Mega Edition: Ghislaine Maxwell And Her Plan to Lay Low After Epstein's Arrest (7/17/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

0:00
Speaker 1: Gilaine Maxwell moved thirty six times in the last year.
0:05
Speaker 1: According to her report, who in the hell moves thirty
0:10
Speaker 1: six times in one year? And according to her and
0:16
Speaker 1: her people, who was all because of the media. It
0:19
Speaker 1: had nothing to do with law enforcement scrutiny. According to them. Oh, No,
0:24
Speaker 1: Gilaine Maxwell's a good person. Kilaine Maxwell should get bail.
0:28
Speaker 1: Gelaine Maxwell is liked by her friends and family. Isn't
0:33
Speaker 1: that what her lawyers told us? Isn't that the bullshit
0:38
Speaker 1: they expect us to accept? Thirty six times in a
0:45
Speaker 1: year since Jeffrey Epstein's alleged suicide. Now, why would she
0:50
Speaker 1: be on the lamb? Why would she be running like
0:53
Speaker 1: that if she was not guilty. An innocent person does
1:00
Speaker 1: not go on the lamb. An innocent person stands up
1:05
Speaker 1: tall and defends their good name. They don't hide, they
1:12
Speaker 1: don't use fake mouthpieces in the media to sow disinformation,
1:17
Speaker 1: and they certainly don't fire shots across the bow at
1:20
Speaker 1: other co conspirators. Klaine Maxwell was not hiding from the press. Oh,
1:29
Speaker 1: I'm sure that played into it. Of course, she didn't
1:31
Speaker 1: want anything to do with an interview or anyone blowing
1:35
Speaker 1: up where she was at. No doubt about it, blowing
1:37
Speaker 1: up her spot right and letting people know where she's at.
1:39
Speaker 1: She didn't want to have to deal with that, so
1:41
Speaker 1: I could understand how that could play a part in it.
1:44
Speaker 1: But for her and her camp to come out and
1:46
Speaker 1: act like it had nothing to do with law enforcement
1:48
Speaker 1: and the scrutiny put on them by law enforcement is
1:52
Speaker 1: laughable at best. Gilaine Maxwell as guilty, in my opinion,
2:03
Speaker 1: as Jeffrey Epstein for all of this. She played a
2:07
Speaker 1: leadership role. She called the shots, She made sure her
2:12
Speaker 1: little minions like Sarah Kell and Vickers were on point
2:16
Speaker 1: and doing their jobs. And she made sure that she
2:20
Speaker 1: let the survivors know that she could reach out and
2:24
Speaker 1: hurt them or ruin their lives in an instant. And
2:29
Speaker 1: why would the survivors think any differently, Considering the company
2:33
Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein and Gilaine Maxwell kept, Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, Elhood, Barrock,
2:41
Speaker 1: Glenn Dubin, Les Wexner, Jess Staley, we're talking about some
2:45
Speaker 1: of the most powerful people in the world. Our article
2:52
Speaker 1: tonight is from the New York Post and the headline
2:55
Speaker 1: is Gilaine Maxwell reportedly moved at least thirty six times
2:59
Speaker 1: during her ear Year in Hiding, authored by Tamor Lappin.
3:05
Speaker 1: Helene Maxwell moved at least thirty six times across the
3:08
Speaker 1: US in the year before her arrest and coronavirus. Mask
3:13
Speaker 1: wearing may have helped her stay undetected. A report said Sunday, Well, yeah, right,
3:18
Speaker 1: everyone's wearing face masks. I know here in Las Vegas
3:21
Speaker 1: we have to wear them, even in the casinos, which
3:24
Speaker 1: is unheard of in Nevada to wear a mask into
3:28
Speaker 1: a casino. You can't even wear a hood into a casino.
3:32
Speaker 1: But now everybody has to wear masks, right, So when
3:36
Speaker 1: you're walking into the casinos here in Las Vegas, they
3:39
Speaker 1: have these thermal temperature scanners and you have to stand
3:43
Speaker 1: in front of the scanner. You have to pull down
3:46
Speaker 1: your mask and take off your hat so that the
3:48
Speaker 1: camera can get a shot of your face, just in
3:52
Speaker 1: case you go on some sort of rampage. But I
3:55
Speaker 1: could totally see how this could help her stay undetected, right,
4:00
Speaker 1: especially in a little town like New Hampshire. I'm sure
4:02
Speaker 1: nobody even had any idea who she was. We're not
4:06
Speaker 1: talking about France, where everybody could recognize her by her
4:09
Speaker 1: sovereign ring. What a load of crap that was. Huh,
4:12
Speaker 1: I mean, are you kidding me with that France stuff?
4:14
Speaker 1: She's Louise the British socialite. Took off from the West
4:19
Speaker 1: coast and crisscrossed the country, making stops in Idaho, Wyoming,
4:24
Speaker 1: and Colorado, before ultimately ending up in New Hampshire, where
4:28
Speaker 1: she was busted ten days ago. The Sun reported, Yeah,
4:31
Speaker 1: she was on quite the adventure. Huh, quite the road trip.
4:35
Speaker 1: I wish I could go on a road trip like that.
4:36
Speaker 1: Five states, six states, hop in the car, cris crossed
4:39
Speaker 1: the nation, lived the life of Riley. Meanwhile, all of
4:43
Speaker 1: these survivors are still asking for justice and begging for justice.
4:49
Speaker 1: But Gilann Maxwell, well, she was living that high life. Boy,
4:53
Speaker 1: has there ever been a person who deserved to have
4:55
Speaker 1: their freedom ripped out from underneath them more than this
5:00
Speaker 1: bipedal serpent. Glane has been constantly on the move throughout
5:07
Speaker 1: the last year. A source told The Outlet she would
5:09
Speaker 1: stay in properties for a few days or a week.
5:12
Speaker 1: What was she at the Seagull Suites? The Budget the
5:16
Speaker 1: Budget rentals here in Las Vegas. She might have been
5:18
Speaker 1: hanging out down on Boulder Highway. That's where she belongs
5:21
Speaker 1: that's the kind of trash she is. So, I mean,
5:24
Speaker 1: what was she doing airbnbing it for a few days
5:27
Speaker 1: or a week, staying at hotels. That's all important, interesting stuff, right.
5:31
Speaker 1: I really hope that that comes out and it comes
5:33
Speaker 1: to light and we kind of get a look at
5:35
Speaker 1: her whole entire situation while she was on the lamb.
5:41
Speaker 1: Her life on the lamb appears to have begun after
5:43
Speaker 1: her pedophile ex boyfriend Jeffrey Epstein, killed himself last August,
5:48
Speaker 1: allegedly in a Manhattan lockup while awaiting trial on federal
5:52
Speaker 1: sex trafficking charges. According to the paper, again, she is
5:57
Speaker 1: not an innocent woman. In my opinion, an innocent person
6:00
Speaker 1: does not do what she did in the wake of
6:03
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's death. An innocent person like her does not
6:08
Speaker 1: lie and deceive and cheat the way she does. Okay,
6:13
Speaker 1: she is not innocent of any of this in my opinion.
