  our

• 1:25
  everything
• 1:25
  that
• 1:26
  we're

  doing
• 1:26
  around
• 1:26
  that
• 1:27
  makes
• 1:27
  our
• 1:27
  life
• 1:27
  a
• 1:27
  little
• 1:27
  bit
• 1:28
  easier.
• 1:29
  I
• 1:29
  got
• 1:29
  Rigo
• 1:30
  from
• 1:30
  Comcast
• 1:31
  Xfinity.
• 1:31
  Brother.
• 1:32
  Welcome
• 1:32
  to
• 1:33
  around
• 1:33
  the

• 1:34
  Oh,
• 1:34
  Eric,
• 1:35
  thank
• 1:35
  you
• 1:35
  so
• 1:36
  much
• 1:36
  for
• 1:36
  having
• 1:36
  me.
• 1:37
  Delighted
• 1:37
  to
• 1:38
  be
• 1:38
  here.
• 1:39
  We're
• 1:39
  coming
• 1:39
  up
• 1:39
  again
• 1:40
  on
• 1:40
  the
• 1:40
  holidays,
• 1:41
  and
• 1:41
  the
• 1:41
  timing
• 1:42
  just
• 1:42
  feels
• 1:42
  too
• 1:42
  perfect.
• 1:43
  So
• 1:43
  thank
• 1:43
  you
• 1:43
  for
• 1:43
  having
• 1:44
  me,
• 1:45
  man.
• 1:45
  I
• 1:45
  tell
• 1:45
  you
• 1:45
  what,
• 1:45
  you
• 1:46
  guys,
• 1:46
  in
• 1:46
  full
• 1:46
  disclosure
• 1:47
  for
• 1:47
  everybody
• 1:47
  out
• 1:48
  there,
• 1:48
  you
• 1:48
  guys
• 1:48
  have
• 1:48
  lent
• 1:49
  me
• 1:49
  a
• 1:49
  phone
• 1:49
  to
• 1:49
  use
• 1:50
  to
• 1:50
  play
• 1:50
  around
• 1:50
  with,
• 1:51
  and
• 1:51
  quite
• 1:52
  frankly,
• 1:52
  I'm
• 1:52
  impressed.
• 1:53
  I've
• 1:53
  been
• 1:54
  a
• 1:54
  full
• 1:54
  disclosure.
• 1:55
  I've
• 1:55
  been
• 1:55
  an
• 1:55
  AT&T
• 1:56
  customer
• 1:56
  my
• 1:57
  entire
• 1:57
  life.
• 1:57
  I
• 1:57
  think
• 1:58
  since
• 1:58
  before
• 1:58
  it
• 1:59
  was
• 1:59
  singular
• 1:59
  and
• 2:00
  AT
• 2:00
  and
• 2:00
  T
• 2:00
  and
• 2:01
  stuff.
• 2:01
  And
• 2:02
  yours
• 2:03
  works
• 2:03
  a
• 2:03
  little
• 2:04
  bit
• 2:04
  better.
• 2:05
  Works
• 2:05
  a
• 2:05
  little
• 2:05
  bit
• 2:06
  better.
• 2:06
  And
• 2:06
  I'm
• 2:06
  that's
• 2:06
  being
• 2:07
  kind
• 2:07
  to
• 2:07
  my
• 2:08
  AT&T
• 2:09
  people
• 2:09
  over
• 2:09
  there.
• 2:09
  But
• 2:10
  I
• 2:11
  tell
• 2:11
  you
• 2:11
  what,
• 2:11
  there's
• 2:11
  a
• 2:12
  lot
• 2:12
  of
• 2:12
  things,
• 2:12
  there's
• 2:12
  a
• 2:13
  lot
• 2:13
  of
• 2:13
  advantages
• 2:13
  that
• 2:13
  I
• 2:14
  found
• 2:14
  going
• 2:14
  when
• 2:15
  I
• 2:15
  got
• 2:15
  them
• 2:15
  right
• 2:15
  next
• 2:15
  to
• 2:15
  each
• 2:16
  other.
• 2:16
  It
• 2:16
  don't
• 2:17
  lie.
• 2:18
  Well,
• 2:18
  that's
• 2:18
  music
• 2:19
  to
• 2:19
  my
• 2:19
  ears
• 2:19
  and
• 2:20
  to
• 2:20
  all
• 2:21
  the
• 2:21
  folks
• 2:21
  here
• 2:21
  that
• 2:21
  work
• 2:22
  hard
• 2:22
  at
• 2:22
  Xfinity,
• 2:23
  because
• 2:23
  that's
• 2:23
  exactly
• 2:24
  what
• 2:24
  we
• 2:24
  love
• 2:24
  to
• 2:24
  hear
• 2:24
  from
• 2:25
  our
• 2:25
  customers.
• 2:25
  Eric,
• 2:26
  so
• 2:26
  glad
• 2:27
  to
• 2:27
  hear
• 2:27
  it.
• 2:27
  And
• 2:27
  no
• 2:28
  doubt
• 2:28
  there's
• 2:28
  a
• 2:28
  lot
• 2:28
  of
• 2:29
  great
• 2:29
  options
• 2:29
  out
• 2:29
  there,
• 2:30
  but
• 2:30
  we
• 2:30
  do
• 2:31
  believe
• 2:31
  in
• 2:31
  our
• 2:31
  product
• 2:32
  and
• 2:32
  that
• 2:32
  it's
• 2:32
  a
• 2:32
  differentiated
• 2:33
  product
• 2:34
  and
• 2:34
  that
• 2:34
  it's
• 2:34
  the
• 2:34
  best
• 2:34
  one
• 2:35
  out
• 2:35
  there.
• 2:36
  Well,
• 2:36
  I
• 2:36
  think
• 2:36
  what's
• 2:36
  cool
• 2:37
  is
• 2:37
  you
• 2:37
  guys
• 2:37
  do
• 2:37
  such
• 2:37
  a
• 2:38
  great
• 2:38
  job
• 2:38
  of
• 2:38
  combining
• 2:39
  your
• 2:40
  massive
• 2:40
  network
• 2:41
  out
• 2:41
  there
• 2:41
  as
• 2:42
  well
• 2:42
  as
• 2:42
  with
• 2:43
  the
• 2:43
  phone
• 2:43
  carrier
• 2:43
  coverage,
• 2:44
  because
• 2:44
  there's
• 2:45
  only
• 2:45
  so
• 2:45
  many
• 2:45
  towers
• 2:46
  out
• 2:46
  there
• 2:46
  across
• 2:46
  the
• 2:47
  U.S.
• 2:47
  you
• 2:47
  guys
• 2:47
  are
• 2:48
  on
• 2:48
  a
• 2:48
  brand's
• 2:49
  towers,
• 2:50
  but
• 2:50
  really
• 2:50
  how
• 2:51
  it
• 2:51
  seamlessly
• 2:51
  meshes
• 2:52
  with
• 2:53
  the
• 2:54
  basic
• 2:54
  online
• 2:55
  stuff
• 2:55
  that
• 2:55
  you
• 2:55
  see
• 2:55
  in
• 2:56
  the
• 2:56
  stores
• 2:56
  and
• 2:57
  the
• 2:57
  retail
• 2:57
  locations
• 2:58
  and
• 2:58
  even
• 2:58
  the
• 2:58
  houses
• 2:58
  in
• 2:59
  the
• 2:59
  neighborhood.
• 3:00
  You
• 3:00
  can
• 3:00
  have
• 3:00
  a
• 3:00
  lot
• 3:01
  better
• 3:01
  coverage
• 3:01
  just
• 3:02
  from
• 3:02
  that
• 3:02
  seamlessly
• 3:03
  working
• 3:03
  within
• 3:03
  each
• 3:03
  other.
• 3:04
  That's
• 3:05
  exactly
• 3:05
  right,
• 3:05
  Eric.
• 3:06
  And
• 3:06
  if
• 3:06
  you
• 3:06
  don't
• 3:06
  mind,
• 3:07
  I'd
• 3:07
  love
• 3:07
  to
• 3:07
  share
• 3:07
  a
• 3:07
  little
• 3:07
  bit
• 3:08
  of
• 3:08
  what's
• 3:08
  happening
• 3:09
  behind
• 3:09
  the
• 3:09
  scenes
• 3:10
  here
• 3:10
  to
• 3:10
  make
• 3:10
  that
• 3:10
  work.
• 3:11
  Let's
• 3:11
  do
• 3:12
  it.
• 3:12
  Yeah.
• 3:12
  It's
• 3:13
  a
• 3:13
  little
• 3:13
  bit
• 3:13
  of
• 3:13
  what
• 3:14
  we
• 3:14
  call
• 3:15
  WI
• 3:15
  FI
• 3:16
  offloading.
• 3:17
  And
• 3:17
  it's
• 3:17
  this
• 3:17
  process
• 3:18
  of
• 3:18
  shifting
• 3:18
  mobile
• 3:19
  data
• 3:20
  traffic
• 3:20
  that's
• 3:21
  on
• 3:21
  the
• 3:21
  cellular
• 3:21
  networks
• 3:22
  onto
• 3:23
  WI
• 3:23
  FI
• 3:23
  connections.
• 3:24
  And
• 3:24
  what
• 3:25
  happens
• 3:25
  when
• 3:25
  we
• 3:25
  do
• 3:26
  this?
• 3:26
  It
• 3:26
  helps
• 3:27
  reduce
• 3:27
  congestion
• 3:28
  with
• 3:29
  the
• 3:29
  cellular
• 3:29
  networks,
• 3:30
  which
• 3:30
  gives
• 3:31
  customers
• 3:31
  such
• 3:32
  as
• 3:32
  yourself
• 3:33
  faster
• 3:33
  and
• 3:33
  more
• 3:34
  reliable
• 3:34
  connectivity,
• 3:35
  especially
• 3:36
  in
• 3:36
  areas
• 3:36
  where
• 3:36
  we
• 3:37
  have
• 3:37
  the
• 3:37
  strong
• 3:37
  WI
• 3:37
  FI
• 3:38
  coverage.
• 3:38
  Man,
• 3:39
  I
• 3:39
  tell
• 3:39
  you
• 3:39
  what,
• 3:39
  I
• 3:40
  was
• 3:40
  at
• 3:40
  a
• 3:40
  concert
• 3:41
  and
• 3:41
  of
• 3:42
  course
• 3:43
  concerts
• 3:43
  are
• 3:44
  horrible
• 3:44
  for
• 3:44
  trying
• 3:45
  to
• 3:45
  do
• 3:45
  anything
• 3:46
  on
• 3:46
  a
• 3:46
  wi
• 3:46
  on
• 3:47
  a
• 3:47
  connection
• 3:47
  over
• 3:47
  the
• 3:48
  top
• 3:48
  of
• 3:48
  a.
