- 0:00Speaker 1: Trending.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Now here's what you need to know.
- 0:04Speaker 3: A buys some football player has been arrested after shots
- 0:06Speaker 3: were fired and then they were called early Sunday morning
- 0:09Speaker 3: police A nineteen year old Jaden Pickett was arrested for
- 0:12Speaker 3: terrorizing and reckless endangerment. The arrest followed an argument outside
- 0:15Speaker 3: of a house party a gunshot was fired into the house.
- 0:18Speaker 3: Thankfully nobody was hurt. Picket as a freshman from Milwaukee
- 0:22Speaker 3: and it was a busy weekend for Fargo PD. They
- 0:24Speaker 3: say two people are arrested early Sunday morning after officers
- 0:27Speaker 3: responded to a call of gunshots. Downtown Police say one
- 0:30Speaker 3: person was taken to the hospital with what they are
- 0:32Speaker 3: describing as non life threatening injuries. David Clem and Jody
- 0:36Speaker 3: Inglehart were arrested for obstruction and resisting a police officer.
- 0:39Speaker 1: It is not believed that they were involved in the incident.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Now.
- 0:41Speaker 3: The investigation is ongoing and no other arrests have been reported.
- 0:44Speaker 4: What was the last name there?
- 0:46Speaker 1: We've got David Clem and Jody Inglehart.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Clem any relation to Clem, Cadittle Hoppert, Who's that?
- 0:55Speaker 4: I don't know? Is that a thing?
- 0:57Speaker 2: My high school teacher used to prefer to a character
- 1:00Speaker 2: named Clem caddiddle Hopper. I have no idea. I've never
- 1:03Speaker 2: heard that in my line. You know what, In that case,
- 1:05Speaker 2: maybe he made it up. Maybe Ron Tollifson, a former
- 1:08Speaker 2: history teacher at Dirth Glennfeld, maybe just.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Got you going.
- 1:11Speaker 2: Maybe he made a possibility, in which case I appreciate
- 1:13Speaker 2: some original content coming from old mister t.
- 1:16Speaker 3: And what was it again, Clem caddiddle Hopper, Can you
- 1:19Speaker 3: do me a favor and google that and just see
- 1:21Speaker 3: if where would you even?
- 1:22Speaker 2: Because that's going to ruin it. I wanted to think
- 1:24Speaker 2: that he got him up with it. No, I'm all right. Uh.
- 1:28Speaker 3: Their Apple Juice recalled that we were talking about a
- 1:31Speaker 3: couple of weeks ago, is expanding. So Walmart's Great Value
- 1:34Speaker 3: brand was the original. Well, the issue has high levels
- 1:37Speaker 3: of inorganic arsenic, which is toxic, and there are other
- 1:40Speaker 3: brands now added to it, one over at Aldi and
- 1:43Speaker 3: another over at Walgreens. So the FDA did update their
- 1:46Speaker 3: recall list. If you've got apple juice from Walmart, Ald
- 1:49Speaker 3: R Walgreens, maybe give her a peek or just toss
- 1:51Speaker 3: it completely.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Well exactly like I imagine. Oh no, it turns out
- 1:55Speaker 2: mister Tollison at Dirth Glennfeld in high school did not
- 1:59Speaker 2: create the character Caditto Hopper. Rather, it was legendary comedian
- 2:03Speaker 2: Red Skeleton character he h created.
- 2:06Speaker 1: All right, well, I like that's too bad. He got
- 2:09Speaker 1: you going for what thirty?
- 2:10Speaker 3: Yo?
- 2:11Speaker 2: How old are you?
- 2:12Speaker 4: Well? For one more day? Thirty three? I think so.
- 2:15Speaker 1: You'll be thirty four? Yeah, Oh gosh, I'm excited, Pike.
- 2:19Speaker 4: Why wouldn't you be excited about me getting older?
- 2:20Speaker 1: Birthday?
- 2:21Speaker 2: Nobody's excited about my birthday. Nobody's excited about any birthdays anymore. Okay,
- 2:25Speaker 2: we'll just stop talking about them.
- 2:26Speaker 3: I've had a lot of people turning forty in my
- 2:29Speaker 3: life right now. Yeah, not you, not me. I'll be
- 2:31Speaker 3: thirty nine. I was the young one for my group.
- 2:34Speaker 3: So like this week and my two best friends their
- 2:35Speaker 3: birthdays are a day apart, they're both going to be forty,
- 2:38Speaker 3: and I'm like what, But they're also the same way.
- 2:40Speaker 3: It's kind of like, ah, I'm good here.
- 2:43Speaker 4: Well, it's a weird thing we celebrate getting older.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Because I think you gotta it's another day.
- 2:48Speaker 4: No, it's quiet. I like birthdays.
- 2:49Speaker 2: I'm not like an anti birthday guy, it's just one
- 2:51Speaker 2: day that people, you know, get to celebrate you, and
- 2:53Speaker 2: you should be celebrated at least once a year.
- 2:55Speaker 3: So for sure, absolutely, weather's going to be great all
- 2:58Speaker 3: week today high of eighty seven and pretty much ninety
- 3:01Speaker 3: throughout the rest of the week.
- 3:02Speaker 2: I met with my mom last night at high Hoe
- 3:04Speaker 2: and Dilworth for a birthday dinner. Oh yeah, And so
- 3:07Speaker 2: she brought me some gifts, which is very nice. But
- 3:09Speaker 2: she's always very like, she's not very slick as far
- 3:13Speaker 2: as what she's trying to tell me with her gifts.
- 3:15Speaker 4: So I open up the gift.
- 3:17Speaker 2: Uh, and I always tell her like, do not buy
- 3:19Speaker 2: me anything at all either, Yes, but she gets me
- 3:24Speaker 2: something small. So I open it up and it's an
- 3:26Speaker 2: electric toothbrush, which nice. I'm still using a toothbrush I
- 3:30Speaker 2: got from a hotel lobby.
