- 0:00Speaker 1: Oh, really show mess with like our help with something. Yes,
- 0:08Speaker 1: we're here for you. He's got a work situation. I
- 0:10Speaker 1: don't know what it is yet, you don't know.
- 0:12Speaker 2: I think you talked to Jeff about it, and then
- 0:14Speaker 2: I don't know much about it either though, Yeah me menace,
- 0:16Speaker 2: let me know that. He he's got an email to write.
- 0:20Speaker 2: And it's almost like Greg's immature applies to text messages.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Which direction do we go exactly? But I don't know
- 0:27Speaker 2: what the situation is and what it's in response, it's
- 0:29Speaker 2: very simple, and I was like, should I just be nice?
- 0:32Speaker 1: Or should I just be a dick and let it
- 0:34Speaker 1: be a learning thing for somebody so they don't do
- 0:37Speaker 1: it to other people?
- 0:39Speaker 2: I mean that might not be the tone, but okay, okay,
- 0:41Speaker 2: it depends on what it is, like, yeah, nice or again,
- 0:44Speaker 2: very simple.
- 0:45Speaker 1: So I got an email yesterday and he goes, did
- 0:49Speaker 1: you post this on your social media? Because we need
- 0:53Speaker 1: to know if it's live? So what's weird about that question?
- 0:57Speaker 1: We need to know if it's live. You can just
- 0:58Speaker 1: look and see, right, Yeah, you can just look on
- 1:01Speaker 1: my social media, which you know, you know how to
- 1:04Speaker 1: get to it and see if it is live. Why
- 1:08Speaker 1: did you send me an email to ask me if
- 1:09Speaker 1: it is lazy?
- 1:11Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:12Speaker 1: I mean should I.
- 1:14Speaker 2: But why, like why is the response to be a
- 1:17Speaker 2: dick about it? Because like, why would that be necessary?
- 1:20Speaker 1: Why would you why would you email me to ask
- 1:22Speaker 1: if it's live when you can literally just go to
- 1:25Speaker 1: my account and see that it is or not.
- 1:28Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean you could, but I guess, and this
- 1:31Speaker 2: is coming from me. Yeah, you know, I think if
- 1:33Speaker 2: it was like an ongoing thing where you've had this
- 1:37Speaker 2: conversation a number of times and it's still like, dude,
- 1:39Speaker 2: you're still honestly.
- 1:41Speaker 1: But okay, I didn't give a backstory. This is probably
- 1:43Speaker 1: like the third time this has happened. See that makes
- 1:45Speaker 1: a little bit more video. It's a videos live streaming.
- 1:51Speaker 2: Give me give me an example of how you would
- 1:54Speaker 2: write the email if you're going to be the dick
- 1:56Speaker 2: about it?
- 1:56Speaker 1: The dick about it? Does it start with hey R word? Yeah,
- 2:01Speaker 1: capital I'll be like probably, I would write back, I
- 2:07Speaker 1: don't know, is it? Oh my god? Can you imagine
- 2:15Speaker 1: being on the receiving end of it?
- 2:17Speaker 2: I know, considering everything I do. Yeah, but you can't
- 2:24Speaker 2: be like to you like crazy because it is a
- 2:27Speaker 2: working and then give me an example of like the
- 2:30Speaker 2: other one.
- 2:31Speaker 1: I just I don't know. Is it okay? I don't
- 2:33Speaker 1: know it yeah, because it is a work email.
- 2:36Speaker 2: You can't go like crazy, I know, hey dumb ask Yeah,
- 2:41Speaker 2: once you just check my social media.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, that's what I really want to write, But
- 2:47Speaker 1: you know you have to go. I don't know. Is
- 2:49Speaker 1: it or passive aggressive or or you just send them
- 2:52Speaker 1: the link, send them the link of the social media,
- 2:57Speaker 1: which is very very public and passive AGGRESSI too, so
- 3:00Speaker 1: I think you're kind of you ass if you just
- 3:03Speaker 1: send them your instagrambling.
- 3:05Speaker 4: Yeah, what what's the purpose of the question. Let's say
- 3:09Speaker 4: it was live. But does that affect them in any way?
- 3:11Speaker 1: I don't really, because they needed because they need to
- 3:14Speaker 1: send it to somebody else. I'm assuming that they could.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Is it something that you have to say? Is it
- 3:19Speaker 1: something involving a client? Yeah?