• 3:48
  I
• 3:49
  don't
• 3:49
  care
• 3:49
  what
• 3:49
  network
• 3:50
  you're
• 3:50
  on,
• 3:50
  it's
• 3:51
  overloaded.
• 3:51
  It's
• 3:52
  overloaded
• 3:52
  dozens
• 3:53
  of
• 3:53
  times
• 3:53
  a
• 3:53
  year.
• 3:54
  You're
• 3:54
  putting
• 3:54
  way
• 3:54
  too
• 3:55
  many
• 3:55
  people
• 3:55
  on
• 3:55
  a
• 3:55
  cell
• 3:55
  tower.
• 3:56
  It's
• 3:56
  just
• 3:57
  the
• 3:57
  kind
• 3:57
  of
• 3:57
  the
• 3:57
  Achilles
• 3:58
  heel
• 3:58
  of
• 3:58
  a
• 3:58
  system.
• 4:00
  But
• 4:00
  when
• 4:00
  there's
• 4:00
  a.
• 4:00
  You
• 4:01
  guys
• 4:01
  have
• 4:01
  a
• 4:01
  wifi
• 4:02
  spot
• 4:02
  there,
• 4:02
  it
• 4:02
  can
• 4:03
  snag
• 4:03
  changes
• 4:04
  the
• 4:04
  game
• 4:04
  all
• 4:04
  of
• 4:04
  a
• 4:04
  sudden.
• 4:05
  Oh
• 4:05
  wow.
• 4:05
  I
• 4:06
  could
• 4:06
  actually
• 4:06
  live
• 4:06
  stream
• 4:07
  part
• 4:07
  of
• 4:07
  this
• 4:07
  concert
• 4:08
  if
• 4:08
  I
• 4:08
  wanted
• 4:08
  to.
• 4:09
  Where
• 4:10
  there's
• 4:10
  not
• 4:10
  a
• 4:10
  chance
• 4:11
  that's
• 4:11
  going
• 4:11
  to
• 4:11
  work
• 4:11
  together
• 4:12
  on
• 4:12
  anybody's
• 4:13
  cell
• 4:13
  network.
• 4:14
  In
• 4:14
  most
• 4:14
  cases.
• 4:15
  Oh,
• 4:15
  you're
• 4:16
  spot
• 4:16
  on.
• 4:16
  And
• 4:17
  hits
• 4:17
  close
• 4:17
  to
• 4:18
  home,
• 4:18
  or
• 4:18
  my
• 4:18
  old
• 4:18
  home
• 4:19
  I
• 4:19
  should
• 4:19
  say.
• 4:19
  I
• 4:19
  lived
• 4:20
  in
• 4:20
  Pioneer
• 4:20
  Square,
• 4:21
  right
• 4:21
  near
• 4:22
  Lumen
• 4:22
  Field.
• 4:22
  And
• 4:23
  so
• 4:23
  lots
• 4:24
  of
• 4:24
  great
• 4:24
  concerts.
• 4:25
  Right.
• 4:25
  And
• 4:26
  that's
• 4:26
  exactly
• 4:26
  what
• 4:27
  would
• 4:27
  happen
• 4:27
  to
• 4:27
  a
• 4:28
  lot
• 4:28
  of
• 4:28
  folks.
• 4:28
  And
• 4:28
  you
• 4:28
  can
• 4:29
  see
• 4:29
  them
• 4:29
  walking
• 4:29
  around
• 4:30
  trying
• 4:30
  to
• 4:30
  get.
• 4:31
  And
• 4:31
  it's
• 4:32
  gridlock.
• 4:33
  And
• 4:33
  so
• 4:33
  this
• 4:33
  is
• 4:33
  where
• 4:34
  our
• 4:34
  Xfinity
• 4:35
  Mobile
• 4:35
  Power
• 4:36
  Boost
• 4:36
  comes
• 4:36
  in.
• 4:37
  That's
• 4:37
  a
• 4:37
  unique
• 4:38
  feature
• 4:38
  that
• 4:39
  takes
• 4:39
  wifi
• 4:40
  offloading
• 4:40
  to
• 4:41
  the
• 4:41
  next
• 4:41
  level.
• 4:42
  And
• 4:42
  when
• 4:42
  you're
• 4:42
  on
• 4:43
  Power
• 4:43
  Boost,
• 4:44
  you're
• 4:44
  able
• 4:44
  to
• 4:44
  get
• 4:45
  1
• 4:45
  gigabit
• 4:46
  per
• 4:46
  second
• 4:46
  over
• 4:47
  WI
• 4:47
  Fi.
• 4:48
  So
• 4:48
  this
• 4:48
  means
• 4:48
  customers
• 4:49
  can
• 4:49
  enjoy
• 4:49
  the
• 4:50
  ultra
• 4:50
  fast
• 4:50
  performance
• 4:51
  for
• 4:51
  streaming,
• 4:52
  gaming
• 4:52
  or
• 4:52
  video
• 4:52
  calls.
• 4:53
  Or
• 4:53
  just
• 4:53
  as
• 4:53
  you
• 4:54
  described
• 4:54
  it,
• 4:54
  when
• 4:55
  you're
• 4:55
  out
• 4:55
  there,
• 4:55
  you
• 4:55
  can
• 4:55
  actually
• 4:56
  stream
• 4:56
  it
• 4:56
  while
• 4:56
  everyone
• 4:57
  else
• 4:57
  could
• 4:57
  be
• 4:57
  struggling.
• 4:58
  Yeah,
• 4:59
  And
• 4:59
  I
• 4:59
  caught
• 4:59
  myself
• 5:00
  because
• 5:01
  even
• 5:01
  though
• 5:01
  I
• 5:01
  am
• 5:01
  an
• 5:01
  Xfinity
• 5:02
  customer,
• 5:02
  when
• 5:03
  I
• 5:03
  pay
• 5:03
  my
• 5:03
  bill,
• 5:03
  it's
• 5:04
  not
• 5:04
  like
• 5:04
  this
• 5:04
  is
• 5:04
  some
• 5:04
  paid
• 5:05
  segment
• 5:05
  here.
• 5:05
  But
• 5:06
  the
• 5:06
  thing
• 5:07
  is
• 5:07
  with
• 5:07
  me,
• 5:08
  my
• 5:09
  ATT
• 5:09
  Apple
• 5:10
  phone
• 5:11
  does
• 5:11
  not
• 5:12
  work
• 5:12
  well
• 5:13
  because
• 5:13
  of
• 5:13
  the
• 5:13
  way
• 5:13
  AT
• 5:14
  and
• 5:14
  T
• 5:14
  has
• 5:14
  it
• 5:14
  set
• 5:15
  up
• 5:15
  to
• 5:16
  do
• 5:16
  that
• 5:16
  offloading.
• 5:17
  Right.
• 5:17
  It's
• 5:17
  always
• 5:18
  not
• 5:18
  working
• 5:19
  right.
• 5:19
  It's
• 5:19
  never
• 5:19
  jamming
• 5:20
  on
• 5:21
  the
• 5:21
  right
• 5:21
  stuff.
• 5:22
  You
• 5:22
  guys
• 5:22
  have
• 5:22
  got
• 5:22
  that
• 5:23
  engineered.
• 5:23
  So
• 5:23
  it
• 5:23
  works
• 5:24
  well
• 5:24
  because
• 5:25
  those
• 5:26
  other
• 5:26
  guys
• 5:26
  don't.
• 5:27
  And
• 5:27
  I'll
• 5:27
  say
• 5:27
  that
• 5:28
  just
• 5:28
  as
• 5:28
  a
• 5:28
  customer,
• 5:29
  it's
• 5:29
  frustrating.
• 5:29
  There's
• 5:30
  times
• 5:30
  I
• 5:30
  have
• 5:30
  to
• 5:30
  go
• 5:30
  in
• 5:30
  and
• 5:30
  Turn
• 5:30
  my
• 5:31
  WI
• 5:31
  fi
• 5:31
  off.
• 5:31
  And
• 5:31
  I'm
• 5:32
  trying
• 5:32
  to
• 5:32
  force
• 5:32
  it
• 5:33
  to
• 5:33
  work.
• 5:35
  Not
• 5:35
  with
• 5:35
  you
• 5:35
  guys.
• 5:36
  That
• 5:36
  phone
• 5:36
  just
• 5:37
  kept
• 5:37
  smooth,
• 5:38
  just
• 5:38
  smoothly
• 5:39
  working
• 5:39
  through
• 5:40
  that.
• 5:40
  And
• 5:40
  it
• 5:40
  was
• 5:40
  impressive.
• 5:41
  Yeah,
• 5:42
  Seamless
• 5:42
  connectivity.
• 5:43
  That's
• 5:43
  what
• 5:43
  we're
• 5:44
  after
• 5:44
  when
• 5:44
  it
• 5:44
  comes
• 5:44
  to
• 5:45
  powerboost.
• 5:46
  So
• 5:46
  whether
• 5:46
  you're
• 5:46
  at
• 5:47
  home
• 5:47
  or
• 5:47
  you're
• 5:47
  on
• 5:48
  the
• 5:48
  go,
• 5:48
  we
• 5:49
  want
• 5:49
  customers
• 5:49
  to
• 5:50
  stay
• 5:50
  connected
• 5:50
  through
• 5:52
  Xfinity's
• 5:52
  extensive
• 5:53
  WI
• 5:53
  fi
• 5:53
  network.
• 5:54
  And
• 5:54
  that's
• 5:54
  exactly
• 5:55
  it.
• 5:55
  You
• 5:55
  shouldn't
• 5:55
  feel
• 5:56
  any
• 5:56
  kind
• 5:56
  of
• 5:56
  pain
• 5:57
  when
• 5:57
  it
• 5:57
  comes
• 5:57
  to
• 5:57
  this.
• 5:58
  It
• 5:58
  should
• 5:58
  be
• 5:58
  just
• 5:59
  like
• 5:59
  you're
• 5:59
  walking
• 6:00
  around.
• 6:00
  It
• 6:00
  should
• 6:00
  be
• 6:00
  no
• 6:01
  issue
• 6:01
  at
• 6:01
  all
• 6:01
  against
• 6:01
  Seamless
• 6:02
  is
• 6:02
  what
• 6:03
  we're
• 6:03
  after.
• 6:03
  And
• 6:03
  we're
• 6:03
  very
• 6:04
  happy
• 6:04
  to
• 6:04
  hear
• 6:04
  that.
• 6:05
  That's
• 6:05
  exactly
• 6:05
  what
• 6:05
  it's
• 6:05
  been
• 6:06
  for
• 6:06
  you.
• 6:06
  I
• 6:06
  know
• 6:06
  other
• 6:07
  customers
• 6:08
  and
• 6:08
  I
• 6:08
  tell
• 6:08
  you
• 6:08
  what.
