- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the program. On
- 0:05today's episode, we're going to hear from David Boyce, who
- 0:09represented Virginia Roberts and who's talking about how strong the
- 0:13evidence was against the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family.
- 0:18Now we all know that Prince Andrew has made this
- 0:20huge push lately about the picture and how the picture
- 0:24is not real. Well, we also know that all of
- 0:27the receipts have been piled up against him and his claims.
- 0:32And when the only person you have out here talking
- 0:34about how innocent you are is some beat up ass
- 0:38old socialite, you know that you're running out of road.
- 0:43And if Prince Andrew and his team really thought that
- 0:46this picture of Virginia Roberts and Prince Andrew was fake,
- 0:50do you really think they would have settled? Forget all
- 0:54of the noise about how Prince Andrew was forced to settle,
- 0:57how it had to do with the jew Beilee, Forget
- 1:00all of that and ask yourself, if it was you
- 1:03and you had evidence that that picture was fake, would
- 1:06you even entertain cutting a deal? I know I wouldn't
- 1:09if somebody made these accusations against me, I would fight
- 1:13tooth and nail to prove that I didn't do what
- 1:15they're saying I did. I certainly wouldn't settle out of
- 1:18court if I thought that I had evidence that would
- 1:21prove my innocence. And let's not forget that Prince Andrew
- 1:24had probably the best lawyer in the business when it
- 1:27comes to this sort of case, and that's Andrew Brettler.
- 1:31So it's not like his counsel was terrible. It's not
- 1:33like he was getting bad advice. The fact is the
- 1:37evidence was so strong against him him and his lawyers
- 1:40took a look at it and said, you know what,
- 1:42it's in our best interest to just settle. So all
- 1:45this other garbage we're hearing after the fact is laughable
- 1:48at best. You had your chance to prove your innocence
- 1:51and you avoided it. And when you cut through all
- 1:54the bullshit, the proof is right there in the pudding,
- 1:56and that proof is Prince Andrew decided to settle instead
- 2:00of defending himself in open court. And for me, that
- 2:04tells us the whole story. Today's article is from the
- 2:08Daily Mail headline I think the evidence was too strong
- 2:12lawyer for Prince Andrew's sex abuse accuser Virginia Roberts claims
- 2:17Duke of York avoided going to trial because of that
- 2:20photo of them together. This article was authored by Madeleine Ross.
- 2:27The lawyer representing Prince Andrew's sex abuse accuser, Virginia Roberts,
- 2:32last night, said there was strong evidence in the case.
- 2:35David Boys said, if US prosecutors had wanted to, they
- 2:39could have brought more charges against the Duke of York.
- 2:43And there's no doubt that the prosecutors had the goods
- 2:46on Prince Andrew as well as many other people who
- 2:49were involved with Jeffrey Epstein, but they chose not to
- 2:51act on it. How many times have we seen it.
- 2:54We have seen damning evidence come out surrounding people involved
- 2:59with Jeffrey Epstein, and we never see those people ever
- 3:02get held to account. The lawyer said he thought Andrew
- 3:07avoided court because the photo of him with the then
- 3:10seventeen year old Miss Roberts made him look less credible
- 3:14as a witness, as he maintains that they never met.
- 3:18And that's a fact. Right. If they went to court
- 3:20and a jury saw this picture and an expert came
- 3:23in and looked at the picture, examined it, the expert's
- 3:27going to tell the jury that it's a real picture,
- 3:30and that is the only reason why Prince Andrew decided
- 3:33to settle your folks, What other reason could there be?
- 3:36And if the picture is fake, like Prince Andrew and
- 3:40his surrogates content, well, where are the receipts to prove
- 3:43to us that that's the truth. Should we just take
- 3:46your word for it all of a sudden, you and
- 3:49your friends, the busted up socialite and the others are
- 3:53photography experts, and I should take their word on what's
- 3:56photoshopped and what's not. Meanwhile, on the flip side of that,
- 4:00we have heard from actual experts who have told us
- 4:03the picture is authentic and real. So why would I
- 4:06believe anything that the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family
- 4:09is yapping about. He paid a rumored ten million pounds
- 4:13settlement to Miss Roberts last year in a civil case
- 4:16brought against him in the US without accepting liability and
- 4:20maintaining his innocence, and is reportedly trying to challenge the ruling.
- 4:25That would be the biggest mistake Prince Andrew ever made. Remember,
- 4:28he is still not spoken with the FBI yet, and
- 4:32the FBI has been pretty adamant that they'd like to
- 4:34speak with Prince Andrew in regards to his relationship with
- 4:38Jeffrey Epstein and what he might have seen while he
- 4:40was hanging out with Epstein. But Prince Andrew can't be
- 4:44bothered to come forward and talk about that, because you know,
- 4:48why should he. Andrew was forced to step away from
- 4:51royal duties in twenty nineteen and is unlikely to take
- 4:55on a formal role at his brother's coronation as a
- 4:58result of the scandal. Poor Prince Andrew, he can't go
- 5:02out and play dress up in his little military outfit.
- 5:06Mister Boyce told Pierres Morgan in an interview on Talk
- 5:09TV that the controversial photograph of the two together made
- 5:13it clear that he could not say he never met
- 5:15her credibly. The Son reported. Mister Boyce suggested that once
- 5:20a jury had decided that the Prince's claim that he
- 5:23had never met miss Roberts was not credible, it would
- 5:26be difficult for them to believe they had not had sex.
- 5:29And that's a fact. If you're lying about ever meeting
- 5:32somebody and then a picture is provided that says that
- 5:35you actually did meet, Well, what does that do for
- 5:38your credibility in front of the jury. It absolutely tramples it.
- 5:43You have her testimony and you have his complete denial.
- 5:46The question is is he credible or not. The lawyer
- 5:51said he had been disappointed by the way the case
- 5:53had been handled, and suggested that if the Duke of
- 5:56York had been ordinary, more charges would have been brought
- 6:00against him one hundred percent. If all of these people
- 6:03who were involved with Jeffrey Epstein were just run of
- 6:06the mill folks, forget it, they all would have been arrested,
- 6:09all of their assets would have been seized, and the
- 6:11government would have laughed all the way to the bank.
