John Michael Greer on W.B. Yeats, Poetry, Magic, and the Fate of Nations
Send us Fan Mail
In this episode, I’m joined once again by John Michael Greer, this time to discuss his newest Aeon Books volume, The Magical Writings of W. B. Yeats.
Together, we discuss Yeats as a poet, magician, and highly-trained occult philosopher, with a special focus on the original 1925 edition of his great work, A Vision. We talk about George Yeats and the automatic writing that helped shape the system, as well as the works of Tolkien and Jung, the nature of Imaginal Realms, creative masks, and much more.
It's always a true pleasure to have JMG back on the show, and I hope you enjoy…
