Transcript
- 0:04Let's talk. Hello everyone, welcome back.
- 0:09Hey there. You said hey there, hey there.
- 0:12Wow, they deserve more than that.
- 0:13They deserve the love. Right.
- 0:14What's? Up weirdos.
- 0:16Thank you. That's a proper introduction.
- 0:18But today, we're going to take it back all the way to 2012,
- 0:22just to start off this insane story of a fisherman that was
- 0:25stranded at sea for 438 days. He made it back safely.
- 0:28Wait. 438 days is so long. Is the longest I think that
- 0:32anyone's ever been stranded at sea.
- 0:34Like ever. So he's got that record under
- 0:36his belt. But the second he came back he
- 0:38got sued for $1,000,000 by the family of his shipmate for
- 0:44cannibalism apparently. What I need to know what proof
- 0:50they had to be like you ate my son.
- 0:53OK, and we're going to get into it because I don't even know.
- 0:56Like they told the story. He's got a whole book and
- 0:58everything, but it's really interesting.
- 0:59If we can go to my screen, this is Salvador Alvarenda.
- 1:04Please come for me. Like attack me if I got his last
- 1:07name wrong. But I believe so.
- 1:08He's 36 and he washed the shore in January of 2014 and the
- 1:15Marshall Islands after leaving for a 2 day fishing trip.
- 1:18Two days, two days, he didn't have enough food.
- 1:21He didn't have enough nothing, but he was cousin alone.
- 1:23He hired a 22 year old Ezekiel Cordoba I believe.
- 1:27Come for me again if I got it wrong $50, which in my opinion
- 1:31is not enough for two. Days he paid him $50. $50.00 to
- 1:34go on a fishing trip with him and he wasn't even the one who's
- 1:37supposed to go with him. He had a friend like a regular.
- 1:40He had to back out and so he hired this 22 year old to go
- 1:42with him and they were out at sea for 438 days, right?
- 1:48They came across a storm and he radioed in and say, Oh my God,
- 1:52things are going on, we need help, we need rescue.
- 1:54That was the last bit of communication we ever got from
- 1:56them. Apparently.
- 1:57I think the storm is what knocked out the communication
- 2:00system and what took all their food off the boat because I
- 2:03think it was like an open. So they didn't even have the
- 2:05food they brought? No.
- 2:06Oh my God. So they were panicking.
- 2:08They decided that they're just going to drift and figure it
- 2:11out. So they haunted like birds and
- 2:13fish. They drank their own urine and
- 2:15sea water and they drank the blood of like what, fish or
- 2:18something? Turtles of turtles.
- 2:21They drank the blood of turtles. To survive and so they were out
- 2:23there just scrounging, making it happen.
- 2:25And apparently when they ate one of the fish or one of the birds,
- 2:29it made Cordoba, the 22 year old, really sick and so he
- 2:32refused to eat the raw meat since then.
- 2:34But like that was the only food that they were getting, so.
- 2:38He starved to death. Eventually he starved to death,
- 2:40but not before he told Avarenza that to like go find his mom and
- 2:43tell him what happened and to make him promised to not eat
- 2:46him. He made him promise not to eat
- 2:49him before he died. OK.
- 2:52So that's a very odd thing to be like very specific.
- 2:56Did we have a conversation about eating each other beforehand?
- 2:59Right. Because yes, I would assume so.
- 3:02You're stuck out there that whole time.
- 3:04Listen, I love you to death, but I would eat you.
- 3:09Oh my God, you already died. That's insane.
- 3:11Well, I got a lot of you on my phone, so like, you're welcome.
- 3:14You'll last like a couple weeks with me.
- 3:16You're welcome, my goodness. But were they like looking at
- 3:19each other before they died and looking like it's?
- 3:20What I'm saying, and we have to go off of exactly how it
- 3:26happened. I did read a really interesting
- 3:28thing that he had like a Wilson moment if y'all are familiar
- 3:31with Castaway, where he kept his body on the ship.
- 3:35For six. Days and talked and talked to
- 3:37him and had you know. He had a whole experience with
- 3:41him. We're not supposed to be alone.
- 3:43No. And he realized he was insane.
- 3:45So apparently, allegedly, let's throw that around.
- 3:49He he, you know, threw him overboard and was like, I'm not
- 3:52going to do this anymore. But According to him, he did not
- 3:56eat him. OK, but his family does not
- 3:58believe him. Exactly this lawsuit. $1,000,000
- 4:01saying that you ate our child to survive.
