- 0:41Speaker 1: coming up? Yeah, Kayla, Mikayla, did you find him yet?
- 0:44Speaker 1: Did you find your human?
- 0:45Speaker 2: I have not, not yet. I'm still on the lookout.
- 0:48Speaker 1: I feel like if I don't check in Ciciny and
- 0:51Speaker 1: Tiny with Mikayla, she might just covertly operate some sort
- 0:55Speaker 1: of a mission with some dude, you know, like if
- 0:58Speaker 1: we don't ask, she's going to tell.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Well, let's check in with you too.
- 1:01Speaker 1: How are you No dude, No dude, no dude, no dude,
- 1:05Speaker 1: no dude.
- 1:05Speaker 2: Any dates?
- 1:07Speaker 1: Let me think on this one. No, but it's been
- 1:10Speaker 1: a lot of family time, so dating has not been
- 1:14Speaker 1: a top priority. Now we have a special guest here
- 1:16Speaker 1: from our American top forty on Earth, Ryan Seacrest East
- 1:22Speaker 1: Coast Satellite Desk. Basically she works from home. But Samantha,
- 1:29Speaker 1: it sounded very very official. Samanthas here from the East
- 1:32Speaker 1: Coast coming in? That's right? Did you come because it's
- 1:37Speaker 1: not great to be in New York and the Upper
- 1:40Speaker 1: East Coast area this time of year.
- 1:43Speaker 4: Because it's very cold?
- 1:44Speaker 1: Well?
- 1:44Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, I decided to come out for the eighty
- 1:46Speaker 4: degree weather in November.
- 1:49Speaker 1: I don't know that that's so fair. You just show
- 1:51Speaker 1: up when it's nice weather here. What are you doing
- 1:55Speaker 1: while you're out here from New York?
- 1:57Speaker 4: Honestly, nothing too exciting. I'm just visiting my boyfriend.
- 2:02Speaker 1: So do you guys live on different coasts? We do?
- 2:05Speaker 5: Yes?
- 2:05Speaker 1: How many years have you been doing that?
- 2:08Speaker 5: Years?
- 2:09Speaker 1: Years? Living l a New York?
- 2:11Speaker 5: Yes?
- 2:12Speaker 1: How do you do that? And why do you do that?
- 2:16Speaker 4: All great questions with us?
- 2:19Speaker 1: We're not keeping him here.
- 2:20Speaker 4: I know, I know, I know, I know. The natural
- 2:23Speaker 4: next step is for me to move out here.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Oh this is good. See finally, just a couple of questions.
- 2:28Speaker 1: I got some good juice. I was. I'm looking for
- 2:31Speaker 1: a little line of drama here, right, a little storyline.
- 2:36Speaker 1: So all right, what's the deciding fact? Are you here
- 2:38Speaker 1: feeling it out? Is that why you're here? Is this
- 2:40Speaker 1: a is this a trial mission?
- 2:43Speaker 4: I mean, anytime I come out here it feels like
- 2:46Speaker 4: a trial.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Uh. Is he pushing you to move out here?
- 2:49Speaker 4: You know, he's been very, very nice about it. You'd
- 2:52Speaker 4: think he'd be a little bit more pushy, but he's not,
- 2:55Speaker 4: which is very.
- 2:56Speaker 1: So he's a good guy. I mean, he's not pushy.
- 2:57Speaker 1: The guy's been doing this for seven years. It's very chill,
- 2:59Speaker 1: I know.
- 3:00Speaker 4: But for now I have I'm Gold MVP status on
- 3:03Speaker 4: Alaska Airlines.
- 3:03Speaker 1: So does that mean you get a free beverage?
- 3:08Speaker 4: I do, Yes, Yes, upgrade our leg room.
- 3:12Speaker 1: I just want to say, now that we're on the
- 3:13Speaker 1: topic of seven years of living in different cities, I
- 3:16Speaker 1: would not have the endurance to do it. But you
- 3:20Speaker 1: did a handful of years, didn't you.
- 3:24Speaker 6: Who Ever, No, I feel like you had an East
- 3:27Speaker 6: coast West coast situation for a minute.
- 3:31Speaker 1: I don't think so. I don't think so. No. I
- 3:34Speaker 1: think when I moved to anywhere or was going back
- 3:37Speaker 1: and forth from anywhere, someone was with me, and then
- 3:40Speaker 1: it was not anyway it ended sadly, Sam, So hopefully
- 3:44Speaker 1: it goes well for you, all right, and welcome to
- 3:48Speaker 1: Los Angeles and kiss FM LA. Come on, this is
- 3:51Speaker 1: the time of year we shine. We are shining bright
- 3:54Speaker 1: with eighty degrees upper eighties inland. Thursday is looking wet.
- 3:58Speaker 1: So yeah, so guys today no school Veterans Day saluiting
- 4:03Speaker 1: our veterans family, veterans of mine, father Gary a veteran,
- 4:09Speaker 1: grandfather veteran, both of the Army. Any other veteran shoutouts
- 4:13Speaker 1: you guys want to make while around the Veterans' Day
- 4:16Speaker 1: moment just to everyone who is one. Yeah, it is amazing,
- 4:21Speaker 1: you know, to dedicate your your time, your risk, your life,
- 4:27Speaker 1: your not being around family in so many cases and
- 4:30Speaker 1: moving around. My grandparents moved around every single summer. I
- 4:33Speaker 1: went to a different place for summer vacation. That's wild.
- 4:36Speaker 1: I mean was interesting because I was a kid and
- 4:38Speaker 1: we would He'd be like at a base in Saint Louis.
- 4:40Speaker 1: So I wanted to go to the Budweiser factory. Didn't.
- 4:43Speaker 1: He was at a base in Battle Creek, Michigan. So
- 4:45Speaker 1: I wanted to go to Kellogg factory. I did. He
- 4:48Speaker 1: was at a base in Pennsylvania. So I wanted to
- 4:50Speaker 1: go to Hershey factory. I did. Why do you want
- 4:52Speaker 1: to go to so many factories? You know? It is
- 4:54Speaker 1: an interesting concept, isn't it that I should bring up
- 4:57Speaker 1: the therapist? I don't have right, that was the exciting
- 5:00Speaker 1: thing you wanted to do?
- 5:01Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 5:01Speaker 1: I find it fascinating the process, like, for example, I
- 5:06Speaker 1: want to know if I'm ordering a fish, like where'd
- 5:08Speaker 1: that fish come from? How to get there?
- 5:09Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 5:12Speaker 1: It doesn't sound so bored by it. It is interesting, though.
- 5:16Speaker 1: I find the was it logistics market? Like I think
- 5:21Speaker 1: FedEx is the most fascinating company on the planet? Or Amazon?
- 5:25Speaker 5: Now?
- 5:26Speaker 1: Like logistics? How things get to you? Over and right? What?
- 5:32Speaker 1: Like that cruise ship documentary? Where are you seeing all
- 5:35Speaker 1: get on the cruise ship? And how long they dispose
- 5:38Speaker 1: of the garbage? Had me just totally sucked. And speaking
- 5:41Speaker 1: of documentaries, I don't know when is our weekend watch.
- 5:43Speaker 1: It's not for a few days. I started with that
- 5:45Speaker 1: that Ben Stiller documentary about his parents. Have we talked
- 5:48Speaker 1: about that?
- 5:49Speaker 5: No?
- 5:49Speaker 1: And I have not seen it?
- 5:50Speaker 2: So good?