6:16
Speaker 1: Leadership role Rico charges a long, lengthy stay in jail
6:21
Speaker 1: and maybe maybe ten or fifteen years shaved off your
6:25
Speaker 1: sixty if you help the federal government. The Sun source
6:31
Speaker 1: claim that between then and her July second arrest, Maxwell
6:34
Speaker 1: Hoop from home to home, moving at least three times
6:37
Speaker 1: each month. Three times each month. I mean, this is
6:42
Speaker 1: El Chopo level shit right here. This lady was ducking,
6:48
Speaker 1: dodging and evading like rip Torn was throwing wrenches at
6:53
Speaker 1: her at the dodgeball tournament. I mean, are you kidding
6:55
Speaker 1: me right now? Three times each month and it's all
7:00
Speaker 1: to avoid the media. Huh okay. While on the run,
7:06
Speaker 1: the accused madam, co conspirator, fellow child abuser all around Scuzzball,
7:12
Speaker 1: mostly spent her days working out and reading, including a
7:15
Speaker 1: book on Epstein's accusers by survivor's lawyer Bradley Edwards, in
7:21
Speaker 1: which she featured prominently Vanity Fair previously reported and again
7:25
Speaker 1: for those of you who are just tuning into the podcast,
7:28
Speaker 1: who haven't been listening for a while and just found
7:30
Speaker 1: us recently, I highly suggest you go out and get
7:33
Speaker 1: Bradley edwards book Relentless Pursuit. It is a behind the
7:38
Speaker 1: scenes look at a lawyer who has been on the
7:40
Speaker 1: front lines battling these sick, disgusting bastards from the word go.
7:47
Speaker 1: I highly highly suggest you pick up that book if
7:50
Speaker 1: you have not read it yet. The Sun source added
7:53
Speaker 1: that she did go out, but not often obviously with
7:57
Speaker 1: the coronavirus, people wearing masks things easier for her. That's
8:01
Speaker 1: no doubt about that. I mean, if you're on the
8:04
Speaker 1: lamb right now and you're some sort of criminal, this
8:07
Speaker 1: is your time to shine. Boy, wear your face mask,
8:10
Speaker 1: throw on some shades, put on a hat. You might
8:13
Speaker 1: as well be the invisible man or woman. And for
8:17
Speaker 1: somebody like Elaine Maxwell, who was most certainly a lamist,
8:21
Speaker 1: oh yeah, this is heaven sent for her. Heaven sent.
8:26
Speaker 1: The only rub is this. The FBI officials have also
8:31
Speaker 1: said they were tracking Maxwell's movements and had recently learned
8:34
Speaker 1: that she moved to a luxury home on one hundred
8:37
Speaker 1: and fifty six acre estate in Bradford, New Hampshire that
8:40
Speaker 1: she bought in an all cash deal in December. I
8:44
Speaker 1: think that that estate should be seized and it should
8:48
Speaker 1: be turned into some sort of rehabilitation place for survivors
8:54
Speaker 1: of assault by people like this. Make this property into
8:58
Speaker 1: something like that, some sort of retreat, some sort of getaway,
9:01
Speaker 1: some sort of place where survivors can go and start
9:04
Speaker 1: the healing process. That's the best way to shove a
9:10
Speaker 1: thumb in the eye of these sick, disgusting bipedal serpents.
9:15
Speaker 1: In an initial memo seeking Maxwell's attention, prosecutor said she
9:19
Speaker 1: was hiding out in various locations in New England and
9:21
Speaker 1: had made efforts to go undetected, including switching her main
9:25
Speaker 1: phone number, which was registered under the name g Max.
9:29
Speaker 1: And for her next trick, she's going to enter the
9:31
Speaker 1: rap battle and be a freestyle rapper with her new
9:34
Speaker 1: nickname g Max. G Max more like stupid moron. But
9:40
Speaker 1: the Sun source said Maxwell moved around to outrun reporters,
9:43
Speaker 1: not federal authorities, echoing an argument made by her defense
9:47
Speaker 1: attorneys last week for why she was not a flight
9:50
Speaker 1: risk and should be granted bond. Pay very close attention
9:53
Speaker 1: to that. Okay, the source is mimicking the defense attorney's
9:57
Speaker 1: last week's statement. No, it's probably a source that has
10:01
Speaker 1: been put into play by Maxwell and her team, And
10:04
Speaker 1: what we're seeing here is circular reporting. Be very careful
10:08
Speaker 1: of it, folks, be very very careful of it. She
10:15
Speaker 1: was never running from the feds. The source said, she
10:18
Speaker 1: was running from journalists and crazy people who wanted to
10:21
Speaker 1: kill her. Well, who's she talking about, her handlers? If
10:26
Speaker 1: that's the case, then she should be begging the government
10:28
Speaker 1: to protect her. Who was trying to kill her? Nobody
10:33
Speaker 1: even knows where she is. Lawyers for the survivors can't
10:36
Speaker 1: even find her. But who someone's But she's scared she's
10:40
Speaker 1: going to be killed. Give me a break. It is
10:43
Speaker 1: all a setup for the victimhood shield. That is what
10:48
Speaker 1: she's trying to play here. Oh, I'm a victim in this,
10:50
Speaker 1: I'm a victim. Nope, sorry, you were not a victim.
10:54
Speaker 1: No one was trying to kill you. You're on the
10:56
Speaker 1: lamb and you're such a coward that you had to
10:59
Speaker 1: keep moving the locations because you were scared that some reporter
11:03
Speaker 1: was going to stumble upon you and put you on blast.
11:08
Speaker 1: That's what you that's what you say. You were scared
11:10
Speaker 1: of Huh, sorry, you were scared of the authorities. In
11:13
Speaker 1: my opinion, it was a serious problem. Her location was
11:18
Speaker 1: on a need to know basis. Maxwell reportedly even hired
11:22
Speaker 1: a professional security firm to keep her safe amid an
11:25
Speaker 1: influx of death threats. She's now being held at the
11:28
Speaker 1: Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn and is expected to be
11:32
Speaker 1: arraigned Tuesday on sex trafficking charges. Wow hired a professional
11:41
Speaker 1: security firm to keep her safe amid an influx of
11:45
Speaker 1: death threats. Now, where did those death threat death threats?
11:49
Speaker 1: Where did she receive those death threats? Changed? Her phone
11:52
Speaker 1: number doesn't have the same email address. What were they?
11:55
Speaker 1: Smoke signals in the sky. Somebody hired Goodyear blimp and
12:01
Speaker 1: had a terrible message for Gilaine and the Goodyear blimp.
12:06
Speaker 1: She had to go out and bring in some x
12:08
Speaker 1: sas soldiers to protect her. Give me a break already. Okay,
12:14
Speaker 1: all a sham, all part of the smoke screen, and
12:18
Speaker 1: all part of the plot for them to build the
12:20
Speaker 1: case that she was also a victim. But guess what
12:25
Speaker 1: we see right through it, reading right between the lines.
12:28
Speaker 1: We see right through it, and we know exactly exactly
12:32
Speaker 1: what your strategy is going to be, and it is
12:36
Speaker 1: not going to work. So you better get with your
12:39
Speaker 1: boy Dershowitz behind the scenes. Tell him to pick up
12:42
Speaker 1: his pets enough with the naked volleyball and to get
12:48
Speaker 1: into the back room and help you guys out, because
12:50
Speaker 1: you're gonna need all the helpier you can get when
12:53
Speaker 1: it comes to defending this bipedal serpent. Because, my friends,
12:59
Speaker 1: all of the evidence that we have seen thus far,
13:02
Speaker 1: all of the circumstantial evidence that is available to the public.
