- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to take a
- 0:06trip across the pond and we're gonna check in on
- 0:09the Joe exotic of the Windsor family and his latest
- 0:13Epstein related problems. And boy are those problems growing. Because
- 0:19now Andrew is being probed by the prosecutors over in England.
- 0:25And this is a pretty big development because previously the
- 0:29authorities over in England really didn't have the will to
- 0:32pursue this matter. And that's because the Crown, well with
- 0:36the King basically saying do what you gotta do. Things
- 0:39have changed and I would not be shocked to see
- 0:42Prince Andrew end up in serious trouble, but not for
- 0:45Jeffrey Epstein. Not for the actual abuse I mean, but
- 0:49for passing classified information to Epstein, for giving Epstein information
- 0:55Epstein shouldn't have, and probably for some financial crimes as well.
- 1:00One things for sure, the stakes have never been higher
- 1:04for Prince Andrew. This article was published by the Sun
- 1:07and the headline Andrew probed by criminal prosecutors over Epstein's
- 1:12scandal as police issue major update after latest file bombshell.
- 1:19This article was authored by Summer Ray Mason, Sam Creed,
- 1:24Emily Jane Davies, and Luisa Wolf. Earlier this week, we
- 1:29revealed how bombshell Epstein files showed Andy leaked trade envoy
- 1:34documents to his friend and convicted sex offender. Yeah, not
- 1:38a good look, obviously, if you're a trade envoy, you
- 1:41probably shouldn't be giving any information to anybody, right, confidentiality issues,
- 1:46all kinds of stuff. But to give it to Epstein
- 1:50of all people, yikes, And again timelines matter. Andrew knew
- 1:54exactly what Epstein was, he didn't care. Docs revealed the
- 2:02humiliated ex duke had passed on an email containing at
- 2:05least four documents in twenty ten when acting as UK
- 2:09Global Trade Envoy. Andrew set the attachments within minutes of
- 2:14receiving them on November thirtieth, twenty ten, while visiting Epstein
- 2:18at his New York apartment. Can someone please explain to
- 2:21me how that's not illegal? How Prince Andrew is it
- 2:25in handcuffs? I mean, we're talking about national security here.
- 2:30We're not even just talking about being a degenerate. We're
- 2:34talking about national security implications. My guy is handing off
- 2:37state secrets to an intelligence asset for god knows who.
- 2:43These are serious, serious claims and they need to be
- 2:45dealt with in a serious manner under official guidance, and
- 2:50voys have a duty of confidentiality over sensitive commercial or
- 2:55political information about official visits. On Monday, cops confirmed the claim.
- 3:00We're being urgently assessed. Now, look, I have my doubts
- 3:04if anything's gonna come of it. But one thing I
- 3:07will say that's different is the King has tacitly given
- 3:11his support to the authorities to do whatever they have
- 3:14to do. And that's a little bit different than what
- 3:16we've seen in the past. So is it going to
- 3:19change things. Maybe, But I have my doubts, and I
- 3:22had being cynical about it all. But history has proven
- 3:26that cynicism is proper here because every time we think
- 3:31that there is going to be a turn, every time
- 3:33we think somebody like Andrew is going to be held accountable,
- 3:36something else happens. So I'm not holding my breath here.
- 3:42And today Tame's Valley Police assist in Chief Constable Oliver
- 3:45Wright said, we can confirm today that Tame's Valley Police
- 3:50is leading the ongoing assessment of allegations relating to misconduct
- 3:54in public office, folks, this is the blueprint. This is
- 4:00what I'm talking about here in America. Follow the money,
- 4:03follow the documents. There's no argument there. You can't really
- 4:07dispute that it is what it is, right, did you
- 4:10or did you not receive the money? Did you or
- 4:12did you not hand over the documents? That sort of thing.
- 4:16You can't impugne the credibility of the documents. So that's
- 4:21why it has to be a two pronged attack. Right. Obviously,
- 4:24we have to go after these bastards for sexually assaulting people,
- 4:28raping people, and trafficking people. But we also have to
- 4:32go after them for these financial crimes that targeted the
- 4:35rest of us. And I'm so blown away when people
- 4:38leave that part out because your tax dollars went to
- 4:42battling out Jeffrey Epstein over six point seven billion dollars
- 4:45by the way, No big deal, right, Keep paying those taxes.
- 4:50Keep looking at all those homeless people all over the country.
