- 0:08Speaker 1: of your hosts, Delia, and I'm here with my real
- 0:12Speaker 1: tight homegirl and my daughter in law, the illustrious Bitch
- 0:17Speaker 1: hi Yah. We are here to talk sister wives. As always,
- 0:24Speaker 1: we are still in season six. This is a long,
- 0:28Speaker 1: very season. I think there's like thirty episodes in this season,
- 0:32Speaker 1: just like there was almost thirty episodes in season nineteen.
- 0:35Speaker 1: That's crazy.
- 0:36Speaker 2: Why do we know it?
- 0:36Speaker 1: What's happening in don't understand having flash mops and everything,
- 0:40Speaker 1: Like I could care about that for real, Jesus. Always
- 0:44Speaker 1: an opportunity to see Cody dancing around like a feminine fool,
- 0:48Speaker 1: like a feminine he said in this episode, I don't
- 0:51Speaker 1: know how to dance like a man, though, Yeah, because
- 0:53Speaker 1: I'm dancing like a woman. Isn't that what you want?
- 0:56Speaker 1: And my question was, isn't that what you want?
- 0:58Speaker 2: That is what you want?
- 0:59Speaker 1: I feel like that's what you want.
- 1:00Speaker 2: He's embracing his true self and I love that for
- 1:02Speaker 2: dance interpretive dance.
- 1:04Speaker 1: Hashtag free Cody. Before we get into the episode, we
- 1:08Speaker 1: do have to remind you to please hydro wife and
- 1:11Speaker 1: hydro kits. This is a politically incorrect podcast. We say
- 1:15Speaker 1: stupid things, we have dumb opinions, and we do not
- 1:20Speaker 1: censor ourselves. Shockingly, we're not gonna do it.
- 1:23Speaker 2: So if you're a little why are you even here?
- 1:28Speaker 1: You might want to find yourself another dumpster bye. But

- 1:57Speaker 3: we walk through the Valley of Darkness. That's the Alley
- 2:00Speaker 3: of darkness. Yeah, yes, Taylor, but.

- 2:22Speaker 1: we're even more awesome. Hard to believe, So thank you
- 2:28Speaker 1: in advent. Are we having an after show tonight? I
- 2:32Speaker 1: know there were some rumblings about things that are happening
- 2:37Speaker 1: on plath Viille.
- 2:38Speaker 2: It just seems like more and more stuff comes out
- 2:41Speaker 2: about Plath film, talk about Toxic, so toxic, And then
- 2:45Speaker 2: there was like some sort of a sighting of Cody
- 2:48Speaker 2: at some gun show and we got a glimpse of
- 2:51Speaker 2: his hair.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Okay, so we're gonna have a little bit of an
- 2:55Speaker 1: after show. And so if you are on our Patreon,
- 2:58Speaker 1: if you're a vip rac, couldn't make sure you stay
- 3:01Speaker 1: yeah for that? All right, without any further ado, let's
- 3:04Speaker 1: get into season six, episode fourteen, entitled Polygamus flash Mob.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Oh my god. Yeay, we're doing a flash mob. Remember
- 3:13Speaker 1: when that was really popular?
- 3:15Speaker 2: Yeah? I wish it would stay in the past.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, it's cringe.
- 3:19Speaker 2: Very much, sayf So we start off this episode with
- 3:24Speaker 2: talking about like graduations, because Leon and Aspen are graduating
- 3:29Speaker 2: at the same time, and we have like Christine and
- 3:33Speaker 2: Mary and Robin getting together for a graduation party, meeting
- 3:37Speaker 2: with Leon and Aspen talking about what they want to
- 3:40Speaker 2: have at their graduation party. They're gonna have a fortune teller.
- 3:43Speaker 2: They're gonna have dancing, they're gonna have Mormon snacks and
- 3:48Speaker 2: neighbors galore, and I'm just like so bored.
- 3:52Speaker 1: I'm bored as well. I did notice, though, that Christine
- 3:55Speaker 1: actually introduced the scene by saying that her and Mary
- 3:59Speaker 1: were going to sit down with their two kids. She
- 4:02Speaker 1: did not mention that Robin was going to be there.
- 4:04Speaker 1: And then the next thing I saw was Robin was
- 4:06Speaker 1: sitting at the Great Mormon Conversation Table, pitching in her
- 4:10Speaker 1: two cents of course, about I guess the fortune teller,
- 4:13Speaker 1: I guess. Can we talk about that?
- 4:15Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 4:15Speaker 1: Why, I know, we talked about that a little bit
- 4:17Speaker 1: in the when we discussed the preview last week. Like
- 4:19Speaker 1: that's just I don't know, I come up in like
- 4:22Speaker 1: evangelical Christianity. My God is an awesome God, and like
- 4:27Speaker 1: we couldn't read any of them tarot cards. Yeah, we
- 4:30Speaker 1: could not go to a fortune teller or a soothsayer,
- 4:32Speaker 1: like that was a sin. And I'm not saying I
- 4:35Speaker 1: believe that now, yea, at this old age, I do not, actually,
- 4:38Speaker 1: but it's just kind of weird to me that they're
- 4:40Speaker 1: this fundamentalist Mormon group of people and they're willing to
- 4:44Speaker 1: have a soothsayer come on by.
- 4:47Speaker 2: It's kind of odd, and it does give a little
- 4:50Speaker 2: bit more credibility to the theory of like Robin being
- 4:52Speaker 2: a secret witch or whatever, and like maybe she wasn't
- 4:55Speaker 2: actually Mormon. I mean, now she's got all these like
- 4:58Speaker 2: amethyst crystals stuff and I wonder if she's got her
- 5:01Speaker 2: own like secret tarot card decks at home and like
- 5:04Speaker 2: little witch rituals or stuffing. And I'm just like, why
- 5:07Speaker 2: suggest a fortune teller? Although, if I go back into
- 5:10Speaker 2: the way back machine, when I graduated, we had a big,
- 5:14Speaker 2: like class graduation party and we had fortune tellers.
- 5:17Speaker 1: I mean, I can see wanting the kids to have
- 5:20Speaker 1: a little fun and talk about their future, maybe having
- 5:23Speaker 1: somebody there for entertainment purposes. But there was just sort
- 5:26Speaker 1: of this undercurrent of like Christine really believes in this,
- 5:30Speaker 1: and it seemed like Robin really believed in it. Mary
- 5:34Speaker 1: does not, and Janelle has was so quiet in this episode.
- 5:37Speaker 1: You hardly heard a peep out of her.
- 5:39Speaker 2: I know, we didn't hear much from her at all.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Furthermore, she did not dance. No, you could not make
- 5:43Speaker 1: her dance, just like my Torian sister I'm not doing
- 5:45Speaker 1: what I do not want to do. Yep, But like
- 5:48Speaker 1: it was just really kind of a strange thing to
- 5:51Speaker 1: add into the celebration too.
