice before
- 52:34Speaker 2: it was with you and we yea, Oh my god.
- 52:37Speaker 2: That about the sniper guy American?
- 52:40Speaker 5: Yeah, ten years ago, the one keeping him in business?
- 52:43Speaker 2: You know, I went to the anniversary screening of Back
- 52:46Speaker 2: to the Future.
- 52:47Speaker 5: That's pretty much it'll coming up. We got your chance
- 52:53Speaker 5: to win your five pack tickets to the Woodie Show
- 52:57Speaker 5: after hours takeover come up at Disney California Adventure Park.

- 53:07Speaker 5: I going to the woodieshow dot com? So get ready
- 53:11Speaker 5: to call him because when the time is right and
- 53:13Speaker 5: we tell you to call, the number you're gonna need
- 53:15Speaker 5: is eight seven seven Fouries. It's locale news with the
- 53:21Speaker 5: Woody Show. Yeah, let's get a headline called your home
- 53:25Speaker 5: here in the state of California.
- 53:26Speaker 2: Well, as we know, restaurants are supposed to be happy places,
- 53:29Speaker 2: but not. Yesterday afternoon at Zaia in downtown LA there
- 53:33Speaker 2: was a party that was just wrapping up when a
- 53:35Speaker 2: group of people started arguing. That led to a physical fight,
- 53:38Speaker 2: and the physical fight led to a stabbing. Oh so,
- 53:41Speaker 2: in total, four people got stabbed. Their injuries are considered
- 53:44Speaker 2: minor to moderate. And after that melee, or as we
- 53:47Speaker 2: call it, malie police arrested two people in connection with
- 53:51Speaker 2: that stabbing. And meanwhile, at Nissi Number two Bakery and
- 53:55Speaker 2: Cafe in Baldwin Park, they're now cleaning up after a
- 53:58Speaker 2: car crashed into the baker bakery early yesterday. The car
- 54:03Speaker 2: jumped the curbs, slammed right into the place, took a
- 54:05Speaker 2: huge chunk of the front wall off the building. It's
- 54:08Speaker 2: so popular, it is so popular. This happens it seems
- 54:11Speaker 2: once a week where a car's going into a business.
- 54:14Speaker 2: In this case, the driver was taken to the hospital
- 54:16Speaker 2: hospital to be checked out and then got mega arrested
- 54:19Speaker 2: for DUI.
- 54:20Speaker 7: Can I just tell you that I I passed a
- 54:22Speaker 7: bakery yesterday called Glutenous Maximus.
- 54:26Speaker 5: I like that.
- 54:28Speaker 2: Also, there's nothing. All of us here on the Woody
- 54:30Speaker 2: Show love more than a mural, And now we have
- 54:33Speaker 2: a new mural to fall in love with. It is
- 54:35Speaker 2: in Torrents and it honors the Dodgers. It's called Samurai
- 54:39Speaker 2: of the Diamond. It features shohe Otani and Yoshinobu Yamamoto
- 54:43Speaker 2: and it's going to be unveiled to the public tomorrow
- 54:45Speaker 2: morning at ten. It is a Yeah, Samurai of the Diamond.
- 54:51Speaker 5: Not Samurais. You're using stereotypes here, guys, Yeah, they're baseball player.
- 54:55Speaker 5: I don't think it's a racist mural.
- 54:57Speaker 2: If you want to see it, it's going to be
- 54:58Speaker 2: on the side of the twelve story Double Tree Hotel,
- 55:01Speaker 2: made entirely by freehand, which is pretty impressive. So no grids,
- 55:04Speaker 2: no projections, no stencils, just a freehand mural. The protesters
- 55:09Speaker 2: throwing soup on it.
- 55:12Speaker 4: I want to go check it out and get some cookies.
- 55:14Speaker 2: There you go, Double Tree. Well that's what's going on,
- 55:17Speaker 2: all right.
- 55:17Speaker 5: What about the forecast today, Sammy sunny.
- 55:19Speaker 9: Today, I have eighty one in the valley, eighty one
- 55:21Speaker 9: for downtown, seventy seven for Orange County, and sixties along
- 55:23Speaker 9: the coast.
- 55:25Speaker 6: The Woody Show.
- 55:27Speaker 5: Did you uh you see the story about the woman
- 55:33Speaker 5: like a meteor hit her house?
- 55:34Speaker 4: Oh?
- 55:35Speaker 10: Did you see that?
- 55:36Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 55:37Speaker 4: I got I got a clip of the woman on
- 55:39Speaker 4: the news too, but kind of lucky. Yeah you saw it, right?
- 55:42Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 55:42Speaker 7: I text and I really yeah. She's in Texas and
- 55:46Speaker 7: this was on Saturday and apparently a meteorite crashed their ceiling,
- 55:51Speaker 7: ricocheted around like a bouncy ball, and then it landed
- 55:54Speaker 7: next to her TV.
- 55:55Speaker 5: She sounded like her grandson or something out to go
- 55:57Speaker 5: check it out.
- 55:57Speaker 2: Who the hell is that?
- 55:58Speaker 11: A big boom to my grandson to go see what
- 56:01Speaker 11: it was. He come back and said, you have a
- 56:03Speaker 11: hole in the ceiling. The first thing I was mad,
- 56:06Speaker 11: I'm like, what didn't come through the ceiling? But then
- 56:08Speaker 11: when I saw the hole, then I saw the piece
- 56:12Speaker 11: on the hole on the floor and this, and then
- 56:15Speaker 11: I saw the rock and I'm like, oh no. I
- 56:17Speaker 11: said that looked like a media piece, And they said
- 56:20Speaker 11: they had reports that immediate.
- 56:22Speaker 2: Wait, so your first thought would be meteor?
- 56:24Speaker 5: Yeah, wow, how many times the meteor hit your house
- 56:27Speaker 5: that you would just have to say on the spot.
- 56:33Speaker 11: That's crazy, Like what like im media piece? And they
- 56:37Speaker 11: said they had reports that a meteor was over north
- 56:41Speaker 11: part of Houston and exploded and had pieces went out everywhere.
- 56:45Speaker 11: So they said, this probably is a meteor and I'm
- 56:48Speaker 11: definitely gonna keep it.
- 56:50Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 56:51Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 56:52Speaker 4: She was paying attention to the news, so that's why
- 56:54Speaker 4: it was top of mind.
- 56:56Speaker 5: But I thought it was after the fact that she
- 56:58Speaker 5: that she saw that on the news, like, oh, okay,
- 57:00Speaker 5: well that suspicion because the news wouldn't cover it before
- 57:04Speaker 5: it hit her house, you know what I mean, Like
- 57:05Speaker 5: there's things that you see all the time. You know,
- 57:07Speaker 5: it's like this meteor is like spend all day flying
- 57:09Speaker 5: around the Houston area, Yeah, and goes to this woman's house.
- 57:14Speaker 2: It's crazy.
- 57:15Speaker 5: I mean I've heard about people getting like, you know,
- 57:18Speaker 5: things that fall off of airplane ice and.
- 57:22Speaker 7: Yeah, something like that, or sewage from planes.
- 57:25Speaker 2: But this is kind of ripworthy because your insurance would
- 57:27Speaker 2: probably cover the repairs, right, and then you can sell
- 57:29Speaker 2: those things for stupid money.
- 57:31Speaker 7: I wonder, I mean, do our insurance claims they cover meteor?
- 57:35Speaker 2: I would hope, So I should look at you would
- 57:37Speaker 2: I would think for what insurance doesn't cost, is that
- 57:41Speaker 2: an active car?
- 57:42Speaker 5: Right, because you're gonna blame. Who's the insurance company. The
- 57:44Speaker 5: insurance company needs somebody to go after.
- 57:46Speaker 7: Insurance company that has those commercials with JK.
- 57:49Speaker 4: Simmons. It's like Farmers, We've covered it.
- 57:53Speaker 7: So I don't know if meteors that they're the one
- 57:55Speaker 7: to go to.
- 57:56Speaker 5: That's true, like anything insane.
- 57:57Speaker 2: The moose crashes through your window.
- 58:00Speaker 7: Exactly cover it.
- 58:01Speaker 5: Yeah, Well, there's a you know, insurance where there's a
- 58:06Speaker 5: flood or hey, you know they say like, oh, we
- 58:09Speaker 5: won't cover your house if an earthquake hits. But if
- 58:13Speaker 5: there's a fire that starts because of the damage from
- 58:16Speaker 5: the earthquake that burns your house down, your house is
- 58:18Speaker 5: covered because of the fire.
- 58:20Speaker 10: Got it?
- 58:21Speaker 2: Okay, isn't that weird? It's weird.
- 58:23Speaker 4: Meteor surprisingly affordable. You can get them for like twenty bucks.
- 58:28Speaker 2: I thought they were stupid.
- 58:29Speaker 4: But then there's a psycho.
- 58:39Speaker 2: Your mom's box who is getting we get on a
- 58:51Speaker 2: we get on a tear sometimes the wood.
- 58:57Speaker 5: So hope your weekend is good, getting back to it,
- 59:00Speaker 5: brand new week wood Greg Men Seed Mass, We got
- 59:05Speaker 5: Sammy Morgan to your phones open eight seven seven four Wooding.
- 59:10Speaker 5: You could text us over to two to nine eight
- 59:13Speaker 5: seven Men's Weekend.
- 59:15Speaker 4: Cheers and jeers. Well, the cheer is that I went
- 59:18Speaker 4: to a lot of events. But all the events that
- 59:20Speaker 4: I went to, it was very like nostalgic for me
- 59:24Speaker 4: because everybody ran to we're friends of mine for like
- 59:28Speaker 4: over twenty plus years, so it was just like cool
- 59:31Speaker 4: catching up with a like reunion weekend. Yeah, pretty much.
- 59:34Speaker 4: And then also just like the style of events like
- 59:36Speaker 4: comedy and then also a skateboarding event, which is you know,
- 59:40Speaker 4: something that would go to when I was a teenager,
- 59:43Speaker 4: So it was it was a lot of fun. And
- 59:45Speaker 4: then I think my jeers was just uh, this morning,
- 59:48Speaker 4: I woke up at like one am because I slept
- 59:50Speaker 4: on my arm and I was in such a good
- 59:53Speaker 4: deep sleep and then it took me like an hour
- 59:56Speaker 4: and a half to go back to bed.
- 59:57Speaker 5: So that I told you, it's so weird, like have
- 1:00:00Speaker 5: to use your other arm to pick up your's a
- 1:00:02Speaker 5: sleep because you want to move it and you just
- 1:00:05Speaker 5: can't or you can't like grip anything to you know. Yeah,
- 1:00:09Speaker 5: I try to turn the light off from my phone
- 1:00:10Speaker 5: and like, good luck, it wouldn't work.
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: Walk fat body was laying on and walked about to
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: a grocery store behind a guy who had a dead
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: arms this weekend that sucks. It's so weird, the Greggory
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: weekend cheers and jeers. I'm torn between two cheers, but
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: I'm gonna go with cheers. To meeting somebody out of
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: an estate sale that was really interesting. So I had
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: all these Yeah, Well, on my way to run a
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: bunch of errands with Mario, we see a sign for
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: an estate sale. We said, well, let's just pop in
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: and see what they got. So number one got a
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: le crousette Dutch oven and aston wallet got a screaming
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: good deal.
- 1:00:56Speaker 5: It ruled, but wasn't a weird being in the bad
- 1:00:58Speaker 5: part of town. Get it?
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: Get it. And then the woman who was running the
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: estate sale, her name was Kate and she's from Tasmania,
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: which is off the coast of Australia. I've never met
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: anybody from Tasmania. And as we're kind of leaving for
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: the day, she's like, are you Greg from the Woody Show.
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: She recently moved to the USA, said she had a
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: really difficult time acclimating and it was just a rough time,
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: and she said the Woody Show made her so happy.
- 1:01:28Speaker 4: How's your pie?
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: Australia. It was so strange, it was so interesting, and
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: that was really cool. Jeers too. Have you ever had
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: what I call an internal ZiT? Like I have a
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: ZiT like an undergrounder inside my nose and it hurts
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: like a mother effort and you can't do anything about it.