- 4:55But Jeffrey Epstein and his boys they were made whole. Meanwhile,
- 4:59they're the ones who cause the whole entire crash. They're
- 5:01the ones who cause the whole disaster, And they're the
- 5:04only ones who ended up coming out of it sitting
- 5:06pretty and that's because they just transferred your wealth to them.
- 5:10So even if you don't believe that Jeffrey Epstein was
- 5:12some kind of gigantic trafficker, how can you not be
- 5:15mad about the fact that he was literally stealing from you.
- 5:21This specifically relates to documents within the United States Department
- 5:25of Justice Epstein files. As part of this assessment, we
- 5:29have engaged in discussions with specialist Crown prosecutors from CPS.
- 5:34We will provide updates as and when they are available,
- 5:37but at this stage it would be inappropriate to discuss
- 5:40further specifics of this work. I don't expect them to
- 5:43talk more about it yet. I mean, they're trying to
- 5:46build a case, and to do that you have to
- 5:49keep things close to the vest I get that, but
- 5:53my big problem is are they going to go through
- 5:55with it? They should and if you really want to
- 5:58set an example, this is where you do it. And
- 6:01I think that if the UK has the courage to
- 6:03do it here, that's going to reverberate across the ocean
- 6:08and we'll start seeing some movement in America. Because if
- 6:11it's good enough for a prince it's certainly good enough
- 6:14for Leon Black or Les Wexner or Glenn Dubin. While
- 6:18we cannot provide time skills over wanted decision as to
- 6:21whether a criminal investigation will be opened, we can assure
- 6:24you that Thames Valley Police is making progress as quickly
- 6:28as possible. King Charles has said he stands ready to
- 6:31support any police investigation into his disgraced brother Andrew mount
- 6:36Batten Winsor. In a bombshell statement, Buckingham Pallace said, the
- 6:41King is made clear in words and through unprecedented actions,
- 6:45his profound concern at allegations which continue to come to
- 6:48light in respect of mister mount Batten Windsor's conduct. While
- 6:53the specific claims in question for mister mount Batten Windsor
- 6:57to address. If we are approached by the Thames v Police,
- 7:00we stand ready to support them as you would expect,
- 7:04and that is an unprecedented statement. Usually the Crown is
- 7:08off limits, right, They're untouchable, not anymore. Not Prince Andrew.
- 7:13The party's over for him. So let's hope the authorities
- 7:16do the right thing and charge him with whatever crimes
- 7:20that he might be guilty of. You see, here's the
- 7:23difference between me and other people. I'm not calling for
- 7:27people to just be arrested and thrown in prison. What
- 7:31I'm calling for are robust investigations. Everything has to be
- 7:35looked at, every single allegation, every single crime that possibly
- 7:39was committed, everything, And it truly baffles me how anyone
- 7:43could be against that, Like, what are you scared of?
- 7:47Let's bring it all to light, Let's sanitize it all,
- 7:50and let's see where we stand. That way we can
- 7:52get on with fixing shit. Because if you think this
- 7:55is sustainable, you're fucking crazy. It is not. And the
- 7:59longer this scannell drags on, the worse it's going to
- 8:02be on all of our societies. That's how bad this is.
- 8:08That's how deep this runs, and that's why it's so
- 8:10important that we confront it, and we confront it now.
- 8:14As we previously stated, their Majesty's thoughts and sympathies have
- 8:18been and remain with the victims of any and all
- 8:22forms of abuse. PM Kiras, starmer spokesman, said anyone with
- 8:26information should be prepared to share it with irrelevant authorities.
- 8:31Kate and William also said that they are deeply concerned
- 8:34about continuing revelations surrounding Andrew. Kensington Palace spokesman told journalists
- 8:39and Riod I can confirm the Prince and Princess have
- 8:43been deeply concerned by the continuing revelations. Their thoughts remain
- 8:47focused on the victims. Well, that's a good idea and
- 8:51a nice thought, and you know, it would be a
- 8:53great bit of outreach to invite the survivors to the palace.
- 8:59I know, crazy, right, bring him in, sit him down,
- 9:03talk to him, see what's up. I mean, it should
- 9:05be the American politicians doing that and leading the way,
- 9:09but unfortunately they have no desire to do so. So
- 9:12maybe someone somewhere will step up and do the right thing,
- 9:16because at some point you have to put some action
- 9:19behind your words. And the Palace can have all these
- 9:22statements and say whatever they want, but they ignored this
- 9:25for years, so they need to step up and do
- 9:29the right thing. Andrew had been reported to the cops
- 9:35by the anti monarchy group Republic. It was understood that
- 9:39he was reported on Sunday morning. A TVP spokeswoman earlier
- 9:43said we can confirm receipt of this report and are
- 9:47assessing the information in line with our established procedures. Trade
- 9:52envoys like Andrew, who quit the taxpayer funded job in
- 9:56twenty eleven over his linkstat steam are bound by the
- 9:59Official Secrets Act. Andrew also allegedly gave Epstein confidential documents
- 10:06about the proposed reconstruction of Hellman Province in Afghanistan in
- 10:11December of twenty ten. And we all know Epstein was
- 10:15in Afghanistan. Was he there to work on this deal?