13:08
Speaker 1: Is there any other destination you can arrive at other
13:15
Speaker 1: than Gilaine Maxwell had a leadership role with Jeffrey Epstein,
13:19
Speaker 1: played a crucial part in the building of the criminal enterprise,
13:24
Speaker 1: and also, let's not forget, played a crucial part in
13:30
Speaker 1: laundering millions and millions of dollars. That, my friends, is
13:40
Speaker 1: a career criminal, not a victim. If you'd like to
13:45
Speaker 1: contact me, you can do that at Bobbycapucci at ProtonMail
13:48
Speaker 1: dot com. That's Bobby c ap u c Ci at
13:52
Speaker 1: ProtonMail dot com. You can also find me on Twitter
13:56
Speaker 1: at Bobby Underscore cap u c c. All of the
14:01
Speaker 1: links that pertain to the episode will be in the
14:04
Speaker 1: description box nivat What's up everyone, and welcome back to
14:08
Speaker 1: the Epstein Chronicles. Recently we heard that Glene Maxwell didn't
14:13
Speaker 1: have any money to pay her legal bills. Well, now
14:16
Speaker 1: we're hearing that Scott Borgerson has put one of the
14:19
Speaker 1: homes up for sale, one of the oceanfront properties that
14:22
Speaker 1: they had, and he's listing it for seven million dollars
14:26
Speaker 1: and the proceeds from that sale are all supposed to
14:29
Speaker 1: go to Gallaine Maxwell's legal fee. Now not the greatest
14:33
Speaker 1: time to sell a home, right. Usually real estate one
14:37
Speaker 1: of the safest assets, But right now, nobody's in the
14:40
Speaker 1: market to buy homes, especially gigantic luxury homes like this.
14:44
Speaker 1: If you take a look at the housing market around
14:47
Speaker 1: the nation right now, it's not looking great. So when
14:50
Speaker 1: you have one of these homes like this and your
14:53
Speaker 1: legal defense is depending on this home being sold, you're
14:56
Speaker 1: really up against it, especially because we know she'scing a
15:01
Speaker 1: liquidity crisis. So if you don't have the cash on
15:03
Speaker 1: hand and you only have the assets, well, a lot
15:06
Speaker 1: of times what you're gonna do is you're gonna let
15:08
Speaker 1: that asset go for a lot less than it's listed
15:11
Speaker 1: for because you're hard up for the dough. Right That's
15:14
Speaker 1: why people drop prices on their house, drop prices on
15:17
Speaker 1: their car, or except I don't know, less money out
15:20
Speaker 1: a pawnshop. When you're hard up and you need the dough,
15:24
Speaker 1: you're willing to take a little bit less cash. And
15:26
Speaker 1: I'm guessing that's what's gonna end up happening here. It
15:29
Speaker 1: might be listed for seven million, but they probably won't
15:32
Speaker 1: get anywhere near what the asking price is. Today's article
15:37
Speaker 1: is from the Miami Herald headline for sale Glenn Maxwell's
15:41
Speaker 1: husband's seven million dollar oceanfront home. Proceeds go to our
15:45
Speaker 1: legal fees. This article was authored by Ben Wheder. The
15:52
Speaker 1: real estate listing for the Tidewood, a five bedroom, six
15:56
Speaker 1: and a half bathroom house in Manchester by the Sea, Massachusetts,
16:00
Speaker 1: both ocean views and colonial roots. I never understood why
16:03
Speaker 1: you needed more bathrooms than you needed bedrooms, but I
16:07
Speaker 1: guess I digress. But the home's most notable feature doesn't
16:11
Speaker 1: appear in the property description. It was the one time
16:13
Speaker 1: home of convicted sex trafficker Bipudal serpent all around scusbag
16:19
Speaker 1: Klein Maxwell, who now lives one three hundred miles away
16:23
Speaker 1: in federal prison in Tallahassee, where she belongs by the
16:26
Speaker 1: way behind bars. Now we can debate the fact that
16:30
Speaker 1: she's in a place like Tallahassee, but at least she's
16:34
Speaker 1: not roaming the streets anymore looking for new buyles, and
16:40
Speaker 1: proceeds from the sale of the house, currently listed for
16:43
Speaker 1: six point nine to five million, could be earmarked for
16:46
Speaker 1: paying Maxwell's legal bills. That's according to an agreement Maxwell's husband,
16:50
Speaker 1: Scott Borgensen, reached with Maxwell's long term law firm haddn't
16:54
Speaker 1: Morgan and Foreman in September. So there was all of
16:58
Speaker 1: the talk that they weren't getting any of the more
17:00
Speaker 1: that they were owed the appeals lawyers previously, and Scott
17:05
Speaker 1: Borgerson was said to be resisting paying off all of
17:09
Speaker 1: those debts. Now, as Glenn Maxwell's husband, you would think
17:12
Speaker 1: that he'd be liable financially for those debts. But of course,
17:16
Speaker 1: when you have a few bucks, you're always looking to
17:18
Speaker 1: wiggle your way off the hook. Oh what do you mean,
17:21
Speaker 1: I'm not responsible for this. You got the wrong guy.
17:23
Speaker 1: Talk to my lawyer and somehow they'll come to an
17:27
Speaker 1: agreement or whatever and they get off. Well, that's not
17:30
Speaker 1: the case here. This dude is on the hook here,
17:33
Speaker 1: and he's going to have to come up with this
17:34
Speaker 1: money from a legal point of view, or he's going
17:37
Speaker 1: to get sued. The Denver firm is trying to collect
17:41
Speaker 1: more than eight hundred and eighty thousand dollars, it says
17:44
Speaker 1: Maxwell owes from the firm's work defending her in the
17:47
Speaker 1: New York sex trafficking trial last year. Maybe they should
17:51
Speaker 1: give her a discount because her defense was pretty bad.
17:54
Speaker 1: I said, it during the time that it was happening
17:57
Speaker 1: that you would think somebody with this kind of money
17:59
Speaker 1: would get better lawyers, But I guess not. And you
18:03
Speaker 1: see Cohen is now defending Sam Bankman freed, which shouldn't
18:08
Speaker 1: shock anybody considering the massive amount of trouble he's found
18:11
Speaker 1: himself in. But is Cohen the right guy to do it?
18:15
Speaker 1: Here's the thing with these lawyers. You keep seeing the
18:17
Speaker 1: same lawyers get recycled over and over and over again,
18:20
Speaker 1: and they have all of these high profile clients, but
18:23
Speaker 1: they're not coming up with any w's. So I don't
18:26
Speaker 1: understand why you'd want to keep using these same lawyers
18:28
Speaker 1: over and over and over and they're never getting their
18:30
Speaker 1: clients off. So for me, I'd be going to a
18:33
Speaker 1: guy like Andrew Brettler or the people who just defended
18:37
Speaker 1: Danny Masterson. They had a good strategy and they were
18:41
Speaker 1: able to bring the thunder, whereas Gala Maxwell's lawyers, they
18:45
Speaker 1: were stuck on some bullshit the whole entire time, and
18:47
Speaker 1: they never provided or even brought forth any sort of
18:51
Speaker 1: tangible defense for their client. Maxwell was ultimately convicted on
18:56
Speaker 1: five of six counts for recruiting and grooming girls to
19:00
Speaker 1: be sexually abused by Maxwell's one time boyfriend Jeffrey Epstein.