- 4:04I'm not laughing. It's so horrible.
- 4:07It's just so ridiculous. Like what?
- 4:10How do you know? Did he say something or but also
- 4:13like, OK, so he this is when he got back right?
- 4:17Cankles still full cheeks still full.
- 4:21I'm not saying anything but like.
- 4:24You're saying he eat? But he ate well, Yeah.
- 4:27He was the guy on Lost, The bigger guy on Lost.
- 4:30He was still big. Still big.
- 4:33Miraculously, 438 days and he looks like he's been eating
- 4:38really, really well. Oh, no, I know.
- 4:41And he looks really happy and I'm sure he's got a lot of
- 4:43trauma from it. And so it's not right to say
- 4:46anything definitively, right? But like what I'm just saying.
- 4:50And I really couldn't find anything about the results of
- 4:52the lawsuit, like what happened. It was a.
- 4:55Drop to right. You know if.
- 4:57Anybody's heard about that? Let us know.
- 4:58Please let us know because I'm really curious.
- 5:00It's like, what evidence did they have to?
- 5:05Yeah, Did he actually eat you? You can't, you know, But that's
- 5:10insane and I feel really bad for the family.
- 5:13He was only 22. It was supposed to be two days.
- 5:15It was. Just a little job.
- 5:16Clearly for 50 bucks he was just doing something, Yeah.
- 5:20And they got lost for more than a year.
- 5:24The whole story like stinks, sucks and like you said the
- 5:27survivor, he probably has a whole lot of trauma, had to make
- 5:30decisions that he's not proud of and and everything.
- 5:33I hope one of the decisions wasn't eating.
- 5:34Wasn't eating him. But but.
- 5:37I wouldn't even OK, can I say something?
- 5:40Yes. I wouldn't even blame of if that
- 5:42was one of the decisions he made.
- 5:43You are trying to survive. Correct.
- 5:45Exactly. You people do whatever they need
- 5:48to do to survive, yes, so. And he was already dead, I say
- 5:51again. I mean.
- 5:54It is Yellow Jackets. It is because I understood
- 5:57Jackie was in yellow. Jackie was dead.
- 6:01Wait. And also why?
- 6:03Did they make her seem like she smelled so good?
- 6:06Because she was getting baked. Yeah, and the snow fell on her
- 6:10and it was just. Like and they woke up in the
- 6:12morning and like so I'm smelling good.
- 6:17It's insane. So it's giving lost and Yellow
- 6:19jackets just a little bit. And so I don't know, like I
- 6:22don't know what happened. I really don't.
- 6:25But it's an interesting story, it is.
- 6:27I know, so I wouldn't blame you bro.
- 6:32That's all I'm saying, OK. We are going to switch to my
- 6:37screen please. Well, if you have been online at
- 6:41all in the past couple of days, you might have heard about the
- 6:44story about 100 ducks left for the cleaner in the house.
- 6:49I'm going to remain composed. OK.
- 6:52We're good, we're good. So if you want to pause and
- 6:55read, if you haven't read it, but when?
- 6:56The first red flag for me is 2 hour cleaner.
- 6:59So you don't know her name is 1 because usually you have the
- 7:03same person that comes to your house.
- 7:05To our cleaner unless it was like one of those services that
- 7:08was like one time higher. After doing a little research,
- 7:11it seemed like she had a personal contract with these
- 7:13people to clean their home, so they couldn't even address her
- 7:16by her real name. When they demanded that she do a
- 7:21better job at cleaning their house and for them to help, they
- 7:24put 100 teeny tiny little ducks all over left that jar, and she
- 7:28had to put all 100 ducks back in the jar before she left, so they
- 7:32were ensured that she did a good job cleaning.
- 7:35That is so demeaning. That is so demeaning.
- 7:38The audacity. Yeah, because like you one don't
- 7:42know my name, don't care enough to address me by my name 2 You
- 7:45think this is a game? Putting her on 100 little
- 7:47duckies? You think this is cute right
- 7:49around your house? So I can just like what?
- 7:51We're all adults here, if there's something you would like
- 7:53me to pay attention to when I'm cleaning.
- 7:55Or do better than you. You tell me and you talk about
- 7:57it, but you don't put around. Ducks, listen to me.
- 8:00OK, I have a problem. This All right, So I there was
- 8:04some pictures. Her name is Devin, by the way.
