  Speaker 7: But that took a process. That took a like pray

  Speaker 1: my eating habit, like change my mind or I'm still

  Speaker 1: eating seat footballs and honey buns and all that type

  Speaker 7: And I was praying for. I didn't even realize what

  Speaker 7: I was really praying. Matter of fact, I had hurt

  Speaker 7: my leg at church and it was so bad and

  Speaker 7: I got a word and he said, you're gonna lose

  Speaker 7: that weight.

  Speaker 3: So I got offended. I was like, is he saying

  Speaker 1: I'm big, because the unhealthy version of you. Yes, it

  Speaker 1: was like, oh, well, I'm really comfortable with where I am,

  Speaker 1: but I really want to be somebody I really want

  Speaker 3: But I don't want to change. I wanted to just happen.

  Speaker 7: And so when you are doing, when you are going

  Speaker 1: I'm just concerned at this point, your blood pressure is

  Speaker 1: up and down. You know, I need to put your

  Speaker 1: on medication, all these different things. And then my A

  Speaker 1: one ce just kept you know, being just in a

  Speaker 1: pre diabetic zone. So at that time she that was

  Speaker 1: the shot time.

  Speaker 7: I didn't know, it's the shot time is still going on,

  Speaker 7: but it was like we were hearing that.

  Speaker 3: That was at the introduction of what we were hearing.

  Speaker 7: About shots, and so she threw a shot at me,

  Speaker 7: which is a different shot.

  Speaker 3: wanted me to get on it. I was.

  Speaker 7: compare me to someone that's been on the shop for

  Speaker 7: sixty five with sixty five pounds, we look different because

  Speaker 7: I've got strength trained. I've been doing this for eighteen months.

  Speaker 7: It was just it was I was in a program

  Speaker 7: like that. You're like, and I was only thirty, yeah, thirty.

  Speaker 7: And then also my dad passed.

  Speaker 1: Up card I was just about to ask you diabetes

  Speaker 1: on both sides, high blood pressure, bad hearts on his side.

  Speaker 7: So I'm having heart pablitation randomly because I love like

  Speaker 7: all of these things. And so now I look at

  Speaker 7: because it was spoken over my life, like where you're going.

  Speaker 7: You can't, you know, have that mindset of food and