- 6:13But since it's Prince Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein was rolling
- 6:17around with all those bankers and scumbags from the financial sector, well,
- 6:21we all know who pays the bills for the politicians.
- 6:25He could have been prosecuted criminally if prosecutors either had
- 6:29the jurisdiction over him or wanted to. I think one
- 6:33of the things that was disappointing how lightly the British
- 6:36prosecutors and authorities treated this. I don't know whether it
- 6:40was because he was a member of the royal family
- 6:42or whether he was just wealthy and could afford good lawyers.
- 6:46I'm gonna say it's a little bit of both. And
- 6:48the way that this case was treated in the UK
- 6:51is an absolute embarrassment. Our justice system in the United States,
- 6:56as well as our justice system in the United Kingdom,
- 6:59greatly favored people who are well represented. And that's the truth,
- 7:03right especially here in America. It's certainly paid a play.
- 7:07And if you have a high powered lawyer who has
- 7:09all of those connections behind the scenes, you're gonna have
- 7:12a better chance of getting away with whatever crime you committed,
- 7:16or being found innocent of a crime you're accused of.
- 7:21I think if he had been an ordinary chap who
- 7:23had done what he did, the prosecutors would have looked
- 7:26at him differently. When asked if he thought criminal charges
- 7:29would have been brought, the lawyer replied it was a
- 7:32distinct possibility. I don't want to say that he would
- 7:35have been charged, because I think you've got to look
- 7:38at what all of the evidence is. I haven't seen
- 7:41enough evidence to know about criminal charges. Prince Andrew was
- 7:44reportedly assembled an eight million dollar war chest to fight
- 7:48the settlement that was agreed with Miss Roberts last year
- 7:52to resolve a civil case. The disgraced prince is understood
- 7:56to be plotting a comeback that will restore his tarnished reputation,
- 8:00including possible legal action against his sex abuse accuser, Virginia Roberts.
- 8:05So I'd love to see it, right. If Prince Andrew
- 8:08has the goods, let's see it. All I'm interested in
- 8:11is the truth. And if Prince Andrew has evidence that
- 8:15proves that he didn't do this, well let's see it.
- 8:18But for all of these years, and for all of
- 8:21the hubris and all of the big talk, we have
- 8:24seen no evidence to prove what he is saying. He
- 8:27is also reputed to be searching for new staff to
- 8:30build up his team as he eyes a move to America. Boy,
- 8:33that would be hilarious. If Prince Andrew moves to America,
- 8:36that will be the biggest mistake he has ever made.
- 8:40The furor surrounding the case led him to being stripped
- 8:42of his honorary military titles, and any return to public
- 8:46life seems improbable. According to insiders, the Duke of York
- 8:51sixty two has been watching Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's
- 8:55progress across the US very closely. The sixty two year
- 8:59old was stripped of his royal titles en roles last year,
- 9:02but insiders claim he is less bothered about the situation
- 9:06than people believe. Oh, I thought he was crying. I
- 9:09thought he was broken up about it. You see, they
- 9:11can't even get their stories straight. So I don't believe
- 9:13anything that has to do with insiders in Prince Andrew's circle,
- 9:17because those insiders are Prince Andrew, Fergie and like four
- 9:22other people. A source close to Andrew told the Son
- 9:26that he has been following the Sussex's journey as he
- 9:29considers a way to forge a new career. Andrew is
- 9:33seemingly impressed at how Harry and Megan were able to
- 9:36set up a new working life away from the royal
- 9:38family in California. Friend said, well, here's the thing, Megan
- 9:44Markel and Prince Harry aren't accused of diddling people or
- 9:47hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein. Their big crime is I
- 9:50know this is real rough to hear, but they didn't
- 9:53want to stay in England. I know that's a terrible
- 9:56crime to commit and certainly worth all of the headlines
- 9:59that we see on regular basis now flip the script
- 10:02to Prince Andrew, and you tell me that people in
- 10:04America are gonna be accepting of that zero chance, he
- 10:08has a better chance of moving to fucking Mars. The
- 10:12insider claimed. He is very interested in business and charity,
- 10:15but unlike his nephew, would be shying away from the
- 10:18Netflix style projects. The Royal is also reportedly reassembling a
- 10:23team of his own. He has understood to have recently
- 10:26lost his communications officer of two years. Prince Andrew has
- 10:30reportedly assembled eight million dollar war chest to fight the
- 10:34settlement he agreed to with Miss Roberts last year. The
- 10:37news comes as it's reported that the Prince might be
- 10:40forced to move from the thirty million pound Winsor home,
- 10:44as he tells friends he cannot afford the upkeep. Ah,
- 10:47poor guy has to move out of his thirty million
- 10:50pound home because he can't afford the upkeep. You see
- 10:54this right here, that's me playing the world's smallest violin
- 10:56for him. The Duke said he will effectively be forced
- 11:01out of Royal Lodge in April when his annual two
- 11:04hundred and forty nine thousand pound grant is slashed. So
- 11:07the Duke has a ten million pound war chest to
- 11:10fight a losing battle over a settlement that he already
- 11:13agreed to. But meanwhile he can't afford two hundred and
- 11:16forty nine thousand pounds to pay for the Royal Lodge.
- 11:20Something doesn't compute. It is understood that the Royal Lodge,
- 11:24where the Prince sixty three lives with his ex wife, Sarah,
- 11:27Duchess of York, also sixty three, requires extensive work. The
- 11:32Duke has told friends he feels he is being singled out,
- 11:35as his other only annual income is a small navy pension.
- 11:40One friend said it feels as though his brother wishes
- 11:43to a victim. But last night, a source told The
- 11:46Daily Mail the claim seems to be based on fears,
- 11:49not full facts. It is understood the King will not
- 11:52leave him homeless or penniless, but wants Andrew to use
- 11:56his own money to pay for things. I mean, imagine
- 11:59a grown ass man sixty three years old has to
- 12:02be told to use his own money to pay for things.