- 5:52Speaker 2: It was bizarre, and I'm like, Okay, this is obviously
- 5:55Speaker 2: Like I don't know if this is like for the
- 5:56Speaker 2: producers or if like Robin's actually into it. I just
- 5:59Speaker 2: thought it was. But they're gonna have a fortune teller.
- 6:02Speaker 2: They plan the graduation party, and then we segue on
- 6:06Speaker 2: over to a conversation I think at Mary's house with
- 6:09Speaker 2: Cody and doctor Whiedo.
- 6:11Speaker 1: Oh my god, doctor student loans rolling up in his
- 6:14Speaker 1: Toyota Corolla. I mean, I'm like, why are we reintroducing
- 6:18Speaker 1: this guy from last season? He's just coming over to
- 6:21Speaker 1: yell about student loans.
- 6:22Speaker 2: I know it's so weird y, but Cody wants us
- 6:25Speaker 2: to know that he's very concerned about his kids signing
- 6:29Speaker 2: up for a whole lot of debt, and so he
- 6:32Speaker 2: wants to talk to this expert I guess of doctor Guido.
- 6:36Speaker 1: A doctor of what. I don't know, a doctor of what, chiropractic, kinesiology,
- 6:42Speaker 1: medieval literature, what's he a doctor of?
- 6:45Speaker 2: I have no idea. I'm like, who is this guy.
- 6:48Speaker 2: He shows up to Mary's house to talk to them
- 6:51Speaker 2: about student loans, and of course doctor Grido's like all
- 6:55Speaker 2: for it. He's like, they're great, you don't want your
- 6:58Speaker 2: kid to worry about money at all while they're in college,
- 7:01Speaker 2: so let them sign up for hundreds of thousands of
- 7:03Speaker 2: dollars of students.
- 7:04Speaker 1: They did not understand this, And I also really resent
- 7:08Speaker 1: being made to have to agree with Cody Brown, because
- 7:12Speaker 1: he's absolutely right. You don't want your children to graduate
- 7:16Speaker 1: from college with multiple thousands of dollars in debt. Debt
- 7:20Speaker 1: that likely they're going to be caring for the rest
- 7:22Speaker 1: of their lives. And with Leon going into the medical field,
- 7:28Speaker 1: I mean, you're going to have to be kind of
- 7:29Speaker 1: a pretty snazzy doctor if you want to pay back
- 7:32Speaker 1: four hundred thousand dollars of your private college, which obviously
- 7:36Speaker 1: we know they did not go on to do that,
- 7:38Speaker 1: but it's just like giving your child a message that
- 7:42Speaker 1: it's okay to incur that kind of crippling debt thereby
- 7:47Speaker 1: creating a debt slave for the rest of their lives
- 7:50Speaker 1: is wild to me. And I was just sitting there
- 7:52Speaker 1: so grateful that you don't have any student loans me too.
- 7:56Speaker 1: My daughter doesn't have any student loans, my husband doesn't
- 7:58Speaker 1: have any student loans. We don't have student loans in
- 8:01Speaker 1: this family. And I'm really really thankful for that.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Yeah, me too, because if I was Leon's age and
- 8:07Speaker 2: I went to school for what I wanted to go for,
- 8:09Speaker 2: I would have been in school for like twelve years.
- 8:12Speaker 1: You wanted to be like a brain doctor. When I
- 8:13Speaker 1: first met you, Oh my god, you were so adorable.
- 8:15Speaker 1: You're like, I really I'm fascinated by brains and stuff,
- 8:19Speaker 1: but I really want to know how they work, and
- 8:20Speaker 1: I want to like get in there, and they want
- 8:22Speaker 1: to be a surgeon on brains, and I'm like, you.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Go, girl, I wanted to be a neurosurgeon. And I'm
- 8:27Speaker 2: like looking at all of those years of school and
- 8:29Speaker 2: I'm like, you know what, actually I don't. I want
- 8:32Speaker 2: to sit on a podcast and wear wigs.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Yeah talk ahit easier and less expensive.
- 8:37Speaker 2: Yeah exactly. But I just thought this whole conversation was
- 8:40Speaker 2: so stupid, and Christine like trying to advocate for debt,
- 8:44Speaker 2: like her being like, well, we went into debt to
- 8:47Speaker 2: save the family and bring her family together, so it's like,
- 8:50Speaker 2: actually a good thing.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Debt is actually good wild and you also your brain
- 8:55Speaker 1: is fully formed, whereas Aspen and Leon don't have fully
- 9:00Speaker 1: formed brains. They I don't believe like an eighteen year
- 9:03Speaker 1: old can actually consent and or understand like what they
- 9:07Speaker 1: are getting into when they're signing up for these. In
- 9:10Speaker 1: my opinion, predatory loans like, yeah, one part of the
- 9:12Speaker 1: coin is well, but you're an adult and you agreed
- 9:15Speaker 1: to take out these loans and pay them back, and
- 9:17Speaker 1: that's valid. But on the other side of that coin,
- 9:19Speaker 1: it's like, yeah, but they're eighteen, nineteen, twenty years old.
- 9:22Speaker 1: They have broken brains. They don't know how the world works.
- 9:25Speaker 1: They don't know what the implication of, you know, decades
- 9:28Speaker 1: of paying off debt, and what's that going to do
- 9:31Speaker 1: to them. I was watching somebody on social media. It
- 9:34Speaker 1: was this lady was a doctor in physical therapy, and
- 9:37Speaker 1: I'm just like, first of all, I'm like, as a
- 9:39Speaker 1: physical therapist, there's no way you're going to be making
- 9:42Speaker 1: back enough money to pay off your loans. And her
- 9:45Speaker 1: husband was a chiropractor and she was talking about their
- 9:48Speaker 1: debt and her debt just on her was like six
- 9:51Speaker 1: hundred thousand dollars. Oh my schooling was two or three
- 9:56Speaker 1: hundred thousand dollars to get a doctor in physical therapy
- 10:00Speaker 1: and it's safe. Then she had like an additional one
- 10:03Speaker 1: hundred thousand dollars in personal loans. But then you get
- 10:05Speaker 1: to her husband and he had like nine hundred thousand
- 10:08Speaker 1: dollars in debt and he's a chiropractor. But like, I
- 10:13Speaker 1: don't know how people can live with that kind of debt.
- 10:17Speaker 1: And I have a little bit of debt, yeah, I
- 10:18Speaker 1: think you have a little bit of debt, but like
- 10:20Speaker 1: that kind of debt is crazy. No, that's how we
- 10:25Speaker 1: know we're living in a matrix setting us up to
- 10:27Speaker 1: be slaves for the rest of our life.