19:04
Speaker 1: Debatable at best boyfriend, more like partner, more like co conspirator,
19:09
Speaker 1: more like fellow child abuser. Prosecutor said Maxwell participated in
19:15
Speaker 1: the abuse herself on at least one occasion. Imagine one occasion,
19:21
Speaker 1: as all prosecutors brought up. We know that there were
19:24
Speaker 1: multiple occasions, multiple girls. And how many of those women,
19:29
Speaker 1: How many of those girls never even had their voice heard.
19:32
Speaker 1: Remember we only heard from a handful of the people
19:35
Speaker 1: who have been abused by Jeffrey Epstein. There are so
19:38
Speaker 1: many women, so many girls who have never come forward,
19:41
Speaker 1: who are suffering in silence, never even got paid from
19:44
Speaker 1: the fund, none of that, and still to this day
19:49
Speaker 1: they have had no redress. Nobody really going to prison,
19:52
Speaker 1: None of the people who were involved in the abuse,
19:55
Speaker 1: besides Maxwell getting scooped up, Sarah Kellen Vicker's running around
20:00
Speaker 1: living her best life, and all of these women who
20:02
Speaker 1: had their lives ruined just forgotten about. No big deal,
20:05
Speaker 1: keep it moving. The firm initially sued Maxwell Borgerson and
20:11
Speaker 1: Maxwell's brother Kevin Borgeson was dismissed from the suit, but
20:15
Speaker 1: a September agreement accidentally included one of the firm's filings
20:19
Speaker 1: shows that Borgerson agreed that if the firm was unable
20:22
Speaker 1: to collect the money owed from either or Kevin Maxwell,
20:26
Speaker 1: proceeds from the seal of the house would be used
20:28
Speaker 1: to repay the debt. Borgeson agreed to provide testimony in
20:32
Speaker 1: the case if needed, and to not dispose of, dispose of,
20:35
Speaker 1: or transfer any money, securities, real personal property, or other
20:40
Speaker 1: assets that are or were owned in whole or part
20:44
Speaker 1: by Gallainne Maxwell or any entity associated with her, including
20:49
Speaker 1: any assets acquired during your marriage to Glaine Maxwell, without
20:53
Speaker 1: written consent of the law firm. So basically they're giving
20:57
Speaker 1: them the full colonoscopy here, every single dollar that you
21:01
Speaker 1: made with Maxwell. We need to know about all of it.
21:04
Speaker 1: Everything needs to be declared. And it's the whole last
21:08
Speaker 1: thing for Scott Borgerson. And remember, this is a man
21:11
Speaker 1: who left his family for Gallainne Maxwell, had some little kids,
21:14
Speaker 1: a wife he was with forever, and thinks it's a
21:17
Speaker 1: good idea to leave all of that, your family, your wife,
21:21
Speaker 1: those kids for Glaine Maxwell. So I have no compassion
21:25
Speaker 1: for Scott Borgerson either. I hope this bankruptc is ass.
21:30
Speaker 1: The firm is still pursuing Glainne and Kevin Maxwell and
21:32
Speaker 1: has asked the court to grant judgments against them. Glene
21:36
Speaker 1: Maxwell now calls FCI Tallahassee a low security prison home
21:41
Speaker 1: after she was sentenced to twenty years in prison in June.
21:44
Speaker 1: Her current circumstances are a far cry from the life
21:47
Speaker 1: Maxwell once lived, covorting with celebrities and royalty and shuffling
21:52
Speaker 1: between Epstein's mansions in Palm Beach, Manhattan and Virgin Islands
21:57
Speaker 1: and Zoro Ranch and in Paris and into London. You
22:02
Speaker 1: guys forgot a couple. Maxwell married Borgereson in twenty fifteen,
22:06
Speaker 1: according to the complaint filed by the law firm, years
22:10
Speaker 1: after her relationship ended with Epstein. Again with this relationship stuff,
22:14
Speaker 1: I can't believe people are still out here thinking that
22:17
Speaker 1: Glaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein were like this loving couple.
22:21
Speaker 1: You know, like the old commercial where the couple is
22:23
Speaker 1: running through the field and they're running opened armed at
22:26
Speaker 1: each other and it looks like they're gonna hug, but
22:28
Speaker 1: instead one of them catches the pizza and runs by
22:31
Speaker 1: the other. That was Glenn Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein. There's
22:34
Speaker 1: no love there. Borgerson, according to the complaint, bought several
22:42
Speaker 1: high end properties using Maxwell's money, including the Manchester by
22:46
Speaker 1: the Sea home and the one hundred and fifty six
22:48
Speaker 1: acre estate in New Hampshire where Maxwell was arrested in
22:51
Speaker 1: July of twenty twenty, roughly one year after Epstein had
22:55
Speaker 1: been arrested on sex charges. Now this property is just
22:58
Speaker 1: out of control. Awesome. When you look at the pictures
23:01
Speaker 1: of tucked away in New Hampshire, it's like a dream
23:04
Speaker 1: for me. I could go there and seclude myself and write,
23:07
Speaker 1: create content, never be bothered again. Yet all of these people,
23:12
Speaker 1: like Elaine Maxwell, they take all of that for granted,
23:15
Speaker 1: and they always want more. What they have is never enough.
23:18
Speaker 1: They always have to have more. And guess what some
23:20
Speaker 1: of that more is gonna come from your serving that's
23:23
Speaker 1: on your table. At Maxwell's trial, prosecutors showed that Epstein
23:28
Speaker 1: had made payments totaling more than thirty million dollars to
23:31
Speaker 1: accounts connected to Maxwell in the late nineteen nineties and
23:34
Speaker 1: early two thousands. That's called rico, folks, Okay, those are
23:38
Speaker 1: predicates of RICO. Yet they don't want to ever slap
23:41
Speaker 1: anyone involved with Epstein with RICO. The cowardice by the
23:46
Speaker 1: SDNY should never be forgotten here. Epstein also left Maxwell
23:54
Speaker 1: ten million dollars in his will, though Maxwell's lawyers indicated
23:58
Speaker 1: that are sentencing in June that they didn't expect she
24:00
Speaker 1: would ever see that money. And it's so crazy to
24:04
Speaker 1: me that this wasn't a Rico case, that these weren't
24:07
Speaker 1: tied up financially, because guess what if you were involved
24:10
Speaker 1: in a criminal enterprise and you wired your mom some money,
24:14
Speaker 1: Now they could freeze your mom's bank account saying that
24:17
Speaker 1: she's involved in your malfeasance. The second someone receives a
24:20
Speaker 1: dollar from you of ill gotten gains, they're now part
24:22
Speaker 1: of your conspiracy. But yet when it's someone like Maxwell,
24:27
Speaker 1: somebody like Epstein, that's not the case. I guarantee you
24:31
Speaker 1: one hundred percent. If they had vowels at the end
24:34
Speaker 1: of their last names, they would all be hit with
24:36
Speaker 1: RICO and everybody in their families would feel the pain.
24:41
Speaker 1: Epstein died in federal custody in August of twenty nineteen
24:44
Speaker 1: and what has been ruled to suicide, and Maxwell was
24:47
Speaker 1: held in federal custody after her arrest in twenty twenty,
24:51
Speaker 1: with much of her time spent in solitary confinement and
24:53
Speaker 1: closely monitored. Remember, she was complaining the whole time. Oh
24:57
Speaker 1: this is terrible. I'm alone. I don't want be here anymore.