- 12:05Must be nice to just ride the coattails of mommy
- 12:08and your brother for all of these years. The King
- 12:12is expected to support his brother if he wishes. With
- 12:15fears of the Duke being left without somewhere to live
- 12:18or any money unfounded. He is believed to have guaranteed
- 12:21Andrew an income a bit reduced and the home, and
- 12:25has understood to have agreed to pay privately for the
- 12:27duke security estimated at three million pounds a year after
- 12:32the Home Office acts to Scotland yard Protection officers. Mail
- 12:36Online has approached Andrew's representatives for comment. It's interesting here
- 12:41to see David Boyce talk about that picture and about
- 12:44how the picture was the deciding factor. That's something I've
- 12:47been saying for quite some time. And when you have
- 12:49that kind of evidence, right, if the evidence is real,
- 12:52if it's solid, that's the kind of evidence that ends
- 12:55these kinds of cases. Because if the jerry takes a
- 12:58look at it and they realize that you've been lying
- 13:00this whole time, meaning Prince Andrew, your credibility is absolutely shot.
- 13:05And once your credibility is shot in the courtroom with
- 13:08the jurors, forget it, the game is over and you're
- 13:11going to lose. Prince Andrew knew that. Andrew Brettler knew that.
- 13:17And now that all is said and done, Andrew's trying
- 13:20to engage in some revisionist history, and he's trying to
- 13:23rewrite what happened. Unfortunately for him, there's a whole lot
- 13:28of us who have been paying attention. All right, folks,
- 13:32that's gonna do it for this one. All of the
- 13:34information that goes with the episode can be found in
- 13:37the description box. What's up everyone, and welcome back to
- 13:44the Epstein Chronicles. King Charles has always wanted Camilla to
- 13:51have the title of queen, but the Queen was never
- 13:54very receptive to this idea. In fact, she was adamant
- 13:58that Camilla wouldn't have that time. Now, fast forward to
- 14:03the Queen on her way out and look at the
- 14:07about face that was made and how Camilla is now
- 14:11considered the Queen consort after Queen Elizabeth made the declaration
- 14:16that that was her wish. Well, come to find out
- 14:20it was all manipulated behind the scenes by Charles and
- 14:24Andrew and the issue of Jeffrey Epstein and today that's
- 14:31exactly what we're going to talk about in this article.
- 14:35So let's just dive right in and let's see what
- 14:38sort of bs these two bumbling fools over in the
- 14:42UK were up to. This article is from Newsweek headline
- 14:47King Charles used Prince Andrew and his legal woes to
- 14:50get Queen Camilla deal. This article was authored by Jack Royston. Look,
- 14:56it's always about the next move right, It's always about
- 14:59how I'm gonna maneuver myself into a better position of power.
- 15:03That's what it comes down to. For people like King Charles,
- 15:07Prince Andrew and the so called elite, they don't care
- 15:10who they're stepping on as long as they get to
- 15:13the destination that they have in mind. King Charles the
- 15:19Third used Prince Andrew's Jeffrey Epstein lawsuit to get Queen
- 15:23Elizabeth to agree queen consort status for Camilla. An author
- 15:27says the account was strongly denied by Buckingham Palace to
- 15:32NBC News, but biographer Christopher Anderson doubled down during an
- 15:36interview with The Today Show. So this author is saying, look,
- 15:41this is what went down. I have sources that told
- 15:43me this is the deal. I don't believe anything Buckingham
- 15:48Palace has to say. By the way, anything that they
- 15:51put out I look at sideways considering the stupid statements
- 15:55they put out during the whole entire ordeal with Prince
- 15:57Andrew before he was really outed. You know the nonsense
- 16:01that they kept putting out, So I don't have any
- 16:03faith that they're going to put out a statement that
- 16:06is anywhere near the truth. The Palace told the show
- 16:12the book's account was nonsense, adding it was unsourced and
- 16:15categorically untrue. Yeah, just like Prince Andrew being a molester
- 16:19was untrue, Just like Prince Andrew hanging out with Jeffrey
- 16:22Epstein was untrue, Just like Jimmy Savill being a molester
- 16:25was untrue. Should we continue? He said? It wasn't out
- 16:32of the blue. It was again an unspoken arrangement between
- 16:35the two of them, done behind the scenes by these
- 16:37men in Gray that Diana used to talk about. Look,
- 16:42do you think that these guys are above wheeling and
- 16:44dealing and making deals like this to try and better
- 16:47their own position. Remember, that's what it's all about. All
- 16:51of the jockeying, all of the moving, all of the nonsense,
- 16:55is all about more power and the consolidation of it.
- 17:00Those are the corridors that these people move in. You know,
- 17:03me and you, we wake up in the morning and
- 17:05we're worried about the day to day. Right, how am
- 17:09I gonna pay my bills? Damn gas is expensive. Yo,
- 17:12I just had to pay thirty bucks for lunch. You
- 17:14know that kind of shit. They don't think about that stuff.
- 17:17They don't have those issues. If the whole world was
- 17:20to stop tomorrow and nobody had any money, these people
- 17:24would still have that money. They wouldn't miss any meals.
- 17:30Andrew was always the Queen's favorite son. Charles was in
- 17:34a position where he needed the Queen to endorse Camilla
- 17:37as they approached the Platinum Jubilee, and these things converged
- 17:42on the palace denial, he said, standard procedure for the Palace. Actually,
- 17:46when they bother to issue a statement about a book,
- 17:49you know you've struck an earth. There's no doubt. One
- 17:52thing that we have seen in the past following the
- 17:54Epstein case and what's up with Andrew, is that the
- 17:57Palace is always issuing these dumb ass statements. Whenever they're
- 18:01getting their cage rattle a little bit, one of these
- 18:03statements is definitely coming out, and they usually mean nothing,
- 18:09just a bunch of nonsense. Go back and look at
- 18:12what they said about Prince Andrew, how it was all bs, this, that,
- 18:15the other thing, And they've never even come back out
- 18:17and recanted or said anything. As I've said earlier, I've
- 18:24been covering the royal family for fifty years now. It
- 18:27shocks me to say it, but the sources I have
- 18:30now are unparalleled solid. This isn't an authorized biography. It's
- 18:35an unauthorized biography and therefore much more accurate than the
- 18:40Palace would provide. That's true, because when it's an authorized biography,
- 18:45you have to adhere to the standards put to you
- 18:49by the Palace or the person who's biography you're writing.