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: Anything in the vicinity of the nose. Those are always
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: even if they're not the undergrounders like they are the
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: most especially, and it's in the nostril somewhere up there and.
- 1:01:57Speaker 5: What they call the triangle of death too about Yeah,
- 1:02:00Speaker 5: I mean, I.
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: Can't reach it. I don't know where it is, but
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: it's just my stupid right nostrils. I thought about you, Greg.
- 1:02:06Speaker 5: I saw this story this guy in Cincinnati he recovered
- 1:02:09Speaker 5: his stolen Ford Raptor after locating it's custom wheels listed
- 1:02:14Speaker 5: for sale on Facebook market, so you know, somebody was psyched,
- 1:02:18Speaker 5: like I'm in the I'm in the market for some
- 1:02:21Speaker 5: custom wheels and they saw these and they go, wow,
- 1:02:23Speaker 5: that price is unbelievable, asking me questions.
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: I'll meet you at your storage locker.
- 1:02:27Speaker 5: Which Greg does all the time, like, oh, this microwave
- 1:02:29Speaker 5: they just retail for twelve hundred bucks is three dollars.
- 1:02:33Speaker 5: I got to reach you out a self storage facilitation,
- 1:02:36Speaker 5: so I.
- 1:02:36Speaker 4: Didn't tell you. I sold more stuff on Facebook Marketplace
- 1:02:39Speaker 4: and again I'm like, what am I doing?
- 1:02:43Speaker 5: You're making money and receiving stolen properties away GINI grad
- 1:02:49Speaker 5: weekend cheers and jeers.
- 1:02:50Speaker 7: Well, I got to do a quick turnaround weekend at
- 1:02:52Speaker 7: the San Diego Zoo Safari Park and it ruled. It
- 1:02:56Speaker 7: was to check out Elephant Valley. That's like their brand
- 1:02:59Speaker 7: new like attrack and just opened like a.
- 1:03:01Speaker 5: I saw a bunch of stuff with elephants. Oh, and
- 1:03:03Speaker 5: she either is one of these people who just loves
- 1:03:05Speaker 5: elephants I do like, or she's there with purpose.
- 1:03:07Speaker 14: Yeah, it's the Elephant Valley and it's it's wide open
- 1:03:10Speaker 14: and they like the little like babies like play in the.
- 1:03:13Speaker 5: Pool and it's the greatest you see one to take
- 1:03:15Speaker 5: a dump.
- 1:03:16Speaker 7: No, I want it so bad.
- 1:03:18Speaker 5: I feel like every time I'm not at a zoo
- 1:03:20Speaker 5: very often, I feel like every time I've been anywhere
- 1:03:23Speaker 5: where you're watching elephants, even like Disney's Animal Kingdom or
- 1:03:27Speaker 5: this kind of thing, like there's the elephant. For whatever reason,
- 1:03:31Speaker 5: maybe I'm like the brown noise, it just it poop
- 1:03:33Speaker 5: starts perfect and man, it's crazy.
- 1:03:36Speaker 7: It's I mean, the pile's got to be like up
- 1:03:37Speaker 7: to their knees.
- 1:03:38Speaker 5: Well no, because like when it's coming out, it looks
- 1:03:40Speaker 5: like it's pushing a telephone pole out.
- 1:03:42Speaker 4: Because it's just like So.
- 1:03:47Speaker 7: Fortunately didn't get to see that, but we did get
- 1:03:49Speaker 7: to do the actual Safari which I guess a lot
- 1:03:51Speaker 7: of the stuff for Jurassic Park is based on the
- 1:03:54Speaker 7: Safari Park, like when you like double air lock the
- 1:03:57Speaker 7: gates as you go in, and that was awesome. And
- 1:04:00Speaker 7: then oh, you get to go in the kangaroo enclosure
- 1:04:03Speaker 7: walk around with kangaroos.
- 1:04:04Speaker 3: Ews are pie ohous elephants typically defecated between twelve and
- 1:04:10Speaker 3: fifteen times a day, just.
- 1:04:12Speaker 4: Like Sammy, Sammy, Yeah, fat Sammy.
- 1:04:14Speaker 7: And then I really thought of you, what he because
- 1:04:17Speaker 7: afterwards we did the most whimsical thing and I thought
- 1:04:20Speaker 7: of you at the time and I said it out
- 1:04:21Speaker 7: loud that you would absolutely hate this. Went strawberry picking. Okay,
- 1:04:26Speaker 7: I'm gonna bring you guys strawberries tomorrow.
- 1:04:28Speaker 10: You're walking, yes, please?
- 1:04:30Speaker 7: So that was super fun.
- 1:04:32Speaker 5: I was walking through the Walmart parking lot yesterday. Didn't
- 1:04:34Speaker 5: have to pick them there was a guy, oh they
- 1:04:36Speaker 5: were selling.
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: It's a guy.
- 1:04:37Speaker 5: He's got a hand truck. He's got like pallettes and
- 1:04:39Speaker 5: palettes of strawberries.
- 1:04:41Speaker 3: Someone's gotta explain it to me, because you might imagine
- 1:04:42Speaker 3: as you might imagine as someone who's in parking lots
- 1:04:44Speaker 3: all the time. I see them everywhere, the produce sellers.
- 1:04:48Speaker 3: They'll be out of the back of a truck or
- 1:04:49Speaker 3: a hand cart. What's the economy behind that?
- 1:04:52Speaker 4: Why?
- 1:04:52Speaker 5: Yeah, you're at a grocery store that sells what you're
- 1:04:54Speaker 5: so but you're gonna get a much better deal, do
- 1:04:56Speaker 5: you know? Yeah, because the straw I forget what he
- 1:04:58Speaker 5: wanted for the palad of strawberry, but I felt like
- 1:05:00Speaker 5: I could get like two little plastic clam shells of
- 1:05:03Speaker 5: strawberries for that same price.
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: Was he doing that?
- 1:05:05Speaker 3: You know?
- 1:05:05Speaker 4: Menace is maybe you know, speaking of stof I'm pretty
- 1:05:07Speaker 4: sure didn't have a permit.
- 1:05:08Speaker 7: Yeah, eliminate the middle man, right, it's just the overhead.
- 1:05:11Speaker 3: But the Walmart has the giant trucks quantities, you know,
- 1:05:15Speaker 3: scale quantities, which is obviously the better deal. Like I
- 1:05:17Speaker 3: was at a farmer's market a couple of weeks ago.
- 1:05:19Speaker 3: The prices were not good because they don't have the
- 1:05:22Speaker 3: economy of scale that Walmart does.
- 1:05:23Speaker 5: But the parking lot guy basically given about you could
- 1:05:27Speaker 5: beat that Walmart and my jeers.
- 1:05:29Speaker 7: I always made fun of people for this. My mom
- 1:05:32Speaker 7: claims to have it, and I make fun of her.
- 1:05:34Speaker 7: I now believe that restless leg syndrome is real and
- 1:05:37Speaker 7: it's ruining my life.
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: You didn't think it was real?
- 1:05:39Speaker 10: No, do you ever?
- 1:05:40Speaker 14: I mean that you always do it moregan, but like especially,
- 1:05:44Speaker 14: it's like I was so exhausted and I was ready
- 1:05:46Speaker 14: for bed, like there's nothing that could go wrong, and
- 1:05:48Speaker 14: then my body just starts like sh like my legs
- 1:05:51Speaker 14: are shaking.
- 1:05:51Speaker 7: My feet are moving, like I can't live like this.
- 1:05:53Speaker 7: This has been going on for a while.
- 1:05:55Speaker 10: Your calories, Why wouldn't it be real.
- 1:05:58Speaker 4: It's like, oh, you can't.
- 1:05:59Speaker 10: Stop moving your leggs.
- 1:06:00Speaker 7: You need drugs. Do a couple of stretches and you'll
- 1:06:02Speaker 7: be fine. I got out of bed into jumping jacks
- 1:06:05Speaker 7: because I thought it would help, but it didn't.
- 1:06:08Speaker 10: Do I need to roofy myself constantly.
- 1:06:10Speaker 7: They have medication for that, but do you really need
- 1:06:12Speaker 7: to be MEDICATD?
- 1:06:15Speaker 5: What is that?
- 1:06:15Speaker 2: Like a nerve damn today.
- 1:06:17Speaker 7: It's a neurological thing. But I think I don't know,
- 1:06:20Speaker 7: I feel it like I saw.
- 1:06:21Speaker 4: I know I'm about to fall asleep. I'll give like
- 1:06:23Speaker 4: one kick. It's not it's not restless.
- 1:06:25Speaker 7: Well that's normal, right, that's like from our caveman thing,
- 1:06:28Speaker 7: like feeling we're gonna fall out of a tree.
- 1:06:30Speaker 4: But I just like grow crazy.
- 1:06:33Speaker 7: I can't live like that. Wow yeah, so uh yeah,
- 1:06:36Speaker 7: if I need to be medicated, please let me know
- 1:06:38Speaker 7: what to take.
- 1:06:39Speaker 5: Sea Bass Weekend cheers and jeers.
- 1:06:41Speaker 3: Greg cheers Amazon Prime Video. I know, right, get I
- 1:06:47Speaker 3: can't across forget who recommended this or how. But there's
- 1:06:49Speaker 3: this movie from a few years ago that Greg and
- 1:06:52Speaker 3: Wood he would love called Ce Sue Si s U.
- 1:06:55Speaker 5: It's a It's about a finish gold prospector runs into
- 1:07:00Speaker 5: the Nazis and the revenge is at at is a
- 1:07:03Speaker 5: dish served piping hot the whole movie line, and it's
- 1:07:07Speaker 5: all about this old man just kicking the crap out
- 1:07:09Speaker 5: of Nazis.
- 1:07:09Speaker 4: For the entire movie. There's a few things that are
- 1:07:11Speaker 4: a bit unrealistic.
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: Oh no, I mean it's a movie.
- 1:07:13Speaker 3: That's what I hate that see A first, I hate
- 1:07:15Speaker 3: that excuse. Movies exist in a universe, and then the
- 1:07:17Speaker 3: universe has rules. The rules of Finland and at the
- 1:07:21Speaker 3: end of World War two are different than the rules
- 1:07:23Speaker 3: of Jack Reacher, are different than the rules of the
- 1:07:25Speaker 3: Marvel universe, and you want and you have to operate
- 1:07:28Speaker 3: within those rules or else it seems unbelievable, So that
- 1:07:32Speaker 3: I do not accept that excuse whatsoever.
- 1:07:34Speaker 5: Are There are plenty of things in movies that are unbelievable,
- 1:07:37Speaker 5: right there are. There are down to like even like
- 1:07:39Speaker 5: really simple the way people have phone conversations. Nobody ever
- 1:07:42Speaker 5: says goodbye.
- 1:07:42Speaker 3: That's not That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking
- 1:07:44Speaker 3: about where you clearly violate the laws of whatever universe
- 1:07:47Speaker 3: you're in regardless. Uh So, that was very cool to see.
- 1:07:50Speaker 3: Csu SI s you you put it on your list.
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: I will watch from a few years ago. You'll love it.
- 1:07:55Speaker 3: Jeers too, Amazon Prime. Because I just so happened to
- 1:08:00Speaker 3: get my yearly subscription thing, I was like one hundred
- 1:08:02Speaker 3: and fifty.
- 1:08:03Speaker 5: Yeah, I'd Warren greg about that. I said, I just
- 1:08:06Speaker 5: read how they were going to raise the price. Oh good,
- 1:08:08Speaker 5: exactly because it popped up in my little bill. Things
- 1:08:10Speaker 5: like what did I spend on hundred and fifty dollars?
- 1:08:11Speaker 4: Oh that just the year. And then of course I
- 1:08:13Speaker 4: quickly saw, well, am I is it worth twelve or
- 1:08:15Speaker 4: thirteen bucks a month?
- 1:08:16Speaker 3: And yeah it is because I like overall, Yeah, because
- 1:08:19Speaker 3: everything is otherwise they charge you. Look at the shipping
- 1:08:21Speaker 3: they would have charged you, and it's like ten bucks
- 1:08:23Speaker 3: per box, right.
