SPEAKER_00: Do you ever get the feeling that you're destined for an even bigger, bolder, more magical life?
• 0:24
SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the Conscious Glow Up.
• 0:26
SPEAKER_00: I'm your host, intuitive energy healer and coach Crystal Ward.
• 0:30
SPEAKER_00: My goal is to help you create the life you fantasize about by teaching you energetic spiritual laws of the universe and neuroscience tools.
• 0:38
SPEAKER_00: I'll share how I utilize these teachings in my own life with stories of single motherhood, entrepreneurship, finances, and relationships.
• 0:46
SPEAKER_00: Let's dive on into the depths of consciousness and glow up from the inside out.
• 0:52
SPEAKER_00: Hi, and welcome to the conscious glow up.
• 0:56
SPEAKER_00: It is actually insane to me that I am creating the first episode of a podcast right now.
• 1:01
SPEAKER_00: I've had my business for six years, and I'm very excited that my higher self finally gave me the okay to do this.
• 1:08
SPEAKER_00: This podcast will basically be a spiritual lounge where I teach you all about the tools I am learning that are changing my life by the second, and I weave the teachings into stories from my life.
• 1:19
SPEAKER_00: I will be honest and open about my ups and downs and my past.
• 1:23
SPEAKER_00: A lot of the stories probably will have to do with my past, so I hope my parents never find this.
• 1:27
SPEAKER_00: Parents, if you are here, now is your chance to run.
• 1:30
SPEAKER_00: Just kidding, it won't be that bad.
• 1:33
SPEAKER_00: I will be generous with information and tools to help you advance in your life, and hopefully I can make you laugh and smile a bunch.
• 1:39
SPEAKER_00: So let's get into it.
• 1:41
  SPEAKER_00: Who am I?
• 1:42
SPEAKER_00: This is always such a weird question, right?
• 1:45
SPEAKER_00: Like technically, I'm just a bunch of light particles that makes up this body, and this conglomerate of particles, my vessel, houses a soul that has lived many lifetimes.
• 1:56
SPEAKER_00: But my current earth person is named Crystal.
• 1:59
  SPEAKER_00: She is a sorry, I am a mid-30s girl.
• 2:02
SPEAKER_00: I won't be talking in third person, you guys.
• 2:05
SPEAKER_00: Um I'm a mid-30s girl who lives in the woods in the United States.
• 2:09
SPEAKER_00: I am half race car driver wannabe, half diamond earring wearing princess wannabe.
• 2:15
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes I literally feel like half dude, half chick.
• 2:18
SPEAKER_00: It's a cool blend, I guess, but I grew up very tomboy, but as I'm getting older, I love all of the sparkles and the glitter and the pinks.
• 2:27
SPEAKER_00: I live an extremely spiritual life.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_00: I am currently working towards my 10,000 hours mastery in intuition and energy healing.
• 2:35
SPEAKER_00: It's been really interesting tapping into soul-level skills because the things that we get into and study and work towards or just are super interested in in our current life are usually things we were actually badass at in previous lifetimes.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_00: Even though my most mastered soul skills are intuition and energy healing, I have to relearn how to do them in this lifetime.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_00: In a way, it makes it easier because when I hear the information I learn, I have no resistance because it all just resonates completely because I know it at a soul level.
• 3:07
SPEAKER_00: But also in a way, it makes it a little bit harder because I know deep down I'm a master of them, but my current human is still learning how to do them, so I feel like I should be a lot better than I am.
• 3:19
SPEAKER_00: It can be a little frustrating, but we keep going.
• 3:22
SPEAKER_00: That is what we do.
• 3:23
  SPEAKER_00: We keep going.
• 3:25
SPEAKER_00: So if you are studying something that you are deeply passionate about or working towards a certain kind of business, for example, but you're still in the growing pains of the learning stages, then it's probably because pretty soon in this lifetime you're gonna be great at it because it's not your soul's first rodeo with this information.
• 3:41
  SPEAKER_00: So that's pretty amazing.
