- 0:28Speaker 1: Close your eyes and make yourself comfortable. Take a deep
- 0:34breath in and slowly and gently breathe out. Again, take
- 0:45a deep breath in through your nose, and slowly and
- 0:50gently breathe out through your mouth. One more time, deep
- 0:59breath in, and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth,
- 1:08and just relax. Now tense up all of your muscles
- 1:16and hold it for a few seconds. Hold the muscles,
- 1:23and then let go, allowing your arms and legs to
- 1:27go nice and limp. Now again, breathe in deeply in
- 1:33through your nose, really filling your lungs with air, and
- 1:38now breathe out slowly, releasing all the air from your lungs.
- 1:46So breathe in again, slowly and deeply, and hold your
- 1:51breath for just a moment, and now breathe out. Breathe
- 1:59in and breathe out. Breathe in and breathe out one
- 2:11more time. Breathe in and breathe out. And every time
- 2:20you breathe in, you become more and more relaxed, and
- 2:25you can feel your body becoming very loose and soft
- 2:30and very relaxed. Now, imagine a beautiful white light surrounding
- 2:39your whole body. A light so bright that it shines
- 2:44brighter than a thousand suns. And this beautiful, pure white
- 2:50light is surrounding your whole body, and it's always protecting you.
- 3:00Now in your mind's eye, see yourself sitting on an
- 3:04old wooden bench in a beautiful walled garden, and you
- 3:10can feel a gentle breeze on your face, and you
- 3:14can feel the warmth of the sun as it touches
- 3:17your skin. And as you look up, you see the
- 3:22beautiful baby blue color of the sky, so pretty, and
- 3:29you can see a few cloud slowly floating past, just
- 3:34drifting along, with no worse special to be, just like
- 3:39you at this moment in time, just drifting along, with
- 3:44no worse special to be, but here right now, in
- 3:50this very moment. Now, I'm going to tell you a
- 3:55little story about a little brown mouse caorn Max and
- 4:00his best friend Sofia. Once upon a time, in a
- 4:07magical ancient forest, deep deep in the woods, there lived
- 4:13a little brown mouse named Max. And Max had lovely,
- 4:18big brown eyes that sparkled with joy and mischief. He
- 4:22had a cozy little house inside the trunk of the tree,
- 4:26where he lived happily with his best friend Sofia the
- 4:29squirrel who had an enormous, big fluffy tail. The house
- 4:36was small, but they loved it very much. They had
- 4:40all their favorite things in there too. Max had his
- 4:44pencils and sketch books because he loves to draw. He
- 4:49had a little table by the window where the sun
- 4:51shone through, and he would sit for hours just drawing
- 4:54the forest outside and the little animals who lived there.
- 5:00Sofia loved to knit and crochet, and she had a
- 5:04big basket of different colored walls and would make blankets
- 5:08and scarves for all of their friends. And she would
- 5:11sit beside Max in peace and quiet, just happily knitting away.
- 5:18They had everything they needed till have a happy life,
- 5:22but most of all, they had each other, and they
- 5:26really were the best of friends. One beautiful sunny day,
- 5:33Max and Sofia decided to throw a party to celebrate
- 5:37their friendship. They invited all of their woodland friends and
- 5:42they prepared delicious jellies, cakes, and ice cream for everyone
- 5:47to enjoy. They even decorated their tree with colorful balloons,
- 5:52adding a festive touch to the celebration, and they traped
- 5:56beautiful little colored lights all around the nearby trees. It
- 6:00was so pretty. They had friends who were elves and fairies.