- 10:29Speaker 2: Well, and the problem with like student loans is they
- 10:31Speaker 2: sell you on like, well, you don't have to pay
- 10:33Speaker 2: him back right away, so as long as you're in school,
- 10:36Speaker 2: it's fine. But then once you get out and the
- 10:39Speaker 2: payments start happening, then it's crazy. And it's like the
- 10:42Speaker 2: thing with like young kids like this. We know that
- 10:45Speaker 2: Leon doesn't go to medical school, like they don't know
- 10:48Speaker 2: what the fuck they want to do in their life.
- 10:50Speaker 2: They obviously change their mind and they go on a
- 10:53Speaker 2: different course in life. And I'm just like wondering how
- 10:56Speaker 2: much student loan debt they actually have or if Mary
- 10:58Speaker 2: took it all on. That's what happened to my stepdad.
- 11:01Speaker 2: My stepdad ended up taking some of the student loans
- 11:04Speaker 2: from my eldest sister, who no offense. She kind of
- 11:07Speaker 2: fucked around a lot in college, and so he took
- 11:10Speaker 2: some of the student loan debt and he had to
- 11:12Speaker 2: pay off that shit, yeah, because she didn't end up
- 11:14Speaker 2: using it. And I'm just like, this is crazy, man.
- 11:17Speaker 2: But okay, let's talk to doctor Guido, who says debt
- 11:20Speaker 2: is good and kids should get a lot of debt
- 11:23Speaker 2: and it's fine because they shouldn't have to worry about
- 11:25Speaker 2: that in school. They shouldn't have to go and get
- 11:27Speaker 2: a job. They shouldn't have to worry about money.
- 11:29Speaker 1: And this is how we know, like doctor Guido and
- 11:32Speaker 1: the Browns are not educated, and I think so many
- 11:35Speaker 1: Americans are not educated around money finances, how to balance
- 11:40Speaker 1: your accounts, how to deal with debt, like they have
- 11:44Speaker 1: no idea. And Cody does ask in this meeting when
- 11:48Speaker 1: she takes out student loans, does that mean I have
- 11:50Speaker 1: to co sign for them? And doctor Guido's like yes,
- 11:53Speaker 1: and I'm like, really, yeah, I thought kids could take
- 11:56Speaker 1: out their own loans as long as they're eighteen years
- 11:58Speaker 1: old and you would not have to your parent.
- 12:00Speaker 2: To It depends on if you have credit. That they
- 12:02Speaker 2: have decent credit, and so if they don't have a
- 12:05Speaker 2: credit history, then yeah, the parents would have to take
- 12:07Speaker 2: they would have to go.
- 12:08Speaker 1: I would never, I would never. Furthermore, send your kids
- 12:12Speaker 1: to the trades, I mean, really help them to learn
- 12:14Speaker 1: a trade, because pretty soon AI is going to make
- 12:17Speaker 1: all of our jobs except for us, Yeah, obsolete. Well
- 12:19Speaker 1: maybe I don't know. At some point, it's getting pretty good.
- 12:22Speaker 1: They'll be able to come up with a couple of
- 12:24Speaker 1: fat raccoons talking about sister wives. Yet, like a lot
- 12:27Speaker 1: of these jobs that people are going to school for,
- 12:29Speaker 1: it's scary and paying all of this money to do,
- 12:33Speaker 1: Like their jobs are not going to be available and
- 12:35Speaker 1: or they're going to be obsolete. So if you know
- 12:37Speaker 1: how to be a plumber or an electrician, if you
- 12:39Speaker 1: can become a journeyman or a gunsmith or something like that,
- 12:42Speaker 1: that's going to take you a long way. That's just
- 12:44Speaker 1: my old lady.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Two cents, Oh for sure, Well that's like the greatest
- 12:47Speaker 2: well not the greatest, but one of the biggest scams
- 12:50Speaker 2: of like millennial gen Z's generations that like we were
- 12:54Speaker 2: told go to school and go to school for like
- 12:57Speaker 2: four or six, ten years, and like you'll be able
- 12:59Speaker 2: to come out and get a nice career. And now
- 13:01Speaker 2: it's like you have all these millennials with all of
- 13:04Speaker 2: the student debt. They're like, but I can't get a
- 13:06Speaker 2: career with my degrees.
- 13:07Speaker 1: Like these crazy degrees though, that are a little bit
- 13:10Speaker 1: some so Terek, certainly not crazy degrees that we were
- 13:13Speaker 1: getting back in the day when I was going to
- 13:16Speaker 1: school in the eighties and the nineties, and it was
- 13:18Speaker 1: so much more affordable obviously to go to school. For
- 13:20Speaker 1: somebody at gen X, it's just wild out there. This
- 13:24Speaker 1: was a very unresponsible episode of Sister Wives. In my opinion,
- 13:30Speaker 1: it was really stupid. Debt is terrible. Debt will suffocate you,
- 13:34Speaker 1: Debt will give you panic attacks, Debt will keep you
- 13:36Speaker 1: from entering into healthy relationships with people who don't want.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Debt well, bad debt, yeah, bad debt for sure. And
- 13:43Speaker 1: then we have graduation day for Leon and Asper. I apologize,
- 13:48Speaker 1: it's fine, but we have graduation day with Leon and
- 13:51Speaker 1: Aspen and Aspen's like, I'm ready to get.
- 13:53Speaker 2: The fuck out of this house. Yeah, I'm tired of
- 13:56Speaker 2: being the mom. I'm tired of having to do everything.
- 13:58Speaker 2: And Aspen literally says that she thinks that she's going
- 14:01Speaker 2: to get a bunch of calls while she's in college
- 14:04Speaker 2: from her parents for help on how to do things
- 14:07Speaker 2: or like what to do, because Aspen's been doing everything. Like,
- 14:11Speaker 2: we talk a lot about Logan being a parentified child,
- 14:14Speaker 2: but I'm like, looking at Aspen, I'm like, geez.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Well, Logan was the parent in Janelle's house and Aspen
- 14:20Speaker 1: was the parent in Christine's house. And you even have
- 14:23Speaker 1: Christine saying to camera like there's going to be a
- 14:27Speaker 1: massive adjustment as soon as Aspen goes off to school
- 14:30Speaker 1: because honestly, Aspen runs this house. She says that, yeah,
- 14:35Speaker 1: Aspen runs this house. And I'm like, how embarrassing I know,
- 14:39Speaker 1: for you to say that out loud and onra and
- 14:43Speaker 1: in twenty twenty five, as you look back and remember
- 14:45Speaker 1: that you said that, to know that you so deeply
- 14:48Speaker 1: parentified your child so that she's taking care of all
- 14:51Speaker 1: these other kids you're choosing to pop out in this weird,
- 14:55Speaker 1: toxic environment and then making the eldest one care for
- 14:58Speaker 1: just like that's so unfair for.