- 18:52If it's unauthorized, you can do what you gotta do,
- 18:54dig deeper, go a little bit harder, use sources that
- 18:58you might not be able to use previously if it's
- 19:00an authorized biography. So there are certainly benefits to going
- 19:04this route. Virginia Roberts accused Prince Andrew of rapinger when
- 19:10she was seventeen years old and a Jeffrey Epstein trafficking survivor.
- 19:15He denied the allegations and settled out of court without
- 19:18admitting liability. Well, that's true, he didn't admit liability, But
- 19:23go ahead and take a look at the whole entire
- 19:26story and then tell me you believe that he paid
- 19:29because he felt like he was in a position that
- 19:31he just had to please. He paid because he knew
- 19:34he didn't have the truth on his side, and he
- 19:37knew that, even with Brettler defending him, that his royal
- 19:41goose was cooked. Anderson's previous book also contained an allegation
- 19:47that Charles was the royal called out anonymously by Megan
- 19:51Markle for alleged comments on possible skin color of the
- 19:54Sussexes unborn child during the Oprah Winfrey interview. At the time,
- 20:00a Clarence House spokesperson said, this is fiction and not
- 20:03worth further comment. Look, do I think it's a comment
- 20:07that's below King Charles? I do not. These people look
- 20:11at other folks as less than and that's how it's
- 20:16always been. What all of a sudden, the Royals are
- 20:19in touch with reality, They're in touch with the common man.
- 20:23They have nothing in common with the ed and Ediths
- 20:26of England. People driving a cab or working in a restaurant.
- 20:31What do they have in common with someone like Prince Charles.
- 20:35Anderson's account is fleshed out further in the book itself.
- 20:38An advanced copy of The King seen by Newsweek suggests
- 20:41Charles and William both thought Andrew should cooperate with the
- 20:45FBI investigation into Robert's allegations, but the Queen wanted the
- 20:49bell out her favorite son. So it comes back once again,
- 20:54boomerangs back to the Queen. And I know a lot
- 20:56of people have favorable opinions about her, but she he
- 21:00protected Andrew all the way up till the very end.
- 21:04And not only protected him. I know a lot of
- 21:07you don't want to hear it, but she also enabled
- 21:09him when you got somebody like Charles telling you you
- 21:12need to speak to the FBI, and mom Duke steps
- 21:15in and says, no, that's not going to happen. Well,
- 21:19what do you think is going on here? And who
- 21:22do you think should be blamed for me? There's a
- 21:25plenty of blame to go around, but the Queen is
- 21:27the one who was in the unique position where she
- 21:30could have forced this issue, but instead she didn't. The
- 21:34book reads there was a catch, however, since for all
- 21:37intents and purposes, such funds would ultimately be coming out
- 21:41of Charles's inheritance. On becoming king, he would inherit both
- 21:45access to the Duchy of Lancaster income and the bulk
- 21:48of his mother's vast holdings, Charles would have to, if
- 21:52not actually sign off on the deal, then at least
- 21:55not offer a public objection to it. So basically, the
- 21:59queen needed Charles to play ball here, and Charles knew
- 22:02that his mom needed him to play ball. So he
- 22:05turned this situation into something that was beneficial to him,
- 22:09and that is to get his mom to declare that
- 22:11Camilla would be known as Queen Consort. As distasteful as
- 22:17it was to have a slice of his inheritance go,
- 22:19for this purpose, Charles recognized rare opportunity for some sort
- 22:23of informal quid pro quo, while the question of where
- 22:27the money would come from was still very much on
- 22:30the table, The Prince of Wales suggested privately that February sixth,
- 22:34twenty twenty, the seventieth anniversary of Queen Elizabeth the Second's father,
- 22:38George George's death, might be the ideal time to make
- 22:42some sort of statement in support of Camilla becoming queen.
- 22:46And you see how it all works right for Charles,
- 22:49he really doesn't care about these survivors either, and he
- 22:52doesn't really care that his brother was a diddler. He
- 22:54cares that he was caught, and he cares that he
- 22:56has to deal with it. Now, that's the real issue here.
- 23:02It's not that the royal family cares all of a
- 23:04sudden about these survivors. Have they reached out to any
- 23:07of them? Have they offered to throw a royal ball
- 23:10in their honor? Of course they haven't. On today, Anderson said,
- 23:15the problem is that the Queen was practical and she
- 23:18knew that putting Camilla on the throne next to Charles
- 23:21would be problematic to say the least. Yeah, considering how
- 23:24much everybody loved Diana and the way Charles made Diana feel,
- 23:28and by the way, Charles made a pledge to the
- 23:31British people to sell them on his marriage. Originally, they
- 23:35would never make her queen, she would be Princess Consort.
- 23:39He never intended for that to happen. He always knew
- 23:42that she would be his queen. That's what he was
- 23:44always pining for, what he was always maneuvering for. They're
- 23:51even talking now about dropping the consort from the title.
- 23:53She will be Queen Camilla. I think the moment that's
- 23:57going to be defining during the coronation is that's the
- 24:00moment when she is crowned next to him. I think
- 24:03it's going to ruffle a lot of feathers. She's not
- 24:06popular in England and for us in the West, as
- 24:08far as America and you know, other countries without monarchs
- 24:12and stuff. We look at this sideways, like this whole
- 24:15coronation things like a big deal. But for us we're
- 24:17like what, I don't even understand what's going on here.
- 24:23Anderson also spoke about Prince Harry's upcoming memoir and suggested
- 24:27any bombshell revelations could set a dramatic stage for Charles's
- 24:31coronation in twenty twenty three. Now, I don't really know
- 24:34too much about what he would have in that book.
- 24:37I haven't really followed Prince Harry's saga, but I'm sure
- 24:41he has some dirt to spill, he said. Obviously there
- 24:46are going to be bombshells in that book. The Palace
- 24:49will not be happy, and they're facing the coronation in May.