• 3:43
SPEAKER_00: One of the coolest things about intuition, in my opinion, is that we all have the gift, but many of us got overwhelmed by it as kids, so we turned it off.
• 3:53
SPEAKER_00: It also didn't help that starting at age five, when we were still living in our highly impressionable subconscious minds being programmed every day for seven hours, there was always one right perspective or answer, or else you were just not a good student.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_00: Diverse brain functioning isn't really promoted in public school.
• 4:12
  SPEAKER_00: Anyway, back to intuition.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_00: On a super basic scientific level, everything is made up of light particles, and matter is just grouped up, organized light particles all chilling together, like the desk I wrote this on and my sticker-covered laptop.
• 4:27
SPEAKER_00: It is all made up of light.
• 4:29
SPEAKER_00: But intuition is just learning to read the light.
• 4:32
SPEAKER_00: Like when you go into a room and can feel the vibe, your subconscious is picking up on the light's energy of the situation.
• 4:39
SPEAKER_00: I didn't shut my gifts down completely as a kid.
• 4:42
SPEAKER_00: I have some pretty mind-blowing intuition stories from before I started studying deeper.
• 4:47
SPEAKER_00: But let me tell you, it has been a trip reactivating these skills.
• 4:51
SPEAKER_00: And there are so many forms of intuition that it takes a pretty long time to learn and master them all.
• 4:57
  SPEAKER_00: So it's definitely a one-a-day kind of thing.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_00: And it is so fun doing intuitive reads because it always blows my mind and my clients' minds.
• 5:06
SPEAKER_00: I am a level two intuition student of Alessandro Giannetti's, the founder of Guided Light Healing.
• 5:12
SPEAKER_00: It is an online school.
• 5:14
SPEAKER_00: I've also taken his uh financial mastery course level one and Dark Forces level one, which is basically just a super comprehensive energy protection course that has changed my life.
• 5:25
SPEAKER_00: All of his classes have changed my life.
• 5:27
SPEAKER_00: Oh my goodness, you will definitely be hearing about that.
• 5:30
SPEAKER_00: And I've barely scratched the surface yet since finding him in May 2025.
• 5:35
SPEAKER_00: My entire life looks different, all in miraculous ways.
• 5:39
SPEAKER_00: And if me talking about this school right now pings your belly and it says, Oh, hey, that sounds kind of cool, then I highly recommend you check out his school.
• 5:47
SPEAKER_00: So back to who I am as an Earth Girl.
• 5:50
SPEAKER_00: One of the other things that stands out about my current life experience is that I am a single mom to the most pure creature I have ever encountered, my elementary school daughter.
• 6:01
SPEAKER_00: She is such a bright soul.
• 6:03
SPEAKER_00: It has literally brought me to tears.
• 6:05
SPEAKER_00: Mostly, mostly those moments where I'm like, damn, I really want to be a better mom.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_00: But that's part of the journey, right?
• 6:12
SPEAKER_00: Nobody's the perfect parent, and it feels like it's a skill that can never really fully be mastered.
• 6:18
SPEAKER_00: But she has already taught me so much, especially when it comes to patience and slowing the fuck down in life.
• 6:24
SPEAKER_00: I've just I always told myself, I don't think I can have a kid because I'm not patient enough.
• 6:30
SPEAKER_00: Well, my higher self was like, Yeah, bitch, you're gonna have a kid because you're gonna have to learn patience.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_00: I mean, I had her for many other reasons, but that was a big one.
• 6:39
SPEAKER_00: And I kind of have one of those, well, used to have one of those nervous systems that was very just frantic and like just moving so fast in life.
• 8:46
SPEAKER_00: And my daughter has really showed me the importance of slowing down in life so that I can, you know, give her more of me rather than the version of me who's like on to the next thing, onto the next thing, like let me tie your shoes real quick, let me pack your lunch real quick, get in the car real quick.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_00: It's like nope, nope, we both need a different me.
• 9:03
SPEAKER_00: So, and to be completely honest with you guys, which I'm gonna be a lot here, um, I didn't really know back in the day if I wanted children.
