A 24-year-old man, Reginald Davis Junior, faces murder and felony hit-and-run charges after allegedly driving into and killing 33-year-old Cody Johnson outside the Ace & Vine Casino in Napa County during a heated argument. Police initially responded to a shooting, but found Johnson critically injured — he later died.
