- 0:12Speaker 2: The World's of vigein podcast Welcome to Patriots Unfiltered. I
- 0:22Speaker 2: just want to know that the people who are doing
- 0:25Speaker 2: the voting are on the up and up and are
- 0:27Speaker 2: not doing anything based on politics, past grievances, all that
- 0:32Speaker 2: bs that. I'm good with it, but it doesn't sound
- 0:35Speaker 2: like that's what they're doing. And that's what pisses me off.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Come on, come on, what are we doing?
- 0:41Speaker 3: You know what?
- 0:41Speaker 2: Damn you because we should be talking super Bowl and
- 0:44Speaker 2: the Patriots, and now.
- 0:45Speaker 3: You got us talking about this crap.
- 0:47Speaker 4: Now you guys remember getting hurt at twenty three? I
- 0:49Speaker 4: was like, I feel crappy for a day and a half.
- 0:51Speaker 4: Now I'd be profen tonight. I'd be playing tomorrow, right right?
- 0:54Speaker 5: Dad?
- 0:54Speaker 6: Ram secondary was leaking?
- 0:56Speaker 1: Did they run leak on them? You love stick?
- 0:58Speaker 6: So like now we're going to like stick?
- 1:01Speaker 3: What about mesh up?
- 1:02Speaker 2: We should run quad post Ye.
- 1:07Speaker 3: You hit the button?
- 1:08Speaker 2: Nuclear war four? Guys go straight. And this is Patriot's Unfiltered.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Presented by Toyota's official website for deals by a Toyota
- 1:17Speaker 1: dot Com.
- 1:20Speaker 3: All right, welcome to Patriots Unfiltered.
- 1:22Speaker 2: It is Thursday here at Jiles Stadium, getting ready for
- 1:29Speaker 2: the Super Bowl against the Seahawks. Lots of work to do.
- 1:32Speaker 2: People are running around. I mean, you know, we're moving
- 1:36Speaker 2: thousands of people this weekend. You know, when you include
- 1:40Speaker 2: all the VIPs and the sponsors and the employees and
- 1:44Speaker 2: players obviously and coaches, and it's a massive, massive undertaking.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Uh So it's just scramble mode here at Jillette Stadium.
- 1:53Speaker 3: But we're here.
- 1:54Speaker 2: You've got us for the next two hours. I promise
- 1:57Speaker 2: I won't be too distracted. It's Evan, it's Paul, it's me,
- 2:00Speaker 2: it's Deuce, it's Alex, it's Matt and Alex in the
- 2:03Speaker 2: booth talking Patriots, talking everything that's going on.
- 2:08Speaker 3: Uh where do we start?
- 2:10Speaker 2: I mean, this whole thing with Brady now, what's going
- 2:14Speaker 2: on with him?
- 2:16Speaker 6: Drake may see.
- 2:18Speaker 1: I am I panicked. I thought there was something I know.
- 2:22Speaker 2: I just I just promised I wouldn't be distracted. And
- 2:24Speaker 2: I don't even know who our quarterback.
- 2:25Speaker 6: I mean like like limited right shoulder.
- 2:28Speaker 2: I get where you're no limited right shoulder? And then
- 2:30Speaker 2: I got an email that it's it's a sprain ac joint.
- 2:33Speaker 3: Is did we know that? Yeah?
- 2:39Speaker 2: So I don't know where he's from from from a listener,
- 2:42Speaker 2: from a listener, Okay, I was like, yeah.
- 2:45Speaker 1: No, I have to be honest. I was a little surprised.
- 2:47Speaker 1: I mean, I'm not surprised that he's dealing with something.
- 2:50Speaker 1: I was surprised that he it was enough to be
- 2:52Speaker 1: on the report. I kind of didn't think that.
- 2:54Speaker 3: I didn't think.
- 2:56Speaker 7: But just to be clear, now, you weren't You said
- 2:57Speaker 7: that is not reporting anything.
- 2:59Speaker 3: No, I'm not reporting anything.
- 3:03Speaker 2: And get me that mouse that's under the TV.
- 3:05Speaker 7: Certainly, Yeah, I'm not surprised because it's a bye week.
- 3:10Speaker 6: Like, there's no.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Reason you said it yesterday. I'll give you.
- 3:13Speaker 7: I'm gonna let this happen first.
- 3:19Speaker 8: Camera.
- 3:20Speaker 7: If he's sore, there's no reason to waste bullets in
- 3:23Speaker 7: the bye week, right, so you know, let's let's let
- 3:25Speaker 7: him rest it up and you know he'll throw next week,
- 3:29Speaker 7: I'm sure in Santa Clara and go through the mental reps, uh,
- 3:33Speaker 7: you know, at practice in the film.
- 3:36Speaker 6: Room and all that.
- 3:36Speaker 7: In the meantime, I mean, I does he really need
- 3:39Speaker 7: to throw the ball ten days out? From the Super Bowl, like,
- 3:42Speaker 7: I don't think so. So if there's anything going on whatsoever,
- 3:45Speaker 7: there's no reason to push it right now.
- 3:47Speaker 3: But you know, just to list it is okay.
- 3:51Speaker 2: You see him on the injury report and you're like, oh, okay.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Did you want the rest of the report as well? Sure,
- 3:57Speaker 1: go ahead, Mike, guys getting just some rest.
- 4:00Speaker 4: Hunter Henry and Morgan Moses, Harold Landry out with a
- 4:03Speaker 4: knee there Munford also had a knee with an illness.
- 4:06Speaker 4: Roberts Splaine out with an ankle as well. It wouldn't
- 4:09Speaker 4: be a d n P. Drake would have been limited
- 4:11Speaker 4: right shoulder, mac Hollins would have been limited with his
- 4:14Speaker 4: abdomen and full participation for Josh Farmer hamstring and Terrell Jennings,
- 4:18Speaker 4: who says past concussion protocol.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Which it said last last week too.
- 4:23Speaker 7: To me, the bigger injury on their Splaine, Drake May
- 4:27Speaker 7: is gonna be fine. He's gonna play in the game. Spoling,
- 4:30Speaker 7: we don't know. And I think in this game in particular,
- 4:33Speaker 7: Seattle loves to run the football. That that's a big
- 4:35Speaker 7: part of their offense, it's a big part of their foundation.
- 4:38Speaker 7: That that to me is way more what's the word
- 4:43Speaker 7: noteworthy or you know, newsworthy, critical, And then I didn't
- 4:47Speaker 7: want to go. Then Drake May's shoulder because Drake is
- 4:51Speaker 7: gonna play.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Yeah, for sure.
- 4:53Speaker 4: You just want them to be at their best, and
- 4:54Speaker 4: they're at their best when Robert Speline is playing, so
- 4:58Speaker 4: they have some depth with Gibbons and Elis and they
- 5:00Speaker 4: filled in for him. But you want all your all
- 5:02Speaker 4: hands on deck. I I'm being cautiously optimistic. I have
- 5:05Speaker 4: no idea what it is. It could be bad, I
- 5:07Speaker 4: don't know, but I'm just going to say, sit him
- 5:09Speaker 4: out this week, get him to Santa Clara, let him practice,
- 5:12Speaker 4: and I'm hopeful that he'll be able to go. He
- 5:14Speaker 4: just seems too tough not to not.
- 5:16Speaker 2: To do it.
- 5:17Speaker 1: So we'll see.
- 5:18Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, so injuries are out of the way. Yeah,
- 5:23Speaker 2: what's next? What else do we got?
- 5:25Speaker 7: Well, they'll practice today for the first time this week
- 5:27Speaker 7: inside the wind Waste Innovation Field has which is.
- 5:31Speaker 1: A mouthful perfect rolls right off there.
- 5:34Speaker 6: And they'll be inside.
- 5:36Speaker 7: Obviously, there's no reason to be outside when you're going
- 5:38Speaker 7: to be playing in Santa Clara. So that'll be good
- 5:41Speaker 7: to see. And I'm sure everybody's the Bruta film will
- 5:44Speaker 7: be on Drake May and his right shoulder and how
- 5:47Speaker 7: he's doing out there. But we'll see that around two
- 5:51Speaker 7: fifteen twenty.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Locker around there, locker room here from Frabel two Yeah,
- 5:55Speaker 1: regular one ten today.
- 5:58Speaker 3: One ten?
- 6:00Speaker 7: Okay, regular Thursday schedule today from a football standpoint.
- 6:05Speaker 1: Yeah, I think Drake this afternoon too. I guess Wednesday
- 6:07Speaker 1: kind of a kind of it's a Wednesday for for
- 6:10Speaker 1: for vable. Yeah, right, the practice times those usually on Wednesday, right.
- 6:16Speaker 7: Yeah, And we don't have to do coordinators because they'll
- 6:18Speaker 7: be available all next week.
- 6:20Speaker 1: That's good.
- 6:20Speaker 3: Here's something that was kind of weird.
- 6:23Speaker 2: I guess we obviously knew about it, but uh, some
- 6:27Speaker 2: of our social people might be interested in But I
- 6:29Speaker 2: guess Kendall Jenner, yeah, who I looked up, has over
- 6:33Speaker 2: two hundred and eighty million followers on Instagram. I had
- 6:39Speaker 2: to look up to see how many followers. I don't
- 6:41Speaker 2: know that even the top of my head.
- 6:42Speaker 8: I thought you might never well I do.
- 6:45Speaker 2: I barely know who she is. I don't know which
- 6:47Speaker 2: Jenner or Kardashian is way youngest.
- 6:50Speaker 3: But anyway, yeah, I.
- 6:52Speaker 4: Was going to say, so, anyway, she's got a lot
- 6:56Speaker 4: of followers.
- 6:57Speaker 2: And I guess she's putting a million the Patriots to
- 7:01Speaker 2: win the Super Bowl.
- 7:02Speaker 6: I mean for her, that's like ten bucks.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Okay whatever, But and I guess our owner like responded
- 7:08Speaker 2: to it, so that's out there.
- 7:09Speaker 9: So she went on Jimmy Fallon last night, I believe, okay,
- 7:13Speaker 9: and Jimmy Fallon for whatever reason, asked her for a
- 7:15Speaker 9: Super Bowl prediction. Clearly it's something with fanatics, and she
- 7:19Speaker 9: facetimed Tom Brady to get insider info.
- 7:22Speaker 2: And did he tell her her go for the Patriots.
- 7:25Speaker 8: He didn't.
- 7:26Speaker 9: He just gave her just little bullet points about each one,
- 7:30Speaker 9: some information so she could make an educated decision, and
- 7:32Speaker 9: then she picked the Patriots.
- 7:34Speaker 2: Nice. Yeah, well the clip I said, she said, she said,
- 7:37Speaker 2: I'm going with my gut and the underdog that's the Patriots.
- 7:42Speaker 8: Correct.
- 7:43Speaker 5: That's fun.
- 7:45Speaker 3: So the pressure's on, right.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a good bet though, because I think there's
- 7:50Speaker 1: an incredible I think it's twelve two and two the
- 7:53Speaker 1: underdogs against the spread over the last whatever, you know, yeah, quick, Matt,
- 7:57Speaker 1: sixteen whatever, and I think it spreads of more than
- 8:01Speaker 1: four points. You know, underdogs have been really really good
- 8:05Speaker 1: covering the spread. In those situations. Yeah. Also the rally thread.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Rally on Sunday. You want to talk about that because
- 8:13Speaker 2: you wrote it, but I.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Hear you, I know what, I don't know what's going on.
- 8:21Speaker 4: Well I will be I guess on stage with with
- 8:24Speaker 4: Sergeant Jayden and uh, you know, maybe hyping the crowd
- 8:26Speaker 4: a little bit, as I'm known to do in training camp.
- 8:28Speaker 4: So but now it should be a fun. The drop
- 8:31Speaker 4: Kick Murphys are going to play, so they'll have a concert.
- 8:33Speaker 3: And how do you get there?
- 8:35Speaker 4: If you're a fan, you'll have to buy tickets.
- 8:37Speaker 1: It's not no charge.
- 8:38Speaker 8: You get a ticket free, take free ticket, but.
- 8:40Speaker 1: You got to go through ticket Master again.
- 8:41Speaker 2: So it's first come, first served.
- 8:44Speaker 8: Website right now, Patriots dot com.
- 8:46Speaker 9: There's an article how to get tickets to the Super
- 8:50Speaker 9: Bowl sixty fan rally.
- 8:52Speaker 8: I think starts a nine thirty.
- 8:54Speaker 4: Yeah, A couple of times went to one as a fan.
- 8:57Speaker 1: It's so easy. The Great White Snark could do it.
- 9:01Speaker 1: So have you got a couple of from Mike.
- 9:04Speaker 4: We got to come up with some lines, you know,
- 9:05Speaker 4: some call response kind of things, because I mean, we're
- 9:07Speaker 4: in the crowd, not really my thing. I gotta we
- 9:09Speaker 4: got oh we got I'm gonna I'm gonna use that one.
- 9:12Speaker 6: That one seems pretty easy. Drake, Drake, may.
- 9:14Speaker 3: May have you thought about your wardrobe a little bit.
- 9:18Speaker 4: I think I'll probably since it can be outside, I'll
- 9:19Speaker 4: probably wear my my Ravalroy's jacket that the organization was
- 9:23Speaker 4: kind enough to give to us. So I think I
- 9:25Speaker 4: got to look, you know, on brand and on current trend.
- 9:28Speaker 4: So I thought that would be good. And you know,
- 9:29Speaker 4: maybe I'll get a maybe I'll put an O winter
- 9:31Speaker 4: hat on. We'll see what the weather's going to be like.
- 9:33Speaker 4: I think we're all waiting to see exactly what this
- 9:35Speaker 4: snow is going to be.
- 9:35Speaker 8: I Nope, we can get out Sunday night.
- 9:37Speaker 2: And again, what time does that start?
- 9:40Speaker 9: Open at eight? And or no parking lots open at eight?
- 9:43Speaker 9: I'm sorry, gates open at ninth with tailgate get a
- 9:46Speaker 9: little tailgate going for the get officket.
- 9:50Speaker 4: You do need a ticket, but they don't cost nothing, right,
- 9:52Speaker 4: you just got to go the process.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Online and get it, but you do not have to
- 9:57Speaker 1: pay anything for it. Yeah, that'll be it'll be fun.
- 9:59Speaker 4: I know they've done a lot with the last couple
- 10:00Speaker 4: of Super Bowls.
- 10:01Speaker 1: They've done these. I was at the seventeen to one
- 10:03Speaker 1: in eighteen eighteen.
- 10:04Speaker 4: I remember was out here in the stadium as well.
- 10:06Speaker 1: I was not here for some one of these was
- 10:08Speaker 1: the infamous one that Wiggy was je jealous.
- 10:11Speaker 4: Yeah, was that same That might have been seventeen.
- 10:15Speaker 1: I think I was here for that one. I think
- 10:17Speaker 1: that was. I don't remember which one it was, but
- 10:19Speaker 1: I do remember when one of them, one of the
- 10:21Speaker 1: send off rallies that they hate us because they jellficis
- 10:25Speaker 1: us and also.
- 10:26Speaker 4: Looks like Devin mccordy maybe spilled the beans on the
- 10:29Speaker 4: on the uniforms.
- 10:30Speaker 3: Yeah, so all right.
- 10:34Speaker 8: Tweet before it did it? Yeah, like almost I want
- 10:38Speaker 8: to say, like immediately.
- 10:39Speaker 6: After the game.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Yeah, but he didn't know it was it wasn't, yeah,
- 10:42Speaker 1: because he actually asked me, was that I get that? Right?
- 10:45Speaker 1: And I was like, what are you asking me for?
- 10:47Speaker 1: And I said there, and I said, shut up, yes
- 10:49Speaker 1: you did.
- 10:49Speaker 4: You got I'm I'm kind of hoping to Seahawks wear
- 10:53Speaker 4: their throwbacks. That's those great ones from the seventies. I
- 10:56Speaker 4: haven't owned any other NFL team Jersey. I did have
- 10:59Speaker 4: a Steve Large like that, so I don't know. I
- 11:01Speaker 4: think those uniforms are awesome. I just think it'd be cool.
- 11:03Speaker 4: The Rams did wear their throwbacks in that last Super
- 11:05Speaker 4: Bowl that the Patriots played them in. They wore the
- 11:07Speaker 4: old blue ones, so hopefully maybe the Seahawks do the same.
- 11:11Speaker 1: We'll see.
- 11:13Speaker 2: Okay, So uniforms rally. I am getting like a lot
- 11:19Speaker 2: of emails from people like, Oh, is there things to
- 11:22Speaker 2: do when I'm down in the Super Bowl. I'm going
- 11:24Speaker 2: to be over at to sewol you know, is there
- 11:25Speaker 2: a tailgate? I just got one from somebody that he's
- 11:28Speaker 2: going to be with his dad and wondering if there's
- 11:30Speaker 2: going to be a fan rally.
- 11:32Speaker 3: Or team tailgate.
- 11:33Speaker 2: I think that we're working on a place in San
- 11:38Speaker 2: Francisco for maybe Saturday night, like a bar type of
- 11:41Speaker 2: setting to do some type of fan rally. So you know,
- 11:47Speaker 2: we'll be doing four hours of Patriots Unfiltered every day
- 11:50Speaker 2: Tuesday through Friday at the Radio Row. So as we
- 11:54Speaker 2: get info, we'll announce it, and I'm sure the team
- 11:57Speaker 2: will do through its social accounts as well. So, but
- 11:59Speaker 2: I don't know any specifics yet about a fan rally.
- 12:03Speaker 2: In terms of tailgates, that stuff is all controlled by
- 12:07Speaker 2: the league and all that like all the area around
- 12:10Speaker 2: the stadium is all like restricted perimeter. So yeah, there
- 12:14Speaker 2: are like tailgates, but like you need to pay through
- 12:17Speaker 2: the nose for them.
- 12:18Speaker 5: You know.
- 12:18Speaker 2: They're part of like packages that you buy from a
- 12:21Speaker 2: company called on Location. Uh that's selling the fan packages,
- 12:26Speaker 2: and like they include tailgate, your game ticket, I think,
- 12:31Speaker 2: even travel if you want, maybe even postgame part I
- 12:34Speaker 2: don't know, but we don't the Patriots aren't don't control
- 12:38Speaker 2: any of that. That's all uh, this company on Location.
- 12:42Speaker 2: So but this, if we do this fan rally Saturday night,
- 12:47Speaker 2: that would be something. I'm sure it's going to be free.
- 12:49Speaker 2: You just show up, Yeah, yeah, go to that.
- 12:53Speaker 1: Yeah, this would let's be where we're going to do
- 12:56Speaker 1: all access.
- 12:56Speaker 3: I would think so, I would think.
- 12:58Speaker 4: So on Saturday, what's the Master of work free?
- 13:02Speaker 1: I mean to meet me, I mean, come on, come on.
- 13:07Speaker 6: Wine, There'll be a Belfer appearance.
- 13:10Speaker 3: There'll be a velvet rope that you will be behind.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Andy's not here anymore. I'm a man of the people.
- 13:16Speaker 8: He'll even shake your hand, Mike, Mike, don't.
- 13:18Speaker 3: Get me behind the velvet rope.
- 13:20Speaker 2: The Andy Hart Super Bowl sto correct.
- 13:22Speaker 7: Mike, Alex and I are going to go to cheer
- 13:24Speaker 7: paul On maybe for a little bit Saturday.
- 13:27Speaker 1: You guys ared be ripping it up by the time we're.
- 13:29Speaker 8: Doing that ripping it up there.
- 13:31Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 13:32Speaker 6: Yeah, I gotta go see Paulie in action.
- 13:35Speaker 1: Yeah. I gotta remember to bring my suit home because
- 13:38Speaker 1: I need to get it cleaned. I keep forgetting it.
- 13:41Speaker 1: I know, drag I left. I left myself a sticky
- 13:46Speaker 1: note today.
- 13:46Speaker 3: I took it. I took I took my much time.
- 13:49Speaker 2: I took my one suit out that still fits and uh,
- 13:53Speaker 2: out of the closet a few days ago, and it
- 13:55Speaker 2: was like all this white stuff on it, like I
- 13:57Speaker 2: dragged it through the snow with salt on it, Like
- 13:59Speaker 2: what the hell is this? Like how I have no idea?
- 14:02Speaker 2: So I had to send that to the dry cleaner.
- 14:05Speaker 2: Version terrible. And then we're supposed to get more snow
- 14:09Speaker 2: on Sunday, but it's mixed reports about where it's going
- 14:13Speaker 2: to hit and how much and all that, so all
- 14:15Speaker 2: eyes are on the.
- 14:16Speaker 1: I'm worried about the call for wind, like really heavy
- 14:19Speaker 1: winds on Sunday. I hope we can get out because
- 14:22Speaker 1: Mike was saying.
- 14:23Speaker 8: We're on an evening, we're on evening flights, we're all
- 14:25Speaker 8: on you know, No, you're separate from us on the.
- 14:28Speaker 1: Peach flights are fifteen minutes apart.
- 14:31Speaker 2: Yeah, night is Delta, fancy thing Delta.
- 14:37Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:37Speaker 3: Oh their high end.
- 14:38Speaker 1: Oh okay, well I don't know anyone else that's on
- 14:42Speaker 1: my flight.