- 1:08:24Speaker 5: Amazon Prime Video is what I use. I think the
- 1:08:28Speaker 5: least to matter between all the different streaming service to
- 1:08:32Speaker 5: me because of the stuff I seem to see and
- 1:08:34Speaker 5: find on there is what used to be.
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: In those bargain bin of DVDs.
- 1:08:39Speaker 5: Yeah, where it's like they were just trying to get.
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: Rid of it, find these little gems. I'm telling you,
- 1:08:43Speaker 2: I agree, most nothing that you want.
- 1:08:44Speaker 5: It was like everything, most of it you would buy
- 1:08:47Speaker 5: it almost because you needed an extra case for another
- 1:08:50Speaker 5: DVD that you really like.
- 1:08:51Speaker 3: Oh, speaking of speaking of that style of shopping, I'm
- 1:08:55Speaker 3: going to give a second year. Sorry, I'm jumping in
- 1:08:57Speaker 3: here to the Amazon Prime Video stores that GENA want
- 1:09:00Speaker 3: to recently bought a bunch of expired fo Yeah, I
- 1:09:02Speaker 3: was one.
- 1:09:03Speaker 4: I was rock walking around this weekend.
- 1:09:04Speaker 3: Oh there's one of those things I should check it
- 1:09:06Speaker 3: out Greg. It was big lots depressing to the most
- 1:09:12Speaker 3: gross just pig troughs. It's worse. I would rather go shop,
- 1:09:18Speaker 3: quite frankly, I would well ri ip big lots. But
- 1:09:22Speaker 3: any good will is better, like laid out more useful things.
- 1:09:25Speaker 7: It's just and the people there are very sullen.
- 1:09:32Speaker 5: It's depressing because the people there's like like shipless, like
- 1:09:35Speaker 5: if you like idiocracy zombies.
- 1:09:39Speaker 7: But I did get an totally packaged Christmas tree for
- 1:09:42Speaker 7: six dollars.
- 1:09:44Speaker 5: For the restless leg Check any medications you are taking
- 1:09:47Speaker 5: for symptoms. I was taking over the counter medication for allergies,
- 1:09:50Speaker 5: and that's when my restless legs started.
- 1:09:52Speaker 2: I stopped. I stopped taking it, and the rest is
- 1:09:54Speaker 2: like went a.
- 1:09:55Speaker 3: Well, oh it's second second jeers. Until the Amazon Prime
- 1:09:59Speaker 3: it as the cost. I'm still getting ads and I'm
- 1:10:01Speaker 3: watching these videos.
- 1:10:02Speaker 5: What Yeah, because there's different levels now with the Amazon
- 1:10:05Speaker 5: Prime exactly apparently not like there's there's to get. The
- 1:10:10Speaker 5: commercial free one is even more cast hi audience.
- 1:10:17Speaker 2: The Amazon Prime video is Oscar worthy material when you
- 1:10:21Speaker 2: compare it to to B which I've been watching. Yeah,
- 1:10:23Speaker 2: those movies are so weird. We can get a movie
- 1:10:26Speaker 2: on TV, of course, but it's fun to watch and
- 1:10:29Speaker 2: their ads are like ten seconds long.
- 1:10:30Speaker 4: It's like TV movies from the seventies.
- 1:10:32Speaker 3: I know.
- 1:10:32Speaker 2: It rules. Sammy weekend cheers and jeers.
- 1:10:35Speaker 9: Okay, so my cheers is my friends came into town
- 1:10:38Speaker 9: and uh so we did it like double date kind
- 1:10:40Speaker 9: of all day on Saturday. We went to lunch and
- 1:10:42Speaker 9: went to different bars and got drinks and stuff, and
- 1:10:44Speaker 9: then we went to a big comedy show and it
- 1:10:46Speaker 9: ruled and it was the best and I had a
- 1:10:48Speaker 9: lot of fun.
- 1:10:49Speaker 8: And my jeers is that I.
- 1:10:52Speaker 9: Accidentally like flooded steamboat Willie's shower, like it overflowed.
- 1:10:59Speaker 7: I like that sandower, not stand up shower. And it's no,
- 1:11:04Speaker 7: it's possible.
- 1:11:05Speaker 8: I mean, it's possible that it's my fault, but I
- 1:11:07Speaker 8: don't know.
- 1:11:08Speaker 9: So there was a little face towel that was on
- 1:11:13Speaker 9: the floor in the shower and it was covering the
- 1:11:16Speaker 9: drain and I had turned the shower on.
- 1:11:23Speaker 4: We're not finished.
- 1:11:24Speaker 9: I turn on the shower intending to get in it
- 1:11:26Speaker 9: and move the face howl, and but then I was like,
- 1:11:29Speaker 9: I'm gonna brush my teeth while this warms up. So
- 1:11:32Speaker 9: I brushed my teeth while the water heated up, and
- 1:11:34Speaker 9: by the time I got in, it was about halfway
- 1:11:37Speaker 9: ish full of water.
- 1:11:38Speaker 10: And I moved the towel, thinking it's all just going
- 1:11:40Speaker 10: to go down the drain.
- 1:11:42Speaker 11: It didn't.
- 1:11:43Speaker 9: And then I'm now I'm showering and I have shampoo
- 1:11:45Speaker 9: my hair and everything, and I noticed that it's gotten
- 1:11:48Speaker 9: so high that now it's to the top and.
- 1:11:50Speaker 8: Pushing out where the door is onto the floor.
- 1:11:54Speaker 5: But yes, so when you realize that the water was
- 1:11:56Speaker 5: we hadn't gotten in the shower yet, right, And then
- 1:11:59Speaker 5: you took they and realized it wasn't really draining that fast.
- 1:12:01Speaker 5: You still just went in and did your shower thing.
- 1:12:04Speaker 5: Why not turn the shower off wait for it to
- 1:12:06Speaker 5: go down? Then the water's already ready.
- 1:12:07Speaker 8: To go so and you just resumed, Sure, because I
- 1:12:10Speaker 8: thought it was just going to go down.
- 1:12:11Speaker 9: It's a drain, right, even though the water's coming out.
- 1:12:14Speaker 9: I thought it would still drain, it would keep up
- 1:12:16Speaker 9: with the new wy exactly.
- 1:12:18Speaker 2: And why turn the shower on when the towel's still
- 1:12:20Speaker 2: sitting there? Why couldn't you just reach over and pick
- 1:12:22Speaker 2: it up.
- 1:12:23Speaker 9: No, I could have, but I, like I said, I
- 1:12:26Speaker 9: was going to get in right away. That was my
- 1:12:28Speaker 9: initial plan was all just when I get in the shower, pick.
- 1:12:31Speaker 8: It up operator error, right, And then I didn't get
- 1:12:34Speaker 8: in right away.
- 1:12:35Speaker 5: Well, somebody slow drains, man. So I got like, you
- 1:12:37Speaker 5: put that draino down there? Everyone a while take that bit.
- 1:12:40Speaker 9: Yeah, I mean I put draino down it after the fact.
- 1:12:43Speaker 9: It's not it's helpful because it was full and not draining.
- 1:12:46Speaker 9: But could the towel being over that to begin with
- 1:12:49Speaker 9: have caused a backup?
- 1:12:50Speaker 2: Sure?
- 1:12:51Speaker 5: Yeah, But then once the towels removed, any slow, any
- 1:12:54Speaker 5: slow draining from that point would be because of the
- 1:12:56Speaker 5: crap that's already in there. Yeah, it just needs cleared out.
- 1:12:58Speaker 5: But it's already it's already slow drain.
- 1:13:02Speaker 8: But it was a slow draining previous to that. He
- 1:13:06Speaker 8: was like, I've had zero issues.
- 1:13:08Speaker 5: If you can't chug down a bunch of water that
- 1:13:11Speaker 5: is built up because of the you know, the the
- 1:13:14Speaker 5: towel whatever and eating the draining once it's removed, if
- 1:13:18Speaker 5: it can't just take it straight down, then yes, there
- 1:13:20Speaker 5: is something.
- 1:13:20Speaker 2: In there's building up. Yeah, stomp in that. Yeah, baby
- 1:13:24Speaker 2: hair in.
- 1:13:25Speaker 10: The shower because that's a girl thing too.
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:13:27Speaker 10: But I'm not. I mean at his place enough for.
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: What he made you do all the draino stuff.
- 1:13:33Speaker 10: Huh no, he did the drain.
- 1:13:36Speaker 3: I'll pre empt the texts. We don't use draina in showers.
- 1:13:38Speaker 3: It's bad for PVC and.
- 1:13:40Speaker 10: Not like poop.
- 1:13:41Speaker 4: I certainly do, of course you do.
- 1:13:43Speaker 2: Yeah, also flush champons. I'll say this.
- 1:13:46Speaker 3: There's something called the green gobbler or green goblin, whatever
- 1:13:48Speaker 3: it is. It's an enzyme based cleaner and it's great
- 1:13:50Speaker 3: for poop.
- 1:13:51Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm assuming you use that like an
- 1:13:56Speaker 5: r VS and stuff. Yes, buses, that's for poop. We're
- 1:13:59Speaker 5: talking about like hair and you get the stuff.
- 1:14:01Speaker 4: Also, draino is not good for hair.
- 1:14:02Speaker 2: Also, Yeah, I've heard that from plumbers to think, oh,
- 1:14:05Speaker 2: don't use drain oh.
- 1:14:06Speaker 5: Yeah, because they want you to call them, have them
- 1:14:08Speaker 5: come out little.
- 1:14:09Speaker 9: But I've heard that it's like boil water and pour
- 1:14:12Speaker 9: the boiling water down and then get a plunger and
- 1:14:14Speaker 9: plunge it.
- 1:14:15Speaker 10: Yeah, get your auger out.
- 1:14:18Speaker 2: The woody show.
- 1:14:20Speaker 5: All right. So now you got me thinking about all
- 1:14:22Speaker 5: these things that not supposed to use draino on your piping,
- 1:14:25Speaker 5: you know whatever, But we do anyway, like.
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: Not supposed to eat rock cookie dough do that?
- 1:14:31Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm not supposed to pop pimples. Yeah, do that?
- 1:14:36Speaker 2: We do that. We do that all the time.
- 1:14:38Speaker 4: I'm not supposed to plush champons.
- 1:14:39Speaker 5: And you had the problem with that once and it
- 1:14:42Speaker 5: was like a very old house.
- 1:14:43Speaker 10: But the problem happened every so often. But for the
- 1:14:46Speaker 10: most part.
- 1:14:51Speaker 2: I have to deal with Yeah, just not that.
- 1:14:55Speaker 5: It's got to be thinking about like all these things
- 1:14:57Speaker 5: that you're not supposed to do what you do.
- 1:14:59Speaker 2: But you know, I just saw a thing.
- 1:15:03Speaker 5: They were asking auto mechanics and they were saying, hey,
- 1:15:09Speaker 5: is it a bad idea to top off at the
- 1:15:12Speaker 5: gas part?
- 1:15:13Speaker 2: And all of them said yes. Really again like there shouldn't.
- 1:15:16Speaker 5: Shouldn't do it like the minute it clicks, just put
- 1:15:19Speaker 5: it back because there's there's something in there that's built
- 1:15:22Speaker 5: into I forget what it's called. It's some kind of
- 1:15:25Speaker 5: like not overflow or I don't know what it is.
- 1:15:29Speaker 2: I forget what they all have.
- 1:15:29Speaker 5: They all have the same basic answer about how you're
- 1:15:31Speaker 5: going to mess that up and then that's going to
- 1:15:33Speaker 5: be an expensive repair. But like, dude, I've been if
- 1:15:37Speaker 5: I have that weird thing about it's got to be
- 1:15:39Speaker 5: the closest.
- 1:15:40Speaker 2: Quarter or hole dollar because you're normal.
- 1:15:43Speaker 5: Twenty five fifty seventy five whole dollar. Yes, like I
- 1:15:46Speaker 5: will spill gas, maybe not today at these.
- 1:15:48Speaker 2: Prices, not these prices liquid gold, but you know, like
- 1:15:52Speaker 2: a spill gas on the ground before I allowed not.
- 1:15:55Speaker 3: To be to the closest twenty five cents. Like some
- 1:15:59Speaker 3: psychopaths grease down the drain. Yeah, apartments where that's happened.