- 10:18Did Prince Andrew forward this deal to him and then
- 10:21benefit from it? These are all questions that need to
- 10:24be answered. And this is why I tell you follow
- 10:27the money. The money trail never lies, he wrote, attached
- 10:31as a confidential brief produced by the provincial reconstruction team
- 10:35in Hellman Province for international investment opportunities. I'm going to
- 10:40offer this elsewhere in my network, including Abu Dhabi, but
- 10:44I would be very interested in your comments, views, or
- 10:47ideas as to whom I could usefully show this to
- 10:50attract some interest. Former copp Day Davies, who was head
- 10:54of the Royal Protection from ninety four to ninety eight,
- 10:57previously said an investigation in Day Andrew was an no brainer.
- 11:02He told the son to me, it's an no brainer
- 11:04that this shouldn't just be an assessment but an investigation,
- 11:08and that does raise the question as to whether the
- 11:11emails are only the tip of the iceberg as to
- 11:15what he might have told Epstein. And I think that
- 11:18is really what it comes down to at this point.
- 11:21Nobody has any idea what Andrew said to Epstein, what
- 11:25sort of state secrets he gave him, what sort of
- 11:28confidential information, And the only way to get to the
- 11:31bottom of that is an investigation, right, so let's get
- 11:35on with it. It comes after the MET launched a
- 11:38criminal probe and to Peter Mandelsson amid allegations he also
- 11:42shared confidential information with Epstein. Andrew's socialite pal, Glene Maxwell,
- 11:49refused to answer questions in front of a closed hearing
- 11:52of the US Congress on Monday. She appeared before Oversight
- 11:56Committee via video link from a Texas jail where she's
- 11:59serving a twenty year sentence for sex trafficking, but in
- 12:03a bloate of justice for the survivors of Epstein, she
- 12:07invoked her Fifth Amendment right, which offers protection against self incrimination.
- 12:13Like that was the biggest no brainer ever. There was
- 12:16no way Glene Maxwell was gonna say shit. Ever, just
- 12:21like I told you from the very beginning, relying on
- 12:23Glene Maxwell is a bad idea. Her lawyer said that
- 12:30she would only be willing to testify on behalf of
- 12:32President Trump and former President Bill Clinton to clear them
- 12:36of wrongdoing. Furious US Democrats said she was laying the
- 12:40groundwork for a presidential pardon. Well, yeah, that's exactly what
- 12:44she's doing. Is Trump going to give her that? I
- 12:47don't know, but probably at this point probably. An open
- 12:53letter from the family of Andrews sex abuse accuser Virginia Roberts,
- 12:57addressed directly to Maxwell, was submitted. It accused her of
- 13:01being a monster who helped create a statistic system where
- 13:05young girls were sexually exploited at the whim of the powerful.
- 13:09The family wrote, Glaine Maxwell, you were not a bystander.
- 13:12You were not misled. You were a central, deliberate actor
- 13:16in a system built the fine children, isolate them, groom them,
- 13:20and deliver them to abuse. You used trust as a weapon.
- 13:24You targeted vulnerability and turned it into access. That's not
- 13:28a mistake, that's not poor judgment. That is predation. Mom
- 13:33of three, Virginia said she was trafficked to have sex
- 13:36with a former Duke of York on three occasions, two
- 13:39of them when she was seventeen. Andrew denied the allegations
- 13:43but later paid her or reported twelve million pounds in
- 13:47an out of court settlement. Virginia took her own life
- 13:51in April of last year. Former p M. Gordon Brown
- 13:55called on the Metropolitan Police to interview Andrew Mountbatten Windsor
- 13:59in a peace in the New Statesman. Well that's a
- 14:02good idea, and it's time, it is long beyond time
- 14:07that Prince Andrew answers questions under oath. And the thing
- 14:11that makes me the saddest about all of it is
- 14:14that Virginia won't be here to see it, because if
- 14:17anyone deserves to be vindicated, it's most certainly of Virginia.
- 14:23All right, folks, that's going to do it for this one.