25:01
Speaker 1: The food's bad. Well guess what you're in prison, Glaine,
25:03
Speaker 1: Suck it up and enjoy. After Maxwell was taken into custody,
25:08
Speaker 1: her brother Kevin assume responsibility for paying her legal bills. Yeah,
25:12
Speaker 1: he's done a bang up job of that. Huh, whole
25:15
Speaker 1: family full of grifters. The Denver law firm was initially
25:18
Speaker 1: hesitant to represent Gallain Maxwell in her criminal case over
25:22
Speaker 1: concerns about whether she would be able to pay, but
25:25
Speaker 1: ultimately reached an agreement with Kevin Maxwell. Overall, the firm
25:30
Speaker 1: build Gallain Maxwell nearly two point two million for its
25:33
Speaker 1: work on her criminal case, and desowed more than eight
25:36
Speaker 1: hundred and eighty thousand dollars of that amount. So two
25:39
Speaker 1: point two million dollars and she still gets slapped with
25:41
Speaker 1: that big ass sentence. Now, why would anyone else out
25:45
Speaker 1: there looking for criminal defense try and hire these lawyers?
25:49
Speaker 1: I don't get it. It's like rehiring coaches in the
25:51
Speaker 1: NFL that have sucked everywhere else they've been. I'm looking
25:54
Speaker 1: at you, Las Vegas raiders at Maxwell's sentence, seeing her
26:00
Speaker 1: lawyers indicated that her finances were limited and would be
26:03
Speaker 1: further impacted by appending divorce settlement with Borgerson. As of
26:08
Speaker 1: his September agreement with the law firm, Borgeson appeared to
26:11
Speaker 1: still be married to Glenn Maxwell. Borgerson didn't comment on
26:14
Speaker 1: the agreement, the status of his marriage or the house,
26:17
Speaker 1: but pointed to the notice of his dismissal in the case,
26:21
Speaker 1: which cited that he had expressed cooperation, transparency, and honesty
26:26
Speaker 1: in his discussion with the law firm. The Manchester by
26:30
Speaker 1: the Sea home was purchased in twenty sixteen for two
26:33
Speaker 1: point four to five million in cash by accompany Borgerson
26:36
Speaker 1: is the manager of, called Tidewood LLC. Tidewood LLC took
26:41
Speaker 1: out two point one five million mortgage on the property
26:44
Speaker 1: in January from Saxon Spencer Capitol. Now see again, if
26:48
Speaker 1: this was RICO, every dollar that Borgerson got from Maxwell
26:52
Speaker 1: would also be tanted and caught up in this the
26:55
Speaker 1: RICO case, so he would get all of his assets
26:57
Speaker 1: frozen two and everybody he sent. That's how the chain works.
27:02
Speaker 1: But you see, there's not an equitable service of law
27:06
Speaker 1: here in America or anywhere else for that matter. The home,
27:12
Speaker 1: which boasts of original floorboards and fireplaces mixed with modern
27:16
Speaker 1: flourishes such as a Tesla charging station, was first listed
27:19
Speaker 1: in April with an asking price of seven point eight million,
27:23
Speaker 1: but the price was reduced in August to six point
27:26
Speaker 1: nine to five million, and I expect it to go
27:28
Speaker 1: even lower. The market is hammered right now. People aren't
27:32
Speaker 1: out here buying houses. In fact, things are looking a
27:35
Speaker 1: lot like two thousand and eight, two thousand and nine,
27:38
Speaker 1: but in a different manner. So things aren't, you know,
27:41
Speaker 1: what I would call opportune for the housing market right now.
27:45
Speaker 1: And if you're depending on the housing market to make
27:48
Speaker 1: you liquid and get you flush, you might be waiting
27:50
Speaker 1: for a little while. Kevin Maxwell is no stranger to
27:55
Speaker 1: financial controversy, having once filed what was then the biggest
27:59
Speaker 1: bankruptcy in the history of the United Kingdom. As The
28:02
Speaker 1: Herald previously reported, Kevin and his brother Ian Maxwell were
28:06
Speaker 1: connected to several companies registered in the island of Jersey,
28:10
Speaker 1: largest of the Channel islands between England and France, whose
28:13
Speaker 1: activities experts said for the hallmarks of fraud. Now imagine
28:18
Speaker 1: having the biggest fraud case, the biggest bankruptcy in the
28:21
Speaker 1: history of England. We're talking England basically was established in
28:26
Speaker 1: what ten sixty six William the Conqueror, So since ten
28:30
Speaker 1: sixty six, let us say the biggest grift, the biggest
28:33
Speaker 1: bankruptcy in history was the Maxwell's. Should that surprise anybody?
28:40
Speaker 1: After their father, Robert Maxwell's mysterious nineteen ninety one death,
28:43
Speaker 1: both Kevin and Ian were accused of having helped Robert
28:46
Speaker 1: Maxwell plunder the families media empire, which included the UK
28:50
Speaker 1: media company Mirror Group. Kevin Maxwell declined to comment on
28:55
Speaker 1: the status of the suit or the repayment, saying in
28:58
Speaker 1: an email, I am not in the habit or under
29:00
Speaker 1: any obligation to provide a running commentary on the private
29:03
Speaker 1: affairs of my sister, nor my own to members of
29:06
Speaker 1: the press, and nor will I. You see how the
29:09
Speaker 1: tone has changed. Before it was oh, let's get Glen out.
29:13
Speaker 1: Now he's taking more of a oh, I don't know,
29:17
Speaker 1: confrontational tone with the media. A lawyer who represents Glene Maxwell,
29:23
Speaker 1: Leah Saffian, declined to comment, hadn't Morgan and Foreman also
29:27
Speaker 1: declined to comment. While Glenn Maxwell was not named in
29:31
Speaker 1: any of the offshore files connected to her brothers, she
29:34
Speaker 1: was denied bail in part because of concerns that she
29:37
Speaker 1: had not been truthful about her finances. Epstein was accused
29:41
Speaker 1: of sexually abusing hundreds of girls, a number of whom
29:44
Speaker 1: said that Glainne Maxwell had recruited them and then normalized
29:47
Speaker 1: them to the idea of sexual activity and partook in
29:52
Speaker 1: the abuse. Let's not forget that. It's so weird that
29:55
Speaker 1: people forget to add that part. And it wasn't just
29:58
Speaker 1: one girl, by the way. Epstein was first investigated in
30:03
Speaker 1: Florida in two thousand and five over complaints that he
30:06
Speaker 1: had sexually abused numerous girls, but he struck a deal
30:09
Speaker 1: in two thousand and eight with federal prosecutors in the
30:12
Speaker 1: Southern District of Florida that allowed him to plead guilty
30:15
Speaker 1: to two state counts of solicitation, one involving a minor,
30:19
Speaker 1: and forced him to serve only thirteen months in a
30:22
Speaker 1: Palm Beach County jail, where he was allowed to leave
30:25
Speaker 1: for several hours a day. Epstein's remarkably lenient plea deal
30:29
Speaker 1: was the subject of The Herald's twenty eighteen Perversion of
30:32
Speaker 1: Justice series, and nothing came of it. Let's be honest,
30:36
Speaker 1: what changes have been made. What has the FBI done
30:39
Speaker 1: to rectify the situation, What has any of the investigators
30:43
Speaker 1: done to fix what happened down in Florida. They've done nothing.