- 3:21Speaker 2: Okay, well then yeah, I mean I would. The other
- 3:24Speaker 2: thing is that it's not the only thing they're probably doing, right,
- 3:27Speaker 2: They're probably maybe in the meeting or doing something else
- 3:30Speaker 2: that they also have to get done. Someone's maybe texting
- 3:33Speaker 2: them blowing them up, like, hey, did we ever?
- 3:35Speaker 1: Did we ever?
- 3:36Speaker 2: Post that and they're just like in the middle of
- 3:37Speaker 2: doing something else and just hitting you up. Hey man,
- 3:40Speaker 2: now I'm trying to be Devil's advocate. Yeah, yeah, which
- 3:44Speaker 2: is surprising, but I'm trying to be helpful because I'm
- 3:47Speaker 2: going to give you because I think.
- 3:49Speaker 1: That you would like I don't know it because go
- 3:55Speaker 1: to another example, because this is basically the same thing
- 3:59Speaker 1: that you get frustrated with when people and it's kind
- 4:02Speaker 1: of like the same department ask you if we do
- 4:05Speaker 1: a new segment. That's basically the same question. Yeah, it's
- 4:10Speaker 1: public that we do a news segment every single day,
- 4:14Speaker 1: and they're asking you if we do one. Yeah, so
- 4:17Speaker 1: they're asking me if I posted this online when it's
- 4:20Speaker 1: very public that I did.
- 4:22Speaker 2: Okay, but they could again, it could be in that moment,
- 4:26Speaker 2: they're just trying to get a quick answer, you know,
- 4:28Speaker 2: like was it supposed to so they sat down?
- 4:31Speaker 1: There's more time to do that.
- 4:35Speaker 2: But here's but here's another not really, you're on your phone,
- 4:39Speaker 2: you're waiting.
- 4:39Speaker 1: For an email back. If you pulled up his Instagram
- 4:42Speaker 1: and you have your answer instantly.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Oh, was it a question about a specific platform or
- 4:46Speaker 2: is it just like maybe they weren't sure which one
- 4:48Speaker 2: is it supposed to go.
- 4:48Speaker 1: They know which one, They know which one is supposed
- 4:51Speaker 1: to be on all right, Morgan.
- 4:55Speaker 2: I don't know why, but of all the members on
- 4:56Speaker 2: the show, a dickish response from Menace would ruin my day. Yeah,
- 5:03Speaker 2: how about this one? This one else came in on
- 5:05Speaker 2: the text dear sir or madam. Uh see perfect response
- 5:10Speaker 2: for Menace. In the time it took you to write
- 5:12Speaker 2: this email, you could have checked my account to see
- 5:14Speaker 2: if it was thank you for thank you for wasting
- 5:17Speaker 2: both of our time.
- 5:18Speaker 1: And that's what I want to write so much. I
- 5:21Speaker 1: would just copy and paste that one. Dude. Don't forget
- 5:24Speaker 1: the hate R word. Yeah, no, I mean because this
- 5:29Speaker 1: is coming from me. No shocking. Yeah, so what would
- 5:34Speaker 1: you say? WHATDD, Just send the woul send the link
- 5:36Speaker 1: to send the link, no other words, no, yeah, nothing else.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Just just send the link.
- 5:40Speaker 4: Because you know that's what they're looking for anyway.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Yeah, because if you add anything else, it's just going
- 5:45Speaker 1: to get turned around on you that you had some
- 5:48Speaker 1: kind of right exactly, Sassy, You're difficult to work with. Yeah,
- 5:53Speaker 1: I've been saying.
- 5:55Speaker 4: Yeah, the email thing is definitely ways slower. Because I
- 5:59Speaker 4: had this one job where I needed something daily at
- 6:02Speaker 4: a certain time from this one guy. I think it
- 6:04Speaker 4: was photos or something like that. I needed it every
- 6:07Speaker 4: day at the exact same time. A couple of days
- 6:09Speaker 4: he would miss doing it. So I said, Hey, I
- 6:12Speaker 4: can't dug, I think I need this thing. Can you
- 6:15Speaker 4: send it to me? And I got a page long email.
- 6:19Speaker 4: You have to understand that there are certain days that
- 6:21Speaker 4: I can't get it to by ten o'clock. You have
- 6:23Speaker 4: to have leeway. Blah blah blah blah blah blah, a
- 6:25Speaker 4: page long email. In the time it took him to
- 6:27Speaker 4: write that, you could have just sent me the thing
- 6:29Speaker 4: that I needed.