• 6:09
  And
• 6:09
  I
• 6:09
  used
• 6:09
  to
• 6:09
  live
• 6:09
  in
• 6:10
  Seattle,
• 6:10
  now
• 6:10
  I
• 6:10
  live
• 6:10
  down
• 6:11
  in
• 6:11
  Portland.
• 6:11
  But
• 6:11
  I
• 6:11
  tell
• 6:11
  you
• 6:12
  what.
• 6:12
  Yeah.
• 6:13
  Coming
• 6:13
  out
• 6:13
  of
• 6:13
  a
• 6:13
  Hawks
• 6:13
  game,
• 6:15
  trying
• 6:15
  to
• 6:15
  text
• 6:16
  pictures
• 6:16
  or
• 6:16
  a
• 6:16
  video
• 6:17
  to
• 6:17
  a
• 6:17
  buddy
• 6:17
  is
• 6:18
  not
• 6:18
  going
• 6:18
  to
• 6:18
  happen.
• 6:19
  Yeah.
• 6:20
  No,
• 6:20
  absolutely
• 6:21
  not.
• 6:21
  Right.
• 6:22
  You
• 6:22
  could,
• 6:22
  I
• 6:23
  can't
• 6:23
  tell
• 6:23
  you
• 6:23
  how
• 6:24
  many
• 6:24
  times
• 6:24
  just
• 6:24
  even
• 6:24
  walking
• 6:25
  around,
• 6:25
  not
• 6:25
  attending
• 6:26
  the
• 6:26
  game.
• 6:26
  But
• 6:26
  they're
• 6:26
  in
• 6:27
  Pioneer
• 6:27
  Square
• 6:28
  and
• 6:28
  anyt
• 6:29
  you
• 6:29
  have
• 6:29
  just
• 6:29
  congestion
• 6:30
  of
• 6:30
  or
• 6:30
  density
• 6:31
  of
• 6:31
  folks
• 6:31
  hanging,
• 6:32
  walking
• 6:32
  around,
• 6:32
  hanging
• 6:33
  around,
• 6:33
  you're
• 6:33
  going
• 6:33
  to
• 6:33
  feel
• 6:34
  that.
• 6:34
  And
• 6:34
  this
• 6:35
  is
• 6:35
  where
• 6:35
  the
• 6:35
  advantage
• 6:36
  comes
• 6:36
  in.
• 6:36
  Again,
• 6:36
  a
• 6:36
  power
• 6:37
  boost.
• 6:37
  And
• 6:38
  one
• 6:38
  of
• 6:38
  the
• 6:38
  things,
• 6:38
  one
• 6:38
  of
• 6:39
  the
• 6:39
  data
• 6:39
  points
• 6:39
  I
• 6:39
  want
• 6:39
  to
• 6:39
  throw
• 6:40
  out
• 6:40
  there,
• 6:40
  we've
• 6:40
  done
• 6:40
  a
• 6:41
  lot
• 6:41
  of
• 6:41
  research
• 6:42
  and
• 6:42
  here's
• 6:43
  what
• 6:43
  the
• 6:43
  Data
• 6:43
  tells
• 6:43
  us.
• 6:44
  94%
• 6:45
  of
• 6:45
  the
• 6:45
  devices
• 6:46
  connect
• 6:47
  via
• 6:47
  WI
• 6:47
  Fi.
• 6:48
  So
• 6:48
  this
• 6:48
  is
• 6:48
  why
• 6:48
  it's
• 6:49
  so
• 6:49
  critical.
• 6:50
  It's
• 6:50
  too
• 6:50
  important
• 6:50
  to
• 6:51
  make
• 6:51
  sure
• 6:51
  one,
• 6:51
  we
• 6:51
  have
• 6:51
  a
• 6:52
  great
• 6:52
  gateway
• 6:53
  and
• 6:53
  whole
• 6:53
  home
• 6:54
  coverage,
• 6:54
  but
• 6:55
  we
• 6:55
  also
• 6:55
  want
• 6:56
  to
• 6:56
  make
• 6:56
  sure
• 6:56
  we
• 6:56
  have
• 6:56
  that
• 6:56
  on
• 6:57
  the
• 6:57
  go.
• 6:57
  This
• 6:57
  is
• 6:58
  why
• 6:58
  we're
• 6:58
  going
• 6:58
  to
• 6:58
  continue
• 6:58
  to
• 6:59
  make
• 6:59
  investments
• 6:59
  in
• 7:00
  this
• 7:00
  space.
• 7:01
  I
• 7:01
  want
• 7:01
  to
• 7:01
  just
• 7:01
  throw
• 7:01
  out
• 7:01
  a
• 7:01
  fun
• 7:02
  fact.
• 7:02
  I
• 7:02
  know
• 7:02
  you're
• 7:02
  down
• 7:02
  in
• 7:03
  Portland.
• 7:03
  I
• 7:03
  don't
• 7:03
  have
• 7:03
  this,
• 7:04
  that
• 7:04
  name
• 7:04
  or
• 7:05
  that
• 7:05
  number.
• 7:05
  But
• 7:05
  we
• 7:06
  have
• 7:07
  100,000
• 7:08
  free
• 7:09
  hotspots
• 7:09
  in
• 7:09
  Washington
• 7:10
  alone
• 7:11
  and
• 7:11
  that
• 7:11
  number
• 7:12
  is
• 7:12
  growing
• 7:12
  daily.
• 7:13
  Let's
• 7:13
  shoot
• 7:13
  back
• 7:14
  10
• 7:14
  years
• 7:14
  and
• 7:14
  we'll
• 7:15
  talk
• 7:15
  about
• 7:15
  your
• 7:15
  guys's
• 7:15
  network
• 7:16
  because
• 7:17
  I
• 7:17
  use
• 7:17
  it
• 7:17
  heavily.
• 7:18
  Fascinating.
• 7:18
  And
• 7:19
  AI
• 7:19
  is
• 7:19
  going
• 7:19
  to
• 7:19
  be
• 7:19
  again
• 7:20
  as
• 7:20
  we
• 7:21
  as
• 7:21
  apps
• 7:21
  change.
• 7:22
  If
• 7:23
  you
• 7:23
  notice
• 7:23
  over
• 7:23
  the
• 7:23
  last
• 7:24
  few
• 7:24
  weeks,
• 7:24
  as
• 7:24
  you're
• 7:25
  using
• 7:25
  Google
• 7:25
  and
• 7:26
  Edge,
• 7:26
  all
• 7:27
  of
• 7:27
  a
• 7:27
  sudden
• 7:27
  they're
• 7:28
  really
• 7:28
  pushing
• 7:28
  the
• 7:28
  do
• 7:29
  you
• 7:29
  want
• 7:29
  to
• 7:29
  search
• 7:29
  using
• 7:30
  our
• 7:30
  AI
• 7:30
  platform
• 7:31
  and
• 7:32
  all
• 7:32
  of
• 7:32
  that
• 7:32
  stuff
• 7:33
  takes
• 7:33
  bandwidth
• 7:34
  and
• 7:35
  if
• 7:35
  you
• 7:35
  don't
• 7:36
  have
• 7:36
  it,
• 7:36
  you
• 7:36
  don't
• 7:37
  have
• 7:37
  it.
• 7:37
  And
• 7:38
  it's
• 7:39
  going
• 7:39
  to
• 7:39
  cost
• 7:39
  in
• 7:39
  the
• 7:39
  User
• 7:40
  experience,
• 7:40
  personally
• 7:41
  if
• 7:42
  you
• 7:42
  don't.
• 7:42
  So
• 7:42
  it's
• 7:42
  more
• 7:43
  and
• 7:43
  more
• 7:43
  important.
• 7:44
  It's
• 7:44
  kind
• 7:44
  of
• 7:45
  like
• 7:45
  when
• 7:45
  I
• 7:45
  was
• 7:45
  a
• 7:45
  kid
• 7:46
  and
• 7:46
  we
• 7:46
  had
• 7:46
  aol,
• 7:47
  right.
• 7:49
  You
• 7:49
  did
• 7:49
  all
• 7:49
  you
• 7:49
  could
• 7:49
  within
• 7:50
  the
• 7:50
  bandwidth
• 7:50
  and
• 7:51
  otherwise
• 7:51
  it
• 7:51
  was
• 7:51
  just
• 7:52
  a
• 7:52
  really
• 7:52
  slow
• 7:52
  day.
• 7:53
  Yeah,
• 7:54
  I
• 7:54
  remember
• 7:54
  those
• 7:55
  days.
• 7:55
  The
• 7:56
  dial
• 7:56
  up
• 7:56
  AOL
• 7:57
  connection.
• 7:58
  Oh
• 7:58
  my
• 7:58
  God.
• 7:59
  How
• 8:00
  patient
• 8:00
  were
• 8:00
  we?
• 8:01
  Oh
• 8:01
  my.
• 8:02
  And
• 8:02
  then
• 8:02
  remember
• 8:03
  when
• 8:03
  it
• 8:03
  would
• 8:03
  just.
• 8:04
  It
• 8:04
  would
• 8:04
  kick
• 8:04
  you
• 8:04
  off
• 8:04
  like
• 8:05
  you
• 8:05
  were.
• 8:05
  It
• 8:05
  felt
• 8:05
  like
• 8:06
  it
• 8:06
  was
• 8:06
  going
• 8:06
  smooth
• 8:06
  and
• 8:07
  then
• 8:07
  all
• 8:07
  of
• 8:07
  a
• 8:07
  sudden
• 8:07
  you
• 8:08
  had
• 8:08
  to
• 8:08
  reset
• 8:08
  it
• 8:08
  and.
• 8:09
  Oh
• 8:09
  man.
• 8:10
  Yeah,
• 8:10
  somebody
• 8:10
  was
• 8:11
  calling
• 8:11
  on
• 8:11
  the
• 8:11
  phone
• 8:12
  and
• 8:12
  was
• 8:12
  trying
• 8:12
  to
• 8:12
  get
• 8:12
  all.
• 8:13
  My
• 8:13
  mom
• 8:13
  and
• 8:13
  I
• 8:13
  was
• 8:14
  a
• 8:14
  kid
• 8:14
  and
• 8:15
  we
• 8:15
  had
• 8:15
  the
• 8:15
  one
• 8:15
  phone
• 8:16
  line
• 8:16
  in
• 8:16
  the
• 8:16
  house
• 8:16
  and
• 8:16
  he'd
• 8:17
  been
• 8:17
  tied
• 8:17
  up.
• 8:17
  The
• 8:17
  phone.
• 8:18
  Well,
• 8:19
  yeah,
• 8:19
  I'm
• 8:19
  with
• 8:20
  you.
• 8:20
  I,
• 8:20
  I
• 8:20
  was
• 8:20
  in
• 8:20
  that
• 8:21
  kind
• 8:21
  of
• 8:21
  home
• 8:21
  too.