- 5:51Speaker 1: Yeah, so far, I'm like twenty minutes, Sam, it's good,
- 5:56Speaker 1: you'll get I'm that guy if you get me for
- 5:59Speaker 1: twenty and I like it. Yeah, I like Easton. You
- 6:03Speaker 1: like factories. I hear you like engineers like factories? Yeah,
- 6:08Speaker 1: what is it about factories? I love factories. I went
- 6:11Speaker 1: to the Ford factory. I've been at the Tabasco factory.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Then you like that, like I hear you face and
- 6:17Speaker 1: nose when you go to Tabasco. It does. But you
- 6:20Speaker 1: know I'm built different like you went to jelly Belly.
- 6:22Speaker 1: That's a fun.
- 6:24Speaker 6: When I was a kid, my parents took me up there.
- 6:25Speaker 6: They went to NAPA and then they took us to
- 6:27Speaker 6: jelly Belly factory.
- 6:29Speaker 1: They were small. Yeah, what factory should we visit next?
- 6:34Speaker 1: If they're giving any tours and visits. But it is
- 6:37Speaker 1: fascinating to see how things happen because you don't realize
- 6:39Speaker 1: until you see it how much work and how many
- 6:41Speaker 1: people go into that work of something you might take
- 6:44Speaker 1: for granted. Yeah, when need to salute that now? Earlier
- 6:47Speaker 1: I was asking Ruby, what do I need to know?
- 6:48Speaker 1: I didn't know I needed to know anything, except I
- 6:50Speaker 1: hear something I need to know is upon us. Yes, Oh,
- 6:57Speaker 1: I thought it said your water broke.
- 7:00Speaker 5: Mark.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Different, honestly different. I didn't know you're pregnant. But then
- 7:09Speaker 1: Mark came posted. He's like, Ruby's water broke, and so
- 7:15Speaker 1: I'm just brain trained to go what does that mean?
- 7:19Speaker 2: You're like marriage baby.
- 7:20Speaker 1: I don't know when I see water and break, I
- 7:23Speaker 1: don't think that you heater.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Yes, I could see the mistake.
- 7:26Speaker 1: Look at this, it's just Entiny been grooming me for
- 7:29Speaker 1: years on how to handle life. So your hot water.
- 7:34Speaker 3: Broke, yes, like you don't realize how much you need
- 7:37Speaker 3: Slash want hot water until it is gone, and then
- 7:41Speaker 3: you're like me and David were trying to fix it,
- 7:44Speaker 3: but we of course have no idea how to fix
- 7:46Speaker 3: a water heater. So we're on like TikTok YouTube trying
- 7:49Speaker 3: to find the best video to help us reboot it, essentially,
- 7:53Speaker 3: but we had the luck.
- 7:54Speaker 1: No, no, I'm not a cold showery kind of guy.
- 7:58Speaker 1: I got buddies are like, yeah, I take a two
- 8:00Speaker 1: minutes splash shower and I feel, yeah, what happened? My
- 8:07Speaker 1: tea is fine? I think in warm water, get over yourself,
- 8:11Speaker 1: take a cold job. It's like they brag about it.
- 8:13Speaker 1: What are you gonna do it? M go home and
- 8:14Speaker 1: change and call it. Yeah it's good. Yeah, choose some sunflowers.
- 8:24Speaker 7: So funny to say that Robbie just got like three
- 8:27Speaker 7: giant bags of them.
- 8:28Speaker 2: And the minute he gets home he starts chomping on.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Baseball because they watch the World Series. Le's go up
- 8:34Speaker 1: during the World Series, go to the factory and find out.
- 8:37Speaker 2: Let's go obnoxious.
- 8:41Speaker 1: All right, jingle ball tickets. Next, we're on Kiss FM.
- 8:43Speaker 1: It's a Tuesday. We're gonna make it feel like a Wednesday.
- 8:45Speaker 1: Chargers twenty five, Steelers, ten Chargers Now what seven and three? Right?
- 8:48Speaker 1: Second place? Yeah, we're pretty good right now. I'm loving it.
- 8:51Speaker 1: There are two types of people, those people who can
- 8:55Speaker 1: walk into a room and attention just finds them, then
- 8:59Speaker 1: narrow those people that walk into a room and want
- 9:01Speaker 1: to find attention. Which one is Michael? He's actually both.
- 9:07Speaker 1: I think he wanted some attention.
- 9:11Speaker 6: He So, Michael is getting to the point where he
- 9:13Speaker 6: wants to be on the Jumbo turn. I feel every game.
- 9:15Speaker 1: What's with him? Is it because of the coldplay thing?
- 9:18Speaker 5: Ah?
- 9:19Speaker 6: No, that would be weird, But I think it's just
- 9:24Speaker 6: he likes it. I mean it's fun. I don't mind
- 9:26Speaker 6: being on the jumper either.
- 9:27Speaker 1: It's exciting. Yeah, But he's like dresses for it like this,
- 9:32Speaker 1: what like what what do they look for?
- 9:35Speaker 6: You know, like obnoxious people sometimes. And so we're getting
- 9:39Speaker 6: ready for the game on Sunday and and he wanted
- 9:42Speaker 6: to wear his Halloween costume and I was like why,
- 9:45Speaker 6: and he for referenced he was the garbage Man from
- 9:48Speaker 6: the Minecraft movie, which is Jason Momoa's character.
- 9:51Speaker 1: And he wears like.
- 9:51Speaker 6: A fringe hot pink leather jacket and a wig and
- 9:57Speaker 6: like crazy sunglasses. And I'm like, Michael is not. And
- 10:01Speaker 6: even if it was, maybe that would make more sense.
- 10:04Speaker 6: But he just wanted a bright color to get on
- 10:05Speaker 6: the JumboTron. He eventually just did a jersey and a vest,
- 10:08Speaker 6: but he still had a giant chain with like the
- 10:11Speaker 6: Charger emblem hanging on him.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Is he successful? Did the JumboTron captain find him? Of course?
- 10:16Speaker 1: And he got on and he was successful.
- 10:18Speaker 6: But I'm like, he's one game away from like painting
- 10:21Speaker 6: a lightning bolt on his face and being that guy.
- 10:24Speaker 1: I liked the team spirit. Now when he was on,
- 10:26Speaker 1: were you wan as well? Was it kiss cam JumboTron?
- 10:29Speaker 1: I was.
- 10:30Speaker 6: He was next to our friend's husband and then his
- 10:34Speaker 6: wife was next to me.
- 10:34Speaker 1: So now I was like the furthest away from him.
- 10:36Speaker 1: So I did not get home. And let me put
- 10:38Speaker 1: me in that scenario. I'm next to my friend's husband,
- 10:42Speaker 1: your friends, yes, my friends, dude, a guy, a guy.
- 10:46Speaker 1: I would kiss him. There's not a kiss cam.
- 10:48Speaker 2: They're all kiss Yeah.
- 10:51Speaker 1: This was just like fun, you know. But I feel
- 10:54Speaker 1: like when the thing when the camera comes on you,
- 10:56Speaker 1: you're supposed to look for somebody kiss no matter what. No,
- 10:59Speaker 1: he was like owling at the camera and like got charge.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Is one of those moments, totally one of those moments.
- 11:06Speaker 1: All right, I'm looking at his uh pink jacket. Oh
- 11:10Speaker 1: my gosh, that would definitely stand out. Michael, go for it,
- 11:13Speaker 1: and there's sicany alone o. Man, you know what. And
- 11:15Speaker 1: I didn't support it, which is why I don't think
- 11:17Speaker 1: he wore it. But I did. I said, I said,
- 11:19Speaker 1: you do you and he's like, well, that doesn't sound
- 11:21Speaker 1: like Michael. Michael and your bandmates who are listening, I
- 11:24Speaker 1: think you should do it. We all think you should
- 11:26Speaker 1: do what the consensus is. Do it. Sidney will get
- 11:28Speaker 1: past it.