30:47
Speaker 1: In fact, they've made it harder and put up more
30:50
Speaker 1: roadblocks for justice to occur. So if you wonder why
30:56
Speaker 1: I have such strong sentiments about the bureaucracy, that's the
30:59
Speaker 1: FBI and the way that they conduct themselves. As far
31:03
Speaker 1: as from the leadership angle, all you have to do
31:05
Speaker 1: is take a look at what we've been dealing with
31:07
Speaker 1: here for the last three years, and the case itself
31:11
Speaker 1: way longer than that. So when people are out here
31:14
Speaker 1: acting like the FBI is above reproach, it just makes
31:17
Speaker 1: me shake my head because we've seen it time and
31:21
Speaker 1: time again. Now that they've screwed the pooch, they've missed
31:25
Speaker 1: the ball, they've simply messed up. And the sad part
31:30
Speaker 1: is they never take responsibility for those mess ups. It's always, well,
31:34
Speaker 1: we'll just cover our ass with some internal investigation at
31:39
Speaker 1: some point. However, transparency is going to have to rule
31:43
Speaker 1: the day. And at some point when that transparency does come,
31:48
Speaker 1: the FBI, the investigators, prosecutors down in Florida, they're gonna
31:52
Speaker 1: have a whole lot of questions that need answering. All right, folks,
31:57
Speaker 1: that's gonna do it for this one. If you'd like
31:59
Speaker 1: to contact me, you can do that at Bobby Kapuci
32:02
Speaker 1: at ProtonMail dot com. That's bo bbu y c A
32:06
Speaker 1: p u c ci at proton mail dot com. You
32:09
Speaker 1: can also find me on Twitter at bo bbu y
32:13
Speaker 1: underscore c A p u c CI. The link that
32:16
Speaker 1: I discussed can be found in the description box. We're
32:22
Speaker 1: going to talk about the reprehensible human being or excuse
32:26
Speaker 1: for a human being, I should say, Kelane Maxwell tonight,
32:30
Speaker 1: and the question still remains this far in the case.
32:36
Speaker 1: How has Gelaine Maxwell been able to avoid justice? How
32:40
Speaker 1: has she been able to slide under the radar? How
32:43
Speaker 1: is this woman able to duck and avoid not only
32:49
Speaker 1: lawyers and officers of the court, but the media as well.
32:54
Speaker 1: Who is helping her? Why are they helping her? What
32:57
Speaker 1: is motivating people to continue to protect Gilain Maxwell? Last
33:05
Speaker 1: night we talked about Nexium and how they were just
33:08
Speaker 1: completely and utterly destroyed by Rico charges. And the blueprint
33:14
Speaker 1: is there, folks, right, the same blueprint that was used
33:17
Speaker 1: to go after Nexium, that blueprint, that template can be
33:20
Speaker 1: used to go after Jeffrey Epstein's remaining associates. You've seen
33:26
Speaker 1: how quickly all of the people who were facing Rico charges,
33:30
Speaker 1: which carry twenty year sentences per sentence. You see how
33:34
Speaker 1: quick they were to turn on each other. You see
33:36
Speaker 1: how quick everybody was coming forward to rat out Keith Rainiery.
33:39
Speaker 1: If you think the same wouldn't occur in this case,
33:42
Speaker 1: you're wrong. And who knows where it will lead? Again,
33:45
Speaker 1: I have to say it again. If you follow the drugs,
33:48
Speaker 1: you're going to end up back at the drug dealer.
33:50
Speaker 1: But if you follow the money, you never know where
33:54
Speaker 1: you're going to end up. And that's the same thing
33:56
Speaker 1: in this case. Right if they follow the money, if
33:59
Speaker 1: they really go hard charging, and they follow all of
34:02
Speaker 1: the money and all of the transactions, and they have
34:04
Speaker 1: witnesses who actually know about these transactions that might not
34:08
Speaker 1: have been on the books, et cetera, et cetera. The
34:11
Speaker 1: sky is the limit for what the government can come
34:13
Speaker 1: up to come up with when they're looking to charge
34:16
Speaker 1: you when they're looking to sink your ship. We all
34:18
Speaker 1: know that the federal government is really really good at
34:21
Speaker 1: prosecuting people, and not only that, they're really good at
34:24
Speaker 1: convicting people as well. The government will drag their feet,
34:29
Speaker 1: The government will do everything possible to make it difficult
34:32
Speaker 1: for you as a defendant, and especially when the government
34:36
Speaker 1: is using tools such as RICO. And that is exactly
34:39
Speaker 1: what they did to Nexium. They had them all, they
34:43
Speaker 1: all pleaded guilty to charges of racketeering from the bronfmans
34:48
Speaker 1: On down. And that is the same exact template that
34:51
Speaker 1: should be used here in the Epstein case. And the
34:54
Speaker 1: fact that it has not been used yet, it's beyond
34:57
Speaker 1: me why it has not been used yet. It's beyond
35:00
Speaker 1: me why the prosecution has not used the bazooka that
35:04
Speaker 1: they're holding in reserve. I think the time for holding
35:07
Speaker 1: anything in reserve in this case has come and pass.
35:10
Speaker 1: I think that the evidence is there. I think the
35:12
Speaker 1: blueprint is laid for you, and all we need now
35:15
Speaker 1: is a prosecutor with the fortitude to do their job
35:19
Speaker 1: and charge hard and not be afraid of what might
35:24
Speaker 1: become of this case, meaning what might come out during
35:27
Speaker 1: discovery who might be exposed as part of it, because
35:30
Speaker 1: guess what, the public has a right to know. The
35:33
Speaker 1: public has a right to know who was involved with
35:37
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein when it comes to this trafficking ring, who
35:40
Speaker 1: was he involved with? Financially It's a big deal because
35:43
Speaker 1: we're not talking about you know, the average Tom Dick
35:46
Speaker 1: or Harry here. We're talking about people that actually, you know,
35:50
Speaker 1: have an impact on our lives, whether it be financially
35:53
Speaker 1: or as our elected officials, etc. Etc. So this case
35:58
Speaker 1: is very important for there to be transparency, not only
36:05
Speaker 1: for the people who live in the country or around
36:08
Speaker 1: the world, but especially for the survivors so they can
36:12
Speaker 1: understand that all of this blood, sweat and tears, all
36:17
Speaker 1: this hard road that they have walked for all of
36:20
Speaker 1: these years, most of the time alone, mind you, has
36:23
Speaker 1: not been for nothing, right and the beginning of that
36:27
Speaker 1: to show them that is arresting all of these people.
36:30
Speaker 1: It is time. It is time for the prosecutors to
36:33
Speaker 1: stop kicking the can down the road. It is time
36:35
Speaker 1: for the prosecutors to bite down on their mouthpiece, take
36:39
Speaker 1: the center of the octagon, and start throwing blows. This
36:44
Speaker 1: article we're going to read tonight is from the Sun.
36:47
Speaker 1: The headline is sex abuse victims ask court to order
36:52
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's friend Gilaine Maxwell to reveal whereabouts. The author
36:57
Speaker 1: of the article is James Beale. Sex abuse survivors have
37:02
Speaker 1: asked a court to order Gilaine Maxwell to reveal her
37:04
Speaker 1: whereabouts after a team of private detectors excuse me, private
37:08
Speaker 1: detectives failed to track her down. How is that even possible?