- 8:07Devin. I found her on TikTok.
- 8:09I like that name. They spent so much time putting
- 8:11these ducks all over the house. And there's some of these
- 8:15pictures that look quite filthy. Yeah.
- 8:19The place is nasty. You could have cleaned your own
- 8:22shit by this time. All the time you spent hiding.
- 8:24Around your ducks and. Stuff, I mean, just putting the
- 8:27duck on filth. It's like to go around it.
- 8:29That's wild. Work.
- 8:31Oh my God, look at that. And how many did?
- 8:34She find Oh my God like 70 of them or something.
- 8:37She didn't even find them all. Bless her for.
- 8:39Even doing that, because I would have quit the second I saw that
- 8:42note the. Second the second.
- 8:43Okay, so there was an update which I was really excited
- 8:46about. And so Devin did finish the day
- 8:50and then she sent them an e-mail basically terminating her
- 8:53contract. And she said, quote, after
- 8:54finding the note and the ducks today, I want to end the
- 8:57contract. I'm here to do my job
- 8:59professionally, not to play games or be tested.
- 9:01Period. Exactly.
- 9:03Yes. Would you like to hear their
- 9:05response? They had a response.
- 9:07They did if it's. Anything other than I
- 9:10understand. I'm about to be real upset right
- 9:11now. Oh.
- 9:13OK, I honestly thought it would be fun and lighthearted.
- 9:16Just a joke the hubby and I picked.
- 9:17Sorry to see you go, all the best.
- 9:21You see how backhanded that was? Oh.
- 9:25My God, just me and the hubby we thought about, right?
- 9:29OK, you go pick them up then. And she did, because she didn't
- 9:32find them all. Exactly.
- 9:33Go pick. Up the rest of.
- 9:34Them look at that since it's on the fudge.
- 9:38So instead of picking up the sponge and cleaning for
- 9:40yourself, you put the duck on this one.
- 9:41You see how like absolutely petty this is?
- 9:44Backhanded just rude. It's rude.
- 9:47But to be like, I don't have respect.
- 9:49I don't even know your name. I don't have respect for what
- 9:51you do in my apartment, mind you.
- 9:54So you know, here, just go do this thing.
- 9:56We thought it was. She didn't think it would be fun
- 9:57because her note said we want to ensure exactly cleaning.
- 10:02This was not a fun little game. No, it wasn't.
- 10:05But when I call you out about it, all of a sudden it's game.
- 10:07Of course it's a game all of a sudden.
- 10:09Oh, I love that. So when I went when I went to
- 10:14the TikTok I found a couple comments that I thought were
- 10:16hilarious so I would have just spent my time finding them and
- 10:19not cleaning. I would have left a note saying
- 10:21sorry I didn't get to cleaning as I was too busy finding all
- 10:24the ducks you lost that you wanted my help to find.
- 10:28Exactly. Exactly.
- 10:29You know what? Yeah.
- 10:31Absolute facts. Oh my God.
- 10:34Because. You gave me an additional task.
- 10:35Let's think about that now. Yes, and so I have to stop
- 10:38cleaning to pick. Up a duck.
- 10:39Exactly. And stop cleaning and walk over
- 10:41to the little jar and make sure I don't lose it because those
- 10:43things are so. Small, tiny, like she couldn't
- 10:45even get like the medium sized one.
- 10:47No, she's little teeny. Tiny, I want you on your hands
- 10:49and knees scrounging around my my filthy ass house to find
- 10:53these for. Sure, they were happy.
- 10:54Just the visual of her looking for the ducks, you know what I
- 11:02mean? Look what we can get our cleaner
- 11:04to do type of thing, you know. So disgusting, isn't it?
- 11:07Yeah, it's. You have a disgusting
- 11:10personality, both you and your hubby.
- 11:12Y'all can kick that. Y'all thought this was fun?
- 11:14I mean, adult Mean Girls are not.
- 11:16Are not. They're not.
- 11:17Cool, you should have grown out of that already, you know.
- 11:19So no shout out to her for even finding the ducks.
- 11:22I no. No, I wouldn't.
- 11:24Have not me. I would have sent her an e-mail
- 11:26as soon as I got there and quit. Quickly with a quickness.
- 11:29We're then we're done. We're done.
- 11:34OK, I'm just that's so irritating and disrespectful and
- 11:38I hate her for that. Thank you.