• 9:13
SPEAKER_00: I have a bachelor's degree in writing, and I thought I was going to travel the world as a writer.
• 9:18
  SPEAKER_00: Ha ha.
• 9:19
SPEAKER_00: Well, apparently my soul had other plans and I got pregnant, which ironically was after I was told that polycystic ovarian syndrome would make it really difficult for me to bear children.
• 9:30
SPEAKER_00: I had that and endometriosis.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_00: So it was a really fun, you know, reproductive system cocktail I've been growing up with.
• 9:37
SPEAKER_00: In 2016, a ruptured dermoid cyst almost killed me while I was visiting Santa Rosa, California to take the intro Somalier exam.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_00: I've been in the restaurant industry for 17 years, and that was at a time when I was really going hard studying wine.
• 9:51
SPEAKER_00: I was like, okay, I'm a college graduate of a writing degree.
• 9:55
  SPEAKER_00: I had a wine blog.
• 9:57
SPEAKER_00: That is not that was not part of my writing degree career.
• 10:01
SPEAKER_00: Actually, I've never really used the degree, but I was like, if I'm gonna still be in restaurants, then I'm going to show something for it, just for myself, really.
• 10:10
SPEAKER_00: So I was like, all right, I'll take the wine exams.
• 10:12
SPEAKER_00: I didn't get past level one, but I was like, you know, let me just show myself that um I'm not here for totally nothing.
• 10:20
SPEAKER_00: But, anyways, I will spare you the details, but feel free to look up what a dermoid cyst is.
• 10:26
SPEAKER_00: But part of the cyst components, you'll know what I mean if you look it up, nicked a fallopian tube and poured blood into my stomach for about 24 hours.
• 10:35
SPEAKER_00: So that was a whole whole big thing emergency surgery in California.
• 10:40
SPEAKER_00: And then a couple months later, when I saw my gynecologist after the surgery for a checkup, she gave me a prescription for birth control.
• 10:47
SPEAKER_00: Um, and because when you're on birth control, it stops you from ovulating, so you don't have those painful periods, and that means the cysts can't form.
• 10:58
SPEAKER_00: So, and I will never forget lying on my boyfriend's bed the day where I was supposed to start the pills, like the next day in my cycle.
• 11:07
SPEAKER_00: You know, I don't remember exactly, it's like either the first day of your period or something, but I remember crying because something in me was screaming to not take the birth control pills, probably because I went down the rabbit hole of Reddit, the Reddit hole of other people's experiences.
• 11:24
  SPEAKER_00: And then I cried.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_00: Um, even though I didn't know if I wanted children, I still wanted the option to be a mother.
• 11:30
SPEAKER_00: Um, so I was crying because I was really sad that my gynecologist told me I would likely be infertile because polycystic ovarian syndrome, um, but that I could try IVF in the future if I wanted.
• 11:41
SPEAKER_00: So I was like, wow, maybe I'll never be a mother.
• 11:45
SPEAKER_00: I guess I'm just meant to adopt, which is fine.
• 11:47
SPEAKER_00: I was like, maybe I'll start like a maybe I'll just start not an orphanage, but maybe I'll just adopt a bunch of children and just I don't know.
• 11:56
SPEAKER_00: I was going through it, man.
• 11:58
SPEAKER_00: Lo and behold, though, and I swear to God, we did not try for this.
• 12:02
  SPEAKER_00: I became pregnant a month later.
• 12:04
SPEAKER_00: So the universe has a real funny way of operating sometimes.
• 12:09
SPEAKER_00: Alright, so I'm a mom, a highly spiritual intuitive who was probably called a weirdo growing up, a business owner of six years, a capital beltway race car driver in hopes to one day get behind the wheel of something way faster than my Corolla, and a life and health coach.
• 12:26
SPEAKER_00: Something I left out here but ties into the name of my podcast, The Conscious Glow Up, is that basically my entire life, from who I am on the inside to who I am on the outside, has been one massive glow-up.
• 12:38
SPEAKER_00: In future episodes, I'm going to talk a lot more about how my self-image and self-love have been extremely low my entire life up until the past couple of years, but especially the past year.