- 3:31Speaker 1: No, you're not, h how long have you been using it?
- 3:33Speaker 1: Like literally six months? Oh okay, well that's not terrible.
- 3:37Speaker 2: Yeah, but it's a pathetic toothbrush. Barely is it cream?
- 3:40Speaker 4: I do you know which?
- 3:41Speaker 2: When I'm like, no, but a hospital toothbrush, yeah, yeh,
- 3:45Speaker 2: I'm it's even worse than that. So my mom gets
- 3:47Speaker 2: me an electric toothbrush. I'm like, oh, okay, that's that's cool.
- 3:49Speaker 2: And then I open up the next part of the
- 3:51Speaker 2: gift and it's a pack of heath whitening strips. Oh,
- 3:56Speaker 2: and I remember it came to me the conversation we
- 3:59Speaker 2: had a couple of days before. She's like, I got
- 4:00Speaker 2: you a couple of things, and you know, nothing big,
- 4:02Speaker 2: but I just think it was like perfect for you.
- 4:04Speaker 2: And I remember her saying that. So now I'm like
- 4:07Speaker 2: very self conscious of how yellow teeth. What did you
- 4:10Speaker 2: say to her? Were you like, oh, thanks, mom? Did
- 4:12Speaker 2: you question the Yeah? I said, are my teeth that bad?
- 4:15Speaker 2: And she really didn't say anything. And listen, I'm not
- 4:17Speaker 2: gonna sit here and take the whitest teeth. I drink
- 4:19Speaker 2: black coffee every day, I brush my teeth twice a day,
- 4:23Speaker 2: floss all that.
- 4:24Speaker 4: But they're still mad.
- 4:25Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, they're I don't know if they're like
- 4:27Speaker 2: butterstick yellow, but they're still not white.
- 4:30Speaker 1: I can't see the computers in front of me otherwise. No,
- 4:33Speaker 1: they're fine.
- 4:33Speaker 2: Oh yeah, real believe she said. She says they're fine.
- 4:37Speaker 1: They are.
- 4:38Speaker 4: Yeah, I heard this before.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Have you started the whitening strips yet?
- 4:43Speaker 2: No?
- 4:43Speaker 3: No, it feels like, oh heavens don't you don't need them,
- 4:48Speaker 3: but really, go ahead and start today.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Just give them, just give them a chance. I will
- 4:53Speaker 1: tell you. If you use teeth whitening, sometimes they get
- 4:55Speaker 1: a little sensitive.
- 4:57Speaker 4: It takes off the is it.
- 4:58Speaker 3: The enamel and it depends on what it is. But
- 5:00Speaker 3: sometimes if you keep them on too long, and.
- 5:02Speaker 2: I'm skeptical of it because it feels like a fake fix,
- 5:07Speaker 2: like it's not actually cleaning your teeth to the point there,
- 5:09Speaker 2: It's just it's like a weird they're just staining it white,
- 5:12Speaker 2: which doesn't feel authentic to me, in which case I
- 5:14Speaker 2: don't want anything to do with it.
- 5:16Speaker 1: All right, this has been interesting. Still do what are
- 5:18Speaker 1: we talking about?
- 5:19Speaker 3: I already wrapped up with everything. We're just we're just
- 5:21Speaker 3: all listening to you get older.
- 5:23Speaker 1: As we speak.
- 5:25Speaker 4: Old man yells at clouds right an in the morning,
- 5:28Speaker 4: big nay eight points seven time.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Now for a little Monday tradition called is it Weird?
- 5:36Speaker 2: Where we discussed you know, the weird things you do,
- 5:37Speaker 2: and you ever wonder to yourself might the only one
- 5:40Speaker 2: doing this? Or no?
- 5:41Speaker 4: So, Amanda, I'd like you to begin things. If you
- 5:43Speaker 4: don't mind.
- 5:43Speaker 3: First of all, should we just talk about the fact
- 5:45Speaker 3: that this is the first Monday we've been together since
- 5:47Speaker 3: I think June, because I took pretty much every Monday
- 5:50Speaker 3: off in the summer, and then you were in Italy
- 5:52Speaker 3: for a few of those weeks too.
- 5:53Speaker 4: Yeah right, it is kind of a weird new feeling Monday.
- 5:56Speaker 1: All right.
- 5:57Speaker 4: Yeah, I hate them.
- 5:58Speaker 1: One thing that.
- 6:01Speaker 3: I can't decide if it's the only me because my
- 6:05Speaker 3: husband it doesn't bother him.
- 6:07Speaker 1: But I will get everything out.
- 6:09Speaker 3: If I want a sandwich and my husband is home,
- 6:12Speaker 3: I will make him make that sandwich because it tastes
- 6:15Speaker 3: so much better. Like I will get all the ingredients out,
- 6:17Speaker 3: I will stand next to him. We did this at
- 6:19Speaker 3: the lake a few weeks ago, and I was just
- 6:22Speaker 3: copying everything he did and it it just tastes.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Better when he makes it. It's the weirdest thing in
- 6:28Speaker 1: the world.
- 6:28Speaker 2: Why Why does a phenomenon that many are familiar with?
- 6:32Speaker 2: You know, I totally agree growing up step mom making
- 6:36Speaker 2: you a sandwich. You guys all know when your stepmom
- 6:37Speaker 2: made you a sandwich? If anybody, yes, yeah, it's something
- 6:40Speaker 2: about it the way they cut it. It is, does
- 6:42Speaker 2: he cut out does he cut the sandwich? Yes, down
- 6:44Speaker 2: the middle? Yes, and at or be straight right next.
- 6:47Speaker 3: To him doing the same thing, and he'll he usually
- 6:50Speaker 3: cuts it not the not the.