- 14:43Speaker 7: It doesn't make sure it doesn't take you to Tuloom. Okay,
- 14:46Speaker 7: make sure it takes you to same France.
- 14:49Speaker 1: Oh no, it's it said specifically we're going to San France.
- 14:52Speaker 8: So I got I got you.
- 14:53Speaker 2: I'm leaving, don't I'm leaving tomorrow. And I went on
- 14:57Speaker 2: and I upgraded for like three hundred and some odd bucks.
- 15:00Speaker 3: I got first class. Wow, it's worth it.
- 15:03Speaker 2: I'm going to spend that money because that's a long
- 15:05Speaker 2: flight for me and uh lay back, Wow, I lay down.
- 15:11Speaker 2: Forgot your I'm going on Friday. I forgot going tomorrow.
- 15:15Speaker 1: It's like I was, like, you upgraded to the first
- 15:17Speaker 1: class on the team plane.
- 15:19Speaker 2: Doesn't happened, Like, hey, curse, I'm not going.
- 15:23Speaker 6: He doesn't have to upgrade the first class.
- 15:27Speaker 2: I'm in the back of the plane.
- 15:29Speaker 1: Oh yeah, but you got the nice seats.
- 15:30Speaker 8: That's the safest place to be, safest place to be
- 15:33Speaker 8: if you crash.
- 15:38Speaker 2: To sit in front of Zolac. There's nothing, there is
- 15:43Speaker 2: nothing first class about that.
- 15:44Speaker 6: As we're complaining about our team charter place.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Right now, he reclined, he must recline behind me, behind you, but.
- 15:55Speaker 3: Is constantly.
- 15:58Speaker 2: Just the noises he makes like I don't mind him,
- 16:02Speaker 2: Like I feel like a baby being.
- 16:04Speaker 3: Rocked to sleep.
- 16:05Speaker 2: So it's almost soothing, like you know, but it's the
- 16:09Speaker 2: other stuff.
- 16:10Speaker 8: It's the gases.
- 16:12Speaker 1: All that all you need is your your blanket from
- 16:14Speaker 1: when you were a baby in the hospital, right, bring
- 16:16Speaker 1: that back, just give giving me?
- 16:19Speaker 6: Yeah, all right, pick up in the back of the plane.
- 16:22Speaker 3: So we promise we're not going to complain. We're not complaining.
- 16:25Speaker 3: We're just happy complaining.
- 16:27Speaker 1: What are you complaining about?
- 16:29Speaker 8: Do you really want to know? Un do you want
- 16:31Speaker 8: know why.
- 16:33Speaker 3: You had had an experience on United?
- 16:35Speaker 9: Your boyfriend is a United pilot and nightmare one day
- 16:40Speaker 9: walking onto.
- 16:40Speaker 10: A f.
- 16:42Speaker 4: Is he gonna come on like and Alex this I
- 16:44Speaker 4: just like to come on to the intercom real quick
- 16:46Speaker 4: and taking this.
- 16:47Speaker 2: Down and care you on her?
- 16:51Speaker 7: What's the movie you imagine that he sings to her
- 16:53Speaker 7: on the plane.
- 16:55Speaker 4: With with with Landler.
- 16:59Speaker 1: Maybe that first.
- 17:02Speaker 6: Why would it have to be a couple of movies with.
- 17:05Speaker 2: The women in thirteen B please leave the plane.
- 17:08Speaker 1: And you can blame her for the delay.
- 17:12Speaker 8: So yeah, trade, it's a funny thing.
- 17:14Speaker 1: No, I don't want to trade. I'm just trying to
- 17:16Speaker 1: figure out how we're getting from San Francisco to San
- 17:18Speaker 1: to Clara wherever.
- 17:19Speaker 7: There's a service called Uber and it's got a little
- 17:22Speaker 7: app on your.
- 17:24Speaker 1: And we're all getting different times and stuff. Well, oh wait,
- 17:28Speaker 1: oh we'll find it.
- 17:29Speaker 7: Wait for you fear you tap the app and it
- 17:32Speaker 7: gets you app.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Wow this guy. Maybe maybe Keller actually showed me the
- 17:41Speaker 1: Super Bowl.
- 17:42Speaker 6: Maybe we can do an excel then we can all
- 17:44Speaker 6: fit in together.
- 17:45Speaker 8: You know, yeah you can do that, but we have
- 17:47Speaker 8: to do matter together, right.
- 17:50Speaker 2: All that got.
- 17:51Speaker 1: The first time I ever did Uber was at one
- 17:53Speaker 1: of the Super Bowls. I mean a long time ago.
- 17:56Speaker 2: But yeah, I wonder, I mean we're going to be
- 18:01Speaker 2: able to expense our ubers obviously, but I wonder if
- 18:04Speaker 2: they should will back up those prices.
- 18:05Speaker 1: Yeah, so already looked and it's like one hundred and
- 18:09Speaker 1: fifty bucks.
- 18:10Speaker 8: And that was a couple of days ago.
- 18:12Speaker 1: It is from from where we're going to the media, hotels.
- 18:17Speaker 8: Radio.
- 18:18Speaker 1: Yeah, we looked at it. Alex called it up and
- 18:20Speaker 1: it was like right now, it is right now.
- 18:22Speaker 8: It's like it was like Monday.
- 18:25Speaker 3: Yeah, it'll be by Thursday.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Yeah, boy, yeah, you know we'll carpool.
- 18:31Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, I mean, there's a bunch of us on
- 18:33Speaker 4: our flight and we'll meet up with Paul.
- 18:34Speaker 1: We'll figure it out.
- 18:35Speaker 6: You'll be okay, we'll take care of you.
- 18:36Speaker 3: Right.
- 18:37Speaker 8: The man left behind, man, you're going right to the
- 18:40Speaker 8: hotel and he got bumped.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Oh you did bumped.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Oh he's on commercial now and you're on the flight.
- 18:48Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know.
- 18:49Speaker 6: I haven't got it yet.
- 18:51Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I'm sorry to hear that. That's not right.
- 18:53Speaker 1: You should be on the team plane.
- 18:54Speaker 2: No, it's okay.
- 18:54Speaker 7: It's actually easier for me. I lived ten minutes from Logan,
- 18:57Speaker 7: so it's it's better this way, all right.
- 19:01Speaker 1: That the listeners are just thrilled with this conversation. Are
- 19:04Speaker 1: we in the Super Bowl?
- 19:05Speaker 11: Yeah?
- 19:06Speaker 4: This is where I feel kind of stuck in the
- 19:07Speaker 4: middle right now, where it's like I want to focus
- 19:09Speaker 4: on the game and stuff, but there's just so much
- 19:10Speaker 4: going on that.
- 19:12Speaker 8: Four hours a day.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Week, I kept talking about it on my show yesterday,
- 19:17Speaker 1: Freddy four hours we're doing next week. I kept like
- 19:20Speaker 1: promoting it. Yeah, you know, like they were making fun
- 19:22Speaker 1: of me because I kept saying four hours. They didn't
- 19:25Speaker 1: realize No, I'm actually trying to promote our shows next right.
- 19:29Speaker 1: And then they were like, so why do you keep
- 19:32Speaker 1: saying four hours? I go because we're doing four hours
- 19:34Speaker 1: out there to go what do you normally do I
- 19:35Speaker 1: go to and they're like, oh, they're going to be
- 19:37Speaker 1: out of gas, going to make it.
- 19:40Speaker 2: Four hours for us is really four hours. We don't
- 19:43Speaker 2: take a break every ten minutes. You tell them that
- 19:45Speaker 2: I didn't tell you we're not going to I told
- 19:48Speaker 2: you to say that.
- 19:48Speaker 1: I'm also not worried about doing four hours because, as
- 19:51Speaker 1: you know, I can talk.
- 19:52Speaker 3: Yeah, no, are you kidding me?
- 19:55Speaker 6: Yeah, they're four hours is a fugazi four hours with you.
- 19:58Speaker 1: On that one.
- 19:59Speaker 9: I wonder when you take out all the commercial breaks,
- 20:01Speaker 9: how long the show headline?
- 20:06Speaker 7: But it's it's like you do this segment and then
- 20:08Speaker 7: like you're you're starting to get rolling on the segment,
- 20:11Speaker 7: and then they're like, oh, we got we gotta throw
- 20:13Speaker 7: to break.
- 20:13Speaker 6: It's like we just started talking.
- 20:16Speaker 1: That is true.
- 20:16Speaker 2: I know it's a lot of breaks, all right. So
- 20:19Speaker 2: we do have Vrabel coming up at about one ten,
- 20:22Speaker 2: so we'll go to him when he's live. We have
- 20:26Speaker 2: no picks today, but we will do a wrap up
- 20:28Speaker 2: of how people are doing so fun.
- 20:30Speaker 1: I did bring up standing, so we'll do that at
- 20:32Speaker 1: the end.
- 20:32Speaker 2: Of the show in case you're wondering how everyone's doing
- 20:35Speaker 2: and how everyone did last week. But right now, let's
- 20:39Speaker 2: let's get everyone involved. Give as much time for people
- 20:42Speaker 2: to get involved in the show as possible. Eight five
- 20:45Speaker 2: five Pats five hundred is the hotline podcast at Patriots

- 21:23Speaker 2: So eight five five Pats five hundred. Let's start it
- 21:26Speaker 2: out in Daytona. Dan calls in a lot. Now, Dan,
- 21:30Speaker 2: what's up? You can hear me? Yes we can.
- 21:36Speaker 12: Hey, how's a going team? I just wanted to call in,
- 21:39Speaker 12: and first I wanted to time and what you just
- 21:41Speaker 12: said for shout out to Alex. You'd be putting some
- 21:44Speaker 12: good coverage you Paul, and I'll credit dude, So I'm sorry, Yes,
- 21:48Speaker 12: they do that, they can give you some credit.
- 21:49Speaker 1: I was hoping you call back and so thank you.
- 21:51Speaker 1: It means a lot of time.
- 21:53Speaker 12: So yeah, you guys have been doing a good coverage
- 21:55Speaker 12: on that. To keep up the good work on that.
- 21:58Speaker 13: We'll be excited to see super Bowl.
- 22:02Speaker 12: And then the last thing I wanted to time in.
- 22:05Speaker 12: It's on yesterday. Let to make this real quick about.
- 22:08Speaker 13: The Belichick thing.
- 22:09Speaker 12: Do you think they were just bringing up a point
- 22:11Speaker 12: to the on ESPN now that they said that because
- 22:15Speaker 12: of Belichick it was his pennant for what the spygate
- 22:18Speaker 12: and the leag gate. Do you think they should do
- 22:20Speaker 12: this same exact thing to Tom Brady and robber Craft
- 22:26Speaker 12: because they're doing it to Bill. I think it's only
- 22:28Speaker 12: it's only fair if they're going to do this to Bill,
- 22:31Speaker 12: that they should do that to Brady and well.
- 22:33Speaker 2: Listen, Robert Craft's been held out for fifteen years, so yeah,
- 22:37Speaker 2: maybe they're already doing it to him.
- 22:39Speaker 1: That's the theory, is that they've done it to Robert
- 22:42Speaker 1: and that's why they did it to Bill. I do
- 22:44Speaker 1: not expect that to happen to Tom Brady, however, I
- 22:46Speaker 1: think he'll be a first ballot Hall of Famer.
- 22:48Speaker 6: It's very different when it's a player.
- 22:50Speaker 2: I'm not predicting anything with these guys and women. I agree, yeah, yeah,
- 22:56Speaker 2: so I think.
- 22:56Speaker 12: Yeah, I think it's only fair just because I mean,
- 23:00Speaker 12: Tom is probably arguably the greatest quarterback for just one
- 23:03Speaker 12: of the greatest players of all time. Obviously, there's a
- 23:06Speaker 12: lot of great players in the NFL, you know, Lawrence Taylor,
- 23:09Speaker 12: we go on. But I just think that if they're
- 23:12Speaker 12: going to do it too arguably, you know, we can
- 23:14Speaker 12: go back before, say Bill Walsh or Don Shula. I mean, yes,
- 23:18Speaker 12: Don Shula's got the titles, you know, with the all
- 23:21Speaker 12: time wins. But I just think, you know, Brady wouldn't
- 23:24Speaker 12: get there without Belichick. It's kind of a tandem.
- 23:28Speaker 1: I don't have any that I disagree with that.
- 23:31Speaker 3: Yeah, listen, forget about that.
- 23:33Speaker 1: Brady did get be in.
- 23:35Speaker 3: It doesn't matter.
- 23:36Speaker 2: You don't have to qualify it, you don't have to
- 23:38Speaker 2: quantify it.
- 23:39Speaker 3: He should be in.
- 23:40Speaker 9: Yeah, I agree, so like yeah, so like they were
- 23:43Speaker 9: already punished for Spike, they were already punished for the
- 23:46Speaker 9: fleet Gate, and now you're going to, like almost decades later,
- 23:49Speaker 9: you're going to attack on more.
- 23:50Speaker 3: Well.
- 23:51Speaker 2: You know, there was a writer from Kansas City who's
- 23:55Speaker 2: on the panel, and he wrote his reason good for him,
- 24:00Speaker 2: about why he voted for who he voted for, and
- 24:03Speaker 2: he said, I think Belichick should be in, but you
- 24:06Speaker 2: have to You can only vote for three out of
- 24:09Speaker 2: five in this category.
- 24:10Speaker 3: So it wasn't a vote against Bill.
- 24:12Speaker 2: It was a vote for other people who I'm afraid
- 24:15Speaker 2: might get missed out. That's not your job is to
- 24:18Speaker 2: right wrongs, you know, with the process. Your job is
- 24:23Speaker 2: to vote for the most the person who's most deserving
- 24:28Speaker 2: of getting in. So I thank you for telling us
- 24:31Speaker 2: why you voted the way you voted, but you got
- 24:34Speaker 2: it wrong. Your job is not to again right the
- 24:37Speaker 2: wrongs of the process. Your job is to look at
- 24:40Speaker 2: who's the most qualified, who's the most deserving to get in,
- 24:43Speaker 2: and vote that way. Let the Hall figure out the process,
- 24:47Speaker 2: you know, inefficiencies or problems. So you're doing a disservice
- 24:51Speaker 2: to people when you do it that way.
- 24:53Speaker 1: But he doesn't think he got it wrong.
- 24:55Speaker 3: He did get it wrong.
- 24:57Speaker 2: He got it wrong.
- 25:00Speaker 1: I thought of you, I'm like, he's got to get
- 25:01Speaker 1: another Steeler. I was just seeing that up in my head.
- 25:05Speaker 3: Dudes, like the people.
- 25:09Speaker 2: Guys. If I haven't person on here, I would ask him, Okay,
- 25:12Speaker 2: I understand what you wrote, but the people that you
- 25:15Speaker 2: did vote for, are they more deserving than Bill Belichick.
- 25:18Speaker 7: They're going to get to all eleven starters on the
- 25:21Speaker 7: Steelers defense from the nineteen seventies before they put Bill
- 25:24Speaker 7: Belichick in.
- 25:24Speaker 6: The Hall of Fay.
- 25:25Speaker 7: Yeah, I have no, I'm not trying to disrespect Elsie Greenwood.
- 25:29Speaker 1: No no, no, no, no.
- 25:30Speaker 3: I'm not.
- 25:31Speaker 6: But Elsie Greenwood is what just maybe the eighth best
- 25:34Speaker 6: player on that and they're they're bending over backwards to
- 25:38Speaker 6: get the thirteenth.
- 25:39Speaker 1: Steelers the other one thirteen. And I love I love
- 25:43Speaker 1: Ken Anderson from those Bengals teams because Dan Ross is
- 25:46Speaker 1: a guy from Everard High School who I always don't know.
- 25:50Speaker 1: But it was like I was a little kid when
- 25:53Speaker 1: he went into the NFL, and I really like the
- 25:55Speaker 1: Bengals because I had a guy that went to my
- 25:58Speaker 1: high school was playing in the NFL. So I really
- 26:00Speaker 1: liked Ken Anderson a lot. He's not a Hall of
- 26:02Speaker 1: Fame Kenny, like he led the league in passer rating
- 26:06Speaker 1: four times.
- 26:09Speaker 2: Really, just like, what are we doing Ken Anderson over
- 26:14Speaker 2: Bill Belichick?
- 26:15Speaker 6: This is what we're doing.
- 26:16Speaker 3: I mean, it's just nonsense.
- 26:19Speaker 1: But they set it up with this.
- 26:22Speaker 2: They're saying.
- 26:26Speaker 1: It's so dumb, But it's so dumb. Just have the
- 26:29Speaker 1: guys that are most deserving being it, and Bill's one
- 26:31Speaker 1: of them.
- 26:32Speaker 2: And listen, we kind of have the same issue with
- 26:35Speaker 2: the Patriots Hall of Fame where we get in the
- 26:37Speaker 2: room and we're talking and there's a lot of people
- 26:39Speaker 2: in the room that always bring up the fear that
- 26:42Speaker 2: older guys are going to get overlooked or even now
- 26:45Speaker 2: current guys that you know, weren't really in the dynasty
- 26:49Speaker 2: bit on the edge of the dynasty. You know, the
- 26:51Speaker 2: dynasty guys are pushing them down and eventually they're going
- 26:54Speaker 2: to be out of qualification and they will never get in.
- 26:57Speaker 2: I get that, but like, you just got to vote
- 27:00Speaker 2: for the guy who's most deserving that year and hope
- 27:05Speaker 2: that the process takes care of itself.
- 27:07Speaker 3: But that's your job.
- 27:10Speaker 2: Your job isn't to like think of all these intricacies
- 27:13Speaker 2: and then do something and hold you know.
- 27:16Speaker 7: But then there's also like that, even if they are
- 27:19Speaker 7: thinking about those types of things, then they're also doing
- 27:22Speaker 7: a disservice to all of the coaching candidates that are
- 27:25Speaker 7: going to be up for it again next year, because
- 27:27Speaker 7: now Bill is going to be the nomination again, and
- 27:30Speaker 7: it creates a logjam for all of those people. So
- 27:32Speaker 7: there's a lot of coaches that are probably deserving of
- 27:35Speaker 7: being in the Hall of Fame that are in this
- 27:37Speaker 7: logjam that's been created because yeah, Mike.
- 27:41Speaker 6: Shan Chan's in there.
- 27:42Speaker 7: Home Grin I think was up for it at one point.
- 27:45Speaker 7: Now Mike Tomlin's going to be in the pool. If
- 27:47Speaker 7: he doesn't coach this year, he's going to be eligible.
- 27:50Speaker 7: So you know, it just goes. It's you're creating a
- 27:54Speaker 7: trickle down effect. So now it's impacting other people as well,
- 27:57Speaker 7: because now they're a year later and if you don't
- 28:00Speaker 7: and't get in again, and then we're going to do
- 28:01Speaker 7: this whole thing again the next year. So you created
- 28:03Speaker 7: this mess, and I'm actually a little bit surprised. I
- 28:09Speaker 7: actually think that this in this instance, like it would
- 28:12Speaker 7: be bit like the right thing to do for the
- 28:14Speaker 7: Hall of Fame to override the vote. They won't do it,
- 28:17Speaker 7: But I really think that that I don't think I.
- 28:19Speaker 1: Don't think that's a really bad press.
- 28:21Speaker 2: I mean, they did issue with statement because the statement
- 28:24Speaker 2: backlash was so but you know what, the statement was ridiculous.
- 28:27Speaker 1: You know.
- 28:28Speaker 7: That's why I think that they're not doing the like
- 28:30Speaker 7: they're not. They're not raising this correctly either.
- 28:32Speaker 1: They're madden was because they're mad about the leak, right, the.
- 28:36Speaker 6: Vote, the vote, not not that people leaked it.
- 28:40Speaker 5: Right.
- 28:41Speaker 1: So you know, I'm just glad Bill Pollin got the
- 28:45Speaker 1: confirmation that he did vote for Bill Belichick. Remember, remember
- 28:49Speaker 1: he needed to get confirmation from the Hall itself.
- 28:53Speaker 8: They so he told someone he didn't, and then he
- 28:56Speaker 8: didn't anybody he didn't.
- 28:58Speaker 1: He said he didn't remember, He couldn't say he thought
- 29:00Speaker 1: he did, but couldn't remember for sure, which probably tells
- 29:03Speaker 1: you we should no longer be voting or.
- 29:05Speaker 8: Maybe not have nice because the.
- 29:09Speaker 1: White haired ball guy is the last guy in the
- 29:11Speaker 1: world that would say these guys are too old. They
- 29:13Speaker 1: should be you know, I don't want that to happen
- 29:15Speaker 1: to me.
- 29:15Speaker 8: I thought for sure. Him saying I don't remember, it
- 29:18Speaker 8: was just he's lying and he didn't and that was
- 29:21Speaker 8: that was.
- 29:21Speaker 1: The inference Alex and everybody said he obviously didn't vote
- 29:25Speaker 1: for him, because he would just say that he did
- 29:26Speaker 1: if he did.
- 29:27Speaker 6: That was the one voter though, that they're okay with
- 29:29Speaker 6: saying that he voted. They the Hall of Fame.