- 1:16:05Speaker 3: And it's a nightmare because that does it does coagulate
- 1:16:08Speaker 3: and clog.
- 1:16:08Speaker 7: And you know what they say to do, Put a
- 1:16:09Speaker 7: piece of tinfoil over your drain and pour it in,
- 1:16:14Speaker 7: let it solidify, and then throw it away.
- 1:16:16Speaker 11: Sure.
- 1:16:16Speaker 5: Yeah you can also port it into a jar.
- 1:16:18Speaker 2: I haven't.
- 1:16:18Speaker 5: Yeah, we do that, yeah, like some sort of receptacle,
- 1:16:22Speaker 5: you know, Like I always thought, like, you know, it'd
- 1:16:24Speaker 5: be a good idea, would be to And I don't
- 1:16:27Speaker 5: do this because I don't put the grease down the drain.
- 1:16:32Speaker 5: But what I will do is I will pour it
- 1:16:34Speaker 5: into like if you have like an old jar of
- 1:16:36Speaker 5: some kind, because my my parents always had one.
- 1:16:38Speaker 2: Underneath the sink. Oh really, grease jar. Yeah, it was
- 1:16:41Speaker 2: a grease jar.
- 1:16:42Speaker 10: And then what do you do with it, Well, you
- 1:16:43Speaker 10: wait for it to fill up.
- 1:16:45Speaker 2: The whole thing.
- 1:16:46Speaker 7: Remember we had you came to my house and we
- 1:16:48Speaker 7: had one, and you smelled it because you thought it
- 1:16:50Speaker 7: was a candle.
- 1:16:52Speaker 2: I don't know that.
- 1:16:57Speaker 4: Wickless disgust. I do have a question going back to
- 1:17:01Speaker 4: the gas real quick. They say not to fill gas
- 1:17:04Speaker 4: while your car is running, but race cars do it
- 1:17:06Speaker 4: all the time. I think that's like using your cell
- 1:17:08Speaker 4: phone an airplane mode.
- 1:17:09Speaker 7: I don't think it just doesn't seem like a good idea.
- 1:17:12Speaker 2: Yeah, you would think that.
- 1:17:14Speaker 5: Yeah, gas stations would be gone up in flames left
- 1:17:16Speaker 5: and right all the time.
- 1:17:17Speaker 7: And they say don't use your phone while you're you know,
- 1:17:19Speaker 7: pumping gas, which, like, am I going to get electrocuted? Yeah?
- 1:17:23Speaker 3: Apparently if you apparently, if you over if you top
- 1:17:26Speaker 3: off your guests tank, it's just going on the ground. Basically,
- 1:17:29Speaker 3: you've got an overflow of protector.
- 1:17:31Speaker 4: Now.
- 1:17:31Speaker 5: Yeah, but there's something that runs back into something.
- 1:17:34Speaker 4: That charcoal filters.
- 1:17:36Speaker 5: Yeah it's okay. Yeah, you also that that's designed for
- 1:17:39Speaker 5: accidents essentially. Yeah, and then you will mess that up.
- 1:17:42Speaker 5: And I guess if that gets messed up, that's a
- 1:17:44Speaker 5: really expensive repair. It's designed to catch the excess, and
- 1:17:47Speaker 5: you're just if you keep overflowing it, you're just waist.
- 1:17:49Speaker 5: Not supposed to use bar soap like on your face,
- 1:17:51Speaker 5: and you're you're not supposed to use the wash your hair.
- 1:17:54Speaker 2: Like just read somewhere recently. You're you're supposed to just
- 1:17:57Speaker 2: lather up with the bar slope all over your hands
- 1:18:00Speaker 2: and then use your hands on your body. You're not
- 1:18:01Speaker 2: supposed to put this bar soap directly on your body
- 1:18:04Speaker 2: and rub.
- 1:18:05Speaker 7: Here's what I don't understand. I don't think I've ever
- 1:18:08Speaker 7: used a bar of soap a shower. Yeah, but if
- 1:18:11Speaker 7: it's anti bacterial soap, how would bacteria survive on a
- 1:18:14Speaker 7: bar of soap?
- 1:18:15Speaker 2: Who cares? Right?
- 1:18:16Speaker 5: But that's the reason you're not supposed to rub it.
- 1:18:18Speaker 5: I thought it was because like your body, like just
- 1:18:20Speaker 5: rubbing on your body like that wouldn't create enough lather.
- 1:18:23Speaker 5: I guess activating the lather Irish Spring created.
- 1:18:28Speaker 2: If I'm going to use.
- 1:18:29Speaker 5: If I'm going to use bar soap, I will go
- 1:18:31Speaker 5: Irish spring for sure.
- 1:18:32Speaker 4: Oh god, yeah, Apparently it's because it's too harsh, very like.
- 1:18:36Speaker 7: A dude thing to use, like a bar of soap.
- 1:18:38Speaker 4: I mean, I, well, you use that lava soap, right,
- 1:18:41Speaker 4: It's just basically like sandpaper.
- 1:18:43Speaker 2: And shower gel doesn't lather, get it? Yeah?
- 1:18:47Speaker 5: It does?
- 1:18:48Speaker 6: Hate it?
- 1:18:48Speaker 2: It does if you put it on a on a
- 1:18:50Speaker 2: wash cloth or but I'm not ninety so depression era.
- 1:18:56Speaker 5: But you are gay, so use a poof. I won't
- 1:18:58Speaker 5: use a poof.
- 1:18:59Speaker 2: It's gay.
- 1:19:00Speaker 7: Don't you want to admit to explore hate?
- 1:19:01Speaker 5: Because you said because you said they're too scratched, they scratch.
- 1:19:04Speaker 3: Well and theia yeah they saw yeah, the watchcloth man
- 1:19:08Speaker 3: like this.
- 1:19:10Speaker 5: It's it's a Dove men's liquid soap. And I think
- 1:19:14Speaker 5: it's men just because the of the scent, because like,
- 1:19:17Speaker 5: no chick would be caught dead with this like scent
- 1:19:20Speaker 5: like pine.
- 1:19:21Speaker 4: No, No, it's just not floral okay.
- 1:19:24Speaker 5: Okay, yeah, something called fresh or whatever so like, and
- 1:19:29Speaker 5: it comes out blue in color, so it's.
- 1:19:32Speaker 2: For men.
- 1:19:32Speaker 5: It's so a couple of pumps of that greg on
- 1:19:36Speaker 5: and it's kind of like balled up a little bit
- 1:19:38Speaker 5: and that thing is like just full on crazy amount
- 1:19:41Speaker 5: of leather to where I feel like maybe I used
- 1:19:43Speaker 5: too much?
- 1:19:44Speaker 10: Is this weird? The soap I used right now? It's
- 1:19:46Speaker 10: a bar soap, but the outside it's covered.
- 1:19:48Speaker 4: In sheep wool.
- 1:19:50Speaker 7: Oh I've done that before. You actually are supposed to, yeah,
- 1:19:55Speaker 7: like the Farmer's Market.
- 1:19:55Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:19:56Speaker 10: I think when the soap is done, then it's done.
- 1:19:58Speaker 7: But it's more did you you mean like more than
- 1:20:00Speaker 7: one time?
- 1:20:01Speaker 2: I mean like when the soap wittles down to I'll
- 1:20:04Speaker 2: just toss.
- 1:20:04Speaker 10: It and it's just going to be sheep. But it's weird.
- 1:20:07Speaker 10: When I'm in the show, I'm like rubbing the sheep.
- 1:20:08Speaker 7: Yeah, like I got one of those.
- 1:20:10Speaker 2: Wait, so it sounds kind of cool.
- 1:20:11Speaker 10: Wait so uh it's from New Zealand.
- 1:20:14Speaker 5: But the.
- 1:20:17Speaker 2: Covering or whatever, the sheep whatever.
- 1:20:19Speaker 10: It's just like fuzzy hair.
- 1:20:21Speaker 5: So it's basically a washcloth or a poof that you don't.
- 1:20:23Speaker 2: That's clean it.
- 1:20:25Speaker 10: I dry it like I put it off to the side.
- 1:20:27Speaker 5: Saying but I like you like you rub it on
- 1:20:30Speaker 5: your box and stuff like no, no, no.
- 1:20:32Speaker 10: But no, you're not supposed to go that deeper things anyway.
- 1:20:37Speaker 2: Find and how do you clean in your in like
- 1:20:39Speaker 2: the inside of.
- 1:20:40Speaker 5: Your ass, crack your nooks and cranny do you how do.
- 1:20:42Speaker 2: You how do you clean their nooks and crannies with
- 1:20:44Speaker 2: just water?
- 1:20:45Speaker 10: Well for my lady, just water.
- 1:20:47Speaker 7: Yeah, you don't get you.
- 1:20:50Speaker 6: Don't use not in it, But I mean you're right,
- 1:20:53Speaker 6: you'll use soapy right, so that then how do you
- 1:20:55Speaker 6: get in there going inside with anything?
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: No?
- 1:20:57Speaker 2: No, but how do you get in your ass? Crack?
- 1:20:59Speaker 10: Just what about the if you take one? I mean,
- 1:21:02Speaker 10: how do we all do it? Don't we?
- 1:21:04Speaker 2: Yeah? I think, But I'm not rubbed like in other words,
- 1:21:07Speaker 2: I'm not going to like this thing is a bar? Right?
- 1:21:09Speaker 10: Use that butt?
- 1:21:10Speaker 4: That question? That was?
- 1:21:12Speaker 2: That was the question you have? Like butt soap?
- 1:21:15Speaker 10: I have body wash.
- 1:21:16Speaker 4: That's what I use.
- 1:21:17Speaker 5: A lad gather some of the lather from the other
- 1:21:19Speaker 5: part and then just use to put your hand in,
- 1:21:21Speaker 5: you know, like you.
- 1:21:22Speaker 7: Make those beards in the hot.
- 1:21:23Speaker 10: But no, the bar soap, I don't.
- 1:21:24Speaker 2: Yeah, do you wash your Do you wash your ass
- 1:21:27Speaker 2: with your bare hand? Greg?
- 1:21:28Speaker 5: Uh? No?
- 1:21:29Speaker 2: I do the bar of soap on the whole body?
- 1:21:31Speaker 2: Use the same bar everywhere, but the bar between your cheeks.
- 1:21:35Speaker 4: Sure you do?
- 1:21:36Speaker 7: Yeah, you got was?
- 1:21:38Speaker 4: I don't care erosion, but it's just your soap?
- 1:21:41Speaker 7: Or do you have Mario's share soap?
- 1:21:42Speaker 2: That's the one soap in the shower.
- 1:21:46Speaker 5: I'm surprised that Mario uses bar soap. He seems too
- 1:21:49Speaker 5: fancy for that.
- 1:21:50Speaker 2: He likes Irish spring just like shocking.
- 1:21:52Speaker 5: That's kind of shocking, right the guy who buys like
- 1:21:54Speaker 5: a five hundred dollars face crey.
- 1:21:58Speaker 2: No. Back to the cars and the gas thing I put.
- 1:22:02Speaker 5: On evapp system, by the way, I thank you people
- 1:22:04Speaker 5: are on the evapp and this charcoal thing that Sea
- 1:22:06Speaker 5: Bass produ Those are the two things that all these
- 1:22:08Speaker 5: mechanics were mentioning.
- 1:22:09Speaker 2: That is why you'd never top off. I put mechanics
- 1:22:11Speaker 2: and surgeons in the same category. I'm in awe of them.
- 1:22:16Speaker 2: How are you and how do you understand that?
- 1:22:19Speaker 7: And especially these days, you can't just wrench on your
- 1:22:21Speaker 7: own car because it's all they were.
- 1:22:24Speaker 2: You know what they're doing.
- 1:22:25Speaker 5: It's a whole series. I somehow got in the algorithm.