- 6:52Speaker 2: Not diagonal, not diagonal right down the center? Interesting, And
- 6:56Speaker 2: what do you put on a sandwich? I'm very hungry,
- 6:58Speaker 2: So this is kind of what it really just says
- 6:59Speaker 2: like adult contents for me at the moment.
- 7:01Speaker 3: The uh last time was like an Italian kind of
- 7:04Speaker 3: sandwich that we had made up, really so delicious. But
- 7:08Speaker 3: even over the summer, one of our go tos, especially
- 7:12Speaker 3: on the butt. You just grab Hawaiian rolls and put
- 7:14Speaker 3: turkey ham cheese, load those up and then the kids
- 7:16Speaker 3: can eat them throughout the day.
- 7:18Speaker 1: And when I make them it's different.
- 7:21Speaker 3: But then I have a cousin or something who's bringing
- 7:24Speaker 3: in for her kids, I'm like, can I have one
- 7:26Speaker 3: of yours?
- 7:26Speaker 1: Because they just taste better. It's bizarre. Is it in
- 7:29Speaker 1: our heads?
- 7:30Speaker 3: No, it's in our feet. I feel this weird about
- 7:34Speaker 3: Bloody Mary too. I'll have my husband make them because
- 7:37Speaker 3: really I feel like mine just don't taste is good?
- 7:40Speaker 2: Something about somebody else doing the work just in general,
- 7:42Speaker 2: you know, I guess well, no, I maan, I'm gonna go,
- 7:45Speaker 2: not weird. I'm gonna go everybody feels that way, You're weird,
- 7:49Speaker 2: did not feel that way? Is it weird that I
- 7:52Speaker 2: will wait to do a task? For example, my headlight
- 7:56Speaker 2: head driver's headlight been out for two months, have not
- 8:00Speaker 2: got it fixed, and it's like I'm waiting to get
- 8:02Speaker 2: pulled over and then and only then will I go
- 8:06Speaker 2: to actually get my headlight replaced.
- 8:08Speaker 3: I think it's procrastination and it just kind of depends
- 8:12Speaker 3: until you're feeling forced that you have.
- 8:14Speaker 4: To do right exactly.
- 8:15Speaker 2: It's the same with like tabs, and I've been better
- 8:17Speaker 2: about that, but it's like I'll literally just wait until
- 8:20Speaker 2: a policeman, no way, a woman pulls me over. Really yeah,
- 8:23Speaker 2: and then I'll go, Okay, thank you for doing this
- 8:25Speaker 2: because now I finally have the go ahead to go
- 8:29Speaker 2: ahead and fix this.
- 8:30Speaker 3: Oh I'm like paranoid. Really the second any of that
- 8:33Speaker 3: stuff goes out, I'm man.
- 8:35Speaker 1: See.
- 8:35Speaker 2: I mean it'd be one thing like if you got
- 8:37Speaker 2: something you don't want to get pulled over for, then
- 8:39Speaker 2: of course you probably want to get it fixed. But me,
- 8:40Speaker 2: I'm I'm riding clean baby.
- 8:43Speaker 3: Then it's just illegal. So I try to be as
- 8:47Speaker 3: legal as possible. So you kidding, Okay, I will be fair,
- 8:51Speaker 3: I will be fair.
- 8:51Speaker 2: I've tried to get the headlight replaced, and I've told
- 8:54Speaker 2: you this, but it's one of these lights where they
- 8:56Speaker 2: don't make it easy. And apparently my car is the
- 8:58Speaker 2: most difficult car ever to replace the headlight.
- 9:01Speaker 3: Well, because it's a ninety two grand damn isn't it's.
- 9:05Speaker 2: In twenty elevenies on Ultimate okay, And so apparently you
- 9:09Speaker 2: have to disassemble the entire vehicle. Literally, wheels have to
- 9:12Speaker 2: come off, you have to take the body apart. Yeah,
- 9:14Speaker 2: the seats have to come out. There's such a lot,
- 9:16Speaker 2: just take the steering wheel off just to get to
- 9:18Speaker 2: the headlight. Well, yeah, it's that bad. So they can't
- 9:21Speaker 2: do it almost anywhere, no where. I've asked anyway, So
- 9:25Speaker 2: you have this, it's still out? Yeah, how hard are
- 9:29Speaker 2: you trying to get it fixed? I tried a couple times,
- 9:32Speaker 2: two to be exact. They said, no, we can't do it. Oh,
- 9:35Speaker 2: but said are numerous places. Well I go in, I go, hi,
- 9:38Speaker 2: this is the auto store, correct, and they go, yeah,
- 9:41Speaker 2: we do all things auto And I go, oh, good, good, Oh,
- 9:44Speaker 2: actually I see up there on your sheet of services
- 9:47Speaker 2: you offer headlight replacement?
- 9:50Speaker 4: Correct?
- 9:50Speaker 2: They go yes, sir. I go, well could you replace mine?
- 9:53Speaker 2: And they go, oh god no, why is it with
- 9:57Speaker 2: the ultimate? Is there just something I don't know? I
- 9:59Speaker 2: just want to break the the thing on the front
- 10:00Speaker 2: and just go in there myself.
- 10:02Speaker 3: One thing that I found weird, and I think ours
- 10:05Speaker 3: is like a twenty fifteen that big bus I drive
- 10:08Speaker 3: must be nice.
- 10:09Speaker 1: No, they how much a light is?
- 10:11Speaker 2: Like?
- 10:12Speaker 1: Are they ellie?
- 10:13Speaker 2: Like?
- 10:13Speaker 1: They're fancy lights? Now?
- 10:14Speaker 2: They must be the ones that blind people, you know,
- 10:17Speaker 2: the ones where you are sure that they have the
- 10:19Speaker 2: brights on but they don't.
- 10:20Speaker 4: Sometime it doesn't.