- 29:32Speaker 7: A spokesperson from the Hall of Fame confirmed that Bill
- 29:35Speaker 7: Pollion voted for Bill Belichick, so that voted. It's okay
- 29:38Speaker 7: to put that vote out there because he's getting dragged
- 29:40Speaker 7: in the media. But the other forty nine people, it's
- 29:43Speaker 7: in lock and key like it just don't.
- 29:45Speaker 8: Think they would ever just say that just to protect him.
- 29:47Speaker 1: Probably it's possible.
- 29:50Speaker 8: I don't want to see the ballot.
- 29:51Speaker 1: But he said he voted for him, but couldn't remember
- 29:54Speaker 1: for sure, and then he checked with the Hall of
- 29:56Speaker 1: Fame to get his electronic submission and he did vote
- 29:59Speaker 1: for him. That's what he said that he had like
- 30:01Speaker 1: this whole long statement. It was like he read he said,
- 30:04Speaker 1: I'm going to read it so I get to write by.
- 30:06Speaker 4: I caught some things of him, like throwing a guy
- 30:08Speaker 4: up against the up against the wall and stuff like.
- 30:10Speaker 4: But Bill Polling's got a lot of stuff that have gone.
- 30:12Speaker 1: On a guy wall? Was that Fred calling him plion?
- 30:16Speaker 3: I mean he did call for Doug Flutie's legs to
- 30:19Speaker 3: be broken during the game. I was, I was there.
- 30:21Speaker 1: I heard it.
- 30:21Speaker 2: Not exaggerating that story. That's second hand.
- 30:24Speaker 1: Had six when he was playing for the Patriots. Yeah,
- 30:27Speaker 1: he was running around like Bambi, you know, like he
- 30:29Speaker 1: always did, and.
- 30:30Speaker 2: He was like break his break his legs.
- 30:33Speaker 3: Yeah, he's very loud.
- 30:34Speaker 1: I mean, this is stor.
- 30:36Speaker 2: The Patriots time is over right the press box, that.
- 30:39Speaker 1: Was tunnel that was going down.
- 30:42Speaker 3: He ran out of the locker.
- 30:43Speaker 1: See Fred wouldn't know this because Fred was in the
- 30:46Speaker 1: actual press. Paul was back in the lounge area watching
- 30:50Speaker 1: the game on TV okay, and he said it correct,
- 30:54Speaker 1: going down to the elevator. The Patriots had their time.
- 30:58Speaker 1: This is our time. Yeah, that lasted a year?
- 31:00Speaker 9: Was that.
- 31:02Speaker 1: The aftermath of the.
- 31:06Speaker 2: After we lost that game that we pumped in the
- 31:08Speaker 2: flu in the locker?
- 31:09Speaker 1: Right, and Noise's still time for them to make this.
- 31:12Speaker 3: Right, all right?
- 31:14Speaker 2: Next up, we took a little sidetrack there. We'll go
- 31:17Speaker 2: to Mark in Connecticut. What's up Mark?
- 31:19Speaker 5: Oh?
- 31:20Speaker 14: Mark, Hey, guys, thanks for taking my call.
- 31:22Speaker 2: Mark.
- 31:23Speaker 14: Hey, Paul, I missed you on your show with Elgar
- 31:25Speaker 14: and Mas and I wanted to ask you two things
- 31:27Speaker 14: on it. Chase On, I know earlier in the year
- 31:30Speaker 14: he said that he would take a hometown discount because
- 31:33Speaker 14: he really likes it here and likes playing for Mike Brabel,
- 31:35Speaker 14: So I wanted to get your take on that what
- 31:37Speaker 14: a hometown discount might be be for him. And the
- 31:41Speaker 14: other thing was Rodney Harrison. I've been talking about this
- 31:44Speaker 14: for years now. I mean, I don't understand how the
- 31:47Speaker 14: guy keeps getting snuffed every year. He owns so many
- 31:51Speaker 14: records for the NFL, and it's just like what they're
- 31:54Speaker 14: doing to build It's just a disgrace, guys, And let's go.
- 31:57Speaker 15: Win that Super Bowl.
- 31:58Speaker 3: Okay, thank you, Thanks Mark.
- 32:00Speaker 1: I don't know what. I don't know that that Chase
- 32:03Speaker 1: On quote. I didn't you know, I'm not in the
- 32:05Speaker 1: locker room all the time. I don't remember Chase saying
- 32:07Speaker 1: he'll take less to stay here. I didn't hear that no,
- 32:10Speaker 1: and I don't know exactly what a contract would look
- 32:13Speaker 1: like for him. I think Evan and Mike made some
- 32:15Speaker 1: really good points in yesterday's show that when you step
- 32:19Speaker 1: up your game in the postseason, everybody in the league
- 32:21Speaker 1: is watching, so that causes the price generally to rise.
- 32:25Speaker 4: I think of Mark Anderson, the guy whoy Carter got hurt,
- 32:28Speaker 4: he stepped up.
- 32:29Speaker 1: And I think he went tined with Buffalo. Yeah, but
- 32:30Speaker 1: he's the one a huge deal. Yeah, he didn't get
- 32:32Speaker 1: a huge contract. I think of Milton Williams. Yeah, to
- 32:36Speaker 1: Milton Williams was on the national stage last year, dominating
- 32:39Speaker 1: in the Super Bowl, and was the highest paid free
- 32:41Speaker 1: agent that was signed this year. I went six million
- 32:45Speaker 1: a year.
- 32:45Speaker 7: With guys like Chase On. You know, he was a
- 32:48Speaker 7: first round pick. So a lot of times, you know,
- 32:50Speaker 7: scouts will also go back and say the talent.
- 32:53Speaker 6: Was always there, and now we're using the way they
- 32:56Speaker 6: used to and now he's playing to that talent in
- 32:58Speaker 6: New England. You know, that's sort of thing.
- 33:00Speaker 7: So I think he's gonna be paid well, But I
- 33:04Speaker 7: wouldn't mind it being the Patriots that pay him well
- 33:06Speaker 7: because and.
- 33:07Speaker 1: I don't dismiss it because I do think he liked
- 33:09Speaker 1: it here. He likes it here.
- 33:11Speaker 6: I did not hear any quote of his that he
- 33:13Speaker 6: said anything about.
- 33:15Speaker 1: I thought it was more I'd like to find a home.
- 33:17Speaker 1: I think that was what he said.
- 33:18Speaker 4: It might even been with us, like I feel like
- 33:19Speaker 4: we talked to him at some point of just he
- 33:21Speaker 4: wanted to find a place to say.
- 33:23Speaker 7: I don't know if anybody's asked him directly about in
- 33:26Speaker 7: recent weeks about his contract.
- 33:28Speaker 4: Impossible to predict, and he might this might be his
- 33:30Speaker 4: chance to cash in. And I'm sure he got a
- 33:32Speaker 4: good contract as a rookie. But this is like time
- 33:35Speaker 4: to make money right now. And so if the Patriots
- 33:37Speaker 4: aren't willing, I think the Patriots should be willing. But
- 33:39Speaker 4: if they're not willing, I could I could see him
- 33:41Speaker 4: going somewhere.
- 33:42Speaker 1: Alex, did you get him for any of our TV
- 33:44Speaker 1: case intros? Did you?
- 33:46Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 33:46Speaker 1: Did you talk at all about the future.
- 33:48Speaker 8: He loves it here, for sure, he loves the vibe
- 33:51Speaker 8: of the locker room.
- 33:51Speaker 9: But I don't I'm struggling to come up with a
- 33:54Speaker 9: single guy that hasn't said that the Sari even Stefan
- 33:57Speaker 9: Diggs after the game. I think it was Nicole Menner.
- 34:00Speaker 9: I saw posted a video where Steph said, I love
- 34:02Speaker 9: it here. I want to stay, I want to keep
- 34:04Speaker 9: this all together, and like so, I think there is
- 34:07Speaker 9: something to be said about they realize what they have
- 34:10Speaker 9: going on is a really special thing and it's clearly
- 34:12Speaker 9: worked out for them. So, you know, I wouldn't be
- 34:15Speaker 9: surprised to see a lot of guys strengthened team.
- 34:17Speaker 1: I think is that sort of mentality power friendship.
- 34:21Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 34:22Speaker 1: As for Rodney, I think he is a I mean,
- 34:25Speaker 1: I love Rodney. Everybody knows. I think he's one of
- 34:28Speaker 1: those sort of borderline candidates.
- 34:31Speaker 3: Is borderline.
- 34:32Speaker 1: He has a stat that's unique to him, and ray
- 34:36Speaker 1: Lewis the thirty sacks, thirty interceptions. I don't know what
- 34:39Speaker 1: are the others. I don't know any other records, like
- 34:42Speaker 1: even the most Again, I love Rodney Harrison, and I.
- 34:48Speaker 2: Think you all love Rodney.
- 34:49Speaker 1: He'll be hard pressed to find a guy who played
- 34:51Speaker 1: any better at his position than he did for the
- 34:55Speaker 1: Patriots and three and oh four Hell yeah, but that's
- 34:58Speaker 1: not necessarily a Hall of fame.
- 35:00Speaker 2: And I'll tell you nobody played the disrespect card better
- 35:04Speaker 2: than Rodney.
- 35:05Speaker 3: Nobody.
- 35:06Speaker 6: I just feel like with Rodney Harrison.
- 35:08Speaker 7: It's relative to to the guys in the era that
- 35:10Speaker 7: have already been in the Hall of Fame that I
- 35:12Speaker 7: think he might have been a better player than you know,
- 35:14Speaker 7: John Lynch, Brian Dawkins, like guys.
- 35:17Speaker 1: See, I don't think he was better than Brian Dawkins.
- 35:19Speaker 1: But are you okay with that? You're gonna you guys
- 35:21Speaker 1: gonna find about that John Lynch thing.
- 35:22Speaker 3: I put them up around the same.
- 35:24Speaker 2: I think.
- 35:25Speaker 6: But if he's okay, let's say he's better than John Lynch.
- 35:28Speaker 7: We can disagree to agree, agree to disagree on Dawkins
- 35:31Speaker 7: in the conversation, and both those guys are in.
- 35:33Speaker 6: Absolutely so. If you're gonna put those two players in,
- 35:36Speaker 6: talk in my hall.
- 35:37Speaker 7: But here we're comparing him to guys like Dawkins and
- 35:42Speaker 7: Lynch who were in the Hall that he was just
- 35:45Speaker 7: as good as, or at least in the conversation with,
- 35:47Speaker 7: and he's the only one that's not it.
- 35:48Speaker 1: I would agree with that mentality. And that's my problem
- 35:51Speaker 1: with the Hall in general. Is the precedent thing. Yeah,
- 35:54Speaker 1: if he's in, if he's in, he's got to be in.
- 35:57Speaker 1: If he's not in, then he should wait.
- 35:59Speaker 2: It's take I don't need a vote, but I just
- 36:02Speaker 2: want to run. But Evan's right, I just want to
- 36:04Speaker 2: run it.
- 36:04Speaker 1: You'd be hard pressed to find ten people who have
- 36:07Speaker 1: the same ranking of John Lynch, Brian Dakins to Rodney Harrison,
- 36:10Speaker 1: like one would have one higher than the other and
- 36:13Speaker 1: it would change. So if one's in, they all should
- 36:15Speaker 1: be in.
- 36:15Speaker 2: Probably Daniels in New Hampshire.
- 36:19Speaker 3: What's up, Daniel?
- 36:21Speaker 5: Hey guys, you hear me?
- 36:23Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 36:25Speaker 16: All right?
- 36:25Speaker 11: So first off, like they welcome back to your AIRC
- 36:28Speaker 11: Championship sickness.
- 36:29Speaker 1: I'm glad you beat that, Thank you, Thank god.
- 36:32Speaker 3: It was they had the water tower, uh save Ferris,
- 36:38Speaker 3: it was it was touch and goat for a while.
- 36:41Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 36:44Speaker 11: I'd like to ask you guys if anyone anyone ever
- 36:47Speaker 11: thanked Chad Ryland for missing that fugal versus New York.
- 36:50Speaker 7: So we can get Drake May he made the field
- 36:52Speaker 7: goal against the Broncos, so he was he was, you know,
- 36:57Speaker 7: one for one there give six seven?
- 36:59Speaker 11: Yeah, yeah, yeah, And just two quick questions more of
- 37:03Speaker 11: a question for heaven, but I guess all you guys
- 37:05Speaker 11: can answer it. How do you guys expect the Patriots
- 37:08Speaker 11: defense to stop the deep ball? First Seattle, any specific
- 37:12Speaker 11: coverages or just Agonzo Shadow JSN or anything like that.
- 37:16Speaker 2: I say Cover two shell, right, John Fred Sure?
- 37:21Speaker 11: Going off that last, do you think other players, like
- 37:26Speaker 11: free agents hearing how much the current players like you
- 37:29Speaker 11: here will make this place an appealing spot.
- 37:31Speaker 2: And I'll think, yeah, yeah.
- 37:33Speaker 3: Yeah, I think all that stuff, and you know, like
- 37:36Speaker 3: I know.
- 37:37Speaker 2: It's kind of a minor thing, but the fact that
- 37:40Speaker 2: they're building this new facility for next year, the players
- 37:43Speaker 2: that are here now, when they go over there, they're
- 37:46Speaker 2: gonna be like, holy crap, Like just the locker room
- 37:49Speaker 2: alone in the a V room, the virtual reality room,
- 37:53Speaker 2: the VR room, like is unbelievable, the team meeting spaces.
- 37:58Speaker 3: There's gonna be a barber shop in there.
- 37:59Speaker 1: I mean like.
- 38:01Speaker 2: They're gonna see that and what it's gonna get out
- 38:03Speaker 2: and this that does help us become a more desirable destination.
- 38:08Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, if you can't do anything about the weather.
- 38:11Speaker 7: Everybody keeps talks about Vegas, Minnesota. Uh, these places that
- 38:16Speaker 7: have these fantastic facilities, and it is a drug.
- 38:21Speaker 6: Very good with your Cover two shell.
- 38:26Speaker 1: Good, Yeah, maybe you should a.
- 38:29Speaker 7: Lot of a lot of the teams that I've seen
- 38:31Speaker 7: have success against JSN have played cloud coverage, which would
- 38:34Speaker 7: be Covered two or uh, you know, Cover six quarter
- 38:37Speaker 7: quarter a half where they have one guy that's on
- 38:39Speaker 7: him on the line of scrimmage, and then they have
- 38:41Speaker 7: a safety over the top on that side of the
- 38:43Speaker 7: field too, so that the corner can play underneath him
- 38:46Speaker 7: because he likes to you know, run those you know,
- 38:49Speaker 7: horizontal breaks, so you can kind of shadow him underneath
- 38:52Speaker 7: and not have to worry about the vertical element. Because
- 38:54Speaker 7: you have the safety over the top, you can kind
- 38:57Speaker 7: of you know, high low him in a way that
- 38:59Speaker 7: could take out is.
- 39:00Speaker 2: The opposite of cloud coverage local area network coverage.
- 39:06Speaker 1: No, no, uh, you know, could think about it like
- 39:09Speaker 1: zero blitz.
- 39:09Speaker 3: You know, you're you're up top and.
- 39:11Speaker 6: Then you have a cloud over you, right the cloud
- 39:13Speaker 6: is you know, that's the safety is it.
- 39:15Speaker 3: A black cloud where it is like if like it's
- 39:19Speaker 3: like Cover.
- 39:20Speaker 7: One or Cover three, you would have nobody behind you
- 39:22Speaker 7: right to to help you out with the vertical routes.
- 39:25Speaker 6: So that's the way I've seen a lot of teams
- 39:27Speaker 6: do it.
- 39:27Speaker 7: But then you know on the backside, you're gonna have
- 39:30Speaker 7: Cooper Cupper in the NFC Championship game, Jake Bobo caught
- 39:33Speaker 7: a touchdown, Like, you're gonna have somebody who's one on
- 39:35Speaker 7: one on the other side. That's gonna be you know,
- 39:37Speaker 7: Carlton Davis's responsibility that he's gonna have to be able
- 39:40Speaker 7: to take him out.
- 39:41Speaker 3: Okay, uh Nixon? Ohio? What's up? Nicky?
- 39:46Speaker 2: Guys can hear me? Yeah? Why does everyone say that's
- 39:48Speaker 2: going on?
- 39:49Speaker 17: It's my first time calling in this year. I had
- 39:52Speaker 17: an email and trying to read my emails.
- 39:54Speaker 10: So I figured to call it.
- 39:55Speaker 5: There you go.
- 40:00Speaker 3: I think that they're gonna try.
- 40:01Speaker 17: This five man defense, five man line that they've been
- 40:05Speaker 17: overloading everybody this year. I mean, this left side of
- 40:10Speaker 17: our line has been overloaded to the entire playoffs. So
- 40:13Speaker 17: are they just gonna take Wilson and Gamble and just
- 40:17Speaker 17: just destroy us?
- 40:19Speaker 7: I hope they don't just destroy us, but yeah, I mean,
- 40:22Speaker 7: look that every team's watching the film, and every team's
- 40:24Speaker 7: gonna know that those two guys are the guys you
- 40:27Speaker 7: attack in the pass protection. And I think the one
- 40:30Speaker 7: thing that I've seen some teams do that I expect
- 40:33Speaker 7: the Patriots to do is ramondra Stevenson. I think he's
- 40:36Speaker 7: gonna be a weapon in this game as a pass
- 40:38Speaker 7: blocker and using him to really get to more like
- 40:42Speaker 7: six man pass protection rules where if they do stunt
- 40:45Speaker 7: the line or they do add on a blitzer, you know,
- 40:48Speaker 7: they have help on the on the left side from
- 40:50Speaker 7: the running back. I think that can be really helpful
- 40:53Speaker 7: in a game like this. So I expect Ramondre Stevenson
- 40:56Speaker 7: to be a kind of like a Drake May person.
- 41:00Speaker 7: They'll protect her in this game and you know, be
- 41:02Speaker 7: in the backfield blocking a lot to try to help
- 41:05Speaker 7: out with all the games and all the blitzes and
- 41:08Speaker 7: all the things that they do that can confuse linemen.
- 41:11Speaker 7: So yeah, I mean that that's a that's gonna be
- 41:14Speaker 7: I'm sure what everybody's going to try to do against
- 41:16Speaker 7: the Patriots until those guys hold up.
- 41:18Speaker 2: Thanks Nick, appreciate the call. Don't be a stranger. Uh oh,
- 41:23Speaker 2: Boston Creams on the line.
- 41:24Speaker 3: What's up? Boston cream.
- 41:32Speaker 16: Us thunderdogs? We got a big and.
- 41:40Speaker 2: All right, I'll.
- 41:42Speaker 3: Okay.
- 41:43Speaker 1: Thanks. What what was that all about thunderdogs calling us underdogs,
- 41:49Speaker 1: calling us from underground thunderdogs?
- 41:53Speaker 6: Yeah, that was the Bruins gold song.
- 41:58Speaker 2: Sorry David Writes and Paul I have to ask why
- 42:01Speaker 2: you think the Patriots of the NFL's darling when they've
- 42:04Speaker 2: been disrespected in all three playoff games, with people during
- 42:08Speaker 2: the regular season saying the Patriots would be a first
- 42:10Speaker 2: round exit, the ESPN panel, Unani's Pully picking Houston in
- 42:14Speaker 2: the divisional round, people hyping Jared stid him as if
- 42:17Speaker 2: he had a chance to light up our defense, and
- 42:19Speaker 2: now almost every analyst picking the Seahawks to win by
- 42:22Speaker 2: multiple scores in the Super Bowl.
- 42:23Speaker 3: Can't you see they hate us because they ate us.
- 42:26Speaker 6: Paul, I don't know what the are for yourself.
- 42:29Speaker 1: I don't know what the picksar for Seattle. The rest
- 42:31Speaker 1: of that is really not true.
- 42:33Speaker 2: I don't know, Paul.
- 42:34Speaker 6: People trying nobody.
- 42:35Speaker 1: Nobody picked the Chargers. I'm sorry, nobody saying the Chargers,
- 42:39Speaker 1: and nobody picked Denver.
- 42:40Speaker 7: Some people were trying to talk up Jared stid So
- 42:43Speaker 7: there was there was the NFL Live crew all picked,
- 42:46Speaker 7: including your goddess of film watching.
- 42:51Speaker 3: They picked.
- 42:52Speaker 1: They picked Houston like there was five people that picked Houston,
- 42:55Speaker 1: like they were favored in every game. I'm not telling
- 42:59Speaker 1: you that every single person and around the country is
- 43:00Speaker 1: thrilled at the Patriots are back I'm just telling you
- 43:02Speaker 1: that I've watched a lot of the coverage this year,
- 43:05Speaker 1: and there's been a very positive slant toward Mike Rabel
- 43:10Speaker 1: and Drake May on ESPN. They've sort of been the
- 43:13Speaker 1: league's darlings. Now if they continue to win, if they
- 43:17Speaker 1: continue to win year in and year out, people will
- 43:20Speaker 1: grow tired of them, like like like they always do.
- 43:24Speaker 1: But I don't think you'll get the hatred in vitriol
- 43:27Speaker 1: that you did because of Belichick. People didn't like Belichick
- 43:32Speaker 1: and then to a lesser extent later in his career
- 43:34Speaker 1: when Brady kind of got a little bit shall we say, weird.