- 11:41All right, so to wrap it up all week we have different Reddit
- 11:44story times. I have to, my mom has to, so I'm
- 11:47going to start with mine. This one is petty and I hope you
- 11:49all like it. You guys love Petty.
- 11:51Don't even tell me because. You love Petty, OK.
- 11:56All right, my Co worker microwaved fish in 2021 and I've
- 12:01been signing her up for Scientology newsletters every
- 12:03week ever since. Oh my God, if you don't know how
- 12:09determined Scientology is, oh, that's a good one.
- 12:12They're going to be on her back for forever.
- 12:15If you move, they find you. But she said every week ever
- 12:18since, so not just one, she is continuing.
- 12:22I love it, right love? This girl, Yes.
- 12:25She said I work in a small office, like 14 people.
- 12:28We have one microwave in a tiny break room with no windows, an
- 12:31event that hasn't worked properly since Obama was
- 12:33president. In March 2021, a Co worker named
- 12:37Linda heated up leftover salmon, a whole container of salmon with
- 12:41some kind of cream sauce. She microwaved it for 4 minutes.
- 12:45I watched that she punched in 400 like it was nothing, like
- 12:49she wasn't about to commit a war crime.
- 12:51Listen, I have worked in many offices.
- 12:53You do not heat up fish. You do not eat a broccoli you
- 12:57don't bring. Tuna and she said 4 minutes she.
- 13:03Recooked that shit, yeah. She said the snow lasted 3 days.
- 13:10The worst part is that we had clients come in and ask if
- 13:13something died. My jacket smelled like fish for
- 13:16a week and I had to throw out a sandwich that was in the fridge
- 13:19because it absorbed the fish aura.
- 13:21It was Turkey and tasted like betrayal, you know, and I took
- 13:25that person. Absolutely.
- 13:27I complained to HR and they sent an e-mail about being mindful of
- 13:30smelly foods. Linda replied all saying sorry
- 13:34if anyone was bothered with a :).
- 13:37Bothered if bet so. That night I went home and I
- 13:42signed her work e-mail up for a Church of Scientology mailing
- 13:45list, just to feel something. I like this girl.
- 13:48I love her. I thought it would be a one time
- 13:51thing, but then I saw how annoyed she got.
- 13:53I kept getting these weird emails from Scientologists.
- 13:55He told everyone. I don't know how they got my
- 13:57info. I noticed sympathetically.
- 13:59I signed her up again that night with a different form.
- 14:04It's been almost four years and every Sunday night I find a new
- 14:07Scientology website or church location form to submit her
- 14:10e-mail. Sometimes her work phone too.
- 14:13She's gotten physical mail at the office.
- 14:15Someone from the church actually called her once and said she and
- 14:18she had to explain that she wasn't interested for 20
- 14:20minutes. Oh my God, I was eating my lunch
- 14:22watching it happen. Your non salmon or a sandwich?
- 14:25Exactly. She's complained to IT multiple
- 14:29times and they can't figure out how these people keep finding
- 14:32her. I have a folder on my phone with
- 14:34like 40 different Scientology related sign up pages.
- 14:37Bookmark. I find one for a free stress
- 14:40test and user info and someone showed up at the office looking
- 14:43for her. I almost cried laughing in the
- 14:45bathroom. It's getting mean at this point,
- 14:47isn't it? She still works here and hasn't
- 14:52microwave fish again. But it's not about the fish
- 14:55anymore. It's about commitment.
- 14:56And I will never stop. Oh my God, when I'm dead, my
- 14:59ghost will still be signing up Linda for reading for for E
- 15:03meter demonstrations. Anyway, that's my revenge.
- 15:06The fish was four years ago. Linda gets emails every week.
- 15:08We're both trapped in this. Forever.
- 15:10Forever. Oh, I keep getting reminded I'm
- 15:13not petty enough. Like, no, I thought I was petty,
- 15:15Patty. No, these people are head first.
- 15:18It is their full. Time, job.
- 15:20They're like, I don't know what it's like to be normal anymore.
- 15:22This is what I do. This is my personality now.
- 15:25It's part of her routine. Every Sunday, she sits down and
- 15:27finds a new Scientology e-mail. This is amazing.
- 15:30Amazing. I'm going to use.
- 15:32That you know, Absolutely. You know.
- 15:34And it's torture because they will never leave you alone for
- 15:36the rest of your life. They really won't.