- 6:09They had friends who were ladybirds and fireflies, and the
- 6:13little fireflies were like sparkling floating lights, just twinkling all
- 6:17around the air. And their party was filled with laughter
- 6:22and fun as the guests played party games like musical
- 6:26chairs and pinned the tail on the donkey. Max and
- 6:31Sofia danced around in circles, their laughter echoing through the forest,
- 6:36and sometimes they would all just sit around and just
- 6:39chat to each other. They just loved being together. They
- 6:43were such good friends. They could talk about anything they
- 6:46wanted and everybody listened. Max and Sophia had parties every year,
- 6:55inviting all their woodland friends to celebrate their friendship. Each
- 6:59and every year happened, and each party was unique and special,
- 7:05with different themes and decorations. One year, they had a
- 7:10beach party complete with sand castle building contests and water
- 7:15balloon fights. Another year, they had a costume party where
- 7:20everyone dressed up in silly outfits and played games like
- 7:24bobbing for apples. Another year, Max and Sophia decided to
- 7:30have a camping party. They set up tents and built
- 7:35a bonfire, roasting marshmallows and telling ghost stories late into
- 7:39the night. The next year, they had a scavenger hunt
- 7:43party where their friends searched for hidden treasures throughout the forest.
- 7:48That was a good party that one. Everybody found something
- 7:52and everybody got a gift. But as the years went by,
- 7:57Max and Sofia's parties became legendary amongst their woodland friends.
- 8:03Everyone looked forward to them with great anticipation, knowing that
- 8:08they would be filled with fun and laughter. Max and
- 8:12Sophia were very grateful for their wonderful friends and cherished
- 8:16each moment spent together. They knew that their friendship would
- 8:21last a lifetime, just like the memories of those magical
- 8:25parties in the ancient Deep Tree in the forest. As
- 8:31the sun began to set, the party came to an end,
- 8:35but the memories of that lovely sunny day filled with
- 8:40fun and laughter would remain in their hearts forever. Their
- 8:45parties continued to evolve over time, with new games, activities,
- 8:50decorations added each year, but one thing remained constant, the
- 8:55love and joy that filled the air as they celebrated
- 9:00with their friends. For this, Max and Sophia were very,
- 9:07very grateful. After all their friends had gone home that day.
- 9:14Max the little brown mouse and Sophia the squirrel sat
- 9:20together in front of the cozy fire in their little
- 9:24tiny house in the base of the tree and smiled
- 9:28to each other. They were so very happy. They loved
- 9:33their woodland friends so very much. But the night had
- 9:39drawn in and the sky had darkened, so they knew
- 9:43it was time for them to go to bed. They
- 9:47said good night to each other and went to their
- 9:49own bedrooms, climbed into bed, and promptly fell asleep. After all,
- 9:56they had had a very busy day. But now it's
- 10:01time for you to sleep, So slow down your breathing,
- 10:07and your whole body is perfectly calm and relaxed and
- 10:13ready for sleep. But before you do, just say thank
- 10:18you to your body. Say thank you to your breath,
- 10:24Say thank you to your eyes, to your nose, to
- 10:29your ears, Say thank you to all of the things
- 10:34you are grateful for. And say thank you for all
- 10:39of the good people in your life. To your pets
- 10:44if you have any, and say thank you to them
- 10:50all for making you feel safe and loved. Now feel
- 10:57all of this love and gratitude surround your whole body,
- 11:01feel its warmth, or because these people love you and
- 11:08always remember you are safe, you are loved, and you
- 11:14are protected. Now imagine that the very top of your
- 11:21head opens up just a little bit, and outfloat any
- 11:27thoughts that might still be trapped inside, thoughts that you
- 11:32no longer need, and they find their way into the beautiful,
- 11:38starry night sky far above you and drift out of sight.
- 11:44Now close the top of your head, and soon you'll
- 11:50be sound asleep, off on a peaceful journey into dreamland
- 11:55that will carry you all the way through until morning.
- 12:00Maybe you will dream about Max and so Fear. Maybe
- 12:04they will invite you to one of the lovely happy
- 12:07parties and you can meet all of their friends. But
- 12:12you feel so sleepy now, so tired, so calm, so peaceful,
- 12:22as you slowly and gently drift into a lovely sleep,
- 12:28and when you wake up in the morning, you will
- 12:31feel so bright and late, and you will feel so refreshed,
- 12:39ready to begin the new day ahead night.