- 43:38Speaker 1: People didn't really relate to him as much with the
- 43:41Speaker 1: TB twelve stuff, and he kind of like, I mean,
- 43:43Speaker 1: he's like this perfect guy. He's good look in and
- 43:46Speaker 1: you know, has the supermodel what. I think it's let
- 43:50Speaker 1: it out, but I think there was some pushback. I
- 43:52Speaker 1: don't think you're going to get that this time.
- 43:54Speaker 3: It won't be like no, it's different.
- 43:56Speaker 1: People will get tired of you winning, but they're not
- 43:58Speaker 1: going to hate you like they did. Well, just like
- 44:01Speaker 1: people don't hate Kansas City like they hated the Patriots.
- 44:04Speaker 7: I think Mike Rabel is such a likable guy, and
- 44:07Speaker 7: in a lot of ways, Andy Reid is kind of
- 44:09Speaker 7: the same way. Mahomes is kind of vanilla ice cream.
- 44:12Speaker 1: But in New England Kansas City because they're threatened by it.
- 44:15Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, but around the country people are like, I'd
- 44:18Speaker 1: rather see somebody else. But I mean, I have nothing
- 44:20Speaker 1: against Andy Reid. Patrick Mahomes seems like a nice.
- 44:23Speaker 6: Guy, like Cheeseburger's just like me.
- 44:25Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, no, It's kind of refreshing, That's what to me.
- 44:28Speaker 4: Just as we get ready for this. It's it's totally
- 44:30Speaker 4: different than these last what four Super Bowls, I say,
- 44:33Speaker 4: maybe five. I mean, you know, the first one, they
- 44:35Speaker 4: were obviously underdogs and it was new and everybody loved
- 44:38Speaker 4: the Patriots, and it feels like.
- 44:39Speaker 1: I would just say, in general, don't cocuse someone picking
- 44:42Speaker 1: against your team with hating your team, like they hated
- 44:46Speaker 1: the twenty ten to twenty Patriots, like they that was hatred. Yep,
- 44:52Speaker 1: they did not like you. They wanted you to openly
- 44:54Speaker 1: wanted you to lose. Don't confuse like picking Houston to
- 44:57Speaker 1: win a game with hating your team.
- 45:00Speaker 7: I mean a lot of those people that have Hall
- 45:03Speaker 7: of Fame or m v P votes voted for Drake
- 45:05Speaker 7: May for m v P on that same exact panel
- 45:08Speaker 7: that picked the Texans. So it's not hatred, but I
- 45:12Speaker 7: do think that you're kind of under selling just a
- 45:14Speaker 7: little bit, you know, some of the schedule talk or
- 45:19Speaker 7: you know you're picking the Texans in that game. All
- 45:23Speaker 7: of a sudden, Jared Stidham is like a Hall of Famer, Like, you.
- 45:26Speaker 1: Know, I missed you did I definitely missed that Didy.
- 45:31Speaker 6: Yeah, he likes to talk trash.
- 45:32Speaker 1: And I saw Jordan Palmer make a fool of himself
- 45:35Speaker 1: on Jared. That's about it. I'm not saying.
- 45:41Speaker 7: There was like what was that guy that does those
- 45:43Speaker 7: like the the the essays where but he's talking on
- 45:47Speaker 7: ESPN and he did like a whole three minutes soliloquy
- 45:50Speaker 7: about how this is Jared Sidham's chance to like show
- 45:54Speaker 7: everybody that he's a starter.
- 45:55Speaker 8: And there was that one.
- 45:57Speaker 1: Doesn't mean you thought it was going to happen. I'm
- 45:59Speaker 1: just saying I must knew it wasn't.
- 46:01Speaker 6: I digress.
- 46:03Speaker 3: Jason fort Rucker, Alabama, thank you for your service. I
- 46:07Speaker 3: assume that's a military base.
- 46:08Speaker 1: I don't know, maybe just listen.
- 46:10Speaker 3: Yeah, maybe. Yeah, that's true.
- 46:13Speaker 2: My wife said to me after the game, you don't
- 46:15Speaker 2: seem as excited as I would have thought. She was right,
- 46:18Speaker 2: and I couldn't put a finger on why not would
- 46:21Speaker 2: have thought I'd be insanely wild as I usually am
- 46:23Speaker 2: after making a Super Bowl.
- 46:24Speaker 3: Upon further review, I think the.
- 46:26Speaker 2: Lack of luster offense these playoffs just has me with
- 46:29Speaker 2: an uneasy feeling going into the Super Bowl and after
- 46:32Speaker 2: expecting to beat the Broncos but winning the way they did,
- 46:35Speaker 2: I wonder if I just felt that our run ended there.
- 46:38Speaker 2: I of course know anything could happen in one game,
- 46:40Speaker 2: and I hope and believe we can win. But is
- 46:43Speaker 2: this sentiment I had strange? Or are there others like
- 46:46Speaker 2: me out there?
- 46:48Speaker 9: I think because that Denver game was so stressful and
- 46:50Speaker 9: such a nailbiter down to the very end, that it
- 46:53Speaker 9: more felt like relief and excitement.
- 46:56Speaker 3: Yeah, get out of Dodge.
- 46:58Speaker 1: See.
- 46:58Speaker 7: I wasn't really stressed because I didn't think that the
- 47:00Speaker 7: Broncos had any chance of scoring. But I hear what
- 47:03Speaker 7: you're saying. I hear what the email are saying about
- 47:05Speaker 7: the offense. You know, I just as I look at
- 47:07Speaker 7: this Super Bowl matchup and I'm like, well, you're not
- 47:10Speaker 7: gonna hold this Seahawks team to seven points. You're not
- 47:15Speaker 7: going to win this game like that, So you're gonna
- 47:18Speaker 7: have to score. Now. They scored twenty eight against Houston.
- 47:20Speaker 7: I know seven of them came on defense, but twenty
- 47:23Speaker 7: eight might be enough that night, should be enough. That
- 47:25Speaker 7: might be enough to win the game. So, you know,
- 47:27Speaker 7: just looking at it, I think Darnold is really beatable.
- 47:30Speaker 1: I really do like I you know, if they pressure
- 47:33Speaker 1: him the way they've pressured the first three opponents that
- 47:36Speaker 1: they faced, I think he'll make mistakes.
- 47:37Speaker 7: Yeah, this is not a situation where I feel like
- 47:40Speaker 7: their offense is this juggernaut offense that you're going to
- 47:43Speaker 7: have to keep up with.
- 47:44Speaker 2: So what I would like to know that's okay because
- 47:47Speaker 2: when we played Texans and we played Denver locally here,
- 47:51Speaker 2: we gave a lot of.
- 47:53Speaker 3: Respect to those teams defenses. You know, like, boy, they
- 47:56Speaker 3: can do this, they can do that.
- 47:57Speaker 2: I wonder if our defense is being talked about like
- 48:01Speaker 2: that in Seattle or you know.
- 48:04Speaker 5: It's a good question.
- 48:05Speaker 2: I don't think so, Well, then that's disrespect.
- 48:08Speaker 1: I don't think he said he didn't think so, But
- 48:11Speaker 1: I think can I ask a question real quick to
- 48:13Speaker 1: have yet? So that email would that be an example
- 48:15Speaker 1: of hating the Patriots because he has like this uneasy
- 48:18Speaker 1: feeling that he doesn't think they're gonna win the Super Bowl? No, No,
- 48:22Speaker 1: I know that is. I mean, we're going to the
- 48:25Speaker 1: super Bowl, But I don't know. I think analyzing the
- 48:28Speaker 1: game and thinking the other team might have some ways
- 48:30Speaker 1: to win it, isn't it like a definition of hating
- 48:33Speaker 1: the other team.
- 48:33Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 48:34Speaker 7: I feel the same way as the emailer right now, honestly,
- 48:36Speaker 7: But I think I don't think that people look at
- 48:38Speaker 7: the Patriots defense the same way because I think they
- 48:42Speaker 7: do look at how bad the offenses were that they faced,
- 48:46Speaker 7: especially playing a backup quarterback in the AFC Championship game.
- 48:50Speaker 1: But C. J.
- 48:51Speaker 7: Stroud could not have played worse in that game. Now,
- 48:53Speaker 7: I would say that's because the defense made him play bad.
- 48:57Speaker 7: But you know that, I think the most the narrative
- 49:00Speaker 7: out of that game, though, was how bad Stroud was
- 49:03Speaker 7: not shot, how good the defense.
- 49:05Speaker 1: That is accurate that no question, everybody was killing Houston,
- 49:10Speaker 1: not praising the Patriots.
- 49:12Speaker 5: True.
- 49:12Speaker 11: One thing.
- 49:14Speaker 4: One thing that makes me uneasy though, is this is
- 49:16Speaker 4: kind of the same way we talked about Eli Manning
- 49:17Speaker 4: and Nick Foles going into those Super Bowls of like,
- 49:20Speaker 4: you know, I just didn't my maybe it was my
- 49:22Speaker 4: demented fandom.
- 49:23Speaker 1: I'm like, I'm not afraid of Eli Manning, you know,
- 49:25Speaker 1: going into seven and Nick Foles, you know, some of
- 49:28Speaker 1: those some of them are dramatically different though.
- 49:30Speaker 4: Well I know that, but I still felt like, I know,
- 49:33Speaker 4: Nick Foles backup quarterback, but still both those quarterbacks, I
- 49:36Speaker 4: didn't feel like, we're going to beat the Patriots that
- 49:38Speaker 4: was going in.
- 49:38Speaker 1: I just thought that's just as I certainly didn't think
- 49:40Speaker 1: forty two, like the undefeated team, Like, I didn't really
- 49:43Speaker 1: think that. I thought that they had their shot. The
- 49:45Speaker 1: Giants had there, they wouldn't be as close the second
- 49:47Speaker 1: time around. The second time they played, I thought the
- 49:50Speaker 1: Giants were the better team.
- 49:53Speaker 3: But I still didn't think the Patriots would lose eleven.
- 49:55Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, you know, that's just so.
- 49:57Speaker 7: Hard to compare to the ones because the Patriots were
- 49:59Speaker 7: this heavy favorites and had Tom Brady and and this
- 50:03Speaker 7: one is just this one. You know, it's not the
- 50:06Speaker 7: same because it's not the greatest show on turf, but
- 50:07Speaker 7: this is definitely more closer to like.
- 50:10Speaker 1: One when you're exactly would do anything that fourth quarter
- 50:15Speaker 1: he tore it up.
- 50:18Speaker 2: All right, Alex is in Greece. I actually ordered a
- 50:22Speaker 2: hero today. Did I say that right?
- 50:23Speaker 18: Alex let me, Yeah, you said it right. I mean
- 50:28Speaker 18: you kind of need an accident at the end in Greece,
- 50:30Speaker 18: but it works zero, thank you. So yeah, I had
- 50:41Speaker 18: a question kind of about Drake May's development. Obviously, the
- 50:46Speaker 18: year with Mayo didn't go well. I don't really have
- 50:49Speaker 18: to retread that, but my question to you guys, do
- 50:51Speaker 18: you guys feel like that season was a complete wash
- 50:53Speaker 18: for May's development? What do you think he actually gained
- 50:56Speaker 18: something out of a VP's coaching Because I remember listening
- 50:59Speaker 18: to this show that year and the one thing that
- 51:02Speaker 18: we always talked about was, you know, this team is
- 51:03Speaker 18: a disaster, but AVP is you know, doing a good
- 51:07Speaker 18: job with me. So, now that you've had a chance
- 51:09Speaker 18: to watch him his sophomore year, do you think he
- 51:12Speaker 18: actually gained anything or was that just me being made
- 51:14Speaker 18: and being really good?
- 51:15Speaker 6: I think he gained a lot. I agree, Yeah, yeah,
- 51:18Speaker 6: I think he gained a lot.
- 51:19Speaker 7: I think even just thanks Alex, we're not even getting
- 51:22Speaker 7: too technical, just experiencing the NFL for the first time
- 51:25Speaker 7: and getting his feet wet.
- 51:26Speaker 2: But he would have done that with or without a VP.
- 51:28Speaker 2: I think specific to a VP, I think he did
- 51:30Speaker 2: learn a lot about like footwork.
- 51:32Speaker 3: And things like that.
- 51:33Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean, his footwork definitely improved. I actually think
- 51:35Speaker 7: his footwork's kind of regressed in the playoffs, which is
- 51:37Speaker 7: part of the reason why his accuracy has regressed. But
- 51:40Speaker 7: in general, his footwork was night and day from the
- 51:43Speaker 7: end of last season to where it was at North Carolina,
- 51:46Speaker 7: and that I think a lot of that was a VP,
- 51:49Speaker 7: you know, left foot forward and the rhythm that they
- 51:51Speaker 7: had with his feet and all that kind of stuff.
- 51:54Speaker 7: Your base Yeah really, uh really started with a VP.
- 51:58Speaker 7: And I think one thing I'd give a VP credit
- 52:01Speaker 7: for is I think he can coach quarterbacks. Like I
- 52:03Speaker 7: don't know if he's a great play caller, great game
- 52:05Speaker 7: planner as an offensive coordinator, but he can definitely coach
- 52:08Speaker 7: the quarterback position.
- 52:10Speaker 2: Yeah, Rudy's in Santa Cruz. Hey, Rudy, Rudy, Rudy.
- 52:20Speaker 5: Hey guys, Yeah, listener.
- 52:25Speaker 15: So I'm in the centric post here in the California
- 52:29Speaker 15: which is but now we're and a half from San Francisco,
- 52:32Speaker 15: and I said that you guys what you guys were
- 52:35Speaker 15: going to be in San Francisco. Is it going to
- 52:39Speaker 15: be access to the public or just is it.
- 52:43Speaker 16: Just for the media?
- 52:44Speaker 3: Oh you mean our show?
- 52:47Speaker 16: Yeah?
- 52:47Speaker 2: Yeah, it's going to be in Radio Row at the
- 52:49Speaker 2: Moscone Center in San Francisco.
- 52:52Speaker 3: But you need a credential to get in.
- 52:55Speaker 1: It's not open to the public.
- 52:56Speaker 3: Yeah, it's not open to the public.
- 52:57Speaker 1: But Saturday night, if there's a Saturday Night, we might
- 53:00Speaker 1: be doing a live show somewhere.
- 53:01Speaker 3: Yeah, so if we do something Saturday night, that will
- 53:04Speaker 3: be open to the public.
- 53:06Speaker 14: Okay, nice, Nice.
- 53:08Speaker 15: I just wanted to make sure it may be a
- 53:10Speaker 15: chance to be you guy.
- 53:11Speaker 19: But thanks to that.
- 53:13Speaker 3: Okay, thanks Rudy, appreciate the call.
- 53:16Speaker 2: You ever noticed that like people who call from different countries,
- 53:20Speaker 2: their phone lines are better than the people who call
- 53:22Speaker 2: from inside. Oh, because Alex from Greece was crystal clear.
- 53:29Speaker 1: Yeah, name in Connecticut you can phone lines in Greece.
- 53:32Speaker 8: Name in Connecticut is probably in like us middle school.
- 53:38Speaker 4: I'll tell you he called in the post game show,
- 53:40Speaker 4: and I hope he's not in middle school because it's
- 53:41Speaker 4: sound like he was enjoying that game a lot.
- 53:44Speaker 2: I think he might just be.
- 53:47Speaker 10: He was he.
- 53:50Speaker 4: Was Patty and on the postgame drinking middle I know,
- 53:55Speaker 4: you know, I always heard my parents for like at
- 53:57Speaker 4: some point in like middle school.
- 54:00Speaker 1: Our exists the first time I got caught.
- 54:04Speaker 2: Okay, David Maine has kind of a random question, but
- 54:09Speaker 2: that's what this show is all about. While you were
- 54:11Speaker 2: discussing travel plans, it made me think of something that
- 54:13Speaker 2: I've always wondered. Why does the team fly out of
- 54:16Speaker 2: Providence instead of Boston? Is in Boston closer when you
- 54:19Speaker 2: guys go to away games, do you fly with the
- 54:21Speaker 2: team or do you fly commercial? Also, my sister works
- 54:24Speaker 2: for United, but Delta is far superior. They fly to Province.
- 54:29Speaker 1: It's easier.
- 54:29Speaker 2: It's a smaller airport, but there's less congestion, there's less
- 54:33Speaker 2: hurdles they can you know, the plane kind of lives there,
- 54:37Speaker 2: so it's just.
- 54:38Speaker 1: Easy, you know, the move was I don't know if
- 54:40Speaker 1: this is true anymore, because this is going back twenty years.
- 54:43Speaker 1: We used to always fly out of Boston. Sponsor Providence
- 54:48Speaker 1: allowed us to do the security on site here at
- 54:52Speaker 1: the stadium, which, as Fred says, from a logistics standpoint
- 54:55Speaker 1: is an enormous difference, and Boston wouldn't.
- 54:59Speaker 3: Yeah, don't know about that, But I don't know if.
- 55:01Speaker 1: That's the case anymore. The team flies generally out of
- 55:04Speaker 1: Boston for Super Bowls for whatever reason. I don't know
- 55:06Speaker 1: if they're doing that for this one or not.
- 55:09Speaker 3: I don't think so.
- 55:10Speaker 7: I think they're going out of Providence, Okay, yeah, Providence,
- 55:13Speaker 7: so I could see, Like, look, getting in and out
- 55:15Speaker 7: of Logan is a nightmare traffic drive right up to the.
- 55:18Speaker 6: Point even with the police escort, you would do that
- 55:22Speaker 6: as well.
- 55:22Speaker 1: But yeah, yeah, but you drive right.
- 55:25Speaker 11: I know.
- 55:25Speaker 6: But getting off the exits and.
- 55:29Speaker 1: Nothing like. It's it's when you have that, when you
- 55:32Speaker 1: have that escort. I know fans are loving this stuff.
- 55:34Speaker 1: When you have that exit, it's the same.
- 55:36Speaker 2: I'm just Fred Wright well in turns and in terms
- 55:39Speaker 2: of distance from Jellette, it's about equal.
- 55:41Speaker 3: Equally uh equid space equidistant.
- 55:44Speaker 2: Good. Yeah, so that's not an issue. But you know,
- 55:46Speaker 2: you do run even with escort. If there's a lot
- 55:50Speaker 2: of traffic, it slows you down.
- 55:51Speaker 3: You have to move everybody.
- 55:52Speaker 1: On Toevan's point, there's more of a chance of traffic
- 55:55Speaker 1: for Boston than providence. But it's not a pick, more
- 55:58Speaker 1: of a chance, like it's a given, but it's it's
- 56:01Speaker 1: I'm just telling you what the escort. I've been on
- 56:03Speaker 1: a million trips, both both sites, and it's really takes
- 56:06Speaker 1: the roughly the same amount of time.
- 56:09Speaker 2: And in the terms of yeah, when Evan and I go,
- 56:11Speaker 2: we go with the team very except for this one,
- 56:14Speaker 2: I'm going early.
- 56:15Speaker 6: And very spoiled by that.
- 56:19Speaker 1: It's really really really it does ruin travel for you.
- 56:21Speaker 6: It ruins it.
- 56:23Speaker 3: Yeah, because it's I hate traveling.
- 56:24Speaker 1: Being part of a chotter is uh pretty cool.
- 56:27Speaker 2: The snacks, the food actually, you know, for people who
- 56:32Speaker 2: are interested in kind of the behind the scenes, there's
- 56:35Speaker 2: a whole bunch of stuff on YouTube and our different
- 56:38Speaker 2: platforms about you know.
- 56:40Speaker 3: Traveling and food and everything.
- 56:42Speaker 2: And there's one in particular about all the meals that
- 56:45Speaker 2: the team has when they travel.
- 56:48Speaker 3: Uh watch that and.
- 56:49Speaker 2: You'll be like, what they fed that much? Yeah, it's
- 56:54Speaker 2: pretty It's pretty cool.
- 56:55Speaker 1: Big dudes eat a lot neat a lot of food.
- 56:59Speaker 2: Kevin is actually in San Francisco. What's up, Kevin, Hey.
- 57:04Speaker 16: Guys Dale, how are we doing today?
- 57:05Speaker 5: Good?
- 57:07Speaker 8: Good?
- 57:07Speaker 16: Good? Look looking forward to this of course, good to
- 57:12Speaker 16: hear that you guys are going to be coming out
- 57:13Speaker 16: and hopefully we can find a place in the city
- 57:16Speaker 16: for a bar get together. But keep us posted on
- 57:20Speaker 16: that trade what you might condure up. Okay, a quick observation.
- 57:26Speaker 16: I've been out here twenty years and I see cross
- 57:28Speaker 16: sections of the Niners fans and Seattle fans and La Rams,
- 57:32Speaker 16: et cetera, et cetera. It's interesting out here because it's
- 57:36Speaker 16: kind of split. There's not a lot of vitriol for
- 57:38Speaker 16: the Patriots per se, but there are a lot of
- 57:40Speaker 16: people that are like, hey, we don't want to see
- 57:42Speaker 16: them get one more celt on their wall. And there
- 57:46Speaker 16: are some people that want to see the Patriots with
- 57:48Speaker 16: because they don't want to see a rival. But it's
- 57:51Speaker 16: not as heated as we would be if the jet
- 57:53Speaker 16: for Miami. We're in the super Bowl. Yeah, so ye
- 57:58Speaker 16: have yourself a good trip out here, guys, keep a
- 58:01Speaker 16: post going where we might meet up in San Francisco.