- 24:52It's obviously got them all on tenter hooks. So there
- 24:57you have it, folks. The deal that was made by
- 24:59Prince Andrew and King Charles to get Camilla as queen
- 25:04and to get Prince Andrew off the hook as far
- 25:08as the payment goes, so like usual behind the scenes maneuvering,
- 25:13and it's always about the same thing. A cover your
- 25:17ass and b increase your power. However, you can all right, folks,
- 25:23that's gonna do it for this one. I'll be back
- 25:25later on with a little bit more. But if you'd
- 25:27like to contact me, you can do that at Bobby
- 25:30Kopuchi at ProtonMail dot com. That's bo bb Y c
- 25:34apu Cci at ProtonMail dot com. You can also find
- 25:39me on Twitter at Bobby underscore c ap u Cci.
- 25:46The link that I discussed can be found in the
- 25:48description box. What's up everyone, and welcome back to the
- 25:53Epstein Chronicles. So Prince Andrew is telling everybody who will
- 25:58listen that he's a man a war chest because he's
- 26:01going to get his settlement overturned. Meanwhile, the rest of
- 26:06us who live in reality are having a hell of
- 26:09a laugh at the expense of this moron. Once again,
- 26:13he's like the gift that keeps on giving. Right, as
- 26:16a content creator, I could just sit back and wait
- 26:19for Prince Andrew to make comments and then go to town,
- 26:23because anything this dude touches turns from gold directly into
- 26:28dog shit. So this latest hair brained idea that he's
- 26:32come up with is being backed by none other than
- 26:35the human trafficker herself, the bipedal serpent Golen Maxwell. Oh,
- 26:40and did you hear about the photo expert that came
- 26:43in and gave their expert opinion about that photo of
- 26:46Virginia and Prince Andrew. Wait a minute, hold on what
- 26:50She's not an expert? So you mean to tell me
- 26:53that a former socialite, lady Victoria Heavey, is not in
- 26:59fact a photographic expert. Well, the way she's running around
- 27:02talking about this picture, you would think that she created polaroid.
- 27:06You see, folks, we learn something new every day, right,
- 27:09went from socialite to photograph expert real quick, and it's
- 27:13nothing new. This is the same story that she's been
- 27:16running for how long? And like usual, no proof provided,
- 27:20just my opinion, just this that the other thing, no receipts,
- 27:24And until somebody shows up with some receipts, I'm gonna
- 27:27have to go with the actual expert who actually looked
- 27:30at the original photo. Yeah, he probably knows more about
- 27:33photography and if a picture is real or not, then
- 27:37Victoria Hervey and certainly more than Glene Maxwell. You mean
- 27:41to tell me someone who has been busted for perjury
- 27:45lying in a deposition against Virginia Roberts has the audacity
- 27:49to come out here and tell anybody somebody else is
- 27:51a liar. I mean, the irony is so thick you
- 27:56can almost eat it. So when I see all of
- 27:58these headlines talking about this recycled garbage that we've heard
- 28:02from them for years now, it just makes me shake
- 28:05my head that anyone would give this any air whatsoever.
- 28:09I mean, is this all you have, Prince Andrew, After
- 28:12all of these years, after all of those high profile attorneys,
- 28:16after all of the information that has been out there,
- 28:19this is all you have? Huh? The picture is fake?
- 28:23Doesn't seem very convincing to me. Today we have an
- 28:26article from the Sun headline Andy's legal war chest Prince
- 28:31Andrew aka the Joe Exotic of the Royal Family a
- 28:34mass is a ten million pound fund to launch legal
- 28:37case against sex abuse accuser Virginia Roberts. This article was
- 28:42authored by Chris Pollard. Prince Andrew has a mass to
- 28:47ten million pound war chest to launch a legal case
- 28:50against sex abuse victim Virginia Roberts. So this guy really
- 28:54thinks that this is the right way to go, this
- 28:57is the proper way forward. Huh does he not realize
- 29:00how much bigger the hole he is digging for himself
- 29:03is getting? And does he really think that the authorities
- 29:07in America, the federal government meaning the FB high doesn't
- 29:10want to talk to him. Still, so say he does
- 29:13go and try and get this overturned, what sort of
- 29:16legal jeopardy meaning criminal legal jeopardy is he going to
- 29:20find himself in? Imagine being such a dumbass that you
- 29:23were taking legal advice from Gallane Maxwell, who is serving
- 29:27two hundred and forty months and a former socialite. I mean, really,
- 29:31so Andrew Brettler's legal advice that wasn't solid. But let
- 29:35me see what Gallainne Maxwell has to say from behind bars.
- 29:39The Duke of York sixty two will claim he never
- 29:42met her and that a photo of them was faked. Well,
- 29:45you can make whatever claims you want, but how are
- 29:47you going to prove that? That's the question. Where are
- 29:50all of the experts coming forward and backing up your claims.
- 29:54There has been none of that. So until we see
- 29:56some experts bringing receipts, how are we supposed to believe a
- 30:00convicted human trafficker, This dunce of a prince and Victoria Hervey,
- 30:05whoever the hell that even is. Now people in the
- 30:08UK might know who that is, but here in the
- 30:10United States, give me a break already with a lady
- 30:14Vikkoya Heavy. He has been given freshop after Roberts thirty
- 30:19eight Withdrew sex abuse allegations against US lawyer Alan I
- 30:23kept my underpants on Dershowitz, admitting she may have made
- 30:27a mistake. Even with that being the case, how is
- 30:32Andrew trying to extrapolate that and put it on himself?
- 30:36It is ridiculous. Now, with that said, I am always
- 30:40willing to look at whatever evidence is provided. The problem
- 30:43for Prince Andrew and Gallaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein is
- 30:47for all the bullshit they've talked, they've provided zero receipts
- 30:51and they've provided no witnesses to come forward who are
- 30:54outside of their circle and to talk about, Oh, this
- 30:57is bullshit, This never happened. In the fact, it's been
- 31:00the complete opposite. In an interview on Talk TV tonight,
- 31:05Kallayne Maxwell, who also features in the photo, insists it
- 31:08has been doctored and the meeting never happened. So we're
- 31:12going to believe somebody who got nailed for perjury twice
- 31:16against the same person she's lying on again here. So
- 31:19is that what you're trying to sell me, Because if
- 31:22that's the case, you're gonna need to sell me a
- 31:25bit stronger. And I'm gonna need to see some of
- 31:27those receipts and some of the backing up material for
- 31:30what you have to say, because so far, all we
- 31:33have heard is that the picture is real, and that's
- 31:36from the photographic expert who took a look at it.