- 15:01Speaker 2: Aspen, absolutely insane. And then you have Leon saying that
- 15:05Speaker 2: they're worried about how Mary's gonna do when they leave
- 15:09Speaker 2: the house, and I'm just like meshed. It's another unhealthy dynamic.
- 15:13Speaker 2: It's like you have Ass been the parentified child, and
- 15:15Speaker 2: then you have Leon, the unmeshed child who's worried about
- 15:18Speaker 2: their mom when they shouldn't be. Like, Mary's a grown
- 15:22Speaker 2: ass woman, she can deal with herself. I understand like
- 15:25Speaker 2: being worried about your mom like a little bit like oh,
- 15:28Speaker 2: you know, I know she's gonna miss me and stuff
- 15:30Speaker 2: like that. But like Leon seems genuinely concerned.
- 15:34Speaker 1: And Leon should be, because I think within a couple
- 15:37Speaker 1: of years of Leon going off to school, we've got
- 15:39Speaker 1: Mary with a banana in her mouth, in the tub,
- 15:43Speaker 1: being catfish by some woman in Wisconsin or whatever, and
- 15:46Speaker 1: fallen in love with this guy named Sam that's not
- 15:48Speaker 1: a guy at all, And so Mary actually is quite
- 15:52Speaker 1: vulnerable at this stage in life. And this episode, again
- 15:55Speaker 1: we're getting a lot of the vibe of I don't
- 15:57Speaker 1: know what my position in place in the family is.
- 16:00Speaker 1: I don't know what I'm gonna do when Leon leaves.
- 16:03Speaker 1: What I'm gonna do just rambling around in this five
- 16:05Speaker 1: bedroom house that I insisted upon all alone, because we
- 16:08Speaker 1: all know Cody doesn't come over anymore. And guess what
- 16:12Speaker 1: Leon knows that to.
- 16:13Speaker 2: Yeah, but Leon shouldn't know that, that's my opinion, But
- 16:16Speaker 2: Leon does. Leon does, and Leon shouldn't know about any
- 16:19Speaker 2: of this. And then we have the actual like graduation
- 16:22Speaker 2: ceremony where everybody's trying to find their seats in this
- 16:25Speaker 2: giant auditorium, and you have Mary crashing out because she
- 16:30Speaker 2: can't see Leon on stage.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Instead of just communicating to the twenty three people that
- 16:35Speaker 1: are there with her in a mature way and saying, hey,
- 16:39Speaker 1: you know, Leona is my only child. Yeah, I have
- 16:42Speaker 1: to be in a physical position where I can see
- 16:45Speaker 1: my child cross the stage. It's so important to me
- 16:47Speaker 1: saying that in a reasonable way so people can can say, oh, yeah,
- 16:50Speaker 1: that makes total sense, let's go ahead and do that.
- 16:53Speaker 1: But instead, the way she goes about it is just
- 16:55Speaker 1: so annoying. And you can see Cody getting annoyed with
- 16:59Speaker 1: her in the moment, and I don't blame him, Well, yeah,
- 17:02Speaker 1: it's too much.
- 17:03Speaker 2: It is a little much, but at the same time,
- 17:05Speaker 2: it's like Mary is emotionally starved at this point, like
- 17:08Speaker 2: she doesn't have anybody to like console her or anything.
- 17:11Speaker 2: Like you have Robin consoling Cody and actually like kind
- 17:16Speaker 2: of fake advocates for the cameras for the cameras, fake
- 17:19Speaker 2: advocating for Mary in this point, being like, well, this
- 17:22Speaker 2: is Mary's only child, Like come on, like she's just emotional.
- 17:25Speaker 2: It was kind of interesting because Cody starts to talk
- 17:29Speaker 2: a little shit yeah to Robin, and then she kind
- 17:31Speaker 2: of cuts him off because she knows the cameras are
- 17:33Speaker 2: right there.
- 17:34Speaker 1: But only after acknowledging it. And what Cody is saying
- 17:37Speaker 1: with his back to the camera is Mary's playing her
- 17:41Speaker 1: games again and she's putting it all on you, Robin,
- 17:44Speaker 1: And Robin says, I know, I know, validating what Cody
- 17:48Speaker 1: is saying, and then she starts to pivot and say,
- 17:50Speaker 1: but this is Mary's only child, using the opportunity yet again, yep,
- 17:54Speaker 1: to call out the fact that Mary only has one
- 17:57Speaker 1: child and can never have another job because she's in
- 17:59Speaker 1: for this is a woman, Okay, this is like every
- 18:02Speaker 1: opportunity she can take, she does it. She does, but
- 18:05Speaker 1: she's doing it under the guise of trying to move
- 18:08Speaker 1: Cody in the direction of what it is that Mary wants.
- 18:10Speaker 2: It's kind of interesting that little moment out of this
- 18:13Speaker 2: whole boring episode. I'm like, that's really interesting that you
- 18:16Speaker 2: can see their dynamic already in play, like where Cody
- 18:21Speaker 2: runs to Robin to talk shit about the other wives,
- 18:23Speaker 2: and then Robin spins her little web, and like, luckily
- 18:27Speaker 2: we caught them at the moment where she's on camera
- 18:30Speaker 2: and getting called out, so she's trying to make it
- 18:33Speaker 2: seem like she's consoling and she's advocating for Mary, but
- 18:36Speaker 2: we know.
- 18:37Speaker 1: If the cameras weren't there, I think Robin would also
- 18:39Speaker 1: be talking shit in that moment. And I thought it
- 18:43Speaker 1: was completely manipulative, and you really did get a sense
- 18:45Speaker 1: of how the power dynamics in the family have shifted
- 18:49Speaker 1: and how much power Robin now has because Cody's going
- 18:52Speaker 1: to Robin. He's not going to Christine, he's not going
- 18:54Speaker 1: to Janell, who's eminently reasonable, right and who can talk
- 18:58Speaker 1: him off a ledge. She's going to Robin.
- 18:59Speaker 2: Yeah, very very interesting. And then it's like the next day,
- 19:02Speaker 2: I guess after the graduation and this is where we
- 19:05Speaker 2: have Mary and Cody sitting Leon down to tell Leon
- 19:09Speaker 2: that they're not gonna have another baby.
- 19:11Speaker 1: When I tell you that, I paused this, and I'm like,
- 19:14Speaker 1: are we doing this again? What are we already did
- 19:19Speaker 1: this a half a year preview?
- 19:21Speaker 4: Yeah, it's the Christmas time when you all were about
- 19:24Speaker 4: to move into the cul de Sac.