• 8:21
  We
• 8:21
  had
• 8:22
  one
• 8:22
  line
• 8:23
  and
• 8:23
  it
• 8:23
  was,
• 8:23
  there
• 8:23
  was
• 8:24
  always
• 8:24
  some,
• 8:24
  a
• 8:24
  little
• 8:24
  bit
• 8:25
  of
• 8:25
  shouting
• 8:25
  back
• 8:25
  and
• 8:26
  forth.
• 8:26
  You're
• 8:26
  tying
• 8:26
  up
• 8:26
  the
• 8:27
  line.
• 8:27
  I
• 8:27
  got
• 8:27
  a
• 8:27
  call
• 8:27
  coming
• 8:28
  in
• 8:28
  from
• 8:28
  grandma,
• 8:29
  from
• 8:29
  someone
• 8:29
  else
• 8:29
  and
• 8:30
  oh
• 8:30
  yeah.
• 8:31
  Here
• 8:31
  we
• 8:31
  are
• 8:31
  now.
• 8:31
  Now,
• 8:32
  AI
• 8:32
  and
• 8:32
  a
• 8:33
  lot
• 8:33
  of
• 8:33
  people
• 8:33
  are
• 8:33
  scared
• 8:33
  of
• 8:33
  it
• 8:34
  out
• 8:34
  there
• 8:34
  and
• 8:34
  I
• 8:34
  always
• 8:34
  just
• 8:35
  say
• 8:35
  when
• 8:35
  you're
• 8:35
  scared
• 8:36
  of
• 8:36
  something,
• 8:37
  play
• 8:38
  around
• 8:38
  with
• 8:38
  a
• 8:38
  little
• 8:38
  bit
• 8:39
  so
• 8:39
  you
• 8:39
  understand
• 8:39
  it,
• 8:40
  you
• 8:40
  know
• 8:40
  it.
• 8:41
  You
• 8:41
  can
• 8:41
  really
• 8:41
  get
• 8:41
  some
• 8:42
  great
• 8:42
  information.
• 8:42
  Of
• 8:42
  course
• 8:43
  it's
• 8:43
  not
• 8:43
  100%
• 8:44
  truth.
• 8:44
  It's
• 8:44
  doing
• 8:44
  the
• 8:45
  best
• 8:45
  at
• 8:45
  finding
• 8:45
  stuff,
• 8:46
  but
• 8:47
  every
• 8:48
  month
• 8:48
  it's
• 8:48
  getting
• 8:48
  smarter
• 8:49
  and
• 8:49
  smarter
• 8:49
  and
• 8:50
  it
• 8:50
  can
• 8:50
  save
• 8:50
  you.
• 8:51
  I
• 8:51
  was
• 8:51
  using
• 8:51
  it
• 8:51
  trying
• 8:52
  to
• 8:52
  find
• 8:52
  out
• 8:52
  history
• 8:52
  of
• 8:53
  my
• 8:53
  dad
• 8:53
  because
• 8:53
  he
• 8:53
  worked
• 8:54
  for
• 8:54
  the
• 8:54
  government
• 8:54
  and
• 8:55
  wasn't
• 8:56
  always
• 8:56
  clear
• 8:56
  exactly
• 8:57
  what
• 8:57
  his
• 8:57
  job
• 8:57
  was.
• 8:58
  And
• 8:58
  so
• 8:58
  I
• 8:58
  got
• 8:58
  into
• 8:59
  a
• 8:59
  conversation
• 9:00
  on
• 9:00
  my
• 9:00
  cell
• 9:00
  phone
• 9:01
  with
• 9:01
  Grok
• 9:02
  going
• 9:02
  back
• 9:03
  and
• 9:03
  forth
• 9:03
  and
• 9:04
  sure
• 9:04
  enough
• 9:04
  I
• 9:04
  found
• 9:05
  out
• 9:05
  more
• 9:05
  stuff
• 9:05
  about
• 9:05
  my
• 9:06
  dad
• 9:06
  that
• 9:07
  I'd
• 9:07
  never
• 9:07
  know.
• 9:08
  My
• 9:08
  family
• 9:08
  didn't
• 9:08
  even
• 9:09
  know,
• 9:09
  but
• 9:11
  that
• 9:11
  could
• 9:11
  dig
• 9:11
  deep
• 9:12
  and
• 9:12
  that
• 9:12
  would
• 9:12
  have
• 9:12
  saved.
• 9:13
  That
• 9:13
  would
• 9:13
  have
• 9:13
  taken
• 9:13
  me
• 9:13
  days
• 9:14
  of
• 9:14
  research
• 9:15
  and
• 9:15
  in
• 9:15
  20
• 9:16
  minutes
• 9:17
  I
• 9:17
  had
• 9:17
  way
• 9:17
  more
• 9:17
  information
• 9:18
  than
• 9:18
  I
• 9:18
  had
• 9:18
  before.
• 9:19
  So
• 9:19
  there's
• 9:19
  some
• 9:20
  great
• 9:20
  uses
• 9:20
  for
• 9:20
  it
• 9:20
  out
• 9:21
  there.
• 9:21
  Of
• 9:21
  course
• 9:21
  it's
• 9:21
  scary.
• 9:22
  It's
• 9:22
  just
• 9:22
  like
• 9:22
  when
• 9:22
  the
• 9:23
  Internet
• 9:23
  was
• 9:23
  coming
• 9:23
  on.
• 9:23
  It's
• 9:24
  scary,
• 9:24
  but
• 9:24
  it's
• 9:25
  going
• 9:25
  to
• 9:25
  change
• 9:25
  and
• 9:25
  speed
• 9:26
  things
• 9:26
  up
• 9:26
  a
• 9:26
  bit
• 9:26
  for
• 9:27
  us
• 9:27
  too.
• 9:28
  I
• 9:28
  completely
• 9:28
  agree
• 9:29
  with
• 9:29
  you
• 9:29
  and
• 9:29
  I
• 9:30
  hear
• 9:30
  the
• 9:30
  same
• 9:30
  out
• 9:30
  there.
• 9:31
  The
• 9:31
  echoes
• 9:31
  around
• 9:32
  the
• 9:32
  uncertainty
• 9:33
  and
• 9:33
  the
• 9:33
  fear
• 9:34
  around
• 9:34
  it.
• 9:34
  But
• 9:35
  I
• 9:35
  think
• 9:35
  that's
• 9:35
  what
• 9:36
  comes
• 9:36
  with
• 9:36
  any
• 9:36
  new
• 9:36
  technology.
• 9:37
  I
• 9:38
  was
• 9:38
  having
• 9:38
  this
• 9:38
  conversation
• 9:39
  with
• 9:39
  my
• 9:39
  mother
• 9:39
  recently
• 9:40
  and
• 9:40
  she
• 9:41
  for
• 9:41
  the
• 9:41
  first
• 9:41
  time
• 9:41
  started
• 9:42
  dabbling
• 9:42
  a
• 9:42
  little
• 9:42
  bit
• 9:43
  with
• 9:43
  it
• 9:43
  and
• 9:43
  she's
• 9:44
  like,
• 9:44
  hey.
• 9:44
  But
• 9:44
  I
• 9:44
  just,
• 9:45
  you
• 9:45
  know,
• 9:45
  is
• 9:45
  it
• 9:46
  safe?
• 9:46
  And
• 9:46
  will.
• 9:47
  My
• 9:47
  Will
• 9:47
  someone
• 9:47
  Take
• 9:48
  this
• 9:48
  information.
• 9:49
  And
• 9:49
  I
• 9:49
  think
• 9:50
  we're
• 9:50
  in
• 9:50
  this
• 9:50
  learning
• 9:51
  stage,
• 9:51
  but
• 9:52
  I
• 9:52
  really
• 9:52
  talked
• 9:53
  to
• 9:53
  her
• 9:53
  about
• 9:53
  embracing
• 9:54
  the
• 9:54
  technology,
• 9:55
  learning
• 9:55
  through
• 9:55
  it,
• 9:56
  and
• 9:57
  we
• 9:57
  haven't
• 9:57
  even
• 9:57
  scratched
• 9:58
  the
• 9:58
  surface,
• 9:58
  right?
• 9:59
  No
• 9:59
  expert
• 10:00
  in
• 10:00
  this
• 10:00
  space.
• 10:00
  But
• 10:01
  I
• 10:01
  really
• 10:01
  love
• 10:02
  to
• 10:02
  tell
• 10:02
  people
• 10:02
  about
• 10:03
  embracing
• 10:03
  technology
• 10:04
  because
• 10:04
  there's
• 10:04
  ultimately
• 10:05
  going
• 10:05
  to
• 10:05
  be.
• 10:06
  There's
• 10:06
  an
• 10:06
  opportunity
• 10:07
  that
• 10:07
  comes
• 10:07
  with
• 10:07
  it
• 10:07
  to
• 10:08
  grow
• 10:08
  from
• 10:08
  it.
• 10:09
  And
• 10:09
  this,
• 10:10
  what
• 10:10
  it
• 10:10
  reminds
• 10:11
  me
• 10:11
  of
• 10:11
  too
• 10:11
  is
• 10:12
  we
• 10:13
  just,
• 10:13
  with
• 10:13
  all
• 10:13
  of
• 10:13
  this,
• 10:14
  all
• 10:15
  this
• 10:15
  new
• 10:15
  technology
• 10:15
  coming,
• 10:16
  the
• 10:17
  demand
• 10:17
  on
• 10:18
  bandwidth,
• 10:18
  the
• 10:19
  on
• 10:19
  making
• 10:20
  sure
• 10:20
  we
• 10:20
  have
• 10:20
  the
• 10:20
  right
• 10:21
  amount
• 10:21
  of
• 10:21
  capacity,
• 10:22
  that's
• 10:22
  what
• 10:23
  we've
• 10:23
  been
• 10:23
  working
• 10:23
  on
• 10:23
  too,
• 10:24
  Eric,
• 10:24
  is
• 10:25
  we
• 10:25
  know
• 10:25
  there's
• 10:26
  companies
• 10:26
  out
• 10:26
  there
• 10:26
  that
• 10:27
  are
• 10:27
  making
• 10:27
  big
• 10:27
  investments
• 10:28
  to
• 10:28
  continue
• 10:28
  to
• 10:29
  add,
• 10:29
  build
• 10:29
  up
• 10:30
  their
• 10:30
  servers.
• 10:31
  But
• 10:31
  all
• 10:31
  this
• 10:31
  is
• 10:32
  capacity.
• 10:33
  Right.
• 10:33
  And
• 10:33
  we
• 10:33
  have
• 10:33
  to
• 10:33
  continue
• 10:34
  to
• 10:34
  make
• 10:35
  investments
• 10:36
  there.
• 10:36
  We're
• 10:36
  in
• 10:36
  a
• 10:36
  great
• 10:37
  position
• 10:37
  today.