37:12
Speaker 1: You have private detectives that are good at what they do, right,
37:15
Speaker 1: And I'm sure that the lawyers for the survivors aren't
37:20
Speaker 1: hiring some you know, lay mass private investigator that doesn't
37:24
Speaker 1: know their business. I'm sure that they have relationships with
37:27
Speaker 1: really good private investigators. Now, how does a private citizen
37:31
Speaker 1: like Elaine Maxwell hide herself from all of these people
37:34
Speaker 1: that are looking for How is that even possible? How
37:37
Speaker 1: are you? How do you? How can you say to
37:41
Speaker 1: yourself looking at this case, that oh, yeah, I believe
37:44
Speaker 1: that she's able to hide herself because she's just good
37:46
Speaker 1: at that. There has to be some people or persons
37:52
Speaker 1: who are helping her hide from the law, helping her
37:57
Speaker 1: hide from lawyers, helping her hide from lawsuits, helping her
38:00
Speaker 1: hide from justice. And when this is all said and
38:04
Speaker 1: done and those people are exposed as well, they need
38:07
Speaker 1: to be brought in and questioned as well what their
38:10
Speaker 1: part in this all was? You know, are they aiding
38:13
Speaker 1: in a bedding? You know who knows? Right? And if
38:16
Speaker 1: it's a Rico case, well then they definitely have whoever
38:19
Speaker 1: she was living with, no doubt about that. So this
38:23
Speaker 1: needs to be talked about a little more, right. How
38:28
Speaker 1: is she hiding? How does the federal government not know
38:32
Speaker 1: where she is? How do these private investigators? How are
38:35
Speaker 1: they not able to find her? Are the How is
38:39
Speaker 1: the lawyers for the girls, with all of their power
38:43
Speaker 1: and their smarts and their noow not able to track
38:45
Speaker 1: Glane Maxwell down to even serve her. Yet her own
38:50
Speaker 1: lawyers play the game acting like they don't know where
38:52
Speaker 1: she is either, and they expect us to believe that.
38:56
Speaker 1: Pretty sad the way that these people find the loopholes
38:59
Speaker 1: in the justices to huh, Pretty sad. The way they're
39:02
Speaker 1: able to skate by with a wink and a nudge.
39:06
Speaker 1: The socialite co conspirator accused of being the pimp of
39:10
Speaker 1: sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, co conspirator has not been seen
39:14
Speaker 1: since last summer, when the billionaire Beast supposedly killed himself
39:18
Speaker 1: in prison. Maxwell, a close friend of Prince Andrew, is
39:22
Speaker 1: being investigated by the FBI over allegations that she procured
39:26
Speaker 1: girls for Epstein and is also being sued by a
39:29
Speaker 1: number of his victims. Yeah, she didn't just procure girls
39:33
Speaker 1: for Epstein. See, this is you know, we shouldn't expect
39:36
Speaker 1: more out of a tabloid like The Sun, because at
39:39
Speaker 1: the end of the day, that's what it is, a
39:40
Speaker 1: tabloid rag. Right, So we know that the people writing
39:43
Speaker 1: the articles aren't you know, they're not. They're not gonna
39:46
Speaker 1: win any awards. Okay, but this kind of stuff cracks
39:51
Speaker 1: me up. That she procured girls for Epstein. We know
39:54
Speaker 1: it's a lot more than that. We know it's a
39:56
Speaker 1: lot deeper than that. So let's just be honest, right,
39:59
Speaker 1: Let's call her what she is, Jeffrey Epstein's co conspirator. Now.
40:04
Speaker 1: Lawyers for Annie Farmer, who claims that Maxwell and Epstein
40:07
Speaker 1: molested her, have filed court papers claiming that the brit
40:10
Speaker 1: has implied she is no longer a resident of New York.
40:14
Speaker 1: That's interesting. I wonder where she's a resident of now.
40:17
Speaker 1: Maybe she's just homeless, right, she wants us to believe
40:20
Speaker 1: her sob story. You know what, things are so bad
40:22
Speaker 1: for Gilaane Maxwell. She's now a hobo and she's hopping
40:25
Speaker 1: trains in the various train yards through the pandemic. She
40:31
Speaker 1: just doesn't care living on the road now, and she's
40:35
Speaker 1: such a hobo and a homeless encampment person that you know,
40:38
Speaker 1: we should all just feel bad for her. She's no
40:40
Speaker 1: longer a resident of New York. She's a resident of
40:42
Speaker 1: the road. What does any of that even mean? Okay,
40:45
Speaker 1: she's no longer a resident of New York? Okay, where
40:48
Speaker 1: is she a resident of? Her attorneys ad in paper
40:52
Speaker 1: Scene by the Sun that the court should require her
40:55
Speaker 1: to provide the factual basis for the argument by testifying
40:58
Speaker 1: at an evident she hearing. I mean, is that too
41:01
Speaker 1: much to ask to have this lady appear? I mean,
41:04
Speaker 1: is she so special that she doesn't even have to
41:06
Speaker 1: appear before the court. She can just, you know, do
41:09
Speaker 1: whatever she wants, make her own rules up, just like
41:11
Speaker 1: her boy Jeffrey used to. How is this possible? She's
41:16
Speaker 1: not even a citizen of the United States, for Lord's sake,
41:19
Speaker 1: and here she is making up her own rules, beaten
41:21
Speaker 1: to her own drum. Must be nice to have that
41:25
Speaker 1: sort of life. I mean, I guess it's nice to
41:27
Speaker 1: be the aristocracy of the modern age because normal people
41:32
Speaker 1: don't act like this. Normal people aren't able to avoid hearings.
41:35
Speaker 1: These judges make rulings without you there. Next thing, you know,
41:38
Speaker 1: you have a ruling where you were, you know, getting
41:40
Speaker 1: sued for four grand. You don't show up. Next thing,
41:42
Speaker 1: you know, you owe nine grand. Not her, She does
41:46
Speaker 1: whatever she wants, folks. The attempt to draw Maxwell fifty
41:51
Speaker 1: eight into revealing her address comes after another Epstein survivor,
41:54
Speaker 1: Jennifer Aroz, said private investigators cannot find her either. Again,
41:59
Speaker 1: how is that even possible if she's in the United States?
42:02
Speaker 1: How is it possible with all of the tools available
42:04
Speaker 1: in the year twenty twenty, that private investigators are not
42:07
Speaker 1: able to track her down. Maybe we should get together
42:10
Speaker 1: a go fund being hired dog the bounty hunter to
42:12
Speaker 1: chase her down. Mister Oz claims Maxwell participated in a
42:19
Speaker 1: sex trafficking ring with Epstein, but her lawyers grew frustrated
42:22
Speaker 1: at not being able to serve the accomplice with court
42:24
Speaker 1: papers not accomplice co conspirator. I guess accomplice is a
42:27
Speaker 1: little bit better than madam or procure of girls. All right.
42:32
Speaker 1: Accomplice at least implies that she was, you know, complicit
42:36
Speaker 1: in the crimes being committed. So that's a step in
42:38
Speaker 1: the right direction. Son, all right, definitely a step in
42:41
Speaker 1: the right direction. But the fact that Jennifer Aroz claims
42:47
Speaker 1: that Maxwell was involved in the sex trafficking ring with Epstein,
42:52
Speaker 1: she says it herself. How many of these girls have
42:54
Speaker 1: to say it before the prosecution takes this seriously? Many
43:00
Speaker 1: times have we seen the prosecutors for state and federal
43:04
Speaker 1: take a lot less evidence than this and go batshit
43:07
Speaker 1: crazy with it. Why don't we see that in this case?
