- 0:08Speaker 1: Good morning, Hey, welcome to the show.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Thanks, happy to be here.
- 0:12Speaker 1: Well, I hope we can help you out. Obviously, you
- 0:14Speaker 1: know what second date update is all about. You went
- 0:16Speaker 1: on a great first date with the woman named Ali,
- 0:19Speaker 1: and you're getting ghosted.
- 0:20Speaker 3: So tell us about the first date.
- 0:22Speaker 2: All right, Well we met and where did you meet?
- 0:28Speaker 3: Where did you meet?
- 0:29Speaker 2: At a puppy training class?
- 0:32Speaker 3: Oh cute? Oh my god.
- 0:34Speaker 1: Okay, so you both have puppies and you were at
- 0:36Speaker 1: this training class, got to know each other, and then
- 0:39Speaker 1: you went.
- 0:40Speaker 3: On a date.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Yeah. I was like, let's let's go, let's go out,
- 0:44Speaker 2: and so yeah, we'd met at this is that a park?
- 0:48Speaker 3: Okay?
- 0:50Speaker 2: So I packed a lunch and the day was amazing,
- 0:52Speaker 2: all right, and then I've reached out to her since
- 0:56Speaker 2: for another date, but she's just totally ghost to me
- 0:58Speaker 2: and I'm not sure what.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Oh okay, so the day was good.
- 1:03Speaker 1: You packed a lunch, so you played with the dogs
- 1:06Speaker 1: and then you sat and had lunch.
- 1:07Speaker 3: Like, how did it go?
- 1:09Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:09Speaker 2: Well, I mean It was just kind of like an
- 1:11Speaker 2: extension that was already working. You know, if it's not broken,
- 1:14Speaker 2: fix it. So we met hanging out with their dogs.
- 1:17Speaker 2: So brought dogs again, and you know, obviously the park
- 1:22Speaker 2: is a great place to do that in so I
- 1:23Speaker 2: figured it was, you know, easy next step in the relationship. Okay,
- 1:29Speaker 2: it was actually kind of like a nice picnic and
- 1:32Speaker 2: everything went well. But I don't know what's happening.
- 1:34Speaker 3: All right.
- 1:35Speaker 1: Here's the question though, because I'm a dog mom. Did
- 1:38Speaker 1: the dogs get along.
- 1:40Speaker 2: The right amount? It wasn't weird.
- 1:42Speaker 5: It was that'st It wasn't weird.
- 1:45Speaker 3: And either way, no humping or anything like that. I
- 1:47Speaker 3: know a lot of dogs.
- 1:50Speaker 2: No, I need to protect my little baby. No, they
- 1:54Speaker 2: were great, actually.
- 1:55Speaker 1: All right, so they have the same play style and
- 1:58Speaker 1: they got along.
- 1:58Speaker 3: So and now you're getting totally ghosted and you want
- 2:02Speaker 3: some answers. Yeah, okay, we're gonna get you some answers.
- 2:05Speaker 3: I'm gonna put you on hold.
- 2:06Speaker 1: We're gonna call him ali Im and ask her just
- 2:08Speaker 1: to be honest and tell us how she thought the
- 2:10Speaker 1: date went.
- 2:11Speaker 3: And if you're ready for the answers, we're gonna get them.
- 2:13Speaker 2: I appreciate. That's awesome.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Thanks, all right, hold on, you'll be listening in jumping
- 2:17Speaker 1: at any point. Hold on, How cute do you meet
- 2:21Speaker 1: a guy and he's got a cute puppy? Hey, that's
- 2:24Speaker 1: the thing guys with puppies. If you're a five and
- 2:27Speaker 1: you've a puppy and you're automatically a ten, interesting, it's
- 2:31Speaker 1: like boy math.
- 2:32Speaker 4: Hello, Hi is Alli?
- 2:34Speaker 5: There are ye?
- 2:36Speaker 3: Hey Ali, it's Courtney Ali. What's it's Walmart chef? Hey Ali,
- 2:40Speaker 3: it's Savannah. We're calling from Kiss ninety five to seven.
- 2:42Speaker 3: You're on the radio. Hi, Hey, weird, Well, welcome to
- 2:47Speaker 3: the show. You are just word. You're on second date update.
- 2:52Speaker 4: Oh my god.
- 2:53Speaker 1: So you go on a first date, you get ghosted.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Call us, we get the answers, and I will just
- 2:58Speaker 1: tell you right off the bat. Will called us and
- 3:00Speaker 1: said you're ghosting him. Yeah, okay, all right, So let
- 3:06Speaker 1: me just Will said, you guys met at a puppy
- 3:08Speaker 1: training class. Your first date was at a park with
- 3:11Speaker 1: the dogs and a picnic.
- 3:13Speaker 3: He said it was perfect and the dogs, even the
- 3:17Speaker 3: dogs even got a long.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Same play style. He's reached out to you, and you're
- 3:21Speaker 1: totally ghosting him.
- 3:22Speaker 3: Is there a reason? How did you think the date
- 3:25Speaker 3: went well?
- 3:28Speaker 4: So? I think the date went fine at the beginning, okay,
- 3:33Speaker 4: but like we want for a walk with the dogs.