- 15:38I used to work with a guy who told me that he went to an event
- 15:43and, you know, he wasn't sure. I don't remember if he knew it
- 15:45was a Scientology thing, but they got his his address.
- 15:49They didn't get like his e-mail or phone number or anything, but
- 15:51they got his address and then he's moved three times since
- 15:54then and they always find his new address.
- 15:55That's, I don't even know how they do that.
- 15:57That's. So creepy.
- 15:58How do you even find me? Why are you still searching for
- 16:01me? I don't.
- 16:02Know. If I said no, no.
- 16:04No, what are you talking about? This is your eternal soul.
- 16:10Well. All right, am I the asshole for
- 16:16how I reacted to my friend's religious remark at my mom's
- 16:19funeral? Let's get into it, please.
- 16:23OK, my 24 female friend, 25 female came to the funeral for
- 16:28my mom who died of cancer around Christmas time.
- 16:31She came over to give me her condolences and asked about the
- 16:34details of how my mom passed. I told her it was my mom's
- 16:37second battle with cancer and how she had lots of
- 16:39complications. She said, Quote, I'm so glad
- 16:44nothing like that has ever happened to me or my family.
- 16:47We're blessed and highly favored.
- 16:49God doesn't play about us. Oh, so you?
- 16:51Told me God just doesn't care about me.
- 16:54This made me extremely angry, I said Glad to know your God plays
- 17:00about my family and all the other people in the world dying
- 17:03of cancer. Exactly.
- 17:04Yeah. So you guys are his favorites?
- 17:06Oh my God, what? I caused the scene.
- 17:10Oh yeah. And you got really upset, she
- 17:12and her family said. I'm wrong for attacking someone,
- 17:15just being kind and offering their condolences.
- 17:19And that's probably why God didn't look after my mom.
- 17:23Aw, what did you say? I said I want them gone from the
- 17:29funeral. Since then I haven't spoken to
- 17:30them or any of the people defending them.
- 17:33Am I the asshole? Absolutely not.
- 17:34No matter of fact, I'm going to find every ounce of dirt on her
- 17:39since we're being petty. Right, we're in the petty field
- 17:42right now. I feel like God should know
- 17:44about all the things that you've done.
- 17:46He want to know. He knows now we need to let the
- 17:50congregation know everybody, everybody, everybody is because
- 17:55God don't play about you, but he plays about everybody else.
- 17:57Apparently you think he's special girl.
- 18:00Right, I'm here to. Play.
- 18:02Enough of that. Excuse me?
- 18:05My God, and to be so sanctimonious and so just rude
- 18:10and disrespectful. I was just.
- 18:11You know you can. Feel that yes, I'm so grateful
- 18:15that's never happened to anybody in my family 100% but why would
- 18:18you say that to the person mourning their mother who died
- 18:21just a few days ago? Just.
- 18:22A few days ago, yeah. That's insane.
- 18:25People have a lot of nerve, right?
- 18:36Yes. Not kind, not generous, not
- 18:41going by what I assume. Are the principles.
- 18:44Of that said religion. That part.
- 18:48So yeah, that wasn't nice at all.
- 18:50Yeah, I. Clutched my pearls when I read
- 18:51that one. Like, excuse me, All right,
- 18:55well, I don't want to be had any more lies, but I, you know, I
- 19:00figured we can do something nice and have a little cute. 1 So I
- 19:03have a cute confession here. So it's confession.
- 19:06I think I'm falling in love with my husband.
- 19:09My husband and I are 24. We've been very close friends
- 19:12since we were 14 and have been married for about 5 months now.
- 19:16The thing is, our marriage was strictly out of convenience.
- 19:18I was a single mom to a one year old.
- 19:21His father and I haven't been together since I was three
- 19:23months pregnant, and my husband has just taken guardianship of
- 19:26his cousin, who's only a few months younger than my son.
- 19:29Since the kids are so close in age, we decided pretty much
- 19:32immediately to introduce them to each other.
- 19:34They've been best friends ever since, and after that my son and
- 19:37I were over at their house every day.
- 19:39The marriage was purely my idea. My son and I were practically
- 19:42living at their house and we had already had a conversation about
- 19:45raising the kids together. I figured, why not?
- 19:47We get the tax benefits, we combine our incomes, and we, the
- 19:50kids would grow up in a two parent household, right?