- 31:39I'm certainly no photographic expert. I don't know the first
- 31:43thing about the first thing. But when a guy who
- 31:45does it for a living and who has no reason
- 31:48to lie or take sides, comes out and says that
- 31:50the photo is legit, that the photo is real, then
- 31:54why would I believe a convicted felon, Kallaiinne Maxwell or
- 31:58Prince Andrew who is out here allegedly diddling people. That
- 32:02is just bizarre to me. I'm not going to believe
- 32:06a convicted felon who is a known notorious liar, or
- 32:10the guy who is in hot water because of the
- 32:12picture You're gonna have to do better than that, A
- 32:16royal source said. Andrew has always insisted he is innocent
- 32:19and finally wants to prove it in a US court.
- 32:23He had his chance, he signed this settlement. He's a
- 32:26grown ass adult. What he doesn't have the mental capability
- 32:29to sign the statement, I mean, sign the settlement. So
- 32:32what is the everybody in the world should just go
- 32:34back now and say, ah, you know what, I signed
- 32:36off on that agreement. I think I want to give
- 32:38it another look. I was in a car accident a
- 32:40few years ago and I had to sign off on
- 32:42some paperwork to get my settlement. Should I go back
- 32:46and revisit that now as well? Who does this guy
- 32:48really think he is? You had your chance to do
- 32:51the honorable thing, like you said you were going to do,
- 32:54speak to the FBI, come clean about everything, and you
- 32:57chose not to. So miss me with all the bullshit
- 32:59about oh I want to defend myself in court, you lieon,
- 33:03son of a bitch. He was pressured into settling the
- 33:07case to avoid overshadowing the Platinum Jubilee and has paid
- 33:11a heavy price personally and professionally. Oh, we feel so
- 33:15bad for him. Have empathy for Prince Andrew, who's living
- 33:18in a gilded cage of his own making. Fuck at
- 33:21he here with this guy. The King is happy for
- 33:24him to pursue this. Oh he is Huh. Someone should
- 33:26get the King on record. Not that I'd be shocked,
- 33:29considering the King was accepting bags a dough from Bin
- 33:33Madden's family, and that he was paling around with Jimmy
- 33:35Saville as head of state. He can't back them publicly,
- 33:39but Andrew is still his brother and he wants what's
- 33:42best for him. What's best for Andrew is a long
- 33:45vacation far, far away from the public. Andrew has never
- 33:50been more financially secure, said the source. So let's squander
- 33:54all of that money that I just got on this
- 33:56go nowhere case. Sounds like a good idea. This dude
- 34:00truly wants to go down as the biggest moron in
- 34:03the history of morons, and man, he's doing a fantastic job.
- 34:08He and ex wife Sarah Ferguson made ten million pounds
- 34:11from selling their Swiss ski Shechalet last year. The Queen
- 34:15is thought to have left him an inheritance of several million.
- 34:18Andrew reportedly settled with miss Roberts for twelve million pounds,
- 34:22but sources close to him say it was closer to
- 34:25three million pounds. Oh, I'm sure. I am sure that's
- 34:28exactly the price tag that it was. I mean sources
- 34:32close to him. Who exactly are these sources that are
- 34:35close to Prince Andrew. At this point, it is ridiculous
- 34:39to me that you're out here talking about sources. We
- 34:42know what the source is Prince Andrew himself. He has
- 34:46always denied her claims that his pal, convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein,
- 34:51introduced them in London in two thousand and one, when
- 34:53Miss Roberts was seventeen. Maxwell Epstein's X, you mean co conspirator,
- 34:59fellow all around on scusbag bipedal serpent, that's what you mean,
- 35:03right is serving twenty years for child sex trafficking. Asked
- 35:08about the photo, she said from jail in Florida, it's
- 35:10a fake. I don't believe it's real for a second.
- 35:13In fact, I'm sure it's not. The fact that she
- 35:15says that it's a fact that it's not automatically makes
- 35:18me believe right away that the picture is real. I
- 35:21honestly believe that Glene Maxwell doesn't have a truthful bone
- 35:25in her body. She's resentful, she's full of all kinds
- 35:30of anger, she has a chip on her shoulder, and
- 35:33she truly believes she did nothing wrong. Here folks serving
- 35:36up girls to her buddy Jeffrey Epstein, Well, that was
- 35:39just an everyday occurrence. There's nothing wrong with that as
- 35:41long as they're your children, These sick, disgusting animals. There
- 35:46is no original, just copies of copies, and parts of it,
- 35:49according to some experts, look like it has been photoshopped.
- 35:52I don't remember her in my home. What experts? Can
- 35:55you point them out? Please? We have seen no experts
- 35:58come forward and back up up and Booyer claims. All
- 36:02we've seen is weirdos and other people accused of hanging
- 36:05out with Epstein circle the wagons. So who are these experts?
- 36:10Where are they and where do I find that evidence?
- 36:13Because in my four years of covering this case, I
- 36:16have not seen one single bit of evidence that would
- 36:19prove these statements to be true. So as Glenn Maxwell
- 36:23and Prince Andrew have their little pity party, you better
- 36:27believe we'll be here on a daily basis to mock
- 36:30the stupidity coming from the Prince in his camp. All right, folks,
- 36:35that's gonna do it for this one. All of the
- 36:38information that goes with this episode can be found in
- 36:42the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome back to
- 36:46the Epstein Chronicles. Alan Dershowitz is out here giving Prince
- 36:50Andrew some more unsolicited advice, saying that Prince Andrew made
- 36:54a big mistake by settling his sexual abuse case with
- 36:58Virginia Roberts. And he made these comments while he was
- 37:02giving a interview to The Times Radio on Tuesday, And well,
- 37:07all of that sounds great, and it sounds easy for
- 37:10mister Dershowitz to say that mister Dershowitz wasn't privy to
- 37:14everything that was brought as evidence. And if we're talking
- 37:18about lawyers, I would say that Bretler is a better
- 37:21lawyer than Dershowitz. That's right. I'm on record saying that
- 37:25I'd much rather have Andrew Brettler as my lawyer than
- 37:28Alan Dershowitz any day of the week. And Andrew Brettler
- 37:32was the lawyer that was employed by Prince Andrew. So
- 37:35let's not act like Prince Andrew didn't get good counsel here.