- 10:20Speaker 1: Feel like that. It was a break light. It was
- 10:23Speaker 1: like a thousand dollars.
- 10:24Speaker 3: No, you couldn't just like go fix it. I couldn't
- 10:26Speaker 3: believe it. I'm not joking, man, I'm not messing around here.
- 10:31Speaker 4: You're not.
- 10:31Speaker 2: I saw you were goofing. All right, Well that's weird.
- 10:33Speaker 4: Well is it weird? Or no, let's wrap it, let's
- 10:35Speaker 4: put a bow on it.
- 10:37Speaker 1: It is weird that nobody can fix your headlight.
- 10:39Speaker 4: That's the weirdest part. I'm telling you.
- 10:40Speaker 2: You can't even get on YouTube and figure it out.
- 10:42Speaker 2: I did, and there's yeah, there's a video of a
- 10:44Speaker 2: guy doing it. He goes, oh, give me two minutes.
- 10:46Speaker 2: I'll show you how it's easy. Meanwhile, yeah, then off
- 10:49Speaker 2: comes the steering wheel, roll, roll up the sleeves, daddy,
- 10:53Speaker 2: let's go to work. Take in a minute in the morning.
- 10:56Speaker 2: Take seven. You even do that thing with a you know,
- 11:01Speaker 2: when you really like somebody and they like you too,
- 11:05Speaker 2: and you well, you know the thing I'm talking.
- 11:09Speaker 1: About, right after you get married. Yeah, of course, gotcha.
- 11:13Speaker 2: Yes, it's familiar, otherwise known as the way you make
- 11:16Speaker 2: a baby.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Got it.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Well, some people, Amanda, I don't even know this. They
- 11:21Speaker 2: like to have music playing during In fact, some people
- 11:27Speaker 2: will go as far as to make an entire playlist
- 11:30Speaker 2: of songs that seem to just fit the mood in
- 11:34Speaker 2: that moment.
- 11:35Speaker 3: I mean, I remember I used to have a CD
- 11:38Speaker 3: that said slow Jams on it.
- 11:40Speaker 1: But I wasn't tossing it in for that. It was
- 11:42Speaker 1: just like those were my jams.
- 11:44Speaker 2: A lot of Yeah, you see a lot of old
- 11:47Speaker 2: movies where they go over and kind of like all
- 11:49Speaker 2: sexy put a record on it. Yes, but it's a
- 11:51Speaker 2: little different with a CD or popping a tape in
- 11:54Speaker 2: or now it's really just hit and play.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Or hey Alexa pay point.
- 12:01Speaker 2: Yeah, people are doing that probably other than the commercials
- 12:05Speaker 2: come up and it's a little thing.
- 12:06Speaker 4: You know, it's the sexiest thing you ever heard that.
- 12:08Speaker 3: Or you're just taking too much of your mind and
- 12:10Speaker 3: you're like, oh my gosh, there's a sale.
- 12:12Speaker 1: Were dam are you getting?
- 12:13Speaker 2: Hang on one second, let me write this down. That's
- 12:17Speaker 2: a good point. But they say though that people like
- 12:20Speaker 2: have a misconception about what songs are the best for that,
- 12:22Speaker 2: because songs like Jeremiah. I don't know if you remember
- 12:25Speaker 2: this song from the twenty ten something's birthday you know,
- 12:28Speaker 2: oh yeah, yeah, so it's a song about doing that
- 12:31Speaker 2: on your birthday. So a lot of people have that
- 12:33Speaker 2: on their playlist, and they say, experts, it's the wrong bpm,
- 12:39Speaker 2: it's not the right beats per minute.
- 12:41Speaker 4: They say, it's actually quite not ideal.
- 12:43Speaker 1: I mean, it's gotta be.
- 12:45Speaker 3: That.
- 12:46Speaker 4: It's one R and B jam.
- 12:48Speaker 2: So there's really a tempo here that maybe the start,
- 12:52Speaker 2: but you know, really once you're in.
- 12:54Speaker 3: Them, isn't Marvin Gay Let's get it on just the classic.
- 12:58Speaker 4: I think that too.
- 12:59Speaker 2: That seems a little slow because this song, for example,
- 13:02Speaker 2: is only sixty bpms.
- 13:03Speaker 4: I don't of your amusic.
- 13:04Speaker 2: Yes, but that's pretty slow, and so they say one
- 13:09Speaker 2: hundred and nineteen, in fact, is the right bpms. And
- 13:12Speaker 2: so a song for example that fits that perfectly. The
- 13:15Speaker 2: perfect song for your playlist is a new one from
- 13:19Speaker 2: Posts Malone. You know have his new album, the Country Album. Yeah,
- 13:22Speaker 2: Him and Blake Sheldon wrote a song together which, oh,
- 13:25Speaker 2: I love this song. A shocking to me that you
- 13:26Speaker 2: would sit down to write a country music song and
- 13:28Speaker 2: think that titling it, pour me a drink would be
- 13:31Speaker 2: like an original good idea.
- 13:33Speaker 1: It's so good.
- 13:34Speaker 4: But they did, and this is it. I guess this
- 13:39Speaker 4: is perfect for getting it on.
- 13:43Speaker 2: Down. Okay, it's it's still has to have a certain mood,
- 13:48Speaker 2: though this seems a little silly and silly.
- 13:51Speaker 3: And but also are you paying attention to that, the
- 13:56Speaker 3: silliness of the song. I'd rather, I'd rather listen to
- 14:01Speaker 3: heavy breathing than this. I'd rather just have the natural
- 14:06Speaker 3: sounds of it.
- 14:06Speaker 1: Are you kidding? This is a jam poemad drag.
- 14:10Speaker 2: I understand, I understand you like the song. I'm just
- 14:14Speaker 2: saying in that moment it just might not be. I'd
- 14:17Speaker 2: rather have Seinfeld playing in the background.
