- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. Now, look, I know this is going to
- 0:07shock a lot of you out there, but the DOJ
- 0:11is not playing by the rules. And now we have
- 0:15some confirmation that the Department of Justice. Why bank fraud
- 0:19alerts from the Epstein files and the companies that Epstein
- 0:24owned that kept moving money after his death? Now, why
- 0:29would the Justice Department be so worried about that? Why
- 0:33do they want to move so quickly to get rid
- 0:36of those alerts, to redact those alerts, to make sure
- 0:39the public doesn't know about Epstein's operation when it comes
- 0:44to all of the financials. That's the part they don't
- 0:48want you to know. That's the part they don't want
- 0:50you asking more questions about, because they understand the jeopardy
- 0:55that puts them in. Whenever you start chasing the bag
- 0:58and you start looking for the money man, you're putting
- 1:01yourself in a position where you can have some success
- 1:04as a prosecutor. But they've never wanted to do that,
- 1:09They've never had any desire to do that. And it's
- 1:12all by design. There is no other explanation for it.
- 1:16At this point, there's nobody that can explain to me
- 1:19why this money trail wasn't pursued the way it should
- 1:22have been pursued. If he was a regular drug dealer,
- 1:25forget it. They would have showed up with a tank
- 1:27and ripped his mom's wall off and dragged him out
- 1:30of the house. But Jeffrey Epstein, Fuck it. We'll just
- 1:35delete these alerts. We'll just redact everything, and we'll make
- 1:39pretend none of it ever happened, and hopefully everybody forgets.
- 1:44That's the plan, and unfortunately it's been pretty successful. So
- 1:50today we have an article from Raw Story and the
- 1:53headline DJ caught redacting files on Epstein company that moved
- 1:57millions after his death. This article was authored by David Edwards.
- 2:03The Justice Department quietly why bank fraud alerts from its
- 2:06Epstein files about Jeffrey Epstein's own company that kept moving
- 2:10millions after his death. A new report shows Look, we've
- 2:14been talking about these banks and how they mysteriously came
- 2:18alive after his death for years now. I mean, if
- 2:22you really want to get into it, and you really
- 2:25want to unfold what happened, the best way to do
- 2:27it is to give everybody a financial colonoscopy. Because once
- 2:32you start pressing people on financials, you know that it's
- 2:36only a matter of time before you find something. Do
- 2:39you really think that all these rich people got there
- 2:41by playing fair? Do you think they all got there
- 2:44by doing the right thing and not destroying people on
- 2:46the way. That's not how it works. These people do
- 2:51not care about the rest of us. When you have
- 2:54the kind of money that Jeffrey Epstein's associates have, when
- 2:57you have the kind of power, the kind of reach,
- 2:59do you think I think they give one single fuck
- 3:01about you, or your kids, or your dreams or your happiness.
- 3:05They do not. You're nothing more than chattel to them.
- 3:11Go fight in a war, go to work every day,
- 3:13do this, do that, but never achieve the same kinds
- 3:16of happiness they do. Never achieve the same kind of
- 3:20freedom that they do. And that's because we're all stuck
- 3:23on the plantation that they've made. Oh sure, it's not
- 3:26a plantation like the old days, but it's a plantation nonetheless.
- 3:32And instead of chains, the ties that bind us are financial.
- 3:38The alerts are called suspicious activity reports or stars filings
- 3:41banks send to the government when they spot suspicious transactions.
- 3:45And there's been a big problem when it comes to
- 3:47the SARS in Jeffrey Epstein throughout the years. I mean,
- 3:52how are you gonna hit Jeffrey Epstein with SARS after
- 3:55he's already dead? Why did in the company the banks
- 4:00do that previously? Well, I'll tell you why, because when
- 4:04he was alive, they were scared to do it. They
- 4:06were scared of him, and they thought that if they
- 4:08filed those ours, word would get back to him by
- 4:11whoever was handling his bullshit, So they didn't file them.
- 4:15Then afterwards, when they got caught with their pants down,
- 4:19they were like, oh, we better go and file these
- 4:20now so that later on down the road we can
- 4:23say that we filed them. But I'm not buying their
- 4:25bullshit and I'm not giving them that out the financial industry.
- 4:29The financial sector needs to be held accountable. Anybody that
- 4:33was involved, and especially anybody that benefited and profited from
- 4:37his bullshit, they have to be held accountable. Now. Do
- 4:42I think we're ever going to get to that place? Unfortunately,
- 4:45I do not. Just take a look at the people
- 4:48that are in charge of all of this as far
- 4:50as the Congress and the Senate and how laughable they are.
- 4:55Do you really think that Jeffrey Epstein's people, Leon Black
- 4:58fear Rocanna. Do you think they fear Thomas Massey? Do
- 5:03you think they fear Robert Garcia? They don't fear any
- 5:06of these people. And do you know why? Who do
- 5:10you think pays the bills? We can be as mad
- 5:13at the rich people as we want, but let's keep
- 5:16in mind they don't write the laws. They put the
- 5:19people in place to write the laws. So we can
- 5:23be mad, and we should be mad at these robber barons,
- 5:27but we should also be mad at the people that
- 5:29set the groundwork and the rules that allow it to happen.
- 5:32And for me, that's why I don't vote for these incumbents.
- 5:36Unless you've done something to make my life better, I'm
- 5:39not voting for you. Sorry. TD Bank and Charles Schwab
- 5:43filed them on Southern Country International and Offshore Bank Gap Skeein,
- 5:47owned in the US Virgin Islands. A Miami Herald investigation
- 5:50has revealed well, we knew that already, and we talked
- 5:54about it previously. And look, I'm not going to sit
- 5:57here and tell you the Miami Herald hasn't done great work.