• 12:50
  SPEAKER_00: And I mean low.
• 12:52
SPEAKER_00: Like I hid my boobs from the world low until I was 18 because I was so mortified of feeling exposed in the world.
• 13:00
SPEAKER_00: And I remember I would always wear my brother's swim trunks at the beach as if that could also hide my existence.
• 13:07
SPEAKER_00: The purpose of this podcast is to help your entire life and self-image glow up from the inside out, but not with fashion or makeup advice, because that is definitely not my forte.
• 13:18
SPEAKER_00: Go to my sister for that, but with the highest conscious teachings I can give you, which I will explain with stories from my own life so that the teachings feel practical, grounded, and possible.
• 13:28
SPEAKER_00: This is a podcast where I show you how to take complete radical responsibility for your life with the laws of the universe and neuroscience tools, like you've probably heard of subconscious rewiring.
• 13:39
SPEAKER_00: And I'm not talking just the mainstream universal laws like attraction and duality, but I'm talking the law of reflections will be a big one.
• 13:49
SPEAKER_00: The law of artificial highs and lows, opposing forces.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of fun stuff I've learned at Guided Light Healing, and it's all been extremely life-changing.
• 13:58
SPEAKER_00: So, with the law of reflections, if you have heard me talk before or been to any of my workshops or webinars, then you probably heard about reflections.
• 14:07
SPEAKER_00: If you know, you know.
• 14:09
SPEAKER_00: If you don't know, buckle up.
• 14:10
  SPEAKER_00: But it's fun, I swear.
• 14:12
SPEAKER_00: Uh there has been absolutely nothing in my entire life late, including my$70,000 college degree that has advanced me more than the law of reflections.
• 14:23
SPEAKER_00: I am also certified in tons of health things like habit change, diabetes wellness, and pre-diabetes reversal, heart wellness, nutrition, and tons of other stuff.
• 14:32
SPEAKER_00: So this podcast will be a cool blend of spirituality, consciousness, and physical wellness, all with the goal of helping you have an amazing freaking life.
• 14:41
SPEAKER_00: My intention is to release weekly episodes, but this podcasting thing is very new to me, so bear with me.
• 14:46
SPEAKER_00: I will also be uploading the live community workshops and webinars I run, which are also all about these topics.
• 14:53
SPEAKER_00: And those are under my umbrella called the Expansion Lounge, which you can watch in video form on my Rumble channel right now if you want.
• 15:01
SPEAKER_00: And it is also called the Conscious Glow Up.
• 15:03
SPEAKER_00: So I've already had that channel up.
• 15:05
SPEAKER_00: Lots of videos about things that I've talked about here, and a couple of live workshops are up as well.
• 15:11
SPEAKER_00: If you found this podcast at its infant stages, like right now, episode one, but you want more free content, you can go and check that out.
• 15:19
SPEAKER_00: Hopefully, I'll remember to link it in the show notes for this first episode, but it is the same name.
• 15:25
SPEAKER_00: And this is a new platform for me, so any love helps me grow.
• 15:30
SPEAKER_00: And if you share a screenshot of the Conscious Glow Up podcast or Rumble channel on your Instagram or Facebook story, tag me or send me a message with it, and I will send you a free copy of Rise and Thrive, my manifestation and self-care slash habit tracker e-journal.
• 15:47
SPEAKER_00: I spent way too much time creating that thing a couple of years ago, so it's actually very cute and very long.
• 15:53
SPEAKER_00: So you can have a lot of fun stuff to work through there, including money mindset, which is one of my all-time favorite topics, because let's be real, who doesn't love money?
• 16:03
SPEAKER_00: Alright, guys, thank you so much for listening to the inaugural episode of the Conscious Glow Up.
• 16:09
SPEAKER_00: I cannot thank you enough, and I am so excited to be here with tons of useful content for you and your life in the coming weeks, months.
• 16:16
SPEAKER_00: Let's see how long this goes.
• 16:18
SPEAKER_00: And I hope you have an amazing day or night.