- 19:25Speaker 1: You guys went out in the mountains. Yeah, you made
- 19:27Speaker 1: her hike in those clogs. You sat her down and
- 19:29Speaker 1: you said, absolutely not, We're not having a baby. I
- 19:32Speaker 1: don't want it. You tell old. Plus I'm in love
- 19:34Speaker 1: with Rob It. Yeah, ain't no baby in your future. Mary.
- 19:38Speaker 1: And we finished this and now here it is rearing
- 19:42Speaker 1: its ugly head as a topic, and now we got
- 19:45Speaker 1: to drag Leon into it.
- 19:45Speaker 2: I know, and it's such a nothing burger because Leon's like, Okay, whatever.
- 19:49Speaker 1: I figured, duh, duh.
- 19:51Speaker 2: I figured as much. And then Leon walks out of
- 19:54Speaker 2: the room, and then you have Cody and his little
- 19:56Speaker 2: interest to Shell being like, yeah, I mean, I I
- 20:00Speaker 2: kind of wish we would have done this like ten
- 20:01Speaker 2: or fifteen years ago. But you know, there's a lot
- 20:04Speaker 2: of factors that went into this decision, mainly the fact
- 20:07Speaker 2: that Mary's an old bitch.
- 20:09Speaker 1: And I hate her and I don't want to appropriate
- 20:11Speaker 1: with her at all.
- 20:13Speaker 2: Yeah, it's so ridiculous. It's just like, I don't know
- 20:16Speaker 2: why we had to have this conversation, maybe to like
- 20:19Speaker 2: wrap it up finally, I guess. But if we talk
- 20:21Speaker 2: about having another baby after this, I bet we will,
- 20:24Speaker 2: I am going to crash. I bet it.
- 20:25Speaker 1: I bet it comes back up as a subject because
- 20:28Speaker 1: they always need content to put in front of us,
- 20:31Speaker 1: because then we get Cody and Mary on the couch,
- 20:35Speaker 1: so they have the conversation with Leon and and they
- 20:37Speaker 1: have to watch that crap. So then we have an
- 20:39Speaker 1: interstitial with them. Yeah, couch talking about it and get it.
- 20:42Speaker 4: I don't care.
- 20:44Speaker 1: Since season one the provens I'm so over it.
- 20:51Speaker 2: I swear to God, if we hear it about it again,
- 20:53Speaker 2: I'm going to be I'm going to flip out. And
- 20:55Speaker 2: then we have the day of the anticipated graduation. We
- 21:00Speaker 2: see the adults rehearsing their cringe ass polygamous fat flash
- 21:06Speaker 2: mobi fat mom.
- 21:12Speaker 1: If that were us, that's what it would be. It
- 21:15Speaker 1: would be a fat raccoon mob. But that's funny, and
- 21:19Speaker 1: Christine is leading it. Christina is trying to get everybody
- 21:22Speaker 1: into the choreography. Janelle is conspicuously not there. It is
- 21:28Speaker 1: an immovable object and you're not gonna put I think
- 21:31Speaker 1: later at somebody's wedding or something, I think Janelle ends
- 21:34Speaker 1: up performing like she's forced to it, but she doesn't
- 21:36Speaker 1: want to do it at all. So in this scene,
- 21:39Speaker 1: we only have Mary, Cody, Robin, and Christine practicing a
- 21:44Speaker 1: dance that looks terrible and I'm like, why are you
- 21:47Speaker 1: going to do this at a party? Because you have
- 21:50Speaker 1: to always be the center of attention, that's what it is.
- 21:53Speaker 2: And like the kids don't even want it, like Leon
- 21:55Speaker 2: and Aspen literally said earlier in the episode, like please
- 21:59Speaker 2: no dancing. For the love of God, I don't want
- 22:02Speaker 2: to see my forty year old parents dance in front
- 22:05Speaker 2: of all of my friends, like please no.
- 22:07Speaker 1: And mentors don't want any part of that. They don't
- 22:10Speaker 1: want to even be associated with their parents, their.
- 22:13Speaker 2: Parents even around them perceived like go away. But here
- 22:18Speaker 2: we are rehearsing this stupid dance, and then you have
- 22:21Speaker 2: all of the neighbors coming over and we have to
- 22:24Speaker 2: have the interviews with all of the neighbors. What do
- 22:26Speaker 2: you think about these weird polygamous, and all the neighbors
- 22:29Speaker 2: are like, they're great people.
- 22:30Speaker 1: We listen sweet, They're just like, yes, like ants are great.
- 22:39Speaker 1: It's so bad, it's very bad.
- 22:41Speaker 2: It's so bad. And then we have the infamous fortune Teller,
- 22:45Speaker 2: which is like the only interesting mystic sona, Mystic Mona, yeah,
- 22:50Speaker 2: who reads everybody's fortunes. I think she starts with Aspen
- 22:53Speaker 2: and Leon first, and she starts with Aspen saying you're
- 22:57Speaker 2: not gonna find a man until you get your career straight. Now.
- 23:00Speaker 1: So that didn't come true, No, it didn't at all.
- 23:03Speaker 2: But Aspen's like, yeah, it's like totally what I.
- 23:05Speaker 1: Want because they have this vision for my life in
- 23:08Speaker 1: which I'm doing this thing that's so professional, I know.
- 23:12Speaker 1: But what Mystic Mona did say was that Aspen would
- 23:16Speaker 1: not pro create until she was established in her career,
- 23:19Speaker 1: and that I think did happen because you know, asked,
- 23:22Speaker 1: is pregnant, right.
- 23:23Speaker 2: Is she? Right now? Yeah? Right now?
- 23:25Speaker 1: There's some sort of a picture that's circulating on the
- 23:28Speaker 1: internet because she works at some doctor's office or something
- 23:31Speaker 1: like that, and she had a big old bailly and everything.
- 23:33Speaker 1: So she's established in her career now and she's pro
- 23:36Speaker 1: creating she's making a baby in her bed.
- 23:38Speaker 2: That's one point for Mystic Mona, she was right about that.
- 23:41Speaker 1: But also one against Mystic Mona, Yeah, a little bit.
- 23:44Speaker 2: And then Mystic Mona gives Leon their fortune, which is
- 23:47Speaker 2: all about how Leon's going to marry a man who's
- 23:51Speaker 2: going to be a big old fucking jerk just like
- 23:53Speaker 2: your daddy, which is pretty great.
- 23:57Speaker 1: Yikes, pretty direct.
- 23:59Speaker 2: Obviously that doesn't come true, but it's kind of funny.