- 58:03Speaker 1: Yeah, that's interesting.
- 58:04Speaker 2: I mean, I'm obviously they're more laid back in California
- 58:07Speaker 2: and around here. Nobody holds grudges like you know, people
- 58:10Speaker 2: from Boston, especially you.
- 58:13Speaker 7: I mean, I didn't I only visited San Francisco, but
- 58:16Speaker 7: living in LA it was like a totally different culture
- 58:20Speaker 7: than living here.
- 58:21Speaker 6: Like oh yeah, I mean there's never no one's ever
- 58:23Speaker 6: had a bad day out there.
- 58:24Speaker 5: Here.
- 58:25Speaker 6: It's like everybody's days even with the traffic.
- 58:27Speaker 1: Michael Douglas had a bad day because our traffics just
- 58:30Speaker 1: because you just roll down the windows and it's an
- 58:32Speaker 1: eighty degrees in sunny and so.
- 58:34Speaker 6: You just sit in your car and yeah, it's not
- 58:37Speaker 6: the same.
- 58:37Speaker 1: That the sports environment was.
- 58:39Speaker 4: Just that was what was so interesting to me, especially
- 58:41Speaker 4: when I noticed it when the Celtics and Lakers played
- 58:43Speaker 4: in eight and listening to the radio out there and
- 58:46Speaker 4: knowing what radio was like here, and it was like,
- 58:49Speaker 4: this isn't the same, Like it's just there's they actually
- 58:52Speaker 4: care about, and there's only diehards Dodgers Lakers specific but
- 58:55Speaker 4: for the most part, they wait till those teams are good,
- 58:57Speaker 4: and then those teams, yeah, bandwagon, there's just so many.
- 59:00Speaker 6: Other things to do, I feel like, compared to mostly
- 59:04Speaker 6: so many people not from there. Yeah, in LA.
- 59:06Speaker 7: But when the Red Sox play the Dodgers, like Red
- 59:10Speaker 7: Sox fans would take over the stadium like it would
- 59:13Speaker 7: at least be fifty to fifty if not more.
- 59:15Speaker 6: Lakers games was hard.
- 59:16Speaker 1: And it's funny because when the Dodgers played the Red
- 59:18Speaker 1: Sox in Boston, it's like fifty to fifty. Yeah, and
- 59:21Speaker 1: you think, because I think Evan's right, like no one
- 59:24Speaker 1: goes to those games.
- 59:25Speaker 7: Yeah, the Lakers games were harder Lakers. There's legit Lakers
- 59:29Speaker 7: fan base. Clippers games though, you could you could walk
- 59:32Speaker 7: into a Clippers game, right, but you know, five minutes
- 59:35Speaker 7: before tip off. But the Lakers getting a Lakers Celtics
- 59:38Speaker 7: ticket in La Is is hard.
- 59:40Speaker 4: I'd be so mad my boss remember when one of
- 59:41Speaker 4: those times the Kings were in the Cup finals and
- 59:44Speaker 4: she didn't ever go to hockey. I mean, they're basketball,
- 59:46Speaker 4: and then you know, I think we're going to go
- 59:48Speaker 4: to the Stanley Cup tonight.
- 59:50Speaker 1: It's like, okay, yeah, have fun.
- 59:52Speaker 2: Thanks Craigs and Richmond, California. And he's got some tips
- 59:56Speaker 2: for people going out there. First, he wants to know,
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: so will people be able to watch our shows? No,
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: you need a credential, but he says, law Victoria is
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: a great small chain in San Jose area.
- 1:00:09Speaker 3: Get the burrito with the orange sauce.
- 1:00:11Speaker 6: I think we went there last year La Victoria.
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: Okay, if you're looking for the best Patriots bar in
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: San Francisco, there's no one better than Connecticut.
- 1:00:21Speaker 3: Yankee. I have to keep that in mind.
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: And he says, I'm the guy who calls out the
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: first downs like John Rook in the back area of
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: the bar.
- 1:00:32Speaker 3: Oh.
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: I know that guy, well, I know him in La.
- 1:00:34Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: So it's a big responsibility to do the delayed first down.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: And he said, would love to cook you all from
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: Pew some ribbis and share some of the awesome California
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: red wine. And he gives us his address, which I
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: won't share with everybody. We'll be there, Yeah, house there.
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: I'm sorry, missus, Craig. Craig said that we can come
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: over some red wine.
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: And we went to Anstone's house in Colorado Springs. Yeah,
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: I'm and and I'm sorry I didn't get to see you.
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: We didn't get until late the festivities were over. Bill
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: in Norfolk, Virginia. He disagrees with Paul. He says everyone
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: hates us as someone who has consumed an unhealthy amount
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: of sports media this last year because of how quiet
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: my job is. The vast amount of analysts have continued
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: to pick against the Patriots in the playoffs. Maybe less
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: so with the charges, but definitely with detetions, indefinitely with
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: Stidham led Broncos.
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: And I'm not talking, I'm not asking who people picked.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: I'm differing of opinion as to what that means from
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: you think anytime someone thinks the other team has a pulse,
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: that means they hate you.
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: From get up, I think that that's the case from
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: get up first, take NFL Live busting with the Boys
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: the Arena to first things first, with the exception of
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: Kevin Wilds. Anyway, I'm expecting the Patriots to bounce back
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: with the decent weather twenty eight twenty one.
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: Yeah again, Do you think Mina Chimes hates the Patriots?
- 1:02:05Speaker 3: Maybe? Possibly?
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: Do you think Jane Olovsky hates the Patriots?
- 1:02:09Speaker 3: Yes?
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: You do? You think he hates the pan And this
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: is the whole part of the whole thing. Now that
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: we've had this can of worms right the team, I'm
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: going to get to what it actually the desire? How
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: much people want that to be? Like I want to
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: be hated again? Like why you would embrace that? Why
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: you hound and harass these people because they dare to
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: pick against you a team is why they hate you.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: Why do you like, I don't know why you wear
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: that as such a badge of honor troll culture, Like
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: what do you that's the right people talking about? Oh,
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: I know what you're talking about. And then this probably
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: they can't wait because they want to be hated again.
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: They didn't like the last five years when people didn't
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: care shoten Freud.
- 1:02:54Speaker 4: They want to, you know, enjoy other people's misery as
- 1:02:57Speaker 4: the Patriots are good again.
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: Like I just want my team to be good, but
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: sometimes care what the other people think.
- 1:03:02Speaker 2: If you do hate the other fans, then it projects
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: to the team. So like you know, like there's some
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: fan bases like the Jets, where it makes my hatred
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: of the Jets even more so.
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: But Fred, you've had conversations like I have with some
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: various national I'm not going to say the specific names
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: of writers, but like with specific national writers and they
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: say to me, like, how do you guys do it?
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: Like those people are insane? Like they you like, you
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: wouldn't believe how much more interaction we get from Patriots
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: fans than any other fans. We're very sensitive, right, that's
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: like something for whatever reason you people, as Feliger would say, desire,
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: I don't I don't get it. Why do you want
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: to be hated? Why don't you? I mean, I'm not
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: saying that you should bend over back with so everybody
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: likes you, but like, why do you openly want to
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: be disliked? You don't get it, Jeff writes in and Alex's.
- 1:03:56Speaker 8: Evan associated with being good?
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: Yeah, let me just tell you something. They hit the
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: fans just as much the last five years as they
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: did the previous five years because they were anxious, and
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: the only difference is they were irrationally knoxious. Well, we've
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: been the last five years thinking they were going to
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: make the playoffs every year.
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: We've been traumatized many many years by other fans, and
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: now since we've been good, we're very sensitive. We're very
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: sensitive that four win seasons.
- 1:04:25Speaker 3: Jeff says.
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: Evan is a bit too optimistic. He says, Drake May
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: is going to be fine. He's going to play in
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: the game. I think he'll play, but I'm not sure
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: that he'll be fine.
- 1:04:34Speaker 3: How would Evan know?
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: I saw the play like I'm sure many other fans did.
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: When all the appearances where Drake hurt something in his
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: arm up her body CBS. Well'm not sure Jim nance
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: could see through the snow, and Tony he was too
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: busy stating the obvious. Again, it was never mentioned. I
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: refuse to believe it's nothing. Rabel got weird when asked
- 1:04:52Speaker 2: about it. May completely dodged the question both on Paul's shows,
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: even though he never goes on that station.
- 1:05:00Speaker 3: Prayers up for Drake's shoulder.
- 1:05:03Speaker 4: We don't know, we don't know, we don't know, but
- 1:05:05Speaker 4: he was limited, and you know, I would agree with Evan,
- 1:05:08Speaker 4: it's not going to be something that keeps him from
- 1:05:10Speaker 4: playing in the game.
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: What I don't have any idea, And this is why
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: I don't just blow it off. I would lean more
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: to the emailer is I don't know if it's affected him.
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: I'm a little concerned about Phil Perry saying it wasn't
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: something specific to the Denver game. It was something he
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: was dealing with going into the Denver game. So might
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: that have something to do with him going from seventy
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: three percent to whatever it is? You know, under sixty? Like,
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: is that part of it? Is he just not played well?
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: Is it because he's playing in bad weather. Is it
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: because he's playing against better defenses. These are all legitimate possibilities,
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: but I don't know, and it might be because he's hurt.
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: I'm not willing to dismiss that.
- 1:05:50Speaker 3: Gandolf in the Shire.
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: To illustrate the difference between the sports cultures of LA
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: and Boston. I was able to get a ticket for
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: the twenty eighteen World Series at Dodger Stadium for two
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: hundred bucks for pretty nice seat and was able to
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: see the Red Sox win it all in person.
- 1:06:06Speaker 5: So there you go.
- 1:06:07Speaker 3: You couldn't do that in Fenway, I can tell you
- 1:06:09Speaker 3: that much.
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: Not for a World Series, Nope. But the Dodgers were
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: playing a July series in Fenway Park. Dodgers fans can
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: get anything they wanted, Oh sure, because visiting teams overwhelmed
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: that park every year.
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: It's a tourist destination. H Anthony's in Seattle.
- 1:06:23Speaker 3: What's up? Anthony?
- 1:06:25Speaker 10: Hey?
- 1:06:25Speaker 20: What's up?
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: What's up?
- 1:06:26Speaker 20: My people?
- 1:06:27Speaker 3: Hey?
- 1:06:28Speaker 20: Hey, So I gotta tell you man, this is this
- 1:06:32Speaker 20: is awesome. We're actually gonna be swapping time zones next week.
- 1:06:37Speaker 20: It sounds like you guys are doing Not Done Network
- 1:06:39Speaker 20: Part two And I'm actually going to be in New
- 1:06:42Speaker 20: York while you guys are in California. So that's that's
- 1:06:46Speaker 20: kind of fun that we're just gonna be ships passing
- 1:06:48Speaker 20: in the night. But a little bit of before from
- 1:06:51Speaker 20: from from someone who's been you know, communicating uh in
- 1:06:55Speaker 20: uh talk with fans all season long. I gotta tell you, man,
- 1:06:59Speaker 20: this is not toowenty fourteen. Both sides of myself and
- 1:07:02Speaker 20: then on their side have been extremely humble. You know,
- 1:07:07Speaker 20: neither side was expecting.
- 1:07:08Speaker 5: To get here.
- 1:07:09Speaker 3: We got to cut you off, Anthony, We got to
- 1:07:11Speaker 3: go to Mike Vrabel, But thanks for calling that.
- 1:07:15Speaker 10: Ray was officially.
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: Listed with his shoulder injury on the report yesterday. Can
- 1:07:21Speaker 2: you share if that was something he was dealing with
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: pre previously reaggravated.
- 1:07:28Speaker 21: Because then he would have been listed on the injury
- 1:07:30Speaker 21: report before then.
- 1:07:33Speaker 2: What is your level of what is your level of
- 1:07:35Speaker 2: concern on that that much?
- 1:07:36Speaker 5: I try not to have a whole lot of concern.
- 1:07:39Speaker 21: I just want to try to prepare the football team
- 1:07:42Speaker 21: and make sure that everybody's ready and that we all
- 1:07:44Speaker 21: have a plan and you know, not to surprise anybody,
- 1:07:47Speaker 21: and make sure that our guys are focusing on the
- 1:07:50Speaker 21: first and second down plan. I know it's you know,
- 1:07:53Speaker 21: we've tried to map out the week here or a
- 1:07:55Speaker 21: week and a half and not look at the end
- 1:07:58Speaker 21: of it, but focus on what we can do today,
- 1:08:01Speaker 21: you know, try to learn our opponent and be ready
- 1:08:04Speaker 21: for first and second down.
- 1:08:05Speaker 22: We d Rake, But when it comes to a player
- 1:08:09Speaker 22: who is injured at this time of year, what's the
- 1:08:10Speaker 22: balance like trying to figure out if you want to
- 1:08:12Speaker 22: put them on I R and kind of keep a
- 1:08:15Speaker 22: roster spot, or if you wanted to clear him out
- 1:08:17Speaker 22: into this game.
- 1:08:20Speaker 21: Oh, I think that that would happen much much later
- 1:08:23Speaker 21: on in the process. You know, you would have to
- 1:08:27Speaker 21: you know, you use your elevations and then whatever else
- 1:08:30Speaker 21: we would need when we got to that point. I
- 1:08:33Speaker 21: think that that's something that happen when we're in California.
- 1:08:37Speaker 12: Michael logistics Ever a part of like this week when
- 1:08:40Speaker 12: you were playing, how much do you have people take
- 1:08:42Speaker 12: care of tickets, rooms for family and things like that,
- 1:08:45Speaker 12: Zee do you take care of now for the players?
- 1:08:48Speaker 5: Well, again, we're if we've got most of that finished.
- 1:08:52Speaker 21: I think that the staff has done a fantastic job
- 1:08:55Speaker 21: to help facilitate all that and those needs. And again,
- 1:08:59Speaker 21: we want our players and our families that are important
- 1:09:02Speaker 21: to us to enjoy this process. We have a responsibility
- 1:09:06Speaker 21: to prepare for the game and for this opportunity. So again,
- 1:09:11Speaker 21: our staff has done a fantastic job, and I'm confident
- 1:09:15Speaker 21: that they'll help our players if things come up throughout
- 1:09:18Speaker 21: the week. To be up there today, I don't think.
- 1:09:23Speaker 21: I don't anticipate it's Blaine being.
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: Out there, like are you force or sick?
- 1:09:27Speaker 5: Anything like that.
- 1:09:30Speaker 21: I mean, I just yell a lot. It's twenty one
- 1:09:33Speaker 21: weeks into the season, like how do I look?
- 1:09:38Speaker 5: Thank you? I appreciate it.
- 1:09:41Speaker 21: I got excited in the meeting, I guess this morning
- 1:09:43Speaker 21: with the players. But this is my coaching voice.
- 1:09:47Speaker 23: Like any thoughts about Bill Bill check now getting into.
- 1:09:50Speaker 5: The Hall of him and fresh prot I'm sure Bill
- 1:09:51Speaker 5: will get in. I can't you know. I mean again,
- 1:09:53Speaker 5: that's that's something that's well out of my control.
- 1:09:56Speaker 12: And I know that.
- 1:09:58Speaker 21: The time here with Bill, we're eight great eight years,
- 1:10:01Speaker 21: the teammates and everybody else that we had.
- 1:10:04Speaker 5: I'm sure that that Bill will get into the camp.
- 1:10:07Speaker 24: Just prepping a team for a playoff run and at
- 1:10:10Speaker 24: a Super Bowl, give you an appreciation for what Coach
- 1:10:12Speaker 24: Belichick did here when you were, and it doesn't inform
- 1:10:16Speaker 24: you on how to go about this process.
- 1:10:19Speaker 21: I think the record speaks for itself. I don't My
- 1:10:21Speaker 21: experiences don't give me any less or any greater affinity
- 1:10:29Speaker 21: for for Bill as a coach and you know, somebody
- 1:10:32Speaker 21: I played for.
- 1:10:33Speaker 9: Is there something you learn.
- 1:10:34Speaker 7: About prepping for the Super Bowl as a player that
- 1:10:36Speaker 7: you definitely want to carry over to this week now?
- 1:10:40Speaker 11: Hm?
- 1:10:41Speaker 5: You know, just trying to remain focused on each day
- 1:10:44Speaker 5: and not look too far ahead.
- 1:10:45Speaker 21: It's something that you know, we've tried to focus on
- 1:10:48Speaker 21: just getting started today and trying to break the.
- 1:10:53Speaker 5: The days up and when they know how much they
- 1:10:56Speaker 5: are working and when they're off and.
- 1:11:00Speaker 21: You know the time that they're going to have, but
- 1:11:02Speaker 21: also focused on trying to keep the normal schedule as
- 1:11:05Speaker 21: close to, you know, possible as we can make it.
- 1:11:09Speaker 25: That you made it when you first got here to
- 1:11:12Speaker 25: sort of entrench yourself with the scouting stat And I wonder,
- 1:11:16Speaker 25: given how many rookies have participated in, you know, in
- 1:11:19Speaker 25: a big way, and how many Pagans have participated a
- 1:11:22Speaker 25: big way on the field and setting your culture and
- 1:11:24Speaker 25: so on, how much did that communication and that relationship
- 1:11:28Speaker 25: building help you.
- 1:11:29Speaker 21: Yeah, that's nothing different than anything that I've done as
- 1:11:32Speaker 21: a head coach or as a position coach, or you know,
- 1:11:36Speaker 21: as a working My way into the building is whether
- 1:11:40Speaker 21: you're the head coach, then you work with the general
- 1:11:42Speaker 21: manager and the personnel department, and you know, I just
- 1:11:46Speaker 21: think that me being around is important having conversations with
- 1:11:50Speaker 21: those guys when I was a position coach, you know,
- 1:11:53Speaker 21: to be able to link up with the scouts talking
- 1:11:56Speaker 21: about post draft or you know.
- 1:11:58Speaker 5: Communicating with them.
- 1:12:00Speaker 21: This is an open line of communication with our coaches
- 1:12:03Speaker 21: and our personnel department.
- 1:12:05Speaker 5: Goch, how do you keep yourself so prouded in a
- 1:12:07Speaker 5: big game like this?
- 1:12:08Speaker 2: Are you looking to guys from anybody that.
- 1:12:10Speaker 21: You anybody that I have come across that have had
- 1:12:16Speaker 21: success in this game? And just focused on today?
- 1:12:20Speaker 5: Really?
- 1:12:20Speaker 21: I think, you know, more of that will probably hit
- 1:12:24Speaker 21: once we get out there and get a little closer
- 1:12:26Speaker 21: to the game. But you know, we've gotten into a
- 1:12:28Speaker 21: pretty good cadence here as far as being here and
- 1:12:31Speaker 21: work in and that's what I'm focused on.
- 1:12:34Speaker 25: Look at anything, are you guys doing differently given Drake's injury,
- 1:12:39Speaker 25: but either with preparation or rehab or anything.
- 1:12:42Speaker 21: I think we're going to operate as we normally would
- 1:12:44Speaker 21: here on a Wednesday, even though it's Thursday.
- 1:12:48Speaker 5: This is a Wednesday for us, and that's kind of
- 1:12:52Speaker 5: how we'll approach it.
- 1:12:54Speaker 8: Need the second youngest quarterback to start in a Super Bowl.
- 1:12:56Speaker 8: What have you seen from him?
- 1:12:57Speaker 6: A just maturity level and ability.
- 1:12:59Speaker 8: To handle the big moment.
- 1:13:02Speaker 5: I think it's grown.
- 1:13:03Speaker 21: I think just that as we've gone through this entire
- 1:13:06Speaker 21: year in this program, and you know, the more that
- 1:13:09Speaker 21: he's been out there and you know, the games have
- 1:13:12Speaker 21: kind of, you know, build up on us. It really
- 1:13:16Speaker 21: we've done a nice job in those situations. I think
- 1:13:18Speaker 21: he's improved in him, you know, and he's a big
- 1:13:21Speaker 21: part of the why we're here obviously, Like Straker is.
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: Not a guy who gets a ton of publicity.
- 1:13:27Speaker 18: What a stretch helping to you and your staff this season.
- 1:13:30Speaker 5: Well just not only the staff, but the players.
- 1:13:32Speaker 21: Mean, he's makes a great connections with these guys and
- 1:13:36Speaker 21: they know that, you know, they can trust them with
- 1:13:38Speaker 21: things that they may need to talk about. Same as
- 1:13:44Speaker 21: with the staff. Obviously, keeps me in line and keeps
- 1:13:50Speaker 21: me focused and keeps me you know, constantly thinking about
- 1:13:56Speaker 21: things that that we should do so again, snows secret
- 1:14:00Speaker 21: how much he means to me, and you know, he's
- 1:14:02Speaker 21: a large part of the reason, you know, why we're here.