- 11:29Speaker 6: Yeah, maybe you'll get him like a like a turkey
- 11:32Speaker 6: hat for the next game that we also.
- 11:34Speaker 2: I was wrong with the lightning bolt on his face.
- 11:36Speaker 6: Nothing, nothing, But I'm like, you know you're gonna be
- 11:39Speaker 6: that guy.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Like listen, University of Georgia bulldogs. That dog's going through puberty.
- 11:47Speaker 1: That dog, that dog is growing. That dog needs to
- 11:49Speaker 1: the event. That dog has some squealing issue. So I see.
- 11:53Speaker 1: You know you got the students all body painted, right,
- 11:56Speaker 1: his shirts are off, their body painted. He's a step
- 11:58Speaker 1: away from that. That's fine. Yeah, body paint that chest,
- 12:01Speaker 1: that smooth chest of yours. Oh man, we're not ready
- 12:03Speaker 1: for that. All right, let's come back here. One of
- 12:05Speaker 1: two point seven Kiss FM. If your phone battery is
- 12:08Speaker 1: getting low, what can you do? Switch to a little
- 12:12Speaker 1: power obviously, go do not disturb. But there's something I
- 12:15Speaker 1: was reading that says you'll save the most batter if
- 12:17Speaker 1: you do this. I'll take in a second of Kiss.
- 12:19Speaker 1: I think my my phone needs a new I think
- 12:21Speaker 1: I need a new surface or a new phone or
- 12:23Speaker 1: something like you guys have any glitches? My text messages
- 12:26Speaker 1: are glitch Like. I will try and type it, nothing happens.
- 12:29Speaker 1: That's just me, or is that you.
- 12:31Speaker 6: I just got the new I phone, so it was time.
- 12:34Speaker 6: But my phone before that was doing all the glitching
- 12:36Speaker 6: and my batteries, and.
- 12:37Speaker 1: It's amazing how like impatient we've become as a person
- 12:41Speaker 1: that the glass won't slip or slide, and I get
- 12:43Speaker 1: so frustrated. Tell you want to say.
- 12:45Speaker 2: I feel like it might be human error with.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Respectfully, I don't think so. It's buffering a lot more
- 12:53Speaker 1: than it should be. You know, my phone is like
- 12:55Speaker 1: you not blinking right now, you know, and you don't blink.
- 12:59Speaker 1: It just for like stares at you from and she
- 13:01Speaker 1: stares at you. Well, my phone staring at me. It's
- 13:04Speaker 1: not doing anything that I'm sliding it to do. Have
- 13:06Speaker 1: you done like a hard reset?
- 13:07Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 13:08Speaker 1: Its too long? It doesn't take that long at all,
- 13:11Speaker 1: it does. I don't know why I squeezed the button
- 13:13Speaker 1: so hard.
- 13:14Speaker 6: I think you're doing it right. That's not a hard reset.
- 13:16Speaker 6: You need to like ghost.
- 13:17Speaker 1: An engineer here, give them your phone hardset, hard reset.
- 13:25Speaker 1: But you just press the button hard, right, Yeah? Yeah hard?
- 13:27Speaker 1: You mean like you squeeze the button to.
- 13:29Speaker 6: Almost there's something in settings you can go and wait
- 13:33Speaker 6: it all and then when you pair it back on,
- 13:35Speaker 6: you hold the volume up button and the power button
- 13:36Speaker 6: until you see the Apple logo.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Right, But you've squeezed very hard, hard shutdown right, not
- 13:41Speaker 1: that I get like ten to night, I squeeze the thing.
- 13:43Speaker 1: Let me tell you about phone, so your battery. Now
- 13:45Speaker 1: you can do the things we know, low power, all
- 13:47Speaker 1: that stuff. But they say if you keep it face down,
- 13:52Speaker 1: if you keep the phone screen side down, it's light
- 13:55Speaker 1: and proximity sensors keep your screen dark, and it saves
- 13:57Speaker 1: a lot of battery. So if you're in a buying
- 14:00Speaker 1: to put that thing face down. Today's quote, the fastest
- 14:03Speaker 1: way to succeed is to look as if you're playing
- 14:08Speaker 1: by somebody else's rules while quietly playing by your own.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Is that playing somebody? Wow? This FM headlines with siciny well.
- 14:19Speaker 6: The Senate passed a funding bill last night that would
- 14:22Speaker 6: end the government shutdown. The bill now heads to the
- 14:25Speaker 6: House of Representatives, which could vote on it as soon
- 14:27Speaker 6: as tomorrow. The city of Pasadena is asking for a
- 14:31Speaker 6: restraining order preventing UCLA from moving its home football games.
- 14:35Speaker 1: Out of the Rose Bowl.
- 14:38Speaker 6: La Metro's Tap to Exit program is returning to the
- 14:41Speaker 6: North Hollywood and Union Station stops after being paused back
- 14:45Speaker 6: in April, and Hilary Duff announced her first tour in
- 14:49Speaker 6: over a decade, which we'll conclude with a show at
- 14:53Speaker 6: the Wiltern on January twenty ninth, fifty eight in Hollywood.
- 14:57Speaker 1: Your second Date update if you're out there dating Fonds,
- 15:00Speaker 1: you're dating, aren't you.
- 15:01Speaker 8: No, I'm waiting for Single Writers to open up so
- 15:05Speaker 8: I can do that.
- 15:06Speaker 1: What like a Disneyland like when you go on the ride.
- 15:15Speaker 1: I'm confused.
- 15:15Speaker 8: What there's a there's an app called Single Writers where
- 15:18Speaker 8: eventually they're going to get single uh, theme park enthusiasts
- 15:22Speaker 8: to start mingling. So I'm waiting for that.
- 15:24Speaker 6: Time because he's saying that those are going to be
- 15:28Speaker 6: his people, like he wants to meet somebody that's like him.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Oh right, so that's your version of the tribe, right, Like, yes,
- 15:35Speaker 1: your people minded people.
- 15:37Speaker 8: The target female audience is emo, goth, batty who likes
- 15:40Speaker 8: haunted mansion.
- 15:41Speaker 1: That's exactly your dream girl. You know, when you see
- 15:44Speaker 1: somebody and they tell you their type is so opposite
- 15:46Speaker 1: of them, you're taking a back That's happened to me
- 15:48Speaker 1: right now. Yes, I'm living in that moment right now.
- 15:51Speaker 8: People, especially especially my sister, who will bring up a
- 15:54Speaker 8: little bit later. She's told me that I would be
- 15:56Speaker 8: the typical Golden retriever boyfriend.
- 15:58Speaker 1: If I were to, I was called a puppy ones more,
- 16:08Speaker 1: what are you doing? Finds its Veterans Day. We salute
- 16:10Speaker 1: our veterans. My father was in the Army. My grandfather
- 16:14Speaker 1: was in the Army as well. It was just so
- 16:17Speaker 1: special to see as a kid, you know what they
- 16:20Speaker 1: were doing. And of course it's amazing when you dedicate
- 16:22Speaker 1: your life and your family's life to the service. So
- 16:26Speaker 1: for veterans, a lot of different businesses are giving you perks, right, Fani,
- 16:29Speaker 1: what do you have on your list?
- 16:30Speaker 8: Yeah, so before you even get to it, I just
- 16:32Speaker 8: want to shout out my sister Giselle. She is now
- 16:36Speaker 8: retired as she's a veteran now, but she served under
- 16:38Speaker 8: the Army as well as private first class and yeah,
- 16:42Speaker 8: honestly we did this last year. Now that she has
- 16:45Speaker 8: a girlfriend, her girlfriend's a beneficiary of these benefits, so
- 16:50Speaker 8: I'll find.