- 37:38Let's not act like Prince Andrew didn't have a lawyer
- 37:41of note, he had the lawyer that everybody in Hollywood
- 37:44runs to when they make a mistake. And not only that,
- 37:47but Bretler actually wins Andrew. Butrettler is not the kind
- 37:50of lawyer that's just gonna tell his client to settle,
- 37:53especially when it's a client like Prince Andrew. That's just
- 37:56never going to happen. And Alan Dershowitz out here running
- 37:59off at the trap talking about this, that or the
- 38:01other thing makes for a good interview maybe, but when
- 38:05you run it and cross check it with reality, it
- 38:07just doesn't stand up. Today's article is from The Independent
- 38:12and the headline Prince Andrew may have been pressured by
- 38:14the Queen to settle sex case. Jeffrey Epstein's former lawyer suggests, So,
- 38:19here's a good idea. Why doesn't Prince Andrew just hire
- 38:23Alan Dershowitz and re litigate. If that's the case and
- 38:26you feel like your name is being dragged through the
- 38:28mud and all of this is untrue, Sue all of
- 38:31these outlets that have said it. Sue everybody that said it,
- 38:34and let's get to discovery and for some nice flavoring
- 38:37on top of it. Have Dershowitz be your lawyer. Let's
- 38:40go all the way in. If you're so confident in
- 38:42what you're saying, if you're so confident that Prince Andrew
- 38:45didn't do what has been alleged of them, then the
- 38:48time for talk is long over. Let's get a little
- 38:51bit of action. But the problem is that's not going
- 38:53to occur because the actual lawyers who are looking at
- 38:56all of this, Prince Andrew's lawyers, they knew that he
- 38:59was up again, and they knew that he had no
- 39:01chance in hell to win over a jury if it
- 39:03ever went to trial. That's why he paid a big
- 39:06ass bag. This article was authored by Andy Gregory. Jeffrey
- 39:12Epstein's former lawyer. Alan Dershowitz has said he suspects Prince
- 39:16Andrew was pressured by his mother, the Queen ELIZABETHID to
- 39:20settle the civil sexual assault case against him. I don't
- 39:23buy that either. If the Queen wanted him to settle,
- 39:26that would have happened a long time ago. It wouldn't
- 39:28have got to the discovery phase. So again, Alan Dershowitz
- 39:32is just throwing shit out there and making pretend he
- 39:35knows what he's talking about, and the fact that he
- 39:37keeps getting platformed is hilarious. Honestly, I thought he didn't
- 39:40know anything about Epstein. I thought he had no idea
- 39:43about the operation. Then why do you keep opening your mouth? Dumb? Dumb.
- 39:47The Duke of York reached a multimillion pound settlement in
- 39:50February twenty twenty two with Virginia Roberts, the Epstein survivor
- 39:55who accused Andrew of sexually abusing her while she was
- 39:58under age in the United Slates States, But mister Dershowitz,
- 40:02who worked for Epstein from two thousand and eight, has
- 40:05now claimed that he believes the Duke of York made
- 40:07a terrible mistake in paying millions to settle the case.
- 40:11Not a terrible mistake in paling around with Epstein, not
- 40:14a terrible mistake in giving Glenn Maxwell run of the keep. No,
- 40:19but settling with an accuser who credibly accused you. Oh,
- 40:23that's a gigantic mistake. Is this guy for real or
- 40:26what real? Easy to say that shit from the Peanut
- 40:29gallery when you're not the one on the hook. And
- 40:31it doesn't matter that Dershowitz is a lawyer. He hasn't
- 40:34seen all of this documentation. He's not privy to what
- 40:36Prince Andrew and Virginia brought out in the court, so
- 40:40I don't even know what he's talking about. I think
- 40:42he made a terrible mistake. I suspect he was pressured
- 40:45by his mother to make that mistake. Mister Dershowitz told
- 40:48Times Radio on Tuesday, You suspect huh, how would you know?
- 40:52And that's the real question, Dershowitz, Mister, I have nothing
- 40:55to do with any of these people. Is he just speculating?
- 40:58Is he just shooting from hip like everybody else, or
- 41:01does he have the inside track, Because it can't be
- 41:04both ways, right, You can't be an insider and not
- 41:07know anything. So I guess that's my question. Is he
- 41:10an insider still or is he just shooting from the
- 41:12hip and speculating. And if he is just speculating, why
- 41:15should anyone take anything he has to say about Prince
- 41:18Andrew and Virginia Roberts and their settlement seriously. If he
- 41:22had fought that case, I believe he would have won.
- 41:25I believe the case would have been dismissed on a
- 41:27variety of grounds, But he didn't want to sit through
- 41:29a deposition, or people around him didn't want to sit
- 41:32through a deposition, so he settled the case. Oh if
- 41:35it was just that easy. What an absolute load of bs?
- 41:39You really think Andrew Brettler, of all people, is just
- 41:42gonna say, you know what, let's settle. We have enough
- 41:44here that we could win, We have enough here from
- 41:46discovery that we could really crack this off. But let's
- 41:50just settle, because you know why not? Now? Who does
- 41:53that make sense to? Maybe Alan Dershowitz and his mushdass
- 41:57old geriatric brain. But the rest of us, well, we
- 42:00can all see the forest through the trees, and the
- 42:02fact that Prince Andrew settled here tells us everything that
- 42:05we need to know. Now. Of course, Alan Dershowitz is
- 42:08entitled to his opinion, But like most things that come
- 42:11out of Dershowitz's mouth, I happen to disagree, and I
- 42:14think that Bretler would disagree. I wonder if anyone got
- 42:17Bretler on record, or if anyone's going to get Breler
- 42:20on record. In response to Dershowitz making claims such as this,
- 42:24he's basically saying that Andrew Brettler is not a good lawyer.