- 1:22:27Speaker 5: But one of the other questions they were asking is
- 1:22:30Speaker 5: now these days, what is considered high mileage? They say
- 1:22:33Speaker 5: it gets lower by the year because the cars are
- 1:22:35Speaker 5: being manufactured, so things only last as long as the
- 1:22:38Speaker 5: warranty does. So that way you know they're they're building
- 1:22:41Speaker 5: in much like Apple did with the batteries and bad
- 1:22:45Speaker 5: do an update and never all of a sudden, everybody
- 1:22:47Speaker 5: had to go update to the new or go get
- 1:22:48Speaker 5: the new phone because now this one, all of a
- 1:22:50Speaker 5: sudden is super slow. Remember they were doing that intentionally
- 1:22:52Speaker 5: and they got busted. Uh so car companies and stuff.
- 1:22:56Speaker 5: They're manufacturing these cars, so that of course you need
- 1:22:58Speaker 5: to go what are you gonna do? You're gonna bring
- 1:23:00Speaker 5: it back to the maintenance place at the dealership. They
- 1:23:02Speaker 5: make money that way. It makes when they say follow
- 1:23:05Speaker 5: the money, that makes the most sense. That makes the
- 1:23:07Speaker 5: most sense. But they said back, you know before it
- 1:23:09Speaker 5: would be like three hundred thousand, Oh yeah, three hundred
- 1:23:12Speaker 5: and fifty thousand. Then it's got down about two hundred thousand.
- 1:23:15Speaker 5: But now it's they said, about as long as you're
- 1:23:18Speaker 5: your warranty last then.
- 1:23:19Speaker 2: But really it's the same with old appliance.
- 1:23:21Speaker 7: Yeah, that's what I was going to say. Have you
- 1:23:23Speaker 7: seen that meme about the refrigerator that's like new appliances
- 1:23:25Speaker 7: break within two years, and then the nineteen.
- 1:23:28Speaker 4: Eighties frigerator still going.
- 1:23:29Speaker 7: I will outlive you and everyone you love. I am eternal,
- 1:23:31Speaker 7: I am time itself.
- 1:23:32Speaker 2: It's true, it is one hundred that's true. But they
- 1:23:35Speaker 2: said in general about one hundred and twenty to one
- 1:23:38Speaker 2: hundred and fifty thousand. Then that's high mileage.
- 1:23:40Speaker 5: Yeah wow yeah, eight seven seven forty four Woody text
- 1:23:44Speaker 5: us over to two two nine eight seven.
- 1:23:46Speaker 2: You guys want to play guess Who's gas?

- 1:24:30Speaker 2: happening with the sports?
- 1:24:31Speaker 4: What's happening?
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: Good morning, Woody Show.
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: Our Lakers made it nine in a row over the
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: weekend thanks to Luke Canard Marcus Smart Booker Cunard doing
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: the game shot, what a shot man. Lakers are in
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: Detroit today. The good news is Lakers will have Luca
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: in the lineup. You know, he's supposed to be suspended,
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: but his technical foul was rescinded. The reason it was
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: rescinded is because what an Orlando player said to Luca
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: to make him react that way.
- 1:25:00Speaker 4: So what did this player say, Let's let Luca explain.
- 1:25:03Speaker 2: He said in my whole family. Yeah, well there's that.
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: That's a lot and I would probably react the same
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: way Luca did. Again, the great news Luca will be
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: in the lineup today with the Lakers face Detroit at
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: four pm. Moving on to the Clippers. They beat the
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: MAVs over the weekend. Clippers hosting the Bucks tonight at
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: Into a Dome. Baseball Dodgers beat up on the Angels
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: thirteen to five Freeway Series continues today at Dodger Stadium
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: six ten pm. NHL Buffalo. Last night in overtime, try
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: T King's lost to the Mammoth four to three in overtime.
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: Last night March Madness, UCLA men are out of the tournament.
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: They lost by sixteen last night to Yukon and you
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: know what, man, it's time for UCLA to get rid
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: of their coach.
- 1:25:46Speaker 2: The dude is just way, way too much man.
- 1:25:48Speaker 4: Moving on to the number one seeded UCLA women.
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: They played today against Oklahoma State seven pm at Pauley Pavilion.
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: And the Lady Trojans of USC played number one South
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: Carolina this afternoon.
- 1:25:59Speaker 2: MLS LAFC one again.
- 1:26:01Speaker 4: They haven't allowed a goal in MLS all season.
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: And my galaxy tied up in Portland and finally Angel
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: CITYFC one as well.
- 1:26:08Speaker 2: Have a great Monday. I'm JEFFG.
- 1:26:10Speaker 4: And that's a SoCal sport. There is Jeff GG.
- 1:26:17Speaker 2: The Woody Show.
- 1:26:19Speaker 5: Right back into eight seven seven forty four Woody if
- 1:26:22Speaker 5: you want to play our dumbass contest eight seven seven
- 1:26:27Speaker 5: four Wooding.
- 1:26:28Speaker 2: I was reading this thing.
- 1:26:29Speaker 5: For thousands of years, humans have laughed the same simple.
- 1:26:33Speaker 2: Joke, flatulence, even in the old timy day.
- 1:26:37Speaker 5: The humor goes all the way back to ancient Samaria.
- 1:26:40Speaker 5: Really What's Samaria, where one of the earliest recorded jokes
- 1:26:43Speaker 5: involved flatulence. Modern psychologists say the reason why many men
- 1:26:48Speaker 5: still find it funny comes down to what is called
- 1:26:50Speaker 5: the benign violation effect, A heart breaks social rules about manners,
- 1:26:55Speaker 5: but poses no real threat, so the brain quickly turns
- 1:26:58Speaker 5: that moment of shock into laughter wayfect sense. Studies have
- 1:27:03Speaker 5: also found that people who pass gas loudly can be
- 1:27:06Speaker 5: perceived as funnier, especially when it happens accidentally.
- 1:27:10Speaker 2: True it's like a church or something.
- 1:27:12Speaker 5: The humor fades though if it seems intentional or mean spirited,
- 1:27:17Speaker 5: like how could a fart be mean.
- 1:27:19Speaker 4: Spirit Well, he could fart in somebody's face. Okay, I
- 1:27:22Speaker 4: did see it, pretty funny, although I laughed at it.
- 1:27:24Speaker 5: There was this dance move that was all over social
- 1:27:28Speaker 5: media where like like the you stand in front of
- 1:27:32Speaker 5: the person, put your arms kind of like back behind you.
- 1:27:35Speaker 2: The person's supposed to grab your hands and flip you forward. Yeah.
- 1:27:40Speaker 5: So anyway, this guy got his wife to do it,
- 1:27:42Speaker 5: and so she's she's behind him. He stands there, kind
- 1:27:47Speaker 5: of does like a like he's like a shortstop, ready
- 1:27:49Speaker 5: for ready for the pitch, puts his arms behind she
- 1:27:52Speaker 5: grabs and then goes to pull him, and then he
- 1:27:54Speaker 5: grabs her arms, pulls her close to him. Her face
- 1:27:57Speaker 5: goes right into his ass, and he rips a.
- 1:27:59Speaker 7: Fart's It was really fun She's like, Oh my god,
- 1:28:04Speaker 7: that's a trauma.
- 1:28:05Speaker 2: He's dying. He's dying. It was really fun.
- 1:28:08Speaker 5: Researchers suggests boys often get positive reinforcement for this kind
- 1:28:12Speaker 5: of humor early in life they can carry into adulthood
- 1:28:15Speaker 5: exactly In male friendships, crude jokes like this can even
- 1:28:18Speaker 5: serve as bonding signals in a way of showing comfort
- 1:28:21Speaker 5: and trust.
- 1:28:23Speaker 7: Agreed, Yeah, not only does my kid love farting, but
- 1:28:26Speaker 7: he likes to tell you what it's like, what the
- 1:28:29Speaker 7: vibe is like?
- 1:28:30Speaker 4: That was juicy? What does that mean?
- 1:28:33Speaker 2: Juicy? Y? Like like the hot ones. That one's hot.
- 1:28:40Speaker 2: You can feel the heat of the firecracker.
- 1:28:41Speaker 5: One.
- 1:28:42Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:28:44Speaker 5: Yeah, all right, So it's a time to play radio's
- 1:28:46Speaker 5: most immature game. It's time to play Guess Who's guess? Alright,
- 1:28:54Speaker 5: ongoing homework here at the show. I ask everybody when
- 1:28:57Speaker 5: they feel good one bruined that they grab their phone
- 1:29:00Speaker 5: and they just record it and then they send it
- 1:29:02Speaker 5: to me, and then that's what I play here. And
- 1:29:04Speaker 5: then the first person to correctly guess whose gas it
- 1:29:07Speaker 5: is will be the winner of a prize. Your options
- 1:29:09Speaker 5: are Woody, Gina, Greg Menace, c Mass or Morgan we

- 1:29:58Speaker 2: Alright, So guess whose gas?
- 1:30:01Speaker 5: Michelle?
- 1:30:01Speaker 2: What's your guess?
- 1:30:03Speaker 7: Okay, I think Greg?
- 1:30:06Speaker 2: Show me Greg Gory. I wouldn't even submit that.

- 1:30:25Speaker 5: hit me? All right, all right, guess whose gas? Greg
- 1:30:31Speaker 5: is no longer on the board. Your options are Woody, Gina, Menace,
- 1:30:37Speaker 5: Sea Bass or Morgan. Guess who's gas?
- 1:30:41Speaker 9: I'm thinking Morgan.
- 1:30:42Speaker 2: Show me Morgan.
- 1:30:46Speaker 10: Now you could live. I'm not going to I'm not

- 1:31:13Speaker 2: Show me? Gina grad That is grad? Uh?
- 1:31:22Speaker 5: You submitted this one to me May of last year.
- 1:31:27Speaker 5: The Creaky Door into the US shoots folder.
- 1:31:40Speaker 2: Well, Jordan Graduation the winner on Guess Who's gas? You're

- 1:31:53Speaker 5: Here's just a reminder that this is uh, this is
- 1:31:56Speaker 5: Greg okay, the slow and steady.
- 1:32:05Speaker 2: Gregs.
- 1:32:06Speaker 5: How about Greg's double hitter from May of twenty nineteen,
- 1:32:12Speaker 5: Yeah You're a monster, or Greg stars in the up
- 1:32:16Speaker 5: speak from December of twenty.
- 1:32:18Speaker 2: Twenty five, the Doctor.
- 1:32:23Speaker 5: Or how about the after work joint that he submitted
- 1:32:26Speaker 5: to us in April of twenty twenty five called the What.
- 1:32:33Speaker 2: Those are just some of Greg's greatest sh.
- 1:32:35Speaker 5: My god, that's's most immature game. Guess Who's gags? All right?
- 1:32:44Speaker 5: Welcome back everybody? Yeah we got the phones open eight
- 1:32:49Speaker 5: seven seven forty four Wooding. You can text us over
- 1:32:52Speaker 5: to two two nine eight seven.
- 1:32:54Speaker 2: What is today's take.
- 1:32:55Speaker 5: Puppy Day or National Puppies National Puppy Day. Dougus is
- 1:33:00Speaker 5: National Puppy Day. Yeah yeah, this is a little sweeties.
- 1:33:05Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, what was uh I have?
- 1:33:08Speaker 2: By the way, I have not heard all the details
- 1:33:10Speaker 2: about this hold on. I was the one who was
- 1:33:15Speaker 2: part of all of it.
- 1:33:16Speaker 4: I can sit with the story. Well, oh let's let's
- 1:33:19Speaker 4: let's use you know you have your narrative, Sea Bass,
- 1:33:22Speaker 4: because Menace Menace told me he had a story to
- 1:33:24Speaker 4: share as well.
- 1:33:27Speaker 10: I was so happy.
- 1:33:33Speaker 4: Somebody was all giddy because somebody brought a dog into
- 1:33:38Speaker 4: the building, and Sea Bass was all excited because he
- 1:33:42Speaker 4: wanted to knock these people out. So you a call.
- 1:33:45Speaker 3: A couple of months ago, I found somebody sneaking what
- 1:33:48Speaker 3: I thought was sneaking their dog in not to one
- 1:33:49Speaker 3: of our office floors, but one of the other floors
- 1:33:51Speaker 3: in the building, using the freight elevator in the back.
- 1:33:54Speaker 3: And I said, oh, sneaks, because we have a email
- 1:33:58Speaker 3: from our person who in charge for a building manager
- 1:34:01Speaker 3: stating that the building.