- 1:14:04Speaker 26: Like a lot of this is personnel, but looking at
- 1:14:07Speaker 26: the Rams and how they were one of a few
- 1:14:08Speaker 26: teams that Cracks yelled for a lot of X plays
- 1:14:10Speaker 26: in their meetings, is anything structurally as chematically you feel
- 1:14:13Speaker 26: like you might be able to steal the Cercain.
- 1:14:16Speaker 21: We'll try to look at every single thing that we
- 1:14:18Speaker 21: can that could potentially help us, and you know, but
- 1:14:21Speaker 21: that'll be critical our ability to you know, create some
- 1:14:24Speaker 21: of those X plays that you know, maybe we haven't
- 1:14:27Speaker 21: had as many of and we we've had in previous games.
- 1:14:31Speaker 21: So you know that's something whether we hand it off,
- 1:14:34Speaker 21: we're going to need to gain some chunks and if
- 1:14:35Speaker 21: we throw it, we're going to need to do the same.
- 1:14:38Speaker 4: First year with Drake, what have you learned along the
- 1:14:40Speaker 4: road here is you know that third down play the
- 1:14:42Speaker 4: other day.
- 1:14:43Speaker 3: But the Baltimore drives bugs competitive spirit and his fire.
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: And passion to win.
- 1:14:49Speaker 21: I think that comes out in numerous ways and the
- 1:14:51Speaker 21: people see different things. You could be a yeller, screamer,
- 1:14:55Speaker 21: you can pay your face black and scream and yell
- 1:14:57Speaker 21: with EyeBlack and be a competitor, or you know, you
- 1:15:01Speaker 21: could be a little bit more laid back and still
- 1:15:03Speaker 21: compete when the ball snapped, and I'd say, that's probably
- 1:15:07Speaker 21: what Drake is. And then you know, you guys get
- 1:15:09Speaker 21: a little bit of glimpse into you know, how he
- 1:15:12Speaker 21: is when we're when he's miked up, the.
- 1:15:14Speaker 10: Time looks you were voices longer.
- 1:15:16Speaker 25: How do you get your players prepare and focus for
- 1:15:19Speaker 25: them to come back out strong to win the second
- 1:15:21Speaker 25: time again?
- 1:15:22Speaker 5: That'll be something we'll focus on next week.
- 1:15:24Speaker 21: And I just don't want to put a bunch of
- 1:15:27Speaker 21: stuff and focus on a bunch of stuff today, But
- 1:15:30Speaker 21: I think that that's certainly something that we'll we'll address
- 1:15:33Speaker 21: and there's a plan for that next week. Just don't
- 1:15:35Speaker 21: want to say, Okay, this is everything in one day
- 1:15:39Speaker 21: and one meeting that we want to focus on, So
- 1:15:42Speaker 21: more or less, just focus on the first and second
- 1:15:45Speaker 21: down game plan today and then we'll continue to build
- 1:15:48Speaker 21: and then next week we'll give us a great opportunity
- 1:15:51Speaker 21: to have that and have it planned out.
- 1:15:53Speaker 5: You know, just like the pregame is different. It's a little.
- 1:15:56Speaker 21: Longer when we go out, when we come back in
- 1:16:00Speaker 21: length of time that we have to be in the
- 1:16:01Speaker 21: locker room.
- 1:16:03Speaker 5: So those are things that will obviously have to have
- 1:16:07Speaker 5: to manage.
- 1:16:08Speaker 21: The game will require a lot of mental and physical stamina.
- 1:16:12Speaker 21: It's a long game. It's longer than normal just with
- 1:16:15Speaker 21: the TV timeouts and everything else that goes on with
- 1:16:19Speaker 21: the game. So those are all things that we'll we'll
- 1:16:21Speaker 21: dress next week.
- 1:16:23Speaker 27: I'm curious what.
- 1:16:24Speaker 6: You've seen from drink Scrambling in terms of his confidence.
- 1:16:28Speaker 7: Growing through the season and maybe setting up specifically in
- 1:16:30Speaker 7: that last play take the first out.
- 1:16:32Speaker 5: Yeah, it's it's something that we'll have to continue to use.
- 1:16:36Speaker 5: And I think his judgment has been good.
- 1:16:38Speaker 21: And you know, when you can move the ball down
- 1:16:42Speaker 21: the field, uh and and throw it, obviously that's what
- 1:16:46Speaker 21: we would like. And then when it's not there and
- 1:16:48Speaker 21: it gives us an advantageous look for him to be
- 1:16:52Speaker 21: able to to extend plays. We talked about remaining a
- 1:16:55Speaker 21: passer or a thrower, but then there's other times where
- 1:16:59Speaker 21: you know he's decisive and he's able to go on
- 1:17:02Speaker 21: north and south.
- 1:17:03Speaker 5: Like you've perceived.
- 1:17:03Speaker 23: Go out of contributions from the first year players, how
- 1:17:06Speaker 23: big is that put this team in your experience, how rare.
- 1:17:08Speaker 11: Is it to have that two working teacher.
- 1:17:13Speaker 21: I think every year is different, Mark, I just you know,
- 1:17:15Speaker 21: I thought, I think just this year is probably a
- 1:17:18Speaker 21: little different, just with the amount of turnover.
- 1:17:20Speaker 5: And certainly we have had our.
- 1:17:23Speaker 21: Rookies help us, and there's still things that they're seeing
- 1:17:26Speaker 21: and happening for the first time because they haven't been
- 1:17:30Speaker 21: out there that much.
- 1:17:30Speaker 5: So we'll just have to try to continue to prepare
- 1:17:34Speaker 5: them the best that we can.
- 1:17:36Speaker 21: And then the other guys that we've brought in that
- 1:17:38Speaker 21: were first year players here that we're new to our
- 1:17:41Speaker 21: our team.
- 1:17:42Speaker 5: You know, some of those guys are veteran guys like.
- 1:17:44Speaker 13: Smith as well.
- 1:17:45Speaker 26: If you guys you hired you did have a direct
- 1:17:47Speaker 26: personal working experience with what was the process like that
- 1:17:50Speaker 26: led up to his hiring.
- 1:17:52Speaker 5: I've known Schmidty for a while, you know, just different people.
- 1:17:57Speaker 21: And again he's he's close with some friends of mine
- 1:18:01Speaker 21: and has worked with some great organizations, has been with
- 1:18:04Speaker 21: Kansas City and Green Bay and Minnesota.
- 1:18:07Speaker 5: You know, has a passion for coaching.
- 1:18:09Speaker 21: That position, just like any other position, you try to
- 1:18:13Speaker 21: get as many candidates as you feel that you'd like
- 1:18:16Speaker 21: to interview and talk to and then try to figure
- 1:18:18Speaker 21: out what the best fit is.
- 1:18:21Speaker 5: Previous weeks, just how he's going good? Thank you.
- 1:18:25Speaker 21: So he's excited about traveling with us, and you know,
- 1:18:30Speaker 21: I appreciate you asking and doing well, and so we're
- 1:18:34Speaker 21: excited about having him.
- 1:18:36Speaker 5: Sorry, I couldn't hear up there.
- 1:18:37Speaker 25: Had asked you in previous weeks, just how you felt
- 1:18:39Speaker 25: personally heading into any given week with AFC Championship Wildcard.
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: Weekend, heading into the Super Bowl?
- 1:18:46Speaker 6: Just how are you feeling as a first year head coach.
- 1:18:48Speaker 3: Here and just in general?
- 1:18:50Speaker 21: The same way I answered when people ask me, I
- 1:18:52Speaker 21: feel I feel as good as the players do.
- 1:18:54Speaker 5: That's what That's what a coach does. He feels as
- 1:18:56Speaker 5: good as the players do.
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: Like, how much into a Super Bowl since the last
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: one that you were appeared in as player?
- 1:19:02Speaker 5: Like I actually went to the game game or have
- 1:19:04Speaker 5: you ever been?
- 1:19:05Speaker 8: Well?
- 1:19:05Speaker 5: I did go to the one time just so Stretch
- 1:19:08Speaker 5: could get his award.
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: What's it going to be happening?
- 1:19:12Speaker 6: Are you excited just to get back and to make
- 1:19:13Speaker 6: set such an.
- 1:19:14Speaker 21: Excited to be in the Super Bowl? Yes, I'm clearly
- 1:19:16Speaker 21: excited to be in the Super Bowl.
- 1:19:19Speaker 20: You were the first year defensive coordinator or whatever any
- 1:19:21Speaker 20: years ago call the place.
- 1:19:23Speaker 5: How much did that experience allow you to sort of
- 1:19:25Speaker 5: translate to that and would you still get his first
- 1:19:27Speaker 5: year is well just try to.
- 1:19:30Speaker 21: You know, again, that's the defensive staff does a really
- 1:19:32Speaker 21: good job of collaborating and there there's a there's a
- 1:19:37Speaker 21: really good flow and a connection in there about you know,
- 1:19:41Speaker 21: bringing everybody's ideas together, but also you know, helping you know, Zach,
- 1:19:47Speaker 21: and you know when we go in and we talk
- 1:19:49Speaker 21: about the game plan and the things that we want
- 1:19:51Speaker 21: to do and the ideas, and I think the biggest
- 1:19:54Speaker 21: thing for position coaches I as I start to understand,
- 1:19:57Speaker 21: is is what can they what can their players handle?
- 1:20:00Speaker 5: What are they good at?
- 1:20:01Speaker 21: And we have a good feel of that by now, obviously,
- 1:20:04Speaker 21: but it's also saying, hey, this may be you know
- 1:20:07Speaker 21: too much, or hey this guy does this really well.
- 1:20:09Speaker 21: Let's try to you know, focus on that. So the
- 1:20:12Speaker 21: guys all are comfortable sharing those ideas and I think
- 1:20:15Speaker 21: that that's been real positive and has helped Zach.
- 1:20:18Speaker 5: But you know, Zach's done a fantastic job.
- 1:20:20Speaker 21: I have said that numerous times, and you know, I
- 1:20:23Speaker 21: know that he's you know, going to be prepared to
- 1:20:26Speaker 21: help us win.
- 1:20:27Speaker 2: Like there's some parallels between the two thousand and one
- 1:20:30Speaker 2: team and this one. Do you see commonality between the
- 1:20:34Speaker 2: two groups in any way.
- 1:20:35Speaker 10: Shape or form. Uh?
- 1:20:40Speaker 5: Like I said, Mark, every year is different.
- 1:20:41Speaker 21: You know that team we lost to the Saints to
- 1:20:43Speaker 21: go or this to the Rams to go five and
- 1:20:46Speaker 21: five and won nine games after Thanksgiving in a row.
- 1:20:49Speaker 5: There was no week off between the Super Bowl or
- 1:20:51Speaker 5: the AFC Championship game.
- 1:20:53Speaker 21: And the Super Bowl. You know, every year is different.
- 1:20:57Speaker 21: So I don't necessarily you know, I'm just focused on
- 1:21:01Speaker 21: what we're doing now.
- 1:21:02Speaker 23: Like, different players respond to different forms of motivation. I
- 1:21:06Speaker 23: wonder if you use your position, your position coaches or
- 1:21:08Speaker 23: if they come to you to kind of explain to
- 1:21:10Speaker 23: you how their guys are operating and what's the best
- 1:21:13Speaker 23: way that their individual guys respond to certain forms of motivation.
- 1:21:16Speaker 11: Wow?
- 1:21:16Speaker 21: Would I don't Again, I've been through this. I don't
- 1:21:19Speaker 21: know that per players need motivated. I think they're motivated,
- 1:21:22Speaker 21: but I hope it's to win the championship at Super Bowl.
- 1:21:27Speaker 21: If it's money, that's fine, it's professional football. Think the cheerleader,
- 1:21:32Speaker 21: whatever motivates them you know what I mean. That's as
- 1:21:34Speaker 21: high school players, whatever motivates you, right when we're trying
- 1:21:38Speaker 21: to inspire them and give them confidence and trust in
- 1:21:42Speaker 21: doing their job. So I used to think I needed
- 1:21:45Speaker 21: to motivate them. I try to inspire them to do
- 1:21:47Speaker 21: their job with confidence.
- 1:21:49Speaker 4: Like speaking of motivating players, you notice that over the
- 1:21:52Speaker 4: past week The Warriors, that movie was used maybe to
- 1:21:55Speaker 4: form some sort of an identity in the locker room.
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: I was just wondering, you know, aside from that being
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: a great film, why that movie, man?
- 1:22:02Speaker 21: Because when we started this thing in Miami, I ran
- 1:22:08Speaker 21: out of WWF clips to show him about the Road Warriors.
- 1:22:12Speaker 21: So the next thing I could think of was that
- 1:22:15Speaker 21: movie clip, and that's what we went with. And it's
- 1:22:18Speaker 21: amazing what sticks I would have. I didn't think it
- 1:22:22Speaker 21: at the time that it would have stuck, but here
- 1:22:25Speaker 21: we are in the end of January.
- 1:22:29Speaker 5: And it's still sticking.
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: It's not going anywhere everywhere with those bottles now just
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: running around.
- 1:22:35Speaker 21: I mean the first time I think Frank emptied like
- 1:22:38Speaker 21: two Soy sauces and a red hot bottle, and it
- 1:22:40Speaker 21: was like walking around the building and I'm like, what
- 1:22:43Speaker 21: are you doing?
- 1:22:43Speaker 5: And he's like warriors, and I was like, that's a
- 1:22:46Speaker 5: soy sauce.
- 1:22:46Speaker 21: It's like a It took a soy sauce bottle and
- 1:22:49Speaker 21: a red hot and then Mac went out and found
- 1:22:52Speaker 21: the you know, he said he studied long and hard,
- 1:22:55Speaker 21: so I'm sure there's bottles around here.
- 1:22:59Speaker 8: He said that.
- 1:22:59Speaker 6: You know, it is a difference in Christian Azalees towards
- 1:23:02Speaker 6: the end of the season.
- 1:23:03Speaker 5: How is that shown up all the feel It's just.
- 1:23:08Speaker 21: There's just a presence I feel like, you know, I
- 1:23:11Speaker 21: just you know, and again not that there was anything
- 1:23:16Speaker 21: I'm trying to not make this that there was wrong.
- 1:23:19Speaker 5: I just felt him.
- 1:23:20Speaker 21: I just felt when he blitzed, when he covered, when
- 1:23:23Speaker 21: he you know, I just maybe it was just me,
- 1:23:26Speaker 21: but I got a pretty good seat for some of
- 1:23:27Speaker 21: these games, and so I just felt him start to
- 1:23:31Speaker 21: continue to impact.
- 1:23:34Speaker 5: At a greater level. And you know, you hurt him.
- 1:23:39Speaker 5: You saw him and obviously his play, so you know that's.
- 1:23:42Speaker 21: No secret that will need him to play, you know
- 1:23:44Speaker 21: well as long as you know, as well as the
- 1:23:47Speaker 21: rest of our other good players.
- 1:23:48Speaker 18: When you trying to forge a team's identity, whether it's
- 1:23:51Speaker 18: sort of show him up to the Eclipse you mentioned,
- 1:23:53Speaker 18: or the movie Warriors.
- 1:23:55Speaker 10: How much of it is.
- 1:23:56Speaker 16: Kind of you trying to put.
- 1:23:57Speaker 18: It out there, and how much is kind of organic
- 1:23:59Speaker 18: and the type of goal that's that happened at the
- 1:24:02Speaker 18: main Tea.
- 1:24:04Speaker 5: Probably just organic. I mean, I think maybe it was.
- 1:24:07Speaker 21: Maybe it didn't start in mind, maybe it wasn't on
- 1:24:09Speaker 21: that three week stretch when we went on the road
- 1:24:11Speaker 21: three weeks in a row, and that's you know, just
- 1:24:14Speaker 21: kind of.
- 1:24:16Speaker 5: Figured I'd give it a try and see what happened.
- 1:24:19Speaker 5: Thanks guys.

- 1:26:12Speaker 4: I was thinking of San Diego, Paul, you know, with

- 1:26:16Speaker 6: Imagine talking about I could live in San Diego.
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: I was just imagining what for a long hair and
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: the surfer come from. I like the area you brought up,
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: like you would like.
- 1:26:25Speaker 4: I just started populating my brain what living in San

- 1:26:29Speaker 1: You know, thank you, Megan O'Brien.
- 1:26:31Speaker 8: Everyone. I mean, it's not a hard question.

- 1:26:40Speaker 5: You know.
- 1:26:41Speaker 4: He's just a laid back dude.
- 1:26:42Speaker 1: That's all right.
- 1:26:43Speaker 6: I don't get dog.
- 1:26:44Speaker 1: I mean I could just I'm just golfing guy. I'm
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: not laid back and be laid back.
- 1:26:50Speaker 2: He'd be yelling at people.
- 1:26:52Speaker 3: He'd like Larry David.

- 1:26:57Speaker 2: That's another great moment from all Right, we're back here,
- 1:27:03Speaker 2: Mike Vrabel. We'll talk about that a little bit. But
- 1:27:06Speaker 2: I want to thank Bond otherwise known as Soren and Moor,
- 1:27:11Speaker 2: who bought us lunch today.
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: Thank you very much, so thank you for lunch. That
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: was really good, much appreciated.
- 1:27:18Speaker 3: Yeah, that bottle of Cristal went down really smooth.
- 1:27:22Speaker 1: That Alex ordered was a little much.
- 1:27:23Speaker 2: Yeah, so I hope you had enough on your card anyway,
- 1:27:29Speaker 2: Just kidding, just kidding.
- 1:27:31Speaker 1: I could she couldn't let that one just like hang
- 1:27:33Speaker 1: in the air.
- 1:27:35Speaker 3: I stuck to my hero.
- 1:27:37Speaker 8: I would never order a filame mignon if someone else
- 1:27:39Speaker 8: was paying.
- 1:27:40Speaker 1: Well, I wouldn't either, But I also wouldn't order a
- 1:27:42Speaker 1: filame mignon from pizza.
- 1:27:46Speaker 8: All Right, I'll probably do a good job.
- 1:27:48Speaker 2: So Evan bolted out at about one o two because
- 1:27:52Speaker 2: he's got to be there in Deuce has to be
- 1:27:54Speaker 2: in the locker room.
- 1:27:55Speaker 1: I mean, I guess, right, I don't know.
- 1:27:57Speaker 3: I don't know. God forbid.
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: I'm with you, Freddy.
- 1:28:01Speaker 3: I hope I'm not.
- 1:28:02Speaker 2: I'm not. I hope he's free, because the last thing
- 1:28:06Speaker 2: we'd want is something to happen.
- 1:28:09Speaker 8: Right, we should have given to zero in.
- 1:28:14Speaker 1: Yeah, he was so upset that he missed those days
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: last week.
- 1:28:19Speaker 8: It was funny, better last week than this week.
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: That's what I said. It's exactly what I told him
- 1:28:23Speaker 1: last week. Knowing that Jared Sindhon was playing quarterback and
- 1:28:26Speaker 1: there was no chance going to to get sick.
- 1:28:30Speaker 2: Chad says something, you know how like everyone says, can
- 1:28:32Speaker 2: you hear me?
- 1:28:33Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:28:34Speaker 3: Kind of thing now so now, but he says, you
- 1:28:37Speaker 3: have external speakers in the studio. That's true.
- 1:28:40Speaker 2: That echo through the call, so we hear our own
- 1:28:43Speaker 2: voice talking back at us while we're talking to you.
- 1:28:45Speaker 2: It's difficult to handle for guests. That's the first I've
- 1:28:49Speaker 2: heard of that. I haven't heard people complain about that, But.
- 1:28:55Speaker 3: You know, we have to look at that. I guess,
- 1:28:57Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:28:57Speaker 9: It does kind of sound if you're especially if it's
- 1:29:00Speaker 9: your first time calling, when it just does cut to
- 1:29:03Speaker 9: you guys, like there's been times when I call into
- 1:29:04Speaker 9: the show and it does sound kind of funny.
- 1:29:06Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean I called, I've called in before. I
- 1:29:08Speaker 3: didn't notice echoing, But.
- 1:29:10Speaker 1: You called into the postgame show exactly same thing. Was
- 1:29:13Speaker 1: that just an echo?
- 1:29:14Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: It just kind of hurts something.
- 1:29:16Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:29:16Speaker 3: I don't know anyway.
- 1:29:18Speaker 2: Anyway, all right, let's back to the phones.
- 1:29:21Speaker 1: The phone.
- 1:29:22Speaker 2: Who's this person?
- 1:29:23Speaker 3: Christian in la?
- 1:29:24Speaker 26: Is that is that?
- 1:29:25Speaker 3: Do I have that right?
- 1:29:27Speaker 13: It's Christian Law.
- 1:29:30Speaker 2: Christian in Law okay, so good. I'm glad it's not
- 1:29:34Speaker 2: Christian in La, or I would have thrown up. I'm
- 1:29:37Speaker 2: only kidding that guy Christian in La he really is.
- 1:29:42Speaker 3: He tries to troll us.
- 1:29:44Speaker 13: Yeah, but I'll tell you this right now. I will
- 1:29:47Speaker 13: be at the game, you guys. I had tickets on
- 1:29:50Speaker 13: the Patriots side, the end zone corner, and then we
- 1:29:54Speaker 13: have a sweet downtown up the hope this go to
- 1:29:58Speaker 13: party afterwards.