- 24:02Speaker 1: Also that Leon constantly second guesses that, which I thought
- 24:07Speaker 1: was very interesting as it concerns their sexuality a little bit. Yeah,
- 24:11Speaker 1: I'm just wondering kind of what's going on. I really
- 24:13Speaker 1: wish we got into like the slices of life like
- 24:16Speaker 1: that with the kids and the adults and like really
- 24:20Speaker 1: learned more about them. So I'm wondering if maybe that
- 24:23Speaker 1: was happening already.
- 24:25Speaker 2: I mean I imagine, I mean yeah, but at this point,
- 24:28Speaker 2: like Leon's all about being a polygamis and being a
- 24:31Speaker 2: sister wife, and.
- 24:32Speaker 1: Well, when did you know that you were gay and
- 24:34Speaker 1: that you were acting on it like that, I'm a
- 24:37Speaker 1: gay Lishion. Well this plan that.
- 24:40Speaker 2: I came out when I was fifteen, but I had
- 24:43Speaker 2: known a little bit before that, like as a young kid,
- 24:45Speaker 2: but it took me a little while to like come
- 24:48Speaker 2: to terms with it. And then even after I came out,
- 24:51Speaker 2: like people were telling me it was just a phase,
- 24:53Speaker 2: so I started questioning it a little bit. But it's
- 24:55Speaker 2: like it's definitely one of those things that like ebbs
- 24:57Speaker 2: and flows until you finally solidify in it and you're like, Nope,
- 25:01Speaker 2: this is who I am, and y'all could suck it
- 25:03Speaker 2: if you don't accept it.
- 25:04Speaker 1: You know, some gabies they know when they're like three,
- 25:06Speaker 1: four or five years old, And with my daughter, I
- 25:10Speaker 1: could tell, yeah, Like I could tell when she was
- 25:12Speaker 1: like eight years old, nine years old. I remember my
- 25:15Speaker 1: crazy aunt Schaer, she came into town. She came to
- 25:18Speaker 1: town when my daughter was like eight years old, and
- 25:21Speaker 1: she's like, is she is she a lesbian? I'm like,
- 25:26Speaker 1: she's eight years old, but I think so, yeah. I
- 25:30Speaker 1: don't know that my daughter knew that about herself.
- 25:32Speaker 2: Probably not.
- 25:33Speaker 1: She certainly didn't express that, but I kind of had
- 25:35Speaker 1: the feeling of that. But like for somebody like Leon,
- 25:38Speaker 1: I'm just wondering when they kind of got the sense
- 25:40Speaker 1: of that for themselves. I'm wondering if this is going
- 25:43Speaker 1: on right now. As Mystic Mona calls them out for
- 25:46Speaker 1: second guessing themselves.
- 25:47Speaker 2: It's a very interesting theory for she just wondered. Yeah,
- 25:50Speaker 2: so if you're thinking, just pondering, let us know your thoughts.
- 25:53Speaker 2: And then we get to the readings with the adults. Yeah,
- 25:56Speaker 2: which was kinda interesting because we start off with Christie
- 26:00Speaker 2: and Mystic Mona pulls out the tarot cards and she's like,
- 26:03Speaker 2: you lonely, Yeah, you're lonely as fuck.
- 26:06Speaker 1: You have a lot of people around you, it's a
- 26:08Speaker 1: lot going on, but like you feel forever alone. Yeah,
- 26:12Speaker 1: you're sitting in that big red bedroom by yourself and
- 26:16Speaker 1: you're crying at night, Christine, aren't you.
- 26:18Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 26:18Speaker 1: Christine's face kind of falls like oo yike, arrow right.
- 26:23Speaker 2: To the heart, and Mystic Mona's like, you know what,
- 26:25Speaker 2: you should embrace it though, Like you shouldn't embrace this
- 26:28Speaker 2: new reality that you're in of deep loneliness. And then
- 26:32Speaker 2: we get like a little like scene on the couch
- 26:35Speaker 2: of the adults like reacting to it, and this is
- 26:38Speaker 2: where Cody was so nasty because Cody's like, yeah, I
- 26:41Speaker 2: think Mystic Mona was right, because Christine, you have been
- 26:44Speaker 2: kind of acting like a victim.
- 26:46Speaker 1: For the last year of all of our lives, you've
- 26:50Speaker 1: been acting like a victim.
- 26:51Speaker 2: I can't believe he said that.
- 26:53Speaker 1: So he's associating Christine's innate loneliness in their marriage to victimhood. Yes,
- 27:00Speaker 1: it was just really really wild to hear him say that.
- 27:03Speaker 2: And like the other wives like kind of laugh at that,
- 27:06Speaker 2: like as if it was some joke, and Christie's just
- 27:10Speaker 2: like ouch, like you're seeing right into my soul. And
- 27:13Speaker 2: this is where Cody says something like, well, I'm just
- 27:15Speaker 2: saying it as like a positive thing because you can
- 27:18Speaker 2: change your cards, you can change the stars, you know. Okay,
- 27:22Speaker 2: she has the trajectory of your life, so just embrace
- 27:25Speaker 2: that sacred loneliness. Gas lights basically what he's saying. Yeah,
- 27:28Speaker 2: so disgusting. And then Mystic Mona goes to Mary next,
- 27:32Speaker 2: which is all about like choosing her life.
- 27:36Speaker 1: Mystic Mona tells Mary that Mary is all in, which
- 27:40Speaker 1: I thought was interesting. She's like, I know that you
- 27:42Speaker 1: are all in with this family because we go on
- 27:44Speaker 1: season after season, especially when we're living for flag Staff,
- 27:48Speaker 1: and it's kind of a question as to whether Mary
- 27:51Speaker 1: is going to go with the family. Mary is constantly
- 27:53Speaker 1: telling everybody, no, I am here on I am all
- 27:56Speaker 1: in so mystic Mona saying this year's previous it was
- 28:00Speaker 1: kind of interesting.
- 28:01Speaker 2: Yeah, a little bit. And then I think she says
- 28:03Speaker 2: something about, like you have to keep track of your health,
- 28:07Speaker 2: like you might have like kid health issues.
- 28:09Speaker 1: There was going to be some health issues with a
- 28:11Speaker 1: couple of kids that she was going to have to
- 28:14Speaker 1: figure out, and also that it was something to do
- 28:16Speaker 1: with Mary that was going to change the entire dynamic
- 28:20Speaker 1: of the family. Yes, and also I think both Janelle
- 28:26Speaker 1: and Christine when they were leaving the family have both
- 28:30Speaker 1: cited how Mary is treated and them not wanting to
- 28:34Speaker 1: be treated the same way that Mary has been treated
- 28:36Speaker 1: for all of these years, and so that's why they're
- 28:38Speaker 1: going to leave. And so I'm always looking to see, yeah,
- 28:42Speaker 1: if there's something that resonates, but I'm like, I can
- 28:44Speaker 1: see that.