• 10:38
  We
• 10:38
  feel
• 10:38
  we're
• 10:38
  the
• 10:39
  leader
• 10:39
  in
• 10:39
  that
• 10:39
  space.
• 10:40
  But
• 10:40
  we
• 10:40
  also
• 10:41
  know
• 10:41
  what's
• 10:41
  ahead.
• 10:42
  We
• 10:42
  have
• 10:42
  to
• 10:42
  continue
• 10:42
  to
• 10:43
  make
• 10:43
  those
• 10:43
  investments.
• 10:44
  Man,
• 10:44
  it's
• 10:44
  so
• 10:44
  funny.
• 10:45
  And
• 10:45
  I'll
• 10:45
  say
• 10:46
  this,
• 10:46
  and
• 10:46
  this
• 10:46
  is
• 10:46
  not
• 10:46
  just
• 10:47
  because
• 10:47
  you're
• 10:47
  here.
• 10:48
  Like
• 10:49
  my
• 10:49
  mom's
• 10:49
  house,
• 10:50
  she's
• 10:50
  late
• 10:51
  80s
• 10:52
  and
• 10:53
  in
• 10:53
  her
• 10:53
  house
• 10:54
  there
• 10:55
  is
• 10:55
  not.
• 10:55
  You
• 10:55
  guys
• 10:55
  aren't
• 10:56
  in
• 10:56
  her
• 10:56
  regional
• 10:57
  area.
• 10:57
  So
• 10:58
  another
• 10:58
  cable
• 10:58
  company
• 10:59
  comes
• 10:59
  in
• 10:59
  there.
• 11:00
  I
• 11:00
  walk
• 11:00
  into
• 11:01
  her
• 11:01
  house
• 11:01
  and
• 11:01
  I
• 11:02
  just
• 11:02
  had
• 11:02
  the
• 11:02
  capo,
• 11:02
  they
• 11:02
  put
• 11:03
  a
• 11:03
  new
• 11:03
  box
• 11:03
  in
• 11:03
  and
• 11:03
  I
• 11:04
  look
• 11:04
  at
• 11:04
  it,
• 11:04
  I'm
• 11:04
  like,
• 11:05
  I
• 11:06
  had
• 11:06
  this
• 11:06
  box
• 11:07
  with
• 11:07
  you
• 11:07
  guys
• 11:07
  like
• 11:08
  15
• 11:08
  years
• 11:08
  ago,
• 11:09
  20
• 11:10
  years
• 11:10
  ago.
• 11:11
  And
• 11:11
  I'm
• 11:11
  like,
• 11:11
  oh,
• 11:12
  it's
• 11:12
  that
• 11:12
  old
• 11:12
  remote,
• 11:13
  that
• 11:13
  old
• 11:14
  silver
• 11:14
  remote.
• 11:15
  Okay,
• 11:16
  that's
• 11:17
  new.
• 11:19
  It's
• 11:20
  shocking
• 11:20
  at
• 11:20
  how
• 11:20
  many
• 11:21
  other
• 11:21
  companies
• 11:21
  out
• 11:22
  there
• 11:22
  that
• 11:22
  are
• 11:23
  other
• 11:24
  competitors
• 11:24
  of
• 11:24
  yours
• 11:25
  that
• 11:25
  are
• 11:25
  just
• 11:26
  using
• 11:26
  that
• 11:27
  dirt
• 11:28
  slow
• 11:28
  old
• 11:29
  technology
• 11:30
  and
• 11:30
  they're
• 11:30
  still
• 11:31
  throwing
• 11:31
  a
• 11:31
  band
• 11:31
  aid
• 11:32
  on
• 11:32
  it
• 11:32
  and
• 11:32
  kicking
• 11:32
  it
• 11:32
  out
• 11:32
  the
• 11:33
  door
• 11:33
  where
• 11:33
  you
• 11:33
  guys
• 11:33
  every
• 11:34
  couple
• 11:34
  years
• 11:34
  have
• 11:35
  the
• 11:35
  latest,
• 11:36
  newest,
• 11:36
  greatest
• 11:37
  stuff.
• 11:37
  That's
• 11:37
  fast.
• 11:38
  Yeah.
• 11:38
  Thank
• 11:38
  you
• 11:38
  for
• 11:39
  sharing
• 11:39
  that.
• 11:39
  It
• 11:39
  breaks
• 11:40
  my
• 11:40
  heart
• 11:40
  when
• 11:40
  I
• 11:40
  see
• 11:41
  that
• 11:41
  box
• 11:41
  you
• 11:42
  just
• 11:42
  described
• 11:42
  with
• 11:43
  the
• 11:43
  old
• 11:43
  silver
• 11:43
  remote.
• 11:44
  At
• 11:44
  one
• 11:45
  time
• 11:45
  it
• 11:45
  was
• 11:45
  great,
• 11:46
  right?
• 11:46
  When
• 11:46
  it
• 11:46
  was
• 11:47
  back
• 11:47
  10
• 11:47
  years,
• 11:48
  it
• 11:48
  was,
• 11:49
  it
• 11:49
  was
• 11:49
  the,
• 11:49
  it
• 11:49
  was
• 11:49
  the
• 11:50
  newest
• 11:50
  and
• 11:50
  the
• 11:50
  latest
• 11:51
  and
• 11:51
  the
• 11:51
  greatest.
• 11:51
  But
• 11:52
  we've
• 11:52
  come
• 11:53
  such
• 11:53
  a
• 11:53
  long
• 11:53
  way
• 11:54
  when
• 11:54
  it
• 11:54
  comes
• 11:55
  to
• 11:55
  equipment
• 11:56
  especially
• 11:56
  tied
• 11:57
  to
• 11:57
  entertainment
• 11:57
  or
• 11:58
  wi
• 11:58
  fi.
• 11:59
  And
• 11:59
  I
• 11:59
  see
• 11:59
  that
• 12:00
  on
• 12:00
  the,
• 12:00
  on
• 12:00
  the
• 12:00
  Internet
• 12:01
  side
• 12:01
  as
• 12:01
  well,
• 12:01
  by
• 12:02
  the
• 12:02
  way.
• 12:02
  I've
• 12:02
  been
• 12:03
  my
• 12:03
  travels.
• 12:03
  I
• 12:03
  have
• 12:04
  family
• 12:04
  throughout
• 12:04
  the
• 12:04
  country
• 12:05
  and
• 12:05
  some
• 12:05
  of
• 12:05
  the
• 12:05
  areas
• 12:06
  where
• 12:06
  we
• 12:06
  don't
• 12:06
  service,
• 12:07
  I
• 12:07
  have
• 12:07
  family
• 12:08
  out
• 12:08
  in
• 12:08
  Texas
• 12:08
  and
• 12:09
  there's
• 12:09
  a
• 12:09
  good
• 12:09
  part
• 12:09
  of
• 12:09
  Texas
• 12:10
  we
• 12:10
  don't
• 12:10
  service.
• 12:10
  Here
• 12:11
  in
• 12:11
  the
• 12:11
  Dallas
• 12:11
  metro,
• 12:12
  they
• 12:12
  have
• 12:13
  some
• 12:13
  equipment
• 12:13
  that's
• 12:13
  just
• 12:14
  so
• 12:14
  dated.
• 12:15
  They're
• 12:15
  not
• 12:15
  even
• 12:15
  on
• 12:16
  Wi
• 12:16
  Fi
• 12:16
  6.
• 12:16
  Right.
• 12:17
  So
• 12:17
  they're,
• 12:17
  they're
• 12:18
  on
• 12:18
  old
• 12:18
  docs,
• 12:19
  legacy
• 12:20
  equipment.
• 12:21
  And
• 12:21
  it
• 12:22
  just
• 12:22
  breaks
• 12:22
  my
• 12:22
  heart
• 12:23
  because
• 12:23
  the
• 12:24
  technology
• 12:24
  is,
• 12:24
  we're
• 12:25
  so
• 12:25
  further
• 12:25
  ahead.
• 12:26
  But
• 12:26
  some
• 12:27
  companies
• 12:27
  out
• 12:27
  there,
• 12:28
  I
• 12:28
  won't
• 12:28
  call
• 12:29
  it,
• 12:29
  call
• 12:29
  out
• 12:29
  any
• 12:30
  specifically.
• 12:31
  Yeah,
• 12:31
  I'm
• 12:31
  not
• 12:31
  sitting
• 12:31
  here
• 12:31
  to
• 12:32
  bash
• 12:32
  people.
• 12:32
  But
• 12:32
  it's
• 12:33
  just,
• 12:33
  it's
• 12:33
  a
• 12:33
  fair
• 12:34
  comparison.
• 12:34
  Like
• 12:34
  in
• 12:35
  Cannon
• 12:35
  beats,
• 12:35
  same
• 12:36
  thing.
• 12:36
  Not
• 12:37
  close.
• 12:37
  It
• 12:37
  is
• 12:38
  dirt
• 12:38
  slow.
• 12:39
  Yeah,
• 12:40
  exactly.
• 12:41
  And
• 12:41
  so
• 12:41
  we
• 12:41
  can't
• 12:42
  do
• 12:42
  that
• 12:42
  to
• 12:42
  our
• 12:42
  customers.
• 12:42
  Our
• 12:43
  customers
• 12:44
  expect
• 12:44
  the
• 12:44
  latest
• 12:44
  and
• 12:45
  greatest.
• 12:45
  We
• 12:46
  have
• 12:46
  to
• 12:46
  make
• 12:46
  those
• 12:46
  investments.
• 12:47
  We
• 12:47
  know
• 12:47
  that
• 12:48
  it
• 12:48
  does.
• 12:48
  It's
• 12:49
  quite
• 12:49
  an
• 12:49
  investment.
• 12:49
  But
• 12:50
  it's
• 12:50
  the
• 12:50
  right
• 12:50
  thing
• 12:51
  to
• 12:51
  do
• 12:51
  because
• 12:52
  that's
• 12:52
  what
• 12:52
  customers
• 12:53
  are
• 12:53
  looking
• 12:53
  for.
• 12:53
  They
• 12:54
  want
• 12:54
  to
• 12:54
  make
• 12:54
  sure
• 12:54
  they
• 12:54
  have
• 12:55
  what's
• 12:55
  the
• 12:55
  newest
• 12:55
  and
• 12:56
  we
• 12:56
  have
• 12:56
  to
• 12:56
  keep
• 12:56
  up
• 12:57
  with
• 12:57
  that.
• 12:58
  Yeah.
• 12:58
  When
• 12:58
  your
• 12:58
  data
• 12:59
  speeds
• 12:59
  haven't
• 12:59
  changed
• 13:00
  in
• 13:00
  a
• 13:00
  decade,
• 13:00
  you
• 13:01
  might
• 13:01
  be
• 13:01
  slightly
• 13:02
  behind
• 13:02
  the
• 13:03
  curve.