- 6:30Speaker 1: Yeah, so stupid, But I think you also probably wanted
- 6:32Speaker 1: you to understand. What's who.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Somebody on the show recently said one of their favorite
- 6:37Speaker 2: is an old timey like HR. I think every HR
- 6:39Speaker 2: department has it up there. You know, poor planning on
- 6:42Speaker 2: your part does not constitute an emergency on my part.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I've.
- 6:46Speaker 4: Heard Gina mentioned that the other day.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Oh it is a Gina. Yeah, So same kind of
- 6:50Speaker 1: idea that, hey man, everybody's busy. Yeah, and it's not the.
- 6:54Speaker 2: Same way that people get all caught up in their
- 6:58Speaker 2: feelings over what people are thinking about them or saying
- 7:01Speaker 2: about them or whatever. They're probably not even thinking or
- 7:03Speaker 2: talking about you. They're busy with they got their own
- 7:05Speaker 2: stuff going on. It's like, as individuals, we are so
- 7:08Speaker 2: caught up thinking that it's all about us. I've been
- 7:10Speaker 2: guilty of it, you know, everybody's guilty of it. But
- 7:13Speaker 2: like you think it's all about you and this like,
- 7:15Speaker 2: trust me, man, you are not their only focus. It's
- 7:18Speaker 2: like being a parent, Like it's not you're thinking in
- 7:21Speaker 2: whatever about your kids twenty four to seven, and those
- 7:23Speaker 2: are your kids, and you are thinking about them a
- 7:25Speaker 2: lot and to make sure that they're okay and whatever.
- 7:27Speaker 2: But like there's other things going on. You got work,
- 7:30Speaker 2: you got things around the house, you got maybe I
- 7:32Speaker 2: don't know, something going on. You gotta go to the
- 7:33Speaker 2: doctor or whatever. And so in that that little brief
- 7:36Speaker 2: amount of time you're not thinking about your kids doesn't
- 7:38Speaker 2: mean you don't care.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Just you got off task.
- 7:40Speaker 3: You know.
- 7:41Speaker 2: Oh man, I forgot everybody. Yeah, they were supposed to.
- 7:45Speaker 2: My wife got super busy the other day with her job.
- 7:47Speaker 2: There's a job thing that popped up like some kind
- 7:49Speaker 2: of like a last minute emergency thing, and she got
- 7:52Speaker 2: caught up in that trying to be helpful to her
- 7:54Speaker 2: employer and totally forgot that my son had a guitar
- 7:58Speaker 2: lesson or whatever the hell he was supposed to be at.
- 8:00Speaker 2: And she goes, oh, damn, because my son's going when
- 8:03Speaker 2: are we leaving? And she wasn't even at the house.
- 8:05Speaker 2: She goes, when are you gonna be home? Can you
- 8:07Speaker 2: take him to think? Yeah, gotcha. It wasn't that she
- 8:10Speaker 2: doesn't care or that you know, it, just she got
- 8:13Speaker 2: caught up in something else.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Come up.
- 8:15Speaker 4: Yeah, I love this text idea. Send the link and
- 8:19Speaker 4: ask them if it's lives.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Yeah, send the link. Yeah. Also, I mean, how many
- 8:33Speaker 1: times have you know you've been looking for something? I
- 8:36Speaker 1: know that guy.
- 8:37Speaker 2: I've asked Medace a couple of times, like, hey man,
- 8:39Speaker 2: whatever happened to the post or the video about whatever.
- 8:41Speaker 2: He goes, Oh, it's it's you know, right here, because
- 8:44Speaker 2: it was in the story as opposed to a post
- 8:46Speaker 2: or it was something I got.
- 8:47Speaker 1: Ah, damn it. Sorry, you know, because you're looking for it,
- 8:52Speaker 1: you can't find it's right there.
- 8:53Speaker 2: This morning, I was looking for my fob that gets
- 8:57Speaker 2: us into our studio that gets us up the elevator that,
- 8:59Speaker 2: you know, the parking guard, the whole thing, and I'm like,
- 9:02Speaker 2: how did I even get in here? Where the hell
- 9:03Speaker 2: is this fob? I'm holding it in my hand, I'm
- 9:08Speaker 2: looking everywhere. We're using the hand with the fob in
- 9:10Speaker 2: it to move other things looking for the fob.
- 9:13Speaker 1: It's like looking been there. Yeah, so creamy, so good.
- 9:22Speaker 1: Hearing the word custard water, it sounds like a wild weekend.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Now you don't even episode outside outside the Woody show.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Where it's time for today's dumbass contests.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Today's dumb ass contest is the d Yeah, you know
- 9:43Speaker 1: that's right.