- 28:44Speaker 2: I could see that too. Yeah, And then we get
- 28:46Speaker 2: to Janelle's reading, which was kind of weird because she
- 28:49Speaker 2: says some card is reversed and that she asks Janelle
- 28:53Speaker 2: I think if her and Cody had had a fight recently.
- 28:57Speaker 1: I actually think she was not referring to Cody and Janelle.
- 29:01Speaker 1: I think Janelle she was referring to Mary and Janelle
- 29:04Speaker 1: weird the way that I did not watch that. Yeah,
- 29:07Speaker 1: she was, I think, referring to Mary and Janelle recently
- 29:11Speaker 1: having some sort of a fight, and she asked Janelle
- 29:13Speaker 1: whether there was any arguments, and Janelle kind of looks
- 29:15Speaker 1: back at Mary and she's like, no, no, I don't
- 29:18Speaker 1: think so, which I personally, as I was watching it,
- 29:21Speaker 1: I was like, hmm.
- 29:22Speaker 2: I thought she was like picking it up on Janelle
- 29:24Speaker 2: and Cody. I don't think so, because then on the couch,
- 29:27Speaker 2: Cody says something like, well, I think Mona was like
- 29:30Speaker 2: reading up on all of my wives at the same time,
- 29:32Speaker 2: and she was mixing them up, and I'm like, what
- 29:35Speaker 2: does that mean? Who are you fighting with? I thought
- 29:37Speaker 2: it was about Cody and Janelle.
- 29:39Speaker 1: Well, I thought it was about Mary. And if it
- 29:41Speaker 1: was about Mary, and I could be wrong, but if
- 29:42Speaker 1: it was about Mary and Janelle, I just felt like
- 29:45Speaker 1: in that moment, Janelle was lying, oh yeah, total. I
- 29:47Speaker 1: think Janette. We now know Janelle and Mary were constantly
- 29:50Speaker 1: at odds. They might not have been actively arguing in
- 29:53Speaker 1: a moment, but I think Janelle did not like her
- 29:55Speaker 1: and Mary did not like Janelle, not at all.
- 29:57Speaker 2: They had a clash of personalities the whole time.
- 29:59Speaker 1: Yeah, And I was like, yeah, no, there's no problem.
- 30:02Speaker 1: There's big problems.
- 30:03Speaker 2: Yeah, there's a lot of problems between everybody and this family. Yes.
- 30:07Speaker 2: And then we get to Robin, and Robin's reading was
- 30:12Speaker 2: she gets all of the blessings of the universe all
- 30:15Speaker 2: the time, specifically with money.
- 30:17Speaker 1: Yeah, and she'll.
- 30:18Speaker 2: Never have to worry about finances. She's always going to
- 30:22Speaker 2: figure it out and everything's going to be great because
- 30:24Speaker 2: Robin is hashtag blessed.
- 30:27Speaker 1: Yes. And then we go to the couch and Robin's like, well,
- 30:31Speaker 1: it's because when I was younger and I had young children,
- 30:35Speaker 1: like I always had to make sure that I was
- 30:36Speaker 1: paying my bills. But I didn't have a lot of money,
- 30:38Speaker 1: but like when I did get a little bit of money,
- 30:40Speaker 1: I had to like sneak it away and hide it.
- 30:42Speaker 1: So I was always trying to make sure that I
- 30:44Speaker 1: had enough. And I'm like, wasn't it just last season though,
- 30:47Speaker 1: we were talking about your credit report, Yeah, and all
- 30:50Speaker 1: of the collections that you've been sent to and all
- 30:52Speaker 1: of the multiple names and aliases that you've had because
- 30:55Speaker 1: you've been hiding and shifting your debt around on a
- 30:58Speaker 1: variety of identities. And can we also hear about how
- 31:01Speaker 1: you had Victoria's secret debt, yeah, and other debt that
- 31:04Speaker 1: the family had to pay off in order to bring
- 31:06Speaker 1: you into the family. Like, what are you talking about?
- 31:09Speaker 1: I know that you're good with money, or you're good
- 31:11Speaker 1: now because you're stealing all the money. You're taking all
- 31:14Speaker 1: the money from the family exactly.
- 31:16Speaker 2: I thought that was kind of a crazy reading. And
- 31:18Speaker 2: I wonder if the other wives were kind of side
- 31:21Speaker 2: eyeing Robin for that, because I wonder if they're already
- 31:23Speaker 2: noticing that she gets more of the money and she's
- 31:26Speaker 2: getting a little bit extra here and there. I meanwhile,
- 31:30Speaker 2: Christine and Janelle are struggling to feed their kids, and
- 31:34Speaker 2: Mary gets her money for her wet bar and all
- 31:38Speaker 2: this stuff. Like, I don't know, I'm just wondering if
- 31:40Speaker 2: they're starting to sideye Robin.
- 31:42Speaker 1: Because I think so. I think as I'm watching season six,
- 31:45Speaker 1: I'm starting to notice that Robin's nails are always dying,
- 31:48Speaker 1: and her hair is always nice, and her clothes are
- 31:51Speaker 1: always great, and her shoes seem to be fine, and
- 31:54Speaker 1: she's wearing jewelry, so like she's definitely leveling up. But
- 31:57Speaker 1: you see the moms like Janelle and Christine who seemed
- 32:00Speaker 1: to be much more modest and humble. And the thing
- 32:03Speaker 1: is is that Robin has four kids at this time.
- 32:05Speaker 1: It's not like she doesn't have a mess of kids.
- 32:06Speaker 1: She does. But remember in season nineteen we have Mary
- 32:11Speaker 1: or Janelle saying something like Cody had the discretion to
- 32:15Speaker 1: move the funds around to a wife as he saw fit.
- 32:19Speaker 1: So I'm thinking he was moving those funds directly to Robin.
- 32:23Speaker 2: Oh for sure, probably paying for a nanny or a
- 32:26Speaker 2: babysitter because Robin and Cody got to have their little
- 32:30Speaker 2: special dates and everything. Dang, Like, I'm just wondering what's
- 32:34Speaker 2: going on here? But I thought her reading was bullshit.
- 32:38Speaker 4: Well but it's not, though, But it's not because mystic
- 32:41Speaker 4: Mona is like, you're not going to have to worry
- 32:43Speaker 4: about money, and Robin doesn't have to worry about money.
- 32:45Speaker 4: But I was just asking God in the universe and
- 32:47Speaker 4: the Mormon God on Cola, well, but what about the
- 32:50Speaker 4: year of Our Lord twenty twenty five and twenty twenty six, Like,
- 32:53Speaker 4: is there going to.