- 14:19Speaker 1: Oh god, that's the worst of TV.
- 14:21Speaker 3: Sometimes, don't you get a little distracted, Like all of
- 14:23Speaker 3: a sudden, you'll like look and watch.
- 14:25Speaker 2: Yeah, or like it's an episode we both love and
- 14:27Speaker 2: that part comes on that we both always laugh at
- 14:30Speaker 2: and you can't help it. You can't help but have
- 14:31Speaker 2: a little giggle. Did you have a song? No before
- 14:35Speaker 2: your kid say you would draw on? When this was
- 14:38Speaker 2: still arrelevant conversation.
- 14:41Speaker 1: Amanda in the morning on sign.
- 14:45Speaker 2: Why isn't that I could be watching TV or a
- 14:48Speaker 2: movie or reality TV in this case, and a person,
- 14:51Speaker 2: a human being much like myself could die and it
- 14:55Speaker 2: wouldn't be all that much to me.
- 14:56Speaker 4: Okay, I probaly wouldn't have had it tear.
- 14:59Speaker 2: But I'm wat last night, Amanda, We're sitting on the
- 15:01Speaker 2: couch and my wife asked if she could throw something
- 15:04Speaker 2: on I'm doing something else. I'm like, yeah, go ahead.
- 15:06Speaker 2: She throws on the show selling Sunset. Oh yeah, familiar.
- 15:09Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 15:10Speaker 2: So this is a real estate show, although it's hardly
- 15:12Speaker 2: at this point a real estate show. It's I think
- 15:14Speaker 2: it's more of just exposing your breast show. That's just
- 15:18Speaker 2: what it's kind of what it is, but oh, it's
- 15:20Speaker 2: a reality show. God, they're selling these millions and billion
- 15:23Speaker 2: of dollar homes in California. And so one of the
- 15:26Speaker 2: guys that runs this company, there's two guys or twins
- 15:29Speaker 2: are identical. It's just in spoiler if you haven't seen
- 15:32Speaker 2: the new season. But there's this moment where him and
- 15:34Speaker 2: his wife are holding this adorable dog and I'm like, oh,
- 15:37Speaker 2: that's cute.
- 15:37Speaker 4: They got this dog.
- 15:39Speaker 2: Well, it's the moment that he is breaking it to
- 15:41Speaker 2: his wife that he just found out the dog has
- 15:43Speaker 2: terminal kidney failure and they.
- 15:45Speaker 4: Literally have days with this dog.
- 15:49Speaker 2: And so I'm on my computer doing something or another,
- 15:51Speaker 2: and it just kind of catches my attention because I
- 15:53Speaker 2: didn't care at all otherwise. And I look up and
- 15:57Speaker 2: I just start to watch, and I go, I see
- 15:59Speaker 2: the wife starts sobbing, and then he the man, also
- 16:03Speaker 2: starts sobbing holding this dog. And now I'm crying, you know,
- 16:07Speaker 2: on this couch.
- 16:08Speaker 1: Because it's taking you.
- 16:10Speaker 3: And at this point, if you've had a pet, you've
- 16:12Speaker 3: usually lost a pet by now home and that will
- 16:15Speaker 3: take you to a place it is the worst feeling.
- 16:17Speaker 3: It's like losing somebody in your life.
- 16:20Speaker 2: Yeah, mean yeah, I will say, and maybe this is
- 16:22Speaker 2: a hot take, it feels similar and that it is
- 16:25Speaker 2: so hard right away. And this guy was going through
- 16:27Speaker 2: that too, And I'm like, I get that. I've now
- 16:29Speaker 2: lost two dogs that thankfully had for you know, both
- 16:32Speaker 2: of which were like fifteen years old.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Yeah, but this dog in his case was eighteen. That's insane.
- 16:37Speaker 2: Arguably the oldest dog ever lives. Yeah, but that's just
- 16:39Speaker 2: you know, it only makes it harder. But you know,
- 16:41Speaker 2: I will say it as time goes on, maybe a
- 16:43Speaker 2: pet is a little easier to I don't want to
- 16:45Speaker 2: take it over, but it's.
- 16:46Speaker 1: Just no, it is.
- 16:47Speaker 3: And I'm not saying replaceable either. But you know how
- 16:49Speaker 3: much I love my dog Veno. Oh he would have
- 16:52Speaker 3: been so she was seven when she died and then
- 16:55Speaker 3: got too young, a golden doodle.
- 16:57Speaker 1: And now we have Lula. We've had her, it'll be
- 16:59Speaker 1: a year.
- 17:00Speaker 3: Are actually coming up here soon, and I of course
- 17:03Speaker 3: I still call her, you know.
- 17:04Speaker 2: Not's just like, well, they could not tell the difference
- 17:09Speaker 2: and they don't talk, so for all intents and purposes,
- 17:12Speaker 2: it's the same, do I mean, I mean.
- 17:15Speaker 1: One's a little smaller. Yes, there's all of that.
- 17:18Speaker 2: You lose your grandpa, you can't just I was gonna say,
- 17:20Speaker 2: another old guy.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Speaking of grandpa or my mom.
- 17:23Speaker 3: It's like those moments hit so often, whereas with the
- 17:27Speaker 3: dog there no.
- 17:28Speaker 2: Of course, it's fine to admit that, of course, but
- 17:32Speaker 2: it's funny how just animals get to you. So I'm
- 17:35Speaker 2: watching this selling sunset on the couch crying on a Sunday.
- 17:38Speaker 3: I know, I'm glad it really react you had that reaction.
- 17:42Speaker 4: Though, yeah, I mean the rest of it.