- 9:44Speaker 2: So it's something a little bit different this week because
- 9:48Speaker 2: Jeff g was out at an event called the Rancho
- 9:52Speaker 2: Rave and explain that to everybody.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Got a lot of DJs.
- 9:55Speaker 5: It was awesome, man, all Latino dj So it's put
- 9:57Speaker 5: on a kind of support the culture, uh of ed
- 10:00Speaker 5: M with Latino DJs and it was awesome.
- 10:03Speaker 3: Man.
- 10:03Speaker 1: It was packed and there were a lot of people
- 10:05Speaker 1: that were faded.
- 10:06Speaker 2: I would say, is it the same as people just
- 10:08Speaker 2: drinking or like the same as like other kind of
- 10:10Speaker 2: raves where.
- 10:11Speaker 1: Yeah, it's it's a lot of everything. Yeah, all right,
- 10:15Speaker 1: I don't know if there are different rules, Jeff, you
- 10:17Speaker 1: gotta excuse my whiteness here.
- 10:19Speaker 5: No, no, no no, there are no rules that raise no, yeah,
- 10:22Speaker 5: I am no rules. Okay, So you know how the
- 10:24Speaker 5: contest goes, right, Sea Bass explains it. He talks to
- 10:27Speaker 5: drunk people. In this case, I did ask him basic
- 10:30Speaker 5: trivia questions. Will they will they know the answer? And
- 10:32Speaker 5: also will Menace and Sammy know the answers? We're gonna
- 10:35Speaker 5: find out.
- 10:36Speaker 2: All you gotta do is guest two out of three
- 10:37Speaker 2: on the drunk person order to win the prize. Eight
- 10:39Speaker 2: seven seven forty four Woodie, And let's say hi to
- 10:43Speaker 2: uh Rob. Rob's gonna be our contestant, Robe.
- 10:49Speaker 3: Roday, good morning, Hey why Robe? All right?
- 10:53Speaker 2: So before we get to the questions that count here,
- 10:55Speaker 2: we're gonna get to know the drunk person a little
- 10:57Speaker 2: bit better.
- 10:58Speaker 1: And Jeff, who'd you talk to? Itcho Rave?
- 11:00Speaker 5: All right, we're gonna meet Ashley and Janice. They were
- 11:03Speaker 5: hanging out together, and they were both drunk enough that
- 11:05Speaker 5: they were trying to answer the questions simultaneously.
- 11:08Speaker 1: So I just bunched them in together. I know what
- 11:10Speaker 1: you're thinking, Greg, we know how bad night is gonna end?
- 11:14Speaker 1: And they are so yes exactly.
- 11:17Speaker 5: I was hoping the same thing, but my wife was there, right,
- 11:19Speaker 5: and I'm just kidding, all right, So I talked to
- 11:21Speaker 5: him at the Rancho rave and they're grade a hood rats. No,
- 11:24Speaker 5: they're really nice women, Ashley. How many shots in are you?
- 11:29Speaker 1: Like? I should probably get your name? What's your name?
- 11:38Speaker 1: How many shots in? Are you? Six?
- 11:42Speaker 3: Like?
- 11:42Speaker 1: Seven? Both of our? All right? Rob? Are you ready
- 11:54Speaker 1: for the questions? Account?
- 11:56Speaker 3: Rob?
- 11:56Speaker 1: Are you there? Hello? You're there? And that you can
- 12:02Speaker 1: hear us? Question number one for the d U I
- 12:04Speaker 1: Q all right, Ashley?
- 12:05Speaker 5: Which US president was the tallest president?
- 12:08Speaker 3: All right?
- 12:09Speaker 1: Which US president was the tallest president?
- 12:13Speaker 3: Man?
- 12:14Speaker 1: I mean, I think I know what.
- 12:15Speaker 2: I would guess me too, but I don't know if
- 12:17Speaker 2: that's I don't know if it's fact accurate.
- 12:22Speaker 1: I'm saying no to them, like how like if he
- 12:24Speaker 1: stood them up? Like how tall the dude in the wheelchair?
- 12:26Speaker 3: B right?
- 12:30Speaker 1: He seemed tall? Like you know, if we're talking about sitting,
- 12:33Speaker 1: you know that's different.
- 12:36Speaker 4: I'm saying yes to Sammy and Menace and no to
- 12:40Speaker 4: the girls.
- 12:42Speaker 2: If okay, I'll say yes to them as well, uh
- 12:46Speaker 2: no to the girls, but only because I think it's
- 12:50Speaker 2: gonna be if they get it, it'll be what everybody's
- 12:52Speaker 2: just kind of assuming, right, Yeah, and we all are
- 12:56Speaker 2: just it's hard to talk about that giving it a work, right, Yeah.