- 32:54Speaker 1: Be a time when there's going to be a financial
- 32:56Speaker 1: reckoning where money is not going to be flowing so
- 32:59Speaker 1: easy into the coffers of Cody and Robin Brown, because
- 33:03Speaker 1: that'd be the right thing to do.
- 33:04Speaker 2: You.
- 33:04Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm just wondering if you could notice that, I know,
- 33:08Speaker 1: exhausting a want of these people prosper Yes.
- 33:11Speaker 2: With all these aliases and stuff. I wonder if they
- 33:14Speaker 2: still have aliases now, and if they've got fake accounts
- 33:17Speaker 2: and shit, I'm like, where's the irs when you need it?
- 33:19Speaker 1: Well, you know, Robin has fake accounts on Etsy, yep,
- 33:22Speaker 1: buying dolls and stuff like that. The very sneaky people.
- 33:26Speaker 1: And in this episode, doesn't Cody say something like, well,
- 33:30Speaker 1: we're polygamous, we're always hiding something. Yes, he does.
- 33:33Speaker 2: He says it as like a joke.
- 33:35Speaker 1: And I think he was around the flash mob or
- 33:38Speaker 1: something like that, or trying to hide it from the
- 33:40Speaker 1: girls before they dance.
- 33:41Speaker 2: But I'm like, there it is, Yep, there it is.
- 33:45Speaker 2: And then after that we have graduation presents and I
- 33:48Speaker 2: don't care. And then we get to the preview, okay,
- 33:52Speaker 2: where we have Janelle who wants to run a five
- 33:54Speaker 2: k because she's in her fit and fabulous life, and
- 33:57Speaker 2: then we have the four Wives taking a train, but
- 34:00Speaker 2: I think to San Francisco. Did I hear this?
- 34:02Speaker 1: But pause, because as someone who has not watched the seasons,
- 34:06Speaker 1: I have heard the Sister Wives lore around. I think
- 34:10Speaker 1: this five K where Robin gets Janelle a shirt for
- 34:16Speaker 1: the five K and she gets her an extra large
- 34:19Speaker 1: or she gets her a smaller shirt something about it
- 34:22Speaker 1: not fitting, and I remember being insulting in some way.
- 34:25Speaker 1: I think this is the five K, right.
- 34:26Speaker 2: I think it might be. Actually, I think you're right,
- 34:28Speaker 2: because I do remember seeing a clip of that where
- 34:30Speaker 2: she purposely gets like smaller shirts and she's like, oh,
- 34:33Speaker 2: they not fit because.
- 34:34Speaker 1: You're fat, sorry about it, fatty fat raccoon and a dumpstery.
- 34:39Speaker 2: It is Oh my god, I was wondering, can't wait
- 34:42Speaker 2: for that? Well, then we have the San Francisco trip,
- 34:44Speaker 2: and this is the clip where the wives are like
- 34:48Speaker 2: calling Cody all together for some reason while they're all
- 34:51Speaker 2: at dinner and Robin is like super fucking.
- 34:54Speaker 1: Paaraw is really hard and set on her face and stuff.
- 34:59Speaker 1: And I think it's Steen talking to Cody about Truly,
- 35:03Speaker 1: like something is happening with Truly, but like they're talking
- 35:06Speaker 1: about how uncomfortable. It is when one wife talks to Cody,
- 35:09Speaker 1: because apparently we can't acknowledge that we're all married to
- 35:13Speaker 1: the same man without it being offensive, so bizarre. Robin
- 35:16Speaker 1: looks pissed.
- 35:17Speaker 2: She does look pissed, and then they all go shopping
- 35:20Speaker 2: together for clothing and sampozolskal and god forbid, Robin's getting
- 35:26Speaker 2: these short little dresses showing too much skin rack and
- 35:30Speaker 2: too promiscuous.
- 35:32Speaker 1: Okay, it was the most dowdy, matronly brown dress that
- 35:35Speaker 1: I've ever seen in my life.
- 35:36Speaker 2: Well for more months, I guess.
- 35:38Speaker 1: But these women do not have fashion.
- 35:40Speaker 2: Sne not at all. I mean, but they're also the
- 35:42Speaker 2: same women that wear candy souls with a long sleep
- 35:45Speaker 2: shit underneath. They do, so they do, and then we
- 35:48Speaker 2: have information about Truly at the very end, because Truly's
- 35:52Speaker 2: getting sick. I think this is when she starts having
- 35:53Speaker 2: her kidney issues.
- 35:54Speaker 1: Right, yes, it is, And we see a snippet of
- 35:58Speaker 1: Aspen saying, you know my dad that has called me
- 36:00Speaker 1: sixteen times since the wives have been gone, and so
- 36:04Speaker 1: Aspin is being parentified and she's I think she's going
- 36:07Speaker 1: to notice that something's very wrong with Truly, and I
- 36:11Speaker 1: think according to the Laura and again I haven't watched
- 36:13Speaker 1: this season, I think Cody's just going to say, yeah,
- 36:16Speaker 1: she's fine, Yea, I'm a dad, I know what I'm doing.
- 36:18Speaker 1: Don't worry about it. But like Truly is actually really sick.
- 36:21Speaker 1: It's her kidneys or something, right.
- 36:23Speaker 2: Yeah, And I think correct me if I'm wrong, because
- 36:26Speaker 2: I haven't seen these episodes in a long time, but
- 36:28Speaker 2: I think like when they come back, this is where
- 36:30Speaker 2: like Truly gets really fucking sick and the chance a hospital. Yes,
- 36:34Speaker 2: And I think this is where like Christine gets mad
- 36:37Speaker 2: at Kody. I don't know if we see a lot
- 36:39Speaker 2: of that, but I think that this is like where
- 36:41Speaker 2: resentment starts to brew because I would be resentful. I'm
- 36:45Speaker 2: trusting you to be home with all of our kids.
- 36:47Speaker 2: I know it's a lot of them, but this is
- 36:49Speaker 2: a little girl and she's obviously sick, and now she
- 36:52Speaker 2: has to be hospitalized because you just were not paying attention, right.
- 36:57Speaker 1: I don't know. I can't wait to watch, but it
- 36:59Speaker 1: also looks like it's going to break my heart because
- 37:01Speaker 1: little Truly is just slumped over and she's very sick,
- 37:04Speaker 1: and you have Cody performing parenthood for the cameras as
- 37:09Speaker 1: opposed to actually taking care of his children. Ridiculous and
- 37:11Speaker 1: I'm going to be mad and I already know it.
- 37:13Speaker 2: Oh yeah, next week's episode's going to be a lot.
- 37:15Speaker 1: Yeah yeah. Well, is there anything else that we need
- 37:18Speaker 1: to say to these beautiful raccoons before we get up
- 37:21Speaker 1: on out of here and into the after show.