- 1:34:02Speaker 5: And our office itself both have no dog policies except
- 1:34:07Speaker 5: for actual registered service.
- 1:34:08Speaker 4: Well that's kind of interesting because you called the building
- 1:34:11Speaker 4: on speakerphone in front of Sammy and I yes, and
- 1:34:15Speaker 4: try to knock out this person about this person said,
- 1:34:18Speaker 4: this is new, this just happened. Just yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:34:20Speaker 4: I said.
- 1:34:21Speaker 3: I said, hey, I got the office number downstairs, not
- 1:34:24Speaker 3: to the radio station, but the building, and.
- 1:34:26Speaker 4: Said the actual building. Who owns the building? He said, Hey,
- 1:34:29Speaker 4: I was just coming up and there's a dog in
- 1:34:33Speaker 4: the freight elevator and I've got these really bad allergies.
- 1:34:36Speaker 5: But you don't, by the way that your your thing
- 1:34:43Speaker 5: on that is that the same as the people who
- 1:34:45Speaker 5: are offended on behalf of other people. Like let's just say, like, uh,
- 1:34:49Speaker 5: you know, on behalf of the.
- 1:34:50Speaker 2: People who are the game community.
- 1:34:52Speaker 5: I am, I'm offended. No I'm not gay, but on
- 1:34:56Speaker 5: behalf of it's but because my main problem with dogs
- 1:35:01Speaker 5: is they create mess. Okay, so on, let me hear
- 1:35:05Speaker 5: the rest of the story first. So this person brings
- 1:35:07Speaker 5: the dog in. He's on the phone, he's on the
- 1:35:09Speaker 5: building management to the people that own the building to
- 1:35:12Speaker 5: a reception okay, and he goes, yeah, to make them
- 1:35:17Speaker 5: aware of their policy that there's no dogs allowed on
- 1:35:20Speaker 5: the building.
- 1:35:21Speaker 4: And she replies with oh, we don't have a policy
- 1:35:24Speaker 4: of no dogs.
- 1:35:26Speaker 3: Yeah, she said, it's okay if they take the freight elevator.
- 1:35:30Speaker 8: Yeah, she said, dogs are allowed in the building, they
- 1:35:32Speaker 8: just have to take the freight.
- 1:35:33Speaker 13: Elevator, to which I said, well, well, why would that
- 1:35:36Speaker 13: be and she didn't really know. No, she said, because
- 1:35:40Speaker 13: if to be like less distracting coming.
- 1:35:44Speaker 8: In right and for the seabasses of the world.
- 1:35:46Speaker 9: So she said, you know, so I suggest, you know,
- 1:35:48Speaker 9: you can take the main lobby elevator, which which I use.
- 1:35:51Speaker 3: The freight elevator often because I'm often bringing in large items,
- 1:35:54Speaker 3: which is actually true. I'm bringing big stuff in here
- 1:35:57Speaker 3: a lot of times, picking up stuff, deliveries and things
- 1:35:58Speaker 3: of that nature into it. And I said, you know,
- 1:36:01Speaker 3: I'm really allergic, which again it's not.
- 1:36:03Speaker 4: Fully the whole time.
- 1:36:07Speaker 5: She says, the last policy, what's the what's the last
- 1:36:09Speaker 5: large thing that you brought up that wouldn't have fit
- 1:36:11Speaker 5: in the regular elevator.
- 1:36:12Speaker 4: What do you think we get via like instacart or
- 1:36:14Speaker 4: whatever or door dash.
- 1:36:15Speaker 3: You can't fit up the regular elevator. I must use
- 1:36:18Speaker 3: the freight element, but that's typically where the deliveries happened.
- 1:36:21Speaker 3: But I do douring large things that you know, other
- 1:36:23Speaker 3: stuff they don't want.
- 1:36:24Speaker 4: Okay, but still she said, there is no policy so
- 1:36:28Speaker 4: that you can't have dogs in the building.
- 1:36:30Speaker 3: Now, she that's is this is, this is all true,
- 1:36:32Speaker 3: this happened. However, I have a feeling that we have
- 1:36:36Speaker 3: an instance of a little mess know nothing. Who's the
- 1:36:38Speaker 3: receptionist does who works for the actual building doesn't?
- 1:36:42Speaker 4: But does she handled the leases?
- 1:36:43Speaker 3: The person the person the person that emailed you does not.
- 1:36:47Speaker 3: But he's the people that the building, you know, he
- 1:36:49Speaker 3: talks to the people that own the building. She's the
- 1:36:51Speaker 3: reception She doesn't sign the leases. She doesn't sign the.
- 1:36:53Speaker 5: Do you think perhaps the policy has changed since that
- 1:36:56Speaker 5: original email, because things change all the time.
- 1:36:59Speaker 2: This building is three quarters of the way empty.
- 1:37:02Speaker 5: They may have yeah, you know what, what they used
- 1:37:09Speaker 5: to care about a lot, Maybe not so much now that's.
- 1:37:12Speaker 3: A great point, suparid issue about me leaving my cars
- 1:37:14Speaker 3: here over the weekend. But regardless, around the dogs that
- 1:37:18Speaker 3: buls my other point about this crap building. Uh so, yeah,
- 1:37:20Speaker 3: so I think that's possible. What they may have changed
- 1:37:22Speaker 3: it in order to try to like lure in business. Okay,
- 1:37:25Speaker 3: which case, we'll see, I'll talk. I couldn't find any
- 1:37:31Speaker 3: copies of our leases online, which.
- 1:37:32Speaker 4: Is a surprising.
- 1:37:33Speaker 2: So you got you got served, I.
- 1:37:35Speaker 4: Got well, I got I got someone who doesn't I
- 1:37:37Speaker 4: don't think knows the.
- 1:37:38Speaker 9: Poblem Hold on, can I tell my favorite part of
- 1:37:41Speaker 9: what happened? And the whole story is that the end
- 1:37:43Speaker 9: doing his fate coughing and he's like, oh, I'm so sorry.
- 1:37:46Speaker 9: I'm just really I'm very allergic to dogs.
- 1:37:48Speaker 8: Dogs, and she goes take Benadryad's just.
- 1:38:01Speaker 4: Gonna missing on medical advice.
- 1:38:05Speaker 2: I don't think a lot of stuff she.
- 1:38:08Speaker 4: Doesn't know the stuff about.
- 1:38:10Speaker 5: I'm sorry, you have problems like you're you're out here
- 1:38:12Speaker 5: in the world like you can't You can't expect the
- 1:38:15Speaker 5: whole world is going to cater to your So you
- 1:38:19Speaker 5: better be ready with your epipenn or your deating drill
- 1:38:22Speaker 5: or whatever you would need to take.
- 1:38:23Speaker 4: Depends on what run into something. I was told this
- 1:38:26Speaker 4: was a safe office building for people with disabilities, so.
- 1:38:30Speaker 2: I can bring my dog tomorrow.
- 1:38:31Speaker 3: Here's the thing, right, if you called our front desk
- 1:38:34Speaker 3: people and ask them to talk to us about the
- 1:38:37Speaker 3: building policies, they.
- 1:38:38Speaker 2: Are to them about the permit for the other lad
- 1:38:40Speaker 2: our front desk people.
- 1:38:41Speaker 4: They they they know what company they work exactly.
- 1:38:45Speaker 3: So what I'm saying is she probably doesn't have the
- 1:38:47Speaker 3: lease in front of her, so God bless her for
- 1:38:49Speaker 3: being nice.
- 1:38:50Speaker 4: And she's she's a type little miss no nothing that she's.
- 1:38:52Speaker 3: Gonna like make up stuff and lean on the stuff
- 1:38:54Speaker 3: that she wants to happen aka dog's ruining things.
- 1:38:56Speaker 7: So you you reject everything that she said to me,
- 1:39:00Speaker 7: saying that the policy may have changed.
- 1:39:02Speaker 4: He had no training for her job for this policy.
- 1:39:04Speaker 4: Her job isn't to know.
- 1:39:06Speaker 5: So here's a here's a question, like you call the cops.
- 1:39:09Speaker 5: The cops show up, they look into a situation. Isn't
- 1:39:12Speaker 5: it their discretion whether they choose to enforce something or not.
- 1:39:15Speaker 4: That is true.
- 1:39:15Speaker 3: However, what a lot of folks will say, it is
- 1:39:17Speaker 3: not the cops job to be the prosecutor. This happened
- 1:39:20Speaker 3: to me personally when I was had the gun pulled
- 1:39:22Speaker 3: on me doing cart narks I had, and the cops said, well,
- 1:39:26Speaker 3: he wasn't really technically brandishing or assault or or terroristic
- 1:39:31Speaker 3: threats because he didn't actually pointed at you. I had
- 1:39:33Speaker 3: numerous lawyers sitting me up saying no, it was, and
- 1:39:36Speaker 3: it is not the police's job to decide that.
- 1:39:38Speaker 4: That is the DA's job to.
- 1:39:39Speaker 7: Decide, And isn't that what brandishing is? Like just kind
- 1:39:42Speaker 7: of exactly, so.
- 1:39:44Speaker 2: Okay, now that's the case.
- 1:39:45Speaker 5: Well, also like you're using a case of potential violence,
- 1:39:49Speaker 5: like there's a there's a deadly weapon, not a puppy.
- 1:39:55Speaker 4: Building brandishing a weapon, and you guys.
- 1:40:01Speaker 6: Like something.
- 1:40:03Speaker 4: I'm saying, like it.
- 1:40:03Speaker 2: Okay, so somebody, somebody jay walks and the cops sees it,
- 1:40:06Speaker 2: they can choose whether or not to issue the me
- 1:40:08Speaker 2: a citation for the jaywalking. But also the cops don't
- 1:40:11Speaker 2: know every law properly what I'm saying, much like the
- 1:40:13Speaker 2: front lady, de lady to know the inside know nothing.
- 1:40:18Speaker 4: Yeah right, little us know nothing. I don't know. It
- 1:40:22Speaker 4: was a great day for.
- 1:40:25Speaker 8: And we do all need to bring our dogs into
- 1:40:27Speaker 8: Now here's what I'm.
- 1:40:28Speaker 4: Gonna ask right now, a lot of building manager listening.
- 1:40:30Speaker 4: I have to email him.
- 1:40:32Speaker 3: I don't know if he'll give me the copy of
- 1:40:33Speaker 3: the lease. I'm sure it's in there, because that is
- 1:40:36Speaker 3: my suspicion. My suspicion is.
- 1:40:37Speaker 4: The uploaded to AI and have it read it for you.
- 1:40:40Speaker 3: Well, I'll say they'll say, dogs won't be that hard
- 1:40:42Speaker 3: to find pets. That's dogs et cetera. All I know
- 1:40:46Speaker 3: is I have a laminated copy of the notice we
- 1:40:48Speaker 3: were given. Let's say we have a no pet policy
- 1:40:50Speaker 3: here from the.
- 1:40:51Speaker 4: Guy who met the guy whose job it is to
- 1:40:53Speaker 4: know that stuff.
- 1:40:54Speaker 5: Wait, the guy that works for us, the guy who
- 1:40:56Speaker 5: is the building manager, who knows the facility manager for
- 1:40:59Speaker 5: our radio company, not the building itself.
- 1:41:02Speaker 2: Right, maybe he's the one who's mistaken.
- 1:41:04Speaker 3: He would he would know more about the building rules
- 1:41:06Speaker 3: than than the people that the building that if it
- 1:41:09Speaker 3: was if it was the person who signed the least,
- 1:41:10Speaker 3: I would agree with you.
- 1:41:11Speaker 2: But this is the little front. He's not the one
- 1:41:12Speaker 2: who signs the lease either.
- 1:41:14Speaker 4: He knows about it.
- 1:41:15Speaker 7: But isn't this kind of moot because you said no pets,
- 1:41:17Speaker 7: no animals. Weren't there literal chickens being raised.
- 1:41:21Speaker 4: In here purposes?
- 1:41:23Speaker 5: And he's the one that brought that in And technically
- 1:41:29Speaker 5: that wasn't That wasn't my most favorite thing that we've
- 1:41:32Speaker 5: ever done. I find for a minute, for a while.