- 16:50Speaker 9: Your partner gets the benefit as well. Yeah on some
- 16:53Speaker 9: of these deals, right, So let's go first. One's going
- 16:55Speaker 9: to be Applebee's, so service members can get a free
- 16:58Speaker 9: entree off of their veterans date. You It's like seven
- 17:00Speaker 9: options that you could choose from and you also get
- 17:02Speaker 9: a five dollars gift card towards a future purchase after
- 17:06Speaker 9: you make that Veterans Day purchase. So I think it's
- 17:08Speaker 9: one of the most generous options of the deals that
- 17:10Speaker 9: we have this year. Another one's gonna be Chipotle, So
- 17:13Speaker 9: a lot of veterans are also fitness enthusiasts, and so
- 17:16Speaker 9: they're giving you a two protein for one deal. So
- 17:19Speaker 9: like you could get like barbacoa and carne asada, or
- 17:22Speaker 9: let's say like the sofridas and something else, right, but
- 17:25Speaker 9: you could get two proteins on an entree that the
- 17:28Speaker 9: price of one.
- 17:28Speaker 1: It's pretty great. Everything I read says more protein. You
- 17:31Speaker 1: gotta get more protein in your systems, right exactly.
- 17:33Speaker 8: And so now this is one of those deals where
- 17:35Speaker 8: it also extends to spouses and for being a sibling.
- 17:38Speaker 8: Last year we did coffee Bean and tea Leaf and
- 17:41Speaker 8: so we got a free regular sized drink of your choice,
- 17:44Speaker 8: So again also extends to spouses and or family. Red
- 17:48Speaker 8: Robin also has a military so anyone with a military idea,
- 17:51Speaker 8: you could get a complimentary Red Big Tavern burger with
- 17:55Speaker 8: a choice of bottomless sides, so it could be bottomless fries,
- 17:57Speaker 8: bottomless undy rings you know anything.
- 17:59Speaker 1: Of And these are all Phonsie's freebies that he found
- 18:02Speaker 1: for Veterans Day. One more, one more.
- 18:04Speaker 8: We got a Starbucks, so anybody who is a military
- 18:07Speaker 8: service member and their spouses you could get a free tall,
- 18:10Speaker 8: hot or ice coffee of your choice. So it's gonna
- 18:13Speaker 8: be exciting, and so yeah, I'm really eager to do
- 18:17Speaker 8: this again. Maybe hopefully my sister will turn down her
- 18:19Speaker 8: girlfriend for a day and I get to do this
- 18:21Speaker 8: again next year. Yeah with that, but I also before
- 18:26Speaker 8: I finish up, I just wanted to say thank you
- 18:28Speaker 8: to all of our service members and their families as well,
- 18:30Speaker 8: for you know, just sacrificing their you know, their time,
- 18:34Speaker 8: their effort, their energy to just really serve this country.
- 18:36Speaker 8: And so especially to my sister and some of our
- 18:38Speaker 8: family members. Yeah, thank you guys so much.
- 18:41Speaker 1: It really is something that we need to not just
- 18:44Speaker 1: honor today, but honor all of the time. Thank you
- 18:46Speaker 1: Phonsie for highlighting that and all of these up. If
- 18:48Speaker 1: you're on the go, are at kiss FM dot com
- 18:51Speaker 1: slash Ryan if you want to recap that her when
- 18:54Speaker 1: their laptop power cords got tangled, What does it deal
- 18:58Speaker 1: with coffee swaps and tangled. Ye, these things, it's a
- 19:01Speaker 1: mishap turned today they were I don't know. I don't
- 19:06Speaker 1: haven't met Nathan yet. Let me find Nathan here on
- 19:08Speaker 1: the line and find out more detail. Nathan, good morning,
- 19:11Speaker 1: my friend. Where were you when your laptop power chords
- 19:15Speaker 1: got tangled with her?
- 19:17Speaker 5: Yeah? So we were at a coffee shop. Our chords
- 19:21Speaker 5: got tangled.
- 19:22Speaker 10: I sat up in my chair and pulled hers out
- 19:25Speaker 10: of the outlet, so I plugged back in again. But honestly,
- 19:28Speaker 10: I have my eye on her for a while, and
- 19:31Speaker 10: I thought that she was checking me out a few times.
- 19:34Speaker 5: So as she was packing up, I made a joke
- 19:36Speaker 5: about how it's fate that our chords got tangled, and
- 19:38Speaker 5: she laughed, and then I said, maybe I should get
- 19:41Speaker 5: your numbers. It is fate. So I took her out
- 19:44Speaker 5: and it was awesome.
- 19:45Speaker 1: How did you get her number? Did you have to
- 19:47Speaker 1: type it in or did you do that thing where
- 19:48Speaker 1: you put the phones up to each other and it
- 19:50Speaker 1: just automatic disposises?
- 19:53Speaker 5: I typed it in. Sam.
- 19:55Speaker 1: Have you done that where Samantha, where you just touched
- 19:58Speaker 1: the phone and it gives you some of okay, am
- 20:00Speaker 1: I right?
- 20:01Speaker 4: Yeah, you're right, you have like the top of both
- 20:03Speaker 4: phones have to touch the boom.
- 20:04Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, because I'm afraid I'm gonna give them all
- 20:07Speaker 1: my content. You're not well, she hasn't been here. She's
- 20:10Speaker 1: from New York.
- 20:11Speaker 2: She's just visiting every day to the show.
- 20:13Speaker 1: Yeah, oh you do. That's nice of you. Yes, thank you.
- 20:16Speaker 1: Oh you work for iHeart, that's nice. He works for us.
- 20:19Speaker 1: You work for us out I heeart. Yes, but you
- 20:21Speaker 1: work in this show. But I don't see her because
- 20:25Speaker 1: she's on an East coast aside. There's a bunch of
- 20:26Speaker 1: people you don't see. Well, I love them, and they're
- 20:31Speaker 1: on our zoom right now, I can see I can
- 20:33Speaker 1: see the grid. Yeah all right, So Nathan, who's the woman?
- 20:36Speaker 1: Heidi's her name? Yes? What was the first date? Walk
- 20:40Speaker 1: me through it?
- 20:42Speaker 5: We went to off the Hook? Do you know that place.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Of places? Yea, though where is the hook? Because you're
- 20:52Speaker 1: in rossmore right? Yeah? Yeah? Yeah, all right, Well go on,
- 20:58Speaker 1: what happened you get to the place not hooking?
- 21:02Speaker 5: Well, I mean I made it laughful lot. I was
- 21:07Speaker 5: really pleased by my first state performance. I thought that
- 21:09Speaker 5: I was funny.
- 21:11Speaker 1: About that was exceptional this night, well, I asked a
- 21:15Speaker 1: lot of questions.
- 21:16Speaker 5: Conversation really flowed. I complimented her outfit.
- 21:20Speaker 1: Compliments and curiosity are paramount, right.
- 21:24Speaker 5: Well, I'm not sure how it could have been any
- 21:26Speaker 5: better truly?
- 21:27Speaker 1: All right, Well, do you have any ideas you replay
- 21:29Speaker 1: this in your head? Watch the game film? What went wrong?
- 21:32Speaker 5: I mean, maybe I overshared. I'm weird those stories like
- 21:39Speaker 5: I have family stuff, you know, I kept telling her
- 21:42Speaker 5: stories that she was laughing, so I kept doing. But
- 21:45Speaker 5: I don't know. Maybe I came on too strong. I
- 21:47Speaker 5: have a big personality, So.
- 21:48Speaker 1: What was it you told might have turned her away?