- 19:53I did think about the chance that one of us could find
- 19:55someone else down the line and mess everything up, but it
- 19:58wasn't high on my radar. I gave up on relationships after
- 20:00my son's father and my husband wasn't really the type of
- 20:03relationship before we got married.
- 20:05I've never really seen him express interest in anyone.
- 20:08Ever since I've known him, we've always had a running joke with
- 20:11our friends that he'd be the single uncle that one of our
- 20:14kids would have to take care of when he gets old.
- 20:16Clearly we didn't think that he would be an adoptive father, but
- 20:19that's besides the point. Anyways, I brought it up to him
- 20:21as kind of a joke one night. I was terrified to be serious
- 20:24about it. I don't know why Girl.
- 20:26I know why she likes. Me.
- 20:30And then we were married 3 weeks.
- 20:31Later. Oh wow.
- 20:32So quick. Everything happened so fast and
- 20:35it's still insane to me because I fully expected him to call me
- 20:38stupid for even coming up with the idea.
- 20:40I did not expect him to agree and follow through so quickly.
- 20:43But that's the long back story on everything so everyone
- 20:45understands. The first few weeks of our
- 20:47marriage felt like no different than what we're doing.
- 20:49The only real difference was that my son and I moved in and
- 20:52we were living with them. As of right now, we live in a
- 20:54three bedroom apartment. Babies share a room and my
- 20:56husband and I share a room. I was.
- 20:58It was definitely weird sleeping in the same bed every night, but
- 21:01we both got used to it. Eventually.
- 21:02After maybe the first month I got too used to it and started
- 21:05completely sleeping through my alarms.
- 21:07I don't know why, but I started sleeping so heavily that I had
- 21:10to be physically woken up. So he feels comfortable because
- 21:13I do the same thing. So every morning when my alarms
- 21:17go off, I it wakes my husband up.
- 21:19He rolls over, rubs my back, and whispers in my ear to wake up.
- 21:22Kill. Me.
- 21:25That's so cute. OK, for background, my husband
- 21:30is a pretty prickly person. He doesn't like physical contact
- 21:33with other people. In our entire 10 years of being
- 21:35friends, we hugged once. So this with the little eye
- 21:38emoji literally rewrites my bank chemistry every morning.
- 21:43Even typing this out right now, I'm generally feeling
- 21:45butterflies and it's so weird. It probably sounds so stupid,
- 21:48but that's not it. Around the same time, he started
- 21:51bringing home flowers every Friday night.
- 21:53I was majorly confused the first time, but he said he's trying to
- 21:55set a good example for what relationships could look like to
- 21:58the kids. He grew up with a single mom and
- 22:00never met his dad, so he didn't necessarily have a good example
- 22:03either. Even though he's using it to set
- 22:05an example, it gently makes me so happy.
- 22:07Every Friday I look forward to getting home from work and
- 22:10seeing what bouquet he got me this time.
- 22:12I'm not sure what I'm feeling if I'm just over romanticizing the
- 22:15situation and looking too much into things.
- 22:17But the past couple weeks I've been feeling like a child with a
- 22:19crush. He makes me blessed from just
- 22:21looking at me. I've never felt that way about
- 22:23anyone before. Now I'm feeling ultra stupid
- 22:25because what if I catch feelings and he doesn't?
- 22:28Then it's just A1 sided marriage.
- 22:30I'm also scared that I'm feeling this way because I've never been
- 22:32treated right before in my past relationships.
- 22:34Like am I falling in love with him or is it the feeling of
- 22:37being treated how I should be right?
- 22:40I don't know and I'm confused. I think I'm messed up.
- 22:43That OK, So it's like a lavender marriage.
- 22:46It kind of. But neither one of them are.
- 22:49Are gay No, they just did it for convenience for the kids.
- 22:52But she's like, wait, I kind of like.
- 22:54I'm kind of loving him. And so she's right.
- 22:56And she's so, you know, she's really good at examining herself
- 23:00and she's like, am I falling in love with him or with the way
- 23:02he's treating me? Because I've never been treated
- 23:03well. Exactly.
- 23:04And so. I mean, that's so cute, though.
- 23:07That's so adorable, isn't it? I need an update in a year.
- 23:10Yeah, like. Give me an update please tell me
- 23:14you said something or I know it's awkward like if he says no
- 23:17then you guys are like stuck. And now you're stuck in his
- 23:19marriage and now there's hurt feelings and all.
- 23:20Exactly. That is absolutely adorable.