- 1:41:36Speaker 4: Smoked on stage. Whe there's no smoking allowed because it's
- 1:41:38Speaker 4: part of the entertainment, to be fair, as we've been
- 1:41:42Speaker 4: always told, if the dog is incorporated in some kind
- 1:41:45Speaker 4: of bits, But if it's not.
- 1:41:47Speaker 3: If it's I just like dogs and I'm gonna get
- 1:41:49Speaker 3: the hair eyrwhere and it's gonna pee on stuff in
- 1:41:51Speaker 3: credit So.
- 1:41:52Speaker 2: They can bring them into hospitals.
- 1:41:54Speaker 3: They shouldn't, but I know that there are times here
- 1:41:58Speaker 3: but it's not. They're just chilling in hospital because the
- 1:42:00Speaker 3: nurse likes to have her dogg.
- 1:42:01Speaker 5: It was true. They're working, Yeah, thank you working.
- 1:42:04Speaker 7: They're bringing smiles.
- 1:42:06Speaker 2: Yeah, I could bring my dog in. It could be
- 1:42:07Speaker 2: part of I would love that.
- 1:42:09Speaker 5: But she's so for I work for a commercial landlord,
- 1:42:12Speaker 5: and the person who answers the phone is most definitely
- 1:42:14Speaker 5: aware of our policies.
- 1:42:15Speaker 3: That police says, just saying, well, yeah, I get when
- 1:42:18Speaker 3: you talk to receptionists, they aren't always that.
- 1:42:20Speaker 5: I love how Seeds keeps calling her a little miss
- 1:42:22Speaker 5: no nothing, simply because he didn't get the answer he
- 1:42:23Speaker 5: was hoping for. I have an answered writing, she has
- 1:42:28Speaker 5: what she thinks.
- 1:42:32Speaker 12: Right back.
- 1:42:34Speaker 2: To the show.
- 1:42:36Speaker 4: Today is National Huppy Day. Puppy Day, lots of puppies.
- 1:42:41Speaker 2: National puppy Days.
- 1:42:43Speaker 5: Yeah, I've noticed I've noticed my not that my dog
- 1:42:47Speaker 5: was ever like a super big ball of energy, but
- 1:42:50Speaker 5: I've noticed she started acting more like an older dog.
- 1:42:54Speaker 2: Yeah, I know, yeah, because she's what seven eight seven.
- 1:42:57Speaker 15: Gonna be eight eight not as like tail waggy and
- 1:43:01Speaker 15: just like like you like the look of her face
- 1:43:05Speaker 15: and yeah, just her overall, just kind of general like
- 1:43:09Speaker 15: she's fine, Like she's she's still got as much energy
- 1:43:11Speaker 15: I think she's ever had.
- 1:43:12Speaker 2: It's just that she shows it differently.
- 1:43:14Speaker 7: And what do they call it, like sugar muzzle or whatever.
- 1:43:16Speaker 2: When she's already white. Yeah, yeah, my dog's getting so gray. Yeah.
- 1:43:22Speaker 2: It starts right around the mouth, but then it's kind
- 1:43:24Speaker 2: of spread to the eyes and now it's kind of
- 1:43:27Speaker 2: like the body is getting great.
- 1:43:28Speaker 5: I told you to bum my wife out because she
- 1:43:30Speaker 5: brought her to the vet just for the regular you
- 1:43:32Speaker 5: know stuff, and they said, well she's now a senior lady,
- 1:43:35Speaker 5: and man, that bummed my wife out. But I just thought,
- 1:43:38Speaker 5: who's the little senior lady? Yeah, yeah, just kiss her.
- 1:43:42Speaker 2: I always think of the baby that's saying the price
- 1:43:45Speaker 2: of love is grief, and that is so true with dogs.
- 1:43:49Speaker 2: We go in this cycle of we know we're not
- 1:43:52Speaker 2: going to have them.
- 1:43:52Speaker 5: For everyone, and my wife keeps pushing like we should
- 1:43:54Speaker 5: get another one, like have a second to keep her
- 1:43:57Speaker 5: young and maybe over. I said, no, that this is
- 1:44:00Speaker 5: going to be my one and only dog. Oh really, Yeah,
- 1:44:03Speaker 5: I don't want another one after her.
- 1:44:05Speaker 2: I considered another dog, but what if that's the dog
- 1:44:08Speaker 2: that choose the couch up or poops in the house.
- 1:44:11Speaker 2: We had current dog is absolutely perfect.
- 1:44:15Speaker 5: Yeah, we had it going on with our son. He
- 1:44:17Speaker 5: was great, slept, Yeah, I said, well, the second one
- 1:44:22Speaker 5: doesn't sleep through the night, and we have all this
- 1:44:24Speaker 5: and then she's been the one who's been like hell
- 1:44:26Speaker 5: on wheels. You know, you know, she's great and I
- 1:44:29Speaker 5: love her, but character, man, like two on one is
- 1:44:32Speaker 5: better than one on one. Yeah, you know, certainly better
- 1:44:34Speaker 5: than being out numbered by kids. Yeah, but yeah, I don't.
- 1:44:38Speaker 2: I don't.
- 1:44:38Speaker 5: I don't think I'm open to another dog after.
- 1:44:40Speaker 4: Her, like he's the one and only.
- 1:44:42Speaker 2: I do that now, But I mean, I see how
- 1:44:45Speaker 2: you feel.
- 1:44:46Speaker 4: I did that early. I had a dog that was
- 1:44:48Speaker 4: a year old, and then I got a second dog.
- 1:44:50Speaker 4: So now they're ten and nine, and the one, the
- 1:44:53Speaker 4: younger one, still acts like a puppy. It's insane. I
- 1:44:57Speaker 4: thought she would like calm down a little bit, but no,
- 1:45:00Speaker 4: she's like a smother.
- 1:45:01Speaker 2: Greg's Greg's forever dog Rex, Yes, whose name was tattooed
- 1:45:08Speaker 2: on my arm.
- 1:45:08Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 1:45:08Speaker 5: When Rex died, I was pretty sure that Greg wouldn't
- 1:45:12Speaker 5: get another dog, And then he did. I know, And
- 1:45:13Speaker 5: I resent Cally.
- 1:45:15Speaker 2: I resented Kelly the first week or two because I
- 1:45:18Speaker 2: kept compairing her to Rex. Yeah. And when we got
- 1:45:22Speaker 2: Calli she was technically a puppy ten months that's still
- 1:45:25Speaker 2: a puppy, right, So she would chew the remote control,
- 1:45:28Speaker 2: chew my glasses, scratch at the door, and I thought,
- 1:45:31Speaker 2: oh my god, what have we done? And now she
- 1:45:34Speaker 2: is like Rex two point zero? She's perfect.
- 1:45:37Speaker 5: But do you love her as much as I love Rex?
- 1:45:41Speaker 5: I would say, there's no way that you love your dog. No, No,
- 1:45:46Speaker 5: he loves her.
- 1:45:47Speaker 2: He does. I think I've probably crossed over to loving
- 1:45:51Speaker 2: Callie slightly more if I if I had. Are you
- 1:45:55Speaker 2: saying that because she's listening right now? Because she's actually
- 1:46:01Speaker 2: easier than Rex was. Rex was really he was kind
- 1:46:04Speaker 2: of dog aggressive, so when you took him on a walk,
- 1:46:06Speaker 2: and if the dog was even across the street, he
- 1:46:09Speaker 2: would borderline pull you to it. And he did not
- 1:46:12Speaker 2: like other dogs. I'm shocked to hear that. And Kelli
- 1:46:14Speaker 2: couldn't care less about it.
- 1:46:16Speaker 5: And I'm glad. I'm happy for you because that's that's great.
- 1:46:18Speaker 10: Like, I love what kind of dog was Rex?
- 1:46:21Speaker 2: Both pits? Yeah, and they're so I mean er Yeah,
- 1:46:27Speaker 2: well Genus that Kelly.
- 1:46:28Speaker 5: I'm still scar literally we do have some other show
- 1:46:32Speaker 5: related dog news.
- 1:46:33Speaker 7: Oh yeah, yeah. So I was one of those bills
- 1:46:37Speaker 7: that I'm never doing this again.
- 1:46:38Speaker 10: I can't.
- 1:46:38Speaker 7: My heart is closed to this. But after many years
- 1:46:41Speaker 7: and a lot of thought and a lot of research,
- 1:46:43Speaker 7: we're getting a puppy.
- 1:46:47Speaker 2: I was going to give you half one. That's enough.
- 1:46:50Speaker 2: It's kind of a one. Okay, yes, Greg, show Greg,
- 1:46:56Speaker 2: show Greg what it looks like. Let me uh kind
- 1:47:00Speaker 2: of time.
- 1:47:00Speaker 5: Hold on, let's be quiet so we can get Greg's
- 1:47:02Speaker 5: natural reactions. I know what it's gonna be. That's not
- 1:47:07Speaker 5: a dog.
- 1:47:08Speaker 7: Okay, let me explain myself. Let me explain.
- 1:47:13Speaker 10: You want your son to be gay?
- 1:47:14Speaker 4: Okay?
- 1:47:17Speaker 10: Oh for the dog, I mean it's cute. I do
- 1:47:19Speaker 10: like dogs, but three, it's hardly a dog.
- 1:47:24Speaker 4: I get it.
- 1:47:24Speaker 7: Let me explain how I found this dog.
- 1:47:27Speaker 10: And it's probably gonna yap all day.
- 1:47:28Speaker 7: No, no, they don't. They're not barklers, you know.
- 1:47:30Speaker 2: When you watched the dog show on TV. Yeah, the
- 1:47:32Speaker 2: one that wins is always the lame. It's never like
- 1:47:37Speaker 2: a dover man.
- 1:47:38Speaker 7: Okay, let me explain. I am deathly allergic to dogs.
- 1:47:41Speaker 4: For real.
- 1:47:42Speaker 2: What's the breed so people can look it up?
- 1:47:44Speaker 5: After much research the breed.
- 1:47:45Speaker 10: You sound embarrassed to say, I am, after I am.
- 1:47:48Speaker 7: After much research, I found these are the most It's
- 1:47:52Speaker 7: called Deuliers, the cotton dog. They're the cotton dogs. There
- 1:48:03Speaker 7: mada gas there from Madagas is.
- 1:48:04Speaker 2: Spelled like cotton.
- 1:48:05Speaker 10: How c O t o c O t o tulier?
- 1:48:10Speaker 4: How the hell do you spell that of of tuliar
- 1:48:13Speaker 4: d e t u l e a r if you
- 1:48:16Speaker 4: want to look it up.
- 1:48:17Speaker 7: But but but just to win you over, first, google puppy.
- 1:48:22Speaker 2: Okay, but all puppies. It's like kitten. But this cute
- 1:48:28Speaker 2: full grown cats.
- 1:48:30Speaker 4: Yeah, it's gonna be cute. It's for me.
- 1:48:32Speaker 7: This dog is never going to touch the ground. That's
- 1:48:34Speaker 7: gonna be my whole personality and be totally inferable. I'm
- 1:48:36Speaker 7: making a calendars.
- 1:48:38Speaker 2: As puppies are.
- 1:48:39Speaker 7: Cute, plugs are the most disgusting time then.
- 1:48:41Speaker 2: When they grew up. Okay, so this is such a
- 1:48:45Speaker 2: girly dog.
- 1:48:46Speaker 7: I know, I can't believe I'm doing.
- 1:48:48Speaker 2: Would your husband take this dog and walk by himself? Okay?
- 1:48:52Speaker 2: And you got to know that this is a dog
- 1:48:54Speaker 2: that your son's never going to be able to be
- 1:48:56Speaker 2: proud of.
- 1:48:56Speaker 5: He's not going to claim if you had a daughter,
- 1:48:59Speaker 5: it would be different like here's I would love it
- 1:49:01Speaker 5: and be super proud of it. But this is your
- 1:49:04Speaker 5: up to, Like you want your step son to have
- 1:49:08Speaker 5: a dog high school a dog a dog, but like
- 1:49:12Speaker 5: you're you're you're you're giving him a dog that he
- 1:49:14Speaker 5: cannot be proud.