- 21:53Speaker 5: I just you know, my siblings that are wild, and
- 21:56Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 21:57Speaker 1: Maybe she what they don't you how wild can be?
- 22:03Speaker 5: Seez? I feel like I don't want to tell all
- 22:06Speaker 5: of Los Angeles about my family. Yeah, they just uh there,
- 22:11Speaker 5: they got big personalities as well, Nathan.
- 22:14Speaker 1: Then he's cut to the chaseas I want to meet
- 22:16Speaker 1: Heidi and find out why she bailed on you. Basically,
- 22:19Speaker 1: you thought it was a major picture leading man performance.
- 22:25Speaker 1: Then was you rehashed it? When you get back to
- 22:28Speaker 1: you started thinking that maybe you told her too much
- 22:29Speaker 1: about your family, which made her afraid of you or
- 22:32Speaker 1: turned off by you.
- 22:35Speaker 5: Yeah, that's what I'm thinking.
- 22:36Speaker 1: All right, Well, let's find out. The good news is
- 22:39Speaker 1: Heidi has agreed with the back room to come on
- 22:40Speaker 1: the air next. Here one of two point seven kids.
- 22:42Speaker 1: Seven Nathan will listen in to what she has to say. Well,
- 22:47Speaker 1: she doesn't know he's there, so Nathan reached out to us.
- 22:50Speaker 1: Heidi doesn't know that he has, and we're going to
- 22:53Speaker 1: talk to her next. So Nathan, just listen in. Let
- 22:56Speaker 1: us find out why Heidi blew you off. You think
- 22:58Speaker 1: maybe it's because you over shared about your family. Who
- 23:01Speaker 1: are quote characters? Right?
- 23:03Speaker 5: Yes?
- 23:04Speaker 1: Okay, Heidi, thank you for coming on. Good morning. I
- 23:07Speaker 1: just want to tell you. My name is Ryan, I
- 23:09Speaker 1: have Sistey and Tanya, and you are on the air
- 23:11Speaker 1: this morning here on Kiss FM. How are you hi?
- 23:16Speaker 11: Hi?
- 23:17Speaker 5: Uh honestly a little freak out. Why are you calling me?
- 23:21Speaker 1: Uh? Well, we're calling you to talk to you about
- 23:25Speaker 1: your personal life. I mean guy named Nathan. Did you
- 23:29Speaker 1: meet a guy named Nathan having some coffee and working
- 23:32Speaker 1: on your laptop?
- 23:33Speaker 5: Oh god, okay, Tithon's weird.
- 23:38Speaker 1: But that's true, right, Yes, okay, And tell me did
- 23:43Speaker 1: you like Nathan, did you hit it off with the guy?
- 23:46Speaker 5: I mean, okay, it was fine, but I I don't know.
- 23:52Speaker 5: I want to be with somebody that makes me a priority,
- 23:55Speaker 5: you know, respect, especially on a first date.
- 23:59Speaker 1: What happened?
- 24:02Speaker 5: So for the date after we met, we went out,
- 24:05Speaker 5: we went to a restaurant, and he literally watched a
- 24:08Speaker 5: baseball game on his phone.
- 24:10Speaker 1: Was it the World Series Dodgers?
- 24:14Speaker 5: Yes?
- 24:14Speaker 1: Oh yes, that's so annoying.
- 24:17Speaker 7: The World Series Planet date on that night with your
- 24:21Speaker 7: boys and then go on the date tomorrow?
- 24:27Speaker 2: Whatever?
- 24:27Speaker 1: Did he include you? Like? Were you watching it with him?
- 24:31Speaker 11: No?
- 24:31Speaker 1: I was not watching it with him, right, No?
- 24:34Speaker 5: I mean he wasn't really even being secretive like he
- 24:37Speaker 5: reacted when somebody hit a home run. It's like, what
- 24:41Speaker 5: are we doing here?
- 24:43Speaker 1: Got it?
- 24:43Speaker 5: Now?
- 24:44Speaker 1: I understand how that's not so nice in terms of attention,
- 24:48Speaker 1: But I mean they were going for back to back
- 24:49Speaker 1: world championships, and I think that if it were me Sisant,
- 24:52Speaker 1: I would have disclaimed it by going, hey, I really
- 24:54Speaker 1: want to hang. I also am like a big Dodger Van.
- 24:56Speaker 1: Is it cool if we do something? Watch the game?
- 24:59Speaker 11: Like?
- 24:59Speaker 1: Maybe just why that's the exactly like the game, not
- 25:01Speaker 1: a different restaurant. Maybe, so it's on a big screen,
- 25:04Speaker 1: so you don't feel like put attention into your little
- 25:06Speaker 1: screen the week after the date, Yes, not watch the game?
- 25:12Speaker 6: Correct?
- 25:13Speaker 2: Correct?
- 25:13Speaker 1: All right, So that's it. You just didn't feel like
- 25:16Speaker 1: you were respected with your time and your attention, which
- 25:19Speaker 1: is a very fair point. It could be a red flag,
- 25:22Speaker 1: it could mean that's a character flaw. Nathan is on
- 25:25Speaker 1: the line with us right now, Heidi, listening to all
- 25:28Speaker 1: of us talk about him. Nathan, do you now understand
- 25:31Speaker 1: he was concerned, Heidie that you blow him off because
- 25:32Speaker 1: he thought he was a gave a great performance on
- 25:35Speaker 1: the date. Do you understand, Nathan, Ryan, I got.
- 25:38Speaker 5: To defend myself here, Okay, Heidi. I would argue that
- 25:43Speaker 5: I did make you a priority. You said you were
- 25:46Speaker 5: available Saturday night, which was game two with the World Series,
- 25:48Speaker 5: And what did I do? I said, you know what,
- 25:50Speaker 5: the scroll is special. I am taking her out during
- 25:53Speaker 5: a World Series game. That is a huge deal. So
- 25:57Speaker 5: I took it off the hook where I knew that
- 25:59Speaker 5: would have the game ONLA They sat us outside. There
- 26:01Speaker 5: aren't any TVs outside, so I put the game on
- 26:04Speaker 5: my phone and rested it on.
- 26:05Speaker 1: But Nathan it's just the whole cadence right now. No,
- 26:09Speaker 1: it's not, it's not right. It's sometimes things are just
- 26:16Speaker 1: not meant to fall into place, right. This is one
- 26:20Speaker 1: of those things.
- 26:21Speaker 6: Yeah, if Heidi was a Dodger fan, then this would
- 26:25Speaker 6: be a matchmate and heaven. But Michael and I bonded
- 26:28Speaker 6: over the Lakers being in the playoffs one like one
- 26:31Speaker 6: ur second dates and we watched it together and like
- 26:34Speaker 6: that was one of the things, like, oh my gosh.
- 26:36Speaker 1: You're a Laker fan too common denominated like Nathan, I
- 26:39Speaker 1: want to find someone that's truly impatient, right, I don't.
- 26:45Speaker 2: We're both being impatient.
- 26:46Speaker 1: Wouldn't that be relatable? No, you need someone that goes
- 26:49Speaker 1: with the flow and like deals with you. Oh so
- 26:51Speaker 1: I need my tubs to my Easton Yes, two engineers one. Yeah, uh,
- 26:58Speaker 1: money is the patient a female version enough tubs would
- 27:00Speaker 1: be perfect for you. Actually, literally, let's talk about that.
- 27:04Speaker 7: But no, Heidi, I'm with you. This is just foreshadowing
- 27:07Speaker 7: next thing. You know, you're gonna be married.
- 27:08Speaker 2: And he's gonna be watching football day forget about you
- 27:10Speaker 2: on Sunday.
- 27:11Speaker 1: Sounds personal. This is great, this is good news. You guys,
- 27:14Speaker 1: just realize you're not meant for each other, which is fine.