- 17:43Speaker 2: And then honestly, then I was kind of hooked these
- 17:45Speaker 2: girls a man of these girls, the main girl or
- 17:48Speaker 2: one of the main girls. I knew her name sounded familiar,
- 17:50Speaker 2: but she that was the breeze something who had a
- 17:53Speaker 2: kid with Nick Cannon one of the way is it? Yeah, yeah, I.
- 17:55Speaker 1: Did not realize that that she was a.
- 17:57Speaker 4: Part of that.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Yeah, anyway, good talk.
- 18:00Speaker 4: God.
- 18:01Speaker 2: I love dogs and those girls and those girls.
- 18:07Speaker 4: Like a man in the morning on Big Nutty eight
- 18:10Speaker 4: point seven.
- 18:11Speaker 1: Ready, ready, that's see is piping hot today? I now
- 18:16Speaker 1: Amanda Stills the sea. Let's see.
- 18:20Speaker 2: Oh.
- 18:20Speaker 3: These two had the Internet going wild over the weekend.
- 18:23Speaker 3: Taylor and Travis had a busy weekend. They attended a
- 18:26Speaker 3: wedding between model Karen Elson and Lee Foster in New
- 18:29Speaker 3: York City.
- 18:30Speaker 1: On Saturday night, they had a little pizza date.
- 18:32Speaker 3: Yesterday they went to the finals of the US to
- 18:34Speaker 3: open with Patrick Mahomes and his wife Britney.
- 18:37Speaker 4: I saw this.
- 18:38Speaker 2: I'm like, didn't the NFL start this week? What are
- 18:41Speaker 2: these guys? This is the off season?
- 18:43Speaker 1: They had a Thursday night game.
- 18:44Speaker 2: I kind of forgot about that. I'm like, there's no
- 18:47Speaker 2: way this was on a Sunday, But sure enough.
- 18:49Speaker 1: It was great.
- 18:50Speaker 3: I did see because in my mind, I'm thinking, what
- 18:53Speaker 3: are we doing here? Like, wouldn't you be locked into
- 18:55Speaker 3: all the teams? Like, wouldn't you want to watch everybody
- 18:58Speaker 3: else playing football?
- 19:00Speaker 1: You could see that.
- 19:01Speaker 3: Uh, Patrick and Trap they had like their drinks up
- 19:05Speaker 3: and then they had their phones, so they were locked
- 19:07Speaker 3: in watching the NFL.
- 19:10Speaker 1: So I'm like, did your girlfriend want to go?
- 19:12Speaker 3: This kind of feels like and I don't know if
- 19:13Speaker 3: you've been falling along with this drama. Brittany Mahomes liked
- 19:17Speaker 3: a post that Donald Trump put up, and then, of
- 19:19Speaker 3: course Taylor has yet to endorse anybody, so she has
- 19:26Speaker 3: not endorsed or done anything this. She just said everybody
- 19:29Speaker 3: should go vote. So she endorsed Biden four years ago, so.
- 19:34Speaker 1: She hasn't been doing that.
- 19:35Speaker 3: So there's a lot of people thinking that because Brittany
- 19:37Speaker 3: Mahomes was in a different suite on Thursday than Taylor,
- 19:41Speaker 3: which now Taylor kind of has her own her.
- 19:43Speaker 2: Pictures, and that people thought it was because there was
- 19:45Speaker 2: a little few there. But obviously they're off at the
- 19:48Speaker 2: horse racing or whatever.
- 19:49Speaker 3: And I don't think that they care that much to
- 19:51Speaker 3: be watching tennis together just to prove, hey, we're all friends.
- 19:55Speaker 4: Right, No, not tennis, it's a baseball game or something.
- 20:01Speaker 2: I'd get it, But no, I would be shocked to
- 20:04Speaker 2: going back to Taylor's political view. I mean, obviously you
- 20:06Speaker 2: assume one week, I assume, right, It would be shocking.
- 20:09Speaker 4: That would be quite the plot twist.
- 20:11Speaker 1: Or is she like the.
- 20:12Speaker 3: Ten percent of America is Like, I'm undecided. I just
- 20:15Speaker 3: let's see what Thursday brings for this debate.
- 20:17Speaker 1: Go vote, Well, we'll see making.
- 20:19Speaker 3: A football Kendrick Lamar is gonna be headlining in the
- 20:22Speaker 3: super Bowl halftime show. I didn't really have a feeling
- 20:24Speaker 3: about this, Like I wasn't excited.
- 20:27Speaker 2: It don't really care big announce It just kind of
- 20:29Speaker 2: like leaked out, you know, Oh, Kendrick Lamar. And it's
- 20:33Speaker 2: just kind of weird because he was just at the
- 20:35Speaker 2: Super Bowl halftime show when Doctor Dry and Snoop Dogg
- 20:37Speaker 2: did it. I mean, I'm looking at her big ninetywo
- 20:40Speaker 2: point seven Facebook page and the comments and I just.
- 20:42Speaker 4: People saying, who, no idea who that is.
- 20:46Speaker 3: It's like, I mean, you know it is, but it's
- 20:49Speaker 3: not a big name. It very much reminds me of
- 20:51Speaker 3: speaking of.
- 20:52Speaker 2: Though is not a big name. He's one of the
- 20:54Speaker 2: best rappers of all time.
- 20:55Speaker 1: But I'm saying, as far as like mainstream.
- 20:58Speaker 2: Goes, if you want, if you're saying you don't know
- 21:01Speaker 2: who that is, you're just willingly not paying attention to
- 21:04Speaker 2: pop culture. He is one of the biggest names in
- 21:06Speaker 2: music objectively. So it's not cool that you don't know.
- 21:10Speaker 2: You just sound out of touch, is what it is.
- 21:13Speaker 2: And if that's and if that's a point of pride
- 21:15Speaker 2: for you so much so that you need to comment
- 21:17Speaker 2: on Facebook don't know who that is to to somehow
- 21:20Speaker 2: discredit this guy. I don't need to pull up the
- 21:22Speaker 2: statistics of why what I'm saying is true, fiery. I
- 21:27Speaker 2: just it's an annoying personality trait for me and that people.