- 6:00Have Julie K. Brown was at the forefront leading the charge,
- 6:04but there was a lot of other people that were
- 6:06on the ground talking about all this stuff for a
- 6:10very long time. And when it comes to the financial
- 6:14aspect of this, unfortunately a lot of people are playing
- 6:17catch up. The stars were briefly posted as part of
- 6:22the Epstein files, then pulled and re released completely blank.
- 6:26CBS News and The Herald both reported the Justice Department
- 6:30has not responded to questions about why embarrassment. They can't
- 6:35have their bag holders, the people that pay the bills,
- 6:38be embarrassed, now, can they. That's reserved for the survivors
- 6:42and for you and I. But then how dare you
- 6:46even suggest it? According to The Herald, Southern Country sat
- 6:50dormant for years, employing no one, which is not how
- 6:54it's supposed to be. Remember, we went through what all
- 6:57the regulations are when you have an offshore bank like that,
- 7:00you have to have employees that are locally based, all
- 7:03of it. But for whatever reason, Jeffrey Epstein, whatever reason,
- 7:08was able to avoid all of that and just do
- 7:10what he wanted. But sure, it's all a big conspiracy theory,
- 7:14and dude was acting on his own. In the months
- 7:18before Jeffrey Epstein's July twenty nineteen arrest on federal sex
- 7:21trafficking charges, more than twenty million suddenly flowed through it
- 7:26never a logical reasoning why. Nobody ever explained it and
- 7:29nobody ever tracked it. Not one forensic accountant was interested
- 7:33in what was going on. That seems bizarre to me.
- 7:38After Epstein was found dead in his Manhattan jel cell
- 7:40on August tenth, another twenty five million moved through Southern Country,
- 7:45with roughly a quarter coming from unknown sources. The Herald
- 7:48reported the company was said to have no employees. So
- 7:52how's it moving? Who was behind the sticks? Who ordered
- 7:56the transaction? Where did it originate? Where did it go?
- 8:02I have questions? According to the Herald, TD Bank reviewed
- 8:08the accounts a month after his death and flagged the
- 8:10activity to the Treasury Department. Oh how noble of them.
- 8:15They did such a great job flagging it. After The
- 8:18idea is you send the star as the transaction occurs,
- 8:21and then that way Finnsin is aware of what's going
- 8:24on and they can act. But that never happened when
- 8:28it comes to Jeffrey Epstein. A majority of the affected
- 8:33accounts were opened in twenty nineteen and the subsequent funding
- 8:36of those accounts appears to have been conducted in a
- 8:39wilfully deceitful manner intended to disguise the sources of funds
- 8:44as originating with Jeffrey Epstein. TD Bank wrote, probably laundering
- 8:48some money, coloring it up. It's my guess the question
- 8:52is for who. Well, we have some likely suspects. I mean,
- 8:57we know he was doing big time work for Leon Black,
- 8:59we know he was doing big work for Les Wexner,
- 9:02So right off the bat, those two dudes should be
- 9:05suspects in my opinion. The Herald also reported that the
- 9:09federal and Virgin Islands investigators opened a wire fraud probe
- 9:12in twenty twenty into a fifteen million dollar wire sent
- 9:16to Southern Country from Jeffrey Epstein's account at Deutsche Bank.
- 9:20It arrived the day after Epstein died. The probe was
- 9:23quietly closed four years later at FBI memo shows, with
- 9:27no stated findings and no stated reason. Well, yeah, we're
- 9:30not privy to that. Go get ft typical FBI bullshit.
- 9:36They do not care about transparency, and they don't care
- 9:39about the fact that they work for us. They do
- 9:42what they want to do and it's not about the truth,
- 9:45it's not about justice, It's about protecting the institution. The
- 9:51redacted stars are part of a broader pattern of the
- 9:53DOJ shielding financial records tied to Epstein. Representative Jamie Raskin
- 9:58last year demanded records from major banks on more than
- 10:02one point five billion in suspicious Epstein transactions. The critics
- 10:06say the DOJ has protected potential associates while exposing victims. Well,
- 10:11that's true. That's not even up for debate. And the
- 10:15fact that they've been guarded about the bank records is
- 10:17one of my biggest problems. How long have I been
- 10:20crying about it? I'm sure most of you are sick
- 10:23of hearing it. At this point, the DOJ seems to
- 10:28have made no errors in redacting the names of potential
- 10:31associates and potential abusers in the files. One survivor's attorney
- 10:35told MS NOW, we took great pains to make sure
- 10:39that we protected victims. Acting Attorney General Todd baby Blanche,
- 10:43who previously served as one of President Donald Trump's personal lawyers,
- 10:47told ABC News. US District Judge EMTT Sullivan of the
- 10:52District of Columbia ruled last month that Blanche has conceded
- 10:56that he's in violation of the Epstein Files Transparency Act,
- 11:00the law Trump signed in November twenty twenty five, which
- 11:03requires the DOJ to release its Epstein records responding to
- 11:07a July second deadline. Blanched Old the court the redactions
- 11:11were legally justified and asked Sullivan for his sixty day extension,
- 11:15declining to release the documents because you know, he can
- 11:18do whatever he wants whenever he wants to do it,
- 11:20and time and time again they get away with it.
- 11:25So is this time going to be any different? Well,
- 11:28that's going to be up to Judge Sullivan, and when
- 11:31he makes a decision one way or the other will
- 11:33get that bad boy added to the catalog. Until then,
- 11:37that's going to do it for this one. All the
- 11:39information that goes with this episode can be found in
- 11:42the description box.