- 27:17Speaker 6: Nathan's Yeah, because if she was a Dodger fan, like,
- 27:19Speaker 6: she'd be right there with you over your shoulder. It
- 27:21Speaker 6: could have been super cute you guys sharing it on
- 27:23Speaker 6: your phone. Yes, but it's not a match, just team related.
- 27:31Speaker 5: With me again. I'm just gonna I'm just gonna throw
- 27:35Speaker 5: it up with me again. Shoot your shots?
- 27:44Speaker 12: Yes, yes, yes.
- 27:46Speaker 1: Yes, which is I have lost complete direction? Listen, it's
- 27:50Speaker 1: rough out there.
- 27:50Speaker 6: I mean, when you find somebody you have a connection with,
- 27:54Speaker 6: even if it was a little rocky, go for it.
- 27:58Speaker 5: Okay, Well, I'm going to talk the latter schedule then.
- 28:01Speaker 1: Well, Olivia Dean, Nikki Downing, good morning.
- 28:07Speaker 11: Good morning.
- 28:08Speaker 5: How are you.
- 28:09Speaker 1: We're fine, let's talk about you. So your brother keeps
- 28:14Speaker 1: chasing butterflies. What's the problem.
- 28:17Speaker 5: Yeah, like, do you know what that means?
- 28:20Speaker 1: Oh? Yeah, but again I don't know why. I've a
- 28:25Speaker 1: little in second year this morning, but I was thinking
- 28:28Speaker 1: that's odd this time of year. But yeah, yes, So
- 28:33Speaker 1: let me put this together based on knowledge I have
- 28:36Speaker 1: from previous courses hosting this show with Sissy and Tanya.
- 28:40Speaker 1: He's chasing butterflies. These are people that like come and go,
- 28:43Speaker 1: they don't commit.
- 28:45Speaker 12: Yeah, yeah, like you know, like early like in a relationship,
- 28:48Speaker 12: you get like butterflies when you're with a person, and
- 28:52Speaker 12: it's just like that's all he's interested in.
- 28:54Speaker 1: And failing butterflies not the fluttering of butterflies.
- 28:58Speaker 12: No, no, no, he like feels them like the second
- 29:00Speaker 12: that like he's interested and like then he goes away
- 29:04Speaker 12: and then he just bails.
- 29:05Speaker 1: Well, like he bails after the honeymoon. Yeah, I don't
- 29:10Speaker 1: not understand that.
- 29:11Speaker 7: Yeah, feels like a great question for right, let's let's
- 29:16Speaker 7: get his answer.
- 29:17Speaker 1: Ni brother, So how come we help?
- 29:21Speaker 5: I know, like I'm just I'm just worried because he's
- 29:23Speaker 5: thirty three and it's time to focus on finding something solid.
- 29:26Speaker 5: But but this is a problem.
- 29:28Speaker 1: You can't tell him what I was just going to say.
- 29:29Speaker 1: You got to stay out of your brothers, and a
- 29:32Speaker 1: thirty three might be different than a thirty three for
- 29:34Speaker 1: you for him.
- 29:34Speaker 7: Now, maybe she wants to understand why he's doing it.
- 29:36Speaker 7: Can you shed some light on her for that?
- 29:41Speaker 5: Yeah? Well, I mean the longest relationship he's ever had,
- 29:44Speaker 5: like eight months, and I just want to help them, Like,
- 29:46Speaker 5: but he broke her heart and he's broken like a
- 29:48Speaker 5: lot of heart.
- 29:49Speaker 1: But has he come to you asking for her?
- 29:51Speaker 12: Yeah, well not necessarily, but like I just look, I'm I'm,
- 29:57Speaker 12: I'm his younger sister and he's always looking for this
- 30:00Speaker 12: thrill and I just I think he's lost a cause.
- 30:03Speaker 5: And like, okay, so here's my question, Like, first of all,
- 30:07Speaker 5: can you break someone from that habit?
- 30:09Speaker 12: And like, also, Ryan, do you think like this is
- 30:12Speaker 12: your issue?
- 30:13Speaker 5: Like are you a butterfly?
- 30:14Speaker 1: Ki? I know you had an issue Ryan who asked
- 30:19Speaker 1: Nikki to call around here? You guys put this in
- 30:25Speaker 1: We don't know Nikki. Well, so Nikki, I don't know
- 30:30Speaker 1: if that's my thing. I mean, I just think that
- 30:34Speaker 1: there's been a couple of different variables in my equation,
- 30:38Speaker 1: one being timing, two being open to it, and then
- 30:45Speaker 1: the third being timing again. But the timing is getting better.
- 30:49Speaker 1: I found out my sister was talking to one of
- 30:51Speaker 1: my friends behind my back, saying, really wanted to meet somebody,
- 30:54Speaker 1: Like what and she hasn't talked to you about it?
- 30:58Speaker 1: You shouldn't said that to me. Now she said, I
- 31:00Speaker 1: have a best girlfriend. Yes, and she said it to her.
- 31:03Speaker 1: It's like really great if he could meet somebody. I'm like, wall,
- 31:06Speaker 1: wait a minute, that makes me feel But how does
- 31:09Speaker 1: that make me feel? Well?
- 31:11Speaker 2: I tell you this every day.
- 31:12Speaker 1: I know, but not behind my back. Oh okay, okay,
- 31:15Speaker 1: you tell him from of all these people for some
- 31:18Speaker 1: reason that makes me more comfortable. What does that say?
- 31:22Speaker 1: What am I chasing? Now? All right? Nick, came back
- 31:25Speaker 1: to your brother. I think you got to stay out
- 31:27Speaker 1: of it until he asks. You can't. You can't wish
- 31:31Speaker 1: for him what you want for him. He's gotta want
- 31:33Speaker 1: what he wants for him, and he may not know
- 31:35Speaker 1: what he wants yet or do you care this much?
- 31:38Speaker 1: Just talk to him?
- 31:40Speaker 5: Yeah, I guess, I guess you're right. I just you know,
- 31:44Speaker 5: I don't want him to see that like him throw away,
- 31:47Speaker 5: like a lot of good people.
- 31:48Speaker 1: So well, thank you for trusting us enough to call
- 31:53Speaker 1: us about your brother and me with the same question.
- 31:59Speaker 1: And good luck on this, Nikki. Keep us posting on
- 32:02Speaker 1: your own and I go over the eight months. FYI,
- 32:08Speaker 1: that's true, that's true. It's not chuckle funny Ruby maybe
- 32:14Speaker 1: a year three or four? Mark knows. Yeah, all right, Nikki,
- 32:20Speaker 1: thanks that one. Well south fast, all right, let's come back.
- 32:23Speaker 1: What are we doing? Kiss? All right, if you want
- 32:26Speaker 1: to play for that, I need one caller one eight
- 32:28Speaker 1: hundred five to two. I want to two seven it kids,
- 32:29Speaker 1: Have you want to play for those? Jingle ball tickets
- 32:31Speaker 1: were sent up by Capital One. Now it's gonna be
- 32:35Speaker 1: nice today. We've got some rain, you said, see on
- 32:37Speaker 1: the way. Yeah, it's coming Thursday looking very wet. And
- 32:42Speaker 1: have you heard? These are at Starbucks? The bar east
- 32:45Speaker 1: is b E A R EASTA right, cops, right, Yes.
- 32:49Speaker 6: They came out last Thursday, and they sold out in minutes,
- 32:52Speaker 6: like they were gone. A lot of people were actually
- 32:55Speaker 6: blaming some of the employees. There was claims that employees
- 32:58Speaker 6: were snagging them before customers could. There was chaos, it
- 33:01Speaker 6: was a frenzy. It was people getting in fights, long lines,
- 33:04Speaker 6: like all the things.