- 42:27That Andrew Butler has no idea what he's doing, and
- 42:30I find that shit to be laughable. And if you
- 42:32don't know who Andrew Butretler is, just do a quick
- 42:35Google search and you'll learn real quick. Often you settle
- 42:39cases not because you're guilty of what you're charged with,
- 42:42but because you don't want to admit other things that
- 42:45you've done. Like what what else has Prince Andrew done
- 42:48that he didn't want to admit? He added, I feel
- 42:51sorry for Prince Andrew for this reason, assuming everything they
- 42:55say about him is correct. The woman who accused him
- 42:57was over the age of consent, apparently bragged about it
- 43:01to her friends, and she collected millions and millions of
- 43:03dollars for that. Yeah, I feel sorry for him. Meanwhile,
- 43:07how many millions of dollars did you collect, mister Dershowitz
- 43:11to protect Jeffrey Epstein when he legitimately was raping high
- 43:15school girls in Palm Beach? Do we want to talk
- 43:18about that for a minute or not? How many millions
- 43:20did you pocket on the back of those girls suffering? Now,
- 43:23I get it, that's your job as a lawyer, but
- 43:25don't sit here and try and act like you're mister
- 43:28squeaky clean, like you had nothing to do with Epstein
- 43:30this whole entire time. Now, the allegations that Virginia made
- 43:35against Dershowitz, let's be very clear, she retracted them. So
- 43:38I'm not going to sit here and try and make
- 43:41that argument. I wasn't there. I don't know, But what
- 43:44I do know is this Dershowitz coming out and acting
- 43:47like he's some sort of moral barometer is some of
- 43:50the most laughable shit that I've ever seen in my life.
- 43:53This is a condemnable man. This is a man that
- 43:56wasn't only Jeffrey Epstein's lawyer, this was Jeffrey Epstein's friend.
- 44:00So run home and tell that Alan Dershowitz. The allegations
- 44:04levied at Epstein and the pedophile Financiers Associates have again
- 44:08come to the fore after a US judge ordered the
- 44:11release of hundreds of core documents relating to a defamation
- 44:14lawsuit brought by Miss Roberts against Epstein's former partner and
- 44:19convicted sex trafficker Gallain Maxwell, which was settled in twenty seventeen.
- 44:24The trove includes forty documents of evidence from Johanna Schoberg,
- 44:28who has claimed that the Duke of York touched her
- 44:31breast while sitting on a couch at Epstein's Manhattan apartment
- 44:34in two thousand and one. And we just got done
- 44:36going through that whole entire deposition, and now we've moved
- 44:40on to the Sarah Ransom deposition, so that you folks
- 44:43get the whole story, unfiltered, unadulterated, and that way you
- 44:48have all the contexts you need to decide what you believe.
- 44:52Further extracts saw arguments resurface from Maxwell's lawyers, who claim
- 44:56that Robert's allegations of having sex with Prince Andrew and
- 44:59a bathtub while she was underage or obvious lies because
- 45:03the bathtub in question was too small for a man
- 45:06of his size to enjoy a bath in, let alone sex.
- 45:09Anybody who's ever been to college, or anybody who's ever had,
- 45:13let us say, an adventurous younger life, knows that that
- 45:16shit is bs, back seats of cars, closets, under tables,
- 45:21you name it. Come on, now, what we're all stupid.
- 45:24We were never teenagers, we never went to college. The
- 45:27bathtub's too small, that's right up there with my fingers
- 45:30are too fat, or I don't have the right kit
- 45:32to go to the pizza joint. I mean, for real,
- 45:34who the hell's buying this nonsense. Documents unsealed on Monday
- 45:38also included emails filed to the court by mister Dershowitz
- 45:42lawyers in an attempt to discredit Epstein accuser Sarah Ransom.
- 45:46These appear to show miss Ransom claiming to a reporter
- 45:49that Epstein had secretly filmed and kept tapes the Prince Andrew,
- 45:53Bill Clinton, and Richard Branson having sex. All three men
- 45:57reject the claims. A spokesperson from mister Brandon Virgin Group
- 46:01said any suggestion that Richard Branson was involved in any
- 46:04sex tape is entirely false. The allegations are baseless and unfounded.
- 46:09The actions of Jeffrey Epstein were abhorrent, and we support
- 46:12the right of justice for the many victims impacted by
- 46:16his abuse. So as far as the videotapes go, I
- 46:19don't know. I didn't see them. I wasn't there. That's
- 46:22gonna have to be something that either comes out later
- 46:25on or that Sarah herself is gonna have to answer
- 46:28at some point. They added, we categorically reject all allegations
- 46:32made by Sarah Ransom. In twenty nineteen, she admitted to
- 46:36The New Yorker that the tapes had been invented, But
- 46:39then we know that she doubled down on her account,
- 46:42making her statement on the British TV show Good Morning Britain.
- 46:46So which is it. We're gonna have to wait and
- 46:49see when all the smoke clears and when all of
- 46:52the what's what has been said? Because as of now
- 46:55we got some serious allegations here. Right question is are
- 46:58they true? Mister Clinton's folkesperson also directed The Independent to
- 47:04the twenty nineteen New Yorker article, which reported Miss Ransom
- 47:07as saying she had invented the tapes to draw attention
- 47:10to Epstein's behavior and to make him believe that she
- 47:14had evidence that would come out if he harmed her.
- 47:17But Miss Ransom alleged on Tuesday that her retraction had
- 47:20been in response to threats from Epstein that she and
- 47:23her family would be harmed, and claimed she would be
- 47:26willing to testify under oath. As she told ITVS Good
- 47:29Morning Britain, there are videos that exist. So Sarah Ransom
- 47:33threw down the gauntlet. She says, look, I will go
- 47:36under oath and I will say under oath that these
- 47:39videos exist. And now that Sarah Ransom has thrown down
- 47:43the gauntlet like that, I wonder what the response is
- 47:45going to be. And once we have a response or
- 47:48some movement one way or the other, we will get
- 47:50it added to the catalog. All right, folks, that's going
- 47:53to do it for this one. All of the information
- 47:55that goes with this episode can be found in the
- 47:58description box.