• 13:03
  And
• 13:03
  I'm
• 13:03
  just
• 13:03
  gonna
• 13:04
  say
• 13:04
  that
• 13:04
  to
• 13:04
  the
• 13:04
  other
• 13:04
  people
• 13:05
  out
• 13:05
  there,
• 13:06
  but
• 13:06
  you
• 13:06
  might
• 13:06
  be
• 13:06
  slightly,
• 13:07
  it's
• 13:07
  like
• 13:08
  somebody
• 13:08
  going,
• 13:08
  hey,
• 13:08
  thanks
• 13:09
  for
• 13:09
  signing
• 13:09
  up
• 13:09
  with
• 13:09
  us.
• 13:09
  Here's
• 13:10
  your
• 13:10
  brand
• 13:10
  new
• 13:10
  iPhone
• 13:11
  4.
• 13:11
  Enjoy
• 13:12
  it.
• 13:12
  Yeah,
• 13:13
  that's
• 13:14
  right.
• 13:14
  And
• 13:14
  one
• 13:15
  of
• 13:15
  the
• 13:15
  things
• 13:15
  we
• 13:15
  started
• 13:15
  to
• 13:16
  do,
• 13:17
  we
• 13:17
  start
• 13:17
  to
• 13:17
  send
• 13:17
  these
• 13:18
  emails
• 13:18
  out
• 13:18
  to
• 13:18
  our
• 13:19
  customers
• 13:19
  for
• 13:19
  any
• 13:19
  of
• 13:20
  our
• 13:20
  existing
• 13:20
  customers
• 13:21
  out
• 13:21
  there
• 13:21
  and
• 13:21
  any
• 13:21
  of
• 13:21
  your
• 13:21
  subscribers,
• 13:22
  they
• 13:23
  probably
• 13:23
  have
• 13:23
  received
• 13:24
  this
• 13:24
  where
• 13:24
  we
• 13:25
  send
• 13:25
  you
• 13:25
  a
• 13:25
  report
• 13:26
  card
• 13:26
  essentially
• 13:27
  on
• 13:27
  your
• 13:27
  network
• 13:28
  on
• 13:28
  how
• 13:28
  it's.
• 13:29
  We
• 13:29
  send
• 13:30
  you
• 13:30
  updates
• 13:30
  on
• 13:30
  when
• 13:30
  we
• 13:31
  upgrade
• 13:31
  your
• 13:31
  speeds
• 13:32
  at
• 13:32
  no
• 13:32
  additional
• 13:32
  cost
• 13:33
  through
• 13:33
  the
• 13:33
  investments.
• 13:34
  That's
• 13:35
  what
• 13:35
  we,
• 13:35
  that's
• 13:35
  what
• 13:35
  you
• 13:36
  should
• 13:36
  expect.
• 13:36
  You
• 13:36
  should.
• 13:37
  If
• 13:37
  you
• 13:37
  haven't,
• 13:37
  if
• 13:38
  you
• 13:38
  haven't,
• 13:38
  if
• 13:38
  you're
• 13:39
  on
• 13:39
  the.
• 13:39
  To
• 13:39
  your
• 13:39
  point,
• 13:40
  if
• 13:40
  you
• 13:40
  haven't
• 13:40
  had
• 13:40
  an
• 13:41
  upgrade
• 13:41
  or
• 13:41
  a
• 13:41
  speed
• 13:42
  in
• 13:42
  10
• 13:42
  years,
• 13:43
  we
• 13:43
  should
• 13:43
  be
• 13:43
  asking
• 13:44
  why,
• 13:46
  why
• 13:46
  are
• 13:46
  we
• 13:46
  not
• 13:47
  making
• 13:47
  enhancements
• 13:47
  or
• 13:48
  investments
• 13:48
  we
• 13:49
  want
• 13:49
  and
• 13:49
  we
• 13:49
  feel
• 13:50
  we
• 13:50
  still
• 13:50
  have
• 13:50
  an
• 13:50
  opportunity
• 13:51
  to
• 13:51
  even
• 13:51
  do
• 13:51
  more
• 13:52
  of
• 13:52
  that,
• 13:52
  which
• 13:52
  we
• 13:52
  will.
• 13:53
  But
• 13:54
  it's
• 13:54
  so
• 13:54
  important
• 13:54
  to
• 13:55
  continue
• 13:55
  to
• 13:55
  make
• 13:55
  those
• 13:55
  investments
• 13:56
  there
• 13:56
  as
• 13:56
  well.
• 13:57
  Yeah.
• 13:57
  And
• 13:57
  guys
• 13:57
  out
• 13:58
  there,
• 13:58
  if
• 13:58
  you
• 13:58
  are
• 13:58
  Comcast
• 13:59
  affinity
• 13:59
  customers,
• 14:00
  and
• 14:00
  I'll
• 14:00
  tell
• 14:00
  you
• 14:00
  this,
• 14:00
  and
• 14:01
  sorry
• 14:01
  to
• 14:01
  give
• 14:02
  away
• 14:02
  a
• 14:02
  bunch
• 14:02
  of
• 14:02
  your
• 14:02
  boxes,
• 14:03
  but
• 14:03
  if
• 14:03
  you've
• 14:03
  got
• 14:03
  equipment
• 14:04
  that's
• 14:04
  four
• 14:04
  or
• 14:05
  five
• 14:05
  years
• 14:05
  old
• 14:05
  in
• 14:05
  there,
• 14:06
  head
• 14:06
  down
• 14:06
  to
• 14:06
  your
• 14:07
  local
• 14:07
  Xfinity
• 14:07
  store
• 14:08
  and
• 14:08
  get
• 14:08
  it
• 14:08
  upgraded
• 14:09
  because
• 14:09
  you're
• 14:09
  missing
• 14:10
  out
• 14:10
  on
• 14:11
  the
• 14:11
  latest
• 14:11
  and
• 14:11
  greatest.
• 14:12
  So
• 14:12
  make
• 14:12
  sure
• 14:12
  you've
• 14:12
  got
• 14:13
  upgraded
• 14:13
  equipment
• 14:14
  because
• 14:14
  I
• 14:14
  tell
• 14:14
  you
• 14:14
  what,
• 14:15
  it's
• 14:15
  a
• 14:15
  game
• 14:16
  changing
• 14:16
  difference.
• 14:16
  When
• 14:17
  you
• 14:17
  get
• 14:17
  into
• 14:17
  that
• 14:17
  stuff
• 14:18
  where
• 14:18
  your
• 14:18
  quad
• 14:19
  view
• 14:19
  and
• 14:19
  some
• 14:19
  of
• 14:19
  this
• 14:19
  other
• 14:20
  stuff
• 14:20
  that
• 14:20
  you
• 14:20
  can
• 14:20
  watch
• 14:21
  for
• 14:21
  your
• 14:21
  favorite
• 14:22
  football
• 14:22
  Games
• 14:22
  on
• 14:22
  Sunday
• 14:23
  or
• 14:23
  whatever
• 14:23
  you're
• 14:23
  doing.
• 14:24
  You're
• 14:24
  spot
• 14:25
  on,
• 14:25
  Eric.
• 14:25
  We've
• 14:26
  started
• 14:26
  some
• 14:26
  trials
• 14:27
  of
• 14:28
  proactively
• 14:29
  reaching
• 14:29
  out
• 14:29
  to
• 14:30
  our
• 14:30
  customers
• 14:30
  and
• 14:30
  encouraging.
• 14:31
  Exactly
• 14:32
  what
• 14:32
  you
• 14:32
  just
• 14:32
  said
• 14:33
  is
• 14:33
  to
• 14:34
  bring
• 14:34
  in
• 14:34
  their
• 14:34
  equipment
• 14:35
  into
• 14:36
  our
• 14:36
  local.
• 14:37
  To
• 14:37
  their
• 14:37
  local
• 14:37
  Xfinity
• 14:38
  store.
• 14:39
  We
• 14:39
  have
• 14:40
  great
• 14:40
  teammates
• 14:41
  there
• 14:41
  ready
• 14:41
  to
• 14:42
  take
• 14:42
  care
• 14:42
  of
• 14:42
  you,
• 14:43
  walk
• 14:43
  you
• 14:43
  through
• 14:43
  the
• 14:44
  whole
• 14:44
  process
• 14:45
  and
• 14:45
  ensure
• 14:45
  that
• 14:45
  you
• 14:46
  walk
• 14:46
  out
• 14:46
  of
• 14:46
  there
• 14:46
  and
• 14:46
  set
• 14:47
  up
• 14:47
  a
• 14:47
  box
• 14:48
  seamlessly.
• 14:49
  So
• 14:49
  when
• 14:49
  you
• 14:49
  get
• 14:50
  home,
• 14:50
  it's
• 14:50
  ready
• 14:50
  to
• 14:50
  go.
• 14:51
  But
• 14:51
  we
• 14:51
  want
• 14:51
  you
• 14:52
  all
• 14:52
  to
• 14:52
  bring
• 14:52
  in
• 14:52
  your
• 14:52
  old
• 14:52
  equipment
• 14:53
  to
• 14:53
  get
• 14:53
  the
• 14:53
  latest
• 14:53
  and
• 14:54
  greatest.
• 14:55
  I
• 14:55
  tell
• 14:55
  you
• 14:55
  what,
• 14:55
  not
• 14:55
  having
• 14:56
  to
• 14:56
  run
• 14:56
  coax
• 14:56
  cable
• 14:57
  and
• 14:57
  having
• 14:57
  those
• 14:58
  wifi
• 14:58
  TV
• 14:58
  boxes,
• 15:00
  I
• 15:00
  haven't
• 15:00
  had
• 15:01
  to
• 15:01
  use
• 15:01
  my
• 15:01
  cutter
• 15:01
  sit
• 15:02
  in
• 15:02
  a
• 15:02
  long
• 15:03
  time
• 15:03
  because
• 15:03
  I
• 15:04
  don't
• 15:04
  have
• 15:04
  to
• 15:04
  worry
• 15:04
  about
• 15:04
  sitting
• 15:05
  there
• 15:05
  making
• 15:05
  custom
• 15:06
  cables
• 15:06
  and
• 15:06
  doing
• 15:07
  my
• 15:07
  own
• 15:07
  install,
• 15:07
  which
• 15:08
  I
• 15:08
  can
• 15:08
  do,
• 15:09
  but
• 15:09
  it's,
• 15:09
  like,
• 15:10
  nice
• 15:10
  to
• 15:10
  be
• 15:11
  able
• 15:11
  to
• 15:11
  just
• 15:11
  plug
• 15:11
  it
• 15:11
  and
• 15:11
  go.
• 15:12
  That'll
• 15:12
  fit
• 15:13
  right
• 15:13
  there.
• 15:13
  I
• 15:13
  have
• 15:13
  to
• 15:13
  run
• 15:13
  cable
• 15:14
  under
• 15:14
  the
• 15:14
  crawl
• 15:14
  space
• 15:15
  and
• 15:15
  out.