- 33:05Speaker 1: But these bear cups. I don't know why this happens.
- 33:11Speaker 1: It is insanity to me. It's like my honey, squeezer. Yeah,
- 33:14Speaker 1: that's exactly what it looks like.
- 33:17Speaker 6: But everybody wanted them to cost about like thirty dollars,
- 33:19Speaker 6: and now they're selling them everywhere for like one hundred.
- 33:22Speaker 6: And they're basically reselling them for I saw ones for
- 33:25Speaker 6: one seventy.
- 33:26Speaker 1: I saw one for over one thousand dollars. This is
- 33:28Speaker 1: what Starbucks needs, though, right, don't they? I mean I
- 33:31Speaker 1: was reading I don't know what I was reading, Mark,
- 33:32Speaker 1: I'm making this up, but I was reading that they
- 33:34Speaker 1: needed to return to their roots a little bit and
- 33:36Speaker 1: get people talking about Starbucks to coffee shop, not just
- 33:39Speaker 1: the place to go hang out. Right, sure, but.
- 33:41Speaker 6: This is like not even about coffee. This is just
- 33:43Speaker 6: about getting some little plasticy.
- 33:45Speaker 1: Bear cause it's buzzy. It's buzzy.
- 33:47Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 33:47Speaker 6: So people are getting on this for the dupe culture
- 33:50Speaker 6: as well. So you can get these ones that are
- 33:52Speaker 6: not the Starbucks ones on Amazon Walmart for about twenty
- 33:55Speaker 6: dollars if you really have to get your hands on
- 33:58Speaker 6: one of these. This is giving me like stly Cup energy.
- 34:01Speaker 1: Meets La Boo Boos meats, like these things coming they go.
- 34:04Speaker 1: So if you can play the long game, you won't
- 34:06Speaker 1: spend all the money exactly exactly.
- 34:08Speaker 6: But I still don't get why there is like such
- 34:10Speaker 6: a freak out moment for something like this.
- 34:13Speaker 1: This is it's always the least expected thing becomes the
- 34:16Speaker 1: thing that people want to talk about because you can't
- 34:18Speaker 1: get it, yes, and then in a year it's laying
- 34:22Speaker 1: around in a chest of drawers. They know those booboo
- 34:25Speaker 1: the lab boo boos or whatever one is.
- 34:26Speaker 6: Like, just I saw I opened up a cabinet the
- 34:28Speaker 6: other day, was like, oh, look at that.
- 34:30Speaker 1: Remember when I used to carry that on my purse. No,
- 34:32Speaker 1: it's Starbucks shoved in the corner. New CEO says, we're
- 34:35Speaker 1: returning to our roots. The plan called back to Starbucks,
- 34:38Speaker 1: simplifying the menu, writing names on the cups, and renovating
- 34:41Speaker 1: the stores to include more comfortable seating. And then these
- 34:43Speaker 1: little squeezies. I know, and I guess.
- 34:45Speaker 6: This Thursday is a Red Cup Day at Starbucks, Free
- 34:48Speaker 6: red reusable cups with a holiday drink purchase.
- 34:51Speaker 1: Love that. Coming up next, we're playing for jingle ball tickets.
- 34:54Speaker 1: It's called Name That So Cow City Tuesday morning, November eleven.

- 39:49Speaker 13: I'm on a fixed income, and h yeah, I kind
- 39:53Speaker 13: of wanted to know if my whole family can come.
- 39:56Speaker 1: Sure, how many are you?
- 39:59Speaker 13: There's there's like four of us, but my daughter's little
- 40:02Speaker 13: cousin wants to come to.
- 40:06Speaker 1: Why not? Anthony? Fine, you asked you? Yeah, exactly know

- 40:56Speaker 11: Sisny Tanya, Tanya. I'm calling you out here. I'm listening
- 41:02Speaker 11: to you say you haven't been drinking since August and
- 41:05Speaker 11: I see you drinking on Instagram? Are those fake posts?
- 41:11Speaker 1: Those archives?
- 41:15Speaker 2: I'm not sure.
- 41:17Speaker 1: Well August into now, have you had anything? Yes? I have,
- 41:20Speaker 1: I've had. Well that contradicts what you told me.
- 41:22Speaker 2: Yeah, I said I've had a handful. Since you said
- 41:26Speaker 2: you haven't.
- 41:27Speaker 1: Been drinking, You did not say that, because I even
- 41:30Speaker 1: went doubled down on the questioning held I had a couple.
- 41:38Speaker 1: Let's run now you do not.
- 41:40Speaker 11: No.
- 41:41Speaker 6: You said you hadn't been drinking since your honeymoon, and
- 41:44Speaker 6: I said at all?
- 41:44Speaker 1: And then ye, You're like yes, because I actually was
- 41:47Speaker 1: like having a hard time, Ministery feeling envious. I was like, well,
- 41:50Speaker 1: I want to be that person.
- 41:51Speaker 2: And I think I've had a handful of drinks.
- 41:55Speaker 1: But everything you say from this point on, we don't trust.
- 41:58Speaker 1: We don't get that honest. Just tell us it doesn't matter.
- 42:03Speaker 1: When I'm gonna judge you. I can't care.
- 42:05Speaker 7: But I'm definitely not like boozing on Instagram.
- 42:08Speaker 1: But you're you're telling us that makes us worry. Don't
- 42:11Speaker 1: tell us that. Just tell us the truth.
- 42:14Speaker 2: But it is the truth. I'm not like drinking. Do
- 42:17Speaker 2: you get what I'm saying?
- 42:18Speaker 1: You say it like that with air quotes, because.
- 42:20Speaker 2: I'm not drinking. Like when I'm drinking, I will like drink.
- 42:25Speaker 7: I'll like drinks so like I'll have many glasses of wine,
- 42:29Speaker 7: or I'll have like a martini, or I'll have my whatever.
- 42:32Speaker 2: I don't do that anymore.
- 42:35Speaker 6: What did you put on Instagram?
- 42:39Speaker 7: I've had I've had a glass of wine here and there,
- 42:42Speaker 7: but that's it.
- 42:43Speaker 2: Like I'm not drinking drinking here.
- 42:45Speaker 1: And there, that's the same thing. We don't care.
- 42:50Speaker 2: It's you cut back, no abstinence, sysney. Isn't no different.
- 43:00Speaker 7: Isn't there a difference between drinking and not drinking?
- 43:04Speaker 1: No, because I drink all the time. So Jimmy, it's
- 43:08Speaker 1: just drinking.
- 43:09Speaker 2: You're having like one glass of wine. You'd be like,
- 43:11Speaker 2: I'm not drinking.
- 43:13Speaker 1: That's not I would literally be drinking the glass of
- 43:16Speaker 1: wine correct English, my definition. Now what I was talking about. Well,
- 43:23Speaker 1: so what I would say if I were you is
- 43:25Speaker 1: I'm not drinking her in the week On the weekends,
- 43:27Speaker 1: I let myself go. I have a few.
- 43:29Speaker 2: But that doesn't meant no, because sometimes I'll drink on
- 43:31Speaker 2: a Tuesday.
- 43:32Speaker 1: So then you're drinking and you're drinking. Drink having a
- 43:36Speaker 1: drink on a Tuesdays definitely drinking drinking like you're not
- 43:40Speaker 1: not drinking. No. Do you know when I woke up
- 43:44Speaker 1: this morning, I didn't think this would be as much
- 43:46Speaker 1: fun right here, right now talking about this, but it is.