- 23:24And he's not falling. In love with him.
- 23:25And him not touching anyone and then choosing stop to rub her
- 23:29back. Because I get that.
- 23:30I'm telling you, when my husband's in the house and I'm
- 23:33I'm asleep, but when he's not here, I'm like, did you hear
- 23:36that? Hyper aware.
- 23:37Did you hear what's going on? I sleep well when he's home.
- 23:40Healthy relationships y'all feeling?
- 23:43Safe. I'm sure he feels safe with her.
- 23:45Right. And then I'm sure they treat
- 23:47each other's kids really well. And honestly, I hope the best
- 23:51for both of them. I love that it's so.
- 23:52Cute. It's adorable.
- 23:53I know. All right, our last one is not
- 23:58sweet and. I was hoping to keep the lot,
- 24:01you know, but never mind, that's fine.
- 24:05Am I overreacting? My wife got a 1:00 AM call from
- 24:08a guy friend right after a late night cycling trip.
- 24:11Nah, man, Nah. 1:00 AM. Late cycling trip girl girl.
- 24:19Alright. My wife, mid 30s, and I have
- 24:22been married for years, but we're going through a rocky
- 24:24patch right now. Lots of arguments, feeling
- 24:26distant, that kind of thing. Last night she went out cycling
- 24:30for about two hours, which is unusual because it was already
- 24:33dark out. OK, it's not.
- 24:37Just in her on her bike? What?
- 24:40Woman, do you know that go out in the middle of the night to go
- 24:43cycling by herself? Absolutely not Really, no.
- 24:48So that's a lie. Red flag #1.
- 24:50Yeah, let me bring. It out?
- 24:51Yeah, bring it out. There we go.
- 24:55OK, she comes home, barely says anything and jumps straight into
- 24:58the shower. Pick that up.
- 25:00No, straight into the shower girl, you're watching the sex
- 25:04off. She washing the sex off exactly.
- 25:11There's no other way to say it, I'm sorry.
- 25:14A little while after she got in there, her phone rings at 1:00
- 25:17AM from some guy she claims is an old friend from college.
- 25:20I only knew because her iPad synced to her phone started
- 25:23ringing in the other room and the call got picked up almost
- 25:26immediately on her end, like she was expecting it or something.
- 25:30Oh no. When I asked about it later, she
- 25:33said who it was and that he was just calling to let her know
- 25:36he's visiting soon with his son, but she's never mentioned this
- 25:39guy before and she didn't say anything about planning to meet
- 25:42up anyone. Given our rough spot in the word
- 25:44timing, this feels super suspicious to me.
- 25:47Am I overreacting or is this a red flag?
- 25:49Nah, babe, Yeah, I'm going to go ahead and announce this as a
- 25:54loss for the women on this channel because that's really
- 25:57bad and. Yeah.
- 26:03Immediately in the shower, babe. Immediately in the shower.
- 26:07And if this is a friend of yours from college, why is he calling
- 26:11at 1:00? AM at 1:00 AM.
- 26:13Nobody better call my phone at 1:00 AM unless it is an
- 26:15emergency with family. OK, what?
- 26:18OK. And then you rush to pick.
- 26:20It up? Yeah, Go cycling for two hours.
- 26:24Two. Really.
- 26:26I. Am such a girl's girl, but you?
- 26:28Are. Killing me.
- 26:29There's no. Other way to say it, I'm sorry
- 26:31but. You are a cheater.
- 26:32Yeah, 100% cheater. You're not overreacting.
- 26:35No, you need to do what you need to do for you exactly because.
- 26:38Did they mention they have kids? They did not mention that.
- 26:41They just said they've been married for years.
- 26:42OK, Yeah. Because kids make it hard to
- 26:44leave and bro you need to. Leave, just bounce.
- 26:47She let her be with college friends cycling.
- 26:49Cycling let her pick up those 1:00 AM phone calls.
- 26:53Really. Giving me the IT girl.
- 26:55Do better do. Better, and that's all I.
- 27:00Have. Oh, lovely.
- 27:01We did it. All right, y'all.
- 27:04We'll see you next week. We love you.
- 27:07Thank you. Thank you to our thank you.
- 27:10Son, I'm going to say the number because I'm I'm paying attention
- 27:12to all of y'all. So 12 of you.
- 27:13Hi, I love. You welcome.
- 27:17Welcome. We're happy to have you.
- 27:18Yes, welcome to the chaos.