- 21:30Speaker 1: I will tell you need to do that with the
- 21:32Speaker 1: who was.
- 21:33Speaker 3: A part of the Super Bowl, I remember going who,
- 21:36Speaker 3: like joking because I didn't know.
- 21:38Speaker 1: So there could be people in a boomer generation that
- 21:42Speaker 1: do not know Kendrick Lamar.
- 21:43Speaker 3: If you hear some of his music, you might go, oh, okay,
- 21:46Speaker 3: maybe familiar.
- 21:47Speaker 1: For me, it is what it is. It's no j
- 21:50Speaker 1: Lo or Shakira.
- 21:52Speaker 4: That was what I heard of those people.
- 21:54Speaker 1: Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck. We know that they are over.
- 21:57Speaker 3: But what we have to remember is she's currently promoting
- 22:00Speaker 3: this new movie called Unstoppable, which was produced by Matt
- 22:03Speaker 3: Damon and Ben Affleck' company, So they were able to
- 22:06Speaker 3: avoid each other at the Toronto Film Festival over the weekend.
- 22:09Speaker 3: Jlo is still throwing a lot of photos out there
- 22:12Speaker 3: on Instagram.
- 22:13Speaker 1: Real thirst trap. But did you see this.
- 22:17Speaker 3: Apparently at this event you could see Matt Damon and
- 22:21Speaker 3: j Lo just in deep conversation, like he was locked in,
- 22:25Speaker 3: like had his hands like talking to her like it's
- 22:27Speaker 3: okay kind of feeling. It was really interesting. She, by
- 22:30Speaker 3: the way, happened to be with Matt Damon and his
- 22:32Speaker 3: wife at a table. I feel like everybody is just
- 22:36Speaker 3: getting along fine, right. I don't know, maybe we're reading
- 22:40Speaker 3: into it too much.
- 22:40Speaker 2: I thought you were going to suggest Damon in her
- 22:42Speaker 2: world dealing a little something extra.
- 22:45Speaker 1: That would be uh, that would be a wild Yeah,
- 22:48Speaker 1: give me one like it a minute in the morning,
- 22:51Speaker 1: come on, get up on big.
- 22:54Speaker 2: I didn't realize this is something that generation zeene, the
- 22:57Speaker 2: young people. You know, they're making fun of us older people.
- 23:00Speaker 2: You know, what are we doing?
- 23:00Speaker 1: Now?
- 23:01Speaker 2: Well, you know what they said. Apparently Jens is making
- 23:04Speaker 2: fun of older generations for never buying big ticket purchases
- 23:08Speaker 2: on their phone and always using a desktop. And you
- 23:11Speaker 2: think about it, it's like, well, you know that is true.
- 23:13Speaker 2: And so I'm trying to think of what, well, like
- 23:16Speaker 2: planning a vacation, you know, the airline ticket, hotels, all
- 23:19Speaker 2: of that.
- 23:20Speaker 1: Oh, I'll do it on my phone, like you're real.
- 23:22Speaker 2: Yeah, see to me, I fall right under this, Like
- 23:25Speaker 2: I got to have multiple tabs open doing a lot
- 23:28Speaker 2: of like cross checking of prices, especially when it comes
- 23:31Speaker 2: to plane tickets. Like that's a for me, Like I
- 23:33Speaker 2: love just sitting down at a laptop anyway, and just
- 23:36Speaker 2: like going to town on.
- 23:38Speaker 1: Like going to through whatever.
- 23:39Speaker 4: Wanted to say something.
- 23:40Speaker 2: About a little phone. Yeah, it's just hard to It's
- 23:42Speaker 2: hard to really get in the nitty gritty.
- 23:44Speaker 3: Mainly because I'm doing the same trip twice three times
- 23:47Speaker 3: a year, just going to Colorado. So I'll jump on
- 23:50Speaker 3: the Frontier app and it's here's my options, this is
- 23:52Speaker 3: where I'm at.
- 23:53Speaker 1: Boom boom boo.
- 23:54Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 23:54Speaker 1: So that's easy.
- 23:55Speaker 3: So big ticket, eh, you know, but as far as
- 23:59Speaker 3: going through things, I'm with you. I need to make
- 24:01Speaker 3: sure that it's done properly and like kind of looking.
- 24:04Speaker 3: I feel like on your phone you can't necessarily see
- 24:07Speaker 3: the fine print. Even sometimes I I'll throw in a
- 24:09Speaker 3: grocery order and I'm like, it looks funny on here, and.
- 24:12Speaker 1: Then I'll go look at my laptop and be like, okay.
- 24:15Speaker 2: That makes me right. Yeah, I know there's a lot
- 24:17Speaker 2: of scrolling. Sometimes you think you might have missed something.
- 24:19Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 24:20Speaker 3: Sometimes I get twenty bananas because I'm like, oh, I
- 24:22Speaker 3: already put in this. How many bananas is your family
- 24:26Speaker 3: going through? Usually we buy eight at a time. Lots
- 24:29Speaker 3: of bananas. We're a big banana family.
- 24:31Speaker 2: Really, yeah, you know again, like kind of avocados, it's
- 24:34Speaker 2: just hard to hard to time it. Do you put
- 24:36Speaker 2: them in the fridge when when they're the perfect ripeness?
- 24:38Speaker 2: Is that a thing you do sometimes?
- 24:40Speaker 3: But we also love making banana muffins, so we don't
- 24:42Speaker 3: care if they go a little bad.
- 24:44Speaker 4: And I like them a little bad. I'm kind of
- 24:46Speaker 4: one of them. I love the bad boys.