- 1:49:14Speaker 14: Okay, as a puppy.
- 1:49:15Speaker 7: I think he's going to be stoked. But yes, when
- 1:49:17Speaker 7: it goes, it'll be like this my stoke.
- 1:49:21Speaker 5: The puppy is going to last six months.
- 1:49:25Speaker 8: And all the girls are going to love it.
- 1:49:26Speaker 10: And that's what he's going to go because they're.
- 1:49:29Speaker 2: Gonna think he's safe because he's gay.
- 1:49:31Speaker 7: Well that's that can work, but prins Okay, so yes,
- 1:49:37Speaker 7: run in here we have because it's you know, he'll
- 1:49:42Speaker 7: understand this. It's because the protein in their saliva that's
- 1:49:45Speaker 7: less than other dogs. So we'll see what happens. But yes,
- 1:49:47Speaker 7: we kind of have a name, didn't mean to like
- 1:49:50Speaker 7: is it a boy or girl? A girl because she
- 1:49:53Speaker 7: was the only one in the.
- 1:49:55Speaker 10: Yes, princess.
- 1:49:56Speaker 7: When we were given the picture of her, it was
- 1:49:59Speaker 7: just had one dog in the litter, which I guess
- 1:50:01Speaker 7: is weird. And she's tiny, well just a teeny little thing,
- 1:50:05Speaker 7: and I was like, look at this little pip squeak.
- 1:50:07Speaker 7: So we started calling her Pip, like, are we gonna
- 1:50:09Speaker 7: get Pip?
- 1:50:10Speaker 5: I like that?
- 1:50:11Speaker 7: Okay, Squeaks cues She's a little pipe.
- 1:50:14Speaker 10: And there's a pinhead from Freaks, the old movie Pipsqueak.
- 1:50:18Speaker 2: The name is like an eight the Dogs of Three.
- 1:50:20Speaker 7: We were going to call her Peach, like Princess Peach.
- 1:50:22Speaker 10: She doesn't make the dog any cooler, you know, but
- 1:50:24Speaker 10: like she's little.
- 1:50:24Speaker 5: Pip, she says, a little pis that's the dog's name.
- 1:50:27Speaker 7: That's what we're calling her right now.
- 1:50:28Speaker 5: Yeah, well that'll be the name. Yeah, it sounds you've
- 1:50:30Speaker 5: already decided. Unfortunately you've already decided.
- 1:50:34Speaker 4: You guys.
- 1:50:34Speaker 7: Do you guys are going to hate Christmas? Because I
- 1:50:37Speaker 7: really do want to do a twenty twenty seven cal puppy.
- 1:50:42Speaker 8: Make sure that you put it in a little stocking.
- 1:50:44Speaker 7: All still fits in one obviously, Sammy, and in a
- 1:50:47Speaker 7: basket with bunny ears. Don't worry, I got that.
- 1:50:50Speaker 5: Oh my god, gen it's making me gay just looking
- 1:50:52Speaker 5: at these up.
- 1:50:52Speaker 4: Thanks a lot.
- 1:50:54Speaker 2: I feel like a dick for not loving your dog.
- 1:50:56Speaker 2: But okay, I love.
- 1:50:58Speaker 4: I get happy for you. I do.
- 1:50:59Speaker 2: I love all dogs. I do.
- 1:51:01Speaker 7: This is hard, but it's it's yeah, it's like a
- 1:51:04Speaker 7: little bunny.
- 1:51:05Speaker 10: At least you got a unique looking one, right, Yeah,
- 1:51:07Speaker 10: and they're so fluffy.
- 1:51:09Speaker 7: I love fluffy dogs. I don't like the pointy hair
- 1:51:12Speaker 7: on dogs, Like, oh yeah, that's not my thing.
- 1:51:14Speaker 3: I love.
- 1:51:14Speaker 2: We'll search this breed. It's like it's long, straight hair.
- 1:51:17Speaker 2: Can you make it?
- 1:51:18Speaker 5: Can you give it a perm or permit? And yeah,
- 1:51:21Speaker 5: somebody did say, by the way, you're going to spend
- 1:51:22Speaker 5: a ton of money on Yeah.
- 1:51:24Speaker 7: But also I heard my white hair. My husband and
- 1:51:27Speaker 7: and they don't really shed. My husband and my kid
- 1:51:30Speaker 7: have both tried to bar me from dying it because
- 1:51:34Speaker 7: I think that's super funny.
- 1:51:37Speaker 10: Don't do that animal, it's not it's not too sick.
- 1:51:41Speaker 7: I saw that looked like Tigger and it was hilarious.
- 1:51:43Speaker 5: All right, Well, since it is a national puppy Day.
- 1:51:45Speaker 5: We do have a game that mens came up with
- 1:51:48Speaker 5: that we're gonna play next, and what we'll we'll tell
- 1:51:51Speaker 5: you what it is next. It's just a little fun.
- 1:51:53Speaker 2: It's dumb.
- 1:51:53Speaker 5: It's national Day, you know what I mean? That's adorable. Yeah,
- 1:51:56Speaker 5: we've had Guess that gas. How about guess that bark?
- 1:51:59Speaker 5: We'll explain next on the Woody Show.
- 1:52:01Speaker 4: Hang on the show.
- 1:52:06Speaker 2: It's a Woodie show. Alright.
- 1:52:08Speaker 5: So I told you man, it's got a game, Yes,
- 1:52:11Speaker 5: National Puppy Day and the game guess that bark.
- 1:52:15Speaker 2: Guess that bar and you have to guess is it
- 1:52:18Speaker 2: a pit bull or a ship suit?
- 1:52:20Speaker 5: Yes?
- 1:52:21Speaker 4: Alright, alright, so do we want to play this in
- 1:52:24Speaker 4: the room there?
- 1:52:25Speaker 2: Okay?
- 1:52:26Speaker 4: All right, well yeah, I have a bunch of clips here,
- 1:52:28Speaker 4: and all you guys gotta do is guess is it
- 1:52:30Speaker 4: pit bull? Shitzu? Here's clip number one?
- 1:52:34Speaker 2: All right, clip number one? Guess that bark?
- 1:52:46Speaker 5: All right, I'm gonna go out and limb no way
- 1:52:49Speaker 5: to know. I'm gonna oh really no, that's a I'm
- 1:52:52Speaker 5: going pit bull on that one.
- 1:52:53Speaker 4: You are correct?
- 1:52:55Speaker 11: Wow?
- 1:52:57Speaker 2: Alright, so it's the first person to ring in.
- 1:53:00Speaker 10: Okay, okay, okay.
- 1:53:03Speaker 5: Now, no that was you know that was a practice round.
- 1:53:05Speaker 5: Everybody back to zero points? Alright, now again.
- 1:53:09Speaker 2: You don't want to just jump the gun hard?
- 1:53:11Speaker 4: All right?
- 1:53:12Speaker 5: Here we go, Gina, you are correct, it is okay,
- 1:53:23Speaker 5: all right, all right, I hate to lose. Okay, I
- 1:53:26Speaker 5: guess that bark? Is it a pit bull or a shu?
- 1:53:35Speaker 2: Great? All right?
- 1:53:41Speaker 5: Man, see I was trying to give everybody a chance,
- 1:53:45Speaker 5: so quick on that first one took. Okay, I guess
- 1:53:50Speaker 5: that bark? Is it a pit bull or a ship?
- 1:53:54Speaker 5: Here we go, Sammy, see.
- 1:54:01Speaker 10: I don't know if this is one that's gonna.
- 1:54:04Speaker 2: But it would be a pitbull. She got it? Damn it?
- 1:54:11Speaker 2: All right? This is it last clip? Is it a
- 1:54:14Speaker 2: pit bull? Or is it a shiitsu?
- 1:54:22Speaker 4: I wasn't meaning in just enjoying the game.
- 1:54:26Speaker 5: No, damn it.
- 1:54:35Speaker 2: That one.
- 1:54:35Speaker 5: I really wasn't sure.
- 1:54:39Speaker 2: So here's a here's a little thing about hype alogenic dogs. Right.
- 1:54:42Speaker 5: This is from a pediatric allergist. It says, it's amusing
- 1:54:46Speaker 5: to me how many parents have been conditioned, guilted into
- 1:54:50Speaker 5: including three little words, and they tell me they have
- 1:54:52Speaker 5: a dog, but a hyper allergenic It's similar to when
- 1:54:55Speaker 5: I ask parents if anyone smokes cigarettes at home, yes,
- 1:54:58Speaker 5: but always outside and light cigarettes. I like to set
- 1:55:02Speaker 5: the record straight right now, no parent shoud ever feel
- 1:55:04Speaker 5: guilty about having a dog. You are all hereby absolved
- 1:55:08Speaker 5: of any future need to state it's just hyper allergenic.
- 1:55:10Speaker 5: But it's a myth, of course. About two thirds of
- 1:55:13Speaker 5: homes in the United States have at least one pet,
- 1:55:15Speaker 5: and almost most of these have dogs. In addition to
- 1:55:19Speaker 5: ten to twenty percent of all children adults across the
- 1:55:21Speaker 5: world are allergic to dogs. That means there are a
- 1:55:23Speaker 5: lot of people that live with the very animal that
- 1:55:25Speaker 5: causes them the misery. Allergy symptoms include itching of the nose,
- 1:55:29Speaker 5: eyes seezing, blah blah blah blah blah. Dog dander is
- 1:55:32Speaker 5: what causes symptoms of the allergy. It's not the length
- 1:55:35Speaker 5: of style, the type or shedding of the fur. Dander
- 1:55:39Speaker 5: comes from saliva, skin cells, and urine. So unless your
- 1:55:42Speaker 5: dog has no mouth, no skin, or dozen pee, it
- 1:55:45Speaker 5: will release dander into the air. Right, And so.
- 1:55:48Speaker 7: Apparently that the allergy is called can F one, and
- 1:55:52Speaker 7: then there's CANF two, can F three, and CANF six,
- 1:55:54Speaker 7: And some dogs don't have as much of those proteins
- 1:55:57Speaker 7: because like if a dog licks me, I just get
- 1:56:00Speaker 7: a rash usually wherever they licked me, and like god itches.
- 1:56:04Speaker 7: But apparently some have less than others.
- 1:56:05Speaker 3: It's not the I think, what the allergiest to sity here,
- 1:56:07Speaker 3: it's not. It's not really even guilty. It's just that's
- 1:56:09Speaker 3: a sales technique, Yeah, to use on people who don't
- 1:56:12Speaker 3: do the research.
- 1:56:13Speaker 2: Yep, they said.
- 1:56:14Speaker 5: Hyperallergenic dogs are a magical fantasy created by breeders and
- 1:56:18Speaker 5: marketers to wait for it, sell more dogs.
- 1:56:22Speaker 2: Interesting, right, So yeah.
- 1:56:25Speaker 3: Your dog may have produce more fur, which has more
- 1:56:27Speaker 3: salib which gets on your skin.
- 1:56:29Speaker 2: It may be more or less.
- 1:56:30Speaker 7: It's a it's a loophole.
- 1:56:31Speaker 15: Now.
- 1:56:31Speaker 5: The one thing I do like the idea of or
- 1:56:33Speaker 5: the ones that have the hair and not the fur,
- 1:56:35Speaker 5: because like the shedding with dogs.
- 1:56:39Speaker 2: Man, well, your dog sheds like crazy, right.
- 1:56:41Speaker 5: It's yeah, she sheds not as see, and she's got
- 1:56:44Speaker 5: longer hair, which I don't mind as much as those
- 1:56:47Speaker 5: dogs who have like your dogs mens have like the
- 1:56:49Speaker 5: really tiny short man. Those things are like like like cactus,
- 1:56:54Speaker 5: little tiny man. You like you'll catch those, oh my god,
- 1:56:57Speaker 5: like porcupine you were just stabbed and they and those
- 1:57:00Speaker 5: little hairs I think are harder to clean up than
- 1:57:02Speaker 5: the longer.
- 1:57:03Speaker 4: We'll just get a black, short hair dog and you
- 1:57:06Speaker 4: can barely ever see.
- 1:57:07Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't feel it right.
- 1:57:12Speaker 5: Text over to two to nine eight seven Sensitivity Training