- 3:37Speaker 4: We had lunch okay, okay, but then like after lunch
- 3:41Speaker 4: we stand up and like the puppies again, these are
- 3:44Speaker 4: like puppies. They like mine jumped on his leg and
- 3:48Speaker 4: it was like not like a first of all puppy prenny,
- 3:52Speaker 4: soft sweet okay, but also like jumps on his leg
- 3:55Speaker 4: like in a puppy way, like gentle, playful, like whatever,
- 3:59Speaker 4: and no big deal. He kicks this dog off his leg.
- 4:03Speaker 3: Well what he kicked you? He like shook his your
- 4:06Speaker 3: dog off his leg.
- 4:08Speaker 4: He kicks my dog. Puppy got knocked down, like yeah, great,
- 4:13Speaker 4: baby dog just kicks a baby dog dog like okay,
- 4:17Speaker 4: crashes to the ground like I just would never I'm
- 4:21Speaker 4: not going to date anyone who does that.
- 4:22Speaker 3: Pood dog what Jeff, let me ask you a question.
- 4:24Speaker 3: Are you over exaggerating because it sounds like this is
- 4:28Speaker 3: something Courtney would do, like push a dog with my leg. No, no, no, no,
- 4:31Speaker 3: I'm just like over exaggerating. I can see dog jumping
- 4:35Speaker 3: on my leg and me kicking it and I will never.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Talk to you again. No, and you would band from
- 4:40Speaker 1: my house or anywhere around me.
- 4:41Speaker 3: Wait, who who's kicking dogs out here? I don't think
- 4:44Speaker 3: it was a kick. It couldn't have been a kick.
- 4:46Speaker 3: All right, this is what I was a kick? Okay,
- 4:49Speaker 3: this is I want to bring up Will. Are you there, Will?
- 4:51Speaker 3: I want to bring Will on.
- 4:51Speaker 5: Will's a kick, That's what this is about.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Okay, Well we shook the dog off. Okay, you did
- 5:00Speaker 2: not shake the dogs. Shook, shook, shook, just a little,
- 5:05Speaker 2: get off my leg. Sorry, ok that's what you're supposed
- 5:08Speaker 2: to do. That's how you train dogs.
- 5:09Speaker 4: It was not how you trained dogs. You did not
- 5:12Speaker 4: hurt dogs to train them.
- 5:14Speaker 2: I didn't hurt the dog. You literally you like you,
- 5:18Speaker 2: Oh no, don't do that, you know, like you shake
- 5:20Speaker 2: them up. It was nothing.
- 5:21Speaker 4: Puppy, puppy, puppy, the puppy that needs to learn.
- 5:26Speaker 2: That's just a little bit what it's doing. If you
- 5:29Speaker 2: don't do that, you know later it's going to jump
- 5:32Speaker 2: on your mail man. It's gonna jump off people that
- 5:34Speaker 2: come to your house. That's right, gonna hurt grandma like
- 5:37Speaker 2: super Well did yeah? I go to them?
- 5:41Speaker 3: All right? You know, here's the question.
- 5:43Speaker 2: You would never kick the dog. That's insane?
- 5:45Speaker 3: Will did Allie's puppy? Did Alley's puppy?
- 5:49Speaker 1: Like I can visualize a dog pulling on your pant leg,
- 5:52Speaker 1: you know, a little puppy pulling on the pant leg
- 5:54Speaker 1: and shaking its head and then you move your leg
- 5:57Speaker 1: and it looks a little more aggressive than it is.
- 6:00Speaker 2: No, it's like it's like jumped and wrapped it, you know,
- 6:03Speaker 2: paus around my leg and I kind of like pulled
- 6:06Speaker 2: my leg away, you know, like I shok it off.
- 6:09Speaker 3: Okay, so we had no airborne puppies. There were no
- 6:11Speaker 3: airborne puppies.
- 6:14Speaker 2: He wasn't airborne.
- 6:15Speaker 4: Okay, kick the dog off.
- 6:17Speaker 1: He's a little he's a puppy though, and I get it.
- 6:18Speaker 1: They're a little unsteady. They walk like drunken sailors. So
- 6:22Speaker 1: if you're going to give.
- 6:22Speaker 3: Him a little shove, he might just.
- 6:24Speaker 2: Be on the ground. Off because it's like, oh, I
- 6:27Speaker 2: didn't expect to be you know, I thought I was
- 6:29Speaker 2: going to be able to like climb up this human.
- 6:31Speaker 3: What I feel like.
- 6:33Speaker 1: And usually what we do is offer another date and
- 6:36Speaker 1: we pay for it. But I feel like your parenting
- 6:38Speaker 1: styles are a little different, and it probably you guys
- 6:42Speaker 1: probably are not a match. Correct, Okay, I definitely think
- 6:47Speaker 1: it's just different parenting styles and we're going to leave
- 6:51Speaker 1: it at that. But at least Will you got your
- 6:53Speaker 1: you know, you got some information, you got your answers.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Now you know why you were getting ghosted.
- 6:59Speaker 5: Yep, it was misunderstanding, Yes, but I kicked the dog
- 7:03Speaker 5: and okay, well, thank you so much for being honest Ali,
- 7:08Speaker 5: and Will I thank you for being on second date.
- 7:11Speaker 3: Update.
- 7:12Speaker 2: Yeah, I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.