- 43:49Speaker 6: I didn't think we would bring this topic back up again,
- 43:51Speaker 6: but here we are. But there's Kim, I need to
- 43:56Speaker 6: see the Instagram post that Kim saw ye too.
- 44:00Speaker 1: All right, we're out of time for talkback.
- 44:02Speaker 2: It's like a table and there's drinks on the table.
- 44:04Speaker 2: They're not mine.
- 44:06Speaker 1: You don't have to argue it me understand what you're
- 44:09Speaker 1: trying to not tell us. I don't want to play.
- 44:12Speaker 1: Larry Joe and Hemman who heard the same thing, called
- 44:14Speaker 1: you out. Wait really, Oh, it's good stuff. It's kind
- 44:21Speaker 1: to have a drink on Tuesday after this show, by evening,
- 44:24Speaker 1: you'll need one. Okay, let's just pay a bill next.
- 44:28Speaker 1: When I say pay a bill, I mean one bill,
- 44:31Speaker 1: paying bills.
- 44:32Speaker 2: You're paying one bill.
- 44:33Speaker 1: Pay a bill for someone, right, So technically am I
- 44:36Speaker 1: paying them exactly? Are you swallowing it? Yes?
- 44:40Speaker 2: But drinking in the whole glass.
- 44:42Speaker 1: It's still drinking sweat oozes from my pores. Next, Hillary Duff,
- 44:52Speaker 1: we love Love yeh. Her music hiatus has come to
- 44:58Speaker 1: a halt. Yes, Kanie's a trending report because last.
- 45:02Speaker 7: Week she made her return to music with her new
- 45:05Speaker 7: single Mature. So Hillary described this song as a little
- 45:30Speaker 7: conversation that my present self is having with my younger self.
- 45:34Speaker 7: The two of us are reflecting on a past experience
- 45:38Speaker 7: and sending love to each other. It's a chuckle, a wink,
- 45:40Speaker 7: and a sense of being grateful that we are sure footed.
- 45:44Speaker 2: In where we landed.
- 45:46Speaker 1: Okay.
- 45:46Speaker 7: Fans were quick to speculate who the song was about,
- 45:50Speaker 7: And all signs point to Leonardo.
- 45:52Speaker 1: DiCaprio, who's all signs point there.
- 45:55Speaker 7: I'll get you there, who's famous for dating girls in
- 45:58Speaker 7: their twenties. And and this conversation seems very telling of that.
- 46:04Speaker 2: She's me.
- 46:04Speaker 7: I'm her indifferent font, just a few years younger, a
- 46:08Speaker 7: new haircut, very leo of you. Leonardo DiCaprio with your
- 46:14Speaker 7: scorpio touch. Today's actually Leonardo DiCaprio's birthday. He is a
- 46:17Speaker 7: scorpio coincidence, I think not?
- 46:22Speaker 1: Okay, what'd you get him? Also, there's a.
- 46:25Speaker 2: Lyric where she says, but she's so impressed by your basquillot,
- 46:28Speaker 2: And it's like known that he's like loves this artist Basquiot.
- 46:36Speaker 1: We like robins, check out this artist.
- 46:42Speaker 2: Some people he's actually really cool.
- 46:44Speaker 7: But some people think that the song is about Joel Madden,
- 46:47Speaker 7: who she did when he was twenty five, and she.
- 46:49Speaker 1: Was just asked Hillary Doveson to speculate.
- 46:52Speaker 2: She was much younger.
- 46:53Speaker 7: But they're all friends now and like Joel even posted
- 46:55Speaker 7: a shout out to the song, tagging Hillary and his
- 46:57Speaker 7: wife Nicole Richie and he was with Hillary's husband, and
- 47:00Speaker 7: so I don't think it's about him.
- 47:01Speaker 2: So my theories.
- 47:04Speaker 1: Would it not be appropriate to reach out to Hillary Duff?
- 47:07Speaker 1: Invited her on the show talk about new music, and ask.
- 47:09Speaker 2: I mean I would love nothing more than Hillary Duff
- 47:13Speaker 2: on this show.
- 47:13Speaker 1: Do you need more than a nudge? What do you
- 47:16Speaker 1: mean don't you have? I thought you had every single
- 47:19Speaker 1: female artist's phone number in your phone.
- 47:21Speaker 7: I do not know Hillary who don't you have Hillary
- 47:24Speaker 7: Duff first starter?
- 47:27Speaker 1: But we can get to her, right, we can like
- 47:29Speaker 1: get to her people.
- 47:31Speaker 2: She's not gonna come out and say, yeah, this is
- 47:32Speaker 2: about Leo.
- 47:34Speaker 1: Well if you put it out there, this she's gonna
- 47:35Speaker 1: say no, then she's not when we ask her.
- 47:38Speaker 7: But you know, I do think it's such a really
- 47:40Speaker 7: beautiful the way she reflected on it in this song,
- 47:42Speaker 7: because it's like she's reflecting on this this thing, this
- 47:46Speaker 7: this relationship, but also so self assured of where she
- 47:50Speaker 7: like ended up.
- 47:51Speaker 1: I also like how you think we're five years old,
- 47:55Speaker 1: Like when you said you know Leo like l E
- 47:58Speaker 1: oh do I see a are pr o?
- 48:01Speaker 7: Well because she Scorpio and the Leo, which you would
- 48:05Speaker 7: think maybe she was talking to zodiacsne I.
- 48:08Speaker 1: Know I heard it. You really can't script it. You can't.
- 48:13Speaker 1: You just can't come in and go. Let's write that.
- 48:15Speaker 1: Thank you for riding along on this Tuesday. Are we
- 48:20Speaker 1: back tomorrow? Yes? We are when six am. If you

- 48:32Speaker 1: are you going to get into this dating app? Opening lines?
- 48:34Speaker 1: Is the name of it?
- 48:35Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 48:35Speaker 1: I sure, am Oh, it's not the name of the app.
- 48:37Speaker 1: These are dating app opening lines. Okay, so that there's
- 48:40Speaker 1: a new app opening lines she loves. She gets the
- 48:44Speaker 1: best opening lines in her dating apps.
- 48:47Speaker 2: And I got some good ones.
- 48:49Speaker 1: Make me happier. I don't know if I sleep, Hi,
- 48:53Speaker 1: I think.
- 48:53Speaker 2: We put too much steak in an opening line.
- 48:58Speaker 1: I don't know. It's a first impression, and you can
- 49:00Speaker 1: not overestimate how impactful a first impression is. How do
- 49:04Speaker 1: you like to walk into a room. That's the first impression.
- 49:07Speaker 1: That's your opening line. You'll have to say anything is
- 49:09Speaker 1: how you carry yourself.
- 49:09Speaker 2: I'm just saying I think we put too much weight
- 49:11Speaker 2: in it.
- 49:11Speaker 1: I know what you said, you know. I'm saying, like
- 49:17Speaker 1: you say it, I give you a counterpoint and then
- 49:19Speaker 1: you say again, I don't know what to show it
- 49:21Speaker 1: to do. Do I counterpoint you again?
- 49:24Speaker 2: No?
- 49:24Speaker 7: No, just maybe we we don't write them off so
- 49:27Speaker 7: quickly because they have maybe a faulty bad.
- 49:30Speaker 1: First This is something for MICHAELA to consider. Yeah, I
- 49:33Speaker 1: think it's a first impression and move on, Like, why
- 49:35Speaker 1: waste time? We can do this tomorrow.
- 49:40Speaker 5: I know.
- 49:41Speaker 1: Hope you'll tune in for that and we we'll see
- 49:42Speaker 1: it first thing. Also paying your bills and jingle ball
- 49:44Speaker 1: tickets too. It's kiss. Have a good one. Yes, thanks