- 1:29:59Speaker 20: So hey, who knows.
- 1:30:00Speaker 13: But I wanted to know if we have an opportunity
- 1:30:03Speaker 13: to actually come down and meet you guys, because I
- 1:30:06Speaker 13: have some gift for the team and i'd like to
- 1:30:09Speaker 13: give it to you guys instead of mailing it.
- 1:30:12Speaker 2: Well, the problem is that we're at Radio Row in
- 1:30:17Speaker 2: the Moscone Center and in San Francisco, and I know
- 1:30:22Speaker 2: you need a credential to get in there. So maybe
- 1:30:25Speaker 2: with you know your clout, you can weasel your way
- 1:30:28Speaker 2: in there. But well, that's where we'll be all week.
- 1:30:31Speaker 2: Otherwise we're staying in Santa Clara.
- 1:30:34Speaker 13: It don't be surprised if you see me in the
- 1:30:37Speaker 13: Moscone Center at Radio Row. I'll have to make some calls,
- 1:30:39Speaker 13: but I can try to make that happen. Okay, honest
- 1:30:41Speaker 13: to football. You know, obviously they love Bill Belichick to
- 1:30:46Speaker 13: send us a message, right that we have thought we've
- 1:30:49Speaker 13: owned the NFL for twenty years at a time in
- 1:30:52Speaker 13: this clip, and now we're seemingly backed. And I wouldn't
- 1:30:55Speaker 13: put it past the voters, because they're just human beings, right,
- 1:30:58Speaker 13: They're old players are human beings to look guys look
- 1:31:00Speaker 13: at the situation and be like, you know, us, I
- 1:31:02Speaker 13: don't like this guy. Whatever next year and.
- 1:31:04Speaker 10: Just put that on us.
- 1:31:05Speaker 13: I don't believe all the rhetoric about I wanted to
- 1:31:07Speaker 13: make sure someone else got in. That's a HOOI anyway,
- 1:31:11Speaker 13: moving next, I don't really hear understand why people are
- 1:31:14Speaker 13: thinking that the Patriots kind of don't have a chance.
- 1:31:17Speaker 13: The way I see it, they have a main receiver
- 1:31:20Speaker 13: that helps us game plan. We double team a bracket
- 1:31:23Speaker 13: JFN with Gonzo and someone else. We put Carlton Davis
- 1:31:27Speaker 13: on up to go to follow Cup. We put Marcus
- 1:31:29Speaker 13: Jones with Shaheed for the for the speed. I think
- 1:31:32Speaker 13: it's advantaged Patriots. They're down one main running back, so
- 1:31:36Speaker 13: again in their running game, it's their one main running
- 1:31:39Speaker 13: back and the backup who's not terrible, terrible against our
- 1:31:43Speaker 13: really highly coveted run defense. Again advantage Patriots on offense.
- 1:31:48Speaker 13: We don't have a main go to guy, so they
- 1:31:50Speaker 13: can't really game plan for who to stop. And Drake
- 1:31:53Speaker 13: May is.
- 1:31:54Speaker 1: Excelling the ball to the open guy.
- 1:31:58Speaker 13: Right, Yeah, that's too to me, it seems like advances Patriots.
- 1:32:02Speaker 1: Well it hasn't been in the three playoff games.
- 1:32:04Speaker 2: Yeah, see that's kind of flawed. I've heard that before. Well,
- 1:32:07Speaker 2: you don't have that one guy, so you know, it's
- 1:32:10Speaker 2: hard to defend. No, it doesn't work that way when
- 1:32:13Speaker 2: you have that one guy.
- 1:32:15Speaker 1: You know, seeing the importance of that one guy in
- 1:32:18Speaker 1: the playoffs.
- 1:32:18Speaker 2: Right, So I so that that's kind of flawed, that
- 1:32:21Speaker 2: that whole logic, you know, But I do I will
- 1:32:26Speaker 2: say this though, Christian.
- 1:32:27Speaker 1: Patriots defense I think has a lot of advantages.
- 1:32:29Speaker 2: I think a lot of what you said, Yeah, I
- 1:32:32Speaker 2: was going to say, I do think our defense is
- 1:32:34Speaker 2: not being talked enough.
- 1:32:36Speaker 1: Uh and yeah, yes, you guys have these things about
- 1:32:40Speaker 1: what the amount, not amount, the credit it's not being
- 1:32:45Speaker 1: I will say the pot just like Christian said, the
- 1:32:47Speaker 1: Patriots run defense has been dominant. I have no reason
- 1:32:50Speaker 1: to believe that Kenneth Walker is going to be the
- 1:32:51Speaker 1: guy who runs all over them because they've been so good. Yeah,
- 1:32:54Speaker 1: against the run, they did.
- 1:32:55Speaker 2: Really, we were very quick to give praise to the
- 1:32:58Speaker 2: defenses that we've faced in the playoffs. Now, a lot
- 1:33:01Speaker 2: of it was to make Drake may look better.
- 1:33:03Speaker 1: Sure the Patriots weren't, but but they were very disrespectable.
- 1:33:08Speaker 2: But I don't think people are giving our defense enough praise,
- 1:33:12Speaker 2: uh in this matchup? Yeah, So, well, what do you
- 1:33:15Speaker 2: know about Sam Donald?
- 1:33:16Speaker 13: Even though he's had two good years. The one thing
- 1:33:19Speaker 13: still proach his play. When he gets pressured, he panic.
- 1:33:23Speaker 1: Okay, well I don't. He didn't Sunday. Yeah, so he
- 1:33:25Speaker 1: was pressured constantly Sunday and he didn't pay.
- 1:33:27Speaker 3: I don't.
- 1:33:28Speaker 2: I'm not going to go down there, and you know,
- 1:33:30Speaker 2: with the whole I hope you're right, thanks Chris.
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: I hope the Patriots can get pressure and I hope
- 1:33:35Speaker 1: that he makes mistakes. Yeah, I'm not gonna I think
- 1:33:37Speaker 1: that's the number one path to victory.
- 1:33:39Speaker 2: I think every quarterback, if they get a lot of pressure,
- 1:33:41Speaker 2: can make mistakes. But so Donald's had a good year,
- 1:33:44Speaker 2: he's playing really well.
- 1:33:45Speaker 1: I wanted two good years.
- 1:33:46Speaker 2: I want to give him his flowers. I don't want
- 1:33:48Speaker 2: to be like, oh, it's Sam Donald's seeing ghosts. That's
- 1:33:50Speaker 2: Sam Donald was a long time ago.
- 1:33:52Speaker 1: And I'm hoping that he sees some ghosts on Sunday,
- 1:33:55Speaker 1: just like everybody and all the other Patriots fans.
- 1:33:57Speaker 2: It's like saying, you know, oh, going back to early
- 1:34:00Speaker 2: net last season and say, Drake May is that guy.
- 1:34:02Speaker 2: He's not.
- 1:34:03Speaker 3: He's he's evolve.
- 1:34:04Speaker 1: That's a great point. That's a great point. He's not
- 1:34:07Speaker 1: two at a May anymore, right like he was last year. Yep,
- 1:34:10Speaker 1: two turnovers by the way.
- 1:34:13Speaker 3: You know, So people who.
- 1:34:14Speaker 2: Try would do that, I jump right down their throat
- 1:34:16Speaker 2: as if I you know, I would think Seahawks fans
- 1:34:20Speaker 2: would be, you know, jumping down people's throat if they
- 1:34:23Speaker 2: compare Sam Donald to the way he was at the Jets.
- 1:34:25Speaker 2: He's not that guy anymore.
- 1:34:26Speaker 1: And I do like a lot of Christian's points about
- 1:34:28Speaker 1: the Patriots defense. I think I'm not expecting JSN to
- 1:34:34Speaker 1: have like double digit catches in this game. Like I'd
- 1:34:37Speaker 1: be very surprised if Mike Rabel can't come up with something.
- 1:34:39Speaker 1: I'm not telling you they're going to shut him down
- 1:34:41Speaker 1: because they're not going to shut him down. But I'd
- 1:34:44Speaker 1: be very surprised if we're looking at the end of
- 1:34:45Speaker 1: this game and he's got like twelve for one hundred
- 1:34:47Speaker 1: and eighty yards. Yeah, like, just like if he does
- 1:34:50Speaker 1: against everybody else, Like, I'd be surprised if Rabel can't
- 1:34:53Speaker 1: do something to at least slow him down.
- 1:34:56Speaker 5: Yep.
- 1:34:57Speaker 2: And you know, listen, at the end of the day,
- 1:34:59Speaker 2: Patriot as fans, when the Patriots win the Super Bowl,
- 1:35:03Speaker 2: we will have beaten a good team.
- 1:35:05Speaker 3: So be careful about what you say now about the Seahawks.
- 1:35:08Speaker 1: I taught Fred this win not if right, No, I
- 1:35:11Speaker 1: taught about.
- 1:35:11Speaker 2: Because if we normally spend Donald stinks, then how good
- 1:35:15Speaker 2: is your victory.
- 1:35:17Speaker 1: We normally spend the whole week telling everybody how bad
- 1:35:19Speaker 1: the other team is and how they shouldn't even be
- 1:35:21Speaker 1: on the field. And then somehow, when the Patriots win
- 1:35:24Speaker 1: the game on the Sunday, they go back and they
- 1:35:26Speaker 1: say what a great win it was. I was like, well,
- 1:35:29Speaker 1: that's not what you told me on Wednesday when you
- 1:35:31Speaker 1: told me Sam Donald's terrible and he's going to throw
- 1:35:34Speaker 1: three interceptions. And then he goes out and throws three
- 1:35:36Speaker 1: interceptions and you're like, well, it was a great win.
- 1:35:39Speaker 1: They made say Sam Donald throw three interceptions. Fred's got
- 1:35:42Speaker 1: it right. If they win the super Bowl, they'll have
- 1:35:45Speaker 1: beaten a good team, just like they beat good teams
- 1:35:48Speaker 1: to get.
- 1:35:48Speaker 2: Here, right, right, So don't be careful about diminishing the
- 1:35:53Speaker 2: weight of our victory, which we will have. We will
- 1:35:57Speaker 2: be victorious, fortune cookie.
- 1:36:00Speaker 9: Well did you see it was a clip from it
- 1:36:03Speaker 9: was either our sits in sounder or miked up yesterday
- 1:36:05Speaker 9: where the receivers coach is telling the guys like, if
- 1:36:09Speaker 9: they missed this kick, then whatever, and mac collins is
- 1:36:12Speaker 9: saying when they missed this kick?
- 1:36:14Speaker 8: When they do like the when not it?
- 1:36:16Speaker 2: He puts, Yeah, he threw it out there, made it real.
- 1:36:22Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:36:22Speaker 3: Mc collins has got some juju going on.
- 1:36:25Speaker 9: I've been trying to tell you guys this since we
- 1:36:26Speaker 9: signed him, how good this was going to be, how
- 1:36:28Speaker 9: awesome he is, how wacky he is, how much I
- 1:36:30Speaker 9: love it.
- 1:36:31Speaker 8: And everyone was like he's such a weirdo.
- 1:36:33Speaker 2: He weird, but he's been on all these teams.
- 1:36:35Speaker 9: He's so weird, Like why can't he stick? And I
- 1:36:38Speaker 9: just think people have underrated his value. I don't think
- 1:36:41Speaker 9: he hasn't stuck to a team because he's weird.
- 1:36:44Speaker 1: I think it's part of it. Really, Yeah, six teams
- 1:36:46Speaker 1: in six years, it's got to be something.
- 1:36:48Speaker 8: I look at it as he was undervalued six times.
- 1:36:53Speaker 3: I don't know we saw his value in.
- 1:36:55Speaker 9: Josh wanted him, Josh had experience with him, and Josh
- 1:36:58Speaker 9: wanteds did him too, had that work as a backup.
- 1:37:02Speaker 3: I don't hold that against him.
- 1:37:03Speaker 1: I don't hold it against anybody, and hold it against
- 1:37:06Speaker 1: Mac either. I'm arguing, understand sometimes with Dobs.
- 1:37:12Speaker 2: Me alone said it was the highest paid back up
- 1:37:14Speaker 2: in the league and we just beat a good team.
- 1:37:17Speaker 1: Starter was not even close to that.
- 1:37:19Speaker 7: Gith started then Cos made like forty million.
- 1:37:24Speaker 2: Well, that's not he doesn't count that as a starter.
- 1:37:28Speaker 2: That's not.
- 1:37:30Speaker 1: More than six million.
- 1:37:31Speaker 2: Who Jacob, that's no he I don't think he makes
- 1:37:35Speaker 2: that much.
- 1:37:37Speaker 1: There's backups that make six million. Fred, Well, it's not
- 1:37:39Speaker 1: fair to put besides the fact, and I told you
- 1:37:42Speaker 1: he's stunk, and he stunk, it's.
- 1:37:43Speaker 2: Not fair to state cousins into the backup because when
- 1:37:46Speaker 2: he was paid that it wasn't to be a back.
- 1:37:48Speaker 1: To take him out of it and look like somebody else.
- 1:37:53Speaker 8: He can probably do his voice pretty well.
- 1:37:56Speaker 3: All right, let's go to who's next? Boy, what's this
- 1:38:00Speaker 3: all about? He's going to call me a fraud? Maybe?
- 1:38:02Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm the most interesting fan in the world. James
- 1:38:05Speaker 2: Pettigrew's on the line.
- 1:38:06Speaker 3: What's up now?
- 1:38:08Speaker 10: I will give you your flowers, fread you're not a fraud?
- 1:38:11Speaker 5: Or are?
- 1:38:11Speaker 10: You're right about that game?
- 1:38:12Speaker 2: Thank you?
- 1:38:15Speaker 10: I do feel the hand of Matt Patricia now taking
- 1:38:18Speaker 10: over the offense. So maybe he's working in the background.
- 1:38:20Speaker 10: Maybe we have something to thank him for even more. Now, Oh,
- 1:38:23Speaker 10: there you go, So listen. I refuse to talk about
- 1:38:28Speaker 10: football after what Paul said last time. That was like
- 1:38:30Speaker 10: a knife through the ribs when you said that was
- 1:38:32Speaker 10: the first time I've spoken about football. So just talking
- 1:38:35Speaker 10: about why Pats fans take pleasure in others displeasure. And
- 1:38:40Speaker 10: I say this as someone who lived in sort of
- 1:38:43Speaker 10: New England for ten years. I consider myself a good
- 1:38:46Speaker 10: fan and I do for some reason, I get as
- 1:38:49Speaker 10: much pleasure from other fans displeasure as I do from
- 1:38:53Speaker 10: our success, because I'm not sure how much more success
- 1:38:56Speaker 10: we could have, but fans can always have more misery
- 1:39:00Speaker 10: and things like that. So for example, I'm a rational person,
- 1:39:03Speaker 10: but I when I cheat on you guys, I always
- 1:39:06Speaker 10: go to the lockt On brand. So after the Denver game,
- 1:39:10Speaker 10: I listened to the Denver postgame show. When the Bills
- 1:39:14Speaker 10: signed their new coach, you know, Josh Allen's roommate, I
- 1:39:18Speaker 10: listened to the lockto On Bill's post podcast. Listen to
- 1:39:21Speaker 10: them all freak out. Listening to the Lockton Jets is
- 1:39:24Speaker 10: good at the moment because obviously it's Sam Darnold versus
- 1:39:28Speaker 10: the Patriots, so they're sort of going through double sort
- 1:39:31Speaker 10: of hell and things like that. So I don't know
- 1:39:33Speaker 10: what it is, but certainly, you know, when I wake
- 1:39:36Speaker 10: up in the morning, I live in Paradise, but I
- 1:39:38Speaker 10: got on the roof and my first half an hour
- 1:39:41Speaker 10: is going on Twitter and re liking, you know, Boston Cream,
- 1:39:45Speaker 10: retweeting Savage, you know, Drake Mate, Lover, Throwback Pats, and
- 1:39:50Speaker 10: I don't know what it is. It was funny because
- 1:39:52Speaker 10: when Fred was warning, like, don't get you know, I
- 1:39:55Speaker 10: don't know who he was warning when he was warning
- 1:39:57Speaker 10: people not to be up on Seaffle, but maybe they
- 1:39:59Speaker 10: are of my mad Sepple fans listening to this podcast.
- 1:40:04Speaker 10: I don't know what it is. It's irrational. I've always
- 1:40:07Speaker 10: thought you were a mass whole beat down, Paul, and
- 1:40:09Speaker 10: you're just biting it and you don't like the name.
- 1:40:12Speaker 10: But I experienced it, and I'm a rational person.
- 1:40:16Speaker 3: Okay, thanks, James, appreciate the call. Yeah, any any comments.
- 1:40:22Speaker 8: On I think we're tribal creatures. We evolved this way.
- 1:40:26Speaker 2: I mean I used to what he said he does.
- 1:40:28Speaker 2: I used to like listen to the post game shows
- 1:40:32Speaker 2: of other teams. Remember I used to do that, Paul,
- 1:40:34Speaker 2: and I used to be sure to talk about that
- 1:40:37Speaker 2: in a hammock.
- 1:40:37Speaker 8: Drinking out of a coconut is listening to.
- 1:40:40Speaker 2: Listening to their misery or their excuses and all that stuff.
- 1:40:44Speaker 2: It made me feel better.
- 1:40:46Speaker 1: Did you listen to Denver because you were there? I
- 1:40:48Speaker 1: can actually I used to do that.
- 1:40:50Speaker 3: I don't do that. I don't have time.
- 1:40:51Speaker 1: I'm just curious what they were thinking in Denver. Yeah,
- 1:40:54Speaker 1: because I think it's actually relevant in the game like this,
- 1:40:56Speaker 1: when your quarterback gets hurt like the play before where
- 1:41:00Speaker 1: you played that championship game, I'm wonder how much regret
- 1:41:03Speaker 1: there was, you know, yeah, sure, backup quarterbacks, by the way,
- 1:41:07Speaker 1: there's a handful Okay, Anthony Richardson, Marcus Mariota, Davis Mills,
- 1:41:11Speaker 1: Jakobe just said, Tyrod Taylor all make more than Jared.
- 1:41:13Speaker 2: Anthony Richardson was drafted to be a starter, but he's.
- 1:41:17Speaker 1: A backup now. Then Daniel Jones is the backup. Then
- 1:41:20Speaker 1: he makes more than Anthony Richardson. One's got to be
- 1:41:23Speaker 1: the backup again.
- 1:41:24Speaker 2: Not fair.
- 1:41:25Speaker 1: Davis Mills was not not drafted to be a starter.
- 1:41:28Speaker 1: He's a backup. He signed as a backup with Houston
- 1:41:30Speaker 1: to back up CJ. Stroud. He makes more than Jared.
- 1:41:32Speaker 1: Stidham said, you know, James Mills was there before Stroud,
- 1:41:39Speaker 1: but he signed as a free agent backup to c J.
- 1:41:42Speaker 1: Stroud and makes more than Jared.
- 1:41:44Speaker 2: He was drafted out of Stanford, I believe.
- 1:41:47Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, and what round? Not as a starter? Thank you,
- 1:41:50Speaker 1: No further question.
- 1:41:51Speaker 3: I don't know about that.
- 1:41:52Speaker 2: I think I think he wasn't drafted. Yeah, yeah, I
- 1:41:55Speaker 2: think I think there's I think there's asterisks after.
- 1:41:58Speaker 1: All, so there's an ASTERI to stind him. He's a
- 1:42:01Speaker 1: seven year player, never been a star, that's why he
- 1:42:03Speaker 1: makes more.
- 1:42:04Speaker 2: Never been a starter, Never been a starter.
- 1:42:07Speaker 1: He started four games, Never been a start through.
- 1:42:09Speaker 2: Two passes since how did he even go to passes
- 1:42:12Speaker 2: twenty twenty three?
- 1:42:12Speaker 1: Right, he's not a starter.
- 1:42:14Speaker 2: He's a background, never has been a start.
- 1:42:15Speaker 1: Because he's Those people have been starters because they're all
- 1:42:18Speaker 1: better than him.
- 1:42:19Speaker 2: That's my whole point.
- 1:42:20Speaker 1: That was my whole point of telling you he has
- 1:42:22Speaker 1: no shot, because when you're in the league for seven years,
- 1:42:25Speaker 1: someone's gonna give you a chance. I think David he's
- 1:42:27Speaker 1: got a chance. Jacoby Prissett got a chance. I think
- 1:42:31Speaker 1: Taylor got a chance. You beat a good team, you
- 1:42:33Speaker 1: beat a terrible quarterback. There's a difference terrible and he
- 1:42:37Speaker 1: and he was the singular reason why you won the game.
- 1:42:39Speaker 1: He handed you seven points. Again, no further questions, Alex.
- 1:42:45Speaker 2: Because the Patriots pressured him. Patriots pressured him, Yes, and
- 1:42:49Speaker 2: he pooped his pants. There's the difference between it and.
- 1:42:52Speaker 1: I'm hoping that same thing. Let's bring it full circle.
- 1:42:54Speaker 1: I'm hoping Donold does the same thing. Yeah, let's pressure
- 1:42:57Speaker 1: him and see if he sees ghost again.
- 1:42:59Speaker 3: And if we do that, we'll have done it to
- 1:43:00Speaker 3: a good quarterback.