- 24:48Speaker 3: I like the ones that are a little bad because
- 24:50Speaker 3: I feel like they taste better. But my kids, as
- 24:52Speaker 3: soon as there's just like a little tiny brown on them,
- 24:55Speaker 3: they're out of here, like they're like nope, can't have it.
- 24:57Speaker 3: Or you're still kind of weirded out by things. Yes,
- 25:00Speaker 3: kind of brown going bad, you know. But my wife,
- 25:02Speaker 3: she said, the trick is like to put them in
- 25:04Speaker 3: the fridge when they start to when they're the perfect
- 25:06Speaker 3: rightness and you want to like lock them in at that.
- 25:09Speaker 3: But then eating an ice cold banana is not really really.
- 25:13Speaker 3: I like an ice cold banana with an orange, Yes,
- 25:16Speaker 3: they're just so much better.
- 25:17Speaker 4: Orange is different.
- 25:18Speaker 2: Then I thought about to myself that ice cold Bananas
- 25:21Speaker 2: would be a good band name.
- 25:22Speaker 4: What do you think of that?
- 25:23Speaker 1: Ice cold bananas.
- 25:24Speaker 3: Yeah, taking the stage is ice cold bananas?
- 25:28Speaker 4: Yeah, I do.
- 25:29Speaker 1: I got It's pretty good. Where were we at on
- 25:31Speaker 1: this topic again?
- 25:32Speaker 2: We were talking about how jen Z thinks of stupid
- 25:35Speaker 2: millennials and older people got a book, like what are
- 25:37Speaker 2: they buying houses on their phone?
- 25:39Speaker 4: You know what I mean? Yeah?
- 25:40Speaker 2: Just one oh one house please? Yeah, I don't I
- 25:44Speaker 2: don't know, I don't know.
- 25:45Speaker 4: Whatever.
- 25:46Speaker 1: Makes me feel a little old though, because I am
- 25:48Speaker 1: that girl.
- 25:48Speaker 4: I got news for you.
- 25:50Speaker 3: I am not balancing my check book though, so I'm
- 25:52Speaker 3: not super old.
- 25:53Speaker 4: Well that doesn't change the fact that you're what how old?
- 25:56Speaker 2: Now?
- 25:57Speaker 1: Only thirty eight?
- 25:58Speaker 4: Dear God? Like in the come on, get up on dig.
- 26:03Speaker 2: Did you see the study? I know you're pretty up
- 26:05Speaker 2: to date on studies, but you might have missed this
- 26:07Speaker 2: one that they did a study on Doritos and the
- 26:12Speaker 2: artificial dye they put in doritos to give them the
- 26:15Speaker 2: orange color. Well, it turns out it is they did
- 26:17Speaker 2: it on mice. By the way, they've been feeding mice
- 26:19Speaker 2: doritos essentially okay, and it created a transparent appearance on
- 26:26Speaker 2: the mice.
- 26:27Speaker 1: What do you mean?
- 26:28Speaker 4: You know what transparent means?
- 26:29Speaker 1: Like see through?
- 26:30Speaker 2: Yeah, the mice turned sea through after so much of
- 26:33Speaker 2: the die from the doritos to give you an idea
- 26:36Speaker 2: of exactly how healthy. And I know you probably were
- 26:38Speaker 2: thinking Dorito's or a healthy snack. It turns out maybe not,
- 26:43Speaker 2: because this die is literally turning mice sea through.
- 26:46Speaker 1: Yike's just artificial dies.
- 26:48Speaker 3: In general, I've been falling along with a lot of
- 26:52Speaker 3: health and wellness people on Instagram and just especially with
- 26:55Speaker 3: little kids, and just in general about some of the effects.
- 26:58Speaker 3: I've been diving in a little deep and we don't
- 27:00Speaker 3: need to go off on a tangent, but it, uh,
- 27:02Speaker 3: it's amazing to me. And then of course I look
- 27:05Speaker 3: at the way we grew up and from fun dips
- 27:08Speaker 3: to Shasta pop to whatever it may be. But also
- 27:12Speaker 3: I remember eating a lot more home cooked meals too,
- 27:15Speaker 3: like we remember the garbage we were eating, of course,
- 27:18Speaker 3: because those were probably some of the highlights when we
- 27:20Speaker 3: were in our own thing.
- 27:21Speaker 2: Fun dip is exactly like it sounds fun, but that
- 27:25Speaker 2: I'm eating that.
- 27:26Speaker 3: I remember kool aid and sugar making drinks with all
- 27:29Speaker 3: the different things. I mean, there was a lot of that.
- 27:31Speaker 3: But also I remember the home cooked meals all the time,
- 27:35Speaker 3: using real butter those things.
- 27:37Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean you can go down, you can get
- 27:39Speaker 2: as deep into this health stuff as you want, Like
- 27:41Speaker 2: you said, being afraid of like the dies and the
- 27:43Speaker 2: GMOs and all that, And I get it, it's unhealthy stuff,
- 27:45Speaker 2: of course, But then also you could go the other
- 27:47Speaker 2: way where it's like, well, one, I know for sure
- 27:49Speaker 2: we're gonna all die anyway, and two I feel like
- 27:52Speaker 2: it comes more down to like we talked about genetics,
- 27:54Speaker 2: like you could smoke every day of your life and drink,
- 27:56Speaker 2: and there's people that live to be one hundred doing that,
- 27:59Speaker 2: and there's people that are the pinnacle of health and
- 28:01Speaker 2: they've never touched an orange dorito in their life because
- 28:04Speaker 2: they're afraid of turning translucent, and they die when they're
- 28:07Speaker 2: thirty five.
- 28:08Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 28:08Speaker 3: I've been trying to do my lifestyle just in general,
- 28:11Speaker 3: a good, better best. Like if I'm going through and
- 28:13Speaker 3: I'm going you know, I'm maybe not going to spend
- 28:15Speaker 3: a ton of money on something like that, but it's