- 12:59Speaker 2: But it also could be a situation kind of like
- 13:01Speaker 2: where like where are you measuring from? Are you measuring
- 13:04Speaker 2: from your from from the top or from the underside carriage?
- 13:08Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 13:08Speaker 3: Are you are you.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Measuring from underneath? Because that's that's you know. Yeah, kids,
- 13:13Speaker 1: there was one president like he had a one right
- 13:17Speaker 1: like oh yeah no, there was like no audio recordings.
- 13:20Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:20Speaker 2: When he was having his uh his tailor was Lyndon Johnson,
- 13:25Speaker 2: he had to like let his pants out because his
- 13:26Speaker 2: hog was too big and he needed some more room.
- 13:28Speaker 4: And that if if that's the guy you're thinking of,
- 13:31Speaker 4: Lindon Johnson, he would notoriously like pee and poo with
- 13:34Speaker 4: a door open.
- 13:35Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:36Speaker 1: All right, So Rob, do you think they're going to
- 13:38Speaker 1: get this one?
- 13:39Speaker 3: Yes?
- 13:39Speaker 1: Or no?
- 13:41Speaker 3: No? No?
- 13:42Speaker 1: All right? Question number one d U I Q.
- 13:44Speaker 5: All right, Ashley, which US president was the tallest president?
- 13:48Speaker 1: Sammy Lincoln? Lincoln Menace? I put Lincoln as well? All right,
- 13:54Speaker 1: The answer is a Lincoln.
- 13:58Speaker 3: All right.
- 13:58Speaker 1: You see that was how was assuming. I was kind
- 14:01Speaker 1: of measure from the top of the top half. I
- 14:04Speaker 1: was kind of torn because who took over after Kennedy,
- 14:09Speaker 1: after Kennedy Johnson? Johnson, because Johnson, like in that famous
- 14:14Speaker 1: photo when he's getting sworn in, he looks like he's
- 14:16Speaker 1: towering over everybody. It's also a plane, right, it's a plain.
- 14:20Speaker 1: It doesn't mean everybody else shorter.
- 14:23Speaker 2: Well, there's also the famous that George Washington became president
- 14:26Speaker 2: because he was the tallest guy in the room.
- 14:28Speaker 1: But he wasn't that tall. All right, Let's let's see
- 14:31Speaker 1: if you're on the board to your first point right here,
- 14:33Speaker 1: Robbie said that they wouldn't get it.
- 14:34Speaker 5: It's all right, Asley, which US president was the tallest president?
- 14:39Speaker 1: Yes, social studies question, Yes.
- 14:45Speaker 3: Kidding.
- 14:48Speaker 6: I would say Abraham again because of his hot and
- 14:51Speaker 6: against you know, a couple of inches into his high
- 14:55Speaker 6: You got it.
- 15:00Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, rob that's sorry. That's why we have
- 15:02Speaker 2: three questions.
- 15:03Speaker 1: Rare no, yeah, yeah, very rare that any of these
- 15:06Speaker 1: people ever get these things.
- 15:07Speaker 3: Right.
- 15:08Speaker 1: By the way, his hat had nothing to do with
- 15:09Speaker 1: his height. He is six He was six feet four.
- 15:12Speaker 5: The next closest was our current sitting president Donald Trump
- 15:15Speaker 5: at sixty three.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 15:16Speaker 2: I would have never guessed that he was that tall.
- 15:19Speaker 2: I would never guess that Trump if you should see Yeah,
- 15:22Speaker 2: you know, I know he's tall because I've heard it.
- 15:24Speaker 2: But like I would have just looking at him or
- 15:25Speaker 2: we see on TV, or I would have guessed this
- 15:27Speaker 2: guy's tall.
- 15:28Speaker 1: Yeah, all right. Question number two d uy q.
- 15:31Speaker 7: What is the only baseball team who's team, city and
- 15:35Speaker 7: name are both in Spanish?
- 15:37Speaker 4: Oh?
- 15:38Speaker 3: Good question?
- 15:39Speaker 7: What is the only baseball team who's team, city and
- 15:42Speaker 7: name are both in Spanish?
- 15:45Speaker 4: Great question?
- 15:46Speaker 1: All right?
- 15:48Speaker 4: Okay, okay, that helped me.
- 15:52Speaker 1: I'm gonna say no for both Sammy and Menace. Actually no, Sammy,
