John's monologue is two fold. First he talks about Iran announcing the Strait of Hormuz is fully open, albeit through a designated shipping lane determined by them. Trump told reporters Iran agreed to everything he asked for, including surrendering nuclear material. He also said the US side of the blockade will remain in effect after the strait is opened. Iranian officials spent most of their day refuting a great deal of Donald Trump’s claims, stating that in fact there will be no transfer of enriched uranium.