- 1:43:02Speaker 1: In this case, that would be true.
- 1:43:03Speaker 8: People will know. People will then ghostlight Sam Donald, No, no, you.
- 1:43:07Speaker 1: Can ghostlight when we when we win slight gaslight ghost.
- 1:43:12Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, ghost you could.
- 1:43:15Speaker 1: People might say that about Sam Donald he turned back
- 1:43:17Speaker 1: into a pumpkin. But I will sit here and tell
- 1:43:20Speaker 1: you that he has won fourteen games each of the
- 1:43:22Speaker 1: last two years. This is not like a fluke game
- 1:43:26Speaker 1: that he's coming off of. Yeah, like Jared Stidham hadn't
- 1:43:28Speaker 1: played a game in seven years, and I made six
- 1:43:31Speaker 1: million dollars a year, and I'm sorry if I didn't
- 1:43:33Speaker 1: think that he was going to play. Well, he's seven.
- 1:43:35Speaker 8: Years in the starting friend for other time.
- 1:43:37Speaker 1: No, it's not like he was a rookie and they said, like,
- 1:43:39Speaker 1: like Tommy DeVito, who's gonna you know, he doesn't make
- 1:43:42Speaker 1: seven million dollars, But if he's still in the league
- 1:43:44Speaker 1: when he's seven years in, he's going to be you think.
- 1:43:46Speaker 1: So he won't be in the league my guess. But
- 1:43:49Speaker 1: if he is, all right, I don't think that that's
- 1:43:52Speaker 1: an exorbitant salary for a backup quarterback.
- 1:43:54Speaker 2: Okay, all right, Uh, Blake's in Illinois.
- 1:43:57Speaker 3: What's up, Blake?
- 1:44:00Speaker 29: Hey, first time caller. Love the show, Love you guys,
- 1:44:03Speaker 29: I love the harmless banter amongst.
- 1:44:05Speaker 1: You guys, not so harmless. Fred's gonna beat me up. Listen.
- 1:44:11Speaker 29: I got the script actually for the for the Super Bowl,
- 1:44:14Speaker 29: actually just beamed to me last night from Peel. He's
- 1:44:17Speaker 29: the one directing it and writing it. Okay, it's actually
- 1:44:19Speaker 29: gonna be the longest super Bowl in history. It's gonna
- 1:44:22Speaker 29: go to double overtime, and it's gonna be twenty four
- 1:44:25Speaker 29: all up to that point. We're gonna get the ball. Second,
- 1:44:28Speaker 29: we're gonna get a three and out on them and
- 1:44:30Speaker 29: at a thirty one yard field goal to seal the deal.
- 1:44:34Speaker 1: Wow, all right, so go back. It's twenty four all
- 1:44:37Speaker 1: more going into overtime. Blake yeah, and then double.
- 1:44:41Speaker 29: Yeah, twenty four all going into over.
- 1:44:42Speaker 1: So they're gonna play a whole quarter with no scoring
- 1:44:44Speaker 1: and then they go to double overtime and what happens
- 1:44:48Speaker 1: that that, Yes, it's gonna.
- 1:44:50Speaker 29: Go straight through the first part of overtime.
- 1:44:52Speaker 16: Nothing.
- 1:44:52Speaker 29: It's gonna be stop stop, stop city because we've got
- 1:44:55Speaker 29: two good defenses. And coming straight from the writer himself. Okay,
- 1:44:59Speaker 29: if you want some were shocking facts for you, I
- 1:45:01Speaker 29: got a Ramandre Stevenson m VP. I've got a Sam
- 1:45:05Speaker 29: Darnold picked six and an Chishm touchdown and once again
- 1:45:09Speaker 29: this is all coming straight. You want to and I'll
- 1:45:12Speaker 29: take off.
- 1:45:13Speaker 3: That's the one that killed it for me.
- 1:45:14Speaker 2: Thanks Blake. I was hoping you'd be right, but I don't.
- 1:45:17Speaker 3: I don't think is going to be acting.
- 1:45:18Speaker 1: My guess he won't be, but you know who knows.
- 1:45:22Speaker 3: But I would love Oh. I don't know if I
- 1:45:24Speaker 3: could handle that double overtime.
- 1:45:26Speaker 8: But how about m v P Paul, how about that?
- 1:45:30Speaker 1: I would be pretty psyched about that. Oh yeah, but
- 1:45:31Speaker 1: I just imagining Fred double overtime and Chisholm touchdown.
- 1:45:37Speaker 3: Oh, pants off, hands off, running through the press.
- 1:45:41Speaker 1: Box, uncontrollable.
- 1:45:43Speaker 2: Here's a question I was thinking about about overtime in
- 1:45:46Speaker 2: the NFL. Other than the game clock, I mean, I'm sorry,
- 1:45:52Speaker 2: other than the play clock.
- 1:45:53Speaker 3: Why do we need a.
- 1:45:55Speaker 1: Clock because there's still timing involved. The end of the
- 1:45:58Speaker 1: quarter comes like like why, but.
- 1:46:00Speaker 3: Why do we need that?
- 1:46:01Speaker 2: You're going to keep playing.
- 1:46:02Speaker 1: I'm talking about the good point you're saying.
- 1:46:05Speaker 8: It's not like they go to penalty kicks or something like.
- 1:46:07Speaker 2: There's no keep playing until somebody wins. I'm talking about playoffs.
- 1:46:11Speaker 2: You can't have a tie in playoffs, so why do
- 1:46:13Speaker 2: we need a game clock? I get we need a
- 1:46:15Speaker 2: play clock to keep things moving.
- 1:46:17Speaker 9: Because then what if you hypothetically had like a forty
- 1:46:20Speaker 9: five minute quarter.
- 1:46:21Speaker 8: If no one's right, you're.
- 1:46:22Speaker 3: Going to have that anyway, It's just going to be
- 1:46:24Speaker 3: divided into quarters.
- 1:46:26Speaker 1: Now, well, that's the same way the rest of the
- 1:46:27Speaker 1: game is played. They play it the same way. It's
- 1:46:29Speaker 1: regular games.
- 1:46:30Speaker 2: It's play it the same way but different rules.
- 1:46:33Speaker 1: So why the only game the only different rule is
- 1:46:37Speaker 1: the scoring. It can't end the game, but the timing
- 1:46:42Speaker 1: is all the same as a regular game. I understand,
- 1:46:45Speaker 1: you play a quarter and when the quarter's end you
- 1:46:47Speaker 1: switch ends. Like it's like what if what if wind
- 1:46:50Speaker 1: is involved and.
- 1:46:50Speaker 2: Stuff like that. There's all kinds of okay that could
- 1:46:52Speaker 2: sow right, I mean, yeah.
- 1:46:55Speaker 1: But I mean I just would say, logically, you play
- 1:46:57Speaker 1: it the same way you play the rest of the game,
- 1:46:59Speaker 1: except for the scoring. Yeah, I mean, I understand what
- 1:47:01Speaker 1: your point is. But here's a question for you in overtime,
- 1:47:05Speaker 1: because we haven't really had this happen yet. The Chiefs
- 1:47:11Speaker 1: when the when the Chiefs and Niners went to overtime
- 1:47:15Speaker 1: a couple of years ago, and the Niners kicked a
- 1:47:17Speaker 1: field goal, the Chiefs went down and scored a touchdown,
- 1:47:19Speaker 1: So this didn't really materialize. But now we've seen this
- 1:47:22Speaker 1: happen in the regular season this year a few times
- 1:47:24Speaker 1: where a team scores a touchdown, kicks the extra point
- 1:47:27Speaker 1: to go up seven, then the other team gets the
- 1:47:29Speaker 1: ball and goes right down the field. In scores, we
- 1:47:31Speaker 1: saw Washington, We saw the Raiders do it to Jacksonville.
- 1:47:35Speaker 1: They missed the two point conversion. We saw Washington do
- 1:47:37Speaker 1: it to Denver, they missed the two point conversion. Seattle
- 1:47:40Speaker 1: did it to the Rams. They got the two point
- 1:47:42Speaker 1: conversion and won the game right and won the game.
- 1:47:45Speaker 1: In the Super Bowl, would you be more apped to
- 1:47:49Speaker 1: kick the extra point to keep the game tied, because,
- 1:47:54Speaker 1: as Fred points out, the time is not a factor
- 1:47:56Speaker 1: in the regular season. It's that quarter. You know that
- 1:47:59Speaker 1: that clock can end and it's going to be a tie, right,
- 1:48:03Speaker 1: and that's what No one wants a tie, So everybody
- 1:48:06Speaker 1: kind of goes for either, you know, the win, and
- 1:48:09Speaker 1: they either get it or they don't get it if
- 1:48:10Speaker 1: they're trying to match that touchdown. I wonder in a
- 1:48:12Speaker 1: Super Bowl, if someone scores a touchdown and then the
- 1:48:17Speaker 1: team matches the touchdown, do you just kick and just
- 1:48:20Speaker 1: keep playing, because then I think, you know, like the
- 1:48:22Speaker 1: third possession would be that's game. If they score, right,
- 1:48:25Speaker 1: that's both teams got it once and that's that's how
- 1:48:27Speaker 1: it ends. That's right, Just like the whole double overtime
- 1:48:31Speaker 1: got me thinking about.
- 1:48:32Speaker 2: I mean, that's you need a lot of sand in
- 1:48:35Speaker 2: your pants to go for two and the super Bowl
- 1:48:38Speaker 2: and next week.
- 1:48:40Speaker 1: Yeah, I think I would do that.
- 1:48:42Speaker 3: You would go for two.
- 1:48:42Speaker 1: I think I would.
- 1:48:43Speaker 8: I would have to feel really really good about the
- 1:48:46Speaker 8: play playing in the play.
- 1:48:47Speaker 1: But if I just gave up a touchdown in overtime,
- 1:48:50Speaker 1: like I wouldn't feel really really good about unless it
- 1:48:52Speaker 1: was like a fluky touchdown or something, you know, someone
- 1:48:55Speaker 1: fell down and they got to you know, like like
- 1:48:58Speaker 1: on Sunday the way the Patriots D defense was playing. Yeah,
- 1:49:01Speaker 1: let's say that on the Gonzo pick he slipped and
- 1:49:04Speaker 1: fell down and they got a cheap touchdown. Otherwise Denver
- 1:49:07Speaker 1: couldn't move the ball at all. Right, if that's how
- 1:49:09Speaker 1: they scored in overtime, like someone fell down and it
- 1:49:12Speaker 1: was a fluke touchdown, maybe I would just kick it
- 1:49:14Speaker 1: and say no, my defense will stop.
- 1:49:16Speaker 3: I'll give you a good example.
- 1:49:17Speaker 2: I know back then the rules in overtime were different,
- 1:49:20Speaker 2: but had in two thousand and one the Patriots gone
- 1:49:23Speaker 2: to overtime with the Rams, There's no way the Patriots
- 1:49:27Speaker 2: could have stopped the Rams because I think our defense
- 1:49:30Speaker 2: was just kind of tapped out. So that's where, God,
- 1:49:34Speaker 2: if we do have the opportunity to win the game
- 1:49:37Speaker 2: in overtime by going for two, I think Belichick would
- 1:49:40Speaker 2: have gone for two knowing his defense is not.
- 1:49:43Speaker 3: Going to be able to hold up.
- 1:49:44Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a good point.
- 1:49:45Speaker 3: That would be one where you would.
- 1:49:47Speaker 1: I think that would be unbelievable drama.
- 1:49:49Speaker 3: Oh that play.
- 1:49:51Speaker 9: Now I'm getting anxious about stuff I haven't even thought
- 1:49:53Speaker 9: about in the game. Yeah, us watching the game in
- 1:49:56Speaker 9: the stands like you guys are gonna have to deal
- 1:49:58Speaker 9: with me, be a mess.
- 1:50:00Speaker 1: Note to self, don't sit near Alex.
- 1:50:03Speaker 3: I mean you have to. I mean two point conversions.
- 1:50:06Speaker 2: You know, I know this isn't the same scenario, but
- 1:50:09Speaker 2: the twenty eight three game, end of the game, getting
- 1:50:12Speaker 2: that two point conversion to send it to overtime, Oh
- 1:50:15Speaker 2: my god, what a what a nerve wracking.
- 1:50:18Speaker 3: Play that was it?
- 1:50:19Speaker 2: Absolutely, you don't get it.
- 1:50:21Speaker 3: You lost the Super Bowl.
- 1:50:22Speaker 2: Yep, you get it.
- 1:50:23Speaker 3: You got it life, you know who?
- 1:50:26Speaker 2: That was crazy? That was crazy, I think. I mean
- 1:50:32Speaker 2: the Malcolm Butler singular play was probably the most amazing
- 1:50:35Speaker 2: play in Super Bowl history. But in terms of a
- 1:50:38Speaker 2: game just watching it, I mean, if you're a Falcons fan,
- 1:50:41Speaker 2: whole different story. But that was the most amazing thing
- 1:50:44Speaker 2: I've ever witnessed. I mean, my son is texting me
- 1:50:47Speaker 2: at halftime, can you leave?
- 1:50:49Speaker 3: You have to stay there? I'm like, yeah, I gotta stay.
- 1:50:51Speaker 2: I mean nobody, I mean, Tom Brady thought so An Edelman,
- 1:50:55Speaker 2: but people watching come on in the Super Bowl to
- 1:50:59Speaker 2: be down twenty eight three read that doesn't happen.
- 1:51:01Speaker 1: Yeah, And you know me, I'm normally, especially that era
- 1:51:04Speaker 1: of Patriots, I was always like, no, no, no, there's
- 1:51:06Speaker 1: plenty of time.
- 1:51:08Speaker 2: That game was over.
- 1:51:09Speaker 1: It was Falcons had yeah.
- 1:51:12Speaker 9: But it wasn't like that genuine It was just like
- 1:51:15Speaker 9: shut the guys up. I was with because they were
- 1:51:17Speaker 9: throwing chairs and stuff, and it was like, okay, dramatic,
- 1:51:20Speaker 9: like chill out. Yeah, we got Tom Brady just to
- 1:51:22Speaker 9: try to like chill them out.
- 1:51:25Speaker 2: Amazing they still can't.
- 1:51:28Speaker 1: They had Kyle Shaney.
- 1:51:29Speaker 2: Yeah, I still can't believe I brought home, you know,
- 1:51:32Speaker 2: and and I forget which play was, but you know,
- 1:51:35Speaker 2: James White getting to the end zone, he was guy
- 1:51:38Speaker 2: was around his waist and just sheer Will pushed himself.
- 1:51:41Speaker 1: You're talking about the two point conversion, not the game
- 1:51:43Speaker 1: winning touchdown.
- 1:51:44Speaker 2: No, yeah, yeah, I mean ever, Yeah, Kelly's in Rhode Island.
- 1:51:50Speaker 2: What's up, Kelly?
- 1:51:52Speaker 1: Kaylee?
- 1:51:53Speaker 2: Kaylee, Kaylee, Hey, Kaylee.
- 1:51:56Speaker 3: It's the new sitcom.
- 1:51:58Speaker 10: It's Kayley, It's me.
- 1:52:01Speaker 30: Earlier, Evan had said that he thought Ramondre was going
- 1:52:04Speaker 30: to be a big weapon. I agree with him, but
- 1:52:07Speaker 30: I was wondering who you guys are hoping will have
- 1:52:11Speaker 30: a big performance Aside.
- 1:52:12Speaker 2: From Drake Goby, Okay, aside from Drake Boy, pick a player.
- 1:52:18Speaker 3: Hunter, Henry Well.
- 1:52:19Speaker 1: I would probably go Booty because I think he has
- 1:52:22Speaker 1: the ability to make the most big plays, and if
- 1:52:25Speaker 1: he would have like one of his really big games,
- 1:52:28Speaker 1: I think that would mean you'd have a really good offensive.
- 1:52:30Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, chunk plays.
- 1:52:32Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I'm hoping.
- 1:52:36Speaker 30: I'm hoping Craig Woodson. I think he's been awesome and
- 1:52:39Speaker 30: wouldn't it be so cool for him in there to get.
- 1:52:41Speaker 8: The show off.
- 1:52:42Speaker 1: Yeah, Like I said, he's good.
- 1:52:45Speaker 2: Trevion Henderson, break one again? You know, anyone anyone please?
- 1:52:51Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean obviously no one's going to be upset
- 1:52:53Speaker 1: if one guy.
- 1:52:55Speaker 3: Yeah, Williams, Yeah, all right, La, thank you?
- 1:53:01Speaker 1: Good luck on that sitcom?
- 1:53:02Speaker 3: Yeah, Landon is in Virginia? What's up? Landon?
- 1:53:09Speaker 11: Hey?
- 1:53:09Speaker 1: Guys.
- 1:53:10Speaker 13: Something I've been thinking about for the past couple of
- 1:53:12Speaker 13: weeks is how are How's Mike and the guy's going
- 1:53:15Speaker 13: to take care of the Terrell Williams and Zach Hirst situation?
- 1:53:19Speaker 29: Like, what do you do with Therell?
- 1:53:22Speaker 13: Because after Zach.
- 1:53:23Speaker 16: Pitched this shutout the past three games and the defense
- 1:53:26Speaker 16: is the reason we're here, what do you do with Terrell?
- 1:53:30Speaker 17: Like you can't just get rid of the gay.
- 1:53:31Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a good question.
- 1:53:32Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 1:53:33Speaker 2: Maybe you have code coordinators. I don't know.
- 1:53:36Speaker 1: Don't have no information though on on Terrell to know what, yeah,
- 1:53:40Speaker 1: what he's going to be.
- 1:53:41Speaker 8: It's his decision.
- 1:53:42Speaker 1: What capacity is he going to be in next year?
- 1:53:45Speaker 1: I mean, hopefully he has a choice to make, you know,
- 1:53:47Speaker 1: whether he wants to continue to coach, But hopefully it's
- 1:53:50Speaker 1: not about health.
- 1:53:51Speaker 2: Yep, No, that's a good question, Landon, But yeah, those
- 1:53:55Speaker 2: are things we'll deal with after we win.
- 1:53:57Speaker 3: The super Bowl.
- 1:53:59Speaker 2: So thanks for the call.
- 1:54:02Speaker 1: Let's see, last week I couldn't get him to say
- 1:54:04Speaker 1: they were gonna win the ASC Championship. Now it's like
- 1:54:06Speaker 1: the Super Bowls of formality.
- 1:54:09Speaker 3: Well, things might change next.
- 1:54:11Speaker 2: I'm proud of you, friend, Johnny, Johnny Atlanta, say it
- 1:54:15Speaker 2: ain't so Johnny.
- 1:54:17Speaker 16: Freddy, what's up all you guys?
- 1:54:19Speaker 2: How you doing all right?
- 1:54:20Speaker 19: Johnny had a long time, y'all were just talking about Atlanta.
- 1:54:24Speaker 19: I'm in a break from right now. Outside of Atlanta
- 1:54:26Speaker 19: and Sejuana Georgia, Paul, you probably are familiar. And I
- 1:54:31Speaker 19: still get a heat for that twenty eighth three Super
- 1:54:33Speaker 19: Bowl and everybody is rooting for us. But uh, you know,
- 1:54:36Speaker 19: I think we can do it. This ship got a
- 1:54:39Speaker 19: couple of questions. Well, first a comment, you guys, I
- 1:54:42Speaker 19: feel like you guys need to talk more on this
- 1:54:45Speaker 19: show about the micd up the Patriots might who's ever
- 1:54:50Speaker 19: responsible to the media team, the you know, production team
- 1:54:53Speaker 19: do a great job on those videos. I literally come
- 1:54:55Speaker 19: home and maybe because I'm come out of market and
- 1:54:59Speaker 19: I come home from and that's the first thing I
- 1:55:01Speaker 19: want to do is listen to those spiked up of
- 1:55:04Speaker 19: Gonzales and one last week with Milton Williams and Remandre.
- 1:55:09Speaker 19: I mean, if you are a real dialhold Patriots fans
- 1:55:12Speaker 19: like me, those videos need to be pumped up more.
- 1:55:14Speaker 19: I don't know how you guys can get more views,
- 1:55:17Speaker 19: more subscribers on YouTube. I mentioned that Matt Monrel maybe
- 1:55:21Speaker 19: last year, maybe guys put up like QR codes around
- 1:55:24Speaker 19: the stadium. Because there's no reason why you guys should
- 1:55:26Speaker 19: have more than like seven hundred thousand subscribers on YouTube
- 1:55:30Speaker 19: right now, because that's how I watch you guys show.
- 1:55:32Speaker 3: Well.
- 1:55:32Speaker 2: YouTube, we've been just we're building though. We it's just
- 1:55:36Speaker 2: the last couple of years we've really been focusing a
- 1:55:38Speaker 2: lot on YouTube. But you're right, we need to get more,
- 1:55:41Speaker 2: as you.
- 1:55:41Speaker 19: Should, Fred, because you know what the number one search
- 1:55:44Speaker 19: engine in the country is. I know, yeah, YouTube, Yeah, YouTube.
- 1:55:49Speaker 3: I need to find how to do something. That's where
- 1:55:51Speaker 3: I go. I go to YouTube.
- 1:55:53Speaker 16: Yeah.
