After 35 years at the helm, Andrew Rand is stepping down as CEO of Advanced Medical Transport, the largest EMS provider in the Peoria area, with Todd Baker, his longtime COO, set to take over starting January 1, 2027. Rand will remain as CEO of the parent company through year’s end, then serve as an advisor through 2027, while Baker — who’s helped steer operations and strategy for six years — brings deep expertise in leadership, finance, tech, and healthcare partnerships.