43:10
Speaker 1: Why is this case not being treated the same way
43:14
Speaker 1: like the next sim case was treated. Why aren't the
43:15
Speaker 1: bazookas being brought out? Why is Gelain Maxwell being allowed
43:20
Speaker 1: to obfuscate and drag her feet? In a court filing,
43:25
Speaker 1: they said that Aroz has made repeated, repeated efforts to
43:28
Speaker 1: locate miss Maxwell, including retaining private investigators to conduct surveillance,
43:33
Speaker 1: to no avail. Again, I'm perplexed, honestly, if there are
43:37
Speaker 1: any private investigators out there listening to this show that
43:41
Speaker 1: you know the ins and outs of the business and
43:43
Speaker 1: how things go in that sort of that sort of
43:47
Speaker 1: intelligence gathering scenario. Shoot me an email and let me
43:51
Speaker 1: know what the deal is, because I'm pretty ignorant to
43:54
Speaker 1: how all of that stuff works. But I would think
43:57
Speaker 1: that a licensed private investigator has tools that the rest
44:00
Speaker 1: of us don't have, and probably has contacts at the
44:02
Speaker 1: police stations and with the federal authorities in some cases. Right,
44:06
Speaker 1: a lot of these pis are ex law enforcement. So
44:08
Speaker 1: you would think that these pis would be able to
44:11
Speaker 1: track down so on, right, even somebody powerful. But yet
44:15
Speaker 1: here is Gilaine Maxwell. Doesn't have a job, no income
44:19
Speaker 1: coming in that we know of, right, But yet she's
44:23
Speaker 1: being protected by who knows who, and she's able to
44:29
Speaker 1: avoid facing justice. She's able to somehow skirt the system. Still,
44:37
Speaker 1: all these decades later, when everybody knows exactly what she is,
44:41
Speaker 1: she's been exposed for what she is, and yet somehow
44:46
Speaker 1: prosecution doesn't have enough evidence to initiate an arrest. The
44:53
Speaker 1: SUN has offered a ten thousand pounds reward for information
44:56
Speaker 1: leading to us successfully making direct contact with Maxwell and
44:59
Speaker 1: person sources close to her claim she is being forced
45:04
Speaker 1: to move from safe house to safe house because of
45:06
Speaker 1: death threats. She has been linked to countries all over
45:09
Speaker 1: the world, including the US, the Caribbean, Brazil, France, and Israel.
45:14
Speaker 1: You know, the more I hear about private investigators not
45:17
Speaker 1: being able to find her, the more convinced I am
45:20
Speaker 1: that she might not She might not even be in
45:21
Speaker 1: the US at this point. Where she is, that's anyone's guess.
45:24
Speaker 1: I'm not going to speculate. I have no idea. It
45:27
Speaker 1: could be any country where she has contacts, and that
45:30
Speaker 1: could literally be anywhere. Right When you're a power player
45:33
Speaker 1: on the stage that she's been on for all of
45:35
Speaker 1: these years, well you make some contacts in some far
45:38
Speaker 1: away places. So who the hell knows where she is
45:41
Speaker 1: or where she has her new life getting ready to
45:44
Speaker 1: be set up under new identification. Who the hell knows
45:47
Speaker 1: with these people, right, I don't put anything past them.
45:51
Speaker 1: All I know is this, if she is in the
45:53
Speaker 1: United States and the court is looking for her, and
45:58
Speaker 1: the lawyers for the survivors or looking for her, everybody's
46:01
Speaker 1: looking for her, and nobody can find her, including private investigators,
46:06
Speaker 1: I don't I have a hard time believing that she's
46:08
Speaker 1: in the United States if that's the case, So I'm
46:11
Speaker 1: gonna have to do some more research on that and
46:13
Speaker 1: figure out one way or the other where I come
46:15
Speaker 1: down on her location, because up until recently, until I've
46:19
Speaker 1: really started thinking about it, I just you know, I don't.
46:23
Speaker 1: I find it hard to believe that she's able to
46:24
Speaker 1: hide in the United States at this point. It just
46:27
Speaker 1: I find it very difficult to believe. Now, like I said,
46:30
Speaker 1: somewhere outside of the States, the sky is the limit
46:33
Speaker 1: at that point. But there are so many tools available
46:36
Speaker 1: to investigators here in the United States, and so many
46:40
Speaker 1: of these private eyes have contacts within law enforcement, that
46:44
Speaker 1: I find it very difficult to believe that Gilaine Maxwell
46:47
Speaker 1: would be this hard to track down, unless, of course,
46:50
Speaker 1: you look at the big picture, unless, of course, you've
46:53
Speaker 1: been putting the pieces of the puzzle together for all
46:55
Speaker 1: of these months, and in some cases for some of
46:57
Speaker 1: you listeners out there, all of these years. When you
47:00
Speaker 1: do that and you look at the whole entire thing
47:03
Speaker 1: in context, then you understand just exactly why they can't
47:09
Speaker 1: find her, just exactly why she's being hidden, and you
47:14
Speaker 1: know the reality of it is, if you follow the
47:17
Speaker 1: evidence to where it's taking us. It's a very unnerving reality.
47:21
Speaker 1: Nobody wants to think about that. Nobody wants to think
47:24
Speaker 1: about the fact that the intelligence agencies of the major
47:29
Speaker 1: players around the world are capable of setting up this
47:33
Speaker 1: sort of blackmail operation using young girls as bait, because
47:37
Speaker 1: it's a means to an end. It's a very uncomfortable
47:39
Speaker 1: thing to think about. It sounds like the plot from
47:42
Speaker 1: a novel. But unfortunately, folks, this is the reality that
47:45
Speaker 1: we've been handed. This is what our eyes have been
47:48
Speaker 1: opened up to, and we cannot close them and forget
47:51
Speaker 1: what we have seen. The curtain has been pulled back
47:55
Speaker 1: and we have gotten a good hard look at what
47:58
Speaker 1: goes on in the darkness of the room. And if
48:04
Speaker 1: we don't stand up and we don't call it out,
48:07
Speaker 1: and we don't tell these people that they will not
48:09
Speaker 1: be able to continue doing what they are doing right
48:14
Speaker 1: pretty much right under our noses. If we don't call
48:16
Speaker 1: them out and we don't stand up as one, as
48:21
Speaker 1: I mean, as literally the whole nation should be standing
48:23
Speaker 1: up together and telling these people this is unacceptable. If
48:29
Speaker 1: we don't do that, and we don't choose to stand
48:33
Speaker 1: up for the most vulnerable amongst us and those who
48:36
Speaker 1: have had their voices taken from them. Then we're no
48:39
Speaker 1: better than these people that turn their back right, and
48:43
Speaker 1: that's not going to occur. We're not going to stop
48:45
Speaker 1: until there is some justice here. We're not going to
48:48
Speaker 1: stop until there's some transparency. We're not going to stop
48:51
Speaker 1: until these prosecutors quit kicking the can down the road
48:54
Speaker 1: and step up to the plate and chase down scoundrels
48:58
Speaker 1: like Elaine Maxwell, no matter what hole they are hiding in.