• 15:15
  Oh,
• 15:16
  I
• 15:16
  remember
• 15:17
  those
• 15:17
  days.
• 15:17
  I.
• 15:17
  I've
• 15:18
  moved
• 15:18
  around.
• 15:18
  I've
• 15:19
  moved
• 15:19
  around
• 15:19
  quite
• 15:19
  a
• 15:19
  bit
• 15:19
  in
• 15:20
  the
• 15:20
  company.
• 15:20
  I
• 15:20
  won't
• 15:20
  bore
• 15:21
  you
• 15:21
  through
• 15:21
  my
• 15:21
  journey,
• 15:21
  but
• 15:22
  I
• 15:22
  spent
• 15:22
  a
• 15:23
  couple
• 15:23
  of
• 15:23
  years
• 15:23
  in
• 15:23
  technical
• 15:24
  operations
• 15:25
  and
• 15:25
  not
• 15:26
  easy
• 15:26
  things,
• 15:27
  so
• 15:27
  I'm
• 15:27
  right
• 15:27
  with
• 15:27
  you,
• 15:28
  Eric.
• 15:28
  So
• 15:28
  excited
• 15:29
  about
• 15:29
  the
• 15:29
  enhancements
• 15:30
  there.
• 15:30
  I
• 15:30
  still
• 15:31
  remember
• 15:31
  putting
• 15:31
  on
• 15:32
  the
• 15:32
  ends.
• 15:32
  Doesn't
• 15:33
  surprise
• 15:33
  me
• 15:33
  that
• 15:33
  you
• 15:33
  figured
• 15:34
  out
• 15:34
  a
• 15:34
  way
• 15:34
  to
• 15:34
  do
• 15:35
  that
• 15:35
  very
• 15:35
  effectively.
• 15:36
  I
• 15:36
  just
• 15:36
  want
• 15:37
  a
• 15:37
  little
• 15:37
  bit
• 15:37
  of
• 15:37
  your
• 15:37
  background,
• 15:38
  but,
• 15:38
  yeah,
• 15:39
  we've
• 15:39
  come
• 15:39
  a
• 15:39
  long
• 15:39
  way.
• 15:40
  Yeah,
• 15:40
  it's
• 15:41
  nice.
• 15:41
  And
• 15:41
  again,
• 15:41
  we
• 15:41
  were
• 15:42
  starting
• 15:42
  out
• 15:42
  talking
• 15:42
  about
• 15:43
  phones,
• 15:43
  but
• 15:43
  this
• 15:43
  is
• 15:44
  all
• 15:44
  that
• 15:44
  background
• 15:46
  base
• 15:46
  stuff
• 15:47
  that
• 15:47
  makes
• 15:47
  that
• 15:47
  so
• 15:48
  reliable
• 15:48
  that
• 15:49
  it
• 15:49
  just
• 15:49
  really
• 15:50
  helps.
• 15:50
  And,
• 15:51
  boy,
• 15:51
  it's
• 15:51
  sure
• 15:51
  nice
• 15:52
  not
• 15:52
  having
• 15:52
  to
• 15:52
  look
• 15:52
  around
• 15:52
  in
• 15:53
  a
• 15:53
  restaurant
• 15:53
  and
• 15:53
  go,
• 15:54
  what's
• 15:54
  the
• 15:54
  WI
• 15:55
  fi
• 15:55
  in
• 15:55
  here?
• 15:55
  What's
• 15:56
  going
• 15:56
  on?
• 15:57
  Trying
• 15:57
  to
• 15:57
  figure
• 15:57
  out
• 15:57
  the
• 15:57
  passcodes.
• 15:58
  What
• 15:58
  works.
• 15:59
  Yeah.
• 16:00
  If
• 16:00
  you're
• 16:01
  on
• 16:01
  Xfinity
• 16:01
  Mobile,
• 16:02
  you'll
• 16:02
  never
• 16:02
  have
• 16:02
  to
• 16:02
  worry
• 16:03
  about
• 16:03
  that.
• 16:03
  Forget
• 16:04
  about
• 16:04
  that.
• 16:05
  It's
• 16:05
  not
• 16:05
  even
• 16:05
  going
• 16:05
  to
• 16:06
  be
• 16:06
  on
• 16:06
  your
• 16:06
  mind
• 16:06
  ever
• 16:06
  again.
• 16:08
  That
• 16:08
  is
• 16:08
  awesome.
• 16:08
  Rigo,
• 16:09
  is
• 16:09
  there
• 16:09
  anything
• 16:09
  we
• 16:10
  didn't
• 16:10
  talk
• 16:10
  about
• 16:11
  today,
• 16:11
  but
• 16:12
  what
• 16:12
  we've
• 16:12
  been
• 16:12
  talking
• 16:12
  about
• 16:12
  here
• 16:13
  with
• 16:13
  technology,
• 16:14
  phones,
• 16:14
  and
• 16:15
  it's
• 16:15
  that
• 16:15
  time
• 16:15
  of
• 16:16
  the
• 16:16
  year,
• 16:16
  so
• 16:16
  maybe
• 16:17
  this
• 16:17
  would
• 16:17
  be
• 16:17
  a
• 16:17
  great
• 16:18
  switch
• 16:18
  over
• 16:18
  for
• 16:19
  family.
• 16:19
  Throw
• 16:19
  that
• 16:19
  new
• 16:20
  phone
• 16:20
  in
• 16:20
  the
• 16:20
  stocking
• 16:21
  stuffer
• 16:21
  and
• 16:21
  get
• 16:22
  everybody
• 16:22
  upgraded.
• 16:22
  Especially
• 16:23
  if
• 16:23
  you
• 16:23
  got
• 16:23
  somebody
• 16:23
  in
• 16:24
  the
• 16:24
  house
• 16:24
  that's
• 16:24
  maybe
• 16:24
  not
• 16:25
  as
• 16:25
  technology
• 16:26
  savvy
• 16:26
  and
• 16:26
  they
• 16:26
  need
• 16:26
  the
• 16:27
  upgrade
• 16:27
  and
• 16:28
  they've
• 16:28
  been
• 16:28
  fighting
• 16:28
  it,
• 16:28
  you
• 16:29
  can
• 16:29
  use
• 16:29
  this
• 16:29
  as
• 16:29
  your
• 16:29
  excuse
• 16:30
  to
• 16:30
  get
• 16:30
  them
• 16:30
  then
• 16:30
  that
• 16:31
  New
• 16:31
  phone.
• 16:32
  That's
• 16:32
  exactly
• 16:32
  right.
• 16:33
  Eric.
• 16:33
  I'd
• 16:33
  be
• 16:33
  remiss
• 16:34
  if
• 16:34
  I
• 16:34
  didn't
• 16:34
  touch
• 16:34
  on
• 16:35
  our
• 16:35
  Black
• 16:36
  Friday

  and
• 16:37
  especially
• 16:38
  for
• 16:38
  the
• 16:38
  audience
• 16:39
  here.
• 16:39
  I've
• 16:39
  been
• 16:40
  with
• 16:40
  the
• 16:40
  organization,
• 16:41
  with
• 16:41
  the
• 16:41
  company
• 16:41
  for
• 16:41
  21
• 16:42
  years,
• 16:43
  so
• 16:43
  I've
• 16:44
  seen
• 16:44
  a
• 16:44
  lot
• 16:44
  here
• 16:44
  in
• 16:44
  my

  we

  ever
• 16:49
  had.
• 16:50
  Eric,
• 16:50
  I
• 16:50
  went

  back

  is

• 17:08
  you
• 17:08

• 17:08
  from
• 17:09
  a
• 17:09
  major
• 17:09
  carrier.
• 17:10
  We
• 17:10
  know
• 17:10
  those
• 17:10
  big
• 17:10
  three
• 17:11
  out
• 17:11
  there
• 17:12
  that
• 17:12
  ask
• 17:12
  for
• 17:12
  top
• 17:13
  dollar
• 17:14
  and
• 17:14
  when
• 17:14
  you
• 17:14
  combine
• 17:15
  the
• 17:15

• 17:17

• 17:18
  the

• 17:19
  can
• 17:19
  exceed
• 17:19
  over
• 17:19
  $2,000.
• 17:21
  So
• 17:21
  this
• 17:21
  deal
• 17:22
  right
• 17:22
  now
• 17:22
  is
• 17:23
  active
• 17:23
  as
• 17:23
  of
• 17:24
  now.
• 17:24
  We
• 17:24
  come
• 17:24
  in
• 17:25
  a
• 17:25
  little
• 17:25
  earlier
• 17:25
  than
• 17:26
  the
• 17:26
  actual
• 17:26
  Black
• 17:27
  Friday
• 17:28
  and
• 17:28
  it's
• 17:28
  going
• 17:28
  to
• 17:28
  run
• 17:29
  second
• 17:30
  because
• 17:30
  we
• 17:30
  know
• 17:30
  we
• 17:30
  have
• 17:31
  some
• 17:31
  procrastinators
• 17:32
  out
• 17:32
  there
• 17:32
  or
• 17:33
  they're
• 17:33
  busy,
• 17:33
  they're
• 17:33
  with
• 17:34
  family
• 17:34
  and
• 17:34
  that's
• 17:34
  okay,
• 17:35
  enjoy
• 17:36
  that
• 17:36
  time.
• 17:36
  But
• 17:36
  we'll
• 17:37
  run
• 17:37
  it
• 17:37
  through
• 17:37
  the
• 17:38
  second
• 17:38
  and
• 17:38
  that's
• 17:38
  going
• 17:38
  to
• 17:38
  be
• 17:39
  on
• 17:39
  phones,
• 17:40
  tablets
• 17:40
  and
• 17:41
  even
• 17:41
  the
• 17:41
  smartwatch.
• 17:42
  So
• 17:42
  if
• 17:42
  you
• 17:42
  don't
• 17:42
  have
• 17:42
  a
• 17:43
  smartwatch,
• 17:43
  Eric,
• 17:44
  now
• 17:44
  is
• 17:44
  a
• 17:44
  good
• 17:44
  time
• 17:44
  to
• 17:44
  do
• 17:45
  it.
• 17:45
  Man,
• 17:46
  I
• 17:46
  love
• 17:46
  it.
• 17:47
  Mine's
• 17:47
  a
• 17:47
  little
• 17:47
  old.
• 17:48
  So
• 17:48
  about
• 17:48
  halfway
• 17:49
  through
• 17:49
  the
• 17:49
  day
• 17:49
  now
• 17:49
  it's
• 17:50
  doing
• 17:50
  that
• 17:50
  it's
• 17:50
  paid
• 17:51
  for.
• 17:51
  So
• 17:51
  halfway
• 17:52
  through
• 17:52
  the
• 17:52
  day
• 17:52
  it's
• 17:53
  going.
• 17:53
  You
• 17:53
  could
• 17:53
  charge
• 17:53
  me,
• 17:54
  I'm
• 17:55
  the
• 17:55
  same
• 17:55
  boat.
• 17:56
  Oh
• 17:56
  yeah,
• 17:56
  it's.
• 17:57
  You
• 17:57
  get.
• 17:57
  It's
• 17:57
  a
• 17:57
  creature
• 17:58
  of
• 17:58
  habit.
• 17:58
  It's
• 17:59
  charged
• 17:59
  all
• 17:59
  night.
• 17:59
  But
• 18:00
  again,
• 18:00
  smartwatch
• 18:01
  is
• 18:01
  another
• 18:01
  one
• 18:01
  of
• 18:01
  those
• 18:01
  health
• 18:02
  things.
• 18:02
  It's
• 18:02
  really
• 18:02
  smart
• 18:03
  and
• 18:03
  I
• 18:03
  wanted
• 18:03
  to
• 18:03
  get
• 18:04
  a
• 18:04
  smartwatch
• 18:04
  because
• 18:04
  if
• 18:05
  I
• 18:05
  fell
• 18:05
  and
• 18:06
  for
• 18:06
  the
• 18:07
  safety,
• 18:07
  some
• 18:08
  of
• 18:08
  these
• 18:08
  things
• 18:08
  in
• 18:08
  the
• 18:08
  safety
• 18:09
  from
• 18:09
  heart
• 18:10
  monitoring
• 18:10
  to
• 18:11
  exercise
• 18:12
  to
• 18:12
  how
• 18:12
  much
• 18:12
  you're
• 18:12
  moving
• 18:13
  to
• 18:13
  fall
• 18:14
  safety,
• 18:14
  if
• 18:14
  you
• 18:15
  fall
• 18:15
  and
• 18:15
  don't
• 18:15
  react,
• 18:16
  it
• 18:16
  can
• 18:17
  actually
• 18:17
  call
• 18:17
  your
• 18:17
  emergency
• 18:18
  contact.
• 18:18
  Again,
• 18:19
  safety
• 18:19
  stuff's
• 18:20
  key
• 18:20
  for
• 18:20
  me.
• 18:21
  I
• 18:21
  love
• 18:21
  that
• 18:22
  you
• 18:22
  call
• 18:22
  that
• 18:22
  out
• 18:23
  because
• 18:23
  think
• 18:24
  about
• 18:24
  what's
• 18:24
  also
• 18:24
  changing
• 18:25
  in,
• 18:26
  in,
• 18:26
  in
• 18:26
  the
• 18:27
  space,
• 18:28
  right?
• 18:28
  Oura
• 18:28
  rings
• 18:29
  are
• 18:29
  out
• 18:29
  there,
• 18:30
  watches
• 18:31
  and
• 18:31
  you
• 18:31
  name
• 18:32
  it,
• 18:32
  you
• 18:32
  know,
• 18:33
  that's
• 18:33
  so
• 18:33
  important
• 18:34
  to
• 18:34
  us
• 18:34
  and
• 18:35
  that's
• 18:35
  what
• 18:35
  technology
• 18:35
  offers.
• 18:36
  And
• 18:36
  by
• 18:36
  the
• 18:37
  way,
• 18:37
  that
• 18:37
  all
• 18:38
  ties
• 18:38
  to
• 18:38
  what
• 18:38
  connectivity,
• 18:39
  right?
• 18:40
  And
• 18:40
  so
• 18:40
  it
• 18:41
  goes
• 18:41
  back
• 18:41
  again.
• 18:42
  Health
• 18:42
  data,
• 18:42
  all
• 18:43
  of
• 18:43
  that.
• 18:43
  You
• 18:43
  wanted
• 18:43
  to
• 18:43
  be,
• 18:44
  you
• 18:44
  wanted
• 18:44
  to
• 18:44
  be
• 18:45
  protected.
• 18:46
  We
• 18:46
  feel
• 18:46
  we're
• 18:46
  again
• 18:46
  in
• 18:47
  a
• 18:47
  great
• 18:47
  position
• 18:47
  now
• 18:48
  and
• 18:48
  we're
• 18:48
  making
• 18:49
  investments
• 18:49
  to
• 18:49
  be
• 18:50
  in
• 18:50
  the
• 18:50
  same
• 18:50
  great
• 18:51
  position
• 18:51
  in
• 18:51
  the
• 18:51
  future
• 18:52
  for
• 18:52
  all
• 18:52
  of
• 18:52
  our
• 18:52
  customers.
• 18:54
  Man,
• 18:54
  that
• 18:54
  is
• 18:54
  awesome.
• 18:55
  That
• 18:55
  is
• 18:55
  awesome.
• 18:56
  And
• 18:56
  yeah,
• 18:56
  I
• 18:56
  mean,
• 18:57
  that
• 18:57
  smart
• 18:57
  space
• 18:58
  is
• 18:58
  just
• 18:58
  getting
• 18:59
  started.
• 18:59
  And
• 19:00
  you
• 19:00
  might
• 19:00
  as
• 19:00
  well
• 19:00
  get
• 19:00
  prepared
• 19:01
  for
• 19:01
  Black
• 19:02
  Friday.
• 19:02
  It
• 19:02
  might
• 19:02
  be
• 19:02
  time
• 19:03
  for
• 19:03
  me
• 19:03
  to
• 19:03
  switch
• 19:03
  over
• 19:04
  now.
• 19:04
  You
• 19:05
  got
• 19:05
  me
• 19:05
  thinking
• 19:05
  that's
• 19:05
  a
• 19:06
  pretty
• 19:06
  good
• 19:06
  deal
• 19:06
  because
• 19:06
  my
• 19:07
  phone's
• 19:07
  almost
• 19:07
  paid
• 19:08
  for.
• 19:08
  I'm
• 19:08
  like,
• 19:08
  okay,
• 19:09
  might
• 19:09
  be
• 19:09
  the
• 19:10
  time
• 19:10
  to
• 19:10
  do
• 19:10
  it.
• 19:11
  Please
• 19:11
  bring.
• 19:12
  Consider
• 19:12
  it
• 19:12
  because
• 19:13
  we
• 19:13
  have
• 19:14
  some
• 19:14
  great
• 19:14
  deals
• 19:14
  with
• 19:15
  what
• 19:15
  we
• 19:15
  call
• 19:15
  the
• 19:15
  tips
• 19:16
  where
• 19:16
  you
• 19:17
  get
• 19:17
  we
• 19:17
  you
• 19:17
  get
• 19:18
  an
• 19:18
  extra
• 19:19
  payout
• 19:20
  during
• 19:20
  this
• 19:20
  period
• 19:21
  because
• 19:21
  of
• 19:21
  the
• 19:21
  deal
• 19:22
  on
• 19:22
  top
• 19:22
  of
• 19:23
  what
• 19:23
  you
• 19:23
  would
• 19:23
  have
• 19:23
  received
• 19:24
  under
• 19:25
  normal
• 19:25
  window
• 19:26
  or
• 19:26
  of
• 19:26
  time
• 19:27
  throughout
• 19:27
  the
• 19:27
  year.
• 19:28
  If
• 19:28
  there
• 19:29
  was
• 19:29
  any
• 19:29
  time
• 19:29
  and
• 19:30
  you're
• 19:30
  thinking
• 19:30
  about
• 19:31
  it,
• 19:31
  pop
• 19:32
  on
• 19:32
  in
• 19:32
  into
• 19:33
  one
• 19:33
  of
• 19:33
  our
• 19:33
  Xfinity
• 19:33
  stores.
• 19:34
  And
• 19:34
  that's
• 19:34
  why
• 19:34
  we
• 19:34
  keep
• 19:35
  opening
• 19:35
  those
• 19:35
  up,
• 19:35
  because
• 19:36
  our
• 19:36
  customers
• 19:37
  love
• 19:37
  them.
• 19:37
  And
• 19:37
  these
• 19:38
  are
• 19:38
  mobile
• 19:38
  experts
• 19:39
  that
• 19:39
  are
• 19:39
  going
• 19:39
  to
• 19:39
  make
• 19:39
  it
• 19:40
  easy
• 19:40
  for
• 19:40
  you
• 19:40
  to
• 19:41
  upgrade
• 19:41
  your
• 19:41
  phone
• 19:41
  or
• 19:42
  switch
• 19:42
  from
• 19:42
  the
• 19:42
  other
• 19:42
  carriers.
• 19:43
  And
• 19:43
  I
• 19:44
  tell
• 19:44
  you
• 19:44
  what,
• 19:44
  guys,
• 19:44
  no
• 19:44
  reason
• 19:44
  to
• 19:45
  jump
• 19:45
  on.
• 19:45
  I
• 19:45
  want
• 19:45
  800
• 19:46
  number
• 19:46
  call
• 19:46
  you
• 19:46
  guys
• 19:47
  up
• 19:47
  when
• 19:47
  you
• 19:47
  can
• 19:47
  just
• 19:48
  walk
• 19:48
  in
• 19:48
  and
• 19:48
  deal
• 19:48
  with
• 19:48
  somebody
• 19:49
  face
• 19:49
  to
• 19:49
  face
• 19:49
  and
• 19:49
  they
• 19:49
  handle
• 19:50
  it.
• 19:50
  To
• 19:50
  me,
• 19:51
  I'm
• 19:51
  old
• 19:51
  school
• 19:51
  like
• 19:52
  that.
• 19:52
  I'd
• 19:52
  much
• 19:52
  rather
• 19:53
  just
• 19:53
  walk
• 19:53
  in
• 19:53
  and
• 19:53
  have
• 19:54
  a
• 19:54
  smiley
• 19:54
  face,
• 19:54
  deal
• 19:54
  with
• 19:55
  it
• 19:55
  with
• 19:55
  me
• 19:55
  and
• 19:55
  work
• 19:55
  through
• 19:55
  it
• 19:56
  and
• 19:56
  leave
• 19:56
  with
• 19:57
  whatever
• 19:57
  I
• 19:57
  need
• 19:57
  versus
• 19:58
  the
• 19:58
  other
• 19:58
  way
• 19:59
  around.
• 19:59
  So
• 19:59
  for
• 20:00
  me,
• 20:00
  that's
• 20:00
  the
• 20:00
  best
• 20:00
  way.
• 20:01
  Those
• 20:01
  stores
• 20:01
  are
• 20:01
  awesome.
• 20:02
  Yeah.
• 20:03
  And
• 20:03
  I
• 20:03
  would.
• 20:03
  That's
• 20:04
  my
• 20:04
  style,
• 20:04
  too,
• 20:05
  Eric.
• 20:05
  We
• 20:06
  know.
• 20:06
  Yeah.
• 20:06
  Folks
• 20:07
  can
• 20:07
  certainly
• 20:07
  go
• 20:07
  on
• 20:08
  to
